The experience was awesome. Blake was so helpful in explaining everything on the sidekick and encouraged us to have fun driving it. I couldn’t have asked for more except to have a few more days!!! But we had to head back to reality. I would definitely recommend Turo. Blake expressed his positive experience with renting his Sidekick through Turo also. So more confidence in our choice. This was my first time using this app and this will be the ONLY one I use from now on. The experience was amazing and the communication between the host was remarkable. I would most definitely recommend this app and location to family and friends because this is how smoothly rental services should be. No stress and they make sure you have reliable transportation to get where you're going. I truly appreciated the communication between the host when I needed to change my return time due to traffic. He replied quickly and we were able to drive safely not having to rush back to get back home.

Great app and service. All information is straight forward and easy to understand. Customer service was also great and helping. Also did their best to accommodate a canceled rental by the renter. This was a plus. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Easy booking. Pickup and drop off no problems. Didn't even know this service existed until my son told me about it. I thought it was a great idea. This was my first time using it so I was skeptical but it was easy and I would recommend it and use it again.

First time using this app and didn't know what to expect. Amonte was a excellent host and made the process so easy. Pick up was quick. Car had waters and a courtesy iPhone charger that definitely came in handy on our family trip.

This was a very good experience for our first time using the service. Although not opposed to paying a fee to Turo I feel like that extra charge was not really mentioned leading up to the actual payment for service. A vehicle that is advertised at $45/day should not become $51/day because of fees. You have the ability to factor those fees in to every advertised per day price.

It was all a good experience. Especially the people that we rented the truck from. Thankful for all the reminders from Turo along the way. Wish I had known of this availability years ago. I highly recommend this service to anyone in need of a certain type of vehicle for a certain time. Will tell friends and family about our experience.

This is my first and last time using Turo as a service. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I was charged $452 and never even ended up getting the car that I rented through the app. My host was extremely unhelpful and ended hanging up on me when I called. William F. still charged me and rated me even though I never had his car. Called Turo customer service to ask for a refund and was transferred several times and was hung up on again. This is a trash company who are money grubbers and I will never be using them again. 0 stars.

My experience using Turo was simple and accurate with the details provided from my host. When I say Jose (the host) was awesome. He made sure I knew how to drive the vehicle, provided me with additional insight, and was open to any questions I had. He was available at any hour I needed him during my travels. He has multiple vehicle which is convenient when you get use to your host. I plan to rent from him again soon.

I enjoy Turo because it’s more personal and there is no waiting in lines. The selection in cars is outstanding and the value is exceptional. Each time my family has used Turo it was a great experience. I have already recommended this company to many who have not heard of it,.

The entire experience was excellent. The car was immaculate and Nolen investments was extremely easy to work with! I highly recommend giving it a try as it's way more convenient than using rental car companies these days. Not to mention the return process was extremely easy as well.

A wonderful experience from start to finish! My flight was delayed, so I was late getting in. I was unfamiliar with the airport, but thanks to Joe the car was waiting for me on arrival. The car was beautiful, I drive for a living so having a super nice car was really a treat. When my time was done, Joe showed promptly to retrieve the vehicle afterwards. Joe made himself available for any and all questions, making it an excellent experience!

Very easy to use. Car was nice and clean. And when our departing flight got delayed, I could easily adjust our return time with no extra fees. Loved the affordable price, and cannot wait to use Turo again on future trips.

The experience was a lot easier than expected. The price to rent a van was about 200 less than a typical rental. I needed a last minute rental for spring break and I was surprised with the selection and pricing. I will be using Turo again in the future.

This was my first time renting a car using Turo. Was definitely a pleasant experience way better than going for the big rental companies at the airport. Pick up was quick and easy. We agreed on a pickup location and met up there. The car was as advertised. Return was just as convenient. I got dropped off right at the terminal I was flying out of - no shuttle to load and unload my luggage from. I will definitely do this again next time I need a car rental.

The only issue I had was trying to locate the car at the Denver airport economy lot. The owner gave good directions as to where the car was but the airport personnel couldn’t seem to get me to the lot itself. Other than that, the process was super smooth and the vehicle was fantastic. It fit our needs perfectly and was way cheaper than a rental.

