I was falsely overcharged. When I emailed for a dispute, I was told they would look into it to resolve it and I’m still waiting for an response. Unfortunately they have not returned my email and took money without me seeing an invoice. An invoice for a smaller amount was sent for me to approve charges. After approval they took the amount and then charged my card another (large) amount.

I was introduced to Turo by a friend and it is now my way of booking cars when I go on trips. The prices are way better than car rentals, dropoff/pickup locations are super easy, and you know exactly what car you are getting and not a surprise when you arrive at the counter.

I had an exceptional experience with Turo for my recent car rental needs. From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth and convenient. The variety of car options available was impressive, allowing me to choose a vehicle that perfectly suited my preferences and requirements. The online booking platform was user-friendly, and the communication with the car owner was seamless, making pickup and drop-off a breeze.

I went on a trip to a place I was unfamiliar with and got a host that walked me through every detail on how to get to the car and what to do after as well as how to get into the car. It was so easy and so detailed. It made my trip so much easier.

It was a good experience. Plenty of communication with the car owner. Car was clean and free or odors. Overall, a nice experience, great car and great customer service. The first car I had signed up was suddenly, unavailable so I had to choose another vehicle. They walked me through the process and helped me get a replacement.

Our first experience with Turo, and it certainly won’t be our last. Excellent service and vehicle was provided for a fair price. Appreciate the app and quick responses from the hosts. Will recommend Turo to our traveling friends, associates and family. The host went out of his way to accommodate the unexpected flight delays.

I had great communication with the person I was renting the vehicle from. I needed the vehicle an extra day and it was super easy to use the app to request an extension for the vehicle and communicate with the person. My first time using Turo and it was great!! I will be renting from Turo again.

I have used Turo twice and have LOVED the experience! I enjoy the ease of it... Both hosts were AMAZING. I like the ability to rent locally instead of at an airport. This is the only app I'll use for renting from now on. I'd love to learn how I could start my own Turo fleet to add to availability in my area. I happily recommend the app to my friends.

As a first time user of Turo it was very easy to find a car with a price that fit my budget for my vacation. The person who rented to car to me sent very detailed information which made it easy for me to pick up the car. I would use them again.

As first-time Turo renters, our experience was seamless and wonderful! I was nervous about renting for the first time through a nontraditional car rental but it worked out great! We had 10 people in our family so finding a vehicle to safely Schon are us all and our luggage was important. Great communication with the owner, Brett was super communicative, fast response and clear and friendly answers. Foolproof app communication regarding access and quality of vehicle, and easy pick up and drop off!

The car was clean. The host was very communicative and pleasant. I would definitely recommend utilizing him for any future trips to Idaho! My host recommended places to eat and things to see while I had my stay in Boise and that was greatly appreciated. Didn't go too far from the hotel or venue where my friend was getting married, but it was a great trip.

This was our first time renting thru TURO. We looked at the regular rental places but decided to go with TURO. Rented a Subaru Crosscheck from Cameron. The car was wonderful. Roomy and 4-wheel drive. Using Turo was very easy. A great way to rent a car that you might consider buying. My experience with the owner of the vehicle was spectacular as well. The app guided me through pickup at the airport with precise accuracy and the billing process was easy to understand. I would recommend using Turo to everyone.

We had no issues with the car. Easy pick up and drop off. I would definitely do this again. My first time using Turo. Will not be my last. Although this was a 2017 Camry, it looked like new. The owner was very easy to deal with. Shuttle service from the airport was perfect.

Dylan was very responsive to me with all my questions, this was very important to me since this was my first time using Turo AND driving an EV. The vehicle was very clean and reliable and also it was very economical to rent and to re-fuel. I would highly recommend renting from Dylan and I will definitely look him up again in the future.

Everything was easy and quick from the free drop off at my door to the the pick up! The host was easy to get in touch with and communication was always great. The selection of vehicles was great, I'm glad that we used the host we did! I would recommend Turo and use them again in the future. Having a bigger vehicle for our road trip was definitely worth the added cost to have space and comfort for our whole family!

Very easy to make the transaction and the car was fantastic. It was easy to communicate with the owner. This was our first time using Turo. There were 7 of us and we had enough room for all of us. The vehicle was a 2023 GMC Yukon, which is in great condition. Overall, a very smooth experience that worked out well for us.

