Everything went well! Host was great very responsive, helpful and friendly! I will definitely look into renting from her again when in Houston! The vehicle was nice and drove well. The host was very informative of all the steps needed to take to retrieve the vehicle making the pick up and drop off very smooth. Vehicle was very good on gas as well. This was the 1st time I used Turo. It was very easy. Great communication from the owner of the car. My husband has used Turo many different times. Highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a rental car & doesn't want the high price you pay at the airports...! I am so glad my husband helped me get set up with Turo.

This is like Air BnB for cars. I've used Turo twice and have been totally satisfied each time! I'm not locked into a certain time frame based on business hours. Both times I was able to pick up and drop off after 5 and on a weekend. Both cars were pristine and the owners were very communicative. Of course, because it's a personal car, I strive to keep it as clean as possible while I have it, but it's a joy to pay less for a better car!!

This is our 3rd time using Turo for over a week at one time. The host was wonderful, checking in & providing detailed instructions. He responded quickly if we had any questions. The car was immaculate and we enjoyed driving a newer model SUV. We will never go back to using a rental car company again. One thing we would like is for Turo to be covered through our credit card trip protection. Unfortunately, that is not something that is available. But having three tiers of protection to choose from through Turo is me a sense of security.

I had another provider cancel at the last minute needed Turo to help find me another car. They offered me a comparable car at the same price point. The car was very clean and a pleasure to drive. Mary was very communicative and helpful with arrangements and responded with clear answers and direction quickly. Pick up and drop off a breeze. I would definitely rent from Mary again.

My first experience with Turo was a great one. My host was easy to communicate with, I didn't get hit with a thousand dollar deposit, the option to purchase insurance so cost effectively is a prond. The array of cars vs a mainstream rental outfit isn't even comparable. I'M CONTENT!!!

Great experience with Turo! Had my first host cancel on me within 3 months of my trip but the customer service with Turo allowed me to find something even better! The car and host Dion was great in providing me the easiest access to pick up and drop off the car. The car was well maintained and clean! Would definitely book again!

Well I like about it when I booked the car it's on time, good condition and response is pretty good. Great agents. They are really helpful and explain everything to you so you cannot go wrong. They do a very great job. We'll be using this more in the future.

The car took us everywhere on the island. It was a beautiful trip. We were able to go to Mauna Kea, and it was absolutely stunning, a once in a lifetime experience. Highly recommend. We also explored all over the Volcano National Park. Car was clean, ran beautifully, took us where we wanted to go. Host was fantastic.

I’ve been enjoying Turo, wish there wasn’t so many extra costs but all around great. Some of the vehicles could be newer models but all around great. I’ve rented from some pretty good hosts and the last rental was great. His customer service was amazing and he went above and beyond.

My experience using the Turo app has been outstanding.. My hosts have been warm and welcoming, the pick ups and drop offs are easy and simple and if I’ve ever had an issue Turo's customer service representatives have given top notch service.. I’m in about my 8th rental and will continue to do business with Turo.. Thanks much guys..Keep up the awesome work.

As I learn more I see more benefits to using Turo everywhere I travel, it is so much better than the industry standard car rentals offer. You can always get a good deal on a good car. I rented a big vehicle for luggage space when we flew from Chile and a smaller car when I went for business purposes. I was able to get a brand new car for the business and a huge SUV for the relocation. Sometimes the pickup is a little odd getting used to and also the drop off but in the end it all worked out good.

Overall I had a great experience, however the only problem I had was upon arrival the host knew I was coming at 8:30am. Host wasn't ready for me. I had to call and to see where was host. Several phone calls later host emerged. I was not expecting to see so much of host personal mail and items in the trunk, glove box, and arm rest. I had to clean out the car so I could use it and tobacco everywhere along with loose change. Me and my son came back to the host to allow host to remove the items out the vehicle so I can use it.

It was the first time I rented a car and it was an excellent experience and it was very easy and quick to rent a car. The person (Yelena L.) was very nice and easy to work with. I will definitely rent cars on Turo again because it is very easy and fast and has very good cars.

