Would highly recommend this Van, it was beautiful and fit all of us and our stuff. It was perfect for our family, we had my 86 year old mom/grandma with us and she was able to get in and out of the van easily, it also fit her wheelchair. Samantha was so kind and responsive, answered all my questions. The pick up and drop off was easy. It was a great experience!

This was my first time using Turo. I planned a family vacation and my SUV'S air went out and I needed a vehicle quickly to accommodate my family. It was so easy to use and I rented Jiny's Van. It was perfect. So easy to pick up and drop off. I needed a lil extra time coming back and Jiny approved it. I definitely will be using her again if needed. Thank you.

This was my first Turo experience, and it was excellent. Everything worked smoothly, as it should. The car owner worked with me, patiently answering all my questions. He keeps his car in good working order. I will look to Turo first if I ever need a car rental again. It's definitely less expensive than a traditional car rental company.

Booking a car on Turo is easy as 123! There are so many cars available. I first booked a Tesla Model 3 for a weekend getaway but two more friends decided to join and the car became too small. It was incredibly easy to cancel and let the owner know the change of plans. Booking a new car was easy too! Turo credited me what I had already paid towards the new reservation and charged the difference. It was seamless! The car I borrowed was incredibly clean - hospital clean! - and picking up was easy as well. The prices are less than what your typical mainstream car rental offers. I would definitely use Turo again!

The staff was great! Professional and punctual…I took a shuttle from the airport and they text messaged me all the way…Appreciate the attentiveness. The return was very smooth, no waits and no hassles. It will take me some time to adjust to the different approach between regular rentals and Turo but I look forward to the learning curve.

This was my 1st experience and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Jeff was very easy to work with and accommodated me with a time change. When traveling back to Ohio I will use again. It was a wonderful experience. Enjoyed driving this vehicle and had no problem. I went thru the free car wash and got refueled. That was it. Don’t think it could be made any easier.

Easy to use, hosts are so much better to deal with than rental agencies. The ease of the app, fairness of pricing and selection of cars makes this a no brainer. Also, being able to message your host and get quick responses to special requests (car seats etc). Turo is now my preferred method of renting a car when on a trip. Highly recommend.

The vehicle was in great shape, delivered to airport earlier than expected, answered messages timely. Was a good host. He asked that we run the car thru a carwash and vacuum it before returning it but was not expecting to have to do that. But we did it not to incur the cleaning fee. Overall great experience and would use same host again if we are in that area.

Yes I would recommend a friend and anyone else. My experience was great, efficient and helpful. The 2020 Toyota Corolla was gas efficient. This was my first time using this app so I was very pleased how everything went. I even decided to rent for a extra day. I will be renting again very soon. Thanks again for the great service. It was my very first experience with this company and trust me when I tell you that I will never go back to a rental car agency again. I was a little reluctant going this route however a really good friend recommended Mr. ** who was my host. From start of the process to finish any questions that I had my host was there to guide me through the process.

Janelle was an excellent host with clean car which was very reliable. No issues at all with the car. Janelle was very courteous, easy to work with, prompt and responsive. Would recommend highly to anyone who is looking for quality. This was the first time we used Turo which gave us no problems.

Nice and clean Model Y, conveniently accessible with the Turo app. At some point, I needed to extend, and they were flexible and accommodating with the schedules and went above and beyond, dropping off their Model S for a swap, as the Model Y was unavailable the second day. Host was fantastic and car was super clean. Communication was top tier for me. Car pick up/ drop off was very super easy and based off of simple directions. Wish I could have given him more than 5 (five) stars. Would most definitely be using him again when in l’m in need of rental.

John did not give full details on the rental. I had no idea, that I had to charge that vehicle as often as I did. A 4 hour trip turned into a 7 hour trip. Because I had to stop and charge, he advised I stopped at “surpercharging stations” and then billed for them charging. He also waited until I completed his rating, and sent me an additional bill for $458.00. I kept the car for 1 day, and the total charge was $799.00. The car tires were unbalanced and uncomfortable throughout the duration of the trip. When I messaged him stating I wasn’t aware of the additional costs, he has yet to respond. Because of this experience I will tell everyone how awful it was.

