There are many cars you can choose from TURO. Easy to get access to the car. The price is fair (even cheaper) compared to other car rental companies. Many hosts are easy to communicate with and change the schedule if your situation changes. The TURO will refund the rest part according to the journey.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Hassle free and easy to get the car and return! The owner stayed in contact as to answer any questions I may have had! The car was great on gas and the overall experience was just great!! Definitely would recommend. Turo is absolutely my new place to go for all my future rental car needs!

This truck has a lot of power. Drove thru Southern California up to Bakersfield and back. Had no problems going over the hills and got good gas mileage. It looks great, sounds great and runs great. Enjoyed it twice now on different trips and would recommend it to my friends and family.

The car was great and the service was great. The only incident was that the key battery died toward the end of the trip but we could still use the key so it did not cause a problem. Next time I would request two keys. They were very flexible about returning the car. Overall it was a great experience.

My host Ms Virginia is so nice and easy to contact and I would highly recommend her and also rent from her again. She was very accommodating and will reply quickly. She has very clean vehicles and is a joy to rent from. I will be renting from her again.

On our recent trip to Florida my boyfriend and I were trying to make the most on a limited budget. I had never heard of Turo before. Compared to other car rental places for our trip, Turo was about $700 cheaper. The host of the car we rented through Turo was amazing and had awesome communication. I've already recommended Turo to a few of my friends. The app was also very easy to use especially since we had never used it before.

Was told about Turo by a co-worker as I always rent at airport. Skeptical at first, but am grateful I took his advice. My host in Atlanta was great and was very proficient with regards to directions, communication and customer service, as well as providing a great rental; clean, efficient and great price that was hundreds of dollars less than renting through major airport rental agencies (not to mention nicer cars). Won't even hesitate to use Turo again for my future rental needs! Great job Turo!!

From the pick-up to the drop-off, my experience was great. Prompt response from the individual I rented the car from. They checked in with me from time to time to make sure that everything was going great. The SUV was very clean & smelled great. Will definitely use them again.

Kalif was a great host, very responsive. The 2022 Honda Accord was immaculate and well maintained. The airport pickup and return was smooth, utilizing a lockbox for the key. Kalif kept me well informed on the process. I will be a repeat customer. The Turo app is intuitive and easy to navigate.

This was my first time using Turo. Everything went smoothly, I will definitely use Turo again if I need to rent a vehicle. The vehicle I rented had Sunpass installed, so that made it quick and easy to pay tolls and parking fees, payment of those fees was then settled at the end of the trip.

The car was nice as expected. It was very Clean and in good mechanical/ operational condition. It drove well and got good gas mileage. The contactless pick up and drop off was very convenient. The car was easy to find and everything went smoothly. I would definitely rent from matthew ** again.

Everything went fine. Clean, nice riding car. But there were scratches along one side as if it were "keyed" & some places where it looked like someone ran into something. I took pictures but was worried all along I'd be blamed. I think I should have been told about those because they didn't show up in the pictures when we chose the car.

Way better than booking with standard rental car companies. Many options. You learn which hosts are a good match for your communication and vehicle needs. I have also had fantastic response from Turo staff when I needed a credit for an experience that wasn’t anyone’s fault but caused inconvenience and time lost on my side. All my Turo experiences have been great.

I was pleasantly surprised at this Turo rental experience, altho I was direction challenged in locating my vehicle. It was clean, spacious and perfect for my weekend experience. Bao was very responsive which I liked very much. I would definitely recommend Turo only with 5 Star Hosts. That is the Turo difference. Not all Turo Ambassadors are 5 Star, Bao is one of them.

Car was an economy car that was quite small but ran well and was in good condition. Golf bag was a tight fit but it did fit. Was not used to hand crank windows which were awkward to use. Car pickup and drop off was convenient. Car was fuel efficient (about 40 mpg).

From start to finish everything ran smooth~ especially the car! I had to attend a funeral and David was an exceptional host. I also needed to adjust the day and time after booking and David was very accommodating. It was my first experience using Turo and won’t be my last.

The trip was a great trip for multiple reasons. The owners of the vehicle were helpful with the process and accommodation needed. Everything about the experience was great. My only suggestion is for the Turo app to prompt for photos to be taken of the car when it is first picked up. This is not the result of any complaint. I just would have felt more comfortable had I done so.

Really cool rental experience for travel. I went to San Diego for a weekend and my rental car did not disappoint. As long as your car comes in the condition as promised, there shouldn’t be a problem. I would totally rent through Turo again for another road trip across California.

Renting this vehicle was a smooth experience, no hiccups, the vehicle was in good repair, the pick-up and drop off were seamless, and contact with the owner was a breeze. If needed, I would certainly rent from Amanda again. I used the vehicle for my daughter's wedding on October 8 to transport out-of-town guest who were part of the wedding party that were visiting for the event to the venue.

