Super easy pick up. Detailed instructions for Bluetooth. Very clean car. Everything worked mechanically in car and drop off was super easy. I would recommend this car and host to anyone. My anniversary trip was memorable for all the right reasons. Lots of cars to choose from on app was a bonus and reasonably priced. I will use this service on next vacation.

My every experience with Turo, thus far, has been excellent. All of the vehicle owners have been responsive and helpful. The attention to detail has been beyond my expectation. As long as Turo keeps the prices reasonable, I don't see any reason to return the national rental chains. Later this month we will be trying a rental from Canada, but we expect the international experience to be very similar to our US experience.

I used Turo to rent a Jeep Cherokee from rolphy. When I picked up his vehicle, he asked that I return it clean. After using it using the vehicle carefully for five days I took the car to car wash, cleaned and vacuumed inside and out. I took 45 minutes doing so. The car was extremely clean with the exception of a few grains of sand here or there. It was returned, almost new in appearance. Unfortunately, he called me a few days later and said the car was not returned perfectly. I am not a car wash detailer and was on vacation and had no detailing equipment. I think this was a shake down from rolphy to try and obtain more money and feel that this is probably not the best app for rolphy. If he wants his car detailed after use, he should probably pay for it rather than having the Turo user pay to detail a car.

This was my first experience with Turo and it was amazing. Gigi was my host and she was so nice. Pickup and drop off was seamless and I’ll definitely be using Turo again. The vehicle was nice. The ride was smooth. I can’t wait to use Turo again and I’ve told all of my friends and family members how great my experience was.

We had a terrific experience with our car and host. Our trip was 5 stars all day. Would 100% go with host Aaron again on our next trip to San Diego. The car had deeply tinted windows and Aaron even provided a windshield shade which we used all the time. The car was in wonderful condition and quite comfortable.

Using Turo for our trip to California was very easy. From booking the car, to picking up and dropping off the vehicle. The host we used was very easy to work with. Communication was easy, and finding the vehicle to fit our needs on Turo was very easy. Value for the car we rented seemed very fair.

Great communication with car owner, she checked on us throughout our stay. Clean comfortable car at a great price, easy pickup and return. Was so much easier than to rent a car at the airport and have to deal with the hassle at pick up and drop off. Would recommend and will definitely use this service again.

MY owner was very detailed with pickup and drop off instruction, he provided helpful videos as I had never driven a Tesla before. There were no surprises. It was a smooth experience and I will definitely do it again! The owner was responsive and friendly. Things definitely would not have been as smooth without his involvement.

The site was great. I didn’t realize I needed a car rental until I got to my destination. Last minute I checked Turo and not only got a car. He delivered it to me, and picked it back up. It was super easy and convenient. Not to mention the pricing, made it affordable.

My first go around with Turo was fantastic! Anthony was quick to respond with my text on adjusting time frames and different drop off location. The car was great for our needs. I will definitely use Turo again. They were cheaper than renting from airport!! We good 600 miles included in our rental. He even had an universal power cord plugged in for our phones! Nice touch.

My whole mini vacation was great... starting with the ease of using your service. The Camaro I rented was a wonderful vehicle to drive...I had zero problems and when I needed an extended drop time it was as easy as the rest of my experience. I will definitely use this service in the future and let my friends and family know about it. Thanks again.

A great alternative to normal car rental companies. A quick tour through the available cars, select pay confirm, off you go. Have been using it a few times now and every time the same efficient service. The host are friendly the cars are excellent. Highly recommend for those who like fast friendly and affordable service. The selection of cars are limitless, from entry level models all the way up to your high end sport cars. All this at affordable prices.

The vehicle was clean and well maintained, and exactly what was expected. The person we talked to was easy to work with and the vehicle was located close to our location, so it was a short Lyft ride to his location. The vehicle had plenty of room for three passengers and our gear.

So...I rented a Cadillac "Limo" in March for July 19-29. Allen sold it in April but put us in a Transit van for the same price. He communicated with me via text, phone, email the entire time up until the day of the trip. Then he only communicated via Turo messages which I had no idea even existed until that day. Even if I called him after the trip started, he never answered the phone. In those messages, he changed the pick up location to a different address than what is STILL listed on his rental pages. He also asked me 1 hour before my trip began for a photo of me and my drivers license. He had 4 months to do that. Thank God I had a guardian angle of an Uber driver who stayed with me until I got the van started.

