First time we used Turo, and it worked seamlessly. Easy. Loved the vehicle, worked great throughout our travels across Alaska. Felt like I grabbing an Uber and driving it myself for 14 days. Good price. Nice vehicle. Great experience. Even though I was anxious about trying it for the first time, I'm glad I did.

Renting with Turo was a great experience! I have already told my friends the next time they need to rent a car to check out Turo! Saved me tons of money, smartest thing I ever did! My son that we were going to visit told me about Turo, it's like an Airbnb for cars...What a GREAT idea!

Catherine was very nice and very quick to respond to my questions. Her car was extremely clean and reliable. The vehicle had plenty of room for my 3 kids and I. Plus, great trunk room. I had no doubts or worries while traveling in the vehicle. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

The SUV was excellent for my family and Brittany was exceptionally great. I would definitely recommend her and use her as a host in the future and my friends and family will know about Brittany’s cars. I’ve seen other cars that were used in the past and they didn’t look good. Turo should inspect the vehicles often

First time using Turo and we got a great Jeep well below the price of normal rental. Owner was great with communication and thinks went very smoothly. Definitely going to continue using Turo in the future. We rented a Jeep at less than the price of comparable economy sized rental car.

This was an amazing experience with this jeep. It was nice and confortable with a great smooth ride throughout the Island of Hawaii. Def would recommend for this vehicle and it was great on gas and this jeep had Apple car play, no issue on using your phone, just plug in and go. Also it had a great parking spot a bit far from my resort but it was amazing to walk and see Hawaii

Very nice trip. 2018 Toyota Sienna Limited was great. Clean, well kept. No issues with vehicle. Good deal for the type of car. Had to extend the trip by a couple of hours and the cost was a high for the amount of time. Dealing with Stephen was easy and he was very responsive. Answered questions immediately. Great customer service. Would do it again.

My experience renting a Corvette from Turo was top notch. The entire procedure was seamless. The car was immaculate, clean and everything that was promised. Pickup and drop off was easy. Our host Donovan was professional, easy to communicate with and answer any questions we had. I would definitely rent again.

It was my very first experience renting a car through Turo. It was easy, fast, reliable, and affordable. Available filters make it easier to find a vehicle faster. I liked the contactless pickup and drop off option too. I will definitely use Turo in my future trips. I highly recommend Turo.

Was my first time using Turo and heard about it from a friend. Have to admit it was scary at first but the reviews and how many times people used a certain car made better. Took a chance and glad we did. However, think of a way for first time users to feel comfortable using a car that has 1 trip or less. Would help the person who listed it and first time users on Turo.

Experience was great until we returned the car. Upon returning car and rushing off to make our flight at the SFO, I received a very nasty message from host. He claimed we trashed the car and how could we have gotten his car so messy. We were rushed and cleaned out all the trash, but didn't vacuum, nothing too bad considering we had 2 kids in the back and had dusty shoes from hiking. We had rented only from big car rental companies in the past and there was nothing different about the state of our returned vehicle this time around. I guess we were used to the big companies just cleaning the vehicle as part of their turn around process. Anyway I responded to host and apologized and explained our rush to make flight. He never replied.

This was my first Turo rental. Everything was perfect! Process was easy and the Tahoe was perfect for my family vacation. I was in love as it’s also my absolute dream vehicle! It was super nice and loaded with every feature you could possibly imagine. 10/10 will definitely use again & recommend to anyone needing a rental. Can’t wait till my next trip ❤️

But that went sideways. I was told to check out Turo. I’m so glad I did. I was able to take my trip with family to St. Paul Minnesota. It was the best decision I made. Alex was a great host with his jeep Clifford! It is a really nice and clean jeep that served us well on our 15th anniversary! I will definitely be using Turo again on our next vacation. Easy pickup and easy drop off made this even better than I expected. Alex was very responsive pre trip, during the trip, and after the trip.

I definitely recommend our host Alex! It was our first time using the app and I was really nervous at first but he made the experience seamless and was very helpful! This was my first rental with TURO and it was super easy. I was able to find a very nice SUV and the cost was more reasonable than through a rental agency. It was easy to pick up and drop off. I would recommend TURO over a rental agency! The owner was super helpful and easy to contact throughout the process. Left images for us to easily find the car at the airport.

