I found Turo to be an easy way to rent a car without the typical surprises when using car rental companies. Picking the specific car I wanted, seeing reviews about the host, and knowing the exact price was great. I have often rented from large companies only to learn that the car I expected was no longer available and that the price suddenly went up due to hidden costs. This was not the case with Turo. In addition, I was able to be in frequent contact with the host to answer any questions. The only things I might improve is better information about remote pick up and drop off n advance of the rental. Otherwise, everything was great.

It was very easy to drop off and pick up the car. The car was an older car which is no big deal to me. It got me from point a to point B. It was a little smoky smelling, but as a non-smoker my nose picks it up did not affect anything. I have no complaints at all. I would use his car again.

Use them! Amazing people. So easy to pick up and drop off! I changed and updated my trip several times and they accomplished everything I needed and more! Directions were easy and just had to click or ask and they were there. I highly recommend and I will be using again!

The use of Turo to rent a vehicle was extremely easy to do. My host was easy to communicate with, being my first time using it, the Turo website was clear about instructions also. All in all it was smooth. Would recommend using this service to anyone needing a rental vehicle.

I’m not sure how the host can try to submit a damage claim for power door locks?! I did lock the keys in the vehicle, just habit…of locking the doors! But a damage claim, is pretty ridiculous in my opinion!! I was running a little behind schedule and wanted to make sure the vehicle was properly maintained and ready for the next reservation!

Rented a vehicle in Louisville for a long weekend. The car was delivered to our hotel before we arrived. It was in clean, well kept condition with a full tank of gas. The renter was very communicative and promptly answered questions. The only trouble I had was with the app. I had a lot of trouble with the app locking up my phone and couldn’t upload the requested photos for a long time. Otherwise, the entire experience was very satisfactory.

This was my second time renting through Turo and it was great. The process was simple and the vehicle was clean and well-maintained. The vehicle also had all the features I prefer to have in a vehicle. The host communicated effectively and made the pick-up fairly easy. He responded right away when I had questions. I would rent from Christian again. Highly recommend.

I WAS a frequent user of Turo until I got scammed recently. After renting 10 successful trips, I was sent a hefty bill for a scratch I didn't do. Turo always takes sides of host, Super host in my case & write free cheques on renter's behalf. This so called super host took all positive reviews from me & then sent a damage claim for a scratch after 3 hrs of returning the car. After return pictures of the car showed no signs of scratches but still Turo outrightly took Super host's side & paid out the money. Turo damage claims team remotely determines the cost of the claims without even physically inspecting the damage.

Car was in excellent condition, clean, trunk space a bit small but fine for the two of us. Good gas mileage. Pickup and drop off easy. Instructions were clear. Brian was very helpful, answered texts promptly, gave us good information. Overall, excellent experience! Don’t know what else to say. Would rent from Brian et al next time in Seattle

I didn’t have any problems. It was easy to do and I’ll do it over and over again instead of going to high prices places and try short change you steal from exactly like the image make it model that I want and then it has several other ones, and the host is very, very pleasant

I rented a vehicle that appeared intact but on later inspection only 3 sides were photographed. The driver side was all scratched, dented and rusted (indicating it was there awhile). No problem except it was not revealed upfront and I was accused of causing some of the damage on return. I had proof it was already present by photos prior to driving off.

For a first-time user, all went quite well. However, I believe the whole process should be spelled out up front and not layer out in dribs and drabs-e.g. how check-in will take place - when to take pictures, where to “try” to park. Otherwise, communications and access are first-rate. This was in Madison p/u and drop off at Dane County airport. Camry was very clean and in perfect shape! Thank you.

Sergio was awesome! Very accommodating to our trip needs as far as times and pick up as well as drop off. He was also very quick to respond to messages about anything even down to just asking a simple question. If I am ever in town again and need to rent a vehicle I will definitely be looking for Sergio's fleet before anything else! Thanks again for the rental.

I have had great experiences while using Turo! The selection in cars are unbeatable! I would rather support small individual business owners than big conglomerate car rental outlets! All the car owners I have borrowed from were quick to respond to any questions and concerns. The rates were fair and I highly recommend!

