Great trip, host was very responsive and provided and amazing experience with renting a vehicle. Vehicle was clean and well maintained. Ease of access with pick up and drop off location. Host was very professional and ensured I received good customer service. Will be renting from host again in the future and highly recommend renting with them.

A light came on about need to add water and that happened a few times, the owner came where we were and put water in it. Then it needed a new water pump so he exchanged cars. We had 6 people so needed the bigger cars, there was different ways to put the back seats up for 2 of our guests and it was very frustrating. We really liked the first car and was used to it then second car then back to first car. Mathew was very accommodating but it got old after 4 or more times.

Alejandro was great! Car was delivered on time, clean and ready to go. Car exceeded expectations. Everything went according to plan. Will probably use Alejandro again. This Turo thing is great. A great selection of vehicles and great people who will rent them to you.

This rental was unbelievably easy. I received special instructions a few days prior to arriving by plane to my destination airport for unlocking and finding my car. I walked straight to it, and the app allowed me to unlock it. I found the key and the parking pass inside the car where I was told it would be. Then I left and enjoyed the Tesla Model Y for 5 days. Supercharging it was a cinch. I wanted a full charge so it took about 35-40 minutes, but if I would have been ok with 80% it would have been there in about 15 minutes. Returning the car was as easy as getting it.

I had such an amazing experience with Elite D on this rental. They answered my questions quickly. They made pick up and drop off easy. We had a family emergency happen and worked with us to make sure the car was returned on time. I would totally rent from them again.

This was the perfect vehicle for our road trip. The pick up and drop off was very easy. It drove so smooth with great handling. Bluetooth connection very clean inside and out. We loved the car so much that my daughter want me to buy her one for her second year in college. We will definitely rent this one again.

The whole experience was simple. I didn’t want to deal with Hartsfield Airport car rentals or parking, so this was perfect. Pick up was easy and pleasant. The car was in great shape and very comfortable. Drop off was easy. And all that despite us changing our pick up and drop off plans a few times.

Service was very good. Kept me up to date on travel, how to pickup car and location, car was clean and very nice. Return was a little confusing because the lot we were suppose to return it to was full. But that was really nothing to do with rental. Would use Turo again.

I had no idea what to expect from the service and it was a last minute decision to book. I was so happy with the ease of service and use of vehicle. Excellent experience and wonderful and easy host communications. I will definitely use this service again for business and pleasure travels.

We had a great time, it was a great car, it was easy to use turo, and we would definitely do it again. I would definitely recommend Turo to friends. We know some other people that swear by turo and they were right. It is better than renting from a rental car agency.

It was wonderful. As a new Turo client Brayden walked me through all the procedures prior to pickup! Brayden’s van was perfect for our group! Nice and clean! It ran great! The car seats he got for the kids were perfect! The van was comfortable and easy to drive. I would highly recommend Brayden as a host for a future trip!

Renting with the Turo app is so easy and convenient. We were looking for a truck to follow our RV to Kern River. We found a local owner in our city and he was very helpful and responsive. This is our second time using the Turo app and both times were a success!

I was in need of a car when I went to visit my brother. Our flight was scheduled to land after car rental hours. I saw an ad for Turo, and checked it out. I found what I needed at a price that was reasonable. Also, the person I worked with was extremely responsive and helpful. It was a great experience.

I'm very pleased with the vehicle & host. Communication & response time to texts was excellent. I don't know that the expectation of vehicle photos & vacuuming the vehicle prior to returning the vehicle was expressed on the front end clearly enough. This wasn't a particular problem for us as we were running early for the return check-in and we're able to take the time to accomplish these tasks and now that I'm aware of the expectation, in the future I'll be sure to add this task in to my time management scenario. I think in the TURO webpage the photos and vacuuming requirements should be more clear. PS: upon pick-up this vehicle was spotless.

I used TURO for the first time June 21st, 2023 because there were no rental cars available during the dates I was traveling. I found it easy to create an account and search for vehicles. I appreciate that the app or site showed the distance the vehicle is from the airport so that I could plan transportation to the vehicle. Here is what I really liked about the experience:

We had a great experience with Ken. He was easy to work with. The car was clean & easy to drive. Ken dropped off the car & picked it up from hotel. That made it really easy for us to find the car. We weren’t familiar with the Anchorage airport.

It was all smooth and good. We had a good experience and I'm gonna use the app again most likely. I wish to have some discount sometime because the price is not so low if you wish to rent a car alone. But if you share it's fine. Also in my area, there are not so many car. So every time I have to take Uber both ways and it's even more expensive.

The pickup and drop-off was close to me, the owner very friendly and made feel completely comfortable with using the vehicle. Inspected before and after for any damage. No complaints or any problems. Next time will pick a larger vehicle, very pleased with using this site and will use again.

Our experience with Bhodi, the man who made the car available to us, was excellent. He was very helpful, got the car ready for us on extremely short notice, and gave us a number of helpful tips about driving around the Big Island. The one time we needed to call him (about returning the car), he responded promptly and made a suggestion that saved us quite a bit of time. Five stars for him! We were 5 people (+ luggage, at times). Regardless, things were in reasonably good shape; it was clean and, externally, not unattractive. Four stars for the car.

