This was my first time both renting a car and using Turo and everything went perfectly! I was very impressed with the entire process and it could not have worked out better. Check in and check out was seamless. We will definitely be using again and will 100% be recommending Turo to our friends and family!

We had heard that using the “other” rental car companies on Kauai, you could end up waiting hours for a car. A friend recommended Turo and we are so glad she did!! Quick, easy and reasonably priced!! Would definitely use Turo again. Our host was fast to respond to any questions we had. And, the shuttle driver was awesome! Great experience all around!

Picked up the vehicle at almost midnight and dropped off around 3am. The car was clean, the host provided auxiliary cables for music, along with a universal car charging port. Super easy… drove around for 3 days and filled up the tank for $20. Never had to wait in a Hertz line, pay a security deposit or worry about anything. Made my trip that much better.

My experience with Turo was great. Very friendly and very easy. I would recommend to everybody to go then them. Everything is done on your phone and it’s very convenient. Definitely will be booking again soon. The prices are reasonable and it’s so easy to extend for longer if you need to.

I just found out about Turo and let me tell you the app was easy to use and the price was way less than a car rental agency!!! Great idea and the communication between me and the owner of car was great!!! He was very nice to allow me to extend time to keep car….will definitely use again!!!

The car was the perfect blend of what our family needed. Good value, spacious, fuel efficient yet never sluggish to merge on the freeway. We didn’t need 4wd, but a cold front brought snow the next weekend. Ahn was a communicative host, but not overbearing. I will look at her vehicle before anyone else’s next time I visit the greater Denver area.

Would definitely use Turo again! So glad that my daughter told me about Turo. Definitely better than car rental like Hertz or Enterprise.

Was easy to find a vehicle through the Turo plantform. Unfortunately our whole rental experience was not great. The vehicle was in perfect condition and we enjoyed it during our time having it. But, we received it with only 98 miles of gas and when the owner of the vehicle was asked about it he didn’t answer back. So in fear of getting charged more fees if we returned it on the same amount, we filled the vehicle up and spent nearly $160 in gas. The owner replied after requesting a return in money with “we didn’t ask you to fill it up”. Then when calling Turo about the incident they were no help.

This was my first experience and it was an awesome experience all around. I have a 2019 Corvette and am considering ordering a new one so I wanted to drive a C8 for a few days. This was a great way to do it. Radik was an excellent host and the car was perfect.

The city I picked this awesome car up in is notorious for long waits for rental cars, no matter your status. What a pleasure it was to walk out of the terminal and the car is the waiting, a 2 min walk away and you're off. Great service, hyper responsive. Checks all the boxes for me. Highly recommend.

We rented a 2021 RAV4 from Brent. Communication from the initial inquiry to confirmation to pick up details and return with were easy, quick and informative. It was our first rental with Turo. He made it a great experience. He brought car to airport for easy pickup. Our plans changed and he was flexible for return. We appreciated that.

Best part about this is you could get the vehicles brought to you. We came in on cruise ships and it was impossible to get a rental anywhere nearby. We'd always have to go to the nearest airport which would waste part of our day and cost extra money. It's worth it to pay the money to have them bring the car to you at the cruise ship area!

When we were booking our trip to Colorado, vehicles in the similar price range from rental car places left us hoping for something that wouldn't hinder us on our trip since we weren't sure exactly what we had in mind to do and October can be unpredictable with weather. We rented a really nice Jeep and were able to take the tops off on the "summer" days and not worry about sliding around on the "winter" days. We were able to go off-roading when we both weren't able to hike due to injuries but were still able to experience the beautiful scenery.

The car was exactly as described. I had good communication and had fun driving the Mini Cooper! More about the communication: There was some minor confusion about parking but it was addressed right away. I believe the owner was very receptive to any comments I made. I also liked that the car was very clean. I did have trouble seeing the gas tank release but found it eventually. It was in the door interior.

Great service! The vehicle was very clean and in great condition. I especially loved how easy the pick up/drop off experience was. It helped tremendously with the entire trip. I am Very happy with the overall interaction with both Turo and the owner! I look forward to booking through the Turo app in the future.

