For someone who hasn’t done this type of rental, the pickup was confusing. I was told to pick up at a numbered space and there was no numbers on the spaces. It was hard to locate the vehicle, but I know that isn’t your fault. I returned the vehicle right on time, but I couldn’t get the email to send and it looked like I was late, but the person at the front gate knew I was on time. Otherwise, it was pretty good!

Car was great. Our only complaint was the darkened side windows. We were sightseeing in the mountains and felt the shaded windows hampered our views. Luis made the pick up and final destination very easy. This was our first experience with a Hybrid. We appreciated the quietness of the car and the good gas mileage!

The Camry was clean and in excellent condition. It handled well both in town and on the freeway. The gas mileage was amazing. Pick up and drop off instructions were clear and the process was seamless. I would definitely rent from Turo in the future and I would recommend Turo to friends and family.

We are new to Turo and used it twice on our recent trip. Both rentals were as described and the owners were great! Will definitely use when we need a rental car. There are lots of choices for car type and price. We were able to rent in areas that would be hard to find a car from a traditional car rental company.

This was our first time using TURO. It was so easy and convenient. So much easier than waiting at the car rental counter at the airport. The vehicle was extremely clean and smelled fresh. We will definitely be using TURO again the next time we need a vehicle for travel!

This was so much easier than a rental car company. The renter was friendly and prompt. The car was beautifully maintained. All in all I was very happy with my experience and will do it again. Much friendlier than, say, enterprise. The only thing I would change is a ride to and from drop off.

Host is claiming I violated smoking policy which is highly inaccurate! I took my kids to the beach this past weekend and sand residue was left in the car. Now I am being charged $165 for “smoking” in the car when it isn’t the case. Now I am having a hard time disputing this transaction.

I was a little apprehensive about using Turo, but my brother told me he had a great experience so I tried it and I’m so happy I did. I have never had a more streamlined experience renting cars than I did with Turo. It was easy, convenient, the car was perfect for my needs, and the price was good. Will definitely continue to use Turo in the future.

The car was extremely clean on the inside. The outside of the vehicle was not clean. There were two compartments inside the vehicle that were not clean and contained trash. The vehicle handled well. There were a few scratches on the outside of the car. There were useful items in the trunk to clean the vehicle if necessary. Too much time was taken when picking up and dropping off the vehicle. The owner of the vehicle was extremely courteous, which made me feel at ease.

Michael was great to work with. Very hospitable and courteous. The car was awesome and I even looked into buying it. It was very clean. It had a great ride and awesome fuel mileage. I have told many friends about joining Turo because of the great rates, nice clean cars and ease of the actual rental process.

We have used Turo twice now and absolutely love it! The selection of cars is astounding and the prices are as good or better than big rental companies. Plus the cars are in far better shape. So many FUN options to choose from too! You can basically use it as a test drive platform that also fulfills your need for a rental car whilst traveling. Looking forward to our next trip to see what kind of cars we might find on Turo.

I was amazed at how clean and beautiful the car I rented was. Luis is an amazingly, excellent host. My family and I were 100% satisfied with everything. The car drove exceptionally smooth, gas mileage was perfect, and the car was super clean. I definitely highly recommend Turo for renting cars. You won't be disappointed.

My brothers told me about TURO and they were right! Wonderful service, great vehicle, great price. The owner picked us up at the airport and saved the day with loaning us a booster seat since the airline lost our car seat and stroller. Will definitely use Turo next time we need to rent a car!

This was super easy and Jerry was accommodating and super helpful! Would definitely recommend. He helped my friends and I find our van and it was a great service to use when coming to Arizona for a girls trip. He kept in contact and helped us when we needed him.

A friend recommended Turo to me as I wanted to save money on a rental vehicle and also obtain a broader array of options than traditional rental car companies provide. Specifically, I wanted a Jeep Wrangler with a removable top as it's been my lifelong dream to drive one. Turo provided the option in spades. I rented a wonderful Jeep for a Midwestern baseball trip with my younger son and also drove my older son, who lives in Chicago, around in it. We all loved the experience and it was more affordable than a rental agency providing us a bland boring sedan to tool around in. So glad to discover Turo and it will now be my go-to vehicle procurement service.

