What a fantastic way to rent a vehicle, there’s no need to use the big name car rental companies anymore…All those fees and headaches are not going to happen using TURO. Such a simple, streamlined process using the app. I am forever sold as a TURO user. The car was clean, the host was amazing. No hidden fees, and if you must modify your trip or shorten it you can get pro rated the money back with 0 penalties.

Rented a 2021 Toyota Sienna for my family of 6 while vacationing in Hawaii. The pick up experience is fast and easy; also, the return was painless also. The only thing I would recommend Turo to add is the distance of the car to my hotel location. It costed me additional $45 to get a UBER to pick me up and drop me off to the hotel.

Timothy was very detailed and put me at ease with his Turo system. This was my first time renting a car on Turo. I will definitely rent from him again. The before and after photos of the car were very helpful. I thought Timothy was an excellent host. I highly recommend this car rental and this host.

My transaction was seamless and efficient. The Turo experience was one of the most exciting part about my vacation. Our was was professional and personable. And booking the trip was hassle free. Picking up and dropping off the car was hassle free and a huge time saver. No more standing in long lines. I will recommend Turo to all of my friends and family.

Service via email was phenomenal. Response to my questions were within a 10 minute or less window. The mini-van was used but in satisfactory condition. I didn't expect a shiny 2022 or 2023 vehicle. I've been recommending this service to all my friends. Thank you.

Ricardo was such a great host, the Chevy Tahoe was great and perfect during our family trip to CA. He responded very quickly when I had any questions. The vehicle was clean and very taken care of, I would definitely recommend him and I’d for sure rent from him again for our next trip back out to CA.

I have done 4 trips so far and I think TURO is awesome. I tried the same car twice on the big island. I have been very communicative with the owners of the vehicle. I have taken great care of their vehicles, kept it clean, driven them safely, and enjoyed the time I was on the different Hawaiian islands. Kauai was fun! Maui was fun! I hope someday I can be a host as well!

This was my first experience with Turo and it was great. Easy and quick pickup and return. Great communication when I needed information. It was a little difficult to take pictures of the vehicle at night in the parking garage but I did the best I could and it seemed to be ok.

I’ve only been using Turo for a few months and I’ve ran into some of the sneakiest people on this app, some people are only on here to try and scam, charging people extra fees knowing the car wasn’t fully cleaned or the tank on full when given to you. They want you to clean then bring it back on full without that being in the description all while filing false claims for scratches that were already on the car. Please beware, if it seems shady, it is! Just go to Enterprise.

Had the best time driving our rented Subaru Outback in Alaska for 12 days. It was hassle free and easy to pick up the car from our host. No lies, no worries. The car was clean, the host was communicative and accommodating with clear directions for pick up and drop off. Will use Turo again!

We had a great holiday, it was made easy with Turo. We felt very safe in our car from Jon who communicated via message with any questions. Our original car was cancelled a couple of days before our trip as the original car wasn’t able to be rented. Our host and Turo had it sorted straight away and any extra fees were covered by Turo. Car was very clean. In perfect shape mechanically. Very fun to drive. Acceleration is amazing. Wouldn't recommend the back seat, it's hard and bumpy on the road. Turo is a great service for leisure trips, but is not reliable for essential travel. I booked a cargo van rental for an important project in New York City, about 200 miles from my home. Minutes before my trip was scheduled to start the host messaged me and told me that he decided he wanted to use his van during my rental period and was canceling my reservation. I spent an hour trying to get through to Turo customer service. They offered me a number of different types of vehicles that would not be appropriate for my project. Then they finally found a passenger van that was 45 mins. from my house. Because I didn’t have another option, I agreed. I spent $50 on an Uber ride out to pick up the vehicle. Then I had to remove the seats and move them into a my storage unit, injuring myself in the process (I hadn’t planned on moving heavy bench seats out of a van so I didn’t have anyone there to help me).

This was my first experience with Turo and it was a great one. Everything went very smoothly from the pick up at the airport, thru the 2 weeks I rented and the drop off. I was very happy with my host who responded quickly to my messages regarding the process.

Being my first experience with Turo, could not ask for anything better! I received notice the Terrain was left at airport and where before I flew in. Left terminal and found vehicle right away. It was very clean. So nice it was newer vehicle than mine. It was easy to get use to driving! Thanks for great vehicle and service!

We are so happy that we found Turo, this has made renting a car a breeze. I exceptionally enjoy the way the app is set up and how you are available to have personal contact with the owner of the vehicle. Moving forward we would definitely use Turo for any of our rental car needs especially if we have the opportunity to work with Judah (Honda Accord) again.