This was my first time using the app and was very satisfied with the process and vehicle that I used. Would highly recommend to others and plan on using Turo again when traveling. The vehicle I rented was a BMW M4 convertible.

Overall the experience was positive. My renter made the process easy and the app functioned well for pick up and return. My only frustration is with the booking process. You see an estimated cost on the search results page, but when you click through to book a car the price changes substantially due to the booking fees and insurance. It's irritating to see an estimated cost upfront only to have fees double the cost later. It made finding a vehicle that’s truly in my target price range very difficult; and I’m considering renting from a traditional agency for my next trip just to avoid the hassle and effort.

First time using service, it was great. My only suggestion would be to give a heads up that pictures are required at the end. I did not realize this till after I had returned the car. The car was very clean and it was very easy to communicate with the owner.

It was easy and quick to setup a rental car. It was convenient and close to us. Virgie was super polite, easy to work and vehicle was listed correctly and was clean with full tank. Price was reasonable and drop off at the airport was great.

The Turo process was easy to navigate and Iryna’s 2020 Nissan Murano was just what I was looking for. It was clean and full of gas. Pick up was easy as was returning the car. I like Turo because you don’t have to pay all the add-ons you do at an airport. Great experience!

From start to finish, this day was a highlight of our vacation. Every question I asked was answered promptly. The day of our rental we arrived at Jenn’s and after finding out we did not have much off-roading experience, a full day plan was given to us. It is so obvious they want you to get to see and do as much as you possibly can. We were given a brand new Rubicon for the day. It was an amazing vehicle that handled every rock and road perfectly. We started out with easy roads and worked up to very challenging routes. It was a blast. They even let us borrow the book with the trails in it. And gave us a cooler with ice to use. Topnotch customer service. Dropping off the vehicle was easy. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They helped make our vacation a trip to be remembered.

This was my first TURO Rental Car and the TURO Car Rental system was great, the Host and his car were OUTSTANDING and we had to make a change and it was so quick too!!! When we will return we will use the same TURO Host again!!

I am a first timer and I had never even heard of Turo and I must say, it was extremely easy throughout the entire process!!!! The communication between the person with the vehicle and myself was easy and she was quick responding. The Turo shuttle bus is a huge plus I must say and made the process very easy and both shuttle bus drivers were nice people. I will definitely use Turo again.

The overall experience was good, the host I had was very well and helpful and attentive to any questions that I had. However, while booking a car rental through the platform the only negative factor for me is that the trip price is overall fairly expensive so while renting a car peer to peer for example of $40.00 is appealing at first glance, then the “trip fee” is nearly the same cost as the rental or sometimes a few dollars less at most…. So now my rental is projected to be $75.00-$80.00 …. Then after a protection plan is required to add it becomes at the minimum of another $10.00 - $15.00 for the overall cost and now upon completion of the booking process the price total will display now around a total of $85.00-$90.00.

My host, Morea S, was great, helpful and responsive to my questions and issues. I highly recommend Morea S. The Subaru Crosstrek was in great condition and performed perfectly for my trip. I'll stick with a rental agency in the future. It's easier and I can skip the hassle of photos etc.

I had a situation where I had to leave from Florida to Texas for a funeral. I booked a car and last minute the person canceled me. I complained about it and Enrique from customer service responded to me right away with the car. I did everything possible to get me a new car and even cover the additional cost because of the inconvenience. He was amazing and the person I rent it from was also very, easy to work with and accommodating!

Daryl was great, vehicle was clean. I will be renting from him more often. Gas was full. Vehicle drove amazing. My family loved it. Nice size space. This was my first time using Turo and the first thing you think of is a scam but nope, vehicle was right where it said it would be.

The car we first rented and host was terrible by Maysen. Then came Lainie wonderful host. She saved our trip. Maysen left out to driver. We are giving Maysen a 0 and Lainie a 5 star thank you. Maysen is a bad host. Needs some lessons from Lainie.

This was the first time we had ever used the TURO app and we were so impressed on how convenient and easy it was. We were very new this process and our multiple questions were always answered quickly and respectfully. We were very happy with our car rental and will definitely be using this again!

