This was my first Turo rental and Diego made the experience stress free and simple. He did an excellent job communicating with me throughout my trip to ensure there were no issues with the vehicle or the logistics for pick up and return. I will definitely rent from Diego when I return to the Phoenix area!

I needed a car and downloaded the Turo app and found just the right size car at a good daily rate. The process was easy and convenient. Stan was a good communicator. The car was very nice and got great gas mileage. Overall a very excellent experience and I would recommend Turo to my friends and family.

Awesome, hassle free, no lines, no pressure. Everything is fast and done from your phone so you’re not wasting time in lines! Minimal human interaction! No hidden fees is the best part! I heard of Turo from a coworker and now we always tell each other when we use it!

Everything went well with Jaqulyn my host. Will definitely use Turo in future. I enjoyed everything. Jaqulyn car was very nice and drove wonderful. I will definitely choose her for the next time I need a rental car. Convenient and Jaqulyn was very nice and a pleasure to do business with her.

I rented a vehicle from Donald J, while visiting Charlotte North Carolina. The vehicle was great, the host was pretty good, however I informed Donald that his oil light on the Mercedes truck was coming on. I told him that I checked the oil and it was low. I asked if he wanted me to add oil, he said yes and I purchased oil, added the oil and Donald stated he would cash app me my money back. Haven’t received it yet. I rented the car from 14 Dec-18 Dec.

First time using Turo and was a little nervous driving someone else’s car, but we did it! Drove a beauty, super fast car! Loved It! The whole experience was super easy and wouldn't hesitate to use Turo again on our next trip!! Great selection, great value, great communication and easy check in/out!!

I rented the car since their advertising claims that the car is delivered at your location and there was a free cancellation before one hour from rental. However, no car delivery is available and cancellation cost me 30%. Do not believe in their advertising.

Very bad experience, I had to wait for 7 hours for a car change, they charged me all possible fees at the time of returning the car even though I let support know that I started my trip in Florida and that they had to change the address of delivery of the car, I called support many times and no one gave me an answer, I was discriminated against by an agent who was investigating the late return of the car who apparently does not know how to pronounce the names of people of Latin origin well, I am still waiting for a call from an agent who speaks Spanish to be able to clarify what happened to me with Turo

John was very good and communicative. I feel some of the rental fees could be lower. Car quality and condition was very nice. Discounts should be offered after first rental. This was my third rental with Turo. Turo should have offered a discount. Overall experience was good. Not sure what more I can add to the experience.

Very pleasant and easy. The owner was very nice and understanding. When I needed to extend he would in a heartbeat. Has no issues with how many times I wanted to extend. I would definitely rent from him again anytime. We loved the service and the vehicle itself. Also how easy and efficient it was to get the vehicle. The cleanliness was superb and the car has been treated very well.

I enjoy renting from Turo however I'm never shown cars in my area but if I go on someone else's it shows cars in my area. Another is the trip fee. How can it be 200 for the car rental and 186 for the trip fee. It was very reasonable and fun when I first started renting. Now it feels like I'm being ripped off. Every car 400 a week and it's not the host. It's the trip fee. I was also given a 15% discount from a host and turo never put it for me to use. You would think if someone is renting continuously you would try not to kill them with trip fees. I mean it's really ridiculous. And stop hiding cars that are close to my residence. Flex Cars may be a better option since it's monthly idk. I'm just not paying 400 a week because an overpriced trip fee.

Joi was quick to respond to messages. She was quick and had a pleasant attitude. The car was a great ride and gas mileage was excellent. She even had a charger in the car which was definitely a plus! Joi was a great host and will definitely rent from her again.

This was my first time using Turo. I was a bit skeptical at first, but the whole experience ended up being a lot easier than I ever thought it would be. 1) Pick your dates. 2) Pick your vehicle. 3) Pay/book your trip. 4) Communicate with host on delivery of vehicle and drive. Super simple. They have something for all budgets and group sizes. My host was great. Would definitely recommend. 10 out of 10.

The rental of the Volvo was excellent. LA Auto staff were friendly and communication was on point. My modifications went smoothly. I am happy to choose LA Auto for future rentals on Turo. The location is convenient as far as traveling to and from work and close to hotels and shopping.

Our experience with NFD was more positive than expected. NFD was direct worked with us as far as installation and preparation in order to keep the cost manageable. The installation team was professional and well within the installation window, they came in went right to work and completed the job quicker than we anticipated and left the area meticulous.

