Brandon was great. Great communication. Great vehicle. Perfect for our needs. Picked us up right at the gate at the airport and dropped us off at the airport. And gave us a place to wait because we had a gap in our time for departure. Definitely use Brandon service again.

We rented Turo 2 times while we're vacationing in San Francisco, first we drove to Yosemite National Park and Sequoia National Park, second we drove down for the Highway Number 1. Both were great experiences with great hosts, the communication was smooth, the booking process was fairly straightforward, the checking in process was good, the conditions of the 2 cars were both in great shape, and finally the returning process was good.

Picking up and dropping of was easy as 123. Looking for a vehicle in my budget and time frame was easy. I also extended my trip and that was easy as well. By just texting the host and he approved right away. I definitely would use Turo again. Thank you.

Since my first experience with Turo and Kurtis. I must say I'm impressed with the service and excellent customer service. I've dealt with quite a few car rentals and I say Turo is the best... True customer for life and Kurtis is the type of friendship you only get once in a lifetime.

Excellent host, ride was clean and well maintained and did not have any unexpected problems and accommodating the special needs also from y’all’s customer service. I would definitely recommend y’all to a friend and use again. Just try to lower young driver fee especially if they show they are good drivers.

Jerry was the perfect host...Totally responsive. The Camry was an amazing car... quiet, comfortable, efficient, and we got great mileage with the Hybrid. I highly recommend Jerry and his Camry! The car is beautiful as well. I've had many Camrys, but never a hybrid. It was a joy to drive and Jerry was wonderful to work with.

This was great!! It was convenient and quick. My host was so welcoming and understanding. I will most definitely be using the service again and I would recommend this service over the typical usual car rental process any day. The convenience of doing everything online and having direct access to the host was a plus not to mention the insurance coverage selections were affordable as well.

This was my first Turo rental. Great experience. Host was very helpful and his car was clean and ran well. The host was friendly, reassuring and helped me through the process as a “first time” Turo user. Price was reasonable. I found the process fast and easy. I would use the host and service again.

I have to be honest. In the beginning I was a little bit skeptical in regards to the webpage being accurate, but when I got there for my trip, everything that took place through the host and his willingness to accommodate us and flexibility for us to use the vehicle it was what made a difference for our trip. We really enjoy it and it was an amazing time.

I have used Turo many times but for some reason this past time I was unable to pull up the app once I was at the car. I know I was at the Denver airport and that the service is probably terrible but there needs to be a better solution for renters. I luckily took a screenshot of the important info but ultimately if I hadn’t, I wouldn’t have been able to get into the lockbox or close the lockbox when completing the trip. As it was I was unable to add pictures at the end due to this issue. Not the experience I’m used to.

This was my first experience with Turo and it was exceptional!! Easy check in/check out and rental extension was just a couple of clicks. Great app. It is much faster and less hassle than a standard rental. I booked the entire rental through the app and the host was awesome. A++ overall experience.

The rental was very clean and drove extremely well. Mileage even better. I would definitely rent from them again!! In fact I plan on renting from them in the near future. I have recommended them to a few friends already. One more thing it was easy to communicate with them as well.

Home owner was home when I dropped it off but he didn't come out came out and made up false accusations and I have proof he is lying. I'm legally disabled. If he wants me to press Psychology abuse I will. I'm not playing. Like I returned it better than I got it. My gf found A bloody tampon in the car.

This was my first time using Turo and it was such a great experience. This was so smooth, and the car was clean. The car looks small but it was able to hold my whole family for our Disney trip with room in the back for bags of souvenirs. Great value.

Everything was fine until the car broke down on me.... AFTER the first one broke down 2 days before and the host tricked me into not contacting Turo. Not only did the 2nd vehicle break down, but in cleaning it out, I found a stash whiskey bottle under the passenger seat that belonged to the host. I had my children in the car. I could've lost my kids. I missed two aligners and had to pay someone to pickup my children whilst dealing with the vehicle. Turo customer service saved y'all. The two hosts I've had thus far don't leave much confidence in future rentals, but Turo customer service redeemed that. I'll rent again through Turo, because they bent over backwards to make everything right. 5 stars for Turo, but not for the hosts.

