I have to say my host was great, customer service was fantastic. During this process I didn't know what to expect because this was my first time. However my host and customer service ensured me of a great time during a stressful moment. And thank you for all your help..

First time using the app. Good selection of cars to pick from. It was simple and easy to use. No issues and good communication. Car access was easy, instructions were accurate and easy to follow. I will use Turo again! 5 stars in every category! I hope this app never goes away!

Nice ride smooth easy transaction thank you Rone. We had the vehicle for one week and it was nice and clean smooth riding. Easy communication with Rone via text or phone call. Vehicle was delivered to SMF airport and was easily accessible. The vehicle was very roomy. I recommend renting their overhead luggage rack if you have a lot of luggage. Back was a little small but perfect for carry on bags.

The automatic return instructions were sent simultaneously: 1 with the wrong return address, 1 with the correct return address. It wasn’t until I drove 35 min to the wrong return address that the host told me the other one is the correct return address. Not only I lost over 1 hr of my time but I almost lost the flight!!!

I had a great first timer experience. Every aspect of the rental process was efficient. I always felt that I was well informed; which helped in having the correct expectations. The quality of our rental was superb; and I was impressed with the level of communication that I received from the owner of the rental car. I will definitely use Turo in the future.

Always a great experience. We use TURO several times a year and never a complaint. The van worked liked a charm and never ran into trouble. I would recommend TURO to anyone who may be looking to rent a car or van. Every owner has been fantastic. Only one time a host canceled on me close to my vacation but all others have been wonderful.

After having an uneventful trip, everything seem to go a good return the car into it I believe was exact same condition as I rented. I was shocked when the host sent me an email stating that I had damaged his car. Mind you I was hypervigilant during the trip as a return in the car in the same condition as I received it, I feel like I am being scams. The host reports not a crack, but paint crack to the underside of the mount bumper upon receiving the pictures. No damage was evident even upon zooming in on the picture. I feel like this is a scam I'm trying to be taken advantage of.

Had a great trip, as long as the host is good, Turo is by far the best way to go. My host was great. Lots of communication and advice, numbers to call for shuttles, everything and the vehicle you choose so there should never be a problem with that. Great.

Katherine’s Prius was perfect for my needs and the rental was easy. I’m very pleased! The car was clean and worked well. Katherine was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend renting from her! This was my first time with Turo and I would recommend it as a great rental option.

From the time of taking charge of the car to the return, I enjoyed driving it. Very supportive owner. It's a slick 2 door sedan that I enjoyed driving to complete a list of tasks in and around Dallas. Will surely look to rent again from owner Jonathan as the next opportunity arises!

On time. Friendly. Clean car. Pleased. I enjoyed this car. Drives very well. The customer service was perfect. I will always use them again. I also was happy with the fuel efficiency and the way it handled on the road. The leasers were prompt and directions were clear from start to finish. I felt like if I had a problem they were only a phone call away.

My trip was perfect! The car was a late model, clean, reliable part of my four week trip to Texas. The price was great and saved me $1000 over typical rental car deals. Nick was a super host. He was always responsive. Pick up and drop off at the airport went smoothly and made my life easier. I will check into Turo the next time I need a car in a new town. Thank you!

My first ever Turo experience. I struggled a bit with the App as a first time user, but figured it out. The host for the vehicle that I chose was obviously very well organized and set up in his business. I had a great overall experience and will use Turo as my first option. I have been a 36 Year National Emerald Executive customer... This old dog has a new trick.

From the beginning to the end, my experience renting from Alexey was smooth. He was polite and considerate of my complete experience. When I needed to extend my trip he responded in a timely fashion. The car was sooo cute. It rode so smoothly. Very different from most cars. Took me a while to find the controls for the windows. I never used the convertible…. (I was afraid I would break it.)

The fee for the vehicle was reasonable, but the added Turo fees were too high and that will be the reason for us not to use the service again going forward. While I understand the need for fees to provide the service, it seems unreasonably high. If that was not the case, I would strongly have considered using the service possibly once a month.

Madison was great. Kept in contact with me before, during and after my trip. I appreciated that very much. This was my first time using Turo and when I travel in the future I will be doing the same. When we return to Missouri again we will be touching base with Madison again.