All our renters were easy to work with and went out of their way to accommodate us. If you need airport pick up and drop off just ask. There might be a charge but it's worth. Loved not having to go to a counter. We rented a Chevy Express, Infinity SUV, Dodge SUV.

My overall experience with Turo was good. Although I felt like the tires on the vehicle were very worn and I didn't feel 100% safe driving. I would recommend checking the treads on the tires of the vehicles you rent more frequently. I was very worried about a tire possibly blowing out on the road.

We were happy to rent the car for twenty four hours in Anchorage. We wanted to see the bore tide, but there were no tours, so we rented a car. The price was right and the service was friendly. Other options were much more expensive. The car was at the airport and was a nice car in good condition.

Michelle made sure we were okay with the vehicle before we left for pick up and before we left upon drop off. She was very courteous and detailed. I love using Turo! I rented a Tesla over the past weekend and the experience was painless, easy, straightforward, and affordable. It is often cheaper than any rental car service, so I will surely use Turo again. You really can't beat the awesome selection of cars available on their app, and it feels good to support a normal person who is willing to let you experience their vehicle for a short period. Where else can you rent a Tesla for less than $70 a day?!

The truck was not clean, the host was arrogant and rude when picking up the truck. We had to dropping him to his house when he when he said he had a ride. I'll just wasn't too satisfy at all with the host.

First time renting with Turo. Turo saved me 50% of what the local rental rate would have been from AVIS for a similar car. The delivery and pick up was great, made it so smooth. The car was everything advertised. I will definitely look at Turo when I travel before looking at the other car rental companies.

Trip was great. Van was exactly what we needed. Nicholas was great to work with. Will use them again. Vehicle was clean, ready, and delivered to us on time. My family has already looked in to booking with them again. That's it for now. Super convenient, very responsive.

Easy to use the App and both experiences so far have been top notch! I highly recommend. It is so much easier renting from Turo than renting from the airport as you can set your time and location of delivery. Some cars require you to pick up from their location so be sure to check this out before booking to make sure you are good to go pick up! Turo makes it convenient and simple to rent a vehicle. No hidden fees! You know what the cost is upfront and I love that for us!! The experience was simple and pleasing. Turo will be my go-to for renting vehicles moving forward! No more overpriced major rental car companies for me!

We had a very good experience using TURO for the first time. The owner was very helpful and walked us through the process of finding the car in the parking lot and getting the keys out of the lockbox hanging on the window. She also helped us with the return process. Excellent value for the money.

My first trip with Turo went exactly as expected. App unlock with Turo Go was a breeze. Photos before and after the trip gave me peace of mind that there wouldn’t be any unexpected charges for damages. Wissam, the host, was responsive and helpful. The car was clean and in perfect condition. Everything was smooth.

If you must rent a car from Turo, and we recommend you DON'T, avoid any vehicle under the name Arija Rentals, in our case a black 2022 Honda Civic. He may be listed as a super host but there was NOTHING super about our rental experience. And Turo did absolutely nothing to help us in any way. Arija decided to remove the nut lock from the car, a necessary tool to changing a flat tire, without notifying either Turo or us, though he knew we were going north on a road trip. There was a flat tire, which of course could not be changed. Further, the spare tire in the car was not hwy safe, according to the licensed tow truck driver we had to call as neither Turo nor the host would help us.

I would definitely recommend this owner and car to anyone looking for a good experience with TURO. Fun convertible and flawless pick up and drop off. Thank you for a great rental experience as a whole. The owner was very accommodating when I needed to adjust the drop off and was not able to get to the filling station so I did have to pay a $10 dollar fee for the gas refill which was reasonable I thought.

Excellent answer. Everything fast and easy. Communication with Kammal was accurate and adequate. The car in good condition. I have used Kammal's service on two occasions, including the first time I used TURO, that time and this time everything flowed very fast and very organized. With Kammal there is no reason to worry, everything will be fine.

Couldn't have gone better. Directions to the vehicle from app was spot on, clearly marked and informative. Proactive and timely communication as well as thorough follow up was greatly appreciated. The vehicle was spotless and in immaculate condition, the extra amenities (two car seats) were top notch and easy to use. We traveled with two and half year old twins, this service really enhanced our experience and allowed us to enjoy our trip while worrying less about logistics and comfort.

