This app was recommended through friends and it was a very pleasant experience. My car was above expectation and communication with the owner was amazing. Such a great option. When traveling I will definitely be utilizing this app. So accommodating for family trips.

We decided to try this instead of using a national rental car company. You can get a lot more fun vehicles for an affordable price. Our experience was great. Don’t think it could have been any better. Everything was exactly how it was supposed to be! We were able to “test” drive a Jeep wrangler so we can decide if we want to trade up!

When our car had to go into the shop, we were unsure on how to get around. This makes it easier for someone to get a vehicle without having to have a major credit card. This is an awesome app to have.

Great experience, super easy and convenient, the car was awesome and Jason was very responsive and nice. The car was left on time where he said and was very easy to locate. Also the drop off is very easy and without any complications. We will definitely rent a car through Turo again.

Car was clean and delivered exactly as promised. The owner even paid for the parking with cash and directions left in the car. Easy to communicate with and quick response. Will use this owner again if given chance. I appreciated the chance to save a about 30% over what was being charged by National Car Rental agencies.

Car was clean and we booked last minute and owner was there with a smile on his face. Would do this again with no questions asked. Reliable and impressive with everything. It wasn’t an expensive trip so cost was reasonable.

This is the first time I have ever used Turo. It was very easy and no wait time for the vehicle. I recommend using Turo for every trip from this day forward. The vehicle was clean and had a full tank of gas. I was able to choose the vehicle I wanted and it was cheaper than the rental car I had already reserved.

I’m enjoying using Turo, overall, the app is very easy to navigate, no troubles in finding a rental. I do believe some of these cars are marked a little higher than they should be for the condition they’re in. Also the price that’s listed is not the price you pay once you continue to check out. With a Turo fees and taxes, it makes these rental pretty pricey! After searching around on Priceline, there’s cars $20 cheaper a day. Something you might want to consider, with competition lowering prices I’d be likely to go that direction next time. Unless I have a promo.

Just a word words is all I need to express how wonderful our experience was with Turo! Before we used Turo to rent a car in Maui we had never heard of them and was a little nervous about it. The experience was smooth. So much easier than other rental places we have used before. I would definitely recommend Turo to anyone and everyone! So the original car I booked was unlimited mileage but proved to be a scam. Thankfully customer service was amazing and got me into an even better vehicle and promised to waive the charges for adding on unlimited mileage. Well, I didn’t get email confirmation of the details discussed and I was sent an invoice for the extra mileage upon the car's return. Thankfully I got another amazing customer service rep that helped me dispute and looked into the original conversation so that I didn’t have to pay the overages. Everything turned out well!! I just wish we could get email confirmation of the details discussed when on the phone with customer service.

My family and I visited San Antonio during spring break. The host, Skyler, was absolutely fantastic. The vehicle was as described and pictures, but even better in person. The pickup and drop off were a breeze with no issues. I definitely recommend team Skyler if you’re in the San Antonio area and in need of a vehicle.

The vehicle was really nice but you have to know how to drive a car with a standard transmission in order to drive this car. It’s not an automatic. The person who owned the car was great to work with especially since this was the first time I rented through TURO.

I’m getting scammed right now from a Rental in Atlanta. I should have looked on YouTube before I rented from this format so now I’m getting scammed for over $400 dollars. I will be posting my video on YouTube and TilTok real soon of TURO and the scams they are allowing host to run. Then you want to charge me extra for disputing the claim.

We really enjoyed renting from Joseph in West Palm Beach - we had a cute baby blue Mustang convertible which is the perfect car to rent in Florida. It was my daughter's last spring break before she graduates from college, so we had a special time together, and it was super fun to crack her tunes and drive with the top down.

I had a great experience. The trip was good, car was in good condition and the host was a great person and I will come back again. I love the palm trees, the beach and yes, I will recommend my friends and family.