Seamless and contactless interaction with quick turn around time of messaging and communication with the host. Car was as described. There were a few problems with booking on my end due to my mistake. Unfortunately the host was unable to delay the pickup so I was charged a whole day and the car just sat there. Again that was my mistake.

Car was clean and ride was great. Perfectly met my needs for the weekend. Pick up was local so that was great as well. Would definitely use again if needed. Host helped me through my first use of the app. I would highly recommend.

My first experience with Turo and it will not be my last. I liked being picked up and dropped off at my destination. No waiting in line or at the car rental company counter. The car was clean, reliable and easy to drive. Andrew and Landon were very nice; Andrew even came back to the airport to bring me the tablet I had left behind. Great customer service! They are scammers. Cars are crap. If you don't take pics they will try to overcharge your card once returned. They make up stuff to charge you with!!! One day after having the car the check engine light came on. When I contacted them no response 'til late. Where they said it’s normal.

Transaction was easy. Best experience I've had with renting a vehicle. Host was super helpful and friendly. It made everything so much easier and was always there to answer any questions I had. I will be using this service for sure on my next trip. No more Ubers for me. Just having the convenience to be able to drive anywhere at any time is a million times better and cheaper.

This was my 1st time using Turo - I was little nervous renting my car this way compared to using Hertz/Enterprise/etc. but I knew the type of car I wanted and with these other companies it wouldn't have been guaranteed I'd get it. I knew others that rent vehicles through Turo so I decided to give them a chance myself. My wife and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary in Tampa so I wanted to surprise her with a convertible Mustang which is one of her favorite cars.

Highly recommend, the truck was like new. Was nice to have a pickup for winter driving. Great communication with owner. Our plans changed and had to leave early for a funeral. Did not expect a refund but received one. Will be back definitely and renting the same vehicle if available.

Turo is the way to go. The entire process was quick, easy, and seamless. If you're visiting the Hawaiian Islands, I would recommend using Turo for your car rental. Pricing was fair, as well as a wide variety of vehicles to choose from. Hoping this type of car rental spreads to more states in the US.

Booked a van months in advance. Got an email 2 data before our trip saying the van was broke down and I need to cancel that van and book a different one with the same host. He told me it would be the same price which was $303 but I ended up paying $600 cause I was than later told because it was a last min booking. Complete **! Spent 4 hr on the phone trying to get my money back. I got a scammed and will never use your company again.

The car rental service is very convenient. I was taking Ubers to run regular errands and was getting costly also waiting for drivers to pick up was also wasting time. Will continue to use and recommend Turo services. This is very good service.

I have already left a strong endorsement for my host and the process! Thank you Jasmine and Turo for providing great value and reasonably convenient access during my extended stay in Columbus Georgia this month. I would not have been able to afford renting from a traditional car rental company and would probably relied on a bicycle for getting around town. Jasmine was extremely accommodating, coaching me when I picked the car up in the front end, and when I had to trim my 11 day rental back a few days due to a suddenly demanding family matter.

I rented a C8 3LT convertible. Equipped similar to my own. This was a great car delivered on time and was clean inside and out. It was a wonderful experience. Anything I needed, The owner answered courteously and completely. Would definitely use Turo again and can wholeheartedly recommend this owner in Vegas if you want to rent a Corvette.

It was easy to set up my account with Turo. This was my first trip with Turo. There are so many options for vehicle access/key drop-off that I was a bit confused as to how exactly it would work but my very experienced 5-star host walked me through it and everything worked out! I was relieved to learn about Turo after discovering that the traditional car rental counters at the airport would be closed upon my arrival. Turo was much more convenient anyway. I just went directly to the car.

First time I have booked Turo. Christian made it very easy and enjoyable. Communication was excellent. We were very happy with the car as well. Clean and comfortable. Easy to drive. Very economical gas wise. Four stars only because I wanted extra insurance and I thought it was a bit pricey.

