I have been using Turo for some years now. A lot better than some of the other rental services, especially the ease of renting a vehicle and returning the vehicle. No deposit required is great compared to other services I've used since they can take a long time to return your deposit. However, there's always room for improvement. The accuracy of the car rental pictures could be better. Overall, good experience throughout the years!

Great experience and wonderful interaction with the vehicle owner, everything was as expected and such a good experience. Everyone was wonderful and so helpful and I was glad that it was such an easy pickup and drop off experience. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Looking forward to more rentals in the future. The vehicle was exactly how it was explained. Such a great vehicle to have while on vacation. Thanks.

Chris is a great host and I truly appreciate him. The car was clean and well maintained the host always responded on time. He allowed me to extend it when I needed to. Our trip went very smooth thanks to Shivam. Shivam was a very communicative host, and the vehicle was easy to find and in good shape. We were able to drive in the wet conditions no problem. Drop off was easy and his 330i was excellent for our trip. Would recommend - 5 stars.

The owner was quick to respond to any questions. Gave me a lot of help finding the car. Everything was clean and in good condition. Car ran fine. Getting in and out of parking was easy. Everything on the car worked good. Other than a few dings on the windshield.

It was a smooth transition, easy, convenient!! I would recommend and will use them again. I do wish it was a little cheaper. The fees add up quickly and more discounts but overall a great deal experience!

Great customer service, the owner was very courteous. We forgot our back pack in the trunk and the owner was able to meet us and return it. Very polite and respectful. I would recommend renting this vehicle. The car sounds great and has a lot of power. If you want a great experience I recommend driving it.

Everything was great except for the drop-off and pickup location. Orlando is a big airport and I had to go an unwanted distance to get to my ride. It would’ve been much better to pickup and drop off at the airport. When I went to Cali the car was there and I returned it with no problems. This last trip I had to worry about getting to the car and how I was getting back to the airport when I dropped it off.

This was our first time using Turo and we were extremely happy with the way everything went. Marcus made pick up and drop off very easy communication was great and the Yukon was clean and well maintained as expected and we were able to add a car seat to the rental to avoid carrying one on the plane which made things much easier. I would highly recommend using Marcus for your next trip to the Phoenix area.

I planned my business trip this past week and needed a last minute car, so I chose to work with Turo as my provider. I’m glad I did so. Kasandra B. provided exactly what she said she would provide, quality-wise. She made the whole experience as easy and enjoyable as possible for me. I would Highly recommend her to anyone if you’re in the Phoenix, Arizona area and need a host for your trip.

Everything went well with the trip smooth ride. Car was actually as described. Heater and AC worked perfect. Gas saver. Will book again. Turo has been wonderful with me and treated me as if I was family. It actually better than other renter companies. I will definitely recommend Turo to all my friends and family.

This is my second time renting from Turo and I will never rent any other way! Kavita was GREAT to deal with. Picking up the car off the airport is the BEST way to go!! LOVED it! Jonathan was very helpful and responsive. The car was clean and in good repair, and the process of pickup and return was very easy. I would rent this car again, it was an economical car to rent for an out-of-town interview.

This was my first experience with this service and app. Overall positive, communication with vehicle's owner was great, with quick response to questions and support during my trip. I had some issues navigating the app, some of which could be due to my non-familiarity with it, but it was always intuitive.

Jose was nice and very helpful though I changed the itinerary a couple of times. The minivan was very clean and was well maintained. During our 8 days of trip, the van was very reliable. Even though the car was 11 years old, it ran fine with no problem. We liked the trip and the renting car!

My first reservation was cancelled a day before I was due to pick up. So when I went in to rebook, I found Jalal. He’s a nice, friendly person. He answered all my questions about the vehicle, his response time was excellent and courteous to my situation. I will rent again the next time I’m in the area.

Definity recommend Turo for your rental needs. I have used it twice now and it's been nothing but amazing experience. Highly recommended! Very Easy App to use and the cars are actually great. My rental was picked up at a location close to the airport. Conveniently located, easy access from the Orlando airport. Our host was amazing and very responsive.