I went to BC for fews days and rent a car. I bought some weed and never smoked in the car. Then the owner charges me 250 USD for cleaning fee as he said I smoked in the car. The only proof he got is something like 5 grain of sand that was on the seat. He says it's ashes and it's obvious I smoked in the car. Then Turo kindly ask me if I have PROOF, that I DIDN'T smoke in the car, once I am back in Montreal. I got scammed 250USD and they keep emailing me to say they have the best interest in helping me and ask me for these proof. Basically, anyone could say you smoked in the car and charge you 250USD. I am telling everyone not to use Turo since, worst service I got. Who rents a car for 3 days and smoke weed inside, come on...

Pick up of vehicle was very smooth and quick. Just walked out to the car, loaded luggage and we were off. No standing in line in the airport or waiting for the car. Mike threw in 2 complimentary beach chairs, a case of waters and the keys and $$ for parking were in the car waiting for us. Very smooth and very much appreciated. We will use Turo again.

First of I'm only upset with Turo because of how the host is able to cancel a reservation only moments before. So I initially rented a camaro from one of your hosts and as I was landing in Denver colorado I received a message of cancelation due to some tire damage that occurred on a previous rental, which I understand happens, but here me and my wife are now stranded at the airport. Yes turo did eventually call me and find me another rental, but it was substantially more money a day than what I wanted to spend, but here again I kinda had no choice but to take the s.u.v because again we were stranded at the airport.

Very easy to pick up, didn't like the fact that I had to pay for the parking. Not sure if I was told that in the beginning, but Loi was a great host and I'm sure it has to be done that way for ease of pick up. In which it was...Other than that 5 stars!

This was my first time using the Turo app and it was extremely easy to book and communicate with my host. The host was extremely friendly and responsive and gave very clear instructions on what is expected using their vehicle. I would like to also add that there were plenty of other options available.

Andre made my first renting experience amazing and easy. Helped me every step of the way and would help even more. Has an amazing Porsche that's a dream to drive and a very good variety of other vehicles for a family to go out in or you and your significant other to cruise around in with the top down. I'll 100% recommend him to my friends and family.

Turo app was hard to navigate so instead we corresponded directly with Saratoga Automotive who was always available to answer calls and very helpful. When we ran into trouble second day of rental they were right there to get it fixed with a 2 hr delay in our daily plans but have tried to compensate for it.

Absolute wonderful experience. I recommend to anyone who is interested. The ride was good and the customer service was exceptional. The selection was vast and the price was rather fair as well as affordable. I look forward to using this service in the future. It also gives one the understanding of how a future purchase would be for the individual. If the vehicle handles the way you envisioned and so on. I like the ability to be king for day without the commitment long term.

I recently visited Montana with lots of family for a wedding. I landed at midnight Montana time and the car was there waiting for me at the airport. Everything went so smoothly. I would totally recommend using Turo. It was more affordable than your normal rental companies, and you're helping one another out. You're getting a car anyway. Why help big over priced companies when you can rent a vehicle from everyday person like yourself.

They'll bill you for wear and tear and damage that's not your fault! I rented a Tesla Model 3 for a short trip in Toronto about a month ago. On the trip I operated the window on the left side like anyone would. When I lifted up on the switch to raise the window the switch came off in my hand. I clicked it back into its place assuming it was already broken and continued with my trip. When I returned the car the host claimed that I had broken the window switch and Turo billed me about $200 to fix it. This is clearly wear and tear which should have been covered under the agreement.

Zach was there on time coming and going. He couldn’t have been nicer. Car was clean and as described. Best car rental experience ever. Being a first time Turo user, I am so very pleased with everything. Thanks so much. I will definitely recommend this service to my friends and family.

Rented a auto through Turo, best rental I’ve had, it was all that was promised! The car was clean and very well kept. The owner was very patience with helping with location of car and responding to any question I had. 1500 miles was plenty enough for travel, I didn’t realize how spread out the city is.

I had fun driving this car, and it handled the drive from Las Vegas to Phoenix like a champ. No hassle, no problems, and good gas mileage. Car had no problem making it through the terrain and how some of these roads can be between here and Phoenix. I will definitely look for this car again on my next road trip out of state.

We have used Turo 3 times already and each time my husband and I upload our driver's licenses and photos to each trip. Why can't Turo create a database of drivers' photos and licenses that can be linked/attached to the Turo trip so they don't have to be uploaded each time?

After using Turo I will never go anywhere else. I rented a Dodge Challenger for the weekend for a trip to El Dorado Hills. It was so easy and simple to pick from an endless amount of vehicles. The one I chose was so easy to deal with and very helpful. Picking up vehicle was so easy, a few pictures of vehicle for me, a few because car was spotless, showed ID and I was off, that easy. Dropping off car after trip was even easier. I will always use Toro.

