I Love TURO. It is much easier than renting at the airport. You know exactly what you are renting. I was able to rent my exact vehicle that I drive back home, I was able to rent much cheaper too. The Escalade I rented was very nice and clean. I will rent from Turo again.

The car was left at the airport parking garage with very good instructions on how to find it. It performed wonderfully and we had a great trip. Easy pickup and return. Car was clean and well kept and ran great. We had a great time enjoying the beautiful area surrounding Anchorage. The fishing was good too. Thanks, Jaycen.

This rental was by far amazing gas saver, had great ac, super easy get around car. Abraham was very communicative and helpful. Thank you for making my first Turo rental awesome. Easy drive. Basic common courtesy. He gave me a full tank I returned it with that. He gave me a clean tidy rental and I returned it the same.

Would have like to be able to allow the second driver to return or pick up car. Had the same information on other person and okayed to drive. Or allow to transfer from me to them. So that they would not have had to look for other car. Other than that everything went smoothly.

I absolutely LOVE the Turo app! Super easy to make my reservation, the rental vehicle was perfect & the owner gave outstanding customer service. He replied quickly, vehicle was perfect & exactly as described, even more beautiful in person honestly. Pictures do not do this Jeep justice at all, it even does fantastic on gas & handles perfectly during rainstorms. I got stuck in the middle of a bad storm on the way to my hotel while on the expressway during the middle of the night & this Jeep never skipped a beat! Highly recommended!!

Car was clean, no issues. Communicated with host who agreed to let me leave the car at the airport. I think you could get a lot more customers if hosts would bring car to you for a fee equal to an uber ride back for them. One small issue--air fresheners in the car were too strong.

I used Turo on my last trip because there were no rental cars available from any of the companies like Budget, AVIS, Hertz, etc. So in a panic I looked into Turo and found TONS of awesome, fun, and affordable cars that were available. Saved my trip! So I rented a fun little BMW sports car and it was easy. It was also cheaper than renting an "Economy" rental car! Super happy with the experience.

Great overall..It was a nice car that I thought the air conditioner was broke! So I was sweating profusely...So I messaged the owner to let him know I'm in Philadelphia sweating my ** off because the air conditioning was not working....I told him I was returning the car as soon as I returned and then I proceed to look at the buttons and see one I didn't recognize ....I pushed it and it said air conditioning on!! Oh ...The embarrassment set in!!!!

This was a good option for trying a Tesla on a longer drive, rather than renting. The Host was helpful and flexible. Working thru the app made the process convenient and well documented. Would recommended the Turo service to others.

Camaro was top notch! Clean and ready to go. This was the first time for me using the Turo app and it was fairly simple and felt as though I was safe to use it. Was a breeze getting the car rented and a pleasant transaction. I'll be doing it again soon! Took a trip thru the hills for a father son day and went exploring. Was a great adventure for sure.

My first car the host did not show up. Customer service got me another one with Champ's rental, they even paid for my Uber to get the rental because I had to take a Uber to get my rental. Champ's rental came through in a hurry, even rushed to bring me the car.

My first time using Turo, it was a great experience, the vehicle was clean and ran great. Cody was extremely helpful as I Initially had a challenge with the lock box. He guided me through the experience and it worked out just fine. I'm 70 and not always on point. Cody responded quickly to my needs.

We had a wonderful first time experience using Turo. My host Thom in Tampa Florida did an amazing job of making it easy and comfortable. The vehicle was clean and had a toll pass to help elevate any issues. The instructions for the airport was right on and that put my mind at ease.

Our Super Host K, answered all our questions, and was flexible on our time schedule. The car was as described, clean and ready to go when he dropped it off at the airport, our chosen meeting place. He helped walk me through the steps of Turo’s pickup and drop off, as I am not tech-savvy. Everything went smoothly. Being a mechanic, I mentioned a few minor items that could be addressed before the next rental, but they affect the overall quality of the vehicle in no way. I wouldn’t be afraid to drive this car across the country. Also it gets very good fuel mileage, which is a big bonus when fuel costs are rising. I would rent again from K when in the Springfield, MO area.