Yes, I would recommend a service to friends. Our host Lorenzo was awesome. Actually called to check to see that everything went well for us. I was extremely impressed with that. However, I did find that I have no idea where to pick up the car and that made me feel a little uneasy. However, the whole experience was wonderful and definitely would recommend it to my friends. Thank you for making my trip enjoyable.

A damage report was filed from the end of the car borrower for a minor scratch that I did not have a part in. If that happens every time a car is borrowed, it is unlikely I would keep using this service. I don’t want to rely on an app where a user can be charged over a small issue that was not proven.

Bryan was thoroughly prepared, the car was clean and clearly well maintained, waiting for us to have a very good week of vacation travel. Next time (hopefully soon) when we're in that neck of the woods we'll definitely consider Bryan for our ride. I gather that Bryan has more than one vehicle to choose from but very happy with the choice we made.

I love Turo, there is no other way to rent a car! It's affordable, efficient, convenient and trustworthy. My experience has been great thus far. I love that there are many options to choose from. I have only rented from highly rated owners. However I am sure newer owners will be just as great. I am thankful for turo. It has saved me thousands so far, as I travel out of state at least 6 times a year!

Rented a beautiful challenger for four days. The car was in great shape. It was fun to drive. The host was nice and helpful. Love this app. Great place to rent your dream car and to go exploring. I would recommend Turo for anyone looking to rent a car for both leisure and/or business.

My second and last Turo experience was AMAZING!! Tauhha was accommodating. Although I did not get the car I scheduled, he made sure to give me many other options to choose from. Daniel/Oscar very polite and accommodating. I had ZERO issues. Made my trip very easy and stress free! Both vehicles were as listed.

Fast pick up and drop off, ease of getting in touch with owner. Car is amazing, clean, spacious and looks just like pictures. Do not hesitate renting from Francois. It was seamless. Much better price than renting from regular car rental company! We look forward to renting from him again when we are in Toronto.

Easy process with lots of options to consider. Easy to book and manage the reservation including adding drivers and maintaining my account. Our host was wonderful with great communication. The vehicle was as exactly as advertised and made our vacation drive very comfortable. I may never rent from a typical national car rental agency again.

As always, Turo is the most affordable way to rent a car. Our only reservation was how closely the owner of the vehicle is able to keep tabs on us. They lock and unlock remotely, we had our phone alerting us that an air tag was traveling with us, and we even got a text from the owner commenting on the speed we were traveling. I prefer a little more privacy and will probably pay the couple hundred dollars extra to avoid renting from a “peer to peer” rental company like Turo.

Finding the car was the easy part but opening it up was another story in itself which I will briefly explain. Once I found the car it was absolutely filthy both inside and out. It took multiple calls to figure out how the system worked and now that I’ve done it I feel confident, that if I was desperate and needed a rental, the next time wouldn’t be such a issue. When we turned the car on we were overwhelmed by the smell of dog. Each and every time for a week the smell were there forcing us to drive with the windows open to avoid my colleagues allergic reaction to animals.

Helpful, quick to answer all my questions and very detailed in his responses, clean vehicle, friendly and more than willing to make any changes or adjustments with me. I will definitely be using TURO in the future.

So, this was my first time ever using Turo even though I had heard about it a while back. Great experience and the app was extremely easy to use. The app was very straightforward with how everything would work and the cost of the rental. Everyone that I have talked to that has used the app had nothing but good things and good experiences.

My only gripe with this car is that the safety features were a bit much. Mainly the Radio turns off when you are reversing and takes a min to turn back on even after you put the car in drive. Other than that the car was awesome. I had a great time and the gas saving feature was exceptional.

The host proceeded to harass me after trying to charge me $400 for scraped rims from the curb on a vehicle whose plates do not match the vehicle listed on Turo. I filed a complaint with turo and he continued contacting me followed by a call from support about the host’s claim and not the complaint that I filed. I would go back to normal rental companies who don’t break all kinds of laws and try to steal from innocent people.

