I had a great experience with Turo. Easy to book, great communication with Nate, the car's owner, convenient, affordable and just plain easy. I booked a couple of times and had to cancel. No problems at all with that. Charges were as expected. Overall, a great experience!

I appreciate the readiness of the car promptly. The condition of the car and the overall ease of renting the car were more than just practical. I had a special event to attend involving my work in the life insurance industry. Turo help make the work experience a pleasure to and from the event which made it more special.

I fully enjoyed the company and the services provided by them. The car I used was beyond expectations and I will be glad to continue to use their services and I will happily refer them and their services to friends and family. The car was clean and drove wonderfully.

My host, Sarbeg was the absolute best! I had to switch my pickup time and Sarbeg was very accommodating. He returned my call immediately. The car was exceptional and the experience of pick up and drop off was super easy! I will never use traditional car rental service again! Thanks Turo!

Rented Connor’s pickup to get some larger trees for a landscape project. Trip went off without a hitch. Connor was an excellent host. Vehicle was exactly as advertised. Enjoyed the cruise + distance sensor. Communication with Connor was clear. All very smooth. Great experience!

Great experience. Easy to use app. The selection was great and I was able to find a great car near me. Would definitely use again to book a car for the weekend. The prices are also much more competitive compared to traditional rental car places.

Quick response & quick service and I have some issue with the vendor the customer service they resolve the issue quick. I like the Turo and you can find the good selection cars in turo and the host will respond quick.

Wonder what I would charge extra $50 extra $10 another $35. Host charges was different. His fee came to 385.45. Turo charged 524.67 so why did you charge me a extra 60 dollars for this trip. I thought all charges was the upfront cost in the beginning.

Very economical & easy to drive vehicle, Host was very responsive!! Such a gas saver & drives smoothly. Host was very responsive & helpful. I was hesitant in using Turo but it was a great experience even after having two other hosts cancel on me last minute.... Would use again!!

When I picked up the vehicle it was spotless. I could tell the person renting the vehicle really cared about providing a great vehicle. There wasn’t any problem with vehicle during week and returning the vehicle was simple. I would definitely rent from Melvin again. Great experience.

Getting a car through Turo was a breeze. Christopher, our host, was a great communicator. He made things super easy. The car was located in the parking garage close to the terminal. The car was exactly as pictured. We had no issues or complaints.

Price is right. So far the vehicles I rent been good to me. The host has been great. They text right away or a few min. My family have been very comfortable. Love that I can rent a van or car within min especially when you can’t find a rental car anywhere.

Ali (my rental contact) was amazing. He made the experience very care free and enjoyable. Greatly appreciated. The car was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport with great instructions (and photos) of where the car was located.

Let me start with the hosts on Turo are almost all wonderful! All but one I interacted with were absolutely wonderful. The vehicle I ended up with was a perfect fit and very seamless. With that being said - Turo customer service is horrible! I was trying to cancel b/c I hadn't heard from a host at all, Turo kept asking me to wait and trying reaching out in multiple ways. The host didn't respond back until Turo reached out and by then I was within the 24-hour window and lost money. Turo was absolutely no help in this, just kept getting a runaround. I ended up spending much more to make sure I had a vehicle when I arrived.

The car was nice, clean. The host was very nice. The car had a full tank of gas when I picked it up. The host responded in a timely fashion. The car rental was a nice price to rental to rent the car.

Everything worked out well for me. Although I was surprised by the fees to use the Tesla superchargers. Pickup and drop-off were very smooth, and the key transfer via the Tesla app worked out really well. I would rent from this person again.

It was an easy process and my host David was great, communicated with me and answered any questions I had. Will definitely be using again. I enjoyed the easy process and prompt replies from my host. 10 of 10

I was visiting from Florida to my family in Connecticut and rented a vehicle. The car was exactly as I saw online. The host was extremely friendly. The host pre uploaded pics of the car to the site. First No No. When I return the vehicle the host didn’t do a walk thru. Rushed off. I forgot my keys in the vehicle, I made contact with the host to return them. We linked up and I got the key back. Host Never mentioned damage nor smoke smell in the car. Two days later tried to charge my card for $257.00 and posted a pic of scratch on front bumper and a cigarette in the door handle. Which I do not smoke due to asthma. I was so shock that they planted that stuff and tried to blame me for that. Now I can’t rent due to this situation. This being my first time using Turo, I don’t know if I want to do it again. It feels like I’m getting extorted by the host.

