I have been using Turo for our traveling needs. And I can say I’ve had only great experiences. It’s been highly efficient and very convenient. Every host has been incredible. Excellent service, no problems at all and all set up to just pick up and begin whatever we needed to be done or to go to and enjoy. He responded immediately even when I needed to extend there was no problem. Thank you so much! Drop-off was great as well, no issues - just follow his written instructions and that’s it.

Using Turo was cheaper than a rental car for our trip to Denver. The owner clearly communicated the instructions and where to find the car. It was convenient that we could pick up and drop off at the airport for a small fee. The car itself was clean and in great condition.

Andy rented us his Mazda Miata and it was an incredible experience. He was waiting at the airport for us with the car running and a big smile, and quickly showed us how to put the roof up and helped us with our luggage. He was quick to respond to our questions through the app during our trip and drop off was equally quick and easy. Never renting a car for a leisure trip any other way. This was my first experience using Turo. When using traditional rental car companies, if you request a certain type car, you may not get that car. But with Turo, you get exactly what you request. The owner of the car was extremely cooperative and polite and thorough. The vehicle was exactly what I wanted.

This is a great App in a place where “normal” car rental agencies gouge even their most loyal customers. I’m sure that there may be much variation in results, but my experience was great. Great communication and hand-off by the car owner both picking up and dropping off. TURO may be my new “normal” go-to for car rentals.

Had a great experience renting a car from a Turo Host in Boston. Turo established a great dedicated lot in the Logan Airport Economy lot which made it easy to pick up and return the car. I saved a TON of money by not using traditional rental car companies and the car was excellent. I highly recommend using Turo.

The van was everything we hoped for, and more than what Steve the owner advertised it would be. It has all the bells and whistles of luxury, and they all work. Steve Keeps the van in immaculate condition inside and out. The kids had their own captain's seats and a large TV to keep them from complaining!! I would recommend this van and rent from Steve again.

I had a good experience renting a Kia from the Chicago airport. The owner met me at arrivals and dropped off the car. On the return I dropped it at the parking lot across from the terminal. The car was clean and drove well. I was able to hook up my phone and got the GPS working on the screen. No problems.

This website is great! It's filled with options to make your experience as easy as possible. I had my car delivered and picked up at the address of my choice for a reasonable fee. I had the option of renting a child safety seat. I was able to elect or decline protection on the vehicle I was renting. I had the option of extending my trip in app. I was able to communicate in app with the vehicle owner. I can't say enough good things about this app and service!

Turo was easy to use. Our host Kahlila was so nice and helpful. Things were very convenient, we walked out of the airport straight to the van we rented waiting in the parking lot. Our host sent us details on where to find our rental. So there was no standing in line to get our keys. We are very satisfied!

Everything went perfect, from selecting a vehicle, to communication with the friendly owner, to pickling up the car, to driving with unlimited mileage, to returning the car! Great service, great experience! This was my second time using Turo, will definitely use again! After returning the car, the owner contacted me that I had left a bag with tools in the car, I was able to get it back promptly!

Dislike you can’t contact car owner before booking. Dislike you all add a service fee if I prepay for a tank of gas. Defeats the purpose and convenience. The prices for rentals are competitive with local rental agencies, but the service fee is high then the new total is about the same as car rental place. I can see using Turo if I want to return car at random hours, otherwise I question the actual value if I’m paying about same price and I have to meet a stranger and go through process with them vs just getting a new (almost) from rental place.

I have used Turo two times, both hosts were extremely easy to work with and great communicators. Each time the car exceeded my expectations. If I had an issue it was easy to reach the owner and problem solve. Easy pick up and drop off directions. I felt at ease renting from Turo.

Using Turo was super easy! The Mercedes we used was wonderful and working with Joel was great! The only thing that would have made it perfect was having the car at the airport, we had a few challenges getting back to the airport quickly using Lyft - but Uber saved us.

Turo is a great way to rent cars at an affordable price. The selection in most states are awesome from high end to economy. I had a fantastic host for my LA trip and getting the car was a snap from a parking garage at the airport and drop off was easy too with simple instructions from the host.

Easy transaction and a nice van. I arrived on site and was there about 3 minutes and gone. The van ran great and was super clean. The host was nice. Handed me the keys and was back to working on another vehicle. I’m glad I found Turo because it saved me 300 dollars due to Alaska rental rates.

Had a little rough patch when renting my second vehicle. Customer service jumped right in and took care of the problem. Turo customer service is A+. They got me another rental within 10mins. Paid for me a Uber to pick up the rental which was 15mins away from where I was at. That was pretty cool. Thanks for ya help!

