This was a new experience for me, and it worked out extremely well. The pick-up location was convenient, and the car was excellent, exactly what we needed for a family Disneyland trip. The price seemed very reasonable. We will certainly use the service again. The App seemed to be down at the return time; so, I could not use it.

The experience with the host was great. The vehicle pick up and return great. My problem I extended the vehicle for half a day more and was charged for a whole day based off the rental per day. I made it back 1 hr late due to Atlanta traffic and was charged a late fee additionally even though the rental wasn’t for the whole day. Then to get a call from corporate while I am in the return process was a bit extreme when I had message the host to let them know was gonna be late.

I had to change my vehicle three times. The first holes kept lying and saying he fix the vehicle and didn’t the second one you guys change for me and I wanted Turo go.. Then the third car was great til it came down to returning car, host started being rude and talked to me like I’m a child. I’m old enough to be his mother.. He accused me of damaging car but he didn’t let me take pic of the car at drop off.. The first thing he did was go straight to the tire or rim that he’s trying to blame me for instead of checking the actual car so to me it’s I feel like since I denied the protection plan that this horse is trying to find several ways to get money out of me. I gave the car back an hour early. I’m getting charged a late fee. He said I smoked in his car, I didn’t, but I definitely dropped some stuff in his car that I didn’t get to vacuum all the way up. I Definitely never using this service again or wouldn’t recommend you to anyone

Very positive experience, very clean car and Blake was wonderful!!! The car was dropped of and picked up at the hotel. Made my life very easy. Didn’t have to wait in a line at the airport. That’s the best!!! He was on time and picked the car also up in time. It was a very stress-free experience.

I have had this car previous and I really enjoyed it except for the fact that I had to put the key in the car to open and unlock the door. I wish there would be a way to upgrade this type of key. Other than that, I really enjoyed the car.

Barnard was helpful and answered all my questions timely. The car did have a broken handle to the driver's seat. My husband had to drive like he was sitting on the floor. We were able to adjust it the next day. It was easy to find and return the car. No.

I took a 3 year old kid rent the car for 2 days. When we first saw the car, I selected car seat, ( it shows under 35lbs), but when we received the car, the driver give us a baby car seat which is for under 24months rear facing one. My daughter can’t even fit in. The host said, "You should choose the other option which is for older kids ( 5+)," and he ended up drive us to his house to get it. It’s just a booster, it’s unsafe at all for 3year old. When we return the car back, it was a hour and half from the Airbnb to the airport, our flight is in the morning because we rushed to catch the flight, we told the host we have not enough to fill the gas, so just go ahead and charge. We also mention the host we have a small garbage bag was needed to throw out. But this host still posted photos to the app and they end up over charge us $154 for cleaning fee.

My wife and I had great cruising San Francisco and the wine country in Healdsburg, CA. The car was really fun and easy to drive, especially after I figured out all its bells and whistles. We only lowered the convertible top once, as the temps were high. Fortunately, we were also able to squeeze in two suitcases and two small bags in the tight trunk space.

We used Turo to find a van in Alaska. Aaron was fantastic to work with. He provided alternate pickup and drop off location to fit our needs. We got a much better value for our money than we could from other rental places. I would definitely recommend using Turo for your rental car needs.

Our rental was there upon our arrival and on time for our departure. We so appreciate this service being available instead of having to deal with the airport rentals. We washed and vacuumed the vehicle, treated it just as if it were our car. Hope to see you again. Thank You

This was our first time using Turo. The whole experience from beginning to end was amazing. Our host kept us well informed and up to date as we asked many questions. The vehicle was clean and ran well but the thing that stood out the most was the host and how she helped us through the entire process.

Pictures of car choices on app and the overall experience with the app was great...very easy to use and understand. The car owner had clear communication on pick up and drop off. And MUCH cheaper than using a car rental agency. I will use this again over car rentals. Car was superb.

This was my first time using Turo and the process was very smooth and prices were definitely reasonable. I was skeptical because my ride was canceled yet they took the time to give me two other options which were even cheaper and to my liking. The host communicated effectively and instructions were given clearly. I would definitely recommend and will continue to use this from here on out.

Trip was great. Renting was easy from the app. The Mercedes we rented while our Rivian was in the service center was great. The guys at Ignited Rentals were really easy to do business with. I didn’t like the extra insurance Turo charged or the trip fee Turo charged. That added $500 extra dollars to our week rental. Those two large fees are the only reason I may not rent through Turo again. Other than that it went fine.

My rental from Turo was a great experience. Being able to pick the car you want instead of being surprised at the rental company is vital! Our host was very communicative and easy to work with. I will be using Turo again. Thank you so much for the great experience.

We had a great experience, this being our second time using Turo. From the initial selection process to actually paying to rent the vehicle, we couldn't ask for a more simple process. The hard part is finding the car you want to drive. Our vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and easy communication. Instructions provided from getting the vehicle and returning was precise. This was a great experience. And will definitely use Turo again.

Host made me pay toll fees even though I told him I have an E-ZPass but forgot it for the trip. I asked for documents that were needed for an appeal and he refused to send them. Turo support provided no help and even sided with the host. Stating “it’s not his problem.” What terrible service. I only asked the host to send a document but apparently that’s too much to ask from Turo support and the host. Embarrassing service from both.