Renting the van was easy and fast. So very easy to work with. I could tell that the van was used by a previous smoker. I stopped smoking over 20yrs ago and I could tell immediately. But that was my only problem. Everything worked fine and enjoyed taking the trip to Port Aransas for the week of my 50th birthday. I just want to say Thank you again for all you do and for the ease of this rental.

It was absolutely amazing! Would definitely use this app again!! I’ve also recommended this to many of my traveling friends! The woman I rented from was very responsive to any Al all questions that I had! The only issue was trying to add my husband as an additional driver, but I think that was more in MY end of things!

When first getting the truck I noticed a smell that was similar to cigarette smoke. It was a foul odor. I immediately notified the host who swore to me that no one had ever smoked in the vehicle which I am not sure how he would know that unless he has a camera in the truck, but it was not a fresh smell so I purchased a deodorizer for the remainder of my trip.

Dealing with the owner, Kenneth, was a breeze. He provided me with the instructions on how to locate and operate the vehicle the day before my arrival which I truly appreciated because I like to be organized and prepared in advance. This was my first time using Turo and Kenneth made it so easy. He was easily accessible and provided step by step instructions. The vehicle was very clean and the drive was smooth. I would definitely recommend renting a vehicle from Kenneth to my family and friends!!

To whom it may concern at Turo: I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with Turo during a very sensitive time in my life. While the car itself was in impeccable condition, the service and policy enforcement were poorly managed. Amidst a sudden family emergency, I had to drive to Mexico, unaware of any restrictions as this was never clearly mentioned during my booking process. Much to my shock, I was contacted by a Turo agent who, though polite, came across as severely stern. I was informed that if the car wasn’t back in the U.S. by the following day, it would be reported as stolen. Such an approach made me feel as if I had committed a grave offense, making an already stressful situation even more taxing.

So far Is being good, I believe the customer service should have all answer in hands, I had to wait too long to understand how all this process work. The 2 cars I has rented are in good shape so far, no complaints about it, make sit easy when they have the choices to pick up so simple and drop off also.

This was our first time using Turo. It was a great experience. There was so much communication and I’m happy to say I’ll be using it a lot in the future. The vehicle was exactly as expected, and it was very clean and drove great. I did have trouble getting the app to work at pick up because of poor cell service but I do have an older phone and when I did have trouble getting the app to work at pick up because of poor cell service but I do have a older phone and when I used my husband’s phone, we didn’t have any issues at all.

It was very convenient, no hassle and I plan on using through again soon. I wish it could be promotions and deal. I'm in need of transportation at this time so I would love to be able to save on car rental and be able to enjoy my trip without going over my budget. Until I'm able to get a car.

This was my first experience with Turo and the host, Shan, was very helpful, conscientious, and responsive to any questions or concerns I had. The vehicle was very clean and overall made my weekend trip! Everything went smoothly and actually helped me realize I would actually like a Jeep myself.

This was my first experience with Turo and I was super confident to have the ease of renting a vehicle. Less than 24 hours before my trip it was canceled. I contacted Turo to assist in finding a new vehicle quickly and to help accommodate that my trip was canceled 24 hours before starting. No response from Turo. I had to stress myself out and at 3am I had to search for and book from a new host. Turo never even reached out from my inquiry about offering any help. Such a shame. I had a great experience with my second host, thankfully on your part. I will not be recommending Turo and I will be more than happy to share my not so pleasant experience with whomever asks! I do not recommend. 0/10 customer service, especially for all the ** fees you pay. Not worth it.

This was a great way to experience the joys of a Model 3. I'm looking forward to trying Models S, X, & Y soon. This will really help me decide which model I want to end up purchasing. Being able to drive the vehicle for a couple of days is 100x better than a short single test drive.

Turo has been my go-to rental car service when I learned about it last year. We’d liked to travel to different cities to explore during our trip which made smoothly possible with the host Brandon’s car. And Brandon was in contact with us the whole time, quickly response to any questions we had through the app. We had an amazing trip with my two kids partially thanks to the clean, nice working car from Turo. Definitely use the service again!

The car is great and clean. The last day of my rent a minor problems occur, the monitor indicate a low pressure of tire, I put air but still low pressure. I don't want responsibility. I drop off the car at 10am. The original drop off 8pm. The host is great. He quick to respond.

