In a pinch for a last-minute rental and Turo came thru. Abe provided an excellent option at a fair price. Excellent instructions for pickup which for a Turo rookie was very helpful. Check-In instructions were clear and easy to follow. I will use Turo again!

The car was great and just expected. Easy to get and get in. My only complaint with is with the $150 cleaning fee I was charged for sand on floor mats. I specifically asked the host if I needed to vacuum or wash the car and he said it was not necessary. I also read the rules on per Turo on cleaning fee charges. It states that unless it requires excessive or professional cleaning then you will be charged $150 cleaning fee. The sand was white sand on black mats nothing that shaking or vacuuming the mats would’ve taken care of. After talking with the host he said he requested Turo to refund my $150. They refunded only $75. I chatted with someone on live chat about the remainder of the $75 and he said he would get back with me and I have not heard anything.

My first experience was horrible. I planned my trip about a month in advance. The day before the scheduled trip the host canceled. I had to make another reservation and pay an additional fee. I thought It was very unprofessional which made my experience extremely horrible.

The vehicle was very easy to pick up and drop off but the overall vehicle condition was poor with many features not working as no controls on the center console were not functioning and bad tires that had caused sliding when it rained under normal driving.

There were plenty of options of cars, many of which came with free delivery to PDX. The person I rented from was easy to work with, communicated quickly, and provided a seamless experience. The price was also better than most national rental companies.

Using the app to navigate through was a breeze. The host I rented from was amazing! He was very communicative, and responded to any question or concern quickly. I’d use his vehicle again without any hesitation. The vehicle I chose was a Tesla model Y long range.

My brother and I rented Paul H's Porche Taycan for our parents' 70th birthdays. Paul was a responsive, flexible, and transparent host. The car was immaculate and very fun to drive. We went on the Pacific Coastal Highway and my parents got their first taste of an EV in style! We went a bit over on the mileage, but paying for that extra was easy. I would totally be interested in doing something like this again.

The customer service was great and the car ran and smelled good. Would definitely rent again. If I had any question he would answer the text or the phone. He was very patient with me and easy check in and out. I am still learning how to use the app. No complaints, In my book he gets five stars.

I enjoyed using Turo! Selecting the car was super easy! I had my car picked and my trip planned and paid for in about 10 minutes. Communication with the car owner Stefanie was excellent! This was my first trip with Turo, and I would use it again. My host was very communicative, and accommodating. I felt that the price was fair, and the selection was vast. Any make or model is there for the choosing. It was also my first time in a Tesla, and I enjoyed that experience as well. The pick up and drop off procedure was easy and fast.

This was actually my first time booking with Turo. I was recommended by a friend and kind of skeptical. However I was a bit upset because on the day of a couple of hours before my trip I was informed that the car was cancelled. I was highly upset and very disappointed. It wasn’t any communication beforehand of her w when & why my booking was cancelled m. Nevertheless I reached out to the host and turo. Turo was very accommodating, found me a new vehicle (a better one with more setting and made the trip more comfortable) even though they didn’t ask what type of vehicle was needed/features etc but it turned out to be PERFECT. Turo was fast and knowledgeable to get the job done to get a vehicle in enough time to enjoy my trip. Thank you turo.

I had not heard of this service before, until my daughter mentioned it to me. We were looking for a nice vehicle to ride our family in for a family function during the weekend. After seeing the ratings of our host, we traveled about an hour away to pick up vehicle from her. She was very kind, accommodating and flexible and made herself readily available for any questions we may have had even if just to ask what a certain button did! I really enjoyed the experience and it was great not having to hold the normal few, hundred dollars on my card in order to rent a vehicle. This will be the new way that , I rent a vehicle when needed, from now on. Our host, Miss Kimberly, it was amazing!

Jessie was amazing and very helpful for my 1st time using Turo. Besides taking pictures of the vehicle, everything was seamless. Couldn't have been a better ending to a great 1st time. I will definitely be using Turo again in the near future.

Everything went just as plan except the airport was so huge. I didn’t think I could find the car. He stayed on the phone with me until it was located. Communication was awesome and the car was exactly what was said in the description. I was very pleased.

I have rented cars before, but never with Turo. That will forever change. Anytime I need a rental vehicle, I will be using Turo. The process was SUPER smooth and I would highly recommend to anyone looking at renting a car!!

My host cancelled my reservation 10 minutes before my flight was to land and I was to get the car. The customer service rep that assisted me was patient and helped me get another vehicle of the same or better quality and helped arranged for it be at my hotel by the time I got there. Kuang, the new host that helped me was also fantastic. These 2 turned my experience from being a 1 ⭐️ to a 5 ⭐️ because of the service they provided and the quickness and urgency that they reacted.