Just make sure you fill the tank up before dropoff otherwise they will nickel and dime you on fees, but otherwise great time on our Hawaii trip. Will use it again and again on vacations and traveling where rental car selection is terrible. Also, ensure that you take pictures before and after as well.

Host was great. All good. The car was in excellent condition and very clean. He was easy to reach and responded almost immediately. We returned the car early, which wasn't a problem for our host. Most was easy. The app. A little difficult trying to add driver. Plan on using Turo for next trip.

The car is a real head-turner and was fantastic to drive, it was clean and in great condition. I had an amazing experience. Anh communication was super. When I first opened I was so nervous about putting all my personal information on there because I've been scammed so many times before in the past and the fact that I've never heard of Turo or anyone I knew for that matter so went on blind faith and man ole man, I'm so glad I did. This is by far the best vehicle rental app I've ever experienced. I told all of my friends about it and I definitely will be renting all of my vehicles through here from now on.

This is my second rental from Turo. This was last-minute planning and Jerry provided a great service. It's easy to navigate thru Turo. I contacted Jerrv and he responded quickly. Love his ride and it was awesome. Thank you so much Jerry! And thank you Turo for another Great experience!

I was a little uncomfortable to rent through Turo, because I had never done it before, but thought what the heck, it’s a third of the cost of a car rental company. If you are on the fence, let me tell you it was the best car rental experience I’ve ever had. Easy pickup and drop off, the car was immaculate and exactly as advertised. The host was professional and patient with my million questions, again I had never done this before. I will always use Turo in the future.

It was So easy. The Car delivered to me on A Sunday. In good shape and clean and had plenty of fuel. The Drop off was a quick and easy process. This rental was far away from any airport, and Other rental agencies were closed on Sunday. I would have had to rent an extra day and pick it up far away from my destination. Derrick, the owner was friendly and on time.

We rented a Jeep from Turo for the first time while at the beach in Mirimar. It was the easiest and best experience ever. Without a doubt, we will use it again! The process is fast, easy and user friendly. Anyone can do it! Turo is the way to go for affordable car rentals!

I had to cancel cause y'all want money in advance and y'all support staff is rude. Ask for supervisor. Y'all said 24hr. Still no supervisor. Called cause the lady never said anything cause she was very rude.

Easy pick up and drop off instructions and also good communication with the host. I have rented from this host a few times and if any problems they take care of it right away. I have no issues extending unless of course there was a prior reservation! Will definitely continue to rent from this host!

I had a great experience renting from Turo. Sean was an amazing host. The Subaru was a dream and Sean was incredibly accommodating. We went on a nice birthday trip to Santa Cruz for my fiance's birthday and the car was the cherry on top. I can't imagine an easier process compared to most car rental services.

Just went on a trip to San Diego for my birthday and originally have a rental setup through Hertz, but when I got there they wanted an additional 150 plus a $200 deposit, when I didn’t have enough on my credit card so I had to use my debit they wanted a $500 deposit! So I told them I’m gonna use Turo instead, so I started my search and was in a car within a hour! Super convenient, easy to use app and the selection of cars is insane! I’ll never rent from anywhere else!!!

Had a great experience with renting from Syed. His communication and professionalism made for an awesome trip. The car was in top shape and couldn’t have asked for more. The place was easy to find since I know Joliet I even know the area where the car was parked. |My buddy lives down the street. My aunt lives down Route 59. I was born and raised on the south side of Chicago. Moved there 40 years ago. Know the area very well. Car was very nice. Couldn't ask for anything better.

It was my first time using Turo and it couldn’t have been easier. The owner had 5 star reviews so I felt pretty confident. Pick up and drop off was extremely quick and easy. Better than with rental agencies. Considering this and the cost savings. I’ll be looking a Turo for future trips.

We picked our cute little Gus joa colored car up in the airport parking lot and checked in with Turo easily online. There was plenty of room for our luggage and we felt safe driving a car everyone could see coming from a mile away! We had a minor schedule change which was accepted immediately. I’ll definitely recommend!

My experience with Turo has been awesome. I have only used once. Sign up was easy, finding cars that would suit my needs within my living area was a breeze. The vendor that I used was extremely pleasant and the vehicle was perfect. Drop-off and pickup of the vehicle was so simple. I would definitely use Turo again.

I had an Amazing time with my rental, Fuad was excellent!! The Turo app was excellent... I wish there was an option to use Paypal Credit to pay. I was planning on renting a 2022 Corvette but the trip cost was outrageous, like $380.00 for just trip cost...Other than that I think it's a nice app for renting. Thanks!

The car itself was great and communication with the owner was smooth. I wish the app was more accurate with the pricing. The service charge is the same price as the rental plus insurance made the cost more than double what was estimated. It still ended up being cheaper than other companies, like Enterprise. And I like the fact that it isn’t an up charge simply based on the age of the renter.

Great host and vehicle. Host was flexible with our schedule and we had a great car to drive around for 4 days. When we picked up the car it was spotless inside and out and when we were done with it he met us at our hotel so we didn't need to Uber back.

