I was stunned to find a vehicle within 3 miles of where I was staying. I could have been served with any vehicle at all (it was just to take a granddaughter out for a movie and a couple of experiences) - but the Tesla was beautiful and a first time experience for me. Melissa was wonderful. It was a flawless transaction and a great outcome. I will use Turo again.

We rented Thanh's Camaro for 6 days while staying on the North Shore and had a wonderful time! A convertible Camaro was the perfect vehicle for our anniversary trip. The car was clean and well-kept. Pick-up & drop-off was simple and Thanh was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely rent from him again!

I had issues with my first vehicle due to vehicle needing repairs. Also, the host made promises that he did not keep. We ended up being stranded for over an hour in the extreme heat of Houston after returning the vehicle. Turo was helpful in securing a second vehicle, but I never got a chance to use the Uber voucher. A friend had to Uber us back to our hotel. Really disappointed in some aspects of Turo, but my second host and vehicle was wonderful.

I have used the Turo app twice in the last six months. It has been amazing. The owners of the cats have been very responsive to any questions. They have been very proactive in letting me know when, where, and how to check in and check out. I have had hardly any questions and have had wonderful experiences the entire time.

This was our fourth or fifth trip using Turo and it was another success. From dealing with Seth (our provider) to getting the car as described, it was another flawless experience. Avoiding the rental car agencies and selecting exactly what you want for your trip is such a simple, yet delightful offer that allows a peace of mind that no one else provides. Looking forward to using Turo again.

Host was nice and easy to communicate with, needed an extra, explained how to go about it. Checked, made sure I understood the process. The car was clean, gas tank was on full, and also it was clean, definitely 5 star. I said all I wanted to say, thank you.

The whole experience was very nice. Getting the vehicle and the cleanliness of the vehicle all excellent. My only issue was the return. I had a slight miscalculation on the return time, I had to work an assignment for a few hours the day that the vehicle needed to be returned. I received a message about extending my trip, wow that's cool, I can work my assignment and still return the vehicle afterwards...NOT!!! As soon as I changed the time/added another 2 hours, bammm $79 charge, I changed to 1 hour $79, that's absolutely ridiculously. So now to keep from getting double dinged (late fee/ bad rating) I had to cut my overtime assignment short. Thanks.

We were heading on a family road trip when a string of unfortunate events caused us to need a rental. I’d never used Turo, but heard great things about it, and it did not disappoint. We ended up with more room than we would have had and in a more dependable car. Our host was great and responsive; we had no trouble whatsoever.

I was very pleased at how easy the process was. The communication from Brian was superb and very detailed. The car was exactly what I expected and ran perfectly. A great experience from start to finish. Nice, clean car, well-timed drop-off and easy rental process. Would definitely rent this car again via Turo!

The Turo app was perfect for my needs. I was getting married and needed a nice for pictures. On short notice and this was handy to have. I won’t go anywhere else for my rental car needs. Or if I just go away for the weekend Turo is the way to go.

I really enjoy the ride I booked it was nice clean and pretty. I would love to rent again from them when my next trip come up. They kept the car clean and shiny and I loved the color. The car drives like a baby and real good on gas mileage and roomy

From the beginning I received a lot of information along with reminders because this is my first time. I had no questions because all of them were answered way before I could get to them. In the future I will be looking for my host who was professional and extremely helpful.

Turo was the perfect service for our trip to Kauai! We were offered multiple vehicle options, a wide-range of pricing, and terms that were clear and easy to understand. It was a great experience and we can’t wait for our next trip! We chose a Jeep and the host included beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler... Awesome!

The entire process was super easy and the car was great. No issues whatsoever. We put about three hundred total miles on the car and left it back at the airport with a full tank. Total price we paid in gas was $32! You can’t beat that. It does sit pretty low to the ground though, so if you’re a tall person you may want to take that into consideration.

Turo.com, a car sharing, third-party booking company & it's a COMPLETE SHAM!! Absolutely unethical business standards. Stay away, far away from TURO & please rent a car from a traditional car rental company & save yourself from misery!! This was our 1st & last experience as it seems not just the company but also the the HOSTs are shady & scammers.