I didn't need a car until 2 days after I arrived at my destination city. Not having to get a Lyft to the airport to rent one and complete all that annoying paperwork was a relief. And having the car delivered to my hotel in the morning and picked up in the evening was another relief and time-saving bonus. I'm planning on taking a short road trip in April; I'm definitely going to check out the listings from Turo.

Company was Very responsive. Pick up and drop off procedures were great! Our driver was very friendly and right on time for us. The vehicle was clean and full of gas. It got great fuel mileage and was easy to navigate and park in LA. The price was so much more affordable than the typical rental car companies.

We needed a four wheel drive vehicle to get around in Tahoe during a week with lots of snow challenges. The Subaru Cross Trek we rented from Cole was perfect! It was clean and full of amenities that we really appreciated such as seat heaters and cameras to see as we were backing up. It handled the snow and sleet and rain without a problem....even in the middle of blizzard conditions at the top of Kingsbury Grade, and the Ridge Tahoe Resort. Cole was easy to talk to and very helpful.

I’m so glad I was told about this company. Convenient and great price. I’m telling all of my friends! It was fast and I’m glad I used Turo. Excellent company. I will definitely use them again and wish I knew about them sooner.

I chose TURO to get my last minute rental because enterprise and Avis couldn’t provide speedy service and ran out of vehicles fast. Trying to rent from a limited company is the worst for me now. I usually plan ahead but this was a family emergency I had to attend out of town that wasn’t anticipated. TURO and Richard the owner who lend me his car was the best choice and outcome in my situation. Everyone has their own way of going about things but mine was TURO and will remain that way when needed. Thank you for this platform, you guys made my life easy and less stressful.

This was our first time to use Turo. Found the experience to be a simple process. Had plenty of vehicles to choose from and affordable prices. Used the convertible mini to enjoy sunshine and ocean breeze. Pickup and drop-off was easy. Matthew was very easy to work with.

Turo made our trip so much easier and saved us a lot of money. From the time we landed in Honolulu and before we left was a breeze. It was nice to be in contact with the person we were renting from. We had a couple flight changes and they worked with us each time with no complaints.

The trip went great. The van was as expected, great price, unlimited miles, all the amenities you want. Seats were super comfortable, also had a bed in the rear. All around a great trip, would highly recommend it. The owner was excellent and helped us out.

The car wash very clean and fun. The owner was responsive and helpful in answering questions about the vehicle. This was definitely one of those cars that I recommend for off-road trips. The top netting was a great idea for mosquitoes protection.

Hi. I rented a 2023 Tesla from Anwar! He responded very quickly to all my questions. When I was looking I wanted to rent from someone who delivered to Mco and Sanford with no extra cost. Anwar was great. I picked up in Orlando and dropped in Sanford. It made my trip less stressful.

Found a car right away and in perfect price range! Amazing host! Very nice and car was perfect!! Pick up and drop off very easy!! Will rent again!! No issues, clean car, great on gas. Also loved being able to edit trip time to a day sooner.

With my trip with Ethan he lied and said that I was smoking in the car and it was a serious lie! He sent me messages telling me to pick the car up later because it smelled like smoke and he wanted me to not pick it up while it was smelling like that.

Jack was a great person to rent from. He was very knowledgeable about things to do for the day. The jeep was amazing and super clean. He was very courteous and was exactly on time. Definitely a great choice.

I was a little skeptical about renting from Turo. Got a lot of reviews and gave it a shot. I must say I will continue to use Turo as I continue to travel the country. Our host was awesome. The car was great.

I like the service and I like the customer service. But the only thing about it that the rates are so higher than the car. I would like to continue to work with the app but it's too high to keep going.

I would recommend Turo to anyone! It was fast, easy and made our trip so much more fun without the hassle of the rental shops. The lady Melissa we worked with was super responsive and answered all of my questions. Loved it and will be using it again for any future trips.

I needed a car expeditiously and for a reasonable price, In future I will try and get something closer or choose one where the host could possibly do a train station drop off as some host actually offers that to their guest. Not sure if the car is set up for cruise control or to alter the speed, at times it felt as if I had to press so hard on the gas to accelerate. Car was ok and convenient at that time. In future I’ll choose something closer.