My experience with Turo was wonderful! I was able to use the app easily, pick a vehicle close to me and be on the road quickly and easily without any hassles. The host was great at responding to any and all questions that I had and was great! I would recommend Turo to anyone!

We took our children to Disney and Universal Studios for the first time this summer. We needed a vehicle to take us back and forth from the hotel and get groceries, etc. The car we had from Gustavo and Turo was perfect and made the trip so much easier! It was wonderful to walk out of the airport right to a car without the hassle of waiting in another line for a rental. It was also super convenient to not have to pay tolls, and drop off at the airport was a breeze. Thanks so much!

Why Turo and not the big names for car rentals? The big names don’t open insanely early and only give you a type of car to rent. Turo, our awesome host, and our 2019 Toyota Camry dual exhaust were ready at 4am!!! We had a blast on our trip knowing that our ride was reliable, safe, and cool! I can completely recommend Turo to anyone for a smooth and worry-free time.

Easy process, and very convenient! The car pickup was a seamless process and very fast. The drop off was just as fast and the owner was very polite and helpful. I don't see how anyone could rent through a traditional car company anymore. It really helps to be able to know exactly what car you are getting. Especially if you need a good amount of space for luggage, car seats, and more. The prices seem to beat a traditional car rental company as well by quite a fair margin. Especially in the suv and van rentals. Would rent through Turo again!!!

Renting the car from Turo was quick and easy. My daughter recommended Turo after renting from. The car was exactly as the picture online. Carlton kept us continually updated on all aspects of the car. Car pickup/drop off location was very convenient. Pickup/drop off location was close to the Car Wash. Just had to drive through for free wash and vacuum. Would definitely rent through Turo again.

Everything went as smooth as possible. Vehicle was located where we were told it would be, It was exactly as described and served its purpose for what was needed. Correspondence with vehicle owner was excellent. I have rented a vehicle from a rental company in the past and was a little nervous about using a ride share company, but after this experience, my mind was put at ease.

It was great van with extras. Leather seats and a great stereo. I recommend Turo to everyone I meet. Awesome for showing my grandchildren Florida. The owner was attentive and helped with a small issue. He apologized for any inconveniences. Communication and instructions for pick up were easy at Tampa airport. Drop-off and pickup were easy. The rental experience for both times that we were in Maui and Oahu were great! The hosts were nice. They responded to our requests and questions right away. We were enjoying the cars. The cars were clean. Pick up and return were easy. We will definitely use Turo again for our travel needs and also will recommend our family member to use Turo as well.

I was in desperate need of a rental for work. Turo is reasonably cheaper than other major companies that have cars for rent and also you can actually pick the exact car you want. This is very convenient and much quicker and easier than the actual rental companies. The trip fees could be a little lower that are added on to the total but it's still reasonable, plus I add the minimum protection which can total up to a extra $100 on the total for a 4 day trip but like I said it's still reasonable. Turo is the NEW wave of renting cars. I appreciate everything they have done to make it possible to start my new job. Thank you for being there when I needed it most.

I got a Tesla and the reviews on the site were great. However we experience a bunch of issues from the begging the car was not ready for us. We had to wait at the airport for about 30-40 min. When we finally got the car it was not charge all the way. It only had about 50 miles to go on the battery. We had to charge the car at least 3 times in 3 days and we only drove for 200 miles at most. The car had warning lights on tire pressure malfunction. Generally when you get a rental you get a full tank of gas or at least a full charge. In this case I am not sure if I would do this again.

I have only used it once and the car owner was amazing. She waved all my parking fees for the airport. She also worked with me to pick drop off times and places that were both safe and convenient. The car was very clean. I didn’t really know what to expect but I had a great experience with Turo.

This was our first time using Turo. This was a great experience. The car was very neat, clean and well maintained. Elliot was flexible, and very easy to deal with when we had to extend the rental. We would happily use Turo and Elliot if we need a rental car in the future. We will certainly recommend Elliott to others as well.

Excellent car and service. Fair price. Insurance premiums a bit steep especially for excellent driver's record like myself. Your reservations very simple and I easily navigated on my part. Wide range of cars and prices. Definitely rent again if need a long term rental. Not so much short term or daily comparison between rental companies and Turo priced identical for short term rental.

This was my first experience with Turo. I had already done one survey. I’m very happy with the outcome of renting the vehicle and Karin was very helpful and informative. The airport was very convenient and directions were clear and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to rent from major car rental companies, the waiting in lines and higher prices is not worth it. The hosts have been great. They've made it fast and easy to pick up and drop off vehicles. They've also taken care of their vehicles, so you are getting better vehicles that you want to be in compared to a regular rental company. Overall Turo has been a great experience so far.

As a first time Turo user it went ok. I like how you can pick up on Sunday. As any new things go there was a learning curve. Having a car with only 10K miles was awesome!! Customer service could have been better!! I tried to end the trip early but was unable to do so.

