The host was great, so was the vehicle! Easy pick up and drop off. Would definitely use them again. The whole process was so easy and the host was very friendly and helpful. Vehicle was very clean inside and out. The car drove wonderful and was very comfortable. Other than that no other information to give.

Every host has been great! Turo is a fantastic idea, I shall tell my friends about my experience and recommend renting to them so they can experience for themselves, for business or leisure it’s a wonderful and exciting thing to do. I have been booking since April this year and until I purchase another vehicle I will continue using Turo.

My family enjoyed the car we rented for our trip in Colorado. It was clean and large enough for our family. The car was easy to locate, and our host was great. If we had any questions, he answered them immediately! I would recommend for other people to use TURO.

Everything was smooth with renting this car. Prior to our arrival the communication was excellent. We knew exactly what to do and where to meet. Met us right at the Port and gave us the keys. Car was clean and well maintained. Then met us back at the Port when we were done. Would absolutely rent again.

Initially I thought I had a good experience, I rented a car for the 1st time 9/30/2023. The hosts claims there was damage made after I dropped the car off and left, even suggested he could upload pictures when I picked up the car and dropped it off. I’m glad I took exterior pictures but greatly regret not taking pictures of the interior of the car. When 1st picking up the car he showed me 2 things in the inside of the car that were already broken, which at the time did not bother me being that I was only using the car for 24hrs. I’m definitely sharing this experience with others in hopes that they are careful with sketchy situations like I had! Currently waiting on this fraudulent claim that is being filed. SMH Never again!

I rented from the host Phillips J. I was driving down the street and all of a sudden the tire blew out. I called Turo to report a tow and explained what happened. The host filed a complaint against me to pay for the tire $95. While waiting for the tow truck, a police stopped by and ask if I needed help. I told him no and he looked at the registration sticker and saw that it had been altered by changing the 7 to a 9 with a marker. I explained to the officer that I rented this vehicle through Turo and I would report it. I reported it to Turo along with pictures and the claim was closed. Next thing I know I went to rent another car thru Turo and received a message stating I must pay $120 before I could rent again. I had no choice but to pay the $120. The host & Turo should never had this car on the road, but he was allowed to rent it out. Shame on Turo for taking the host side!!

1st time using the app- it was so easy! Was on Hawaiian cruise and heard about Turo app. Wanted a vehicle to tour island and it worked out perfect!! The ease of using app, finding the car, inputting your driver's license etc. The car was very clean and bonus it had GPS (most rental car you pay extra) - I also like the fact the car is easily accessible!

This is our second time to use Turo. Both hosts have been professional and friendly. The 2023 Toyota Corolla we rented this last visit 9/29-10/1 was a 20/10! I’d recommend Turo and Michael to anyone who is visiting the Palm Coast area. The car was immaculate. The check-in and out process was simple.

Had a good trip. The car was clean and reliable and the host was great. And I was able to reach the host and contact the host at all times. It was very good to see that the host help with any concerns and with any problems I had with my rental, it was fast and convenient for me.

I loved how quickly Karla responded to my message when I had a question and how easy it was to get the vehicle. Her vehicle was very clean and full of gas, I liked that part. It was very reliable and great on gas. It was very convenient to get the car because she was right down the street from my house, I loved that part.

This was my first experience with Turo and I will definitely be back. The host and the vehicle that was provided was beyond my expectations. Mr. ** was outstanding and very professional. The pickup location made me and my wife feel safe because that was the number one thing regarding this transaction.

After my trip was over, the host messaged me and asked me if I smoked in the car. I told them that I had a dash camera for every time I rent cars and I can show him that I didn’t. He told me everything was fine and told me to send him a five star review And he will do the same for me. Then the next day he actually gave me a two star review and accuse me of smoking. I believe that the host was either racist or prejudiced against me, accusing me of smoking. Stereotyping me.

When working with Jacquez I felt at ease and comfortable! His car was very nice! I felt safe and worry free while on vacation. Our car was clean and well maintained. The car owner made the experience very easy with detailed instructions for pick up and drop off. I will use Turo again.

This was my first time using Turo, I was a little hesitant about the process but Demareon made everything smooth as it could be. This process is much easier than waiting in a rental car line for hours at a time to accept any car that they have available. I will definitely be using this Turo again on my future trips.