I am so glad that Turo exists as rental cars can be ridiculously high and very inconvenient. I have used Turo twice and I booked two more cars for later this year. I compare the pricing between Turo and rental cars and in most cases, Turo has been more cost effective.

Edaurdo was super helpful and made the whole process so easy. I loved being able to have a car waiting for us in the airport lot and it was so confident to have it be picked up at our hotel. Everything was immaculate on the vehicle and it was just what we needed to get around during our trip.

When I picked a car out, where I pick up the car is very important to us. I picked airport. So I’m thinking airport. Not 15-20 mins away from the airport. That messed her schedule up completely. Then to not even know until night before. Only because I asked. Is misleading. Then we get picked up. Husband was asking questions about why it says airport and it’s not. He told us rental company rent these cars out. And he’s just a worker. He doesn’t know anything. But. I’m the end. It was Roland the whole time. That’s who I rented from. So he started off with lies.

I rented a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon to get to the trailhead that requires a 4x4 vehicle. Such vehicles is not guaranteed at regular rental companies. Turo has so many options and I was able to get the vehicle I need. I like that I am in contact directly with the owner of the vehicle and communication was so much faster and easy. I love that I don't have to wait in long line to get to my vehicle and drop off was super easy and quick as well.

Everything went well with the trip until I went to return the vehicle. I spent about an hour, vacuuming out the vehicle, and also took it through the car wash so that I could return it in exceptional condition. Upon return, the host, took a photo of a small pile of sand between the seats, and also a piece of a stick that was about a centimeter long. The host then claimed through Turo that the vehicle was returned, significantly dirty and smoked in. I have asthma and can’t smoke if I wanted to. I cleaned the car for an hour since I had it for a few days and was moving my belongings around. I believe the host is just looking for extra dollars where they can. I don’t understand trying to charge me $150 For this.

My Turo host, Johntin, was great. He made the pickup and drop off process very simple and easy. His communication was more than adequate and the vehicle was perfect for our needs. Would recommend and consider being a repeat user with this host. Rate was a bit more than I would care for but somewhat reasonable.

Honda Civic was in good shape and clean. Pick up point was easy to find using the app. The exercise of picture taking of the vehicle before and after the rental is an excellent feature. I’m have had an extremely disappointing experience with Turo. I have used services from multiple car rentals but never faced anything like this. The person who rented me his car has put up wrong and misleading review of mine.

When speaking with the host, they said it would not be an issue if we were not back on time, and we should just communicate with them, which we did several times. Then, we were charged almost double the original cost for late fees. Will not be using this app again.

I feel this is a great, private new way of car renting. Good business and people will keep the wheels and money rolling. Below average cared vehicles will not be able to do it for anybody. The prices are great and a wide range of choices. Without deposit and no contact, I am approached of the kind people who supply vehicles.

The pick up and drop off were very easy to do and in a well-lit gated parking lot. There was Good communication with host of car. There was Reasonable pricing compared to the rental places at the airport and off-site airport rental companies. The ease of digitally adding a second driver. The app itself was also user friendly.

Patrick was awesome. He was very responsive and accommodating. Pick up was fast and easy. The car was immaculate and perfect for a weekend getaway with our three children. We all had plenty of room to stretch out. I would highly recommend renting with Patrick. He has multiple cars listed and I think we’ll try the Tesla the next time we’re in need.

The car was clean and rode smoothly for my friend’s bachelorette trip to Savannah, GA. This is my first time using Turo, so I was a bit nervous at first to use it, but I really enjoyed using this service and would definitely do it again thanks to such a great host. My host was very responsive and communicated well.

We had a great experience with the app. The vehicle was very nice and comfortable. It was perfect for my family’s needs. However I fueled the vehicle the evening before we dropped it off. I was charged $17 for 1.6 gal of fuel. I do not feel this was fair and no consideration to the cost that was paid. I did not have any issues with paying for the rental, but the cost for “convenience fee” was uncalled for.

My host Mark was awesome every step of the way. He answered every question I had about using the app, how everything worked and anything else I asked. The vehicle I rented was new and clean, everything worked like expected too. The pick up and drop off was simple and all the pictures to document the condition of the vehicle was perfect.

It was great. It was the most memorable vacation I’ve had in a very long time, the car ran smoothly, it was greatly cleaned when I picked it up, it was perfect.. I would recommend this car to all of my friends. The lady was super nice and always replied in the matter of seconds. She was super reliable about any of the questions that I had.

The trip was great. Watching our youngest graduate and become a Marine was tearful and inspirational. The van was clean, ran great and had all the bells and whistles. The ability to travel with both Grandmas comfortably was amazing.

I have rented with TURO a few times and had a pleasant experience. Until I had a bad experience and found out TURO sides with the Host rather than the customer. ThtCars rented me a car for 2 days and for a micro scrape on the inside trunk from luggage. They are holding my securty deposit. Turo customer service from India tells me there is nothing they can do even after reviewing the pictures. I am done with Turo...it is good until you get a Host use your Security Deposit as additional income.

