I was rerouted due to heavy traffic in Orlando, ended up getting lost. I notified the host. I thought she was understanding. She never actually told me that she was charging me the late fee. There's nothing I can do about traffic and road discrepancies. It was out of my control and I'm not happy about the fees I'm being charged. If I was a host I would be more understanding to people's situations that they have no control over

Second rental from William just as great as the first. The entire process is so simple and William couldn't be any easier to work with. He is very responsive to messages. The car was very clean and ran great. Will be using Turo again soon. So happy to have found this service!

The car was as described, easy to access, and well maintained. It was nice to be able to use the convertible top! Communication was also efficient and easy. This was my first time using Turo. The whole experience went smoothly. Pick up and drop off of the vehicle was quick and easy. The owner notified me the night before that the van was ready & provided the lock box code prior to my arrival. Very nice and clean upon pick up. Quick response from owner when I had a question. I was thrilled that I found a convertible to just joyride around town enjoying the gorgeous weather. I rented it on my way home from a solo trip to the NC mountains. It was the perfect end to my weeklong trip! Such a wonderful experience start to finish! I just wish it lasted longer. I will definitely rent this Camaro again. Thanks Turo! Host was very rude. Tried to double charge for her inconvenience. Not who she poses to be. Lies and charge you for pics that's not even the car you drove. Scammer. Very demanding and not a good host. Tell you to leave. 5 star when service is -100. Will give you 1 star cause she doesn’t want no one to do business with you. You will be disappointed if you book with Chanel in Florida.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Turo when booking my trips. I would highly recommend them to anyone who doesn’t want to go through the hassle of booking with a major rental car companies with all of the restrictions. The app is user friendly and the host are very responsive. This is the less of a hassle from having to have a deposit, major credit card, and other requirements.

I was able to pick the car up without a issue and the host was pleasant and friendly. I appreciate the app and having such a easy and convenient way to rent a car. The app is easily accessible and the prices are always right. There are some fees that could be less but hey overall you're the best in the game.

This was my first time to rent with Turo and my experience was awesome! My hostess Captain J was amazing in making arrangements to have my car drop to a different location upon my request, due to circumstances of Lahaina road closures due to recent fire. His communication during the rental and return process was always a fast response time and very friendly. My car was clean, reliable, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend his service and will definitely return back to use his service again. I give it a FIVE STAR!

This was a decent experience with renting a car via Turo. The price was reasonable and the car was fun. It was overall clean but not brand new. I would definitely use them again and like the alternative to other car rentals in Vegas. The location was away from the airport so we did an Uber. That was expensive at times but not bad coming back. Convenient with good communication helped make this an enjoyable endeavor. Thanks!

This was so easy, the car was beautiful and it was so much cheaper than renting from a rental car company. Free pick up at the airport, remote unlock. I will definitely do it again and recommend it to all my friends. The Turo app was easy to use and I returned it back to the airport. All at no extra charge.

I was in need of a passenger van for my daughter's sweet 16 birthday so I could take her and some friends to an amusement park. I started looking to book one at one of the traditional car rental places and couldn’t find one. A friend suggested TURO and the whole experience was easy and I was able to get a van that met our needs. The price was equal to other sites, but I was able to keep it longer which was awesome!

My experience with Turo was good but far as the house who I rented from everything went good until the very end when they neglect to go check on their car after my trip ended and I checked out. They're bad communication that day and a car ended up getting towed from the parking lot because they neglect to respond at a decent time and go check on a vehicle in a private parking lot.

Great car and good communication with the owner. My first time renting from TURO but I will do it again for sure. Car was clean and well maintained and I can tell you that I have rented from major car rental companies that don't have as high a standards. I was in contact with the owner and that made any possible corrections easy.

The vehicle Was was clean and even left it with a full charge. Everything was as in the ad. Could not ask for more. I will be using Turo and the host again in the future. I recommend to everyone. I will also be looking in the future to become a host in this app for supplemental income.