We enjoyed our Turo rental car for our trip over to Missouri. The car was clean, it ran great, it was reasonably priced, and the communication from the host was great. I plan to use Turo again for our trip to Boston/Cape Cod in June. And will plan to use Turo more in the future because it is so reasonable as compared to traditional car rental companies and the car selection is so much better.

I was skeptical at first when I was deciding whether or not I was going to book through Turo. I finally decided to try it out and I am very happy that I did. I rented a vehicle for the weekend and it was dropped off at the airport and the host left very detailed instructions to get to the vehicle. It was much cheaper than traditional car rental places and I didn't have to worry about waiting in line. I would definitely go through turo again.

Owner claimed a scratch on the car 12+ hrs after picking it up. My drop off pictures were dark given it was in the evening, but you can see there is no scratch in that location the owner claimed. I escalated to Turo's claims team. The owner claimed another dent without telling me initially, and Turo's dispute claim came out to $450+, and they charged me citing the drop off picture was too dark to tell. The Turo Representative told me that they take everything within 24 hrs of drop off into account. How is that fair? Owners can scratch their car in that 24 hrs and put that liability on the renter? Turo was extremely unhelpful. I've heard this happening before with another friend, but thought it was a one-off event, but then it happened to me. Would much rather use a rental company, they are cheaper and won't scam you.

Nicco was a fantastic host despite our major flight delay. Clean car. No issues, easy drop off. We picked up at the airport which was easier than expected. Communication with host was very prompt with immediate availability for troubleshooting.

This is my new go-to vehicle rental. Being able to pick the car up in the parking structure rather than waiting at a checkout counter sealed the deal. The car was clean and in good working order. There was a bit of a learning curve with the app, but I was more likely than not overthinking it. All-in-all it was a great experience.

I like the vehicle I had! The instructions to retrieve and to return the vehicle are precise, clear, and easy to understand! The vehicle was spacious at all. The instruments that I required it rode nice and it was clean.

I had never heard of Turo but was told by a friend it was the way to go. She was right, this experience was fantastic. My “host” was kind, responsive, and helpful. The selection of cars was expansive, the prices very good. I will definitely use them again.

My entire Turo experience was excellent. Everything went flawlessly from the time I picked the vehicle up until I returned it. This was the first time I used Turo and my host was extremely helpful in answering questions and making recommendations.

We had a very good trip. The van rode very smooth. It accommodated our family. Mr ** was very easy to work with. The van was clean and in good condition. We drove to Orlando. We drove to Tampa to Bush Garden. We also went to Coco Beach and NASA space center. We traveled with no issues.

Using Turo came in handy for our family. We were heading to Florida and wanted a bigger vehicle to accommodate our long drive! Plenty of options to pick from and we found our perfect vehicle! Easy to use and a great service.

Host claimed that I returned car 1 1/2 hours late and added over $30.00 to total charges. I sent receipt from Uber driver proving that I left property for airport at 7:26am, 4 minutes before designated return time. Key left in Dropbox. You will not catch me using TURO again.

The experience was amazing. We had never used this service before and I was nervous. Everything turned out beautifully and we picked up the cat at the airport and returned it 5 days later. The credit card was charged the exact amount and the experience was easy. I will use this again!

Used Turo for our trip to Hawaii. It was great knowing the exact car and how much luggage space it was going to have. Get us at the baggage claim curb and departure curb when we left. Always on time. Overall great experience.

We rented a slingshot from Vegas drop top. Not only was the price almost unbeatable, but the customer service was phenomenal! Truly second to none! Just as I was going to gather my Turo rental, the owner contacted me to tell me the engine light was on and he told me "not to worry." I was worried, but had no other options at this last minute. I found my car parked in the garage and immediately wondered how I would be able to remove the car without a steep parking garage fee. I was correct.

The service is easy to use and has features like 3rd party insurance options and 3rd party logging of before after pictures that make renter and rentee feels safe I think. The in-app communication is great for making seamless comms before, during and after. I got what I expected and more. And price was great.