Our car was hit in a parking lot right before we were leaving and no note was left. Now we are on the hook for it all. Their customer service agent wasn't helpful at all. Our host didn't communicate well with us. It left me having to keep reaching out. Car already had damage to it when we picked it up and it had dirty rags in it. Seats were stained. No pictures of any of this were in the description.

Very smooth processes for picking up and returning the car. George is very friendly and accommodating for early hours as well. The car is in mint conditions and very well maintained. The car performed very well and the trip was smooth and successful. Highly recommended. Will rent again when needed. Thanks a lot.

This Turo rental was a recommendation from somebody who uses Turo regularly. This was my first time renting a vehicle on Turo and the vehicle was very clean, ran extremely well, great on gas and the pickup and drop off was seamless and I was very happy with my rental and I would definitely use Turo again.

Our car was very nice! It was the perfect car for our trip - easy to park and a convertible as a plus! Awesome to be able to pick it up and drop it off at the airport without having to wait in line. A friend told me about his positive experience with Turo so I decided to give it a try. Will highly recommend both Turo and Ray in Destin!

The easy way to rent a vehicle. Turo is my go-to from now on. I won’t use the other rental companies any longer. The vehicle selection is outstanding, you can wait until the last minute to rent a vehicle and are almost guaranteed to have one available. Great job Turo!

We had a great experience. We are so pleased with the entire trip. We renewed daily. We were late & screwed up the process but everyone was so patient, professional & understanding we just smiled away!

Just what I needed for my family trip. Very spacious and comfortable. Customer service was nice and friendly! Easy process. The only downside is not explaining the drop off process beforehand. It would of been nice to know I could just drop off vehicle, and put the keys in the mailbox. I turned in the vehicle early, and didn't know I could just put keys in the mailbox. I know this is not the case for all rentals, but it's a good option to have if you done with the rental earlier than expected.

The BMW was what I expected for the price - damaged but ran. Directions to location were unclear. Reported left headlight did not work but never received response and could not drive at night. Gave me two different pick up locations and two different codes. It was not a good experience at all. The second experience - because trip extended, with Alexander’s BMW was awesome. Definitely will use Turo again. Especially in Las Vegas.

We rented a van from Joshua for our trip to St. Augustine. He was so easy to work with and responded quickly to my questions. When we arrived at the airport he texted me immediately where to find the van and where the keys were. We were in our van driving within minutes avoiding the very long lines that I saw at Budget and Hertz!

Thank you so much for the great ride. I will definitely rent again when I return to Boise. Very easy to communicate and get pick up and drop off instructions. Car was well kept and a nice ride to get around town. Great on gas mileage and there were no problems parking this fun little fit anywhere around town.

We booked a Turo for our Orlando trip but few days prior to the trip we received a message that the car we booked has a defective A/C. The host told us to either use it without A/C or cancel the booking, and to avoid hassle we just went with it, asking the host if they have other available car or could give some incentives for the inconvenience but told us no. Car was reliable to drive and the host was accommodating though. But we believe could have had a better experience than this, especially it being our first time to book Turo.

Turo has an expected total cost that is NOWHERE NEAR the actual total cost. You need to be more accurate. This was misleading. Also, I was confused when I saw a little airplane symbol by the cars in my selection, I thought this meant they could come to the airport or really close. My person was almost half an hour away. I was very pleased with my three vehicles and the three owners.

The host was amazing, easy to work with, and reliable. The vehicle worked perfectly and was exactly what I needed. My only issue is with getting charged $65 extra dollars for a nearly full gas tank. I’m not sure if this is company policy or if the Turo host is responsible for the amount charged but it really put a damper on my experience with the service and thus, I will probably never use it again unless it’s absolutely necessary.

Being in a complicated situation with a wrecked vehicle has made it to where I must find alienate ways of getting to work. I have been getting different vehicles each week, this one is the first I have ever wanted to book again. It is clean and well maintained. This car was the first I have not had to do something extra to drive (ie- fill the tires, wash the car, etc. ). The car is roomy and comfortable... and the owner is personable and replies to messages promptly. It's affordable, convenient to where I live and the car has an awesome sound system too. I give the app and this car 5 stars.