My original car rental was with a nice young man named Aaron, he was very upfront laid-back and I felt very confident about the rental. Unfortunately there was an accident with the car involving theft and I was not able to complete the trip and he gave me plenty of notice and my full refund. So I booked another trip with a person named Shyaara. She made me send her a copy of my driver's license which I already went through the guidelines with Turo to become a car rental driver. I did not appreciate having to go through that process of passing on my personal information when turo already approved my credentials. She was not forthcoming at all with where the car would be until the night before the trip and I am a planner. I like to have everything ready to go. She also didn't give me the four digit code to enter the car for the next day so I had to ask her for that.

I had such an easy, seamless time using Turo. The app works great, the host was responsive. It's easy to use and find exactly what you are looking for. The car was exactly as shown in the pictures and directions were easy to follow. Also, loved that picking up the car was contactless. I would recommend Turo over typical car rental companies.

Hello all, I compared prices with traditional rental companies and Turo. It was about 50 dollars cheaper per day for a VW Tiguan. Pick up and Drop off were easy. I am using Turo for all future car rentals. I told friends and family and they were surprised with price and ease of use to the point where they said they were going to try it. Best, Oz.

Superior service in Salt Lake City and great savings. The ease of securing my ride and the quality of the vehicle was terrific. I would absolutely use this service and provider again. This was my second experience and it really worked well. This is a far better option than using a conventional rental car service. Why a long shot.

I absolutely love Turo but I’m afraid that I may have to revert back to renting from car companies if the hosts will continue to charge for mileage. It’s easy to book and your site is user friendly but defeats the purpose if I have to pay more out of pocket. At least with the rental companies I’ll get the deposit back.. Just something to think about Turo. It’s easier to book with one set rate and not have to worry with any other charges that may come about. Turo makes the process easy to find a host, rent the car and no long drawn out time with paperwork and questionnaires.

I would recommend using Turo, after my experience I don't think I will be going back to using a traditional rental service unless it's through my insurance due to a claim. The experience was overall smooth and pleasant, the car was as described and I had no issues during my trip. There were no hidden fees or surprises. I definitely recommend using turo.

Honestly, what could be better than picking up a great car with ease just a few steps outside the airport and not have to wait in lines or walk through terminals? Or our host communicated easy instructions, we found a car, and a Jeff, and JOY a great experience… And dropping the car off was just as easy.

Our family enjoyed Jeremy’s Jeep. It was great for our Texas vacation. We flew into DFW Airport and Jeremy made the Jeep very accessible there. The Jeep was clean and very fun to drive. Jeremy was very responsive with anything that we needed. I highly recommend him. If we are ever in DFW again we would definitely use Jeremy.

I have used Turo many times, and, for several years, especially when going to Denver. This was the cleanest car, easiest access, and best communication of any Turo rental that I have experienced anywhere. Jennifer has several automobiles available. I highly recommend them, as they are the best, and her pricing is great as well.

I use to rent my vehicles through Enterprise but a friend asked me to look up TURO, I'm glad we did. Was easy to do online. The person who we rented from very kind and explained the whole process to us. We had a great experience and a amazing trip. Will definitely rent through Nathaniel again.

This was my first time using Turo, and I was thoroughly excited about this new rental opportunity. The process was very easy to obtain the vehicle, and the app was helpful. I’m grateful that I bought the insurance, as a strange incident occurred. The owner of the vehicle claimed that I wrecked, and I absolutely did not! She referred to damages underneath the vehicle. I was never shown pictures prior to renting of what the underside look like, and then, at return, I was accused of making those damages. Very disappointing! I don’t blame Turo. I will use this again.

Bryan answered my questions and concerns about Turo rental. His vehicle was in top shape, clean as a whistle and pick up and drop off was a breeze. Definitely would use Turo again. The shuttle service Bryan had available from the airport to the pickup point was fast, courteous. The paperwork was simply to complete, both when I initially rented his vehicle, to picking up at the secure parking lot and the returning of his vehicle.

My every experience with Turo, thus far, has been excellent. All of the vehicle owners have been responsive and helpful. The attention to detail has been beyond my expectation. As long as Turo keeps the prices reasonable, I don't see any reason to return the national rental chains. Later this month we will be trying a rental from Canada, but we expect the international experience to be very similar to our US experience.

