Great way to rent a car. My host was very responsive and helped my first experience go very smooth. Allowed me to pick up and drop off at different locations which saved me tons of time. Had the SIM pass which also saved me time traveling on the highways. I will definitely use Turo again when traveling.

Sunshine Rental was excellent to work with when I was needing a car for business travel in West Palm Beach. I would Highly Recommend. Great Communication. I would rate them an A+. This was my first time renting & it was a breeze. On time pick up, and the car was full of gas and was ready to go.

A bit nervous using this app for the first time. My host James was super nice, reassuring and had the car ready for me at the airport. Drop-off was well organized and stress free. Very reasonable price compared to any of the rental companies that I’ve used before. If you just want reliable wheels - this is a great option. Already booked a second trip.

We had to change cars twice. Not only was the owner very accommodating, TURO checked in to make sure the changes met my needs. The car we ended up with was clean and well taken care of. The transfer was smooth and efficient. Car choices were many. The owner responded to phone calls and messages.

Great customer service, easy reservation changes, loved that I could specifically pick the car. The car was like new. I will say that it took a minute to find the car and I couldn't find an elevator to the top floor, so I had to carry my suitcases up 2 flights of stairs.

My experience with Turo was the absolute best! I'm renting renting from anyone else again! I've told friends and family about my experience in hopes of giving them a great opportunity. I had no setbacks. Turo is easy and self explanatory. I had no problems navigating my way through the app.

Renting from Turo was very easy. What I love most about it is that there’s no $500 security deposit like renting a car from a rental company. The car was very clean, and the process was quick and easy. We had a small issue with the car but the owner really worked with us and had great communication through the whole process. This Bronco was fantastic. Big and spacious so we never felt cramped. Loved every minute of our rental. Very easy to drive and with all the cameras it was simple to park. The red paint is beautiful!!! My grandson now says “Papa’s Car” to every red Bronco he sees and we had to buy a toy one for him. My wife also says I have to buy one now! Needless to say we loved this car. Isaiah was a great host and very responsive.

Dominic was an excellent host! The car was clean and very well maintained! It was so easy to set up, pickup and drop off! I would highly recommend this host if ever in San Francisco! It was an awesome experience! It was extremely cost effective and enjoyed the whole experience!

During my trip, this host acted nice for the whole trip and then when I returned the car, his attitude quickly changed. He tried to overcharge me for every little thing that he could, for example, overcharged me on the Tesla, electric vehicle, charging balance, and other things too. Luckily I brought this up to customer service, and everything was refunded. Watch out for this guy, you don't wanna get on his bad side.

The only issue I had was the fact that the pickup information was given only after arriving at my destination. It was a little concerning that even after paying in advance the pickup information was not provided sooner. Other than that the car was well maintained and operated perfectly. Where the car was parked in bright sunlight it was very hard to get a picture.

Great experience. Pickup and drop off were simple and the car was perfect for our event! Our guests even enjoyed looking at the vehicle! The bride and groom looked stunning in the photos and are going to definitely going to hold special memories for them. When I went to drop off the car to the boat the car was fine. There was no damage to the car. I drove 2 hours so at least the car needed to be washed then said the boss was completely smashed in. I haven't drove a car in area year but the buses to go To a meeting. Anyone in their right mind would of pointed the issues. ** Instead they made up lies to get more money. Don't rent from these people ever. Scammers.

This was my first Turo rental. My experience was great. The Toyota Sequoia we rented from Kurt was a perfect fit for our needs and was in excellent condition. He made the whole process easy and answered our questions in a very timeless manner. I would highly recommend this owner and this particular vehicle.

I was a first time user, so I wasn't sure of what I was doing at pick-up of the car. Did not look it over, or take any pictures/videos - big mistake. The car turned out to be quite unkempt inside, with stains on the seats, some clutter and there was even a Butterfinger bar under the driver's seat. Externally there were multiple serious scratches on most sides of the car, which I didn't realize, as I only looked the back and driver's side, when I approached the car and entered it. None of these scratches are visible in the photos on Turo. Regardless, the host was friendly, the car ran well, and I only needed it to get from point A to point B. After I returned the car, the host even gave me a lift. That evening I left him a positive review for that, deciding not to detract for the condition of the car.

It was a very clean, nice car. Owner was very professional. And was so nice to have it delivered to an address rather than the airport. I will contact this person again and try and rent the same car. That was very good on gas and very comfortable. The owner even met us early so we could catch a train back to the airport on time. Was very pleasant to work with.