This is my first experience renting from Turo. I actually was in a bind due to an extremely late flight arrival. I started the entire process at 5am. This includes setting up my Turo account, requesting a vehicle, and getting confirmation from Wei to rent his Ford Expedition 4x4. By 12 o’clock I was driving away with my 2 children for a wonderful snowboarding trip to Lake Tahoe! I would highly recommend Turo and Wei and any car he rents out through the Turo website. I will never use another rental car company other than Turo! I not only got a very clean reliable vehicle but I got it for $100 less than another vehicle I had reserved with one of the major rental car companies. This also included full rental insurance. I think it’s called “Platinum”? Great experience and can’t wait to use Turo again!

One of my pet peeves with renting cars is that you almost never get what you sign up for. Turo is great because you get exactly what you choose. The owner of my rental was extremely helpful and responsive. The checkout was simple and easy. I never did check in since I arrived early and the app wouldn't allow me to check-in but the owner took care of that for me. I will definitely will use this service again.

I was a bit hesitant to rent from a company I was not familiar with, but I am so glad I did! Artur was responded quickly to my request for the Nissan Rogue Sport. First, the car was as advertised - clean and in great condition. Terrific gas mileage was a bonus. Second, I appreciated the drop off and pickup at my hotel location which made it less stressful for me. The process was smooth and timely. Finally, the host Artur was excellent at communicating with me. I had to extend my return and he got back to me immediately and directed me to what I needed to do. I am so happy to have found this service. Thank you!

Excellent customer service and I like the fact that I can rent vehicles on the weekend unlike other places that are not open on Saturdays. Pickup and drop off is super easy and the vehicles are always nice! Communication is always fast as well.

This is the first time using Turo, Jamie made the arrangement easy with specific instructions and location to pickup the car. The car rented ran great, cleanliness was excellent, and Jamie was friendly and accommodating. At first I wasn’t sure because I never heard of Turo until my daughter told me. We will definitely do Turo again!

Everything went great. The car was beautiful and fun to drive. It was a real eye catcher. Rory made the whole pickup and drop off process seamless. Will definitely get a car from him again. And will probably have to try out one of his other luxury rides.

When I searched for autos, the listed price was for $42 per day, with ($50) crossed off. Then when I actually booked the reservation, the cost came through at $50 per day. I don't understand the discrepancy between the advertised price in the search vs. the booked price. When I messaged the host, he could not explain the difference either, although he did state his expected price was $50 per day.

My experience with Turo was great!! I was able to get the type of car I wanted. I had a great host that was very professional and upfront. The app kept me up to date on pretty much everything. I will definitely be using Turo again in the future.

My first experience with Turo was extremely positive. For a while, a dream of mine was to rent a Porsche in California and drive it down the PCH. Turo allowed me to actually do that in an amazing way. Firstly, I found the exact 911 spec that I was after, a Carrera 4 GTS. Not many places, if any, would have access to that type of automobile. Secondly, the experience was top notch. Firstly, the man I rented from was fantastic and extremely communicative. Secondly, the car was immaculate and so much fun to drive. The only downside that I experienced with Turo is that it's expensive. But I was happy to report that you get what you pay for and it was definitely worth it for the experience. I will be using Turo again.

Everything about renting a car from Costa was a smooth, stress-free experience. The daily cost was reasonable and the minimal fees are straightforward and explained upfront. The car was reliable and drive well. Pickup and drop off were hassle-free and had good communication. Had a good time driving this vehicle when my VW was out of commission for a few days. Host was very accommodating and went out of his way to help when I had to trade a different vehicle. I would definitely rent from them again and really hope that this vehicle is available.

Our recent trip to Arizona was practically flawless. Our Turo host provided us with easily understood retrieval and return instructions, and our car, a Prius, was very comfortable. We had the pleasure of spending time with family and an old friend. Arizona is a fascinating place, so very different from our Pacific Northwest home.

Traveling for an impromptu event can often create last-minute add-ons and pricey purchases. The ease of using TURO made our trip not only easy but also economical! Our driver met us at the airport and handed over the keys. The whole transaction was painless. At our departure, we arrived at the airport sooner than expected and we were able to communicate via text (app messages). Our driver gave us exact directions that made everything so easy. Dealing with individuals owners is a lot more pleasant than dealing with corporate employees. A beautiful clean red Tesla model S was delivered in the right place at the right time. The return process was also seamless: No paperwork, no waiting. Just perfect.

