Our first experience with TURO could not have been easier or better! We had superior communication with pick up and drop off, especially nervous as a first time user. It was more affordable as well and with a tight budget on this trip, it was perfect! We loved the car so much too, we might look at it for our own car!

Price and convenience was a win!! Would def use again. Due to snow we would have loved to leave car in the canyon and taxi’d out, but that didn't seem like an (affordable) option. So we white knuckled it down-the hill.

First time using TURO. Rented a car for a week in Kauai. The car was ready, clean, and exactly what was described. The owner answered my call immediately when I had a question. Pickup to then from the airport to the TURO lot went smoothly. I would use TURO again.

I found out about this app from my fiancé and when I found myself in the situation of needing to rent a car this was the easiest, cheapest and genuinely enjoyable option. The people I got the car from were incredibly nice and I was very happy to give them my money rather then some big rental corporation.

I rented a 2019 Kia from Romon. I picked the car up at the airport and returned it to the airport as I flew back. It was far easier than taking a shuttle to the rental car companies. On several prior trips, reserved rental cars were not available, so it was refreshing to know that my Turo car was waiting for me at the airport terminal. 5 stars, Awesome experience.

Best experience with renting a car. Everything deserves 10 stars across the board! Everything went right. The person renting was awesome very hospitable. Clean, smooth drive. Will be renting from them again. I love the no contact with the people you are renting from.

Very convenient and time saving, the directions to where to find the car were fast and easy, no time wasted in signing papers and picking add one like a regular car rental place, spacious, fit 7 people and 4 luggages. Thank you Ka’ea.

I have used Turo on a few occasions previously as a light user (one or two day local rental, no traveling). While booking a trip out of state recently, I looked to see what Turo had to offer and was pleasantly surprised to find some very reasonably priced options so I booked. Everything was smooth until issues came to light. As others have mentioned previously, THIS IS YOUR MAIN RISK TO BE AWARE OF AND SHOULD BE CAUSE FOR HESITATION IN USING THEIR SERVICES. On to my nightmare…

It was my first Turo experience and IT was amazing. Very Easy and safe; Very practical. Chanyle was very solicitous and gave me a lot of confidence. I really enjoyed the experience. The car was very new, very clean, just outstanding. Highly recommend Turo and Chanyle.

I rented a vehicle using Turo. Had no problem with the host, but when I changed my password I could never get back into my trip to make changes. Spent two hours on phone and online chats and still never could get back into my trip. Customer service sent me from phone call to online chat and then back again to phone call. Never was able to make change I needed.

The only issue I had was that the host had someone else meet me to drop the car off and when returning the car no one met me. Instead she had me put the keys in the center console. I felt really uncomfortable doing that considering the drop off was at a convenience store and anybody could've walked up and taken the car. Due to that issue I will not be renting from her again.

This was my first time using Turo and it was an absolute dream of an experience! My host was terrific and the car was amazing to have as a California roadster. I have always wanted to drive around Cali with the top down, and this provided the ability to do it in style!

We rented a Hyundai Santa Fe from Sunset Rent a Car. The owner was a pleasure to work with. The Santa Fe was about a year old with almost 17,000 miles. The car was in tip top shape. It was clean an easy to drive. It was just a super experience. This was our first time using Turo. We certainly will use Turo again.

My car rental from Avis got messed up so my daughter suggested Turo. It was AMAZING. From registering to finding a car and then picking it up it was so EASY and convenient. It was also cheaper and more flexible. I would definitely do it again in the future!

The fees are just ridiculous. I paid the same amount in fees for “using the app”, as for the car. That’s ridiculous. It cost me almost an extra $150 for just using the app. The host however was great though.

This was my first time using Turo to rent a vehicle. The process was quick and easy. You have to be ready for something different, but in the end it was well worth it. I will only use Turo from now on.

It was so easy to rent a vehicle on Turo! From the app design to the friendliness and responsiveness of the owner, I felt prioritized and understood. There was also a pretty good selection of vehicles to choose from in many of my searches. If I could improve one thing, I would add a "flexible dates/times" feature so that Turo would show additional options that are just outside the search parameters. This would have saved me a lot of time because I had to go and change the pickup/drop-off time and/or date a lot in order to settle on a vehicle.