This was my first time using Turo after knowing about it for a few years. I recently had my car stolen and crashed so that's why we decided to rent for our trip to CT for a wedding. The price was within our limit and very decent for the time we needed. The only thing I could have done better is get a better response to basic things like pick up instructions and drop off. Codes to locks and where the free car wash was before return. I think these should be sent via an itinerary that is provided right away to keep and not have to reach out to the owner. Other than that car was as described which was the most important thing. I will be using Turo again in the future.

The car was not in good working order. Had to cut our trip short. The car was cleaning detailed but that was it. Later in the trip we found out it was not service. The engine needed oil. Had to buy it. It needed antifreeze so we bought that. Needed brake fluid then trying to get home according to Manuel and his wife a screw or a boat fell off of that brakes and was hitting the rotor. We thought we were breaking down. Did not fill it up with gas cuz we didn't know if we would make it home and now they're trying to hit me for gas. No I'm disputing this. Very unsatisfied and not fair to us.

My wife and I were shocked at how high rental car still are after the Pandemic, so we decided to have a look at Turo. Signing up was easy, choosing a car was quick and clear and communication with the owner, Andrei, was very clear and speedy at every point. The entire experience, from picking up the car to dropping it off worked very well. The car was in beautiful shape and the rates were surprisingly low. We will certainly try Turo again.

When I rented a car I it’s not clear when finalizing the deal if the car is close to you or if it can be delivered until you pay. Also there is so many hidden fees that the car is very expensive when the deal is finalized. I don’t recommend Turo.

We rented a 4 door Jeep Wrangler from the Turo app and the whole process was very easy, cost effective and made travel during our vacation so nice. Our host was professional and very helpful. Communication was great. The vehicle was spotless, had a full tank of gas and was ready to go when our plane landed. We will rent from Turo again.

I have zero complaints - Bill communicated with me very well and it was easy to do, will definitely use app again for future needs. The only thing is that the cost is almost as much as Enterprise or a big company! Would like to know when maybe there is a special offer?

My wife and I have rented from Turo several times and enjoyed the experience each time. The only thing we didn’t like was having to go off airport to pick up and return the car but the money we saved paid for the that extra expense. That doesn’t keep us from returning to Turo the next time we rent a car.

Selecting a car was really easy. And prep for the trip was super user-friendly. Smooth pickup and drop-off. The messaging app worked really well. We were able to get answers to questions, made arrangements for pickup and drop off. Great car, really good condition. Very reliable, will use Turo again for sure! I’m excited for our next trip!

Michelle was great with communication. It was my first Turo rental so I had lots of questions. Vehicle pickup was convenient. Less than a mile from airport. The vehicle was clean (only had 16K miles on it) and full of fuel. Host worked with me on insurance since my personal vehicle insurance covered rentals so I didn’t have to purchase the additional costly rental insurance. Will certainly consider using Turo again.

The host left me a review that posted to my account which was not an honest reflection of our agreement. I contacted customer service to request that it be removed from my account, providing proof that the review was not accurate, and my request was not granted. I would recommend for the company to consider removing dishonest reviews to promote integrity within the business and to fairly allocate trip costs to the client.

We really enjoyed going through Turo to rent a car. It was quick, easy, and better prices than going through a major rental car company. Everything was very straightforward in the app. It was also nice to work with an individual to rent a car. We didn't have any issues.

I had an amazing experience booking through Turo, my rental car was clean and exactly what I expected! My rental owner was knowledgeable about the area I was traveling to and gave me recommendations for things to eat, see and do! Will 100% be using Turo again in the future!

Had a very bad experience with Turo, I want to alert this SCAM app for everyone. I rented the car, paid 250$ for a 3 day ( same as i would pay for Alamo or enterprise). I was asked to pick up called from Family Dollar car park. Not ideal. I spent 25$ cab to get there, Guess what Host cancelled my booking. Now I wasted my Taxi money, and Turo locked my account without refunding me the 250$. Got an email that cancellation charge will apply (even though I did not cancel it). 128$ cancellation fees. Seriously? This is a SCAM app, never use it again.

It was great, very clean car, easy to find and very nice to work with. The only thing I didn’t like was that we were charged for a full day of rent when we picked car up at 11pm after our fight landed. It would be nice if it was prorated for that day.

First time renting a car through Turo and would recommend to my friends. How process start to finish was easy. Our plane was delayed 3 times and was able to easily communicate with the owner and he ensured we had the car when we needed it. Will use it again.