This was even more amazing than Airbnb! We have always rented cars and they charge you an arm and a leg for additional fees. This was the easiest and cheapest way to ever find a car! I will never go back to the traditional way of renting a car!

We were rented a car with two rear bald tires-did not realize until one tire blew out on the freeway it was so bald - then Turo would not rent us a new car or fix the tire until they sent us their emergency roadside assistance. After 3 hours of phone calls-a tow truck did not show up for 24 hours forcing us to cancel our hotel reservation for our destination that night and incurring additional fees for a new hotel and we had to rent a new car because we were to be at a family wedding and Turo's emergency assistance was not showing up. Their customer support is awful, disjointed and barely addressed any of our concerns. It is astounded that a company would care so little about their customers. Wish could rate a ZERO.

This is my third time renting from TURO. And this time was the same, value was great. You get EXACTLY the car you pick. Unlike traditional rentals that say a midsized vehicle you pick the exact car. I've saved between $150 to $200 per 5 day rental. Always clean and well maintained. I'll never go back to the traditional rental agencies again. There is a car for every budget at TURO. Easy pickup and drop off. Everything is done on the app. Great Communication makes the rental stress free. Strongly recommend!

I have used Turo a few times and have had a great experience every single time! The pick up and drop offs are easy, the host are legit and act professional about the transaction of their vehicles. I plan to continue using Turo, it’s a lot simpler than other rental companies!

The car and host were great. The search has a serious flaw. When searching, everyone looks at price and the search results have a daily rate with an estimated total. Because the estimated total does not include the Trip fee, Pickup Fee, or minimum protection plan price, the estimated total is worthless and causes a significant amount of additional time to learn the actual price of each individual vehicle.

Made our trip to Cortez so much easier and Jon and their car were great. Would recommend Turo and Jon to anyone who is taking an instate trip. Will use again in the future. 5 star experience all the way around. Jon’s cars are clean and run fantastic. We had no issues

Turo has been a great way for me to rent out cars that I would love to try! I haven't had a bad experience, everything from the Hosts to the website usability has been 5 star. Everything has been upfront and transparent! I have already recommended to friends and family!

App is easy to use, first time user, I was able to get the car delivered to me. I think that was the best part about it! I got the car and color that I wanted. No surprises! Nothing like a rental, car experience. I feel like it is similar to Airbnb. People keep coming back if you’re a Superhost. The person I rented my car from was a Superhost of Turo. Excellent communication skills. The car was beautiful - great gas mileage and reasonable pricing. I’ll always go to a Turo for my rentals, now.

This was my first time using the app. Everything went perfectly and according to plan. The only thing I would do differently is pick up my car from the airport if possible. It was expensive to Uber 7 minutes away to get the car ($32), and the same with getting back to the airport when I dropped the car off.

Excellent experience all around! Great communication with the host and very easy pick up after my flight. Other friends were having to travel up to 30 minutes to pick up their cars and using shuttles to get there. All I had to do was cross the street to the parking garage. Drop-off was just as easy!

I was very pleased with the connection that I made with Albert off your Turo website. Everything was seamless, the communication, the instructions and the pickup point of the vehicle, and then touring Hawaii for nine days and then returning it back to the airport. I liked the process very much and Albert was there the whole time with it me, with his phone number available to me if I had any issues or problems. Very very good experience.

I rented a vehicle for 4 days, mileage was not discussed. Why would I only want 600 miles for 4 days? The rental was 313. Now they telling me for mileage it's 200. That's crazy. That's the cost of the rental at any other car rentals place mileage is discussed

My employer changed my plans, so I needed to return the vehicle 5 days early. $541.30!! Even though the owner promptly took possession of the vehicle when I returned it, he then decided to cancel the reservation modification, and then billed me an extra 5 days!!! Then tried to claim that the car was returned dirty and needed additional cleaning! $150 MORE. Even though I had timed and dated pictures of the vehicle inside and out from multiple viewpoints at drop-off, as well as owner saying "Looks good", Turo's "policy" is screw the renter!!! They just automatically believe the owner and nothing I could do or say would convince them otherwise.

This is a great service… The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was because I actually picked the car up 2 hours later than I had requested and wanted to return it only 1 hour later 7 days later, but Turo won’t let you adjust the time… if the car is not needed immediately, I think the host should be able to adjust the time without a $60 charge!

We rented our car from Barry and he made it as seamless as possible. He picked us up from the airport and took us to the location where we could examine the vehicle and begin or trip. It was just as smooth to return the vehicle. The Audi Q7 as easy to drive and very smooth. We will use Barry again the next time we visit Oahu!