My trip was beautiful. The car was absolutely beautiful. Everything was perfect The house was absolutely great. The car ran perfectly. This is the best app prices are reasonable location and pick up spots are easy to find very good. I had to rent a car for a funeral, my sister and my nephews were in a very bad car wreck so I had to come to Milwaukee, Wisconsin to bury the 12-year-old. Four-year-old is in the hospital with a spinal injury. I wasn’t able to see him due to strict hospital policies. Overall, the trip was good. I was glad to see my mom and my sisters I live in Arkansas and so we don’t see much of each other.

Vehicle location was easily accessible. Instructions were very simple on inspecting and getting going. Drop off was just as easy. I do wish there was a bit more flexibility for the drop off. Our flight was later than the drop off time by an hour and the rate to extend one hour was $120. Very steep imo. Had to rush back and get vehicle to airport by 10 am. Flight wasn’t till 2:45pm.

Easy pickup and drop off. Great host. Great selection of vehicles. Great prices. Easy to use app. Makes it hassle free. I highly recommend using this in lieu of regular rental car companies just for the cost savings alone. It is the only way I rent cars these days. I tell everyone I know about it.

Great time. Pick up was easy, communication was easy and punctual. What was described was accurate and comfortable. The price was excellent and so were the options. Our host was kind and attentive. I would recommend Turo to anyone and everyone. Turo is way better than Enterprise or any rent a car place...It's like an Airbnb for rental cars.

My contact with the host was exemplary and when I ran into trouble with tolls later in the day, he let me know what to do. Pick up and drop off was no problem. I even dropped it off an hour earlier and texted him to let him know my arrival time so he could pick it up. I'd highly recommend him.

Turo has some of the best hosts as well as outstanding customer reps. Most of the hosts respond within minutes and they address any concerns promptly. They have all been very friendly and I do recommend Turo to anyone looking for a car to rent. Kudos to Turo and their hosts.

My vehicle was in the shop getting repairs which was a horrendous situation. The repair shop kept my car for three weeks. During this stressful time Turo made for an exceptional experience! I ended up using three different host and they were all outstanding. The last two I had to keep extending my trip. It was never a problem. All the host especially the last were so understanding, professional and accommodating. All the cars were very clean and in spectacular driving condition. I highly recommend the Turo platform. Recently had our first rental through Turo with pickup in Albuquerque, NM. Everything worked perfectly. The app opened the vehicle and the key was inside. The car was clean inside and out and operated flawlessly. Return was simple - just park it and let the owner know where in the garage it was located. Will definitely use again if I have the opportunity.

This was our first time using Turo. We were a bit apprehensive at first but it ended up being and awesome service. Not only was the price fantastic, but the drop off and pickup were super easy. Our host did a great job with communicating each time we sent a question. We would definitely use the service again on our future trips and we have recommended it already to many people.

We had a wonderful experience renting from Sam. He was very great with communication and the vehicle was as described and well taken care of which we tried to emulate. The vehicle was filled with gas, and he was timely on getting the vehicle and returning it as well. Loved that he helped us load and unload the luggage and baby car seat and left us water bottles when we arrived.

First time renting on Turo for us. We were taking a trip to the Bay Area and all the rental car agencies were high. I looked on Turo and not only found a lot cheaper options, but an EV like I own. It was nice dealing with a real person I could text and interact with - so different than a rental agency! Highly recommend Turo, so much less hassle than your typically experience renting a car!

My transaction for the first time was smooth sailing, convenient, quick, safe, good vehicles to choose from.. There was issues but when I called customer service and they direct me to the owner everything was solved. The customer service experience was great.. Turo is a great app to download. I love the easy checkout and check-in procedures and the quick response you get from the person you're renting from. I will definitely be renting from TURO again in the near future.