I was referred to use Turo by a friend after receiving the run around by other rental companies for days. The use of the Turo app was refreshing easy and picking up the vehicle was easy and there was no waiting. The vehicle owner was friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely be using the Turo app for my rental service from now on.

We used Turo for the very first time. Was pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend them. My owner was extremely easy to work with and was very responsive to any questions I had and answered them quickly. I will definitely use Turo again in the future. We also had our daughter and our other vacation partners utilize Turo as well and they too had no issues.

Everything with the car was great and had no issues during my trip. However, my trip ended at 5 am and the host didn’t message me until 3 am with details regarding where to return the car at the airport. When I returned home, I received an email stating I returned the car 4 hours and 7 minutes late when I returned it when I scheduled it. This resulted in me being charged an insane amount of fees. Thankfully customer support was able to resolve this and time-stamp everything.

It was a great experience. It was very user-friendly. I was communicated with her every step of the way. Great experience. Definitely will recommend for anybody in the future especially because rentals are very expensive right now. It is my first time experiencing Turo and I would highly recommend it.

I did my first trip due to an emergency with my personal vehicle. I was in a pinch to get to work for a few days. Turo was fine for the initial 3 days, however I decided to keep the vehicle I was using for another week. It was easier than searching for a different car and having to go pick it up. I got a message from turo saying that I didn't modify trip. I instead just rerented for another week starting the day I was supposed to drop off. So they said they will charge me $78 for this error! Not really nice when I was just using it for the first time. On top of the fees which seem to go up and I'm not really sure what they are for? I need a big vehicle for my son to move to college. I was going to do turo but I think I will be doing a Avis instead.

Sprinter was awesome easily able to park anywhere a small vehicle could park with the height being the exception and even that wasn't a problem for us. Sprinter catches a lot of eyes as well, very cool-looking vehicle. Diesel engine performs very well and good on mileage.

The car owner canceled as soon as I landed, leaving no time for find a suitable replacement. It took over an hour and instead of a large leather expedition Max, I got a cloth Ford Explorer that smelled like **. I feel like they should have at least knocked off 20% or so for the inconvenience and the fact I received an inferior car for the same price.

The ease of use of the app was phenomenal! The contact-less transaction was safe & efficient. The best part was being able to communicate with the vehicle owner via chat. Clear instructions were given which made the process flow very well. I loved the entire experience overall. No lines, no waiting, no fuss! Just get in & go. I would definitely rent again & recommend!

Great company to rent through. Had no issues whatsoever and they reply fast if any at all! Clean vehicles, wonderful people and plenty of options to choose from. I would 100% recommend them for your future rentals. We rented through TB rentals and they also had fantastic customer service. Took great pictures and very informative.

The process was simple and easy to sign up and reserve a vehicle. The owner of the vehicle was amazing at communicating and assisting me through the process of starting and ending the trip. When I had questions during the trip the owner was always available to answer the questions.

I was looking online for a car rental in Alaska. I went thru all the usual car rental companies via my airlines site, my credit card site, etc. somehow TURO showed up. I had never heard of it before. It seemed so much easier to use and so I gave it a try. Boy, I am so happy I did. I found the perfect car and a wonderful person to work with. Perfect.

Michael was a great host, very responsive and car was just what we needed. We needed to change our drop off location and that was a breeze through the app. Rental prices in general are up but this was a big savings over going with the airport companies. I would do this again!

Response to our initial questions were completely and accurately answered. The customer service was excellent regarding delivery and responsiveness. Have already recommended this service. The vehicle was delivered on time and any defects were noted from the delivery person including a crack in the windshield that was from the previous renter and they did not have time to replace prior to our arrival.

We had a great experience with Marsha and her Mustang! Marsha was very responsive in terms of how to pick-up and drop-off the car, and took very good care of the car. She got it cleaned before we arrived, and it was in great shape. Would recommend to anyone to book through Marsha!

My first Turo rental was amazing. The host was Travis in Bozeman. Super nice vehicle and his customer service is amazing. This is a great service. Much better price than the airport. I will be never rent from the airport except Turo. The customer service and value are great. Keep up the great work.

I must say, I cannot say enough GREAT things about my rental experience with Sophia! I found Turo after a lengthy battle with another rental company for the same week. I did some research and located Sophia and her Cadillac Escalade for our Montana trip, which was perfect for our family! Sophia was a total dream, easy to communicate with, did everything she said she would; and we reciprocated and treated her vehicle, just like our own. I am so very thankful we were able to spend the week in the Escalade with all of the room we needed. Needless to say, not only has Montana stolen my heart, but so did Sophia AND Turo, AND I am a forever customer now!!! I have already told several of my coworkers about the app AND about Sophia if they are heading that way. Thank you!!