Mike was an amazing person. He help my girlfriend and I out so much!! First time I have ever used this service before and I will be back just because of Mike. He made our trip so much less stressful. Our first person canceled on use when I was already on the airplane which was terrible and unexpected but Mike saved our trip.

I have been renting from Deborah. Her cars are very well maintained. Excellent condition. They are prompt and accommodating. Also Deborah is very personable. Always takes a moment to talk with me. She answers my questions. Very responsive to text messaging. I have and will continue to recommend their service.

I rented from Danny a 2023 Ford Bronco and the experience was easy from start to finish. The car looked exactly as in pictures, probably better. The location was easy to find and get into vehicle. The car ran smooth like butter and was the accent I needed to make my birthday complete. Prices are insanely reasonable. My host was great at communicating and responded back swiftly to any messages I sent. The app itself is very easy to navigate and find your perfect car for whatever need. I absolutely loved my experience and will be seeking out my host first to get another vehicle through him. 10/10 for me!!

We had no issue with our Turo experience. It was just as reasonable if not more so than rental car companies, except better, because we got to choose the exact vehicle and not just a category with no guarantees. I will definitely be checking out Turo for future rental needs and appreciated being able to pickup and drop off the car at the airport.

Awesome experience. I needed a large vehicle to drive four couples to a concert and back. I could not find a big enough car locally with the car rental places plus they were forcing me to do a two day rental since they close on Sunday. Better car, better service, better rate!!! Loved this car and this service …It ROCKS!

This was the first time using Turo. It was so easy and great to walk out of airport. No lines. Straight to car. Drop off was very easy also. Will definitely rent from Turo again. Eric was great to work with. Very helpful. I didn’t realize I had not checked the box for airport pickup and he contacted me to confirm. I’m glad he double checked.

The car was great! Great car to travel LA in. However, where I had to pick the car up and drop off was questionable. Not a very safe area. Also, the host was not present for pick up and drop off. The host has also put in a claim for damages to the car. Photos were taken before receiving and after drop off of the vehicle. No damages were seen as evident to the photos. The overall experience has not been great!

We picked up car with no issues. The car was just as it was pictured! The 2nd afternoon the car acted up and was running rough and smoking out the exhaust pipe. We immediately called the rental team but they thought we had put the wrong grade of fuel in the car. We told them we had not put any gas in it, so they said we could bring to them next day to look at it. The car seemed to run fine and we did not have it checked out.

I use Turo for business mostly. I sell Solar so I’m always traveling. Turo is fast and convenient. I like the selection of cars. You can pick which one based on price you want to spend. Duration of time you want rent for can easily be extended. I am definitely going to start renting for Turo.

This was a great way to rent a car for our family vacation. Such a better price than rental companies. Easy instructions and great communication from both Turo and the person we rented from! We will definitely be using Turo again in the future for our car rentals! We had such a great experience!

I had a great first experience renting from Turo. I’m am ready to completely ditch the national rental companies and use Turo for all my upcoming travel, so glad this alternative exists! The last time I rented from Budget I had to wait three hours at the airport for my overpriced vehicle to be ready and with Turo my vehicle was waiting for me when I landed.

The car was very clean, no residual smoke smell and it was a pleasure to drive. It was easily found in the long term parking and just as easy to return there. All the instructions for picking up and dropping off the car were very clear. We would recommend Turo friends and family.

This time was just as good as last time. 5 star for you, have told all my friends and family and just so you know the car was little dirty when I picked it up. Had a great time being in Florida and would love to live there. And I was upset that I didn't get my 10 percent off this time. Maybe next time.

The experience was great. Alex had good communication and didn't take long to respond. I didn't have any issues with the car. Our flight got delayed and Alex still was able to work with us receiving the car. He gave good instructions on where the car was left with a video and pictures due to our flight being delayed. Alex was very nice and respectful.

Everything was user-friendly! From booking to communicating, it was good! Turo exceeded my expectations and I will definitely use this service again. The description of the car was spot on and had a great time on my mini vacation. The only downside is you're not able to get car from the airport location but that has to do with the airport construction. Not Turo.