The rental with the particular host I just rented from was frictionless pleasant & near joyous. Car was in good shape. Host was friendly & attentive & communicated well. Just a wonderful experience overall. As to the website, it is easy to navigate and intuitive. Overall quite a good experience.

Jimmy was a great host! He responded very quickly and the whole trip was seamless. He even allowed us a small time extension the morning that we were leaving just to ensure we could have the car back on time. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent one of his cars again.

I have used Turo three times so far, and have had great experiences each time. Reasonably priced and great selection. The process is easy and fast. Each time my vehicles were in great condition and just like the pictures and descriptions. And the customer service is great as well! Will use again.

The vehicle I put on hold was canceled while I was on my way to pick it up. I arrived to an vehicle that canceled my rental even when I was letting them know I would be behind time. Waited 3 hours for another vehicle that was very uncomfortable for me to drive but was not going to wait any longer for another vehicle so I went with that one and now that owner is lied about my refueling the vehicle just because I didn’t leave an receipt. Also, I was unable to check out before 10 am because I returned vehicle back to the parking lot at 5 am and check out wasn’t available.

My host was very accommodating and always responded if I had a question. I would choose this vehicle again when in Boston. The vehicle was clean inside and outside with cords for charging my Android phone. The pickup location was a bit confusing but it all worked out with no problem.

First time renting a car through Turo and it couldn’t be any easier or hassle-free. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. The car was exactly like the pictures, drove nice, plenty of room. I would definitely rent from this host again next time I’m in Chicago.

I had never heard of Turo, and so I was pleasantly surprised to find exactly what I was looking for. The whole process was easy and effective. Communication was great. Contactless pickup was fast and simple. The vehicle was over 10 years old, but perfect for hauling wedding decorations, and the host was accommodating, and put the back seats down before my arrival.

It was definitely a great experience. I've never heard of this site until now and I must say what a pleasure. No strings attached, no over-the-edge deposit and most of all it was pretty simple. I would definitely recommend this to anyone having a hard time with life's issues and demands.

Overall a good experience. I liked the fact of not having to worry about the huge rental deposit that most companies require; which was a plus for me especially when using a debit card. Wasn't aware that I was required to take photos of the rental before renting and upon return. It did cost slightly more to rent versus renting from the typical rental for one day. So even though I didn't have to make the typical $250 deposit on top of the rental the cost was still higher for a one-day rental due to what I believe is the fact you have to choose the minimum, standard or maximum coverage for damages whereas a regular rental allows you to not worry about that if you have auto insurance. But I will say that it's still overall a good service that I plan to use again.

The rental experience was positive except for one cost that was not disclosed up front. Airport parking charge not identified up front. The car was waiting in the airport hourly parking as required by TURO which cost $10 to get out of the lot. This was an unexpected surprise that no one likes.

Absolutely flawless! Car was easy to find at the airport. Everything was exactly how it was told us! We will definitely use Turo for all our rental needs! The car was spotless and had a full tank of gas. Returning the car was just as easy. The price was very reasonable also!

Very disappointed as my trip with the Ford Mustang had a bolt in the tire. Messaged the host. She said that Turo does tire reimbursements. Went to Discount tire and got the tire replaced with the host's permission. Contacted Turo for a refund and sent in the receipt for $190.10 and they said they wouldn’t reimburse. If I would have known Turo wasn’t going to refund me, I wouldn’t have replaced the spare tire. I was down to my last $250 before the tire replacement. So I couldn’t do the things I had planned in Texas. I was very disappointed.

Everything from the beginning communication with my host Trevor to the last communication about the drop-off was polite and professional. I would recommend Trevor and Turo to anyone I know or come across. The vehicle was exactly what I was looking for and the pricing is way better than a rental company at the airport. There was nothing lacking during my trip. Trevor was very accommodating with a change of times from my airline.

We rented from Turo for our vacations and it was a great experience. Host was fantastic. We are looking forward to many more trips with Turo in the future. What I love about using this rental app against rental companies is that you don’t need a major credit card or a large down payment or a credit check and I get to pick and choose what I want to drive and I also love the fact that you can have direct contact with the host on your own time and not have to call a customer service line and go through prompts so I feel like if I would of been knew about this app I would of saved on money and headaches. Ugh. Thank you for making renting a car simple and reasonable.

Our 1st Turo experience went so well, we are going to use it again two months later in another area. We are hoping for the same great experience. The vehicle was clean and the host worked with us to make the trip more convenient. The best feature was him picking up the vehicle from our hotel.

Being charged for smoking in a car when I don’t smoke has me calling **. I’m 52 years old and have never smoked a day in my life. Has me irritated with the whole process. I fill this car up with premium fuel and make sure to send a pic of the receipt to prove to them I did. While knowing there is no way they can prove I didn’t. I was the car to get the road bugs off of it. Just because I want to leave it like I found it. Then to get told I smoked in it, has me pissed off. This is the 3rd time renting this car. I will know from now on, I will take a picture of every speck I find in cars I rent. This is complete **.

Wonderful experience. The Turo app function flawlessly. My host, William, was responsive, accurate and precise. The vehicle was exactly as described. There were no issues at all. Wonderful host, wonderful platform. William addressed all issues and concerns immediately. It was a much better experience in dealing with the rental car company with all the extra fees and nonsense.

The host for the vehicle (Jeep) was Daniel. He did an excellent job with our itinerary and making sure we had everything necessary available when we arrived and the pick up/drop off was easy. The vehicle was clean and definitely perfect for cruising around Florida. The only complaint I have is with TURO that none of my other family members were allowed to drive it. You should work more on providing available insurance alternatives.

