The best part of this experience was the interaction with the host, Anthony. He and Anke were so communicative and friendly and helpful. The car was great, and to be honest, felt better having a well-worn car to not stand out like tourists! Pick up and drop off was also very simple.

Everything was perfect. Vehicle was clean and easy to pick up and drop off. Will definitely do Turo again Green Door was very easy to deal with. Prompt in replying back was great. Highly recommend. Easier than using the car rental agencies we use. Loved the way they unlocked doors when we arrived to the vehicle. Price was more competitive than rental cars!

Great car, great mileage, and great customer service. The vehicle was very comfortable and safe and it got me to and from my destination safely. The gas mileage was phenomenal I only had to fill up once during my trip. The host was very considerate and professional and hopefully in the near future we can do it again.

Transparent safeguards during the check-in /check-out processes offer protection for both the car owner and renter inspiring user confidence. -- Any hesitation I have using the service again, are concerns stemming from a potential lack of effective communication between the car owner and renter. In my day-to-day experience as well as with the Turo app, when SMS/text messages are written in haste, the clarity of the message is often lost due to a lack of detail and broader context. If either party did not provide clear focused correspondence and timely instructions, the overall customer experience would devolve rapidly. Fortunately this did not happen in my experience, but one happy car rental and trip doesn't guaranty a second.

The car was great. From beginning to end everything was outstanding. This has a more personalized feel, so much more inexpensive than those coorporate outfits & much more personalized. I hope that it stays this way, & as long as they remain like this Turo will have my business each & every time. I've already spread the word to my friends & family.

This was what really made our trip the best! Our host was such a great help and so kind all through our little journey. Even the months leading up to the trip, he made me feel welcome and safe that everything because was going to be great. He was so right! While renting Scott's Smart EV was great and did the job as requested, we are not familiar with EVs and the requirement to return at full charge was stressful as we are not familiar with these services. I would suggest removing this requirement to return at full charge for EVs or provide guidance on how to do so.

It was wonderful, the host LaTanya D was excellent. The experience itself not have to put a big down payment or deposit like regular car rental agencies - just pay the full amount of trip, knowing there are no extra cost or hidden fees. I love it - will use TURO from now on.

Renting a car thru Turo was extremely easy. A friend recommended it to me so I tried it on a recent visit to PA. Get off your plane, go straight to your car. Morris is very good at explaining everything. I was a little early at returning the car so had to text him, didn’t have an email about end of trip so I could upload photos but he did it for me. Very helpful!!!

It does exactly what it says it will do. Best app ever. I came across this app by accident while looking for a Hertz’s. Best find I’ve had in a long time. I will never rent from anyone else. I’ll be trying it out in Canada next summer for my vacation.

It is my first time renting Turo and have a good experience but only one thing is locate the SUV on the parking lot blue. Brett it is easy to communicate with him in regards any questions we need. Also he have a nice SUV and I will recommend to anyone to rent with Brett. Thank you.

Our son travels a lot and told us about Turo so on our latest trip that’s who we went through. The app was easy to use and we heard from Miles right away. It was a great experience. Miles had the car ready to go. It was very clean. We will definitely rent through Turo again and highly recommend Miles.

Hi, I am not great on apps, etc. but was interested in this service. I found the cutest car, a Miata convertible, to rent when I went to California. I was pretty nervous about how all of this would work but it was not too bad. The host was very helpful and gave lots of good information up front. I was able to change to an airport drop off when I realized I would be running short of time. The car was an absolute blast! Fun to drive, good pickup and great on those California curves. The top down was the best. Clean of course. I had not issues with the car and really enjoyed having something different. The drive from SFO to Monterey was beautiful and the fun little car zipped right along. I would rent this baby again! Thanks folks for use of this little guy -- it added a fun dimension to the trip to visit my daughter.

My first time using Turo and I don’t think I would rent a car any other way. The car was clean. Josiah was friendly and so easy to communicate with. Pick up and drop off was very simple and I will definitely be using Turo in the future. The minivan was clean, was well maintained and had a full tank of gas. It accommodated my family and I perfectly for our trip out of state and also had unlimited miles.

