Pick up and drop off was nice and easy. Smooth ride and great host. Price was reasonable and I will definitely rent again. I was given a promo which I really needed it so I used it. I hope host send out more promos. I love how easy it was to book on the app without problems or long wait times. I also like that the vehicle had two sunroofs on top.

The car rental was great. Car owner host was very helpful. The app did not work well at the beginning when we arrived at the airport parking lot. When we returned the car the app again did not work. We would not recommend the app but we do like the Turo system.

We had a good first experience. I learned a lot what to do and what not to do. I thought that I would be working more with the owner of the car, not so much Turo. More like a friend paying them to borrow their car. I know now to go through the company for things. I ask the owner if I could use the car for the rest of my last day, seeing that we paid for that day. Our flight wasn't until late in the evening. I made arrangements before we left home with her. She is new also. So we both learned a lot. Thank You.

My experience from Pickup to drop off was easy and no troubles. The vehicle served its purpose and my trip was really great. Was such an ease of pressure off my mind for I really enjoyed the rental. I recently had the pleasure of renting a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander from David for a 5-day trip to New York, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Firstly, the process of booking the car through Turo was incredibly easy and convenient. Upon picking up the vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised by its condition. The Outlander was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and almost brand new. The owner clearly took great care of their car, which immediately gave me peace of mind for my trip.

Renting through Turo was seamless. Very easy pick up & return. No waiting in long lines to rent a vehicle. Got the exact car we had requested. Communication was prompt, courteous, and accurate. Enjoyed Southern California in a fun convertible that was immaculate! Would definitely recommend to anyone and will certainly use again!

This was my first time using Turo- recommended by my daughter who has use them a few times. The vehicle I rented was perfect for my trip. It was roomy and excellent on gas. Easy app to use. Best customer service experience when renting a car. They were so nice and didn’t even bother so it really felt like it was ours. Will definitely be renting again when we return. Owner of Honda CRV SUV was so professional communication and explain or teach was so clearly understand! Price to rental was not bad, MPG was so champion! I drove Honda CRV around. Very professional host with great manners and replies asap to texts and had not one bad experience with him. He was awesome. He brang the car to me early on full tank and made sure I was ok and parked when trip was done in case I needed more time. That shows a lot of consideration because it was raining hard that whole weekend and he's so nice to his clients.

Car scraped a little but was great. Really good on gas as well. My first time experience was very smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend Turo and this host. Renting from Turo is less than renting from a car rental company for the amount of time I had the car.

My rental was the cheapest I could find online (after you add fees and what not) but it was still really expensive. That is my only issue and unfortunately that is a big issue that would keep me from renting in the future. But I really appreciate the ability to have the car dropped off. I don't think other rental companies do that. And also the fact that I didn't have to put down a large deposit. Car was great though, and the process was very smooth and easy. But like I said, the cost will make me think thrice about if I really need a rental or if I can call friends and family for a ride and just hunker down and stay at home or only go walking distance.

Great vehicle. Would recommend and awesome host. Whole process was very easy and enjoyed my trip. You actually save money going Turo rather than standard rentals. Airport etc. Skip waiting in line after a long trip and just Uber right to your car. This is the future of rentals. I'm not sure how Avis or Enterprise can compete unless they merge.

We experienced wonderful service and easy to use! We had never used a site like this and was a bit skeptical, but it worked out great! Very clear instructions and explanations of why they needed certain information. The process was very smooth from selection to payment to pick up to drop off. Make sure you add your drivers ahead of pickup so you don’t waste anytime getting on the road. We will use this site again on our next trip!

I love using Turo now because it is such a long process to get a car from a rental and to return the car to a rental. You have to wait in line every single time and this process you just make sure everything’s clean out of your car and the car is filled up and you park it at your site. No waiting time whatsoever to get or return your car.