Paula was outstanding and caring.. Her vehicle ran very smoothly. Low on gas and drove like a champ. The Host was Awesome!!! I felt her warm, sincere heart. Even though we haven't met. The Tesla was amazing and everyone should try one. Quick, immaculate and fun to drive. Jawaal took the time to show us how to use, was flexible and communicated well. We have rented from Thrifty several times and always get "surprise" charges. For $20 more you're driving a Tesla w no stealing.

Will be recommending and using this app as a definite option for all my future car rentals. My host was very helpful and gave clear instructions to help make my trip that much easier. It was great not having to wait for a shuttle or stand in line to fill out paperwork.

I will say that this was so much quicker and much less complicated than trying to book with a traditional car rental service. The best part is never hearing, "Sorry your reservation was overbooked." It's also a fun way to choose the car you'd like to try. I had a great experience and drove a car I would have probably never tried otherwise.

We wanted to take a vacation, but taking a plane trip has become fraught with inconvenience and discomfort. And we didn’t want to drive for days on end. We had a very good experience with our car rental last week. We rented a beautiful touring car for a trip to Los Angeles at a much lower price than if we had rented from one of the agencies at the airport. The owner was flexible with pickup and drop off times, which really helped us. And we were able to pick up the car much closer to home than if we’d used one of the big agencies. Would use Turo again.

Great experience, even got an upgrade since original car had a problem. Also, due to a family emergency needed to return car early which was a painless procedure. Definitely will use Turo again, especially for local trips in the vacation town. Very easy to use. Lots of choices, better prices. Only worry is the insurance.

I have used Turo multiple times now and it has been a great experience. The host have been great and respond quickly. I even got a free day through Turo after so many uses, and even received a 5 percent discount through one of the host after using their vehicle.

We enjoyed the Mustang GT it was well kept and clean, he was very easy to work with. But the real magic began when I turned the key and ignited that glorious 5.0-liter V8 engine. The exhaust note that followed was nothing short of a symphony for car enthusiasts. The Mustang GT's exhaust emits a spine-tingling, deep growl that commands attention. From the low rumbles at idle to the triumphant roar when you accelerate, the sound is truly music to my ears. Thank you!

Victor was friendly and also made my first Turo experience a great one. I would recommend Victor to anyone. The car was clean inside and out. Any questions I had he answered them right away. All the maintenance and repairs were update. It was like driving a car off a car lot.

I have loved my experience with Turo. I have used these services twice now and every vehicle was great. I have rented a Lexus and a Kia Soul both of these cars were in great condition. Fantastic service all around. Our host was extremely solicitous in asking if we needed any help, offered to drop us off at the airport at the end of the rental. Car was brought to us at our hotel early the night before for a 7am rental. Would absolutely use Turo again and again.

Was recently in California to visit my son. Since we both love cars, we ended up renting 4 different cars... Porsche Macan, Toyota Supra, Chevrolet Corvette and an Aston Martin Vantage. All of the cars were terrific and in great shape, and the pickup and drop off for each of them was extremely easy. The price to rent any of these vehicles was very reasonable, and will certainly use this service again.

It's so much better than the rental car companies. Not only is it more affordable, but you get to pick any car you want, unlike hearing "a Toyota Corolla or something similar." Since the hosts get rated, they try. With the extras and custom delivery options, Turo is destroying the car rental companies!

I actually loved renting a car through Turo WAY over a car rental place! It was more affordable and the car selection was great! I had a wonderful host and everything was pretty seamless! I wondered from the beginning why you were quoting May - Sept reserve dates. Not even close. Fortunately I could communicate with Aaron directly through messaging. And I just noticed on latest message 43 trips. Not me.! Aaron saved the day. He was very quick with reply to any questions I had like the original dates quoted.

Turo came highly recommended to rent from, it was an excellent choice, very easy to reserve and even make adjustments to extent rental. The host was very accommodating with quickness in communication and regarding pickup/dropping off. Van was very clean, comfortable and classy for our family to attend Family Wedding in TX and other attractions!