I used TURO to take my daughter to her college orientation. We traveled for 5.5 hours and the trip was smooth. It was easy to book without the hassle that other car rental companies give. This my second time using TURO. First time was a very good experience but this time was a total disaster. First of all when we pick up the car there was key lock box on the door so I could not go over the vehicle with the owner. I did take pictures of some nicks and a dent on the passenger side of the door. Shortly after I returned the car and put the key in the lock box I got an email saying there was damage to the passenger door. I sent the picture I took to the owner and Turo but have not heard back from anyone. Learn a lesson that if I cannot meet the owner and will not rent from that person. Needless to say I am a dissatisfied customer!!!! Why the owner will not contact me is beyond me.

The car and my host were both amazing! My host was just that a great host! He was there when ever I needed anything. The car was clean, fun to drive and to look at, as well efficient for traveling. For my first time with Turo, it was a great experience!

We girls had fun buzzing around in Nic’s royal blue Land Rover Evoque! It was clean and fresh and sporty! Nic was accommodating. Fun seeing him driving his e-bike back to the airport on the last day to meet us there for drop off of his car. Friendly, personable and would highly recommend!

Turo is great, just wish it was a better deal than the big name brands. Turo is making way too much money off these people who are offering their vehicles to drivers. Turo isn’t having to pay for vehicles but they get just about the same amount of money for doing nothing.

Got a car for the family. We left San Francisco for Yosemite and then back to San Francisco. Seamless experience from the airport. Super friendly and Easy host/experience. We rented a 2022 Kia Sorrento for 12 days on the Big Island of Hawaii. Every step in the process was eas. Quick and efficient. The host brought the vehicle to us at the airport all clean and ready to go. We had great communication with her throughout the trip. We easily dropped the car off at the airport right before we flew home. We will not hesitate to use Turo again.

After our selection and reservation was completed, we received a notice of cancellation about a week later. This was alarming and caused a lot of stress on both parties' part. After calling Turo we were informed it was a computer glitch and would have to rebook…. In the end we got our car and communication was good with Randy.

This was an easy process and very convenient even at the last minute! I love this new way to rent vehicles and probably will never use Enterprise etc. again. It was just amazing how fast, easy, and amazing this rental was! It was my first of many! I look forward to the next rental!! This was my first time renting with Turo. I was impressed by the selection and price. As a first timer I felt the process to be a bit confusing. My biggest complaint is the inability to actually speak with someone from turo. I had several questions and tried various methods (phone calls, online chat, emails, Twitter) and did not once connect with anyone from the company. That lead me to guessing. Which did not give me confidence in the company or what I was doing.

Using Turo help us have a great time! Ease of picking up the car and returning it. Easy communication and helped us with getting around the city. I can recommend my friends to use Turo for their next trips. It helps us to save time and money. I’m excited for the next trip with Turo.

Trip was great. There weren't many issues outside the fact that there wasn't a very clear indication on how they would leave the vehicle and that I would have to drop off and pick up the owner. This was a major inconvenience and quite frankly a startling one for anyone who isn't comfortable.

I have had some harrowing experiences at the car rental agencies at LAX. So happy when I found Turo and someone would deliver the car to me AT THE CURB! What a treat. Also love the variety of choices. And finally I saved money!!! Even cheaper than Costco car rental. Second time using Turo and I love it. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to rent a car. I don't think I will ever use a traditional car rental again.

I had an unexpected cancellation on my reservation for Jeep in Colorado. The renter two days before my reservation canceled due to a mechanical issue. Touro responded quickly with five or six options at a reduced price. That was fantastic. It was flawless of rescheduling, a new reservation. The reservation went through flawlessly but I have not received the refund on the previous canceled reservation.

Booking was easy and convenient. The host was easy to communicate with and work with. Modifications were easy to do and did not seem to inconvenience host. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. The trip went smoothly without incident. Returning the vehicle was easy. Would definitely recommend to friends.

I appreciate how always their TURO has been for me in my experiences. My only complaint is one that can’t be fixed with how much distance it takes to get to the vehicles. Nothing but helpful guest and very issue I have had as far as a car accident I was able to get it passed over and it was taken care of with nothing more needed from me.

The host for TURO are local with a good variety of vehicles to meet my needs. The prices are reasonable and vehicles are safe and clean. I would and I have recommended TURO as a means of rental service to my friends and family. I also like the fact that we don’t have to leave a deposit which can get expensive sometimes.

I’m now a repeat Bronco renter of Turo. The hosts have been rad. I get my dream SUV on trips. I’ve even considered joining Turo as a host. Overall a fantastic experience that far exceeds commercial rental company experiences. Where else can you get whatever vehicle you desire? And you’re supporting everyday small business owners.

The car had an issue but Cole took care of it right away. He was very on top of things and his communication was timely and excellent. This is the second time we've used Turo and we have a third trip planned next week and are using a Turo host again.

My family rented Jeff's Ferrari FF for Father's Day for me. It was a dream come true. The car was everything it was advertised to be and more. Jeff communicated well before and after the rental. He provided a thorough tutorial on driving the car and gave a tip on a good destination given the mileage allowance. The fees after committing to the rental (insurance, Turo fees) nearly doubled the price, which was a bit of a surprise.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Turo. From the vehicle, to the host, to the pricing. The vehicle was clean and got good gas mileage. My host was attentive, timely and helpful. The pricing could not be beat (believe me I checked around). I used the vehicle to get around in Dallas/Fort Worth area during our family reunion. I made sure to recommend Turo to the people I spoke with. Overall great job Turo.