First time using Turo it all went well and my host offered me great service. Even gave my an opportunity to return my car a day early which I was given credit for. I definitely be using y'all service in the near future. Just wondering could I have the same host as I did before?

I used TURO when traveling to Daytona FL for a week vacation. It was my first experience I was nervous at first but it was easy and everything went great. The car I rented was just as described and very reliable. I will definitely be using TURO again! I would highly recommend it to anyone!! :)

First time using Turo. I was a bit hesitant, but it was so easy. Great directions and fast response when I needed something. The car was clean, no problems. It was so easy to upload photos. I would rent this car again. The gentleman I dealt with was very helpful and accommodating.

1st time using Turo & was a little concerned. However, this was an awesome means of finding transportation! The vehicle was exactly as described, well maintained. Communication with James was always very easy - he was very prompt when I had questions. On the arrival day, he sent precise instructions on where to locate the vehicle at the airport & how to access the key fob. The unlimited mileage was a plus! Thoroughly enjoyed driving the Jeep Renegade throughout YNP! I would definitely use James again!!!! Thanks for a very positive experience with Turo!

Terrific car for our group in the Flathead and our host was very helpful. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is due to all the texts from Turo and the Host. The communication system perhaps could be simplified with less texts and avoid what seemed to be duplication.

Tallie was super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process! He was available to communicate whenever we needed, and answered any questions we had! The car was clean, and great on gas! It was perfect for our 4 day trip! We would most definitely use this app to book again!

At first I was a little hesitant but with prices being better than the Rental place I decided to give it a try.... so glad I did. The process was easy and then I got to the airport and seen the line with people trying to get their rental car place, I was so glad I went with Turo. I just went to the parking garage and got my car, no fuss and the process of returning was the same as getting it, made easy. I would so recommend giving this a try, so worth it.

The vehicle was old and not up to standards. Tire wobbled the whole trip, airbag indicator and windshield stayed on. Found pet hair. After the end of the trip host was rushing me to do a review. I see why I was charged and extra $127.00 additional charges. I didn't damage vehicle, brought it back clean. I paid for extra mileage that I was charged for. Turo support gave me a $50 credit I'm not excited at all. I still want to make a post on social media about the experience I had. My daughter rented the same weekend for the same trip she had no issues. Same state we rented from St. Louis Missouri

I love the Turo app. The vehicle I rented was a thumbs up. I feel like you don't go wrong using the Turo app. It was easy to rent. It was a success. Me and my family enjoyed our trip. My husband told me that we will be renting from Turo again.

5/5 Stars Highly Recommend! My husband and I wanted to shake up date night a little and this was a great idea. Communication with the owner was great. The Slingshot was clean and ready to go upon arrival. Pickup and drop off was quick, easy and convenient. Most of all, we had a great dinner date and were able to enjoy the views of the city in a different way.

Mo was great will definitely use again next time in DFW. He dropped me off and picked me up early for the airport. Really liked the car. Clean and new. Turo has been a good value for me. Great experience with Turo. Looking forward to the Auto pick up function coming soon.

The car I rented was awesome! Clean and well maintained with all the bells and whistles. I ended up returning it a day early which was ok with the host but I am waiting to hear from TURO On the credit. Contact with the host was prompt messaging through texting. Highly recommend TURO and this car.

This was the easiest experience I have ever had renting a vehicle. They dropped it off to me at baggage claim and were there to meet me at departures when I was done. The van was in great condition and we had plenty of room for our party of 8 people going to the beach. This vehicle owner is the best!!! I will definitely use her again.

I rented a car from Turo for 3 days in San Diego, CA. The pickup/drop-off process was smooth and easy. The vehicle was spotless upon pickup and I was able to easily coordinate drop off with the renter that worked well with my travel plans that morning I was leaving. I had no issues with the vehicle whatsoever and was pleased with the responsiveness of the renter. I will rent from Turo again!

Communication through messages worked successfully to making contact with the lending owner. We used the car for one day so that we could go the Glacier Helicopter and watch the Bore Tides on the same day. Best day of our trip. Sure beat sitting on a bus tour which we did also. We would do it again. We used the premium level of insurance just for the peace of mind. No issues!