I’ll never rent a car from the airport again!! This was by far the easiest, most convenient part of my entire trip. I rented a Mercedes SUV from Hany, He assured me he would be at the airport when my plane landed & he was. The truck was immaculate, filled up & ran perfect!! I’m NOT used to things working out so perfect!! My little trip was a success.

The experience was smooth and ease-full despite being new to driving a Tesla. I was sent great tutorials and instructions and accurate pin for the pick up location. The only snafu was upon returning the vehicle because there were two locations with the same address and I nearly ran out of battery while Maps sent me around and around the city and the owner wasn’t available to help me while I was lost.

The vehicle meet all of my expectations and the owner was professional and knowledgeable. I will rent vehicles from him in the future. This was my first transaction with Turo and I am not adept with technology. Benjamin was patient and informative regarding the 2024 vehicle, the model and make of which I had never driven. He guided me through its fundamental operations. He is a valuable asset to Turo. I received value in excess of my expectations.

I'm actually glad that the booking was cancelled because it prompted me to look at Turo Reviews. It looks like this company has a big problem with hosts trying to scam extra money. I've deleted the app and will be using more conventional car rental. I don't need the hassles.

First time customers on your application don't have any idea of what to expect or how to protect themselves from experiences, I didn't get any first hand chance nor any tips about how to go about inspecting the rented vehicle before accepting it like at the end when returning it. It seems to me that this app is more prone to protect the vehicle owner than being impartial by allowing the car renter to also self protect by instructing to take pictures of the vehicle before accepting it.

On the return, was running a bit behind.. I got on the app and informed ahead of actual return time. I then got a response, indicating a 1 hour grace period and not to worry. I was not familiar with that area, had difficulty locating Return Spot, so was a few min past grace time line. I then got an indicating a late return fee, which included another day's rental charges, other fees and taxes. I then disputed charges and was then informed grace is 30 min AND NOT 1 HOUR. (Please reference Turo In App Messaging/Texts for actual communication). Also, of note, it was several min before I was acknowledged and/or was able to formally process return, thus, increasing its tardiness time. Between the inconsistent information received, delayed prompt customer service on return and 20 min equating to another day's charge, plus other fees and taxes, was absurd to me.

My experience with Turo has been excellent! I recently rented a Porsche and it ran so smoothly. It was clean and the gas tank was full. What more could I have asked for? Communication was clear and timely and I had no problems picking up and returning the car. I highly recommend using Turo!

The experience was great the car itself was nice to drive. It was clean and smooth riding. Oh had no issues at hand. The host was very nice and respectful. He lended out help for anything that I may need during the time of the trip, made his presence known that he would be there if anything happen while being on the trip. I enjoyed the trip and maybe for future reference I will go on another one.

This was the easiest and best rental experience. The jeep was in great shape! Perfect for a baseball weekend. Jake was very communicative and easy to work with. This experience was far better than a standard rental company. We booked last minute and had no issues. Will for sure use Jake and Turo again!

Easy to use, very fuel efficient, roomy, smooth and comfortable. Instructions to pick up car and drop off was very detailed and easy to understand. Gas was very close by so did not have to hunt for a location. The owner was very responsive on the messages. I would certainly use her car again in the future if need be.

I booked Dodge Avenger for 7 day and then extended for 7 more days I pick up Dec. 3 at 1:00 pm. And return the car Dec. 17 at 1:00 pm. I give her 5 stars and next day I got charged 30.00$ late fees what? What late fees. I am very disappointed I even communicated with her but she act very rude and unprofessional.

I had a very nice experience renting a car from Iron Club. Great communication, the car was clean and very comfortable, and it was at a very close location from where I was staying at. I truly recommend Iron Club! Will use them again if they have any cars available!

I had a very nice experience with this company and this vehicle. It was clean and easy to drive. Could have been parked closer at the airport, because I have mobility issues, but can't complain with the performance of the vehicle. I had a very nice experience with this vehicle.

Mitch was an excellent, and patient, host. I had lots of questions, and he was always there to answer them. Car was great too. It was an older model Honda Civic (in excellent condition) and the price reflected that. I would certainly use one of his vehicles again. Thank you for the fine customer service!

Patrick was a wonderful host. He was very prompt and communicative throughout. The Bronco was such a beautiful ride and it had everything I needed. The location of pick up and drop off was very convenient and close to the airport. The whole process will be back and use his services in the future.

I started with Turo years ago and have never looked back. The experience with the Hosts is amazing and the app is incredibly easy to navigate. I find it best to give back to the people rather than the rental car corporations that try and gouge you any way they can. I would highly recommend this to family and friends.