Went to rent a car for a short trip up North.. It was a decent car at a decent price and I thought - "Oh let's try something beyond the usual rental car companies." Never will make this mistake again. Picked up the car pretty easily and that was the last time the word 'easily' or 'easy' shall be used. The guy said nothing on how to work the basics of his car. No manual on how to even turn on the lights. Some strange blue lights started flashing inside - no help. I ended up having to take time out of my rental time period to stop by a Ford dealership and get help on this. Also, dude doesn't know how to work his radio - which of course he failed to mention didn't even have Satellite/Sirius - but says it's a new radio so he doesn't know how it works..so neither does Ford. That was fun.

This was my 1st time using Turo and I will only use it in the future. Great experience. The person I booked with had a great review. My husband used the same car a month before me and now we will always try to use the same person. I gave him a five star review also. I always read reviews beforehand to make a good decision.

It was an easy process. The Denver airport is complicated and there could have been clearer instructions, however, it was still communicated well enough to find the car. The car was in good condition but the check engine light did come on at the end of our trip. It was a better value than rent a car services.

Host tried to scam me for a massive scratch that was already on his car prior to me taking possession. I found out because in his pictures he uploaded, the scratch was there and when I returned the car he went immediately to the damage. He saw I did not purchase coverage and thought he could scam me but I did not let him. Then he left me a 3-star review based on this and now my account is viewed negatively because of a bad review on something I did not do. And now I can't change the review and it is just disturbing there's nothing I can do after being scammed with a host.

I love the Turo way of renting a vehicle, but I don’t like the fact that you’re only covered up to 600 miles. We went 82 miles over and it cost us an extra $214.00 so we paid over $400.00 total for our trip which I could have very well done with Enterprise. I thought I would save money but I didn’t. The owners of the vehicle was very nice and responded to all my questions rapidly and it was an easy transaction. Next time I’ll be mindful of the miles. If I know I’ll go over 600 miles, I’ll just rent from Enterprise to keep from spending extra money.

This was my first ride with Turo and it far exceeded my expectations. Our host was kind, timely, and very responsive. We asked for an extension because we were running behind due to holiday traffic and our host approved our request without any questions. Additionally, the car we received was clean, safe, reliable, and very good with gas. I will definitely be using Turo again and have already recommended it to some of my friends.

Great experience with my rental. Everything was on point with this rental. Pick up and drop was made easy at the Long Term Parking. The vehicle was brand new, clean and smart. Clean and a fast car to navigate traffic, for the time we made trips to Oakland, Sacramento and surrounding areas, still spent less $25 in charging.

Had a great experience getting the car. The car was missing a car seat but the car owner had it brought to us within 15 minutes. The car was also infested with bugs but we let the owner know and she said she would bomb it for the next person. It was a little nerve wracking having bugs crawl everywhere for the entire trip and especially on my baby BUT when I contacted the owner she said they had never had problems before so I viewed it as an acute situation where she responded quickly. I had only seen good reviews!

He was wonderful with assistance on anything we needed and for it being my first time it was a fantastic experience. He is thoughtful and the car was immaculate. We had an issue and he right away fixed it. I will definitely rent from him again. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

Rented a Tesla for our first Turo rental In Honolulu. Everything was very easy from the pickup to the drop off. Communication was easy with the owner via the Turo app. If you haven’t driven a Tesla before, it’s pretty damn cool. Although, I keep forgetting to turn off the regular cars that I’m in now! Hahaha. Will definitely recommend.

Rented a big van for our family of 10 in Soldotna Alaska and it was great to be able to all be together traveling. Roomy enough for all of the people we had and the luggage all of us had. I would rent again for sure and the value was worth it.

My first Turo! This was a family trip to Molokai to explore the west side of the island. The traditional rental agencies were a bit higher, so I tried Turo. Car was clean and fun to drive. Easy in and out. The interaction with the owner was simple. Car was easy to find and was very close to check in. I have been hearing about Turo and Will do it again.

