I booked a late-model Subaru Forester for a recent family vacation to Kauai. No hassle to pick up or rental car line to deal with. The owner of the car was very communicative and the shuttle got us to the car in 10 minutes. Great trip made easier by Turo.

Even though I've known about Turo for a long time, I never used the service and, now that I have, I can't understand why. Everything was quite smooth, I loved the car and its features, cleanliness and price as well as the great host. Highly recommended service for sure. I know I will be considering Turo for my future car rental needs.

I enjoyed renting the car on Turo, we had none of the hassle of going to the rental site and the car was at the airport for our pickup and drop-off! Our host Huy was great and answered any concerns or questions I had. And the car was roomy enough! I will definitely use this service again!!

The young lady who helped me was excellent. She solved my problem surprisingly quickly and did not have to ask me one thousand and one questions to do it. I was quite impressed with this customer service experience. I have used Turo about 5 times since discovering it earlier this year and it has been a wonderful alternative to the mundane rental car providers of yesteryear.

This was our first time using Turo and wow it was so easy! The selection of vehicles is great! The ease of picking up and dropping off is also super easy and the prices are definately reasonable for what they offer! I'll use Turo again, and will no longer use Enterprise!

As a first time Turo renter this has been the best experience ever! Nesta was so helpful and understanding! Even with me adding a day at the last minute he was still patient and understanding! Car was as described and everything went smoothly! I absolutely will be renting from him again!

The process was very easy and straightforward. Our host was amazing. This was my first time using this service. I was a bit hesitant at first. I was late picking up the car but he was sweet about it. Car was clean and a great ride. He was very sweet and helpful. If you are thinking about renting yes you are making the correct choice! His customer service is great. I needed the car for a day trip and this is the one.

This was my first time using Turo. Smooth and easy booking. No issues with communication. Instructions were precise. The car drove well. Easy access to and from the airport. Needed to make a change to the reservation and I was able to do so without any issues. Loved my experience. Will book again.

Everything was PERFECT. There were a wide range of cars to select from, and prices to match were more than fair. My host was the best. From pickup to drop off, he communicated with easy instructions, which caused no hassle. I’ll definitely be using Turo again in the near future.

Great first experience, would use Turo from now on. Stephen was very communicative during my renting and was very understanding when our flights got delayed at last minute. Great experience. The host was very good with communicating throughout the process and the vehicle was just as described in the listing. The rate was also fair and reasonable as it beat out the regular rental companies. I've rented cars at least 100 times and cannot remember a better experience than using Turo. It has become my automatic go to company!

The ride was awesome. Great car. The owner though was trying to get over on some damage charge which was ridiculous. And y'all had my back. I enjoyed the fact that the car was reliable, and got good gas mileage. The convenience of picking up and dropping off the car was great! It was nice that the car was close to the airport. We were able to walk to the car easily. I will use this service again on my next trip.

Heather was awesome to work with. We broke down 90 miles north of Orange Beach. She delivered the vehicle to the resort we are staying at before we even arrived which was a blessing. Very upfront and honest with us. She was very easy to communicate with and replied very quickly with any questions we had and worked very well with us. I would definitely recommend. Heather for anyone... She was really helpful and I would rent again if we would ever need to again. She really was a blessing for us.

This was our first time using Turo. Super easy to use, found a car that met our needs and the owner was wonderful to deal with. We arranged for him to pick us up at the airport and take us back after our vacation was over. Couldn’t have been easier.

Car was dirty with smell and sticky window and filled with spilled coffee. I need to disinfect it with Lysol. Maybe the owner doesn’t like it. And he just gave me 4 stars, I'm trying to be nice with him, we are on the flight. He message me but I replied late.

Getting set up on the app was much easier than I expected. It was super quick and simple to use. The host was friendly and his car made the perfect vehicle for our trip. My experience renting vehicles with Turo on our family vacation was excellent. As a family of six, rental vehicles can be challenging and costly. After learning about Turo and reading reviews from others who had rented vehicles previously, we decided to go for it. The rental process was easy, the daily rates were affordable and the vehicles were high quality. We will definitely rent again with Turo!