The ride experience from Austin to Dallas was terrible. The rear shocks kept making really loud noises throughout the entire ride. Then customer posts pictures of a cigarette in the car when I don't even like nicotine. Then get billed for stuff I didn't do. Ridiculous, will never use Turo again and will not recommend to anyone.

Experience was better than renting a car from an actual rental car facility.. Will use again. Will recommend to family & friends. Interested in becoming a super host one day.

Yes I would recommend a friend, it was very clean car. Vlad was very easy to talk to, when we had to delay the drop off time, he was very agreeable. We forgot a personal item, and he worked with us on a time when we could pick it up.

When we were planning our trip, we looked into rental car costs. They were outrageous compared to Turo. We chose the car that best suited our needs, and the experience from beginning to end was great! It was essentially like renting a rental car, just a more personal experience and a cost saver!

The rental met all the necessary needs for the timeframe used. Business owner is very responsive and accommodating to ensure you have successful usage of the vehicle. The pickup time was adjusted with no issue after communication with the owner. The vehicle provided ample room and comfort for the service required. A definite second time rental when needed again.

This was our first time using Turo and everything from start to finish was great. The hosts we rented from were super nice and easy to work with. Turo was very easy to request car and the supplier made it very easy to pick up at airport and drop of without the hassle you would get from a regular car rental service. I would say that my experience with Turo was very pleasant and would repeat the use of the service.

I’m a first time user of Turo. Matthew was very helpful and considerate. Entire experience was good. Car was clean and promptly delivered. Return was a little confusing but we did figure it out. Providing a national park was a nice perk. Car was as nice as I ever rented.

Car ride was good. Had no problems. Clean upon pick up and return. Everything about the rental was awesome. I didn't have to wait upon pick or return. The fuel gauge was topped off upon pick up and return. I did notice in the gas mileage was different from the 1st time than the 2nd time.

Enjoyed the clean car very much. Wished I was told before the trip started, or even told by the handoff person that the car should be full when returned. Then I would know. Emails were sent saying so, but I was too busy driving to read them. My bad I suppose. So I had to pay the gas and fee.

Renting of the car was very easy and drop off was also easy. I didn't fly in from out of town so I just picked car up at parking garage and when I was done took it back to same place. Very easy. Only thing I didn't like was that I should of gotten a break for not using airport and shuttle. I paid $28.00 for nothing. Other then that it was very easy and far was very clean and nice.

As I had no problem paying for the $19.00 parking fee when picking up the car from MCO, I was surprised to have to pay another $19.00 for the owner to pick up his car when it was returned on time as noted at the beginning of my trip, only for him to pick it up 8 hours later and then charge me for it. Will remember to make sure to understand terms if I choose TURO again.

Clay was able to provide me with a vehicle on relatively short notice. Picking up the vehicle was absolutely painless! Very quick turnaround! Answered any questions that I had. Overall it was a very good experience both picking up and dropping off. I have already mentioned this service to several of my friends that were looking to do short-term rentals.

When I found out that I had 3 nights of work in Spokane WA the following week, it was a last minute dash to put a trip together. All 3 nights of work were scheduled at different locations and knew that I would need my vehicle if I wanted to maximize my time in a new and beautiful city. With this in mind, I began researching car rentals.

The car I rented in Montreal was fine, except the brake cylinder light came on while on the trip. The main issue I had with the rental was that the person we rented from, Angie, left the car in the garage at the airport for an entire day before the rental, so I had to pay an additional $35 to get the car out of the garage. I sent an email to Angie telling her about the charge and asking how to get reimbursed. She informed me that it was part of the rental charge. I then got a bill from her for gas in about the same amount as the parking charge. I notified her I would not pay for the gas charge. This parking charge should be the responsibility of the owner, not the renter.

It was a wonderful experience, I will recommend this to all my friends and family. The process is so easy from start to finish. You pick a date, you pick a car and it’s just that simple. The 24-hour customer service is the Best. The Host responds in real time and you can’t get this service from any other car rental service.

Jose was quick to respond to any questions that I had. The pickup was simple, the jeep was very clean. We felt very safe in this vehicle. We loved traveling in this Jeep. The cost was much cheaper than going through a big-name vehicle rental service. I highly recommend using Turo. Because of this experience, our next vehicle purchase will probably be a Jeep.

Dependable car, unfortunately with a touch of cigarette smoke smell. Shamari was great to work with! A bit disappointed that I have not received a reply to my question about any partial refund because I returned the car 6+ hours earlier than originally planned, but otherwise a good experience for my first rental with Turo!

I need a vehicle with a little more legroom to go to the beach with my family for a week. I priced rentals through Enterprise, which were outrageous. I discovered the Turo website and rented a comparable vehicle for about 1/4 that cost. No, the vehicle was not brand new, but it was very well taken care of, and exactly what I needed. We had a good experience and had a great host. The only negative was there was not a very large vehicle selection in my area.