Needed a car in a pinch for a trip in Phoenix. Had never used Turo before, but a friend recommended it. The vehicle was incredible, and it was WAY easier than dealing with a rental car company. Our host were exceptional. This was my first experience with Turo and they made it a wonderful experience. Their vehicle was like new and better than the national rental brands vehicles. As a person that rents several cars a year this was one of my best experiences with reservations and looking for type and pricing was at least $150 less for the same number of days. Host should be liable to let parties know in details if their cruise control works or not. I would not have rented the car that I rented if I knew the cruise control did not work. I drive just under 3k miles without cruise control. Trust me. It sucked.

I have had a wonderful experience venting on Turo with a terrific selection of cars and excellent service from caring hosts. The prices beat the traditional car rental services every time. And there is excellent insurance at a great price. The fees are low and the cars usually include a lot of mileage. I love that it’s a personal experience and on my situation, I rent often from a veteran Marine, who runs this as a small business with many cars. I feel like my businesses appreciate it here. I’m offered many discounts as well on trips from my regular hosts. It’s easy convenient and a big savings to me as a small business owner. I recommend it to everybody.

I love it but the taxes and fees are too much and all the money I spent at least Turo could give me a few discounts. At least August alone I spent well over close to $2000. I mean, don’t get me wrong. I like Turo. I think Turo is better than Enterprise.

I will be doing this again. I rented a convertible "whip" to drive the Bucks County Covered Bridge Road Tour. It was so enjoyable and easy to do. My host was the best and so very helpful with my rookie questions! The car was clean, in great condition, and handled the road like a champ!

Everything went great until got back to airport and had no open spot in the Turo parking area. Turo needs to add more spots. Thank goodness Laurie answered my text about what to do but by the time I went to economy parking, I had to rush to get to gate.

First time Turo. When a friend of mine told me about Turo I was skeptical, but took chance and book an SUV for my trip to Vegas and Grand Canyon. This is the best choice I have made when renting a vehicle. The no contact pick up/drop off is so easy. I would totally recommend adding full coverage insurance. On the way back a rock flew out of a 16 wheeler that was driving in front of me and hit the windshield causing to chip the windshield. All I had to do it file an incident report through the app that was a breeze and they took care of it. No more renting from big rental companies. Thank you for your service Turo.

The Nissan Versa was perfect for my short trip to Utah! Thanks! Look, the remote door opener doesn’t work and so I had to use the key in the door to open and close. The backup camera wasn’t lined up exactly, but, it was clean, economical and it got me from point A to point B and didn’t cost me an arm and a leg to rent.

This is a nice clean Dodge truck! Superior on the gas mileage and the truck looked amazing as well. The owner was very thorough and professional and the truck was easy to find at the airport!! I will definitely try to find this truck again on my next visit to South Florida!

My host and his car were great and went very well, I’m very happy with the rental car and the host, both were perfect. I did not appreciate Turo charging and keeping the under age driver fee.. I can understand if something happened then by all means keep the fee. I brought the car back in the same condition it was given.. and to my knowledge you don’t share that fee with the owner of the vehicle. Let alone that fee was more than what I paid for the car for the week. And ended up being the most expensive part of our stay.. I was able to find a place to stay for the whole week for cheaper than my rental car total. It would have been nice to get even half the fee back since I brought the car back in the same condition it was given to me in.

I truly enjoyed the car and the service was great. It came very clean and there was a very nice introduction on the car. The car was dropped off on time and picked up on time. I would recommend doing this to anyone who is looking for a very nice vehicle to drive.

I was charged for a damage claim that wasn’t founded. There was no damage when I dropped it off and it sit in his public location for hours none of my evidence was considered. And he stole my wallet. Said he mailed it and never did. I have photos of all my evidence and the slander from the guest as well. I would never recommend Turo or use this service ever again!!!! And I am not paying a false damage claim. I have explained and disputed many times!!!! This is fraud and not professional.!!