We needed an SUV. We went to our daughter's wedding and knew we would need the space in the vehicle. Communication with the owner was like texting with family. When I asked a question, Nakitia responded. There is even better convenience, they texted me the location where I would pick up, and I was on my way. Very thorough, and the car had everything they said it had. It was spotless.

Luis was great. All arrangements were perfectly made and all questions on my part were nicely answered. The car was extremely clean and ran great. No problems at all. Great communication and vehicle. Minor misstep with a dead battery but good service. Using the app to communicate and text is nice, very good response time, very user-friendly. Pick up and drop off was a little confusing, but this was my first time.

Was frustrated with the prices and options on sites like Expedia. A friend suggested Turo and I was immediately impressed with the variety of vehicles and pickup locations. The owner of the vehicle I rented was super easy to communicate with and the app was user friendly. Will definitely use Turo for future car rentals.

My personal experience with Turo was great. Woojoo and his Team were very detailed from start to finish and extremely polite, friendly and helpful to make sure my vehicle pickup and turn in was smooth and not complicated. Their vehicle was extremely clean with no mechanical issues compared to traditional rentals. I would not hesitate recommending their service to others.

I reserved a van for a family trip. The night before I was scheduled to pick up the van, I was notified that the van was no longer available. The next host I contacted did not respond for a couple hours. I was away from the hotel and my phone was dying; therefore, it was difficult to know how much time I could spend on the phone searching for an available van. When I got back to the hotel, I was able to contact Jerry. He was willing and able to get us his van by the next morning. He saved the vacation. The only difficulty was communicating on a pickup location. The location turned out to be great but the address wouldn't come up on GPS which created some confusion. Ultimately it was great but there were some pretty tense hours getting it worked out.

Ehimare was an excellent host for this first timer....Would recommend if traveling to Chicago! Very timely communication, took my stress to zero. Will use Turo in my future travels. It seems like the future in car rentals is here! Ehimare provided a clean car with a full tank. No issues.

At first, I was very happy with the host. When we returned the car we just didn't have time to vacuum the car so we left some dust and washable fingerprints on the leather seats at the back of the car. The host was aggravated claiming that the car is dirty and also claiming some stains in the leather seats. I didn't know that I had to wash the car and vacuum it, if I had the time, I surely will have done it as a courtesy, we do it when we rent with Hertz or Budget. Fortunately, I took pictures before using the car, showing that the stains, (that again, are completely washable) were already there when he delivered the car. As it is now, He expects me to pay for a detailed wash of all the seats. I wish I could have written a review about the host right after going through this hassle. At the beginning, he was very nice and welcoming, we appreciated that very much. I am glad I have the chance to do tell with total transparency what really happen. Thank you.

I ran across this app while I was renting with Enterprise. As with enterprise while working, traveling workforce, I had to drive all the way back to Arkansas once a month to renew my contract, but with Turo I don’t have to do such. There are some things I do like about this app and somethings I don’t like about this. The main thing I like about this app is that I can select any vehicle of my choice without having to have a major credit card like most rental companies require.

My experience was awesome. I had no issues with scheduling or extending my time when I needed to. My host was great. He responded to me in a timely manner and he was very polite when I meet him at drop off time. The car was great too. I had no problem at all and very good mileage on gas. I really loved driving that car!!!

Joshua is a nice and helpful person. This was my 1st time rent with TURO. I was calling and asking him about how to use the website, He was guiding me through the whole process. He was follow up and updated me about his van. He delivered the van on time. The van was clean and runs great. In the future if I needed to rent a van he will be my 1st choice.

I had a difficult time getting approved to rent a car from other places but Turo quickly approved me!! And without a credit card!! Turo is easy to use, approves quickly, and has a great selection of cars as well! Something for every style and every budget!! The app is super simple to navigate. Highly recommended!

My Turo canceled at 11pm the night before 8am pickup when I was on vacation. I had been in communication with the owner all day to provide ID, pickup coordination, etc. then…Canceled. No excuses, no explanation, and no extra compensation to make up for the massive and expensive inconvenience. I had to scramble to keep my travel plans and ended up paying hundreds more than necessary. Will not use again, totally unreliable with obviously no consequence for the owner.

My experience with renting with Alexey couldn’t have gone better! The Jeep was very clean, full tank, and awesome! We had a blast! He met us at the airport to give us the jeep and we dropped it off at the airport for him to pick up. It was so convenient. We will definitely be renting from him again when going back.

Joe had the car at the airport all clean and full of gas as soon as I landed. I personally rent my cars on Turo and this was my 3rd time renting from Turo. Great way to generate extra income. We sell cars for a living and renting out our personal vehicles has helped up pick up extra sales for us as well!

The GMC Yukon XL was a perfect vehicle to rent for our family vacation! Lots of room, clean SUV and actually good on gas! Pick up and rerun was a breeze. We will definitely rent again when we visit HHI, SC next year. Communication was easy and host Wylie was very accommodating!