This was my first experience getting a car from Turo. The owner was quick to respond and the car clean. He was a few minutes late getting the car to us and our flight was 45 minutes early, so the wait seemed longer than it actually was. We had pre-paid fuel, so I was surprised the car was delivered with only a 2/3 filled tank.

It was a great experience. The only bump in the road was that the gas tank was a push to open but the door was stuck and would not open. And the dash had multiple lights on when received but was told that that the battery had just been changed so that was the reason. That's about it.

My friend mistakenly left her brand new shoes in trunk of vehicle. I tried to reach out to company and they refused to check vehicle before renting out to next customer. Speakers were blown out, tent on windows were messed. Lighter spot didn't work to charge phone. Very unprofessional and antagonizing me to bring me out of character and snap on them.

Car was nice and clean, and was dropped off right outside the airport exit. There was somewhat of a disconnect with reaching the host’s assistant to drop the vehicle off. I finally had some communication moments before losing signal on my flight to Portland. However, it was neither of the 2 assistant's numbers I was given that I was messaging with no replies since early in the morning. Other than that the vehicle is nice and served our function perfectly, it was comfortable to drive and definitely had a lot of bells and whistles.

We really enjoyed this car! It was like a really fast go cart! Had a great vacation in it! The backseat is extremely small. It’s really a 2 seater! We made it work! So much fun to drive! Can hardly wait for the next time! I’m booking my next car now.

The car was nice and spacious. The communication between the host and us was good. We returned the car and my travel partners and I evened up and a week later we got an additional bill for $66 for the car. I would have appreciated the additional charges were processed sooner so we could have split them too.

Our family enjoyed using Turo for the first time. We rented a vehicle that our daughter has dreamed of owning to make the trip even more special for her. The vehicle had some wear and minor scratches which wasnt noticeable at time of booking. Unfortunately, the employee at the lot wasn't able to take the time to show us the basics of the vehicle (our first time driving an electric model) so we had to figure it out on our own.

Car I rented was an older model that didn’t drive very well. The cars cost as much as a rental from a national chain but aren’t as new. Here in Michigan it seems they’re price gauging and it’s not worth using. There should be a minimum year that they can offer instead of any car at any price. There should also be an incentive like a rewards program or partnership with someone where you can get a discount. There’s better options in other cities but here it’s just a lot of old cars that are the same prices as rental chains.

Russell is the kindest person! We were having vehicle troubles on vacation and Russell was very kind and accommodating and helped save our vacation!!!! The vehicle is super clean, gets good gas mileage and has an AWESOME AC! Russell was early for our pick up and his family even helped us out with our vehicle. Thank you Russell.

The Turo vehicle was waiting for me at the Mesa Chandler airport when I arrived just where the person said it would be. It was remarkable how easy it was to arrange all this, comparable if not easier than a rental situation. Just a little new and unfamiliar but not any more difficult. The vehicle was in great shape, drove well, and the communication was flawless. I'll be doing this again when I rent for my business too!

Charges are very high, I rented for less price but every time extension charged more and more without intimation, I hope, I will not use once again. I don’t have any other options. I used for couple of weeks. Otherwise GOD da.. I don’t recommend this service….

Iyke was a great host. We communicated well and his responses were very timely. I had absolutely no trouble with his services. The car (a 2016 Camry XLE) also ran perfectly well and everything in it worked despite the high mileage and use. Easy in and easy out. I would recommend his services!

Lauren was amazing and we had so much fun driving her Jeep around the island. IIt was perfect. I would absolutely recommend anyone coming to Oahu to do yourself a favor and rent this Jeep. First time I used the Turo app, I am very satisfied. It is completely reliable and safe.

It was perfect for what we needed. We knew we weren't going to need it everyday so we didn't need the newest, fastest, most modern car that was available. It was an older car, ran great and got us where we needed to go. It was the perfect car for our needs.

Booking through Turo is so slick! I was looking through other rental car agencies and due to our destination's small airport size, vehicles were very limited and expensive. A friend recommended I check out Turo and we ended up finding the perfect vehicle for our trip. Our group was larger and needed an SUV that would fit us all and our luggage. There ended up being multiple options available and ended up booking a large SUV. The owner even included a cooler which came in very convenient.

What a great customer experience. If you need a midsize SUV, Nick is your guy. The car is super clean and great gas mileage. I had to take my ebike in for a repair and move to a new location. Nick was very professional and accommodating. I will rent again and again from Nick.

After returning the car the owner wanted a review right away. I left him a nice review which I cannot take back. Two days later he sends pictures and tells me I violated his no pet policy. We DID NOT have a pet! Now he wants a cleaning fee for pets that were never in the vehicle.

Family of 5 seniors recently traveled to Homer, AK via Anchorage. It was our first time using Turo. After an initial hiccup, mostly due to first time use, everything was great. Host was easy to work with and vehicle well maintained. Loved that the vehicle had navigation to make travel easier. Owner's manual also included to assist with feature questions that arose during trip. Will utilize Turo on future trips.

I highly recommend Turo for a car rental! It was the easiest rental I have ever experienced and the car was perfect! Communication was so easy with my car owner! Everything worked as it should. Mileage was extraordinary. Returning the car was very easy! So happy I was referred to Turo!

