Good service, good cars, nice flexible polite people, good location to pick up and give back the cars, promo codes for discounts. I thought the prices were a bit high but it came out that the prices matched the quality.

The overall experience was good however, the host used an old photo or previous picture from a return to post additional mileage. I actually took a photo before leaving the property and it was at least 7 miles more than his picture. Customer service has been no help in resolving the issue and has actually taken his side. This was my first and last rental with Turo.

Turo is by far the best and affordable way to rent a vehicle. It kinda makes you feel like you are doing a short-term lease and makes you feel like you would treat it like your own vehicle. I’m glad I tried it out.

Easy pick up and return price was a bit less than local rental agencies. Communication was good throughout the process. Connecting with the owner was very helpful for specific details. We will use Turo again and recommend it to others.

This was not only our 1st trip to Hawaii to 2 diff islands but also our first Turo rentals. They kept in touch with us the entire trip making pick ups & drop offs easy. We had a slow leak in a tire and they directed us to a tire shop to repair it immediately. I had to return car at an early hour & they adjusted the time to allow early drop off. Ty!

Turo makes everything so easy. The open communication between you and the owner of the car is great. Prices are great too and much cheaper than any rental car company for a similar car. Right now, I am renting a 2022 KIA Sportage and it’s nice, clean, and comfortable! I will never use a big name rental company again. :)

I needed a rental car quick after my mechanic said that he was going to have to keep my personal vehicle for a few days to fix a problem. I turned to Turo. I found a Tesla Model Y in my neighborhood, and rented it quickly with no problems. The rental was a very wonderful experience. I loved the car, and plan on renting from Turo again soon!

Wonderful experience. App was easy to use. There were good choices, even in a remote area. The car arrived on time and drop off was simple, plus it was all catered to my schedule. The car was clean and fueled up. The host was professional and responsive. It was my first time using Turo and I will use it again.

I enjoyed my experience with Gina V. She was very polite and explained to me the features of the Buick Encore... I will be recommending her to all of my family and friends. I will be continuing using Turo for future rentals, if the Buick Encore isn't available. But, I hope they're more discounts coming as well.

The car owner was delayed on delivering the car and I had to pay. This cost me couple of Ubers to move around while waiting. I tried to stay in touch with the car owner, and he kept extending the delivery time. I tried changing to another car but was not possible due to cancellation policies and there was not any other car available. Even after contacting Turo support there was no positive outcome.

The car a couple small issues, like the driver window had trouble going up, but Terry, the owner was great. It was nice to have the car at the airport. I Will definitely use Turo again and recommend it to friends.

Not gonna lie...I was a bit skeptical going to a new-to-me destination with a new-to-me car app. We used Turo 5 times in 14 days on 4 different islands in Hawaii. Every single owner was so accommodating and friendly. Each of them handled their vehicle differently but gave great instruction so we knew exactly what to expect. Would 100% recommend Turo to anyone...thanks for being a part of our perfect vacation. Mahalo.

This app is a great idea. It was easy to use and the process of getting a car happened fast. The person whose the car I drove was nice -- so was the car, reasonably priced and the entire process was easy to manage.

I'm not sure if I would use this service again. Not necessarily because of Turo, but the place that I got the vehicle from. Besides it not being ready for us when we got there, it smelled like weed and they were rude when we returned it early (but didn't get any money back of course). No, then I was charged $26 for $12 of gas with a gas station right down the street. It's hard for me to get gas right now due to walking with a crutch for a bum left knee, but they were happy to charge me for it. All in all, not the most pleasant experience and not something I plan to do again.

The truck we rented was great, comfortable, spacious, clean and a nice ride. The owner is professional, super friendly, very responsive and accommodating. It was a pleasure exploring Utah and visiting the National Parks in the Truck. The Turo process from booking to returning the vehicle was very easy to navigate.

You can clearly see, I used mouth packages, not smoking. I dropped a french fry and he smelt ketchup. I think disputed with Turo and never heard back. Worst experience ever, will never use again. It's been over a week and no response.

So much better than traditional car rentals! Our Jeep was delivered to us with a smile by our host. Hassle-free, great ride and will definitely use Turo again. Great concept and I feel like I am supporting small businesses renting from individuals rather than the national agencies.

This was my first time renting a vehicle through Turo. I rented the most gorgeous blue Jeep. The process went very smoothly. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. I will definitely use this service and rent this way again.

