Perfect car for exploring Mt. Rainier National Park and surrounding areas. We had a blast driving this car. It was the perfect size for our family of four. Drove well and very clean upon pick up. Grant was super quick with any responses to questions we had. Great experience....we appreciate the attention to every detail!

Loved EVERYTHING about renting through Turo and with Steven and his sister. I was so happy to NOT have to deal with a larger rental company and actually have a personable experience with the owner of the vehicle. No line to stand in and no hidden fees or charges. Included a SunPass that will be billed later so didn't need to worry about tolls. Vehicle was in mint condition, just as described. Will continue to use Turo and inform my friends and family.

The car was great. Clean. The exchange was easy. This is my first time using Turo. And I am definitely using them again when I return to Hawaii. Even dropping off car. Was just as easy. We met at a meeting spot and they dropped off us at the airport.

Great service vehicle was awesome and really well maintained and it was awesome in gas that surprised me because of the vehicle size. Feel really safe on the vehicle and I know that I was going to be able to make it to my trip without issues. Communication was really good. The vehicle was really comfortable and was on a great shape. I will definitely use the same vehicle and service again if I need to. The customer service and respect was the best.

Vehicle matched descriptions accurately. The car was a little old, but was in good working condition. There were no mechanical problems with the vehicle, but there were some chips and cracks. The front bumper was a bit loose. Pickup and drop off were smooth. Host was very professional and very helpful when problems arose. Communication and hospitality were excellent. Highly recommended.

We love Turo, it's been our preferred car rectal provider. On our latest trip, our prearranged (3 months) Turo owner canceled on us because our plane was delayed. We had no control over that, and most all previous Turos have left their car and we could get it whenever we arrived. We had prepaid anyway. It was a holiday weekend, in Chicago, 5 women, left without transportation. Luckily, we secured another vehicle through Turo, although much smaller, and much more money. Turo did not post a review on the car about the last minute cancelation, not does it allow me to. People should know that happens. How often? We don't know as it's not posting those.

Needed a car for a quick weekend trip. App is really easy to use and everything went nice and smooth. Host was great and the vehicle was just as described. Have a trip coming up in October. They have pretty much any car you could want or need. I wish I would have known about the service sooner. I will definitely be using the service again. Much cheaper alternative to using a traditional rental service.

The vehicle was very nice and clean! Great on gas mileage! No complaints! The communication was always prompt! I had to modify my pickup and drop off times, which was approved and never an issue! Would definitely rent this again! I would recommend this host to anyone who is looking to book in the area.

Rodney was great from start to finish. Car was clean and the communication from pick-up to drop-off was smooth. Did not run into any issues with host as he made sure I was comfortable with everything before I even picked up the vehicle. Having never been in the city of Lancaster before, communication was clear and concise.

We used Turo for our Family beach vacation. The process was seamless and our host Kamrul was very helpful and friendly. The vehicle was clean and ready when we arrived. I will definitely use this service again when we need to rent a vehicle!! Pick up and drop off was very convenient

Everything about using Turo was easy and great. I Got off of my flight and the car was waiting for me in the short term parking. I just found it incredibly easy and great and the car I rented was awesome. I would definitely do it again or recommend it to my friends and family.

The pick up was convenient and precise. Host was excellent. She was a polite and very attentive. Car was very clean and comfortable and if I had any questions she responded quickly. I would definitely use her vehicle again in the future with no questions asked. She deserves five stars.

Car was in a lot worse shape than it described and showed in videos. Engine light was on and maintenance required kept popping up. Steering wheel shook a lot. Doesn’t have cruise control. Brake was loose so it had to be pushed to the floor. I found that out almost too late.

Using this app and it went well and the car was nice. Will use again. Was glad to find a way other than the basic car rental places that overcharge and have too many issues. This was easy to set up and use. It does require 24 hour notice so there’s that.

This was my first time using Turo and I can say that I'm truly impressed. It only took about 15 minutes to sign up, be approved to drive, pick a car and check out! Turo is way cheaper than paying a $500 deposit for other rental companies! Turo also has some really nice vehicles that are actually fun to drive!