Everything went great as described. The cleanliness & the availability. I was very pleased with my experience with Turo & with Dino. I would use turo & Dino again & I would recommend it to my family & friends if ever in need.

I was met at the curb with the vehicle and it was clean and just perfect for my needs for this trip. I had to extend twice due to cancelled flights and the owner was very accommodating, which was very much appreciated.

Responded on time, very accurate, easy to follow app to pick up the car and to return the car, car very clean inside and outside, we'll recommend friends & families, no problem with car, like new car everything in the car intact. My experience with the car and owner were great! My problem was with the Turo app and customer service. We could not get the app to work to add a second driver. We called the company and spent over 30 minutes on the phone with the representative. She finally told us it was a problem with the app and someone from the company would be emailing us within the day. We checked our email every day and there was never an email or a call from the company. This was my first experience with Turo, and I have to say it was less than desirable. If there is an issue like this with the app then what happens if there are issues during the trip and you can’t get help?

We had a great experience using Turo for the first time. Very pleased with the host who was polite and quick to respond with any questions we had. The vehicle was exactly as the description and pictures showed. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The host was super nice. Always kept in touch with me. Our flight was delayed and it was pretty late but he still waited until we landed. Car was nice and clean. Very comfortable. Seats were comfortable. Had a DVD player for the kids to enjoy.

My host Rose was very professional and answered all my questions very quickly, as this was my first experience using Turo. The car was clean and smelling good. I would recommend her any day. The car was ready for my pickup as she said.

What a great experience! My Host, Domnick, was exceptional. Very responsive and accommodating. So easy to pickup and return the vehicle. The vehicle was in excellent condition. Great value. I will definitely use Turo and rent from Domnick again while in San Antonio.

BEWARE when using Turo, their insurance is a scam and in case you are involved in an accident even if is not your fault. You will have to pay thousands even if the damages are minimum. They will charge you premium for their insurance which will not cover anything when you actually read their policy, it’s a SCAM. Avoid this company. Not worth your money.

This was my first time using Turo, had recommendations from different people so I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did!! I downloaded the app, fill out the information and starting looking at cars to rent, it’s so easy to use, my host Juan was outstanding, provided excellent service and communication with me, the car was awesome. Will definitely rent from him again!

My experience with Turo was horrible. The company price gouges and I was charged more than $600 for less than a week. The price that I paid was more than the advertise price. The owner said it was a glitch and he would try to have it adjusted. I won’t be using, but that didn't happen. Also, there are these hidden service charges that do not appear in the advertised price or posted price. It only shows up when you go to finalize the transaction. I would have been much better off renting the vehicle from a car rental agency. My son and his family visited from Germany and they also tried Turo much to their dissatisfaction. They wound up paying more than $1000 for one week.

I would absolutely recommend renting a vehicle from the Turo app. It was very easy, contactless pick up and drop off. My host was fantastic, very detailed and helpful. This was the easiest car rental transaction I have ever made. Highly recommend!!

I loved being able to pick a different type of car. We looked for one that would meet the needs of our 5 person family and it was great. Pick up and drop off were easy and our host was very responsive.

The car was meticulously clean and in perfect mechanical condition. Gas mileage was super & it made me consider buying new Corolla. Mark is a super nice guy & very responsive. I was covered by Mark & Toyota Care if anything happened on the trip, but it was smooth sailing to & from my destination.

Omg!!!! I was a little nervous about using Turo. When I got to my rental. It was easy accessible. My host was pleasant and communicated well. The drop off was easy. I made sure to have the vehicle cleaned and back in the same condition. It was a great experience thanks to my Host.

I've rented twice from Turo recently and and one of my vehicles smelled like air freshener mixed with dog poop. Other than that the vehicle was great , mechanically sound and everything was wonderful. On my other trip I was promised an all-wheel drive vehicle and it was not all wheel drive. I found myself in a snowstorm without all-wheel drive and the passenger side of the vehicle would not heat. There was no rear wiper blade and one of my tires kept getting low pressure. I felt like my family had been put in danger by even taking that vehicle to the snow. But I alast when I read the review it said it would be perfectly fine for the snow. Turo did the compensate me for The issue above. Just remember though three strikes you're out at the old ball game. I have an upcoming event for I will need another rental and I will give Turo one last shot. We will see what happens.