Anas & Charlie were terrific. Correspondence was extremely quick. The SUV was as advertised. Super clean and in great condition. Would highly recommend Anas to anyone looking for a great experience. Dropped the car off at baggage claim and his dad Charlie dropped me off at ticketing. First class all the way. Every encounter, either face to face or in person was great. These two are easy to work with and very pleasant.

Turo has been horrible for The Process of Refunds. I have been pre-existing damage over 10 times for a outcome that brings My refund!!! This is Kandy **. I need an actual resolution to the issue at hand. I was very disappointed in the customer support from executive support because they are not consulting with the evidence for the customer to receive support.

I have already recommended Turo to friends and family.

It was a great experience and the first time we have used Turo, I definitely recommend it. If possible, I would suggest for the future to add a cleaning fee at the end of the trip, so it can be selected if the car is returned late hours. Our turo was a super nice guy and he helped us a lot with all the logistics!

When I checked about bringing the car back an hour later - Turo wanted to charge an extra $77. The Host was willing to allow me to bring back an hour later without charging, however Turo had no way to handle it. Otherwise the rental was great and I would use it again.

We enjoyed our experience and Avonte was very accomodating. It was very easy to pick up and be on our way. Also drop off was made easy and safe as pick-up. Car was well maintained and very clean. It was very nice. I never used this service before and wasn't too sure about but they experience was nice in my case. I would used it again.

I don't think I should have to pay a fee every time I rent the exact same car. I can understand a different vehicle, but not the same vehicle. I don't make very much money. I have to scrounge up fee money every time. I've called every time and the 3 people said they can't do ** about it. I don't think fees should be applied every time on the same vehicle.

Turo was extremely easy to use. I loved the safety and convenience of being able to obtain and drop off the car without having to wait in any kind of line or meet someone somewhere. You know exactly what vehicle you’re renting and know what the inside/outside looks like. With rental companies you never really know what vehicle you’ll receive. The rates are far better than rental car companies and just all around easier to use. I’ll never go back to a rental car company and will recommend Turo to all my friends and family.

My car was going to be at the mechanic’s for a while and I needed something to drive around. I was able to start quickly and was flexible with my end time. Easy pickup and drop off as it was around the corner from my house. Car was clean and as described and ran great. Had a great time and would rent again!

Very good, everything went as planned and communication easy through TURO. Will use TURO again. The description of the vehicle is very important to me since we needed a navigation system in the vehicle. The cost of insurance was the only thing that I thought could be improved on. It could be more aligned with other rentals companies.

By no means is this for the hosts, they've all been great. However, after being a host and guest on Turo for a few years (all 5-star reviews) I was recently "flagged" after my last trip, and after trying to communicate with customer service about this, I've learned they've been trained to read thru a prompt and dish it off to someone else instead of actually serving the customer. After 4 of the same conversations with reps, I've waited 2 weeks for another "more qualified" response in my email, nothing. So I guess when you're flagged (still unsure why), Turo bans you from booking anything else in the future? Correct me if I'm wrong, because the lack of inaction on customer service has led us here.

This was my first Turo rental. Love it! Super easy to book and lots to choose from in the area I needed. The car I rented was a beautiful Volvo. Very clean and easy to drive. The car was available for an extra day, so I contacted the owner and booked with quick communication. She dropped off/picked up the car which was very nice. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a car!

I have to give this guy a great review because our plane was late, and they even stayed late, to make sure we have a vehicle. The vehicle rode very, very nicely. It was a hybrid and it was so sweet. The host was great and the vehicle was a nice truck hybrid barely even use gas at all good running truck 2023 brand new. No complaints everything went very well. The best experience I have ever had when renting a car. I travel several times a year and require car rental. The host was amazing. I had to make some changes and they were so easy to deal with. I was wonderful to be met at the airport both picking up and dropping off. I can’t say enough great things about my rental experience.

I have had a pretty good experience with Turo. It’s convenient to have this service in our area. They have tried to charge me a couple of times for stuff that wasn’t mine, but it did get taken care of. My sister who lives in Oregon and uses Turo all the time, recommended them for me since my car is in the shop.