My first time using TURO. The person I rented from, Peja, made the entire process so easy. Would strongly recommend using him if in Iowa again. Vehicle was clean, ran great and was fun to drive. Great first experience.

Ryan and his team was very helpful. Car was clean and ran well. Value was good. Saved plenty of money with going through Turo as to rental car agency at airport. Only oops was when contacted Ryan for pickup of vehicle he had only one person available so we had to go to their office instead of dropping at airport. But that worked out ok.

My Turo experience was great. One suggestion though I would say is, if there is a way to send messages to the owner of the rental prior to renting the vehicle. Also being able to book more than one vehicle at the same time, if you have an authorized driver to assist. We were trying to get two vans from the same lady, but for some reason my prices were cheaper than what my spouse was showing on his phone, but I was not able to book two vans because I had already booked one.

Our Turo experience was our first and was wonderful. The car owner was courteous and accommodating in all ways. Vehicle was exactly as presented in photos - clean and ready for us! And considering the value - we came out far ahead compared to only commercial rental in the area! We will definitely use Turo again!

All the instructions were clear from beginning to end and there were no issues picking up or dropping off. The car was immaculate and was what was described when I rented the vehicle. I would definitely use this service again. The car was fun to drive and full of power which made it fun driving through Sonoma and down to Carmel along the coast.

I loved my first experience using Turo and will most definitely do it again. It was a pretty seamless experience though and my host was great communicating with me to help with my “rookie” questions and concerns. The car was what we ordered and was very clean.

Turo is very useful especially when you're visiting a different city every once in a while. I just had a bit of a problem modifying my trip but support was very helpful with that issue. This is like Airbnb but for cars! Keep it up!

This was our first time using Turo. Booking was easy and communication with the host was great. Our vehicle fit our family of 8 comfortably and they even provided an infant car seat. It was easy finding our car and returning it. We will definitely use Turo again.

Girlfriend's first time in the Keys. Wanted to rent the perfect car for the experience and Turo made that possible! I will use Turo rentals in the future for my vacation and business needs! The alternative car rental places make you jump through hoops and have too much red tape. The process was smooth, quick and I was check in in less than 5 min.

The rental went smoothly.. pickup was 7 miles from where I was staying.. no problems with the owner, nor with the car. Just wish there was a broader selection in the vicinity of Santa Clarita.. Most of rentals were in the greater LA area, or at the airports.

This was my first time using Turo. Needed the vehicle at 6:00 am for an early tee time. Vehicle was delivered to me on time. I communicated with the owner via text about my early tee time and they advised I would have enough time to get to my destination with the deliver Time. Vehicle was nice and clean. I will definitely utilize Turo again.

I have really enjoyed my experience on this platform. All of the host are responsive and accommodating. The cars are well maintained and enjoyable. I prefer over major rental companies and would highly recommend to others. The car selection is appropriate for every budget. Generally, the cars are much nicer than a national rental agency. I do find the trio fees to be on the more expensive side; however, Turo has opportunities to earn discounts, which is helpful.

Running through Turo is absolutely easy and painless. Shout out to Kevin for hooking me up with a raptor! Not only was his his truck awesome! His AC worked fantastic for this Alaska in the Las Vegas heat. He came early to pick us up which saved our bacon... He even filled it up for me when I failed to find a gas station lol I don't know what else you want but I won't be using anything but Turo.

Being that I live out of town now and the rental process was so simple I would definitely refer Turo to all my family and friends and I will continue to use Turo for my future car rentals. Way more convenient than renting from a car rental service. Thanks again Turo.

We booked a Subaru Forester for our trip to Kauai. From the second we booked to the second we returned the car and notified the owner, our trip was flawless and easy!! Communication was superb and everything went smoothly and as promised! Dante was a wonderful owner to work with and when we come back, we will be looking him up again!

Turo for me is a Awesome and Needed Platform. Most of my Trips with Turo have been pleasant, One was Not! My advice to Turo is to Not Allow people to place a vehicle on Turo just because they have a Vehicle to put on the platform. For those of us who need the service. We need the cars

At first I was not too convince but when we arrive it was easy and the car was all that I expected. The car was the same they show me in the internet and the app it was easy to use. The return was faster. The only thing is after you leave the car waiting for the bus to get you back to the airport it takes long.