It was great however the day that I was supposed to be pick up the car I was there on time. I got there via a Lyft but I wasn’t able to access the trunk and retrieve the keys until someone after 35+plus minutes later came to unlock car and the car owner told me he was going to give me a discount of 50% for the first day to compensate me for my troubles but I have not received it yet. Other than that, my experience with them was great and will recommend Turo for everyone.

We had a great day exploring the Oahu using Barry’s Honda Pilot. Pick up and drop off was super easy. Barry was there at the times arranged. He was very friendly and professional and communicating before picking up the car and during our day was outstanding. The car was clean inside and out. Overall it was a great experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Barry again!

This was an easy and painless experience. First time using Turo and I will only use Turo moving forward! It is good experience to drive Mini Hardtop 4 door. The car is in good condition and very clean with the full gas. They pick me up at the airport to hand over the car. The one who hand over the car is so friendly. The car is so nice to drive. I enjoy the drive of this car. It is recommended to rent this car. It is such enjoyment for me. It is easy to communicate with the owner and I am pleased to rent the car.

Easy process, much cheaper than renting through a commercial company like Avis. The pickup and drop off process is easy even for someone who has anxiety in new places. I was happy with the ease of the app. I have read horror story reviews about being charged extra for cleaning so a quick trip through the car wash with free vacuums helped ease my worry since I uploaded the pics of doing so right before drop off. I recommend taking a lot of pictures at pickup and a lot of pictures at drop off to include the under carriage from the front, back and side of the car. The car I rented had undercarriage damage and I wouldn’t have known that had I not looked under prior to using it. Super convenient and I will be using this service from now on for my vacations.

I’ve never left a one star review, so I’ll first explain what I did like about the experience. The app was good and my host was communicative and kind. What ruined the experience for me, though, was the support after I got in an accident. So my wife and I rented a van to transport wedding decor to our venue for our wedding this past Friday. Everything went great. On the drive back, however, we hit a deer near the West Virginia/Ohio border and immediately report damage and called support. There was a significant coolant leak so I knew that the van was not drive-able. Support said it would take 60-90 minutes to find a tow provider which was expected since towers are typically already out on a job and need a second to come get you. They said if we didn’t hear back after 45-ish minutes, to call back for an update. We waited until the 90 minutes had passed before calling back and were told that a provider still had not been found.

The experience I've had so far has been pleasant and the two times I've used Turo from two different providers has been great, thanks and I will use again in the future. If need be I will definitely recommend Turo to family and friends for sure in the near future. Thanks again, have a blessed day.

Very very good experience with the rental. The best communication and responsiveness before, during , and after rental period. We forgot something in the car and was able to easily get in contact with people to arrange shipping to get stuff back. Will use same provider when visiting Orlando in the future.

Renting the Dodge Durango from Eric was absolutely amazing! I have never rented such a clean and mechanically sound vehicle. Eric was easy to communicate with, very helpful and very thorough! 1st reservation was cancelled by Turo. 2nd reservation (replacement) was cancelled by Turo. 3rd reservation (replacement) was cancelled by Turo. 1st customer service rep was very helpful and found me a replacement reservation. 2nd customer service rep was less than helpful finding me a replacement reservation. 3rd customer service rep was increasingly less helpful than the last unhelpful one. I was increasingly frustrated as the customer service process seemed more broken each time I utilized it.

I enjoyed my experience very much. The person I worked with was excellent. The price was outstanding. Everything I needed was handled. I got stuck in bad traffic. It was not a problem. I just changed when I would arrive. I can’t say there was one problem at all. I would definitely do this again, and I would recommend it.

Blessing was gracious enough to let me rent her Honda CRV. It drove like a cloud. The vehicle was clean, with a full tank, and seemed to be well maintained. I highly recommend working with her if you are in the Austin area. The only thing that was missing was pick up service but I understand because I live in South Austin and she's located in the Pflugerville area.

I used the app for the first time, and my experience was great. The car was excellent and met all of our needs. We communicated through the app, I was able to extend my rental for two extra days, and the pickup/dropoff process was straightforward. We also picked it up in the Seatac garage and left it there.

Yes I would recommend a friend. The customer service is great. The host from whom I rent from are wonderful. The vehicle is new, clean and drives great. The host went overboard to ensure that my second rental was pleasant and they also help me with the rental. For a wonderful rental experience I would recommend this host.

It was a great experience. The only downer was I had to change cars at the last minute and the second car could not deliver to the airport. It cost me $45 for cab fare to go and pick up the car and deliver it back. The car was fantastic and I was in good communication with the owner both before and after the rental. I have already schedule my next rental with Turo in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Everything was perfect except that the gas tank was empty. Before I left the cypress garage where the car was parked, it says that I could only drive for 35 miles. I recommend that, they really check that the cars are full before delivering. Beside this little inconvenience everything was great. Very nice car. Super clean.