This car was perfect for my trip. It was very clean and easy to drive. The hosts responded right away with the questions I had. The vehicle had good trunk space to store items. I would definitely rent this car again. It was nice to offer additional items such as chair, coolers etc.

A fine car. Very comfortable for 4 adults and a lot of luggage. The Outlander drove very well on 3 trips of 2 to 3 hours. Excellent communication from the owner. Could not have been better. Car was at the airport when we arrived 3 hours late. The owner accommodated our late arrival masterfully. We received explicit instruction for the drop off. Everything went off without a hitch.

This was too easy…Could not have been any easier! Super impressed with the simplicity…We are 100 percent satisfied!!!!☺️☺️☺️ Our Fiat got amazing gas mileage and was very simple to drive. I would recommend Turo to anyone who is in a bind and needs a car for a few days. Turo is affordable, simple and a Godsend! Thank you.

Vehicle was clean, gassed up and ready for pickup at approximate time and location. The experience as well as the host was great. I needed few more hours with the car and asked for an extension. The host had no problem with approving the extension. The vehicle was good on gas.

Was very easy w pick up and drop off via the MSP airport. Used lock box for keys and free parking ticket. Owner was available by text for questions. Highly recommended. Car was clean and gas tank was full. Car had high mileage but operated well. Was four wheel drive so is perfect for the winter months of Minnesota.

But, Turo charged me way too much. At the end of my total, it stated $177. When I went to hit submit, the total changed to $200 something. I am not happy about that at all. It's just too much! I Will probably ease off and go back to a rental car place. At least they tell you everything upfront and not lie to you. Turo owes me money and still hasn’t paid!

I heard about Turo and how easy it was to rent cars, so I decided to try it. It was a great experience for us. The car's owner was amazing. I would have preferred to have had the vehicle return information prior to the day of return. The vehicle had been returned early and the host contacted but I did not know that I needed to document fuel level and mileage and check out on the app until later that day. I was on vacation and not checking e-mails!

Was a little worried. Not sure how this worked. Picked the perfect car with the nicest owner. My rental went smoothly and car was spotless. I’m happy with the mileage I was allotted because it was way over of what I planned to use. I also liked that it was in a neighborhood that was close to me and I didn’t have to wait to get my car!

Rented a great Jeep for my boyfriend's birthday. Took the top off and follow the coastline as far south as we could and watch the sunset. Then we drove it across the state and back up the East Coast as far as we could watched the sunrise. Great experience. Great app.

Had a great experience with Turo. I was hesitant to use Turo but it was more convenient and cheaper than a car rental. Would definitely use it again. The truck was a newer model and in perfect condition. It was very clean. Looked like they had just detailed it. Picked up and dropped off at the airport. The owner stayed in contact with me via the Turo app and gave me specific instructions on where to pick up and drop off.

Host was extremely accommodating in picking us up and dropping us off at LAX. Very good rate, comfortable car, even had three adults in the back seat a couple of times. Great communication, too. Definitely would use again. They are a credit to Turo, and given that this was our first time using Turo, this left a very positive impression. We will use Turo for future rentals!

The van was very clean and ran great. It fit all our family and luggage nicely. Mileage for vehicle was very good. Communication with Manuel and Ericka was great also. App worked great. Price and size of vehicle was great for the four of us. Roomy for all of us and our luggage. The back up camera would work on and off. Because the car wasn’t automatic it was a little hard to close the back doors of the van. Other than that everything was fine.

We had our whole family getting together in Phoenix. We rented a Suburban to get everyone from the airport to the Air bed and breakfast rental unit. Worked out perfectly. Hauled groceries and "littles" in their car seats with ease. This was the perfect family hauler. Thank you Stan Vu Industries.