Easy to rent a car. Easy to contact the owner. Reasonable price. Delivery was on time. First time renting a car with Turo. Clean car. Next time, need to have a full tank. The tank was at 3/4 and it is hard to fill up when giving back the car.

I had a phenomenal first time experience with Turo. I was in the DFW area for work and Anseu was a fantastic host! During my time there, my trip was extended so I reached out to Anseu to see if the car was available for the additional time. He responded right away in my favor. The car was great and has great gas mileage.

1st vehicle rental canceled. I was on airplane and didn't find out until I landed. I had to cancel the 2nd rental due to undisclosed airport fee. I would've had to drive 34 miles to pick up slingshot to avoid fee. 3rd rental sling shot broke down... 4th rental convertible mustang was great. Allison the host was wonderful. We keep the vehicle for a week. All these issues were during the same week of 2 week vacation.

Everything went really well! Communication was outstanding. Very accommodating! We needed to get to hospital quickly for birth of our grandson. Car owner was very understanding and helpful. Single parenting is hard and costly, so when my daughter wanted to go see her first concert, I started to look at it logistically. Everything fell into place except when it came to reliable transportation. The big car rentals are just a cash sponge. So I looked into alternative methods. Came across Turo and I couldn't have been happier. The app is user friendly, the selection, the people. I'll never use anything else but Turo when a rental is needed.

CarBnB was extremely easy to work with. Pick up and drop off was seamless. Quick to communicate and very responsive. Car was as advertised, ran well and had no mechanical issues. The additional charging Bluetooth was an added bonus. Would use CarBnB again in a heartbeat. Thank you for providing a vehicle that made our trip so much easier!

The Subaru CrossTrack was clean and had plenty of gas. The drop off and pick up was prompt. Was able to drive the island and enjoyed the visit more. I would use Turo again on next vacation prior to using any rental agency. In Hawaii they were out of cars

I have been using Turo for a number of years and each and every experience has been a real pleasure from the easy to navigate app to the entire rental experience. The Host are easy to work and communicate with and I have only once needed to contact Turo for help that was smooth and painless. It is hard imagining going with any traditional rental company or competitor to Turo ever again. The app is seamless and easy to navigate options available.

Being a host for Turo is stressful. They never believe you and their customer service is for **. I had people smoking in my car and they don't come to your house to inspect it or smell it. They just don't allow you to violate the person. I know when someone smokes in my car because I am a non-smoker. Then when I finally had the time to physically take my seats out of the vehicle, I found everything. Cigarettes and weed. Turo expects me to take my seats out after every trip to take pictures to obtain proof. Apparently, they are allowed to do drugs while they work.

The RAV4 ended up getting an accident it was, they said it was my fault, but it was not my fault. The man driving to not see didn’t have a driver's license and he didn’t have insurance and he with was going to creeping through the light so I tagged his ** and my lawyers will be contacting you. I’m suing you because you have not sent me the most of the money for the trip. You owe me $4000.

After I reached out to TURO, they did refund the additional funds they charged me. I am pleased because overall I was pleased and was hoping to use them again.

I am now sold on Turo. Karra did a great job of communicating and have a great Subaru vehicle ready for me to use in AK. Will definitely use Turo in the future. I learned about Turo by word-of-mouth and will definitely spread the word to other fellow travelers.

Our son has used Turo for a while now and when we needed a car while visiting family we gave Turo a try. We saved money and Michael was very accommodating, made It was a great experience. We certainly will use Turo in the future and say goodbye to rental companies!

Using Turo and being in touch with Stephen a has been amazing nothing but top notch service and ease of access. I would definitely recommend to everyone this is just fantastic a perfect way to plan a trip or just if you need a ride for a few days to do errands.

