My first experience with Turo was great! So much easier than the typical car rental. My host Brian was informative and had great communication. I ordered the car and had it within an hour. It was simple and the best part was free pick-up and delivery. I would recommend Turo and my host Brian to any of my friends, family, or colleagues.

This was my 2nd time using Turo. Not only are the rates reasonable, the car selections are great, and the check-in and out is simple! At the Lihue airport in Kauai, Hawaii, there's a separate area from the regular rental company shuttles for the Turo shuttle van to pick up the passengers. Directions were provided to find it. I had to message my Turo contact, because I didn't find the area right away. Austin responded within seconds and got me on the right track! After a short 7 minute ride, we were dropped off at the lot. Again, I didn't read my Directions clearly and had to ask Austin via text for the parking space number. He kindly provided it, and I was on my way! One note- please tip your shuttle driver- it's especially hard to make ends meet these days, and after all, they are working so that you can have a restful vacation!

This was our first time using Turo and what a great experience! Everything went well and was easy! I will definitely use this service again when renting a car. Our host was also quick to respond when we had a question.

I'm a loyal AirBnb user, but was new to Turo. My first rental week went perfectly, and the system was pretty much flawless. No complaints and plenty of complements -- especially to the very sweet woman whose car I drove. Thank you!

Everything went very smoothly when it came to pick up and drop off. We LOVED the Jeep we rented and the owner was very responsive. The vehicle was in great, clean condition. Will definitely book with Turo again! Highly recommend to my friends.

Kevin's minivan was the perfect option for a family ski vacation. We were a family of 4 & all of our luggage & ski equipment fit perfectly with plenty of space. The van was immaculate & Kevin's communication & directions made it a seamless pickup & drop off. Turo is a great option, especially when my flight arrived in Reno at midnight & all of the typical car rental companies close at 11:30. Not sure if I will ever use the traditional car rental company again because Turo & owners like Kevin make it so easy & convenient!

The experience was great. Good communication and easy process. The car was as described and very nice as was the owner. He was flexible and professional. This was a much better option to renting from a car rental company and we will definitely use Turo again in the future.

Nice car and owner had a clean car! Was easy to contact and responded in a timely manner with all of my inquiries. Car was the best vehicle on fuel that I have ever used. I am considering on buying a hybrid for myself and wife. We have both been very impressed and got at least 38 miles to the gallon driving in the city along with on the highway.

I travel for work. The worst part of my job is getting the rental car and dropping the rental off. This was my first Turo rental and everything went smoothly. We arrived late on a flight from Boston to SLC. I thought the pickup process was going to take forever. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was. Thank you.

I got no support when the vehicle owner tried to scam. Once I dropped off the vehicle I was charged for everything random fee they could think of even though I returned everything in perfect condition. The owner refuses to get in touch with me and Turo was no help either. Overall my experience was terrible.

A pleasure to drive around in Florida with the top down. It rained at times but overall it was a very nice trip. Got to see lots of attractions and enjoyed good food. Very friendly people and lots of smiles.

This was my first time using Turo. I thought it was a great value and a very easy process. I would definitely recommend using this service. You can save a lot of money by not purchasing their insurance. If your current policy allows you to drive other people's cars, the rate will be substantially lower. My insurance agent said to get insurance through Turo and get the best coverage because I was going somewhere with very bad drivers and frequent car break-ins.

Easy app with no hidden fees. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for reasonable prices while renting a vehicle. Picking up and dropping off vehicle was easy with no hassle. We enjoyed app because you can search for car that fits your trip and price budget. You simple text the person you're renting from and they will unlock the vehicle automatically and you're off!

“Katusha’s Rocket” was a fantastic experience, what a car. When you add the amazing service I received it’s over the top. The vehicle was received in pristine condition. Pickup and delivery was exactly on time. Instructions and available help removed all anxiety on driving a Tesla for the first time. And I do recommend a Tesla, the charge (electricity) is less than half the price of gasoline. Without a doubt this was the right choice.

Car was clean and reliable. Car was delivered on time. The car host was very friendly and open to communicate on anything. Car had a little too much fragrance but it eventually dissipated during the trip.

