The app is simple and very convenient to use. I was just wishing there were more discounts or incentives for loyalty or length of use. Besides the free day after ten days of use but only once a month seems a bit weak and could definitely be improved. Although the incentives seem a bit scarce the app and all it has to offer are awesome in a pinch and I have very little to say negatively.

I will definitely recommend and use Turo for all my car rental needs. So easy to rent and the van we rented was perfect for my family and extremely affordable. We could not find anyone who rented this size of van. Until I heard about Turo. And we got to rent it and take care of everything from the comfort of our home.

I really liked the car selection, the app and the interactions with the car owner. The app was very simple and intuitive. I would definitely use again. I still need to do some comparison with typical car rental places. Only thing I felt was a bit of a shock were the additional costs after the price of the car rental. But I enjoyed the car I rented very much and had a very positive experience.

My first experience with Jake and his Tesla was so awesome I rented with him again. 10 out of 10 recommending to anyone wanting rent a car. I usually rent with a company like Enterprise but I wanted to try something but different. The process of pickup and drop off was way less time consuming.

Car was exactly as described. It was clean and tan well. No problems at all. Loved that we could pick up at airport and drop off there too. Air conditioning worked well. Owner was good to deal with. All questions answered timely. Would recommend to a friend. Have used a Turo before. Good experience each time.

The website was very easy to use and follow along with. Booking was a breeze and I was updated every step of the way. Plenty of vehicles to choose from various price ranges. Will definitely will use again. Vehicle owner was great to work with as well. Love that there was a option for drop off and pickups outside of the various meet locations.

I booked a Toyota GR86 for a rental through Turo for June 16th - June 19th. Booking through the application was relatively easy. Unfortunately that was the only easy part of the process. I had a notification from the host that the car was ready to be picked up the night before my arrival at SeaTac in Seattle. I had paid extra to pick the car up from the airport. Upon landing I messaged the host to see where I could locate the car. I then received a call from the host letting me know that not only was the car not there yet but it was in the process of being dropped off by the previous renter and that I would be responsible for making sure the car was in good working order, clean and without damage. Seemed a little off to me but I was in a rush to get to an interview so I figured I would deal with it.

I found Turo app very easy to use. I found the car and the price within my budget. I had a small incident that required road side assistance and Turo road side assistance was great. My host was great. He delivered a clean, full tank great car.

Whitney was a fabulous host! This was my 1st using Turo, and I was pretty nervous about what to do, how to do it all, and was very unsure of the process. The Acura was immaculate and rode great. I appreciate her kindness and courtesy and would absolutely use Turo with Whitney again.

I would love to rent this car for the future. Nice to drive and very clean car inside and outside. Keys less and low miles car. Everything was perfect. I am happy it’s was close to my house to pick up the car. Thank you to Ghost. Responded my questions quickly. Easy to self check in and check out.

Why is my is the trip fee same much as the car is like car can be 100 dollars another 100 to pay. Why is that? What is the reasoning of the trip fee? I mean you can go to rental car place and pay the same much. Please email me back about this. Thanks again. Car was great.

Easy & quick access to a vehicle whether in your hometown or while traveling. Less expensive than typical rentals. And you can pick your vehicle in advance. Since I’m in beautiful, sunny Myrtle Beach, I chose a cute Fiat convertible to use when my personal auto was in shop for repairs.

This was my first time using Turo and Jesse made the whole process very easy and convenient. I accidentally selected the wrong pick up location and he allowed me to modify the location which was very nice. The communication was on point, the car was clean and drove great. I didn’t have any issues and will definitely be renting from him again.

Excellent customer service skills, smooth transaction. I guess I found my keep on whenever I need to borrow a car. As a matter of fact, I rather do a Turo, than a car rental. Similar, but different. Turo is the way to rent a car, if you have the need to rent a car.

Good experience. Great communication until next to last and last day, but okay. I realized I did not need the car the last day and I sensed s/he got mad. He/she denied my request which is understandable and then communication seemed to stop. I kept trying to reach out and see where to leave keys and no reply. Before the request for early return, he had been very quick and helpful responses. I kept the car the full amount of time and that was fine. Overall had a great clean car and great experience.