I tried Turo for a vehicle rental for a family trip this past October. The pick up and rental went smoothly. However, within a few hours of dropping the vehicle back off, I was told that I would need to pay for damages. I had not been in any collisions or accidents whatsoever, so I was surprised by this. Turns out that they charged me over $4,000 to pay for a scuff mark that was already there before and a small scratch on the headlight. After further review, they upheld this decision, with no further explanation. Turo seems to be committed to protecting their drivers. As a renter that means that they can claim ANY damage and you will be liable to pay for it. This is too much of a risk for me and I will not be using Turo again.

This host is super considerate and communicative! They are accessible and made sure the car was clean, well maintained and smelled good. 5 star rating 100%! Thank you for being perfect and allowing me to rent from you. I’ll be back!!!

They have very Good communication! When needed was always there! When needed to ask any questions they answered very quickly… Have no complaints. Love everything. The car was exactly how it was on the picture. They have beautiful worthy cars. Prices are reasonable. I really have no complaints! I will likely recommended to my families and friends! This was my first time using Turo to rent a vehicle. The vehicles was exactly as advertised and ran like a charm. I will definitely rent this way in the future. Marisa was an awesome host. She will be my first choice going forward every time. The only critique I have for the entire app is to put the daily mileage allotted as a trait.

Literally enjoyable vehicle. The Maverick truck with the beautiful blue color, was so smooth. I booked this truck to go to my brother's last football game with kids for only 3 days. We ended up extending the rental just because we loved it. Spacious. Clean. And to top it off our host Andries was so cool and gave no problems. Can’t wait to try out his other vehicles.

My 1st experience using TURO. Excellent! The process was seamless and the vehicle, as described by the host, phenomenal. No issues! The host was patient and periodically helped walk me through the process. I really appreciated having the vehicle available at the airport as this saved me significant time and aggravation waiting for hours as I have several times in the past in car rental lines at the airport.

I was slightly apprehensive about using Turo for the first time but found my experience to wonderfully exceed my expectations. I had never used Turo before but decided to try it on a recent trip. It was great and saved me a lot of money over renting a car! I was able to reserve a car that is the same as what I have at home, so even though I wasn't familiar with driving in the area, I didn't also have to learn a new vehicle.

My first Turo trip was an awesome experience! I got to drive one of my favorite cars, the Corvette C7 Stingray & I treated like it was mine. I respected the owner's car & brought it back with a full tank of gas. Definitely gonna rent more cars to try out in the future.

The app itself is expensive. It’s only good if wanting a short term rental for a couple days but long term wise it’s too costly. I’ve only used the same host 3 times. I know it’s not her. It’s the trip fee. Why do the trip fee have to cost just as much as the car daily? I be looking to rent long term. Who wants to pay over $150 a day for a car long term wise? The prices are never consistent. The third time I rented with Turo the trip fee was $50 more than when I booked the first time? Same car but why is it costing more the more I come back?

It was so smooth from the start to finish. We picked up the car at a convenient location, returned it to the airport and the host communicated well with us! It’s easier than renting from the large corporations and no lines to deal with at the airport. Also there is flexibility in Turo if you communicate with your host. We changed our pick up location without a problem. The host responded within minutes of my message to him making it so convenient.

I had a car that I want to extend my usage and apparently I was unable to. It got rebooked by another customer. I tried to book another car, the one day rate was outrageous, almost the same amount of what I paid for 3 days. If you go to Enterprise, or Budget etc and you want to extend the contract and the car is not available they will honor your rate… I have done more research and reality is the big company’s as mentioned before are woke, rates are getting more competitive. After you factor in Turo’s trip fee, my friends, it’s cheaper to go with the big companies. This will be my last time renting with Turo.

I have rented 3 cars using Turo. All 3 times, the process was fast and easy. Never an issue, and always great communication. I was able to find a large selection of vehicles, and the cars have been in great working order. I wish I would have started using Turo earlier, I would have saved a lot of headaches and money.

Karen was delightful to work with - responsive, helpful and flexible. Despite changing my reservation twice, she was able to accommodate me and got right back to me. The car was clean, reasonably priced and spacious. And we had unlimited mileage. I would recommend Karen to anyone who’s renting in Lihue, HI.