My daughter and I had a brilliant experience with Turo! The app was easy to use and Michael was very accommodating. I flew to Oregon for my niece's wedding in Pacifica. Michael dropped the car off to me at our hotel on Friday morning and then picked it up on Sunday evening. Will Definitely use the app the next time I need a car. :-)

I rented my first vehicle through Turo May 24-May 31, 2023. When I picked up the car I was shocked - damage to every panel, squealing breaks, chips in the windshield, broken taillights. At 11pm at DFW, with two children, two disabled adults needing cares and a day of travel behind us, I couldn't believe the situation Turo put us in. I took 53 pictures of the terrible condition of the car and uploaded to the app, as I am supposed to do. When leaving the airport, I was charged $81 for my host's unpaid parking tickets that I had no choice but to pay. When I returned the car, Turo allowed the host to charge me $600 for damage I documented when I picked up the vehicle, and they didn't even speak to me about it just charged my card.

I am very impressed, this was the first time I used Turo. Everything from start to finish was simple. So glad I gave this a try, I will definitely do again. The prices were reasonable, location was perfect and promptness was awesome. Thanks so much! My niece also signed up so she could drive the car as well for no extra charge!

The vehicles worked out great and each owner made it easy to use. The whole trip went real well. Thanks for real good descriptions of where each one was parked and easy access to them. The return instructions were easy as well. It made our trip go off without any problems.

Our family rented a 2019 Dodge Caravan from Ryan for an 8 day trip to Orlando. Ryan was an amazing host. He was extremely professional and courteous. He quickly responded to all my questions or concerns, which made for a worry free vacation. The car was extremely clean and stocked with water and snacks which really made an impression on my family. We will be renting from Ryan again in October.

Had a very pleasant experience in Minneapolis with the assistance of John who we got our vehicle from. Easy and manageable check-in and check-out. The vehicle was clean, and worked well. Had plenty of gas and allowed for 1000 miles. John would always correspond to our questions with a prompt and friendly response.

My family and I rented a truck for my trip to Destin Fl. The owner was very responsive to messages and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my trip. He even provided a beach chair and cooler for my personal use while I was there.

From the time I signed up to rent an SUV through Turo Kaleb made the experience exceptional and one I hope to use again in the future. This was my first time using Turo after my kids had recommended it and besides the savings over traditional rental agencies I've never had an easier time. His associate messaged me the day before to arrange a pick up location at Montrose Airport and we texted the morning of which made it even easier than expected. I highly recommend renting through Turo when in Montrose, CO and if possible getting a vehicle through Kaleb who was very professional and easy to work with.

Walking out-of the airport terminal to the parking lot, putting in the code and driving the car out of the lot...how easy is that? The return was the same. I brought it back to the same parking lot at the airport and lock the keys back in the lockbox and walked away. I will definitely be telling all my friends.

First time consumer using Turo. The service/app was very easy to use. Our experience was excellent. The host, Silver, gave us clear instructions for pick up and drop off. The car was exactly what we hoped for and expected based on the description provided. We plan to use Turo again.

Easy to find a vehicle in the area I was going to. The app is easy to use. I did not have to call customer support at any time. The person I rented from was a great host and worked with my time. As this being the first time using Turo to rent a car for my California trip, I was a bit apprehensive. However to my surprise the service, the vehicle, and App were all outstanding. I used the Turo-Go which made the whole process a breeze from beginning to end. The messaging service allow all my questions to be answered along the way, and I was able to select the right sized vehicle for my trip. Great Job Turo! I'll definitely be using this service again.

Turo is a very easy platform to use. The only addition I would recommend is adding the option to search for a specific vehicle without having to enter a location or dates. In conjunction with a car rental service we are using it to test drive vehicles we're considering purchasing.

The Kia we rented from William was a great little car-drove probably 600 miles. The air conditioning worked well and the car drove smoothly. William made it way to pick up and return having the key in a lock box with a magnet attached to the car of which he provided the lock combination for easy retrieval. Had a radio and connection for charging our phone.