I had an excellent trip, Jab was a great hostess and I would try Turo again in the future..!! I would recommend to my family and friends. Turo services were fast, convenient, less hassle than renting a car from other places with having to not pay a deposit. Having insurance added was affordable. Experience all around was great service. Very easy experience, the vehicle was clean and as described. Actually cleaner than most rental companies. The opener was easy to communicate with, pictures were easy to upload and Turo customer service was quick to answer any questions. I did take pictures before and quickly uploaded for documentation, the app is user friendly.

I was very pleased with my rental experience! Stephen helped me navigate the process through his timely and detailed instructions. He was swift to respond to my inquiries. I really enjoyed the car as it was small and met my needs perfectly!! The car was very nice and clean! I would not hesitate to rent a car from Stephen or TURO in the future!

Always a pleasure. Although the trip fee should be lower for frequent customers. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to keep using this service. I've proven my loyalty and responsibility as a customer so I would think that I am eligible for a cheaper rate. Customer service is inconsistent as well.

Tristian was awesome and the rental process was super easy. Pick up and drop off were a breeze. There was options to contact the owner of the vehicle and Turo. The app is very user friendly as well. There were many options to choose from and even able to add additional features. I will definitely book again.

The car was clean and smelled nice, it has lane keep assist, and cruise control. The only thing that might have been nice would have been remote start during the winter, but it was fine anyway. Handled well for an SUV. Pickup and drop off were super simple. Gary was communicative throughout. Highly recommended!

We have never used this service before this trip, my cousin recommended this to me. I was able to get online and pick exactly what I wanted. It was a much EASIER and customer friendly process than any rental counter I have been to. I was able to go straight to the airport garage and pick up the car, no lines and no grumpy over worked counter person! Took way less time, I will definitely use this service again.

Good value and selection. You get to choose all different types of vehicles and can have delivery and pick up at major Airports, right by the curbside. Convenience to chat with the Host after reservations. Good cancelation policy. Always consider using Turo before the others including agencies like Hertz, Avis, etc.... Excellent! The car was immaculate, everything on the car worked flawlessly, an the owner was friendly and helpful. All in all it was a great experience, and we'll use this owner again! We also liked that the location was accessible and pretty close to us, so the Uber ride to get there was short and inexpensive -- a bonus!

Our rental was cancelled 2 hours before pick up and I contacted customer service. There were no available cars within our price range so we were given a voucher for a much nicer car at no extra cost. Upon pick up we couldn’t reach the host for the correct lockbox combo. So again I contacted customer service and we worked together to figure it out. Twice within 3 hours customer service saved our trip. Will be using again and would give 10 stars if I could.

Excellent value, accommodating host, perfect vehicle. My kids want me to buy one after our experience with Omar’s Tahoe. The vehicle sparkled, the interior was in brand new condition, and the parking location could not have been more convenient. If you are thinking about renting this vehicle, don’t hesitate, and book it.

This was our first experience with turo and everything was fantastic. Our host was easy to work with and our car was perfect for our family and we will definitely reach back out when we're back in Pensacola. The only problem was we tried to add a driver and it wouldn't let us add a driver. But what driving we ended up doing wasn't much.

I rented a Chrysler 200 from Greg D & nowhere on his little policy does it say I will be charged for tolls, he even provided a transponder, however he submitted a invoice, I disputed it and won, he submitted a second one for a different amount and Turo said it was valid. This should not be the case when it’s not disclosed in writing.

I was going to rent from you for the next year every two weeks since I have a house. But now I will go somewhere else and inform my many friends. Take your money. It is a rip off and I will let it be known. See ya HIDDEN FEES.

I really appreciate that the vehicle is dropped off someplace convenient to me especially since I don’t know the area that I am visiting. Hands-down this beats the experience of going to the rental company at the airport. You never know what you’re gonna get and they usually smell bad. Never had a problem with Turo.

I think what I like best is you get to pick the actual car you will get and the person you are renting from as well. It’s a much more personal experience. My rental went so smoothly. Excellent communication from the host, the car was in excellent shape, super clean, and just as described!! It was a wonderful experience!!

Escalade was just as expected. Very easy process in picking up the car and just as easy on the return. Contact was pleasant and easy to work with. Clinton was very flexible and compassionate with my emergency situation needing a car quickly and also having to extend my stay due to a family emergency. The car was in excellent condition. I was met at the departures boarding gate and was able to drop my car at the parking garage just across from the arrivals.