I was very pleased with my experience with Turo and their host Vlad. Everything was as presented. And when I messed up my request you both went out of your way to get things right. I was happy with the process and the car was as advertised.

Our experience with Patrick and the Audi Q7 were utterly flawless. Patrick provided great prompt service, a spotlessly clean pristine car. His vehicle performed extremely well. Patrick was very helpful and quick to respond if we had a question. We would certainly use his vehicles again when the need arises.

For three months I have been renting a car every two weeks. Not once has Turo been able to compete with any of the rates I find. Then there is the fact hat the km allowance isn't even enough for me to go to work and back. The real kicker and annoying part about this company is the constant offers I see from them only to find out it goes up 40 to 60 percent after you click on it. It's really just a total scam this company. Its high rating on Google Play is just from owners, zero from all the customers. I tried using customer support to address one simple issue and was met with paragraph after paragraph of FAQ's before I gave up and came here to vent my frustration.

Perfect. Pick up and drop off was very easy. The car was very clean and AC was very cold. Response time in communication was a very quick turnaround and very accommodating when we needed to make a time change. It was a very nice experience for our anniversary trip.

Greg the owner of the Corvette rental was competent, friendly, thorough, helpful, available and great. The Corvette was spotless, beautiful, fast, powerful, fun, safe with complete control. I really enjoyed the Corvette and the drive. I don't know what more I can say...

Pleasant experience, easy to use and to navigate. Will be using Turo again. Reasonable and fair pricing. Only problem we had was our feedback never got posted to each other's account even though we did it within 24 hrs. Trying to navigate with help feature for this issue seems next to impossible. There should be a quick number to reach a live person.

This was our first time using Turo. We really liked that we picked up the car at a mall. We were camping and did not want to drive the Motorhome to an airport for pick up. Car was dropped off on time for our pickup and the entire experience was 5 star.

The car was clean with easy pickup and drop off. I was satisfied compared to what I paid. The car had the check engine light on and low tire when I picked it up. The low tire light went off when I added air to the back right tire. No problem.

Prompt, Punctual, Clean, Professional, Polite, Responsive. These are the words I would use to describe my trip from booking to pick up, to return, to completion. I will use this service and this host every time I come to town.

Very satisfied our 1st Turo experience. The vehicle was great and the host was great to deal with. The Charlotte Airport could use some better signage for people who are not familiar with with their Airport and parking area. We will be using Turo for our next trip.

I had trouble getting the app to connect when responding, however customer service was quick to respond. The person I was renting from was readily available too so it ending up being okay. Other than problems with the app itself, the experience was great and I will use Turo again.

Easy to get to and car was as described. Clean and perfect for driving around the island. Christy was very communicative and couldn’t have asked for a better host. I now want to trade my car in for a Hyundai Kona.

Joey was very friendly and helpful! His Volkswagen that I rented was in great condition and was just what I was looking for. The pick up location was very nice as well. I will definitely use his car in the future if needed.

My daughter drove me to different stores I haven't been able to get to since I don't have a car and am 94 years old. I was skeptical when I rented the car but so very pleased with the cleanliness and promptness of picking up the car and turning it in. Great first experience with Turo! Vehicle was very nice! Room for seven plus luggage. We had a little trouble finding the spot to pick up but host sent pin and was very responsive with questions. Will definitely use Turo for future trips!

All went well. Had to drop off car early am. Flight required early check in before car lot opened. Had to leave car at different location for owner. Going to try Turo on next trip in the NY area this later this summer

I rented my car on TURO and the guest left the car 1 hour from my location with significant damage to the front bumper. I had to pick up the vehicle the next day because the car was far and the rent ends at night. When I file the claim I give TURO all the requested documents including original photos and an estimate from the shop. This incident happened on March 20, 2023, and today May 19, 2023, the claim is still open. TURO just called me today to let me know that they can't prove the incident was done during the rental period, and if the guest doesn't accept the claim they will not pay it. From this incident to another incident of a guest that damage my string wheel I have lost more money on this platform than I made. TURO, take care of your host because without us your business is nothing.

Turo is unmatched when it comes to car rental services. I have had a totally excellent experience with Turo! From the prices, platform, the cars and the hosts. I absolutely love this service! I can’t see myself renting any other way.