We have heard about using Turo for some time and I was a bit leery at first. There was nothing bad about this experience. I will be doing this again in the near future. We were extremely happy with the vehicle and the service. Just make sure that you read all of the details on the vehicle that you want. With the variety it is easy to get something that is not exactly what you are looking for. We needed four wheel drive and many of the vehicles you would think have this did not for a Colorado trip.

Our first experience with Turo was flawless. I heard about Turo from a friend, the day before a scheduled vacation to Florida. I was able to find an exceptional convertible, a car that you’d never find with a traditional car rental service, for a better price! We booked the ride, and picked up the next day! So easy. So much fun! Turo made our trip even more memorable!! Would definitely recommend. 5 stars!!!!

While on vacation the serpentine belt broke on the car as we were heading up to the mountains in Colorado. Thank goodness we were able to get pulled over in a small town where we had to find a place that could fix it. We were inconvenienced a few hours, but I’m still waiting for a refund, I had to be out of pocket to fix it so we can get back on our way. To start off with we were supposed to pick the car up at the airport. I was given the directions and as we made our way through the airport trying to find this car the host called me and said, "Oh you’re supposed to pick it up at my house. You’ll need to take an Uber there," not happy with that at all. It was confirmed three times that I was picking it up at the airport. It cost me $90 to Uber. I should’ve just went with Enterprise or some other car company.

Do not rent from Turo unless you are aware that the insurance you purchase does not protect you. I rented a vehicle and paid for insurance through Turo. Got into an accident which was my fault...Turo insisted on filing a claim to my insurance, which was denied because my insurance does not cover ride share. That said, my insurance company denies the claim and then cancels my policy. I told my provider to deny it and I did not want to make a claim because I bought insurance through their provider. But apparently because I used Turo now I am being cancelled. Always pay on time, no issues. Next I will be contacting my provider as they are the real problem here.

The vehicle was amazing! I will definitely rent again from David. He was easy to reach whenever I needed to communicate something to him. He easily approved my extension when I needed it. He was my first vehicle to rent from Turo and made the experience quite enjoyable, I can’t wait to rent again!!

Rented a vehicle with the Turo platform, host failed to follow through and was a no show. Left us hung out to dry at the airport while we scrambled to find another vehicle. The Turo platform doesn't give you the ability to leave a review for the host if they no show. Host has excellent ratings, doesn't really matter what their ratings are when you cannot review them for all the no shows. Make sure you have a backup plan if you try Turo.

Everything was good to go. Trip was very smooth it was my first time using Turo and will definitely use again. Matt was very easy to work with. Car was just what we needed hope it’s available next year. A++ rating car was well maintained and it worked out for me and it wasn’t too expensive. John

Was accused of smoking an money was taken out of my account. Turo tried to tell me they have a no-smoking policy and sent me pictures but then turned around and sent me a email that said disregard the false accusations.

App was easy to use, a little difficult to adjust the time of pickup with Turo Go, but it did not affect the experience at all. The vehicle was very well kept and ready at the time of pickup. Communication through the app was easy and quick. I will look forward to using Turo in the future.

An amazing and awesome experience. Host was awesome, his car was beautiful and super clean and the pickup and drop off was super easy. In the past I always just used a standard rental car company and at first was nervous about using Turo. What a pleasure using Turo though. The whole process was easy and fun, and if I had any questions the host was easy to get a response from. The price was also perfect. I’m never going to use the standard rental car companies again and Turo is the future of car rental.

Curtis was very responsive to all our questions. The location of the drop off of the car was easy to locate. We needed to shorten our trip due to a death in the family and Curtis was very understanding. The car was very clean. A great experience!!

We only put about 350 miles on the vehicle. Paid about $550.00 for 9 days of use, not worth it. Plus I have to pay $27.00 at each amusement park too. Probably going to use Lynx bus line next time! A total of $795.00. Too Much!!!

Loves the ease of booking thru Turo. Wish we could have picked up and dropped off at the airport for a cheaper fee. Would have been so much easier for our trip. Was difficult getting an uber from a parking lot at 5:45 in Orlando. That was the most stressful part of the rental.