Yahne was a great host and her 2017 Chevy Malibu was very clean. Her car was in tip top shape and rode very smooth. She also communicated well before, during and after the rental. Yahne also provided an iphone charger in the car to ensure that my phone could stay charged while traveling. Whenever I need another rental I will be sure to rent from Yahne!

We had a great experience renting a car from Nigel through Turo. First of all the car handled brilliantly, there was more than enough room, and it was so economical to drive. We used it for six days and had the most wonderful time. Nigel was so quick to respond to my questions, and was very supportive.

Renting a vehicle can be costly and frustrating. Turo has the platform to make auto rentals easy, fast, and affordable. The selection of vehicles is also much better than using rental car companies. A little planning ahead makes it easy. Be sure to watch your message board, as every owner I've worked with will send you lots of important and relevant data. Also, they respond to your questions in a timely manner.

I mean he really was awesome So I even referred my daughters when they needed a car. I told them Thompson made me feel like that was my truck. I’m planning a trip in a couple of weeks so I’ll be hitting back up Thompson.

The car was clean and well kept. The instructions provided were detailed and communication was timely. The detailed description of the vehicle was accurate. I appreciate the host immediate response to my text or call. This was my first time driving a Tesla so I wasn’t prepared for the charging experience but we figured it out and enjoyed the ride and will definitely rent again.

I was delighted to find this service. It cost $900 less to rent a car on Turo than through a car rental agency, such as Enterprise. The whole experience was easy, beginning to end. The car was great and the owner communicative. I will definitely use Turo in the future.

I rented a car last week and returned the car on Sunday at noon. No problem while I had the vehicle. The host acknowledged the return shortly after I dropped the car. I gave a 5-star review at about 1:00 am when I got home. The next morning the host sent a message that there was a small scratch on the rim (about 1/2 inch). He wants me to pay the insurance deductible for the repair. I feel strongly that I did not cause this scratch which he later acknowledged may have happened with the previous guest. However, this experience has soured my experience with Turo. You could be blamed for something you did not do. I have photos of the vehicle, but when enlarged the 1/2 inch scratch does not show up. The host sent an enlarged view with just the scratch. The bummer is the host has my personal information forever, so I feel exposed. Renter beware. This was my experience.

Dave was a wonderful host. It was raining and he made it a point to keep us dry while he explained the rules. The pick up and return were simple, the vehicle was clean and drove well. Dave made it a point to explain details in the h e beginning.

We continue to have great experiences with Turo. Hopefully this will continue. Appreciate all the different options to choose from. Mainly wish one could contact a host prior to booking a trip like with Airbnb, in case one has questions about something specific. Please add an option for that. Also photos should be a requirement not an optional thing to do, so that it avoids the hassle of potential fraud by either party. Pricing for insurance isn't horrible but could be better.

TURO & Jennifer our host are great! Her communication via texts were helpful. Car was perfect for our needs. Jennifer was very accommodating & flexible. I left a jacket at drop off & Jennifer went out of her way to make its retrieval easy & convenient. The airport pickup location at BNA is a little complicated however Jennifer’s pictures & succinct instructions made it easy.

Experience was great! The only thing I felt I missed was “check in/out” instructions and didn’t take photos before/after as I didn’t know where they went. Maybe a better queue/nudge to take photos when dropping off to include because I didn’t notice until it was too late. I also didn’t see the “fill gas” and other basics for some reason until after check out.

The car cost and experience were great. Customer service called me four time and they all asked the same questions that I already provided information for in the app. I would also have to pull over because they just kept calling when I was driving. It’s 2023. We should be able to do everything we need to do in the app.

I was charged an extra $170 for a smoking fee. I have never smoked in my life. The pictures show what could literally be salt from food we ate in the car. Disputed and still didn’t get help. Turo is gonna be my last choice next time choosing a car.

Very easy app to use, quick and easy to get approved and the 2 trips I've made the people who provided the service were professional and kind. The app makes it easy for the pick up and drop off of the rental vehicle. On top of that it also makes it easy to adjust your trip if you need more time or running late for your drop off. Way better than any other car rental service and the price is fair and reasonable.

My trip to Upstate New York was wonderful. We first paid an overnight visit to my daughter in New Jersey and continued the next day on to New York. We rented a 2014 Lexus 350 SUV from Turo in Middletown, DE. This was a very easy online transaction. The cost of this rental was much less expensive than renting from the car rental companies one may be familiar with. As I use a scooter to get around, this was the kind of vehicle I wanted. The car was clean, comfortable, and a pleasure to drive. Being a nine year old car it had some minor blemishes, but that didn’t bother me.