Owner was very kind. I was over an hour late to pick up and an hour late to drop off. He was very communicative and was very gracious and let me change my reservation time. Definitely would consider this vehicle again. Super easy to drive. The car was very clean, smelled great, and had loads of cleaning supplies to help us clean after our hike. Charging was a breeze with the included attachment in the trunk.

First host cancelled two times fluxing the rate more expensive since prebooked for early bird discount when cancelling. I only had half day so no discount and not many cars. Then the host Leo I rented from had a vehicle. He was great. Leo after experience provided a discount code for future rental. Turo could do better with customer service. Did live chat and phone call. 3 agents and none were helpful or knew their job.

Great ride! Was clean, gassed up ready to roll. Easy pickup and drop off. Really nice vehicle. I really like the adaptive cruise control, leather, ipass, and sunroof. Drives really smooth and has really good fuel economy. Perfect road trip car for 2-3 people with bags. We Will definitely be a repeat customers, great communication.

We received the Jeep on time. It was perfect. The person delivering the vehicle was so pleasant. Showed us the features of the vehicle and picked up the vehicle too.Great experience. Will continue to work with Turo when we are out traveling with our RV and need a vehicle.

Most of the time vehicles are in good shape and owners are decent. The past two times weren't so great. The last one I rented the vehicle was good. But I got charged a bunch of cleaning fees when I know I didn't violate the cleaning policy. The one before that was absolutely a horrible experience. The vehicle wasn't up to par and I had to pay out of my own pocket to bring it up to par and make it SAFE to drive. The vehicle owner also was a nutcase and spewed a bunch of lies and tried to make me give him $400 on top of the $2000 I already spent between the rental fees and maintenance I spent on HIS VEHICLE...

This was my first time using Turo. I was skeptical going in but everything went well. Nice vehicle, nice owner and I was able to drive something special for the price of something average. The Turo APP works well and the remote lock/unlock is a nice feature. Good variety of vehicles to choose from, which made it easy to find just what I wanted.

My experience was effortless and awesome, will definitely recommend Fredy to anyone. Fredy was friendly courteous and pleasant both at pick up and drop off. Turo is a new and exciting new was to get a car for the weekend for leisure or business. Best experience ever with a car share service.

Except for the small issue that we encountered when we were getting ready to leave to head back home we had an excellent trip. The service was great. The roadside assistance could have been a little bit faster but the gentleman that showed up was awesome and he stayed until he got the job done so kudos to him. We appreciate it and we will be using the service again. Thank you so much Turo.

Our trip Got off to a rough start. Our host didn't have things set up correctly for us to gain access to the vehicle. But Turo staff was on it. They didn't stop till we had a vehicle to drive. Our host Russell came at 1:30 in the morning and saved the day. I will continue to use turo however I will never book with the first host ever again!!

The pickup and drop off went smoothly and the host gave permission for me to extend my trip by 3 hours. It was my fault that I didn’t see the response in time, so I returned it at the agreed upon time. (No fault of the host) It was my 1st time driving a hybrid car but I googled how to start it & shift gears. Excellent gas mileage!

The service was exceptional. The car very clean, in excellent condition. The attention was great. Fast response. Very affordable. And they have many options that can work for you. We needed it for a wedding and it was perfect. App is easy to use. We are thankful for the service.

I have now used Turo a few times and all in different states. Every experience I have had with Turo has been great with no complications. Everyone has been super friendly and helpful. Turo is definitely my first choice when renting a car. It has been far less complicated and far more money saving than any rental place we have looked at.

We had a great experience. Enjoyed driving a Jeep around during the SuperCopa soccer tournament. Kyle was a great host, and all went smoothly. We had a 25 one way commute to the fields everyday and the unlimited miles option really helped!!! Would certainly rebook if back in the area in the future!

Very easy to book my trip! I got to choose from multiple cars that were in my price range. Checking in and out was simple and I was able to get clear directions and any questions I had answered. The ability to add extras to my trip was also a great feature. Will definitely be booking through Turo again.

I was pleasantly pleased with the process and our host. The only negative comment I have is there wasn’t enough vehicle selection for the size of our family of eight, very happy with the one we did find. Rental price good but watch out for add-ons for insurance and delivery fees.