Being able to get a rental car last minute was fantastic. The car was well maintained. The owner was very cordial to us and kind. Definitely recommend using Turo again. The app also was great too. It allowed us to continue to communicate with the owner and he keep him updated as well.

Trip was canceled on us with no notice, and we arrived at 1 AM in the morning with no car waiting for us. I had spoken to Chase H in Phoenix about the Kia Sportage that morning and he never mentioned anything about the car being not available. His communication was terrible throughout the whole process, so much that I had to call him because he was not answering any of my texts about information regarding our trip.. She’s put us in a very bad situation and I had to pay $20 for an Uber to the hotel where I was going to pick up the car and then to not even have a car there, so $20 wasted. Turo on the other hand was amazing and my only complaint is that I had to pay $30 out of my pocket for an Uber to get the car and $10 tip to the driver that took us to our destination that was half an hour away.

Using Turo is so much quicker and easier than going through your traditional rental company. We have a corporate account through one of the big rental companies and I'd still prefer to use Turo. Pick up and drop off is easier, I am not bombarded with a slew of fees & taxes that nearly double the price of the rental and generally, they are cleaner than the large rental companies! The last time I picked up from a big box rental co the car was filthy! Long and short, I highly suggest Turo - the owners are generally very communicative, helpful if you run into issues, and often will offer suggestions of places to see, eat and go in their home town.

Kevin's truck rental was just what we needed. Big, clean, easy to get and drop. We couldn't be happier. He was flexible on the meetup, and responded to questions that arose. The vehicle was like new and the tonneau cover was helpful to keep things secure. It had more room than a typical truck.

It was a great first experience for a rental car and the car was great with gas and it was very easy to pick up and go. But the owner could’ve showed up on time or before. He was 30+ minutes late and even threatened to end the deal between us because I asked for a small discount due to their tardiness. But when I needed to keep it a few extra days I was approved shortly after requesting so that was amazing. The car was sporty, comfortable, and most importantly reliable. Thanks Clutch. You made it easy for me to get where I needed to be.

Just read the clear instructions and the host is always there to help with any additional questions. I had a issue finding any seven seaters available around my area. I checked many companies around with nothing. I found some on Turo easily. Pickup was a breeze not a hassle as well as drop off. I had no issues the three days we had the car. The host was amazing and helpful. I'd definitely use them again. The car was super clean, the host was timely, the car was well maintained and drove amazing.

I thought this was going to be a pleasant experience! It was until I realized 2 days after returning the car I was charged an extra $175 and not sure why! The host was nice and then ended all communication with me after my account was overdrawn and she has no reason why this happened. I tried to contact this business Turo for help. None! Good app to work through. Simple to browse to with many options available. Good value vehicle when compared to car rental prices. The car was easy to access and drop off as per my request. Car owner was easily accessible by phone when we had issues with the key lock box. Good clean vehicle, fun to drive and good on gas.

Had plenty of storage room and my walker fit easily in the trunk. Based on my first experiences with Turo I would recommend them.

I think y’all should wait until the host accept the trip modification before charging for it. Because I didn’t have enough money left to try to schedule another trip now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days before I can get a refund or maybe y’all can figure out away to get refunds back faster or make it away to take that payment from the cancellation and put it towards another trip.

My first time using Turo almost turned into a nightmare. Was notified at the airport that the car had a flat on its way to me. Turo called me and took care of everything. Took a Lyft and set up a new car for the next day. The app makes it very easy to communicate with the car owner and make adjustments to the time and drop off location without needed to call anyone. I will definitely use Turo again.

Great host and great vehicle. Very responsive. Awesome experience. Easy pick up and easier drip off. I rented a Ford Mustang convertible and it was all that was listed in the descriptions and photos. The host met me at pick up and ensure I was comfortable with all the functions.

We had a great trip and were able to see and enjoy the DC and the surrounding city with the vehicle. It was clean and just as described in the description. Host was very nice and pleasant to deal with. The check in process was easy and the host made sure we had exactly what we needed to find the vehicle we were using for our trip.

The cost to use Turo ended up being half of what the cost was at a rental car agency. In addition, I could choose the year, make, model and features of the car, which added to the great experience. The car was easy to pick up and drop off and I encountered no issues while driving. I highly recommend this as an alternative to standard car rental agencies, that are often overpriced at airports.

Amazing trip and car, really clean, I’m came back to California. I’m rent in Turo again with the same person. The car was in perfect condition and delivered on time, I had no problems charging and I was able to pay after the trip and this really comfortable for me and I’m like the clean and the really new car.

