Had a great time, the app made the process super quick and painless. Car was very nice and clean. The amount of vehicles that were available to rent was a little less than I would have preferred but all in all it worked out great and was a much nicer, easier, and cheaper route than renting from a car rental company.

I rented Toru’s Infinity for my brother’s prom and it was a great car despite the few scratches. My brother was happy, he and his friends took a million picture. Toru was very flexible and answered promptly. I will definitely rent again soon.

Awesome great experience. No hassles. My host was amazing, friendly and always eager to help.. Turo also saved me $92 than a normal rental agency. Will definitely turo again. Maybe look for something a little cheaper but could find anyone to pick me up but overall a great experience..

It was easy to obtain the car and return. The car was clean and ran well. I was able to go to business meetings as well as leisure driving with confidence. I likes the eco systems in the car and the gas mileage. I felt safe in the car.

It was ok. I selected that I needed the car delivered to me. When he got here, he had no one that could pick him up. So I went against my better judgement and rode with him to his house and checked in there and took the car. An extra 24 miles that wasn’t necessary but counted against my mileage.

Luz was very nice to work with. But I should have considered what an old Jeep with 95,000 miles might drive like and reconsidered. I bought on price and think it was over priced. Steering was loose and if you drove over 60 the car shook.

Great app! It's convenient, easy, and fast. Everything is done within your smartphone app. You communicate with the host directly and there's a plethora of a variety of vehicles to choose from at a lot more affordable price. You get more car for your money. Love it! Highly recommended!!

My trip with Turo was wonderful. It was so easy and affordable! I rented a car I wouldn't normally have the opportunity to drive. I am already looking for an excuse to book another trip! It really made my whole vacation.

I had an excellent experience using the Turo app to rent an SUV in Iceland. Everything went smoothly. The car and the rental process were great. Things were transparent and understandable. And it was a good value compared to other car rental options.

Much more affordable and easier than car rentals at Enterprise, Budget, etc that I’ve done before. This was my first time using Turo. Other car rental places have added fees and charges and you don’t know what car you’ll get. With Turo, you know what you’re getting.

For my first car ever rented, the experience was tremendous and I couldn't have been more pleased with how smooth things went. Straight to the point booking and pricing, and very easy and quick pick up, drop off, whichever you decide to go along with it. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Never heard of Turo until recently when a friend recommended Turo on Facebook; I was not disappointed!! Will be returning for business!! Great value and no hidden costs plus low priced daily insurance. After a car accident Turo had made my life a little easier.

Searching for and finding a car was easy and fun. The app and website both worked great. Registering and booking were easy. This was all done in the US on Verizon network and wifi via website and the app. Once I got into Europe the app would not stay running. It crashed every time I opened it whether on wifi or roaming network. I was able to communicate with the car owner via the website. Due to the app's lackluster performance, was not able to start my rental or check out the car the way it wanted me to. Luckily, I had a great host and we did not use the app; just messages and trust. I would like to try the service again with the app once home, but it was not a great experience this time. Thus my rating of only meh.

The service is bad. They are not loyal or helping enough to customers at all. They did not that care of me at all like they should have and nobody ever called me back how they said they would and they kept hanging up on me.

The best car rental agency ever. Turo is very convenient and reliable. I will and have recommended Turo to my associates. I love the fact that you can communicate with the person you are renting from. Most of all the prices are very reasonable and hassle free.

It was easy to get a good deal and car. Guideline was simple and they didnt have any hidden fees. It was very nice too that the car came with its own insurance and the protection wasn't mandatory. The amount of miles was also a perk just only recommendation was that it be unlimited. Other than that it was a great experience.

So far it has been easy to book, rent, and return the vehicles. The site is easy to navigate, lots of options to utilize when searching for vehicles. The only thing I've noticed is each host can be quite different from one another. Some hosts post many photos of the car's condition prior to booking and are easy to correspond with, while others are not as upfront and friendly. Therefore the rating system is crucial, but you're not sure what you get when a new host has no reviews.