The fuel level difference from when it was rented in the beginning was quite minimal, but the owner frauded it to refuel full gas tank and invoiced full gas tank refuel cost. Turo did not help the situation by listening only the owner’s claim.

I rented a car after a long time, but I was still satisfied with it. The owner was so kind that it was such a nice trip! I really want to use it again next time! Now, when I rent a car, I can only think of Turo. If you ask my friends about car rental, they will introduce you to Turo.

My Turo rental was the best. Easy to find, easy to get into, easy to get questions answered. The only drawback I had was the Uber ride from SeaTac added on an extra expense, but still a far better deal than a rental in the size vehicle we needed for my family of 6 plus luggage. I still rated it at 5 stars because even with the added expense, it was the best deal in town. The owner answered promptly to any of my questions and that made the trip worry free. I would recommend Turo to everyone looking for a good car rental deal, especially in the Northwest!

The car was on time and clean. The drop off was quick and easy. The owner was pleasant and accommodating. The car was just like the photos chosen. The site was easy to navigate. I would give the process a five star rating. When I needed to change the time for pickup time and owner agreed. Definitely would rent again. Thank you.

New customer, first time using Turo. Due to plane delays my first host was unable to meet us at the new arrival time but he was very kind and communicated well. A Turo rep was able to help me with a new reservation and our new host was amazing. Great communication, she was right at our terminal door upon plane arrival and just the same for drop off. Car was clean, no issues and great on gas.

Great experience using Turo for the first time. Car was immaculate upon pickup, and drove very well. Communication with owner was quick and easy, with the exception of one glitch that had us looking for car in airport lot - but sometimes that's cell service in the Last Frontier for you. Overall, I would definitely use Turo again.

My only issue was when I was attempting to book my car and the app was glitching. I used chat and they ended up helping me manually to get it to work. It took almost 2 hours for this entire process which was stressful. I hope that in the future this will not be an issue.

The app was easy to use. My older father had a hard time finding where to go to become a registered driver of the car I'd rented. There were tons of cars to choose from. The people from whom I rented were SO nice! I would use this again anytime!

Respond to any of my calls on time and on point. The cars was clean, and very convenient. The Tesla will drive you anywhere you want to go, Tesla Model Y with Nicholas PERFECT car, also it’s only $11.47 to charge 64% cheaper than gas cars. I absolutely love that car. It’s also very cool and a lot of things you can learn from, it also lets you get on the internet.

This was my first time using Turo and Will absolutely not be the last. We have a fantastic experience! It was easy, affordable and exactly what we needed! We travel often and will definitely be using Turo in the future - it completely elevated our overall trip with the ease and convenience.

Great experience, would recommend renting a vehicle through TURO for your next travel plans. I wasn't able to find a van through the major rental companies and Tueo made it possible to find the vehicle I was in search of for my vacation.. Easy to navigate the App as well communicating with the owner of the vehicle whom you be renting vehicle from. Pickup and drop off options make for an easy rental.

Had two rentals recently. One went smoothly but in the second, I had a small problem with my car and was not in a position to get a replacement vehicle. Turo customer service was great - they helped me resolve my issue in a very satisfactory manner. I find that you generally have more options and more value booking through Turo. Would definitely use Turo again.

The process of finding and renting a vehicle was relatively seamless. The ability to communicate with the vehicle’s owner through the mobile app made the experience even more simple. The selection of vehicles was great and the prices were much better than that of car rental agencies. We found the vehicle that met our needs and paid a very fair price for that vehicle.

This was my first time using Turo. I rented this car in Colorado Springs and picked it up at the COS airport. The cost was cheaper than the national car rental companies and just as convenient to arrange. The experience was excellent: The car was as described; the owner was very responsive, and the exchange (pick up and drop off) were very convenient and straightforward.

Awful experience. Will not be booking with him ever again. I was charged a smoking fee when I do not smoke. Absolutely unacceptable. This lot is also in a neighborhood not a car lot. Was also charged to refuel the car when I returned it full of gas. I feel like that is unacceptable and the host can do whatever they want with no consequences.

This was my first car rental ever so I was a little nervous but I had a fantastic experience. The person I rented from was so lovely and the description of the vehicle was accurate. Renting with Turo was very easy and so much cheaper than one of the big brands! I will be using this service again.