Great 1st time experience! Easy to use app and communicate with the renter. Car was great on gas. And clean. Easy pick up and drop off. He gives exact location where to meet and traffic so we can make sure we arrive to airport on time as well. We loved the space his car has also and has xm to bump to while on road! Felt great to know we can rent a car through Turo and enjoy our trip! Overall great customer service from him and experience! And car looks even better in person.

Turo is absolutely amazing and I found exactly what I was looking for literally as soon as I got in the app. Heather responded quick and very detail with her information. I love this app and would recommend it 100% to everyone I know. It was quick fast and easy. The availability was perfect, pick was great and accurate. The vehicle owner even left DVDs for my kids to watch in the TV that was in the vehicle. We had so much fun on our vacation and it probably wouldn't have happened without Turo. This was my first experience with Turo and I will most definitely be using them again. The prices are great, the options are amazing and to be able to keep in contact with the owner is so awesome.

I like the Turo experience. However. You need to be sure to check the mileage. I rented a vehicle and we paid almost 400 dollars for 3 1/2 days. I ended having to pay an additional almost 200 dollars for the extra mileage. Also, check what type of fuel the owner requires before. My host wanted to use 91 or higher grades which at my time of travel was $3.61 per gallon. I didn't know that until we were in the vehicle and needed help locating the gas cap button. So I reached out to the host. So, we resulted of paying $340 for gas for the entire trip. So for us we figured renting at Enterprise would have been better. Enterprise offers unlimited mileage and normally only requests customers to fill the tank. I've never had special request for 91, 92 or 93 only for their vehicles. This trip ended up being way more than I wanted to spend on renting a vehicle.

Had the best drive ever no worries. Car was very well kept and clean. Most comfortable road trip, ease of choosing a vehicle that fit my needs and ease of the pickup. And drop off. The host was very nice and very clear with instructions for drop off and pickup. Would definitely use this app again.

Hello, I enjoy the process of picking up and returning the rental car, although I should note that the Internet connection in the rental car area is sometimes unreliable, causing a slight delay during check-in/check-out. One suggestion is that maybe the connection can be directly tied to the device rather than the Internet. Nevertheless, my overall experience remains positive.

The app was very convenient and the ability to take pics of before and after was great. Turo is a great app and the car was what was advertised and the car owner made everything easy and was very responsive. Pick up and drop was effortless and you get plenty of documentation on the app that leaves paper trail.

Turo was an excellent idea! Wish I had thought of it myself! It took me awhile to figure out how to get back to my host from an email thru turo but once I figured it out I was good. Also, is there a way that can be set up so as not to charge a guest until you know the reason they have to have a vehicle longer than was allowed on the site? Our flight didn’t leave until 10:30 at night and it had already been cleared by our host ahead of time yet, we were still charged and my host had to go thru y’all to have it refunded. I am not complaining here, just letting y’all know the story. Some changes might make it easier for the guest and the host if extended charges were maybe, handled a little differently. The host was professional and pleasant to do business with. He had the vehicle ready to go and I didn't have to wait which was important for me as I needed to get to work. I can honestly say that I had a good experience renting from Mohammed. I look forward to renting again on Turo.

I never have used Turo before and let me tell you the experience was great. Chad met us at the airport arrivals and we were on our way. The car was clean and in great condition. Drop off was just as easy! Only recommendation. I would say is with the app. It took a while to approve a second driver.

My experience with TURO was relieved one. No lines at the airport, no hassles picking out what’s available, and no sweat or going through changes. I enjoyed the truck that I had. This will be my resource when I’m in town. I’m a truck driver and I frequently rent cars. An attempt to not buy a car and have to worry about it while I’m on the road. So thank you.

I cannot recommend Dale and his vehicles enough!!! If you are looking for a car that is spacious, AFFORDABLE, clean and well maintained that drives well in all of Florida’s weather conditions his Ford Escape is for you. This car was perfect for my group of 5 (4 adults, 1 child) on our trip. Also Dale is the epitome of customer service, this man goes above and beyond. He had clear communication from the moment we booked to the very last day of our trip. Upon arrival Dale made sure to send multiple pictures and instructions on locating the car and the car was waiting for us by the time we landed. He provided a goodie bag that had various items including a personalized letter thanking us for this trip. He even included some money to help with parking fees!! Completely unexpected but extremely appreciated. While on our trip we only needed to get gas twice, never more than $45 to fill either.