This was our 1st time using Turo. Took a little time to get used to checking in and receiving our car but all was easy and we were on our way quickly. Picked up a Toyota 4 rubber in Montana and glad we did as we had a lot of rain and nice to have a bigger truck size vehicle for safety in rain with pot holes. Will use again at our next trip!

The trip was wonderful and I enjoyed having the pleasure of renting a vehicle from Turo. If I had to do it all over again I would. Turo is a good thing when renting a vehicle. I had a vehicle that was in good shape and no problems.

Vehicle was in great condition. Clean and everything worked great. We took a beautiful trip around The island and enjoyed the day. We had to drop off early that evening and the owner was completely accommodating due to lack of parking around Honolulu.

Turo is a 100% SCAM. My rental never showed up on Turo app. “Host” contacted after pickup time; gave me “partial” refund. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Lost $450 SCAM SCAM. Having to dispute charge; all these positive reviews are FAKE. Available cars are FAKE. Do not be lured into this. There are no cars.

First time customer super easy to use. Very impressed with the application. A lot cheaper than renting from the big rental companies! Variety of makes and models. I like the fact the hosts are willing to deliver the vehicle where ever you're located.

10/10!!! Loved Adam’s 2020 Honda Civic and his responsiveness. Would ride again. Clean, comfortable car. Rode smooth and was more than sufficient for my vacation in Florida. Was able to comfortably accommodate 4 individuals and luggage. Would recommend the Turo app to anyone needing an affordable rental.

The car was easy to pick up. I Loved the contactless pickup. The owner was super responsive especially when I couldn’t figure out how to move the seat and when the fab battery was dying. The car was clean. And the mileage was just enough to cover my whole trip. Great experience all together.

This recent trip was my second Turo experience and it was just as good if not better than my first experience. My host was amazing and very communicative. The car was in pristine condition. Renting a vehicle through Turo was as easy as possible. Everything worked just as it should. The host was easy to work with. Vehicle was as described and in excellent condition. Process to locate and obtain the vehicle and return it was flawless.

Really excellent service - was kind and helpful - this is the first time I had used Turo and he was kind and patient giving me all the information I needed. Car was clean, relatively new and just what I needed for the time I was there. If I had a wish - I would have part days prorated per hour. I was 6 hours over but had to pay for another day!

Never would I have imagined renting outside of the traditional method of renting a car, but I was told to check Turo out. My first experience was surprisingly easy and efficient. Then I rented a second then a third time. Excellent communication, service and value.

I have rented 3 different vehicles in 3 different states in the past month. I do my own due diligence to read reviews but surprises happen. I had more variety in Los Angeles obviously, but I was even able to find a vehicle in the Finger Lakes Region of NY. I have had great hosts with great communication practices. What I have found most surprising is the ease of pickups & drop-offs. I love working with real humans who have vested interest in their vehicles over rental agencies. I try to explain Turo to curious older family members like Airbnb but with cars instead of homes/rooms and without the horror stories.

We loved renting our Bronco from Cesar through Turo. Great service. Great communication. Great car. Wonderful experience. We would definitely rent this vehicle again and definitely rent from Cesar. He was so nice to deal with and was very professional. Topnotch service and very great to deal with.

We had a wonderful time going to Orlando. Steven was a great host. Will book again. Had so many people ask where get the van from. This was my first time using Turo. Was kinda nervous at first. But it worked out prefect.

Clean, comfortable and newer car. Description was accurate. The Accommodating owner worked with us on delivery location and offered suggestions for visiting. The rental was a good value. The reservation process and paperwork process from Turo was easy and the site had good selection of cars.

First car was cancelled less than 24 hours before I landed. I had it reserved for close to a month. Cannot leave negative review for the person who cancelled. That’s not right. They receive no penalties for cancellation. I managed to get another car and that experience was great.

Overall the booking, unlocking, to communication between me and host/Turo was great. This was my first experience and look forward to renting again. The car I saw in photos was what I got clean and in good condition. Photos match and the location to vehicle was easy to find.

John & his team were very professional to work with. The truck was awesome & help me out very much. I would definitely rent from him again. His team made it very convenient for my by bringing the truck to me.