Amazing car and clean in all aspects. Loved the experience of Tesla Model 3. Highly recommended for city drive. Loved the comfort. Especially it can save you a lot on gas. We personally gonna rent tesla on every trip now. Owner was sweet and helped us in every manner. Very communicative and helpful.

Tobi was an excellent host and his car was amazing, responded fast and was helpful. Had a great experience, I highly recommend to anyone in the LA area. Car was cleaned and well maintained. Next time I’m in the area I’ll rent again. Charging the car was way cheaper than putting gas.

We rented a Nissan Rouge and the car was great. Friendly Renter and very accommodating to our needs. Plus safe covered storage for our vehicle. The app was easy to use and very effective in finding us a short notice, reasonably priced. clean vehicle to rent for the week. Overall the experience was great and we will use Turo again in the future.

Car worked well for what we needed it for. Some of the fees seemed excessive but it worked well for a quick rental. Easy pick up and easy drop off. Good communication with the vehicle owner. I had a great car, and great support from Johnathan. I’d use him again. He was there with car when he said he would be. The car was clean and fresh. The car got over 40 mpg. While I didn’t need all the miles allowed, there were enough miles to see all the popular spots people would want to see without being charged for extra miles.

Excellent host (Myline) Smooth trip, very quick replies and a wonderful help during our trip. Everything was exactly as described. Because of this rental, we had an awesome vacation on the island of Maui Hawaii. The instructions for pick up and drop off were clear and precise. The vehicle was exactly as described, clean and trouble free throughout our entire rental time in which we agreed upon. I would highly recommend to all of my friends and family members in the future.

This was probably the easiest and most pleasant rental car experience I have ever had. It was a great value, easy pick up and drop off, excellent car, extremely responsive owner. My car rental experience with Turo was great. I was a bit overwhelmed at first, but only because it was my first car rental ever. The car was clean and as described. Will be a Turo user again. Loved that it came with unlimited miles, so no worrying about trips!

Turo was easy to book and use. My host, Jon H., was very responsive and communicative. The car was at a VERY reasonable price + fees. A mistake on my part was not researching the car because I was unfamiliar with a lot of functions. Otherwise, it was an affordable way to travel and try out new cars!

Joshua and his team were very Professional and had my vehicle cleaned and ready to go. Joshua was flexible and allowed me to pick up the vehicle earlier than my initial reservation time. My pick-up and drop-off location was great, plenty of parking spaces. The area where they were located was 15 mins from my house. So convenient. Great selection of luxury vehicles to choose from.

Being charged a “pet fee” of $150 when I’m allergic to dogs and cats! The pictures so VERY LITTLE HAIR in the car and again… I’m allergic to dogs and cats. So being charged $150 when the owner is just going to pocket the money and go to a $2 vacuum and will pocket the rest. I’m being charged more to clean the car than the actual rental itself. Beyond frustrated.

I really appreciate Skyler as a host. He worked with us to make sure it was easy to pick up the car. We didn’t have to go to airport since we were in town. It was a short walk to pick up the car. When we returned car he took us to the airport. This was a pleasant surprise. Great experience.

Our host was great. Very accommodating and responsive. We enjoyed the car. It carried us smoothly over the rivers and through the mountain sides of upstate New York. That Little Red Fiat took where we need to go with ease. The Turo rental process was very user friendly. We will definitely use it again the next time we rent a car.

This was my first time using the Turo service. It was very easy to navigate, the pictures and descriptions were very accurate, and the pricing was very easy to see. The person whose vehicle I rented was very helpful and had great communication. I will definitely be using this service again and recommending to friends.

Trip went well and the communication was top notch!! I had some questions and they were answered almost immediately. The pick up and drop off was super easy. The van was spotless when we received it and it was returned in the same way we found it. Directions were very clear as to what our expectations were and the ease of the transaction was tremendous.

Smooth transition picking up and dropping off. Clean cars. They run and ride good. I just wish they had a late grace period like a 30 minute to 1 hour time limit without being charged for a whole entire day. They offer that at other pick up location and needs to add more mileage. But other than that everything is good.