Hello Turo Folks, Your website was great to work with but making changes to pickup/return time was a bit frustrating. The help section said to go to the Details section but needs to say hit the "modify" tab and scroll to the bottom. I know, it should be intuitive but I floundered and with no person to talk with over communicating isn't a bad thing. Thanks and looking forward to using your services again in the future. BTW- our host Matthew (Myrtle Beach car rental) was fabulous. My brother sent back the form with 5 stars but didn't write in how flexible, friendly and responsive he was. His car was in great condition too.

A friend recommended Turo. He uses it every time he travels. I was impressed with the selection of cars. I used Turo for the first time last week and the whole experience was great. I found just what I needed for a family trip. It seems to have better car selection and at better prices than the traditional rental companies. Definitely will use it again.

Great clean car with super gas mileage. The communication was good, but I just wish I would have asked about the drop off procedure. Since this was the first time I used Turo I wasn’t quite sure what the drop policy was like since no one was there to hand off the key to. It turned out ok though.

We were happy to use Turo for the first time. The owner of the car, Arturo, was very helpful and even stayed on the phone with me a few times when I needed assistance. We enjoyed our time and had a change but overall, we had a good time.

I reserved the vehicle for 1 day but I was going to be arriving late and I wanted to adjust the time by the four hours that I was going to be late and I couldn’t. Also, when I got in town, the host was not able to meet me right away, I had to wait another hour for her to meet me. It would’ve been nice if I could have adjusted my time to make it worth my while. Outside of all of that the host was nice.

Estimated total pricing was very understated. My total was more than twice as much as the estimated total given at the beginning. Maybe include a range instead since it does depend on the additional coverage you choose. The host was very good though.

It took me a bit to figure out how to get to the car and get inside of it, but Turo customer service were great in assisting us and the person we rented the car from was awesome in assisting us as well both in getting the vehicle and assisting us to get back to the airport. It was an excellent experience overall and we will use Turo again when we need a rideshare service.

It was a quick and easy process. The car was clean, but the engine light came on and it was making a lot of noises. I told the owner and they were aware of the issue. This was my first time using Turo and was great full there was another option other than the big corporate companies.

My host was nice, the SUV ran excellent. It's just the interior of the vehicle was not clean. The gear shift had a sticky residue and carpets were not vacuumed. It had a bit of a smell too. Plus, I was given the vehicle on empty as well. I think that was a rip off in itself. How am I supposed to return the vehicle at the same fuel level as a received it? I might try Turo again.

Jackie's instructions were clear and reliable. The car was easy to find and very clean and well-maintained. The van ran perfectly and we had no problems during our stay. The return process was just as easy and Jackie was wonderful to speak to with any questions.

The car rental experience was convenient, efficient, and affordable. The car itself was clean and relatively new. I picked up the car after landing at LAX and both pickup and drop-off were very convenient. I would rent the same way again.

Truly a great overall experience. Needed a vehicle while mine was in for repairs after being involved in a hit-and-run accident. The only negative is that I am near certain I had purchased a $90 charge to simply return car and they would refuel. However, when I returned with 3/4 of a tank they said I owed $46. I said I was sure I had purchased the safety net on this. I said if I am mistaken no problem and asked them to verify as I verified on my end. Their sole reply was “NOPE”. I felt that was rude. Now, after I too verified, I was wrong and immediately authorized payment. So be careful and read all thoroughly to ensure what you select etc. This is petty in all honesty. Truly the overall experience was great. Just get after spending over $1300. They could have been more respectful and utilized a better communication etiquette.

Decided to try Turo on our vacation we initially decided to go car free didn't want the hassle of a rental car. But once we realized we really did need a car I used Turo. Glad we did! Great experience, the car was great clean, newer, well kept. Most importantly they came and met with us for pick up and also drop off it was so easy! Communication also great. Every time I reached out I always received a response within the hour. I really hope our next Turo experience will be as great as this one!