Patrick provided excellent, patient customer care to this first time Turo user. His BMW was very well maintained & provided a gracious driving experience to the North Shore. There was zero pushback when I required an early finish to my trip; Patrick’s nearly immediate replies were much appreciated. Recommend Patrick’s vehicles & service without hesitation.

I recently had a troubling experience with a Turo [Canada] host named Mariet **. I had booked a two-day trip, and during the rental period, everything went smoothly. The host was responsive, and the vehicle was clean and well-maintained, with the only issue being some transmission problems. However, the real problem arose after we returned the vehicle. We adhered to our responsibilities by cleaning the car, filling it to a full tank, and returning it to the designated parking spot nearly two hours before the scheduled end of the trip. To my surprise, the next day, the host claimed an additional $28 for low fuel, and Turo [Canada] approved the charge without consulting me. The host submitted a dashboard picture that showed no change in the car's mileage and a fuel receipt. It made no sense that eleven liters of gas could be consumed in just one kilometer of driving.

Car was super clean and reliable, and Nichita was very reasonable and eager to address any questions or issues with the use of an electric vehicle, as it was my first time using a vehicle of that type. Look forward to use this service whenever I need it.

First time using Turo and it wasn’t because I wanted to. Transmission went out in our SUV while returning from vacation and were still about 4 hrs from home. In a pinch, I heard how much more affordable this was and boy was it. Not only that but the owner (John) was so helpful since I repeatedly had to extend my rental. I have already recommended this service to others and will continue to do so as a better alternative to Hertz, Budget, etc.

We didn't know if we were required to wash the vehicle and so we did and then it rained and later found out we didn't have to wash it. A bit on the high side with all the fees added. I happened to leave my garage door opener in the vehicle and when messaging them, they were quick to responds and held it until I was able to get to the shop on Monday since they are closed on the weekends (when I returned it).

I read online reviews before using the service. Loved the vehicle, a SUV, being dropped off and picked up at the Ilikai. Was a newer vehicle, low miles. The agent was on time and professional. Took pictures to document the condition of the vehicle. Will be ordering another car tomorrow.

Donna was a fantastic host! She made pickup/drop off very easy, responded quickly to all inquiries and her car looked just as it was posted, like new! We got 35 miles to the gallon on the highway and had plenty of room for luggage and passengers. I would highly recommend renting from Donna!

Turo is convenient and easy but the prices and charges are unbelievable. Only thing different from a car rental place is that you don't have to have a major credit card or deposit. So far I've enjoyed using Turo up until my last trip rental. And to think after renting through them for some time and getting 5 star reviews on your account, you'll think you'll get some kind of courtesy or a discount here and there, like part of a rewards program but no, not here. To each its own but because of my last experience and dealing with a first time host, I probably would prefer to go elsewhere for my rental purpose. And the cars are a bit on the pricey side and it's not worth it fr.

I don’t believe I’ve ever dealt with such a dishonest company. My experience with my host Joe was perfectly fine. His car was fine and so was he. Turo however is a disgrace of a company that blatantly lied to me about pricing through their advertising and customer service agents. I will never be using this service again and have reported Turo to the BBB as well as filed a billing dispute with my credit card company.

We rented a car through a traditional rental car company. When we arrived at the airport the car company overbooked and we were left with NO car. Our rental car was paid in full. My brother used Turo and I downloaded the app and within minutes had a car and bypassed the long waits at the rental car desks. If you want to have a car that is actually there when you need it coordinate with a Turo host. We almost missed an important milestone in our family member's life. The car was parked in an off lot and very very hard to find, especially since it could have been parked on the 1st or second row of Atlantic aviation. I had to go back inside and get airport personnel to drive me around in one of their cars to find the Turo car. Jesus told me there were only a few cars in the parking lot, but there must have been 300. He parked it out in a secondary lot where only new utility vehicles were parked. Then when I returned the car at 4:15 he did not pick up the car until 11:30 and the Atlantic aviation people grabbed the key out of the car and took it inside so the car would not get stolen. Next thing I know Jesus is posting a damage claim to the car…. There was no damage, and I get an invoice from Turo for 492.00. without even knowing what happened. Not a good 1st time experience!

I rented a car for the day and it was over $100 with fees, insurance and gas when it advertises car is $40/day. For a 2012 car that then had issues with Bluetooth connectivity it was a bit of a disappointment. I would consider again but not for a day as this was a bit too expensive.

We recently traveled to Maine by train from Boston. During our stay we decided to rent a car for a day and went to the Turo site. We choose a vehicle and agreed to certain terms with the owner, however, the day prior to our rental the owner advised that he could not stand by his promise to deliver the car to us. After going back and forth concerning our prearranged agreement the owner canceled our rental. Almost immediately I was contacted by a Turo representative who apologized for the cancellation and offered other vehicle options for the same rate as our canceled reservation. This worked out fine because we rented with a great Turo host by the name of Jeffrey L. who was very professional and provided a great vehicle and great service. Thank you to both Turo and Jeffrey L. (Maine). Would surely do business with both Turo and Jeffrey L. again!