The car was amazing. It handled nice and smooth. I look forward to renting from Turo in the near future. There's no hassle like I had with Enterprise. It was quick and simple. I will never use this app again. It is my first time using it. I took the pictures. I thought would be good enough. I didn't bump or crash the car. I took good care of it when it was in my hands. The owner is stating that the bumper was damaged. And the expert team from Turo said it was my fault when I took a picture and showed no damage when he pick the car up. The host didn't take pictures during pick up time. He also lives 77 miles away and took pictures the next day at 8 pm. I don't see how they're trying to blame me. Never again.

Efficient, safe process. Car was in person as advertised. Great service! Enough mileage included, lots of different types of vehicles to meet what I might need. Descriptions of process detailed and easy to understand. Competitive cost for all the vehicles types. New process and was guided through it well and glad to have given it a try.

I picked up my car at the airport. Location instructions were very clear, making the vehicle easy to find. My personal car is a Tesla and that’s what I wanted to rent. The car was pristine as advertised. I communicated easily several times with the owner through the app. The rental price was competitive with other rental agencies except Turo allowed me to get the car I wanted. Will definitely use Turo again in the future.

Great service. Great price. Easy process. Everything was as advertised. Owner of the car was great and was in touch thru the app and text throughout the entire process. The car rental place where the car was stationed was fully aware of Turo and the process and where my car was.

Owner was very attentive, responsive, and helpful with any concerns leading up to, during, and after my stay with the car. He was available 24/7. The car was exactly where it was promised to be at the airport, and the changeovers couldn’t have been more seamless. The car drove and rode very well and, its condition was basically as promised. The vehicle did unfortunately have an odor, like perhaps it was smoked in a LONG time ago, and the owner has tried air fresheners to get cover up the scent.

Since I discovered Turo I’m never going back to rental cars. Great prices, great hosts, great service, and a pleasant trip. All of the hosts I have used have been super responsive and all of the vehicles have been exactly as described and in great mechanical shape. It’s a little different process than most are used to that use rental companies but it’s easy and after you do it once you become a pro.

The car was clean and smelled good when I got it. Great on gas. I expected it to be a LOT bigger since it’s advertised as a 7 seater. But was VERY disappointed to see the trunk space disappear when the 3rd row was raised and there was NO leg room. During the drive the car would do a vibrating shake that I didn’t like and the gas pedal would get stuck a little bit. Probably won’t rent again if I have more than 3 people with me just for space.

This was the first time we had ever used Turo. I have to admit I was a little nervous at first, but everything was perfect. I downloaded the app on my phone and it was very user-friendly. I Highly recommend Turo, and will definitely be using Turo again. The person that we rented from was extremely responsive and the details for starting our trip and ending our trip could not have been more precise.

First time using Turo I had to return the first car. It had car issues, then I was assigned a new car which was totally paid for by you guys only for the guys trying to accuse me of damaging their car, when the pictures that they posted already showed that they had rim damage. Which I had proof for.

The vehicle met our needs and was described accurately. Positive experience with pick up and drop off. Very easy and quick. Really liked that. The vehicle is a bit older and doesn’t have backup assistance but knew that going into it. It had enough storage capacity for our luggage and purchases. We enjoyed this vehicle for our trip and would definitely rent again.

Rented a Porsche in Maui. Great choice and great experience. Easy and effortless. 2018 718 Boxster. Fun to drive and very nice with the top down. Road to Hana was awesome with this car. I'd do it again and recommend it to any that are traveling to Maui. We were there mid September for our 30+ Anniversary.

I had a great experience renting a car for an extended road trip through some of the national parks. Not only did it save me money but the host was easily reachable and cares about her customers. The car was spotless and pick up was seamless. I would highly recommend this service to my friends.

The only issue I have is the extra hidden fees when you go through the steps especially if it’s a last min thing or an emergency, you give One price and then you end up with a total different price. I’m just saying. However My experience was amazing. The owner of the vehicle was Awesome! He was on point for everything. I will definitely use Turo again now that I know about the hidden fees. Other than that the service was great.