The overall experience was great. The only I didn't like was paying before I got the vehicle, it made me feel a little uneasy. I'm used to paying when I receive the vehicle and do the walk around for all the bells and whistle. And also the price changed, the price was one amount when I first picked out the vehicle. By the time I did the reservation it was a price jump of almost $20. Other than that it was great. And I will try again. Thank you.

I love the functionality of Turo, allowing me to find vehicles that I want to rent and customize to my exact trip needs. I have used it for several different types of trips including a fun girls' trip, business, and van rental for a large group race across Minnesota. Each time I loved the options I had in the area to find specific vehicles for each trip!

So our car broke down, that was not the problem. The problem is your customer service, ruined our whole vacation, you couldn't find us a car to get home, had to miss a day of work and rent our own car to get home, just horrible customer service.

For the first time using TURO I found it very customer service friendly with TURO as well as with the host. The host was very responsive and TURO was responsive when I had an issue with my vehicle. I recommend your service to other family and friends. Turo customer service was also very helpful during my trip. They answered the phone call very quickly and provided suggestions.

I couldn't imagine wow well my first time using Turo would be like and after going through it, WOW!!!! I will use it again for future trips. I do think it will be hard for the next turo hosts to do as good as Anushree and Pav. They were A+++ and made my trip unforgettable.

Sy Motors was very accommodating, convenient location for pick up and drop off. The car was clean and well maintained. The whole process was easy peasy and the price was very reasonable. I was a little worried about taking a Uber to the location of the car from the Atlanta Airport since I'm not from there but Tyrone gave me great instructions and the car was there and ready for me to start my vacation. I will definitely use Turo again for any car rentals that I need.

The nice part was it was a hybrid and was a great driving experience. The only thing I had trouble doing was finding parking but that is just how Chicago is. I liked not paying an additional deposit or being pressured to upgrade or include tons of add on services. The car owner was professional and friendly, they had a very simple process using their remote lock and unlock feature to the vehicle and was flexible with pick up and drop off times. I’ll probably never rent a car from a traditional rental agency again.

I've been able to comfortably travel without worries of having issues during the trip. The hosts are very respectful and patient. This is the fastest method to renting a car without having the hassle and extra fees. It takes no time. Just a click of a button and you get the car.

The app is a little confusing to use for a person who isn't very computer literate but this is a good way to go. My experience was great. The vehicle condition was excellent, cleanliness was excellent, a smooth ride the whole trip, communication with the owner was excellent (very responsive and accommodating). Avoid Turo. Their system is setup to protect hosts and prey on renters. I rented from them several times without realizing that the renter is financially liable for ANY damage to the car even if it's not your fault. We had a basic road hazard issue of a rock chipping the windshield on the highway and even though it wasn't our fault we had to pay the host almost $1000 to replace the windshield on his car. He could have used his insurance but Turo put the responsibly on us. STAY AWAY!

This was my first rental through Turo and I can’t think of anything that would have improved the experience. From setting up my account to selecting the car and the experience with driving the car, it was all excellent. I will absolutely rent with Turo again and recommend it to all of my friends and family.

Emin's fleet in Austin is amazing. He is very easy to contact and stays in touch. His cars are clean and maintained. Pick up and drop off is effortless and affordable: not like some owners who gouge for bringing the car to you. The mileage is also reasonable for taking a trip without worrying about going over.

We have recently began using the TURO service. We have been consistently pleased with the quality, attention to detail and ease with the entire rental process. This last experience was delightful. Fabian was attentive and very clear in our instructions which made for a stress free exchange. We would highly recommend him to anyone traveling in Florida. We have already booked another TURO car for our next trip.

I checked prices at car rental chains, and they have really gone up in price! By comparison Turo pricing was like 1/2 of what the major rental chains charge per day. I was able to rent a luxury car through Turo for the price of a compact economy car from the major chains. Pickup and dropoff is usually not at major travel hubs (e.g. airports) which might be an issue, and you may need to Ube/Lyft to the pickup location. Otherwise I would highly recommend Turo. I will continue to use Turo to rent cars at the best prices.

Car was ready and clean. Had gas and was everything that it said it would be. Rented 2 times same vehicle due to previous experience. Car ready when time rented. Easy check in and check out. Added cooler feature was available. Awesome ride. Would rent again when needed. Thank you for this as the closest rental is 60 miles from here.