Awesome vehicle plenty of room for 5 people and luggage. Roomy and spacious made it a comfortable ride. Didn’t cost a lot to fill up. Picked it up and dropped it off at the airport. Super easy and convenient very easy to do. Car was super clean and well taken car of.

The extra trip fee is a concern. It is price gouging. I want my trip fee monies returned. Reporting it to the Better Business Bureau. Both cars were given back in excellent condition and both cars were the tanks were both full when I returned them so there’s no reason for them to be keeping the trip fee and should be returned back to my account. Also there’s some shady practices. Why can’t we take pictures at the airport in the vehicle? Why do we have to leave the airport in order to take pictures? That’s another concern I have, this was my first time using it I would use it again if these practices were eliminated.

Our first Turo experience was frustrating because the car that we booked well in advance was canceled by Turo 6 days in before our trip, leaving us a small selection of vehicles to choose from that were quite a bit more expensive than our original selection. Turo did not offer anything to remedy the situation other than a full refund (however, the vehicle was fully refundable until 2 days before the trip anyways). The vehicle we reserved after that was just as described and a good experience.

Aashir was friendly and quick to respond to questions. Car was clean, had a brake sensor light on, but drove well and was comfortable. Pickup and drop off was easy to manage, quick and much better than the traditional rental car experience. Like the Turo service - will use again.

Very convenient to use and communicate with the owners of the vehicle. Second time using Turo and so far no complaints about the app. I would stress to double check reviews of the owners. I would use app again and have recommended to friends. I plan to use the app again for my next rental. Being able to pick the car to suit your needs makes this app even better.

Trip rates are high which makes renting certain vehicles impossible. The cost of the vehicle rent could be 50 dollars, trip rate also 50 plus taxes. It defeats the purposes.. it Boots the cost to modify your trip or even extend it ..rates are obtainable but the added fees are extremely high.

Becky was a gem! Would rent a car from her anytime. Car was clean, there were brochures and treats waiting for us. 5* for sure. Becky made our trip to Juneau perfect! Site seeing was a blast and shopping is a must. These Texas folk enjoyed every minute. Time was short and we’ll be back soon and hope Becky still has a vehicle available.

We had a great experience with Khoa’s Mercedes. Our kids loved having a “fancy” luxury car. It was so comfortable and the experience of pick up and drop off was easy. We had no complaints and will definitely be back and hoping to work with Khoa again! Khoa responded to messages quickly and very friendly, and he gave very clear instructions.

My vehicle provider was great and great communication and will absolutely use this service again as it's much better than a rental company and the inconvenience of the shuttle buses and the hidden fees.

I had a hard time finding the car at 4am in the morning due to a delayed flight, but it happened. Everything was great, no complaints. Hardly drove the car, it sat most of the trip. It was hard returning the car to the parking lot as I’m not familiar with the area, so map this out ahead of time. Mahalo for the understanding and assistance.

I had a confirmed reservation with Hertz corporation. They decided to overbook their car rentals and left me stranded without a car. Everyone else had no rentals. My friend recommended Turo and agreed. I did all the paperwork and got a car in less than 4 hours. Thanks for saving my trip.

First time renting a car by Turo app and I've had great experience. Car selection was abundant, host that I've rented a car from is awesome and a car itself drove well. I've had a refund situation that I've had to resolve with Turo customer service and respond was quick and I've gotten a full refund for a parking service.

From the moment I reserve a vehicle from Turo I am made to feel like a VIP. The whole process is clean and simple, communication is awesome. The instructions I receive are easy to understand and always exact. The delivery of the car has always been seamless, same with returning. I tell everyone about Turo even if they do not ask.

I had some anxiety about this, but everything went smooth. Al was very kind and responsive to any question. I would use again in the future and recommend to anyone. We traveled to Yosemite, to see the big trees and a few other places during our visit.

I really enjoyed driving the Jaguar being it was very 1st time ever using the app and driving that car. I would highly recommend for anyone to use Turo as a resource to find and book for vehicles. The best way ever to rent a vehicle. I will continue using this app until my own vehicle is completely finish. I’m glad my sister rented a vehicle 1st after that I had to rent for myself. I wouldn't consider renting a car from any other place. I have used this service for years now and have NEVER had any time of problem or aggravation. I have not had to contact customer service for anything. I will use Turo for every trip I take. Cannot recommend this service enough. Flawless!