Awesome experience with the owner and vehicle. Top Shelf! Would definitely (and already have) recommended to friends and colleagues. The van was really clean and dependable. We drove from Austin to San Antonio and back without issue. Pick up and return process was very simple and convenient. I’m new to Turo, but plan on making it my first choice for rental vehicles on future outings.

I was always a traditional rent a car customer until I tried TURO. I was visiting Chicago and decided to try out TURO. The app is very user friendly. Made my reservation and got contacted within a couple of minutes by Mert, vehicle owner. Friendly guy, asked if I had any questions or concerns. Pick up and drop off was very easy. I had a great experience and would definitely use TURO again.

One of the best experiences I've had renting a car. Everything from our initial contact with Plamka, the condition of the vehicle to where we would pick up/drop off the car was just as described. Plamka was a pleasure to deal with and we would definitely use her again when we need to rent a car.

The app is straightforward and simple to use. The host was very helpful and made the process easy. The location of the vehicle was not hard to find at all and the return process was great, very quick response from the host and would definitely use them again, would also be recommending them to others, no problems with the vehicle and had a great time.

Using the Turo app was easy. The App had lots of choices, and easy navigation through the app. I found the car I needed to use, the owner of the car was very helpful, got in touch quickly. Yes I would recommend, it was easy to download the app, and easy to follow the instructions. I had a car rental within minutes for my first time. It was fast and convenient. The car was beautiful, clean, had a full tank. Car had no issues and I was on my way the next day.

I enjoy using Turo - while the cost can be higher than a rental car, I feel that the car owners are more motivated to make sure their cars are well-maintained, safe to drive and clean than a rental agency is and I've never had trouble with a Turo vehicle that I've rented. Pick-up in my neighborhood, usually with a remote pick-up, is much more convenient than going to a rental office. I do wish that Turo was designated as a car rental agency so that my credit card's insurance protection could cover as it would for a traditional rental.

A friend of mine recommended this app. I was a little skeptical of using this service. First time experience I was FLOORED great service and understanding. The selection of vehicles and half the cost of major rental companies. Who would of known you can rent your own vehicle and make money.

It was an amazing experience. I have been renting cars for 20+ years and this is the first time I was able to select the exact vehicle I wanted, at the price I wanted and everything exceeded my expectations. Turo is the future. It is the AirBnB for car rental and I will not be going back to any other car rental company. They have my business.

After riding Amtrak, we arrived in Denver’s Union Station with a family of five and lots of luggage. The late hour of the scheduled arrival meant that all of the rental agencies were closed. Turo enabled us to have a vehicle waiting and arrive to our destination that very evening! Thank you!

Car was clean, all of the features needed for a week-long trip in Alberta. Car was delivered to us at the airport and owner was even kind enough to wait an hour past pick up time due to flight delays. Car was reliable and had no issues. Owner was willing to meet at alternate location for pick up as it was more convenient for us. Would definitely use Turo again. Would definitely rent from Jashon again if in the Alberta area.

Tried Turo for the first time. It was a great experience. Car was delivered to the terminal. I didn't have to get on a shuttle. Returning the car was awesome. Went straight to the airport terminal where the owner picked up the car as I was unloading my luggage. The price was a great value for the car I got. Couldn't have been a better experience.

I left Ali a very good review although it smelled like smoke. However, now I have a claim on me because damages (small scratches) on the car which was there before I received the car. I had the car for less than 24 hours. Ali is trying to get over on people and this is unacceptable. This left me very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I just used Turo for the first time and I'm definitely a fan. The ease of use made for an ideal experience. It was seamless. I picked up the car from the designated location, received instruction on how to access and retrieve the key and was even able to extend the trip for an additional six hours to take care of some unexpected errands. My host was great--communicated very effectively and I'll definitely be using this service again in the future.