First no storefront location! Picking/Delivering vehicle on side of road in New Orleans! Horrible!!! Extra tax fees and processing fees after going over mileage is a big rip off to renters. If vehicle is returned back with more gas than originally picked up a credit need to be given back to renters. Reporting to Better Business Bureau.

I rented a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van for our annual golf tournament in Vegas this year. This van was above and beyond our expectations! The host went all out to ensure that we knew about all the features and amenities. The van drove superb and the host was very responsive with communication.

I had an amazing experience using Turo. The person I rented the car from was outstanding and his vehicle was practically brand new. He had provided us with waters, phone chargers, and gum just to make things a little easier and more convenient. I will definitely be back as a customer.

My first booking was cancelled because the owner of the car I wanted had a recall on his car so Turo wouldn’t let him rent it. I appreciated the safety concerns but left me searching for another booking last minute. The booking went fine but my final total was over $100 more than my estimated total I was given at booking. Doesn’t feel like anyone at Turo is policing this. All and all, I really like the concept and the variety of cars available but Turo needs to do a better job of making sure total fees stay closer to estimated amounts. I am on the fence as to whether I will use again or not.

Derek was amazing! He is very communicative. The car was basically brand new, super clean, and smelled so good. Filling up the tank did not break the bank at all. Smooth ride. I will definitely recommend and will be going through Derek for a rental. Great location for pick up, and drop off.

I can’t say enough good things about Turo and Ali **, our contact. Our plane landed about 1215 am in Knoxville. We needed to drive to Gatlinburg which was 30 miles away. At that time of day, car rental agencies were closed. We could not find even an Uber driver. Ali brought a car to curbside at the airport at 1:00 am. Car was great. Service was quick and efficient. Ali was always available by phone. I will definitely use Turo again the next time we travel! Great experience!

I rented the Altima, it drove very Smooth. Dominic was very communicative and quick to respond if needed! He was very Helpful as this was my first turo rental, will use again! This is a true Texas truck. Ford tough, raised, clean, and has all the latest car technology. The front window is cracked, but it will not hamper the driver's line of sight. Owner was very responsive and provided pick-up and drop off details for me as I am a first time user. I enjoyed it!

I just received a call from Turo stating that they wanted to charge my credit card 500$ due to damage. I was in no accident nor were there any mishaps. The damage is apparently a nick on the windshield on the passenger side. Imperceptible in photographs, apparently. Claim agent said it looked like it might be present in the host's drop off pictures. Attempt to charge my cc failed as Capital One thought it was scammy, I agree. Your move Turo, I’m about to be done.

This was my first Turo rental. Easiest rental experience. Walked out of baggage claim to the car. I doubt if I will ever go back to renting a car from the counter ever again. I would recommend this service to anyone traveling to not have to deal with a corporation ever again.

Turo is an easy way to rent a vehicle. Provides more variety renting through Turo and knowing exactly what you’re going to get when choosing a vehicle. Also like that you are able to communicate with your host prior and during your trip. I definitely prefer over typical rental car companies.

I’m pleased to say I am always satisfied when doing business with Williams I always rent vehicles through Williams Toyota. They have reliable service, very professional, and most of all good business skills. Their cars are in excellent condition, I’ve never had a problem when renting from Williams Toyota. Every time I go on the Turo app I rent from Williams. I’m a very pleased and satisfied customer, I will continue working with Williams Toyota!!!

I rented the vehicle for a family trip for six passengers: four adults and two kids. The vehicle was perfect, and the experience was super easy! I rented locally, so driving, picking up the vehicle, and taking it back was easy. I have rented with multiple other rental companies, and I really truly think this was better, and you get what you paid for. The price was very reasonable and cheaper than using a big-name rental company. Five stars for sure!!!

I was on a work trip and it had to be extended. My coworker had rented a car at the beginning of the trip and since my time had to be extended, I was in desperate need of transportation quickly. I had used Turo in the past but had reserved ahead of time. I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to get a car last minute. Turo came through! I was able to get a rental right away and no hassle!