Cody was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. From the time we booked to dropping the car off at the end of the trip, he had us covered! He laid out exactly how to get out of the airport, find the car and make it out with ease. The Nissan Kicks was a great ride for our trip and I would rent it again! Clean and great ride.

Good host, would recommend. Great communication. Easy pick up and drop off. When I got there to pick up, vehicle was not ready, it was getting cleaned by host, it was given to me 30 mins after scheduled pick up time but host said to me I could drop off 30 mins after my scheduled drop off time, he was very understanding and reasonable. Host was so generous in dropping me off at car rental center of MIA airport. Vehicle was clean and with good amount of gas. 1st time using Turo and it was a pleasure doing business with host, would definitely recommend and use host again. There's not much to say about vehicle because vehicle is BRAND NEW. Everything works and looks amazing. Very comfortable and spacious.

My experience was great. This was my first Turo trip and the host was very accommodating with me. Even with such a short time constraint the host was able to get the vehicle ready for my trip and the vehicle exceeded expectations. The vehicle was everything the host said it was and it performed great. I would definitely use the service and the host again.

When talk of car rental came up on our trip to San Diego, someone asked if I had ever used Turo. Having researched I decided to give it a try. Great filters allowed me to pick a precise car, at a precise price to be picked up/delivered at a precise location at a precise time. We could walk to our car to pick up and return! So easy and inexpensive! Will always check turo when traveling!

The pick up and delivery were on time and easy to exchange when done! The car was very clean and it felt very safe to travel in! Would highly recommend the Turo app to everyone! Our Host Tristan was always quick to respond to any questions I may have had, I’m very pleased!

At the end of using Turo, try to get in touch with Mr ** about extra charges. He would not answer his phone, I left just a half a quarter from full in the tank and he charged me 30.00 and 42.00 for tickets without explaining. I think he should have informed me before the charges and explain.

The only response I received are generic and automated. The renter lied on my violation and no customer service assistance at all from Turo. There is no contact info option besides email and that yields contactless and very nonconsiderate. I will not be using this app again. The renter lied and just because pi turns were provided Turo says it's valid. But it's not even the same vehicle I rented. Interior is not the same color.

From start to finishing my ride, everything went perfect and very easy. The Turo website and selection of cars was excellent. I picked out the car that I wanted, everything went smoothly and communication was great. I followed the instructions and picked up the car. The car ran very good. I followed the directions to drop it off, and I called Lyft and I left. I was very satisfied!!!

Everything was ideal!! My only question is that it was difficult to find the best deal. I was already committed to the rental of my car and felt like the fee to pick up at Love Field carried an extra $40 delivery fee that seemed sprung on me. It was okay. No problem. My experience was ideal. I'd just like to see the discounts and deals easier on each car. Respectfully, thank you.

The rental was great. It was good on gas, smooth ride, and looked as described in the description. Would definitely rent it again!! My host was great. He was will to accommodate me if I needed help with anything! Turo is the best out there as far as renting a car from and the simplicity of it all.

It was a blast driving this turbocharged machine through the mountain passes. Tight handling, fun acceleration and fuel efficient to boot! Even though it's a 2012 it's got modern things such as Bluetooth and an included dad charger. The host made it easy for me to coordinate with him. It's a well maintained car and clean too. Thank you to the host for having a safe place to leave my vehicle overnight as well. I would definyy rent from them again.

This was my 1st time renting with Turo. The process was extremely easy, pick up and drop off was contactless which was great. However, there was a patch in 1 of the tires that seemed to have a hole in it/flat at some point. Also, the tread on all 4 tires were almost completely gone. Since this rental was for a business travel, driving 3.5 hours with those tires was a little concerning. Since this is asking for details and for me to write more characters, I will note that when I turned the car on the service light came on for the car, Luckily though it was just the windshield fluid that was needing to be serviced.

Best choice I made. Easy and good host and experience. Worth every dollar. I would go with Turo from now on. Way cheaper than Enterprise and others. I would recommend Turo to everyone. You actually get to pick the car and what kind of car if you want to spend the money on it.

Our Host was wonderful! Great communication and very detailed! I am fairly new to Turo and our Host was very understanding and helpful. The vehicle was spotless and has all the bells and whistles. We are extremely happy with our experience. We will definitely being booking again with them. Made it fun to enjoy a vehicle we really like.