Only thing I would change is airport drop-off. We did Uber, it was an extra $100 but it was worth it. Clean, easy, no waiting in line for a traditional rental car at the airport. Thanks, I will be using again.

Overall Turo has been a pleasant experience. Very convenient and useful. However I think the trip fees as well as a few other miscellaneous fees are unfair and much too expensive. There should also be a longer time period for hosts and guests to negotiate certain fees before Turo just charges the guest account.

I was a little nervous to use Turo for the first time but the experience was perfect and EASY! Noah answered any questions I had before and during the trip - so quickly! He was super responsive and was super clear with instructions. Finding the car at the airport was a breeze and the car was like new! We had the best trip to Portland and wouldn’t hesitate to use Turo or Noah again!

The process is easy to filter and find exactly what I am looking for whether it is a type of vehicle I need or location for pickup. The pricing is decent and I love there isn’t a huge deposit or hold required for using. It comes right out of my account just that easy.

The first booking process was plagued with trouble but Turo’s customer service was amazing and made it so easy to find another car, when that host canceled our trip. Our second booking host was amazing and very informative and we will use Turo again on our next trip. Easy to use and value was completely worth it.

Everything went well. I love the features the van has. There was plenty of room for 8 passengers along with room for our luggage. I love the safety features. Everything in the van worked properly. The ease of accessing the keys to start trip went smoothly. Check in to return the van went smoothly. My favorite part was being able to access a car wash for free since the van had a car wash pass in the window. It did not cost me extra to use express lanes or use toll booths passing thru other state toll booths.

The car drove very smooth. The radio played well, and the Bluetooth was working perfectly, it made it really easy to connect to my phone to CarPlay. The car would start right away and it made it very easy to run errands. It had a clean interior, would rent again!

The host Adam was top notch and very helpful with everything. I will definitely be renting again in the future. The car was cleaned when I picked it up. I was given a test ride and also drove it to feel comfortable with it. The phone number I was given if I had any problems was good. I called to ask a question and it was answered immediately with no problems.

We’ve always rented vehicles for our family vacations from rental companies in the airport. Very easily accessible and convenient for us. This past trip to AZ we decided to try Turo. We will NEVER rent from a big box company again. Turo is the way to go both financially and professionally. We even rented a car seat so we didn’t have to travel with one.

I had a great trip overall despite the lack of communication from the vehicle owner. When I dropped off the vehicle I took video recording of the vehicle to keep for my own record that the vehicle was returned safely however while I was on a plane back home I had been accused of damaging the vehicle. Submitted time stamped proof of the vehicle's condition on the alleged area of damage and none of the video footage I have show any damages of the rim which perfectly align with the area of the door damaged. I asked for the owner to request security camera footage of the parking lot which he declined. I find it ridiculous to accuse me of damage I did not cause during the time the vehicle was under my possession and a one day investigation is ridiculous.

We rented a Honda Odyssey from this company last year. A small scratch will cost you $$$ and we’re not even sure that we are at fault 'cause when we gave the key to the owner personally, she just accepted the van w/o any problem. We just found out a few hours later that she sent a damage report to Turo. They charge our credit card and you can’t even do anything about it 'cause they have your credit card information. You can’t delete your payment information once you save it on their website/app.

Process was exactly how my host said it would go. Very easy. Vehicle matched description. Could not have had an easier process. Will definitely use Turo again. The vehicle was clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to know exactly which vehicle you are renting, unlike car rental places. You aren't sure until you pick up, which vehicle you will be getting.

Considering the cost of the add on insurance the cost of rentals could be less. Or if you could offer incentives to days rented/discounts for first responders. Also the cost for a full tank of gas or drop off at airport shouldn't be allowed to be so high on so many listings.

I rented a car from Turo 05/11 - 05/13. The process was easy. The rates were great and the host was professional and courtesy. I cannot see myself using any other rental service in the future other than Turo unless for out of state travel because the mileage is not unlimited. Otherwise it was a great experience and I will be renting again for my birthday. The vehicle selection was amazing!

Everything on the app is self explanatory to a T. Amazing experience with the renter, no issues with the car and so accommodating. Everything went smooth, was able to explore Texas with a pretty convertible. Most definitely will be booking again and will recommend 10/10.

The Hyundai Sonata was clean and spacious, which my tall sons appreciated. The transaction and communication was quick and easy, and the car was available on short notice. Nice, comfortable, relaxing car to drive... Gas mileage was pretty good as well.