Turo is the worst! Sunday afternoon I receive a phone with Auntie stating that I need to reach out to Allyson from the Auto Theft Investigation Department. I quickly assume that the rental car I had was stolen and that was not the case. Allyson was stating to me she thought I stole the car because it needed to be returned. I spoke to her and let her know that I spoke to the host and he knows my every move and that I had to come up with the money so I can extend the rental. He said to me that's not a problem at all. So now I'm having a issue with booking anything because they think I stole the car... Even though the host has his car now. Turo is horrible! Do not use it.

I always wanted to drive a Subaru. The Subaru Integra was a vehicle that I considered test driving and purchasing a few years ago. The vehicle is the right size. It handles well. Has four wheel drive. The interior of the car is spacious. Ample trunk room. This vehicle had a lot of scratches. The rear left light panel had a cracked in it so obviously it had some wear and tear which told me that it was a durable car.

I was introduced to Turo from a business colleague and friend. I signed up to learn more. When we planned a vacation to Orlando I considered it but didn’t move forward until I received a $100 off credit. Given that promo I thought I would give it a shot. I received advice from my friend who uses the service multiple times a month for work. We picked a good vehicle choice and highly rated host.

I travel a lot for work and I've always dealt with the big rental companies until prices and deposits started to rise. Using Turo has made it so much easier for me that I highly recommend it to all. Easy, straight to the point, clean working cars and the owners communicate very well with you throughout the entire process. 5 Stars Turo, you have a customer for life.

Our renting experience was amazing from the Turo app until we were unable to rent on our third trip. I do not see why this would’ve happened and I cannot get through to customer service. When I tried to go through the automated response options, none of them apply to my situation and I cannot get through to Customer service and find out the issue so I can resolve it immediately and continuing my wonderful relationship with Turo. It makes me not want to rent out the vehicles that I have to become a host with.

Everything is good with Turo but the rentals was trying to say that the car was damage on September 2. The car was turned in on September 29, 2023 and I took the picture. Nothing was wrong with the vehicle. This is my first time renting a car from Turo. If I have to go through things like this I don’t think I would like to rent again off Turo. I really like Turo and I hope to do business with you guys again.

I had back to back visits to support my kids on both coasts. My first trip to California, I rented via rental company for a week. Pretty pricey. As the Boston trip loomed I was shocked that a two day rental cost was equivalent! Well, I don’t recall where the message came to me but Turo was a suggestion as an alternative. I was somewhat reserved as to the authenticity of the reality of the concept…but after some ‘humming and hawing’ -LOL - I took the chance and booked. Such an amazing experience. Safe. Professional. Easy…and affordable! I will only rent through Turo in the future!

When we booked the car, the host had said that he would drop the car to the train station for us since our train was coming in late so we didn't have to try and get an Uber. The day of, he changed his mind telling us we had to pick the car up instead because he and his wife were both working. So, the extra expense of the Uber and then when we arrived to get the car, both he and his wife were home. Other than that, it was great!

I rented from Great people. Rented vehicle before time return. I get a great message from the host. Then I go on to rent another vehicle. All of a Sudden I am not able to rent from Turo without Explanation. Then days after I returned the vehicle I get a discount offer from the Boom Host. Wow Turo.

This was our first time utilizing this service but it certainly will not be the last. Our host was so gracious and made the transaction very easy. Any accommodation or request was fulfilled by our host very fast. We were going to rent the traditional way but Turo seemed to be an easy and hassle-free method. Would definitely use Turo again!!

First time using the app, as I’m tired of getting the shaft from Avis, Budget, Enterprise to name a few, so at the advice of a coworker I gave this a try. Everything went as smooth as silk, I barely had my luggage in hand and Jun was calling to tell me he was on the way with the truck. Upon his arrival we did a walkaround inspection, agreed on condition and fuel level and off I went. Return of the vehicle was as easy as picking it up, no problems whatsoever. In summary, I have no negative reports about Turo.

We were skeptical at first, after 10 days trip in Alaska, we really enjoyed. We did not have any issues at all. Everything was so smooth. You can communicate with the real person, not the machine. The price is excellent compare to the other rental car companies. We will definitely rent from Turo again next time.

They are very flexible and understanding, it was a noise and the Husband was going to take off of work to check it out but it was just a piece of plastic. As long as you communicate with them everything should be easy peasy. The drop off and pick up is easy. Just take your pics. It's my second time and I shall return.