I used Turo to rent a Jeep Cherokee from rolphy. When I picked up his vehicle, he asked that I return it clean. After using it using the vehicle carefully for five days I took the car to car wash, cleaned and vacuumed inside and out. I took 45 minutes doing so. The car was extremely clean with the exception of a few grains of sand here or there. It was returned, almost new in appearance. Unfortunately, he called me a few days later and said the car was not returned perfectly. I am not a car wash detailer and was on vacation and had no detailing equipment. I think this was a shake down from rolphy to try and obtain more money and feel that this is probably not the best app for rolphy. If he wants his car detailed after use, he should probably pay for it rather than having the Turo user pay to detail a car.

This was my first experience with Turo and it was amazing. Gigi was my host and she was so nice. Pickup and drop off was seamless and I’ll definitely be using Turo again. The vehicle was nice. The ride was smooth. I can’t wait to use Turo again and I’ve told all of my friends and family members how great my experience was.

We had a terrific experience with our car and host. Our trip was 5 stars all day. Would 100% go with host Aaron again on our next trip to San Diego. The car had deeply tinted windows and Aaron even provided a windshield shade which we used all the time. The car was in wonderful condition and quite comfortable.

Using Turo for our trip to California was very easy. From booking the car, to picking up and dropping off the vehicle. The host we used was very easy to work with. Communication was easy, and finding the vehicle to fit our needs on Turo was very easy. Value for the car we rented seemed very fair.

MY owner was very detailed with pickup and drop off instruction, he provided helpful videos as I had never driven a Tesla before. There were no surprises. The site was great. I didn’t realize I needed a car rental until I got to my destination. Last minute I checked Turo and not only got a car. He delivered it to me, and picked it back up. It was super easy and convenient. Not to mention the pricing, made it affordable.

My first go around with Turo was fantastic! Anthony was quick to respond with my text on adjusting time frames and different drop off location. The car was great for our needs. I will definitely use Turo again. They were cheaper than renting from airport!! We good 600 miles included in our rental. He even had an universal power cord plugged in for our phones! Nice touch.

A great alternative to normal car rental companies. A quick tour through the available cars, select pay confirm, off you go. Have been using it a few times now and every time the same efficient service. The host are friendly the cars are excellent. Highly recommend for those who like fast friendly and affordable service. The selection of cars are limitless, from entry level models all the way up to your high end sport cars. All this at affordable prices.

The vehicle was clean and well maintained, and exactly what was expected. The person we talked to was easy to work with and the vehicle was located close to our location, so it was a short Lyft ride to his location. The vehicle had plenty of room for three passengers and our gear.

So...I rented a Cadillac "Limo" in March for July 19-29. Allen sold it in April but put us in a Transit van for the same price. He communicated with me via text, phone, email the entire time up until the day of the trip. Then he only communicated via Turo messages which I had no idea even existed until that day. Even if I called him after the trip started, he never answered the phone. In those messages, he changed the pick up location to a different address than what is STILL listed on his rental pages. He also asked me 1 hour before my trip began for a photo of me and my drivers license. He had 4 months to do that. Thank God I had a guardian angle of an Uber driver who stayed with me until I got the van started.

Awesome experience with the owner and vehicle. Top Shelf! Would definitely (and already have) recommended to friends and colleagues. The van was really clean and dependable. We drove from Austin to San Antonio and back without issue. Pick up and return process was very simple and convenient. I’m new to Turo, but plan on making it my first choice for rental vehicles on future outings.

I was always a traditional rent a car customer until I tried TURO. I was visiting Chicago and decided to try out TURO. The app is very user friendly. Made my reservation and got contacted within a couple of minutes by Mert, vehicle owner. Friendly guy, asked if I had any questions or concerns. Pick up and drop off was very easy. I had a great experience and would definitely use TURO again.

This was my first experience with Turo and I will definitely use them again. The host was friendly and so quick to respond. The car was immaculately clean and the process was seamless! When compared to rental cars that I was looking at, this was half the price. I definitely recommend anyone using Turo for their next trip! Thank you

One of the best experiences I've had renting a car. Everything from our initial contact with Plamka, the condition of the vehicle to where we would pick up/drop off the car was just as described. Plamka was a pleasure to deal with and we would definitely use her again when we need to rent a car.