Using the app is a breeze and it makes it very easy to communicate with the host. Very good dependable! Right on time and easy to use! When I ask for time it wasn't a problem she was all for extra time! I advise any of my family or friends to try Turo. It save deposit down which can cost hundredths dollars just to rent a car! Thanks again for being here for me and time of need!

The idea behind Turo is genius. My boyfriend & I used Turo to rent a car during our trip to California. We wanted to be able to enjoy the sun & fresh air during our time there, so we rented a Mustang which made it that much better! The host was amazing & things were extremely easy as far as pick up/drop off. I appreciate having to take photos when you first pick up your car for rent. This helps me as the renter feel secure in that a scratch/dent which was already there, would hopefully not be help against me. Turo comes highly recommended by our family & we will be using again in the future.

Please review the billing structure if you need a last minute vehicle to drive through Turo. I was charged twice for what is called a ‘Trip Fee’ and a Trip Price.’ Both were the same amount. How is that possible? To sum it up, I paid nearly $300.00 for a compact car for 18 hours. I do not recommend this service and I will continue to voice about this. I’m sure there are enough good reviews to ignore this one but the service is a rip-off. Never again.

I rented a Tesla Model X 2020 using Turo. The host name was Eric. Paid 528.16$ for three days. Host Eric pretended he is gonna bring us the car to the airport zone we were waiting with our two kids. He said as we are waiting to be picked up car won't work, and he cancelled on us. I called Turo and they said I should get full refund in 3-5 business days. We were placed in a very difficult situation, I do not think it is Turo's fault but the host was a scammer for sure, will never use Turo again, and do not recommend it to anyone.

After renting a vehicle, my account got restricted without any reason or cause? And it was in restricted status for more than 2 weeks. I didn't get any notification of this restriction, I found out when I went to book another vehicle. The rep said there isn't any reason and it's normal to get randomly restricted? I asked why? The rep said no reason! I asked when the restriction was place on my account? The rep said don't know! I asked to speak to someone else and I was told I would receive an email??? Which I still haven't received? For these reasons I would suggest don't book from Turo! Seems your information is being harvest in some sort of scam!

You should be careful with Turo, I was trying to rent a car 3 months in advance just to get a better cheaper price. Of course Turo is showing discounted prices at my dates but when you go to the checkout page to pay, you are paying the full price of the car not the discounted price. They've been doing this for a while now. Even though the app itself is good, this is a big hole to be left out. If you don't pay attention they gonna charge you.

My experience with Turo was great. The hosts were easy to work with, good communication. The vehicle I ended up renting was in good condition & very clean. Turo’s customer service is wonderful. I had to call them on a Sunday afternoon to assist with a cancellation due to the first vehicle I was supposed to pick up being damaged by the previous guest & the representative made sure to find me a replacement vehicle for the same price due to the inconvenience. The app itself is very easy to use. Turo exceeded my expectations.

Several months ago the rental from TURO we had a rock hit the windshield. The owner wanted to go through TURO. They did not give me the receipt and charged double for the glass repair. I have removed my own car from TURO. Do not recommend.

I rented a car through Turo. When I picked up the car, I left a backpack at the pickup location. I went back an hour later and the people who assisted me said they didn’t see it. The problem is I had “find my iPhone” and could see that my iPad and headphones were on site. As we searched for the backpack, the signal kept moving. Turns out the person who handed us the keys was in a truck with blacked out windows and was screaming at his employee to get us the ** out of there. So my wife texted me that we needed to go. We could see my iPad move down the freeway in LA. We tried to track in down as it was showing at a computer repair shop in LA. Then we got a text saying if we paid money, they would give it back to us.

Turo representatives had the clean, car ready to go at the predetermined time & place. They were able to answer my questions with a smile. I appreciated their flexibility as I needed to return the vehicle a day earlier than expected. I would do business with Turo again.

Great host. Super easy to work with and wonderful vehicle. Very communicative and relieved my apprehension about picking up and dropping off at an airport hotel. I had some stress about declining coverage but it wasn’t an issue. Made getting around town much easier and I could utilize free parking at an Airbnb instead of a hotel.