The host was amazing and car was so nice and clean. Would definitely use the host again. I needed to extend my trip and I contacted the host and it was no. You can tell the. Host keeps the car maintenance up. The host was very easy to contact when I needed to ask he a question and he responded in a very timely manner. The whole trip was great.

I found much of the techy part of using your app to be discouraging. Having to communicate with the renter via the app, taking all the pictures, it was stressful and time consuming. Some instructions were hard to figure out, like adding another driver and extending the time of return or pick up. Honestly, I think this is a great idea but in the end, I will likely go back to the big car rental companies.

Thom was a great host and left very detailed instructions. He responded immediately when I had any questions. Turo is a good company and very easy to use. There were no hidden costs. Working with Sonny was great. The car runs great. The brakes, A/C, infotainment system all worked. That was important factor for me. As a bonus, the car had adaptive cruise control which helps on longer drives. The car was clean upon arrival. Bring your own phone holder when you get the car.

I just returned from my vacation using your Turo app, I can only say all positive things!! It was easy to use, was able to communicate with the car owner very easily, and most of all the price that was posted and quoted stayed the same!! Can't wait to use the app again on a vacation and know I won't have all the headaches and drama of a rental place!!

Turo is the best thing going with Car Rentals! It is easy to use and recently saved $500 on my recent rental for A LOT better vehicle. I was fortunate enough to have a great host that delivered the vehicle to the Airport and arrived as soon as I picked up my bags from baggage claim. She gave me information about things to do and great places to eat in the city (Las Vegas). She was there to pick up the vehicle as soon as we made it to the airport when we were returning our vehicle. This particular host (Uyen) helped load and unpack my bags. I loved using Turo and it has ABSOLUTELY changed the way that I rent vehicles in the future!

Saving tons of money and driving something that would be worth more at any regular rental place was an epic experience. Thank you for making the experience and safeguards available and flow well and adding premium coverage for the rental kept my anxiety at a minimum. Great platform, I would definitely recommend!

Your Bolt was extra clean and ran beautifully as expected. The insurance cost was too high but I chose to get it anyway. Not the next time I use Turo. I was able charge on a 110 outlet and add roughly 60 miles overnight. Overall this was an exceptionally good experience. I’ll use Turo again.

I'm split on my feelings regards Turo. My host and the vehicle he provided was fantastic, 5 star. I found working with Turo's systems to be somewhat clumsy. The Turo system is not intuitive and as you work with it, there are many times where you feel lost or stalled and not knowing what to do next. Made two or three calls to Turo and had difficulty getting the info needed, ... Part of problem was strong accent of couple agents.

This was my first time using this app and what an AMAZING experience it was. James was a wonderful Host. So patient and attentive. The vehicle was beautiful and extremely well taken care of. If all hosts are as polite and kind as James this app will be what I'll always use to rent a vehicle.

This was our first time using Turo. Our hosts Olga and Igor were quick to respond. The car was perfect for our trip around Kona, we went along the coast and through the island. Igor dropped off the car at our hotel and showed us how to use Turo to check-in/check-out. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I found Turo when I discovered there were no cars available for my travel dates from the usual rental places. Not only was it simple, but being able to pick the exact car for my needs was so nice! On top of that, the pick up and drop off process was easy and quick. The payment process was easy, the messaging was safe and simple. My host and her Suburban was great. Very pleasant vacation and the suburban was really a good big vehicle, sits 7 with plenty of legroom and still has room for 5 big luggages. Recommend my host Kelli and her vehicle if you need one for a big group.

We had a great experience using Turo for the first time. The vehicle was virtually new and immaculately clean. The ride was smooth and easily fit 7 people. Easy to rent from Turo even though it was my first time to do so. Customer service was on point and it’s so much easier than standard car rental! We truly enjoyed our trip with the car we rented through Turo. I will rent from Turo again and will recommend it to all of my friends.