Great experience. Very well prompt as well with timing as I was met at the airport for the vehicle pickup, the gentleman was well mannered, I will be renting for them again in the future, it was my second time overall on renting from Turo. The first time it was just okay with dropping off the vehicle and going out of my way.

We had to keep calling the owner and texting the morning of renting. He left no instructions of where car was parked in a huge parking garage. It took 45 mins to find it. We had issues finding chargers for car that work. I message him. He said not worry about charging it. He would handle it then proceeded to charge us. He also sent over pics of damage to car that were there when we rented it. The pics we uploaded originally were of a different Tesla. There were 10 white ones at least in that garage. Luckily we took time stamped photos of that damage and sent it to him. He was trying to scam us. We will not be renting from y’all again unless something is done.

My vehicle rentals this far through Turo, have all been extremely simple, fairly priced (usually more so than rental companies, by far)! There was excellent support from the owner and also from Turo from day one to the very final day, wonderful Ford Expedition XL vehicle, clean, ran well, gas tank full, checking in and checking out procedures both went well, highly recommend, no complaints at all.

Car was clean and good car to drive. The host was attentive to our needs and he called couple of time with pick up and drop instructions, so we wouldn't have any problems. If I go back to Seattle, I would choose him. The car was a Hyundai. Only complaint was I didn't know how to use GPS system.

The trip was great. The host was great until I got charged for damages I didn't do. Then got sent pictures of the car with someone else ID with the damages already on the car. Even when I disputed the claim I was still charged for the damage. Really read what you're getting yourself into. The host was very good with me. I was sick and was in the hospital. He still was a big help and understanding. But this damage stuff I never hit anything or did any damage but still getting the blame for it.

Used Turo for the first time in Skagway AL and the experience was great!! Everything from the initial contact to communication to pickup through return worked super smooth. Having the car allowed us to have an excellent day! Hunter was very good at communicating. Only one mistake on my part was not cancelling the additional insurance!!

Car was a described. Met our needs. Pick up a little confusing. However drop off at same location did not work. Turo app needed Wi-Fi or intl phone to access app and owner. Did not work. Unable to contact owner; had to leave keys on front wheel of car. Unused one-way charge to be credited to me. No subsequent contact from owner.

The convenience of getting car from PHX airport and back was great. Instructions were provided by the host. Shuttle service at airport dropped me off to the area where the vehicle was parked. The vehicle itself was perfect for what I needed; clean, ran well and with ample space. Great value!

Trunk of the vehicle was very dirty. Who would put clean hanging cloths in this trunk. I talked to the owner about this situation and she apologized. However, the fact is don’t tell me the the car has been inspected and ready to go when I would guess it was not even looked at. Very difficult to accommodate 4 passengers with no place place to put cloths. Not a good experience for my first time using your site. I never would have taken this car if I would having opened the trunk. Didn’t open trunk until I was 80 miles away at my daughters home. I feel a partial refund is due and expected.

This was my first time using this app and the hosts walked me through everything by checking in a day before, informing me that she was checking our flight information, and sending reminders a day before the trip ended to make sure we tidied up and ripped the gas off. The car was waiting for us when we arrived so clean and ready to go. The whole experience was great.

it was so easy. i pick the car i wanted . in this case it was a jeep. I do recommend reading all the owner's do's and don'ts. Pick your insurance based on your needs does you Credit card cover it or your personal insurance whatever it may be. Send your info and your car is waiting for you follow the owners pick up and drop off guidelines. It's that easy. Oh and you save a ton of money.

My first time using Turo. Recommended by a friend. So easy to make the reservation, follow up with the reservation, get the car, return the car. Everything was as expected. Working with the host when the flights changed and knowing the car would be there when we landed took so much stress away.

It was quite good experience for the first time however I needed to change front tires because they were in bad shape in order to avoid accident. Also oil change needed change. I hope that in the future the owners must offer a car which is ready to be driven for long distances with security. Thanks.