My last experience renting a car from the Denver Airport wasn’t a good one, so I thought we’d check out Turo. I would recommend Turo to anyone! Pick up was quick and easy. We didn’t have to shuttle to the rental car place and then get thrown charges we weren’t expecting. Everything with Turo was straightforward and we got exactly what we’re expecting.

Great car, great location to airport on the start of the strip. The parking garage key card was missing which caused some delay in getting and out of the garage on pick up and drop off. I will definitely rent from this same Turo Host on next trip to Vegas.

Very convenient pickup and drop off, great first experience! Host was very nice and communicated very well. Will be using again the future for sure. No issues at all! Better priced than rental car companies and was able to choose what car fit for our needs. Airport pickup is awesome.

This was my first time using Turo. I had heard about it before but never had the chance to use it. The process was so easy. The car I picked out was spectacular and the owner was wonderful. I would definitely use again and may continue to use same owner of vehicles thru Turo.

Absolutely beautiful truck inside and out. Very clean and the interior looked new. This truck was a head Turner with its red paint and custom black rims. Absolutely stunning! Courtney was communicative and pick up and drop off were so easy. I’ll never rent a vehicle through a corporate car again! This was less expensive than a compact car at one of the corporate companies!

We had a great day with the Polaris Slingshot. Lynel was an excellent host and we would definitely rent from him again. The car was clean and well taken care of! It was a beautiful day and a fun trip through Lancaster PA. Turo is the way to go to get the car you want to drive for a great price.

Steven service was impressive and convenience was very nice. I will have to use again. His responses were always fast. The Durango was very clean and it’s performance was GREAT. WELL MAINTAINED. I am well pleased with my selection for using his vehicle. I will refer his vehicle. This was my first time using Turo.

I think Turo is a great service. However, there are very few cars within walking/biking distance from my home, so I have very few options. I need to bike for 15 mins to get access to the closest car. It would be great if I can access a range of different cars within walking/biking distance from my home.

I like how you don't have to go through a car rental place, you can go directly to the source, nice and friendly people, very understanding and easy pick up and drop off locations. I can always count on Turo when I need a rental car asap so thank you to turo and the people willing to rent out their vehicles.

Walked out of arrivals, walked directly across the street to Short term parking, accessed keys with lockbox and was on my way within 10 minutes. Doesn’t get any more convenient than that! Recommend Turo 10/10! Can’t wait for my next trip And maybe a more exotic car?! Also, the cost was almost half of our normal rental car company, and I got to drive an Audi.

When I picked up the car it had no water in the windshield wiper and the windshield was full of bugs.. The car was pretty filthy and gas was half empty and I took a picture the day I picked it up also... When I got groceries the next day I found an open bottle of wine in the back.. The guys were great at the airport and helping when I returned it so I was grateful for their generosity and letting me hang out at the airport while my sister came to pick me up. First time using this service and aside from the significant financial difference of renting from a rental car service the actual process was step by step & there was no confusion.. Also tons of inventory. You cannot always find to accommodate your needs. This will officially be my first stop for my next trip.

This was our first time renting through Turo. We rented a beautiful red 4runner from Heather. Heather was a terrific host. She was very responsive and provided a lot of helpful information about the whole Turo renting experience. The car was clean and well maintained. From the Lihue airport you take a 10 minute van ride to the Turo parking lot. The Turo van driver, Samuel, was great. I would definitely rent with Turo again. We had a very positive experience.

I am fully satisfied with my first business with Turo. The host was friendly, courteous, and communicates prior to and throughout the time for updates, etc. Appreciate the personal touch and his willingness to help in every way all throughout the time. Used Turo for the first time and was exceptionally satisfied with service, cleanliness, and the high quality of the vehicle. The convenience of drop off, the flexibility of choosing times for drop off and pick up, the responsiveness to all inquiries were exceptional. The ease of the contactless transaction made the experience even better.

Turo is a great option if you need to borrow a car. There are so many choices and the cost is reasonable. The amazing personable touch are the people who rent out their vehicles. Shawn C. was outstanding and we were so happy to have him as a host. His pick-ups and drop-offs made our trip that much more enjoyable with his positive Aloha style.