First time user of Turo, Anthony was on top of communications, he was always ready to support if needed, The van was great! It was clean and was very easy to pick up and drop off. I did have trouble with app to get second driver uploaded, however I will use Turo again.

I initially attempted to go through Expedia to rent a vehicle and I found a great price. But, after I was informed about Turo, I now know that I will use this service instead. I love the price compared to other rental car companies, the car was perfect, and the representative of the car was very helpful when I needed more time to return the vehicle. Van was exactly as described. It carried 7 senior citizens to Branson and back. Plenty of room for all of us and luggage. Was a little crowded on our return with all our purchases. Van was very nice inside and the ride was wonderful. Highly recommend. Thank you Terrail for sharing your van.

James was awesome. His second time renting, my first. He explained all he knew and had experienced. I shared the car was perfectly priced to help me avoid rental car agency locally or a 40 min one-way drive to PDX and back again at the end of the trip. Car was SUPER clean, well maintained, might even be buying a Kia Sorrento, never considered myself the Kia type, but it was sure-footed, roomy and well-equipped! My only key learning: try and schedule start and finish during daylight hours for best pre- and post-trip pics to cover yourself! Also, end trip in app at the scheduled time and don’t assume Owner will do it for you.

It was as expected ! Clean and ready to roll... We had a great time with all the extra ROOM!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a larger type vehicle!! Gas mileage was NOT bad at all. We will most definitely rent again if we need a larger vehicle. Great experience overall!!

I rented a GMC Terrain.. The directions to the car’s location were spot on! It was extremely easy to get into the car and get started. This car was equipped with Apple play which help make my navigation experience the easiest ever! Stub was very attentive and answered my questions promptly with kindness! I will definitely rent again!

This was our first time to use Turo and our last. Very disappointing service. The customer service needs some serious assistance. Both of our hosts were very responsive and helpful. After eating on our first day we get to our car and it won't start. It is 12:15pm. We tried everything to no avail. I called the Turo number and they kept me on hold and sent me to several other number to explain my issue. Every time I got a new person so I had to reexplain the issue. Finally after 2 hours a tow truck comes to tow the car. The man speaks NO English and struggles to start the car. He finally calls another tow company. At this time I call turo AGAIN to get a replacement car and I am told they can't get me another car until the present car is returned. I get an UBER to return me to the hotel. I then begin the process of trying to get a replacement car.

This was my first ever experience using the Turo app and I must say that it was so quick and easy compared to other rental companies. Not only was it easy to do but also very affordable with a wide range of vehicles to pick from. I most definitely will be using the turo app again in the future and will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

It was great to have an option to rent a Supra! I am in the market to purchase one, this gave me the best opportunity possible to try this vehicle out. The scenic routes in Nevada were incredible, and a real treat to drive this car. The host is a fellow car enthusiast, and made the experience easy and flexible.

I love TURO. I've had. It's the only way to rent cars as far as I'm concerned. The go to for car rental. My last rental rental with Brad was last minute but they were awesome and I had no problems during pick up or drop off, and the vehicle was pleasurable to drive/ride in. Hi everyone, BEWARE Scam Alert!!! I have to warn people about our unfortunate experience with TURO, which has left us frustrated and still grappling with a false charge. Beware of the scams perpetrated by some car owners on this platform. Despite providing evidence in the form of photos and WhatsApp chat screenshots with the owner, clearly indicating an attempt to scam TURO, we are caught in a battle with unjustified charges. The owner explicitly expressed his intention to defraud TURO, even proposing payment to him in exchange for retracting his claim.

for the car I got, I really enjoyed the car (2021 infiniti Qx50) and if I ever win the lotto -enough to buy a car- this will be one of my lotto buys. I do plan to use Techiia Motorsports rental again for my car rental needs-for sure. :-)

My trip was beautiful as was the car great service. No complaints. I look forward to my next ride across the state maybe even the country. Only time will tell. This was my first time using Turo. When the host canceled my trip the afternoon before I was leaving, needless to say I was angry. BUT, within a minute of the cancellation notification, I received a call from Diana at Turo Customer Service. She found me a new host and quickly set up a new trip. My new host, Shanti, was amazing. She was very communicative and guided me through the process. Her car was immaculate and exactly as described. If you are looking to set a trip in Florida, I highly recommend Shanti!