The app is straightforward and simple to use. The host was very helpful and made the process easy. The location of the vehicle was not hard to find at all and the return process was great, very quick response from the host and would definitely use them again, would also be recommending them to others, no problems with the vehicle and had a great time.

Using the Turo app was easy. The App had lots of choices, and easy navigation through the app. I found the car I needed to use, the owner of the car was very helpful, got in touch quickly. The application process was straightforward. I would highly recommend using the Turo app for car rentals in the future

Yes I would recommend, it was easy to download the app, and easy to follow the instructions. I had a car rental within minutes for my first time. It was fast and convenient. The car was beautiful, clean, had a full tank. Car had no issues and I was on my way the next day.

I enjoy using Turo - while the cost can be higher than a rental car, I feel that the car owners are more motivated to make sure their cars are well-maintained, safe to drive and clean than a rental agency is and I've never had trouble with a Turo vehicle that I've rented. Pick-up in my neighborhood, usually with a remote pick-up, is much more convenient than going to a rental office. I do wish that Turo was designated as a car rental agency so that my credit card's insurance protection could cover as it would for a traditional rental.

A friend of mine recommended this app. I was a little skeptical of using this service. First time experience I was FLOORED great service and understanding. The selection of vehicles and half the cost of major rental companies. Who would of known you can rent your own vehicle and make money.

It was an amazing experience. After riding Amtrak, we arrived in Denver’s Union Station with a family of five and lots of luggage. The late hour of the scheduled arrival meant that all of the rental agencies were closed. Turo enabled us to have a vehicle waiting and arrive to our destination that very evening! Thank you!

Renting a car through Turo was a great experience. The whole process from choosing and reserving a vehicle to pickup and drop off was quick, efficient and professionally handled. I will definitely use Turo again instead of one of the big car rental companies that have poor customer service, limited choice and often do not even have the car that has been reserved.

Car was clean, all of the features needed for a week-long trip in Alberta. Car was delivered to us at the airport and owner was even kind enough to wait an hour past pick up time due to flight delays. Car was reliable and had no issues. Owner was willing to meet at alternate location for pick up as it was more convenient for us. Would definitely use Turo again. Would definitely rent from Jashon again if in the Alberta area.

Tried Turo for the first time. It was a great experience. Car was delivered to the terminal. I didn't have to get on a shuttle. Returning the car was awesome. Went straight to the airport terminal where the owner picked up the car as I was unloading my luggage. The price was a great value for the car I got. Couldn't have been a better experience.

I shed Turo for the first time and had an amazing experience! The app is very user friendly, the selection of vehicles is large and you can select from a variety of rates - some even have specials/discounts. I will certainly be back to Turo in the near future! I left Ali a very good review although it smelled like smoke. However, now I have a claim on me because damages (small scratches) on the car which was there before I received the car. I had the car for less than 24 hours. Ali is trying to get over on people and this is unacceptable. This left me very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I just used Turo for the first time and I'm definitely a fan. The ease of use made for an ideal experience. It was seamless. I picked up the car from the designated location, received instruction on how to access and retrieve the key and was even able to extend the trip for an additional six hours to take care of some unexpected errands. My host was great--communicated very effectively and I'll definitely be using this service again in the future.

This was my first time using Turo and I was kind of skeptical because I was so used to airport car rental places. However, I'm glad I gave it a try because it was so much easier and convenient to pick up and return my car rental with Turo because I was able to avoid the long airport lines and paperwork. The car was ready for me to pick up near my home and it had a full tank of gas. This will definitely be how I rent cars going forward.

Navigation was a little tricky for a newcomer, but I got the hang of it and the whole family was thrilled.

James was great to work with while my car was unexpectedly in the shop for a few days longer than anticipated. Easy directions on picking up the car. Location was clearly marked. Communication was fabulous, and the car was clean and spotless! James even came back out to help get my Bluetooth connected. So nice!

Trip went very well. Johathan had the car ready; it was very clean and full of fuel. He gave great instructions on how to find it and off we went. The car was perfect for us and we had no issues. Johathan responded quickly to every text I sent him .. Great experience!