This was my first experience using Turo. I was a bit aprehensive but my fears were quickly removed by my host. My host was very responsive to my questions and put me at ease. Truck was immaculate and in exactly as described. The whole process was easy from the initial transaction and transfer and was smooth and quick. Very nice host.

I had a great experience, the vehicle was easy to pick up and drop off car. The vehicle was everything it was advertised to be. Owner of vehicle was quick to respond and very helpful. Would definitely us this service again. Even the shuttle drivers to and from the airport were very helpful.

I was first frustrated with my car being cancelled and being notified as I landed in my destination city. Luckily there was excellent customer servicemen who got me in another car after 1.5 hours of extra time being in the airport. I filled up the entire tank at the shell Exxon which is less than 1/8 of a mile to the Turo return port but a week later I saw I was charged 20$ for the owner "filling the tank". She put less than 2 gallons of gas into a tank that was already full equalling about 7 dollars for me to be charged for the 7 dollars more of gas and "inconvenience fees". I am very frustrated about the shady fees affiliated with the gas tank procedure and was upset with the cancellation of my first car. I would not recommend this service to a friend or family member.

A co-worker told me about Turo. I decided to give it a chance even though I was skeptical at first. I read many reviews before I decided to rent from Turo. I must say, I was hesitant when I read a few reviews stating that the some customers rentals was cancelled last minute. Being that Turo was cheaper than other airport based rentals, I took a chance hoping for the best. So I found a car, reserved it and with time, I must say the owner was very Informative and communicated with me regarding any questions I had pertaining to the vehicle. This was a great 1st experience and I will be using Turo again!

I have my pros and cons with Turo. I like how it's convenient when renting a vehicle. How easy it is receiving the vehicle. I dislike how expensive the sales tax is. Just for a 2 day rental over $150.00. That's insane. Enterprise is cheap than that. Overall I do like the vehicle selections.

Jimin was great, and the car worked great. No issues and we drove from NC to NY and back. That said, as I was driving, a few concerns came up that I didn’t think thru, and it would have been helpful if Turo had some explanation about it.

I planned to travel taking my daughter and niece back to college. The vehicle I was promised was not available. With only a few days before classes were due to start, I had to make last minute arrangements. Turo was there. I was able to book a Turo within my area at my convenience. My turo was just as described. Clean reliable and excellent on gas. My host communicated well. Overall great experience. Will definitely recommend.

The host has an excellent skill in service. Wanted the best for the guest. The car was in excellent conditions. The host was 24/7 for service. I enjoyed the car and like it. I liked the car and I can recommend the host to other people because his skills focus to an excellent service with Turo. Turo was amazing with Yazmine help too.

Very reliable system and cars are definitely exciting to drive and experience. There is a wide range of options as far as a car choice. So far when I search in my areas for a car I've learned that you have to book fast only because when you come back the car that you want may be gone at the price point you want to spend. That's the only downside but then again you may or may not find a similar car at the same price point.

This was only my 2nd time using Turo but will NOT be my last. Both experiences were top notch. Price, quality, convenience. Turo has become my go to when it comes to renting a vehicle. Business or pleasure there's something for everyone. It gives you a chance to drive a vehicle you may not ever be able to actually own as well.

This is my first time using Turo. I needed a car for a week. The selection and rental process was so easy! Much more affordable than traditional rental companies. Highly recommend. I look forward to using Turo again for longer and shorter term rentals. The selection in my area was pretending.

Had a great experience with Turo and my host. Easy way to rent and I had a great road trip. The site is easy to use and get approvals completed. Easy to communicate with host. I was able to set my price per day and search with multiple filters. I would recommend to anyone!

Jay's Maxima was more than I expected. It was clean inside and out. Ran like a champ during the Texas heat wave. There was even a windshield shade we used while the car was parked outside one afternoon. Thoughtful touch. This was a nice upgrade while family was in town

The car was good for the trip and the host was there if I had any questions. The car was good on gas and it is the perfect type of vehicle that you would want to be driving when you are in the Atlanta area. The host even will have the vehicle at the airport

My agent, Antonio was very helpful and made my first rental very simple. The parking at the airport in Sacramento was a bit difficult to exit from but it was an airport issue, and Antonio took care of it for me. Everything else was a Breeze, including the return. The car was in good shape, even though it was an older model that I picked because of the price I drove quite a few places, and it handled beautifully. The service that my agent gave me was above and beyond. I would recommend this service to many others and plan on continuing using Turo in the future on my travels.