Because I cancelled the vehicle and received a credit and then cancelled again, the payment went back to my account and I had to wait (It's still pending.) However, this was a complex issue and one that I caused myself. My support agent was very helpful and patient. I understood the outcome and was still able to rent the original car that I chose. I would work with the agent again.

First trip to Az and first time using Turo, both were a great experience. The Turo app is easy to use and we made the right choice in choosing to rent Cody’s car. Next time I need to rent a car I will use Turo again. If I return to Arazona I hope I will have the option to rent Cody’s car again.

Turo was very easy to use will definitely use turo again. We had a very easy time with pick up and drop off. Our host was great and answered every question we had. Car was easy to find at pick up and it was a very smooth drop off. We had an amazing trip to California.

From reservation through the entire rental period the experience exceeded my expectations. Communications were timely, informative and helpful. The vehicle was in top condition. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. Overall great experience. I hope to rent the same vehicle again and again based on the value and owner responsiveness.

The whole process from picking up to dropping off was very smooth and easy. Would do business with again. The communication was perfect throughout the whole process. We picked the vehicle up at the hotel and they sent pictures of where the vehicle was. The whole process was great. It was better than using a car rental.

It was excellent. I love it. There was no issues and the drive was perfect. The gas mileage was excellent as well. Even though there was traffic going but it still was a good trip. On the way back there was no traffic so we did good on driving time. The vehicle runs so smooth you really don’t know how fast you are going until you look down at your speed. Lol.

After receiving a suggestion from my son, I downloaded the app and looked at the terms. I chose the car I used on looks and passenger capacity. The host was super and met us at the arrival gate. The car was clean and well maintained. Communication was excellent and our time was wonderful.

One suggestion I would make to Turo is that return time to be buffered by at least an hour. If the return time is 12 noon give your clients an extra hour in case there are problems getting the vehicle back. Also when attempting to extend my check out for about an hour I was shown a $70 charge that was $40 above what one day rental was. In the end I did incur a charge for being late and it was significantly less than $70…

The experience was Great, Quick and really to easy use. Mr. ** was a great host. The vehicle provided was a great vehicle with a smooth ride. The value was truly better than what one would get through a regular car rental place. The only difference is they probably could improve on is the return time adjustment. I was trying to add a possible 30 minutes to an hour to the return and I thought it would charge a small fee not the $75 dollars. But it still was a good overall experience. Will use again in the future.

The car was spacious and clean. The ease and accessibility of the owners was very reassuring. Every question was answered promptly and we were able to make the reservation on very short notice. We were able to transport all the family members on the trip with us and also maneuver the narrow streets with little to no problem. We will definitely be looking to utilize their services again!

It was very convenient and easy to pick up the vehicle and drop it off at the airport when finished. Their instructions were clear and informative ahead of time. The price was good. The selection was good. The communication between the company and we the users was clear and done in advance so we were never left guessing. The only thing I can think of for improvement, was we should have been instructed to take pictures of the vehicle before we left the parking garage to avoid any questions about potential damages that were there before we took possession of the vehicle. All other details were clear. Overall, a very seamless transaction.

Like it or not, the shared economy is here to stay. I've had a few odd experiences thus far. I'm not exactly comfortable with dealing with personal car owners, rather than a corporation with a fleet of (properly insured and maintained) vehicles. However, convenience counts. That is what the shared economy offers best.

Normally if someone is picking you up from the airport it’s either family or a pricey service. This was instantaneous friendly pick up in a very nice car at a fraction of rental car prices. It’s a win all the way around! The Turo platform was straightforward and easy to use.

Everything was perfect! Host was very responsive and respectful. The car was very clean and tidy. The trip was very easy and stress free. I thank him for being a great, understanding, and responsive person. I would gladly and happily renting the car again as it was an allover great experience.

I loved the car. It was just as described. Only negative... Host did a change in a rush. No introduction or explanation on vehicle. It took me 15 min after she left to figure out certain things in car. Other than that, my experience was great. Will use again in my travels.

Absolutely best thing to date. I no longer use traditional car rental service providers. Great for date nights or quick getaways. Vehicles are always available that you would actually want to drive. Hassle free, I’ve never had any bad experiences using this app. Especially when last minute things happen & I need to book something fast.