I have rented many cars over the years from a number of different providers... Turo had a great selection of cars... I loved the ease of reserving the vehicle, the pick up and active cruise feature! Returning was just as expeditious a pickup. I highly recommend using Turo for your next trip!

Should of let you know the Ac wasn’t working well Some ac panels were missing also could of let me know needed a stool step for back seating, very high step . Otherwise everything else was ok.. Was glad gas prices were great for the Van. Thank you.

It was our first time using Turo and our host Mark was super helpful! He answered our questions quickly, made picking up and dropping off a breeze! We'll rent from him again for sure next time around! The app was also very easy to figure out for a first timer. It is very intuitive, easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. After this first very positive experience with Turo we'll be using the service again for sure. We're even considering offering our vehicles for rent in our town!

There is a young driver fee, but it is so cheap. $60 as opposed to over 100 for mainstream car rental services. If you are looking for the cheapest way to rent a car, this is it. Forget Uhaul, forget Dollar or Hertz. You can find cars for less than $50/day with pickup and dropoff almost anywhere!

Quadri was GREAT! He was responsive and went beyond expectations to make sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The car was super clean and well kept like we just picked it up from a showroom! Will definitely rent from him again. Made our trip better. This was my first time using Turo and it was awesome. So easy to use the app, as well as find a car. I do not recall seeing anything about the extra fees so I was surprised when I read the final invoice and the breakdown. That was frustrating to then have to look up what each fee meant. Other than that I will definitely use Turo again!

We had a very good experience using Turo. This was our first time using this app, but I would definitely use it again if the need arises. The owner of the vehicle we rented was very easy to work with and responded promptly. The vehicle was very clean and in excellent condition.

I was given a 3 day discount of $10.10 and then at the end of trip a ‘trip’ fee of $33.61! I Was not aware of a trip fee. I won’t use Turo again. I ended up paying $276.26. Yet, the final receipt was for $191.90. I just don’t understand it at all. AND I had to pay for the parking when I picked it up. Also had to pay for car wash and cleaning before returning.

The car was in excellent condition, just the way it was on the pictures. The owners were very helpful and thoughtful of the situation that I was going through. Definitely would rent from them again Plus it was also affordable for the type of car that I received. Thank you and I appreciate you guys.

I wasn't sure what to expect with Turo. I highly dislike standard rental car agencies. Figured I would give this a go. It was simple to get figured out. The vehicle I rented was able to utilize the vehicle unlock from the app which was a major plus. I didn't have to wait around for anyone and no one had to wait around for me. Zack, my host was phenomenal. Responsive, professional, courteous, and prompt with communications. I will be using Turo again. As well as Zack should I be in Nashville again in the future.

Rented a vehicle in Ft Lauderdale. First time using Turo and the entire process from booking on the site to the vehicle host could not have gone any smoother. We like to go camping and are considering purchasing another vehicle. This is a great way to “live” with a vehicle to see if you like it, and if it will accommodate your needs without dealing with salespeople. So far we have tried a hybrid (Prius) which was awesome, especially at the pump! We recently took out a CR-V AWD. I was amazed by the responsiveness and the amount of interior space.

The car I had originally reserved cancelled at the last minute. I was very upset at first until I called customer service and it was handled immediately. Great Service and customer service. The car was clean and well-maintained, a workhorse. I also enjoyed that it was a manual 5-speed and had good mileage. For a small car a good cruiser on the highway. I will definitely be using his services again. It was cheap to get the job done. It does not have the amenities of Bluetooth or power windows but for the value it is good.

I needed a car fast because mine was in the shop. I was able to book the same day and found cars right around the corner from my house. All the vehicles were clean and ready to drive. The price is the best part. Renting a car for the amount of days I needed at these prices amazed me.

When renting the car I was very pleased with the kind of car it was. Unfortunately, the first car the Turo host stated was in an accident so they had something else for me. Upon inspection after already driving off with car, I noticed ** in back seat floor so I automatically assumed they didn't clean it before I got it and took pics, sent pics to customer service and my card was still charged a smoking fee.

We’ve used Turo twice when heading out to Colorado Springs. The ease of picking up the car to dropping it off at the airport is great. The last car had a smell of exhaust in the cabin when starting the car, but once we turned on the recirculating button it was gone. We told the owner to check it out. The brakes were a little touchy and wobbly when coming down the mountain. I forgot to mention that to the owner. Otherwise, it was a great car and comfortable ride.