First time using Turo and I'll consider using it for every trip moving forward. The process was easy, the interface on the website is very intuitive, and the total price was almost half of what I'd pay using any other rental service. Sometimes the app isn't the most user-friendly — a little too simplistic in certain ways — but it was still a great experience.

What can I say from booking to drop off this process was smooth and seamless. The host was very communicative and polite, the car was beautiful, and the price was well below anything else we saw in the traditional rental market. 100% will use Turo for all future travel plans! We are hooked!

The vehicle was perfect for us. Great gas mileage. Clean on arrival. Easy to pick up and return at the airport. There is a Bozeman airport fee of 48 dollars that was a surprise to us, but still not a bad deal considering the cost of rental companies, we still came out ahead than what a rental company wanted to charge. Daniel was available to answer questions I had. First time using Turo, it was a good experience.

We are first time Turo customers and are very pleased with our rental experience. We had many vehicles to choose from. Our choice was a great Jeep Trail Hawk. Jacquie gave us clear instructions and photos so we could find our rental car in an unfamiliar airport. The car was spotless and well maintained.

Patrick couldn’t have not shown his customer service any better than he did. He carried himself on a very professional level & was prepared to answer all questions. I would recommend his services to anyone that’s looking to rent from Turo. As long as he got cars available I will request his services.

Great communication & all things went well; vehicle clean & well maintained. We were able to pick up at Airport and turn in at nearby hotel. Everything was very easy and flexible. The vehicle performed well and had better gas mileage than advertised. Our plane landed early and we were able to adjust the rental to receive car promptly.

Ceige was so helpful throughout the renting of her vehicle. She worked with me every time I needed to extend my trip with the vehicle. The car itself was so clean and well kept and it rode so smooth. I will most definitely be renting with Ms. Ceige again through Turo. Turo has been a good experience the 2 times I have rented cars on here.

I honestly have nothing but great things to say. Jesse was amazing to work with. The expectations were clear on what to do and how to return the vehicle. He was always quick to respond. Very accommodating. We needed another day and it was granted immediately. I have no complaints. I hope he didn't either.

I had business to do in AZ and CO. I wasn’t sure how long I would need to be in AZ so I couldn’t book a flight or car in CO. I completed my work in AZ about 2 pm so I booked a flight and then a car for Denver. I only needed it for 1 day but I was able to pick it up at 11:00 that night. Short notice was not a problem.

Everything about this rental was easy, efficient, and fun. We were unable to get the car we original ordered but was very happy with the replacement. The car was a manual which made us that much more fun to drive. The car was amazing, clean, ran great. We had a great time cruising around. I would highly recommend William and his cars.

Jack was great, accommodating, knowledgeable and on time with everything. The vehicle was the perfect size, clean and well maintained. It ran great. Any time I had a question or needed anything Jack responded quick let to my needs. I will return to the area and when I do I will be looking for Jack's van service

Super easy, reliable and easy to contact person that owns vehicle. They have insurance so you don't have to worry about incidents. Fast to reserve and a lot of options. I will reserve again. I highly recommend using Turo. The selection is great and I love renting my exotic vehicles from there.

I used Turo for a last minute business trip to Iowa. The process was fast and seamless. The price was slightly higher than I’m used to but because I was traveling and don’t have a credit card nor a return flight, it made it hard to book with competitors. I would most definitely use them in the near future.

I enjoyed my time with the car as always. Luigi always provides everything in detail and crisp and precise. And I never have any problems with the vehicle itself. The vehicle was everything the host said it was. It was a great trip. The Mustang was fun to drive and our trip was very enjoyable. Savannah was a good choice for our vacation. Totally fun time, good food, loved the Hop On, Hop Off Trolley. Captain Derek’s Dolphin Tour was fantastic, we saw a lot of dolphins.

Loved our first experience with Turo. The app is easy to navigate and the process is made clear. It was great to have car, pricing and location options the big rental companies can’t provide. LA Auto Spot was a great choice, too. We’ll definitely start with them the next time we need a car in LA. My wife and I are always looking for a manual transmission since we both drive stick at home. We’ll definitely start with Turo the next time we need to rent a car.

I'm so excited to show off my pics I took while on my trip thanks to Tero. They made it so easy to get a car I thought it was a scam. Thank goodness it was legit. I had the time of my life. I only had 1 disappointment but it was with the owner of the car not Tero itself. I would highly recommend them and we'll use them again myself. My problem was dog hair. Yuck!!!!