The Land Rover Defender provided by Demurris is a beautiful and functional automotive vehicle. Several smart features included with the vehicle included a cooler between the front seats. We needed to have seats for six adults (some of the time) plus car seats for two children ages 5 and 3 during our trip. The pickup and drop off could not have been any better or easier. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The car I rented was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect fit for the task at hand. Jeffrey was responsive and accommodating. I would absolutely rent through Turo again, and definitely will be renting from Jeffrey if and when the time comes. The selection offered is great, and if all hosts are as good as Jeffrey, I wouldn't want to rent any other way.

My host was responsive and helpful. It’s hard to be put in a bind by another host and be completely patient with the first host that was very deceitful. And then the second host was unresponsive because there’s a two-hour grace period to respond. I couldn’t wait on the 2 hours because the first host wasted my entire day and I was not satisfied with waiting 5 days for a refund. But the third and final host was the total savior of the day and entire weekend.

Our host, Alejandro was a gem, and the Tesla was perfect! Only thing that could have been better would be to have more Turo return spots available at Boston Logan Airport. We were lucky to get a spot in the lot! Overall experience, excellent! We'd definitely use Alejandro and Turo again!

This was my first time using Turo and I would say it was a success and look forward to using it again on future trips. I thought our vehicle was great, Tanner had excellent customer service and top-notch communication. The Jeep was easy to locate at the airport and was perfect for what we needed.

I am without a car right now. I started a job which is great so I can buy a car. The only thing is, I gave my daughter my car after she has 2 kids back to back. Now I need to get around. My job may require travel that they reimburse. No matter when I want to book a car, whether it be Two days out, one day out, even 2 hours out, I have found something reasonable in my neck of the woods.

I utilize Turo often; on my recent trip to Las Vegas during my layover before arriving I decided to use Turo versus a rental car because of my experience before. Upon picking up the Turo, I noticed the front bumper was as shown below crashed. Then upon driving the power steering was having problems. I immediately contacted the host and all he said was “That’s weird. It never happened before.” I am not too familiar with my way around so I just took the chance as I knew I would only use the vehicle to get me to my work meetings. I drove to Walmart then to my hotel and didn’t use the vehicle till the next day where the maintenance light went off. I contacted the host and he just said “thank you” …

Robert’s van was perfect for our family trip. Clean, reliable and reasonable. Would recommend this van and Turo. We had a great experience with this car rental service. This was an easy and stress free way to transport our large group on a road trip. Reasonable compared to the corporate rental car companies.

I flew in to Orlando at 12:30am only to find my reservation missing in the app and later to find it was cancelled. I got my family alternative transportation to our stay in Kissimmee to get some rest before calling Turo support in the morning. It was nice we were able to get a car the next day but lost the one day we had for vacation leisure to arranging and waiting on a new vehicle. This was my first Turo experience and I don’t feel inclined to stay from a typical rental company after this situation and the inconvenience and loss of vacation it cost me with no reimbursement. There are several recommendations I have for improving but I am out of space to type.

Would of helpful if lots where cars are located were marked or numbered. Would of been helpful for first time renters to have assistance on 1st use to pick up car. It took 2 groups picking up to figure it out. Our car was not cleaned on pick up and the license plate kept popping out of its place when you closed the tailgate. The ride and trunk space was great for our needs.

This was my first time using this app and it was so easy and very reasonably priced. I used a great vehicle for a short trip I needed to make. The transition of picking up/dropping off the vehicle was amazing. I will be using this service again for sure. The vehicle host was also very attentive to any messaging and very prompt in responding.

The vehicle was in great condition. Easy pick up and drop off. Great communication from the owner. Great vehicle for our party of four. The car got great mileage and we loved the hybrid feature. We would definitely rent from this owner again. This vehicle would work for five people if some of the people are fairly small.

Vehicle was exactly as advertised. Host was super responsive to a couple questions. Pick up and drop off we’re very straightforward and easy. Only issue we had was vehicle FOB would not lock vehicle. We had to regularly make sure to manually lock one of the sliding doors and push the interior lock button for all other doors.

Very easy to book. All the fees are laid out ahead of time. Better car options. I enjoyed the experience so much more than mainstream rental companies. You get to meet real people who own these cars and put real effort into maintaining and providing a great service. There’s no chance of a car not being available then being substituted with some other trash that may not convenience you. You get what you reserved and that’s final. It’s awesome. Love it. Highly recommend the service to all.

The host I got the truck from was perfect for my first Turo experience. I had no clue what to do and he went through everything step by step, explained it and made it easy. The vehicle was perfect for my needs, he was very attentive, communicative and was helpful with everything. This experience will have me return to Turo for sure.