This was my first time using Turo and I was kind of skeptical because I was so used to airport car rental places. However, I'm glad I gave it a try because it was so much easier and convenient to pick up and return my car rental with Turo because I was able to avoid the long airport lines and paperwork. It was such an awesome experience, the car was clean, owner (Kelton **) was extremely nice, easy to communicate with. He never took any chance for granted, he went above and beyond, at a point the oil change light came on, I communicated with him and boom!!! He cashed app me money to help change it with a tip as well. I did it because of his kindness to me, am just kind of trying to pay back. But all in all the trip was seamless, the hybrid Honda was top-notch. Oh!!! Less I forget the gas consumption was almost zero!!!!

This was my first time using Turo so naturally there were some concerns and uncertainties. They were all quickly alleviated the morning of the planned trip and the vehicle owners was very responsive and the automated messages from Turo helped guide us through the process of checking in and checking out when returning the vehicle. The broad selection of vehicles gave us what we needed and it was much cheaper than renting a car and you felt more at ease. I will definitely be using it again and will look into listing my own car on the app.

Rented a Honda Civic for my trip in Memphis and it was a smooth experience. Picked up the car from the airport which was a smooth transition. Had no issues with the car the three days I was there. Dropped the car back at airport. Will definitely rent with Turo again and I would recommend anyone to use Turo for their rental needs.

I put gas in the car and still was charged 50 dollars extra. I would have put more gas in it if needed to. I was charged double the price it would have cost to put more gas in it my first time renting and will be my last. Better communication could have solved this issue right away for a new member. Maybe one day I will reconsider.

Rented a Honda CR-Z with ODX Rentals as the host, the car is exactly what I needed in the timeframe that I needed it for. ODX Rentals was very prompt in their responses and the car was very clean. I would rent from them again if need be. Thank you Turo & OXD Rental.

First time on Turo and my experience was great. I had one little problem with host that was a mix up. But other than that I really enjoyed car.. No problems which was a plus! For me easy to select a vehicle.. and speak to host through app. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Can't wait to experience another trip very soon with turo!

We have used Turo several times now and have been highly satisfied all three times. I’m not generally great with using apps but this one is pretty easy. We will be using Turo moving forward for all our car rental needs. Each of the separate “vendors” on the app that we used were professional and polite. Cars were new!

Kim was a terrific host. The car was exactly as described. It was spotless. She even left snacks and sunglasses in the car for us. Pick up was easy. She gave perfect directions to the car from the airport terminal. She was very quick to respond to my messages when our inbound flight was delayed several hours. Definitely recommend!

When I had a car accident and I looked at the clock it was after 7 PM. All major rental places are closed. I remembered Turo. I had wanted to rent a high-end luxury car for my son's birthday party to take him out. I simply looked in. My ZIP Code found a really nice car within 3 miles of my house. Made the rental that night and had the vehicle the next morning. It couldn't have been any easier. The gentleman was actually so nice to come pick me up because I could not get a ride to the location. You can't always get that kind of treatment through a large business. It was seamless, flawless, easy.

Picking up and returning the vehicle was relatively easy. Didn't wait long to be picked up at the airport after calling Alaska Park. When returning the vehicle I was met by workers who helped with the luggage and the return of the vehicle. Was returned to the airport in a timely manner. Excellent service.

The Audi was a great car for family trip with kids. The car was great in gas, clean and well maintained. Pick up and drop off was easy to coordinate and in a timely manner. Questions and responses were answered quickly on the app. I was even able to rent car seats for a small fee. Definitely good experience and would recommend.

Car was clean and delivered on time. Jerry answered messages and questions promptly. The option to rent the beach chairs, beach bag, beach towels, and a YETI cooler was a great add on and a great price. Great gas mileage on the Toyota Prius. The option for airport pick up was great, didn’t have to worry about going off site to pick up.

Whoever made this app..is genius.. This help me out so much..when my car is in the shop.. This place comes in handy..because I need to be able to drive to my clients'' houses around Phoenix... So thank you so much... The cars are clean and ac works great... Reliable transportation... Everyone I have rent from is nice people... The cars are nice.. Our trip with Derick in his Jeep Wrangler went very well. Derick was very helpful and communicative. It was my first trip with Turo and everything went smoothly. Pick up and drop off we’re very simple. The Jeep we rented was in great condition. It’s was thoroughly clean and mechanically sound, I loved driving it around for the week.