I was a little apprehensive to try something other than the traditional rental car companies. However, the rental companies have become so expensive, I decided to give Turo a chance after checking their reviews. I had a great experience. Christian was able to answer all my questions and gave very clear instructions. The Mercedes I rented was fantastic and priced comparatively to the "econobox" the rental companies offered. The vehicle was exactly as described. Handled our needs and trip destinations wonderfully through the badlands and through the cities. It also held all our gear neatly packed and spread about. The communication was easy and timely. I highly recommend Christian and his Crosstrek and purchasing the fuel allowance. We didn’t have to worry about refilling before return.

James is a great host!!! I rented the Mercedes Benz. Very nice car. He is very easy going. Overall great guy. I will definitely be renting from him again. I encourage anyone to work with James, he'll treat you right and will work with you on scheduling. Goes out his way to make you satisfied.

Try having nonsmoking vehicles. The smell was awful and not the cleanest car I’ve driven for that price. I did like the process and was very easy at finding the car. The inside windows were very dirty from smoke. I had to wipe it with my hand to be able to see.

This was my very 1st Turo experience. I'm highly impressed and this definitely will not be my last. My host was kind and great with answering my questions. The meet was simple and smooth. I have already referred friends and family! Thanks again! The car was fuel efficient, the drive was comfortable and the drop off was just as simple and easy as the pickup.

I have no complaints with the car or car owner. He did a great job communicating and the car as exactly as described but I was very frustrated with the Turo choice to use design patterns on their website which made it extremely difficult to compare prices. It would be simple enough to ask a few simple questions about desired coverage and estimated miles to normalize the total price. I have zero confidence that I found the most economical deal which one was my highest value. It's not cool to feel like I'm being tricked to pay more.

Reginald was an excellent and accommodating host. The car was clean and we picked it up and dropped it off at the airport. The Tesla model 3 was an excellent vehicle. He answered all our questions promptly and thoroughly. We rented the Tesla for 8 days and managed to see the entire island which was our goal. I recommend Reginald highly as a host.

Turo actually is way better than renting from the car rentals. This is my second time renting with them and will do it again and again. I had great experience both times with good customer service and a variety of vehicles to select from. Cars are clean and well maintained. The hosts do reply in a timely manner too.

Ten out of ten highly recommend!! I will always book with Michael from now on when traveling to the island of Oahu, HI. From the start of the trip till the end, Michael made sure I didn't have any problems with anything. He also ensured my flight status was the same before the journey started. He also has variety of vehicles to chose from.

I rented a Jeep to take me on a fabulous tour of the autumn colors in and around Ouray, CO. Had a fabulous time and could not have with a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The vehicle hosts were excellent and communicated well. The jeep came clean and ready to ride.

I expected my deposit to be returned but after 3 calls to customer service be told the 1st two times being told that it was processed. 3 call resulted in them saying it was a 100% fee which I was never told that that’s how it going. So because I was robbed. No my experience was not Good at all and I will never use Turo again nor will anyone I know.

The communication with Patrick was great. Everything was easy to understand and worked perfectly. The car was exactly where he said it would be and the photos were a big help. He included beach chairs and umbrellas and cooler! We were very happy with the car. Very comfortable with great air conditioning.

You charge a daily fee to rent a car but then shorten the return time to suit your needs and not the client's needs. You’re just a money hungry company who doesn’t give a darn for your clients. Your customer service is horrible. It’s offshore and the people there speak with marbles in their mouth and don’t listen and read off the script. Your Executive Level is nothing but a computer, and you can’t speak to a human being there because there are none. The vehicles that you have rented out are great. The people on the vehicles are great but Turo sucks.

Easy to get the car, tinted front windows are a little annoying, and front shocks are busted. That makes for a noisy ride. Otherwise the car is perfectly serviceable and works well for short trips. Owner is quick to respond and friendly. Turo is a good platform but I don’t like the extra fees.

When arrived to inspect the car I was a little disappointed in the condition of the vehicle. Front tires are bald, a lot of scratches and dents on the vehicle. They could have detailed it and buy new floor mats. There was a lot of dog hair in the back of the car. But the biggest complaint and be very careful with Turo we were stuck in traffic for almost 2 hours which put us in late. I was told just to adjust the time when we would be back and I was under the impression that there would be a small fee adjusted. But to my surprise it was a full day charge so please be aware of that before renting your car. I do have to say Mario was very helpful and kind throughout the process.