The car was great, the host was not. Instead of going to the lot to see if the car was returned properly he messaged me that I didn't return the car and didn't even attempt to do so. He went on to say that the car was left at the airport which would incur additional fees and a possible misdemeanor charge for him. And his messages were extremely rude. All of this without actually looking in his lot for the car, which is exactly where it was. He did then agree that I returned the car and that his GPS wasn't working properly. What kind of business person accuses customers of this kind of thing without even checking his lot. Then he has the nerve to act like I should not be upset because he said he was sorry. I was no longer in Hawaii when I got his accusing messages so it was very stressful. Watch out for Paul, he is too lazy to put eyes on his car before accusing customers of wrong doing.

The only small thing I would like to suggest is that Turo factor in issues that occur that could result in a late return. Traffic in FL is really tough, the gas station delayed my return as I had to go in twice, having to wait, as their credit card machine wasn't working. Then Waze gave me wrong directions at first and I had to turn around. THANKFULLY TED HELPED ME WITH THAT!! HE IS GREAT!

I got some dirts on their floor mat, which I think is reasonable for a rental car on rainy day. They charged me $150 to clean their rubber floor mat, I think this is absolutely outrageous since this is part of their cleaning process.

Communication was awesome, check in and check out was speedy and overall of vehicle was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company and to any of my family and friends. To anyone that needs to rent a car or just have the pleasure of enjoying a luxury vehicle for a few days.

This is my first time renting from Turo. It was easy, a good value and just an overall great experience! The Audi Q7 was clean, comfortable and excellent for the road conditions in Colorado. Moses was easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would certainly use Moses again.

It was my first time using Turo and I was under the impression that it would be easier and faster than your traditional rent a car company, but it was not. The communication between myself and the host took longer than expected. I waited an hour to be picked up by host and host did not help with the process even after I told her that it was my first time using the app. I don't know if I would use Turo again, but so far my first time wasn't as great as I expected.

The host was timely & made delivery & drop off easy. The car was clean & rode perfectly. He was always available and the response time was quick. I would rent from him again and recommend him to others. This was my first time using Turo.

Beautiful car, very clean, I pick the car up really close from my hotel in Orlando and the host responded to my question very quickly and helpful, 10 Stars, I will definitely use TURO again on my next trip.

The trip itself was good and I had no issues with the host or the car. But, I got charged for returning the car late when it was because of bad traffic. I started driving from San Diego to Los Angeles about 4 hours before 2:30 but because of unusually slow traffic that even the GPS kept mentioning, I ran late. It was my first time renting with Turo so I thought they would understand. But, I never received a reply.

I love that this business concept exists - you don’t feel like you’re being ripped off like a rental company, and you support a “mom and pop” type of business - so it’s a win-win overall! There are many cars to choose from so it’s a great selection of hosts and renters

I would definitely recommend for people who are renting vehicles for the first time. Smooth transition. People are polite and patient, walked me through every step. I felt great after renting for the first time and probably don’t see myself renting with anyone else anytime soon.

The entire process was seamless. I chose a car that was perfect for our needs. The host was very easy to work with. Since this was my first time I was a bit apprehensive about the pick up process. I shouldn't have been. It was extremely easy. I will use the host again when in West Palm and I will use Turo over a rental car company as I travel.

WOWOW WHERE DO I START. Our vehicle was having a problem called "the death wobble" within hours of picking it up. Turo was supposed to get us a replacement vehicle but instead you fully ghosted us. We had to solve the issue on our own, wasting time on our vacation. I've reached BACK out to you and nothing. I will try again but if not I will be disputing these charges with my credit card.

The car we used did not have safe tires. Both front tires were bald and so of course we experience a flat tire. The cars should be inspected and in driving order before they are offered for use. The car had also been in a fender bender but damage was “purely cosmetic, driving isn’t affected”. Will be extremely cautious if I ever use Turo again.