I enjoy using Turo, but seems like it's becoming more difficult to manage with the airport pickup and drop-off. Our host needed to have us drop off at the airport valet at the end of our trip, but the airport staff kept saying that won't accept Turo. Added stress at the end of a vacation. It would be great if Turo could work better with the airports.

First time user here. Easy to sign up. Just picked my ride and it was as simple as that. I was meant upon leaving baggage claim. Keys turned over to me and the owner kept in touch using the Turo app. I filled up the car with fuel. They met me at the airport terminal and we returned their keys. Super simple and easy. Really happy with the whole experience.

As a guest I messed up my rental dates but Dave the host was extremely helpful in getting everything corrected. Turo customer service was proactive and responsive as well. I would recommend Turo to anyone. The car was as described plus exceeded all expectations. Get the car you really want and go with Turo.

While I had previously used Turo a few times without any problems, the last time was a nightmare experience that cost me thousands of dollars. The host, after receiving a 5-star review from me, started claiming damages that did not exist ("wheel rash"), and even though Turo estimated the damage at a few hundred dollars, they eventually charged me thousands based on paperwork that the host showed. Even though the same host has been named on other websites as a scammer who repeated the same scam multiple times, Turo has sided with the host throughout the process. I will never use Turo again, and I am sharing my experience to prevent others from falling victim to this scam.

Fantastic and uncomplicated process. Linda the owner and Joe who assisted in my pick up process were amazing. Any questions I had Linda responded promptly and that was greatly appreciated as I am new to TURO. I was recommended by my brother to try the app and can happily say I would recommend to friends and family. I look forward to my next rental.

Jeep Wrangler was as specified in terms of color and specifications - very clean, a great ride and ready to go. Never driven a Jeep before - may buy one now. Transfer was very simple at airport - pickup and drop off. Questions were answered in a timely manner and would highly recommend.

This was my second time using the Turo app and again I found the process ran smoothly. I enjoyed the ride and it held up well during a severe thunderstorm. The host was prompt to respond to my questions and accommodated my request to pick up the car earlier than booked without additional charge. I’m new to Turo and so far I love it! It’s really convenient and helps in times of emergencies with your own vehicle. Not to mention, it beats going to a traditional rental car company that requires a huge security deposit up front! I will choose Turo every time and tell my friends and family to do so as well.

This was a better alternative rather than going through the process at a traditional car rental service. Will definitely opt to use Turo in the future. I rented the Nissan Kicks from Cody. He was wonderful and the car met my expectations so far past. I’m looking to getting one myself. He answered my questions quick and pick up instructions were clear and understandable. My trip fared very well and it was good on gas. I really enjoyed the car.

This is only my second time using Turo. Will I use it again, probably not. My first experience was pretty cut and dry with a concern that my daily rate changed from the time I booked to the time I checked out. I did not take a screen shot so I’m SOL. However, this second trip everything was fairly smooth other than the fact that the car had some obvious stains on the carpet. It was dusty from the weather conditions. But, we took no issue. Whether or not the stains were removable, I may never know because I did not think to inquire further (My lack of experience, I suppose).

I was very satisfied with the Turo app and how easy it was to rent a vehicle for the weekend. Only a few easy steps, payment information and I was able to communicate with the vehicle owner easily. The price on the vehicle was within my budget and was clean and comfortable. I will definitely be using the app again for future trips.

Renting cars on Turo is a breeze. Cars so far have all been high quality. It is the same price as renting from Hertz or Avis, but much better cars. Pick up and drop off has been an easy experience. I would highly recommend you try it and see for yourself.

Super easy to book, check-in and check out. Only issue was the car was supposed to be at the airport, but we had to take a shuttle offsite. It wasn't far and not a big deal but would've been nice to know in advance. Also, some of the fees seem excessive.

Pick and drop off was easy and convenient to the Anchorage airport… the car was in excellent shape and clean… I would definitely recommend the experience to anyone. The host was very easy to work with… he made the process simple, 6 is exactly what you want in a vacation… less hassle!