The Mercedes Class C Convertible was absolutely beautiful and fun to drive. So much fun to put the top down and drive the Las Vegas Strip. The host did exactly as promised. It was less expensive than renting from big car rental companies and definitely more personal. I will definitely use Turo and the same host again.

Our 1st experience using Turo was fantastic! Our hosts Cory and Lindsey ** are as professional as they come! Their 2018 Honda Odyssey was exactly as they stated and wonderful! Clean as a brand new car and very comfortable. Everything went smoothly with them. Would definitely rent from them again!

I will never go back to traditional rental companies. Turo is easy and efficient! Great cars, great prices, no deposits and real world interactions with everyday people that understand our everyday schedules. Cars are located so close we could walk to pick them up, quick and easy clean up, availability as well. Love Turo!

Daman was absolutely amazing and quick to respond. His suburban was immaculate and top of the line. It looked to of been fully detailed for our rental of his suburban. It smelled clean and new at that. I have nothing but good things to say. If you need a bigger vehicle this is the one to get. I will be renting again from Daman.

Horrible service. The guy who rented us the car is doing insurance fraud and trying to scam money out of us, claiming we caused damage on his car when his vehicle was already damaged prior to booking. His vehicle had a small crack on the windshield that spread out on its own. When I advised him that it could’ve been due to the cold weather he agreed and then proceeded to file a false claim in which we already sent proof and gave our statement to the insurance company. It Such an inconvenience having people waste our time just because they want to make an extra buck. This was our first time booking with Turo and we were skeptical at first but this came to prove us right about how sketchy this app is.

Warren the best - great, clean, efficient cars. Always takes extra care of his vehicles, makes you comfortable. When having questions or concerns very quick to respond. With his cars safe and clean which is something I look out for. He is the best host by far and I'm going to rent from him again. Satisfied customer!!!

We had a very good experience. Researching and reserving a vehicle was easy. We liked the fact that we could try different vehicles because we are in the process of purchasing a second vehicle and wanted to try a Jeep like we rented. Pick-up and drop-off location was very convenient. There were a wide variety of vehicles to choose from and our communication with the host was prompt, responsive and courteous.

The check in and check out process is very easy. There is a variety of vehicles that are always available for renting. They take good care of the vehicles. Definitely will rent from them again. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They offer a wide range of times for pickup and drop off.

I have always wanted to drive a Sports Car down the coast of California and because of Justin and your platform I was able to check that off of my bucket list. Really bad experience with you guys. Only reason I booked I rent cars very often and I’ve seen Turo is cheap but ended up paying more than whatever I’ve paid with actual rental company and they taking stress about it coz there’s one scratch small. Now that host filed claim. Paid for the insurance as well the top one but still Turo not covering. It’s a lot. No more renting from Turo.

Dan met me right at baggage claim and I took off right away. Return was just as easy. Car was a Honda Fit and it got incredible gas mileage like 33 mpg! The car was clean and smoke free with a bunch of really cool features and inputs for the stereo. I will definitely do this again.

I had issues getting to the car, so they brought it to me. 2 trips taken. I doubt there's better customer service anywhere. They worked with me on the time for pick up and drop off as well. Yes, I would recommend my host Terrace. I had an excellent experience. I would recommend it to anyone. The VW golf we had was in excellent condition, a full tank of gas. I had to run some errands. I need to car for a few days. It has great pick up. I would use it again.

The car and dealer were great. Although, your customer service reps were aggressive, obnoxious, rude, and not fully trained. They could not understand or communicate well. It was frustrating trying to lead them to an understandable place. This was not my job. This may keep me from using Turo on a permanent basis.

I had a great experience with the car. My only suggestion is that there should be something on the app that says “car return” and takes you through the steps. This was my first time using Turo and I was returning at the airport. I had no idea how to return the car. I thought there would be a place in the app that would tell me how to do it and would also notify the car owner that I had returned the car. I ended up sending her a message to let her know where it was.