This was my first trip but not my last. The guy I rented from was fantastic. Much more relaxed way to rent a vehicle. And get to feel like you’re part of something instead of throwing money at corporations. Hawaii was amazing as most people know. 10 days was a bit long to be around that many tourists but I’m a ** so that’s no surprise. When we go next time we will go to the big island. Every part of the Turo experience was as described. Thanks Marvin for a great time.

We picked up our rental van at the PIE airport on a leisure trip to Florida. Konstantin had it parked right across from arrivals. It was perfect rental in excellent condition. We dropped it off in the same pick up spot. All transactions went smoothly and he was very quick to respond when I had a question. We were very pleased with our first Turo experience and we will definitely use Turo again! It was an overall excellent experience.

The experience was excellent and will do it again. The Turo app was easy to use. I will recommend the turo app to others. The vehicle was clean and in great condition. I would recommend getting more vehicles to choose from. The selection was very limited. However, there were a number of of vehicles which helped me choose turo.

Our Turo car rental with host Kelli, was great. She was very friendly and very helpful with questions we had. We would rent from her again. Her Hyundai Accent was the perfect car for us and got great gas mileage. Overall a great experience. The Turo shuttle to and from the airport was prompt and helpful.

We rented Jesse’s Tesla and it was a wonderful experience. It was so convenient as he met us at the airport. He did an amazing job, patiently explaining how to use his car and helped us download the Tesla app on our phone. He was always available for messages and questions. The car was super clean. When we left town, we just left the key in the car at the airport and walked to our gate. I would rent from him again.

This was the first time I had use this app to get a rental, and I have to say I’m quite impressed. The car was immaculate and the renter was courteous, polite, and efficient and I would highly recommend him and TURO. I will definitely be using this Rental option as my first option. It is cheaper and just as easy as the big name rental companies that inflate their rates.

Extremely happy I found out about Turo. Will definitely use the service again. It blows away any regular car rental service for airport pickup and drop off. I would like to see mileage in and out on the app so it can be on record and verified by both parties especially on trips with limited mileage.

I used this van to pick up my chronically ill daughter from college. My purse fell over and spilled out its contents while driving. My AirPod Pros were not visible when I looked around the van while picking up my belongings. I tracked them to him and now they’ve been stolen and reset. I contacted the host who won’t respond. Your host policy should include at least trying to contact the rightful owner if something is lost in their vehicle. I won’t use Turo again cause people can’t be trusted and I will be letting that be known to others.

One of the best. Original reservation was cxl by owner. Turo quickly found me a car and had it delivered. The owner of the new car was amazing. Dominic was a great host. Would rent again and again from him. Turo is the best. I would never rent from car rental again.

Gabriel is amazing! The vehicle was as advertised, clean and very reliable. There was constant communication between Gabriel and myself. Very quick to respond to my questions. Definitely will be using this service again and highly recommend it anyone who is looking for an alternative to Uber and other traditional car rental services.

Very good experience for the first time since I had a rental car from Turo. Like it. Some problems with pickup and drop off the car because of issues with the Turo mobile app. Recommended to everybody who wanted try some new experience with rental car directly from the host.

We had an excellent experience with our rental, ours was with Tony. He responded rapidly to any question we had and the vehicle was great and super clean! This was the first time I have ever rented a vehicle through Turo, I only knew about it because my niece and nephew rent theirs through Turo in Hawaii, but what a great experience! I wish I would have known and thought about Turo with our other trips! This is the way to go!!

Brandon was a great host, quickly responsive and he made pick-up and drop off a breeze! The car ran well and was easy on gas. It was also very comfortable and, due to the color,-RED, very easy to find. Brandon is friendly and easy to communicate with and was flexible when I needed to drop off a bit earlier.

The car we rented was delivered and returned on time as we scheduled it with the owner. Everything was in tiptop condition. Clean and operating as it should. It had plenty of room for our luggage. I really don’t know what else to say. We were very happy with the whole experience and had a wonderful trip.

Availability and pricing are competitive compared to any other rental car company. I used it within USA and abroad, and I was satisfied. Turo provided varieties of options of vehicles that were not available with other car rental companies. Also I found the hosts to be gracious and helpful. Overall I enjoyed the great service.