This was a very fun, sporty car to drive on the island. Easy pick and drop off, excellent communication. There are mats in the car to help with cleaning and keeping sand out of the carpet. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone looking for a classy, fun car to drive on the Big Island.

Turo is Wonderful! I cannot write enough positive things about your company. I travel to hospitals nationwide. Whether I drive from my residence or rent once I land, this time in WY I experienced the most easiest and stress-free company, which is TURO!!! The cars are nicer than the cars from the typical rental companies. The amount is Less than the typical rental companies and you don't receive the Surprise additional $500-1000. The other rental companies spring on you during the contract negotiations!

Rented from Sister Virginia in Bay Minette Ala and it was better than a rental from a company. First, there are NO rental companies in Bay Minette, so Virginia is a godsend. The car was immaculate and ran beautifully. The price was awesome. Will definitely rent from her on my next trip.

This was our second rental. Really appreciate coupon sent on Oct 30 to use on rental. Otherwise we would have done Avis - Turo was more expensive. Descriptions from owners should include things like - “You will need to pay for parking when you pick up car and it will be $$$.” Also owner should mention walking involved to pick up or drop off car. We were fine but many renters would not have been able to make the hike and had the weather been inclement, it would have been a problem for us. Just more details on what to expect on drop off and pickup.

My new original pick up time was 11/6/23 and the original drop off time is 7:30 AM and original drop off was 11/8/23 at 7:30 am but my Uber was running late by which was not in my control. So I wasn’t able to get the car after taking all the pictures until 8:23 AM. So the day of drop off I drop off the car at 8:12 AM, but will still charge a late fee even though I technically didn’t have a car for 48 hours.

I will use Turo again. At first I had my doubts, but after going through it it was a positive experience. A bit confused between using the App and texting..but it all worked out. The car was super clean and on time. Everything was as promised. Finding the right location is important. I selected one three blocks away from my hotel.

Scott was very responsive. He made the transaction easy, and painless. The car Scott provided was phenomenal. The car was clean inside and out, and very good on gas. I believe we might of went about 900 miles and only had to fill up once. The car had all kinds of safety features in it. It would be impossible to get pulled over. Ron’s Rental was excellent service. Very communicative and helpful. I rented two different vehicles from him and they were both great reliable cars. I highly recommend this app to everyone who needs a vehicle to rent you save much much. I also did my first rental with Adrian and he was very nice and his car was so great on gas, unfortunately I wasn’t able to find him again.

My Turo experience was absolutely wonderful. Shayler was so kind and patient with me. I was traveling alone and nervous about using a new App, but he sent me very detailed pictures and instructions and it was so easy! He actually checked up on me to make sure I was OK! I will never rent a car using the traditional companies ever again!

Good app. Could use a slighter lower price but very satisfied. Very easy to book and pay. Easy check in and out. Maybe if Turo would offer a discount for returning users. The people offering their vehicles have been kool. I would definitely recommend Turo to anyone who needs a rental vehicle.

Some hosts respond quickly. Some don’t, there needs to be some guidelines on which vehicles you can list. Certain years, models, make sure everything works properly, like keys, and shifting. I received a car one hour late. No response, or anyone reached out. Also windshield wiper fluid was not full. They should have some verification of approval from a car shop that’s it’s in proper condition.

Ok so my first time using Turo I was little nervous about the host and the way the car drove, but the host responding to every text I sent him made me feel more comfortable with the meet up. Host was very professional and the car was in excellent condition. Needed more time but car was not available. Overall my experience was great. I will be using the service more often and I tell everybody I know about this app and how easy and convenient it is to use.

This was my first time renting with Turo. My husband is extremely picky about the make of the vehicle we rent and with a regular agency it's always a crap shoot even though we have pick your vehicle in the presidential area option. I was nervous to be honest but everything about this experience has been far superior to a traditional car rental agency.

