When my originally booked car was cancelled last minute through no faint of theirs, Turo’s communication and suggestions made it easy to rebook quickly. Communication with the vehicle owner was thorough, pick up and location of the vehicle at the airport was easy and convenient, and the vehicle was as described.

This was my first time using the app. I had a great experience. The car was smooth, the car up keep was decent, especially for the price. It was easy to book, he was easy to work with, easy with communication, now the pickup location was a little difficult but overall great experience for my first trip.

Brian, our host, was excellent. He provided great instructions on picking up the vehicle and answered all our questions. The vehicle was just as advertised and was perfect for our family vacation. He checked on us mid-week to reassure us he was available if we had any issues. Turo is a great alternative to renting from the large companies. You see exactly which car you will be driving and have direct contact with the owner.

I was very nervous about renting a car that wasn’t a major car rental place. Cassandre made my first experience a smoothly. She walked me through everything and was very patient with me when I made errors because I wasn’t sure. Lol. The car was very clean and well taken care of. The exp with Turo was better than going to a car rental company. I will never go to back to rental a car from a rental company. I will always use Turo going forward because there was no lines. Lol. Turo is like renting a Airbnb a great easy process. Thank you.

A gorgeous, clean and fun car to drive. Took a short day trip to Santa Cruz for my anniversary. This car hugged the curves beautifully. I really liked how this car feels so solid. Just a reminder: This is a very fast car so be cautious if you have never driven one of these. This car was just such a pleasure to drive. Great customer service. Clean car and great value. Highly recommended.

I was charged a cleaning fee of $150. The owner stated the vehicle was returned dirty with pain stains on the interior. However, during our vacation, we stayed at a cabin that had gravel roads. The interior was dusty from our feet, not paint. This complaint from the owner was never remedied. My account was still charged. I am currently disputing this with my credit card. I've always had a 5+ rating from owners and never had an issue with Turo. Will not be using Turo again!

My rental experience went very smoothly. My host provided all of my needed information promptly and the car was as expected. I had no problems all with it. I would suggest that when renting a electric vehicle to get a hotel that has charting stations if possible. I would rent again.

I was very happy with the website and how easy it is to find a vehicle. My only complaint: I wanted one with a bike rack so selected that option and chose some of the resulting available cars. However, on contacting two of the owners, they both said they did not have bike racks.

This was my first time using Turo. It was a great experience, except for the car smelling like **. Otherwise, everything went well. I especially liked the fact that the owner brought the car to me, instead of me riding a shuttle to where I needed to pick up the car.

First time using Turo. It was easy to use. I like that it was brought to me I did not had to waste time picking up at airport. Jeep owner was very helpful communicating with me. Fast response either by texting or by phone. Jeep was in perfect condition just as the description said it was.

The Alpha Romeo Stelvio was a great ride. The red interior really made the car stand out, as did the black wheels. The gas mileage was better than expected as was the ride quality. It caught the attention of my coworkers in the parking lot. Brandon was responsive and complete in his communications. I would highly recommend the car and the host. It was an easy pickup at the Detroit airport.

Nice & roomy air conditioner blows like the wind & the woman’s loved it when I pulled up. Nice car was the word of the day. The process to rent a vehicle is quick and easy! The vehicle owner was efficient and on time. The prices are very fair. The selection is the same as if you rented through a chain rental place. I would recommend using this service and would definitely use Turo again in the future.

We rented from TURO a Toyota from Daniel. This was a first time renting from a private person and this company. The experience was awesome from beginning to end. The owner answered every question we had in a short time and made the pick up and drop off so easy. The car was clean and in good condition for all we needed.. We will always use this company!

We had a car booked since February for our trip to Las Vegas. 20 minutes before the drop off time I received a phone call from the owner stating he had a flat tire and the tow truck was an hour and half out. Since this was my first time using Turo, my daughter found the car for me so I didn't know what to do. I called Turo support and the agent was GREAT! She searched for me and found another car that I could get in about an hour and half. We decided that it would take up too much of our day and she was able to schedule the car for the next morning. There was an extra charge for this car ($76) but she was able to get that waived by her supervisor for the inconvenience.

I loved the car, and it was in tip top shape and very clean. My problem was with the Turo App. I put myself in as primary driver. When I tried to put my husband Robert ** in as an additional driver, I could not put his information in. It just would not let me. I tried off and on for many days and no matter what I did, I could not put him in. I tried customer service, but it didn't help me. I finally gave up and was the sole driver. It ruined my trip. Driving around the Boston area and out of Logan Airport where there was so much traffic, it took forever. It was a horrible drive everywhere because of Boston traffic. I was miserable. Because of the trouble I had using the Turo app, I probably will never get a car through Turo again. But remember, I did like the car and it was in great shape so I had no problem with it. Just with Turo itself.

RECOMMENDED! This was my first time renting through TURO. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. The Chevy Tahoe was exactly as outlined, in perfect condition - clean, gassed and ready to go. It was easy to rent, pickup and drop off. The price was far better than through a traditional rental car agency and it was VERY easy to add drivers.