I accepted and paid the toll charges. But I do not appreciate the hidden costs of renting with Tueo in general and with Venal in particular. I asked Venal if the Ezpass was functional and when he said yes, I reasonably assumed it was included in the rental service. Then I asked both Venal and Mariaam the assistant several times if I were required to return the car clean, which is not the case with any standard rental company and neither responded. She responded with unintelligible vagueness. I thought of cleaning the car just as a courtesy and yet when I showed up she actually asked for funds to clean the car., and I handed Venal $20. Consequently, I will not rent with Turo again. Sorry but I don't like, even the appearance of, dishonesty and taking advantage. And to think that I left an excellent public review!

This was our first time using Turo. The whole experience worked out very well from ease of finding a matched car for us, to quick and easy rental and payment, to communication with Marlon, to picking up and dropping off the car. Will definitely recommend to others and use again ourselves.

This was one of the best rental I had in long time. The service was awesome and NAGID’S rental was great. I would definitely rental again and recommend to people I know, also the communication was great, the was van was perfect for my team, I was impressed how the van was clean from inside and out.

I really enjoyed the vehicle I drove. I just didn’t like the cruise control. Every time I would set it it would stay on for a while and then go off. I’d have to keep setting it the whole trip going and coming back.

Rented a 2020 Jetta from Gabe here in Las Vegas. His customer service was excellent. Very professional but more importantly relatable.. His car was Super clean!! Car has a very smooth ride.. I will rent from Gabe again and have recommended him to a few friends already..

The guy we rented the car from, when we got there he took the car for a spin to make sure it was running, then proceeded to put gas in from a gas can in his garage. The car ran ok during our 3 day rental, dropping it was not good. The guy was nowhere to be found when we dropped it off, this is after we put in gas to bring it up to the level when we rented it, 35 minutes later we return the car. He’s tried to charge us for 2 gallons of gas, so he’s saying we drove 50+ miles in 35 minutes. And charged us a convenience fee to fill it up, from a gas can in his garage.

Everything was fine except for the return of the rental car back to the DIA airport short-term parking. I was unaware of the timeline for parking and Turo owner parking payment and he let me know he was not happy for arriving earlier than the time on the Turo return rental. This was not made aware to me previously so I believe it caused confusion and disappointment on both sides. Better communications PRIOR to rental is best because I was in the mountains with NO cell/internet service and had no way of receiving communications until my return to the airport (which was too late). I put this on the owner but if there were better communications prior to the rental it would have gone much smoother for both of us. I walked away from my 1st rental via Turo and was a bit stressed and unhappy with the negative communications once finalized.

Miguel was great to work with. Went above and beyond helping me with the details. Vehicle was clean and ran great. Everything in the vehicle worked perfectly. Plenty of room for 6 big guys! Will definitely do business with him again!

Finding a car was easy by using the filters provided on the app. How many seats you needed, space, distance available, etc. The pick up and drop off process was so easy and the price was reasonable. I would do this again.

We used Turo for the first time in Hawaii. We rented 2021 Jeep wrangler from Cecile. It was absolutely amazing traveling around in her jeep. Made our Hawaii trip even more special, Had a great time with her car. She was a great host. It was really easy to set up my account and book at the last minute. The price was definitely more reasonable than one of the big car rental companies and the pick up was quick and convenient. The host was also easy to communicate with through the app. One criticism is that the app is a little glitchy while searching through cars (I.e. trying to filter for different makes/models.). Would use Turo again.

I chose Turo this time because I could choose the car I wanted to rent for a friend's birthday. He wanted to cruise Myrtle Beach in a classy convertible, so I chose a Mercedes. Glad I did. Not only did my friend enjoy the beach scene while driving with the top down, the entire process of renting the convertible Mercedes was easy, and the person from whom I rented was friendly and communicative.

Both hosts wrote me texts assuring there would be no trip fees. Those texts constitute a contract. When I was billed a trip fee was billed. I spoke with Turo customer service. (Ma Carolina) she assured me that Turo would be sending me an email to address my contract dispute. I did not receive an email. I ask you one last time to resolve prior to disputing the entire charges with my credit card company.

I can’t believe there wasn’t an app like this before! I had a great experience, with booking, picking up and the accommodation of dropping off. The payment was easy, it took seconds, that includes the background check and confirmation. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for a new user like me!

I was charged for smoking in a vehicle and I do not smoke. The car has reviews showing the car smelled like smoke a few days before I got it. After my trip, the host finds a lighter under the seat of the driver's side and they are claiming it is my lighter and I left debris in the car. I sent a message saying before I got the car that the car was messy. No one believes me and is going off what the host said. I will never use Turo again and will do everything I can to promote my friends not to use turo.