First-time Turo user! Due to a late arriving flight (which ultimately was unexpectedly later), rental car offices were closed. Found a rental with Turo that we could pick up via lockbox at the airport parking lot. Cost extra to have it there, but there was no hassle of a costly Uber back and forth to meet business operating hours. Very pleased!

After rented of the week, they walked away, saying they should do the same thing. We like the fact that the owner couldn’t remotely unlock the car when we got there. Was very happy to rent from these guys. Due to the unfortunate circumstances I currently don't have a car and they made my day-to-day life way easier. The days that I had rented their car literally basic day to day things. Work laundry kids. Appointments were made and no one was late. Really appreciated it. Great app to use, the BMW was very easy to find, great technology that allowed me to get into the car without any problems, The BMW was easy to navigate, very clean and fresh smell. Very responsive host, when I return the car I was not able to lock it, the host did for me. Great experience.

This was my first experience using Turo and I will use it again. I wanted to avoid the hassle of A) going to an airport to pick up a rental car and B) avoid waiting in line at an airport rental agency. Turo solved both of these problems for me brilliantly. The only downside is that my personal auto insurance does not cover a Turo rental, so in the end my Turo rental cost the same or more than a corporate rental because of course I purchased the coverage. My experience with Abraham and his Prius was excellent. The Prius was clean and well maintained. Everything exceeded my expectations. I loved being able to communicate with Abraham directly, made everything easy. I will use Turo again and will recommend to friends.

With Tesla, it is super easy to borrow a vehicle with the app. Anyone else in the Nashville area looking for a quality ride I would definitely recommend this vehicle.

The host was great and the car but as it goes for the insurance crap they provide you I rented a car for 6 days and the full coverage insurance was outrageously priced. So were the other selections so due to how much the car cost and renting I went with the minimum coverage which I think was a ridiculous price for not covering a damn thing and on my second to last day having the car someone hits me and takes off. So now I'm have to pay out of pocket for someone doing a hit and run on me. It's like really? What's the insurance even for? I would have been better off not getting any insurance if I got to pay for the damage that wasn't my fault anyways. So I advise anybody not to bother using this app because if anything goes wrong they will screw you. Better off just renting a car through a rental company.

Had an issue with the first car I went to rent. Turo gave me the credit for the next vehicle and everything went smoothly. Turo also went above and beyond and gave me an additional discount due to the issue. I rented the vehicle from a great guy and used it for the whole trip. Everything went flawlessly from pick up to drop off and I will definitely rent again in the near future.

Vehicle was clean. Great on gas. I would definitely do it again. When picking the car up the car was there on time. The communication was great. I’m dropping the vehicle off with no problem. We had a great experience in a great car. Ahmed was good at communicating. Everything went great. The car was a brand new Toyota RAV4 with a screen we could sync to our phone for navigation, which we definitely needed up in Maine. The RAV4 got 30 mpg also.

Upon returning the vehicle, I put a full tank of diesel fuel in the truck I rented. I picked it up with only 3/4 of a tank, so I thought I was being kind. Well, a day after returning vehicle, I get a text message with a video of the F250 truck I rented stating that I should have cleaned it. I already paid over $700 for 5 days and gifted the host another 1/4 tank of fuel. We took the vehicle on a trip with 2 kids and a golden doodle. I kept blankets on the seats and treated the vehicle as though it were my own. So, the host complains I left it with mud and grass and dog hair in truck. I honestly could not see really what he was talking about from his video he sent me, because it was not that dirty....it was just used.

Cheapest rental cars. Very fast and easy to deal with. I prefer Turo over any rental car dealers. The renters on Turo is very helpful and reliable and is always there when needed help. They don’t hold any deposit and you don’t need to use a credit card. The cars are always clean and ready for you to enjoy your vacation or business trip. Once you rent through Turo you won’t ever want to rent from anyone else again.

TK was very responsive when texting and accurate with vehicle. The process was easy and the truck ran amazing, great on gas. I love the fact the the truck has some scratches and some imperfections on the paint because you can blend in with the locals and you don’t look like an outsider. Thank you so much TK.