Initially I was hesitant about using Turo. Yes, I have seen the commercials, but I was teetering on the issue. so the time came when I needed a rental, and both my niece and nephew said, "Hey Auntie, you should rent from Turo. They are great!" So, I ventured onto the site and found a great rental from Jonathan B. (Toyota Yaris). The process was seamless, and he was an awesome host. I'm currently on my second rental with Jozh B. (Kia Forte) and he too made the process seamless, expeditious and professional.

First time using this app. Couldn’t have been better! Kolton was professional and sincere. He was flexible while being extremely accommodating to my needs. He made the experience easy. I will definitely use his services again. Strongly recommend and will sing his praises to anyone traveling in the area. Car was super clean and he always responded to questions and concerns if asked.

The booking process was super easy and convenient. The host was amazing. I will definitely continue to use this service whenever I'm traveling and in need of a rental. I can not express enough how awesome the host was. If I could rate higher than a 5 I would. Wonderful experience overall.

Every one is waiting for you to pick up your vehicle. Information has been taken care of. The staff is so respectful. They are waiting for you to arrive for pickup. And your vehicle is so refreshing. When you arrive you are welcome. Then you get in your vehicle and leave.

Had a wonderful experience. Maria was very helpful and worked with us to make our stay a memorable one the vehicle we rented was in good shape, had everything we needed was very fuel efficient and with unlimited miles was able to see most of the island. Just enough room for my family.

The trip was awesome. The app works seamless.. The car was everything as described. The financial portion of the transaction went smoothly. Highly recommend alternative to standing around at a rental car counter waiting on paperwork...Will definitely do this again. I think it's a good way to find new cars to drive before making purchases as well.

Very clean and well maintained vehicle. Performed as expected. Enough room for everyone that was going on the trip. I did have one issue in the beginning, I had never owned/driven this type of car before, so when the alert system beeped, I had to figure out why. Turned out, the parking brake was on. After shutting it off, no more beeping/problems.

Rented a Mitsubishi Outlander. I was met at the door to the parking lot and escorted to the vehicle's location (no searching). Exterior & interior very clean. Ran well and spacious. Had to reach out to locate the gas cap release, during my rental and immediately received the response. Only negative was the cracked front windshield, which I photographed for no issues.

Our car was excellent for our trip and our host Esthefani was great to work with. She responded very quickly to some travel issues we were having (with a flight, not the car). The car was clean and we got great gas mileage. The pick up and drop off were both easy. I would highly recommend.

Everything was easy from vehicle selection to picking up and dropping off the vehicle. Would highly recommend this service to anyone not wanting to rent from the traditional Enterprise or Hertz. There was clear communication from start to finish with the entire process. Was actually upgraded free of charge which was a nice unexpected surprise for us when we got to the airport to pick up the car.

On my recent trip, I knew I’d be driving over 1000 miles and I wanted a “safe” car. Renting from the airport was ridiculously expensive for a tiny little car. The Mercedes I got from George was perfect. Although it is an older model, it has been meticulously cared for and was half the cost of the brand new tiny car from the car rental company at the airport. George delivered it to my friend’s home on time, took a few minutes to explain a couple things about the car and was available via phone when I had a question. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent one of George’s cars the next time I’m in Chicago. He was a pleasure to work with.

Chris not only gave us a very reliable and clean vehicle, he went over and above any host we've ever dealt with. He made sure the car would be ready for us and checked with us to make sure everything was ok. We will definitely be utilizing his services on our next trip to Fort Worth, Texas.

I was lie to by my host. She need to be removed. I was charged a extra $29.09 for returning the car back early. I never heard of anything like this before. I give 600 miles and only use 503. please looking into this matter. I always use Turo and never had this problem before.

I got an amazing car rented (Cadillac Escalade 2022) for less money than the traditional companies charge. Amazing communication, smooth transaction, no issues at all on the process. Included full coverage insurance for a fair price. Using the app is super simple to find, book and pay for the reservation and keep direct communication with the renters. I’m renting my next car on a trip with Turo again.

I LOVE the car selection and all the owners are great to work with. I just wish something can be done with insurance coverage using travel CC or using personal car insurance. The total cost per day end up about the same as traditional car rental companies. Maybe allow safe driver discount with proof of personal insurance coverage.

This was the first time using Turo. I was very impressed with the ease and the quality of the the car. I would recommend this to anyone in the future and I plan to use this more than Enterprise from now on. The selection of cars is very interesting and a lot to consider.

The owner Ernesto was amazing and communication was great. He made the check-in and checkout process so easy. He responded very quickly. Me and my son had an absolutely great time riding around in his slingshot. We did not want to get out of it. The unlimited miles was the main selling point and I appreciated not having to be conscious of how many miles we had driven.

I recently rented a car through Turo for a trip in Vancouver from June 17th to June 25th, and I must say it was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. My experience with Turo left me feeling deceived, frustrated, and utterly disappointed. The trouble started right from the moment I picked up the rental car. While the vehicle appeared to be in decent condition on the outside, the interior was poorly maintained, with stains on the seats and a strange odor that lingered throughout the journey. However, the real nightmare began once I returned the car after my trip. To my disbelief, I received an email from Turo a few days later, stating that I would be charged an exorbitant amount for alleged damages to the vehicle.