Car was great and the user interface was okay. Our host was helpful but at the end was informed about damages on the car which we didn’t cause. Be sure to take all the pictures and have proof so you won’t be accused of a false claim. I would recommend using Turo if you’re on a budget but just be mindful.

Everything about this rental went very well. This was my first Turo rental and it won't be my last. The service was excellent and the car itself exceeded expectations. The benefit of using Turo was getting the exact make and model we wanted to drive. One other benefit we didn't consider was the airport pick up and drop off. Was unexpectedly nice in that we didn't have to move luggage around to the rental shuttle, unload luggage and move luggage into a waiting line at rental counter, and move luggage again to the car after taking care of rental paperwork. Jay picked us up in the car we were renting, all the paperwork was already taken care of, and all we had to do was drop Jay off at his office only 10 minutes away. Turo will be my go to choice for future rentals.

Our experience using Turo was great. We used Turo this summer on our trip to Lake Tahoe and Yosemite so we decided to do it again based on an excellent experience. Rodger, the car provider, was excellent. The vehicle was parked conveniently for our pickup at the Denver airport. It was clean and ready to go. Rodger's instructions were clear and we were able to start our two week vacation within minutes. The Subaru Impreza operated flawlessly during our entire trip. In addition, the fuel economy was excellent. Drop off of the car went very well. Rodger, thank you for accommodating our early return because of my severe attitude sickness and reaction to prescribed medication. I rate my experience as EXCELLENT.

My experience with the vehicle and the host was fantastic. We had some troubles with the app unlocking the car, so unfortunately I wasn't able to formally start the trip. However the coordination of the trip to begin with, and all the communication pieces to support that totally fine. I had a great trip, but in order to return the car I needed to communicate directly with the owner to lock it from the BMW app and not through Turo Go. Nonetheless, I really enjoy using this app and will continue to rent vehicles as needed with it. Many thanks!

What I love about using Turo is you don’t have to go to the car rental place, and lineup with a bunch of people while the desk clerk spends what seems to be an inordinate amount of time on the computer before they hand you your keys. With Turo you just pick up the car and go. On the two occasions, I’ve used Turo so far, cars have been pristine and have made my trips so much easier and pleasant. Two thumbs up.

Car was nice, dropoff was reasonable though didn't get much information on that until the day of. Got stopped by police at a gas station because the vehicle's registration was up to date. Let off with just a warning but was concerning that the owner was not updated on that (by more than 3 months).

I would highly recommend Adonis's Toyota Camry. I had some health challenges and missed my original flight. Fortunately, I was able to rebook a flight for the following day. I communicated with Adonis and he was very understanding and accommodating and had the vehicle waiting for me at the airport when I arrived the following day. I was pleased with the process for check-in and check-out, and the ease of communication. I had some difficulty with a flat tire during my trip. This was all handled beautifully thanks the the flexibility and responsiveness of the host. A new vehicle was swapped out in a very timely fashion. I didn't realize until picking it up that it would only take premium gas (ugh!), but oh well, it was delivered quickly. Then, when the trip ended, I was sacked with a melange of mysterious "fees" totaling around $150 for the replacement vehicle. Again, I simply paid it. Thanks the the ease of the process, but this was not noted up front, and in fact the customer service representative stated that there would be NO extra charge of any kind resulting from the flat tire and replacement vehicle. Do not make statements like this and then surprise your users with extra "fees" on the back end. Big no-no!

Having a host like Dominic made my trip that much better, would definitely recommend the app and the host. First time to Hawaii, and we used Turo on both islands we visited. Getting to and from airport in Honolulu wasn't a problem; but early return flight from Lihue didn't work with Turo's shuttle schedule. Had to schedule alternate transportation which was a bit of a hassle. Both hosts we used were great and would recommend them.

Overall it was a great experience. Going forward, I will make Turo my primary service for renting vehicle and I do recommend it.

My experience with Turo has been great! I’ve used this car rental system 3 times and every single one was a easy transaction! Vehicles were clean and ready when I picked them up! Overall Turo is a great way to get around if you are without a vehicle for any reason.

I was very disappointed due to the fact I was charge and extra $150 for something I don’t do. I followed every guideline but due to the fact it was an old cigarette bud stuck on bottom of my shoe and ended up on step board I got accused for smoking and charge $150. Not time did the van smell like cigarettes neither was ashes found in it.

I was skeptical when I first heard about TURO. I asked friends who had used the service and everyone said they had a great experience so we gave it a try and couldn’t have been happier. The vehicle was as described, in excellent condition. The owner of the vehicle made it extremely easy for pick up and drop off. Offer me tips for driving in the area and answered any questions I had promptly. The cost was probably less than half of what a traditional rental would have cost. Would highly recommend TURO.