Overall excellent experience. My host was wonderful and the vehicle was fabulous! The one area that could use some improvement is closing out/ending the trip in the app. This should be clear with “End Trip”, not Modify Trip and then having to “Skip” and “Skip”, etc. Thanks.

Turo is an incredibly user-friendly application that simplifies the process of renting a car. With Turo, you have the freedom to choose the exact car you want, and it's delivered to you hassle-free. However, the only downside I've encountered is the limited availability of luxury cars in my area.

This was my first time using Turo, and it was a great experience. The whole process was easy and smooth, no problems at all. The host had wonderful customer service and communication. The vehicle I took on my trip was clean in very good condition. I felt safe and confident driving his vehicle.

Very pleased with Turo. Easy to book and less expensive than other companies. Only recommendation I have is to get rid of the airport pickup option because I was told that’s not even an option. However, the host was very flexible in making arrangements for drop-off and pick-up.

My rental was far better than Enterprise or the other corporate companies. The cars are newer, cleaner, easier to pick up, and are half the price. The website has hundreds of cars to choose from and detailed pictures and descriptions. You also have direct contact with the owner in the event you have a problem or want to extend your rental.

Enjoyed the vehicle it was just the right size for our visiting purpose. Price was very competitive with other national local brand establishments and the renting process made it easy on my limited time requirements. People working the system were very helpful and caring. I will be looking forward to using this system again upon my return to Las Vegas!

Love Turo, great being able to search cars and read reviews. We have used Turo for 3-4 trips now. Love the fact many people will coordinate getting their cars right to the airport. We also love the huge variety of vehicles and prices available. Planning on using Turo from here on out.

My rental with Foster was excellent! He was easy to communicate with, especially since this was my first Turo rental. His car was great. It met my expectations. I would rent from him again. I drove the car several hundred miles and it only cost me $26.xx in gas! What a surprise!

Well organized and easy to follow instructions for first time user. Nothing went wrong which is all I expect. Host was prompt in responding to my questions. I hate writing reviews but I realize you need them. I used Turo based on a friend’s suggestion. I only look at negative reviews if I look at any reviews.

Excellent service and information provided. All was as described and excellent communication with owner. Needed to rent two vehicles at the same time and the Turo app didn’t allow me to do that without going on a different phone, very confusing at the time. Check your mobile app to give you the opportunity to rent additional cars at same time.

This was my first rental with TURO and Christa. My group needed a stout vehicle to carry luggage on a 10 day Yellowstone excursion. Christa’s 1500 Chevy Silverado did the trick! Communication was prompt, pickup and drop off were seamless and our vehicle was clean and efficient. We will definitely use TURO and Christa’s vehicle again soon.

Was quite pleased with the 2022 Telluride from George. He was very responsive to any questions I had and got back to me promptly. It was a little different to wash the car and take so many pictures to show the condition of the car. But with the cheaper price it was well worth it.

So overall my experience was great. I did have an incident with the rental car and I am taking care of the issue, not so happy about my host. She gave me a bad review after I’m taking care of my actions. I feel like you have an ungrateful host that is not understanding to work with.

When looking for a place to rent a car while out of town, I stumbled upon Turo. I was skeptical since it looked like I would be renting a car from an individual, but decided to take the chance. I'm so glad I did!!! The vehicle was dropped off where I was, and when I was done with it I left it in the same spot. We didn't have to find a way to get to a rental store to pick it up. SUPER convenient, AND cheaper than the rental companies! The car was so clean it was like it was brand new. Jeff was amazing, and I will sure use his vehicles again if I'm back in the area.

Our first EV experience! Loved the car but the best parts were the brakes and the acceleration. Cyrstal was great as well. She spent a lot of time with us so we felt confident on the road. Maybe the wife and I can afford a Tesla one day, in the meanwhile we'll rent Crystal's again...

I had the absolute best experience using Turo for our vacation!! This was my first time ever and after I found a jeep the owner had to cancel due to a wreck. Turo found me another one within hours and ever covered the cost difference! Wow!! I will definitely be using Turo for all my future needs. Well done guys!!

My experience with Turo has been of excellence. It has been experienced like no other. I prefer the Turo over your normal car rental. Very convenient far as location to pick up the car. The cars are very clean like almost brand new, clean inside and out, the several cars that I have rented. But once again my favorite part of renting from Turo is the hostess, their going above to satisfy their customers.

My son Devin used the Turo app for his car rental and later referred me. I was pleasantly surprised; it was very convenient. I completed the entire transaction on the app, from my home and located a vehicle of my choosing about 10 minutes away. The vehicle was very clean and ran great. I like that you can pick the vehicle up (for an extra fee) or have it delivered to your home. I would definitely refer friends and family.

I rented my vehicle with Humble and the car was clean, smelled good and in great condition. He was quick to respond to any question or concerns I had. I will get another vehicle from him my next trip to Rhode Island. Real nice guy and very professional. Absolutely worth it!

My first-time experience with Turo was absolutely great!! The process was stress-free, no lines, clean and convenient!! My host was absolutely amazing!!! The car was nice and clean. We also added a car seat for my little one which saved us energy, time and money!!! The ability to walk straight out to the car and avoid waiting at a counter meant the world to me. My family enjoyed the entire experience and look forward to our next opportunity to use Turo.