A friend recommended Turo and we are so glad that they did! My husband and I rented from Joseph in Reno. We had a very well taken care of Range Rover. Joseph was very responsive with any questions and met us right outside our terminal! Drop off was quick and easy!

Would recommend and will definitely use his service again if available in area of travel. This was my 1st time using Turo. My original reservation got canceled with another host 2 hrs before pickup due to vehicle maintenance. Turo made it easy to book another at same location and didn't affect my time of departure from airport.

We booked with Turo rather than a car rental as we needed a car seat for our trip and we liked that the kind of car seat bring provided was listed on the vehicle description. We also were able to skip the car rental lines and were given our car curbside after our flight. Will use Turo for future trips!

Technically, App is very good on listing vehicle near customer and communication parts of app is in real time but, I have concern on the quality of vehicle the host is putting for rent in Turo. I don't know it is even in Turo's concern but at least there should be some kind of rating for the vehicle too besides the host, and it should be influenced by the comment or suggestion given to Turo by customer.

Excellent service and price I would use car and service again. Customer service was excellent and the car was clean in excellent repair. I especially loved the ease of pick up and proximity to my location.

I’m a new customer and heard of Turo from a friend. Sups easy to use and can’t beat the prices. Only thing I was confused on was at checkout. I was billed $470 for a week. Once confirmed I paid $516. Other than that it was great and the App was easy to use. Cars selection is awesome and will definitely use again.

For the first time while we were visiting Maui, we use Turo. It was a great option and more than $100 less than renting a car at the airport plus, the car that we chose was not too far from where we were staying quick trip via Uber to get it. Our first rental went great no issues the next day we decided to rent again. We would’ve extend it, but we were not sure what we were going to do the next day.

Just heard of Turo from a friend. Decided to try it out on our family vacation instead of using a car rental company like we always do! Host had me cancel 2 days before arrive due to the car being in an accident. I then had quickly find another vehicle which cost me more money since it was last minute. Is there any way I could get reimbursed for this inconvenience? The new car was fine but it was also inconvenient that they required us to wash the car before returning.

The car was great. It was perfect for our trip to Banff and Jasper National Parks. It had good gas mileage and was very comfortable and clean. The pick up and drop off was easy at the airport. Harpreet, the host, was very responsive. We would use Turo again in the future.

Renting a car through Turo is the way to go. Very simple and seamless. Chris was great to deal with and the car was clean and fun to drive. This experience was way better than having to go to a rental place. I originally rented a car with Alamo, but I was paying a lot more for something smaller that I couldn’t even see ahead of time. I’ll never do that again. With Turo I knew exactly what I was getting and super easy instructions to pick up and drop off the car. Turo all the way!

I was thrilled to find a rental close to my hotel. The host dropped it off for me, so I didn’t have to take a taxi/Uber. The car was practically new and just as described. We were able to return it to the hotel parking garage. Communication throughout the process was phenomenal.

That was my first time using TURO and I loved my experience. The only thing I think that could be better is the car selection. I would like to be able to search for the exact car that I have in mind and then be shown what's available in the area.

Paso was great to work with. The car, a 2023 Honda civic, was spotless and in perfect condition. Communication was excellent before, during and after my rental. He provided clear instructions with photos on how to find and return the car and responded almost immediately to messages I sent him through the Turo app. A perfect score all around.

Truck was amazing. Service was simple and easy. Owner was super helpful and communicative. Great first experience and will use again. No reason to use traditional rentals again. Loved the whole experience and Hannah worked with us to get the truck to a different airport. My last rental with Roman was a great experience and the rental went smoothly and well. Roman is a great host and his vehicle is equally as great. Easy to drive, handles well, accommodates a large load, and was very comfortable. It was much better than my last experience with a Turo host, that seemed to be extremely dishonest, the personnel at the "Carsan" Lot should be audited and reviewed and give Turo a very tarnished reputation. Had a great first experience with Turo. Went with a host with years of experience and it was worth it. Joe was an excellent host. Car right outside the airport. I frankly recommend the Turo company for their services, the car was in very good condition and clean, Sinan was a very good intermediary and very nice, I could not have hoped for better. Without hesitation I would use the same company again, and in the future I will do appeal to their services.

Host to this trip was dishonest about return time, damage to car and the pickup location. There was unnecessary emails and correspondence to be made about this trip. And I also had to stop my trip early. Turo as a company is great. This single experience however, was not. Thanks!