This was my first time using this service so, I must admit I had some concerns however, everything was perfect. The vehicle was picked up as planned, perfectly cleaned and sanitized, excellent service, no issues with it whatsoever. This was our first time using Turo. It was so easy and convenient. Our car was delivered to the airport. It was fun to drive, clean and Henry was so easy to work with. One thing I didn’t realize was you need to take pictures when you drop off but Henry was very nice about it. I also had to leave the car earlier than I thought and he made it a very simple process. I will most definitely use Turo and Henry again.

My family and I were headed to Orlando Florida for a week. Did the typical checking out rental cars from the big name companies. Prices have drastically gone up, a lot of hidden charges and fees. Stumbled across this app. Easy to use. No hidden fees or cost. Everything was straightforward. The couple that we rented our minivan from were extremely helpful and easy to pick up the van from the airport and easy to return. No trouble whatsoever. So if you want to save time and money and keep your sanity use this app.

The vehicle was spotless and wonderfully maintained. During our trip, we had an unexpected flat tire and Tammie was super supportive and responsive. Offering to deal with it or give us another vehicle. Luckily AAA was there in an hour and we didn't need to worry, but it eased the stress knowing there were options. I would definitely rent from her again!

Our Turo experience was flawless. The car was at the airport waiting for us and the host responded to any questions within minutes. On the end of our trip, all we had to do was return the car to the airport garage. I will never rent a car through a large company ever again!

Loved everything about it. It’s time to put an end to the monopolies of car rental companies. This service is reliable, safe, and fast. The only thing is they got to work something out with insurance companies to get the same treatment as car rental agencies. Otherwise, my first rental was excellent and I plan to continue to use them as long as rental companies remain overpriced.

Our Turo experience was awesome. We had a one day stay in Anchorage and pick up and drop off was quick and easy. Great communication from Kim, our Turo host. Everything’s was as advertised and price was right on! Car got fantastic gas mileage and was just right for where we wanted to go. Having a car was so nice to be able to drive around on our own and enjoy Alaska!!

The experience in itself was great, but the additional fees really ruined the experience. Searching for calls to see a certain price, only for taxes and additional fees to double or triple the final price is a bit ridiculous. I don’t think I will continue using this service if the prices are this insane. The car was also not in pristine clean condition as a regular rental car. So having booked a Porsche, I expected the car in immaculate condition to drive around.

Great experience from beginning to end.. The host stayed in contact with me from beginning to end. Pick up using a lock box for the keys was a smooth transition. Dropoff was a smooth transition too. I like that I can submit photos prior to drop off to show condition of the car.

I happened upon this app and it was the best app I ever used. Many of the providers were amazing, professional and vehicles were well represented. I have told everyone about this app and how convenient and easy to use. The quality and quantity of providers is what impressed me. Often for many reasons we'll be in a situation were we need a rental, but the rental company's process doesn't fit everyone need or budget. This was my first time using Turo, and I loved it! Very nice rental cars At afford prices. I rented a brand new corvette with a convertible top, and had a blast the other weekend! It was super fast, fun, and smooth on the road. Definitely worth the price and experience.

I was able to rent a BMW coup for less than a typical car from one of the large rental companies. Pick-up and drop off at the airport was easy. The owner was great too. Good communication and responded quickly. The car was in wonderful condition. It looked brand new from the showroom floor. Clean, smelled good and ran like a dream.

I’ve heard great things about Turo so I decided to use them for my trip to Orlando. There were five of us so I needed a larger vehicle. I decided on a 2023 Hyundai Palisade that was being offered by Matthew. I reserved the vehicle at a great price and was looking forward to picking up at the airport. Matthew was extremely helpful and provided excellent instructions and even checked on me during my trip! The vehicle was amazing. Every bell and whistle I could ever want! Can’t say enough about this vehicle!

We had a great experience from renting to returning the vehicle. Both Turo and the host were excellent with communication and the app was simple and great to use. Updates were great and instructions were clear. The car we got was in excellent condition and the owner/host was wonderful with us. Since this was our first trip to Alaska, a far away place where we didn't know much Turo made the experience so great. Instructions was soooo easy and the convenience of picking up and leaving the car at the airport made the trip great. The person we rented from was very responsive and polite. I was concerned about paying the parking to get the car out the lot, but it only costed $5.

Chris (car owner) was very communicative. His car was very clean and just what we needed to drive around Maui for a couple days. Turo made it easy to select a vehicle and we had several options. I chose to rent from Chris because he already had several trips under his belt and also has a small but growing fleet so I trusted his business acumen. Great experience and our rental was awesome! Victor was fabulous, the van we rented gave us plenty of room for our family of 12. The wifi that was provided was a huge plus with our teenagers! We have only Great things to say about Victor and our experience. We will definitely be using Victor P. again.