I just wish the pick up and return was a lot less stressful. Better to be in a park spot or exactly where the car is instead of random no park on the curb but it all worked out. The ft Lauderdale airport is busy and you can park on the curb so they just keep you moving.

I had a pretty pleasant experience renting Arshdeep’s vehicle. I really appreciated that there was a set drop off and pickup location. I also appreciated the communication from host. The car was clean, safe and reliable. The car was also full on gas so that was a plus. Accessing the car was super easy.

The only issue we had was that on Kauai we couldn’t pick up/drop off the car at the airport parking lot. In Maui we could. An early departure flight on Kauai made drop off more of a hassle. Other than that, our experience with Turo was good and have recommended it to friends.

We didn't know what to expect. It was a fairly easy process and a better value than renting from the "Big name companies". I also rented the vehicle I am interested in purchasing at a dealership. I want to see if it would be comfy for long distance trips. Our host was attentive and would recommend to anyone. I know many people would shy away because of insurance issues. Customer service was outstanding!!! WILL be back!

This is my second time using Turo, and I still love it! Car was ready for me when I arrived in San Diego, easy access, no waiting in long lines, just got in the car and left. It doesn’t get much easier than that! My Kia K5 was immaculate and smells like it was brand new. Returning the vehicle was just as easy as pick up. I will continue to use Turo whenever possible. A much better option than regular rental car companies.

This was a great experience. Choosing a vehicle was easy and straightforward, the customer care from the host was equally great. The vehicle itself is relatively new and very well maintained. In the future I hope Turo would make the choice of choosing an insurance cover a lot more broad bearing in mind some renters have complimentary credit card insurance covers which would normally cover such rentals. I would use Turo again.

Great car! Great communication. Would use them again when in Nashville area. Extra amount of mileage was a big incentive to choose this car. Size made it very easy to park and drive wherever we needed to go. Car is very clean and well maintained. Thankful that is has not been smoked in and smelled nice.

I do a lot of research before heading out on vacation to try and keep costs for me and my family reasonable. Comparing Turo to my typical go-to, Costco, and other discounts available to me, AARP, VA, AAA, Turo was by far the most affordable. Having never rented from them before, I was a bit nervous. However, the experience renting a gorgeous Audi SUV from Ana & Sergio could not have been any better. They parked the vehicle close to our terminal at the airport, they were in constant communication with any questions I had and their SUV was absolutely top notch. I have since recommended Turo to all of my friends and family. This is the only way I will rent a car going forward.

My rental was a last min .. Everything worked out from the host, car, and communication with the host. I recommend Turo for planned and unplanned needs. The rental price itself was perfect. I just wish the trip fee wasn’t so high at times. Overall, Turo gets a 10 out 10.

The process of the Car Rental was very easy. As a first timer, I was impressed for quick response to my emails. Although, I missed the first step in the rental (taking pictures of the vehicle and the Odometer), that did not hinder my rental. I found out later that I missed the first step from closing out the rental process. I was concerned that since I did not take picture of the odometer, I totally forgot about the mileage of the vehicle. Because of this, I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and whoever needs a car rental.

Car was great, clean, pick up and drop off was stellar. Charging the car was super easy. Came with the express toll sticker. My point of contact answered all of my questions very quickly. I would 1000% rent again! Charging stations in Denver is a bit spread out and limited but as long as you plan ahead everything works great.

Renting from Collin and Turo was easy, efficient and will for sure be renting from them again. We took the convertible up and down the coast of CA! The car was clean, fun and reliable. Collin was a fantastic host. He was super responsive, kind and genuine. I would 100% recommend Collin and Turo.

We used the Turo app for the first time to rent a car in Nantucket. I cannot tell you how seamless the entire process was for us! We rented a lovely Volvo from Leslie. The car was in perfect condition…. Very clean & tanked up!! Ready to go! I would most definitely use the Turo app again in the future.

First time using Turo. Good selection of vehicles and simple process to complete the transaction. Once we selected our vehicle, our host was quick to respond and also had great customer service. The vehicle we chose was clean and well-maintained. We will consider this as an option the next time we are in need of a rental vehicle.