This was my first experience with Turo. Asad showed up at baggage claim with my rental and was very hospitable. The experience was great and he was very accommodating from beginning to end. Will definitely use Turo from now on!!!

I much prefer TURO to other car hire services as locations are much more flexible along with timing. The competitive cost and ability to have a varied range of cars to choose from often makes me consider paying more for a better experience. The service may also enable me to make a better choice if I move to purchase a car in the future.

Renting a vehicle was easy and smooth. Got to drive my dream car for the day. My only drawback to this service is the limited mile range. Most rentals only come with 100 miles which is barely enough to use when renting vehicles for business. Doing commutes and light traveling around the city. Those miles burn up quick and then the per mile charge is usually really high. I feel that Turo is more of a service to test drive a car for a day. I would say 200 to 300 miles should be standard for free miles. Other than that it was great.

My experience with Turo was great. The host was even better. It made my first time easy and comfortable. Turo is very affordable and allows you to see what you are getting in advance. They also will answer any questions you have in a timely fashion.

I have six passengers and we rented a minivan for 3 days and the back hatch of the minivan will not open. So we had a problem with getting our luggage inside but that was the only problem we had. Other than that the ride was great!

This is with regard to my trip using Turo. The thing I want to focus on is/was the cost was not as relative to other methods of travel, thus, I'd probably go with the other forms of travel in the near future. The agent I used was very professional. I'd definitely rent with him again if I were to use Turo again.

My first car canceled on me because of a part issue and had to find one like ASAP and Marc was on the line and he help me in 20 minutes to get a new one for me! If you haven’t used Turo you need to!!

I discovered TURO in 2014. (It had a different name then). We travel to the Phoenix area and this service has proved successful every time. We have been very pleased and it is so much easier than a rental car. Tracy was super easy to contact and work with on picking and dropping the car off. It was a great trip!

Picking up the car took maybe 2 hours so I went to my son’s car to lie down. I was very jet lag moving my son here and moving from NYC to the Midwest myself. My son stood with the car waiting for the Turo again to unlock the car. David eventually came out and gave my son the keys so we pulled off. The app would never start the car, the inside of the BMW need serious detailing and after discussing the planes about the date and drop off location for the BMW 3 series, everyone seem to had not understand or shall I say act as if they were out of the known about the issues we had with the app.

This service was easy and made renting a car a breeze! We were able to pick a car that was a hybrid, so we could get great gas mileage. I felt secure knowing that we had everything documented in the app (pictures of the car, convos with the owner, cost, etc).

I rented a Jeep Wrangler for a day and it was a great experience. Victor (the person who rented the vehicle) communicated quickly and professionally. The pick up and drop off when smoothly and exactly as planned. I would highly recommend Turo and will be using it again myself.

This young man and his father make a dynamite team. Their response communication was immediate and addressed the issue promptly. For example who knew that the handle to open a VW trunk was in the logo on the back. Alain had shown me but I was not paying close enough attention. I did not have to stand around with my purchases. I knew what to do in seconds after I pushed send. They go the extra mile. Alain thought that I had asked him to help with my luggage when I was returning the car. He did not balk at the request. However the request was to meet me by the AA red cap station to sit in the car while the red cap took my luggage inside for me to check in. They were courteous and friendly. I can’t speak highly enough of this efficient team of owners.

Turo is a great service for people that are looking to rent cars more affordably while not sacrificing style. It is a easy app to use and there is great communication with owners and renters. Customers service is awesome and available 24hours.

My bank account can't support my horsepower habit to own the cars I want. Turo is the next best thing. Easy to use, plenty of options, and way much easier on your bank account and car insurance rates. Highly recommend for any horsepower junkies.

This is the real deal. My experience with Turo was awesome. It was quick and simple as far as pickup and delivery. There's not all those hidden charges like the normal rental agencies. Everything is right there in front of you. The owner of the car was just as awesome as my experience with the car, definitely we'll be coming back.