Highly recommended - At first we were quite skeptical and honestly not sure about TURO and how things really worked - but everything was flawless and we will be back for sure!! I have nothing but great experiences with Turo other than being charged $250 extra for smoking which I did not do but you can’t control what others may say or do to get an extra buck. Overall I enjoy using Turo and its convenience. They have many selections. I just wish I could find more rentals closer to home but it’s a great alternative for when you need a vehicle.

Jeiby is a very professional, prompt and courteous host. We had an exceptionally pleasant experience renting our Audi from him. The car was clean, he was prompt responding to messages and the tank was full. While we did not use the full mileage allowed, we were pleased that he allowed us almost 500 miles for our trip.

Andy and his vehicle far surpassed my expectations! I needed to make a few changes to the trip while in Honolulu and Andy was very accommodating and he always answered any questions I had promptly and clearly. Yes I was charged for a smoking odor when I know I didn't smoke in the car. I'm not paying because the owner thinks I smoked in the car. With that being said any person who is loaning a car can say the car smell like smoke even if it doesn't and your company will charge someone with no evidence that anyone smoked in the cars.

Turo was a great experience, particularly for me. I did not know about Turo, until someone mentioned it to me. I liked the fact that one can select the specific car needed. This means: size, model, style, etc. The service I received was really good, and I will use Turo again, next time.

It was my 1st time used the app and it was fast and easy to set up the account. Booking my 1st trip was seamless, with fast approval and reasonable prices, with quite a few options available close to home. Highly recommend if you are in a bind like I was during a holiday weekend with no car rental places open. I would recommend even if you are not in a bind also, it seems like there are a lot of options for everyone in every situation.

My host, Charles, was amazing. Everything went very smooth and the car was great and pricing was reasonable. My only feedback is why charge a daily fee for the Turo platform? I rented for 8 days and a flat rate would have been better. The airport fee I had to pay was $27 plus I had to pay a parking fee which I felt was unnecessary. I think these fees are too much and unnecessary and I will be taking that into consideration if I book again with Turo.

Turo is a great way to rent a vehicle. Masih is a great host. This was our second trip with him with his Toyota Rav4 and Hyundai Kona. Very helpful and great communication before and throughout trip. Easy pick up and drop off. We will definitely use Turo again and Masih’s car when in Colorado.

So much easier than going to a rental company! Better value and more of a selection as well. No hidden charges that I've seen. The app is user friendly, makes things a lot smoother. I like the fact that the rental period starts at the actual time you pick up the vehicle to the time you drop it off, instead of going by days.

Host was amazing, car was clean and worked great. Young driver fee caused me to have to spend more money than I would have liked. The extra $30 a day changes a really good deal to just an average deal. I spent $100 for a day. I could have possibly rented a U-Haul truck for a lot less and used that as my car for the day.

This provider sent me a false claim and quickly asked me to disregard it. That's is a red flag. Please keep an eye out for the provider. I return the car safe and no issues. The car is reliable and good but I feel like the provider is potential dishonest. Must keep an eye on.

Love this app, but I no longer need it! Yay! I bought my own car and was even able To get my money back from Turo on the days I didn’t need the car! I heard about the app while I drove for Uber. I quickly downloaded it and fell in love with all the cars. The selection is pretty bearable not as spread out as it should be, but it’s getting there. I had one person cancel on me at midnight, and I was not even notified and till I picked up my phone, but that was the only thing I was unhappy about.

Easy, cheap, and great quality cars. It was easy to get a car, pick it up, and drop it off. Prices were very competitive with the other rental services and there were few fees added. The car that we rented ran well, had great gas mileage, and gave us no trouble.

On my trip in a Turo rental, three of the four tires failed. I looked closely at the third, and it was a passenger car tire rated for a max load of 1929 pounds... on a Ford Transit 350 XLT, which weighs 10,000 pounds unloaded and comes from the factory with light truck tires. I paid for the first two tires to be replaced being assured by the owner that I would be reimbursed, and I used the spare on the third. It took Turo over two months to get back to me after telling me they were going to seriously look into the situation for potential action against the owner. Their communication at that point was to tell me that I was not liable to pay for any damages to the vehicle and that they were closing the case. I responded that they owed me over $400 for the repairs I did to the vehicle, and it took them another two weeks to issue that refund. With at least that resolved, I went in to review my trip, and was locked out.