This was my first time using Turo. The first car I chose never responded to my message. I got on the app to check and got a message that the car was no longer available to rent. I was a little desperate because I need a car later that day. The second car was approved. Everything went perfectly from pick up to drop off. It really helped my confidence with using the service. I still question how cars can be listed but suddenly not be available? I think there should be some sort of obligation by the owner if they list a car that it has to be available. Maybe that exists but it was frustrating to have to wait for a response and then be told it’s not available and have to scramble to find another vehicle. The second person really made it great for me and I would likely use the service again but I will be careful who I choose.

As this is the first time using Turo and so my experience with anyone other than Adrian from San Antonio is limited but I can heartily say dealing with Adrian made the best rental experience in my 50 years of renting an automobile.

Easy to pick out car. Picking up car a little longer walk than hope for but host accommodated return trip drop off so much easier. Since first time wish customer service told you how to arrange time for pickup and drop off and how return goes but really other than those things.

When I first heard about Turo I didn’t really believe it. I decided to try it out anyways and it was a really good app. Definitely enjoyed Turo, I believe on its way to be the number one rental agency. Can’t forget about the owners in the app, Terry was a very nice person and easy to work with. Definitely 5 stars.

This was my first time using TURO and loved how great and easy it was to get a car fast and have the total price be so clear to see! I rented a jeep Wrangler from Jon and he was a great owner to communicate with!

It was very easy to use the app, and to schedule a car, and to communicate with host. Picking up and drop off of car was easy, no complications. I had to end my trip one day early and communication with host regarding this was easy also. Did I mention the whole process was easy?

We loved going through Turo. We originally made a reservation with Enterprise. They didn’t tell me there was a $300 deposit on top of rental fee. We didn’t have enough money. Turo was $100 cheaper and no hidden deposit. The setup was simple. It is not a scam or anything to be wary of, I was. The pickup was easy, the van was perfect for our family, and drop off was just as easy. Will definitely use again.

We had never used Turo for car rental and the entire process of renting from someone without a set business location was a bit disconcerting but because it so much cheaper, we decided to give it a try. We picked up the car from the owner on the street in front of the airport with no problem, all arrangements done by texting. The car was on time, clean, fully fueled, everything as in the description on Turo. At the end of the rental we again conversed by texting; we returned the car in the same spot at the airport. The owner/rep was very professional and polite. We do not rent cars often but when we do, we will check Turo first.

The vehicle was everything we expected it to be. The pickup and return of the vehicle went very smoothly. I would recommend Turo as an option over Avis, Hertz or any other car rental agency. It was a great value.

I do not think it is fair to charge $150 for the mess that was from my child getting sick in the car in the way to the airport. We had no way to get the car cleaned. The email that we received was very rude and accusatory that we did something “abusive”. It makes me very sad and hesitant to use Turo in the future.

Great ride. Fast and easy pickup and drop off. Will do again. Cesar was the host in Maui and was easy to communicate with. The Bronco was clean and rode really nice. My daughter now wants a Bronco for herself. We will see on that!!

I rented from an Allstar rated host and had a great trip. Everything went exactly as I had hoped aside from somehow ending up with insurance that I didn’t intend to purchase. That may have been completely my fault. I will pay better attention on my next trip. Still the experience was great and I look forward to using Turo again.

Very friendly renter. Was nice and understanding. Very helpful and kind. Easy pickup and easy return. Most definitely the best affordable and nice. The car drives great. We had no problems. The best I've rented from. It was a very fun trip. I'm so glad we chose the renter we did and I'm glad we chose to go with Turo. I will definitely rent from you again next time we visit. Easy instructions & easy access in the Phoenix area. The owner communicated everything very well and we had zero issues with the process. I had never used Turo before and always used the major rental companies for all previous trips for business and personal. I was skeptical at first but would definitely use Turo again.

There was a problem with vehicle. Host said he would give me a refund. I had to hound for the refund even after I gave a great review. Support was difficult to navigate. Host offered to send me credit via Venmo, which support turns around and says has put me in a grey area for future rentals. The host is the one who initiated this process and I am being reviewed. That does not seem correct or fair.