I had previously signed up for Turo as an additional driver. We scheduled a trip to Scottsdale and found no rentals were available from our preferred company (last minute). I told my wife we should use Turo, and the rest is history!! The app was easy to navigate. We found a vehicle that fit our needs, and it was available last minute. The check-in process from the host was detailed and easy to understand. The check-out process was easier than that too!! I didn't know what to expect as far as documenting condition of vehicles, but the app allowed to upload all that information and more either through photos or descriptions. That took some getting used to, but we got it done. Overall, I will use this platform again should the need arise.

I was charged an outrageous late fee for 50 minutes late even though it was a 2-day rental. I'm yet to hear back on my dispute. Second I was charged for a smoking fee and no one smoked inside of the car. I also sent a dispute. I'm yet to hear from anyone yet.

Turo is the best. I rent cars from Enterprise and they want to charge $900 just to drive off the lot. I'll never go back to any other company. Turo is number one and I'll use you all from now on, matter of fact I'll be renting one hopefully for Christmas. Turo is the best.

I will never rent from Budget or Enterprise as well as Hertz ever again, thanks to this new app. It was so quick and easy, again very easy to book a car rental within a couple of miles and able to return it to the airport for only a minimal fee. This is a very user friendly platform. The last 3 trips my wife and I have went on we used Turo and have been pleased. I would much rather give my money to an individual than a large corporation. The vehicle selection is vast and can accommodate what you are looking for, either a convertible for the beach or a 4 door for your elderly parents to ride in with you. We will be using this again.

The vehicle was very clean and well kept on the inside but had not been washed on the exterior due to the recent weather. Nonetheless, the performance of the vehicle was out of this world.

I spent over $1500 in Turo and that meant nothing the minor damage was caused by someone bumping the car when while I was either at work or at home. I had the car for 42 days. The host was great but the way they do insurance is **. They will still make you pay out of pocket even if you pay for insurance

I have been using Turo for some years now. A lot better than some of the other rental services, especially the ease of renting a vehicle and returning the vehicle. No deposit required is great compared to other services I've used since they can take a long time to return your deposit. However, there's always room for improvement. The accuracy of the car rental pictures could be better. Overall, good experience throughout the years!

Everything was great except for the drop-off and pickup location. Orlando is a big airport and I had to go an unwanted distance to get to my ride. It would’ve been much better to pickup and drop off at the airport. When I went to Cali the car was there and I returned it with no problems. This last trip I had to worry about getting to the car and how I was getting back to the airport when I dropped it off.

This was our first time using Turo and we were extremely happy with the way everything went. Marcus made pick up and drop off very easy communication was great and the Yukon was clean and well maintained as expected and we were able to add a car seat to the rental to avoid carrying one on the plane which made things much easier. I would highly recommend using Marcus for your next trip to the Phoenix area.

Jose was nice and very helpful though I changed the itinerary a couple of times. The minivan was very clean and was well maintained. During our 8 days of trip, the van was very reliable. Even though the car was 11 years old, it ran fine with no problem. We liked the trip and the renting car!

I had a great car, and great support from Johnathan. I’d use him again. He was there with car when he said he would be. The car was clean and fresh. The car got over 40 mpg. While I didn’t need all the miles allowed, there were enough miles to see all the popular spots people would want to see without being charged for extra miles.

Being charged a “pet fee” of $150 when I’m allergic to dogs and cats! The pictures so VERY LITTLE HAIR in the car and again… I’m allergic to dogs and cats. So being charged $150 when the owner is just going to pocket the money and go to a $2 vacuum and will pocket the rest. I’m being charged more to clean the car than the actual rental itself. Beyond frustrated.

Trip went well and the communication was top notch!! I had some questions and they were answered almost immediately. The pick up and drop off was super easy. The van was spotless when we received it and it was returned in the same way we found it. Directions were very clear as to what our expectations were and the ease of the transaction was tremendous.

I just wish they had a late grace period like a 30 minute to 1 hour time limit without being charged for a whole entire day. They offer that at other pick up location and needs to add more mileage. But other than that everything is good.