I've now rented cars with Turo "hosts" 3 times. The cars were well-maintained and perfect for my needs each time. I also saved a minimum of 30% vs. the big name rental companies. That said, I've found the pickup and drop-off interactions to be a real hassle. If you think about it, even though hosts receive Turo training, each host is an independent company and each host has different procedures for getting the vehicle to you and retrieving it. Some hosts communicate well about their process and some don't. This issue involves both skill and process. Some hosts just don't communicate details well; some appear to use a semi-automated process that delays drop-off instructions until just prior to the drop-off time.

The app makes it super easy to find a car and set up the rental. Got the rental at a really good price. Host was great, super clean car, got great gas mileage. Host made it super easy to extend rental. Pick up and drop off were also super easy. Will differently use again on our next trip. And will tell Friends and family too as well.

I am completely blown away by my first Turo experience! I booked a vehicle, and a few weeks before the trip, the host canceled, because the car was in an accident. To cancel the trip, he did not follow the guidelines. I contacted Turo support and they were so incredibly helpful with not only canceling the reservation, but finding me a replacement vehicle at no additional cost! They made it so incredibly easy and paired me with the best host. It was so easy to communicate with my host and use my rental. Cannot wait to use Turo again!

The Lexus that we reserved was detailed and ready for us when we arrived. Communication was clear and simple. The Turo app is easy to use to reserve your trip and communicate with the owners. We travelled with our tennis team and they reserved two other cars and had a very positive experience. Would highly recommend Turo!

My first time using this service. Was very happy with the service. James, the provider of the vehicle communicated well and even offered to try to get me to the vehicle. It didn't work out so I ended up taking a cab to pick the vehicle up. The vehicle was full of gas. It was clean and ready to go. Used it for the 4 days. Not a single problem. Filled up with gas. Even washed it. Because I was in my motorhome it would have been difficult to return to the same place. So he met me somewhere where it would be easy for me to access 75 South to go home. Would definitely use Turo again.

I was charged 165 dollars for cleaning. The host requested for me to pay for parking after I already paid for picking up the car not to mention I paid for pickup and delivery already. After is disputed it and won the dispute he then wanted to charge for cleaning which the pictures was provided and it's clear that all the car needs is vacuum not to clean/steam the carpet or interior just basic vacuum.

I had a very good person to work with and the car was perfect for our party. We had 2 vehicles and this Subaru Ascent was a great choice. It held 1/2 of our party of 12 adults with ease. A great choice of vehicle for our group. This car had all of the options which were very helpful for myself as driver.

First experience with Turo was amazing, and will rent again in the future. The communication with John was great, he answered all questions in a timely manner. I had a good experience with Turo, Wonderful car, good communication but I got 2 extra charges that I didn’t know about it. The location of the car was pretty close to the airport a $ 20 Uber ride and very easy and convenient to pick up and drop off. I will use Turo again

It was my first time booking through this service and I'll definitely be going back. It was so much more convenient than regular car rentals where you have to go pick up the vehicle. It was also very comparable in pricing. I used to use zipcar and this is much more affordable than theirs too.

It was pretty fast and simple to book. We could see the exact car we would be driving. The guidelines were clear and we had a good time. Pick up and drop off was extremely convenient. we took great pics on the drive. The vehicle was clean and performed well. We had everything we needed to take a scenic drive and many beautiful pictures of the landscape, ocean, sunset, and sunrise.

I have booked the car from 8:00PM on Oct 12 2023 to 8:00 PM on Oct 14 2023, due to heavy traffic and the public transport delay, I was stuck and was constantly in touch with the host and told him that I shall be there by 9:00 PM on Oct 12, and at 8:50PM, when I was around 5 minutes far from the pickup location, the host had cancelled my trip, which caused me a lot of inconvenience and a lot of change in my further plans as I could not get any other vehicle until the next day morning, luckily which I got from "GET Money's" and I am really happy for that as they were very generous enough to start the trip early in the morning at 5:00 AM.

Everything was great. We will for sure use Turo again. Nice communication and nice truck. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We were in Colorado and got a jeep gladiator. It was fun to drive. We were scared to try Turo, but talked to someone who did. So glad we did.

The car was ready for us at the SGF Airport exactly where Zach said he parked it. The car was clean and exactly as pictured. Zach was very responsive throughout our entire trip and made drop off super easy. We will definitely rent again when we’re back in Springfield, MO!

I needed a vehicle basically for visual on marketing visits promoting UAV services. Like they say you only get one chance at a first impression. And I’m pretty sure the x3 helped making that first impression. As to the owner and the vehicle both are a class act. Excellent experience.

Taye was very responsive to questions and reacted quickly to requested changes in our rental. We rented his Tesla to see if it would fit into our lifestyle and quickly found out the answer was no! Great car but not for Montana distances and winter. The only drawback to our rental is that Taye left a poor review in regards to our rental. We were late getting the car to the airport (we tried to let him know it was happening but did not get a response) and we were not able to get the car recharged to a sufficient level.