We recently took a casino flight to Laughlin NV with the idea that we had a confirmed car rental reservation when we got there. Long story short, no rental and no available cars ANYWHERE!! Was a little skeptical when we found and researched the TURO rental site but am happy to report it was an amazing experience. My experience was phenomenal. Tom was such a great host. He contacted me 24 hours before rental to confirm and to let me know exactly where he would be waiting to hand me the keys. He was attentive to my messages and replied in a timely manner. For drop off, he met me at airport and even helped with unloading our luggage. First time renting thru Turo and I must say it was very easy to do once you pick the vehicle you want the host responds really quick. Host gave specific directions to pick up the car. The car was in great condition and clean and smelled really good. Will recommend over a regular rental.

We got a dead battery in a grocery store parking lot. We notified the host and she had us contact Turo support and she would do the same. We were told someone would be dispatched and we would be sent the info whenever they leave. We waited over an hour and heard nothing. I called and was told “no one wants to drive out there”. That is nuts and beyond unacceptable.

This was better than I expected. Payment was simple, selection was too. The logistics of car pickup and return were at least the equal of any rental firm, i.e., Avis, Hertz, with top level status. But more timely and simpler. Only small hitch was in car selection, when I asked for filter for only cars on Maui and still was shown, and briefly selected, one on the Main Island. Fix was very easy. No big deal, and possibly due to my 1st time use of your service. Will certainly repeat using Turo in the future!

I go on my first Turo trip car, was great process, simple and easy....Return car and a day later guys sends me an invoice saying I went on 500 miles on car and trying to get me for another $100 coz I'm **! I was nowhere close to the 600 mile limit let along over 500 miles. I didn't even have 500 mile to go in the 2 days I had car...All my travel is on webcam. Totally bogus with the extra charges

Nice sporty vehicle. Kenneth communicates well. Access to the vehicle is clear and directions are easy to follow. We enjoyed the smooth ride. The car is amazing on gas. Do not, forget to refuel as there is an added charge later.

We were fortunate to escape the cold spring of the north and head to FL over Easter. The weather was wonderful and the Jeep helped us enjoy the sunshine. The drop off and pick up process was as described in the TURO app. The only flaw was the cell service while trying to use the app, but the TURO vendor knew that ahead of time and was understanding with any delays.

First off, you can't speak to the host unless you reserve and pay....so there's no way to actually know if pick-up addresses will be okay or not. So, I did. I talked to the guy, couldn't agree on a convenient pick-up strategy so I cancelled. THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY FOR 24 hrs before refunding. SO, I booked another ride. After all, it just didn't work out, no biggie. March 16, everything is confirmed for a convertible car rental in Miami with Jonathan C. I book my trip around this AND....April 7, I get a PM from the host advising me he had sold the car. Host did NOT cancel the reservation in the app. That notification went into my junk mail. Realized it April 17, while checking into Turo. Guy refused to cancel it, had a 4.93 star rating and an all-star host. I'm the one who had to call.

I was charged for things that I did not do. They charged me for an animal in the car because I had a furry purse and my hair was shedding as well so they charged me for having a pet, which is a lie. They send me pictures and it shows nowhere that it was pet hair. They charged me for smoking as well when the proof they showed me was invalid. They lied and scammed me out my money. I Will never be using Turo again. Also when I show on the phone with a representative they looked at the pictures and said that is has no signs of smoking! So that’s how I know it’s some fraudulent stuff going on.

Had to go back home to resolve some business and at the same time I visit some family members at the same time. The business was resolved and I was able to close the deal. I was also able to visit with friends on this visit.

It was my first time using Turo. I’m on the fence on whether it was worth it or not for a couple reasons. First, I hadn’t realized the car was owned by a smoker until the second day when the car really had a smoke smell and it stuck with me away from the car. I should have checked into that but I assumed it would be similar to renting from a rental company which is normally smoke free. The second reason was the overall cost I had to spend to get a UBER ride to get back and forth to the airport from where I had to pickup and drop off. When the costs add up I would have been better off paying for an overpriced rental car. Not to mention all the extra time that it took to get to the airport on time since I had troubles with UBER. I chose not to complain about the smoke because I really liked the guy I rented the car from. He even offered me a ride to the airport which I turned down.

Renting was way easier than the airport or local well-known rental companies. Everything was fast and as agreed upon and went very well. Will rent again and again. Host was very nice and had very detailed instructions. Loved it!!

First time using Turo and will definitely use again!! It was a very easy experience and our car provider, Kari, was so very helpful! I had a few questions and she responded so fast and so politely. I have told numerous friends and family about the Turo service!

After multiple attempts, the person traveling with me was unable to obtain a confirmation code while following the sign up protocol for being added as a second driver. He tried email, live chat and speaking on the phone with a representative over several days and was unable to receive a confirmation text or email in order to continue the registration process. On Friday April 7 about 40 hours before the trip started, I contacted Ted, my host, and explained to him the frustration as well as wasted time and effort trying to enroll a second driver.