I was able to rent a larger, very nice car for less than a traditional renting company. The car was conveniently located at the airport. The only downside was returning the car. If you are flying out of a popular airport, give yourself MORE than enough time to find a spot since those can be limited.

Great clean safe car! Prince was wonderful I will use the same car again when I return in the spring. The entire process was very easy. We enjoyed the experience more because there’s no hassle and delay like chain rental companies. I’m considering signing up to do service here at home as I own 2 cars.

I used Turo for the first time for a trip to mobile to look at homes to relocate to. After quite a bit of research I found that renting from turo was not only cheaper than renting from the normal rental companies but also a whole lot easier as when my flight was originally intended to arrive was near midnight and the bigger companies were closed where turo had the car waiting for me and even though my trip was delayed approximately 16 hours the vehicle was still there waiting for me ready to go. Check in and check out was a snap. 10/10 will use again.

Javid could not have been a better representative of or Turo for first time users. From our initial text to when we dropped the car off, he responded to every question almost immediately. He literally talked us out of the airport to exactly where the car was parked. His car was immaculately detailed, and a joy to drive. I can promise the next time we’re in San Francisco and we need a car we will contact Javid! And the next time we’re traveling and need a car we will certainly go through Turo. Much faster than an airport rental and much cheaper. No waiting in line, no issues at a check-in desk, simply a joyful process.

Van and Calvin were great hosts. Very friendly, helpful and responded quickly to emails. The vehicle was very clean, easy to drive, park and very economical. Location easy to find. When I picked up the car Van showed me some damage that was already on the car. I had a great experience and would recommend them to others.

We rented a Mercedes from a guy in Wilkes-Barre named Tyrone.. We had the car from Friday to Monday...but decided to extend the trip... Everything was great. Very satisfying using the app and getting quick replies. Tyrone was great to work with. Even told us we could have the car over this weekend since he was going to NY. Although I would have liked that we went out and bought a new car. This was my first time using the app. Definitely a five star. Would recommend it to anyone.

The overall experience was good. There was an issue with the first booking though, where I had reserved a car and the person had said that they did not do deliveries, but I was still allowed to book with them which caused me to scramble and cancel the order then book another car. Besides this, Turo was very helpful with helping me cancel the order and even provided me with a credit for the inconvenience on this one order. I booked with the new person and they were super helpful and friendly with the process as this was my first booking. No issues after that.

Everything was exactly as stated. From the condition of the car, to how it drove, to where and when to pickup and return the car. I had a change in plans and needed to modify my reservation at the last minute and this request was met with open arms as well. I'll definitely rent thru Turo again.

This was my first time using Turo. Turo saved me time and money. Their services were wonderful. I had several choices for vehicles and the communication with Mackenzie was outstanding! She met me at the airport and handed me the keys. Dropped off the vehicle in the long term parking to save her money since I had a red eye. I enjoyed the use of the wheels, but I truly feel I paid too much for a 2012 Honda. I’m from Nevada. I could’ve got a new car for the price rates that I paid here. I can say the car was clean inside and out. The oil recently change in the car. Not a very big selection of cars in this area.

Can't say enough about the car owner and Turo!! Lester ** the owner of the Jeep we rented offered a clean vehicle ready to go and on time. Return was easier! Turo handled things seamlessly and was very helpful with an early return was necessary due to the evacuation of the island. Would recommend Turo and Lester to everyone. You see what you're renting before signing and things were Great start to finish.

I love the ability to rent a car at an anytime I need. I ride an electric scooter to work and when I need a car to pick up my kids I can easily have access to a huge amount of vehicles within hours. I appreciate the convenience when living a busy lifestyle.

This was the best option for a Family of 6 that needed a larger vehicle and a car seat. I was able to ask about the car seat just before the trip and it was easily added. I am the owner of a 2008 Nissan pathfinder, so I know the possible longevity of Nissans and Infinities. Still, you wonder when you are using someone else's vehicle. This car was clean and well maintained. We used it to travel from Eugene to Sisters Oregon for the week. My only complaint if you can call it that was the Turo was flagged by my bank as a possible fraud by my bank and I had to work that out before I could pay.

I highly recommend using Turo. We had a wonderful experience. We rented a fuel efficient car a Toyota, Prius Prime. The car was immaculate and ran extremely smooth. Our host Michael was friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. I would definitely rent from him again. Our host made everything easy. We extended our trip and our our host (Michael) guided us through the process. Dropping off the car was quick and easy. I will definitely recommend Turo to friends and family. Toyota Prius Prime is the way to go for long trips.