This was our first time using Turo. I had heard both positive and negative experiences from others in the past but we decided to use Turo because the larger rental car companies were just so expensive. There was some worry using Turo for the first time but Markel put all that to rest. He was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and friendly throughout our time in Panama City Beach. He provided a spot-on description of the vehicle, and very detailed instructions for pick-up and drop-off. We had an excellent experience and will be using Turo again, and would recommend working with Markel if anyone has a chance to.

I rented a RAV4 for our trip. We had a great time and went up and down the Oregon Coast exploring different beaches and sunsets. Our host made the rental car experience so easy and convenient ☺️ which was greatly appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip ❤️. We used Turo for the first time and because of their prices and ease of use, I would definitely use them again for all our future car rental needs. I was able to send a message to the person who was managing the rental with a quick response to each question. The detail that Neil gave in his instructions for picking up and dropping off the car were very clear and helped me every step of the way.

This was my first time using Turo. My host made the pick up and drop off easy. He left it in long term parking at the COS airport and I returned it there when done. The car was very clean and obviously well cared for. I did get caught by a Colorado hail storm and some damage was done to the vehicle. I learned that supplementary insurance may be a thing. The daily cost would have been less than my deductible, so would have been worth it on this trip. The only part I found "inconvenient" is the need for a TON of pictures after the rental is complete. I understand the need to document, but it can be time consuming, so plan your return time accordingly. Overall, I'd do it again.

This was a great experience. The owner of the vehicle was very good at communication. When I first booked, I forgot to include that we wanted to be picked up and he messaged me back right away and explained what steps I needed to take to do that. I had to ask him a question twice about the video and media system and he called me and helped me through that. The vehicle was super clean and we had no issues. We will definitely use this service again in the future.

The car was great. Pick up and drop off easy. Too many steps to check out. I realize the whole picture thing covers both parties. But if you don’t know it’s part of the deal up front ahead of time you’re not prepared. Once you know the routine if you don’t mind the extra steps to check out you rent again. Good prices.

Replacement vehicle was great! Original rental I found out two would before the trip that it was totaled. It was a bit still stressful waiting to hear it’ if the car was going to be repaired in time. I booked 4 months early and new rentals were more expensive. Turo came through with helping pay difference for new vehicle.

Everything went thru as communicated. Owner and car were awesome. Communication was excellent. Car was very clean and a joy to drive. I’d highly recommend contracting with Xavier and his Lexus. First time I used Turo and was a bit nervous. Everything worked out great and the value compared to National Rental Car Companies was no comparison.

Very disappointed that the owner could charge me for a nail in the tire when the light was on right after I picked up the car. The nail could have been in the tire already and just lost air while it was waiting for me. I tried to dispute but Turo instead just threatened to kick me off the platform. I’m pretty sure rental companies wouldn’t charge you for that, it’s nothing I made a mistake (I.e. an accident) that caused the tire to leak.

Great car. Clean and drove well with absolutely no issues. Very comfortable car to drive with plenty of leg room and plenty of room for shopping purchases. Great communication from vehicle owner. Easy to follow instructions on how to find car and how to access it. Our first time using Turo and will use it again for sure.

Potential users/customers need to have the ability to contact and communicate with the car owners prior to making a reservation, as not being able to ask basic questions before committing is not a good way to do business and is a dealbreaker for some. I was fortunate to not have encountered a problem, but I definitely wanted to ask some questions before I committed.

This was my first experience with Turo. I rented a car my first week in Maui from Ashley and my second week in Kona from James. Both hosts were amazing as was my experience. The cars were clean and ready to go when I arrived. Turo saved me hundreds of dollars as compared to the rental agencies, so I will be using Turo where ever I go.

It was an excellent first for me. Easy platform to use. Fernanda was very kind and communicative! I definitely will use Turo over other commercial car rentals. Definitely a genius platform for supplementing incomes. The platform is easy and seamless to use. Geolocation is great to see people hosting nearby.