Was cautious at first this being new to me. But the simplicity and the host I had for my first experience made it great. The reservation was smooth and easy. The pickup was very accommodating and easy. The vehicle was perfect and a dream to drive. Return was perfect. No complaints but I wish I was using Turo sooner and my host serious too.

This was our first time using Turo and it did not disappoint! We had a very easy pickup and drop off experience with the owner. We were flying into LAX with children, which is stressful in and of itself, but getting to the car was a breeze!! Will definitely use this service and owner again!

My 1st time booking oN TURO, Jennifer was such a great communicator, easy instructions and her car was so roomy and clean In And out. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I am definitely gonna book again when I need a vehicle. Love this Turo app and I highly recommend it. The vehicle was good on gas also and fit my family that came in to visit. They lo either vehicle too. I highly suggest to support these small businesses, they truly deserve it. 5 stars from me.

From the very first message sent, John was friendly and very helpful. The 2023 Dodge hornet was a treat to drive, it was delivered perfectly clean and ready to go. I will definitely use Turo again....and again. I was worried about the large amount of bugs we accumulated driving through the desert and contacted John and was happily told to not worry about it, it was a relief to me. Great service.

Smooth ride. Car was immaculate. Would definitely rent again. Received excellent customer service and the option to extend the trip was a nice bonus. My Turo host Parag was excellent as well. Look forward to doing business in the near future. The price was good and mileage was fair for the amount of days. Was able to take family on friends on the ride around the city.

I rented a luxury car which I paid $500 for a 4 day rental. The car was dirty when I picked it up in the interior and the “Maintenance Required - bring to dealer” light was on. The car had a little over 7/8 of a tank of fuel but clearly was not full. After returning the car with a full tank of gas, on time, the host gave me a 4 star review, claiming that I returned the car dirty (is that my problem?) and that I falsified the mileage (clearly I took pictures which showed the mileage). That was my first rental with Turo, and since I am only a 4 star renter, and cannot see exactly what he “rated” why bother returning? I can go back to National Car Rental and pick up anything in the lot and not worry about reviews, pictures, mileage, etc.. What a horrible experience.

The process was very smooth and painless. Pricing was very competitive vs rental car. Easy to communicate with the owner, and coordinate pickup and drop off of the vehicle. Wide selection of option for cars, make and models and the pricing wasn’t too insane when selecting a larger car. I will definitely be using again.

In my recent Turo trip I search for vehicles that did not have no pets allowed on their profile. This was my only second time renting from Turo. Then when my trip was over, I was charged 166 because they said I broke the policy of bringing a pet, I did not deny. I had a pet, and I am willing to pay the pet fee for the miscommunication but I have not received anything back on. If I can rent a vehicle again I do have a trip coming up in like three days and I am unable to rent a vehicle.

Outstanding experience renting the vehicle from Turo. From the personalized experience to the competitive price, to the outstanding choices, Turo was well above the regular rental companies. Very satisfied. Our host was super friendly and knowledgeable.

Cory was a great host and provided an amazing experience all around! Easy access from the Turo app and the car itself was perfect! Cory hands down has the best selection in the whole county and always has cars available. I’ve rented from him multiple times when In a pinch and he has never failed me.

After I left my host a good rating, he turned around and say it was damages to his vehicle so he can use the insurance. I left the vehicle with absolutely no damages. I left the vehicle with valet because the host told me to leave it with valet upon returning it and then a day later the host reports damages to the car. This was absolutely the worst experience I ever had with renting a car and it’s not the first time the host had did this to someone. I will never rent with Turo again.

Was the easiest car rental I have ever done. I will for sure use Turo again. Goodbye mainstream car rental companies. John was easy to deal with. Answered my questions in minutes. Car was exactly as promised. Clean and gas tank was full. A +++++ 5 stars all the way. Can’t wait for the next road trip.

For first time I rented a car with TURO, It was happy, very nice SUV car with lot of safety features, plenty of room for passengers and baggages. Customer service helpful, the Host was good communication and very easy & convenient when pick up and return the car with different location, lastly, the rental cost was reasonable.

I been renting with Turo for over 6 yrs and never had no one lie on me then send me a discount code to come back and rent again with them. The host sent me a bill for $275 for a smoke bill and I don’t even smoke and didn’t smoke in the car but found wraps from another renter or the host and was charged for it.