As a first time Turo user, I was surprised at the ease of utilizing this site for our travel needs. We’ve always used airport car rental agencies and with those rates soaring over the past few years it has been prohibitive. Turo enabled us to stay within our budget. Great experience and will definitely use again!

Vehicle - The Tesla, Blu Steel, was in amazing condition, was so comfortable to drive, and was a huge part of the success of our road trip. Super clean, well maintained and a very smooth experience both picking up and dropping off the car at the host's place. Ours was a day long trip and the X3 made it more special. The host also gave us 300 miles driving on it so we didn't have to worry about additional expenses beyond the 200 mile limit. The fuel was of course covered by us. Highly appreciate the host for making it happen. Would strongly recommend it to everyone looking for a day trip.

We rented a Hybrid Highlander from Kate with Turo. The car was very clean, full of gas, easy to access in the Ride Share parking lot at the Airport. Because we rented the car to tour the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone, the hybrid was very important. The car worked like a champ! It fit 4 very comfortably and 6 in a pinch. It took the mountains like a champ and governed itself on the way down the mountains. I highly recommend the Turo app and specifically this car and host. Great vacation. :)

Car met the listing description. Great gas mileage, no mechanical issues, and the renter was easy to communicate with and timely in responses. The only issue we ran into was the windshield, washer fluid was empty or did not work. Pick up and drop off at airport was flawless, the renter dropped off early and left us money to pay for parking.

The suv was on time and was very clean, very nice suv, very comfortable with plenty of room for the family of 5, the host (Ray) was very helpful throughout the process, will definitely be using Turo on our next vacation. With a large selection of vehicles to choose from and great price range.

The Turo app system is easy to maneuver and use. The rental prices are better than going through a direct car rental service. There are a variety of filters to use to help reduce your search to make it simple. I would use the service again on my next travel without any doubt.

I only have one negative opinion about TURO which is the lack of communication to the Host prior to booking. I wanted to verify some things before making the move. My last trip, I had to book just to be able to ask the host to see if I can park my car at their home and come to find out that I cannot. So I had to canceled the booking then rushing to find the other car.

The app made the process so easy. It was a great experience with the host as well. Everything you needed was right there in the app and pick-up and return instructions are super simple. The host takes pictures of the vehicle for you both prior to and after your trip. You can take pictures as well to ensure everyone is on the same page! I would most definitely recommend using Turo for any trip!

My first Turo experience was awesome, Illia is a fantastic host and his car works like a charm. Browsing within the app is easy and select the car was super easy as well, the photos and the description of each car are fantastic. I’ll definitely use the app again and if the app becomes available in my country (El Salvador) I’ll definitely use it.

My husband and I rented a 2023 Kia from Hector in Portland, OR for eight days. Wonderful experience, the car performed well. Hector was helpful from pick up to drop off. I've not experienced the multiple photos necessary at the end, but understand why it might be necessary sometimes. Knowing we left the car as we had received it, I didn't focus on taking many pictures. In fact I didn't take any of the inside. The car was fine.

I had a great experience with Turo and this rental in Greenwood Village, Colorado. The transfer of car was so easy and smooth, the car was really well maintained and clean. Given what I have learned about this rental program and given my frequent travels I am considering using Turo more. The rental car companies definitely have their hands full now to compete with Turo. Similar as Cab companies have with Uber/Lyft.... Great experience again!

Taken advantage of. Following leaving “auto fleet” Turo vehicle good review, was charged $35 for leaving gas 40 km less full than when we received vehicle. User “auto fleet” in Calgary filled tank to max (which was not how we received vehicle) then charged us in full. Would not rent from this user again.

Had a great experience. This was my first time and it was very easy to use. The SUV was exactly where it was supposed to be and the host was easy to communicate with. I will definitely use this again. We even had a little problem with the airlines switching our flight at the last minute but we didn’t have to worry about our vehicle being rented to someone else.