Was left a horrible review after messaging owner and he seemed ok to have a tire looked at. He then proceeded to tell me he'd have to charge to have tire looked at which was fine. He then proceeded to say I should never be able to rent a car through anyone on the app. He made a already depressing trip even worse (was renting car to drive to grandmother's memorial). This was my first time ever using this app and it helped very much but with his comments and being very awkward of me asking questions I don't think I'll be using this app anymore or at least that owner. The car was great, great gas mileage etc....

Turo has brought a brand new kind of customer service to the marketplace. They feel like if we treat the customer bad enough, we will still use their service. I am very disappointed with Turo. The platform is strictly meant to protect the owners of the cars and management. The customer is an afterthought. I will gladly spend 80% more to deal with Enterprise rent a car. Please note, the owners of the vehicles have been great and went above and beyond to help me. It is Turo directly with whom I have a problem. Starting with Rose in management and everyone else I spoke to that day. I have uninstalled the app.

It was horrible. I will not rent from Turo again. I got accused of something I know I didn’t do. And I think it is ridiculous that people can lie on someone just to get money. I think people shouldn’t be able to do that. I don’t want to use Turo again. That’s how bad my experience was.

I had an incident where I had something in my tire and it went flat. I called around 1:00 p.m. I was not picked up by roadside until after 4:00 p.m. I was late to work and not only that I had to come out of my own pocket to purchase the tire for the vehicle that I was renting which I don't understand because it's not my vehicle I should have not had to pay for the tire but I did and then I was told that I wouldn't be reimbursed so I had a very awful awful experience.

The cars were clean and very roomy. My guest commented on how well each vehicle drove. I will definitely recommend Turo to my family and friends.

First experience with Turo. Convenient that my car owner brought the car to the airport for easy pickup. Car drove well and there was plenty of room for us. Easy drop off at the airport. Owner was responsive to questions. Cars should be in clean condition with no broken parts or damage.

I was very happy with the car’s owner and the vehicle. The transaction was handled in a very professional manner, yet with a personal touch. As a first time Turo user, I would have liked more information on how the process worked prior to the first day of the trip. My flight was early, and as a result, I had to wait for the car to arrive at the airport. If I had known how the start time affected the process, I would have planned more carefully. Also, I was quite lucky to have good weather on arrival and departure, to take the large number of photos required. This would have been a true aggravation in bad weather. The car was immaculate inside, nearly flawless on the exterior, and rode very nicely, with excellent gas mileage. The owner was a real pleasure to work with, hence the 5 star rating.

We have been renting a twelve passenger van from a Turo host and have been very pleased with every aspect, from the communication to the cleanliness. We would definitely recommend Turo and our host Kyona. We have been able to secure the van just about every week for our weekly outings.

Maggie answered all my questions and was easy to chat with. The van fit 7 people as stated so I was happy about that. The pick up process was super easy but the distance from my home to the pick up spot was super far. The van was economical and drove well but Bluetooth did not work, no indoor lighting for van and horn did not work. Overall it was a good experience and I overfilled the tank with gas as well as took van through car wash. I got no feedback on this but I wanted to show my appreciation. My whole family enjoyed their trip and we felt safe in Maggie's van. Next time I prefer to find a rental MUCH closer to my home...Lol.

This was a great experience. Enjoyed our trip so much more for being in such vehicle. We loved it. And Jordan was of the utmost help when/wherever needed. Having enough room with little ones is very important for a peaceful trip and we had that definitely! Plenty of room for all of our belongings as well as all the riders. We would definitely use TURO again when needed.

I truly enjoy using Turo, you can review the vehicle, the host, how many miles you get for the days you are renting, pick up & drop off are easy-going. I have had the cars waiting when I hopped off a plane in the middle of the night. I use it for personal and leisure. It's the most convenient car rental service.

I loved this little truck. Drove well. It had to work a little to get to speed on highway hills, but not too much and appropriate for its age. Easy to drive, and I felt like a local! Highly recommend! (My only small suggestion would be to provide a lighter plug that makes it possible to charge one's phone.) The price was right too. Made me a Turo fan. I'll use the service again, and I'd rent this particular vehicle again too. Don't hesitate.

