The van was cleaned & and the process of pick up and drop off was seamlessly easy. We enjoyed the vehicle for our trip, and it was comfortable. The attendant at the parking and pick-up was attentive. So easy and affordable. We save quite a bit of money as well using a Turo rental.

I had initial issues with Turo accepting my small town bank debit card and had to contact both Turo and my banks 4 separate times to get it to accept; then the site rejected my card yet again. Please find a fix for this frustrating issue Turo!! Otherwise, my host and the entire trip was amazing and affordable!! I will attempt to use this service again for future trips.

Very enjoyable experience. From picking up the vehicle to returning it, very easy process. Communication with the gentleman I rented from was easy to do. Car was clean, great size and the ride was very comfortable. Highly recommended this service. I will look to use this service and specifically this provider on future trips to Chicago.

It was such an easy experience. My host was so communicative and awesome. Her car was great, clean, everything was easy. It was a great experience. Overall I would do it again in a heartbeat! Finding the car was great in the short term parking. She left great pictures on the website. Again it was a great experience. I have no bad or negative things to say about it!

This was the first time I used Turo and probably will be using just turo from now on. This was a lot easier and more efficient from booking to check-in to checkout. Picking up and dropping off the car from the airport was a breeze and probably won't be using a car rental place again. The person I dealt with was amazing and would recommend him again. 5 stars from my experience!

Convenient and easy-to-use app. This made for a fun easy trip. Convenient to my location for pick up and drop off. Great selection of cars in Florida. Will rebook or try another car next time. Thank you. Might try a three-wheeler next time the price seemed good for those as well.

Rented a 2023 Prius to be picked up at Palm Springs CA airport. Key was to be left in a lockbox. The host, Deontay, sent me one code then a few hours later a second code to access the lock box car. I arrived to the car exactly as scheduled but neither code would access the box. I contacted Deontay by text and phone but could not reach him. My husband and I tried the box repeatedly, viewed the Turo online tutorial on lockboxes, and tried some more. I then contacted Turo customer service. The rep was understanding but could not reach the host either. After 40 minutes standing outside by the car we took a Lyft to our accommodations.

Turo was easy to book with. You can look at several vehicles offered as well as the price in advance. I rented a 2022 Nissan Kicks with Jacob and I was able to look at pictures in advance as well as make contact with the host. I recommend renting with Turo.

The Turo App is extremely easy to use, the vehicle I rented was exactly as described. The owner was very timely and a pleasure to work with. I love the ability to have the vehicle dropped off and picked up at my home. Turo is definitely my "go-to" when I need a vehicle!

We had car battery issues and the owner was on top of it and willing to make an even swap (Zo Rental) - owners were GREAT to work with. The Turo rep - not so much. 2.5 hours later we were able to continue our vacation. We still had a 3 hour drive ahead of us. Bad customer service. Should have been a simple swap - but Turo rep wanted to charge me extra and took forever.

I love being in control of the car I drive. Being able to choose and narrow that choice by make, model, type of host, price, etc. Pick up and drop off has been sooo convenient. Hosts have been so great to work with. The option to cancel sets my mind at ease. I love Turo for so many reasons and recommend it to everyone when car rentals come up.

This was my first time using Turo. We booked an awesome car, got a call the day before our trip letting us know that the car we reserved had been damaged so they had to cancel it. The person in CS stayed on the phone & helped find a replacement car within 30 minutes. The car we had was awesome & the host was fantastic!!! We were sitting in the car within minutes of getting our luggage while our friends were left waiting in the car rental line for 2 hours & still did not have their rental. I highly recommend Turo & can’t wait to use them again!!!

Boris is a pleasure to work with -- he's super responsive, and this car is lots of fun. He was able to accommodate last-minute changes to my schedule smoothly. He's now my first choice when looking for a quick rental, and if you're in or near downtown LA I would definitely recommend him!