Renting our vehicle was super easy. We picked up from Bree’s house and dropped it off at her house with contactless contact. Bree who we rented from gave us a little goodie basket. She also gave us pointers on Alaska. This was our first time going through Turo, and I would definitely do it again. We will be recommending Turo to our friends and family.

Appreciated the ease of picking up and dropping off the car. The car was impressively clean. The ease of pickup and drop off will keep us renting through Turo. The price of car rental was fair and reasonable. The car was in very nice condition inside and out. Thank you.

Car was immaculate and ran great! When I needed to shorten my rental period, it was easy and there was no problem. I highly recommend Turo! The location in Dracut met all of my needs and I have since spoken with other people who have used Turo.

The host was not communicative while I was returning the vehicle. They did not indicate that they have trouble locating the vehicle while I was still available to help. They ended up trying to charge me for a parking ticket, which I disputed successfully. The host then falsely accused me of smoking in the vehicle. The evidence they provided was not clear and looked like dust. I left the vehicle the same way I got it. There are photos that show it. I actually forgot my sunglasses in the car. I don't think I would ever use this service again.

I rented a car for just 4 hours and I asked if I could just pay for that time or get some sort of discount or reimbursement and they said no. I stopped using Turo because the customer service is horrible. They said regardless of how long I had the car I have to pay for the whole day which is ridiculous and they did nothing to help me or make it better. I didn’t know that was the policy. I stopped using Turo for a while and used it recently for a rental and I know why I stopped using the service in the beginning. I usually use Get Around because they charge for the time you have the car. I won’t be using Turo anymore.

Our whole experience with Turo was fantastic! Our host, Henry, was great to work with. Communication was excellent and the vehicle was in great condition. It was exactly what we needed for our week in wine country. The Palisade was large enough to haul around 6 people and some wine or 4 people and all of our luggage. I'd definitely recommend the whole experience.

This app made it simple. The car was at the airport upon arrival so I was taken care of immediately.

My experience with Turo was nothing short of a nightmare. After spending hours until 2 am discussing my issue with their customer agent, they failed to resolve the problem that stemmed from their own errors. When the issue was finally addressed in the morning, the price had skyrocketed due to changes made by Turo, not the host. Despite providing screenshots of my conversation with the customer agent, Turo arrogantly brushed off my request for them to cover the price difference caused by their mistakes. Their smirking indifference and lack of accountability were beyond frustrating. This entire ordeal has left me utterly disappointed, and I have already uninstalled the app. My trust in Turo is shattered, and I will never consider using their service again. One star is generous given the awful and negative experience I endured.

Our host was very accommodating and left the car at the south terminal for us. I was traveling with my 81 year old mother and it sure made life easier! The car was exactly as listed, Clean, roomy and just right for my tall family. We will definitely rent from Turo again!

Very smooth transaction. I have already recommended friends to use the service because it is so much more economical and an overall better value. Everything was handled through the app. Accurate descriptions of the cars that you could rent. Maybe offer discounts for veterans in first responders in the future?

The yellow Jeep provided by Chase was clean and functioned flawlessly and provided the necessary transportation. The owner picked me up from the airport and made the dropoff very easy. The rental arrangements were much easier than with the slew of multistage car rental companies. Recommend you try them out.

Our first time Turo rental experience was an enjoyable experience. Everything was easy and affordable. This was our first time using Turo and the process was quick and easy. The car was delivered on time and in good, clean condition. The pickup and drop off was quick and easy and the owner explained the process and delivered the car on time and the drop off at the end of our trip was quick and easy also. We would use Turo again!

I needed a truck for a few hours during the day. The ease of picking out a vehicle, getting the directions to a vehicle located 7 minutes from me, and drop off was the simplest I’ve ever experienced. I’ve rented from Uhaul and waited for 45 minutes to go through a line and get all the information together. I’ll never do that again.

The car was easy to find, in good condition, and the return process was very effective and fast. I also requested an extension which was granted and it was very easy to process. Overall my experience was very positive. I very much ch appreciate how the Turo application works. It easy customer friendly. I had the worst experience using Turo. I had paid $246 up front a month in advance for a vehicle that smelled like **, dirty interior, dirty exterior & broken tail light. Second host canceled me after I paid $98.06 for a Uber trip in Las Vegas. Turo canceled me next for no reason. The last host had great customer service but cost me twice as much $453 dollars. I did not get any money back and I had the trip insurance, this was my first & last time using Turo. What went on in Vegas stays in Vegas, go to a National rental car company. Stay away from Turo. Thank you.