Great experience and so fast. No waiting in lines, easy to communicate & navigate the website. Perfect to find different options of vehicles as well as price range. Already reserved my next vehicle from Turo. Great value for a rental and easy to pick-up.

Great communication. My questions were answered within minutes. The Ford explorer worked great. Needed a wash outside but that was not important. Good value. Easy to find and easy to leave. People were telling me you don’t need a vehicle in DC. They were wrong. Didn’t drive far but used it every day. A big plus.

Turo has been great. I was able to get a car <24 hours of my car having mechanical issues. The care was up-to-date, clean, and nice. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience VS rental care services. I will be using TURO again. I found it to be super user friendly.

The whole process was easy to rent and pickup the vehicle. The van was great until we noticed the flat tire signal and we went to pump the tires. But the next day it had the signal again and we noticed one wheel was getting flat. So we took it to the tire shop and they said there was a hole and couldn’t patch it up. It needs to be replaced. I contacted the owner and he quickly responded and said he will reimburse us. But that did wasted 2 hours of our time to go sight seeing. Other than that everything was smooth sailing.

The Turo App was very easy to use, my 1st experience was very positive, and I will definitely be using Turo over the antiquated rental car companies moving forward. This type of service has been needed for a long time and I'm very pleased with it.

So much better than airport rentals! I used Turo on a suggestion from a client of mine. She mentioned the rental desk at MCO (Orlando) was a nightmare. She also used Turo and was able to avoid the lines. So I canceled my airport rental and started looking. Found a 2020 Expedition for slightly more than the tiny car the airport had available for my family of 4. We found our Turo in the parking garage quickly. My Inlaws spent 2 1/2 hours waiting for their rental, which had a leaking tire and ruined day 2 of their trip driving back to change cars. I will absolutely use again! They have high end cars too. Might just use for a date night!

The experience was pretty seamless and I'm happy with everything overall. Plenty of cars to choose from to suit any taste. Prices were reasonable. I'll use Turo again as a result and would recommend it to any of my friends.

This was my first trip on Turo, it went very well and the host/car were great. We were rear ended with very minor damage and I was contacted saying I need to cover the damage cost for something out of my control. I was not happy when I found this out as I chose the more expensive coverage option. Turo should, in my opinion, make an effort to help the host and rider in these types of situations. It leaves a bad impression that I would be liable for something I would not be liable in a rental car company vehicle, or in my own vehicle. This should have been handled with the insurance of the driver at fault and host/Turo, and not involve me in any way.

I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to rent a car. I really loved how interactive and responsive the owner was. I felt taken care of every step of the way. I loved the ease of the pick-up and drop-off. I had to make changes after reserving the vehicle and the owner, Nick was very accommodating.

I was a little bit apprehensive, but the experience was wonderful! I did not meet the host, but he answered messages within minutes. The selection of cars was not overwhelming, so when I knew what I needed, it was easy to find. The overall price was much lower than a rental car, but within minutes drive from my house.

Needing a car for a day, a friend referred me about the Turo application. Living abroad I had never heard of it. I was surprised at how easy it was to use and how thoroughly it described the cars, its owners and precedures. I proceeded to rent a car a Nissan, that ran great. Ricardo was an excellent host, who answered all of my question quickly, and thoroughly. All in all it was a very good experience which I will surely use in the future which I'm happy to endorse.

I have recently had to use the Turo service due to my vehicle being in need of repair. The service itself is practical and helpful but not very convenient. Booking is fairly simple but being able to retrieve the vehicle is a hassle. For people without cars that are in need getting to the car is extremely difficult. Not to mention the exorbitant prices that your service permits for a delivery ($120).

Although my first booking got cancelled at the last minute, I was able to find a better option and it worked out well. I will use Turo again. I also think it is perfect for those who want to test drive a car they are considering to buy without having a super short test drive at a dealer.

Great experience with our rental from Turo. Will definitely use again when I need another rental vehicle. It was a timesaver as well as cost. I am glad that I found out about this site from a friend. The offered insurance is even more affordable than that of other rental companies. I did not have to use thank God but it was nice just to have the option for it.

I booked a car this morning. I tried to contact the host for where to find the car about 10 minutes before the start time of my trip, but he did not get the message. That made me wait for 20 more minutes. I chose an extra about 2 child car seats, but the host did not know about it. It really delayed my schedule.