I recently rented with Turo and had a great experience! Initially I was hesitant to book due to never using the platform and uncertainty about the insurance options. Once I figured it out, it was easier and better than any rental car company and had better cars! I will definitely use this service again.

Alex was awesome. His vehicle was immaculate. Our flight was delayed several times and he was so kind. He brought the car after midnight when our flight finally arrived. The entire process was easy and very comfortable. He also called to help us to connect our phone to the vehicle for GPS. He was wonderful!

Easiest rental car ever. I didn’t have to go on a shuttle to stand in line for a rental. The car was waiting for me in the hourly parking lot. Instructions was sent to me “how to, what to and everything I needed”. Car was clean and the AC worked great. Thank you.

I would definitely recommend Turo! It was a better value, communication with our host Dorothy was prompt, helpful and friendly. Our auto insurance coverage was the same as renting from one of the large rental companies and it was nice to support a local resident instead. It's a win win!

I’d planned my trip months in advance and just before my start date with Turo, the owner cancelled my trip. I’d no choice but to look for another vehicle in a hurry. Ended up paying much higher cost with no support from turo. They didn’t even compensated or matched my original price. A very disorganized and money centric focus company with no value of customer relationship. I would prefer to book rental from Costco where satisfaction is guaranteed.

I love the great hosting and hospitality that Jay had given in our rental experience. I would highly recommend Turo to my friends and any in my area to try Jay's Hyundai Palisade!!! Service could not have been more willing and personable, every request was handled in the most professional fashion with a broad Prince Edward Island smile.

Turo is and amazing experience! You can book your car and go! The hosts are so kind and amazing. The experience has been great and I would recommend to anybody looking to rent a car to book their first trip with Turo. It’s the best option I’ve ever came across and I’m glad I did. I've saved hundred of dollars on car rentals. Also, I get to try many different types of unique vehicles. Not the standard fleet that you find at a rental company. So far, everyone has been great to deal with. I'm not in love with the outrageous upcharges for airport pick ups, but it is what it is.

The vehicle I selected was minimally maintained but 10 years old and a good value. There were issues. Turo never responded. Friends told me to go with a 5 year or younger vehicle next time. Which I will do. Guess that is all I have to write.

My trip was very enjoyable and efficient. The car was delivered and picked up on time. The vehicle was clean and the vendor was easy to communicate with. He explained how to use the vehicle’s equipment and type of fuel used in car. Very enjoyable experience. I will use this service again.

Contacts list delivery made the experience very easy. From start to finish, our transactions with Turo have been smooth, efficient and infinitely better than waiting in a long line for a traditional rental. Cars have been spotless, communication has been wonderful and the ease of picking up and returning our cars has been unmatched. The app is user-friendly and easy to add additional drivers. The selection of cars is wonderful and we like knowing exactly what we’re getting, instead of the surprises at rental counters.

First time using Turo and I really liked. This owner was very nice. Brought the car to the airport for us. Excellent. We did not have any problems communicating at all. Very good on everything. What else I could ask from the service. I would do it again next trips in the future.

We had a great time until the end of the trip, I just don't like being charged for a cleaning fee that was some human hair, it was not pet hair and it was not trashed. And to be charged $154.50 for 3 seconds of cleanup is outrageous. I am on a fixed income, I guarantee I will not be using this app ever again and I will let all of my friends, family and follower's know about it. My Granddaughter was told that I would be reimbursed from a manager so I hope that will be the outcome.

It was my first time using the Turo app and it was a great experience and easy to use. The site is easy to navigate and had a great selection of vehicles. My host was excellent too, he literally brought the car to me and came and picked it up when the rental was over which was so helpful. The overall process couldn't have been easier and I will definitely use this Turo again in the future!

First time using Turo and it was much easier than I ever expected! Much easier than renting through a regular car rental although Turo is more expensive. The original price they estimate is nearly double when they add the $21.98 or so trip charge in addition to the rate you see plus tax and then if you choose an insurance option. I chose minimum as I have full coverage. I paid $10 a day for insurance. So the quoted price was $70.00 for two days but after all the fees it was $134!! Nearly double. So I paid $65 a day for a rental car. Much higher than any normal rental BUT no trouble and you get to rent much different cars than you would through a regular car rental. Plus they usually don’t authorize a larger amount on your credit card if you have a high enough AIS score (Auto Insurance Score) overall I give it 5 stars for ease of use. May be cheaper in some areas than a rental company.