Everything went great. We had a light come on the dash and it was taken care of immediately. All was good. The owner checked up on us occasionally to ask if we were having NY problems, concerns, or vehicle malfunction. None of that occurred. The car was clean and there were no odors and it handled great with no issues. We added a second driver with no hassle but did not need it in the end.

I Have used Turo a couple times now and love how easy it is. Both times I have rented/had a drop-off at the airport and it is so nice to just walk out to the car with no lines or waiting. My cars have been great, clean and as advertised, Hosts communicative and flexible. I definitely highly recommend this service.

Tried adding two additional drivers. The one created an account and it kept showing that she still needed to create it. When entering her email she had chosen the option for it to hide her email so we’re not sure if that was the problem. When she tried to recreate it without hiding her email it said she already had an account. The other one never could figure out why she couldn’t get approved. Also wish we could have actually spoken with a Turo employee vs online chat when needing assistance.

Great way to rent a car. My host was very responsive and helped my first experience go very smooth. Allowed me to pick up and drop off at different locations which saved me tons of time. Had the SIM pass which also saved me time traveling on the highways. I will definitely use Turo again when traveling.

A bit nervous using this app for the first time. My host James was super nice, reassuring and had the car ready for me at the airport. Drop-off was well organized and stress free. Very reasonable price compared to any of the rental companies that I’ve used before. If you just want reliable wheels - this is a great option. Already booked a second trip.

We had to change cars twice. Not only was the owner very accommodating, TURO checked in to make sure the changes met my needs. The car we ended up with was clean and well taken care of. The transfer was smooth and efficient. Car choices were many. The owner responded to phone calls and messages.

Great customer service, easy reservation changes, loved that I could specifically pick the car. The car was like new. I will say that it took a minute to find the car and I couldn't find an elevator to the top floor, so I had to carry my suitcases up 2 flights of stairs.

This Bronco was fantastic. Big and spacious so we never felt cramped. Loved every minute of our rental. Very easy to drive and with all the cameras it was simple to park. The red paint is beautiful!!! My grandson now says “Papa’s Car” to every red Bronco he sees and we had to buy a toy one for him. My wife also says I have to buy one now! Needless to say we loved this car. Isaiah was a great host and very responsive.

During my trip, this host acted nice for the whole trip and then when I returned the car, his attitude quickly changed. He tried to overcharge me for every little thing that he could, for example, overcharged me on the Tesla, electric vehicle, charging balance, and other things too. Luckily I brought this up to customer service, and everything was refunded. Watch out for this guy, you don't wanna get on his bad side.

The only issue I had was the fact that the pickup information was given only after arriving at my destination. It was a little concerning that even after paying in advance the pickup information was not provided sooner. Other than that the car was well maintained and operated perfectly. Where the car was parked in bright sunlight it was very hard to get a picture.

The bride and groom looked stunning in the photos and are going to definitely going to hold special memories for them. When I went to drop off the car to the boat the car was fine. There was no damage to the car. I drove 2 hours so at least the car needed to be washed then said the boss was completely smashed in. I haven't drove a car in area year but the buses to go To a meeting. Anyone in their right mind would of pointed the issues. ** Instead they made up lies to get more money. Don't rent from these people ever. Scammers.

This was my first Turo rental. My experience was great. The Toyota Sequoia we rented from Kurt was a perfect fit for our needs and was in excellent condition. He made the whole process easy and answered our questions in a very timeless manner. I would highly recommend this owner and this particular vehicle.

I was a first time user, so I wasn't sure of what I was doing at pick-up of the car. Did not look it over, or take any pictures/videos - big mistake. The car turned out to be quite unkempt inside, with stains on the seats, some clutter and there was even a Butterfinger bar under the driver's seat. Externally there were multiple serious scratches on most sides of the car, which I didn't realize, as I only looked the back and driver's side, when I approached the car and entered it. None of these scratches are visible in the photos on Turo. Regardless, the host was friendly, the car ran well, and I only needed it to get from point A to point B. After I returned the car, the host even gave me a lift. That evening I left him a positive review for that, deciding not to detract for the condition of the car.