We had a great trip with this minivan. Fit our family of 7 comfortably on our trip down to Long Beach. It also has lots of space for luggage - we were able to fit 9 suitcases in! Considering its size and how many people we had, it got pretty decent gas mileage. Would definitely rent again.

George was a great host! Communicated well as far as the trip experience as well as policies. Above and beyond with cleanliness as well as accommodation for any unforeseen events if they were necessary. Drop off and pickup without any hassle. Very safe and reliable transportation and honestly would recommend driving again.

My original vehicle had battery and alternator issues. I parked it at Tommy resort and when I came out it was dead. The owner came and verified the issue and also tried his best to fix the situation. They had a replacement vehicle swapped out and in my possession within the hour. Saved my family vacation! Cars were both spotless, pick up and drop off were extremely easy as well. Customer service knocked it out of the park too!

We used Turo for a car from London Heathrow for two weeks. Everything went well, the car was great and our host, Shuaib, was excellent. This was my first time using Turo. I was a little nervous at first, just because I wasn't fimilar with the service. It was super easy to set up. The host was amazing and her response time was extremely quick. I decided to try to extend my trip the day before I was to return the vehicle (which drove amazingly). Turo has a very simple process to set up the extension and and the host responded within minutes. Will use again.

I would never rent a car from Turo, nor would I recommend anyone to rent a car with these host Turo is no help when it comes to their scamming Host this is a horrible company. Turo was incredibly easy and saved me so much money. Way better than traditional rental cars! The cars I rented wasn’t brand new but it ran well and was clean. I was looking for a budget rental but was happy to see they had options for new vehicles as well. Can’t wait to use again!

My wife and I traveled extensively throughout the United States, and we've been using Turo for about a year now. Their app is very robust, they do very good job of vetting out the hosts, and the best thing we like is that when you book a car, you know exactly what you're going to get. Prior to using Turo, we would use the normal rental car agencies. Many times when you arrive they would not have the type of car that you reserved. You would have to take whatever they had left over. That's not the case with Turo. Also, if there's never a line at the rental car agency counter to wait through. The vehicle is usually delivered right to us at the arrival gate at the airport, or parked close by in a parking lot. Very convenient.

The rental car was awesome. I drove the drop top Mustang around Las Vegas and it was fun. The car was easy to pick up and drop off. I was so excited to drive the convertible and the process was easy and problem free. I also got the color of car I wanted.

We have been to Houston a half-dozen times this year and each rental experience has worked out very well. The cars have been clean, no strong odors, and have been as described in their summaries. I have recommended Turo to our family as an option to check out in their travels. The service works very well in large cities- I have not explored other, smaller destinations yet.

I really appreciate Turo's cancellation policy - something a lot of other sites should learn to adopt. Plans change, and sometimes you need to cancel and find different dates and times, which is what happened to me. I was able to cancel a previous Turo reservation, and rebook with (a longer) trip with no fee - VERY APPRECIATED. Tran was able to put in a booster seat and the car was nice and clean and easy to use. The app itself is one of the most user friendly apps I have, and is easy to navigate.

First time using Turo end, it was a great experience. Brandon, the host was easy to talk to answered most calls, and if not followed up with all messages and calls. Car he rented me was in excellent shape. The Turo app was very user-friendly, which made trip much more enjoyable. I will definitely be using Turo again. Overall very good experience.

I’m so thankful. I stumbled upon it accidentally and I needed to have an easy trip to Colorado. I had a bunch of cars at the tip my fingers. It was just so easy. I usually have such a hassle renting cars but this is as a totally different experience for me and I’m extremely grateful for that.

We had a great experience, using Turo to book a Jeep Rubicon from Michael. He made the process incredibly simple by picking us up at the airport and dropping us off the same. My first experience with Turo was great. Jasmine was easy to work with and the car was great. The value is far better than renting from your typical rental agencies. The selection was great as well. The variety of cars is quite amazing as well as the process of finding a car. Picking up the car was the easiest I have ever experienced.