Absolutely will refer to friends. Car was clean and inviting. Well equipped, handled like a dream. Host was accommodating, gas mileage was acceptable and all features worked. We were able to work out a pickup and drop off point that was right for both of us. Louis was such a treat to work with and his car was outstanding.

Overall Turo is great, I've used it in place of normal car rental companies as much as I can. I like having control of what kind of car I drive and I like cars a lot so trying new and different types is a dream. So the experience is great, and the app and website are fine, but a couple of things would make it even better. People are able to search for specific cars, that's great but sometimes when doing a more general search there is a saturation of certain types that really make searching a hassle. In my area there is a saturation of Tesla vehicles. It would be nice to either be able to omit a type of vehicle from the list or a specific car brand/model. Removing the limit of 200 cars per search would be useful too, sometimes with a 200 max, some cars don't show up.

Car arrives for like 3 minutes late. I started my check-in process and the person didn’t speak any English and I could tell when she wasn’t taking any pictures. I mentioned it and she just kept saying, no, no, no. Then we were ready to go, we wanted to get out of town to beat the work traffic. Once ready to leave… all of sudden the girl wants to take pictures. So we had to get out of the car, take our stuff out to allow her to take pictures of her car. Her delay and language barrier was a bit frustrating.

This Turo rental was exceptional. A little difficult to get to the car from LAX but they were in constant communication with me on instructions of what shuttle bus to take. The car inside was immaculately clean. Their customer service was delightful when I got there. I had a question about the car when I got in it, and they walked me through everything I needed. Will definitely be using them again.

Unfortunately I had to come to Wichita on a very sad and difficult occasion. Hardest thing I ever experienced or had to do. Having the Kia available when I needed to get around was effortless. I was able to go to the stores and go to different places I'd been before and remembered me and my babes memorable moments and took some photos. Didn't have any issues whatsoever and it was excellent on gas. I would definitely recommend.

First time user of this app. The host was so helpful and gave me lots of info. He was very descriptive on what to do and how to find my way through getting the car and returning. The app itself needs a little work. Little buggy I'd say. It would repeat the messages sent to me. Got kind of annoying.

I brung the car back right under full just like it was when I got it then 4 hours later I get notification saying I owe $36 more dollars for gas! The driver drove his car after he got it back then went to fill it back up with 5 gallons! The car was right under full so I know it didn’t need 5 gallons to fill it back up!

The Host and Vehicle was great. However was unable to modify trip due to app error. Host tried resolving but was unable to do so prior to trip end. To stay within good standing I returned vehicle. Really hated to end trip. Was aiming for an additional day. Host did approve via message. But not being able to do so via app was uncomfortable.

Seamless experience all the way from booking to driving. Very easy to use app with clear and detailed instructions every step. Option to select from a wide variety of cars is a plus. Pricing seemed reasonable and overall experience has been one to come back. I enjoyed the communication feature that made me extremely comfortable with the entire process.

I rented a car. The owner tried to accuse me of smoking because he found 1 ash in the car under a rug I never even knew lifted and on top of that I don't smoke at all. Some providers use the riders to try to make up things to rip them off out of more money. I will NEVER USE TURO AGAIN.

This was our first time using Turo and it was a great experience. Meggan was very responsive and the pick up and drop off were super easy. It was a bit pricey but honestly about the same as a rental car and the options on Sitka, Alaska were pretty limited so it was great to be able to have Turo as an option. I would definitely recommend!

We were going to Chicago for a wedding and needed to rent a vehicle. We looked at the major rental companies and then compared Turo. We decided to go with Turo as overall the value was greater. We looked at the ratings of each individual renting their vehicle, type of vehicle and pricing. We found Turo to be a better value than the major companies. Since this was the first time renting from Turo, I was hesitant since individuals can provide false information and if something happens to the vehicle prior to renting, what happens? Do I get stranded without a vehicle since an individual would not have multiple vehicles to rent or substitute. The major companies can provide me a different one since they have a fleet of vehicles.

As first time Turo users we were not sure what to expect. We received a car that was exactly as it was described. The car was spotlessly clean inside and out, well maintained, and easy to pick up and drop off. The host was extremely communicative and helpful. Easy to use app and rent a car. Way cheaper than a standard rental company. It is a different experience than I used to dealing with. Renter was accommodating and very easy to communicate with. App Seems to have gotten a lot better since I first was going to try but never did.

Overall, I have enjoyed my experience with TURO. I make sure the Renter has a good reputation and all of the renters that I've rented from have left a favorable impression with me. I've rented most from one renters (Franckel) because of his professionalism and proximity to my house. His pick-up and drop-off process has always been seamless. Very smart model. My only frustration is with the trip fees. I know this is a senior leadership issue and I haven't reached out to senior leadership about this yet but it's an important issue to me. Make no mistake about it, I've truly enjoyed working with TURO especially, considering the alternative. I recommend TURO without hesitation.