Working with Turo was a great experience. The app was easy to use especially to communicate with the host. Amazing host that I hope to work with again. Comfortable vehicle, great service and really liked the reminders for pick up and drop off from the host. Highly recommend using to others.

this was my first time renting from Turo. It was an awesome experience. My host was very accommodating and he explained everything very well. He answered all of my questions even in the middle of my time renting the vehicle. I felt very assured and comfortable afterwards. Pick up and drop off location was excellent. I plan on using Turo as my FIRST car rental choice going forward.

Car was clean, finding it and completing the checkout was simple. Same for the return. The app was easy to use and straightforward. There were more cars in my area and of a greater variety than I expected to find. I would use Turo again before trying a rental company.

Cheaper, easier, and BETTER than any rental agency. I've used Turo a handful of times and it has always been perfect! The car selection is unbelievable, and you can sort by a wide variety of options. I will be using Turo in the future, and will refer my friends and family.

First time using a private owner/app for car rental- we needed something bigger for our family on vacation, I found Turo while looking for food prices close to our home and Bingo - great price - close to home- very nice 21’ Odyssey, plenty room for 3 adults, 3 kids, and Michelle couldn’t be any nicer or professional!! My issue came in with the booking times and not very clear directions when booking - we had a little mishap on the reservation but I must take some ownership because I didn’t understand the time selections, other than that I feel totally comfortable booking again. Oh yeah car was much cleaner inside and out than most of the rental cars I have rented and I know I am closer to triple digits.

This was my first time using Turo and I was very pleased with how easy it was. There was constant communication and they even sent suggestions of places to see on my trip. I also like that you can have multiple drivers at no charge. I will definitely use again.

The person we rented from is assuming I'm rich because we rented the car for a spa day. He said it was weird. After a trip with zero incident, he reupload old damage pictures from his profile to claim damage from my trip. And requested cash from me. He is trying to scam Turo and its customers. This has left a bad experience for me and will never return to Turo to rent.

Horrible service. Highly not recommended. Scam artist!!!! 0 stars!!! Customer lied for insurance claims knowing that truck had been rented several times prior then tried to pin everything on me. I would never ever do business again with them. Never. Seems like Turo believes everything they said and blames me for everything that they had going on.

Eric was an exceptional communicator! His car clean, car seat exactly what we needed and instructions were detailed. Would definitely use Eric’s car again and recommend him to everyone I know. I’ve used Turo before and have always had a good experience, but Eric went above and beyond. Thank you for making our trip a little easier.

Kimberly A Jul 13. 2023. First time renting through TURO. Communication and response time was excellent! This SUV was immaculate. My first time at Chicago airport and August was willing to walk me through the entire process. It was much easier than I expected! I will definitely use TURO again!

Everything about my experience with this vehicle was great. The check in and out was easy and the car was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was easy to drive and navigate. Communication with Chanel was clear and simple. This is my first time using Turo and will definitely do it again if it works as well as this. So much cheaper and faster than renting a car from the corporations.

Turo made renting a car easy and enjoyable. The car I rented was well maintained and drove well. The host was very accommodating and helpful. I especially enjoyed the wide variety of cars to choose from. The virtual unlock/lock option made pick up and drop off incredibly easy. I would highly recommend Turo to another person.

This was my first Turo experience and it was so easy! Thank you Bruce for helping me through the process and making it a great experience. The car drove so smoothly! I will definitely use Turo again and if I’m in this are will ask for Bruce! So much easier than the rental agencies!

The Jeep was very clean and ready for us. It was the perfect vehicle for our trip. It allowed four adults to sit comfortably and the retractable roof was amazing. So much fun. Colisha was a delight to work with, I highly recommend working with her. She was great and communicates quickly to any questions or comments.

This was my first use of Turo for renting a car. The host, Samuel, was always incredibly responsive about any questions I had (and I had several as a new user). The jeep we rented from Samuel was very clean and comfortable and the pick-up and drop-off was extremely straightforward and easy. I highly recommend Samuel as a host.