I got a full size passenger van with Allison and the van and the entire experience was fantastic. No issues and pick up and drop off was flawless. Allison was attentive to our trip and made everything very easy. I highly recommend using Turo, I surely will again in the future.

This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental car. I rented a car a year in advance. Six months later, the host contacted me telling me he’s canceling the contract because he didn’t price it high enough. Turo did nothing to rectify the situation even sending me a nasty letter stating that I can’t take them to court because I gave up my rights. They don’t enforce the contract. They don’t drop the host off the platform. They just let him rip people off and ruin their vacations.

Charged cleaning fee even though car only needed a quick vacuum to remove dirt. Cleanliness policy was not clear and mode restrictive than other rental companies like enterprise, budget. Support was not helpful in resolving the issue. Car was 2019 but didn't have bluetooth audio. This was not mentioned in the ad.

I was extremely hesitant to try Turo for the first time. I scheduled a car, and that owner canceled on me 2 days prior to my trip. I was overly stressed out and was looking into a commercial rental. I luckily found a car on Turo that was available my dates and had a fantastic experience. So long story short, it was a very stressful experience at first but it turned out great in the end.

This app is the best. The host are reliable and check-in and check-out is very easy. I have recommended my friends and family. The website is very clear and and easy to understand.. I had one issue with a host. I contacted customer service. It was resolved ASAP. I am a very satisfied customer.

The only recommendation that I have is more detail on where to locate the vehicle. For people unfamiliar with the airport, finding the parking garage that the vehicles are located is not easy. So more information for the location of the vehicle would be a great help. Also which bus to ride to pick up the vehicle would be helpful. That is a big airport and you can get lost with all of the activities going on.

I've had 14 rides so far with various cars on Turo & have had consistently positive experiences. It can be more convenient than traditional rental car companies for last-minute & weekend rentals & lots of hosts offer remote pick-up & drop-off exchanges. One thing to note is that a lot of car insurance companies don't cover Turo (considered peer-to-peer rather than a car insurance classification), so you'll have to pay extra to get coverage from Turo, which can add up. Also, Turo tacks on a flat "trip fee" in addition to the daily fee the host charges, which is typically higher for last-minute rentals. Lots of hosts offer "early bird" discounts as well as discounts for renting for 3+ days. It's also convenient if you don't have a major credit card, as they don't charge a deposit to use your debit card. I'd also recommend you pay attention to reviews left by previous drivers/renters.

Renting from Ara worked out really well. The car ran smooth and was very clean. I had a few hiccups with my scheduling and needed a few extra days and then extra time for drop off. Ara was very flexible with me and was very accommodating. I would definitely rent from Ara in the future.

With this being my first Turo experience not a lot to say. The car I rented was exactly like what was described. The owner was good to work with. With only one small hiccup, everything went smoothly. This rental has set the bar pretty high. Hopefully all my experiences will continue to be this good.

Great customer service, no surprises, good communication and best of all was the convenience of picking up and dropping off at the airport. The whole experience was enjoyable and I will be using Turo in the future. Oh yeah, let's not forget about the cost. I think was very reasonable with no hidden fee...

Car worked fine. Great on gas. It ran smoothly. Got me to and back from where I needed to go. Finding the car was also very easy and drop off as well. Would most definitely rent another car from here again. Overall I enjoyed using this for my first time.

This was our first trip using Turo. I found the process very easy to navigate. Our host was prompt with all communications and professional as well. There was a definite personal feeling as compared to renting from a large car rental company. Like a friend had loaned you their car. I really enjoyed driving the the Lincoln, it had pizzazz. The car was very clean inside and out and fun to drive. It was very conservative and comfortable inside with leather seating. I will definitely try Turo again in the future. What inspired me most was the cost. Very economical for the choice and quality. But when I compared the price of the vehicle we rented to a rental company vehicle of the same caliber, the savings spoke for themselves! (The Ford Bronco Sport was about $100 less than a COMPACT car with a traditional company!) We had no issues and the owner was super quick to answer all questions. Pick up & drop off was easy peasy!