Enjoyed the car we had for our trip and the service and communication with Samuel were great. I will start using Turo going forward. The car was great and clean, with no smells. The pick-up was easy, just get in and drive.

A car you cannot get from the car rental agencies. Well maintained, good gas mileage and modern CarPlay electronics. Beautifully detailed before we received car. Low mileage and very clean. Rental cars these days always seem to have issues and dents. This car was spotless.

The experience was good from the car owner side but average from Turo. Turo customer service team who was dealing with me 13th Feb 2023 was worst. They do not understand the customer situation after the accident. They should try to help as much as they can rather than just saying "No". The customer service girl was not helpful at all who contacted with me on 13th Feb 2023. Me and car Owner was handling entire situation that time and I'm grateful to the car owner who actually support me in tough time.

We had a great experience with our rental in Jacksonville Florida. The car was easy to find entv from Turo at the airport parking lot and we had no wait. The car performed well and was fun to drive. Easy drop off at the airport parking lot. Our host was quick to respond to our questions and we would definitely rent from Turo again.

Searching was easy, there are a lot of possibilities and a lot of prices so you can chose the best for you. The owner was very kind and the car great! I didn't have any problems with the app or the service.

Any car rental agency and at a better price. Going this way saved me money and so much time. There was none of that waiting around. There were also people that you could communicate with all the way through. There were no problems with signing up, paying and no extra charges imposed.

Turo and the entire rental process from start to finish was amazing! Arrived at the Budget rental car desk at Orlando airport and they were out of cars! Being that it was 2 in the morning decided to get an Uber to my hotel and go back the next day. My Uber driver told me about the Turo app, which I never heard of before. Downloaded the app, put in all my info and started looking for a car right away. I have to admit I was kind of skeptical of the process and wondering if everything was legit, but was in a bind and had no other choice. Ended up getting a great, clean car within a short Uber ride from my hotel and couldn’t have been happier! The car was amazingly clean, the communication with the owner was convenient and accurate and the entire process was stress free and easy! I highly recommend and will continue to use Turo for all future rental car needs!

Vehicle was accurate based on photos and description. The car was clean and the owner was very quick to respond. All the directions and pricing were straightforward and clear. This was my first time renting through Turo. I would highly recommend this over renting through traditional methods.

Totally happy with experience AFTER we finally found vehicle. Due to a license plate change and we were not given updated information/ picture of license plate; we were not able to identify the correct vehicle and had several anxious minutes, running around the parking garage. After all the instructions are specific that you get the correct license number. Ride Off, when contacted did communicate right away with added pictures and we identified vehicle by positioning in garage and the vehicles parked around it and then the code number opened the window lock, but this was no way to get started. We also had some problems scanning ourselves out of & into priority parking garage, but lane change worked. All in all I think we would try Turo again, because it was a great vehicle and great price.

Janice was very understanding and very well informed so with all the questions I had she was outstanding in all of it. The experience I had is so great that we told them that we would probably use her again a couple more times this year instead of using our personal car. The picking up the dropping off she was able to do it at our place of our apartment. They were warm. Friendly. She was just wonderful. Very outstanding and even though our time was for just around the neighborhood it was a wonderful experience. The car was clean. Easy to run. As I said Janice was wonderful as they all star host. More people should go and rent vehicles from her. It was such a wonderful experience.

Turo is best car rental idea. I saved on so many fees. My first experience was smooth, convenient and an ease. I recommend them 100% over rental car companies. There are so many hosts with pretty much anything you are looking for.

The rental experience was so much better than going the traditional car rental route. The car was there waiting in the airport parking lot, it was clean and the host even extended our rental time a few hours to accommodate a change. Less expensive and better service than other car rental routes I have done in the past.

My esoteric experience with Turo was amazing. I needed a car, and Turo was my best option. I had a brand new car that was comfortable and perfect for what I needed, without the hassle of having to speak to a rental car agent.

So Turo offers 3 types of protection plans for customers. You'd think once you purchase one of them, you're covered, especially if you purchase the most expensive one, the premium protection. NOT THE CASE. What happens if anything goes wrong? Turo will cover the first $500 for a premium covered case. After that they go after your personal car insurance. They say it's wonderful because you don't need to pay out of your own pocket. This is funny when you really think about it. For the premium protection, you're paying anywhere between $30-$60 for a regular sedan. This quickly adds up to a few hundred for a multi-day trip. If it only covers $500, why would anyone choose this option?