Rented a beautiful truck from Trent! Everything was so easy and quick! Much prefer Turo over rental car agencies! And it was cheaper! And I got to pick between many vehicles that better suited my needs, rather than limited choices other places. Can't wait to use it again on my next adventure!

This was our first time using Turo and definitely NOT our last!! So much easier than having to deal with the lines and wait that can happen when renting at the airport. Easy communication, wonderful car and easy, easy, easy!! There is one thing keeping me from awarding 5 stars and that is the “pick-up”. The add stated airport pick-up, so I booked. Exact pick-up was actually off the airport property. We ended up needing an Uber and that was $20 each way.

It was easy and cheaper than a car rental company. The car was at airport when I landed, and I was provided pics of where it was parked. Communication was easy and thorough. The car was really nice. Returning car was just as easy and the app was easy to navigate.

I found out about Turo through a cruise forum and read it was a great source to use. It really was a great and and affordable experience for us! We traveling to Juneau as part of an Alaskan cruise and needed to rent a car to venture further from the ship without paying expensive cruise excursion prices. We rented a Subaru which was perfect in the rainy weather. The auto owner Jason T. was wonderful to work with. He was a great communicator from start to finish and we were even able to get the car earlier than planned when our ship got into port earlier than scheduled. His vehicle was exactly as shown, clean, and we (a family of four females) felt safe using it.

I have had great experiences with Turo but my last trip was the best. It was quick, easy and he was very communicative with everything. Customer service was also great because I had to reach out to them to help me cancel and rebook a different car because the other days I needed was not available with my current one.

This was the first time we used Turo and was a bit concerned that our trip wouldn't go smoothly is case something went wrong. Contrary to those concerns, everything went like clockwork. Vehicle was as described, clean, and pickup and dropoff communications were spot on. We will most definitely use Turo for future rentals.

New to Turo - few hoops to jump through to get set up but not much and expected, then free sailing after that. All was easy, as car host was great. Experience from here on out probably depends on car host / car. Hopefully Turo fees don't get out of control or I'm back to Expedia, etc.

The host was great and communicated great about everything and answered all questions I had. The car maintenance was great and I was certain that the car would not break down. I used the car for a weekend getaway from the city and did 200 miles and took it on. Also, The price for renting was very reasonable and I felt like the host was trying to make a business and not scam me or make me feel unsafe.

We were going to a wedding and wanted to arrive in something nicer than our old truck with the hanging down rear view mirror. We found a great Turo host and rented his Mercedes Benz and loved every minute of getting to drive it! I love that Turo has so many options from basic cars to adventure vehicles to high end models. It puts the fun back into car rentals. It’s also a cool way to test out different cars. I was extremely nervous to use Turo for the first time but I had heard nothing but great things about using the service. I’m glad I decided to use it, our host Joshua did an amazing job with communicating with us from day one all the way until the time we came back and dropped off the vehicle. The car was clean, the pick up was easy and the drop off as well. Joshua did a fantastic job at answering any and all questions we had. The communication was great once the car was booked. Cody was quick to respond and his messages detailed and very clear. This made the overall process easy and seamless. The shuttle does indeed come every five minutes as promised. This was the perfect experience for a first time Turo user.

We have never used Turo and it was truly a great experience. Coastal had our car waiting at the airport with a detailed description on where it was. Their communication was outstanding!! They messaged as soon as the car was dropped off and if we had questions they answered within seconds.

The car was dirty and the interiors were stained. It was not clean so the experience was average. There is no quality control which lead to an overall dissatisfaction. Additionally I had problems using my mobile phone for Google Maps, no attachments. The car was decent in performance but I would suggest that the overall rating rating was 3 on 5.

Picking up the car was very easy. We especially appreciated the contactless pick-up since our flight got it after midnight. The car was very clean and in nice shape! Communication with the owner was easy and they were quick to respond! I would definitely use Turo again and recommend it to friends!