It was a quick and easy rental on very short notice. We needed it just for the day and it worked out great with the App Unlock! The Toyota had nice leather, sport mode, and was easy to use. Good price and great customer service. Clean ride! Highly recommend!

This was my first experience on Turo as a divorced woman. Previous experiences using Turo with my ex were less than ideal. I think what made it exceptional was the stellar customer service and attention, as well as the clean and well maintained vehicles from the host, Charles, and his team. They operate in the Northern VA area close to DC. I will continue to use Turo only if Charles has a vehicle available.

Great experience. First time using Turo. I will use again. The car was great, the owner dropped off and picked up within 5 mins, so much easier and cheaper than renting a car. I’m gonna start renting my car out too.

Car was in excellent condition and was all in all awesome. Information provided about vacuum services and gas services were on point and convenient. Definitely would use Turo and Dante again. Pick up was easy and transport drivers were helpful and friendly.

This is the first time using the app, kind of nervous at the beginning, but communication with the host was smooth and friendly. The price was the first thing that catch my eye, I could save almost 40% of the regular rent price in California. Definitely will use it again on my next trip out of town.

Hey I just want to give my feedback on my experience with you guys and believe it or not I have nothing bad to say. Everything went as planned. I plan on renting from you guys in the future. Compared to a rental center you guys beat their prices and the experience hands down.

Thank you Martha. Car was what I needed. Car drove well. Fuel efficient. Easy pickup. Within just a few minute drive. Clean interior. Clean exterior. All fluid were full. Tire pressure within range. Full almost full. Fit 4 adults and live get luggage.

I was pleased and have been with Turo on every car, with one exception. This was no different. Easy to book and access. My host was great and the car was as described. I prefer Turo over traditional rental because I get to pick the car that fits my needs and in a price range I can afford. I will continue to use Turo as I travel and when there is a need for a car, like this time when my car had to be placed in the shop.

Absolutely pleased with our trip. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Our host was unbelievable and would recommend to anyone. The truck was clean and ready to go. Our host communicated with us about pick up and drop off. The truck was above our expectations and one of the most comfortable vehicles I have ever been in.

This was my first time using Turo, but this App definitely saved the day! After a mix up with a major rental company left me stranded at the Airport with my granddaughter, I was able to quickly and easily download the app and book a new rental! To my surprise the process was easier and cheaper than the other rental would have been! My family and I will now use Turo for our future rentals!

Our host Jonathan made it a very smooth transaction. The van was very clean & comfortable. We used it to take my elderly parents with us so that they could easily get in & out of a vehicle while having family in town. We would definitely recommend Jonathan to anyone.

The site, service was recommended to me and I have already recommended it to my son in law and he has used it with great satisfaction!! This is now my go to car rental service!

My experience with the host and the vehicle was 5 stars all around, but I feel the Turo pricing is less than transparent. The vehicle rental fee was $54, then the Trip Fee was $54 and the insurance was $54. That cost of insurance for a five-hour rental far exceeds anything I've paid at other rental agencies across the country. And what is the Trip Fee, which doubles the cost of the rental itself? Who gets that Trip Fee, if the host only gets a portion of the rental fee? The cost of renting the vehicle should be posted for what it is - twice the "rental fee"!

I had a great experience. It was my first time using this company and everything went well. I was able to select the vehicle that met my needs and the payment process was easy. The host was very nice and the vehicle was clean. Convenient pick up and drop off location and the overall process went smooth. I have no complaints and I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

I have to say that Deonte was a fantastic Host and I enjoyed renting the Tesla. Very easy and we had a great time. Will definitely use TURO in the future. My son and I enjoyed it.. We plan on renting again in the near future. Thank you!

I was very skeptical of how TURO worked and how accurate and honest all the information was, but let me tell you that I had nothing but positive interactions with the app and the person I had rented from. I WILL be using it again! 11/10!

I know it might seem obvious, but I didn’t see anywhere where it stated I had to re-fill the gas tank. If I had seen that I would’ve refilled it, thought it might have been part of the bargain with Turo versus a rental car place. The positive was that I did not have to wait for business hours and I picked up my car on a Sunday in the morning, but negative was the car was not nearly as clean as a rental car place would’ve had it. There was an odd smell in the car.