It was a very clean, nice car. Owner was very professional. And was so nice to have it delivered to an address rather than the airport. I will contact this person again and try and rent the same car. That was very good on gas and very comfortable. The owner even met us early so we could catch a train back to the airport on time. Was very pleasant to work with.

First time using Turo and I'll consider using it for every trip moving forward. The process was easy, the interface on the website is very intuitive, and the total price was almost half of what I'd pay using any other rental service. Sometimes the app isn't the most user-friendly — a little too simplistic in certain ways — but it was still a great experience.

What can I say from booking to drop off this process was smooth and seamless. The host was very communicative and polite, the car was beautiful, and the price was well below anything else we saw in the traditional rental market. 100% will use Turo for all future travel plans! We are hooked!

The vehicle was perfect for us. Great gas mileage. Clean on arrival. Easy to pick up and return at the airport. There is a Bozeman airport fee of 48 dollars that was a surprise to us, but still not a bad deal considering the cost of rental companies, we still came out ahead than what a rental company wanted to charge. Daniel was available to answer questions I had. First time using Turo, it was a good experience.

We are first time Turo customers and are very pleased with our rental experience. We had many vehicles to choose from. Our choice was a great Jeep Trail Hawk. Jacquie gave us clear instructions and photos so we could find our rental car in an unfamiliar airport. The car was spotless and well maintained.

Patrick couldn’t have not shown his customer service any better than he did. He carried himself on a very professional level & was prepared to answer all questions. Great communication & all things went well; vehicle clean & well maintained. We were able to pick up at Airport and turn in at nearby hotel. Everything was very easy and flexible. The vehicle performed well and had better gas mileage than advertised. Our plane landed early and we were able to adjust the rental to receive car promptly.

Ceige was so helpful throughout the renting of her vehicle. She worked with me every time I needed to extend my trip with the vehicle. The car itself was so clean and well kept and it rode so smooth. I honestly have nothing but great things to say. Jesse was amazing to work with. The expectations were clear on what to do and how to return the vehicle. He was always quick to respond. I had business to do in AZ and CO. I wasn’t sure how long I would need to be in AZ so I couldn’t book a flight or car in CO. I completed my work in AZ about 2 pm so I booked a flight and then a car for Denver. I only needed it for 1 day but I was able to pick it up at 11:00 that night. Short notice was not a problem.

Everything about this rental was easy, efficient, and fun. We were unable to get the car we original ordered but was very happy with the replacement. The car was a manual which made us that much more fun to drive. The car was amazing, clean, ran great. We had a great time cruising around. I would highly recommend William and his cars.

I used Turo for a last minute business trip to Iowa. The process was fast and seamless. The price was slightly higher than I’m used to but because I was traveling and don’t have a credit card nor a return flight, it made it hard to book with competitors. I would most definitely use them in the near future.

The vehicle was everything the host said it was. It was a great trip. The Mustang was fun to drive and our trip was very enjoyable. Savannah was a good choice for our vacation. Totally fun time, good food, loved the Hop On, Hop Off Trolley. Captain Derek’s Dolphin Tour was fantastic, we saw a lot of dolphins.

Loved our first experience with Turo. The app is easy to navigate and the process is made clear. It was great to have car, pricing and location options the big rental companies can’t provide. LA Auto Spot was a great choice, too. We’ll definitely start with them the next time we need a car in LA. My wife and I are always looking for a manual transmission since we both drive stick at home. I'm so excited to show off my pics I took while on my trip thanks to Tero. They made it so easy to get a car I thought it was a scam. Thank goodness it was legit. I had the time of my life. I only had 1 disappointment but it was with the owner of the car not Tero itself. I would highly recommend them and we'll use them again myself. My problem was dog hair. Yuck!!!!

I was a little apprehensive to try something other than the traditional rental car companies. However, the rental companies have become so expensive, I decided to give Turo a chance after checking their reviews. I had a great experience. Christian was able to answer all my questions and gave very clear instructions. The Mercedes I rented was fantastic and priced comparatively to the "econobox" the rental companies offered. I will definitely use Turo again.