I am new to Turo. I love it! So easy to use and Will, the car owner, was very helpful. Car was just as advertised - like new, clean and plenty of room for me and my friends. I definitely would recommend Turo to my friends. For a ten year old car it ran like new. That's all I can say. I'll use Turo again.

First time renters need to know that internal and external photos of the vehicle are to be taken and posted before taking possession of the vehicle. This helps with getting everything in order so you can drive out of the lot without any issues. Otherwise, all worked great, and is a good alternative to conventional car rental.

Just had our 1st experience with a Turo…it was awesome! The car was clean, dependable, and appeared well serviced. Hertz lost a good customer…Turo here on out for me! Already booked my next car for use in 2 weeks. Turo website was easy to use, and gave a nice selection of cars for me to choose from.

Car was completely accurate. Pick up and drop off were so easy. Drove around in style all weekend and Adonis was very clear in what was needed for the car. It's just a relaxing time. Definitely going to rent again. The weekend went by too fast and I would definitely tell my friends about it. So overall it was just a good time and for us around in style.

We needed a rental to cover a chunk of time while our primary people hauler was in the shop. The rental had some exterior body damage, sand under the carpets, slippery plastic under the floor mats that made them hazardous, various bits of junk floating around making noise in the cabin like half used containers of mints etc. The biggest issue was the heavy handed application of Armor-All or some such noxious concoction used in 'cleaning'. It took us close to two weeks to air the car out well enough to be able to breathe easily with the windows closed. With a couple members of my family with respiratory issues renting car that stank of harsh 'cleaning' chemicals was an unpleasant and unexpected downside of committing to a month up front. Returning the vehicle involved waiting around for trying to message the owner to find out what to do with the keys...

Car was very clean, got the car drop off the same time I was out of the airport, pick up the car the moment I got back to the airport, the guys was very nice. Made sure I had all my personal stuff with me. Car ran smooth. Didn’t have any issues.

The Host was wonderful everything went very smooth. Will definitely rent again. First time using this and it was very easy and smooth. I like that I can leave my car and pick it up when I didn't have to have somebody take me there and take me back to return the car. That was a very good. Car is a gas saver, it had a bit of a smell that no matter what I used I just couldn’t get rid of. No other issues with the car overall. host let me book a last-minute trip the night before pickup in morning at like 12am. He was helpful.

I have rented lots of times. I was disappointed this time with the pet hair on the seat and floor in the back of seat, the owner brushed it off on the floor like it was no big deal. When I first picked up car. I was pressed for time for my trip, next time I will decline and request another vehicle with pet hair and smell.

The car was great, run very smoothly, air conditioned worked very well, car was very clean and Johnny was excellent, I had to add an extra day at the end of my trip and he was very accommodating. I have been recommending TURO and especially The host Johnny to all my friends.

One of the things I love most about Turo is that it gives me a lot more flexibility than traditional car rental companies. I can choose the exact car I want, and I can pick it up and drop it off at convenient locations. I've also found that Turo is often more affordable than traditional car rental companies, especially for longer trip. We had a wonderful time on our road trip, and we were all very happy with our Turo experience. I would highly recommend Turo to anyone looking for a car rental.

They have too many hidden fees they will charge you AFTER RETURNING THE CARS. It’s very confusing on where to pick up & drop off. I would have been better off renting FROM BUDGET or Avis. I’ve never been through so much to pick up or drop off a car.

My experience with Turo and my host Stacy M. was awesome. Very easy to use and a lot quicker than staying in line waiting for a rental car! The vehicle was dropped off at the airport parking lot and was easy to find. The host walked me through the whole process. I will definitely use it again.

I rented a car In Hartford Connecticut that wasn’t as clean as I expected. I had previously rented a minivan the week before in Orlando that was as clean as any commercial rental car which is what I expected. The one in Hartford wasn’t vacuumed and obviously had not been cleaned since the last use. The owner felt that I was expecting too much for a used car at the discounted Turo rate.

It was a great experience. I had a little trouble finding the car because the car looked black in the picture when in fact the car was dark blue. There was a black car matching the one I rented. What are the chances. Everything else went well and the car handled like a charm.