My experience with Turo was amazing and the owner was able to communicate with me perfectly. I can’t complain about anything. It was a pleasure. If I am in Houston I will rent another vehicle from Rene. This was my first experience and it did not disappoint.

While our initial dealings with Turo were seemingly great, the policy specifically stating you do not need to clean is incorrect. In the policy it says anything that may be vacuumed or wiped off will not eligible to be charged for a cleaning fee. Our daughter had dust on her shoe and put her feet in the backseat. Pretty normal for Las Vegas. She also had chips under her car seat that we tried to sweep out as best we could. There was some dirt/dust that was easily vacuumed. Yet, the owner is charging us a $150 cleaning fee. Turo is siding with the host and there is absolutely no reason why. They also automatically charge your account without a procedure to dispute it. Considering the rental was not significantly cheaper than going other places, we will certainly not be renting from such a business that proceeds to allow wrongful charges to happen.

Convenient to just pick up the car without having to stand in line the car was very clean. Esam was very responsive and was helpful. When I had questions I would highly recommend this app to my friends. It was easy to return the car at the end of the trip.

Such an easy way to rent a really nice car. First time using Turo and I was amazed at how simple it was to get a really great car for a really great deal. The owner of my rental was super helpful and quick to respond with any questions. The quality car I got was so much nicer than I would ever get from a rental car location. This is something I will definitely do again for my next trip.

This was my first time renting from Turo and I would do it again. My host was very professional and helped me with everything. The car was amazing and good price. I was a little nervous renting from Turo before but asked around and figured I’d give it a try. Glad I did and I will most definitely being renting again.

I was supposed to pick up the car at 8:00am. I texted him at 8:04 with no answer. I waited around until 8:30 and then went to the closes rental car agency to get a car last minute where I paid top dollar. The TURO car owner messaged me back at 8:45 to let me know that the car was in the shop and it was supposed to be ready by 7am. I told him that he could have called me by 7 am. This guy should not be allowed to rent his car through TURO.

Joshua was great to rent from. He came to the airport for us and showed up quickly. His vehicle was in mint condition and the rental process was easy. Would definitely rent from him again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Joshua.

The car was parked in an offsite parking lot from the airport. After my experience in other airports with Turo this was disappointing. If I have to leave the airport I might as well rent a car from one of the major car rental companies. Otherwise the car ran and the owners were helpful with questions.

Nissan, nice car that drives good and has been well maintained. Large trunk that would hold a lot of suitcases. 75,000+ miles so it's not high mileage. Decent gas economy. It's a Nissan. All things you would expect. Would rent again for around town driving, which is all I did.

There were 4 adults and 2 children in our party. We were to traveling to Phoenix area for a week and needed 2 car seats and enough space for our luggage. We found a Suburban available in Phoenix. Our host was Kristina. It was our first experience with Turo and her knowledge of the Turo app, process and overall communication put us at ease. The car was delivered as communicated with car seats installed as promised. Like the fact that you know exactly what you’re getting - unlike rental car companies. Overall great experience and will use Turo again.

First time I used this service and it was a great experience. I will definitely use this app again for my future trips. It was easy to use and full of all kinds of vehicles. After selecting one the owner stayed in touch and gave clear directions for pick up and drop off. After collecting my bags we were able to go directly to our parked vehicle and we were on our way - no waiting in rental car lines. Turn in was just as easy. Can’t wait to use this again for my next adventure.

I had a fabulous experience with all the way through with Michelle’s Tesla. The vehicle was literally immaculate, like new. Every surface, the mats, felt like I drove it off the lot, and everything. That set me with a great vibe for driving, and the car performed great. Michelle was very easy to work with and the whole process was smooth. I will definitely rent from Michelle again.

I had a few changes to make during my trip to Kodiak like having to get the car from the airport instead of the residence. Connor made sure it was ready to go where I needed it. Also, driving on gravel (against contract but unavoidable, if you know, you know) and Connor gave me the ‘okay, take it slow.’ This particular road was not terrible one but still gravel.