Turo was recommended to me by a friend who had a couple of positive experiences with Turo. So, we tried Turo, and we were very happy. We had a positive experience also. The car was clean and well maintained. It included the Toll Tag so I didn't have to worry about tolls. The pick-up and return process was super easy, and the location was perfect. The cost was very reasonable. I would definitely use Turo again.

The premium package is the way to go when renting something you're not use to driving. It covers most minor accident you may have with no out of pocket expenses. Easy to use with very little guidance and easy to understand, great service, pleasure people and easy to do.

Absolutely the best rental experience! Clean, beautiful vehicle. I would highly recommend using this service to anyone! Next time I’d probably have the car delivered to the hotel & add a beach towel too. We had such a great time driving along 17 Mile Drive and seeing the beautiful Carmel By The Sea, California.

This is our 3rd time using Turo and always have had a great experience. Has been relatively easy to use. Message board has been quick and reliable. People remaining vehicles have been friendly and responsive. Both my adult kids have used Turo as well! Selection has been great. All cars have met our needs and more!

It was an overall good experience because I was nervous for using for first time but our host made it very easy and answered every question promptly. It was a very good and reliable vehicle and good on gas for we drove a lot in CO. It was clean and a great vehicle and thought price was reasonable. Cheaper than some rental companies.

Our host was phenomenal. Being a first time user of Turo I was a little nervous. Their response time to my questions was quick. We opted for airport pickup. Which was very convenient. The SUV was exactly where they stated it would be. SUV was spotless. I would highly recommend our host and Turo!

Picked up the car from Brendon L. at ATL. During pre rental inspection noticed damaged window from the lock box they had on drivers window. Immediately notified host and sent pictures. Host acknowledged the damage with no other questions. End of rental happened. Host then filed a claim for existing damage. Not a good experience.

We were well informed about the process in retrieving the vehicle from the parking lot at the airport in Sitka. Our vehicle rental was exactly as described with everything in working order. The all wheel drive truck was perfect for everything we wanted to do from Sitka. Returning the vehicle was just as easy as it was when we picked it up from the airport. We were completely satisfied with our service and vehicle.

Pick up and drop off very easy. Price was good, wish my insurance would acknowledge my coverage on a Turo rental, but they don't, so additional insurance seemed prudent. That would be the only downside, if that industry discrepancy could be handled, I'd be a permanent convert! Other rental agencies were sold out, so this was a lifesaver.

Hien’s car is beautiful and he was a very good host. He had very detailed instructions that were great! He left the car parked at the airport parking garage for me to get as my flight arrived late at night. Will definitely get the same car if I am ever in the Knoxville area again. The entire experience could not have gone over any smoother than it did. Thanks again!

All rental cars places were sold out, then I seen a Turo ad. In about 10 minutes I had a 8 person mini van rented with a great host. He even asked if we needed beach chairs and a cooler!! Dave was great, he answered all questions within 2 minutes, it was clean and well maintained, and he dropped the van off at the airport. Definitely will be using Turo again.

It is so simple. Find the vehicle you’re interested in driving. Send the information to a friend you haven’t met yet. So easy and comfortable. Will never rent anywhere else. Alicia stayed in touch with me the entire time and made our vacation a success. Next time I go to Florida, I will try and rent with her again.

My host Navanna and her vehicle was a great help for my family and I to make our trip amazing and enjoy our family reunion down in Hawaii. Communication was there from the moment I booked the rental all the way til after the return which made it easy for transition. Aloha was there the whole trip. Very nice car. Drove and rode nice. Only issue need to plan trips according to availability of Tesla Fast chargers. I am retired now and maybe down the road I would buy a Tesla because this car intrigues me on how every thing works. Also a car charger at home would make things a lot easier.

So far I’ve had a great experience reading from Turo. The only bad experience I’ve had was running from a host name, Nathaniel I wouldn’t refer him to anyone. But the other three Janay, Monica, and Cedric host I would rent from them again. They are great great communications, and respond to any questions or issues that I have they get thumbs up. Keep up the good work.