LOVED having this car on our trip! It was in perfect condition, very clean, accurate in its description, and that car ZOOMED! It was so much fun to drive. The owner also brought the car to us and picked it up from where we were staying. I would one hundred percent recommend renting from this owner.

The whole experience was way to easy compared to usually having to go to the rental counter. Filling out papers and or signing a bunch. Waiting for all the computer stuff then going to either bring you the car or letting you know where it’s located. The van we got definitively met our needs. Ran great our host was prompt and very friendly and helpful. Would recommend him. When we come back will for sure use him if available. Our first car got canceled due to a mechanical issue and the customer service was very helpful in fixing the issue. Customer service couldn’t have been any better.

Was concerned about renting from TURO for the first time but it was a 10+! I honestly don't know if it was TURO or Sun the amazing woman that was the owner of the truck but the truck was well maintained, clean and a pleasure to drive. Sun picked us up at the airport, checked in a couple of times during our trip and was on time at the drop off location. Sun even gave us a ride back to the Anchorage Airport.

The experience overall was great, however, the Camaro has a crack in the windshield right in the driver's view. Otherwise, great! I enjoyed renting through Turo. The process overall was super easy! She was a great host. The gas tank was also only half filled when I received the vehicle. It could have been all the way filled.

It was an extremely easy rental process, especially late at night after the other rental car companies were closed, to be able to text the owner to have her unlock the car remotely and to have the key in the car. The car was great and drove extremely smoothly as advertised. The owner was very responsive, professional and detailed with instructions, and very cooperative with a schedule change request that we had.

This was our first experience using Turo. The vehicle we chose was a Jeep Gladiator and the entire experience was the best rental ever. Our host Clifton was awesome, he and his co-host walked us through the entire process. We will definitely use Turo from now on and absolutely choose Clifton as our host the next time we fly into Atlanta!

I had not used Turo prior. A friend suggested I give it a try. The process from start to finish was not complicated. Much easier than a regular rental car company. No shuttles to the rental car center from the airport. Your vehicle is waiting for you when you arrive.

We were in Canada and found a Tesla that rental at a comparable, if not less than compared with traditional companies, than renting an mid-level car at a car rental place. And no long lines at the rental place! (Why are the lines there always so long!?) Really love this service. The person who rented us his car has many Teslas and knew what he was talking about. The car ran perfectly and was spotless.

1st vehicle rental canceled. I was on airplane and didn't find out until I landed. I had to cancel the 2nd rental due to undisclosed airport fee. I would've had to drive 34 miles to pick up slingshot to avoid fee. 3rd rental sling shot broke down... 4th rental convertible mustang was great. Allison the host was wonderful. We keep the vehicle for a week. All these issues were during the same week of 2 week vacation.

Single parenting is hard and costly, so when my daughter wanted to go see her first concert, I started to look at it logistically. Everything fell into place except when it came to reliable transportation. The big car rentals are just a cash sponge. So I looked into alternative methods. Came across Turo and I couldn't have been happier. The app is user friendly, the selection, the people. I'll never use anything else but Turo when a rental is needed.

Being a host for Turo is stressful. They never believe you and their customer service is for **. I had people smoking in my car and they don't come to your house to inspect it or smell it. They just don't allow you to violate the person. I know when someone smokes in my car because I am a non-smoker. Then when I finally had the time to physically take my seats out of the vehicle, I found everything. Cigarettes and weed. Turo expects me to take my seats out after every trip to take pictures to obtain proof. Apparently, they are allowed to do drugs while they work.

The RAV4 ended up getting an accident it was, they said it was my fault, but it was not my fault. The man driving to not see didn’t have a driver's license and he didn’t have insurance and he with was going to creeping through the light so I tagged his ** and my lawyers will be contacting you. I’m suing you because you have not sent me the most of the money for the trip. You owe me $4000.

After I reached out to TURO, they did refund the additional funds they charged me. I am pleased because overall I was pleased and was hoping to use them again.