Everything was timely. All of this transactions was swift, seamless with car. Clean car. Really responsive. I really enjoy the quality of the vehicles and amenities that the vehicles have with them. I really appreciate Turo. It could not get any better.

The booking was a breeze and the pick up location was pretty convenient. However, I left feeling robbed and overcharged. I had to swap cars because one was unsafe to drive with a huge crack across the windshield and was not in as good of condition as the pictures posted. I was swapped into a lesser vehicle that was unclean and uncomfortable with an unpleasant odor. I wasn’t offered any of my money back and left feeling cheated.

This was my first experience with Turo and it was excellent. I will definitely use this service again the next time I travel. The car was very clean, and the gas tank was full. The instructions were clear and easy to use, for the most part.

After returning the car on time with a full tank of gas to the exact same spot where I picked it up, I got hit with fees for pickup/delivery/parking. This was vaguely disclosed prior to my rental on the Turo website, but since I never got an explanation as to how they would be calculated, I assumed they were included in my pre-payment. I still don’t understand how they were calculated. This was my first & last experience with TURO.

I would recommend Turo to a friend and the whole experience regarding my trip with Garry‘s car was wonderful. I just have one huge complaint! I was trying to rent a car with my credit card and unfortunately the payment did not go through. In the beginning, the trip fee was 15$. Since that happened, every car I would like to select has such a high trip fee, always the same price as the car itself. This is just because of the credit card and this really made me upset. Because of that, I have a hard time booking with Turo and booked other Car-Sharing services since because the price is just too high. I would really appreciate if you could have a look into that.

The truck I rented from James was perfect. Exactly as described and ran great. James was a very friendly and accommodating host. The truck was clean and perfect for our family ski trip. We will definitely be renting from James again

We had a wonderful experience renting through Turo/Host For C. The app is simple to use and the host walked us through every step of the way. The vehicle was clean and very reasonably priced. There were no hidden costs and the vehicle came equipped with EZ-Pass for convenience. I recommended it to a family member who also had a great experience. We had a great experience renting through Turo. It was easy, simple, and a good value. With Turo we were able to choose the exact car we wanted to rent, as opposed to getting a similar car chosen for us. The app is easy to use and the process went well. I booked with Turo and at the last minute, the host cancelled and I ended up paying way more for another car than I would have through a regular rental company. Yes, Turo provided a refund, but there were no cars comparable at the similar price. Frustrated I had to pay more for a different vehicle and deal with a last minute cancellation. With regards to the host on the second reservation, he was responsive and the transition went well. I had extra fees getting out of the parking ramp which I didn't anticipate, but it was only a few dollars.

Dealing with the whole process was easy. A lot quicker and better than going to a rental car agency in my opinion. I rented a car with Kevin and it was in and out. He was easy to speak to and was very polite and professional. Car was an older model...But it ran very well and clean. Thanks Kevin!

Had a great experience renting a Tesla through Turo! This is my first time using Turo and had a seamless experience! I am planning to use Turo for all my rentals in the future and have already booked another trip! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I used this company for the first time and I was misled by the host. I rent a vehicle for couple days. I end up returning the vehicle the night before. Before I return, reach out to the host asking if I should wash and fill tank with gas, his reply was, "Fill the tank but you don’t need to wash unless you pee or poop in the vehicle." I said, "Can come and take a look at the vehicle since I have a time to go wash the car just to make sure the car is in an acceptable condition." He came and look and said the vehicle was in an acceptable condition. He also, communicated that through the app so this conversation is documented.

This was an amazing experience. No stress. Our guy meet us at the airport to deliver and return car. We were late getting returning the car and he was most understanding. No more joining lines to check in and no more leaving the airport to pick up your car. This was awesome!!

Turo Host - The Prime G. - was AWESOME, and he made our first time experience, using Turo, very easy and enjoyable! The vehicle was just as described and drove like a charm! I HIGHLY recommend using The Prime G. for your next car rental!

The process was seamless and the car was great! The car was conveniently left in the airport parking lot for us. It was super clean and ready to go. Instructions for pick up and drop off made our trip easy. The messages on the app were communicated clearly and in a timely manner, so there were no questions.