Turo did help us get new car when the first car had issues within hours. We did first rent an SUV and got a luxury 4 door car sedan, which was beautiful but had been smoked in. It was fine and we didn’t complain and still gave 5 star reviews but a tad disappointed. We will still use Turo again for our rental needs.

Our rental through Turo in Alsaka was great! Initially there was a slight issue with the booking, but Turo took care of that with great customer service. Once we had a solid booking, the rest went flawlessly! Our host dropped the car off for us promptly and he was easy to communicate with. The car was clean and as advertised. We had one question during the rental for which he was responsive and kind. Drop-off went just as smoothly. I would recommend Turo and Daniel.

I had good experience with Turo from the day I made the reservation, specifically at Calgary with my host Jay, he’s very accommodated to our schedule, he meet us at the airport both pick up and return the vehicle, he’s very responsive, the van was well maintained, it drives like a new van, my group of 10 visited Calgary and Canadian Rockies for 4 days, we were very much enjoyed the sceneries and the drives.

The only inconvenience I experienced was having to walk to find the car in 111 degree weather. No fault of anyone's, it was a Texas heat wave. The host and the car were great. The car was super cute but in 100+ degrees, the a/c seemed to struggle a bit. Overall no problems. Will use Turo from on when traveling.

When we arrived to the airport at 2am after our flight being delayed our vehicle was gassed up and ready to go. The vehicle was in excellent condition. Our host was responsive when I had a question about vehicle features, but otherwise let us enjoy our vacation without bothering us.

First time with Turo. Host cancel the rental 15 mi before my flight but Turo was able to get other ones really quick, of course, for more money. New host was awesome, great and good communications. Car was in good condition, did almost 1500 miles without any problems. Host was always there for any problem throughout.

Great vacation to Hawaii. The ease of the car rental made it all the more better. Communication and service was great! No issues at all with pick up or delivery. Car was great and big enough for all our people and luggage. Pick up and delivery was very easy. The car was clean and comfortable. Anyone traveling with five to seven people I would recommend this SUV. It is also not that bad on gas. The owner communicated with all information to get the car at the airport.

I recently rented a vehicle in Missoula Mt. using the Turo app. Was very pleased with the experience. Was much easier and more cost-effective than rental car agencies. Will use much more often as travel allows. Vehicle selection was widely variable, my choice was very clean. The ease of pick up and drop off was outstanding.

Using TURO app was easy and convenient. It was a pleasant experience to rent a van with family of six. The van was clean, driving no issues, communication was excellent, on-site pick up in the airport, and has E-Z Pass not to mention when hubby forgot the phone in the van the host immediately contacted us to let us know that the phone was in the van. The host send it back to us the phone via mail. I thought that was so nice of them to do that. I highly recommended to family and friends to use TURO and rent vehicle from Mauricio.

First time user, was super nervous about using the app. The day of our travel woke up to a 4:30 am message to our original trip being cancelled by the host. So the nerves and panic set in. Found another car on the App, and luckily that host was awesome! Made things work and jumped through hoops for us. I would recommend the app to family and friends.

Turo makes so easily to rent a car either normal or luxury for us, looking forward to rent again soon. Our host was the best the only matter I think is that Turo charges to much I pay around 200$ of Turo fee I feel they should have a flat amount instead per day.

We had a beautiful time in Skagway the Jeep was perfect for us, it ran great and and got great mileage. Hunter placed the Jeep and the keys in a perfect place near our Cruise Ship. If we ever go again we would definitely reach out to Hunter.

The Land Rover Discovery was exactly as described and in excellent shape. The pick up and return was easy the shuttle service was a great value. This is much easier than renting from a traditional rental company. This is how I plan on renting cars in the future. I’m booking another car from Turo in September.