We were able to rent a BMW 7 series for our trip in Northern Idaho and the country was gorgeous and made even better with a sweet ride for it! Size of the car worked out great for the extended family we were able to transport. Price turned out LESS than going through rental companies!

The host lied about me smoking and turning in car late. Host was denied multiple times because pictures weren’t valid for smoking charge. Just for an incompetent rep to approve it without going through the profile and reading the messages. Now I’m charged for smoking because this guy's a liar and scammer.

I needed a car kinda last minute and renting one the traditional way was just too expensive. My car host, Bryan, was amazing. He made sure to communicate clearly with me and was always available. He even provided a bottle water, charging cables and an easy access to the car. The car was nice and clean and at a price point I was very comfortable with. I look forward to my next road trip so I can use this service (and hopefully Bryan’s car) again.

Rented a car, could find a car wash near Fremont. I read the policy which said there can’t be a bunch dirt but normal dirt is okay. There were footprints in the car from red sand and due to this I was charged $175. I rather use regular rental companies going forward. Turo seems like a scam to gouge more money than they actually state in their price quotes.

Rented a Tesla model 3 car. Fun to drive. Everything went well. The owner of the car was available when I had questions. And I had a lot of them. The car was clean and ran very well. Superchargers were easy to find. Spent our charging time shopping at a Wawa. The drop off was a little strange but we got through it.

This was my second experience with renting a car via Turo. I could not be happier with those experiences, and I saved some money by not renting from the traditional car rental companies. What a terrific experience with my Turo vehicle. Recently, I was invited to speak near U.S. Space Force in Colorado Springs. Turo was the easy option since the price and the hours were perfect. I was landing past when most of the other rental providers are open. Plus if they were, their prices would be over double that of Turo. Yet the total Turo experience was far far beyond what I have had at any traditional rental car company. The vehicle was nearly brand new, the host was incredible, and the Turo customer support was top-notch. I could not imagine a more perfect rental.

While the car was not new or in perfect condition, Michael was very helpful at every step in our Turo rental experience. Because of his honest helpful advice this was a five star experience. Moreover, paying a little extra to pick up and return the car at the airport made all the difference. The car was parked less than a five minute walk from the airport baggage and ticket terminal. This was much simpler and faster than any regular rental and the price was much better. If all Turo experiences are as good as my first one, I will never go back to regular car rentals.

We had such a great first time experience reserving and renting a vehicle from Aura in the Turo app. Directions were clear and communication was very responsive. The rates were excellent and the SUV we rented was clean and in hood repair. We would not hesitate to use this company again.

My experience with Turo has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated, and I feel compelled to share this negative review to warn others about the unfair and unexpected charges I encountered. Turo withdrew an additional $229.15 from my account a full three months after I had rented a car, offering no option to avoid this penalty, and their explanation for this charge is nothing short of outrageous.

I was very satisfied at first. After I followed all the instructions (reported when I returned the vehicle, left the key in the lockbox in glove compartment and left the door unlocked), the vehicle was stolen. I have spoke with the investigator and learned that it was stolen hours after my return. Since then, I have learned that my Turo account is blocked from future rentals. So although I had nothing to do with this theft, I am being treated as though I am a criminal.

Very nice vehicle, very responsive owner, was overall an excellent experience. Pick up and drop off was easy and pleasant. Would and do highly recommend to family friends or/and co workers. Wish I had known about this rental option sooner! Now that I know I will definitely be utilizing these services whenever they are available to me.

We had a wonderful trip to Fort Myers Florida to see the grandparents. The car drove smoothly and was very comfortable. The whole process is very easy and convenient. Much easier than dealing with a rental car company. I would recommend TURO to friends or family for their next rental car needs.