Original trip host cancelled car. Upon arrival at Chicago Midway, I received a message that the car I had booked was no longer available. Turo Support helped to find another host (who was very helpful), but the car was of very low quality and I never felt completely safe while driving it. I was able to arrange a replacement vehicle with another host and that car was of high quality. Unfortunately on the day that trip came to an end, the vehicle was sideswiped while parked at O-Hare airport. When I returned the damaged vehicle to the host at Midway airport for my flight home, I reported the damage. Even though I had purchased insurance through Turo, it looks like I will be on the hook to pay for the repairs. ***After my experiences as a "first-time" Turo user, I cannot in good conscience recommend it to anyone.***

Very quick car pick up and drop off, Rance was a wonderful individual to work with. He went over some of the little quirks of the car, and how it should be driven. The car was good size, in good shape, and got some decent mileage as well. When we told him we would be dropping off the car off sooner that listed he was willing to come and pick it up early.

Turo made renting a car easy. I enjoyed the Tesla Model 3 I drove in Cleveland, Ohio for three days.. The only issue I had was not being able to lock or unlock the car with the Turo app. The host was great and communicated well and responded immediately to my questions.

My brother waited almost an hour to get his car at the rental location; whereas ours was parked in the parking lot and was so easy to find because my host was awesome and gave us great directions. All in all, I LOVE THE CONVENIENCE. I’d definitely rent with Turo again.

The Summertime, is always the busiest time of the year for the BEST Tee Tee in the world! Having to rent a car with all the paperwork, deposit/holds, and credit checks, was such a pain with the competitors. Turo, changed all that for a busy traveler like me! It was like Turo, just knew that I’d rather spend my “Hold” money on spoiling my nieces and nephews. Turo, also saves me time by having me fill out required information and paying online. I was so excited about the online convenience that I had to share this information with family and friends, like; “Ok Turo, tell me you want my business without telling me!” I have more time to ride with the Sun as my passenger. With the Sun in my Turo ride, I’m shining brightly in my summer glow, stunting in my rose gold shades, cruising the streets with the windows down for other summer stunners.

First time user here and everything went flawlessly. The owner was very helpful with app directions and also gave me a great car that was clean and ran perfectly. Will use Turo as my go-to car rental going forward and will definitely recommend to my friends and family. Thanks Bao!

Great car, easy to pick up. Nice host and overall amazing experience. Picked it up at the airport with no problems even though my flight was delayed for couple of hours. Host was very understanding. The only small minus I noticed, that the car windows were extremely dirty from the inside when I picked it up, had to clean all of them because it was impossible to see through them when the sun was up. But other than that, car was very clean and surprisingly economical. I enjoyed the drive.

First time using Turo and everything works 100%. Sidney is incredibly professional, always ready to help. Quick response and polite. I really recommend. Car was clean and reliable. The app works and it's really easy to check in, upload pictures. Next year we are going to use it again. Thank you.

Using Turo was cheaper than a rental car for our trip to Denver. The owner clearly communicated the instructions and where to find the car. It was convenient that we could pick up and drop off at the airport for a small fee. The car itself was clean and in great condition.

Andy rented us his Mazda Miata and it was an incredible experience. He was waiting at the airport for us with the car running and a big smile, and quickly showed us how to put the roof up and helped us with our luggage. This was my first experience using Turo. When using traditional rental car companies, if you request a certain type car, you may not get that car. But with Turo, you get exactly what you request. The owner of the car was extremely cooperative and polite and thorough. The vehicle was exactly what I wanted.

This is a great App in a place where “normal” car rental agencies gouge even their most loyal customers. I’m sure that there may be much variation in results, but my experience was great. Great communication and hand-off by the car owner both picking up and dropping off. TURO may be my new “normal” go-to for car rentals.

Had a great experience renting a car from a Turo Host in Boston. Turo established a great dedicated lot in the Logan Airport Economy lot which made it easy to pick up and return the car. I saved a TON of money by not using traditional rental car companies and the car was excellent. I highly recommend using Turo.