We had a great time on our trip in Mauricio's Jeep. The vehicle was as described and we got several compliments from others as we traveled to our destinations. The only issue we had was with the bad windshield wiper blades needed when we encountered a short rain storm. We would highly recommend the Turo Site and Mauricio's vehicles to others and will use again if in the area.

This was a new experience for me. I was skeptical at first, but found it to be quite satisfying. The vehicle was clean and in good working order. The owner was very responsive and courteous. The location for pickup was convenient, but I would look for something closer to home for my next rental.

Easy experience with Turo, easy to use, good way to connect people with Vehicles that they might otherwise not be able to rent. Only downside is if you have an invoice. I.e. Electric charging charges, or incidentals, Turo charges you tax or handling fees for using their system to collect or pay those charges.

The car was in excellent condition. It was virtually brand new, which meant we did not have to worry about mechanical issues with the car while on the trip. Alexis (the vehicle owner) was great to deal with. Picking up and dropping off was very easy. I would definitely use Turo and rent from Alexis again.

Our experience with both the host and Turo was great, the host was incredibly helpful and made himself available for any questions and his vehicle was great. Since everything went well we didn't really have any dealings with Turo other than finding out that our insurance didn't cover us if we used Turo unlike if we had rented from Hertz or others like Hertz. It didn't dissuade us but increased our cost to rent with Turo

Turo is by far the best car renting experience I’ve had this far. The host are all kind, friendly and accommodating. The vehicles are in great shape. And when my reservation was canceled once, Turo contacted me immediately and found another vehicle for me within minutes. There is never an issue they can’t resolve and it beats having to use Enterprise or Budget or Avis and accruing a bunch of unnecessary fees.

This was my first road trip and I didn't think about traffic during my timing but he was very nice with my modifications. I would definitely use this app again. I was very satisfied. Experience was good. Felicia was very responsive and friendly. When I had questions, she was able to answer almost immediately. The car definitely needs some maintenance. Car was relatively clean but Didn’t feel super safe in the car. Tire pressure indicator came on before we pulled out of the lot when picking up the car. Only drove the car less than 10 miles entire vacation.

It was my first time renting a car through Turo and will definitely do it again. Easier and faster than a rental car company with better value. The app is so easy to use and better than going to a counter. Range Rover Sport for price of Camry!!! It is a must try!!!

We use Tyra every time we come in to Arizona. She’s quick to respond. Her cars are beautiful and clean. Love dealing with her and her prices are reasonable. We used to use the big companies and reserve a car and every time we got there there is no car available, so we found Turo and it’s been amazing.

The perfect vehicle for our trip to Colorado Springs, Beaver Creek and Red Rocks. It was good on gas, convenient pickup and drop off and easy to drive. Our hosts were very responsive to our emails and made picking up the vehicle a breeze. If you haven't used Turo, it is worth your time to check it out. I would highly recommend using Turo again!

After the screw came out I only had $25. So for me to go to work I had to get the hole plugged for $25. I had to ride on the tire to get there. So the inside of the tire was worn out as you can see in the picture. That tire is still new. That is a old picture.

Very satisfied with the host and car but not with Turo. I will most likely never use them again. The Host asked me to change the location where I get the car and since it said free to go from an off site parking lot to an airport lot I did it. Then Turo charged me $32 and said it was for the host picking us up. He did not. I had to pay $20 to get out of the lot, which I expected. NOT another $32 on my credit card to Turo. I have informed my bank of my dispute of the charge.

Booked a car weeks in advance only to show up at hosts home and never heard from him after multiple attempts to contact him through texts and even knocking on the door. Called Turo to tell them what was going on and worked with a gentleman who completely resolved everything by booking another vehicle quickly and took care of everything greatly reducing my stress since I was on a timeline for my trip. The gentleman went above and beyond for me making my experience with turo a very great one. Thank you.

Excellent process start to finish! Caleb was helpful, quick to respond with any questions that I had. He even offered to help with meal suggestions for the area. I was notified prior to where to pick up my car and then again where to return. I didn't have to worry about tolls either which was super nice.

I was stuck an hour away from home with no car and no money. My phone died it was not a pleasant experience :(. I was nearly in tears and it took over 5 hrs to get it fixed. I ended the day on multiple buses trying to get home, and no access to my refund for 5 days. I cannot book another rental until my refund posts. I have no car, which I need for my job. No money because it was tied into this last rental and no means of income without this last rental.

Car was clean, easy to access, just an overall good experience! I'd definitely book again with the host and Turo. Host was communicative and very helpful. Wish parking in airport had a little less of a fee, but we understood covering costs of a parking ticket. Just a heads up, get to ferry at least one-hour beforehand during the day or you will get left behind to catch the next one.