We had an enjoyable trip using Turo. Our host was fantastic and very easy to work with. He helped answer several questions for us. My suggestion would be to have on the website a section about how to schedule more than one vehicle if you have a group larger than will fit in one vehicle. There were some concepts we did not understand about how to handle the situation of needing to schedule more than one vehicle.

I believe Turo fee are just too much and the more you rent the higher you go. First time I rented it was $10 a day insurance but then they change it. I rented for multiple days and their fee as well kept going up. So bad they charge same amount of the car.

My trip was cancelled a few days before I was to leave. Turo didn’t offer to do anything for the added stress. I had to find another rental quickly and ended up having to pay more money. The car I ended up with was ok and had no problems with the rental.

We picked up the car and no problems. Everything exactly as car owner said it would be. Rental was fine. We parked & took multiple pictures & video of the car when we left it at the airport parking. We left positive review, and later, the car owner claimed we damaged his vehicle because some curb rash was on the passenger wheel. I have a video screenshot which I believe shows the same damage prior to our departure the 1st day. He demanded payment which my wife paid without my knowledge.

This was my first Turo experience. I was a little worried at first, as this was my first car rental that wasn’t from a car rental company at an airport. Pick up and drop off were awesome. I told the Turo car owner what flight I was on and he met me right outside of baggage claim. I was driving less than 10 minutes after landing at SeaTac. Dropping off was just as easy. Owner was nice and very easy to communicate with. Will definitely use Turo again. Car was exactly as described.

I rented a 2020 Toyota RAV4 from Shea and she made the experience quick and easy. She communicated quickly and when I was running a little late, she had no problem adjusting. I highly recommend her. My car was in the shop and I needed a place nearby to rent a car from. Enter TURO. I rented a very clean Toyota RAV4 from Taha. The only complaint I had was that I was required to run the car through a carwash before returning. The carwash was near the drop off and pre-paid which is great but it was another errand, job to do that was on the renter's plate rather than handled by the car's owner. It's not worth me docking a whole star.

There are lots of cars to choose from and you know exactly what model you’re getting versus and a type of car. I had to use Turo for the first time when my car rental was not available and behind 3 hrs and it was extremely quick and easy to use, pick and rent.

Arizona is a beautiful state and even better when you can experience it in a convertible! The host made sure the car was clean, with a full tank of gas. Made sure I had his phone number if I needed anything. Much better than taking a ride share or renting from one of the airport car rentals! And there were so many cars to choose from!

The owner of the car I rented is a scammer. My mistake is that I simply photographed the car from all sides, but did not take more detailed photographs. As a result, the owner of the car is fraudulently trying to withdraw $2,500 from me. I had previously paid $900 as a result of the tour and now almost every week changes come to this account and today I was charged $1,500 again. I don’t have the strength to fight this, because they send me damage that didn’t even exist and are trying to bring this amount to a maximum of $3000. This is a complete scam, I never want to deal with you again.

I rented a car through Turo for my mother and grandmother to come visit me. The guy we got the car through was nice (at first). Once they arrived, my husband noticed something was wrong with one of the tires. My mother took the vehicle in to see what a tire would cost. The gentleman at the tire shop said the particular tires on the vehicle were not to be sold anymore, due to defects. My grandmother said she would pay for the new tire. The gentleman at the tire shop said that since the vehicle was an AWD, they have to replace two tires. My grandmother paid for two new tires which was nearly $400. The guy who owned the vehicle said he would definitely reimburse my grandmother.

I thought the pick and drop off for this rental was very cumbersome, and having to take pictures in a dark parking lot was not the best either. When you fly in during the evening hours, and then have to go to some hotel parking lot, by riding the hotel shuttle, and then find the car and take pictures in the dark, it becomes somewhat of a hassle.