Reasonably priced, clean, friendly. Will definitely rent from them again. Cheaper than the big name companies and far better customer service. Fuel efficiency was a must and the suburbs was an excellent choice for such a long road trip to California and back to Oregon.

I highly recommend Turo as an alternative to renting cars...will not look back. We use Turo wherever we go. All of our transactions have gone smoothly and easily. Great communication and reasonable prices. Drop off/pick up is way more convenient than traditional rental cars and selection is more diverse.

Needed a car quickly, and close to me. Was able to book a car at the last minute. It was available quickly, was clean, and a nice ride. Was able to run the errands I needed quickly. Pickup & drop off were really easy, and the owner answered all my inquiries quickly. Will definitely use this again.

This was my first rental. My assumption is that the host and guest seldom meet in person. I completed my license and insurance information on-line to be approved as a driver. Is there a reason for the host to physically view a copy of my driver's license? The host was excellent. This is not a negative comment on them. I just found the request curious. Is this a typical host request?

The entire process, from booking in app, to remote keyless pick up and drop off was very smooth and very easily navigated. The hosts I’ve had up to this point have been accommodating, excellent hosts with very clean and well maintained vehicles.

Definitely would use Turo again. Van dropped off at airport and we returned it to the airport. Any questions we had were answered right away. Turn signal bulb burned out while on our trip. It was replaced very efficiently by them.

The process was smooth. However, we were hit with a smoking violation that cost us 250.00 and no one smokes. But, needless to say, we had a great family vacation. Will definitely use Turo in the future for all my rental needs. I highly recommend meeting owner when returning vehicle to avoid any surprise credit card charges. Take pictures, videos, etc.

Pick up and return were easily arranged. Communication with provider was very easy and pleasant. The size and condition of the vehicle suited my needs. Vehicle was easy to drive and the accessories in the vehicle all worked as expected.

No response from host.. Car not so reliable. Car brake systems and rotors was scrubbing. And I needed to know some details about car and I really should have received a discount or something. I don't know why I didn't and I was alone.

It was great to have a shuttle take us to and from the airport. The car was comfortable and took us everywhere we needed in our stay in Oahu. We also forgot some souvenir items behind and the host did response quickly that they retrieved them.

What’s the charge reimbursement fee for gas when I made sure that I filled the tank past where I received it. Also the host stated that they had the car washed and detailed before I received it. The car was Not clean.

Great, clean and smooth riding car- considerate owner.. very prompt but he seemed to be very flexible in meeting our needs. Allowed us to use the car for vacation plans without being concerned about the number of miles put on the car.

I rented a Chevy Corvette. I paid for two days. I put in for pick up at 10:00 am on Wednesday May 31, and to drop off at 5:00pm the next day Thursday June 1, didn’t realize that wasn’t a full two days and I tried to change my drop off time but couldn’t so I think you guys should have something in place to ensure a person don’t get cheated like I did.

Car was older but in good condition. We were happy with the value received. We will definitely use TURO again. The car owner contacted us and gave clear direction for pickup and drop off. We will tell our friends to use TURO.

It's nice to find great vehicles to rent, with no credit card necessary, no holds on your debit card. Turo makes it easy to find and filter nice vehicles and user friendly. I've used turo twice and both hosts and vehicles were great. I'm thankful for Turo. Will continue to use and recommend to anyone who doesn't want the traditional rental car company headache!

The rental started out kind of Rocky. The car I rented was in the shop BUT the owner gave me a different car to use until mine was ready so other than inconvenience of having to return and exchange cars it was good. Bryan the host was kind and very responsive to me, returned calls and emails quickly and made rental easy.

I really enjoyed the vehicle I selected and the person whom vehicle it was, was very nice, he answered all my questions beforehand and made the process for smooth. It was a 10/10 for me and I will be using the services again.

I rented a car from Andy. I had a wonderful first time renting Turo experience! Andy communicated with me throughout, was able to adjust to changes to my flight times and had no problem with pickup/drop off. His car was clean and comfortable.

Whoever created this idea is a superhero. I chose to use Turo due to Enterprise rental car's lack of laziness in their customer service to their customer and how they lied to me about having looked in their company data system for a car for me the next morning. I did not even receive a courtesy call, stating I would be left without any rental vehicle. The entire day was a nightmare with Enterprise Rental Car branches (they did communicate with me nor did they provide me with any assistance). Instead Enterprise car rental (caused me an emotional roller coaster).