The communication with my Turo host was great. However, my flight was delayed 3 hours and I couldn't adjust my pickup time in the app. The pickup time was grayed out so couldn't adjust. While I was on the plane I was contacting customer support but he couldn't help me. I was worried I would not have a car for my family when I arrived at the airport. Luckily my Turo host said he would be there with my car. Caused some stress for me while I was already stressed with the delayed flight. Still don't know why it wouldn't allow me to change my pickup time?

I had heard of Turo from a family member who had recently visited us. It was so easy and fun searching for cars while on vacation. Loved our pic! Definitely will be using again! Car was so clean and nice. :)

This was my first time using Turo and it was terrific! My host (Rodney) was on time, professional, and responsive. The vehicle was clean and in terrific condition. The Turo app was incredibly easy to use - I’d engage with this app, host, and vehicle again!

In the beginning it definitely felt like a great experience. I was a little nervous because this was my first time and I have a pretty great driving history. Immediately I took photos of the car, Followed all the instructions and began my drive. During my drive I noticed a few things that were wrong with the vehicle and because I was worried about being held responsible for them I kept messaging the host just to be safe. At that point the car was driving in great condition. I was still very worried about all the Service signs the tire inflation and other mechanical issues that were wrong with the vehicle but it did get me through my ride and through my journey safely. Being that it was only going to be used for a few hours I did not complain about how dirty the exterior or interior was and didn’t realize my phones photos were not clear because I have an outdated phone.

Our experience with Carol and Turo was seamless! Great car, great communication and super easy! Would highly recommend. The only drawback was that our insurance didn’t cover the rental. Although still good value with Turo’s insurance and the quality of the car.

Used Robert's car. All was awesome experience and pickup and drop off was flawless. The app was great, walked us through picking up and dropping off and would be happy to rent Robert’s car again. I really enjoyed the whole process and will try it again when I need a car again. Thanks

Forced to pay for parking after I left the vehicle at the location designated by the vehicle owner! Will never use Turo again! Will advise my friends that this is a scam. I was extremely dissatisfied. The vehicle was not worth it.

First time renting on Turo and it was a great experience overall. Really convenient to have an electric car since everything in Miami is far and you would be spending a ton of money on gas. Car was well presented on the website. The car was ready when we went to pick it up. KO was professional and friendly. Had a small damage issue after return but was resolved quickly and a fairly. Would consider using this service again.

At 47 yo, easily the most enjoyable car rental experience of my life. I'll never go back to traditional car renting. Tim was very responsive and super easy to work with. The pickup and delivery process was flawless, the rate was fantastic, and we able to easily extend our trip by an extra day when we realized we had one more activity to do.

All was great, Mr. ** was very friendly & easy to work with. Van was clean & got great gas mileage. Would recommend him to anyone looking to use an eight-passenger van. He even called me before we got out on the road back home to let me know we left something behind and saved us a 45-minute drive.

Drawn to the TURO site because of the outrageous prices for rental cars in Hawaii. As first-time users we were skeptical. As it turns out, every aspect of the service, from booking through pick-up and drop-off exceeded every expectation, and so much more conveniently and quickly than dealing with the slow and cumbersome process when renting through the traditional outfits. The hosts provided responsive and timely guidance; the car itself was perfect for our vacation needs and didn't give us any trouble at all. Would recommend to anyone.

I had such a great experience renting from SoCal Luxury Rentals. Phenomenal communication and such an easy process. The car was in perfect condition and exactly as pictured. I will absolutely rent from them again! The entire process was seamless and the use of the app made everything easier.

This company sucks. For starters, it literally took WEEKS for BOTH of my tech support emails to get responded to. And when they did respond, there was absolutely no resolution. Not that it was even a problem anymore considering it’s been weeks since the issue occurred. I had already ended up going with another rental service, by force. But when I actually did “successfully” book through Turo, eventually (I couldn’t originally which was the initial issue), I arrive at the designated location to pick up my vehicle, and close to 30 minutes later (after I reached out to the host) I was told that the vehicle had not yet been returned from the last renter. I was then offered vehicles that were not comparable to what I originally paid for, and was told that it was up to Turo to make any compensation or price accommodations. To which Turo, told me it was up to the host, and then was abruptly put on hold without notice, only to finally be transferred and then hung up on.