Great trip, host was very responsive and provided and amazing experience with renting a vehicle. Vehicle was clean and well maintained. Ease of access with pick up and drop off location. Host was very professional and ensured I received good customer service. Will be renting from host again in the future and highly recommend renting with them.

A light came on about need to add water and that happened a few times, the owner came where we were and put water in it. Then it needed a new water pump so he exchanged cars. We had 6 people so needed the bigger cars, there was different ways to put the back seats up for 2 of our guests and it was very frustrating. We really liked the first car and was used to it then second car then back to first car. Mathew was very accommodating but it got old after 4 or more times.

Alejandro was great! Car was delivered on time, clean and ready to go. Car exceeded expectations. Everything went according to plan. Will probably use Alejandro again. This Turo thing is great. A great selection of vehicles and great people who will rent them to you.

This rental was unbelievably easy. I received special instructions a few days prior to arriving by plane to my destination airport for unlocking and finding my car. I walked straight to it, and the app allowed me to unlock it. I found the key and the parking pass inside the car where I was told it would be. Then I left and enjoyed the Tesla Model Y for 5 days. Supercharging it was a cinch. I wanted a full charge so it took about 35-40 minutes, but if I would have been ok with 80% it would have been there in about 15 minutes. Returning the car was as easy as getting it.

I had such an amazing experience with Elite D on this rental. They answered my questions quickly. They made pick up and drop off easy. We had a family emergency happen and worked with us to make sure the car was returned on time. I would totally rent from them again.

This was the perfect vehicle for our road trip. The pick up and drop off was very easy. It drove so smooth with great handling. Bluetooth connection very clean inside and out. We loved the car so much that my daughter want me to buy her one for her second year in college. We will definitely rent this one again.

The whole experience was simple. I didn’t want to deal with Hartsfield Airport car rentals or parking, so this was perfect. Pick up was easy and pleasant. The car was in great shape and very comfortable. Drop off was easy. And all that despite us changing our pick up and drop off plans a few times.

Service was very good. Kept me up to date on travel, how to pickup car and location, car was clean and very nice. Return was a little confusing because the lot we were suppose to return it to was full. But that was really nothing to do with rental. Would use Turo again.

I had no idea what to expect from the service and it was a last minute decision to book. I was so happy with the ease of service and use of vehicle. Excellent experience and wonderful and easy host communications. I will definitely use this service again for business and pleasure travels.

We had a great time, it was a great car, it was easy to use turo, and we would definitely do it again. I would definitely recommend Turo to friends. We know some other people that swear by turo and they were right. It is better than renting from a rental car agency.

It was wonderful. As a new Turo client Brayden walked me through all the procedures prior to pickup! Brayden’s van was perfect for our group! Nice and clean! It ran great! The car seats he got for the kids were perfect! The van was comfortable and easy to drive. I would highly recommend Brayden as a host for a future trip!

Renting with the Turo app is so easy and convenient. We were looking for a truck to follow our RV to Kern River. We found a local owner in our city and he was very helpful and responsive. This is our second time using the Turo app and both times were a success!

I was in need of a car when I went to visit my brother. Our flight was scheduled to land after car rental hours. I saw an ad for Turo, and checked it out. I found what I needed at a price that was reasonable. Also, the person I worked with was extremely responsive and helpful. It was a great experience.

I'm very pleased with the vehicle & host. Communication & response time to texts was excellent. I don't know that the expectation of vehicle photos & vacuuming the vehicle prior to returning the vehicle was expressed on the front end clearly enough. This wasn't a particular problem for us as we were running early for the return check-in and we're able to take the time to accomplish these tasks and now that I'm aware of the expectation, in the future I'll be sure to add this task in to my time management scenario. I think in the TURO webpage the photos and vacuuming requirements should be more clear. PS: upon pick-up this vehicle was spotless.