This is the best, easiest and most convenient rental car process I’ve ever experienced. The cars look the same as in the pics, hosts have been extremely nice and accommodating. I’ll only use Turo for car rentals. Only 1 time a host cancelled on me twice and a customer service agent helped me find another similar car and even gave me a discount so I don’t spend more than the original car I booked.

Trying to rent a car for a couple of days while visiting friends, Turo saved me a trip out to Logan airport and was half the cost of the national chains. I was able to rent a brand new car, full tank, very clean. And the owner was highly responsive. It was my first time and he helped me through the booking process, even helped me get in a little bit early!

Renting the Tesla in Phoenix from Cody L. was easy, efficient and cost effective for our trip to Sedona. The vehicle was in great condition and a pleasure to drive. Cody was very responsive and helpful.

The whole experience was very good. Great communication, no wait time, fast responses. Will book again. Love this app. Will definitely definitely use again. The host was very reliable, quick responses. I felt very comfortable. I even extended my rental and it was well well worth it. I am currently in need of a car because my permanent transportation gave out on me so this app has really, really helped out my life as far as my daily activities.

EJ provided an excellent vehicle for my visit back home. The car looked great, ran great, and provided the customer the swagger he was looking for on such a special occasion. The price was reasonable and EJ went out of his way to make sure the trip went smooth. I highly recommend his vehicles.

Loved this way to rent a car for 2 days. More than 1/2 the cost of using a car rental agency by the airport. The owner delivered the car to the airport hotel I was staying at and I was able to drop it off there. The host was responsive, answering messages promptly.

I would highly recommend Grizzly Bear Rentals. Their communication and their service was outstanding. The vehicle was in great shape. Pick up and drop off were very easy and the vehicle ran very well and was clean. We were allowed 200 miles per day which was more than enough to address our needs.

Our plane was due to land at 2am when all rental car counters are closed at the airport. Turo made it possible to pick up our car at any time. It was also very convenient to park and go directly to our plane for boarding rather than having to go back to the rental counter to turn in keys. All around a great experience.

I enjoy using Turo for my rental car needs. No long lines. Seamless operation. Only disadvantage is when an owner has a vehicle listed for rent but later declines for some reason (needing service). Other than that. Turo is awesome. I thoroughly love using Turo & will continue for all my rental car needs.

The rental was smooth from beginning to end. Great communication and an awesome car. It was a little frustrating spending $25 plus tip to go five miles to and from the airport but overall it was a good experience.

Lucas provided us with a 2017 Kia Sedona van, (perfect for family trips) and the van was immaculate. I have nothing to complain about and have only praise to give. I liked the vehicle and had no issues with the renter. Until I went out of my way to fill it up before returning it as expected. But, still was charged a gas reimbursement amount of $25. Don't understand why. I filled it up until the pump shut off due to the gas reaching the pump nozzle. But, it is what it is.

Good but wasn’t clear with changes on other cars confirmed prior including mileage and charges. They would be free for drop off or mileage would go down even though filters clarified. Even changes with same vehicles. Also waited a bit for pick up. Wasn’t as seamless as expected but overall ok.

I had never heard of Turo until a friend suggested I try it for my upcoming trip. I found the prices and selection of cars very appealing. I will definitely be using Turo again for my next trip. My host left very clear instructions and answered any questions I had.

When renting with Turo I always have a good experience but the Turo rate is very high, in addition to not offering any future discounts on rentals. No customer appreciation or anything makes you second guess if you’re really getting a deal. There should be some type of incentive program or if you rent frequently your Turo rate goes down to 50% of the rental instead of 100%.

Our first Turo experience went well!! We got a safe vehicle from a highly rated host and his rating proved correct. Both the app and online process was smooth. Overall, it was a much better experience than renting a car so we'll use it next time the need arises. Thanks Turo.