This was my first experience with Turo. I’m very impressed. My host was very organized and helpful. Prices seemed much better than traditional outlets, Hertz etc. Emails and texts kept me very well updated. Ryan responded quickly when I had a minor issue with the lock box. It was my fault. I will use Turo again.

Since I made the payment for the car reservation until the day of check out everything was excellent, they answer the questions and doubts instantly. I recommend it 100%. Stephen and his work team were in communication with me all the time. I am satisfied with the treatment they gave me.

Rarely travel, rarely rent cars so when I do it, it’s gotta be done right! Turo checked all the boxes. Excellent car options, excellent car owners, excellent experience. Both the system and owners were very accommodating regarding changes that enhanced my experience.

Updated on 03/23/2023: My rental car from Elliot was a disaster, I left a detailed review, and I have not heard back from either Elliot or Turo and now I am beyond upset. I have waited for someone to contact me and I am at a point to bash both Elliot and Turo.

Easy setup and access to a huge network of rental vehicles. The hosts are regular people who are putting their vehicle in the hands of a total stranger hoping they respect their vehicle, so the only right thing to do is return it to the host better than when you picked it up.

This is my first time using Turo & Would definitely use again, very fast , convenient and reliable. Literally booked just the night before my trip. Pretty fast process, from processing my information to having my trip booked.

After booking a few days away in Vegas, we decided to rent a car so we could get around and do what we wanted to see and do on our own timeline. We rented from a local Turo host and couldn’t have been more pleased (thanks Vic!). I would definitely recommend based on my experience.

Highly recommend Turo. The guy I rented the car from was very helpful and honest and very trustworthy. Really appreciated. I would definitely rent from them again, I was also able to cancel early and get refunded back for what date I didn’t use the car and it went back to my card instantly. Smart choice with no deposit fees.

We Couldn’t be more satisfied with Turo. Our most recent rental was in Las Vegas. I highly recommend. Everything worked out exactly as described. Super easy transition. The car was amazing. The host was an excellent communicator. Made our trip so enjoyable. We drove from Las Vegas to California and enjoyed breathtaking views for the deserts and mountains.

My host agreed via text message to allow me to extend my time with the car and change the return location then rejected the changes in the app after I had already returned the car as agreed upon, leaving me with late fees. Turo has not made it right despite a detailed appeal I submitted.

Turo car was right on time with the car for us to pick up in Kona. The car was exactly what we expected and it clean and new! Great experience. They are happy to be sure everything was right as advertised.

It sucks to be kicked off Turo for one incident. It’s bad enough you have to pay $275 for something that would cost a small portion of that to fix, but to be kicked off too is a bit much. I will not recommend this company.

Flawless experience! Easy pickup and drop off. No wait lines like rental cars. Price was very affordable. Only disadvantage was a cancellation 1 week prior to trip due to recall and had to rebook with another renter. I would recommend to anyone traveling in Maui.

This site is way easier to use than renting an actual rental car. The hosts that I’ve dealt with are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely continue to rent cars off of Turo for all of my car needs.

This is the new way to rent a car! Any car! It’s so easy to register your account, upload documents, payments, etc. I loved the experience and although I already take care of my own car, I was absolutely obsessed with making sure my Turo ride was parked far from others, that I drove it and cared for it as if it was mine. My host was fantastic, corresponded really well as well as guiding me (I was a virgin Turo’er) and making the entire pre and post pick up as smooth and easy as possible. I can’t wait to rent again.

Very disappointed with all the stupid fees you incur over the charge for the car. Airport fees, trip fees and parking fees are just too much. Why can't you just charge a flat rate and call it good. Will probably not use you again as rental cars are easier to deal with.