I just used Turo for my first time ever. While I had a decent experience I hated that I wasn’t able to ask simple questions before booking. There’s lot of hidden fees. A car that’s $50 a day is really more like 70-75 once you get the fees factored in. I will use again but only because car rental companies at the airport are so bad.

I rented a blue Mini Cooper convertible from Brian. The car was awesome and we really enjoyed driving around the island. It was well worth it. The only issue I had is that it couldn't be delivered to the ferry station. I was told it was a 7 to 10 minute walk but that is not correct. Even on Apple maps it stated 16 minutes. If I wasn't still suffering from Covid lung, it wouldn't have been a big deal but I was exhausted after arriving to pick it up and then the walk back after dropping it off.

It was my first time renting through Turo and I was a little nervous, but I can say now that my first experience was excellent. I am new to Turo, so I assume that my ignorance is part of this. However, I am not new Tesla as I worked for the company leading up to the Model 3 launch and after. I know how Tesla works, I know how their charging works, I know how to charge the car, where to find charging stations and how do to all of that. The host's listing does not state the following things: the car does/not have the charging cable - crucial to know prerental based upon where the guest will be driving the vehicle, the supercharging accruals will be the guest's responsibility after the trip has been rated by host and guest -- an invoice will be sent with only 48 hours to pay, and the car needs to be charged to xx% when dropping off the car. None of these things were listed explicitly in this listing which I find to be incredibly misleading.

Tyler was a great wonderful host!! He made the process seamless. He was right there when I called when I needed his assistance. Furthermore when I wanted to extend my stay he said, "No worries!! The car was a Dodge Journey. It was the perfect size. We did have a slight wait for it to delivered to the airport. I still don’t understand why there was an additional fee “Airport Fee” $23.41. Also why is there a “Trip Fee” of $36.09 on top of the “Trip Price”? As soon as I noticed that the USB and cigarette lighter ports were not functioning I emailed Zachary straight away. Other than those few items everything went smooth. Our trip was wonderful.

I really enjoyed renting from my Turo host. They answered any questions right away! Had the car in a nice spot and gave very clear instructions on how to find vehicle at the airport!!! The owner was terrific and so was the Jeep...Will use Saon again...She was responsive kind and very personable..For the first time using Turo it was a little difficult to get it straight but now that we have used it it will be more simple. Because it’s hard to figure out some vehicles that you haven’t had the pleasure of driving before. They even had water, snacks and a trash bag for us. A great first impression. Would highly recommend this Van, it was beautiful and fit all of us and our stuff. Booking a car on Turo is easy as 123! There are so many cars available. I first booked a Tesla Model 3 for a weekend getaway but two more friends decided to join and the car became too small. It was incredibly easy to cancel and let the owner know the change of plans. Booking a new car was easy too! Turo credited me what I had already paid towards the new reservation and charged the difference. It was seamless! The car I borrowed was incredibly clean - hospital clean! - and picking up was easy as well. The prices are less than what your typical mainstream car rental offers. I would definitely use Turo again!

The staff was great! Professional and punctual…I took a shuttle from the airport and they text messaged me all the way…Appreciate the attentiveness. The return was very smooth, no waits and no hassles. It will take me some time to adjust to the different approach between regular rentals and Turo but I look forward to the learning curve.

The vehicle was in great shape, delivered to airport earlier than expected, answered messages timely. Was a good host. He asked that we run the car thru a carwash and vacuum it before returning it but was not expecting to have to do that. But we did it not to incur the cleaning fee. Host was fantastic and car was super clean. Communication was top tier for me. Car pick up/ drop off was very super easy and based off of simple directions. Wish I could have given him more than 5 (five) stars. Would most definitely be using him again when in l’m in need of rental.

John did not give full details on the rental. I had no idea, that I had to charge that vehicle as often as I did. A 4 hour trip turned into a 7 hour trip. Because I had to stop and charge, he advised I stopped at “surpercharging stations” and then billed for them charging. He also waited until I completed his rating, and sent me an additional bill for $458.00. I kept the car for 1 day, and the total charge was $799.00. The car tires were unbalanced and uncomfortable throughout the duration of the trip. When I messaged him stating I wasn’t aware of the additional costs, he has yet to respond. Because of this experience I will tell everyone how awful it was.