It was pretty straightforward, and I really appreciate the contactless pickup and drop-off. The car already had a full tank of gas, and it was decently cleaned. The car was in a good location to pick up, and it felt like it was a safe area. The car was in good mechanical condition.

Check-in, pick up and return were impersonal but efficient. The car is basic but it does the job of taking one from point A to B without fuss. Aircondition could do with a bit of gas although I may be mistaken as the days were exceptionally hot. The car was in every way smooth and problem free. I will happily patronize them again.

I was quite disappointed with my recent trip in a 2020 Toyota Corolla. The odor in the vehicle was unbearable. I was forced to purchase an armour all canister to freshen the interior for bout 30 minutes after I picked up the vehicle. I communicated with the host about the odor and the host was not helpful. The host did not offer to have the car cleaned. Once I returned the vehicle the next day prior to the end of my trip, Turo assisted me into another vehicle within two hours. The host for the Toyota Corolla stated they would refund me a discount on the rental as well as reimburse me for my purchase on the air freshener. I have yet to receive any refund or reimbursement. The host went as far as asking if I had returned the vehicle on time after I already did the check out process through the app. Not a very pleasant experience and I hope it gets resolved with the host.

The host was polite and very friendly and gave me knowledgeable information and was available for me no matter the hour. If all hosts were like her it would be heaven each rental. She was very courteous about my time and made the pickup and drop off very easy in the process.

Mo's RAV4 was great! Highly recommend. He was VERY communicative which made pickup and drop-off very easy. The car was clean and drove well. This experience made me never want to stand in line at an airport car rental place ever again. This option was much more affordable and I got a midsize SUV for the same amount that I would've paid for a compact car.

My experience with Turo was great. The vehicle was a lot nicer than the average rental car for the same price. Rental check-in and check-out were incredibly simple and messaging the vehicle owner for a couple hour extension due to a delayed flight was a breeze. I will be utilizing Turo from now on any time it's available where I'm traveling.

Rented a Jeep on Turo and it was an awesome first rental experience. I had a great weekend getaway with my wife and we both had an awesome time in the Jeep. Joseph was a great host, very responsive even after I dropped it off and realized I left an item in it, he was quick to set aside the item for me.

I feel dissatisfied with my trip, due to an inconvenience in my trip with the car that I have rented, the owner filed a complaint for physical damage that was not caused by me, but unfortunately I have not seen it before to be able to report it, now I am waiting what will be the resolution and I don't feel calm, the other thing I want to mention is the purchase of the insurance. I think you should put only one insurance so that this does not happen to anyone else and I really feel insured during my trip, the fees can't change so that a rate is stable and it is not a surprise when you rent the car. Though at the end of the trip, to be honest I prefer to rent with a company that would pay the same as I pay with Turo and feel dissatisfied to feel that it is a scamming by Turo, believe me that if I can make a campaign to warn people of this I will do it because I do not feel that Turo is gaining the trust of the people with the way of operating.

My trip was good. Nice ride, good communication and good customer service from the owner. The car was maintenance and clean. I will use their services again. They even offered to extend if you needed or want more time to enjoy your trip. The car had a panoramic sunroof that was really nice and heated seats. It also had tinted windows to keep the car cool while enjoying the ride on your trip. My experience with this owner was awesome.

This was my first time using Turo. It is a great alternative to car rentals. I liked how easy and convenient it was. The app was easy to use. I liked that there were no hidden fees. It made me a little nervous not receiving lock box code until the day of picking up vehicle. Vehicle I chose was clean and well maintained. Turo host was great with communication. I will be using Turo again in the future.

When selecting a car, it is somewhat of a lottery because the host decides whether to accept or decline. After 1st accepting, our initial host had to decline; so we had to search for another vehicle. We hit the jackpot on our 2nd host. She was very accommodating and communicated with us throughout the trip. She was quite a pleasure to work with.

I was nervous renting on Turo. Thankfully, I was so wrong. It's much easier and more convenient than traditional rental car companies. And Emily was a super host! She stayed in close contact throughout the process, even dropping off and picking up the car from the airport parking lot. No lines and no surprises, like the car not being available or getting a car I don't like. I'll definitely rent from Turo and Emily again!

Got to say this was a lot easier than renting from a big company. It was easy to figure out the app and the truck I rented was awesome and great. I will use this app again. It is now forcing me to upgrade my vehicle but look forward to next trip.

This lovely couple are amazing!!!! They work as a team with you and make sure you are okay! They met with me both to drop off and pick up the car! I will definitely rent another vehicle of theirs!!!! They will also make sure you have a charger for whatever phone you have and cold water to drink.

This was my first time using the Turo app and it was so simple!! A few simple steps to get registered and approved to rent a vehicle. My host was proactive and available to answer all my questions. When I arrived at the airport, I followed the instructions in the app from my host on where to retrieve the vehicle and the keys were secured in a lockbox on the vehicle. The vehicle ran well and I had no mechanical issues.

This was my first time renting through Turo and I will definitely do it again. I loved the SUV so much that I am now looking into buying one. The process was so fast and easy. I was very nervous at first but the person I rented from put my mind at ease.