The overall experience has not been very good. I had to trade cars with Garrett three times due to mechanical problems with the first two cars. The cars had oil leaks and brake issues. I also swapped the second car because of these mechanical problems and was told to pay a penalty for not having enough gas in the defective car. I was changing cars so why would I be paying for a total fill up? Just a bad idea to charge a customer with all the problems I had with the rental cars. I sure hope the third car does not have problems.

Booked a car with pick up and drop off in Nawiliwili with Raj. The address of the cruise ship terminal was correct, but somehow Raj was located in Honolulu not Kaui where Nawiliwili is located. Only when the driver texted me as to time he would arrive at our location did he realize he wasn’t even on the wrong island. Had to then rent a car from the local airport resulting in an addition cost to me.

Easy and intuitive. Much cheaper than regular rental. Easy pick up and drop off. Car was clean. Lots of variety of cars and prices. Communication with owner was good and quick. Car has a full tank of gas. We rented out of Palm Springs and it was very easy.

Sounds silly but I wasn’t open to using any car rental services other than the traditional methods. I tried that and it was costing much more than it should and there was always something wrong with the vehicles they were giving me. Some suggested I try Turo! Glad I did. Only thing I would change is paying better attention to car selection and reading through the reviews especially when a person has multiple cars on the app.

Our first experience with Turo was amazing and we are definitely not going back to rental cars. The vehicles were way better spec-ed at a fraction of the rental car prices. On top of that they were easy to pick up and drop off. Highly recommend. I would suggest that Turo work with all airports to set up a pick up and drop off location similar to our experience in Kauai. That was way easier than our pick up in Maui (though both were easy).

I’ve rented from Turo a considerable amount of times in the past whether it was for business trips or just wanting to have something fun to drive on the weekends. However, my new job contracts with a traditional car rental agency, so I haven’t rented anything from Turo in over a year. My experience on Turo with those previous rentals was great. I especially liked the more personalized experience in that some hosts would go the extra mile to ensure you’re happy, although it’s easy to tell which hosts only do it for the money. Either way, I haven’t had a bad experience from renting from Turo.

I have enjoyed the service, it has been a wonderful experience. My host have been great communicators, vehicles have been very nice and clean and safe. I would definitely continue using and recommending this service. Each time I have used the service my host checked on me to make sure everything was going well during my trips.

I booked the car because it was less than the rental agency. I arrived at 11:30 at night and followed the directions leading to the car, which was parked in the Temporary Lot. I walked in the dark, through 2 parking structures, through several sections of the Temporary Lot, before I discovered that there was a van that drove you to it (this was not disclosed on the directions.) I get to the area and space and there is no car. I ask the owners to call me. It took another half hour on the phone to locate the car. It's now after 12:30am. Apparently, there are two columns of cars under the same location, D11, with the same numbering system. That could have been explained in the pick up directions.

They claim that there is a smoke smell in the car when I know there’s no way because I clean the car right before dropping off. I would not recommend to use drop top rental. As far as price range and availability it wasn’t that bad.

The process was very easy and very fast. I didn’t know what I was doing as I have never done anything like this. I have only rented through the big rental companies and they are so unfriendly and cold but this way was so warm and inviting. I will definitely be using the Turo app from now on.

They was very friendly. Very on point with everything that needed to be do or talked about at that point. Very kept up car. Customer service skill was also on point. The ride was nice. I'm glad I was able to rent from them cause I wouldn't know what I was going to do at the moment. Thank you again.

We arrived at the Turo lot outside the Lihue Airport to find the car we rented had broken a/c. We rejected any use of that car. We contacted Turo and an amazing rep there connected us with other hosts and hooked us up with them. While we lost 1 1/2 hours of our vacation time on the snafu, we were grateful for both the quick actions of the Turo rep and securing us a better car, at the original booked pricing. While it was an unfortunate inconvenience at the start of our trip, we spent the rest of the week praising the quick service from Turo. Thanks to Turo and the great guy who saved our first day of vacation. Thank you.

First time using this app. We were very pleased with our experience. Hayden was very nice, great and timely communication! Car (Audi) was a great ride. My only con about this app was the insurance part of it. I did just see where the pricing was, but had to select in order to move forward..

From booking to the final moment, we enjoyed renting Kona **! The vehicle was so clean and with it being a Hybrid, the gas mileage was a huge plus!! If you're renting this vehicle, consider adding on the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler! These things will make your drive around the island that much better!!