I am so pleased to do business with these people.. They were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The car was excellent and it served our needs well. I look forward to doing business with this owner again in the near future! The car was equipped specially with car chargers and a luggage carrier. It was exceptionally clean and had that NEW CAR smell! Such a great family trip!

Overall we were satisfied with the rental. My dissatisfaction came with the owner accusing me or my guests of smoking in the vehicle. She gave me a less than perfect rating and I find it absolutely unfounded and unfair. Neither I nor anyone occupying the vehicle during the rental period smoke or even vape.

Cannot say enough good about our experience. Was very pleased with both vehicles (Jeep Wrangler and Chevrolet Van) leased during our recent trip to Jacksonville. Convenient in meeting with the hosts (Kitty and Vladimir) during pickup and return. Highly recommend Turo for your next trip…and save money in the process!

Brandon, clarified to me when I was checking the car in. He responded promptly if I had questions. The car was comfortable, roomy and had adequate size. I would definitely recommend using Brandons' car. My sister picked us up at the airport to get the car and at the car drop off site.

This was my 2nd time using Turo ever and it was just as good as the first time. Booking was easy, the pics and info was accurate, car was in excellent condition and good on gas. 10 percent of the total rental went toward a airport fee. In my case ~$96. Then I still had to pay a delivery fee to the airport and on top of that pay the parking garage fee to get out of the airport. That is 3 additional fees just to rent on Turo.

This was my first time using Turo and wasn't sure about everything. Andres met me at the baggage claimed and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. We reviewed the car I was renting from him together and it was just like the pictures posted. I would definitely use Turo again. I feel I got money's worth.

The communication was clear and everything went well with picking up & dropping off the car. I have fallen in love with Tesla and will definitely be renting again. I am also considering a Tesla as my new personal vehicle. Turo is new to me, I was a little nervous and skeptical. But the host that I’ve had so far have both been truly amazing. Wonderful communication. Extremely accommodating. Super professional and genuinely kind. I highly doubt I’d go back to traditional rental car service. It’s pretty straightforward. It’s been easy access to vehicles for me as well. So thankful it’s wonder host on this app.

My wife and I rented a car from a Turo host, Alejandro P. in Providence, RI. Five days after returning the car, Turo emailed me, stating the host had submitted a smoking violation. He even included two pictures. Turo charged our card a $275 penalty fee. Now here's the kicker. My wife and I don't smoke! No one else had been in the car. Turo apparently conducted an inquiry and sided with the host. We were adamant with them that we don't smoke. Didn't seem to matter. With a ride sharing service like Turo, vetting the hosts must be a hit or miss proposition. This is a flaw in their business model. We were first time users of Turo and will never use them again. Use this service at your own risk!

We looked around Hawaii for rental cars for our vacation and everything was either full or really expensive. We checked out Turo and found exactly what we needed for our dates and it was reasonably priced! We had a great experience with our host from check in through check out. I will definitely use Turo again when we need another vehicle!

I was unable to find a rental car from one of the major providers of cars. I heard about Turo and decided to sign up and see if I could find a vehicle that would fit my needs. I was able to find the appropriate vehicle and was able to secure it to rent for a week. The process was much easier than having to wait in line at a rental car counter and the return process was just as easy. The owner, John V. was great to work with.

Finding this service started out with googling "cheap car rentals" and Turo was the first result. The website is legit, easy to navigate and looks similar to Airbnb, but for cars. Booking a car was very simple, you just upload your driver's license info and get approved. Selection of cars is going to be different depending on location date and duration of the rental but it was easy to find one for me in Seattle. Everything happened according to schedule with the car owner messaging me in detail where and when to meet, which was very helpful because I was on a short trip on a budget.

We’ve had great experiences renting cars with Turo in Savannah. No waiting in rental car lines at airport, cheaper, cleaner and better cars. Great selection of cars and communication thru app is great! Reviews and ratings are super helpful, like VRBO and AirBnB. Highly recommend! Will definitely use Turo for all future rentals.