Garry (the car owner) was extremely responsive via texts and accommodated several flight delays I experienced (both arrival and departure). You need to warn people about renting a Tesla or other EV. 1) 100% battery trip life is a lie. 2) The recommendation is 20 and 80% battery life which limits drive time. 3) If you drive more than an hour at a time you will need to charge up and be inconvenienced. 4) Gas cars are better for long drives. I wish Turo made these disclaimers before renting me an EV.

The host told me it would be an additional $44 for a total of $99.64; when I returned the vehicle my total was 199.27, Turo charged me 2 trip fees for extending 2 hours. Stick with traditional rental companies. Turo is a scam & very misleading.

Our reservation on turo was cancelled 22 hours before the car was to be picked up. The reservation was made 2 months prior. Turo could not provide a vehicle of acceptable size. They also could not verify that any vehicle would be available upon our arrival because it was such short notice. Their suggestion was to fly cross country and hope their would be a vehicle there for me and my family. I was forced to book a 3rd party rental car which cost me an additional $1000. Turo offered only $250 as compensation. Leaving me with the additional $750 the day before I left for my trip. It also took over a week, and multiple attempts by me (was told 72 hours) for a supervisor to contact me. Avoid at all costs.

This was my first time renting a car with Turo. Key reasons to choose Turo vs. standard renting was the ability to have the car delivered to my home and return the car from my home. I was impressed with the vehicle selection and pricing, as it was far more desirable than standard renting companies. My car and host experience was outstanding.

We chose Turo because it was cheaper and we could pick our vehicle. The process was very easy. Our car got switched at the last minute for a different color but same model. Car was a little sour smelling but we picked up a car freshener and it didn’t bother us the rest of the trip. The pick up and drop off was pretty easy and we had a place where we could wash and vacuum for free before returning and we were happy to do that. Would definitely use Turo again!

Our trip went well, in part, because of our car rental with Turo. As facilitated by our car owner Ian, our Pick-up & Drop-off at Appleton Airport went smoothly. Lockbox was easy to navigate. Great experience, only had one experience where the car was dirty and the owner was a jerk, a BMW in Seattle, Wa. He was a manipulative and his car was extremely dirty and claimed I didn’t fill the gas. I don’t recommend him. However I’ve rented in several other states and had great experiences.

Great trip with the exception of equipment issues with the vehicle. The owner addresses the vehicle’s dead battery within about a day, but we had to pay to jump start the vehicle twice at $20.00 each. Also, the key fob battery deteriorated and has to be replaced by us at a cost of $10.00 for that 2032 battery. We realize that these things do happen, but felt that we should have been reimbursed for our costs.

My group had a wonderful experience. Kodiak is not a high tourist destination, so finding a suitable and reliable vehicle is paramount. Standard airport rental companies could not meet my needs. I am disappointed that I would be extra careful with Ulga's car. Barely driving it just to receive a message saying something about damages just to get another 500 dollars out of me. Justin’s 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan we used in Alaska for our 10 day trip worked out perfectly. Plenty of room for 4 adults with all our luggage. Very clean and excellent gas mileage. We drive it as if it was ours at home. Went from Anchorage to Palmer to Soldotna. Handled all the hills well!!

All went very smoothly. Our car owner responded quickly and thoroughly to any questions that we had. Way better than waiting at the airport rental counter for long periods of time and seeing hidden fees when coming to the counter. One suggestion - there is no way to see or request rental charges for longer term rentals, such as a monthly rate.

Visited Atlanta for four days and three nights and rented the vehicle and it was a great experience other than the oil change indicator came on and the vehicle seems a little sluggish at take off, but other than that we got back and forth with no issues and we got around all weekend on that one full tank of gas which is always a plus.

We rented a car from Turo this past trip. We had lost the key to the vehicle on the first day. We were hundreds of miles from our home. Turo did not have a clear direction on what to do during this situation and we had to very much figure it out ourselves. We contact the nearby dealers to locate one that could help us. The key was supposed to be made in a couple of hours but the new key did not work because of an unforeseen defect to the car. We were in communication with Turo and the host regarding this. We did not want to become liable for towing the defective car back to its host and we had already lost a whole day. We paid for the dealer to work around the defect which was an additional $700.