I would most definitely use any of Jonathan’s vehicles on my next trip to the Phoenix area….Was timely with all communication and made the experience a pleasant one. The vehicle was as described and in perfect condition….Overall and excellent first TURO trip! Thanks Jonathan for making our Arizona Vacation an awesome one!

Turo was pretty simple and gave me the opportunity to drive a car and experience was very easy and I ran it vehicle from Vincent. He was very professional, answered any questions I had, his responses very quick and I had a emergency come up and I had to keep the car an extra day as the sponsors quick again, and he took care of any questions I had very responsible.

First time renting with Turo and it went well. Found it much more convenient than using a traditional rental company. Car was great and it was nice to be able to see reviews on the actual cars available for rent. It was easy to contact the owner with any questions, and dropoff was quick and easy.

I have recommended Turo to my friends already. Getting to choose your car, pickup/dropoff points. It’s the perfect way to rent a car. Communication with the owner was fast and respectful. Overall, the car was great. After returning the vehicle, I experienced a little pushback. An investigator had put my account on hold for a late return, and told me he wasn’t entitled to lift the hold and that he will not be. Said bye and hung up on my face, with the Host right next to me. He began to check in the car with the host and neither of them never informed me of anything but I woke up the next day with a $600 charge on my card from “late return, cleaning, mileage, and gas” when in my photos, I have proof of it being clean, mileage was accurate and also the gas was even to when I picked it up.

We were in Oregon for a few days and knew we wanted a vehicle for one of the nice weather days to drive to the coast, but couldn't plan too far ahead since the weather changes on a dime. Turo was perfect because we were able to select a vehicle the day before. Drop off and pick up were both a breeze, as it was delivered right to our hotel and keys were left with the concierge.

First time using Turo and Jack communicated well during the process! Loved his Rivian! It was clean & fun to drive! I’m thinking about buying one myself! It was also my first time driving an electric car, so he had to train me on how to charge and so on! I would definitely recommend to a friend and rent from him again!

Turo has great prices and makes it fun to try out vehicles you wouldn't rent at a normal rental agency. I am new to this platform but am enjoying my options and have had a positive experience. Try it. You will not be disappointed. There is a large selection of vehicles and you avoid all the airport taxes.

This was my first trip with Turo and Kevin made it very easy. He messaged me back quickly. He made pick up and drop off a breeze. He was very helpful throughout the whole process. The car was very modern. It was a 2019 Honda Civic. It was dependable. Comfortable and very well maintained.

Dannielle was a wonderful host. The Tesla was exactly as pictured, well kept, and extremely clean. Once booked, she responded immediately. The pickup and drop off was seamless. She even sent video instructions on how to operate the Tesla. We had no issues whatsoever. If I’m ever back on the West Coast, I will absolutely rent from her again!

Got the I8 for a day. Shout out for the host for being courteous and nice. I showed up 20 min earlier than the book time and the car was already clean and ready to go. The host didn’t hesitate to let me have the car 15 min before the time. Asked me to take pictures of the car on what I think where the external dents and scratches (very minimal) the point is he wanted me not to be countable for something that I didn’t cause. Will definitely use their service again! A++++.

Communication with the owner was accessible and the response feedback was quick. The prices fit my budget, convenience of pick up and drop off was a breeze. The first (trip) was kinda tricky. It was incredible renting a car from Turo! I had a really good time is to the museum. Take my girlfriend out for her birthday. The process was very simple and easy. It’s only problem I had was the trip I’m out with fluctuate a certain time and depending on looking at different cars at different times at one moment I was able to rent a spark for 130 for four days and then when I later tried to do that in unfortunate went up 200 but besides that the the Fiat EV that I rented was incredible, and the host was amazing!

Upon picking up the car it was complicated at first because I was a first time customer. But my Host Nicholas was very helpful in walking me through everything. I would truly like to rent again. I don't have any transportation to get back and forth to work. Sure wish something could be worked out for me on my paydays.

The service is really great. I have had a great experience with Turo as a alternative to rentals. This is so much easier and better the cars that have been on here are in great shape and very nice cars. I have had a great experience with them considering at first I was kinda leery because you never know but after the first time I have been OK. Five Star experience! Much easier than dealing with a rental car company. I will definitely continue to use TURO over rental car companies in the future. Communication with Jeremy was excellent from start to finish and his car was very clean and in great shape. The pick up and drop off was convenient and much faster than standing in long lines at rental car companies.