I love being able to use Turo. I have had some great host and experiences with turo.. It's great access when needed for work or trip for the kids... With that being said my last trip with Ak rentals was very horribly poor. He brought me a car that was not cleaned on inside and was damaged.. And when I returned they car he put in false claim. Said I damaged it. And put tobacco in the car. I cleaned upon return and I don't even smoke.. He also lied and committed fraud against me and turo.. Which makes some things with turo a bit difficult. But glad I had my pictures and proof when I picked up the car as well as text messages when communicating with the host Alvin...it really disturbed me and I was ready to sue for false allegations and fees.. When they should be on host..

First time on Turo. First reservation got canceled couple days prior to pickup. Turo steps in and found a replacement car. But it was not nearly as as the good as the first car. Turo should limit age and mileage of the rent cars. Because 2011 with 125,000 miles is just way too old.

She was easy to communicate with. Her vehicle did what it was supposed to do. It was roomy and had a big storage area, oh it was also clean. Without Turo we would not have had such a Great trip. Highly recommend not only the Turo app but Zulema (our van owner) as well.

The owner gave great service. He was able to pick me up at the curb, which you can get that from Avis lol. The car was clean and ready to go. The drop off was just as great. Left in short term parking and walked to my flight. I'll definitely be using this service again.

Not satisfied that the host indicated she would find me an alternative vehicle in her inventory, but cancels my booking just a few days prior leaving me to look for another host/vehicle. Mostly dissatisfied with the way the system shows my history as being the one who canceled the booking; not the host/Turo canceling on me. This is a false account in the system as to who canceled. This sort of error makes me feel uneasy at how inaccurate your system is and how it contradicts the emails they report Turo canceling the booking. Overall, I am satisfied with my first booking with a new host and admit she has set the bar very high for other host to follow afterwards.

The car was perfect and the owner was kind and great to work with. Rental, pick up and delivery of the vehicle was a very easy process. The owner went above and beyond to make our trip great. It was a blast to drive a convertible along the coast of Oahu. We will use Turo for our next adventure!

I really enjoyed driving the Mustang from Charleston South Carolina. Michelle K from Charleston car was clean. She was very professional, very communicative. I went in this past February., I had death in my family and I rented from Delmar in Charleston. His white Lexus was very clean. He was Very nice and I will rent from him again as well.

The jeep was the perfect vehicle for our trip, we went back to where we planted a tree a few years ago via some dirt roads that were a little too rough for a car, we felt very comfortable driving the jeep as we own one ourselves, would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe vehicle to rent.

Would have like to be able to allow the second driver to return or pick up car. Had the same information on other person and okayed to drive. Or allow to transfer from me to them. So that they would not have had to look for other car. Other than that everything went smoothly.

I absolutely LOVE the Turo app! Super easy to make my reservation, the rental vehicle was perfect & the owner gave outstanding customer service. He replied quickly, vehicle was perfect & exactly as described, even more beautiful in person honestly. Pictures do not do this Jeep justice at all, it even does fantastic on gas & handles perfectly during rainstorms. I got stuck in the middle of a bad storm on the way to my hotel while on the expressway during the middle of the night & this Jeep never skipped a beat! Highly recommended!!

Car was clean, no issues. Communicated with host who agreed to let me leave the car at the airport. I think you could get a lot more customers if hosts would bring car to you for a fee equal to an uber ride back for them. One small issue--air fresheners in the car were too strong.

I used Turo on my last trip because there were no rental cars available from any of the companies like Budget, AVIS, Hertz, etc. So in a panic I looked into Turo and found TONS of awesome, fun, and affordable cars that were available. Saved my trip! So I rented a fun little BMW sports car and it was easy. It was also cheaper than renting an "Economy" rental car! Super happy with the experience.

Great overall..It was a nice car that I thought the air conditioner was broke! So I was sweating profusely...So I messaged the owner to let him know I'm in Philadelphia sweating my ** off because the air conditioning was not working....I told him I was returning the car as soon as I returned and then I proceed to look at the buttons and see one I didn't recognize ....I pushed it and it said air conditioning on!! Oh ...The embarrassment set in!!!!