It was such an awesome experience, the car was clean, owner (Kelton **) was extremely nice, easy to communicate with. He never took any chance for granted, he went above and beyond, at a point the oil change light came on, I communicated with him and boom!!! He cashed app me money to help change it with a tip as well. I did it because of his kindness to me, am just kind of trying to pay back. But all in all the trip was seamless, the hybrid Honda was top-notch. Oh!!! Less I forget the gas consumption was almost zero!!!!

This was our first experience using Turo, and it went well. The transfer of picking up and dropping off the car was very smooth. It was nice to have all the photos of the car already on the app. Being able to choose the exact car we wanted was awesome. Part of the success of our rental is attributed to the car owner who was very good with communicating and helpful in accommodating our travel schedule. We will use Turo again.

This was my first time using Turo so naturally there were some concerns and uncertainties. They were all quickly alleviated the morning of the planned trip and the vehicle owners was very responsive and the automated messages from Turo helped guide us through the process of checking in and checking out when returning the vehicle. The broad selection of vehicles gave us what we needed and it was much cheaper than renting a car and you felt more at ease. I will definitely be using it again and will look into listing my own car on the app.

Rented a Honda Civic for my trip in Memphis and it was a smooth experience. Picked up the car from the airport which was a smooth transition. Had no issues with the car the three days I was there. Dropped the car back at airport. Will definitely rent with Turo again and I would recommend anyone to use Turo for their rental needs.

I put gas in the car and still was charged 50 dollars extra. I would have put more gas in it if needed to. I was charged double the price it would have cost to put more gas in it my first time renting and will be my last. Better communication could have solved this issue right away for a new member. Maybe one day I will reconsider.

This was my first experience renting from Turo, and the whole process was excellent. The booking process was easy; the car was exactly where I was told it would be, was clean, and ran great. The owner of the vehicle was also great. He checked in via the app with us during our trip and offered food recommendations.

Rented a Honda CR-Z with ODX Rentals as the host, the car is exactly what I needed in the timeframe that I needed it for. ODX Rentals was very prompt in their responses and the car was very clean. I would rent from them again if need be. Thank you Turo & OXD Rental.

First time using this service. Couldn’t be more happy with the ease of renting a car through Turo. Literally pulled up, followed the on-screen directions through my phone and was off and running for my vacation. Great service, great vehicle. Everything was just as advertised. Her car was perfect, and so clean that I noticed the vacuum marks in the trunk! I had a great experience renting from her on Turo. I highly recommend Christina and her car!

First time on Turo and my experience was great. I had one little problem with host that was a mix up. But other than that I really enjoyed car.. No problems which was a plus! For me easy to select a vehicle.. and speak to host through app. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Can't wait to experience another trip very soon with turo!

We have used Turo several times now and have been highly satisfied all three times. I’m not generally great with using apps but this one is pretty easy. We will be using Turo moving forward for all our car rental needs. Each of the separate “vendors” on the app that we used were professional and polite. Cars were new!

Kim was a terrific host. The car was exactly as described. It was spotless. She even left snacks and sunglasses in the car for us. Pick up was easy. She gave perfect directions to the car from the airport terminal. She was very quick to respond to my messages when our inbound flight was delayed several hours. Definitely recommend!

When I had a car accident and I looked at the clock it was after 7 PM. All major rental places are closed. I remembered Turo. I had wanted to rent a high-end luxury car for my son's birthday party to take him out. I simply looked in. My ZIP Code found a really nice car within 3 miles of my house. Made the rental that night and had the vehicle the next morning. It couldn't have been any easier. The gentleman was actually so nice to come pick me up because I could not get a ride to the location. You can't always get that kind of treatment through a large business. It was seamless, flawless, easy.

Friendly, quick response, helpful, knowledgeable, would recommend. 10/10 ❤️❤️. The car was clean and ready for my adventure. Everything was perfect! Turo has a great selection of cars and owners. Can't wait to take my next vacation and use turo again!!! Maybe next time I'll rent a Harley Davidson or maybe a Audi, or Big old country boy truck.