Host gave me 4 stars for not cleaning the vehicle. It's not my job to clean the vehicle and it was not damaged in any way or unreasonably dirty (which is why he didn't try to charge a cleaning fee). If he had asked I probably would have done it but it's not in the guidelines anywhere that the renter needs to clean the host's vehicle from regular use. I didn't leave any trash behind at all, it was just dust and dirt from normal use, not even excessive. Other than that experience was great.

We had a great experience. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. Car was great. Easy to drive, and really enjoyed. The amenities to the car had offered were interesting to explore, and try out, even considering buying a car or a model like the car from Ford. Will rent from them again.

Communication with the owner of the car was very efficient. Information on how to pick up the car and how to return the car was easy to follow. The car was exactly as described. The car was energy efficient and looked new. Very happy with this transaction. I will definitely use Turo again.

Two weeks ago I went on vacation in Miami, FL. I made a reservation from a rental car two weeks prior. When I got to the place to pick up the car the agent changed me $2500+ for security deposit and toll. I said, what? How much? I said okay, forgot it. I called a Uber. On my way to the hotel I was sharing that with the Uber driver, and he said to try Turo. In less 10 minutes I booked a car with Turo. My host was awesome! With Turo my trip went so smoothly. I highly recommended Turo.

I have been using Turo for a few years now when I travel. I would not consider using any other rental service. I have probably used Turo 10x and never had any issue. It is easy and stress free. I love being able to drive a vehicle I wouldn’t normally buy. Again, I haven’t had a single issue using Turo.

Cory and his 2023 Subaru Crosstrek was the best. His car was clean and beautiful and a pure joy to drive. It was perfect with no issues. Cory was a wonderful host. Always responsive when we had questions. He was clear in his pickup and drop off instructions. Our questions were promptly answered. I highly recommend booking his car and working with him. We will definitely use him again when back on the island.

App is user friendly. The only thing about Turo is they don't disclosed all the fees until checkout. Too many fees and driver's fee is on the high side. Other than that, Turo is convenient way to rent a car locally. And there are many car selection in all different areas.

This was my first time renting through Turo, and I must say that once I figured it out just how simplified this is to do, I do not believe I will ever be going back to a car rental company again. The process was easier than renting from a national car rental chain, and it was a better value for the vehicle.

When I contact Emma, she was prompt in giving me an acceptance response. Emma was extremely friendly and very patient answering all my questions. Upon arrival I found the car to be very clean and fill with gas. Emma even left a gift and money to help with the parking fee, since she had to drop the car off early due to a personal commitment. The car was easy to drive and very economical on gas (30+ mph). Turning the car in was easy as well. Emma even sent a 10% discount for any future trips. Overall I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. Thank you Emma.

Turo customer service via the app or telephone is outstanding. I will continue to use Turo to rent cars instead of the commercial chains like Enterprise, Hertz, National, and others. My only concern is the trip fees that are applied to the daily rate. In some instances, the trip fee is equal to the daily rate, therefore doubling the price not including taxes and insurance. This is cost prohibitive and has resulted in not renting a car because the total price is significantly higher.

Had a wonderful experience using this app for the first time renting a vehicle. Will continue using it going forward as it was personable, and much less expensive than using a rental car company. I didn’t feel like I was being nickeled and dimed at all. The owner of the vehicle was pleasant, punctual and communicated with us enough for us to feel confident of our reservation. I thank you for an app that breaks us free from airport rental companies. We can see exactly what car we are getting, not just “midsize”, “economy” that the rental companies do. The only (and most important) suggestion for your developers is to have a picture of the area of the car to take a picture of. It is so clunky having to go back and forth to see what pic is needed.

I have rented with rental companies but my experience with Turo has been far greater. I had an easy process from beginning to end and it was such a good experience I will not look elsewhere when I need to rent again. Truly a surprising experience as a first time user but turo is well organized and leaves nothing out.

Traveling for business is somewhat a hassle in getting a rental car. Using Turo is easy. Open the app, find the car you’d like to drive, then secure it for your trip. There are more types of makes and models than a regular car rental company. There’s some fun cars too.

Turo is the only way to go. Good selection of cars to review. Prices are very competitive. Also being able to pick up car right at the arrival gate is a huge bonus. Host was excellent to work with and the entire process was extremely quick and easy. Vehicle was excellent. No more big car rental operations. Highly recommend!

Turo app is a life saver. I live in a town that rental cars a few and far between. Those we do have are closed on Sunday. So this app is much needed. Only issue I have here is there is only a few cars available, but those that are, the hosts are willing to go out of their way to work with you.

I’ve been wanting to drive a 4Runner for quite some time now, so I’m glad that I was able to drive one through Turo. It was a very fun and easy experience. Not to mention the price was great as well. I will definitely be renting through Turo again in the future.

This was my first experience with Turo. It went very smoothly to make the reservation other than I made an error with my email. The customer service department was very helpful and fixed my issue. They also were very helpful when I wanted to add an additional driver. The person I rented from was great and extremely helpful too. Overall a great experience and I will definitely use Turo again.

Christopher was always quick to respond to my messages and made sure picking up and dropping off his vehicle was as easy as possible. I appreciated his flexibility on the drop off as it saved me a Lyft to the airport. The car was squeaky clean and I had no issues driving it around Vegas. Thanks!

Basically, our Turo car host tried to make us pay about $1,000 more than what we actually owed. I had decided to try Turo as there seemed to be a lot of good reviews. Big mistake! The car rental itself was okay but it was the over two months afterwards that was so very stressful. While we were renting the car, we were in a hit and run. To make a very long story short, the Turo host told us the cost of the repairs but it was a lot more than what my insurance company found to be the amount.