The vehicle was exactly as described. Handled our needs and trip destinations wonderfully through the badlands and through the cities. It also held all our gear neatly packed and spread about. The communication was easy and timely. I highly recommend Christian and his Crosstrek and purchasing the fuel allowance. We didn’t have to worry about refilling before return.

James is a great host!!! I rented the Mercedes Benz. Very nice car. He is very easy going. Overall great guy. I will definitely be renting from him again. I encourage anyone to work with James, he'll treat you right and will work with you on scheduling. Goes out his way to make you satisfied.

Try having nonsmoking vehicles. The smell was awful and not the cleanest car I’ve driven for that price. I did like the process and was very easy at finding the car. The inside windows were very dirty from smoke. I had to wipe it with my hand to be able to see.

This was my very 1st Turo experience. I'm highly impressed and this definitely will not be my last. My host was kind and great with answering my questions. The meet was simple and smooth. I have no complaints with the car or car owner. He did a great job communicating and the car as exactly as described but I was very frustrated with the Turo choice to use design patterns on their website which made it extremely difficult to compare prices. It would be simple enough to ask a few simple questions about desired coverage and estimated miles to normalize the total price. I have zero confidence that I found the most economical deal which one was my highest value. It's not cool to feel like I'm being tricked to pay more.

Reginald was an excellent and accommodating host. The car was clean and we picked it up and dropped it off at the airport. The Tesla model 3 was an excellent vehicle. He answered all our questions promptly and thoroughly. We rented the Tesla for 8 days and managed to see the entire island which was our goal. I recommend Reginald highly as a host.

Turo actually is way better than renting from the car rentals. This is my second time renting with them and will do it again and again. I had great experience both times with good customer service and a variety of vehicles to select from. Cars are clean and well maintained. The hosts do reply in a timely manner too.

Ten out of ten highly recommend!! I will always book with Michael from now on when traveling to the island of Oahu, HI. From the start of the trip till the end, Michael made sure I didn't have any problems with anything. He also ensured my flight status was the same before the journey started. He also has variety of vehicles to chose from.

I rented a Jeep to take me on a fabulous tour of the autumn colors in and around Ouray, CO. Had a fabulous time and could not have with a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The vehicle hosts were excellent and communicated well. The jeep came clean and ready to ride.

I expected my deposit to be returned but after 3 calls to customer service be told the 1st two times being told that it was processed. 3 call resulted in them saying it was a 100% fee which I was never told that that’s how it going. So because I was robbed. No my experience was not Good at all and I will never use Turo again nor will anyone I know.

The communication with Patrick was great. Everything was easy to understand and worked perfectly. The car was exactly where he said it would be and the photos were a big help. He included beach chairs and umbrellas and cooler! We were very happy with the car. Very comfortable with great air conditioning.

I had a great experience with our experience. I would rent from them again!! The car was fueled up and ready to go. I would also recommend them to my family and friends. The owner was timely with the drop off and pick up. They were very friendly and answered all of our questions.

This was my very first time using Turo and it was great!! The host of the vehicle was so great to help and communicate. It was so much more reasonable than renting from the big name companies and much easier as well for the overall process. I will definitely use Turo again for future rentals! You charge a daily fee to rent a car but then shorten the return time to suit your needs and not the client's needs. You’re just a money hungry company who doesn’t give a darn for your clients. Your customer service is horrible. It’s offshore and the people there speak with marbles in their mouth and don’t listen and read off the script. Your Executive Level is nothing but a computer, and you can’t speak to a human being there because there are none. The vehicles that you have rented out are great. The people on the vehicles are great but Turo sucks.

Easy to get the car, tinted front windows are a little annoying, and front shocks are busted. That makes for a noisy ride. Otherwise the car is perfectly serviceable and works well for short trips. Owner is quick to respond and friendly. Turo is a good platform but I don’t like the extra fees.

When arrived to inspect the car I was a little disappointed in the condition of the vehicle. Front tires are bald, a lot of scratches and dents on the vehicle. They could have detailed it and buy new floor mats. There was a lot of dog hair in the back of the car. But the biggest complaint and be very careful with Turo we were stuck in traffic for almost 2 hours which put us in late. I was told just to adjust the time when we would be back and I was under the impression that there would be a small fee adjusted. But to my surprise it was a full day charge so please be aware of that before renting your car. I do have to say Mario was very helpful and kind throughout the process.