Everything went great. Gary our host was on time to pick us up. The car drove smoothly and easy to drive. I'm still getting used to front and back-up cameras. They sure come in handy. My experiences with you have all been with problems. I haven't had any experience with you that didn't have problems. The first was in Miami when I rented a Tesla, and in the end the owner of the car added tolls to my bill that I didn't use. I spoke to him on the phone and through messages asking him to remove it as he was charging tolls until after the car was delivered. As I had friendly contact with him during the rental, I believed he would withdraw the charge because he himself had told me he was wrong. But he didn't and I was charged. I had a trip scheduled back to my country and I didn't have time to complain to you and I let it go. Then came the experience in Austin-Texas, when I rented a Dodge. I also got a car where the hood didn't close straight. Now back in Miami, I rented a Toyota, on the first day the dashboard started showing car maintenance problems, I immediately asked for the cancellation.

We loved the ease of picking up and dropping off the car and the ability to select the exact car we drove. Alexandria was fantastic! Great communication before, during and after the trip. The car was clean, ran well and was fun to drive with the top down! We will definitely use Turo again and if in Phoenix, book with Alexandria!

I was very satisfied with the ease of getting a car and it was delivered to me! I paid a little extra but it was worth it. Danny was very friendly and accommodating! We were running late getting off of a cruise and Danny was very patient. The app was a nice way to be able to rent the car and see what you get before actually renting it.

First off, vehicle was not as described, it was all kinds of beat up, banged up, etc. The front bumper was being held together with a zip tie and the screen on the inside barely readable due to a warped display. As per the request of the hosts, I got the car washed it quick quack, and I clean the interior myself. Wipe down and vacuumed out. Also, never smoked in the vehicle but after returning it and leaving a good review for those hosts. They put a smoking charge on the vehicle totaling around $166. This charge has to be settled before I can rent a another vehicle. And this is the first time I've ever used Turo, very displeased with the experience.

The host was so very helpful. I had to alter the dates 2 times. He explained how to do that as well as answered all my questions in advance. The car was in great condition and clean. It was easy to find and easy to use. The gas mileage usage was great for my trip.

There is absolutely no way that anyone could’ve done a more excellent job of managing my rental with Colby, with regard to the initial arrangements, the car drop off right curbside at the airport at baggage claim, and extending my trip with absolutely no problem whatsoever coordinating that with Colby, and then, of course the return… Everything was literally perfect and I’m looking forward to renting again.

Please review all the cars on site. Check for host placing junk cars in your great site destroy your reputation. Trust your guts when they tell you the cars are not severed properly. Should put a flag on the host to avoid any unhappy guest. Remember you're in a office. Your guest sees first hand the shape of host car and has been reported in photos unchecked by company. Please review your policies.

I needed a rental for a few days and the last time I rented a car was through hurts car rental (Spelled wrong on purpose). That experience was awful. Turo was a great experience, and will definitely recommend, and use in the future. My rental was in excellent shape, great communication, and easy.

I searched all of the rental agencies in my city and couldn’t find a large car for my trip. Best deal with a discount code was a suburban for $1,500. I downloaded Turo and quickly found a 17 passenger van and cost me $700 total. Easy check out and return.

HI All Turo customer, If you are a Turo car owner, please be aware that if all goes good it is good but whenever someone damage your car or customer did not return your car, you can submit your claim and call them. They listen very nicely but later they will unlist you and don't respond to any call or email. I faced this with two car. They did not pay for accident or anything wrong happened.

This was so easy and affordable for me! I absolutely will always be renting cars from Turo anytime I need them when traveling now! The vehicle was waiting for me in the economy parking lot at the airport with a lockbox to obtain the key, and I was on my way. No waiting in long stressful lines at the airport rental car agencies. I found that Mike was a great host, but the problem was Turo itself. I booked the car thinking it was $29 a day. It turned out to be much more than that, although it wasn't Mike's fault, it was your fault. Even though the car sat in our garage most of the time, I paid what was expected. Even though the body shop took one day longer to fix our car that was promised, I lost my discounts. That is no way to run a successful business.

We were on a cruise and wanted to explore one of the ports on our own. We decided to give Turo a try and we are so glad we did. Pickup of the vehicle was right near our tender boat dock and we spent the day exploring Acadia National Park. Dropoff was so easy as well. The app is very easy to use and communication with the car owner was seamless. I will definitely look at Turo again in the future when we need a short term rental car.

I had a smooth process! No issues whatsoever. I’m currently in a rental through Avis. The car has broken down 2 times and I was stuck in so much traffic for over 3 hrs. I wish I got another Turo. Can’t go wrong with Turo. You pay and pick up. No hassles. No deposit required. I will most definitely be renting again and recommending everyone I know.