I love using Turo. I did have a few that cancelled/decline. Once due to a recall (which I understand), but a few others didn’t accept the booking due “not making enough income”, which I felt was wrong, as they shouldn’t have accepted than declined. I guess that’s the way it goes.

Excellent host! Great first Turo experience! Very convenient pickup and dropoff. It’s fun to try out different vehicles! Only negative is it was more expensive than a comparable premium rental from the rental agencies. I expected them to be much the same if not cheaper on Turo. That being said, I’m still looking forward to my next Turo rental.

Pictures of the car looks way better than what it does in person. The car had all types of dings and scratches but was still nice but at the end of the trip, the host contacted me several times, trying to return my items and be very friendly. Even send me a discount for the next time I reserved, but then charged me and made a claim saying that I scratched the car and those was the scratches that was on the car already.

It was better than renting a car. When we got off our flight the car was right outside in the parking garage. Before we would have to take the bus to the rental company and wait in line, then try and find a car, then try to check out. This is way easier and more affordable. Thank you Turo.

This was our first time using Turo and it went very smoothly. Lots of vehicles to choose from with great pricing for the value. The van we chose was in great condition and the owner was great to work with. The app was fairly easy to use. We will definitely use again in the future.

I’ve been charged a smoking fee of $163 for some ashes found under the rear double floor mats, I never smoked and I didn’t have anyone seating in the back during my rental me and my wife only sat in the front. Minimal dirt on the floor and it was vacuumed and gassed before I returned the car, but my return pictures and pick up pictures aren’t of under the floor mats so I don’t know if it was there before I picked it up but I know we didn’t smoke or had anyone smoking in the car. And from the pictures I’ve taken this car already has 5-6 burns on the driver's seat 2-3 on the passenger seat and one on the back rear seats so smoking is being done on a regular in this car, I should’ve followed my instinct and not continue renting but I never thought I’d be charged with smoking and leaving the car dirty and then have you try and go into my acct and take out $$ without my authorization before even letting me know about this issue.

The van was comfortable, clean - the whole process was very easy. I will never use a rental service at Newark - Turo made getting a van so easy. Andrew was fantastic. Helpful and had great service. Pickup and drop off was so simple. I was nervous at first to use TURO service but I am now a believer and will use anytime I need to rent a vehicle.

I am officially done with “traditional” car rentals. Turo is the only way to go. My first experience was such a pleasure. From filtering my search re pickup location and unlimited mileage, to the actual rental process. Found the car, took photos and off we went. Filled up at the end, parked, took photos and got on my plane. Easy! I did have some setup issues on Turo re my account and adding drivers, but that was completed to my satisfaction. Also, we found an issue with the. Wind was coming through front passenger window even though it was “shut”. Did note that to the owner and she was quite responsive.

My experience with Richard as my host was "outstanding!" I cannot stop telling everyone that I know about it. In today's world, "extraordinary" service is very hard to find, but I am glad to know that it does still exists, and I was able to experience it through my host for Turo "Richard." The vehicle was immaculate, and Richard was very accommodating of my schedule when I had to make changes.

Shaquia's vehicle brought to the table exactly what was stated. Booking (very affordable price!!!), delivery, drop off, and pick up was smooth sailing. First impressions of the vehicle - Clean, shiny, and odor free. Great on gas!!! The vehicle was very easy to handle and has a sturdy attitude staying exactly where you navigate it on the road. I recovered from back surgery 4 years ago and I really appreciated the firm lumbar back support the seat provided during my 4 1/2 hour drive. The hands free bluetooth features were easy to connect. The amenities were quite surprising, especially when I noticed there was a backup camera. Mark me down as a repeat customer. Kudos for Shaquia!!!