Rented a 2022 Ford Bronco which was a great experience. Vehicle was clean inside and out, smelled brand new, and as advertised. Remotely accessing the vehicle was very easy as well as returning it after the trip. Will definitely rent from this group again in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderfully our Turo experience was last week. We were traveling to Phoenix (along with numerous other people during a typical Spring Break week) and found that rental cars were higher than normal to rent so I checked out Turo. We found a great car for our family's needs (4 people and all their luggage) and the price was right! Our 'renter' was pleasant to deal with and communicated well in regards to where the car was parked, where to pick up the keys, etc. We noticed some rock chips in the windshield and texted him quick to see if he knew about them (we'd only had the car for 1 day at that point) and he was quick to respond that they had happened before us. It was a wonderful experience and we'll definitely be using Turo again!

The car was very clean, picking up the car was very easy. Everything about the car was explained to me. The pickup point was easy to get to as well. When I returned the car, I was explain exactly what to do. They were very Nice and answer any questions I had. Would do this again without a doubt.

Rented a Porsche Cayenne while in Las Vegas and not only was it an awesome car, it was less expensive than renting a small SUV through one of the chains at the airport. I'm done with the large rental chains.

Yes we had a great time. I would use Turo again. The vehicle road smooth really enjoyed it, we are planning another Florida trip soon and will definitely use Turo services again, car also nice and clean. My grandkids had a ball. We didn’t want to leave. Wish we had more days to stay.

This rental was a great experience! Dimetrick was very flexible with pick-up and drop off. The car was perfect for our needs. This was our first time using Turo so I was a little worried about how it was going to work, but all of my fears were unfounded.

We rented a car in Myrtle Beach last week to attend our Son's Spring Training. This was our first and last time using Turo. We picked up a cute Alfa Romero. When we got the car it smelled heavily of weed and deodorizer to cover the smell. We kind of laughed about it and just dealt with it as we were only using the car to drive to games close by. I suppose we were a bit naïve and should have complained. The car was SPOTTLESS other than the smell so it had obviously been cleaned and deodorized to cover the odor.

Seth was an incredible host- He went so far above and beyond to make our trip easy and comfortable. It was my first time using Turo, and he walked me through every step. Turo is the best - I’ll never go back to car rentals through a company.

This was our first time using Turo for our trip to Hawaii, Maui, to be exact, and not only did we find the perfect car to suit our needs, the owner of the vehicle was incredibly responsive and kind. We had the car for 10 full days. The owner of the vehicle made plans to pick us up from the airport as well as drop us off and it was so much easier, less expensive and quicker than using a typical rental car company.

I love the variety of cars. For my trip, I basically rent the car I was thinking about buying next year so not only did I get a car that I need for a week, it was essentially a weeklong test drive too.

The owner nagged about things about the end. The USB port didn't charge. The price wasn't any better than I could have gotten off of Priceline as a VIP with a discount code, etc. It was nice to try it out for one time to find out though...

The best experience I’ve had in a slingshot in a really long time. Host was amazing and I will most definitely will be renting again as soon as I can. Only thing I would suggest is putting the mileage for each ride higher. Other than that my ride and rental was perfect!!

When I see a legal price and that price is false then I get worried about your platform. Your platform has rules, these same rules has to apply for the consumer pure protection, and not false advertisement. Like yesterday would have rented a vehicle but because of a wide scale pricing difference I stopped process.

I happened upon Turo while trying to find a rental car company to rent a large enough SUV to take six adults and ski gear from the airport to ski resort. Nothing existed online for the bigger rental car companies. Turo was something I never heard of and I was skeptical at first. But after research and speaking with the owner on the chat, I felt more comfortable. After our rental experience, I will probably always use Turo from now on. The owner was very responsive and tended to any of our needs as we had a road closure and nearly missed our flight. He was very accommodating with the drop off process.

I would highly recommend everyone to go to Xscape rentals. The staff at Xscape rentals were great and friendly staff. They had awesome service. I will return back. Picking up and dropping off the car was very smooth and easy.