This was a good option for trying a Tesla on a longer drive, rather than renting. The Host was helpful and flexible. Working thru the app made the process convenient and well documented. Would recommended the Turo service to others.

Camaro was top notch! Clean and ready to go. This was the first time for me using the Turo app and it was fairly simple and felt as though I was safe to use it. My first car the host did not show up. Customer service got me another one with Champ's rental, they even paid for my Uber to get the rental because I had to take a Uber to get my rental. Champ's rental came through in a hurry, even rushed to bring me the car.

Our Super Host K, answered all our questions, and was flexible on our time schedule. The car was as described, clean and ready to go when he dropped it off at the airport, our chosen meeting place. He helped walk me through the steps of Turo’s pickup and drop off, as I am not tech-savvy. Everything went smoothly. Being a mechanic, I mentioned a few minor items that could be addressed before the next rental, but they affect the overall quality of the vehicle in no way. I wouldn’t be afraid to drive this car across the country. Also it gets very good fuel mileage, which is a big bonus when fuel costs are rising. I would rent again from K when in the Springfield, MO area.

My last experience renting a car from the Denver Airport wasn’t a good one, so I thought we’d check out Turo. I would recommend Turo to anyone! Pick up was quick and easy. We didn’t have to shuttle to the rental car place and then get thrown charges we weren’t expecting. Everything with Turo was straightforward and we got exactly what we’re expecting.

Great car, great location to airport on the start of the strip. The parking garage key card was missing which caused some delay in getting and out of the garage on pick up and drop off. I will definitely rent from this same Turo Host on next trip to Vegas.

Absolutely beautiful truck inside and out. Very clean and the interior looked new. This truck was a head Turner with its red paint and custom black rims. Absolutely stunning! I think Turo is a great service. However, there are very few cars within walking/biking distance from my home, so I have very few options. I need to bike for 15 mins to get access to the closest car. It would be great if I can access a range of different cars within walking/biking distance from my home.

I like how you don't have to go through a car rental place, you can go directly to the source, nice and friendly people, very understanding and easy pick up and drop off locations. Walked out of arrivals, walked directly across the street to Short term parking, accessed keys with lockbox and was on my way within 10 minutes. Doesn’t get any more convenient than that! Recommend Turo 10/10! Can’t wait for my next trip And maybe a more exotic car?! Also, the cost was almost half of our normal rental car company, and I got to drive an Audi.

When I picked up the car it had no water in the windshield wiper and the windshield was full of bugs.. The car was pretty filthy and gas was half empty and I took a picture the day I picked it up also... When I got groceries the next day I found an open bottle of wine in the back.. This was our first time renting through Turo. We rented a beautiful red 4runner from Heather. Heather was a terrific host. She was very responsive and provided a lot of helpful information about the whole Turo renting experience. The car was clean and well maintained. From the Lihue airport you take a 10 minute van ride to the Turo parking lot. The Turo van driver, Samuel, was great. I would definitely rent with Turo again. We had a very positive experience.

This was my first time using Turo. Turo came highly recommended by my son. The vehicle was immaculate. Ivan was so courteous yet professional. He gave me step-by-step instruction being very honest when I had questions with the patience of Job... The only thing I would do different of my own choosing is book an extra day if going over a hour away in case at last minute you need an extra day. Understandably other customers book trips so if the vehicle you are renting is booked the day of your initial return date... There is no alternative. So if you get back just relax and enjoy it that extra day. I'm an always late person so the last Four hours of my trip I had to keep extending my return time every hour. I know it must have been aggravating but Ivan was super patient and understanding. Turo with Ivan was awesome!

Easy app to use and I live in a small town so options are limited. Have used a great host and will continue to do so! Like older cars that don't have all the technology on them. Simple process to get approved. Help is available 24/7 if there are any problems with the car.

A vehicle that was reserved for weeks became unavailable 3 hours before my family vacation. After a rebook, being told the next car was also unavailable, talking to a second customer service rep, asking to speak to a manager, getting disconnected, and then speaking with a third customer service rep, we booked a third vehicle. The vehicle was good and the host was great, but the vehicle was significantly smaller than what we needed, but we were desperate and needed any vehicle. This was so stressful and threatened to disrupt our vacation. It was disappointing and we are not likely to use Turo again.