We had a great experience with this car and the entire process. Everything was seamless from the start and the car took us all around Utah without any issues! The inside of the car was clean and the hands-free check-in went very well. Parking in the airport lot was also not as difficult as we thought and simple to get to the airport for our flight.

Cost ended up being as much as a regular big shop rental. Owner was accommodating. Provided us with beach gear (umbrella, snorkel gear & a cooler at cheap rate). The car was super easy to return. We encountered problems with Hertz Rental (Hertz in Kauai is terrible). We stayed at the north end of Kauai, so finally getting a car there was a big relief.

Great customer service, quick response and resolution to satisfy the customer. Vehicle was clean. Cleaner than some national car rentals companies. I needed to rent a truck and this was so quick and easy! Next time I need to rent a car I will be using Turo again. This was much easier and way more convenient than going through a car rental company such as Enterprise. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to pay for another full day's rental fee just to extend my trip for a few hours. I wish they had an hourly rate.

First time with Turo. After searching Enterprise, Hertz, Budget We finally found what we wanted. The others claim to have jeeps for rent, ha, couldn’t find one anywhere. Found just what we wanted, and more, on Turo. Easy sign up, pick up and delivery. Our host was super. Always answered when we had a question. Gave us tips on drive ability. Made us feel like we were old friends. Will definitely consider Turo for our next rental.

The entire experience was great. First time renting a car on Turo and first time driving a Tesla. All my questions were answered quickly and the car was perfect. I rented this specific car because I am interested in purchasing a Tesla Model S of my own. Absolutely going to purchase one for myself.

I was very skeptical about using this app instead of a rental agency, but it was highly recommended to me by a friend. The person that I rented the vehicle from in Orlando Florida made the process super easy. I will definitely use the app again in the future and will also recommend the app to friends.

We used TURO for the first time this month instead of renting a car from a company. The host/owner of the car was GREAT - accommodating and responsive. The TURO app, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Notifications did NOT come through in a timely manner; there was no up-front explanation of the check out process, and all of the reminders happened AFTER we had already returned the car and boarded our flight home. And YES, I did have the app permissions set properly on my phone. There needs to be a COMPLETE email sent of the check-in and check-out procedures as soon as the car is reserved and paid for. We were unprepared for some things that were required during check-in and check-out.

Turo customer service helped me twice before my trip to North Carolina! Once when I requested a car and the driver declined the trip Turo called and helped me find and book a new vehicle. 1 day before my trip I got word our Turo vehicle had a cracked windshield. I called Turo and they assisted me in booking another vehicle and with ease. I love Turo and their customer service is 10/10.

From the beginning when looking for car rentals Turo came up and caught my attention. The whole process was easy and the customer service rep I had was excellent. I would not hesitate to go with Turo next time I need a rental. Ana was a great help whenever I had questions or concerns.

The first car I secured did not work out so well. An hour after I finalized the rental the owner texted and said he couldn't deliver the car at the time agreed upon. Unfortunately we had no flexibility on time. An hour later I had heard nothing from the owner so I texted him to see if he would cancel the rental so I could book a different car. He asked me to cancel it but when I went to do that I realized I would not receive all my money back. I texted the owner about it and he did not respond to my text. So I had to reach out to customer service. After to 40min of back and forth the situation was taken care of and they even helped me book another car and covered the difference in cost. The car we rented worked out great but a rough start to my first experience with Turo.

Initially my first reservation was canceled by host. When offered other options the Pic I viewed once I clicked on it switched to another vehicle at a higher rate. I accepted it because I became desperate. I question the integrity of TURO. However, my experience with the Host was fantastic.

Had a great experience, much easier than doing a normal rental car. Car was where they told me, gave me clear directions of where the car was located. Car worked great, was full on fuel, was clean, had no issues and would definitely use Turo again for rentals while on vacation. Satisfied customer.

Best experience I had in renting a vehicle. No waiting the car was waiting for me. Took less than a minute to get it. The car was New and they had a great selection of autos. On returning the car back even thou there were people picking up cars I was in and out in less than a minute.

Owners wife was 30 minutes late on pickup date and I returned vehicle 4 hours earlier. There should be some kind of refund or reimbursement for this kind of stuff. I gave the owner of the vehicle a heads up I was going to be 4 minutes late then I waited 25 more minutes for his wife to show up. She said she was cleaning vehicle but he posted pics of the at 430 saying it was cleaned and ready for trip.

This was my second time using Turo and we were extremely happy. The pickup and drop off were super easy. It’s nice to be able to pick out a car, unlike when you rent from a big rental car company like Budget or Enterprise. The person I rented from was great as well. Will definitely use Turo again.

We rented a Tesla for our trip to Bend, Or and had the best experience. The booking process was simple, the owner was responsive, and the Tesla was exactly as advertised. Our host Camillo was wonderful! Beautiful car, super informative and very quick to get back to us if we had a question. Pickup was a dream, but when we got back to the airport for drop off, our planned drop off point changed due to the 1st two parking garages unexpectedly being closed! I texted Camillo, told him we were now in a different parking area and that was it! Easy peasy! I would absolutely use this service again!