However I was not happy with $545 that was withdrawn from my account. When I called I was told it was a RESERVATION FEE. When my final fee was shown it was not the same amount. This was changed during the process of renting through. Like an automatic draft. NEVER AGAIN WILL USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

This car is sooo classy and luxurious! I had a great time with this car and it was well kept and clean. My spouse was a little tall (6’5), so if you’re tall like him you will be a little uncomfortable. Definitely book if you’re traveling to Orlando or the surrounding cities.

I just finished my first vacation car rental from Turo and it was GREAT! I rented a Jeep Renegade in Colorado for just $50 a day!! The car selection on Turo was beyond expectations. Really liked how you could pick what car you wanted and the wide selection of vehicles and that you could pick what vehicle and price worked for your budget. Something you can't do at normal car rental place, you might be able to pick type of car in general and hope they still have it, often not at normal. Here you know what you are getting and the price was way better then normal car rental place. I will use Turo for all my car rental needs from now on.

Host was late dropping the and picking the car real late. Drop time was 8:30 am but dropped 10 am. Pick up time was 11 am but picked up at 9 pm. Asked the host partial discount for the inconvenience but host rudely denied. I paid $120 charges. I think it was totally unfair to me. Customer service could not help with the discount.

Our Nissan Kicks was waiting at the airport when we got off the plane. It was clean, had gas and the owner was very helpful with anything we needed. It was comfortable and so much cheaper than renting from the other airport car rentals. I loved being able to get off the plane and it was ready to go. We took a few pictures and we were on our way in no time at all.

Ya after forking over a big wad of money to rent for a few days, on the return trip a rock flew up and cracked the windshield. Instead of working with us to arrange a payment plan to pay for damages that weren't our fault, they sent us straight to collections because we are not as rich as them and can't just swipe a credit card for $800! Especially when we found out they only paid around $550 for it. My question is, why don't they have glass coverage insurance for their vehicles?

I must say the process was easy! The car was nice that I had for the couple days I was there except I noticed Saturday I had to push the bumper back in place 3 times on this car!! Then when I returned the car the host sent me pics of the bumper back out of place and I’m now being charged for damage that had nothing to do with me at all… Very unfair as a new Turo customer.

My experience with Turo has been very easy and convenient to find cars for weekend trips or emergency trips. Customer service works fast for resolutions. The whole app is very helpful. All of the hosts that I have encountered have been very helpful always on time and very communicative. There is always many options to choose from on any holiday just as long as it’s two or three hours in advance.

It was the second time I've used Turo; it is nice knowing that you're getting the exact vehicle that you want, rather than renting a 'vehicle type' and getting something you don't like. The whole process is faster than going through the other mainstream rental places, both picking up and returning. And cheaper too! Getting a brand new vehicle for $40 a day, one that you've considered purchasing and want some time behind the wheel before you do? It was fantastic.

I asked for an hour and a half extension on the car before I even took the vehicle. It was granted but no mention was made to me about a price increase. Instead, I was told I should have read the policy and checked my email. Really??!! Literally any place I go and make a change, like an airline, I am told at that time regardless of their policy that a price increase or decrease would occur. Wake up Turo.

Y’all. I have used Turo so many times in the last 6 months it’s not even funny. I started off with the traditional car rental place, usually Enterprise, Budget, Thrifty, one of them…until I was stranded at Tampa Intl. As I was taking an Uber over the Gandy I found Turo. I booked a Jeep that was available, it was one of the only ones left for that next morning. The owner responded to me within a couple of hours, well after midnight, and told me he’d bring the sheep to me as soon as he finished getting it cleaned/inspected. He had it to me by 10am, he was a saint.

It’s always a great experience renting from my guys on Turo. The cars are always well-maintained and clean and they make it very convenient for me. I recommend these guys to anybody who wants to rent a car on Turo. He will not be disappointing. Jeff was great in both communication and the quality of the car he provided. It was clean, with a full tank of gas. Jeff actually picked us up at the airport and gave us time to see how the car is operated before we drove it ourselves. The car drove great and there were zero safety concerns. The car proved to be more efficient than we expected and was certainly more comfortable than we thought a Kia could be. We were amazed at the solid feel and performance. Jeff even gave us a heads up about the northern lights, which turned out to be an epic show.