Car pickup and delivery went great. Good communication and satisfying vehicle for our trip. Was surprised by a cleaning fee charge out of nowhere. Car owner never contacted me with concerns and left a review that he hoped I’d return to use the car. My card was charged this fee without even a warning. Not pleased with how that was handled.

The car was clean, smelled good, was ready for pick up and even had a spot for me to pull back into upon return! I will definitely rent this vehicle or others offered! There were no issues whatsoever. The host was very welcoming and greeted me with a bright smile. Pick up was quick and seamless, in and out in about 5 minutes.

Highly recommend! Both cars I rented were clean and in great shape - they were exactly as advertised. The owners were both great to work with. It was a seamless transaction! Our flight got delayed and I was able to extend the rental with ease. I will use this service again and again!

The Audi Q5 drove nicely and was a comfortable car. The description didn't indicate previous body damage; though it did not affect the vehicle's performance, the price didn't necessarily differentiate it from other vehicles in nicer condition. Michelle did a great job communicating prior to pickup and again prior to drop off.

This was my very first time using Turo. I would absolutely recommend Turo. It was fast and especially convenient. Last minute I needed a rental for a quick over night trip and my daughter suggested using Turo. I booked my rental at 2:30 a.m. for a 6:30 a.m. pick up time. I didn't have to wait until the traditionally rental car places opened up. I didn't have to worry about a security deposit and or credit card to secure my rental. The rental fee was decent and cost efficient.

This was a great find! Very nice GMC Acadia, clean inside and out, smelled good, ran great! Had plenty of room and drove smoothly. Marlos communicated efficiently and was at the airport upon our arrival and again on time for our departure. Definitely recommend Marlos and this vehicle and we will be looking to rent this vehicle again for our future visits.

Booking was so easy and provided excellent customer service! Once I landed at KOA, Acura was right where I was told to pick it up. The was exactly as shown in the photos. I had to add an additional day with no problem. I sent a message via Turo app. I received a reply quickly. I felt confident I could reach out anytime. I highly recommend renting a car from them. In certain U.S. cities, finding a rental car is an absolutely horrible experience. There's a scarcity problem, which makes the prices absurd. TURO was a great way around that issue. The process was straight-forward and there were better car options available than you'd find with a conventional rental car company.

I rented a minivan in Hawaii and was very pleased! The pickup, communication with the owner, and drop off was super easy and quick. The van was clean and had plenty of room for everyone. I will definitely use Turo again. Not much more to say other than that. Turo is great!

Car, service and expections all met. Would highly recommend top journey!!! Car wash was beyond what was expected and any questioned I had were answered ASAP!! Could not have asked for a better experience for my first time. Will be doing this again next trip. I can’t wait until I can get in this car again.

My rental experience, and dealing with a vehicle owners was fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Turo again. However, I have a couple issues that I’d like to point out. First the location tag in the Turo app was incorrect and I had to find a find a location on my own. It was about 15 minutes away. The owner said this was a recurring problem. Second, Turo does not give you a full summary of the predicted bill; only the car rental fee. They essentially double the rates for their fees, which is a bit of a surprise. A little more transparency upfront would be appreciated.

Tampa FL is my first city to rent a Turo car. The quality of not just service but quality the car was excellent. The cost was much better than the agencies at the airport. Next time I travel back to Tampa Florida I'll be looking to tb rentals on the turo app.

I have only rented twice thru Turo because I only just found out about it from my daughter. I was skeptical at first but she convinced me to try it on a work trip and it was so easy. The whole experience was lightyears ahead of the rental car nightmare at the airport. I am never going back to traditional rentals. Turo is so much more convenient and you get a clean car that you actually want to drive.

First time user. App was very easy to use and great selection of vehicles. Easy communication with owners and super simple pickup. Rentals can include most of what you need including extra insurance for a decent price and many renters offer nice add on services if you are on vacation like car seats, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella and much more. Much easier and cheaper than traditional rental agencies at airport.

My first time using Turo and I will certainly use again. Everything was as advertised and communications were grand. I did not take the insurance which I find pricey but I decided to rely on my own. We had no incidents. I give 5 stars to the owners of the vehicle. I will be using Turo again.