The process is fast, simple, reliable, there are no hidden fees, the customer service is 5 stars. The car was as described, new, clean, the gas tank was full (you can notice the smell of the dealer). You can add days to your rent with just a couple of clicks without any extra payment. I recommend Turo 100% to everyone.

This was my first time using Turo and it's likely all I will use going forward. The process was simple and efficient and the pricing was about 50% of what the car rental agencies were going to charge. My original reservation had to cancel on me because the vehicle needed service. Turo customer support connected me with an alternate host but carried over the original rate. Very satisfied.

Faisal and his team were extremely wonderful to rent from. From my prior experience with other hosts, messages get automated replies. Faisal was very one-on-one and response time impeccable. It was nice to know you were speaking with just genuine, kind people. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! The Audi was awesome! Beautiful car, clean, great to drive and I will definitely be a returning customer. He also has Air BNB's so it's like a one-stop shop!! Highly recommend.

The review from the host was less than satisfactory. Because the car had dust and mud, and I had left a couple of pieces of trash that I missed, I was labelled a bad risk with a rating of one. I didn't know you had to have the car cleaned and vacuumed before returning. There should be a place for the renter to reply to bad review. This makes it bad for the renter to rent another vehicle.

Renting from Mr. ** it’s very easy and quick the car is always ready clean and full of gas. This is my second time renting and I guarantee you it won’t be my last . You will be happy that you rented your car from Mr. Eddie . And if you need to extend that’s not an issue just please do it at the latest a day before the day you original scheduled to return it to ensure that no one will lease the card that you’re already leasing. The service of renting other people’s cars is great. In the past I’ve had my car break down and needed a car. Turo makes it easy to rent a car last minute and the hosts do a great job in helping out. I have not any issues using their service and would continue to use Turo in the future if needed.

Nice new vehicle. Very cooperative host. Car was very clean and drove well both in city and highway. It was very easy to pick up and drop off the vehicle. I look forward to booking this host and vehicle again. I enjoyed the steer assistance, large dashboard screen and switching the car into sport mode. Highly recommend host vehicle and the Turo service.

Booked twice now, and haven't had a bad experience. I do feel like the Turo fees and airport charges are not explained well, and airport charges are especially high. Even if it were two solid days at the airport on pick up and drop off day, anything over $50 is insane.

Exceptional customer service. Specific instructions on how to obtain vehicle and then return. Vehicle was as pictured. Also, we had an item left behind and Alex kindly mailed to back to us. Highly recommend this app. Very user friendly. Communicating with the lender through the app was also very easy to navigate.

Very special vehicle.. 2022 Genesis 80 has all the safety features with a lot of room. So easy to drive and comfortable. Especially liked the heated steering wheel and seats as it’s winter in Michigan. The host Bam Xotics was easy to work with. I will highly recommend Turo to my friends and family. The price was the best part.

I had spoken to my host and she agreed I could use the car a few extra hours … but then I was charged more than I paid for the first rental. I was charged $144 for 4 extra hours and no way of being able to cancel. Horrible business. I thought it was a great idea company but now I regret it.

I love using Turo. It's cheaper and more convenient than traditional rental car companies and the selection of vehicles and quality is much much higher. I couldn't recommend this company enough. It's a game changer in the same vein as Airbnb. We only used the vehicle one day but it was delivered and the communication was clear and concise and it was really no hassle.

Had nothing but great host throughout my experience using Turo. Everyone's response in a timely fashion. And the prices are very reasonable better than Enterprise and Hertz Rental. Also dealing with tech support they will also respond quickly to help you. Only Thing I recommend new guest is that make sure you try to book at least 1 to 2 days in advance because trying to make reservations the same day the trip fees with cost you close to $300 instead of just $70-$80 total. Other than that it's great.

We had issues from the get go, he states his car looks and runs like new. He also gives the option to pick up, meet up, person less with key code, what a mess. You can read all the conversion, we had no idea how to find his vehicle from airport to the allotted parking lot. Thankfully a few bus drivers stopped to help. In the middle of LA and Mike and I with 8yr old grand daughter were nervous, he said he could not help or meet in person, as he was top busy. Car didn't run so that great, bald tires and lots of dings snatches weekday not, we took a lot of pictures, thankfully!!!! Now I feel as if he is trying to extort money from us. Saying we did all this damage. We have pictures to prove the slight damage he speaks of, you can see it in his original pictures before we even met up with the car.