Nice host! But there were tire pressure issues requiring two service calls. Pick up /drop off location was ab 45’s from Logan Airport requiring 200$ in Uber fees to get to the car. Phone charger didn’t always work, I could only get the brights on on the trip back!

Glad my Son told me about Turo! Everything was great. It was very easy to book. No hidden fees, I love the fact the owner of the car came to my hotel to drop the car off and she picked the car up from there as well, very convenient for me!

The arrangement was held was held in a properly secured platform. The host's response to concerns was prompt and courteous. The host offered a 10% towards the next rental if I choose to do business with his company again. The 2022 Toyota Sienna runs smoothly on the road. My Children also had a great time riding in the car.

The pickup process was simple. Car was clean and came with a full tank of gas. Steven was easy to get ahold of with questions, as well as time change requests. Was able to move my flights around several times with no problems. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a simplified rental process in the Bay Area.

I love Turo but the person I rented from is a liar and a scammer. They need to stop her from putting her cars on the app cause she is really trying to scam people. ACTING like People damaged her vehicle, it's very sad to scam people out of their hard earn money, just sad. And Turo need to investigate this ** better.

3 other hosts either cancelled my rental and ghosted me and left us stranded at the airport upon arrival to Colorado. However this host responded within seconds of my reservation and went out of her way to ensure the car was clean and perfect even though she only had a few minutes to do so between the reservation and pickup. She communicated very well throughout the adventure and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. I will definitely rent her car again next time I’m in Colorado!

I’m very happy with my Turo experience. The cars have been clean and well-maintained. Communication with the car owners has always been amazing and two-way. As a pilot, I utilize Turo and its owners to get around at the locations (often remote) I fly into. I highly recommend using Turo.

Victor is always professional & the car is always clean. I had to keep the car a little longer than the return time & Victor was very accommodating. I was able to make it to Houston on a half tank of gas. His vehicle gets very good gas mileage. I would definitely recommend Victor.

This was the first time I rented from Turo. I found Turo very easy to use. There was a great selection of vehicles to choose from. I loved that I got to pick the exact vehicle I wanted. How did I cancel my ride within the hour because the host was too far away and got charged over half of my money. I was about to order again back to back and can’t. People don’t have over a hundred dollars to play with when they need a rental. Obviously they need a rental for something. - the total was 187 and you only gonna refund me 46.00?! Something sounds crazy. The host was totally fine with the cancellation. We had a nice conversation. It was within an hour and you charge me 137? Something is absolutely wrong with this system. App. The whole picture. I’m going to warn my many friends of this that I referred. We will be Ubering before we get got on a simple minute to minute mistake. You shouldn’t even charge the card until the day of pickup anyway. Totally disgusted. Then the phone number they want you to call is not even ten digits 800 931 678. ** joke. The host didn’t get that money… Where is the money?

My Transaction was smooth and timely. All of my questions were answered quickly and in a timely manner. Assistance was also given when needed. This was the first time that I used this app. The owner Janet was very quick to respond and super accommodating. The car is beautiful, well taken care of, clean, drives smooth and very good on gas. I would thoroughly recommend booking this vehicle. I had an extremely good experience with the owners. No problems at all. I got charge for the toll. The owner of the car got a bill for that. The route I took on my trip is the route I take for years and there’s no toll in my route but I paid tolls like I left with no choice. The charge is not much. Only six dollars something. However I don’t like to pay for something that I know I should not get charged for it.

Everything was handled via app. I sent photo of my driver's license and my insurance. I compare the price after discount at conventional auto rental services. This was a better value.

Initially I thought I had a good experience, I rented a car for the 1st time 9/30/2023. The hosts claims there was damage made after I dropped the car off and left, even suggested he could upload pictures when I picked up the car and dropped it off. I’m glad I took exterior pictures but greatly regret not taking pictures of the interior of the car. When 1st picking up the car he showed me 2 things in the inside of the car that were already broken, which at the time did not bother me being that I was only using the car for 24hrs. I’m definitely sharing this experience with others in hopes that they are careful with sketchy situations like I had! Currently waiting on this fraudulent claim that is being filed. SMH Never again!