I am pleased about the car rented and the service given. The car was clean and as shown on pictures. Very good state, clean and well maintained. The service is excellent. It has been brought to us and recollected from where we wanted. We enjoyed our two days' rent. Very good value for the vehicle we rented.

Car was clean, the owner was super accommodating and I enjoyed driving the Explorer with all the amenities for a nice comfortable drive. I highly recommend you call Gregory when you need a rental in the Jacksonville, FL area. I needed a couple extra hours due to traveling and the morning I was to return the explorer I ran into some issues. I requested some extra time and Gregory was more than willing to help. When I arrived at the drop off location Gregory was there and I met him. I needed to get to Jacksonville airport and was using Uber to get there. Gregory offered to help and drive me there if Uber was going to be late: it really was a great overall experience.

The car for my trip was Awesome. It rode smooth and I also looked good driving it. I had a wonderful trip. The person I rented from responded in a timely manner when I asked questions or had concerns and was friendly. I definitely will rent again for another trip. The person I rented for had the exact car that I wanted for my trip.

This was my first time using Turo. So was a little hesitant at first. But things went smoothly and Jason made that experience easy to deal with. Only thing that I would like to see changed is all cars that are available, if they can describe upfront how you will pick up and bring back a vehicle. Jason did a fine job on that part but when looking at other vehicles it was not spelled out very well. One reason I went with Jason. Do not rent vehicles very often, but I am pretty sure I will go with Turo on my next trip.

It was new for us and we travel a lot and have many car rental gold memberships. Interested in trying something new, saving money and to drive a different type of car. Turo came through and we found an awesome Lexus and Maxim who was a great host. Our flight was delayed and we landed at 230am, shuttle to the garage, to the exact spot, the app opened the door and off we went. The car was brand new, the experience was great and we certainly will do it again. Maybe even at home for an exotic. Highly recommend TURO.

I discovered Turo while looking for a rental while my car was being repaired. I live nowhere close to an airport or large rental lot so finding a car close by was a huge plus. Also, I found that for the same price or a few dollars more, I could rent a much nicer car than what the rental companies offer. I am a huge fan and will definitely use Turo in the future!

Great experience and good car. Easy pickup. Only issue we had was when returning vehicle the Turo lot at the airport was full and nowhere to park. Called Turo and customer service person was useless. Told us he would call back in 5 mins. Finally returned call almost a hour later. After Turo host had already told us to park in the economy parking garage then had to pay the parking fee for parking vehicle there. Overall still would recommend Turo.

This was my first time renting a car using Turo, and I’ve gotta say - this was so easy and seamless. Safety is their priority with simplicity right behind. Communication was an easy tab to navigate and very convenient to talk to the renter. If I have to include a critique, I do wish they’d send you a notification to remind you to check in and out. Thankfully my renter didn’t mind if I didn’t press the check-in button right on time but some might.

We had no problems picking up and returning vehicle. Our host gave wonderful directions. Would definitely use again. Car very roomy and comfortable. No complaints. Pick up location was very easy to find. Communication with host was no problem. We have used Turo in the past and will use again in the near future.

Host and car were great. I did have lots of problems with the Turo App however. I spent several attempts with customer support who were good and tried to resolve app problem but ended up having to just use the Browser to correspond. The app is highly recommended by Turo but was not working well. This was my only complaint.

Not only did I get a quick excellent SUV, I got what I believe an excellent price, extra mileage, an early bird discount, a host from heaven, and he was a 7 minute Uber ride away from me. I utilized Turo for the first time when attending a conference. I rented from Turo because a friend recommended it to me and I am happy they did. Turo was very affordable and the process to rent a car was easy and smooth. The host was very communicative and all the fees were articulated when booking so I was not surprised about any charges. The car I rented was reliable and got me where I needed to go. I would use Turo again myself as well as recommend it to others.

Everything was fine from the pick up to the return with the car. Our host George was very helpful and was quick to respond with answers to our questions. The only issue that we initially had was the additional charge for bringing the car to the location we needed it to be at.. However it was explained by George and we chose to still use Turo. We would consider using Turo again and George as well. Thank you.

Car was great. It’s in great condition and fun to drive. Great gas mileage. We had a wonderful trip to the coast on roads with lots of turns, this car was perfect. Oh, Timmy was great, very helpful. Customer service was good too but getting to them was difficult.

Had no issue with the rental. The hosts description was exact and the car was in decent condition. The only thing I didn’t like was that in order to get the car from the airport I would have had to pay an exorbitant fee. The fees from Turo are ridiculous and expensive. For a normal rental which would be a compact or midsize most of the time it’s cheaper from an actual airport rental company. After drop off fees, Turo Fees and Airport fees it doesn’t pay to rent from Turo. Not sure if I’d use them again because of the ridiculous fees. A vehicle advertised as $100 a day for a 4 day rental can actually cost you $700-$800 dollars, not $400.