I was happy with the experience and found a good host that communicated this time. I wasn’t happy with the changes Turo made with deposit requirements based on insurance score. Seems. Like profiling especially when I was told Florida apps like these doesn’t have deposits.

The host was great. Very polite and prompt. The only problem was his brakes were defective and my kids and I had to cancel our trip yet I still paid for a car that I couldn’t use. Next time if I choose so, I’ll ask for service record to to be sure.

I noticed once I checked my bank account after the reservation was made. It initially wouldn’t allow me to choose a earlier time to return the car. I reached out to owner of the car and he didn’t respond. He confirmed once I dropped off the car he was only paid for one day. I called C/S and spoke to a rude lady that would not transfer me to a Supervisor. I was leery of this company but against the things I heard I trusted I would get proper handling of my rental experience. Don’t get me wrong though, Eric (owner of the car) was very nice and I would recommend him to friends and family but unfortunately he is connected to this company. I sent a email as well and three days later I STILL have not heard from anyone about my issues. THUMBS DOWN.

The host was fantastic! The application could use an upgrade. I recommend having a feature for check-in that alerts the host that you've arrived at the designated meeting location. We searched for one another for 7 minutes before we found one another.

I was really bummed I couldn't use the $25 off coupon. Apparently, even though it was my first rental (which is what the coupon said), because I had already registered with Turo, I couldn't use it. And although Gabbie was great, it was inconvenient to have to go to her house and pick up the car. Also, although it didn't look like she charged us, it appeared we were really close to the limit even though we didn't really drive that much - and, in fact, one day were hotel bound due to my having to work during my vacation! We also didn't know whether we were supposed to clean or wash the car, so we didn't. The price we ended up paying, too, was about what we would have paid for a rental car.

Only thing I can say about this company is its Dynamite one serving. His name was Nochi. He really was polite, generous. He just was awesome and I will recommend this site to anyone. At first I thought this site was fake. My son came home and told me about this site and I am so grateful that I try it out.

Renting from Turo is very convenient however make sure your photos are clear and precise from every section on the vehicle to cover yourself from false negligence. Photos taken before and after will cover the consumer. This case is pending with Turo support team. I will prove my innocence.

It was nice and smooth experience. Darren had his business partner Vidal deliver the car to us at the terminal and Darren came to the airport to pick it up. Throughout the trip, they were very responsive to our messages/questions and that made it more dependable! Will do it again if in Boston!

Our Turo experience was definitely unforgettable. The first car we got was a EV. Unfortunately this car did not work for us as we had to stop multiple times to charge it. Definitely would not recommend an EV. However, our Turo guy was very accommodating and gave us another car. The second car was in poor condition but got us to where we needed to go!

I had no problems at all. Manish was great. Vehicle was very clean and dependable. I was free from hassle and able to enjoy a well needed business trip. Due to a storm I needed more time to keep the vehicle and Manish responded respectfully and on time. I will definitely rent from Turo Again.

Only good things to say. Great first experience. It's an interesting concept, although the prices are unregulated, people offer their vehicles at whatever price they feel is appropriate. This specific car was fine and clean, the owner was easy to deal with.. The app takes care of everything.

Communication with Julio was A1. The car was beautiful and clean. The pick up location was far. I spent a lot of money just traveling back and fourth from pick up to drop off location. Other than that it was great.

Fast, easy, effortless, way fewer hoops to jump through than a traditional rental company. The car was clean, owner was friendly, had to call customer service about a billing issue. They resolved quickly and without a fight. Ordered the car last minute saved 50% off the cheapest big 5 rental cars.

Great app, only wish it was easier to cancel. Individual I was renting from did not leave the key in the location designated. Then did not answer texts or phone calls. Stood out front knocking and calling for almost an hour.

Our host had great communication and was flexible. This was very important as travel is stressful and unpredictable when flying. The one recommendation I have involves your website platform. There was no way to ask a host a question before booking which was irritating. I wanted a vehicle with a ball hitch and it did not appear to be an option on your list. I would also like a search option to filter free delivery options at the airport.