I rented from the host Phillips J. I was driving down the street and all of a sudden the tire blew out. I called Turo to report a tow and explained what happened. The host filed a complaint against me to pay for the tire $95. While waiting for the tow truck, a police stopped by and ask if I needed help. I told him no and he looked at the registration sticker and saw that it had been altered by changing the 7 to a 9 with a marker. I explained to the officer that I rented this vehicle through Turo and I would report it. I reported it to Turo along with pictures and the claim was closed. Next thing I know I went to rent another car thru Turo and received a message stating I must pay $120 before I could rent again. I had no choice but to pay the $120. The host & Turo should never had this car on the road, but he was allowed to rent it out. Shame on Turo for taking the host side!!

1st time using the app- it was so easy! Was on Hawaiian cruise and heard about Turo app. Wanted a vehicle to tour island and it worked out perfect!! The ease of using app, finding the car, inputting your driver's license etc. The car was very clean and bonus it had GPS (most rental car you pay extra) - I also like the fact the car is easily accessible!

After my trip was over, the host messaged me and asked me if I smoked in the car. I told them that I had a dash camera for every time I rent cars and I can show him that I didn’t. He told me everything was fine and told me to send him a five star review And he will do the same for me. Then the next day he actually gave me a two star review and accuse me of smoking. I believe that the host was either racist or prejudiced against me, accusing me of smoking. Stereotyping me.

We picked up our rental van at the PIE airport on a leisure trip to Florida. Konstantin had it parked right across from arrivals. It was perfect rental in excellent condition. We dropped it off in the same pick up spot. All transactions went smoothly and he was very quick to respond when I had a question. I used this van to pick up my chronically ill daughter from college. My purse fell over and spilled out its contents while driving. My AirPod Pros were not visible when I looked around the van while picking up my belongings. I tracked them to him and now they’ve been stolen and reset. I contacted the host who won’t respond. Your host policy should include at least trying to contact the rightful owner if something is lost in their vehicle. I won’t use Turo again cause people can’t be trusted and I will be letting that be known to others.

The car we rented was delivered and returned on time as we scheduled it with the owner. Everything was in tiptop condition. Clean and operating as it should. It had plenty of room for our luggage. My experiences with you have all been with problems. I haven't had any experience with you that didn't have problems. The first was in Miami when I rented a Tesla, and in the end the owner of the car added tolls to my bill that I didn't use. I spoke to him on the phone and through messages asking him to remove it as he was charging tolls until after the car was delivered. As I had friendly contact with him during the rental, I believed he would withdraw the charge because he himself had told me he was wrong. But he didn't and I was charged. I had a trip scheduled back to my country and I didn't have time to complain to you and I let it go. Then came the experience in Austin-Texas, when I rented a Dodge. I also got a car where the hood didn't close straight. Now back in Miami, I rented a Toyota, on the first day the dashboard started showing car maintenance problems, I immediately asked for the cancellation.

We loved the ease of picking up and dropping off the car and the ability to select the exact car we drove. Alexandria was fantastic! Great communication before, during and after the trip. I was very satisfied with the ease of getting a car and it was delivered to me! I paid a little extra but it was worth it. Danny was very friendly and accommodating! We were running late getting off of a cruise and Danny was very patient. The app was a nice way to be able to rent the car and see what you get before actually renting it.

First off, vehicle was not as described, it was all kinds of beat up, banged up, etc. The front bumper was being held together with a zip tie and the screen on the inside barely readable due to a warped display. As per the request of the hosts, I got the car washed it quick quack, and I clean the interior myself. Wipe down and vacuumed out. Also, never smoked in the vehicle but after returning it and leaving a good review for those hosts. They put a smoking charge on the vehicle totaling around $166. This charge has to be settled before I can rent a another vehicle. And this is the first time I've ever used Turo, very displeased with the experience.

I needed a rental for a few days and the last time I rented a car was through hurts car rental (Spelled wrong on purpose). That experience was awful. Turo was a great experience, and will definitely recommend, and use in the future. My rental was in excellent shape, great communication, and easy.

HI All Turo customer, If you are a Turo car owner, please be aware that if all goes good it is good but whenever someone damage your car or customer did not return your car, you can submit your claim and call them. They listen very nicely but later they will unlist you and don't respond to any call or email. I faced this with two car. They did not pay for accident or anything wrong happened.