All our renters were easy to work with and went out of their way to accommodate us. If you need airport pick up and drop off just ask. There might be a charge but it's worth. Loved not having to go to a counter. We rented a Chevy Express, Infinity SUV, Dodge SUV.

My overall experience with Turo was good. Although I felt like the tires on the vehicle were very worn and I didn't feel 100% safe driving. I would recommend checking the treads on the tires of the vehicles you rent more frequently. I was very worried about a tire possibly blowing out on the road.

We were happy to rent the car for twenty four hours in Anchorage. We wanted to see the bore tide, but there were no tours, so we rented a car. The price was right and the service was friendly. Other options were much more expensive. The car was at the airport and was a nice car in good condition.

The truck was not clean, the host was arrogant and rude when picking up the truck. We had to dropping him to his house when he when he said he had a ride. I'll just wasn't too satisfy at all with the host.

We had a very good experience using TURO for the first time. The owner was very helpful and walked us through the process of finding the car in the parking lot and getting the keys out of the lockbox hanging on the window. She also helped us with the return process. Excellent value for the money.

If you must rent a car from Turo, and we recommend you DON'T, avoid any vehicle under the name Arija Rentals, in our case a black 2022 Honda Civic. He may be listed as a super host but there was NOTHING super about our rental experience. And Turo did absolutely nothing to help us in any way. Arija decided to remove the nut lock from the car, a necessary tool to changing a flat tire, without notifying either Turo or us, though he knew we were going north on a road trip. There was a flat tire, which of course could not be changed. Further, the spare tire in the car was not hwy safe, according to the licensed tow truck driver we had to call as neither Turo nor the host would help us.

I would definitely recommend this owner and car to anyone looking for a good experience with TURO. Fun convertible and flawless pick up and drop off. The owner was very accommodating when I needed to adjust the drop off and was not able to get to the filling station so I did have to pay a $10 dollar fee for the gas refill which was reasonable I thought.

A damage report was filed from the end of the car borrower for a minor scratch that I did not have a part in. If that happens every time a car is borrowed, it is unlikely I would keep using this service. I don’t want to rely on an app where a user can be charged over a small issue that was not proven.

Bryan was thoroughly prepared, the car was clean and clearly well maintained, waiting for us to have a very good week of vacation travel. Next time (hopefully soon) when we're in that neck of the woods we'll definitely consider Bryan for our ride. Easy process with lots of options to consider. Easy to book and manage the reservation including adding drivers and maintaining my account. Our host was wonderful with great communication. The vehicle was as exactly as advertised and made our vacation drive very comfortable. I may never rent from a typical national car rental agency again.

As always, Turo is the most affordable way to rent a car. Our only reservation was how closely the owner of the vehicle is able to keep tabs on us. They lock and unlock remotely, we had our phone alerting us that an air tag was traveling with us, and we even got a text from the owner commenting on the speed we were traveling. I prefer a little more privacy and will probably pay the couple hundred dollars extra to avoid renting from a “peer to peer” rental company like Turo.

Finding the car was the easy part but opening it up was another story in itself which I will briefly explain. Once I found the car it was absolutely filthy both inside and out. It took multiple calls to figure out how the system worked and now that I’ve done it I feel confident, that if I was desperate and needed a rental, the next time wouldn’t be such a issue. When we turned the car on we were overwhelmed by the smell of dog. Each and every time for a week the smell were there forcing us to drive with the windows open to avoid my colleagues allergic reaction to animals.

Helpful, quick to answer all my questions and very detailed in his responses, clean vehicle, friendly and more than willing to make any changes or adjustments with me. I will definitely be using TURO in the future.

So, this was my first time ever using Turo even though I had heard about it a while back. Great experience and the app was extremely easy to use. The app was very straightforward with how everything would work and the cost of the rental. Everyone that I have talked to that has used the app had nothing but good things and good experiences.

My only gripe with this car is that the safety features were a bit much. Mainly the Radio turns off when you are reversing and takes a min to turn back on even after you put the car in drive. Other than that the car was awesome. I had a great time and the gas saving feature was exceptional.

The host proceeded to harass me after trying to charge me $400 for scraped rims from the curb on a vehicle whose plates do not match the vehicle listed on Turo. I filed a complaint with turo and he continued contacting me followed by a call from support about the host’s claim and not the complaint that I filed. I would go back to normal rental companies who don’t break all kinds of laws and try to steal from innocent people.