Turo makes renting a car completely easy. Finding what you like at a reasonable price with special features you like and specific drop off locations to make your trip smoother are some of the best options in any city. I rented from a stellar host who made pick up & drop off a complete breeze. Anytime I need a rental, I’m using this app!

The Turo app and service came recommended to me by my co- workers. I was reluctant to take a chance, as it seemed to good to be true. However, my experience was very good! My host, Patrick, was super responsive and helpful. The car was real nice (2021 BMW X3). Both picking up and dropping off the car was simple and efficient. I will absolutely use Turo the next time I travel.

The renting process was easy and smooth. The total price was pretty low and reasonable. I didn't need to see the owner in person for the whole process. I could be able to choose many available cars near me and I found a pretty good one. When I first used this service I was a little nervous. However, once you have done it you will feel so free and extended.

Our host told us exactly how to find the car and open it. She had well documented the car condition with photos. Our host met us at the passenger drop off. The trip was stress free. We will absolutely look to use this host again. The car was very easy to drive. The four of us had plenty of room.

The car drove very well and it was good on gas and good on the highway and I had more than enough of room for me, my daughter and grandkids. Picking a car out and booking it was so easy. I was glad to be able to quickly book. Being in a city I was not familiar with and trying to figure out from a map a good area near me made this very smooth. I am so thankful for my first-time experience with TURO. The host made it super easy and although We had a personal tragedy, we were able to still not worry about the transportation. Renting from Turo save a lot of money compared to the others. We save about 1/2 the amount and the experience was easy to pickup the car from the lot just off the airport. Plus the recommendation of where to visit from the owner was helpful. The car was very clean inside and out. Returning the car was easy too. Just drop it off at the valet and text the owner a picture of the valet ticket.

Using Turo was easy! No more fighting the masses or waiting in line at the airport! I was able to find an awesome car for cheaper than the well known companies, delivered right to short term parking. After landing, I walked straight to the car and drove away in less than 10 minutes!

I didn't like that The owner asked for a copy of my driver's license and didn't have his copy of the insurance in the car. I'd like to see how I was rated by him, and have a better check out summary. Otherwise, I was happy.

This was my first time using Turo and I must admit I was a little worried about how it would go. I am happy to say that I had an amazing experience. My host Ryan was very friendly and he had no problem answering any questions I had. I was able to locate the Bronco easily and everything was top notch. This was such an easy process and my Turo car owner (Michael, Florida) was the best. He was quick to respond and very helpful. As long as you have Auto insurance, you're good to go. It's way less complicated than a car rental and very easy. We will definitely be using Turo again in the future!!!!

I rented a car then it was canceled on me. Then all of the good rates were gone! I forgot to put my insurance info in and do I paid extra for that. Then I was overcharged, I am very unhappy with the app. The car and owner of the car were great!! It’s the app that wasn’t. The car owner was pleasant and very helpful!! The car was clean and reliable.

My family and I went on a trip outta town. We were able to find a vehicle on Turo that suited our needs and our host was an excellent one. The vehicle was clean and well-maintained. On a previous trip, I had some cancellation issues arise, but Turo customer service department assisted with the issue. Turo is my go-to for vehicle rentals.

I traveled to Cape Cod area and did a day trip from the mainland to Martha's Vineyard. You wouldn't allow me to keep my rental on the mainland and have another on the island to use. So I had to have two separate reservations on the mainland which I'm sure cost me more money. It was frustrating also because the first person I talked to said I could and then transferred me to someone else who said I couldn't. I finally gave up and just did the separate reservations. While this may be a rare need for people it doesn't seem that out of the ordinary for it to not be allowed.

As a first-time Turo client, I found the app pretty intuitive to use. You could make changes after the initial agreement, like changing trip times, adding a driver and adding insurance. Working with the vehicle renter was also a breeze. She was responsive and friendly, a five star renter! I will use Turo in the future.

Ultimately the cost was more than a rental car. There are hidden costs that are not disclosed on the website when booking the car. Turo should list the total cost when selecting any car instead of charging at the end. I felt some deceptive practice by Turo. The airport fee is being charged twice. During the reservation as well as when I had to pay the charge for the extra mileage. It should be charged once.