However, we ended up with a terrific rental experience, and came away very convinced that Turo is a great way to go. Our host “Chris” was really communicative and eased any concerns. As a first time Turo user the process was seamless and the experience was great. My host was quickly responsive and accommodating. Pick up and drop off was quick and easy and the car I rented was like new and amazing on gas. Everything was so great that I will definitely use Turo again. My only negative is the fees (trip fee and protection plans) which are just as costly as the actual rental car itself but other than that I was pleased with my Turo experience.

This was my first time using this app and this will be the ONLY one I use from now on. The experience was amazing and the communication between the host was remarkable. I would most definitely recommend this app and location to family and friends because this is how smoothly rental services should be. No stress and they make sure you have reliable transportation to get where you're going. I truly appreciated the communication between the host when I needed to change my return time due to traffic. He replied quickly and we were able to drive safely not having to rush back to get back home.

First time using this app and didn't know what to expect. Amonte was a excellent host and made the process so easy. Pick up was quick. Car had waters and a courtesy iPhone charger that definitely came in handy on our family trip.

This was a very good experience for our first time using the service. Although not opposed to paying a fee to Turo I feel like that extra charge was not really mentioned leading up to the actual payment for service. A vehicle that is advertised at $45/day should not become $51/day because of fees. You have the ability to factor those fees in to every advertised per day price.

It was all a good experience. Especially the people that we rented the truck from. Thankful for all the reminders from Turo along the way. Wish I had known of this availability years ago. This is my first and last time using Turo as a service. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I was charged $452 and never even ended up getting the car that I rented through the app. My host was extremely unhelpful and ended hanging up on me when I called. William F. still charged me and rated me even though I never had his car. Called Turo customer service to ask for a refund and was transferred several times and was hung up on again. This is a trash company who are money grubbers and I will never be using them again. 0 stars.

My experience using Turo was simple and accurate with the details provided from my host. When I say Jose (the host) was awesome. He made sure I knew how to drive the vehicle, provided me with additional insight, and was open to any questions I had. He was available at any hour I needed him during my travels. He has multiple vehicle which is convenient when you get use to your host. I plan to rent from him again soon.

A wonderful experience from start to finish! My flight was delayed, so I was late getting in. I was unfamiliar with the airport, but thanks to Joe the car was waiting for me on arrival. The car was beautiful, I drive for a living so having a super nice car was really a treat. When my time was done, Joe showed promptly to retrieve the vehicle afterwards. Joe made himself available for any and all questions, making it an excellent experience!

The experience was a lot easier than expected. The price to rent a van was about 200 less than a typical rental. I needed a last minute rental for spring break and I was surprised with the selection and pricing. I will be using Turo again in the future.

This was my first time renting a car using Turo. Was definitely a pleasant experience way better than going for the big rental companies at the airport. Pick up was quick and easy. We agreed on a pickup location and met up there. The car was as advertised. Return was just as convenient. I got dropped off right at the terminal I was flying out of - no shuttle to load and unload my luggage from. I will definitely do this again next time I need a car rental.

The only issue I had was trying to locate the car at the Denver airport economy lot. The owner gave good directions as to where the car was but the airport personnel couldn’t seem to get me to the lot itself. Other than that, the process was super smooth and the vehicle was fantastic. It fit our needs perfectly and was way cheaper than a rental.

Overall the experience was positive. My renter made the process easy and the app functioned well for pick up and return. My only frustration is with the booking process. You see an estimated cost on the search results page, but when you click through to book a car the price changes substantially due to the booking fees and insurance. It's irritating to see an estimated cost upfront only to have fees double the cost later. It made finding a vehicle that’s truly in my target price range very difficult; and I’m considering renting from a traditional agency for my next trip just to avoid the hassle and effort.

First time using service, it was great. My only suggestion would be to give a heads up that pictures are required at the end. I did not realize this till after I had returned the car. The car was very clean and it was very easy to communicate with the owner.

It was easy and quick to setup a rental car. It was convenient and close to us. Virgie was super polite, easy to work and vehicle was listed correctly and was clean with full tank. Price was reasonable and drop off at the airport was great.

The Turo process was easy to navigate and Iryna’s 2020 Nissan Murano was just what I was looking for. It was clean and full of gas. Pick up was easy as was returning the car. I like Turo because you don’t have to pay all the add-ons you do at an airport. Great experience!