I was temporarily out of a vehicle and looked to rent a vehicle from several companies but the prices and holds were extremely high in cost for the amount of time I would potentially need. With Turo I found something that was in my budget. I found a vehicle within a 2 mile radius. Super convenient drop-off and pick up, my host Cleiton was absolutely amazing and accommodating. This was my 4th time using Turo and am now always recommending it to those I know.

A GREAT car and very responsive owner! Car was filled up and super clean and delivered within an hours notice! I had to extend the use several times and each time I received a response very quickly. Couldn't ask for better service. I will definitely be doing business again! Thank you so much!

These guys are great! We will definitely rent from them again! Easy pick up and drop off process. They were very responsive when we had questions. It was our second time renting from them. Both cars were great for our daily commutes. We had to request extensions twice on the last car due to delays at the shop with our car. That process was also super easy and fast!

Everything was fantastic from reserving the vehicle to picking the vehicle up and returning the vehicle. The vehicle was everything I expected and then some. Tyler is the best. Left the Jeep exactly where he said it was located. Great communication and beautiful clean vehicle. I will definitely use him again. Easy to gain access and just take it back to where you found it. Vehicle was clean. Performance was perfect. You can tell when a person takes care of their vehicle.

No answer to why I can’t rent a car just that I can’t even when contacting support. The people for support were nice but couldn't give any answers. And I don’t think that it’s good to not have every information available to your customer service that way if your customer has a question they can answer it.

After creating an online Turo account, I was given $100 off a trip if I scheduled a trip. I did, but my host asked to cancel days before it was set to begin because the car had A/C issues. He was an experienced and well reviewed host, so I booked another car with him. When I did that, I lost out on my $100 credit. That disappointed me. Besides that, the Turo experience was easy. He left the car in the airport parking lot, after landing it was easy to get our luggage there and we returned the same way, no lines and shuttles for traditional car rentals.

This is the second time we have used Turo to rent this little Jeep. Making the reservations, making changes to our reservation was truly easy. The car was exactly as pictured and our host was friendly and responsive. Our granddaughter and her family live in TX, so we will use Turo and our host again on our return visits.

My family and I took a short trip and really loved using the Jeep. We have used app in the past and knew we could pick out the vehicle we wanted. It was a fun trip to a old favorite. We would use this service again. I have told others about Turo.

This was my first time using Turo and I have to say I was very happy with most of the experience. My vehicle was in great condition and I absolutely loved it. The only inconvenience I faced was in dropping off the car. There was no leeway for early morning flights. I had to drop off the car in a lot across the street from the airport and walk there by myself at 6 am to get to my flight on time. I was uneasy and scared but overall it worked out well.

This was my first time using Turo, and I will definitely use it again. I spent a bit of time searching for “the right” person to partner with. I finally found someone with top ratings who offered the vehicle I wanted, unlimited mileage, car seats $10 each flat fee instead of per day, and pickup/drop off at my desired location. Upon booking, I wrote to my contact and he very quickly responded, confirming he saw my reservation and would be ready for us. It gave me such peace of mind. Throughout our trip, he was very responsive. Now here’s the amazing part: we needed an 8-seater vehicle. They are really hard to rent from an agency, and when we found them at the agency, they cost two to four times as much as what we paid through Turo. In using Turo, I supported local, I didn’t have to lug car seats around, and I saved money. Wins across the board.

I just wanted to let you know that I thought paying for the exit fee of the rental, was supposed to be reimbursed... which was told to me by the owner, However it wasn't returned to me. In the future, I hope you address this with your guest prior to rental, so that they don't feel like they paid for airport pickup twice. The vehicle also alerted me to an overdue oil change. Although the owner was responding, the communication could have definitely been better.

TURO is the way to go! We took four of our grandkids, ages 3-14, for a SoCal adventure. We rented a Telluride from Charles and it was perfect! We all fit with our carry on luggage and backpacks and it even had the two car seats that we needed for the youngest kids. We stayed about 30 minutes from the beach and attractions and everyone was comfortable during the time we spent in the car. I highly recommend!

Car was clean and exactly as described. Host was extremely communicative with us. Pick up and drop off could not have been more convenient! Host I instructions were exact for pickup and our drop off was so easy. Host made everything very convenient for us and was in constant communication with us for all phases of pickup and drop off. Will definitely recommend Turo and especially our host Marina!! I was skeptical at first since I’ve never used Turo before but I highly recommend.

A week later after we return the van, the host claimed windshield damage report which was not happened during my trip. It was very unpleasant experience. There must be a way to filter out these bad hosts.

Such a great experience on my first ride, great car selection, easy experience, great app and super responsive owner. The price was so affordable and way better than the big car rental companies. So awesome to rent a Tesla, just like driving mine at home, all the settings came over. The owner was so helpful, friendly and responsive. I will be coming back again and again. Love it!

The owner and I was in communication from the beginning to the end. I went through a time change from one state to the other. I reached out to inform him, that I will be one hour late in time to return the vehicle. He was very supportive and extended me an extra hour. The vehicle was in top shape and cleaned. The original rental went well. I tried to leave a good review even tho the outside of the car was not cleaned however the inside was clean. I dropped the car off and the driver suspected smoking but could not prove it so he took a picture of a Malbaro cigarette, charged me a smoking fee and overdrew my account. My fiancé smoke Newports and we did not smoke in the car. Then when I texted and explained that to the host he then said, "Oh it was a large smell of **." I asked which was it and he had no response. I am not happy with this rental. May be a first and last.