Everything was so easy! The car owner I rented from was incredible as well! I will be using Turo for any and all rental car needs! So much easier and vehicle options are so much better compared to your typical car rental company. Nothing more to say than it was a 10 out of 10 experience.

Renting from Turo was an awesome experience! Quick and easy, all based on your phone! Quicker and easier than a rental company, and you have your choice of just about any car. I rented a Tesla and loved it. Knew I wanted to buy one before renting, but driving it around for 5 days sealed the deal!

This was my first time using Turo. Turo came highly recommended by my son. The vehicle was immaculate. Ivan was so courteous yet professional. He gave me step-by-step instruction being very honest when I had questions with the patience of Job... The only thing I would do different of my own choosing is book an extra day if going over a hour away in case at last minute you need an extra day. Understandably other customers book trips so if the vehicle you are renting is booked the day of your initial return date... There is no alternative. So if you get back just relax and enjoy it that extra day. I'm an always late person so the last Four hours of my trip I had to keep extending my return time every hour. I know it must have been aggravating but Ivan was super patient and understanding. Turo with Ivan was awesome!

Easy app to use and I live in a small town so options are limited. Have used a great host and will continue to do so! Like older cars that don't have all the technology on them. Simple process to get approved. Help is available 24/7 if there are any problems with the car.

The owner of the vehicle I rented was both prompt and responsive. Overall I’d say this was a great experience and certainly saved me money over renting from a traditional car rental company. I would definitely recommend this service to someone looking for an affordable rental and I will be using this service again!

A vehicle that was reserved for weeks became unavailable 3 hours before my family vacation. After a rebook, being told the next car was also unavailable, talking to a second customer service rep, asking to speak to a manager, getting disconnected, and then speaking with a third customer service rep, we booked a third vehicle. The vehicle was good and the host was great, but the vehicle was significantly smaller than what we needed, but we were desperate and needed any vehicle. This was so stressful and threatened to disrupt our vacation. It was disappointing and we are not likely to use Turo again.

Daven is clearly a motivated person and his Turo business is no different. He is personal, friendly, and responsive. It was a great way to begin and end a trip with him and his wife. The car was perfect and we felt blessed to have rented this car without the haggle of going to a Hertz or Enterprise, etc. I highly recommend using Daven moving forward.

Very easy to get and return car. Will use again when I travel. Goodbye to the rental car waits and hassle. Once you use this you will never go back to traditional rental cars. Feels like driving your own vehicle and the service and communication were top notch. Thanks again.

Our first rental was a good experience. Owners were great! My only thing I didn't understand was....when we dropped off the van and did the checkout process w/ Turo it didn't seem the owners received this info. They had messaged wanting to know where the van was and said we should sent them pics. We did everything through Turo's app and had no clue we needed to text them separately. They kept saying, "Next time always text where the vehicle is left." We actually left it in the same area they had it to make it easier.

I think my favorite part about Turo is the quick pick-up. The directions are clearly laid out in the text stream. Taking a few pictures takes far less time than standing in long rental car lines. After pick up any questions are easily discussed on the app. with your renter. The car was clean and just as described on app.

The Turo software was excellent and my host Cameron was fantastic. I was picked up directly at the airport and was able to drop off my vehicle at the parking garage. Cameron’s vehicle was beautiful and his communication was great. Highly recommend the Land Rover Defender. Most definitely using Turo again.

I rented the car twice. Owners super cool guys. The second time I rented they probably didn’t have time to clean car from previous rental but overall solid rental. The only reason I rented was because my car was getting repaired. I’m Inland. Empire drivers suck ** and drive like maniacs.

I am so happy with TURO. I was able to rent a nice vehicle at a wonderful price. My contact was so informative and since he was from that area he was also able to give me great advice and tip to make the best of my vacation. The car was perfect for our trip, ran well, and roomy and comfortable, very clean interior and exterior and hosts were very accommodating, we would definitely use them again, and I would recommend using them for your future trip to Oregon. Plenty of storage space for luggage. Ran very smooth. Very comfortable to drive and sit in, we were very happy with this vehicle, and would recommend using this person for further rentals.