This was my second trip renting a car using Turo. I was very pleased with both trips. I was able to find a car that fit my budget. Both hosts were five star hosts. They were helpful communicated well. The cars were clean and ran well.

Easy to use app, no hidden fees. Will definitely refer family & friends. I literally was in need of a vehicle due to my truck breaking down. I was referred to Turo not knowing what to expect and I was registered and approved in minutes.. It took longer to pick a vehicle that met my needs than it took to sign up.

Wasn’t allowed to pick up car at airport. Had to shuttle to the car rental center! Was charged a pickup fee, plus a trip fee!! It is very misleading when seeing the daily price for a vehicle, therefore not satisfied with this in spite of a “7 day discount fee”.

To be honest I was hesitant to use this app simply because I’ve never had to, but hey I needed a car for work, mine was being worked on, so I tried it, and I had a great experience. Quick responses to my requests and questions, nice clean well maintained car, all info filled out online, it was a breeze.

Recommended this app to my mom and others while in Texas visiting. This was my first time using the app and I liked the way it’s easy to select the car pick up and just go. I would even use it in Chicago for a luxury date night. Thanks so much!

My first experience with Turo was really terrific! I rented a car from Yaser, a Lexus hybrid which was very easy on the gas and a lovely driving experience. Yaser is a very great host and met me at the airport for arrival and departure making it very easy for me. I really enjoyed my Turo experience and highly recommend this company to everyone.

I was unable to make the return time for the vehicle so I had to cancel the trip. Art was great. He checked to see if a different return date could be possible. Unfortunately it was not, no problem. I’m very satisfied with Turo and the car provider and look forward to doing business again.

I enjoyed the trip and the platform is solid. But the car Toyota Corolla that was given to me has a big dent on the fender above the front tire driver side and this was never mentioned in the contract and above all the car was due for servicing long before it was assigned to me. As it displayed on the dash.

Have a great time with this 15 passenger van even though there was only eight of us riding in this van. Comfy van for a 15 passenger, nice ride, plenty of power to get up the mountains, very clean and well taken care of. Full tank will get you 400 mi with no problem. Went from Fresno California to Anaheim California and only used up a little over half a tank. The renter was very responsive to any questions I might have. Will definitely rent from this renter again if I'm in the need for a passenger van.

This was so much better than our experience dealing with a traditional car rental service. Looking forward to using it again. Only complaint is that when viewing the messages, the app kept automatically scrolling to the bottom of the message when I was trying to read the detailed instructions and photos on how to find my vehicle. It was pretty frustrating because we were trying to deal with locating a car we weren’t familiar with in the pouring rain inside of a shuttle with people waiting for us. It would also be nice if there was a place for that information to live on the app instead of a direct message.

Car was clean, instructions clear & easy, description accurate. Very cost effective option - did not need a fancy car, just a functioning car for commuting. Much more convenient than rental car companies. Responsive host. Would definitely use Turo again if I needed a car. Helpful to be able to add partner as additional driver too.

Our host was texting at 11pm the day before our 7am pick up. She kept asking for my driver’s license picture after I had sent them in and was approved with Turo and then when I picked up the car she wanted it again. I was able to return the car 3 hours before I was supposed to and still had to pay for the gas after I let her know she never told me about having to refuel. Had I known that beforehand I would have filled it back up but she only kept asking for my driver’s license. Unpleasant experience with Turo and I don’t plan on ever using it again and won’t recommend to anyone I know. I’m going to contact the BBB as well.

Never heard of Turo before my trip to Montana. I was able to rent a Cadillac Escalade at a very reasonable price. The truck was clean, in great condition, and drove without issue. It was the best car rental experience I have ever had. I will definitely exclusively use this service for my rental needs. I will make sure to recommend Turo family and friends from now on.

No problems, the car took us to our destination and back safely, clean, the host communicated with us, told us exactly where to pickup and drop off. The tire lowlight came on. I took to Les Schwab, they checked out rest the air pressure, family felt safe to continue on our way.

This car was awesome just as I expected it to be. The pictures matched the car exactly. It was clean and smelled good which is a plus for me. Macee was easy to reach when I had a few questions during the rental. Pick up and drop off was a smooth process too. I definitely would recommend renting from him.