Robert is an amazing host, the car was everything he listed it to be. Robert went over and beyond to keep contact. Definitely will rent again from Robert. The transfer of the keys was simple. Very fun to drive and a lot of room. And really good on gas, ran great. No problem with the car, was neat and clean. Loves the sun roof, I love how it had a GPS and hook up to our phones.. Colorado was a nice place to drive around, see my friends and family.

When my family and I got off the plane we went to the parking garage to get our car. It wasn't there. I repeatedly called the host and I was ignored. I had to call Turo and waited 30 min before I could speak to somebody. Finally the host showed up. The car was filthy. It smelt bad like cigarettes and laundry spray. I took pictures and then we went on our way. We used the car to go back and forth to Disneyland to our hotel room. When our trip was over, I spent 15 dollars on a car wash, and swept out the inside. The car was cleaner returned than when I picked it up. Took pictures.

Other than renting a car through those agencies, this is quick, fast approval and to your convenience.. Super cheap. No deposito. Recommend it 100%. Cars go through inspection before and Turo makes sure they are in good condition. It's safe, some have unlimited mileage which I love. I rented from Turo 3 times in past 2 months.

This car is an absolute dream to drive and Vivian's customer service was top notch! Hands down the most comfortable car I've been in before. Power/acceleration was impressive and the suspension settings were fun to switch between. Mahalo for the opportunity to drive this perfect car! The bay area, especially the coastal communities were so fun to drive thru and would absolutely do it again.

I really like my host. They made the whole experience with my host was great. I just didn't like how Turo would do the pricing. They would add more money than. It was listed for and then inflated the trip charges. I really didn't care for that but my host was very helpful and just all around good people.

First time using Turo, overall amazing experience. The App was very easy to navigate and explained in detail all of the terms of your rental. Communication between myself and the renter was great, our host was able to explain and assist with any questions or concerns in a quick time frame. Checkout was a bit confusing, but mostly in part because we were rushing to check in and I wasn’t aware of the photos that needed to be provided after, but overall an amazing experience.

I am very pleased with the platform and with the owners of the cars I’m renting from. Only wish Turo offered more incentives for renting longer than a week or month. I did have a couple small issues with the vehicles I rented but the communication from the owners made it not a big issue.

I rented a cheap from a host a couple weeks ago. Everything was perfect. I paid for everything and then I paid extra miles. My problem is not paying the extra miles. My problem is the rating she gave me she gave me a three star because I was driving all day and all night now my problem is why would you rent a car And then give a poor rating because I was driving all day and all night now I would understand if something happened to the car but the car was fine and if you don’t want anybody, that’s renting your car driving all day and all night then why would you rent the car in the first place? I think there should be a better system on rating, because now this makes me look bad and it affects me. It affects my score for something that I paid for. I’m not gonna rent a car and have it parked in the garage.

We had an excellent experience renting Alana’s BMW. Very easy communication through the app. Our host was fantastic, very responsive to all my questions as a first-time user. Driving an electric car was really cool, a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I will definitely be using Turo again and can highly recommend Alana’s BMW on Oahu.

Did not consider Turo until I reviewed a weekly rental from the Las Vegas airport and saw $250 in fees and taxes (!). Was very pleased with the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the 2022 Jeep I rented for a 1000 Mike road trip to the Utah National Parks. Will use Turo again.

I've used TURO three times. It does involve communication with the owner of the vehicle. This has been excellent all three times. Since the owner is running a business whose success depends on good reviews it seems to work very well. The large car rental corporations do not seem motivated to perform any better than a government agency (pick one).

The host Karen was amazing. She made the experience very smooth and was a very kind host. Beautiful spirit. The Honda pilot was clean and the ride was so smooth. I will be going back to her! The pick up and drop off was very easy and she was in time. I even came back early and she was very prompt. I definitely will use her again.