I found that Mike was a great host, but the problem was Turo itself. I booked the car thinking it was $29 a day. It turned out to be much more than that, although it wasn't Mike's fault, it was your fault. Even though the car sat in our garage most of the time, I paid what was expected. Even though the body shop took one day longer to fix our car that was promised, I lost my discounts. That is no way to run a successful business.

We were on a cruise and wanted to explore one of the ports on our own. We decided to give Turo a try and we are so glad we did. Pickup of the vehicle was right near our tender boat dock and we spent the day exploring Acadia National Park. Dropoff was so easy as well. The app is very easy to use and communication with the car owner was seamless. I will definitely look at Turo again in the future when we need a short term rental car.

I had a smooth process! No issues whatsoever. I’m currently in a rental through Avis. The car has broken down 2 times and I was stuck in so much traffic for over 3 hrs. I wish I got another Turo. This was my worst Turo experience. The host was dishonest, made false claims, and has reported preexisting damage that is proven with the photos uploaded. Host then made new claim and indicated he would take Turo to arbitration until he got what he wanted. Turo representative denied my appeal without looking at the photos provided. Although did not advise rationale. This questions my desire to use Turo services again.

Every place is not the same. We went to Kauai and their parking is offsite. In Oahu, their parking is in the airport. You kind of don’t know what to expect but other than that everything has been great. I would recommend it to anyone to communicate with the car owner early as to where the pick up and drop off.

We had no problems using it. We would definitely recommend Turo and especially the particular person that we rented our vehicle from in the future.

Great experience especially for it being my first time using Turo. Would definitely use it again and would recommend it to anyone looking to rent a car. Such a wide array of cars to choose from.

Turo is a great market for cars. It is relatively easy to find the rental of my choice. There are plenty of options and experiences available. My one big complaint is the website… There is no way to see the cost of the vehicle, until checkout. This is inexcusable, in my view. The only thing a customer can see is the daily rate, without pickup/dropoff fees and Turo’s own fee. Your competition (the big rental car firms) make it easy to see total cost of a rental; why can’t Turo do that?

Compared to bigger retail rental car services, with Turo I enjoyed the variety selection of vehicles from economical to luxurious. The extra flexible pick-up & drop off selections are what made the this app stand out, super convenient for travelers who want to take off before business hours (like 4:00am) and not having to pay for a whole day prior like you would with a regular rental car company.

Everything about dealing with Turo was seamless, from booking online to communication with the owner. The car was exactly as promised and pick up and delivery was very easy. We would most definitely recommend Turo to our friends! The car was exactly as described and pick up and drop off was easy.

The host was excellent! The vehicle was like new! I wish he would have included more miles as this is a Doctor's appointment that I have to go to and expenses are tight. But please rent from this host. You will be so glad you did!! I drive thru bad weather and the car handled it with no problem!

Great service on very short notice. Barry communicated excellently! I could not have been more happy with our first time using Turo. The jeep was awesome as well, clean and in good running shape. It gave us an opportunity to tour around the Island and see places we were not going to be able to without a car. Thanks!!!

This was the greatest car I've ever rented and will be telling everyone that wants to rent a car, about Turo and how it was clean and good on gas, the right size and color of my car was red, thanks for a lifetime experience. Got good take off and brakes stop on time. I want to thank Ms. ** for allowing me to rent her car.

Everything was fine except we had an incident with the vehicle due to one of the additional drivers. That person got into a mishap that led to the vehicle paint being scraped. Prior to the trip, I checked with my insurance agent and was led to believe it was covered, but ride sharing is not under my policy. It led to unknown liability and the need for insurance which detracts from the cost savings using Turo. Lesson is check with the insurance company and not your agent regarding coverage.

Turo is a great app to use. Bryan was a wonderful host. The Porsche Macan drove very well. The car is well managed and maintenance up to date. I will be using Turo again on my next trip. I like it. The transition was easy. Your ride will be deliver to you or park at a location of the host. Simple!

Check-in was not executed well by vehicle owner. Check-in instructions sent from owner were confusing. No response from owner at 7am PT when I was at vehicle to receive lockbox instructions. Called Turo customer support and they gave me the owner's lockbox entry code (is this standard?)… Seems like a larger security issue to me lol. Trip was great after I was able to get into the lockbox to retrieve the key fob.

Renting vehicles from Ivan was easy and he communicates well. It is so easy to do. This was my 2nd trip with Ivan and will continue to rent from him. Ivan explains how it all works, where to find your car, how to add pics to site when starting your trip, how to end the trip. Really well done.