The entire experience was great! The app was quick and easy. The host, Chrisram was fantastic! I would absolutely recommend him, and Turo to anyone and in fact, I told all of my coworkers about it. I did notice some hosts offered free pick up and delivery, but either way, it is still a great service!

Shamya was an excellent person to do business with. She was professional, punctual, and responded quickly to any questions I had concerning the slingshot. She took the time to explain to me how to work the vehicle and if I had problem, no worries, she helped solved that too. Even when it came to meeting for the pick up of the vehicle, Shamya was a on it. Her communication skills were awesome. I would most definitely recommend her to friends. And I would most definitely rent from her again.

The whole process was flawless, great communication and very responsive to questions! Christian delivered the Jeep to Dallas Love Field and sent a message on where to find the Jeep and how to get in and then the day of return let me know how to return it. The Jeep was clean and in perfect condition inside and out and ran perfect.

It was a hassle free experience. My host was very easy to communicate with. The suv was a very comfortable ride and dependable transportation. If I have to rent or lease a car in the future I will definitely be checking out Turo first. My son told me about Turo and I’m glad he did. The car exceeded my expectations. Was clean with full tank when I got it. Owner met me at the airport to deliver and then take back the car. So easy and convenient. I would like to go this route for now on rather than going through a car rental company. This is easier, less expensive and far more convenient.

Easiest way I have ever rented a car. Very responsive vehicle owner and accurate vehicle descriptions made this a fast and easy process. Thankful for this car sharing solution! The check-in and out process and photo prompts make things easy to prove in terms of if any damage occurred. I was also appreciative of the alerts regarding time left on the rental.

Cody is a great host. He always was available to give instructions and tips as needed. The Lincoln Navigator was clean and ready to use as agreed. The check in and check out were very user friendly. I will definitely rent from Cody again! I would definitely recommend to a friend.

I thought I would give this a try instead of a traditional car rental company. Big mistake. I paid $1400 for my car rental; the Host cancelled it the next day and said he was out of the country which is fine. The website says refunds are issued within 24 hours after Host cancels. Its been 5 days and still no refund. There is no customer service to talk to. No phone numbers on the website. Only a chat box that will give you generic answers. I have attempted to get a live agent all day to no avail. Can't have a legitimate company with no customer service. I will be challenging the payment with my credit card company since it does not appear that anyone is home here.

The host was awesome, responding quickly when you have questions or concerns and to extend rental. The car was amazing on gas and it was a comfortable ride. I would recommend. Overall a great experience. I’m looking forward to using these services again. Thank you for the awesome experience.

My trip with Aleksander was amazing. The car was great, his service was great, his communication was pristine. I would 10/10 rent one of his cars again. The car was in great shape and performed SO WELL. It was clean and the tank arrived full which was nice. I was able to get the car and hit the road immediately.

Using Turo so easy and saved me so much money!! I booked our car on the app and spoke directly with the owner via the app we had the option to add affordable insurance and pick up and drop off was super convenient!! I would definitely choose Turo again!! Saved me money and stress!!

The vehicle was new, very up to date with touch screen, Host even left an gift card to the renter. I have never had that before, That was a big plus for me. Well, I was nervous to try Turo...Landing 3000 miles from home and hopeful that a stranger would have a car for me. And they did, and it was perfect, and it made our vacation. Our host was even kind enough to provide a cooler too! We have since booked another trip with Turo, especially good for specialty vehicles vs. the mainstream rental companies.

John was super accommodating, friendly, and efficient with the transfer of vehicle. My trip was cancelled right before because of some false recall error by Turo but once it got straightened out, I was able to rebook the trip with ease. Although it cost me an extra $38 it was worth it to have such a pleasant experience traveling with an infant.

Overall good experience. A bit difficult to find the best deal as “fees” fluctuate for each vehicle so simply cannot base selection on $/Day. Easy to reserve and communicate. Return process a bit long due to photos needing to be submitted. Airport pickup/drop off option made things easier. Prefer experience compared to dealing with lines and counter personnel with rental companies.