This was my first time using Turo. The major car rental chains make it impossible to speak in advance to a real person with boots on the ground at your destination. Not so with Turo. Although the very timely, very informative texts received throughout this experience were obviously copy/pasted or auto-generated, they were specific to this local experience and they were very helpful. When I texted a question, I received a prompt, helpful, and courteous response. The Turo app was very easy to use. Now that I found Turo, I’ll never use Enterprise or Avis again.

Car was beautiful. Also great on gas. The host was exceptional. Will definitely rent again and refer a friend. I really enjoyed my time out with my man. We need to do this again in that Gt Orange. What a delight. My family really loved when I pulled up in the car as well.

Great experience with TB Rentals in Tampa. Everything went smoothly and the car was great. Up to date on maintenance and cleanliness when we received it. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We would rent from Turo again, should we ever need to. We would prefer it over a large chain corporation. We enjoy the variety and that you can pick the exact vehicle you want to drive, whereas a chain you are just given whatever one THEY want to give you.

My host was the best. Eli made sure I had a smooth transition from my plane to my Turo car. The car was just enough for me. Smooth ride my whole trip. Great on gas as well. I will definitely love to use Eli’s Kona again on my next trip home.

Turo is amazing! Even easier than using traditional rental car companies and can get a higher quality vehicle for a lot of the time, less than you’d spend at competitors. I will definitely use Turo from now on for my travel needs. I would recommend Turo to all friends and family.

So disappointed with my trip. First I was been accused of a damage that I didn’t do then talked with the customer service. No one could help me. They escalated it and nothing happened even that my problem was that you can just see the picture before and after the trip the damage was. I don’t know how Turo team decided that I was wrong then charged me with the whole trunk and it was a so small thing and charged my payment method without my consent. What a shame.

My trip was amazing! The stress level was 0, my rental was easy and painless. Response level was amazing, answered all of my annoying questions. I will most definitely be renting again in October! I can’t wait! I know my next trip will go just as smoothly! Especially that I am renting from the same person.

Your customer support is not customer friendly. The supervisor hung up on me because I wanted the double charges explained. With that being said I'm sharing my bill and the one the host sent me to my 3,200 followers on social media. Maybe next time you'll hire actual customer service associates. I have no recourse because according to your customer service department the computer is responsible for the charges. Listen to your recordings of complaints and you'll be appalled.

Kathy was wonderful. Pickup and drop off was so easy. Kathy was great about communicating with us and making sure we were well taken care of. We’d highly recommend her and the Jeep Compass. It was my first time using Turo because the rental car place overbooked the cars on 4th of July weekend. I got on the app and ended up with a 2023 Camry with 8K miles that still has that new car smell. The host met me both on the pickup and drop off and was super courteous and nice. Booked the car, when I get there, the tires were balding, the gas tank wasn't full and the car smelled of smoke although it said not smoking, so I didn't take the car but I was still charged for a day. There should be a way to cancel due to dissatisfaction or not being up to par, without charge.

I think it’s ridiculous that Toro charges for a full day extra if you need to extend your drop off by even 30 mins. This happened to me twice and it’s very annoying especially when you pickup at 12 pm and then need to drop off at 12. It charges extra day, makes no sense

The car was fine, but I'm not familiar with all the technology in it and I didn't want to play with it. But it was good on gas, although I didn't travel long distance with it. It was easy to find in the parking lot also, so your directions were good.

This host was horrible so do not rent from this woman! She accused me and my fiancé of smoking which we do not smoke at all. We have never had a issue before. Then she had a dent in her trunk prior which I have photos of from renting out the car. She accused us after 6 hours of dropping off the car that there’s a dent. Also I know cars she gets 87 not premium and she will also lie about the gas mark and charge you extra. Worst host ever. I never had an issue with Turo before. All of the hosts before this woman are wonderful, we are still in contact with. I will never rent from this woman again.

I loved my trip to Houston. Syed, was a great host, very responsive, professional host. I just didn’t like the Apple AirTag in the car. If I was traveling by myself I would have been freaking out. It showed me every place that I went to. That just was not a great feeling in today's climate. Or simply being made aware of the tracker prior to the trip so I wouldn’t think it could have been placed there by someone else. Other than that, the car was clean, smelled good and served its purpose.