This was my worst Turo experience. The host was dishonest, made false claims, and has reported preexisting damage that is proven with the photos uploaded. Host then made new claim and indicated he would take Turo to arbitration until he got what he wanted. Turo representative denied my appeal without looking at the photos provided. Although did not advise rationale. This questions my desire to use Turo services again.

I had a no hassle, carefree experience. The site was easy to navigate, everyone was very communicative as well! Every place is not the same. We went to Kauai and their parking is offsite. In Oahu, their parking is in the airport. You kind of don’t know what to expect but other than that everything has been great. I would recommend it to anyone to communicate with the car owner early as to where the pick up and drop off.

I like the personal touch with business with the company and any questions we had, we received answers that same day. This was my first Turo experience and Cody was great. He provided a way for me to save some money and gave detailed instructions on everything I needed to do. When I had problems with the lockbox, he sent a video showing what to do. The vehicle was spotless and I highly recommend Cody.

We had a very easy connection with our provider of our vehicle. Ηe lives very close to the airport so we did our own pick up and drop off. The vehicle was clean and ready to go. Turo is a great market for cars. It is relatively easy to find the rental of my choice. There are plenty of options and experiences available. My one big complaint is the website… There is no way to see the cost of the vehicle, until checkout. This is inexcusable, in my view. The only thing a customer can see is the daily rate, without pickup/dropoff fees and Turo’s own fee. Your competition (the big rental car firms) make it easy to see total cost of a rental; why can’t Turo do that?

Compared to bigger retail rental car services, with Turo I enjoyed the variety selection of vehicles from economical to luxurious. The extra flexible pick-up & drop off selections are what made the this app stand out, super convenient for travelers who want to take off before business hours (like 4:00am) and not having to pay for a whole day prior like you would with a regular rental car company.

Everything about dealing with Turo was seamless, from booking online to communication with the owner. The car was exactly as promised and pick up and delivery was very easy. We would most definitely recommend Turo to our friends! The car was exactly as described and pick up and drop off was easy.

Everything was fine except we had an incident with the vehicle due to one of the additional drivers. That person got into a mishap that led to the vehicle paint being scraped. Prior to the trip, I checked with my insurance agent and was led to believe it was covered, but ride sharing is not under my policy. It led to unknown liability and the need for insurance which detracts from the cost savings using Turo. Lesson is check with the insurance company and not your agent regarding coverage.

Turo is a great app to use. Bryan was a wonderful host. The Porsche Macan drove very well. The car is well managed and maintenance up to date. I will be using Turo again on my next trip. I like it. The transition was easy. Your ride will be deliver to you or park at a location of the host. Simple!

Check-in was not executed well by vehicle owner. Check-in instructions sent from owner were confusing. No response from owner at 7am PT when I was at vehicle to receive lockbox instructions. Called Turo customer support and they gave me the owner's lockbox entry code (is this standard?)… Seems like a larger security issue to me lol. Trip was great after I was able to get into the lockbox to retrieve the key fob.

Renting vehicles from Ivan was easy and he communicates well. It is so easy to do. This was my 2nd trip with Ivan and will continue to rent from him. Ivan explains how it all works, where to find your car, how to add pics to site when starting your trip, how to end the trip. Really well done.

Pick up and drop off was nice and easy. Smooth ride and great host. Price was reasonable and I will definitely rent again. I was given a promo which I really needed it so I used it. I hope host send out more promos. I love how easy it was to book on the app without problems or long wait times. I also like that the vehicle had two sunroofs on top.

The car rental was great. Car owner host was very helpful. The app did not work well at the beginning when we arrived at the airport parking lot. When we returned the car the app again did not work. We would not recommend the app but we do like the Turo system.

We had a good first experience. I learned a lot what to do and what not to do. I thought that I would be working more with the owner of the car, not so much Turo. More like a friend paying them to borrow their car. I know now to go through the company for things. I ask the owner if I could use the car for the rest of my last day, seeing that we paid for that day. Our flight wasn't until late in the evening. I made arrangements before we left home with her. She is new also. So we both learned a lot. Thank You.

My experience from Pickup to drop off was easy and no troubles. The vehicle served its purpose and my trip was really great. Was such an ease of pressure off my mind for I really enjoyed the rental. I recently had the pleasure of renting a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander from David for a 5-day trip to New York, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Firstly, the process of booking the car through Turo was incredibly easy and convenient. Upon picking up the vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised by its condition. The Outlander was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and almost brand new. The owner clearly took great care of their car, which immediately gave me peace of mind for my trip.