The trip and vehicle selection was awesome. The car owner was really helpful and Turo support center was equally helpful. The car we rented was amazing, he was amazing, unfortunately Turo is a greedy rip off at a fee of 169$ on a 240$ car rental. I will NEVER USE THEM. Also as a travel agent, I will not book my clients through them. I discourage you and anyone to go to another company immediately. This isn't for the small business owner at all.

Value is an amalgamation of a variety of dimensions, one of which is cost. In order for me to look to this service to represent a value and warrant repeated use, the price needs to come down, as well as the ancillary cost, e.g., pickup location, and the adoption of a loyalty program that results in free rentals must be adopted, else this will just be a novelty opportunity.

This was my first time using Turo and Jorge made it a GREAT experience!! Easy to work with, reasonably priced, very happy and will use Turo again! The only downside was what Turo charges as a trip fee. Would have been nice to compute that into the cost before checkout.

Our host was so accommodating that I can’t put it into words. Car was in great shape and extremely clean. Absolutely no mechanical problems whatsoever. I highly recommend renting this crossover. The host answered my messages within 1 minute of sending them, every time. We flew in at midnight and the Mercedes was extremely easy to find.

Many hosts are easy to communicate with and change the schedule if your situation changes. The TURO will refund the rest part according to the journey.

This truck has a lot of power. Drove thru Southern California up to Bakersfield and back. Had no problems going over the hills and got good gas mileage. It looks great, sounds great and runs great. Enjoyed it twice now on different trips and would recommend it to my friends and family.

The car was great and the service was great. The only incident was that the key battery died toward the end of the trip but we could still use the key so it did not cause a problem. Next time I would request two keys. They were very flexible about returning the car. Overall it was a great experience.

On our recent trip to Florida my boyfriend and I were trying to make the most on a limited budget. I had never heard of Turo before. Compared to other car rental places for our trip, Turo was about $700 cheaper. The host of the car we rented through Turo was amazing and had awesome communication. I've already recommended Turo to a few of my friends. The app was also very easy to use especially since we had never used it before.

Was told about Turo by a co-worker as I always rent at airport. Skeptical at first, but am grateful I took his advice. From the pick-up to the drop-off, my experience was great. Prompt response from the individual I rented the car from. They checked in with me from time to time to make sure that everything was going great. The SUV was very clean & smelled great. Will definitely use them again.

This was my first time using Turo. Everything went smoothly, I will definitely use Turo again if I need to rent a vehicle. The vehicle I rented had Sunpass installed, so that made it quick and easy to pay tolls and parking fees, payment of those fees was then settled at the end of the trip.

Everything went fine. Clean, nice riding car. But there were scratches along one side as if it were "keyed" & some places where it looked like someone ran into something. I took pictures but was worried all along I'd be blamed. I think I should have been told about those because they didn't show up in the pictures when we chose the car.

I have also had fantastic response from Turo staff when I needed a credit for an experience that wasn’t anyone’s fault but caused inconvenience and time lost on my side. I was pleasantly surprised at this Turo rental experience, altho I was direction challenged in locating my vehicle. It was clean, spacious and perfect for my weekend experience. Bao was very responsive which I liked very much. I would definitely recommend Turo only with 5 Star Hosts. That is the Turo difference. Not all Turo Ambassadors are 5 Star, Bao is one of them.

Car was an economy car that was quite small but ran well and was in good condition. Golf bag was a tight fit but it did fit. Was not used to hand crank windows which were awkward to use. Car pickup and drop off was convenient. Car was fuel efficient (about 40 mpg).

Everything about the experience was great. My only suggestion is for the Turo app to prompt for photos to be taken of the car when it is first picked up. This is not the result of any complaint. I just would have felt more comfortable had I done so.

Really cool rental experience for travel. I went to San Diego for a weekend and my rental car did not disappoint. As long as your car comes in the condition as promised, there shouldn’t be a problem. I would totally rent through Turo again for another road trip across California.