I used Turo once when I couldn’t rent a car due to my driver's license not having the correct address so they needed a utility bill. Ugh! I haven’t looked back. I have rented over six more times and each one has been great! The cars have been in great shape and the renters are communicative. Love this app!

Host was exceptional. Car was great. Only problem was the pick up/unlock service (Turo go?) that was supposed to be through the Turo app did not work and we were delayed about 30 minutes. That was annoying and that delayed us getting in the car. Host had to remotely unlock the doors.

I cannot say enough positive things about the rental through Kirk. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. I left my personal car keys in the rental. He found them before my flight left and delivered them to the airport. Truly a pleasure to rent through and will definitely use him again when in South Carolina.

Turo has been amazing for me. Allowing me to pick cars of my choice, at the location of my choice, and for a price that is better than Enterprise and Avis. Found TURO to be simple and easy to use and it provided us a perfect way to get a short term vehicle on our recent trip to Hawaii. I’d recommend to anyone looking for something similar. Vehicle was nice/clean and ready to go as advertised. Drop off was as simple as pick up and the entire process was about as easy as could be expected.

I rented a 2017 Nissan Maxima from Courtney and the service was excellent! Courtney and his team were professional, respectful and caring. I look forward to renting from Courtney again. I felt like I was VIP. I would recommend Courtney to anyone renting in Detroit and will definitely look him up the next time I am in Detroit.

The car selection is amazing and includes high end vehicles. Rental companies are unreliable, you cannot choose what you drive and are too expensive. At Turo you choose the exact car that you will be driving and you also choose the price point. Trucks, suvs, sedans, convertibles, crossovers, electric....you name it. I could not be happier, I will continue to use Turo for all of my trips!

Overall great first experience with Turo. The vehicle selection was good and Everything from booking to dropping off was great. Gustavo was quick to answer and questions and the vehicle was perfect. The Traverse was perfect for my family and luggage. Will definitely use again on our trip next year!

From beginning to end, Dino was an effective communicator who helped me understand the process. The car was fantastic. Dino kept it very clean and I worked hard to return it to him as beautiful as I received it. The location of the vehicle was the only challenge,: I have a hard time finding my own car in a parking lot. So of course finding an unfamiliar car in a lot was a challenge. But beyond that, the entire process was simple, and my concerns were answered by Dino in a timely fashion. Dino was especially flexible when I needed one extra day ahead of my originally planned trip. Thank you!

Great overall experience. The car was dropped off curbside at the airport near baggage claim and dropped off in the parking garage when we turned it in. Very easy process. This made renting a car quicker than a normal car rental. I was able to make last minute changes to pickup and drop off times easily.

Mousa was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The vehicle was detail clean in and out. The valet service at CLE was by far the easiest ever. The vehicle got excellent fuel mileage and was very comfortable to drive. And the Ford Fiesta I had previously reserved from BUDGET for $890/8 days would not have been as pleasant on my butt or wallet.

The ease in which this service was offered by the company was both refreshing and welcoming. Everything was spelled out very clearly. The process took very little time or effort. I will be using this service again in the near future. I recommend the Turo group very highly. I would also like to compliment Eric who supplied me with a clean, reliable vehicle which gave me a worry free trip.

Rented a Yukon for a business/sightseeing trip to Montana and couldn't have been more pleased. Picked up the car in the Turo lot at the Bozeman airport, which is right outside the terminal. Montana is spread out so I was a little concerned with extra mileage but it was unlimited. The regular car rental companies wanted $500 more for the week than I ended up getting with the Turo way. Big fan.

The experience was good. I was skeptical at first but everything went well and I am very satisfied. I only have one question and that is if there is a mechanic break down how is a replacement done for the family to get home. I know now that I will need a larger vehicle. I needed more room for my luggage.