This is great app .Anyone can use it responsibly, just follow guidelines and instructions. GPS guided me right where I needed to be to pick up vehicles. I like the fact that cars are in open areas. A sporty, fun Jeep was delivered to our resort, making it so easy for us to enjoy our day. Much more convenient than having to go to pick up a rental and then return it at the end of a full day of sightseeing. This was our first time using Turo but it definitely won't be our last!

We used Turo on our recent trip to Hawaii on Oahu and the big island. Both of our hosts were fantastic and made our trip unforgettable. I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about either experience. Pick up and drop off went off without a hitch. Our second pick up (the big island) gave us the opportunity to use the app for locating and unlocking the vehicle. This process was new to me, but didn’t take much to get comfortable with using.

It was nice knowing the specific make and style of car we would pick up at the airport. While the car had a couple of minor dings, it was fully functional and met our needs. The owner communicated quickly and the process for picking up the car at the airport went smoothly.

The process was smooth again. Car was super easy to find, and clean. It was a smooth ride, and very good in gas. Barely used 1/4 of a tank. I will definitely rent from Konastine again. Your trip fees are outrageous and make using your app to rent vehicles not worth and wish I went to rental company which I will do next time. This was my first time using Turo. In markets where cars are limited due to heavy vacation areas, this is a good option. The App was great and car providers were very flexible. A bit expensive from my viewpoint, but it made our vacation a success, not having to worry about the transportation side of things.

First time Turo user and the website was extremely easy to use. Host was kind and nice to work with. The check in and check out process was quick and simple. Car was great and extremely well valued. The Prius was well maintained and very clean and required just one refill for our long trip. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Due to airline delaying flight 2 hour we arrived at CLE and were in a hurry. This was our first TURO experience. It could not have gone more smoothly. We were off the plane and in our Turo car in about 10 minutes. Had we rented from a more traditional car company, we would have had to get on a shuttle and wait at a desk to check in and get our car. This made a huge difference to us and we were able to make up some time and get on with our trip. The communication with Turo was simple, smooth and efficient. The car was perfect, just as we had requested. I have already booked a Turo car for my next trip in Seattle. I definitely recommend using Turo.

The host said we smoked in a vehicle a DAY AFTER we returned a vehicle. She had checked it over, taken numerous pictures and rented it to someone else. Then the next day- that person claimed it smelled of smoke… but the host never noted anything during the pickup. So 2-3 days after I got charged another $257!!! Watch out.

Turo rates are expensive. I understand “supply and demand“ but when the company’s rate is almost equivalent to the rental rate, it’s too much. Going forward, I will compare to other rental agencies before I choose Turo again. Please adjust your rates with customer consideration in mind. Thank you for your time.

I got the car very easy. Turo made the experience very fast, and the company that rented the car to me was excellent. I would recommend Turo to anyone, it’s easy to sign up, and they approve you very fast. I’m am definitely going to be renting again through Turo.

I rented a van from the Turo app. for our family Disney trip in Orlando. The app was easy to use, the car owner was wonderful to work with and his vehicle was beautifully maintained. They brought the vehicle to the airport and we dropped back off at the airport. Very simple process and no waiting.

The worst experience ever. Check engine light on. Couldn't go where I needed to go in the reason on Mt needing a car rental in the first place. Host upset about a tire that he put an insurance claim in for and I wasn't held responsible for it so he then charged me 41 dollars for the gas which something was going on with the sensor because when I received the car it was on a full tank. Drive not even 10 minutes down the road and it said the gas was on E then is set on lying about the return of the gas and smoking which both statements are untrue. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Our host was responsive and provided excellent directions for pick up and drop off. I had a question about the procedure for pickup and our host responded right away. The whole process was smooth and made our trip enjoyable. This was my first time using Turo and I was pleasantly surprised at how well it went. I would 100% use Turo again.

My trips with Ron have been exceptional. My very first rental was through him and I have now used him three times. Two different cars both in excellent condition clean. My first time I was extremely nervous and he helped me and has been Fair and on time every time. Will definitely recommend to everybody.

The hosts are pretty great, the claims department are unfair to guests, never used Turo insurance....Use your own...Personal insurance will treat you better. I'm restricted now but when I wasn't it was a very dependable app. I've met some very cool people.... One day I'll be unrestricted but until then...Good luck.