It was a great experience. Easy the owner was great and answered all my questions would use him again next time I'm in town. It was the first time I used Turo and it was a pleasure. No wait, no craziness. It was perfect. Truck was exactly like the photo and it went off without a hitch so ill use it again and again.

I love using Turo! So much easier than going thru a car rental company where you have to stand in line. You also get to choose the rate and car you want. The car was reliable and fuel efficient. My only complaint was the car was dirty on the outside (only) & wipers were bad when trying to use the wiper fluid. We had to rush to a meeting so didn't have a clear view out windshield however we fixed it by going thru car wash the next day. Owner had GREAT communication & was clear on where car was for pickup & where to take for drop off. I loved that he included addresses for the locations! VERY helpful.

Chad was great at communicating, the jeep was very fun to drive and instructions on pickup and drop off were very easy. I will be using Turo again for sure. The Turo app was easy to navigate and pick out what I’d like to drive. Can’t wait to go on another trip!

Very easy to sign up and pay, including all the protection options. The car was wonderful, clean, in beautiful condition inside and out. After the trip, it was also a very easy drop-off experience - just take a few photos and upload. This was first time on Turo, I will be back again!

I rented out a 2022 Jeep Renegade from Catherine. The Jeep was in great condition. It drove perfect. The cost of the rental was within budget. The Jeep was great on gas. I would definitely recommend using Turo and I will definitely recommend people to rent from Catherine! The Turo app was also very easy to use. I had no issues picking out a car rental and I did like the fact that Catherine lived right down the street from me so it was very easy to pick up the car and drop off the car

The host was great but you can tell other guests have abused his automobiles. Turo should have a process of reciprocity where they can recover funds to cover wear and tear. There also seem to be quite a few hidden fees. The prices I was advertised varied greatly from my final total costs with airport parking and hidden fees.

I do not think Turo could do any better than the hospitality Adrian provided! From the questions at booking, to pickup, to during my vacation and drop off, he was prompt, and courteous every step of the way. I will gladly use Adrian again and refer anyone in his area to him.

I had a great experience with Turo. So good I’m already planning another trip just to rent with them again. This was also my first time ever renting a car and they made it so smooth and easy. I really enjoyed the vehicle as well. And don’t forget Javier. He was incredible. One of the best people to rent from hands down.

I rented a car from here and the renter lied and said that car smelled like smoke. I don’t even smoke so I know that was a false statement and now I have to pay for something that I never did. It isn’t fair but other than that I had an alright experience.

I give Turo 4 stars because of slight confusion of where to pick the car up. Could be the airport's fault but Turo should have made it clear, you'll aren't a "car rental" place and not actually in the airport. Also there was no option to re-tip the owner of the car.

We rented the Mustang GT during our stay in New Smyrna and Daytona for the October Bike Festival and had a great experience. The owners were very easy to work with and were extremely accommodating. I rented my favorite car the Porch Panorama, everything went perfect. I have never rented from Turo, it was very easy and I will definitely do it again. The host was extremely professional. The car was everything I expected and more. I was a little scared that there is no number in Turo and everything is done from a computer but as I got used to the new way of things I felt comfortable. When I met with the host Things were more comfortable.

I am so glad that I tried TURO out. The one thing that I get stressed over when traveling is the car rental. It has been a nightmare in the past. I didn't have to stand in long lines and then go through all the paperwork and insurance stuff and then searching for a car. I was able find what we were looking for, put my info in and then got in contact with the owner and the rest was easy peasy. I knew exactly where to find the vehicle and where to bring it back. It just made the trip all that much more enjoyable.

After my first ride with Turo, there were aspects that I thought loved and others that I thought seemed to need a little ironing out as the app progresses. The ability to select exactly which car you want, and then to have that car waiting at the airport, or whatever designated location ready for you as soon as you got off of the plane was fantastic. I have wasted way too much time over the years waiting in car rental lines and then getting the keys to something I didn't actually ask for. The car that I rented used the lockbox on the window entry method, which I also thought was great and made for an easy drop off as well. I have read some of the newer cars allow you to open the door digitally which I think would be great also.

Turo’s customer service rep helped me when I was having trouble rebooking an existing reservation because the owner could not extend my trip time so they worked with the owner to get to into another car. It saved me so much trouble, especially since I was going through several travel trip changes. Thank you for going above and beyond!