Liked the Soul, good on gas, easy to find parking. The only problem was that I felt too closed in. The seats sort of enclosed me. I think I needed a car with more space. It handled well. The added expenses to the base were a bit high. The customer service was good. I had gone to meet ahead of time, just to make sure everything easy on the up and up.

Love everything about the vehicle, ten out of 10 experience, communication and convenience of the entire experience. The vehicle, cleanest of the vehicle, from the drop off to the pick up process, I highly recommend and would be definitely be using again. Never had an experience when it came to renting a vehicle.

The total experience using Turo was seamlessly easy. The host, Mohibullah, was professional, in constant and immediate communication, and made the Turo experience even more enjoyable. The Honda Odyssey was extremely clean, well maintained, and fully-loaded. I was pleasantly surprised that the vehicle amenities, and trim level were the highest possible. Our Turo rental was great! Our host Steve made it super easy and convenient. The car was dropped off at our gate upon arrival and picked up at our gate when we were checking in for our flight at the ai airport. We would definitely rent from him again. Very nice platform and Tik whose car I rented was very quick in responses. Toll fell processing was amazing and I was pleasantly surprised to know that toll tag is linked to Turo platform.

Went to Boston, rented a Turo car from Tes, a 2022 Nissan Ultima. Wonderful car, ran smooth. We drove to Connecticut to visit family. Tes was awesome to work with, answered all my questions. This was the first vehicle I ever rented through Turo. Turo itself is a great app and I will definitely do it again on my next trip.

Easy to enroll in the Turo program. A lot of vehicles to choose from. Communication with my host was easy. Pick up and drop off were easy. My host was great. Plus the vehicle was a spotless late model. Overall a very pleasant experience that I look forward to repeating.

Andrea’s car, Fiat 500, is a Nice car with a great performance. The fuel consumption is low and you can park it so easily because it fits in almost any place. Highly recommended if you want to take advantage of these car characteristics and enjoy a trip road as it deserves.

My renter contacted me throughout. The instructions were very clear and on point. My flight was canceled so when I arrived the next day I still had to pay for a day that I didn't used, and pay the airport parking for a full day. That was the only drawback but overall a nice experience.

We picked up at the airport with a lock box on the car and returned the same way. The owner checked in with us. The car was clean and no motor issues. Was relieved that all was smooth as this was my first time renting from Turo. I will do this again.

I rent weekly. I read your terms and it stated after 10 days rental I’d receive one free day. I have in the past be awarded this but not lately. I think I deserve it. I spend a lot of money with the company. Hopefully I will be awarded for my loyalty and consistency.

Great experience with Turo. Reserving the vehicle and communicating with the owner was very easy. The owner dropped off and picked up at my hotel. I extended my rental with absolutely no problem. The owner threw in two beach chairs and umbrella, They came in handy for all our beach stops. My only issue was it was a little difficult to add a second drive. I will definitely rent from Turo again. I have already let friends going to the islands to rent thru Turo.

The TURO app worked perfectly. The rental pick up and drop off were very convenient. The price was very good. Communication with the owner was also very good and at certain points pretty interesting. The SUV was clean and in good mechanical shape. We experienced no problems with the pickup or drop-off or while on our trip.

Needed a car in Alaska for a wedding trip and learned about Turo by searching online for cars through Expedia and other companies like Budget and the other car rental agencies. I was like, "What is Turo?" I looked into it and it was a fair amount cheaper than the other big companies so I went with Turo. I would recommend Turo and use again. The app is easy to use and I had a good experience with the host of the first car I selected.

I want to say that Mr. Bartlomiej made my trip so much easier than I expected. He was always courteous and gave the correct information for pick up of the van and drop off. I have only good things to say about him and the vehicle. The van I rented was well kept and ran perfectly to my needs. I will rent from him in the future for sure. Everything was convenient and the communication with the vehicle owner was great. He responded right away. The price was reasonable although I don’t like how the rental fee is different from each person (I don’t know if the owner set the fee or Turo) but I do understand. I will rent thru Turo before going to a car rental place.