My experience was excellent. I most definitely will rent again. Never thought it would be this easy to get a rental in just minutes. I always love that you can extend your trip within hours of your trip ending if you needed to and the vehicle is available. Thank you for that wonderful experience!

Great Jeep, easy trip. Only travel and drive with Turo. Always has great cars or trucks and most are pretty affordable. The people you get the cars from are always very easy to deal with and will always make sure they help you with whatever you need.

Really unhappy with the investigation that went into my cancellation. Felt like I was treated as though I was lying about my situation. On my side, the call lasted about 20+ minutes, plus a follow up call. For the host's it lasted less than 3 minutes. I had to prove myself whereas the host did not. Kind of disappointing. Glad my money was refunded since that was the right thing to do, however the $25 credit I used was not refunded. That $25 credit came from a referral, which I don't think I can refer Turo again. Love the company's concept, but customer service is not your strong suit. Also, my review was deleted from the host's profile. Really not feeling the best about how the user is viewed here. -Adam

I had a great experience with the rental. The site is very user friendly, you know the cost of everything and there are no hidden fees. I appreciate that the owner of the car was willing to pick me up at our designated place that made it very easy for me. All in all it was good.

Everything was excellent. Could not have asked for anything more. Gulf Coast Rental Co was the best experience I have ever had renting anything. That Slingshot was like new and was so much fun. My entire experience was over & beyond what I expected.

The process is too complicated, they tell you free delivery and pick up, but then they charge you for leaving the car in the airport parking and you pay for it, $10.00 if you want the car clean!!!! And then the mileage limit is too little, a 100 miles per day is not enough, and they ask you to take pictures of the car and send them the picture.

Turo was so incredibly easy to use. The car owner was very attentive to any messages I sent and everything went so smoothly. The only thing I wish was standard mentioned on the site is whether or not a car has cruise control. Didn't even think about it beforehand but realizing now it would be good to know. I was a little disappointed that the car I reserved had mechanical problems. (A bit frustrating to rebook however Turo cust svc assisted with the rebooking.) However David provided a replacement. A bit cumbersome for me (Jeep) but I sure felt safe on the freeways! Overall excellent experience. David was on-time and responded to my queries within 5 minutes! I’d rent from him again!

Some hosts are frauds. Had a Cadillac I think was a fraud cause the location seemed abandoned and the car wasnt there. Also number wasnt active. When contact customer care was on hold for far too long till they was able to solve my problem. Satisfied with the solution and partially with the discount given though wish they would have solved it sooner.

Turo is a great service that is disrupting the car rental industry. It was so easy to rent through Turo and I didn’t have to go too far from home to drive a car that I needed. Also, I could choose from sports cars, to Tesla’s to regular cars at great prices. The Turo mobile app made it very easy to rent from them.

We have written numerous emails and reviews about our poor experience we had with Turo and the only response I got from Turo was basically to go screw myself. We will be going out of our way to not recommend your service to anyone. We have successfully used Airbnb and vrbo numerous times over past 3 years and were recommended to try Turo as well. Long story short we got phone call day of our car pick up that there was some sort of issue. We corrected the issue (which caused us to stress out as we were in the middle of trying to catch a plane thinking our rental car would not be ready when we landed) and asked repeatedly to speak to a manager.

This is awesome. Wish I would have found out sooner that this was legit. I use to just ignore the ads. Sorry rental companies like Enterprise. This is so convenient it's easy to use, even your mother can use Turo. Its took me a while to actually trust this site with my card information. It is safe.

I stood in line at Enterprise last time I rented from them for longer than it took me to do the entire app download, rent, check in, and car return with Turo all put together! And it costs far less! Better than a rental car service. This is the future. I will be using Turo from now on! Makes vacation a whole lot easier just having to walk out of your terminal and pick up the car. No lines, no corporation to nickel and dime you.

i recently rented a car through Turo. The rental experience was fine until, a month later, I received a charge for a ticket that the car received a day after my rental period. Buried in their fine print, that you would not see when you rent the car unless you're spending hours digging around the site, was a policy that said that I'm liable for the car for 24 hrs AFTER the rental period. Look around and you'll see many similar complaints. Their customer service had no interest in listening to my side of the story. Their response? "At this time this decision is final and any further responses will be read but not responded to."