There was a good selection of cars in our area. We chose a Great car, clean and well maintained. It was an Easy process, to book and to get the vehicle. Everything being At a Fair price. The owner was a pleasure to interact with. We have Already booked a second trip. We recommend Truro.

The Raptor I rented was great, the check in and check out experience is really what stood out to me. Not having to account for an hour for rental pick up and drop off was very convenient. Jay and his team were quick to respond to any questions that they hadn't already answered. If I'm ever in the area, I will definitely use Golden Luxury again!

It was my first time using Turo. It was very easy and efficient. The app was easy to set up. Katie was excellent and her SUV was the same. She was very communicative and timely with information and made it easy with pick up and a different delivery. I Definitely would recommend Katie to all.

Turo provides an opportunity to rent vehicles you would not otherwise be able to rent; like sports cars. I found the prices to be cheaper that local car rental companies and there are so many vehicles to choose from that meet your family’s needs for your trip. Turo is also great for “test-driving” a vehicle you think you may want to buy.

My car needed to get some body work done recently and I found myself without a vehicle to get to and from work. Turo was recommended to me and it was a wonderful experience at an economical price.. Chesna provided a beautiful Nissan rogue that made the time without my own vehicle, a joyous experience.

I had 2 initial good experiences renting from owners of vehicles on Turo. But then my husband and I were the victims of fraud, arriving at an address in Albuquerque where there was no Volvo (which we had paid for) and the house looked basically deserted. Not only did we not get our money back ($650), but we never got an opportunity to speak to someone who could give us a reason why. We were told by one person we WOULD get our money back, but then didn't, called again, and were told we would hear from them withing 24 hours, within 2 days, etc., and never heard back. We spent long hours on the phone with people supposedly looking in to the situation, but it was all a ruse, as they dropped us completely. Renter beware. I believe this company grew too fast from its humble beginnings to a greedy corporation. I would NEVER use them again.

First time user. A bit skeptical considering using private rentals vs. traditional agencies. We were so wrong. Turo was easy, guided each step, rental was flawless, renter/owner was extremely good at real-time communication. App instructs you along your rental journey. Both customer and owner are protected. Owner uploaded car photos of each section of car after they prepared it for you. You get to see those photos before you pickup. Then as you get keys, the app instructs you to take your own inspection photos of each section of the car exterior and interior. No surprises from either party on pickup. Then on Dropoff customer uploads photos of after-rental condition of each car part again.

Damarcus was really great to work with. He was very attentive and he had excellent communication. Both the pick up and the drop off of the vehicle were super convenient and easy. He gave very clear and comprehensive instructions. The car was very clean and it got excellent gas mileage.

This was the first time using this app, very user friendly and convenient. The host was great with great communication skills. I was I was skeptical at first. The process was very easy, price cost effective. I would use this any time. I took this on a family vacation. Was in great condition and had all the amenities need for a comfortable trip also only having to put gas in car and the location to pick up and drop off was very convenient.

We had never used Turo but with the cost and inconvenience of rental cars, we decided to try it. We could not have been happier with the host and the car. Far more convenient and better pricing than a rental and with as much exploring as we wanted, an Uber made no economic sense. Turo gave us the flexibility to do and go wherever we wanted whenever we wanted. It’s the only way we will manage our transportation needs when we travel in the future.

I found TURO on the internet while shopping for a car rental in Kauai. I liked the fact that I could choose a specific make and model I would like to rent versus a rental agency that gives you a round about choice of a car you MAY get. TURO is easier on the pocketbook than the big agencies and the process is simple with easy access to the car. The car is clean and ready for the road. Contacting the sponsor is just a text away. So convenient!!! I will definitely use TURO for my next adventure!!

The process was so easy particularly for me, because I was in a hurry. The host provided good information helpful to a beginner. I was able to access and return the car without any problems. The car was clean and ran great. The host was very professional and responsive. I will rent from Hector again.

Rented a BMW M8 in Arizona, turned the car and find out the next day the owner is billing us for damage we didn't create. His evidence was 2 photos, he claimed one before and one was after. Funny thing is, the supposed damage is in the before photo. Claimed we damaged the front camera, yet the camera never turned on the 4 days we had it.

There should be a red flag that makes you aware that the the state that you travel to does not allow cars for pick up or drop off. I think I may have avoided this error if I would had read all my text and email and just not booked and immediately get on plane and not seeing them till I landed at the destination. Turo was very helpful in assisting me further.

Easy to work with owner from start to finish. I did have an issue with the smell from a previous renter but it faded over time. The car was awesome. No problems whatsoever. It was clean and love that we can take to car wash and vacuum after we were done with it.

My host Edgar made this experience. Amazing. From pick up at the airport to return. The car was clean and ready to go and there was even a welcome kit. I truly enjoyed how easy this was. It was a seamless experience. I’ll definitely recommend this service as a way to work around the long lines at the rental car counter, and enjoy a new car.