I used Turo twice recently in Alaska -- my first time trying out the service. The app works very well and communication with the vehicle owners worked well. I like the information they is provided on the vehicle and the owner. I was very pleased and will use/recommend the service in the future.

I really enjoyed my experience with my Turo rental. The host was very nice. The car met all my needs. Host responded in a timely manner, met for drop off/pick up was accordingly. The location for drop off and pick up was in a very safe and lighted area and I felt very safe for this exchange.

Great experience, great hosts, Great car! The car handled like a sports car on the curvy winding roads of the Oregon Coast line and cruised like a land yacht on the Interstates and it had Satellite radio.

Finding a vehicle was very easy. I like all the options that were available. The person we rented the vehicle from responded well, he gave us clear instructions for checking in and out. I'm a bit of a nervous nelly when trying something new. I've been interested in trying Turo for quite some time and finally had the opportunity. One thing I needed to pay attention to was the mileage limitation differences on each listing. I'm used to the normal rental car industry where it is usually unlimited mileage. The ones on here range from 100 miles per day on up. I needed more than that so it took a bit to find my ride.

This was a perfect interaction. The car was clean and worked beautifully. Drop off and pick drop off was seamless. Missoula Airport parking also made this easy with their smaller airport parking lot. Honestly I couldn’t have asked for an easier rental. The owner had great communication and responded quickly.

I had an outstanding experience with Turo. I had never rented from them before but my son had and recommended them. The 2023 Honda Pilot was gorgeous and performed well. A very comfortable ride with decent fuel mileage. Alexis couldn't have been more helpful as the host. The car was very clean and she explained all of the features.

I am very disappointed with Not being able to speak with Turo customer service. Our $1500 rate for 3 days was a very expensive service. The Host Jaime was excellent. The customer service was the worst and most minimal service via chat/email I have ever had with any service in my 75 years. Your Host was excellent. The next worst is a vacation rental service for about a $5000 a week home we rented a long time in advance for my family in Vail which the Host cancelled a few days before the trip, but found an alternative 5BR home. At least we could speak with a human unlike Turo customer service.

My Host was amazing!! His vehicle that I used was impeccably cared for and our dialog and communication was really good. My Host made me feel valued and he honestly cared for my experience to be positive. The pick up and return was easy, simple and fast as compared to other options. Super endorse my Host!!

Booking via Turo App is such a breeze. The app itself is easy to understand and allows me to filter my choices based on my needs. The car owner is legit as well as they provided true details of their car as advertised on the website. The pick-up and navigation at the airport are well informed by the car owner, making it easier to return the car. Although it is my first to avail of the Turo service, I can say that I felt the service is safe to use and I will rent via this app again.

Rented from Catherine through Turo on our Alaskan trip, I would definitely recommend her to anyone. The vehicle was exactly as described. It was clean and well maintained. She communicated very well and was prompt. Sent her our flight information and she was there even though our flight arrived early. Was there promptly when we left. Jason was really easy to work with. He also provided me with car seats so we didn't need to travel with them. I didn't have to wait in rental car lines. Just walk up, get key from lock box and begin drive. I would use Turo next trip I take. The value and section was better than a car rental company.

We drove a red 2023 Infiniti QX55. It was beautiful inside and out. It drove like a dream and had all of the buttons and whistles you could ask for. We took it to a 60th wedding anniversary/family reunion and everyone was impressed by the car. I’m convinced that model will be my next car.

We had a great experience. Our host was super polite and quick to respond to messages. The host was waiting for us right outside the doors of the airport which was extremely convenient considering we had our whole family. Drop off was just as convenient. The car was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. The app works great.