We spontaneously, and last min decided to rent a convertible as the last day of school drop off and pick up and start to our summer! The process went smoothly, pick up, extending, and returning. It was upon return, and already leaving a five star review for Alvin C., that he invoiced me for a ridiculous amount of tolls accrued ($40)! We had met Alvin’s business partner at pick up who told us the car came equipped with a Sun pass, in which Alvin responded we are still responsible for the tolls, that just allows us to go through without stopping. Having a transponder myself and having only gone through three local tolls the charge of $40 was unreasonable.

Everything about this process was flawless. For a slight extra charge the car was brought to me at the airport and I was also able to meet up and drop it at the airport. The car was very clean and in excellent condition. If all experiences would be like this one, I would recommend using Turo to anyone.

The vehicle was in great condition and was very clean—I was not worried about the reliability of the car either as it happens to be a Honda and was obviously well cared for. I would recommend this Turo client, she was clear and provided great instructions as this was my first time using Turo.

I have been renting cars for months now and I like how easy it is to book as well as the fast response time from the hosts. The vehicles were all very clean and I have had no issues from the vehicles or the hosts, would definitely recommend to a friend.

Overall my first Turo experience was perfect. Accurate, on time delivery and pick up of car. The second experience was not. The car owner did not give me clear instructions about how or where to drop off the car and said he would let me know later because we talked about me possibly extending my rental time. I chose not to extend it and messaged him for the drop off instructions. My rental's end time was for 9pm. He did not message me until 12:40am with instructions! He did say what he might want me to do in passing when I picked up the car so I just did that at 9:30pm and hoped that was OK. There did not seem to be any recourse for a renter who was dealing with an unresponsive owner.

Great customer service. Francisco and his team are very professional and always putting their customers first no matter what. Will recommend him 1000% and I will be renting soon again and I have rented two cars and they run smooth. Love them.

This is the first time I've actually used this app personally, though a couple years ago I went on a trip with someone that used this app for our travel arrangements. The experience was very good back then and they said they saved a lot of money so I decided I'd check it out the next time I need a rental car which I did. And this was a very good experience, I saved over half the amount I would have paid at the regular rental car agencies because I got an estimate at all of them. There was good communication between me and the host and everything went seamlessly from getting the car to dropping it off.

The car we rented from James was accurately described. It was a make and model we had never driven but was similar enough to our cars at home we could figure most of features out. We got very good gas mileage and used only one tank of gas for 9 days we were using the car. We were grateful for the kind help James provided by picking us up at the airport and delivering to the airport for our departure. I have recommended Turo to several other travelers and the ones who tried the service liked it very much. You have a wide choice of vehicle types and prices.

When the host canceled the trip that I booked months in advance the day before I was extremely stressed to find another car and had to pay a lot more than I had budgeted. Turo should assist guests when these things happen. Isn’t that why you are insured? This was more than an inconvenience. I had to rearrange literally everything around this change at a higher cost and at my personal expense in time.

Easily booked vehicle I wanted for a reasonable price. The initial transaction was canceled 8 days before the trip due to the vehicle not being available. Turo responded within minutes with suggestions for replacement vehicles. I was able to book a replacement vehicle at a slightly higher price but the transaction went smoothly after the initial disappointment with the cancelation.

My experience both times were Awesome. Our sponsors were great. I ran a little overtime. We had two graduations in the same day. One at 9 am 450 graduates and the second one at 7:30 pm. 2 hrs away but called our sponsor and she allowed us to have the car back a little over. So we had (1) graduate. I at one school the other(2) at the same school (2) hrs away. 250 graduates and of course our last letter was S but we made it safe and had a few mins to have a little time with them all and take pictures. So e we will Always be a Turo customers. Soon s July & August taking two to College. So a Happy Customer.

What a great idea Turo is to avoid the gouging rental car agency prices. Rental car agencies all wanted about $150/day for an economy car and rented a much nicer car for 1/4 that. The owner was very great to work with. Great experience.

I have been charged a late fee while I was talking with my host about the parking on the App. Because I didn't hit the check out process on time, I was charged $100. Trying to report and talk to a real rep but no luck, I got an email after 3 days with no personalized information and explanation, only some link to their online article. Trying to wait another response and don't know when and whether my issue can be solved. Probably now I know why my friends NOT recommend Turo...As a first customer, I'm really disappointed. It's a good business model but not with good customer relationship management.