Car was easy to pick up, directions were very good. Communication with the car's owner was easy. I would take this route again when renting a car. We had no issues at all during our trip. App is convenient as well.

The 1st vehicle I rented was not properly advertised. A few things didn't work correctly on the vehicle and it made it a hassle to do every day for 2 weeks. The end car I rented was amazing. It was exactly as advertised and the owner was quick to respond.

Great experience with Turo. This was the first time I had used it, downloaded a gift card easily. Booking the car was easy, pick up, drop off and customer service was great. Will never book another car from a big company as long as a Turo car is available.

The car was in bad condition the tires were so worn out that one of them popped on the highway making us late for an appointment we had that day. We checked the other tires and they were also worn out. There was an issue with the brakes as well every time we would brake the car would shake really bad. Luckily my brother is a mechanic so he was able to change the tire at the side of the highway but as customers this should not be something we should be doing. If the tires would have been properly inspected this would have never happened. It was my first time renting from Turo and I was not satisfied with my experience. Below I attached photos to show how bad the tires were this is a safety concern and no vehicle should be driven like this.

The Toyota Camry, that I rented from Miguel was in good condition and it ran great. It was easy access to the vehicle for pick up and drop off. And the communication with Miguel was on point. The car was in great condition. Clean and well Maintained.

My first experience with Turo was great! So much easier than the typical car rental. My host Brian was informative and had great communication. I ordered the car and had it within an hour. It was simple and the best part was free pick-up and delivery. I would recommend Turo and my host Brian to any of my friends, family, or colleagues.

This was my 2nd time using Turo. Not only are the rates reasonable, the car selections are great, and the check-in and out is simple! At the Lihue airport in Kauai, Hawaii, there's a separate area from the regular rental company shuttles for the Turo shuttle van to pick up the passengers. Directions were provided to find it. I had to message my Turo contact, because I didn't find the area right away. Austin responded within seconds and got me on the right track! After a short 7 minute ride, we were dropped off at the lot. Again, I didn't read my Directions clearly and had to ask Austin via text for the parking space number. He kindly provided it, and I was on my way! One note- please tip your shuttle driver- it's especially hard to make ends meet these days, and after all, they are working so that you can have a restful vacation!

This was our first time using Turo and what a great experience! Everything went well and was easy! I will definitely use this service again when renting a car. Our host was also quick to respond when we had a question.

Kevin's minivan was the perfect option for a family ski vacation. We were a family of 4 & all of our luggage & ski equipment fit perfectly with plenty of space. The van was immaculate & Kevin's communication & directions made it a seamless pickup & drop off. Turo is a great option, especially when my flight arrived in Reno at midnight & all of the typical car rental companies close at 11:30. Not sure if I will ever use the traditional car rental company again because Turo & owners like Kevin make it so easy & convenient!

The experience was great. Good communication and easy process. The car was as described and very nice as was the owner. He was flexible and professional. This was a much better option to renting from a car rental company and we will definitely use Turo again in the future.

Nice car and owner had a clean car! Was easy to contact and responded in a timely manner with all of my inquiries. Car was the best vehicle on fuel that I have ever used. I am considering on buying a hybrid for myself and wife. We have both been very impressed and got at least 38 miles to the gallon driving in the city along with on the highway.

I travel for work. The worst part of my job is getting the rental car and dropping the rental off. This was my first Turo rental and everything went smoothly. We arrived late on a flight from Boston to SLC. I thought the pickup process was going to take forever. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was. Thank you.

I got no support when the vehicle owner tried to scam. Once I dropped off the vehicle I was charged for everything random fee they could think of even though I returned everything in perfect condition. The owner refuses to get in touch with me and Turo was no help either. Overall my experience was terrible.

A pleasure to drive around in Florida with the top down. It rained at times but overall it was a very nice trip. Got to see lots of attractions and enjoyed good food. Very friendly people and lots of smiles.

This was my first time using Turo. I thought it was a great value and a very easy process. I would definitely recommend using this service. You can save a lot of money by not purchasing their insurance. If your current policy allows you to drive other people's cars, the rate will be substantially lower. My insurance agent said to get insurance through Turo and get the best coverage because I was going somewhere with very bad drivers and frequent car break-ins.

We enjoyed app because you can search for car that fits your trip and price budget. You simple text the person you're renting from and they will unlock the vehicle automatically and you're off!

“Katusha’s Rocket” was a fantastic experience, what a car. When you add the amazing service I received it’s over the top. The vehicle was received in pristine condition. Pickup and delivery was exactly on time. Instructions and available help removed all anxiety on driving a Tesla for the first time. And I do recommend a Tesla, the charge (electricity) is less than half the price of gasoline. Without a doubt this was the right choice.