I was charged $257.00 for smoking in car and I don't smoke. I have chronic asthma. I dont smoke anything so I want my money back now. Not to mention I had a blowout because the tire was no good and oil light was on. I had to stop my business and go fix tire. Plus I took car to care wash after just being nice and he said I smoked in his car. I'm very upset about this service from him

The car was listed as having FSD beta but in fact it was disabled so the car was falsely advertised. And was $50 higher than other cars in market for that feature. Additionally the owner said he would discount extra miles and when I returned he did not offer the discount and instead charged me full rate which he lied again. I am not disputing the full charge but believe I’m due a discount in total of $400 as the mileage should have been discounted to market rate of $0.50 per mile and $15 for the car being falsely advertised. Despite describing this in detail to Turo with photos and messages they simply ruled in owners favor - Turo is a liar backing liars that host on their platform.

My flight was delayed. There should be a better function for me to modify the trip before it gets started or it be clearer. Also I ended the trip earlier and that was also not clear how to go about using the app. Maybe have some videos to help with ending the trip. The photo function not really intuitive since I uploaded what I thought was final photos of the car but I uploaded it to the message section and also it uploaded his original pictures instead of mine. You should have to upload to photo section in Turo and confirm. That step is extra step that is not intuitive.

The car was clean, ran well, and we had a great time. The drop off and pick up were not smooth at all. We requested to pick the car up at the airport and return it there. We got the car an hour after we requested it and had to be picked up and driven to it off airport property (load all bags into another vehicle and be driven 15 minutes to the car). No one could meet us when we were dropping the car back at the airport, so we were told to leave it in short term parking. We wanted the car to be safe, so locked the keys inside (they had shown us a lockbox when we picked it up knowing there was a second key). We were then informed there wasn’t a second key. The pick up/drop off experience has dampened our experience with Turo and we are very hesitant to use again.

Easy to communicate with host and responded really quick, car was amazing, just what was needed for our trip spacious and very well maintained. Top notch vehicle! Recommended, app is very easy to use and book so very. First time using the app and very happy with it, will be using in the future for upcoming travels.

Hey new travel trip I learned about.... We have using the app Turo for car rentals lately. It's like Airbnb (person to person house/room rental) but for person to person car rental. You cut out the high cost big corp car rental fees. I highly recommend it next time you need to get a rental car.

Very convenient and the car was much better quality than your typical rental. I also really like how you can reserve the actual car so you know what to expect, unlike other rental companies that will give away your rental if you are running late getting there or it's not exactly what you needed for your trip.

I rented a car for one day for errands and the next day when I was done and gave the owner back her car. She said I scrape and painted over her car which is completely false. I treated that car like it was mine with carefulness and respect for the vehicle. I'm upset and perplexed saddened by the outcome of all this. I feel like this experience was the worst and feel like I'm being scammed. Her windows were way too tinted than what it should be by law.

I had a great experience renting this car for a week. I would definitely do it again. It was clean, great on gas, everything worked well. The host was very respectful and kind. Location was not too far from where I stay so picking up and dropping off wasn't a problem.

The renter of my car was so nice, communicative throughout my trip, made the pickup/drop off very simple and easy, and dually completed the conclusion of my trip in a timely manner. The car was listed as an SUV and it was a car. Too small for our trip. The car was damaged. The sensor didn’t work and kept indicating the doors were open while driving. When hitting a bump in the road the glove department randomly opened several times. The owner tracked us via AirTag and that was creepy. Felt like we were being listened to as well, very weird. We filled the car up with gas before we returned the vehicle and were scammed by being charged for extra gas, convenience fees and processing fees. Please refund my credit card immediately because this charge was not authorized by me.

Jo, the owner, was great to work with and the car was perfect for our trip. The whole process was easy and I would definitely use Turo again. We needed to drop off the vehicle at a different location than pickup and she was willing to make that happen. The car was clean and in good condition and a great size for our family. Turo made it easy to reserve and communicate with the owner.

Everything was as advertised. Great car and constant communication. Jason was very helpful. I did my part. They did theirs. Good business. The pick up and drop off was seamless. Beautiful Land Rover, it was clean and full tank. Will use this service again. I have shared this information with family and friends All were impressed.. I'll be back.

Fast and easy checking in and out with Turo app. The vehicle was in good working order and was exactly like depicted in photos. Only negative was I had to take a shuttle from the airport to a parking garage. I've had Turo vehicles dropped off at the actual airport where I didn't have to get on a shuttle. Overall experience was pleasant and easy.