Clean, luxurious, smooth ride and a A+ host, not the first time we have rented with the host and will continue to in the future. No complaints only compliments, look forward to the next time we use the Mercedes. Thanks again, sincerely your return client.

The vehicle was nice and clean. The host was nice and made the transaction easy. Great price too. But I don't like that I was charged 200$ for returning the vehicle late. I was about an hour late dropping it off but I was in touch with the host. Charging me for the price of the rental again I'd understand. But 200$? Put a bad taste in my mouth.

This a great company. Great customer service and great vehicles fast and easy service. I would recommend to a friend any time and a family member. Great company. I’ve never had any problems with anything. Real smooth transition every time I’ve rented from the company. Long as I’m renting I'm renting from this company.

This was our first time ever renting a car and Bradley was so helpful. We had many questions and Bradley was quick and efficient at answering all of them. I would recommend renting from him, we had absolutely no issues, he was unable to help us with. In addition I would recommend the prepaid fuel, that along with the drop off and pickup at the airport made it a breeze!

This host is very bad. She is filing damages to a vehicle I drove. She told Turo the car was completely damage. I return the car back in the condition it came in. But the Host Assistant said the previous driver return the car back in a bad condition. I left the car in a parking lot that is frequent with homeless people and I was told to leave car keys in car and leave door unlocked. I believe she is trying to get money. She is very disrespectful.

Cheaper than a normal car rental, I was able to pick a turbo standard transmission car. A very fun driving experience. One of the cool things about this app is if you want to drive a car that you don't own yet but have considered you could do that with this app, try it first. All in all, Everything went smoothly, you can easily request a change to your trip times. Easy pick up and dropoff. I Will be using Turo again.

I'm being accused of smoking in a host car. Why would I subject myself to being banned, or lie, or pay 1200.00 in 3 weeks to smoke anything in a host car? Make it make sense..I submitted pictures and excellent proof and your company still is siding with the host! I dislike Liars.

My host was absolutely amazing!!!! Would most definitely use him again. Only issue I had was with customer service and payments. Not only did they tell me an incorrect method of payment to use it kept kicking me out of the system and stating my account was insufficient which it was most definitely not. Beyond frustrating.

Toan was great with communicating about pick up and drop off. Car drove great and was great on gas. Easy pick up and drop off. Would definitely rent again from him. He personally greets you and hands off the keys. The car was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend especially for the great prices on his cars.

Robert was very quick to respond and left detailed messages. He was accommodating when my plans changed. I would highly recommend renting from him. The vehicle was very clean and ran well. Everything worked and it got good gas mileage for an SUV.

The Ford Eco Sport does great in the Alaskan snow and ice. The heated seats and steering wheel were an unexpected bonus!! The owners had new studded tires put on the car, which made for very safe driving experience. That was much appreciated. The vehicle was a hybrid and very fuel efficient as well. Thank You.

I had terrible experiences, trying to rent a car in Dallas. This is my first experience with Turo. I absolutely could not be happier and will never use conventional rental companies again. Although my experience with support and the driver were stellar. I do think that the platform is a bit cost prohibitive. The scale at which you charge a trip rate should scale down on older vehicles. It unbalances the cost and prevents a more cost effective option. Someone may get a cheaper trip rate for a more expensive car but then the insurance bloats it back up. Also I have not been able to find an explanation as to why rates differ between mobile devices as well as web platform. Web platform was far more expensive than mobile. Came off a little deceptive.

Matt and Mariya were easy and awesome and easy to work with. Everything was easy and perfect with check in/out and car had no issues. Came with free car wash and child seats were great. 1st time to use Turo and we will continue to do so in the future. Much simpler check in and check out!!

This was the easiest and best experience we have ever had. The host was great & patient with us. This was our first adventure with Turo and our host was awesome to deal with. He walked us thru everything. Highly recommend. The vehicle was immaculate, very roomy and very gas efficient. We will never rent thru a commercial car rental again.

The customer service responded in a decent amount of time. The directions for where to pick up the vehicle was very clear. I had a family of 6, It fit all of us perfectly. Everything worked on the vehicle, and it drove really good on the road. The gas mileage was pretty decent. I totally recommend renting this mini van.

We rented a Kia from Casey. We picked it up at the Sarasota Bradenton airport. Casey was there to meet us when we got there. We had a quick exchange about the operation of the car and our responsibilities for returning the car. The car worked perfectly all weekend and we were able to drop off the car at the airport with the lockbox provided by Casey. I gave Casey a five-star rating.