With the price of rental cars skyrocketing, we're so glad that a friend told us about Turo. We've used Turo three times this summer, and we've saved a lot of money. For the 7-day rental for our son's wedding in New Jersey, we paid about half for a Turo rental (~$350) compared to what we were going to have to pay through a traditional rental car company ($700+). We've had terrific hosts two out of three times (one host was just OK), and two out of three times we were able to rent the same make/model that I drive. I love getting into a car and knowing how to work the wipers and cruise control! I don't think we'll ever go back to rental car companies now that we've found Turo!

My host, Jesse, gave me accurate instructions as to retrieval of the truck from the airport parking lot, and even offered me suggestions in where I might be able to purchase my Maui Cruiser. The return of the vehicle was equally easy. I will never deal with corporate car rental agencies again.

I'd use Turo more often. This was my first experience with. This was a business trip. My supervisor express that if this job works on well time wise, maybe this could be the new way to get items/tools/supplies for construction. At times, we would need a truck again. We had a pleasant trip renting Dawna's Rogue for five days. The car was very clean and in very good condition. We were able to communicate with Dawna throughout the trip and she was very helpful answering our questions and making sure we understood all the controls on her car. The car was a good fit for us. Great gas mileage and we used it to run tons of errands. It could have been quieter. We didn’t like the loud muffler system but all in all a good value. We would recommend this company to our friends and families. Glad we tried your company.

The car was great and the owner of the car communicated promptly. The only thing is I was charged 80$ for airport drop off and I had to take a shuttle bus to the rental car center and walk to a hotel to meet up. I don’t feel like I should of been charged for that meet up since he didn’t technically drop off at the airport.

I would definitely use Turo again. They were cheaper than your national rental car chains and they had the vehicle I needed for my trip. Such an easy and positive experience. I used the Turo service for the first time in Waikiki. Everything went smoothly from booking the car till the owner picked it up. It has been a great experience which I will most likely use their service instead of a car rental. The car owner dropped the car at my hotel and picked it up from the hotel as well. There was no need to travel to get my car or to put other expenses toward my reservation.

We rented a car months ago in anticipation of a trip Vancouver. Two days before our trip, the car owner cancelled out of the blue. We called customer service and they were completely useless. They offered to fine due another car but then wanted to charge us a way higher rate as now the prices were at a premium with short notice. Turo company took no responsibility whatsoever and offered no solution other than a credit. If you use similar booking by owner products like Airbnb or VRBO, they WILL HELP you if the owner is undependable or not living up to expectation. It is an unreliable service with very poor, frankly useless customer service. My advice: book with a regular car rental agency. At least, you will definitely get a car!

Turo ride share is a great alternative while traveling. It’s flexible and offers options not easy to get with a rental car agency nor when using Uber et al…. We appreciated the good communication with our host, which is similar to Airbnb… We recommend giving it a try! Someday Turo will have airport access service. That will be quite a huge step.

I had a decent experience until I had to return the car earlier than initially reserved. You would think, pay more, done. However, the "Host," the car owner, refused and, worst, ignored my request. I contacted TURO 4 times and was informed the solution would ultimately be according to the Host. TURO is nothing but a middleman and takes ZERO responsibility. Yes, I am distraught with my experience. Pay HERTZ or ENTERPRISE a few extra dollars and deal with a professional company.

It was very good, nice & easy in and out. Just a couple of minor details. Car’s exterior was dirty, wiper in back busted, drivers side ripped wiper blade, tires were left with 26 lbs each on pick up. Lockbox did not lock when returning vehicle & keys were left locked inside vehicle.

The Van was great for our group. It gave everyone a full view of the countryside! We also have more than enough room for the 6 of us and plenty room for our luggage. The van was clean and ran well! Our host had the van ready and waiting for us with an easy pickup and delivery location with an airport shuttle.

My experience with the host is 5 stars!!! My experience with Turo is 2 stars. I disagree with the trip fee. I can understand the minimum protection fee. I have booked twice through Turo and I am not happy about the fees. Great concept but overpriced and overrated. I will continue to use commercial rental companies unless I’m in a hurry and a bind then I will use your service.