Daven is clearly a motivated person and his Turo business is no different. He is personal, friendly, and responsive. It was a great way to begin and end a trip with him and his wife. The car was perfect and we felt blessed to have rented this car without the haggle of going to a Hertz or Enterprise, etc. I highly recommend using Daven moving forward.

Our first rental was a good experience. Owners were great! My only thing I didn't understand was....when we dropped off the van and did the checkout process w/ Turo it didn't seem the owners received this info. They had messaged wanting to know where the van was and said we should sent them pics. We did everything through Turo's app and had no clue we needed to text them separately. They kept saying, "Next time always text where the vehicle is left." We actually left it in the same area they had it to make it easier.

I think my favorite part about Turo is the quick pick-up. The directions are clearly laid out in the text stream. Taking a few pictures takes far less time than standing in long rental car lines. After pick up any questions are easily discussed on the app. with your renter. The car was clean and just as described on app.

The Turo software was excellent and my host Cameron was fantastic. I was picked up directly at the airport and was able to drop off my vehicle at the parking garage. Cameron’s vehicle was beautiful and his communication was great. Highly recommend the Land Rover Defender. Most definitely using Turo again.

I rented the car twice. Owners super cool guys. The second time I rented they probably didn’t have time to clean car from previous rental but overall solid rental. The only reason I rented was because my car was getting repaired. I’m Inland. Empire drivers suck ** and drive like maniacs.

The whole process was flawless, great communication and very responsive to questions! Christian delivered the Jeep to Dallas Love Field and sent a message on where to find the Jeep and how to get in and then the day of return let me know how to return it. The Jeep was clean and in perfect condition inside and out and ran perfect.

I thought I would give this a try instead of a traditional car rental company. Big mistake. I paid $1400 for my car rental; the Host cancelled it the next day and said he was out of the country which is fine. The website says refunds are issued within 24 hours after Host cancels. Its been 5 days and still no refund. There is no customer service to talk to. No phone numbers on the website. Only a chat box that will give you generic answers. I have attempted to get a live agent all day to no avail. Can't have a legitimate company with no customer service. I will be challenging the payment with my credit card company since it does not appear that anyone is home here.

Well, I was nervous to try Turo...Landing 3000 miles from home and hopeful that a stranger would have a car for me. And they did, and it was perfect, and it made our vacation. Our host was even kind enough to provide a cooler too! We have since booked another trip with Turo, especially good for specialty vehicles vs. the mainstream rental companies.

John was super accommodating, friendly, and efficient with the transfer of vehicle. My trip was cancelled right before because of some false recall error by Turo but once it got straightened out, I was able to rebook the trip with ease. Although it cost me an extra $38 it was worth it to have such a pleasant experience traveling with an infant.

Overall good experience. A bit difficult to find the best deal as “fees” fluctuate for each vehicle so simply cannot base selection on $/Day. Easy to reserve and communicate. Return process a bit long due to photos needing to be submitted. Airport pickup/drop off option made things easier. Prefer experience compared to dealing with lines and counter personnel with rental companies.

It was my first time renting through Turo, overall I had a good experience. With it being the first time, it would’ve been helpful to know what to expect when picking up and dropping off the car. I assumed there would be some manner of picture taking to document any damage, but that wasn’t mentioned beforehand and I was a little caught off guard when meeting the host and beginning to take pictures, same with the dropping off.

The app was convenient and let me switch back and forth between my phone and laptop (bigger screen), the car was just what I needed at a fair price. The insurance process seemed fair, I purchased what I thought was the right amount of coverage and luckily didn't need to test the claim process.

Did a car trip with a couple buddies and Turo was great. It allowed us to rent fun cars at a pretty reasonable price. The only issue I had was returning the car, it wasn't immediately evident how to start the check-out process until I moved up the return time and it was approved. I think there should be an option to start the check out at any time on the last day. Great experience overall, will definitely rent again.