Car was clean and reliable. Car was delivered on time. The car host was very friendly and open to communicate on anything. Car had a little too much fragrance but it eventually dissipated during the trip.

This was my first experience on Turo as a divorced woman. Previous experiences using Turo with my ex were less than ideal. I think what made it exceptional was the stellar customer service and attention, as well as the clean and well maintained vehicles from the host, Charles, and his team. They operate in the Northern VA area close to DC. I will continue to use Turo only if Charles has a vehicle available.

This is the first time using the app, kind of nervous at the beginning, but communication with the host was smooth and friendly. I was pleased and have been with Turo on every car, with one exception. This was no different. Easy to book and access. My host was great and the car was as described. I prefer Turo over traditional rental because I get to pick the car that fits my needs and in a price range I can afford. I will continue to use Turo as I travel and when there is a need for a car, like this time when my car had to be placed in the shop.

My experience with the host and the vehicle was 5 stars all around, but I feel the Turo pricing is less than transparent. The vehicle rental fee was $54, then the Trip Fee was $54 and the insurance was $54. That cost of insurance for a five-hour rental far exceeds anything I've paid at other rental agencies across the country. And what is the Trip Fee, which doubles the cost of the rental itself? Who gets that Trip Fee, if the host only gets a portion of the rental fee? The cost of renting the vehicle should be posted for what it is - twice the "rental fee"!

I was very skeptical of how TURO worked and how accurate and honest all the information was, but let me tell you that I had nothing but positive interactions with the app and the person I had rented from. I WILL be using it again! 11/10!

I know it might seem obvious, but I didn’t see anywhere where it stated I had to re-fill the gas tank. If I had seen that I would’ve refilled it, thought it might have been part of the bargain with Turo versus a rental car place. The positive was that I did not have to wait for business hours and I picked up my car on a Sunday in the morning, but negative was the car was not nearly as clean as a rental car place would’ve had it. There was an odd smell in the car.

My experience with Turo was amazing and the owner was able to communicate with me perfectly. I can’t complain about anything. It was a pleasure. If I am in Houston I will rent another vehicle from Rene. This was my first experience and it did not disappoint.

While our initial dealings with Turo were seemingly great, the policy specifically stating you do not need to clean is incorrect. In the policy it says anything that may be vacuumed or wiped off will not eligible to be charged for a cleaning fee. Our daughter had dust on her shoe and put her feet in the backseat. Pretty normal for Las Vegas. She also had chips under her car seat that we tried to sweep out as best we could. There was some dirt/dust that was easily vacuumed. Yet, the owner is charging us a $150 cleaning fee. Turo is siding with the host and there is absolutely no reason why. They also automatically charge your account without a procedure to dispute it. Considering the rental was not significantly cheaper than going other places, we will certainly not be renting from such a business that proceeds to allow wrongful charges to happen.

Convenient to just pick up the car without having to stand in line the car was very clean. Esam was very responsive and was helpful. When I had questions I would highly recommend this app to my friends. It was easy to return the car at the end of the trip.

Such an easy way to rent a really nice car. First time using Turo and I was amazed at how simple it was to get a really great car for a really great deal. The owner of my rental was super helpful and quick to respond with any questions. The quality car I got was so much nicer than I would ever get from a rental car location. This is something I will definitely do again for my next trip.

I was supposed to pick up the car at 8:00am. I texted him at 8:04 with no answer. I waited around until 8:30 and then went to the closes rental car agency to get a car last minute where I paid top dollar. The TURO car owner messaged me back at 8:45 to let me know that the car was in the shop and it was supposed to be ready by 7am. I told him that he could have called me by 7 am. This guy should not be allowed to rent his car through TURO.

Joshua was great to rent from. He came to the airport for us and showed up quickly. His vehicle was in mint condition and the rental process was easy. Would definitely rent from him again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Joshua.

The car was parked in an offsite parking lot from the airport. After my experience in other airports with Turo this was disappointing. If I have to leave the airport I might as well rent a car from one of the major car rental companies. Otherwise the car ran and the owners were helpful with questions.

Nissan, nice car that drives good and has been well maintained. Large trunk that would hold a lot of suitcases. 75,000+ miles so it's not high mileage. Decent gas economy. It's a Nissan. All things you would expect. Would rent again for around town driving, which is all I did.