The vehicle is an SUV which served us well - some of the beach access roads would not be accessible in a standard vehicle with lower ground clearance. Took an Uber to get the car. Matthew's cars are MUCH nicer than a rental company car. He's extremely nice and the VW was spotless. He came out in a pounding rain to help us get into our Uber to the airport when we returned the car. If you will be in the Fort Lauderdale area, this is your guy.

The TURO app made it possible for my fellow cruisers and I to pickup a vehicle near the port and using an Audio Tour package, we spent a great day touring the sights in and around Portland and Freeport, ME. All made very simple using the app to make a reservation, meeting my host at our scheduled pickup time and coordinating the return. Great app, recommend you expand to more locales when possible.

I found Turo to be an easy way to rent a car without the typical surprises when using car rental companies. Picking the specific car I wanted, seeing reviews about the host, and knowing the exact price was great. I have often rented from large companies only to learn that the car I expected was no longer available and that the price suddenly went up due to hidden costs. This was not the case with Turo. In addition, I was able to be in frequent contact with the host to answer any questions. The only things I might improve is better information about remote pick up and drop off n advance of the rental. Otherwise, everything was great.

It was very easy to drop off and pick up the car. The car was an older car which is no big deal to me. It got me from point a to point B. It was a little smoky smelling, but as a non-smoker my nose picks it up did not affect anything. I have no complaints at all. I would use his car again.

I’m not sure how the host can try to submit a damage claim for power door locks?! I did lock the keys in the vehicle, just habit…of locking the doors! But a damage claim, is pretty ridiculous in my opinion!! I was running a little behind schedule and wanted to make sure the vehicle was properly maintained and ready for the next reservation!

Rented a vehicle in Louisville for a long weekend. The car was delivered to our hotel before we arrived. It was in clean, well kept condition with a full tank of gas. The renter was very communicative and promptly answered questions. The only trouble I had was with the app. I had a lot of trouble with the app locking up my phone and couldn’t upload the requested photos for a long time. Otherwise, the entire experience was very satisfactory.

This was my second time renting through Turo and it was great. The process was simple and the vehicle was clean and well-maintained. The vehicle also had all the features I prefer to have in a vehicle. The host communicated effectively and made the pick-up fairly easy. He responded right away when I had questions. I WAS a frequent user of Turo until I got scammed recently. After renting 10 successful trips, I was sent a hefty bill for a scratch I didn't do. Turo always takes sides of host, Super host in my case & write free cheques on renter's behalf. This so called super host took all positive reviews from me & then sent a damage claim for a scratch after 3 hrs of returning the car. After return pictures of the car showed no signs of scratches but still Turo outrightly took Super host's side & paid out the money. Turo damage claims team remotely determines the cost of the claims without even physically inspecting the damage.

Car was in excellent condition, clean, trunk space a bit small but fine for the two of us. Good gas mileage. Pickup and drop off easy. Instructions were clear. Brian was very helpful, answered texts promptly, gave us good information. Overall, excellent experience! Don’t know what else to say. Would rent from Brian et al next time in Seattle

I didn’t have any problems. It was easy to do and I’ll do it over and over again instead of going to high prices places and try short change you steal from exactly like the image make it model that I want and then it has several other ones, and the host is very, very pleasant

I rented a vehicle that appeared intact but on later inspection only 3 sides were photographed. The driver side was all scratched, dented and rusted (indicating it was there awhile). No problem except it was not revealed upfront and I was accused of causing some of the damage on return. I had proof it was already present by photos prior to driving off.

For a first-time user, all went quite well. However, I believe the whole process should be spelled out up front and not layer out in dribs and drabs-e.g. how check-in will take place - when to take pictures, where to “try” to park. Otherwise, communications and access are first-rate. This was in Madison p/u and drop off at Dane County airport. Camry was very clean and in perfect shape! Thank you.

I rented from Danny a 2023 Ford Bronco and the experience was easy from start to finish. The car looked exactly as in pictures, probably better. The location was easy to find and get into vehicle. The car ran smooth like butter and was the accent I needed to make my birthday complete. Prices are insanely reasonable. My host was great at communicating and responded back swiftly to any messages I sent. The app itself is very easy to navigate and find your perfect car for whatever need. I absolutely loved my experience and will be seeking out my host first to get another vehicle through him. 10/10 for me!!