Everything went really well. I was so happy with the service and the host was amazing! The car was clean after every pick up! I love what Turo offers and I will use this again when I need to get a car in a pinch.

This was my/our first experience with Turo. Service was recommended to us by our adult children, who have used it wtih good success, particulaly for specialized vehicle rental needs (ski trips). Process worked very well for us, finding a suitable vehicle/host, reserving a car, pick up, use, and eventual drop off all went very smoothly. Cost was very good compared to traditional rental. Definitely will plan to use Turo (and our host, if applicable) again.

My previous reservation canceled on me three days before my trip. Customer Service worked with me to find another rental car. We got into town really late, basically almost midnight. Had a great car, but on the drive 4 miles from our condo, got a flat tire and no spare. They don't put spares in newer convertible Mustangs. Used support on app and they arranged flatbed to pick up car and return to owner, got me to where I was staying. I called back in and they moved my reservation to a another convertible Mustang and in 7.5 hours I had my replacement ride. Flat tire sucked, but how they handled it, how the owner of the car handled it made all the difference. I don't think a rental agency would have gotten me into what I wanted that quick. I would recommend Turo as well as the two gents who I had reservations with.

I really enjoyed the rental I made 10/13. The car was nice and the host was awesome. It was 2023 Nissan Altima and it was so cool. Would definitely recommend this host again! The car was clean and made a great ride for quick trip. Gabrielle was the host so if you see that car with this host book and the price was right for me.

This was my first time renting through Turo and I'm definitely going to do it again. I had heard about Turo from co-workers and when I was planning my trip I decided to check them out to compare price and vehicle options. Being that I was going to be traveling through Southern California, on fun mountain roads, I didn't just want to rent a beige rental sedan. I started looking into more exciting cars through rental agencies and was put off by both the cost and the fact that I didn't really know what car I was going to get. Turo was so different. I loved being able to look at actual cars, then read reviews of the model and year on Edmonds to figure out exactly what car I wanted to rent. I settled on an Alfa Romeo Stelvio and was floored to find that the price for the week was less than a standard sedan at National Rental Car.

I used the car for business purposes to get to it from training for the first week as I didn't trust my older vehicle to get that far. It was nice to ride around in style for the week. The car was awesome and fun to drive and Great on gas and everywhere we went people had eyes on us. Beautiful color and great sound system. We will be renting again in the future for sure. Had no issue with the car as well as the room for bags. Seats were comfortable and the ride was smooth. Again great car and a great host.

This is a great app to use when renting a vehicle. It's easy to maneuver and view available vehicles. There is a large variety of vehicles available. I certainly recommend using this app over your standard vehicle rental companies. The vehicles available through this app are more interesting and lesser cost than corporate vehicle rental businesses.

Our original host wouldn’t respond to us and left us stranded. This trip was for a wedding, so it made us late to rehearsal. Luckily our final host saved us. But overall I don’t know if I can really recommend this service. Also, the young driver fee is ridiculous, why not just make young drivers get full coverage.

Jay was so helpful and kind - even when I made a mistake and parked the vehicle in the wrong spot for the return. Driving the Q5 was wonderful - the car was clean and easy to operate. We chose this truck for the 4x4 as we wanted to make it up to the observatory and they require it. It handled very well. I want to buy one now. The owner was easy to communicate with. After trying to find a rental car from other companies. It was too hard and they was giving me a hard time with all kind of information to provide. My son told me about Turo. Wonderful experience for my first Turo rental. I rented a Porsche in Key West to drive up the coast to the beach. The pickup and drop off was simple and the owner was always available for my questions. The car ran well and was very clean. I will definitely book again when I’m in Key West.

Rented Austin's Hyundai Tucson for one week. Austin delivered and picked up at my home an extremely clean, fresh and pleasant smelling car. Saved me a lot of time and money over conventional rental and was so convenient communicating via the TURO app. I definitely will use TURO again. I highly recommend.

This is my second trip with Kailyn. It's always really easy to contact her, pick up the car, and drop it back. She also is flexible in letting me have extra days if needed. The car is always clean and easy to drive. I've recommended her to other people since the Turo process with Kailyn is much easier than standard rental car companies.

As a first-time Turo user, I was pleasantly surprised how well it went. Dennis was very accommodating in the drop-off and pick-up. Very friendly, responsive and helpful. The Outback was very nice and roomy. Also never driven an Outback and I was again pleasantly surprised by the room and how nice it drove. It provided a great time driving out to Red Rock and Seven Magic Mountains.

We decided that for my birthday weekend back home, we wanted to see what the Hype was all about the "Tesla." Boy was I scared at first, David was so helpful with sending intro videos and coming out to meet us at 6 a.m. The car was beautiful and quite easy to operate once my brain shifted to "all-electric." My family was impressed and now my 18-year-old nephew thinks I'm the "cool aunt". We travel often to St.Louis and will defintley choose this car again!