My experience with Turo and the owner of the car were fantastic. Rented a 2017 Blue Camaro (Blue Bawler) and loved it. Wound up trading it back early due to room needed for family and Will, the owner, couldn’t have been more helpful. I was able to transfer mid-trip to a more family friendly vehicle. A 2022 Honda Accord. He brought the vehicle to me and picked up the Blue Bawler. Would definitely use Turo and Will again.

The car was clean, ran well and we had a very good time in Seward AK. The host provided directions to us by using the app and made it easy for us to locate the car (a Mitsubishi Galant) in a near by parking lot and made it easy to use this service! The host also provided a code for us to unlock the key box. Thanks very much!

The accuracy is wonderful, I recently started to use Turo and I love it, very easy to communicate with the owners of the vehicles, Just simply awesome, I really enjoy using the app, Very easy to pick up the vehicles, the first car brakes was not so good but I took it easy and of course follow the rules of The road.

Service was perfect; car was perfect. Dave was perfect. What more would one want? Only suggestion is to include the automobile manual for those of us that might need instructions for all the bells and whistles.

Mary's team had great selection of Tesla's. Also very friendly and knowledgeable. Check in and check-out were very easy. Loved using Turo. The communication was great. The easy pick up and return process was great. The car was exactly as described. It was in beautiful condition and very clean. I was very impressed as I had a great experience. I flew into Tampa and used TB Rentals and was very impressed with them. I would most definitely use Turo again.

This was my first time with Turo! It will not be my last! This is gonna be my go to from now on. My host was exceptionally kind, and helpful and full of knowledge about the area! He made many suggestions and the car was clean, well maintained and beautiful. He answered all of my questions and provided all the details I needed to have a great time. Pick up and drop off went seamlessly and I can't wait to use this service again.

I love the way you can just rent from right down the road from you and keep it as long as you need! The vehicle was so clean and so good on gas! The jeep compass was smooth riding and Micheal (the host) was very responsive and easy to communicate with!

Anson from Top Shine was awesome and available to me all week. He explained how the process works for pick up and return and Maurissa from Turo was great. She got the vehicle I requested and also explained process in detail to me. Will recommend Turo to friends and family.

It was my time using the app and I loved it!! The Jeep was amazing! The process of getting it from the airport was so easy and better than getting a car from the airport rental places. I would definitely do this again! The owner was quick to respond to me super easy to get a hold of her if need be and I love It!

First time using the app, very easy to use. The whole experience was pleasant from pick up the drop off. Car was in great condition and was exactly as described. I compared the prices against the typical car rental companies. And Turo was a better value. I will certainly use Warren again when traveling back up to Connecticut.

Overall I enjoy meeting and having the opportunity to meet and ride in different vehicles. I’m all for the experience. I often go out the way to wash and clean the cars and it’s a win win experience. My last experience was awful. The car makes loud engine noises after running for a little while and as much good reviews as the previous renters claim they had this guy only wanted the money. (Japanese) How I know I never took the chance to cover myself and take pictures how ashes got on the mat I don’t know. I don’t smoke cigarettes or ** and vapes don’t leave a smell. This guy was very petty and only wanted the money. I live in Hawaii Christ sake. 150$ I’ll never go to him again .. worse experience I had and you know what? Even if the car's dirty or doesn’t run that great I never complain because I’m Grateful for experience. Anyhow I’m upset with myself and I’ll try to be more careful and watch out for those kind of people..

Since I already gave a review, I will repeat myself. I rented for 3 days then added a 4th day. I was charged a higher rate for the 4th day and I felt it should have the same rate as the first 3 days. Thank you for reviewing this discrepancy.