We loved the Ford Flex!! I do not care for FORDs, (found on road dead) but this car was amazing!! The AC cranked in 100plus degree heat almost the entire 2 weeks we had the car! We got several compliments and people loved the car too!! The price was way better than any rental company I checked out!! I have recommended Turo to all my family and friends!! I have already booked another trip with same owner!! Only negative thing is that due to the remote area we live in I have to drive 30miles to get owner's car. But that's not Turo's fault we moved to a small town.

Kaylee was very accommodating, she dropped the truck off at the airport and picked it up at the air. We Traveled without an issue. We will definitely contact her again on our next trip. We were please with the fuel economy and comfort of her pickup. She was very friendly and easy to work with.

The host maliciously stalked my trip and make it very difficult to enjoy the time I had with the vehicle. Additionally my phone security continued to alert me that my personal phone and its activity were being monitored along with the vehicle activity (which the vehicle monitoring I had no problem with, however it is illegal to hack into someone's personal information on their personal device) by an AirPod that the owner has placed within the vehicle. I am so angry that I am considering legal action against this host. I am consulting my lawyer currently with the evidence I have of these actions. On top of everything else I made the host aware of my dropping the vehicle off earlier that 10am as my flight left at 7:30am, (as found in the correspondence on Turo, the host is fine with this). I dropped the vehicle off the owner was not available as I left the vehicle gassed up and detailed and sent a message to this extent to host when doing so.

Like the subject says, Turo makes renting a vehicle easy. They request a lot of pictures of the vehicle, from the owner and the renter. But I can understand this, as this could serve as evidence in arguments between the two parties. Fortunately, I had no such arguments with the vehicle owner, Lt, as he was a great person to communicate with. If needed, I would not hesitate renting on Turo again, and I would not hesitate renting from Lt again.

I had a wonderful experience using Turo for the first time. The owner provided excellent communication and information. I would use this service again and particularly this vehicle the next time I visit Washington. The vehicle I chose matches my vehicle I use at home. It made it easy. Obviously there are many options to choose from the app.

The app was easy to navigate and set up an account to participate. The car owner was a pleasure to work with. I was so happy to easily rent an electric vehicle, especially the mileage maximum in the trip. The pickup and drop off were a breeze. All charges were transparent. My host gave me excellent instructions for the pick up and return of the car. The price of the vehicle was fair. The car was clean. I did not know how to work the lock box so he took his valuable time and walked me through it. I felt like he cared and I mattered.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My experience with this company has been a total nightmare! The first time I rented with Turo, they tried to charge me for tolls which happened after I had already turned in the vehicle. I disputed the charges but never heard back from the host or Turo. That should have been a warning sign but I decided to go with them again. I rented a minivan from one of their hosts located in Southlake, TX by the name of Karen. I rented this minivan for a 12+ hours trip from TX to Florida. I specifically asked this host whether her minivan was in good working condition as we were going on a long trip with my family of 6 including my 90 yr old mother. She told me everything was working good and she had just had her van serviced. She mentioned that there was a tire pressure light coming on but not to worry because it was just a faulty light and that everything was fine with the tires.

Both Turo and my host were wonderful. Booking was simple and and quick. Best experience I’ve had with a rental. The app is easy to use and I will definitely use it on my next trip instead of a rental company. I felt like the prices were fair for the area I was in.

The one host that I used was very combative with me. He accused me of smoking in his vehicle and displayed photos of sand as evidence. He sent me multiple messages being aggressive and continued to send them despite me asking him to stop. He left a very negative review regarding the smoking and claimed that I intentionally left the vehicle in a wet parking spot. He did not ask me about the spoke prior to writing the review and allowed me the opportunity to let him know that it was the only available space in the lot. I will not be using the platform again. The host caused me considerable mental anguish.

It was an excellent first experience with Turo rental. This is such a treat over the standard car rental companies. The app is easy to use and offers many vehicles for your pleasure. I chose a 2023 Toyota Corolla to keep my trip reasonably priced. This car was spotless, fueled and just outside the airport doors! The vehicle allowed remote access so the minute I left the airport I was able to get in the car and get on my way. Easy access and a very responsive host.

This, by far is the most luxurious and expensive rental way, ever invented! Upon getting my Corvette rental, everything was perfect. Exchanges easy, and the app is very sensible and easy to navigate! Great experience if I wouldn’t have lost the keys I would’ve still had the car……I apologize for not cleaning the car out before returning but I couldn't cause I lost the I promise this will never happen again….the cleaning fees have been paid. The vehicle, an 2020 Volkswagon, was easy to pick up and drop off. The instructions left by Josh were easy to follow and we ran into no problems. Received notification twice as reminders of when and where to drop off and to make sure to take pictures. The vehicle ran fine and we incurred no problems.

My first time using Turo was on a trip to Kalispell, Montana with friends to explore the Bob Marshall Wilderness Area and Glacier National Park. This time of the year in August, rental car prices are very high with the big rental companies. Using Turo was a significant savings compared to those big rental companies. I had wonderful interaction with my host Dakota and definitely will use Turo in the future when I rent a vehicle.

Receiving and driving the car and returning it were all very good experiences. From the very beginning to the very end, everything was handled very professionally. Turo needs to ensure vehicles are road worthy to protect customer lives and properties. About the last car I got, the driver seat adjuster needs to be fixed and check engine light should be professionally checked out. Inspectors should be hired and send out at random to check on vehicles. I also noticed other customer have complained about safety on this particular vehicle but Turo ignored it. Customer service don't seems to prioritize customers' safety either as one directed me to contact driver if they can provide another vehicle. Why would you think I will trust the same host with me life?