Renting through Turo was seamless. Very easy pick up & return. No waiting in long lines to rent a vehicle. Got the exact car we had requested. Communication was prompt, courteous, and accurate. Enjoyed Southern California in a fun convertible that was immaculate! Would definitely recommend to anyone and will certainly use again!

This was my first time using Turo- recommended by my daughter who has use them a few times. The vehicle I rented was perfect for my trip. It was roomy and excellent on gas. Easy app to use. Very professional host with great manners and replies asap to texts and had not one bad experience with him. He was awesome. He brang the car to me early on full tank and made sure I was ok and parked when trip was done in case I needed more time. That shows a lot of consideration because it was raining hard that whole weekend and he's so nice to his clients.

Car scraped a little but was great. Really good on gas as well. My first time experience was very smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend Turo and this host. Renting from Turo is less than renting from a car rental company for the amount of time I had the car.

My rental was the cheapest I could find online (after you add fees and what not) but it was still really expensive. That is my only issue and unfortunately that is a big issue that would keep me from renting in the future. But I really appreciate the ability to have the car dropped off. I don't think other rental companies do that. And also the fact that I didn't have to put down a large deposit. Car was great though, and the process was very smooth and easy. But like I said, the cost will make me think thrice about if I really need a rental or if I can call friends and family for a ride and just hunker down and stay at home or only go walking distance.

Great vehicle. Would recommend and awesome host. Whole process was very easy and enjoyed my trip. You actually save money going Turo rather than standard rentals. Airport etc. Skip waiting in line after a long trip and just Uber right to your car. This is the future of rentals. I'm not sure how Avis or Enterprise can compete unless they merge.

We experienced wonderful service and easy to use! We had never used a site like this and was a bit skeptical, but it worked out great! Very clear instructions and explanations of why they needed certain information. The process was very smooth from selection to payment to pick up to drop off. Make sure you add your drivers ahead of pickup so you don’t waste anytime getting on the road. We will use this site again on our next trip!

I love using Turo now because it is such a long process to get a car from a rental and to return the car to a rental. You have to wait in line every single time and this process you just make sure everything’s clean out of your car and the car is filled up and you park it at your site. No waiting time whatsoever to get or return your car.

This car was perfect for my trip. It was very clean and easy to drive. The hosts responded right away with the questions I had. The vehicle had good trunk space to store items. I would definitely rent this car again. It was nice to offer additional items such as chair, coolers etc.

A fine car. Very comfortable for 4 adults and a lot of luggage. The Outlander drove very well on 3 trips of 2 to 3 hours. Excellent communication from the owner. Could not have been better. Car was at the airport when we arrived 3 hours late. The owner accommodated our late arrival masterfully. We received explicit instruction for the drop off. Everything went off without a hitch.

Vehicle was clean, gassed up and ready for pickup at approximate time and location. The experience as well as the host was great. I needed few more hours with the car and asked for an extension. The host had no problem with approving the extension. The vehicle was good on gas.

Was very easy w pick up and drop off via the MSP airport. Used lock box for keys and free parking ticket. Owner was available by text for questions. Highly recommended. Car was clean and gas tank was full. Car had high mileage but operated well. Was four wheel drive so is perfect for the winter months of Minnesota.

But, Turo charged me way too much. At the end of my total, it stated $177. When I went to hit submit, the total changed to $200 something. I am not happy about that at all. It's just too much! I Will probably ease off and go back to a rental car place. At least they tell you everything upfront and not lie to you. Turo owes me money and still hasn’t paid!

I would have preferred to have had the vehicle return information prior to the day of return. The vehicle had been returned early and the host contacted but I did not know that I needed to document fuel level and mileage and check out on the app until later that day. I was on vacation and not checking e-mails!

Was a little worried. Not sure how this worked. Picked the perfect car with the nicest owner. My rental went smoothly and car was spotless. I’m happy with the mileage I was allotted because it was way over of what I planned to use. I also liked that it was in a neighborhood that was close to me and I didn’t have to wait to get my car!

Rented a great Jeep for my boyfriend's birthday. Took the top off and follow the coastline as far south as we could and watch the sunset. Then we drove it across the state and back up the East Coast as far as we could watched the sunrise. Great experience. Great app.