My original car rental was with a nice young man named Aaron, he was very upfront laid-back and I felt very confident about the rental. Unfortunately there was an accident with the car involving theft and I was not able to complete the trip and he gave me plenty of notice and my full refund. So I booked another trip with a person named Shyaara. She made me send her a copy of my driver's license which I already went through the guidelines with Turo to become a car rental driver. I did not appreciate having to go through that process of passing on my personal information when turo already approved my credentials. She was not forthcoming at all with where the car would be until the night before the trip and I am a planner. I like to have everything ready to go. She also didn't give me the four digit code to enter the car for the next day so I had to ask her for that.

I had such an easy, seamless time using Turo. The app works great, the host was responsive. It's easy to use and find exactly what you are looking for. The car was exactly as shown in the pictures and directions were easy to follow. Also, loved that picking up the car was contactless. I would recommend Turo over typical car rental companies.

Hello all, I compared prices with traditional rental companies and Turo. It was about 50 dollars cheaper per day for a VW Tiguan. Pick up and Drop off were easy. I am using Turo for all future car rentals. I told friends and family and they were surprised with price and ease of use to the point where they said they were going to try it. Best, Oz.

Superior service in Salt Lake City and great savings. The ease of securing my ride and the quality of the vehicle was terrific. I would absolutely use this service and provider again. This was my second experience and it really worked well. This is a far better option than using a conventional rental car service. Why a long shot.

I absolutely love Turo but I’m afraid that I may have to revert back to renting from car companies if the hosts will continue to charge for mileage. It’s easy to book and your site is user friendly but defeats the purpose if I have to pay more out of pocket. At least with the rental companies I’ll get the deposit back.. Just something to think about Turo. It’s easier to book with one set rate and not have to worry with any other charges that may come about. Turo makes the process easy to find a host, rent the car and no long drawn out time with paperwork and questionnaires.

I would recommend using Turo, after my experience I don't think I will be going back to using a traditional rental service unless it's through my insurance due to a claim. The experience was overall smooth and pleasant, the car was as described and I had no issues during my trip. There were no hidden fees or surprises. I definitely recommend using turo.

Honestly, what could be better than picking up a great car with ease just a few steps outside the airport and not have to wait in lines or walk through terminals? Or our host communicated easy instructions, we found a car, and a Jeff, and JOY a great experience… And dropping the car off was just as easy.

Our family enjoyed Jeremy’s Jeep. It was great for our Texas vacation. We flew into DFW Airport and Jeremy made the Jeep very accessible there. The Jeep was clean and very fun to drive. Jeremy was very responsive with anything that we needed. I highly recommend him. If we are ever in DFW again we would definitely use Jeremy.

I have used Turo many times, and, for several years, especially when going to Denver. This was the cleanest car, easiest access, and best communication of any Turo rental that I have experienced anywhere. Jennifer has several automobiles available. I highly recommend them, as they are the best, and her pricing is great as well.

I use to rent my vehicles through Enterprise but a friend asked me to look up TURO, I'm glad we did. Was easy to do online. The person who we rented from very kind and explained the whole process to us. We had a great experience and a amazing trip. Will definitely rent through Nathaniel again.

Never been this happy to do business with TURO AND AANISH my Turo guy. If I had not get Turo I don’t know how I would have traveled in Canada. I loved every second of my journey in Canada with the truck I rented. Excellent service, no glitches at all, smooth sailing all the way.

This was my first time using Turo, and I was thoroughly excited about this new rental opportunity. The process was very easy to obtain the vehicle, and the app was helpful. I’m grateful that I bought the insurance, as a strange incident occurred. The owner of the vehicle claimed that I wrecked, and I absolutely did not! She referred to damages underneath the vehicle. I was never shown pictures prior to renting of what the underside look like, and then, at return, I was accused of making those damages. Very disappointing! I don’t blame Turo. I will use this again.

This was our first time using Turo. It was a great experience. It’s easy and convenient. Loved being able to skip the line at the counter and meet our car ready at the curb. Will definitely use again the next time we travel. We’ve been telling friends and families about this option.

Bryan answered my questions and concerns about Turo rental. His vehicle was in top shape, clean as a whistle and pick up and drop off was a breeze. Definitely would use Turo again. The shuttle service Bryan had available from the airport to the pickup point was fast, courteous. The paperwork was simply to complete, both when I initially rented his vehicle, to picking up at the secure parking lot and the returning of his vehicle.