My host approved me turning my car in early as my own cars repairs were complete so I no longer needed the rental. I was charged the full amount and have yet to receive a refund for the unused days? My host said that Turo would take care of refund.

The host issued a complaint a few days after returning the car. Turo sided with the host even though I submitted photo proof that it was incorrect and still charged me over $150 extra even though I spent the extra time and money to take the car to a car wash to be cleaned inside and out.

Mahdi was a great host who communicated well and provided the vehicle as good as advertised. He was very accommodating in every aspect in both the receiving and refunding of the car. Price was better than agency car rental for the same car. I Would definitely rent from him again and would recommend him to others looking to rent.

Turo website was user friendly, very easy to book and change your reservations, Turo and car rental owners were prompt in responding to questions, good car selections, lower prices than other rental places. The only drawback I didn’t like was having to pay parking to pick up rental car and exit airport.

My husband and I traveled to Phoenix to visit our son and family. Rented a Toyota Camry from Alaina and it was wonderful. She gave us great instructions on finding the car, and where to return it. The car was very clean, comfortable and we had no issues. Would definitely rent from Alaina again. This is the second time I’ve used TURO and was very happy as I was the first time. Will continue to use it.

The Turo app is very easy to use. While I have only used it a few times, it has always worked out exactly as planned. I have found good, reliable transportation without having to deal with the lines and delays of rental agencies. The ease of pick up and drop off cannot be beat. No complaints.

Turo is the easiest way to rent a car and avoid all the fees. Communication is smooth from Turo staff and whoever you’re renting the car from. Turo makes sure you're okay every step of way and that reassurance goes a long way. I would definitely recommend Turo for family road trips or just renting the car weekly. It’s more convenient than those car rental places.

Everything seemed to be going well with the trip and drop off experience until I received word that the host reported damage to his vehicle that was not caused by myself. He reported preexisting damage to the undercarriage of the vehicle in an attempt to fraud the insurance company and myself. Why this host is even allowed on the app is beyond me. I have even gave me a bad rating which in my opinion should be stricken from my record!

I was charged a bogus fee at the end of my trip and reported it to customer service. The host was as no help with my issue. Never got a response from Turo in regards to my dispute. I will NEVER use Turo again and will make sure to tell my friends about my experience

One rear tire was very bald when I got my last rental. The car was given to me with a dirty interior. Floors had crumbs and leather and windows had greasy finger prints. Exterior of car was dirty with bird poo. And windows dirty. The car also had an oil change due at 74,000 miles and the mileage was at 83,000. So it was over due by 9,000 miles.

My Host Victor was excellent. He was prompt, left excellent directions and was very accessible. Which then made the entire process very easy and stress free. The car was exactly as described and wonderful. I will definitely use Turo again when renting a car as well as promoting Turo to all of my friends and family.

This was unexpected reservation, and everything was great once I was able to rent a vehicle. I wasn’t driving on a trip. I was moving back to Augusta, and all of my business was within town and with the rental it made it a lot easier than it was the first two days without the rental. My experience with Turo has always been excellent. I have not had any issues with Turo or the renter. I use Turo rather than any other rental company. I have not had no hassle using Turo. I am always happy with them. They are very accurate with their details. And respond at a fast pace.

We rented a 2023 Toyota Sienna van for 8 days for a family reunion. The vehicle was in immaculate condition. Sujan had the van ready to go when we arrived in Kona. The van had lots of room and the gas mileage was unbelievable. We would rent from Sujan again in a heartbeat.

Great car. Good communication from Dima the host. Everything went as I had hoped for. Would like to rent again from them when I need a car. The car I had was awesome. Infiniti Qx50. Would like to rent it again. Drove smooth. It got. Me and my company around the city safely.

When we left the airport it said low tire pressure. I contacted the owner and they advised getting it checked at Discount Tire. We had 4:30 reservations and did not have time. We ended up Ubering that evening because we did not have confidence in the car. We put air in on Sunday, went to discount on Monday but it was over an hour wait. We put air in again. We put air in daily and on Thursday evening we were told by the owner that we had an appt at Discount Tire on Friday They did not have an appt when I got there and it was an hour wait again. I contacted Turo, arranged for another car and five hours later after the first one was towed, we got the BMW. The BMW was great. I feel like I am owed a refund for a faulty rental.