Rented a car, broke down 3 hours from home, and were stranded for 2 days. After many looong phone calls and emails, they finally reimbursed us for the tow and an Uber ride home, but left us with the hotel bill (and lost income from missed work). Turo *might* be ok for in-town rentals, but they are NOT set up for problems on the road. If I could go back in time I would've just taken the train. Amtrak may be slow, but they're reliable.

We really enjoyed our experience of renting through Turo. There was a little confusion at pick up but after that it was a great trip. The car was great and fun to drive. Our host communicated very well. Checking in and checking out was simple. I will be using Turo again.

We rented a 7-seater and the vehicle was in great condition. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive. It wasn't clear to me when I would receive info on picking up the vehicle or turning in the vehicle. I also didn't look in the glove box (until the end) so didn't see other info about the rental, including that we would have to wash the vehicle. So I experienced some confusion compared to renting a car from a car rental agency. I will rent from Turo again now that I've been through the process and am more familiar with it.

Very good experience for many reasons: value, convenience, customer service. Did learn a few things for next rental: WFI on plane and airport may not available upon arrival. Check phone for "airplane mode" or any other settings which may prevent access to TURO information (including remembering password for app). Check airport map for parking garage for return; could not find ramp to 3rd floor, unable to return to original area. Rental was identical to wife's car making easy to use.

My whole process of picking a vehicle and then reserving my option was easy and was fast. The process of everything was very easy. My whole trip I was very satisfied with Turo. Until the very end. The person we rented the car from was nice and helpful and offered to pay a parking fee to pick it up at the airport. We read the rules about filling up the tank to how it was when we received it. So we did just that. We filled up the tank to full, and then went to the airport and dropped off the car. Messaged the guy and everything was good. Later that night when landed back home and saw he messaged us saying we didn’t fill the tank up all the way that we only filled it up 7/8s of the way. Asked us if we wanted to Zelle him the gas money or be charged through Turo for $15.

Very reasonable rates. Less than renting from a car rental agency. At least a 30% savings. I purchased additional insurance; also much less than insurance from a rental agency. My trip was horrible. The car that I rented had a tire blow out and left me stranded for 12 hours in the Mojave Desert. Roadside assistance from Turo was fair but I was stuck in the desert with no way to get to my destination. I missed my family celebration all together and one whole day of my trip. Then after I finally had a friend come and pick me up I still needed to get home which was 450 miles away. Turo's customer support told me to purchase either a flight or rent a car to get home and I would be reimbursed. But I was not and have not been reimbursed as of yet.

Turo's card payment platform will not accept my Zip code associated with my HSBC debit card. They have no explanation. They say it's the fault of HSBC. I have contacted HSBC many times about the issue, they have done checks, they can see when I have attempted to make a payment and DO NOT decline my attempted payment. I trust HSBC not Turo! The only way of contacting them is by chat or email. there is a phone # but it is automated so guess what, no one to explain the situation to. Also, when challenged they ignore you! Terrible company. Beware, do not do business with them.

The ride and service by Ricardo was exactly as described. Clean, easy to communicate with and a very simple pick up and drop off exchange. It was nice to just easily walk to the airport lot and after a few quick procedures be ready to drive off. Looking forward to our next trip in the Sarasota area.

Exactly what we needed. Did take the roof flaps off, very easy to remove and install. Keep drove well and the CarPlay made it easy to find our way around. Only issue was returning to a different location which wasn’t that far away from pick up. Professional operation/procedure.

I tried Turo because it sounded good in theory. I will not be using the service in the future. Logistically picking up and dropping off the car can be a challenge. The cost of a ride share doing this negates the savings. The procedure taking pictures and dealing with the App is also annoying. In the end Turo neither saved me time nor money. It only added layers of processes above and beyond car rental from traditional companies.