From start to finish, this day was a highlight of our vacation. Every question I asked was answered promptly. The day of our rental we arrived at Jenn’s and after finding out we did not have much off-roading experience, a full day plan was given to us. It is so obvious they want you to get to see and do as much as you possibly can. We were given a brand new Rubicon for the day. It was an amazing vehicle that handled every rock and road perfectly. We started out with easy roads and worked up to very challenging routes. It was a blast. They even let us borrow the book with the trails in it. And gave us a cooler with ice to use. Topnotch customer service. Dropping off the vehicle was easy. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They helped make our vacation a trip to be remembered.

This was my first TURO Rental Car and the TURO Car Rental system was great, the Host and his car were OUTSTANDING and we had to make a change and it was so quick too!!! When we will return we will use the same TURO Host again!!

I am a first timer and I had never even heard of Turo and I must say, it was extremely easy throughout the entire process!!!! The communication between the person with the vehicle and myself was easy and she was quick responding. The Turo shuttle bus is a huge plus I must say and made the process very easy and both shuttle bus drivers were nice people. I will definitely use Turo again.

The overall experience was good, the host I had was very well and helpful and attentive to any questions that I had. However, while booking a car rental through the platform the only negative factor for me is that the trip price is overall fairly expensive so while renting a car peer to peer for example of $40.00 is appealing at first glance, then the “trip fee” is nearly the same cost as the rental or sometimes a few dollars less at most…. So now my rental is projected to be $75.00-$80.00 …. Then after a protection plan is required to add it becomes at the minimum of another $10.00 - $15.00 for the overall cost and now upon completion of the booking process the price total will display now around a total of $85.00-$90.00.

My host, Morea S, was great, helpful and responsive to my questions and issues. I highly recommend Morea S. The Subaru Crosstrek was in great condition and performed perfectly for my trip. I'll stick with a rental agency in the future. It's easier and I can skip the hassle of photos etc.

I had a situation where I had to leave from Florida to Texas for a funeral. I booked a car and last minute the person canceled me. I complained about it and Enrique from customer service responded to me right away with the car. I did everything possible to get me a new car and even cover the additional cost because of the inconvenience. He was amazing and the person I rent it from was also very, easy to work with and accommodating!

Daryl was great, vehicle was clean. I will be renting from him more often. Gas was full. Vehicle drove amazing. My family loved it. Nice size space. This was my first time using Turo and the first thing you think of is a scam but nope, vehicle was right where it said it would be.

The car we first rented and host was terrible by Maysen. Then came Lainie wonderful host. She saved our trip. Maysen left out to driver. We are giving Maysen a 0 and Lainie a 5 star thank you. Maysen is a bad host. Needs some lessons from Lainie.

I didn't need a car until 2 days after I arrived at my destination city. Not having to get a Lyft to the airport to rent one and complete all that annoying paperwork was a relief. And having the car delivered to my hotel in the morning and picked up in the evening was another relief and time-saving bonus. I'm planning on taking a short road trip in April; I'm definitely going to check out the listings from Turo.

Company was Very responsive. Pick up and drop off procedures were great! Our driver was very friendly and right on time for us. The vehicle was clean and full of gas. It got great fuel mileage and was easy to navigate and park in LA. The price was so much more affordable than the typical rental car companies.

We needed a four wheel drive vehicle to get around in Tahoe during a week with lots of snow challenges. The Subaru Cross Trek we rented from Cole was perfect! It was clean and full of amenities that we really appreciated such as seat heaters and cameras to see as we were backing up. It handled the snow and sleet and rain without a problem....even in the middle of blizzard conditions at the top of Kingsbury Grade, and the Ridge Tahoe Resort. Cole was easy to talk to and very helpful.

I’m so glad I was told about this company. Convenient and great price. I’m telling all of my friends! It was fast and I’m glad I used Turo. Excellent company. I will definitely use them again and wish I knew about them sooner.