I tried Turo for the 1st time. I’m impressed. So many choices of vehicles in my area. Have the vehicle delivered (Charge) or pick up yourself. Save a few $$$ too. Just download the app and follow instructions. Heck I’m 67 and not that tech savvy. You can do it and be glad you did.

First time user. Upon returning the car the host rated me 5 stars and I received my final invoice. Minutes after I rated the host she responds asking if there was smoking in the vehicle and that it has a weed odor. My boyfriend smokes vapes and always smoked outside and away from the vehicle which I advised. I then receive a $275 fee moments later and an email from Turo stating a policy was violated. They attached 3 pictures of what allegedly appeared to be tiny weed crumbles. Of course I respond asking to dispute because we never possessed weed, he vapes. I present reasonable doubt stating the before pics never show that area clean and particles do not equate to proof of smoking. No ashes, cigarettes, etc found. They proceeded to remove my account at that point denying my access to such proof. SCAM!!! Terrible service. Would not recommend, take the bus over Turo. THEY ARE DISGUSTING FRAUDS.

Using Turo was easy and actually fun. I got to test drive a car I wanted to buy for a day, but without any salesperson. I'll be using Turo for my vacations and work trips in the future. The only trouble I had was because I was new, and the customer service from Turo and the host of the car helped me immediately.

Instead of going through Enterprise for a loaner while my car was in the body shop I wanted something comparable to my 2022 Mercedes GT43. With Turo I’m able to still ride in a luxury vehicle as my insurance covers the max daily rate.

We had a great experience using TURO and renting a car from Eric. Eric had a great car, 2022 Dodge Challenger, and was quick to respond to all questions. Eric was helpful in making arrangements for us to pick the car up at the airport. Highly recommend using Eric for any of his cars.

Hi, my experience with my rental was excellent. Great car, clean, reliable, top quality vehicle. The owner was professional, nice, patient, loyal, honest and thoughtful and friendly. He was so helpful in assistance. I enjoyed the car and my trip. The car had plenty gas. The owner was a 5-star of protection him and the car! Can’t wait to rent from him again! Best ever!☺️

Whole experience was easy. Easy to use and quick pick up and customer service was good. The App made it really quick and taking the pictures before and after trip were easy to upload. The app made it easy to locate car and communicate with owner.

Driver side window was broken and was not able to roll down the window. Response was slow and had to continue driving the car till the return date with no options to swap cars. Nothing was done during the rental period time. Owner said he will get it fix after the rental period is completed.

The pickup and drop-off was smooth. The vehicle was absolutely spotless! The owner was easy to reach and the rate was affordable. Thank you so much for such a great experience! I will not go back to car rentals knowing that I can use Turo.

Worked like a charm. Rodrigo was very good to work with and his van was top-notch and super clean. The pickup process and drop-off process were easy (and I do not like big airports like Orlando). I would definitely come back and do business with TURO and Rodrigo.

The car was extremely clean and well-maintained. NE was a great host. We had great customer care and she was available if we needed anything while having the car. We own a Tesla and therefore know how to drive it, however, NE included excellent information as to how to operate a Tesla.

We rented a car from Turo. They put us in touch with Pesa (car owner). Tried to charge for having pet in the car a fee of $154. We didn’t have pet in the car. John from Turo looked at our proof & reversed charges. Turo-has been great- but I recommend staying away from Pesa the car's owner. I highly recommend Turo.

I will use Turo again soon for another rental! My only downside is how expensive the trip fee is. This was the same price as the car rental fee which drove the price up a ton. I was expecting to pay $130ish for the day not $230. A little steep

This was my first time using Turo. Turo is a great alternative to car rental! Didn’t even need to physically interact with anyone. Was able to return the car at 4 am. in time for my early flight. The communication from the person I was renting from was great.

TURO was the best! I had never heard of it before my trip to Michigan to visit my family. Someone mentioned it, so I checked it out. WOW! I paid HALF of what I would’ve paid through the typical rental car agencies. Great car, great host, super convenient. I’ll definitely use Turo again, and try to use the same host if in that area. I’m also telling everyone I know about it. Thanks TURO!