The website is easy to use and allow for changes and access to the owner as needed. This owner was very helpful and facilitated and easy pick up, utilization, and drop off of the vehicle. I will continue to use Turo and hope to reconnect with this owner my next trip to San Diego.

But I was able to grab another one within minutes and it was definitely a more better feel with this route! Everything went smooth and he made it very comfortable for us. The only con is that I don’t believe Turo aligns with the time zone difference. Because I had to make modifications a few times.

It was a great experience overall and I would recommend this service to my friends and family. The communication was excellent. I got quick responses to all text message. The host reached out to make sure everything was okay and to reassure me that he would be available to answer any questions I had. The price of the rental was within my budget. It was affordable. The car was super clean and was in excellent condition.

The app was simple, easy to use and intuitive. I was not able to rent a car with big name companies because my credit was not good enough. I was stranded at the airport with nowhere to go. Turo came through in clutch. It was an amazing experience. Would recommend.

Toan was very prompt with all of his communications. His instructions were clear and concise, and the vehicle was pretty much brand new, so it was clean and great to drive. I needed to extend my time for another day, and it was approved quickly and efficiently. Overall, it was a very easy experience.

The Turo support team used wrong way withdraw money from my account, without last advice to me. The team first advised me to collect by collector and I asked them also two times to withdraw because of my trip in Europe but they rejected my question and did it. That offended me and that kind of work also showed me not recommend Turo, sorry.

Easy to use, excellent customer service. Made our trip to Colorado very easy and stress free. When going on a trip the last thing you want is to deal with renting a car and hidden fees, with Turo everything was up front and no hidden fees. Love this app. Will definitely use it again.

I loved my experience. First using Turo and it was a seamless. The car itself drives great, looks great and the sound system is second to none. I enjoyed the Bronco so much, I'm seriously considering leasing it, when my current lease is up. Rob the owner, was very attentive, responsive and easy to work with. Would absolutely do it again if I’m ever in town.

I feel like I should be able to upgrade my mileage after my trip starts, because it is still being paid for and sometimes you may not know if you're going to go over your mileage or not. I think it should be an extra option by calling customer service and having them to add it on.

I went to Texas. Someone broke into the car. Broke the window out so I reported to the police and to Turo claims. So I went ahead and got the window fix because it's a window and I was 7 hours away. I wasn't going to stay in texas with a broken window. Chaquita ** has a Honda accord 2020. Her and her husband said you fixed it and put the tint on there. I said yes. Chiquita says well turo insurance will get in contact you to resolve it and get your money back. Prior to that I get a message saying Chaquita and I talked about it and she closed the case. Now I cannot get back my hard working money after a theft situation happen and Chaquita told me, "Well you should have waited 24 hours" ... and told me I need to take up with turo but she lied to them and said me and her discuss it so if we discuss it why is she not handing my money over...

This was the easiest and the quickest way to get a rental. Having unlimited miles and getting quick replies through Turo was amazing. Even upon return it was a quick return ever. All I had to do was take pictures and submit online. That was it. I will definitely rent from Turo again..

This was the first time using the app for a rental and the experience overall was excellent. The vehicle rented exceeded expectations both in quality and cleanliness with a seamless pick-up and drop-off. Correspondence with the owner, via the app was excellent with almost immediate response to any questions I had, both pre and post rental.

So far this is only my 2nd booking on this platform. It’s great so far, Turo definitely has better car selection than your average car rental place and the price is reasonable, there’s plenty options that would meet anyone’s budget. Use of the app is straightforward and communication between Host and Consumer is seamlessly easy. Will definitely book again for my car rental needs.

I have a rented from Turo on two occasions.. Once in the US and once in Canada. Both times we had older vehicles, but they drove as though they were brand new, we found nothing wrong with either of the vehicles, and we had no problem during our trip. We are headed to Fairbanks, Alaska and wish Turo was there also. I highly recommend them, especially if you want to save money!

This was my first time renting with Turo. It was perfect, and much more convenient than renting from a traditional company. I liked knowing the exact car I was renting to be able to fit 4 sets of golf clubs. I will be recommending this service to my friends and family.