The experience was great. It was easy and very flexible. The host was very nice and helpful. The car was nice and drove smooth. The app was easy to work and navigate through and find your way around if you needed assistance. I would recommend Turo to friends. It’s just the extra fee is too high.

The car handles great. The receiving of the car at the airport was good, quick and easy. The return was a little hectic due to a wrong number given to contact person but besides that I would rent from them again. First time was using Turo and it turned out better than expected.

It was my first time renting through Turo, overall I had a good experience. With it being the first time, it would’ve been helpful to know what to expect when picking up and dropping off the car. I assumed there would be some manner of picture taking to document any damage, but that wasn’t mentioned beforehand and I was a little caught off guard when meeting the host and beginning to take pictures, same with the dropping off.

The app was convenient and let me switch back and forth between my phone and laptop (bigger screen), the car was just what I needed at a fair price. The insurance process seemed fair, I purchased what I thought was the right amount of coverage and luckily didn't need to test the claim process.

Easy pickup with clear email and Turo Messanger instructions. Car clean and charged and ready to go. First time using Tesla app, but was easy to navigate and get car set up. Car was fun to drive and comfortable. Trying to experience Tesla before making the jump. Now know the extended range would be a must on a purchase. Thanks to Gessica for a very pleasant experience.

Love this. First time using this site but it was easy to book & convenient. I will be using this site again real soon. The host I booked through was superb & always willing to help & was always available. Thank again.. I recommend anybody that haven’t tried it to please do so. It is well worth your money.

Everything was very nice & went smoothly, I don’t like the fact that money was taking out & then the host cancelled the trip on me hours before the time & my money was & still is held up over a week, but the next host was very helpful & made up for the first host backing out on me at the last minute,

From the moment I got on Turo to rent the Polaris Slingshot to the moment I returned the vehicle everything was super smooth, professional, helpful and Crazy Fun. My host Donis was great. I recommend using Turo for your vehicle rental needs. I will definitely use Turo again!!!! Slingshot was insane fun. What a head turner. Enjoy this summer now. First time user. I would use Turo again and Charles (if in Detroit area). It was a little bit confusing (pick up and drop off) but only because I had never used Turo before. It will be much easier the next time. It was worth it not dealing with rental car lines and cost.

The host was kind and responsive. He communicated with me whenever I had a question. The car was well taken care of and a great value. The host even made me aware of a car wash he was affiliated with in order to help me return the car in great condition. I will continue to use Turo over rental car companies. Great experience!!

Did a car trip with a couple buddies and Turo was great. It allowed us to rent fun cars at a pretty reasonable price. The only issue I had was returning the car, it wasn't immediately evident how to start the check-out process until I moved up the return time and it was approved. I think there should be an option to start the check out at any time on the last day. Great experience overall, will definitely rent again.

I have used the same vehicle twice and have had a great experience. Will be using it again. K has been a great person to work with. The road trip was great got to enjoy time with my family and visit my son's grave. I would recommend Turo to anyone who needs to rent a great car and great people.

I have had nothing but outstanding customer service from Turo and extremely understanding and cooperative host. Until my last rental in which upon being told I was 8 min. late, thought we had a 30 min. grace period. The host refused to extend for only a couple of hrs. then charged a full day 4 being a couple hrs. late. Did I mention the car was taken back in washed, vacuumed and pleasantly fragranced condition. And that I had rented the car 4 a short trip away from home and none of the auxiliary charging ports worked. Replaced the fuse personally to make use of them. Is ok 8f I bill them for lost time, missed calls due to a dead phone and the parts and labor of a fuse replacement?

I enjoyed my trip. Jason not only was he punctual but my flight landed earlier than expected. He immediately came to the airport to pick me up. Vehicle was very clean, reliable and also exactly what I needed for my short visit. I would definitely reuse his service again.

My host accepted and then 5 mins later cancelled. No reason was given other than the car was unavailable and now my almost 300 rental fee has been unavailable to me for 5 days now. My 1st experience with Turo was great and easy, but not getting my refund any faster than 5 days has been a huge inconvenience.