I am now sold on Turo. Karra did a great job of communicating and have a great Subaru vehicle ready for me to use in AK. Will definitely use Turo in the future. I learned about Turo by word-of-mouth and will definitely spread the word to other fellow travelers.

Our host needed to have us drop off at the airport valet at the end of our trip, but the airport staff kept saying that won't accept Turo. Added stress at the end of a vacation. First time user here. Easy to sign up. Just picked my ride and it was as simple as that. I was meant upon leaving baggage claim. Keys turned over to me and the owner kept in touch using the Turo app. I filled up the car with fuel. They met me at the airport terminal and we returned their keys. Super simple and easy. While I had previously used Turo a few times without any problems, the last time was a nightmare experience that cost me thousands of dollars. The host, after receiving a 5-star review from me, started claiming damages that did not exist ("wheel rash"), and even though Turo estimated the damage at a few hundred dollars, they eventually charged me thousands based on paperwork that the host showed. Even though the same host has been named on other websites as a scammer who repeated the same scam multiple times, Turo has sided with the host throughout the process. I will never use Turo again, and I am sharing my experience to prevent others from falling victim to this scam.

This is only my second time using Turo. Will I use it again, probably not. My first experience was pretty cut and dry with a concern that my daily rate changed from the time I booked to the time I checked out. I did not take a screen shot so I’m SOL. However, this second trip everything was fairly smooth other than the fact that the car had some obvious stains on the carpet. It was dusty from the weather conditions. But, we took no issue. Whether or not the stains were removable, I may never know because I did not think to inquire further (My lack of experience, I suppose).

Super easy to book, check-in and check out. Only issue was the car was supposed to be at the airport, but we had to take a shuttle offsite. It wasn't far and not a big deal but would've been nice to know in advance. Also, some of the fees seem excessive.

I had heard both positive and negative experiences from others in the past but we decided to use Turo because the larger rental car companies were just so expensive. There was some worry using Turo for the first time but Markel put all that to rest. He was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and friendly throughout our time in Panama City Beach. He provided a spot-on description of the vehicle, and very detailed instructions for pick-up and drop-off. We had an excellent experience and will be using Turo again, and would recommend working with Markel if anyone has a chance to.

I rented a RAV4 for our trip. We had a great time and went up and down the Oregon Coast exploring different beaches and sunsets. This was my first time using Turo. My host made the pick up and drop off easy. He left it in long term parking at the COS airport and I returned it there when done. The car was very clean and obviously well cared for. I did get caught by a Colorado hail storm and some damage was done to the vehicle. I learned that supplementary insurance may be a thing. The daily cost would have been less than my deductible, so would have been worth it on this trip. The only part I found "inconvenient" is the need for a TON of pictures after the rental is complete. I understand the need to document, but it can be time consuming, so plan your return time accordingly. Overall, I'd do it again.

This was a great experience. The owner of the vehicle was very good at communication. When I first booked, I forgot to include that we wanted to be picked up and he messaged me back right away and explained what steps I needed to take to do that. I had to ask him a question twice about the video and media system and he called me and helped me through that. The vehicle was super clean and we had no issues. We will definitely use this service again in the future.

Replacement vehicle was great! Original rental I found out two would before the trip that it was totaled. It was a bit still stressful waiting to hear it’ if the car was going to be repaired in time. I booked 4 months early and new rentals were more expensive. Turo came through with helping pay difference for new vehicle.

Very disappointed that the owner could charge me for a nail in the tire when the light was on right after I picked up the car. The nail could have been in the tire already and just lost air while it was waiting for me. I tried to dispute but Turo instead just threatened to kick me off the platform. I’m pretty sure rental companies wouldn’t charge you for that, it’s nothing I made a mistake (I.e. an accident) that caused the tire to leak.

Great car. Clean and drove well with absolutely no issues. Very comfortable car to drive with plenty of leg room and plenty of room for shopping purchases. Great communication from vehicle owner. Easy to follow instructions on how to find car and how to access it. Our first time using Turo and will use it again for sure.