The van was everything we hoped for, and more than what Steve the owner advertised it would be. It has all the bells and whistles of luxury, and they all work. Steve Keeps the van in immaculate condition inside and out. The kids had their own captain's seats and a large TV to keep them from complaining!! I would recommend this van and rent from Steve again.

I had a good experience renting a Kia from the Chicago airport. The owner met me at arrivals and dropped off the car. On the return I dropped it at the parking lot across from the terminal. The car was clean and drove well. I was able to hook up my phone and got the GPS working on the screen. No problems.

This website is great! It's filled with options to make your experience as easy as possible. I had my car delivered and picked up at the address of my choice for a reasonable fee. I had the option of renting a child safety seat. I was able to elect or decline protection on the vehicle I was renting. I had the option of extending my trip in app. I was able to communicate in app with the vehicle owner. I can't say enough good things about this app and service!

Turo was easy to use. Our host Kahlila was so nice and helpful. Things were very convenient, we walked out of the airport straight to the van we rented waiting in the parking lot. Our host sent us details on where to find our rental. So there was no standing in line to get our keys. We are very satisfied!

Everything went perfect, from selecting a vehicle, to communication with the friendly owner, to pickling up the car, to driving with unlimited mileage, to returning the car! Great service, great experience! This was my second time using Turo, will definitely use again! After returning the car, the owner contacted me that I had left a bag with tools in the car, I was able to get it back promptly!

Dislike you can’t contact car owner before booking. Dislike you all add a service fee if I prepay for a tank of gas. Defeats the purpose and convenience. The prices for rentals are competitive with local rental agencies, but the service fee is high then the new total is about the same as car rental place. I can see using Turo if I want to return car at random hours, otherwise I question the actual value if I’m paying about same price and I have to meet a stranger and go through process with them vs just getting a new (almost) from rental place.

I have used Turo two times, both hosts were extremely easy to work with and great communicators. Each time the car exceeded my expectations. If I had an issue it was easy to reach the owner and problem solve. Easy pick up and drop off directions. I felt at ease renting from Turo.

Using Turo was super easy! The Mercedes we used was wonderful and working with Joel was great! The only thing that would have made it perfect was having the car at the airport, we had a few challenges getting back to the airport quickly using Lyft - but Uber saved us.

Turo is a great way to rent cars at an affordable price. The selection in most states are awesome from high end to economy. I had a fantastic host for my LA trip and getting the car was a snap from a parking garage at the airport and drop off was easy too with simple instructions from the host.

Easy transaction and a nice van. I arrived on site and was there about 3 minutes and gone. The van ran great and was super clean. The host was nice. Handed me the keys and was back to working on another vehicle. I’m glad I found Turo because it saved me 300 dollars due to Alaska rental rates.

Had a little rough patch when renting my second vehicle. Customer service jumped right in and took care of the problem. Turo customer service is A+. They got me another rental within 10mins. Paid for me a Uber to pick up the rental which was 15mins away from where I was at. That was pretty cool. Thanks for ya help!

The ride experience from Austin to Dallas was terrible. The rear shocks kept making really loud noises throughout the entire ride. Then customer posts pictures of a cigarette in the car when I don't even like nicotine. Then get billed for stuff I didn't do. Ridiculous, will never use Turo again and will not recommend to anyone.

Yes I would recommend a friend, it was very clean car. Vlad was very easy to talk to, when we had to delay the drop off time, he was very agreeable. We forgot a personal item, and he worked with us on a time when we could pick it up.

When we were planning our trip, we looked into rental car costs. They were outrageous compared to Turo. We chose the car that best suited our needs, and the experience from beginning to end was great! It was essentially like renting a rental car, just a more personal experience and a cost saver!

The rental met all the necessary needs for the timeframe used. Business owner is very responsive and accommodating to ensure you have successful usage of the vehicle. The pickup time was adjusted with no issue after communication with the owner. The vehicle provided ample room and comfort for the service required. A definite second time rental when needed again.

Turo was very easy to request car and the supplier made it very easy to pick up at airport and drop of without the hassle you would get from a regular car rental service. I would say that my experience with Turo was very pleasant and would repeat the use of the service.