The free drop off and pick up for the car was so easy and convenient. I would definitely use Turo with Daniel again. He was very responsive and friendly. The process was easy. Our selection of Mazda was fine for our family of 3. The car was big enough for us and small enough to park just about anywhere.

The car I rented rode very well. I didn't have any problems with it. The host was very nice and friendly. He was always available when I went to pick the car up and to return it. I actually rented the car twice, both times I had no problems with the rental at all. I returned the car on time and refueled it.

In less than 1 year with Turo, one of my vehicles has been in 3 accidents and now is reported as a total lost. Unbelievable careless drivers and turo will not even attempt at least help or assist with getting another vehicle that’s at a loss or make me want to keep doing business with them. I’m out 5k and now down a car. Terrible experience.. Looking for a good lawyer now.

Renting through Turo was great. I would just suggest knowing the exact times you want to rent, I had trouble changing the times when our flight was changed, but the renter was very communicative and it wasn't an issue. I also may have just missed this myself, but I thought the renter was going to drop the car off at the airport - I was unaware that would cost an extra fee to do that, would make that more prominent in booking!

My first TURO experience and Ethan was patient, informative and exact with timing information and directions. The vehicle was clean and in good motoring condition. I would definitely revisit the site and Ethan as a host. I enjoyed everything about my trip and the car was critical to its success.

The car was in fantastic shape and the host Nick was so very helpful. Not an issue from picking it up to dropping it off. We picked the car up at Savannah airport and drove it into Hilton Head as well as driving back to explore Savannah and not a problem at all. I booked a trip on Turo, the host let me know where the car would be and where the keys would be when I arrived. I showed up next morning to get the car at 10 am. When I approached the car the doors were unlocked, so I got inside to look for the keys in the place the host told me they would be. I looked and they were not there. So I contacted the host and let him know who I was and that I was there to get the Ford Fiesta and that the keys were not in the place they said. He replies with, "I don't know, let me give you a call back".

Fabio was absolutely amazing. Extremely accommodating and first class. Car was very clean, full of gas and even had hand sanitizer available. I was already booked with one of the larger rental companies and cancelled due to the much better deal I received from Turo. In the future when I am traveling I will always consider renting from Turo.

Easy selection process and the car, despite its age, was in very good condition and drove like new. The pickup and drop-off process is negotiable, and worked very well for me. You will be billed for the whole rental when making the reservation. The return process sending pictures to Turo was the most difficult part of the rental.

Pricing is good. The interactions are friendly, directions straightforward, will continue to use instead of the mainstream rental agencies. The selection of vehicles are nice. I especially appreciate the pickup and drop-off option at your home. Will definitely be recommending to my entire family and the app is easy to use.

I was skeptical at first with using this app but after setting up a free account, it was super easy and user-friendly. For where we were going there were a ton of car options available and the fact that some even delivered right to the airport helped a lot! Easy to reserve the car we wanted and the host was fantastic about everything! If I ever need to rent a car I’ll be using Turo!

When my originally booked car was cancelled last minute through no faint of theirs, Turo’s communication and suggestions made it easy to rebook quickly. Communication with the vehicle owner was thorough, pick up and location of the vehicle at the airport was easy and convenient, and the vehicle was as described.

This was my first time using the app. I had a great experience. The car was smooth, the car up keep was decent, especially for the price. It was easy to book, he was easy to work with, easy with communication, now the pickup location was a little difficult but overall great experience for my first trip.

Brian, our host, was excellent. He provided great instructions on picking up the vehicle and answered all our questions. The vehicle was just as advertised and was perfect for our family vacation. He checked on us mid-week to reassure us he was available if we had any issues. Turo is a great alternative to renting from the large companies. You see exactly which car you will be driving and have direct contact with the owner.