Potential users/customers need to have the ability to contact and communicate with the car owners prior to making a reservation, as not being able to ask basic questions before committing is not a good way to do business and is a dealbreaker for some. I was fortunate to not have encountered a problem, but I definitely wanted to ask some questions before I committed.

I had good experience with Turo from the day I made the reservation, specifically at Calgary with my host Jay, he’s very accommodated to our schedule, he meet us at the airport both pick up and return the vehicle, he’s very responsive, the van was well maintained, it drives like a new van, my group of 10 visited Calgary and Canadian Rockies for 4 days, we were very much enjoyed the sceneries and the drives.

Overall, I had an excellent experience with Turo and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable way to rent a car.

The only inconvenience I experienced was having to walk to find the car in 111 degree weather. No fault of anyone's, it was a Texas heat wave. The host and the car were great. The car was super cute but in 100+ degrees, the a/c seemed to struggle a bit. Overall no problems. Will use Turo from on when traveling.

First time using Turo. Tony and Maria were Great hosts and walked me thru the whole process. Very easy pick-up and drop-off. Tony guided me thru the initial pick up. They are very fast to answer any questions. Would definitely use them again in the future. Thanks for a Great experience!

It’s my First time. Renting with Turo. I had a good experience, from picking up and dropping off the rental was very smooth. The host w were easy to keep in contact with. The vehicles were nice and clean, and the car there were plenty of selection to choose from.

When we arrived to the airport at 2am after our flight being delayed our vehicle was gassed up and ready to go. The vehicle was in excellent condition. Our host was responsive when I had a question about vehicle features, but otherwise let us enjoy our vacation without bothering us.

Finding the car, renting the car and returning the car were fantastic experiences. The owners of the car were fantastic, and the car itself was as advertised, clean and in excellent working order. Will definitely rent again from Turo!

First time with Turo. Host cancel the rental 15 mi before my flight but Turo was able to get other ones really quick, of course, for more money. New host was awesome, great and good communications. Car was in good condition, did almost 1500 miles without any problems. Host was always there for any problem throughout.

I really enjoyed the convenience of not dealing with a car rental service for starters. My sister told me about this app and I'm glad she did especially since I was involved in a car wreck last week and needed some transportation. I will recommend this app to my family and friends.

Great vacation to Hawaii. The ease of the car rental made it all the more better. Communication and service was great! No issues at all with pick up or delivery. The car owner was very nice and helpful. The Turo parking lot was pretty convenient and the shuttle to and from the airport was pretty regular. We will definitely rent from these people again.

Car was great and big enough for all our people and luggage. Pick up and delivery was very easy. The car was clean and comfortable. Anyone traveling with five to seven people I would recommend this SUV. It is also not that bad on gas. The owner communicated with all information to get the car at the airport.

I recently rented a vehicle in Missoula Mt. using the Turo app. Was very pleased with the experience. Was much easier and more cost-effective than rental car agencies. Will use much more often as travel allows. Vehicle selection was widely variable, my choice was very clean. The ease of pick up and drop off was outstanding.

Using TURO app was easy and convenient. It was a pleasant experience to rent a van with family of six. The van was clean, driving no issues, communication was excellent, on-site pick up in the airport, and has E-Z Pass not to mention when hubby forgot the phone in the van the host immediately contacted us to let us know that the phone was in the van. The host send it back to us the phone via mail. I thought that was so nice of them to do that. I highly recommended to family and friends to use TURO and rent vehicle from Mauricio.

First time user, was super nervous about using the app. The day of our travel woke up to a 4:30 am message to our original trip being cancelled by the host. So the nerves and panic set in. Found another car on the App, and luckily that host was awesome! Made things work and jumped through hoops for us. I would recommend the app to family and friends.

Turo makes so easily to rent a car either normal or luxury for us, looking forward to rent again soon. Our host was the best the only matter I think is that Turo charges to much I pay around 200$ of Turo fee I feel they should have a flat amount instead per day.

We had a beautiful time in Skagway the Jeep was perfect for us, it ran great and and got great mileage. Hunter placed the Jeep and the keys in a perfect place near our Cruise Ship. If we ever go again we would definitely reach out to Hunter.