Great overall experience with the rental car and the all star host Bill. Easy to find a car and rent and extend trip as needed. Will definitely use this service the next time I need to rent a car and will refer friends and family to Turo.

Overall a good experience. The vehicle was a little older with a few things broken but what we needed for the trip. Our contact was late for pick up and drop off but said it was traffic related both times.

Turo is great if you care about the four wheels under your feet, want the convenience and speed of a mobile application when renting, and are ok with being part of a welcoming community of car enthusiasts and entrepreneurs alike. I was able to drive a well kept Mercedes C - class for the same price point (insurance included) that an traditional rental agency would normally provide something like a Kia Rio for and I was also able to drive an aftermarket Porsche that I would never find at Enterprise.

The car was as described and the process of pickup and drop off was much easier than the normal rental car process. The owner picked me up from the airport late at night and the drop off was seamless and got to the airport easier than expected. I loved it and will do it again!

Rent a car May 13 and delivered on May 16 in perfect conditions. They received the car and didn't say nothing. After that the owner requested $15 charge for cleanning. I sent evidences by photo showing the car was clean to Turo support but since May 19 I have no answer from them. They still have my $100 refundable deposit to release.

Everything was perfect. I communicated with the host and he was a nice person. He was on time even for the pickup. I would rent another car or truck anytime. Turo has a great program and and I was well pleased.

I really enjoy using Turo. It's great being able to share and drive cool cars. The only weirdness is Turo double dipping on insurance. IE, car owners need to purchase insurance, plus renters are given the opportunity to purchase insurance. I don't purchase the insurance, but I bet many people do. Seems redundant.

Loved the look of the Jeep. It got lots of looks and compliments!! Had a small concern, but Juan was quick to respond and issue was never a problem. Great service, great attitude, great overall experience. My wife didn't exactly like the aggressive offroad tires, but that comes with the territory of a lifted vehicle.

I have used Turo multiples times and only have had 1 issue where the owner still had his car listed. Turo did a fantastic job bouncing back and getting me going on my trip with a vehicle. Great customer service and I will definitely continue to be a Turo customer for when I travel.

He was very nice and easy to work with; very friendly, nicely maintained car. Agreed to pick from the airport and dropped off; will rent from him again and again. Needed directions and provided them. Need more owners like him to make TURO successful.

I tried it for the first time but the reality is that you can get cars for a lot cheaper at Hertz or Enterprise. I also feel like people on here are really cheap with the amount of miles they give you without considering how far you have to travel just to pick the car up. Overall I’m not impressed. I’ll continue using the normal rental companies for my trips.

When I picked up the car it smelt and I could not do anything about it. I needed it for my son's graduation as we had guests coming from out of state. I could not afford to reruns another car because I had already been charged for the rental plus a security deposit, so I was stuck with a car that smelt really bad no matter how much Febreze air freshener I sprayed in the car. Plus the car would Shake after you would go over 45 miles an hour because it needs a wheel alignment. When I notified customer service at the end of the trip, customer service did absolutely nothing about it but give me a bad attitude.

The experience over was Fantastic. The setup as far as the way you pick up & drop off the vehicles were profess handled, they get you in & out as well as refund you on a Lyft or Uber & David whose truck I used was great as well.

Mikhail was responsive and super accommodating. Meeting at the airport was as easy as getting picked up/dropped off by a reliable friend who disappeared as soon as me and my things were safely in the car. The car was in good shape and drove like a dream. Thank you thank you thank you.

I wasn't sure going in but after trying it out I'm hooked. It's very easy and straightforward to rent out a car and the entire experience was wonderful. I recommend Turo over sticking with Avis/Budget/Enterprise/etc. It's even cheaper to use Turo than one of those companies. The best part is you get to choose the car you want, no surprises on what care you get from the car rental companies.