Loved using Turo. Way cheaper than traditional rentals would be and it's wonderful to be able to choose the actual car that I'm going to get and know that I'll get that car. I strongly dislike picking a category of car and thinking you'll get one thing, but end up with something not nearly as good as you thought. Plus, my host was super easy to work with. I wanted to make a last minute adjustment on pickup and he was super flexible. Oh and have you ever been to those rental car places where it can take an hour to walk out the door after you arrive to pick up the car?!? LOVED how fast pick up was with our host! Don't think I'll ever be using the rental car places again!!!

Updated on 07/27/2023: I was very upset after reading my review, I went above and beyond detailed on and out every inch, I left 100 more miles worth of gas than when I received it. I have the pictures to prove it was immaculate. My elderly dad got in it smoking a cigarette. When I got to the car I made him put out and febreezed it. To say the car wasn’t in the best condition is a complete fabrication. I was so excited waiting for my review wanting to build a good report with Turo. I’m so disappointed now.

The vehicle we rented cost us $45 a day which was great! What came next was unexpected, I received an email from someone I had never heard from saying they were charging my card an additional $30 because I was one hour and 6 minutes late turning it in. I had bragged on the company, but now I am second guessing myself. I don’t think I will ever rent from Turo again because of the after effects of the customer service.

Trying to say me and my kids had smoked in the car. He took pictures almost an hour later. The proof he’s showing are false as he stated in his first message that he found seeds with no smell. Then later in the 2 message he stated he had to deep clean because of the smell. When I pointed out to him, "You told me there was no smell," he switched his statement. Then also saying because we had air freshener hanging in the car that’s a sign that we smoked. He’s saying that’s why he couldn’t smell it. When has there ever be a crime to hang up air fresheners in a car. While driving through Chattanooga the whole car was shaking. Almost died with the bad tires as I had to slow down. But we made it so I’m thankful for that.

The meet times went as planned for pick up & return. It was the perfect vehicle for our needs. Plenty of room. Fairly economical. A confirmation on the starting mileage on the vehicle would have been nice, being anything over 1200 miles costs so much more per mile. We were well on our way before we realized we hadn't checked our starting mileage. We didn't go over, but that's something I thought should have been called to our attention. I do prefer, and did contact the owner for questions that had come up. Texting appeared to be the best way for that. Overall, the experience was great. Have a good day.

Decided to try Turo and so glad I did. Girls trip to Antelope Island from SLC. Brand new Odyssey Mini Van delivered right to our hotel. Comfortable for all six. Customer service was great. Picked up early when we were done. Very responsive to all my messages. Will definitely use Turo again.

Disappointed that Uhtred Mgmt cancelled our 9:30 reservation at 8:45 am. Their weather excuse may have allowed them to avoid getting a 1-star from Turo. Ultimately, after multiple calls and attempts by customer service, we got a lesser car for one less day (nothing available until the following day), and didn’t have any money refunded. The new host was great to work with, but I am not sure we will use Turo again.

Anthony was a phenomenal host! Pick up and drop of was a breeze! Slingshot was exactly as described only BETTER. Turned a lot of heads with this ride. This was a perfect experience for my wife and I to enjoy my birthday in the city. We most definitely will be renting again. Thanks my man!!!

My experience has been great! Very easy process. I was given updates/explanations before and after my trip. The only thing I would have to say negative would be about cleaning the car. Maybe that should be left off and added into fee of rental but, I will definitely be using again.

Went to Florida - awesome service, no hidden surprises and easy to use. Rented a hybrid that only saved us gas but had all the safety bells and whistles. Felt safe. Received great instructions and check out was easy. Better than Airbnb check out and was able to check out easily.

Could make it more clear when putting in you are arriving at a airport that you still have to pay more to get car at airport. Host was amazing during our whole trip even with my indent. Very good selection of vehicles was available. I changed vehicles and Turo was prompt in returning monies paid. We needed two vehicles and I could not find a way to rent both. A second person had to rent the second vehicle. Found this to be frustrating. It was not possible to "shop" price once you committed to a rental.

First timer here and I surprised with the many experiences I dealt with. We rented 2 jeeps on 2 different Hawaiian islands. My first Jeep (Oahu) was canceled the day before my trip and left me frantic. I chose an alternative Jeep and had a terrible experience: they showed up at the airport a day early, and on our actual arrival day came 50min late to pick us up. He didn’t show on return (another excuse) and made us drive to another location. Oh, and he forgot the beach equipment we rented. Our second Jeep on this trip (Maui) was the polar opposite and she did everything right: timely and made sure we felt valued. The jeep was well equipped with maps, points of interest, extra chargers and all equipment we rented. She even gave us welcome leis and a gift bag knowing it was our anniversary.

Host never mentioned paying the cost for parking on my return to airport. I gave him a day notice and he said he couldn't meet me. Not to mention I put more gas in the car from when I got it. I would not recommend renting from him again. It's the principle, not the $10.30 cost which I paid.

The service is good and the prices. Communication is good. Cleaning is good. Get to drive a brand new car with good condition of your kind. I have it and I can recommend this site to a friend or family. Is good and great. I love it and will always used it.