I currently live in NJ and I’m looking to relocate to Florida. My fiancé told me about Turo as an option to rent a car as opposed to going through the BIG commercial places. My experience from start to finish was flawless. My host Vitor was amazing!! He was very accommodating, very knowledgeable and helpful and didnt bat an eye when I needed to extend my trip by a day AND change the drop off location. From start to finish an amazing experience. Great experience. Top Journey our host was amazing to deal with. Great communication, super fast instructions and response time. Car was dropped off at the airport and I was told exactly where to pick it up. I was also granted access to the car electronically and I will see in my phone for the whole trip.

As far as the car, the convenience, and communication with"Willy" was all good. This was my first time using Turo! What I don't understand is the billing. What is the difference between trip price and trip cost? To me it looks like I am double charged. That was a lot of money for using the car eight hours.

My first Turo experience was very positive. My host (Martin) was remarkable and made the whole experience easy and convenient and I greatly appreciated the cost savings compared to what I would have paid in rental, fees and taxes had I rented from one of the traditional rental companies. I also enjoyed the fact that my Turo car already had SunPass installed so I did not have to wait in the long lines at the toll booths. I am already looking forward to my next Turo adventure.

I don't expect to go back to rental agencies if Turo keeps up their quality and cost matrix. Very strong app and covers pretty much everything that I could need or want. I hope the options overseas are similar to the US.

My first experience renting a Turo vehicle couldn’t have been more efficient and convenient. I picked up my Turo rental conveniently near the Gate, where I landed at DFW - the return of the vehicle was the same convenient, efficient, and very easy. Super satisfied with my Turo experience and Bernard, the car owner, was prompt and polite, not to mention, his car was immaculate.

Went to Las Vegas on a whim. We had a really nice day so we decided to rent a car. Whole process was easy and streamlined. Within an hour I had a great convertible ready to go. The experience using Turo was absolutely amazing, super easy and so convenient. I will never ever go with another car rental company as long as I live. The approval time is super quick, fast and the person we rented the car from responded within 20 minutes or less every time and also went out of his way to make it easy to make a few last minute adjustments. Hi, it was my first time using Turo, not impressed. The host switched the car on me at the last moment. The "new" car provided had a crack in the windshield that I don't think was street legal. I rented the car for less than 2 days. The host sent me numerous text messages about what to do about closing duties: vacuuming and car wash which "helps keep his prices low." After the Uber and all the clean up, which felt like cleaning up after someone else's mess, it makes me question that this service was worth all the trouble. When I booked the ride everything was fine, I returned the car on the return date nice and neat. Out of nowhere I received a charge from the host for 272.dollars for the car smelling like smoke, which is a bold face lie because I DON'T SMOKE AT ALL, I disputed the request successfully and I did that. I could no longer log in, and I very disappointed because I love the app and now can't use it because the host tried to scam me and I got the short end of the stick, if there's anything you guys can do to help that would be great.

I loved the messaging feature as well, I was able to ask for an earlier pick up since we finished early.

Our first Turo Jeep renter, Gary **, was a no show despite numerous phone calls and text messages. He put us two days behind schedule. Jennifer ** stepped up to the plate with an amazing, beautiful Gladiator! We were proud to drive it to Colorado and back and got many compliments. The Gladiator was spotless, everything worked, and Jennifer made pick up and drop off easy and convenient. Totally great experience.

The car was beautiful, but the has tires where the wire was hanging out which I could not see. I had a blow out that almost cost, with no apology. It was only 1 tires see attach, they tried to charge me for two tires, but when I disputed and showed pictures, and they could not hit my pockets for that. They came back stating I was smoking when I was not. I truly feel by me not loading the picture up on how I returned the car. The people at the pick up office put cigarette ashes on the rug as if it came from me them came and charged me 300.00. They loaded pictures that was not the same care see pictures do not rent from Carson Lexus is 2021 tag 8ULS206 California they will rip you off. Be the judge it those rugs are for the same care.

It’s simple to understand the app and find multiple cars available for a variety of prices within a certain radius. The person I rented my first car from was kind and proactive and made me feel at ease. Pickup and drop-off went off without a hitch. I will definitely be using Turo again!