Leady was a great host. She arrived promptly at the arranged site, and responded quickly to my questions. The vehicle was easy to drive, and got good mileage. I would point out that the hybrid engine makes strange noises when transitioning between gas & electric modes, but this doesn’t affect driving. I would definitely recommend to other guests.

It was an easier service and had a much better choice of cars at a better price than the large car rental companies. I would recommend this service to anybody. I flew into Phoenix and got a great car at a great price.

This was my first time using Turo after I ran into some mechanical issues a day before my trip. After the recommendation of my brother I tried it out! I must say I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was with the use of the site and Juan! Communication was a breeze. Transaction was quick, simple, and I was able to still take my trip! Excellent!! We picked up the vehicle where our Turo friend said it would be. We drove the vehicle for four days. We returned the vehicle where we picked it up full of gas. Very smooth. Contactless. Good communication all the way through the process.

The experience was really easy, just costly because of my age. I just wish the young driver fee could be reduced or taken off because of the car I personally own. Other than that, I did not have any complaints. My Host was great and made everything super easy.

I needed a vehicle that seats 8 to get all the kids in my son's bday party to the venue. All the rental places were quoting me $400+ for one day!! Plus I’d have to drive 50 minutes to pick it up. I read good reviews about Turo and decided to try it. Got a pristine minivan that seats 8 for under $100/day plus had it delivered to my home no problems. No paperwork. No hassle. Basic info I entered on app and was all set. Host was great. Highly recommend Turo.

I had a great experience with Michael. It was my first time using Turo. I would use it again. It would be nice if Turo has a checklist of what to do when you get the car. Michael was kind enough when I dropped off the car to show me that I needed to start the drive and walk through the process.

Price was great. Car was very clean and ran well. Renter was very responsive and helpful. Instructions were very clear where to pick up from airport. Almost a third of the cost of renting from a traditional car rental company and no waiting in line after our flight to pick it up. Would definitely recommend!

Never thought I would ever experience driving such a fast and good looking car! We had an amazing time and the car totally made the time out in Las Vegas even better. Everyone has to experience driving something like this Corvette Stingray at least once in their life.

This was my first time using Turo and my experience surpassed my expectations. Communication with the owner was always prompt, usually within five minutes. The booking was easy. The car was in good condition, clean and had a full gas tank. Using the Turo app was very easy, from finding a vehicle, booking the rental, and uploading before, and after pictures of the vehicle. Definitely a great experience, and would use Turo for my next rental.

First time going through Turo and I was pleasantly surprised. I needed a 4 wheel drive and Jacob was my go to. He met us at the airport and helped us with our luggage to the hotel. He went over and above and made our trip fantastic. I highly recommend Jacob if you go to Fairbanks, Alaska. Great communication back and forth.

Just wanted to take a second to mention how much of a pleasure it was with the Toro car rental. The app was easy to use, but more importantly Americo who provided our car was extremely responsive and answered every question very quickly. When you get to the airport it is a little nervous to text someone and they unlock the car remotely. But all worked out perfect.

The convenience of using this app was excellent. Vehicle was delivered and picked up as promised to and from my hotel. I had a great time in this rental visiting friends and family in town. I will absolutely use this again.

The owner of the vehicle was fantastic and so flexible with arranging the location and dropoff times of the car. It was very clean and perfect for our day. The only disappointing thing was how many extra fees there were from Turo- it doubled in price by the time we paid for it.

I was fortunate enough to put some miles on the S4 this past week and not only was the car thrilling to drive. But David made entire experience so easy, so stress-free that I wish I could give him a 10. From Seattle to Mt. Rainier to Portland and back, the S4 performed flawlessly and ready to attack at a moment’s notice. You get a clear understanding of why Audi’s Quattro is the gold standard when it comes to AWD. You will not regret renting this car as it gets as much attention as the amount of thrills it brings you when flat out. Thank you David for making this a memorable experience.

Got the car, it was clean, well maintained. Was my first time trying out a Volkswagen. Everything worked out as planned and I got to try out a new car for a family vacation. I'll definitely use Turo again in the future.