My wife and I really enjoyed our day in the Miata, it was fun to drive and handled great. It was of course, a little tight with the top up, for a 6'4'' guy, but surprisingly comfortable with the top down. This car is very clean and A/C works awesome.

Host arrived 30 minutes late, phone stand wasn’t set up and looked complicated. Chargers in the car didn’t work. The app doesn’t tell me if I need to refuel when returning, I don’t even know if that was ever an option but it seems other rental car companies make that very clear.

I’m a local person and my car was in the shop for a week so I decided to rent this jeep to have some fun in the Florida sun. All in all it was a great experience and the jeep is in great sound shape. I highly recommend Sarah’s jeep and picking it up could not have been easier.

My experience was convenient and hassle-free! It was also cost-effective as opposed to going through typical car rental agencies. The person I rented from was accommodating at the last minute (on my part) and was super nice. The vehicle was clean and modern. Got the car with a nail in the tire and the engine whooshed and made a rattling sound. The nail okay. It’s a quick fix but the rest if I knew I couldn’t of rented the car. As they said it was fine and does it sometimes but that was an ongoing thing. Also if I knew how small the trunk was with all 7 seats up it wouldn’t of worked out for us as I had to put half our luggage with family since no room. Good communication tho, smooth driving if blanked out the noise.

Wanted to rent a BMW convertible for a staycation, went online and discovered Turo. Was not familiar but had a great experience. Loved the car, host was helpful and easy to work with. This was a great way to enjoy a car we have never driven, would be a great way to test drive a car we would consider purchasing. Will do this again.

This isn’t about my trip per day but I absolutely did not like that I took my trip June 6, for an invoice for a drive through ticket July 18 and it escalated the 20th. I’m sorry Turo but what exactly were you going to do if I didn’t pay the invoice in TWO DAYS. Don’t you think there should be some guidelines because I don’t like being treated like I ran out on a bill. That was weird, odd and rude and for a first time customer it’s totally unacceptable especially when you're adding fees every chance you can. This might be my first and last time for that reason alone!!!

I had a great time and experience using the Turo app. It allowed a one on one communication between myself and the host & avoiding lines at car rental center. The host provided a vehicle exactly as described in the app. I am looking forward to using This app. More in the future.

My first time using the Turo app and had trouble with a car already. The person car had a battery problem. The wires were all messed up and it caught on fire. I made a claim and it's been about a week and half. I still haven't heard about claim and to see if I'm being blamed.

My husband and I took off to do a bucket list item! We drove a convertible Mustang through all the Florida Keys and then stayed a week in Key Largo! It was the trip of a lifetime and having that lovely convertible was part of the excitement! Definitely recommend using Turo to find your perfect vacation ride that is affordable!

We rented a car with Turo for the first time. The car had a couple of issues. First of all it made a loud creaking noise when driving on the highway, but the main issue was the host set wrong expectations with us. We picked up the car from a long term parking place where the host parked the car for us. The pickup was smooth and the host sent us a message that in order to take the car out of the parking, we would need to pay a small fees that he would return once we returned the car. However, when we did, he flatly denied to pay us the parking fee back citing all sorts of reasons. That left a very bad taste in our mouth. Had to contact Turo Support to resolve the matter, and they did by refunding the money which I am hoping makes it back into my bank account.

Great trip. Wonderful host, went above and beyond to deliver vehicle and excellent customer service as well. I would recommend this host to family and friends any time and I'm looking forward to renting through Turo again with this particular host. The vehicle was absolutely stunning and spotless. The ride was superb. The host had no issues in delivering the vehicle to me. There were no issues with communication.

I was unfamiliar with the service and more or less stumbled into it while trying to identify rentals. The price and selection and availability was ideal.. I read other reviews and took a chance. I was able to secure a Tesla which I had wanted to test drive anyway and had a delightful experience with the vehicle. Was not disappointed and recommend this as an alternative to rental agencies.

This was a seamless experience from confirmation to the owner’s review. Everything was accomplished through the app but I even had the number for the owner/operator should I have needed it. The vehicle was exactly what I needed, 5 passengers and room for a lot of luggage. I did have to clean the vehicle before returning it but it madams all of us keep up with the trash and everyday pickups. Adding additional drivers was so easy and didn’t cost anything extra, unlike the rental companies.

The car was parked out front with keys in center console making it very easy for me to get in and go. Car was very clean and host was very accessible. I needed to pick up a little later and drop off earlier and it was so easy. The car drove very smoothly and I really enjoyed driving a hybrid.

Had a truly enjoyable experience, very smooth process of picking up call dropping car off. It was a much easier process and then renting from a rental car agency will definitely do it again. My horse was very cordial, very understanding, and gave a great hands on approach when it came to picking up and dropping off Vehicle. Also, I like the fact that I was able to find some thing within close range of where I live, which made the picking up and dropping off very easy.

We rented a beautiful Rubicon, so we thought. It was delivered to the Portland train station. With the third row seating that was advertised, we thought, great, plenty of room for the four of us and our luggage! We thought wrong, the third-row seating was a strapped in jumper seat. We drove a short distance to our family destination and left the vehicle 'til the following day. The next day we met family at a restaurant and we were going to head to the falls. The vehicle was a danger to drive!! The tires were badly cupped, so when you drove the vehicle followed the cracks, and such in the road. When you stepped on the brakes the vehicle veered back and forth on the road. The steering was full of play.