Always easy. Great people - even greater cars. Everything is app based including check in and drop off so there’s no questions. My advice is to take lots of pictures before and after just to ensure a great time. This was my third time renting with them and I would do it again.

I think I'd use this service again. The only thing that was confusing at first was how I was going to drop off my car. I assumed that the same person was going to take the keys, but that wasn't the case in my experience. Besides this minor issue, I liked this service.

Our car never showed up nor did he reply to any of our messages. Our family was stranded an hour outside of town with a small baby. Turo was not yet open at the time and has not made it right. Very disappointed.

Rented my 2 years old car to a customers, he used it for 70 miles and returned it claiming that one of the front head lamp got burned. Turo refunded him the rent without getting back to me and refuse to compensate me for the mileage or the gas or the rent. Their reason was that the customer did not reach his allocated distance. Stay away if you are a host.

We drive a big rig across the country and We've used Turo in cities across the country and it's always fast and easy. Plus you get to pick cars that Major rental companies don't have. Highly recommend to anyone. Owners I've dealt with have been very accommodating and very nice.

I received the car 40 minutes after reservations. I got a little mud splashed on the car and I tried to wash it. The owner stated he would take care of it. He basically harassed me even after I returned the car about giving him a 5 star rating. It was my first and last time that I will ever use Turo. I have definitely been telling family and friends about the awful experience.

I originally booked a very nice car, at a good rate, quite far out from my arrival. The night before I few out, I got a text that the car was not available because a ?license plate" was not available. He offered another car (the one I rented was supposedly at 2017 Audi) that was real nice and very clean, a 2014. I had my doubts but with such sort notice agreed. When I got to the car at the airport parking lot, it was far from clean and far for even nice. I called and cancelled it. I think he offers this great first car, which he doesn't even have, to sucker you into one of his other cars. I ended up having to take a cab to our hotel. I rented another car on Turo and that went well, but lots of messing around and extra expense for delivery, etc.

My first rental with her it was absolutely wonderful. The owner was very communicative. The vehicle was clean. Everything was well understood. This most recent rental was not so great. I picked the car up from a place that was not listed in the instructions. I pick the car up completely dirty and then the things that you need to charge the Tesla were not I’m in Plainview or in obvious places. I in fact found the charger underneath the cupholder in the center console. I did the best I could to charge it however by the time I had to return it and it was not at a charge for the owner to pick it up and take it back to their home. The owner in fact wanted reimbursed for $42 which I did however I did not turn around and give him the receipt for the carwashes and the cleaning and time that I took to take care of the vehicle for the next person.

Turo is an interesting concept and good second option when it comes to car rentals. The process was was easy, instructions were easy to follow, and the app also makes the experience go smoothly. I would not want anyone to ever use Turo. I rented a higher end car on a trip to Los Angeles. I show up at the Turo parking lot and no one can find the car. No Turo employee there offered any other help and told me to work it out with the car provider. After hours I connected with the car provider who proceeded to waste half a day of my time asking me to meet him at two different locations in LA during rush hour. He lied to me saying the car would be waiting when I got there, then told me the car was in the shop and would not be ready.

I enjoy Turo because there is a nice selection of cars and prices. The pick ups and drop offs are fast and easy. Also, between the website and the app, I have open communication with most of my hosts. I also enjoy the referral program.

Excellent vehicle which has been well maintained and cleaned. The check out process at LAX was very haphazard and took way too long. Seemed that whoever pushed to the front of crush of people got served first. Once we had the car we had a great trip and the return of the vehicle was flawless. Will rent again but hope they improve the check out process.

I love the vehicle and the person I did the rental with however I had a flat and literally waited 3-4 hours on roadside assistance. I ended up missing my formal event, on top of that they DID NOT have a spare so they towed the vehicle to the owner which cut my trip time off. Needless to say I ended up paying the FULL PRICE for the rental but only had it a few hours. I WAS DEVASTATED!!!