There were 4 adults and 2 children in our party. We were to traveling to Phoenix area for a week and needed 2 car seats and enough space for our luggage. We found a Suburban available in Phoenix. Our host was Kristina. It was our first experience with Turo and her knowledge of the Turo app, process and overall communication put us at ease. The car was delivered as communicated with car seats installed as promised. Like the fact that you know exactly what you’re getting - unlike rental car companies. Overall great experience and will use Turo again.

After selecting one the owner stayed in touch and gave clear directions for pick up and drop off. After collecting my bags we were able to go directly to our parked vehicle and we were on our way - no waiting in rental car lines. Turn in was just as easy. I had a few changes to make during my trip to Kodiak like having to get the car from the airport instead of the residence. Connor made sure it was ready to go where I needed it. Also, driving on gravel (against contract but unavoidable, if you know, you know) and Connor gave me the ‘okay, take it slow.’ This particular road was not terrible one but still gravel.

Everything was timely. All of this transactions was swift, seamless with car. Clean car. Really responsive. I really enjoy the quality of the vehicles and amenities that the vehicles have with them. I really appreciate Turo. It could not get any better.

The booking was a breeze and the pick up location was pretty convenient. However, I left feeling robbed and overcharged. I had to swap cars because one was unsafe to drive with a huge crack across the windshield and was not in as good of condition as the pictures posted. I was swapped into a lesser vehicle that was unclean and uncomfortable with an unpleasant odor. I wasn’t offered any of my money back and left feeling cheated.

After returning the car on time with a full tank of gas to the exact same spot where I picked it up, I got hit with fees for pickup/delivery/parking. This was vaguely disclosed prior to my rental on the Turo website, but since I never got an explanation as to how they would be calculated, I assumed they were included in my pre-payment. I still don’t understand how they were calculated. This was my first & last experience with TURO.

I would recommend Turo to a friend and the whole experience regarding my trip with Garry‘s car was wonderful. I just have one huge complaint! I was trying to rent a car with my credit card and unfortunately the payment did not go through. In the beginning, the trip fee was 15$. Since that happened, every car I would like to select has such a high trip fee, always the same price as the car itself. This is just because of the credit card and this really made me upset. Because of that, I have a hard time booking with Turo and booked other Car-Sharing services since because the price is just too high. I would really appreciate if you could have a look into that.

There were no hidden costs and the vehicle came equipped with EZ-Pass for convenience. I recommended it to a family member who also had a great experience. I booked with Turo and at the last minute, the host cancelled and I ended up paying way more for another car than I would have through a regular rental company. Yes, Turo provided a refund, but there were no cars comparable at the similar price. Frustrated I had to pay more for a different vehicle and deal with a last minute cancellation. With regards to the host on the second reservation, he was responsive and the transition went well. I had extra fees getting out of the parking ramp which I didn't anticipate, but it was only a few dollars.

Dealing with the whole process was easy. A lot quicker and better than going to a rental car agency in my opinion. I rented a car with Kevin and it was in and out. He was easy to speak to and was very polite and professional. Car was an older model...But it ran very well and clean. Thanks Kevin!

I used this company for the first time and I was misled by the host. I rent a vehicle for couple days. I end up returning the vehicle the night before. Before I return, reach out to the host asking if I should wash and fill tank with gas, his reply was, "Fill the tank but you don’t need to wash unless you pee or poop in the vehicle." I said, "Can come and take a look at the vehicle since I have a time to go wash the car just to make sure the car is in an acceptable condition." He came and look and said the vehicle was in an acceptable condition. He also, communicated that through the app so this conversation is documented.

This was an amazing experience. No stress. Our guy meet us at the airport to deliver and return car. We were late getting returning the car and he was most understanding. No more joining lines to check in and no more leaving the airport to pick up your car. This was awesome!!

The process was seamless and the car was great! The car was conveniently left in the airport parking lot for us. It was super clean and ready to go. Instructions for pick up and drop off made our trip easy. The messages on the app were communicated clearly and in a timely manner, so there were no questions.

The communication with my Turo host was great. However, my flight was delayed 3 hours and I couldn't adjust my pickup time in the app. The pickup time was grayed out so couldn't adjust. While I was on the plane I was contacting customer support but he couldn't help me. I was worried I would not have a car for my family when I arrived at the airport. Luckily my Turo host said he would be there with my car. Caused some stress for me while I was already stressed with the delayed flight. Still don't know why it wouldn't allow me to change my pickup time?