I have had nothing but outstanding customer service from Turo and extremely understanding and cooperative host. Until my last rental in which upon being told I was 8 min. late, thought we had a 30 min. grace period. The host refused to extend for only a couple of hrs. then charged a full day 4 being a couple hrs. late. Did I mention the car was taken back in washed, vacuumed and pleasantly fragranced condition. And that I had rented the car 4 a short trip away from home and none of the auxiliary charging ports worked. Replaced the fuse personally to make use of them. Is ok 8f I bill them for lost time, missed calls due to a dead phone and the parts and labor of a fuse replacement?

I enjoyed my trip. Jason not only was he punctual but my flight landed earlier than expected. He immediately came to the airport to pick me up. Vehicle was very clean, reliable and also exactly what I needed for my short visit. I would definitely reuse his service again.

My host accepted and then 5 mins later cancelled. No reason was given other than the car was unavailable and now my almost 300 rental fee has been unavailable to me for 5 days now. My 1st experience with Turo was great and easy, but not getting my refund any faster than 5 days has been a huge inconvenience.

Had such an easy time finding the car, only had to gas up one time! M answered all questions when I had them in a timely manner and he had easy instructions on returning car! Definitely will rent from him again. Car was clean, easy to drive. Thanks again!

Our selection of Mazda was fine for our family of 3. The car was big enough for us and small enough to park just about anywhere.

The car I rented rode very well. I didn't have any problems with it. The host was very nice and friendly. He was always available when I went to pick the car up and to return it. I actually rented the car twice, both times I had no problems with the rental at all. I returned the car on time and refueled it.

In less than 1 year with Turo, one of my vehicles has been in 3 accidents and now is reported as a total lost. Unbelievable careless drivers and turo will not even attempt at least help or assist with getting another vehicle that’s at a loss or make me want to keep doing business with them. I’m out 5k and now down a car. Terrible experience.. Looking for a good lawyer now.

Renting through Turo was great. I would just suggest knowing the exact times you want to rent, I had trouble changing the times when our flight was changed, but the renter was very communicative and it wasn't an issue. I also may have just missed this myself, but I thought the renter was going to drop the car off at the airport - I was unaware that would cost an extra fee to do that, would make that more prominent in booking!

We had a wonderful trip. Works perfect for a group trip. Very clean Van and easy to drive. The owner helps us a lot on leaving the Van at CBX and we also deliver the Van at the same place. They also recommend us places to visit and restaurants. Thank you

My first TURO experience and Ethan was patient, informative and exact with timing information and directions. The vehicle was clean and in good motoring condition. I would definitely revisit the site and Ethan as a host. I enjoyed everything about my trip and the car was critical to its success.

The car was in fantastic shape and the host Nick was so very helpful. Not an issue from picking it up to dropping it off. We picked the car up at Savannah airport and drove it into Hilton Head as well as driving back to explore Savannah and not a problem at all. I booked a trip on Turo, the host let me know where the car would be and where the keys would be when I arrived. I showed up next morning to get the car at 10 am. When I approached the car the doors were unlocked, so I got inside to look for the keys in the place the host told me they would be. I looked and they were not there. So I contacted the host and let him know who I was and that I was there to get the Ford Fiesta and that the keys were not in the place they said. He replies with, "I don't know, let me give you a call back".

Fabio was absolutely amazing. Extremely accommodating and first class. Car was very clean, full of gas and even had hand sanitizer available. I was already booked with one of the larger rental companies and cancelled due to the much better deal I received from Turo. In the future when I am traveling I will always consider renting from Turo.

Easy selection process and the car, despite its age, was in very good condition and drove like new. The pickup and drop-off process is negotiable, and worked very well for me. You will be billed for the whole rental when making the reservation. The return process sending pictures to Turo was the most difficult part of the rental.

Pricing is good. The interactions are friendly, directions straightforward, will continue to use instead of the mainstream rental agencies. The selection of vehicles are nice. I especially appreciate the pickup and drop-off option at your home. Will definitely be recommending to my entire family and the app is easy to use.

I was skeptical at first with using this app but after setting up a free account, it was super easy and user-friendly. For where we were going there were a ton of car options available and the fact that some even delivered right to the airport helped a lot! Easy to reserve the car we wanted and the host was fantastic about everything! If I ever need to rent a car I’ll be using Turo!