It was just as reasonable if not more so than rental car companies, except better, because we got to choose the exact vehicle and not just a category with no guarantees. Awesome experience. I needed a large vehicle to drive four couples to a concert and back. I could not find a big enough car locally with the car rental places plus they were forcing me to do a two day rental since they close on Sunday. Better car, better service, better rate!!! The car was great! Great car to travel LA in. However, where I had to pick the car up and drop off was questionable. Not a very safe area. Also, the host was not present for pick up and drop off. The host has also put in a claim for damages to the car. Photos were taken before receiving and after drop off of the vehicle. No damages were seen as evident to the photos. The overall experience has not been great!

We picked up car with no issues. The car was just as it was pictured! The 2nd afternoon the car acted up and was running rough and smoking out the exhaust pipe. We immediately called the rental team but they thought we had put the wrong grade of fuel in the car. We told them we had not put any gas in it, so they said we could bring to them next day to look at it. The car seemed to run fine and we did not have it checked out.

I use Turo for business mostly. I sell Solar so I’m always traveling. Turo is fast and convenient. I like the selection of cars. You can pick which one based on price you want to spend. Duration of time you want rent for can easily be extended. I am definitely going to start renting for Turo.

The experience was great. Alex had good communication and didn't take long to respond. I didn't have any issues with the car. Our flight got delayed and Alex still was able to work with us receiving the car. He gave good instructions on where the car was left with a video and pictures due to our flight being delayed. The description of the car was spot on and had a great time on my mini vacation. The only downside is you're not able to get car from the airport location but that has to do with the airport construction. Not Turo.

Everything went great. We had a light come on the dash and it was taken care of immediately. All was good. The owner checked up on us occasionally to ask if we were having NY problems, concerns, or vehicle malfunction. None of that occurred. The car was clean and there were no odors and it handled great with no issues. We added a second driver with no hassle but did not need it in the end.

Tried adding two additional drivers. The one created an account and it kept showing that she still needed to create it. When entering her email she had chosen the option for it to hide her email so we’re not sure if that was the problem. When she tried to recreate it without hiding her email it said she already had an account. The other one never could figure out why she couldn’t get approved. Also wish we could have actually spoken with a Turo employee vs online chat when needing assistance.

Great way to rent a car. My host was very responsive and helped my first experience go very smooth. Allowed me to pick up and drop off at different locations which saved me tons of time. Had the SIM pass which also saved me time traveling on the highways. I will definitely use Turo again when traveling.

2nd time renting Tony's Honda Sport, great car. Love this car, great experience. Quick and easy, no problems, clean new car. Easy pick up and drop off, great communication. I will use Tony's cars in the future. Maybe try a different vehicle in his fleet. He has many other options.

It was a very easy and great experience, car was great. With gas so high, it was a perfect choice to drive around Southern California. Very nice clean car, the pick up and drop off were very easy and smooth. I'd definitely rent from Korey again when in San Diego.

A bit nervous using this app for the first time. My host James was super nice, reassuring and had the car ready for me at the airport. Drop-off was well organized and stress free. Very reasonable price compared to any of the rental companies that I’ve used before. If you just want reliable wheels - this is a great option. Already booked a second trip.

We had to change cars twice. Not only was the owner very accommodating, TURO checked in to make sure the changes met my needs. The car we ended up with was clean and well taken care of. The transfer was smooth and efficient. Car choices were many. The owner responded to phone calls and messages.

Great customer service, easy reservation changes, loved that I could specifically pick the car. The car was like new. I will say that it took a minute to find the car and I couldn't find an elevator to the top floor, so I had to carry my suitcases up 2 flights of stairs.

Renting from Turo was very easy. What I love most about it is that there’s no $500 security deposit like renting a car from a rental company. The car was very clean, and the process was quick and easy. We had a small issue with the car but the owner really worked with us and had great communication through the whole process. Would definitely do it again.