From start to finish the Turo process was amazing! We were extremely happy with our 2022 BMW series 2 car! It was immaculate, and in like new condition! Gas mileage was awesome! However, the best thing was the service and communication with GRS Transit! The convenience of having the car delivered to our arrival baggage claim terminal and then picked up at our departure gate (at Boston Logan airport), was so easy and prompt! I got charged extra 166.88 dollars extra. The car had very little sand. I made sure to keep it clean. The owner of the vehicle is not being honest in my opinion. And the cleaning shouldn’t be an extra charge. I’ll never use Turo again. The owner has been abusive about me questioning it. Really bad after taste.

We got the car and delivered back the car in the identical condition. Pictures to prove it. But still had to pay for damages that never happened while the car was with us. The owner kept the car in an open public lot, moved the car AFTER we dropped it off, had someone wash the car AFTER we dropped it off and still claimed WE did the damage after 7 hours of the car being dropped off. We provided photo evidence which proved there was NOTHING wrong with the car as drop off and the owner of the car provided one picture that clearly showed the car had been driven and washed AFTER we dropped it off.

Easy to use, the car was good solid transportation, the host was great, an excellent experience all the way around! Would highly recommend, you can save a lot of money not renting from a car rental company!

Rented this from owner to go house hunting in Alaska.. Needless to say a lot of miles - we own a 2022 same model so was comfortable and clean - easy to find - and hopefully we left it easy for them to find when checked in. The check in was easy and because we had crazy 4 am arrival and 1020 pm departure- the owner was very accommodating.

We wanted a specific vehicle (jeep) for our 25th anniversary trip to Colorado. Knowing that would be difficult to guarantee that vehicle in a typical car rental place, we tried Turo. This man was relentless and so rude to me it makes me think that because I Am a ** women he felt as though I was beneath him that he could talk to me any kind of way and that he could lie on me. Because when he said that he can make me not rent from Turo again he meant it and they are not even doing an investigation there just taking his word for it and that itself makes me think this company could be racist as well. I rented a 2011 Ford Escape from Josh and surprisingly it was still in very good shape. I drove the car with my family to Big Bear CA, and I did not have any problem with it. It did not consume a lot of gas even when it went to a higher elevation with 4 persons inside and some luggage and bags. The AC was also still cool and it did not impact car performance. I like it.

Excellent service great experience highly recommended. Car delivered on time at the right location, car picked up on time. Good communication with owner. Car in good conditions. Good value for price paid. Highly recommended. Would rent again from him. Great service from Turo first car cancelled and they honored the price for my new pick.

Overall I think it’s great and cost effective compared to Airport rentals. There is no huge tax and device fee. If I had to point out one flaw in all the two rentals I have experienced I would say vehicles are not as described. The pictures definitely made them look better. It’s not a big deal but that is something that sets apart traditional car rental agencies. The cars look almost new and smell like they have been sanitized. Overall it’s been good and I came back for a third rental so I’m a repeat customer.

Overall, the vehicle was clean and as described as well as at the pickup time in an appropriate fashion. The vehicle drove well and worked well for my family however after returning the vehicle the host gave me a three-star review due to Minimal amounts of pet hair in the vehicle that was likely tracked in on shoes, backpack, diaper bag, Etc. The Host added the cleaning charge which I disputed with the Truo customer service and it ended up being waived. The customer service was prompt and very helpful and understanding. Very upset that the host added these charges without just cause and will not be renting from this host again.

I contacted Turo for a rental for the weekend ,my windshield wipers in my Mercedes stopped working and I didn't want to take a chance driving to Winter Park with no wipers, The car I rented was perfect, comfortable, clean. Outstanding and attentive service from a polite and professional provider. The car was clean and ready to go-I didn't even need to adjust the seat, the mirrors nor the radio station. It almost like hopping into my own car!. Would gladly do business with him again! I needed to extend my time by a few hours at the last moment and he was quite gracious in quickly responding to my request and allowing me the additional time.

Upon arriving in San Diego, the pickup for the car was extremely easy. It was clean and well kept and easy to drive. We had no trouble navigating around with the Bluetooth connection and then when it was time to return the car, the process was also seamless. Communication with the company was clear and responsive.

The vehicle is very good on gas; however, it does not provide adequate luggage space for a group or family. But I would recommend it for a weekend trip of three. The host was professional and polite. Turo is a great option to traditional rental car companies. The selection of vehicles is wide ranging, there is a car for everyone. The process is pretty straightforward and working with a host is easy. This was my first time, and I hope to use it again soon. The only downside, is the fees. They could reduce fees to probably Garner more interest. The way listings are advertised are not completely straightforward. Not until you get into the final stages of confirmation, do you see some of the added fees. That should be more upfront and transparent. BUT..they still offer a great value. Just use due diligence.