I’m currently trying to dispute a cleaning violation, due to the host claiming I had animals in the truck. I did not, I do not have a pet nor did anyone of my passengers. I did explain to host I live with someone who has dogs because he mentioned the people that rented before me had a big dog in his truck and my clothes does carry bits of hair but nothing major, I can’t control that. Also prior to dropping truck off I asked host if I had to vacuum the inside due to a beach day earlier that day. Host said no as long as it’s not stained or excessively dirty which it wasn’t other than your normal stuff one would bring in on the bottom of their shoe plus a little sand from walking on the beach which I did mention.

Rental was first time using Turo. Car worked out great, nice & clean, ran great, courteous owner. Only difficulty I experienced was figuring out the Turo app at pickup and drop off. Secondarily, it was weird to drop off a car without anyone there to turn keys on to and verify the car was returned.

Since I have switched to Turo my rental experience have been the best. From the price with no hassle of putting a large deposit down to the quality of cars that is offered. Loving the perks they offer when you rent through them which shows that your business is appreciated.

I rented a Turo for a business adventure I was going on. The person I rented from actually has a car lot with dozens of cars that he rents out on Turo. I had rented a smaller car while in Nashville then spoke to him about arranging something through Turo for a couple of weeks long term. I picked up the car June 1st and everything went great between the host and I.

I needed a car in a rush for my daughter's last minute wedding. My host was a dream boat in walking me through my first time ever renting a car...and the rates beat out the big name vehicle renters. The car I got was GREAT on gas, dependable and a very comfy ride.

Received very good service. Car was easy to pick and drop off and got very good gas mileage. It was very clean. The owner was easy to get in touch with and was very helpful. We had to transport a water ski and the Tiguan was perfect with its seat that laid down.

We rented a car at the Miami airport and planned to stay with friends in Sarasota. But on the way, unfortunately, the car broke down and we had to spend more than 6 hours on the track in the Rest Area, waiting for a solution to our problem. I would like to express my deep gratitude to Leonardo (from the support team) who spent several hours solving our problem online. Previous support staff were able to solve only one issue - with a tow truck for a broken car.

My host decided to charge me a smoking violation fee the day AFTER the return, after finding a nearly freshly rolled blunt in the driver-side door handle the following day. Rather than contact me and ask me about the item, and give me a chance to explain that it was there for "safe transport" and mistakenly left behind, he charged $250 (plus fees) which has been allowed by Turo, despite all my efforts. I have seven intelligent HUMAN BEINGS, five of whom are minor children, who accompanied me on this trip, and would willingly state that nobody smoked in or around the vehicle, but that is no match for a picture?

The car was really nice, clean and Mr. ** was great.. I will definitely rent again.. Only problem was no charger for my phone, until found the 2 Type C to Type C ports.. I just used the one that I had.. Thanks again Mr. **, you came thru in a clutch...

Shannon was terrific and her Forester was great! She was very patient with me being my first time renting from Turo and my first time to Spokane. Had a difficult time getting pictures to her on our return but she was very sweet. I own a Forester so finding one for rent was great.

1. Both Turo App and Website have been designed well. Overall user experience is excellent, easy to navigate, and I can always find what I am looking for very quickly. 2. The host is very responsive. All information was provided in detail and without error. That led to a very smooth pick-up and return process.

Percy was very easy to work with and immediately answered any questions. He allowed us to extend our return time for a half hour when we got caught in traffic.

Such a convenient way to rent the perfect vehicle to fit your needs, especially in a location like Fairbanks, where rental cars are hard to come by. Overall, it was a great experience. The owner, Parker, was an excellent communicator and kept me informed the entire process. The videos and automated messages that he provided answered all of my questions. The vehicle was in great shape, was clean, and perfectly met my needs. I would consider using Turo again in the future. Some of the other Turo listings were more expensive than the car rental agencies. My fear is that it would like AirBNB where there are so many hidden fees that the convenience is priced out of the experience.