My rental experience was very positive. My host Fabio was great and made it very easy for me. However, my only criticism are the added fees that are double the cost of the rental. It would be appreciative to show all the fees up front. Otherwise, if I am in the area again I will use Turo.

This was so much easier than going to another place. Like why is it necessary to have a power bill to rent a car? Turo made it simple and easy just pick a car, pay and go. So simple. Too simple. Like why I didn’t I think of this before.

The experience was fun but not when you guys as a company 100 percent upcharge me for no reason. That's why I'm rating this app and probably won't even do it again like as in never again. When the Turo vehicle says 400 dollars for a day and then get charged another 400 after I check out and bring car back I was changed 1000 total. I'm like big red flag.

So I noticed a chip on this guy's window that I rented a SUV from.... I figured it was a previous problem that he didn't fix so I didn't say anything. The chip was from the key holder being rolled up in the window. It metal and chips the glass. The guy is blaming me for it and it crap. Also Turo is trying their best to see my side just be careful who you rent from. And check the car out good and report anything you see wrong.

I am not sure how many people that rent from them are aware of this but even after you delete your card payment Turo stills has access to them. Once it’s off the platform they should not have access but they do. Be careful with your cards!!!

Charged smoking fee when I'm in fact pregnant. The car was dirty upon pickup, I returned it clean. However, the scam of a host I had took pictures of the already dirty cup holders and planted ashes which resulted in me being charged $250 for something I had nothing to do with.

I had a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Turo to my friends and family. That is why I rated my experiences a 5Stars. This is the best car rental company. I'm so happy my friend referred me to this company. It is also easy to rent and very affordable too. Not to mention the unlimited miles and no deposit.

Our person was great with communicating with us about the car and even about the area on what to see. Car was in good condition and we made sure not to track too much sand inside of it when we went to the beach. Topped off the gas before returning for an early flight. He gave us great directions on where to leave the car and etc. Great first time experience using Turo.

The car was immaculate inside and out. Pick up at Westchester Airport was easy as Kuni kept in contact and we were able to meet him right outside of arrivals. The car return went just as smoothly. Kuni went out of his way to make this a very positive first time experience for two senior citizens.

Now that we have completed our first experience, we are true believers of Turo. Our vehicle was just as it was described. It was very clean and more than we expected. Our only problem was “us”. We were confused with the simplicity of picking up the car and returning it. We will do much better next time!

I am still waiting for the resolution and amount to be transferred back to my account that was debited from my account without my consent and no update on my issues reported from my end. This is pathetic support from Turo and very cheap tactics to fetch the amount from new customers, it was first experience for me with Turo and will make sure to circulate as much as possible to help others falling in Turo’s trap.

I would like to start off by saying Turo is the best. I love the wud variety of vehicles you can choose from. I’ve rented for a date. Business. And family get-togethers. The slingshot was fun and perfect in a city like Las Vegas. Felt like I stole the show. I would highly recommend choosing Turo. Vegas drop top is fast, friendly and precise about their rentals. Vegas Drop Top has rented two vehicles to me with no problem nor issues.

I would recommend Turo to friends and family! It's very personable in that my representative, Doug was so very helpful with very prompt replies to emails and texts. He even talked with me on the phone multiple times which was so nice since this was my first Turo experience. Our vehicle was AWD which was what we needed and I feel the price was great for what we got for an entire week.

The pricing can be so so depending on what you plan to do but definitely a better option than renting from a rental car company. Although sometimes to play it safe I prefer unlimited mileage. Definitely got a customer for life here. Fast getting the vehicle and fast returns. No hassles about cc or insurance. Only complaint I would have is the service charge from Turo is a little excessive at times and you shouldn't keep the customer's money if they decide to cancel. Great job Turo!!!

Our host Fortes was great. He was very communicative and attentive to our needs and concerns. The car, a compact, automatic Honda Civic was clean, comfortable. Fortes was on time at pick up as well as drop off. Our two day trip out of London was great and very enjoyable. I would 100% recommend Fortes to anyone visiting London.

Turo is very easy to use and it’s better than going to a rental place because you get the car you exactly want and sometimes you even offered a discount with some host. As long as you stay in touch with the host you should be fine. I definitely recommend you try it out.

The car was located where it was promised to be. It was clean and drove very smoothly. The owner was prompt and quick to respond to any questions. The check in and check out ran smoothly. I would definitely use their services again. The trip was a success because the Turo rental started the trip off on a smooth start and everything else followed suit.

Super easy to use, very happy with the slingshot I rented. One thing I wish is that it was more upfront with the Turo Fees on top of the cost per day as it caught me off guard but honestly still very worth it!! The person I rented the car from scams people into insurance saying you did something to the vehicle. It was my first time using Turo and I'll never use it again. People are scamming people. Worst experience ever. Had me pick take pictures of the cars you rent before and after. This was my 1st time using. He had me pick up the car from a dark garage and get the keys from a security guard. Now he's claiming I did something to the vehicle. Smh. I'm so upset.