Had a great experience with Turo. I was hesitant to use Turo but it was more convenient and cheaper than a car rental. Would definitely use it again. The truck was a newer model and in perfect condition. It was very clean. Looked like they had just detailed it. Picked up and dropped off at the airport. The owner stayed in contact with me via the Turo app and gave me specific instructions on where to pick up and drop off.

Host was extremely accommodating in picking us up and dropping us off at LAX. Very good rate, comfortable car, even had three adults in the back seat a couple of times. Great communication, too. Price and size of vehicle was great for the four of us. Roomy for all of us and our luggage. The back up camera would work on and off. Because the car wasn’t automatic it was a little hard to close the back doors of the van. Other than that everything was fine.

We had our whole family getting together in Phoenix. We rented a Suburban to get everyone from the airport to the Air bed and breakfast rental unit. Worked out perfectly. Hauled groceries and "littles" in their car seats with ease. This was the perfect family hauler. Thank you Stan Vu Industries.

I will never use this app again. It is my first time using it. I took the pictures. I thought would be good enough. I didn't bump or crash the car. I took good care of it when it was in my hands. The owner is stating that the bumper was damaged. And the expert team from Turo said it was my fault when I took a picture and showed no damage when he pick the car up. The host didn't take pictures during pick up time. He also lives 77 miles away and took pictures the next day at 8 pm. I don't see how they're trying to blame me. Never again.

Efficient, safe process. Car was in person as advertised. Great service! Enough mileage included, lots of different types of vehicles to meet what I might need. Descriptions of process detailed and easy to understand. Competitive cost for all the vehicles types. New process and was guided through it well and glad to have given it a try.

I picked up my car at the airport. Location instructions were very clear, making the vehicle easy to find. My personal car is a Tesla and that’s what I wanted to rent. The car was pristine as advertised. I communicated easily several times with the owner through the app. The rental price was competitive with other rental agencies except Turo allowed me to get the car I wanted. Will definitely use Turo again in the future.

Owner was very attentive, responsive, and helpful with any concerns leading up to, during, and after my stay with the car. He was available 24/7. The car was exactly where it was promised to be at the airport, and the changeovers couldn’t have been more seamless. The car drove and rode very well and, its condition was basically as promised. The vehicle did unfortunately have an odor, like perhaps it was smoked in a LONG time ago, and the owner has tried air fresheners to get cover up the scent.

Since I discovered Turo I’m never going back to rental cars. Great prices, great hosts, great service, and a pleasant trip. All of the hosts I have used have been super responsive and all of the vehicles have been exactly as described and in great mechanical shape. It’s a little different process than most are used to that use rental companies but it’s easy and after you do it once you become a pro.

The car was clean and smelled good when I got it. Great on gas. I expected it to be a LOT bigger since it’s advertised as a 7 seater. But was VERY disappointed to see the trunk space disappear when the 3rd row was raised and there was NO leg room. During the drive the car would do a vibrating shake that I didn’t like and the gas pedal would get stuck a little bit. Probably won’t rent again if I have more than 3 people with me just for space.

First time using Turo I had to return the first car. It had car issues, then I was assigned a new car which was totally paid for by you guys only for the guys trying to accuse me of damaging their car, when the pictures that they posted already showed that they had rim damage. Which I had proof for.

The vehicle met our needs and was described accurately. Positive experience with pick up and drop off. Very easy and quick. Really liked that. The vehicle is a bit older and doesn’t have backup assistance but knew that going into it. It had enough storage capacity for our luggage and purchases. We enjoyed this vehicle for our trip and would definitely rent again.

Rented a Porsche in Maui. Great choice and great experience. Easy and effortless. 2018 718 Boxster. Fun to drive and very nice with the top down. Road to Hana was awesome with this car. The only issue I have is the extra hidden fees when you go through the steps especially if it’s a last min thing or an emergency, you give One price and then you end up with a total different price. This was our first time using Turo and definitely NOT our last!! So much easier than having to deal with the lines and wait that can happen when renting at the airport. Easy communication, wonderful car and easy, easy, easy!! There is one thing keeping me from awarding 5 stars and that is the “pick-up”. The add stated airport pick-up, so I booked. Exact pick-up was actually off the airport property. We ended up needing an Uber and that was $20 each way.

It was easy and cheaper than a car rental company. The car was at airport when I landed, and I was provided pics of where it was parked. Communication was easy and thorough. The car was really nice. Returning car was just as easy and the app was easy to navigate.