I was very nervous about renting a car that wasn’t a major car rental place. Cassandre made my first experience a smoothly. She walked me through everything and was very patient with me when I made errors because I wasn’t sure. Lol. The car was very clean and well taken care of. The exp with Turo was better than going to a car rental company. I will never go to back to rental a car from a rental company. I will always use Turo going forward because there was no lines. Lol. A gorgeous, clean and fun car to drive. Took a short day trip to Santa Cruz for my anniversary. This car hugged the curves beautifully. I really liked how this car feels so solid. Just a reminder: This is a very fast car so be cautious if you have never driven one of these. This car was just such a pleasure to drive. Great customer service. Clean car and great value. Highly recommended.

I was charged a cleaning fee of $150. The owner stated the vehicle was returned dirty with pain stains on the interior. However, during our vacation, we stayed at a cabin that had gravel roads. The interior was dusty from our feet, not paint. This complaint from the owner was never remedied. My account was still charged. I am currently disputing this with my credit card. I've always had a 5+ rating from owners and never had an issue with Turo. Will not be using Turo again!

My rental experience went very smoothly. My host provided all of my needed information promptly and the car was as expected. I had no problems all with it. I would suggest that when renting a electric vehicle to get a hotel that has charting stations if possible. I would rent again.

I was very happy with the website and how easy it is to find a vehicle. My only complaint: I wanted one with a bike rack so selected that option and chose some of the resulting available cars. However, on contacting two of the owners, they both said they did not have bike racks.

This was my first time using Turo. It was a great experience, except for the car smelling like **. Otherwise, everything went well. I especially liked the fact that the owner brought the car to me, instead of me riding a shuttle to where I needed to pick up the car.

First time using Turo. It was easy to use. I like that it was brought to me I did not had to waste time picking up at airport. Jeep owner was very helpful communicating with me. Fast response either by texting or by phone. Jeep was in perfect condition just as the description said it was.

The Alpha Romeo Stelvio was a great ride. The red interior really made the car stand out, as did the black wheels. The gas mileage was better than expected as was the ride quality. It caught the attention of my coworkers in the parking lot. Brandon was responsive and complete in his communications. I would highly recommend the car and the host. It was an easy pickup at the Detroit airport.

The process to rent a vehicle is quick and easy! The vehicle owner was efficient and on time. The prices are very fair. The selection is the same as if you rented through a chain rental place. I would recommend using this service and would definitely use Turo again in the future.

We rented from TURO a Toyota from Daniel. This was a first time renting from a private person and this company. The experience was awesome from beginning to end. The owner answered every question we had in a short time and made the pick up and drop off so easy. The car was clean and in good condition for all we needed.. We will always use this company!

We had a car booked since February for our trip to Las Vegas. 20 minutes before the drop off time I received a phone call from the owner stating he had a flat tire and the tow truck was an hour and half out. Since this was my first time using Turo, my daughter found the car for me so I didn't know what to do. I called Turo support and the agent was GREAT! She searched for me and found another car that I could get in about an hour and half. We decided that it would take up too much of our day and she was able to schedule the car for the next morning. There was an extra charge for this car ($76) but she was able to get that waived by her supervisor for the inconvenience.

I loved the car, and it was in tip top shape and very clean. My problem was with the Turo App. I put myself in as primary driver. When I tried to put my husband Robert ** in as an additional driver, I could not put his information in. It just would not let me. I tried off and on for many days and no matter what I did, I could not put him in. I tried customer service, but it didn't help me. I finally gave up and was the sole driver. It ruined my trip. Driving around the Boston area and out of Logan Airport where there was so much traffic, it took forever. It was a horrible drive everywhere because of Boston traffic. I was miserable. Because of the trouble I had using the Turo app, I probably will never get a car through Turo again. But remember, I did like the car and it was in great shape so I had no problem with it. Just with Turo itself.

RECOMMENDED! This was my first time renting through TURO. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. The Chevy Tahoe was exactly as outlined, in perfect condition - clean, gassed and ready to go. It was easy to rent, pickup and drop off. The price was far better than through a traditional rental car agency and it was VERY easy to add drivers.