This was my first experience with Turo - and it was excellent. A friend unexpectedly passed away and I had to fly back for his funeral with only a couple days notice. I booked the flight but couldn’t find a rental car. Kayak led me to Turo and there was Tony with his 2018 Sonata. The process was easy to follow and quick to finish. The car was great - well maintained, clean, and a pleasure to drive. What topped it off though was Tony’s attention to detail, thorough instructions and great customer service. I was initially weary on renting a car though this app, as opposed to just renting from a dealership - but I am very glad I did. While dealerships have extra fees and holds on your card of up to 500+ for some companies, Turo is straight forward-to the point with rentals. Finding a car close to me for just a few days was done in minutes, where I had spent hours trying to figure out a rental. Contact was easy, the host was prompt with replies, and any extra fees I would be charged if I went over millage, etc - were laid out for me. Will definitely rent again, especially because it's giving money to people who need it versus car rental companies that have more money than they know what to do with.

This was my 2nd Turo rental. This time a key box was used instead of the Turo Go feature. Everything went flawless for this trip after I got to an area with ok cell service. I think what Turo needs to learn is places like the parking deck at LAS has horrid cell service. Therefore the app doesn't work. This is especially bad if Turo Go is in the mix for the rental. I had to walk to the side of the deck to get enough signal to upload pictures and complete check in. This isn't an option if Go is used to unlock the car and such.

The car was beautiful and the owner was really nice. I enjoyed it for the short time that I had. It was very clean. I will do it all over again. That was my first experience using Turo. I will do it again. The price is right.

I have been using Turo for a few years now. I feel that I get a better value than that of the traditional car rental companies. I have rented vehicles from your cookie cutter rental companies. When I have shown up, I've been told that they don't have vehicles available. Even though I pre paid for a vehicle. This hasn't happened with Turo!

The car was great, and the host was VERY helpful. As a first-time user of Turo, I did not understand the difference of having the car in the 'airport area' v 'the airport'. So I would advise being clear about that - it was a pain to have to go to another location with our luggage, etc. But really liked knowing exactly the car we would have, and again, the host was excellent.

What an easy experience. I rented a jeep from Chris. He communicated very well on how to pick up. He let me knw what we could and couldn't do. Responded when asked questions and was easy drop off too ..This just was all around great...Would definitely do this again.

This was my first experience with Turo, and I was not disappointed. The app is easy to use and displayed accurate information on the vehicles and makes it easy to communicate with the car owners. The service itself is free, and the rental fees are excellent! There is also a wide variety of cars to choose from. This service is a welcome relief, monetarily, from the cost of renting a vehicle from the major car rental companies. I was very pleased with the service and will use them again in the future.

I would recommend this service and this beautiful Subaru! It was very easy to pick up and drop off - the car was clean, and in good shape. The best thing was that it was very easy to pick up and drop off. Perfect service!

It’s my third time using her Mustang. Her and her husband are awesome hosts. I travel to Florida every 2-3 months and will continue to book them. If you’re in the East Central Florida area, look them up.

Rented a beautiful 2022 Camry Hybrid from Erika & Dan for five days. The car performed perfectly, was reasonably priced, and the entire process was as smooth as silk. They were very communicative and never took more than 20 minutes to respond to my questions and concerns. I will definitely rent from them again next time I’m in Vegas! Thank you Erika & Dan!

Since returning my vehicle I have been charged almost 800$ extra for complete garbage charges like “smoking in the vehicle” and “getting the car towed” when the host didn’t pick the car up on time and NOBODY smoked anything in this vehicle at all. I will never use Turo again.

The entire process was first class. From first contact with the Turo Team. My problem came after I drove off in the vehicle. I noticed there was a gap between the roof space, and the sun roof. Which made noise as I drove. Secondly, after check out. I got two notifications of due payments from the host. Which were totally fraudulent. As I've got the proof from photos I took before, and after my trip. Beyond that, I give 5 stars to the Turo Team for an outstanding professional experience.

Have used Turo for over two years. You have your pick of cars you want to drive. App is easy and quick. I have been fortunate to have great car owner to deal with no attitude no lines to wait in. Greatest app ever!!

I rented a car June 3-5 and was charged for tolls that were made May 3-5 which is clearly shown on the toll paper that was in the picture. I disputed it because it’s not my debt to pay, but you all took it anyway. It’s not about the $6.70, it’s about the principle and the fact that when or if I did accrue toll fines are you going to charge me again? Terrible business aspect of this company.

I rated this five stars because I was impressed of the service I received from Turo car rental company. They made it very easy for booking and they made it easy for me to pick up and return and extended days that I needed.