Spoke with Ramon and he was there every step of the way. A prince amongst Turo car providers. Car was moderate size and efficient which was just what I was shopping for and it was well maintained. Ramon was available for questions and always accommodating.

First time user of Turo and I rented in two cities. Both went smoothly... Actually more smoothly than using a rental company. Cars were clean and in good shape. One owner left the car in short term parking... We just walked right out as if it was our own car. Couldn't have been simpler. (It was a small airport!) The other owner met us right at the arrivals door and handed us the keys. No waiting.

A friend recommended Turo to me so this was my first experience and all went well. Sage responding to me every time I sent a message. Pickup and dropoff was so easy and far better than through car rental companies. I will definitely use Turo again and Sage when we fly into Seattle for our annual trip.

The car I got was not clean on the inside. The battery on the key was almost dead, and I had to replace it myself. The car itself was overpriced. The car I text I was forced to pick because no other cars were available for the time that I needed, even though it was via a major airport. Because of this, I ended up spending double the amount I would have.

The whole process was very easy to navigate. I enjoyed my host and their car very much. The only part that wasn't as positive was the transparency of fees when browsing vehicles. I chose a vehicle that was $65 a day and the final total was $121; about double. I don't mind paying that much because I expected the fees, but it can come off as a bait-and-switch tactic. I'd go for a more "no surprises" approach that seems to be the standard for a lot of these services apps.

This has been a great rental experience with Turo. It was easy, convenient and affordable, great feedback, clean vehicle and excellent host. The process was easy and there was a wide selection of vehicles to choose from. We will definitely use Turo again in the future.

My host, Barry, was exceptional! This was my first time but won’t be my last! Someone broke into the vehicle while it was parked in a public parking area as we were eating lunch and Barry changed his schedule so he could meet us to swap vehicles so we would not have to drive a vehicle with a broken window!

I rented a Kia Forte, 2023. The entire process from start to finish was great. Dan communicated the exact details of the car and when and where I could pick it up he was very flexible and it was just a great transaction. The car was clean and full of gas and just about brand new.

Chandra was awesome! He left no stones unturned when questions were asked and offered me to call him if I had challenges. He is very informative and personable. He made it extremely comfortable for me to use Turo again. Of course, I would certainly use his vehicle again, clean and road worthy.

I was very concerned going into this as it was my first time using this service. I’ve always done the bigger companies so this whole concept was a little suspicious for me however it could not have gone smoother. My host great and very responsive. Booking was simple. There was no car compromise, no lines, simple pick up instructions. This is definitely something I would do again and suggest more people start taking advantage of as well. The down side since there’s always one is the mileage cap. It’s understandable however if you were traveling it would not be cost effective by any means.

Picked up Jaymz’s Jeep as planned after dark and during my short drive I noticed that the Jeep pulled to the left while braking and had play in the steering. This was quite a challenge and it was getting late, so the next morning I reported this to Jaymz and returned the Jeep to the pickup location.

This was my first time using Turo. My completed reservation went very smoothly. I had a prior reservation that I had to cancel because they could not accommodate a second day that I needed for the rental. After canceling the reservation I received at least a half dozen harassing messages from the host. I was called names accused of being trashy rude and a liar. All of this was simply because I canceled the reservation. I contacted Turo to intervene and no one ever reached back out to me. Honestly this situation has left me feeling a bit unsafe as this host is extremely hostile and now has my home address. There should be some repercussions or at least some regulations with regards to harassing a guest. I am uncertain about the safety of the Turo app going forward.

This was my first time using Turo. I heard about it through my Uber driver the application and process in order to book a reservation for a car was very easy, and all the instructions were there to include downloading the app for the site my car came from the NGO brothers they brought the car to my location in Plano Texas which was excellent, and also picked it up at the same location when I returned. They require you to take pictures of the vehicle before and after your drive and load them into the app, which I think is excellent. The car was clean and smelled good. The car got me to my destinations and returned with no issues.

Turo allows me to browse vehicles normally not found on rental car lots, with the mileage allowance and daily cost listed up front, along with reviews of the specific vehicle. I can narrow down my search quickly and find THE car that fits the occasion. Some hosts offer the convenience of having the car waiting at the airport when you arrive. No lines. No hours of operation. No inept employee telling me even though I reserved and paid for a car it wasn’t available. Turo is how I will rent a car from this point forward.

Johnathan is such a sweet person and is amazing with communication. I was warned about the amount of gas that this truck took, but the gas lasted a while.