Everything was as advertised. Car did smell like someone had smoked in it which I do not believe was in the notes, but it wasn’t that bad. Also, car was 5k overdue for maintenance and the service car notification was on. Only other complaint, we had to pay $26 to get out of the parking garage, this was an unexpected cost.

I was hesitant about renting through an app however it went smoothly, all questions were responded to within minutes. Will never rent through a big company again. The price was great and the selection of cars around me were abundant

My first experience with Turo and it was amazing. Matt was top notch. Car ran excellent and was perfect for our short trip. Pick up was very easy and the app worked well. Communication with the owner was smooth and efficient. A million times better than normal rental car experiences.

My truck is in the shop longer than I had hoped. Had errands to run. Google search found Turo. While a bit pricey when you add a lesser expensive vehicle plus cheap insurance, charges and delivery, the service itself is top notch. The vehicle I rented was new, extremely clean and the owner was super attentive. I even got to speak with him a few minutes when he dropped off the vehicle at my house. I will use Turo again should I need a vehicle but because my needs are typically local with minimal mileage needs I really wish they had older, less shiny vehicles to choose from. But overall great service with a vehicle owner who exceeded my expectations with communication and service.

We had a very nice car to drive in Hawaii. The price was reasonable. We will use this service again. We were very pleased with the experience. Much more affordable than through other services! I would recommend Turo to all my Family & Friends!

Steve was great at walking me thru my first experience with Turo. He made it very easy, his Tesla was very clean, he was prompt and helpful making my experience better than expected. After this, I would highly recommend Steve and Turo to anyone needing a loaner car, much better than any rental company.

Renting this Jeep through Turo from Black Rock couldn’t have been any easier! Vehicle was exactly as expected and the communication from the owner was excellent. This was the most friendly car rental experience I’ve ever had. It was a car I’ve been wanting to test drive. It was clean and smelled nice. My host was kind and efficient. He answered any questions I had quickly, helped me with my check in process, and made sure I was enjoying my rental while I had it. I will be renting from him whenever I come to Houston.

Great experience. Car was clean. Directions to pick up the SUV were very detailed. My only issue was I didn’t realize how we had to pay to get out of parking garage as I usually get picked up. No fault to anyone but myself. Atlanta airport is huge. I will be more prepared next time. LoL.

We had a great time in Scottsdale while driving around in our Model Y from Turo. The rental was easy to do and access. The charger stations were in good locations with plenty of stations. I will do it again and recommend to my friends.

Everything was good, but I didn't know that the car just accepted 92 octane gasoline. It was expensive to fill it up. Although old, the car is good and I didn't have any problems with it. The Owner sent a bunch of messages about how I would have to treat the car. I mean, tons of messages.

My experience has been great overall with Turo. The convenience and flexibility of renting a car through you guys is incredible. I would however make one suggestion, this recent car I rented, had a fee associated with it that didn’t make sense. The owner listed a fee of $100 if the car wasn’t cleaned inside and out before it was returned. I cleaned it, and it’s not an issue, however the state I received it was dirty on the outside and crumbs in the seats in the inside. I think if there’s a policy that owners can charge for cleaning on the state of return, they must be able to prove that the condition they give the car is equal or similar to how they want it returned. This would probably be through photographic evidence of the condition it was given. Otherwise I’m cleaning their car for them and they can leave it in any state they want. Other than that I’ve had no issues with Turo so far.

We had a wonderful first experience with Turo. Our vehicle was perfect, delivered to us at the airport then picked up 10 days later at our departure terminal. We will be using this service again! Adam has sent us a coupon for 10% off our next rental - we will be back so this will come in handy.

Easy pickup and drop off. Car was exceptional clean and good performance. Only concern were the low profile tires and no spare. My experience with low profile is that it is easy to blow out a tire and rim. Didn’t happen so all was good

Did a one day rental and had to book a 4 day rental. Marquise was excellent she was very professional and understanding. I was running late and she still keep my car. I was see her again on 3-10-23 at 10 am for my Kia.