The Kia was awesome and clean. The transactions was smooth and I wanted another Day and it was no hassle getting but most of all the price was the best and I will never look anywhere for a truck. My experience with this service was excellent. The car was everything I wanted and more. My new bride was very, very pleased as were our guest. Everything was great. Easy pickup and drop off and my host David was great, quick to respond to all my questions. Definitely will use and recommend this app

We rented a vehicle for a recent family vacation and the entire process was seamless! The cost was half what we would have paid through a rental agency and the ability to select exactly what type of vehicle we wanted was extremely helpful travelling with small children and knowing our car seats and belongings would fit. The car itself was spotless and exactly as promised, ran perfectly and our host was extremely responsive and gave very good directions for how to find the car at the airport once we arrived. Would definitely use Turo again!

Very simple easy way to rent a car. Good to fair rates. Depending on availability in local area. Most pick up and drop off have been very convenient. I do enjoy and recommend the app to everyone. Service fees/insurance could be a bit lower. But not a deal breaker at this point

This was our first time using Turo! We thoroughly enjoyed the ease, quality and affordability of booking our car for a weekend up state. It really made our trip so memorable because renting the car was incredibly hassle free. Would highly recommend if you need to rent a car and are tired of rental car companies lack of service, high prices and inflexibility!

The deposits, waiting in line, the availability mishaps… With this App you are able to simply anywhere in your neighborhood to pick up your vehicle.. and they even offer to deliver it to you! It is all about the convenience for me! Turo is it for me!! Happy Customer!

The car we had was great, clean and sanitized. Fully met our expectations. They were flexible as always needed with flying. Very happy that we were able to go this route with the ease of pick up and drop off! The host was able to make sure we had everything we needed and met us at the drop off in order to pick up the car! Great service.

Becca was a great host and the car was perfect for our family at a great price. Much better than renting from a commercial company. Should have read a little closer to know there was no backup camera but that was a minor inconvenience in an overall great trip. Communication and ease of pickup made this more simple than a commercial rental also.

The owner was very nice to deal with and he was flexible with pick-up and drop-off locations. The vehicle was clean and performed flawlessly. Overall a very good experience. These are the biggest reasons that I use Turo. I really have nothing more to say. Have a great day driving your Turo car!

I would rate this company a 5. The host are well trained in cleaning and sanitized vehicle. Which makes a client so comfortable in the vehicle environment. The vehicle that was posted was exactly what I was delivered. Such a great vehicle. Syed, our host, went above & beyond to meet us at the station that was 7 1/2 hrs behind schedule. We definitely would use Turo again for our vehicle rental preference.

We had an excellent first time experience with Turo. We didn’t have to wait in lines with a commercial rental car company. It was very convenient and easy to use. We had great communication with owner who provided us with excellent instructions during pick and return of the vehicle. We will definitely use this service again.

My experiences with my Hosts have been AWESOME, but I was a little disappointed with the customer service I received when I called Turo Support, during my last trip. When I first called the CSR told me she needed to put me on hold which, I understood her to say 5 minutes. (WOW!) Five minutes may go by quickly, but you don’t tell a customer that’s how long they’ll need to wait. A couple of minutes is good and if it passes that, you should go back and let the customer know that it may take a few minutes longer.... never happened!

This was the best experience ever and Andrew was the best host. This is a lot better than Enterprise or any other rental service by far. I have told a lot of my coworkers and they will be trying TURO as well and I told them that they will not be disappointed at all. I will be renting again in a few days. Hopefully I will get the same car. Love the experience.

I really wanted to pick pick the type of van I rented ie. A Toyota Sienna for my two week trip. It was super easy to do on Turo. Our host was fantastic. I will be renting from Turo again in the future. It was an easy process to load the app, get accepted as a driver, and search and find exactly what I needed for my trip.

We were very excited to find out about Turo (by eavesdropping on a conversation on a plane). We had lots of struggles with traditional rental places needing a credit card over debit card, not renting a mini-van on a debit card, and putting a $500 hold on a debit card. Turo was so easy, the vehicle owner was fantastic to work with, we saved money and had plenty of room.

Turo is amazing! Always my first choice when renting a car. It’s easy to use, lots of options to choose from to meet your needs, and effortless. Highly recommend! I’ve used it a few times now and it’s been very convenient and typically a better deal than using the usual rental car companies.

This was my first time using Turo and it worked out perfectly. This will actually be my go to whenever I need a car for personal use. The ease from picking my vehicle with all of the additional information provided before completing the rental was great. The experience before, during and after my trip was outstanding.

I had an amazing host who was Nothing short of professional. Communication was fast and convenient. I love a Kia! I currently have an Optima and this car is my dream car. So Of course, I had to try it out

This was the time I've used Turo, but it definitely was not the last. Using Turo was so much easier and smoother than renting through a big name car rental service. We didn't have to wait in lines, the pricing was much more, more reasonable, there is access to cars in areas the car rental service locations don't have a presence, and it overall was just less stressful to use Turo when traveling. The app was really easy to use for booking, communication and checking in and out for our trip. I definitely recommend using Turo in the future.

The app is simple and very convenient to use. I was just wishing there were more discounts or incentives for loyalty or length of use. Besides the free day after ten days of use but only once a month seems a bit weak and could definitely be improved. Although the incentives seem a bit scarce the app and all it has to offer are awesome in a pinch and I have very little to say negatively.