I’ve been on Turo for about a month and each trip has been amazing. Each host has been respectful and kind; however recently I ran into a host (Judith) who seems to be a little sketchy. Judith is claiming I damaged her car however I took before and after pics of the vehicle and they show the vehicle in the same condition in each photo. There was absolutely no wreck or damage to the vehicle while in my care.

Jorvan the owner was really nice. Van is in good shape and very clean. Next time I visit CA I’ll definitely rent this car again. My only concern is the brake needs to be check. Car runs smooth and easy to drive. Price is way affordable compared to any other rental cars. This is my first time using TURO and definitely not the last. Next time I go on vacation I’ll be using the same app again if ever I need a car.

Turo is absolutely easy to use! It’s easy to find the car you want and for the amount of time you want it. And the owner was very easy to work with. This was a much easier process than renting with enterprise! You just show up and take a picture of yourself with your ID and you take pictures inside and out of the car and then the owner unlocks it for you.

I've used Turo in the US and the experience was awesome. I came to Canada and this experience has been trash. I have another rental scheduled for November but I think I am going to cancel it because I am too dissatisfied with this company. First of all, the car did not have all the amenties that was listed on the site. Wasted 3 hours and missed dinner trying to find a work around. I should've known after that the experience was gonna be super trash. The car struck a flat and Turo tells me that I can find a shop to repair the tire since it only has a donut or I could return the car and they would see if they could find a replacement. Clearly I rented the car because I need a car.

This was our first time to use Turo for renting a vehicle. Everything went very well. The car we rented was great and it was exactly as the owner presented it. We were a little nervous but Jake's Instructions on how and where to pick up the car were perfect. We will do this again for sure.

The car was nice. It was clean except for some trash under the driver seat. The car was easy to pick up and was comfortable to drive. I would recommend this car to anyone who needs a comfortable car with plenty of room. The host was very accommodating and friendly.

We rented a Kia Forte thru the Turo app I was skeptical but was very pleased with the entire transaction. The shuttle came quickly the instructions were perfect the car was clean and mechanically sound. I would definitely rent from Turo again. Both the pickup and the drop off instructions were spot on.

This was my first time using Turo so there was a bit of a learning curve. Even so, I feel it was a great experience to be able to select your car and not have to wait in line and wonder if your car is available from a rental agency. First time user here and it went so smoothly! I even had to extend my trip and doing that was so easy. The host was very kind and helpful and the car was so clean and nice to drive. When taking the car back, while waiting for Uber he even asked if we wanted a water. Would definitely recommend to all of my friends and can’t wait to plan another trip where I can use the app.

The Jeep was perfect for my wife and I, plenty of room and great of gas. Glenn was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to my questions. Would definitely use the service again and, if I go back to Glacier National Park I will use Glenn's Jeep again. Saved over $350 by using Turo as opposed to using Expedia.

Such an easy process. I was very pleased the host & car. The response was fast, the pick up & drop was just as easy. I’d definitely rent again & will be looking on this app when I need to. The prices are pretty fair too. The app makes convenient too because you can pick cars with close pick up locations to you. Mine's was contactless so I just got the keys, inspected the car and was on my way.

Another great experience using Turo. We rented the same vehicle as the last time. It was clean with a full tank of gas. We took the tram to the parking garage and it was easy to find the vehicle. Great communication with owner. We will use Turo again in the future.

We rented a van for a trip from Anchorage to Homer. It was very spacious and accommodated all of our luggage, a large dog kennel and 100 pounds of fish! For a bit of an older vehicle (2011), it ran well and handled like a smaller vehicle. Pick up and drop off at the airport made the process convenient.

First time using. Good experience. Have already recommended to several friends who travel. Both cars were clean and got immediate response to additional questions. I am newly retired and will definitely be using this service again. There was a very good selection of vehicles to choose from that would fit any need. From single person to a family.

My last 3 rental tips have been great. 4.5 stars. However there's been maintenance issues and then there's been a misunderstanding with being accused of wrecking a vehicle. The host has several vehicles of the same color and it was a little bit frustrating and scary at the same time. But I think I'll just have to do a better job with picking a vehicle.

Aloha! Our trip with La Auto Spot was amazing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We did everything through the Turo app. Everything from renting to returning was smooth and easy. Jeep was clean. We will definitely rent from them again on our next trip to Oahu. Mahalo!

If you travel to El Paso for work you know the big Rental Car companies are often out of Cars for weeks. Turo never seems to be. My experience in El Paso was perfect. Host had great communication, clean car (smoke free) and a fair price. The car being in short term parking was easy to find and quick to return.