Turo disregards customer's concerns on the renter side. Once the trip is over they don't care about your satisfaction. Was presented a car with a dead battery and still they refused to investigate. Totally pathetic operators in the customer support who basically disregard previous history with the app (had 15 trips completed including renting a Corvette and Tesla), only answer is, "We are Peer to Peer company so can't help ya". You are not the only one, AirBnB does their job much better. Losers.

I feel that it was real deceptive, and they shouldn't be passing out all these 25$ off codes if they don't work. Very nice coordinated app. Sometimes in the app the pictures of the cars are a bit cut off and you see more via the website. I might recommend a bit more information regarding the insurance policy needs. Add some extra info for what kind of gas the vehicle should be refilled with as well.

Rented a virtually brand new Hyundai at LAX. Less than 6000 miles. Punctual. Spotlessly clean. Ran fine. Good gas mileage. Excellent communication. Price less than half of what a rental car agency would have charged. Would be happy to rent again.

First, the car owner was unresponsive to communications...didn't answer his phone, texts...just radio silence. He was late. When he delivered the car, thankfully it was raining, because after loading the vehicle my wife heard something. The front right tire was bubbling...leaking air rapidly. Again I tried to contact the owner...and again radio silence. I then had to unload the car move it into a legal parking place and spent another 20 minutes trying to get in touch with owner both directly and through your customer service. I had to leave the key in the center console and hope the owner heeded my texts.

I rented a Toyota Camry 2012 from Pradeep. He was very responsive to all my questions, the car was clean and drove very smoothly. He made my experience on this app great and I would recommended him to others who use Turo.

This was our first trip using Turo! It was recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed! It was super easy to locate and pick up/deliver the car. I will say, the documentation process and all of the pictures we had to take took quite a bit of time. However, it was all to protect the renter so it was worth it. If you had to be in a hurry it would’ve been a bit of an inconvenience though. I do wish updated pictures of vehicles had to be provided every so often because the car we got was definitely not as spotless as it was made out to be. Overall, Turo made renting a car super easy and it was much more affordable than a rental company through the airport and we got a way better car for the money! I will definitely recommend this to any friends I have who are traveling!

2011 BMW - Sabine was awesome. I love that car. Sabine Always responded. It was raining when I got there and she had an umbrella ready to take me to my car. I left items and she held them for me. I'm definitely renting again.

I really enjoyed using the app and my trip. The car was left in the same condition as when it was picked up (a little dirty inside) and I was able to extend my trip very easily through the app as well which was neat and very helpful.

Pickup was confusing and difficult. I didn’t know driver's phone number changed every so often. I saved his number before my flight left. So when my plane landed I kept trying to call him and couldn’t get a hold of him. Car was good. Drop off was fine.

My first time renting via Turo was easy, seamless and very enjoyable. It's hard to rent without a credit card but Turo takes away the stress by providing safe cars for any need. I will definitely use them again! My only suggestion would be to offer more unlimited milage rentals for longer rentals or for people needing to go out of town.

Great experience, inside of the car is clean, came with aux charging cords everything you need. Filling up the tank was cheap and mileage was really good. He gives a good tutorial on how to use the car before you pull off.

The selection of cars was great, as you can find anything from a $15 a day Chevy to even a Benz for $50 a day. Plenty choices no matter your budget. I had very bad experience with Turo. Especially with supervisor of Turo Jasmin ** and Vegas Drop Top Rentals. Stay away from this app and Vegas Drop Top. They charge me $50 for wash car and + $170 fee for thresh on a mat!!!!

Great easy rental pickup and dropoff. Way better than traditional car companies. Car was waiting at baggage claim. Just parked it in terminal parking for drop off and sent a picture of spot. Too easy. Great time saver. I would do this again for my next leisure trip.

Car worked out well for me and owner was friendly. Pick up process was simple, but was kind of lost about the drop off. Had no idea what to do for drop off and couldn’t get a hold of owner. Could have used more instructions from the app about how drop off works. Overall satisfied, but the cost was about the same as rental car agency, so only real advantage is convenience, which wasn’t all that convenient this time due to drop off confusion.