Super easy to book and the pick-up/drop-off process for the vehicle was seamless. We needed a car very short notice (less than 24 hours) on the other side of the country and Turo came through in a pinch! Our hosts were awesome as well, they kept in contact before and during the trip; they also left us a very thoughtful "thank you" card and branded bottles of water! Great folks!

My first Turo rental. Mike was a great car host. He made my first time rental using Turo a welcomed experience. Mike made special accommodations for pickup and delivery. Amenities in the vehicle were helpful and useful. Car was clean, and well maintained. Using the app to connect with the car host was easy and efficient.

The car was as advertised and the Host was excellent, responding quickly to any questions I had. Will definitely rent from them again! The Turo process is a bit annoying with fees added at the end but not mentioned when choosing your vehicle, the constant prompting of insurance add-ons and photo snapping etc.

Rented a truck. It was easy, picking up and dropping off. The owner was fantastic. Everything was easy about the process. The application on my phone was streamlined. And the only thing I can maybe complain about is the price, but nothing is free in this world so I can’t complain.

Hope arriving I messaged and was told that the car is ready. I kept waiting and waiting and called 4 times to the Turo provider and no answer. After I call Uber and about 45 minutes later I get a message from the guy saying the car is now ready to pick up. Which was almost 20 minutes past our agreed time. My Uber bill was $50 and either Turo or him should take care of that. I did not receive any assistant from neither person. That is not how you treat customers.

I reserved the car a few weeks in advance and the host responded quickly. Picking up and dropping off was very easy. The app is also very user friendly. I will definitely use the service again. I like the fact that you don't have to have major credit card to rent and the fact that you can arrange for p/u and d/o any time.

I was really happy to discover Turo. The process was so easy and much less hassle than a big car rental place and I like that my money is going to an ordinary person not a giant soulless company. Plus I got to try out an ev - something I had wanted to do for a long time.

Our host was great. He dropped the car at the airport. Which made pickup and drop-off quick. Our SUV had all the bells and whistles. The host was available if we had any questions or concerns. We will definitely use Turo again and have already recommended it to our friends.

My wife and I recently visited the big island of Hawaii. We hadn’t planned on renting a car but decided last minute. The rental shop at the hotel was sold out. That’s when someone mentioned Turo. I went online and was able to narrow down our search easily. The owner delivered the car as agreed and was very communicative through the process. The website never directly connects owner to renter so I wasn’t sure how quickly I would hear back but it was very fast. The process was way easier than I thought.

It was a very convenient and easy process to rent the car and was able to extend the time from the app. I liked that they send reminder messages about when the car was due back and all the instructions were clear about returning it. It was a a great car, would definitely do it again.

Was nervous in the beginning- worried that the insurance may not be real, or the people may be sketchy, or I could be in for a swindle or a bad deal from bad guys, or that somehow this deal would end up in some horrible story told at cocktail hour. Honestly, those fears were on my mind the entire time. I picked the car up- it was strange that I didn't meet the owner or anyone in person, key was under the mat- I drove away feeling a bit like a car thief, but I put my trust in an online agreement, and was hoping that wouldn't come back to bite me in the ass later.

I had a great first drive with Turo renting a car to go skiing in Colorado. The cost was far less than any rental, and I was able to specify exactly what I wanted. The owner was great and the whole process simple. The app itself is easy to navigate. You definitely need to pay attention to reviews both for the car and the owner. Also, there are a lot of fees that show up, but they still result in lower total cost vs. renting.

Everything went well. Very clean vehicle. The photos of the vehicle were spot on, the system to get the car from the airport was complicated, but the instructions were great. I did have problems with the drop off, the instructions for this were oversimplified.

There was an issue with the Turo app the day we picked up the car, which meant the vehicle could not be unlocked remotely. Kenney immediately turned around and drove back to give us the key. The Jeep is immaculate, and Kenney is very responsive.

There was some issues on my end with the times I needed to pick up and drop off so I called customer service and they were amazing!! The vehicle was clean and drove smooth. Jefferson was also very understanding, he worked with me for anything I needed and no matter what time I reached out to him within minutes i would receive a reply. I am/was a first time user to Turo and neglected to take my own pretrip pictures with the app because I didn't understand how to until I got back. I also was in a hurry because this was a trip for the farm rescue I volunteer for so I needed to get there quickly. I didn't notice that the truck had damage to the underside when I picked it up and that the owner would blame me for it, put in a 400$ claim with Turo which was a false claim because the part in itself was only 40$, and he works for the collision shop and could do the work for free according to him. When I dropped the vehicle off there was only mud which he told me not to worry about.