I used TURO for the first time June 21st, 2023 because there were no rental cars available during the dates I was traveling. I found it easy to create an account and search for vehicles. I appreciate that the app or site showed the distance the vehicle is from the airport so that I could plan transportation to the vehicle. Here is what I really liked about the experience:

We had a great experience with Ken. He was easy to work with. The car was clean & easy to drive. Ken dropped off the car & picked it up from hotel. That made it really easy for us to find the car. We weren’t familiar with the Anchorage airport.

It was all smooth and good. We had a good experience and I'm gonna use the app again most likely. I wish to have some discount sometime because the price is not so low if you wish to rent a car alone. But if you share it's fine. Also in my area, there are not so many car. So every time I have to take Uber both ways and it's even more expensive.

The pickup and drop-off was close to me, the owner very friendly and made feel completely comfortable with using the vehicle. Inspected before and after for any damage. No complaints or any problems. Next time will pick a larger vehicle, very pleased with using this site and will use again.

Our experience with Bhodi, the man who made the car available to us, was excellent. He was very helpful, got the car ready for us on extremely short notice, and gave us a number of helpful tips about driving around the Big Island. The one time we needed to call him (about returning the car), he responded promptly and made a suggestion that saved us quite a bit of time. Five stars for him! We were 5 people (+ luggage, at times). Regardless, things were in reasonably good shape; it was clean and, externally, not unattractive. Four stars for the car.

Just make sure you fill the tank up before dropoff otherwise they will nickel and dime you on fees, but otherwise great time on our Hawaii trip. Will use it again and again on vacations and traveling where rental car selection is terrible. Also, ensure that you take pictures before and after as well.

Host was great. All good. The car was in excellent condition and very clean. He was easy to reach and responded almost immediately. We returned the car early, which wasn't a problem for our host. Most was easy. The app. A little difficult trying to add driver. Plan on using Turo for next trip.

The car is a real head-turner and was fantastic to drive, it was clean and in great condition. I had an amazing experience. Anh communication was super. When I first opened I was so nervous about putting all my personal information on there because I've been scammed so many times before in the past and the fact that I've never heard of Turo or anyone I knew for that matter so went on blind faith and man ole man, I'm so glad I did. This is by far the best vehicle rental app I've ever experienced. I told all of my friends about it and I definitely will be renting all of my vehicles through here from now on.

I was a little uncomfortable to rent through Turo, because I had never done it before, but thought what the heck, it’s a third of the cost of a car rental company. If you are on the fence, let me tell you it was the best car rental experience I’ve ever had. Easy pickup and drop off, the car was immaculate and exactly as advertised. The host was professional and patient with my million questions, again I had never done this before. I will always use Turo in the future.

It was So easy. The Car delivered to me on A Sunday. In good shape and clean and had plenty of fuel. The Drop off was a quick and easy process. This rental was far away from any airport, and Other rental agencies were closed on Sunday. I would have had to rent an extra day and pick it up far away from my destination. Derrick, the owner was friendly and on time.

We rented a Jeep from Turo for the first time while at the beach in Mirimar. It was the easiest and best experience ever. Without a doubt, we will use it again! The process is fast, easy and user friendly. Anyone can do it! Turo is the way to go for affordable car rentals!

I had to cancel cause y'all want money in advance and y'all support staff is rude. Ask for supervisor. Y'all said 24hr. Still no supervisor. Called cause the lady never said anything cause she was very rude.

Easy pick up and drop off instructions and also good communication with the host. I have rented from this host a few times and if any problems they take care of it right away. I have no issues extending unless of course there was a prior reservation! Will definitely continue to rent from this host!

I had a great experience renting from Turo. Sean was an amazing host. The Subaru was a dream and Sean was incredibly accommodating. We went on a nice birthday trip to Santa Cruz for my fiance's birthday and the car was the cherry on top. I can't imagine an easier process compared to most car rental services.