Second time using Turo to rent an exotic vehicle and it could not have gone any better. From booking, to pick up and drop off, every facet of Turo’s business model runs circles around the traditional rental car experience. I would highly recommend Turo to anyone looking step outside of the normal rental car experience and drive something a bit more enjoyable the next time you travel.

Everything good. Nice truck and friendly owners. We feel very safe in the truck. Easy to contact. The owners were punctual with the delivery and everything was as described. I really liked the service and I would recommend them and use them again. The truck is super fuel efficient which I thought was an extra.

First time with Turo and all was well until the owner of the first vehicle had to cancel the reservation at the last minute due to vehicle issues. I was able to book at the last minute but the cost almost doubled. Turo, bless their heart stated that if I was able to find another vehicle in 24 hours I could use the money I paid for the other vehicle otherwise 7-10 days to get a refund. It ended well with a excellent rental and owner.

The vehicle was in great shape. I didn’t have any problems at all booking or picking up. If I’m ever in need of a rental I’m definitely coming back and referring everybody I know to rent from Turo especially since everywhere the deposits are more than the rentals.

We drove a Toyota prism and it was a great car. The owner was fantastic and I’d recommend him to anyone. The car was in perfect shape and easy to drive. I particularly liked the park button, sure wish my Rogue had that feature. Rolando was such a nice man because we had to reschedule a few times because I was sick. It’s easy to rent the cars on Turo.

I always had a wonderful time using Turo. My only hesitation was that I wouldn’t be properly treated based on working with individual people. So far everyone has been super friendly and never had any problems. One of my most major concerns was being scammed by the individual drivers/suppliers of vehicles. I recommend everyone use to Turo's insurance, even if you have your own.

Having utilized several ride share applications, as well as interacting with different hosts, I have to say that Richard(host) was super helpful during my trip. I had a last minute change in flight times, and he was able to extend my trip in an expedited fashion. Turo is by far the best service. This trip was only my second time using the platform, and I will make it my default in the future.

Car was awesome and the owner was very communicative and professional the entire time. They honestly probably could have charged more for the rental. It was just that good of an experience. The car was incredibly clean and obviously well maintained. If I am ever back in that area I would seek out the same renter to use another one of their cars.

I initially attempted to book another one of his cars, but the previous renter extended their trip. He immediately had a backup plan & it worked out perfectly! Unlike renting a car from Hertz or Budget, where you sign an agreement as to the condition of the car, at Turo you get your car and go without contact with the host. I was accused of damaging the car and charged a hefty insurance payment when I did not damage the car, the car already had damages, and there was no documentation or impartial rental agent or agreement to indicate the damages on the car.

This was my first experience with Turo. The pick-up and drop-off was extremely simple and streamlined. The vehicle was fabulous, and as advertised. The platform is easy to use and gives meaningful options (such as insurance) and flexibility. Nice features such as direct, real-time messaging between myself and the owner of the car. Decent pricing - Somewhat less than a large rental establishment, given this particular vehicle was fairly high-end. Recommend This Service based on my experience. Will use again.

The Turo app is great, I've driven cars I would have otherwise never have. The selection of cars is great and the hosts are awesome. I have not had one bad experience with the hosts or cars. It was a great rental, 1 year old, little over 24k miles. It had one ding in the front that wasn't fixed yet, but nothing that would stop the rental. It did have a need service screen but again, nothing that would stop the rental. I will rent this exact car again when I am in Vegas. The customer handling with the team was fantastic and accommodating.

When adjusting my original trip of 10am to 8:30pm (over 7 hrs difference) I was not offered any discount on my original rate. Yet when I went and asked to adjust the return time by only two hrs I was going to be charged over $50 more. I do not feel that was a fair way to charge and should have been given money off my total when I had car even less time than I was originally charged.