The service was excellent. As well as the customer service, also the convenience of picking up the car, would definitely be using this service again. Can't say much more about the service, everyone I run into I will be telling them about this business.

Used car for visiting family. Did what I needed. Was able to travel several areas. Was able to drop at different location which helped me as I was taking a train from there. The car was clean and smelled nice. Came with the SunPass to pay tolls and just had to pay them back for what I used. Very easy to reach by messages and she returned my answered quickly.

My first Turo experience was great. Turo made it easy for me to find a car and get approved right away. Glad I rented with Turo. The only thing I would say is need more cars with unlimited miles. And add the filter feature for unlimited miles instead of just scrolling searching for it.

I couldn't have asked for a better first time experience than the one I had last week in Alaska. We felt completely safe in our vehicle. The car was clean, in great working order with studded tires for all the ice and snow we encountered. I would definitely recommend Turo and Jesse for any trip you have up in the Anchorage area.

We arrived to the Koolina Beach Club on 1/20/2023 and were without a vehicle to shop and visit our Hawaiian friends. Our Wai'anae friends picked us up and recommended Turo if we needed further time with a vehicle. We signed up and to our surprise, it was very simple to sign up and get a vehicle. The vehicle (2016 Acura MDX) was in pristine condition when it was delivered, outside and inside. Tammi communicated regularly and clearly with us over the phone and text prior to delivery and pickup. She is very gracious, timely with an extra measure of Aloha! The vehicle is easy to enter and exit for those who have extra years under their belt. It is spacious and comfortable. Worth every penny! We will rent from Tammi again.

When creating my account, the system never allowed me to input my phone number, I had to use my 12 year old daughter’s phone temporarily. Now I have been waiting for more than a week for support to fix that simple issue. I have sent them screen recordings of the problem and everything! Can’t imagine if I were to need support for a car accident!!

If you want to be a host on Turo, make sure you are committed 200% of your time. It is not worth it to rent a 7k car for 30-40 a day, cleaning the car, being able to be present at the time of handing the car, the stress over if anything might happen, being available until the car is returned. NOT WORTH IT. And for mercy, if you cancel once it is a favour if not then you will be penalized in dollar value the second time 50 and I think third time 150 dollars. You may wait for an hour for a guest to show but if you are late 20 minutes you have to be penalized and the trip will be canceled. The guest will enjoy the car, the app will get the money, the host will be **. Not worth it.

I found out about Turo from the desk clerk at Hotel Coral Reef in Kauai. All the regular bus tours were sold out during our stay, so it was our only real option. It's an interesting concept and a valuable offering. Everything was great with the car and we were able to take an awesome day trip. However it took me over 2 hours to download the app and submit required documentation. I am fairly tech-savvy, so it makes me wonder how less-savvy folks deal with it. They probably just give up. If I had known about Turo ahead of time and pre-registered, it would have gone smoother. You might want to let folks know that the app is required, as well as selfies and photos. I still have 12 emails in my inbox from Turo. I'm waiting for the charges to clear until I delete them. I am grateful to have taken the day trip, but it was a lot of work to set up, not to mention stressful.

I rented a car through Turo. Turns out, the vehicle had pre-existing internal mechanical damage. This had nothing to do with me -- I did not get in any car accidents or use the car in unusual ways or anything of that sort. This was back in August. Just a month ago (January), I received a damage claim for a total loss of the vehicle. Turo is trying to charge me 100% of the damages for this internal damage I did not cause. I have disputed the damage and requested an explanation. I also requested evidence supporting their belief that I am liable. I asked for a full explanation and notification upon review of my damage dispute. They said I would be notified.

Needed a car last minute. The whole process from getting the app, creating an account and renting the car took under 30 minutes. The vehicle was excellent and the host was great to work with. Will definitely be using again in the future.

On 12/29/2022 a Turo driver totaled my car, Malden MA. Their policy limited is $5000. The driver not only totaled my car but hit two other cars. They will not reimburse me for my loss. The driver flipped over the car and pushed my car on to the sidewalk. I was not in the car and all this driver cared about was finding his cell phone. I have been getting the run around from their insurance company and their headquarters.