We enjoyed choosing this rental. Nothing bad to say at all, very roomy, very clean, great car we drove for our vacation. Wasn't difficult to drive, very comfortable. Had enough mileage included. Picking up and returning the vehicle was relatively easy. Didn't wait long to be picked up at the airport after calling Alaska Park. When returning the vehicle I was met by workers who helped with the luggage and the return of the vehicle. Was returned to the airport in a timely manner. Excellent service.

The Audi was a great car for family trip with kids. The car was great in gas, clean and well maintained. Pick up and drop off was easy to coordinate and in a timely manner. Questions and responses were answered quickly on the app. I was even able to rent car seats for a small fee. Definitely good experience and would recommend.

My experience with Turo has been and will be great! The hosts have really been amazing! It's been a ride and will be renting as a guest with Turo for as long as I can. I wish nothing but great experiences with Turo!!!! I give Turo Five Stars all the way!!!

Car was clean and delivered on time. Jerry answered messages and questions promptly. The option to rent the beach chairs, beach bag, beach towels, and a YETI cooler was a great add on and a great price. Great gas mileage on the Toyota Prius. The option for airport pick up was great, didn’t have to worry about going off site to pick up.

Whoever made this app..is genius.. This help me out so much..when my car is in the shop.. This place comes in handy..because I need to be able to drive to my clients'' houses around Phoenix... So thank you so much... The cars are clean and ac works great... Reliable transportation... Everyone I have rent from is nice people... The cars are nice.. I make sure I clean the car after I'm finished because they give the car to.me clean and full tank.

Our trip with Derick in his Jeep Wrangler went very well. Derick was very helpful and communicative. It was my first trip with Turo and everything went smoothly. Pick up and drop off we’re very simple. The Jeep we rented was in great condition. It’s was thoroughly clean and mechanically sound, I loved driving it around for the week.

I am so pleased to do business with these people.. They were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The car was excellent and it served our needs well. I look forward to doing business with this owner again in the near future! The car was equipped specially with car chargers and a luggage carrier. It was exceptionally clean and had that NEW CAR smell! Such a great family trip!

Overall we were satisfied with the rental. My dissatisfaction came with the owner accusing me or my guests of smoking in the vehicle. She gave me a less than perfect rating and I find it absolutely unfounded and unfair. Neither I nor anyone occupying the vehicle during the rental period smoke or even vape.

Cannot say enough good about our experience. Was very pleased with both vehicles (Jeep Wrangler and Chevrolet Van) leased during our recent trip to Jacksonville. Convenient in meeting with the hosts (Kitty and Vladimir) during pickup and return. Highly recommend Turo for your next trip…and save money in the process!

Brandon, clarified to me when I was checking the car in. He responded promptly if I had questions. The car was comfortable, roomy and had adequate size. I would definitely recommend using Brandons' car. My sister picked us up at the airport to get the car and at the car drop off site.

This was my 2nd time using Turo ever and it was just as good as the first time. Booking was easy, the pics and info was accurate, car was in excellent condition and good on gas. Owners were very responsive with communicating through the Turo messaging feature. Host were very kind and prompt. Will definitely use Turo again.

The car run smoothly. It was very clean. It run well on gas. She contacted me right away once I put in my request for a car. Pick up place was very convenient. I’m truly satisfied with my experience. This made my trip worry free. It was a business plus pleasure trip. So I’m looking forward on use this service on my next trip. Plus I told all my friends about TURO.

10 percent of the total rental went toward a airport fee. In my case ~$96. Then I still had to pay a delivery fee to the airport and on top of that pay the parking garage fee to get out of the airport. That is 3 additional fees just to rent on Turo.

This was my first time using Turo and wasn't sure about everything. Andres met me at the baggage claimed and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. We reviewed the car I was renting from him together and it was just like the pictures posted. I would definitely use Turo again. I feel I got money's worth.

The communication was clear and everything went well with picking up & dropping off the car. I have fallen in love with Tesla and will definitely be renting again. I am also considering a Tesla as my new personal vehicle. Absolutely loved it all especially the toy box section, ❤️ the speed, the ride, the technology, the seats, the whole vibe & it’s electric, good for the environment. I am in LOVE!