My host was very helpful on checking in and checking out, very good experience. Will do it again. Hopefully the same care. The car was clean and very sporty, my wife and I enjoyed our event, which was our 40th anniversary.

I would definitely refer my friends to Turo. It very simple, and is not too expensive. The response time is excellent. And all of the host that I have dealt with are very attentive. The vehicles I have rented are awesome. And I received great gas mileage, on them as well.

I like the convenience and simplicity of the Turo experience. Would be nice to have more information about the details of pu and drop off prior to actual rental. This would help avoid canceling a rental due to lack of convenience with some auto owners/renters.

Joel was fantastic to deal with and the car was perfect! We were thrilled to find Turo after using regular car rental companies in the past. It was easy to use and we will definitely use Turo in the future.

I’m glad I did take pictures with flash and returned the car just as I got it and was told by the host I scratched the car which I know I did not. I ran a couple errands and had the car parked in a stall for most of the day. It left a sour taste in my mouth because I was especially careful with the host vehicle. I did get the insurance but also feel that unless you take up close pictures of every scratch and detail you could end up in a pickle. The car had previous scratches and chipped paint on the bumper and when I dropped it off at night taking pics with flash may not show all the details. So drop off during the day when the sun is out. Be meticulous with pictures.

There is no company backing in case of car emergencies and vehicle breakdown. We had to get Uber to closest town and have strangers take us to our destination 90 minutes away. Turo was unable to do a thing to help us out.

My first rental was great. Car was pretty clean and pickup was very easy and convenient as was the drop off. The problem came when I tried to make another rental and Turo wanted to charge an outrageous trip charge. The rental was supposed to be around $200. After the trip charge, however, it was going to be over $400. Nope, not going to do it.

This was my first time renting through Turo. My car was in the collision shop. I rented the car for 4 days. The location of the car was near my residence. The host Jonathon was nice and professional. The car was clean on the inside as well as the outside. The air conditioner worked great. The first issue I noticed was every time I press the gas, the car sputtered every time before taking off.

We were looking for a Hawaii car rental. Rental companies had very little stock, were quite expensive, and on a previous trip we had an older and unreliable car. We tried Turo. The experience was a very positive one. We booked a 2023 small SUV. The car was new. It had great gas mileage. When we arrived the car was parked in the terminal garage and we went straight to the vehicle. Returning the vehicle was a similar experience. We parked in the garage, took some pictures, and went to our departure gate.

This was my first time using Turo. I had a scheduled trip to Las Vegas and wanted to get a Tesla rental. When I booked with Turo and signed up, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy this was. I contacted a few others on the Turo site about their Teslas and came across Zi. His service stood out from all of the others in that he was very responsive and helpful. Once arriving in Las Vegas my experience got even better as when I told him I arrived at my hotel he mentioned his free shuttle service to pick up the Tesla. It was only a 10-minute drive from my hotel. Once I arrived there he went over the features of the Tesla and also answered my questions. Within a few minutes, I was driving the Tesla back to my hotel and soon after began my adventures. I would highly recommend Zi's and Turo to anyone looking for a great alternative to the usual car rental companies. I will be contacting Zi again on my next visit to Las Vegas.

This was my first and last time using Turo. My experience was horrendous. My original car had to be sealed which was fine and no problem at all. The problems were brought on by Turo. I had a protection plan on the other car but it wouldn’t go to the new one, so advised the agent I want NO plan. However the agent put one on anyway without my consent and for some reason Turo changed my trip start time delaying my trip. Turo caused me a lot of undue stress prior to even starting my trip. I was very upset the agent did that after I explicitly denied a plan. I never asked to changed my trip start time either. I will never use this service again.

The car was very clean, ran well, got great gas mileage. Owner very responsive and even dropped us at airport. We had a minor issue at pick up and the learning curve on a Prius challenged us a bit, but I would definitely use Turo again.

We picked up a car from Jorge. The car ran well and it was in good condition. We even ended up extending it a few more days. The transaction was quick and easy and the host was pleasant and attentive.

The roads are pitch black at night so if miss your turn and GPS doesn't know some roads are closed. It take a minute to get your bearings. My suggestion is leave early so that you have daylight on your side. 5 star rating from me. Excellent service.

I had never heard of Turo but was told by a friend it was the way to go. She was right, this experience was fantastic. My “host” was kind, responsive, and helpful. The selection of cars was expansive, the prices very good. I will definitely use them again.