I would never rent a car from Rich again. That man is a liar. Honestly I don't have anything good to say about a man who I rented two different cars from within hours of each other. Well within days of each other a day of each other the first one he lied and said that I did not fill the tank back up. When I did the second one he lied and said that I did not turn his vehicle in until hour later when there's text messages proven that I reached out to him for me to find out where to put the key to the car when I was at the lot where the car went so the man is a liar. He's a liar to me. He's basically a crook.

Cheaper than rental cars, easy checking in and getting to car and returning was Easy!! Will definitely use again! Nice selection of different cars to choose from. You can look at reviews of people that are renting the cars. Many different types of cars to choose from. A lot of locations for traveling. All open and upfront on fees and what is included with cost.

Things that could make it better if not perfect is live tracking or location of where the vehicle is parked or en route. This would make it way easier to find your specific vehicle in a place like Denver International Airport which has dozens of different lots. I was also sent a discount coupon code for my first rental but it didn’t have any code on it which was unfortunately odd, this could also be fixed. Other than these points it was a great experience.

Very good experience, and Vincent was a great host! Only problem was the price. I was quoted a price of $210 for 3 days but after the fees were added on, the total came to almost $350. I’m not blaming Vincent for the price, but it would be good if Turo were more upfront about all the fees.

I was a bit thrown back with the hidden fees and quality of the vehicle for my first experience. The process to order a vehicle was easy, the cost was less than impressive for what was received. The vehicle was dirty and falling apart. Seems like the owner had no care for the appearance only care was the money…

Turo made choosing a rental car for my trip, easy. We rented a fun car and had a great host. I liked that there were add on choices for items such as a paddle board, removal of car top, including your pet, etc… Pick up and drop off were easy. I will definitely use Turo again.

Upon encountering a disingenuous Turo member I was forced to pick up an unsafe Vehicle 2 and a half hours after my scheduled arranged time due to an issue with the tires. Once I was in the car the problems became worse than I would have ever expected. I was continuously racing to the gas station to refill tire pressure and when I was about to replace the tire with a spare there wasn't even one in working condition so I contacted turo support and they helped me out of an unsafe car and into a safer replacement Vehicle... Thanks again.

From reservation to drop off, truly a great experience! We were even “ducked” for having a sweet ride! The car gave us no trouble at all. The host was very respectful and we were confident if needed they would reply, Priced well, dependable rental. I rented from Hanyu at Waikiki beach for two days. I have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience. Hanyu was prompt both times, assured me the car was ready and in good running condition and asked if I had any trouble at all with it when he came to pick it up. He was very friendly and accommodating when I needed to adjust my pick up time. He dropped the car at my hotel and came to pick it up the next evening. I rented a Toyota Corolla from him, it handled nicely and was very clean.

The vehicle drove very smooth, was not bad on gas. Had a very great experience with the vehicle with no problems/issues and the host was very nice and respectful person to work with. Would most likely recommend this car and hostess, no one would not be disappointed the service was a full 10/10 and am very grateful for the service.

Nice ride smooth easy transaction thank you Rone. We had the vehicle for one week and it was nice and clean smooth riding. Easy communication with Rone via text or phone call. Vehicle was delivered to SMF airport and was easily accessible. The vehicle was very roomy. I recommend renting their overhead luggage rack if you have a lot of luggage. Back was a little small but perfect for carry on bags.

The automatic return instructions were sent simultaneously: 1 with the wrong return address, 1 with the correct return address. It wasn’t until I drove 35 min to the wrong return address that the host told me the other one is the correct return address. Not only I lost over 1 hr of my time but I almost lost the flight!!!

After having an uneventful trip, everything seem to go a good return the car into it I believe was exact same condition as I rented. I was shocked when the host sent me an email stating that I had damaged his car. Mind you I was hypervigilant during the trip as a return in the car in the same condition as I received it, I feel like I am being scams. The host reports not a crack, but paint crack to the underside of the mount bumper upon receiving the pictures. No damage was evident even upon zooming in on the picture. I feel like this is a scam I'm trying to be taken advantage of.