I love this company. On my third rental now with this company. I only had one issue when booking a car that wasn't available but the money was already taken out my bank account. So Turo quickly offered me replacements and paid the difference for the car I had chosen. The customer service rep that helped me over the phone was awesome! I believe her name is (Laurie). She actually reached out to me before I could call her because I was pissed at first & very disappointed once I reached my destination and no car was there. I was recently scammed by the owner and Turo did nothing to address the issue. Somehow a tiny piece of cigarette wrapper ended up in the van and the owner assumed someone smoked in the van without any evidence of actual smoke or smell. I had 3 children in the car and no one in the group smokes. Turo automatically sided with the owner. Very disappointed with all parties. Will not use again.

Jabari was a great host, the car was fun and awesome at the same time. We got so many compliments in his Vette that it was unbelievable (a lot of people thought it was a Ferrari). I would definitely choose Jabari again in the future. Thank you very much Jabari. You were great.

Transparent safeguards during the check-in /check-out processes offer protection for both the car owner and renter inspiring user confidence. -- Any hesitation I have using the service again, are concerns stemming from a potential lack of effective communication between the car owner and renter. In my day-to-day experience as well as with the Turo app, when SMS/text messages are written in haste, the clarity of the message is often lost due to a lack of detail and broader context. If either party did not provide clear focused correspondence and timely instructions, the overall customer experience would devolve rapidly. Fortunately this did not happen in my experience, but one happy car rental and trip doesn't guaranty a second.

The car was great. From beginning to end everything was outstanding. This has a more personalized feel, so much more inexpensive than those coorporate outfits & much more personalized. I hope that it stays this way, & as long as they remain like this Turo will have my business each & every time. I've already spread the word to my friends & family.

This was what really made our trip the best! Our host was such a great help and so kind all through our little journey. Even the months leading up to the trip, he made me feel welcome and safe that everything because was going to be great. He was so right! I will always look forward to using them and Turo in the future. I’m so happy we did this!

While renting Scott's Smart EV was great and did the job as requested, we are not familiar with EVs and the requirement to return at full charge was stressful as we are not familiar with these services. I would suggest removing this requirement to return at full charge for EVs or provide guidance on how to do so.

It was wonderful, the host LaTanya D was excellent. The experience itself not have to put a big down payment or deposit like regular car rental agencies - just pay the full amount of trip, knowing there are no extra cost or hidden fees. I love it - will use TURO from now on.

Renting a car thru Turo was extremely easy. A friend recommended it to me so I tried it on a recent visit to PA. Get off your plane, go straight to your car. Morris is very good at explaining everything. I was a little early at returning the car so had to text him, didn’t have an email about end of trip so I could upload photos but he did it for me. Very helpful!!!

It does exactly what it says it will do. Best app ever. I came across this app by accident while looking for a Hertz’s. Best find I’ve had in a long time. I will never rent from anyone else. I’ll be trying it out in Canada next summer for my vacation.

It is my first time renting Turo and have a good experience but only one thing is locate the SUV on the parking lot blue. Brett it is easy to communicate with him in regards any questions we need. Also he have a nice SUV and I will recommend to anyone to rent with Brett. Thank you.

Our son travels a lot and told us about Turo so on our latest trip that’s who we went through. The app was easy to use and we heard from Miles right away. It was a great experience. Miles had the car ready to go. It was very clean. We will definitely rent through Turo again and highly recommend Miles.

Hi, I am not great on apps, etc. but was interested in this service. I found the cutest car, a Miata convertible, to rent when I went to California. I was pretty nervous about how all of this would work but it was not too bad. The host was very helpful and gave lots of good information up front. I was able to change to an airport drop off when I realized I would be running short of time. The car was an absolute blast! Fun to drive, good pickup and great on those California curves. The top down was the best. Clean of course. I had not issues with the car and really enjoyed having something different. The drive from SFO to Monterey was beautiful and the fun little car zipped right along. I would rent this baby again! Thanks folks for use of this little guy -- it added a fun dimension to the trip to visit my daughter.

Awesome. Everything was super easy - the instructions how to find car and return car. The car was awesome, super clean, everything worked in the car. I was pleased with the response time. Was very fast when I had questions. I'm super grateful for this app and the folks that have cars to enjoy on this app. I would definitely use this app again. No problems at all. Thanks Turo.