The van rental went very smoothly. The process was extremely easy and the host was accurate on the vehicle description. He was also at the pick-up location early and answered any questions I had. The checkout process went just as easily. I didn’t have any issues with returning the van and contacting the host upon vehicle return.

Great first experience renting through Turo. The car was exactly what I expected to get, the price was right the owner was very easy to work with and accommodating, and I plan to do it again! Navigating through the online app took a bit of doing for the first time, but I'm sure the next time I do it it will be far easier. I'm very happy with the results.

The car was beautiful and drove nicely. I kept it for the week. The host was super nice and I would definitely rent from them again. It was in a convenient location and the price was cool. I don't have anything else to say about this experience. Thank you so much.

I normal rent from Alamo when I go to Atlanta. I was worried at first because it was my first time using Turo but everything was perfect. The car location, the lockbox was easy to use, returning the vehicle was a breeze and most importantly the owner was very responsive. Will definitely use Turo again!!!

Great experience. Much easier and quicker than using other car rental places. Super nice and responsive host not to mention very accommodating. Would absolutely recommend to friend or anyone. Huge selection to pick from all types and prices of vehicles for whatever your need or want may be. Convenient and close pick up even late hours. Clean and comfortable.

I loved the car. It was so clean I thought it was new. The hosts were the best. I needed to extend my trip and they were very helpful. Then when I returned the car I forgot my garage door opener and they personally returned it to me. I will rent from them again and recommend them.

First time using Turo and will definitely use again. Claude was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and knew what to expect. Customer service that you don’t experience anymore. I was comfortable and confident with the entire process. Car pickup was easy even at 1am.

For someone who hasn’t done this type of rental, the pickup was confusing. I was told to pick up at a numbered space and there was no numbers on the spaces. It was hard to locate the vehicle, but I know that isn’t your fault. I returned the vehicle right on time, but I couldn’t get the email to send and it looked like I was late, but the person at the front gate knew I was on time. Otherwise, it was pretty good!

Car was great. Our only complaint was the darkened side windows. We were sightseeing in the mountains and felt the shaded windows hampered our views. Luis made the pick up and final destination very easy. This was our first experience with a Hybrid. We appreciated the quietness of the car and the good gas mileage!

The Camry was clean and in excellent condition. It handled well both in town and on the freeway. The gas mileage was amazing. Pick up and drop off instructions were clear and the process was seamless. I would definitely rent from Turo in the future and I would recommend Turo to friends and family.

We are new to Turo and used it twice on our recent trip. Both rentals were as described and the owners were great! Will definitely use when we need a rental car. There are lots of choices for car type and price. We were able to rent in areas that would be hard to find a car from a traditional car rental company.

This was our first time using TURO. It was so easy and convenient. So much easier than waiting at the car rental counter at the airport. The vehicle was extremely clean and smelled fresh. We will definitely be using TURO again the next time we need a vehicle for travel!

This was so much easier than a rental car company. The renter was friendly and prompt. The car was beautifully maintained. All in all I was very happy with my experience and will do it again. Much friendlier than, say, enterprise. The only thing I would change is a ride to and from drop off.

Host is claiming I violated smoking policy which is highly inaccurate! I took my kids to the beach this past weekend and sand residue was left in the car. Now I am being charged $165 for “smoking” in the car when it isn’t the case. Now I am having a hard time disputing this transaction.

I was a little apprehensive about using Turo, but my brother told me he had a great experience so I tried it and I’m so happy I did. I have never had a more streamlined experience renting cars than I did with Turo. It was easy, convenient, the car was perfect for my needs, and the price was good. Will definitely continue to use Turo in the future.

The car was extremely clean on the inside. The outside of the vehicle was not clean. There were two compartments inside the vehicle that were not clean and contained trash. The vehicle handled well. There were a few scratches on the outside of the car. There were useful items in the trunk to clean the vehicle if necessary. Too much time was taken when picking up and dropping off the vehicle. The owner of the vehicle was extremely courteous, which made me feel at ease.

Michael was great to work with. Very hospitable and courteous. The car was awesome and I even looked into buying it. It was very clean. It had a great ride and awesome fuel mileage. I have told many friends about joining Turo because of the great rates, nice clean cars and ease of the actual rental process.

We have used Turo twice now and absolutely love it! The selection of cars is astounding and the prices are as good or better than big rental companies. Plus the cars are in far better shape. So many FUN options to choose from too! You can basically use it as a test drive platform that also fulfills your need for a rental car whilst traveling. Looking forward to our next trip to see what kind of cars we might find on Turo.

I was amazed at how clean and beautiful the car I rented was. Luis is an amazingly, excellent host. My family and I were 100% satisfied with everything. The car drove exceptionally smooth, gas mileage was perfect, and the car was super clean. I definitely highly recommend Turo for renting cars. You won't be disappointed.

My brothers told me about TURO and they were right! Wonderful service, great vehicle, great price. The owner picked us up at the airport and saved the day with loaning us a booster seat since the airline lost our car seat and stroller. Will definitely use Turo next time we need to rent a car!

This was super easy and Jerry was accommodating and super helpful! Would definitely recommend. He helped my friends and I find our van and it was a great service to use when coming to Arizona for a girls trip. He kept in contact and helped us when we needed him.