It was so convenient to find our cars (we rented two cars in AK), get the keys and drive away. Then upon return, meet the owners, give them the keys and be done with it. Renting from the big companies is awful: long lines, so much paperwork (there is paperwork with Turo but you do it on line and ahead of your trip), inconvenient locations, etc. With one car, I hit an object on the highway and it loosened the plastic rim of the door. The car's owner fixed it and didn't charge us a penny. Try that with a big rental company!

My Tesla was amazing. I got in the car and the rear tire needed air. The screen kept showing repeating messages about the tire. Not sure why it wasn't checked before they gave us the car. I also sat at the charging station a block away from where we dropped off the car at the end of the week. The maximum the car can charge was 80% in which we were at 805 when we dropped the car off. When I flew home, I was surprised to see an invoice for extra charging. I literally charged to capacity on the same street as where I picked up/dropped off the car. They billed me an extra $10.

My trip was amazing and my host was so helpful and fast responding and it was a great experience for me. I referred a few of my friends and family to use this app because of how great it truly is. Definitely do it again with same host or others.

Owner required a photo of my driver’s license and photo of me holding it up to my face before providing vehicle access. Not ideal in terms of security to prevent identity theft. Vehicle was as advertised, in the described parking location and competitively priced. There was a $14 charge for multiple days of parking that was required to leave the lot. This was not in the advertised price.

This was an amazing experience with this jeep. It was nice and confortable with a great smooth ride throughout the Island of Hawaii. Def would recommend for this vehicle and it was great on gas and this jeep had Apple car play, no issue on using your phone, just plug in and go. Also it had a great parking spot a bit far from my resort but it was amazing to walk and see Hawaii

Had to extend the trip by a couple of hours and the cost was a high for the amount of time. Dealing with Stephen was easy and he was very responsive. Answered questions immediately. Was my first time using Turo and heard about it from a friend. Have to admit it was scary at first but the reviews and how many times people used a certain car made better. Took a chance and glad we did. However, think of a way for first time users to feel comfortable using a car that has 1 trip or less. Would help the person who listed it and first time users on Turo.

Experience was great until we returned the car. Upon returning car and rushing off to make our flight at the SFO, I received a very nasty message from host. He claimed we trashed the car and how could we have gotten his car so messy. We were rushed and cleaned out all the trash, but didn't vacuum, nothing too bad considering we had 2 kids in the back and had dusty shoes from hiking. We had rented only from big car rental companies in the past and there was nothing different about the state of our returned vehicle this time around. I guess we were used to the big companies just cleaning the vehicle as part of their turn around process. Anyway I responded to host and apologized and explained our rush to make flight. He never replied.

Renting the van was easy and fast. So very easy to work with. I could tell that the van was used by a previous smoker. I stopped smoking over 20yrs ago and I could tell immediately. But that was my only problem. Everything worked fine and enjoyed taking the trip to Port Aransas for the week of my 50th birthday. When first getting the truck I noticed a smell that was similar to cigarette smoke. It was a foul odor. I immediately notified the host who swore to me that no one had ever smoked in the vehicle which I am not sure how he would know that unless he has a camera in the truck, but it was not a fresh smell so I purchased a deodorizer for the remainder of my trip.

He provided me with the instructions on how to locate and operate the vehicle the day before my arrival which I truly appreciated because I like to be organized and prepared in advance. To whom it may concern at Turo: I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with Turo during a very sensitive time in my life. While the car itself was in impeccable condition, the service and policy enforcement were poorly managed. Amidst a sudden family emergency, I had to drive to Mexico, unaware of any restrictions as this was never clearly mentioned during my booking process. Much to my shock, I was contacted by a Turo agent who, though polite, came across as severely stern. I was informed that if the car wasn’t back in the U.S. by the following day, it would be reported as stolen. Such an approach made me feel as if I had committed a grave offense, making an already stressful situation even more taxing.

So far Is being good, I believe the customer service should have all answer in hands, I had to wait too long to understand how all this process work. The 2 cars I has rented are in good shape so far, no complaints about it, make sit easy when they have the choices to pick up so simple and drop off also.