It’s was a really good car renting experience. Just like anything communication is key and Jonathan had it down. If I had a question about the trip, he would message me back no longer than 5-10 minutes. I was renting the car for my niece visiting out of town, she was verified to be able to drive the car. The one thing that would’ve been nice is she could’ve picked the car up by herself without me being there, other than that, it was great.

The car did fine, the trip was great. Got back, returned the car and then 12 hours later the host accuses me of smoking and sends pictures of obvious beach sand. I do not smoke, never have. He also filed a damage report stating the car was badly damaged and scratched. Absolutely nothing happened to the car. It was foolish of me not to take pictures of every inch of the car before I even drove it. Because I didn’t, he can now charge me money to fix something that was for sure already there on a 10 year old vehicle. It was a good experience until it wasn’t. The worst part is I gave him a 5 star review before he screwed me over and now I can’t change it to say the truth. The host is for sure taking advantage of me and I’ll never rent from Turo again because of it.

My experience with Turo has been the best thus far. I have been renting through a couple of hosts and they all have been great. I have found one that I constantly rent through because he has just what I be looking for price range and as well. The host nor the Turo app disappoints me at all.

I really was satisfied with this vehicle. It was clean, it was very spacious, gas saver, drove smoothly, no problems at all. I would definitely be reserving with Jessica again, customer service was great. I would like to continue renting with Jessica’s in the near future. No problem with pick location or drop-off issues. Host was on time.

Used Patriot General to rent a van for our family trip. They went above and beyond onto meet our needs. Always communicated in a timely manner and were so kind and helpful in their response to me. The van was in excellent condition and very clean. It was perfect for our family. We had 9 in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone including luggage. I would highly recommend using Turo and Patriot General!

Excellent experience with the whole process. Car was a real thrill to rent for a week. Owner was very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend the service and felt that the value for the money was there. Found the car and was able to ask the owner as many questions as needed. I had a very good feeling that I would get my money's worth once I saw the car..

I was very happy with my first time experience using Turo. I was a bit nervous but the people I dealt with were so helpful and kind. I needed a vehicle for 7 confirmed on a quilting trip! The vehicle was spacious and just what we needed. I would definitely use Turo again and have recommended it already to friends!

Clean car. Rj is very accommodating. It’s my first time renting a car on our own. I was scared but he was very thorough with everything that needs to be done. Very very clean car. We were behind schedule during return process. They were very understanding. Nice people. It is recommended. I would recommend them to my friends.

The only problem I had was the changes in pick up and drop off locations. They were a little confusing and different from original locations. The host was great and accommodating. The car was clean and ran smoothly. I was informed of any issues with the car when I picked it up. If I could use this vehicle all the time I would.

Using Turo has been extremely easy and fun for me during my travels. I love the freedom and choices and don’t feel like I’m locked into or stuck with a vehicle I may not really want. Communication before, during and after with the company or individual makes the process even easier and is very helpful when I am not familiar with a certain area, city or town. I highly recommend to all!!

Every booking has been smooth as butter and have not had to reach out to customer service. I've had zero issues with the app or any of my bookings. I have recommended the app to friends and family as an alternative to rental companies especially when they fly into Oakland, CA to avoid being followed by "bippers".

Picked up vehicle at the Turo lot in Lihue Kauai. Short Turo shuttle bus ride to the lot behind the Target. Very easy pick up and drop off. Owner of our jeep rental was awesome to work with. I have rented many vehicles from the big rental companies in the past but now will use Turo whenever possible.

I had to leave last minute for my mom's sudden passing and had to drive from Ohio to Florida & was given less than a week notice. I had called every rental company known in a 100 mile radius from my home city & nowhere would rent to me without a major credit card + a hefty deposit so I was very sad thinking I was about to have to miss my mom's funeral.

This was our first experience with Turo. It was excellent. The host was very responsive and respectful. He explained what was needed and what to expect step by step. This was very helpful. You may be in a city that you are not familiar with and the extra care was appreciated.

I had a great experience renting from my host, Darwin. I had a bit of trouble finding the vehicle and he was kind enough to come pick me up and take me to where it was parked. I would not have found it otherwise. Darwin was patient and courteous and his vehicle was very nice and easy to operate. I would recommend Turo and Darwin to my friends and family.

Everything went well with my rental. The car was clean and a beautiful red. On time and as described. I will definitely deal with this owner again. Corvettes as with most high end sports cars sit low to the ground...my kids laugh watching me get in and out. That being said, it was a very enjoyable ride.

Very easy to get started and the car selection is awesome along with the people you are renting from also fair with the mileage time limit. Cars are clean and well maintained with updated features. The people you are renting from keeps the communication open if you have any questions or problems.