I would most definitely use any of Jonathan’s vehicles on my next trip to the Phoenix area….Was timely with all communication and made the experience a pleasant one. The vehicle was as described and in perfect condition….Overall and excellent first TURO trip! Thanks Jonathan for making our Arizona Vacation an awesome one!

Turo was pretty simple and gave me the opportunity to drive a car and experience was very easy and I ran it vehicle from Vincent. He was very professional, answered any questions I had, his responses very quick and I had a emergency come up and I had to keep the car an extra day as the sponsors quick again, and he took care of any questions I had very responsible.

First time renting with Turo and it went well. Found it much more convenient than using a traditional rental company. Car was great and it was nice to be able to see reviews on the actual cars available for rent. It was easy to contact the owner with any questions, and dropoff was quick and easy.

I have recommended Turo to my friends already. Getting to choose your car, pickup/dropoff points. It’s the perfect way to rent a car. Communication with the owner was fast and respectful. I appreciated his quick response to my questions about pickup and drop off. Communication with the texts from the company was very helpful also.

Overall, the car was great. After returning the vehicle, I experienced a little pushback. An investigator had put my account on hold for a late return, and told me he wasn’t entitled to lift the hold and that he will not be. Said bye and hung up on my face, with the Host right next to me. He began to check in the car with the host and neither of them never informed me of anything but I woke up the next day with a $600 charge on my card from “late return, cleaning, mileage, and gas” when in my photos, I have proof of it being clean, mileage was accurate and also the gas was even to when I picked it up.

We were in Oregon for a few days and knew we wanted a vehicle for one of the nice weather days to drive to the coast, but couldn't plan too far ahead since the weather changes on a dime. Turo was perfect because we were able to select a vehicle the day before. Drop off and pick up were both a breeze, as it was delivered right to our hotel and keys were left with the concierge.

First time using Turo and Jack communicated well during the process! Loved his Rivian! It was clean & fun to drive! I’m thinking about buying one myself! It was also my first time driving an electric car, so he had to train me on how to charge and so on! I would definitely recommend to a friend and rent from him again!

This was my first trip with Turo and Kevin made it very easy. He messaged me back quickly. He made pick up and drop off a breeze. He was very helpful throughout the whole process. The car was very modern. It was a 2019 Honda Civic. It was dependable. Comfortable and very well maintained.

Dannielle was a wonderful host. The Tesla was exactly as pictured, well kept, and extremely clean. Once booked, she responded immediately. The pickup and drop off was seamless. She even sent video instructions on how to operate the Tesla. We had no issues whatsoever. If I’m ever back on the West Coast, I will absolutely rent from her again!

Got the I8 for a day. Shout out for the host for being courteous and nice. I showed up 20 min earlier than the book time and the car was already clean and ready to go. The host didn’t hesitate to let me have the car 15 min before the time. Asked me to take pictures of the car on what I think where the external dents and scratches (very minimal) the point is he wanted me not to be countable for something that I didn’t cause. Will definitely use their service again! A++++.

It was incredible renting a car from Turo! I had a really good time is to the museum. Take my girlfriend out for her birthday. The process was very simple and easy. It’s only problem I had was the trip I’m out with fluctuate a certain time and depending on looking at different cars at different times at one moment I was able to rent a spark for 130 for four days and then when I later tried to do that in unfortunate went up 200 but besides that the the Fiat EV that I rented was incredible, and the host was amazing!

Upon picking up the car it was complicated at first because I was a first time customer. But my Host Nicholas was very helpful in walking me through everything. I would truly like to rent again. I don't have any transportation to get back and forth to work. Sure wish something could be worked out for me on my paydays.

This is so much easier and better the cars that have been on here are in great shape and very nice cars. I have had a great experience with them considering at first I was kinda leery because you never know but after the first time I have been OK. Five Star experience! Much easier than dealing with a rental car company. I will definitely continue to use TURO over rental car companies in the future. Nice host! But there were tire pressure issues requiring two service calls. Pick up /drop off location was ab 45’s from Logan Airport requiring 200$ in Uber fees to get to the car. Phone charger didn’t always work, I could only get the brights on on the trip back!