Had a great trip, as long as the host is good, Turo is by far the best way to go. My host was great. Lots of communication and advice, numbers to call for shuttles, everything and the vehicle you choose so there should never be a problem with that. Great.

My first ever Turo experience. I struggled a bit with the App as a first time user, but figured it out. The host for the vehicle that I chose was obviously very well organized and set up in his business. I had a great overall experience and will use Turo as my first option. I have been a 36 Year National Emerald Executive customer... This old dog has a new trick.

From the beginning to the end, my experience renting from Alexey was smooth. He was polite and considerate of my complete experience. When I needed to extend my trip he responded in a timely fashion. The car was sooo cute. It rode so smoothly. Very different from most cars. Took me a while to find the controls for the windows. I never used the convertible…. (I was afraid I would break it.)

The fee for the vehicle was reasonable, but the added Turo fees were too high and that will be the reason for us not to use the service again going forward. While I understand the need for fees to provide the service, it seems unreasonably high. If that was not the case, I would strongly have considered using the service possibly once a month.

Madison was great. Kept in contact with me before, during and after my trip. I appreciated that very much. This was my first time using Turo and when I travel in the future I will be doing the same. When we return to Missouri again we will be touching base with Madison again.

Our car was hit in a parking lot right before we were leaving and no note was left. Now we are on the hook for it all. Their customer service agent wasn't helpful at all. Our host didn't communicate well with us. It left me having to keep reaching out. Car already had damage to it when we picked it up and it had dirty rags in it. Seats were stained. No pictures of any of this were in the description.

Our car was very nice! It was the perfect car for our trip - easy to park and a convertible as a plus! Awesome to be able to pick it up and drop it off at the airport without having to wait in line. A friend told me about his positive experience with Turo so I decided to give it a try. Will highly recommend both Turo and Ray in Destin!

The easy way to rent a vehicle. Turo is my go-to from now on. I won’t use the other rental companies any longer. The vehicle selection is outstanding, you can wait until the last minute to rent a vehicle and are almost guaranteed to have one available. Great job Turo!

We had a great experience. We are so pleased with the entire trip. We renewed daily. We were late & screwed up the process but everyone was so patient, professional & understanding we just smiled away!

Just what I needed for my family trip. Very spacious and comfortable. Customer service was nice and friendly! Easy process. The only downside is not explaining the drop off process beforehand. It would of been nice to know I could just drop off vehicle, and put the keys in the mailbox. I turned in the vehicle early, and didn't know I could just put keys in the mailbox. I know this is not the case for all rentals, but it's a good option to have if you done with the rental earlier than expected.

The BMW was what I expected for the price - damaged but ran. Directions to location were unclear. Reported left headlight did not work but never received response and could not drive at night. Gave me two different pick up locations and two different codes. It was not a good experience at all. The second experience - because trip extended, with Alexander’s BMW was awesome. Definitely will use Turo again. Especially in Las Vegas.

We rented a van from Joshua for our trip to St. Augustine. He was so easy to work with and responded quickly to my questions. When we arrived at the airport he texted me immediately where to find the van and where the keys were. We were in our van driving within minutes avoiding the very long lines that I saw at Budget and Hertz!

Thank you so much for the great ride. I will definitely rent again when I return to Boise. Very easy to communicate and get pick up and drop off instructions. Car was well kept and a nice ride to get around town. Great on gas mileage and there were no problems parking this fun little fit anywhere around town.

We booked a Turo for our Orlando trip but few days prior to the trip we received a message that the car we booked has a defective A/C. The host told us to either use it without A/C or cancel the booking, and to avoid hassle we just went with it, asking the host if they have other available car or could give some incentives for the inconvenience but told us no. Car was reliable to drive and the host was accommodating though. But we believe could have had a better experience than this, especially it being our first time to book Turo.

Turo has an expected total cost that is NOWHERE NEAR the actual total cost. You need to be more accurate. This was misleading. Also, I was confused when I saw a little airplane symbol by the cars in my selection, I thought this meant they could come to the airport or really close. My person was almost half an hour away. I was very pleased with my three vehicles and the three owners.