I’m a first time user of Turo. Matthew was very helpful and considerate. Entire experience was good. Car was clean and promptly delivered. Return was a little confusing but we did figure it out. Providing a national park was a nice perk. Car was as nice as I ever rented.

Car ride was good. Had no problems. Clean upon pick up and return. Everything about the rental was awesome. I didn't have to wait upon pick or return. The fuel gauge was topped off upon pick up and return. I did notice in the gas mileage was different from the 1st time than the 2nd time.

Enjoyed the clean car very much. Wished I was told before the trip started, or even told by the handoff person that the car should be full when returned. Then I would know. Emails were sent saying so, but I was too busy driving to read them. My bad I suppose. So I had to pay the gas and fee.

Renting of the car was very easy and drop off was also easy. I didn't fly in from out of town so I just picked car up at parking garage and when I was done took it back to same place. Very easy. Only thing I didn't like was that I should of gotten a break for not using airport and shuttle. I paid $28.00 for nothing. Other then that it was very easy and far was very clean and nice.

As I had no problem paying for the $19.00 parking fee when picking up the car from MCO, I was surprised to have to pay another $19.00 for the owner to pick up his car when it was returned on time as noted at the beginning of my trip, only for him to pick it up 8 hours later and then charge me for it. Will remember to make sure to understand terms if I choose TURO again.

Clay was able to provide me with a vehicle on relatively short notice. Picking up the vehicle was absolutely painless! Very quick turnaround! Answered any questions that I had. Overall it was a very good experience both picking up and dropping off. I have already mentioned this service to several of my friends that were looking to do short-term rentals.

When I found out that I had 3 nights of work in Spokane WA the following week, it was a last minute dash to put a trip together. All 3 nights of work were scheduled at different locations and knew that I would need my vehicle if I wanted to maximize my time in a new and beautiful city. With this in mind, I began researching car rentals.

The car I rented in Montreal was fine, except the brake cylinder light came on while on the trip. The main issue I had with the rental was that the person we rented from, Angie, left the car in the garage at the airport for an entire day before the rental, so I had to pay an additional $35 to get the car out of the garage. I sent an email to Angie telling her about the charge and asking how to get reimbursed. She informed me that it was part of the rental charge. I then got a bill from her for gas in about the same amount as the parking charge. I notified her I would not pay for the gas charge. This parking charge should be the responsibility of the owner, not the renter.

It was a wonderful experience, I will recommend this to all my friends and family. The process is so easy from start to finish. You pick a date, you pick a car and it’s just that simple. The 24-hour customer service is the Best. The Host responds in real time and you can’t get this service from any other car rental service.

Jose was quick to respond to any questions that I had. The pickup was simple, the jeep was very clean. We felt very safe in this vehicle. We loved traveling in this Jeep. The cost was much cheaper than going through a big-name vehicle rental service. I highly recommend using Turo. Because of this experience, our next vehicle purchase will probably be a Jeep.

I need a vehicle with a little more legroom to go to the beach with my family for a week. I priced rentals through Enterprise, which were outrageous. I discovered the Turo website and rented a comparable vehicle for about 1/4 that cost. No, the vehicle was not brand new, but it was very well taken care of, and exactly what I needed. We had a good experience and had a great host. The only negative was there was not a very large vehicle selection in my area.

This was my first time using this service so, I must admit I had some concerns however, everything was perfect. The vehicle was picked up as planned, perfectly cleaned and sanitized, excellent service, no issues with it whatsoever. This was our first time using Turo. It was so easy and convenient. Our car was delivered to the airport. It was fun to drive, clean and Henry was so easy to work with. One thing I didn’t realize was you need to take pictures when you drop off but Henry was very nice about it. I also had to leave the car earlier than I thought and he made it a very simple process. I will most definitely use Turo and Henry again.

My family and I were headed to Orlando Florida for a week. Did the typical checking out rental cars from the big name companies. Prices have drastically gone up, a lot of hidden charges and fees. Stumbled across this app. Easy to use. No hidden fees or cost. Everything was straightforward. The couple that we rented our minivan from were extremely helpful and easy to pick up the van from the airport and easy to return. No trouble whatsoever. So if you want to save time and money and keep your sanity use this app.