Glad my Son told me about Turo! Everything was great. It was very easy to book. No hidden fees, I love the fact the owner of the car came to my hotel to drop the car off and she picked the car up from there as well, very convenient for me!

The host offered a 10% towards the next rental if I choose to do business with his company again. The 2022 Toyota Sienna runs smoothly on the road. My Children also had a great time riding in the car.

The pickup process was simple. Car was clean and came with a full tank of gas. Steven was easy to get ahold of with questions, as well as time change requests. Was able to move my flights around several times with no problems. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a simplified rental process in the Bay Area.

I love Turo but the person I rented from is a liar and a scammer. They need to stop her from putting her cars on the app cause she is really trying to scam people. ACTING like People damaged her vehicle, it's very sad to scam people out of their hard earn money, just sad. And Turo need to investigate this ** better.

3 other hosts either cancelled my rental and ghosted me and left us stranded at the airport upon arrival to Colorado. However this host responded within seconds of my reservation and went out of her way to ensure the car was clean and perfect even though she only had a few minutes to do so between the reservation and pickup. She communicated very well throughout the adventure and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. I will definitely rent her car again next time I’m in Colorado!

I’m very happy with my Turo experience. The cars have been clean and well-maintained. Communication with the car owners has always been amazing and two-way. As a pilot, I utilize Turo and its owners to get around at the locations (often remote) I fly into. I highly recommend using Turo.

Victor is always professional & the car is always clean. I had to keep the car a little longer than the return time & Victor was very accommodating. I was able to make it to Houston on a half tank of gas. His vehicle gets very good gas mileage. I would definitely recommend Victor.

It was a late reservation, but the host was able to provide the vehicle for me in a timely manner when traffic interfered with returning the vehicle on time. The car was clean and reliable, and perfect for our vacation. We fit all our luggage perfectly for a family of 4. I would highly recommend, and would rent from her again.

This was the first time I rented from Turo. I found Turo very easy to use. There was a great selection of vehicles to choose from. I loved that I got to pick the exact vehicle I wanted. Of course I chose a convertible which made my trip so much more fun. The app is very self explanatory. Picking up and dropping off the car only took a few minutes. How did I cancel my ride within the hour because the host was too far away and got charged over half of my money. I was about to order again back to back and can’t. People don’t have over a hundred dollars to play with when they need a rental. Obviously they need a rental for something. - the total was 187 and you only gonna refund me 46.00?! Something sounds crazy. The host was totally fine with the cancellation. We had a nice conversation. It was within an hour and you charge me 137? Something is absolutely wrong with this system. App. The whole picture. I’m going to warn my many friends of this that I referred. We will be Ubering before we get got on a simple minute to minute mistake. You shouldn’t even charge the card until the day of pickup anyway. Totally disgusted. Then the phone number they want you to call is not even ten digits 800 931 678. ** joke. The host didn’t get that money… Where is the money?

My Transaction was smooth and timely. All of my questions were answered quickly and in a timely manner. Assistance was also given when needed. The Representatives I encountered were very professional. This is my 3rd time using Turo and I must say I’ve had nothing but good experience. I would highly recommend them.

This was the first time that I used this app. The owner Janet was very quick to respond and super accommodating. The car is beautiful, well taken care of, clean, drives smooth and very good on gas. I would thoroughly recommend booking this vehicle. I had an extremely good experience with the owners. No problems at all. She even gave me her business card in order to contact her in case of any last minute questions.

I got charge for the toll. The owner of the car got a bill for that. The route I took on my trip is the route I take for years and there’s no toll in my route but I paid tolls like I left with no choice. The charge is not much. Only six dollars something. However I don’t like to pay for something that I know I should not get charged for it.

I rented a 7 passenger vehicle Toyota Sequoia from Angelo. Car was clean and ready when I picked it up. Used combo box attached to car to get key. Everything was handled via app. I sent photo of my driver's license and my insurance. I compare the price after discount at conventional auto rental services. This was a better value.