I contacted Turo to assist in finding a new vehicle quickly and to help accommodate that my trip was canceled 24 hours before starting. No response from Turo. I had to stress myself out and at 3am I had to search for and book from a new host. Turo never even reached out from my inquiry about offering any help. Such a shame. I had a great experience with my second host, thankfully on your part. I will not be recommending Turo and I will be more than happy to share my not so pleasant experience with whomever asks! I do not recommend. 0/10 customer service, especially for all the ** fees you pay. Not worth it.

This was a great way to experience the joys of a Model 3. I'm looking forward to trying Models S, X, & Y soon. This will really help me decide which model I want to end up purchasing. Being able to drive the vehicle for a couple of days is 100x better than a short single test drive.

We’d liked to travel to different cities to explore during our trip which made smoothly possible with the host Brandon’s car. And Brandon was in contact with us the whole time, quickly response to any questions we had through the app. We had an amazing trip with my two kids partially thanks to the clean, nice working car from Turo. Definitely use the service again!

The car is great and clean. The last day of my rent a minor problems occur, the monitor indicate a low pressure of tire, I put air but still low pressure. I don't want responsibility. I drop off the car at 10am. The original drop off 8pm. The host is great. He quick to respond.

Terrific car for our group in the Flathead and our host was very helpful. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is due to all the texts from Turo and the Host. The communication system perhaps could be simplified with less texts and avoid what seemed to be duplication.

At first I was a little hesitant but with prices being better than the Rental place I decided to give it a try.... so glad I did. The process was easy and then I got to the airport and seen the line with people trying to get their rental car place, I was so glad I went with Turo. I just went to the parking garage and got my car, no fuss and the process of returning was the same as getting it, made easy. I would so recommend giving this a try, so worth it.

The vehicle was old and not up to standards. Tire wobbled the whole trip, airbag indicator and windshield stayed on. Found pet hair. After the end of the trip host was rushing me to do a review. I see why I was charged and extra $127.00 additional charges. I didn't damage vehicle, brought it back clean. I paid for extra mileage that I was charged for. Turo support gave me a $50 credit I'm not excited at all. I still want to make a post on social media about the experience I had. My daughter rented the same weekend for the same trip she had no issues. Same state we rented from St. Louis Missouri

The Slingshot was clean and ready to go upon arrival. Pickup and drop off was quick, easy and convenient. Most of all, we had a great dinner date and were able to enjoy the views of the city in a different way.

I rented a car from Turo for 3 days in San Diego, CA. The pickup/drop-off process was smooth and easy. The vehicle was spotless upon pickup and I was able to easily coordinate drop off with the renter that worked well with my travel plans that morning I was leaving. I had no issues with the vehicle whatsoever and was pleased with the responsiveness of the renter. I will rent from Turo again!

Communication through messages worked successfully to making contact with the lending owner. We used the car for one day so that we could go the Glacier Helicopter and watch the Bore Tides on the same day. Best day of our trip. Sure beat sitting on a bus tour which we did also. We would do it again. We used the premium level of insurance just for the peace of mind. No issues!

I love the functionality of Turo, allowing me to find vehicles that I want to rent and customize to my exact trip needs. I have used it for several different types of trips including a fun girls' trip, business, and van rental for a large group race across Minnesota. Each time I loved the options I had in the area to find specific vehicles for each trip!

So our car broke down, that was not the problem. The problem is your customer service, ruined our whole vacation, you couldn't find us a car to get home, had to miss a day of work and rent our own car to get home, just horrible customer service.

Avoid Turo. Their system is setup to protect hosts and prey on renters. I rented from them several times without realizing that the renter is financially liable for ANY damage to the car even if it's not your fault. We had a basic road hazard issue of a rock chipping the windshield on the highway and even though it wasn't our fault we had to pay the host almost $1000 to replace the windshield on his car. He could have used his insurance but Turo put the responsibly on us. STAY AWAY!