Just went on a trip to San Diego for my birthday and originally have a rental setup through Hertz, but when I got there they wanted an additional 150 plus a $200 deposit, when I didn’t have enough on my credit card so I had to use my debit they wanted a $500 deposit! So I told them I’m gonna use Turo instead, so I started my search and was in a car within a hour! Super convenient, easy to use app and the selection of cars is insane! I’ll never rent from anywhere else!!!

The place was easy to find since I know Joliet I even know the area where the car was parked. |My buddy lives down the street. My aunt lives down Route 59. I was born and raised on the south side of Chicago. Moved there 40 years ago. Know the area very well. Car was very nice. Couldn't ask for anything better.

It was my first time using Turo and it couldn’t have been easier. The owner had 5 star reviews so I felt pretty confident. Pick up and drop off was extremely quick and easy. Better than with rental agencies. Considering this and the cost savings. I’ll be looking a Turo for future trips.

We picked our cute little Gus joa colored car up in the airport parking lot and checked in with Turo easily online. There was plenty of room for our luggage and we felt safe driving a car everyone could see coming from a mile away! We had a minor schedule change which was accepted immediately. I’ll definitely recommend!

My experience with Turo has been awesome. I have only used once. Sign up was easy, finding cars that would suit my needs within my living area was a breeze. I had an Amazing time with my rental, Fuad was excellent!! The Turo app was excellent... I wish there was an option to use Paypal Credit to pay. I was planning on renting a 2022 Corvette but the trip cost was outrageous, like $380.00 for just trip cost...Other than that I think it's a nice app for renting. Thanks!

The car itself was great and communication with the owner was smooth. I wish the app was more accurate with the pricing. The service charge is the same price as the rental plus insurance made the cost more than double what was estimated. It still ended up being cheaper than other companies, like Enterprise. And I like the fact that it isn’t an up charge simply based on the age of the renter.

Great host and vehicle. Host was flexible with our schedule and we had a great car to drive around for 4 days. When we picked up the car it was spotless inside and out and when we were done with it he met us at our hotel so we didn't need to Uber back.

We took our children to Disney and Universal Studios for the first time this summer. We needed a vehicle to take us back and forth from the hotel and get groceries, etc. The car we had from Gustavo and Turo was perfect and made the trip so much easier! It was wonderful to walk out of the airport right to a car without the hassle of waiting in another line for a rental. Why Turo and not the big names for car rentals? The big names don’t open insanely early and only give you a type of car to rent. Turo, our awesome host, and our 2019 Toyota Camry dual exhaust were ready at 4am!!! We had a blast on our trip knowing that our ride was reliable, safe, and cool! I can completely recommend Turo to anyone for a smooth and worry-free time.

Easy process, and very convenient! The car pickup was a seamless process and very fast. The drop off was just as fast and the owner was very polite and helpful. I don't see how anyone could rent through a traditional car company anymore. It really helps to be able to know exactly what car you are getting. Especially if you need a good amount of space for luggage, car seats, and more. The prices seem to beat a traditional car rental company as well by quite a fair margin. Especially in the suv and van rentals. Would rent through Turo again!!!

Renting the car from Turo was quick and easy. My daughter recommended Turo after renting from. The car was exactly as the picture online. Carlton kept us continually updated on all aspects of the car. Car pickup/drop off location was very convenient. Pickup/drop off location was close to the Car Wash. Everything went as smooth as possible. Vehicle was located where we were told it would be, It was exactly as described and served its purpose for what was needed. It was great van with extras. Leather seats and a great stereo. I recommend Turo to everyone I meet. Awesome for showing my grandchildren Florida. I was in desperate need of a rental for work. Turo is reasonably cheaper than other major companies that have cars for rent and also you can actually pick the exact car you want. This is very convenient and much quicker and easier than the actual rental companies. The trip fees could be a little lower that are added on to the total but it's still reasonable, plus I add the minimum protection which can total up to a extra $100 on the total for a 4 day trip but like I said it's still reasonable. Turo is the NEW wave of renting cars. I appreciate everything they have done to make it possible to start my new job. Thank you for being there when I needed it most.