Initially I was hesitant about using Turo. Yes, I have seen the commercials, but I was teetering on the issue. so the time came when I needed a rental, and both my niece and nephew said, "Hey Auntie, you should rent from Turo. They are great!" So, I ventured onto the site and found a great rental from Jonathan B. (Toyota Yaris). The process was seamless, and he was an awesome host. I'm currently on my second rental with Jozh B. (Kia Forte) and he too made the process seamless, expeditious and professional.

Very clean and well maintained vehicle. Performed as expected. Enough room for everyone that was going on the trip. I did have one issue in the beginning, I had never owned/driven this type of car before, so when the alert system beeped, I had to figure out why. Turned out, the parking brake was on. After shutting it off, no more beeping/problems.

Rented a Mitsubishi Outlander. I was met at the door to the parking lot and escorted to the vehicle's location (no searching). Exterior & interior very clean. Ran well and spacious. Had to reach out to locate the gas cap release, during my rental and immediately received the response. Only negative was the cracked front windshield, which I photographed for no issues.

Our car was excellent for our trip and our host Esthefani was great to work with. She responded very quickly to some travel issues we were having (with a flight, not the car). The car was clean and we got great gas mileage. The pick up and drop off were both easy. I would highly recommend.

On my recent trip, I knew I’d be driving over 1000 miles and I wanted a “safe” car. Renting from the airport was ridiculously expensive for a tiny little car. The Mercedes I got from George was perfect. Although it is an older model, it has been meticulously cared for and was half the cost of the brand new tiny car from the car rental company at the airport. George delivered it to my friend’s home on time, took a few minutes to explain a couple things about the car and was available via phone when I had a question. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent one of George’s cars the next time I’m in Chicago. He was a pleasure to work with.

Chris not only gave us a very reliable and clean vehicle, he went over and above any host we've ever dealt with. He made sure the car would be ready for us and checked with us to make sure everything was ok. We will definitely be utilizing his services on our next trip to Fort Worth, Texas.

I was lie to by my host. She need to be removed. I was charged a extra $29.09 for returning the car back early. I never heard of anything like this before. I give 600 miles and only use 503. please looking into this matter. I always use Turo and never had this problem before.

I got an amazing car rented (Cadillac Escalade 2022) for less money than the traditional companies charge. Amazing communication, smooth transaction, no issues at all on the process. Included full coverage insurance for a fair price. Using the app is super simple to find, book and pay for the reservation and keep direct communication with the renters. I’m renting my next car on a trip with Turo again.

I LOVE the car selection and all the owners are great to work with. I just wish something can be done with insurance coverage using travel CC or using personal car insurance. The total cost per day end up about the same as traditional car rental companies. Maybe allow safe driver discount with proof of personal insurance coverage.

The owner Ernesto was amazing and communication was great. He made the check-in and checkout process so easy. He responded very quickly. Me and my son had an absolutely great time riding around in his slingshot. We did not want to get out of it. The unlimited miles was the main selling point and I appreciated not having to be conscious of how many miles we had driven.

I recently rented a car through Turo for a trip in Vancouver from June 17th to June 25th, and I must say it was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. My experience with Turo left me feeling deceived, frustrated, and utterly disappointed. The trouble started right from the moment I picked up the rental car. While the vehicle appeared to be in decent condition on the outside, the interior was poorly maintained, with stains on the seats and a strange odor that lingered throughout the journey. However, the real nightmare began once I returned the car after my trip. To my disbelief, I received an email from Turo a few days later, stating that I would be charged an exorbitant amount for alleged damages to the vehicle.

I was temporarily out of a vehicle and looked to rent a vehicle from several companies but the prices and holds were extremely high in cost for the amount of time I would potentially need. With Turo I found something that was in my budget. I found a vehicle within a 2 mile radius. Super convenient drop-off and pick up, my host Cleiton was absolutely amazing and accommodating. This was my 4th time using Turo and am now always recommending it to those I know.

Easy to gain access and just take it back to where you found it. Vehicle was clean. Performance was perfect. You can tell when a person takes care of their vehicle.

No answer to why I can’t rent a car just that I can’t even when contacting support. The people for support were nice but couldn't give any answers. And I don’t think that it’s good to not have every information available to your customer service that way if your customer has a question they can answer it.