From setting up my account to selecting the car and the experience with driving the car, it was all excellent. Emin's fleet in Austin is amazing. He is very easy to contact and stays in touch. His cars are clean and maintained. Pick up and drop off is effortless and affordable: not like some owners who gouge for bringing the car to you. The mileage is also reasonable for taking a trip without worrying about going over.

I checked prices at car rental chains, and they have really gone up in price! By comparison Turo pricing was like 1/2 of what the major rental chains charge per day. I was able to rent a luxury car through Turo for the price of a compact economy car from the major chains. Pickup and dropoff is usually not at major travel hubs (e.g. airports) which might be an issue, and you may need to Ube/Lyft to the pickup location. Otherwise I would highly recommend Turo. I will continue to use Turo to rent cars at the best prices.

Car was ready and clean. Had gas and was everything that it said it would be. Rented 2 times same vehicle due to previous experience. Car ready when time rented. Easy check in and check out. Added cooler feature was available. Awesome ride. Would rent again when needed. Thank you for this as the closest rental is 60 miles from here.

It was fast & easy. The price for the rental was a good price. The person always responded fast & was very helpful. It was easy to find the car. The whole process of getting the car & returning it was easy & convenient. I will for sure recommend this app to family & friends.

This was my first experience using Turo. I was a bit aprehensive but my fears were quickly removed by my host. My host was very responsive to my questions and put me at ease. Truck was immaculate and in exactly as described. The whole process was easy from the initial transaction and transfer and was smooth and quick. Very nice host.

I had a great experience, the vehicle was easy to pick up and drop off car. The vehicle was everything it was advertised to be. Owner of vehicle was quick to respond and very helpful. Would definitely us this service again. Even the shuttle drivers to and from the airport were very helpful.

I was first frustrated with my car being cancelled and being notified as I landed in my destination city. Luckily there was excellent customer servicemen who got me in another car after 1.5 hours of extra time being in the airport. I filled up the entire tank at the shell Exxon which is less than 1/8 of a mile to the Turo return port but a week later I saw I was charged 20$ for the owner "filling the tank". She put less than 2 gallons of gas into a tank that was already full equalling about 7 dollars for me to be charged for the 7 dollars more of gas and "inconvenience fees". I am very frustrated about the shady fees affiliated with the gas tank procedure and was upset with the cancellation of my first car. I would not recommend this service to a friend or family member.

A co-worker told me about Turo. I decided to give it a chance even though I was skeptical at first. I read many reviews before I decided to rent from Turo. I must say, I was hesitant when I read a few reviews stating that the some customers rentals was cancelled last minute. Being that Turo was cheaper than other airport based rentals, I took a chance hoping for the best. So I found a car, reserved it and with time, I must say the owner was very Informative and communicated with me regarding any questions I had pertaining to the vehicle. This was a great 1st experience and I will be using Turo again!

I have my pros and cons with Turo. I like how it's convenient when renting a vehicle. How easy it is receiving the vehicle. I dislike how expensive the sales tax is. Just for a 2 day rental over $150.00. That's insane. Enterprise is cheap than that. Overall I do like the vehicle selections.

Jimin was great, and the car worked great. No issues and we drove from NC to NY and back. That said, as I was driving, a few concerns came up that I didn’t think thru, and it would have been helpful if Turo had some explanation about it.

I planned to travel taking my daughter and niece back to college. The vehicle I was promised was not available. With only a few days before classes were due to start, I had to make last minute arrangements. Turo was there. I was able to book a Turo within my area at my convenience. My turo was just as described. Clean reliable and excellent on gas. My host communicated well. Overall great experience. Will definitely recommend.

The host has an excellent skill in service. Wanted the best for the guest. The car was in excellent conditions. The host was 24/7 for service. I enjoyed the car and like it. I liked the car and I can recommend the host to other people because his skills focus to an excellent service with Turo. Turo was amazing with Yazmine help too.