This was my first experience with Turo. The first car wouldn't start when I got to it, however Turo went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I was still hesitant at first about trying the company again but I was out of town and Turo was the most cost effective option. The second car and host was absolutely amazing! From booking to picking up the vehicle, even with minor things such as having to reach out to the owner to confirm the proper fuel he wanted in his vehicle. The host took his pre trip photos at his home instead of the actual pickup location. When I gained access to the vehicle I took photos including all of the damaged areas that were not shown on the listing. The host filed a damage claim more than 24hrs after the car was returned. He claims the vehicle was vandalized with spray paint while in my possession which is a lie from the depths of hell as you can see in the post trip photographs. This is material misrepresentation and he has no credibility considering he had prior damage all over the vehicle, used old trip photos, and had driven the car a full day before alleging vandalism.

The car was nice and clean and located in a convenient and easy-to-find location not too far from the airport. I would definitely rent from Rob again. He kept checking on me and reassuring if I needed help with anything I could reach out to him. He had great communication!

I will never rent from the big name companies again! This was the most convenient and pleasant experience I have had with renting a car and the price was great! You don’t have to wait in lines at the airport. You just walk right out to the car and you are ready to go.

This car should be removed from service. Awful mold smell in which we had to drive with the windows down. Had a broken tail light with many dings and sratches. Very disappointed with Turo and this rental. This car really hindered our vacation because we did not get in the driving we wanted to do.

My first experience with Turo will be my last. The car owner was poor at communication & abandoned us when we tried to return the car which he was supposed to take us to the airport. He didn’t answer his phone & only responded to texts when I threatened to take the car to the airport & park it where it might be towed. Instead I parked it in an economy lot per his instructions & he then charged us for the parking fee. I disputed that charge & within 20 minutes, Turo sided with the car owner & denied our dispute. Now it’s up to the bank as I’m disputing the charge with them. This car owner has a history of renting cars with headlights out, broken taillight lenses & other safety defects, yet Turo continues to protect him from responsibility for broken agreements & dissatisfactory service.

Host was VERY responsive and accommodating. He will be my regular host from now on. The initial vehicle I rented ran a little bit too rough for my comfort, so the host was very quick to have a substituted vehicle ready for me as soon as I pulled back in.

It was a pleasure. Booking was simple and the process of picking up and returning the vehicle was easy. William (my host) was great, easy to communicate with, the car was great, my daughter particularly loved the second row heated seats. I will definitely use Turo again in the future.

We booked a Turo rental weeks before our trip to Los Angeles. We had quite an adventure in the car logistics, but Turo Customer Service and the car owner #2 made it quite pleasurable. Our plan was to get a ride to the car location after we flew into LAX. It wasn't until we were already en route to the second location that notifications came that we had been cancelled due to damages left on the car by the prior renters.

The trip was good till the guy lied about having scratches on his car in which me and friends observed the car before and after we dropped the car off. Then on top of it he tells me this 2 days later. So you telling me you wait 2 days to see if anything happened to your vehicle that is parked literally in front of your house. It doesn’t make sense to me

This was our first time using Turo and it went great. I liked being able to work with the personal owner of the car. Eric was great and answered all the "newbie" questions. We arrived early and he had the car to us immediately. Great service and a great experience.

In my past two bookings, I got worst cars with poor wheel alignment and poor performance, till now I had used many car rental agencies but this is the worst car rental experience, I demand compensation for my miserable experience or else I won't refer or I won't this Turo further.

I would recommend a friend and I did to some friends. I explained how I was driving a beautiful BMW and it wasn’t terribly expensive. Because they weren’t aware of Turo I had to explain how Turo worked. They were quite impressed and are now aware of Turo. Thank you Turo.

There needs to be a change in this for the customer sake. The lockbox way is cumbersome and awkward. My host should have called to fully explain it rather than assuming I would read the text correctly. She then charged me $59 and when I called blamed me for not doing it correctly. It is her responsibility to fully explain how to do it to avoid this surprising charge. I recommend a personal call to do this not a text.

I like Turo. I feel like it is a cheaper alternative to renting from places such as Enterprise. I like that it is simple, explanatory, and that allows you communicate with the person that you are renting the car from.