We rented a minivan to have more room for a family road trip. Pick up and drop off were smooth. Having the minivan made me think we might need one. Using the bigger car really helped make our trip even better. We could easily accommodate our luggage and have space to be comfortable.

Traveled to LA for a wedding. Booked a Tesla Model Y from host Lisa (boo, hiss). Price was right, car was nice, everything seemed good until she canceled the trip 14 hours before we were scheduled to land. I called Turo and they took care of us perfectly. They helped me find a new host, a different car, kept me on the phone while they confirmed it, and they covered the small difference in price. Our new host John (yay!) was amazing and the trip was perfect.

Process was super easy, host was super helpful and on time. Car was clean and ready to be used. Only downside was car was only at 42% battery at pickup. But the host didn’t charge me for supercharging so I can’t complain. Check-in was also simple. Would use again.

It started out confusing. I got an email saying that I couldn’t rent from Turo. Which lead me to a 3-hour chat with 3 different agents all of whom were very polite and helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure my issue and concerns were addressed. End result was I was okay to rent, no one could see any restrictions. I would say don’t take money from account until you complete your verification process. I couldn’t have been in a real pickle if I had to wait for the money to be returned to my account.

This was our first Turo experience and boy did we learn a lot. We like Turo! The host failed to deliver the vehicle to us as initially planned when ordered. We either had to drive an hour each way to get the car or have no transportation while costing the area. The car was unclean, had baby toys in the rear console and backseats. The Panamera was in disrepair with a severely bent wheel and immediately began alerting us to low oil. We put 2.5 quarts in the car. We feel the host was dishonest and rude during our interactions. I also feel his representation while reviewing us was untruthful. None of this is Tito’s fault but you should know who you’re dealing with.

James is excellent. His car it was very clean and save gas. I enjoy my trip using his car. He was very good communicator and always we can reach when we have any question or need to change something. That car fit to us and our needs. I really recommend use his services.

Excellent problem solver and attentive to his guest's needs. The Consummate host! My siblings and I all who are citizens went to our family reunion in Daytona Beach and I chose a car that was a challenge to seat the five of us comfortably. Uzziah offered me the perfect solution and handle all the arrangements and saved us money. Every time I go to Florida I will seek him out on Turo.

Beautiful & clean car. Just found to add one day to be very expensive- response time could be better. Wish there was a way to paid for tolls immediately rather than having to wait two weeks. The pick up location was quiet although a neighbor there approached me about how the car was parked when I arrived.

This car is very fast. No issue with getting to nor coming from and communication was great but the gas. This car burns gas as if someone is pouring it out. I had to keep stopping to fill up on a 400 mile ride. We still had a smooth ride.

The Tiguan was a great vehicle for us at a good price. For airport pickups, I recommend sending pickup instructions earlier. Once we arrived at Orlando Airport cellular bandwidth was limited. The Turo app popped up a map with the pickup location, but it was a 2-dimensional rendering. What was missing were the owner’s precise instructions & tips, which my phone didn’t download until later. There should also be a way to add an additional driver who shares the same email account (ie my wife and I both use our “family” email account).

It was a pleasure using Danny’s vehicle. It was exactly where he advised it would be, it was immaculate upon delivery, and the vehicle was very dependable. Danny was very responsive to any questions or concerns I may have had. He is very responsive to communication and I would absolutely Rent this vehicle again.

One week prior to the start of our trip I got a notification that Turo canceled the trip. It left us with very limited options as we had a specific vehicle we were looking for that could hold our family of eight and tow. There were no other vehicles available that met our needs. Thankfully Turo worked it out and we were able to book the trip again (sooo annoying). It was a quite stressful day, however....if that hadn't worked out, we would have been left without a suitable rental.

My experience using Turo for the first time was easy and very understandable. The app shows all details and car listings and what the car and rental person has to offer. Very convenient and also good prices on mid size SUVs. I would recommend to use Turo for any new rental and I would be using this app for any other places I travel to if it is offered in the areas I will be traveling to. I’m glad I heard about this app from family members who referred us from other parties because a lot of other rental car places didn’t have a vehicle for me and my family.

Amazing experience, whenever we had a question, he would answer immediately, he was vague with the directions on how to get to the car and where to leave it. The car was in great condition, it was very smooth and comfortable to drive. Thank you so much for this experience, and I hope to see you soon!

My host had no communication with me prior to coming to pick up the van. The vehicle was not maintained properly as it had “check engine” light five minutes after I drove. When I returned the vehicle he asked me to give him five star rating which he did not deserve. However, he gave himself five star using my phone against my will. Horrible!