Turo is a great solution to the insane, advantageous, overpriced rental car market in my area. Not to mention it is a fantastic side hustle for those in need of a side hustle. My two biggest complaints are:

The car was super clean, easy to find and an all around great experience. The car had all the amenities you could want like seat heaters, camera, and Apple CarPlay. Easy to drive and lots of great safety features. Also very room for luggage. Felt like a baller in such a nice car!

Vehicle was as described. Did ask for the seats to be removed which they did not do but said they would as I was transporting totes. Otherwise very prompt response and vehicle was in good condition. Gas mileage was better than expected and the ride was very pleasurable. They were fun. The vehicle was clean. The owners were punctual in their responses. A very convenient pickup and drop off.

I am happy with the service provided by this app as well as the price overall. It’s good that it provides options and alternatives for consumers who may not be happy with rental car companies otherwise. Prices of the established rental companies seem to have risen in the last several years.

I selected a car via Turo to rent about 2 months prior. However, a week before the start date, the owner canceled. So I had to find another car. This is an unfortunate experience, something that I never experience in ask my years renting a car from a regular rental car. However, once I find the second car, the entire process was smooth. The pick up, the car and the drop off, everything went smoothly. It was a good experience.

Excellent all around! Rebekah was so responsive and available and friendly and helpful from before the trip, talking me through picking up the car and during my trip. I would totally rent again from her anytime. I'm in the Santa Fe area. Great experience! Also very easy to rent from the Albuquerque airport compared to other airports!

I really appreciate the hours of availability. This rental car option has been available for the timeframes suitable for me. Whereas other rental car places closed early and didn’t offer the flexibility for my work schedule. I have experienced excellent service. The cars are clean and filled up with gas. Great rental, I really don't have time to write a bunch of reviews, this is the third TURO requested review. The hybrid 2023 Pacifica was a great car. It held the whole family and got almost 500 miles to the fill-up. The car was comfortable. Pickup and drop off was a breeze.

Turo makes it much easier than other rental companies at the airports. All you need is a few pictures instructions and you are ready to go. No wasted time. You can enjoy your vacation faster. Car is outside of the airport ready to go load your bags and hit your destination!!!! Highly recommend!!!

This is the second time I rented from Stephen. Clean car and ran smoothly. Another great experience including easy pick-up, free car wash and easy return back to Phoenix airport. There was no extra hidden charge like airport garage fee upon picking up the car. Some others do charge this fee even though they claim it's free pickup. I will definitely rent from him again.

My host was very responsive and helpful to me as a newbie. The vehicle rode like a charm and was exceptionally clean. I picked it up with a full tank of gas which was amazing. The pick up location was convenient and easily accessible. It was a safe location that was pretty well lit.

It doesn’t get easier to rent a car than this! The website, the merchants and the cars are second to none. I’d highly recommend. In my experience, Since a person owns the car, they take better care of it than a car company. There’s a more personal touch and better customer service.

Turo is great. I always prefer supporting local and the prices are always better. It would be a nice option for the owner of the car to drop it off directly to us if possible but pick up drop off has always been great without problems. Communicating with the owners of the vehicles is always preferred also.

I love Turo. I’ve used it several times over the past six or seven months. In all that time, there was only one hiccup. Another user didn’t return a vehicle on time nor did they communicate with the owner. The owner was super accommodating and Turo did everything on their end to get me into another available rental so I could complete my trip. The app itself is super intuitive and not complicated at all.

I was a little scared to use Turo for our two week trip but after a little research I decided to give it a try and I am glad that I did. The Turo app is easy to navigate and you can search by vehicle type, price, features, host reviews, and many many more. Our host was rated 5 stars and he deserved every bit of it. He thoroughly explained the process and sent us a picture of where the car was to have a no contact pick up. The best part was that we paid less than half of what a traditional car rental cost and had a better experience.

Smoke smell in car and I don’t even smoke. Better yet…I can’t smoke because I have a bad heart murmur. They even said they found a cigarette in the car which I know for sure they put that cigarette in the car and took that picture because again I DON'T AND CAN'T SMOKE. PERIOD.

Car ran good - only problem was Cruise Control did not work but it was not an issue for me! No complaints! Car was great. Only issue I had was the tank was not full upon pickup... Other than that it was great... I did fill up at drop off.. Just a suggestion if you require the car to be full upon drop off, make sure it's full at pick up.. Cleanliness was immaculate and it rode very smooth. I would definitely rent again..