It was great however the day that I was supposed to be pick up the car I was there on time. I got there via a Lyft but I wasn’t able to access the trunk and retrieve the keys until someone after 35+plus minutes later came to unlock car and the car owner told me he was going to give me a discount of 50% for the first day to compensate me for my troubles but I have not received it yet. Other than that, my experience with them was great and will recommend Turo for everyone.

We had a great day exploring the Oahu using Barry’s Honda Pilot. Pick up and drop off was super easy. Barry was there at the times arranged. He was very friendly and professional and communicating before picking up the car and during our day was outstanding. The car was clean inside and out. It is good experience to drive Mini Hardtop 4 door. The car is in good condition and very clean with the full gas. They pick me up at the airport to hand over the car. The one who hand over the car is so friendly. The car is so nice to drive. I enjoy the drive of this car. It is recommended to rent this car. It is such enjoyment for me. Easy process, much cheaper than renting through a commercial company like Avis. The pickup and drop off process is easy even for someone who has anxiety in new places. I was happy with the ease of the app. I have read horror story reviews about being charged extra for cleaning so a quick trip through the car wash with free vacuums helped ease my worry since I uploaded the pics of doing so right before drop off. I recommend taking a lot of pictures at pickup and a lot of pictures at drop off to include the under carriage from the front, back and side of the car. The car I rented had undercarriage damage and I wouldn’t have known that had I not looked under prior to using it. Super convenient and I will be using this service from now on for my vacations.

I’ve never left a one star review, so I’ll first explain what I did like about the experience. The app was good and my host was communicative and kind. What ruined the experience for me, though, was the support after I got in an accident. So my wife and I rented a van to transport wedding decor to our venue for our wedding this past Friday. Everything went great. On the drive back, however, we hit a deer near the West Virginia/Ohio border and immediately report damage and called support. There was a significant coolant leak so I knew that the van was not drive-able. Support said it would take 60-90 minutes to find a tow provider which was expected since towers are typically already out on a job and need a second to come get you. They said if we didn’t hear back after 45-ish minutes, to call back for an update. We waited until the 90 minutes had passed before calling back and were told that a provider still had not been found.

The experience I've had so far has been pleasant and the two times I've used Turo from two different providers has been great, thanks and I will use again in the future. If need be I will definitely recommend Turo to family and friends for sure in the near future. Thanks again, have a blessed day.

Very very good experience with the rental. The best communication and responsiveness before, during , and after rental period. We forgot something in the car and was able to easily get in contact with people to arrange shipping to get stuff back. Will use same provider when visiting Orlando in the future.

Renting the Dodge Durango from Eric was absolutely amazing! I have never rented such a clean and mechanically sound vehicle. Eric was easy to communicate with, very helpful and very thorough! 1st reservation was cancelled by Turo. 2nd reservation (replacement) was cancelled by Turo. 3rd reservation (replacement) was cancelled by Turo. 1st customer service rep was very helpful and found me a replacement reservation. 2nd customer service rep was less than helpful finding me a replacement reservation. 3rd customer service rep was increasingly less helpful than the last unhelpful one. I was increasingly frustrated as the customer service process seemed more broken each time I utilized it.

I enjoyed my experience very much. The person I worked with was excellent. The price was outstanding. Everything I needed was handled. I got stuck in bad traffic. It was not a problem. I just changed when I would arrive. I can’t say there was one problem at all. I would definitely do this again, and I would recommend it.

Blessing was gracious enough to let me rent her Honda CRV. It drove like a cloud. The vehicle was clean, with a full tank, and seemed to be well maintained. I highly recommend working with her if you are in the Austin area. The only thing that was missing was pick up service but I understand because I live in South Austin and she's located in the Pflugerville area.

I used the app for the first time, and my experience was great. The car was excellent and met all of our needs. We communicated through the app, I was able to extend my rental for two extra days, and the pickup/dropoff process was straightforward. We also picked it up in the Seatac garage and left it there.