I had heard of Turo from a family member who had recently visited us. It was so easy and fun searching for cars while on vacation. Loved our pic! Definitely will be using again! Car was so clean and nice. :)

This was my first time using Turo and it was terrific! My host (Rodney) was on time, professional, and responsive. The vehicle was clean and in terrific condition. The Turo app was incredibly easy to use - I’d engage with this app, host, and vehicle again!

In the beginning it definitely felt like a great experience. I was a little nervous because this was my first time and I have a pretty great driving history. Immediately I took photos of the car, Followed all the instructions and began my drive. During my drive I noticed a few things that were wrong with the vehicle and because I was worried about being held responsible for them I kept messaging the host just to be safe. At that point the car was driving in great condition. I was still very worried about all the Service signs the tire inflation and other mechanical issues that were wrong with the vehicle but it did get me through my ride and through my journey safely. Being that it was only going to be used for a few hours I did not complain about how dirty the exterior or interior was and didn’t realize my phones photos were not clear because I have an outdated phone.

Our experience with Carol and Turo was seamless! Great car, great communication and super easy! Would highly recommend. The only drawback was that our insurance didn’t cover the rental. Although still good value with Turo’s insurance and the quality of the car.

At 47 yo, easily the most enjoyable car rental experience of my life. I'll never go back to traditional car renting. Tim was very responsive and super easy to work with. The pickup and delivery process was flawless, the rate was fantastic, and we able to easily extend our trip by an extra day when we realized we had one more activity to do.

Drawn to the TURO site because of the outrageous prices for rental cars in Hawaii. As first-time users we were skeptical. As it turns out, every aspect of the service, from booking through pick-up and drop-off exceeded every expectation, and so much more conveniently and quickly than dealing with the slow and cumbersome process when renting through the traditional outfits. The hosts provided responsive and timely guidance; the car itself was perfect for our vacation needs and didn't give us any trouble at all. Would recommend to anyone.

This company sucks. For starters, it literally took WEEKS for BOTH of my tech support emails to get responded to. And when they did respond, there was absolutely no resolution. Not that it was even a problem anymore considering it’s been weeks since the issue occurred. I had already ended up going with another rental service, by force. But when I actually did “successfully” book through Turo, eventually (I couldn’t originally which was the initial issue), I arrive at the designated location to pick up my vehicle, and close to 30 minutes later (after I reached out to the host) I was told that the vehicle had not yet been returned from the last renter. I was then offered vehicles that were not comparable to what I originally paid for, and was told that it was up to Turo to make any compensation or price accommodations. To which Turo, told me it was up to the host, and then was abruptly put on hold without notice, only to finally be transferred and then hung up on.

Rented a 2022 Ford Bronco which was a great experience. Vehicle was clean inside and out, smelled brand new, and as advertised. Remotely accessing the vehicle was very easy as well as returning it after the trip. Will definitely rent from this group again in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderfully our Turo experience was last week. We were traveling to Phoenix (along with numerous other people during a typical Spring Break week) and found that rental cars were higher than normal to rent so I checked out Turo. We found a great car for our family's needs (4 people and all their luggage) and the price was right! Our 'renter' was pleasant to deal with and communicated well in regards to where the car was parked, where to pick up the keys, etc. We noticed some rock chips in the windshield and texted him quick to see if he knew about them (we'd only had the car for 1 day at that point) and he was quick to respond that they had happened before us. It was a wonderful experience and we'll definitely be using Turo again!

The car was very clean, picking up the car was very easy. Everything about the car was explained to me. The pickup point was easy to get to as well. When I returned the car, I was explain exactly what to do. They were very Nice and answer any questions I had. Would do this again without a doubt.

Everything about this experience was perfect. It was so easy to pick up the vehicle. It was exactly the car we had requested. Extremely clean!! Anderson was very responsive to our messages. I will avoid traditional car rentals moving forward. Great trip in LA!

Rented a Porsche Cayenne while in Las Vegas and not only was it an awesome car, it was less expensive than renting a small SUV through one of the chains at the airport. I'm done with the large rental chains.

Yes we had a great time. I would use Turo again. The vehicle road smooth really enjoyed it, we are planning another Florida trip soon and will definitely use Turo services again, car also nice and clean. My grandkids had a ball. We didn’t want to leave. Wish we had more days to stay.

This rental was a great experience! Dimetrick was very flexible with pick-up and drop off. The car was perfect for our needs. This was our first time using Turo so I was a little worried about how it was going to work, but all of my fears were unfounded.

The Host was very communicative. The Car drove great. I Would use again. Everything was clean. Easy drop off and pick up. The app worked well. Directions were clear. Good value. I thought it was easier than a rental. No waiting in lines.