Tanner was an exceptional host and made sure that everything was to my liking. He even went above and beyond to help me make things special for the surprise birthday getaway I had planned for my wife. The Q50 he has drives brand like it’s brand new. You wouldn’t even think it was a 2015. Everything is tight and responsive like a new vehicle. Everything was incredibly clean and comfortable the whole ride. Very pleased with Nissan we rented. Very roomie, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend to others and use again. The only thing that needs changed is how to communicate with clients, we were unsure where exactly to pick up car. We sat at the airport for almost an hour, visited with customer service due to not being able to get the gentleman to answer our text.

For my first time, I can’t express enough how easy it was to use Turo. The guy I rented from was awesome and very accommodating and extremely helpful with any questions I had. The car was well maintained and very clean. The app was easy to use and made it easy to pick up and drop off our car.

At the beginning, I was a little overwhelmed with the amount of choices! However, as I balanced cost and quality, I found a highly rated owner with a great vehicle. The process of setting up the rental seemed easy enough and the messaging with the owner was a great way to figure out some minor details. Pick up of the vehicle was convenient and quick and I was on the road much sooner than I would have been had I gone with a traditional rental company. From there it was smooth sailing with no issues for the duration of my rental period. Drop off of the vehicle was as easy as pick up, but with an added bonus of getting a ride to the airport from the owner. Great guy!

Very nice, comfortable. I didn’t feel cramped at all and then on my beach attire put it in the back of the vehicle and unbelievably it was good on gas. I would use his service again, and the best part about the whole thing as well. When I had a little hiccup the owner of the car replied instantly. I didn’t have to wait all day and wonder what to do.

The whole process was simple, Will was great and kept in contact and that was truly appreciated. We booked with Turo for the first time for our Kauai HI trip. We booked in advance because we were visiting during the independence day week. The night before our arrival we were messaged that the vehicle we booked was having mechanical issues and no longer available. I panicked and was upset that we might be without a vehicle for our week long trip that we planned and booked back in February. I messaged back and forth with Turo and they were able to get us into another vehicle for the whole week. Everything was locked in before we took our flight and upon arrival at the airport there was a shuttle that took us to the Turo parking lot to pick up our rental. We had an amazing week in Hawaii and the rental fit my family of 6 comfortably. This was our first time using Turo and it won’t be our last.

The car was excactly what was expected from its listing. The car got great gas mileage and was good for a roadtrip. I'm a first time Turo user and my experience was positive due to good communication with the host. Would definitely rent this car and from this host again!

I find leasing a vehicle from Turo to be problem-free and so convenient. I plan to use Turo whenever I need a vehicle. Thank you for excellent service and customer service. When I needed an extension and it was after my due time, support was given to me in a timely fashion and I considered that a great opportunity to show how Turo would go so far to help me with my problem. So I would refer my friend and family to use Turo when they need to lease a vehicle.

The car was nice and clean. It smelled good it also ran very well. The car also ran very very good. The owner of the was very nice. She was so polite. She also greeted me with a smile. Also she was easy to get in touch with. I would definitely rent this car again.

We LOVED our 2015 GMC Yukon, rented from Bryce **! It was just the right size for the traveling comfort of our 3 Adults and 3 Children! It had lots of fancy features that we had never experienced before, which made it fun to operate! We WILL use Turo again!!!

I was concerned there were going to be hiccups or issues and planning to be in need of a vehicle right as I got off an airplane made it concerning. I have to credit Turo and my host, because it went unbelievably smooth. The Tesla was waiting in a parking lot, and the host waited at our terminal for us to drop it off. He communicated promptly prior to and during the trip answering any question I had. The only thing that I really didn’t feel comfortable with was the insurance options. It seemed like a surprise after the projected price was shown. Also, I don’t feel like there should be insurance options. It just seems sketchy to me. Every vehicle should automatically include a set insurance price IMO. Regardless, would definitely using Turo, but I’m assuming a bad host could ruin the opinion of someone and this wouldn’t be Turo’s fault.

Vehicle and owner were excellent and are 5 stars for customer service. Extra fees - pick up and “trip” were added on without any mention at the time of reservation. This raised the price higher than originally offered. Adding extra charges after the reservation without disclosing them is unfair. I feel that this practice by Turo of adding extra charges is not appropriate.

I was stunned to find a vehicle within 3 miles of where I was staying. I could have been served with any vehicle at all (it was just to take a granddaughter out for a movie and a couple of experiences) - but the Tesla was beautiful and a first time experience for me. Melissa was wonderful. It was a flawless transaction and a great outcome. I will use Turo again.

We rented Thanh's Camaro for 6 days while staying on the North Shore and had a wonderful time! A convertible Camaro was the perfect vehicle for our anniversary trip. The car was clean and well-kept. Pick-up & drop-off was simple and Thanh was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely rent from him again!

I had issues with my first vehicle due to vehicle needing repairs. Also, the host made promises that he did not keep. We ended up being stranded for over an hour in the extreme heat of Houston after returning the vehicle. Turo was helpful in securing a second vehicle, but I never got a chance to use the Uber voucher. A friend had to Uber us back to our hotel. Really disappointed in some aspects of Turo, but my second host and vehicle was wonderful.

I have used the Turo app twice in the last six months. It has been amazing. The owners of the cats have been very responsive to any questions. They have been very proactive in letting me know when, where, and how to check in and check out. I have had hardly any questions and have had wonderful experiences the entire time.