I never ever smoked in the car. Even received a 5 star review from host but then he found a vape and decided he wanted to make Some money knowing no one has smoked or he would have noticed the smell when picked up’s. Me gave bad review but he didn’t. I’ll never use Turo again due to this host!

On March 7 I tried to rent a rental car I signed up with all my information keep in mind it’s my first time using them. I completed all my information then to be told I was not approved. I have a great driving record so I tried to chat with someone. It was ridiculous. They need to screen better or get another system to verify. I will never use their services even if they offered 2 weeks free. That would be a HELL NO. I will gladly go to Enterprise.

Never has renting a car so simple and fast. No rental car company can compare. From finding what I needed down to the host keeping my car in his garage while I was out of town. The truck was clean and performed well even in bad weather.

Contacted Turo help by phone. The got us an other rental agreement ready for pick up within one hour. It was some distance to the other car, so they suggested to pay for an uber. That did not work out, but we did not mind. Got a much better car and Turo covered the extra cost of the car.

My host was easy to work with. The car was easy to locate and on time. Vehicle was in pristine condition. My host stayed in contact with me which made everything super easy. I was kind of worried about using this app it being my first time until he contacted me. Made me feel so much better. Thank you so much for having this app. I will be using it from now on. I had a wonderful experience, namely because of the host. It was my first time on TURO, as I usually opted for a more standard rental company. I really enjoyed the process and especially pick-up & drop-off right at the airport was great. The only negative aspect to my experience is that prior to selecting this trip I had one instance where the host canceled because they didn't want to come pick me up at the airport although that's what was listed in their description. And another instant where it was a pure scammer trying to ask me for a deposit not through TURO payment but personal pay through Venmo. I think that could be dangerous for your customers and would like to suggest you find ways to weed out those scammers as hosts.

Relatively easy and affordable experience that was perfect for what I needed! Would certainly do it again if I was in this area, and having a touchless delivery really helped the experience. Thank you for making it easy and making my trip better!

Rented a van through the Turo app. Was quick and a less expensive option. Picked up and returned at a set location at time requested. No issues. I will do it again and will refer friends and family. Good experience.

Everything from booking to returning the car was amazing. In my opinion it’s the only way to rent a car. No lines, and super convenient. My only suggestion when renting an EV especially Tesla is, to be a little more forgiving with returning the car with a full charge. As a first time EV user, I found it difficult to charge up and still have to drive a few miles to drop off car and still have a full charge. I’m sure it can be done but I didn’t know how. Obviously I returned the car mostly charged and was billed a small fee. Not a huge deal but would be nice for a little wiggle room especially when returning to an airport. Besides that small detail, my experience was perfect and wouldn’t hesitate getting the same car or any Turo in the future.

This was my first time using Turo and it was a very good one! The car was fantastic, the communication with the owner was very good with quick responses and it all went so smoothly that I would recommend both the service and the car owner to all my friends.

I rented a Cadillac while on a trip to Charleston and it was GREAT! Being in contact with the owner makes things so much more convenient. The car was right outside the terminal when my plane landed. Lamar (the owner) told me exactly where to find it in the parking garage, with pictures too! Car was clean and in great condition. Gas tank was full. It took about 5 minutes to run through the check in process and I was on the road. Returning it was just as easy. In fact, I think I parked it right back in the same spot it had been in when I picked it up. Quick check out process same as check in. It was a breeze. No filling out paperwork, insurance information, deposits. None of the hassle of renting from a company.

We had three adults and four toddlers. The van was a perfect ride for us. Allison communicated well the entire time and was very flexible when we decided to return the van an hour earlier. I highly recommend her van for a large group.

I would highly recommend this is our family and friends. This was so easy to use. The vehicle was awesome along with being able to rent car seats for our grandkids!!! Turo pickup and return are also great! We highly recommend this if you are on need of renting a vehicle!! We were very happy with this service!!!

This was my first time using Turo. The app was simple to use. I asked that the vehicle be at the airport. I received very specific instructions where and how to locate the Nissan 2020 Armada and how to retrieve the key, contactless. My Sister and I found the entire process quite interesting. I may never rent from a Rental Chain again. The cost was also well within our budget. Very clean. Loved it.