Pick up and drop off were contactless and a breeze! Car was waiting for us when we arrived and he also let us know when they had picked it up. Owner responded quickly to any questions we had. I was very disappointed with my rental experience. While renting the car, we had a blowout on the highway, and when I called Turo customer service the only thing they could do was lineup a tow truck and that was it. My insurance that I purchased DID NOT cover the cost of any of the expenses including the tow and the new tire.

I have rented many cars prior to Turo and was never truly happy with the experience. I will never use another rental service "only Turo for me". Turo is by far the best Especially for exclusive luxury cars. I have rented 3 cars so far and each was amazing. The Rivian launch was the coolest SUV I have ever driven. The Lucid air was like a dream to drive, and the BMW M8 competition was luxurious Muscle.

I have no question me renting, the car was amazing and I will be renting it again. I love the car, it was very roomy, so nice in the inside. I enjoyed the smooth way it rides and don’t use that much gas, love it. I had complete contact with the owner. She was there to answer any questions I may had. She was always touching basis with me throughout the whole trip.

Terrible experience. The host is accusing me of smoking in the car when I never did such thing. They are charging me a fee for something I did not do. I feel helpless in the matter because the host can say whatever they want and more than likely win the battle. I refuse to let that be the case. I will not pay for something I did not do.

Great car, was very fun to ride, but disappointed it wasn’t maintained the way it needed to be. Lots of warnings on the dashboard along with check engine light. But all around was a fun car. But car should be 100 percent maintained well. And mileage was too less allowed, need to increase mileage just a little bit with the price being asked per day.

You can get some really cool cars that you wouldn't typically find at a regular car rental. You work with actual people and they usually are quick to chat. I honestly really like this site. I had a balance from a cancellation. Found another vehicle to rent. But when I was looking at the vehicle with my account and my wife found the same vehicle on her account the Trip fee was jacked up for my account. I had to make the choice of renting it and hopefully, Turo would come to its senses or use her account to book it because it wasn't available. I was renting a Tesla Y. It took several hours and conversations that the rep. Engorged the details of my discussion and said they were not able to help me because I cancelled my reservation. It was so unsettling that I almost went back to Enterprise or Hertz for the same car. In all honesty I would have saved money but I wanted this particular vehicle.

Excellent ride, seamless process to book vehicle, a bit far from the airport but a great deal overall. Car was very clean and handled impecable on the road, great gas consumption, I drive all over the city for the weekend. Will definitely rent it again when I’m on the city.

App is very convenient minus the trip fees. The app charges the same price as the trip for however many days you book a trip. Besides that it’s an awesome app. Also, I can never find a trip close to me. It’s always 15 miles out or farther. In my case I don’t have a car so I have to Uber or Lyft to the trip I booked. If they had a drop-off set up which I’m sure if they did it would be a fee attached to it but much more convenient for those of whom do not have a vehicle.

I was rerouted due to heavy traffic in Orlando, ended up getting lost. I notified the host. I thought she was understanding. She never actually told me that she was charging me the late fee. There's nothing I can do about traffic and road discrepancies. It was out of my control and I'm not happy about the fees I'm being charged. If I was a host I would be more understanding to people's situations that they have no control over

Host was very rude. Tried to double charge for her inconvenience. Not who she poses to be. Lies and charge you for pics that's not even the car you drove. Scammer. Very demanding and not a good host. Tell you to leave. 5 star when service is -100. Will give you 1 star cause she doesn’t want no one to do business with you. You will be disappointed if you book with Chanel in Florida.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Turo when booking my trips. I would highly recommend them to anyone who doesn’t want to go through the hassle of booking with a major rental car companies with all of the restrictions. The app is user friendly and the host are very responsive. This is the less of a hassle from having to have a deposit, major credit card, and other requirements.

This was so easy, the car was beautiful and it was so much cheaper than renting from a rental car company. Free pick up at the airport, remote unlock. I will definitely do it again and recommend it to all my friends. The Turo app was easy to use and I returned it back to the airport. All at no extra charge.

I was in need of a passenger van for my daughter's sweet 16 birthday so I could take her and some friends to an amusement park. I started looking to book one at one of the traditional car rental places and couldn’t find one. A friend suggested TURO and the whole experience was easy and I was able to get a van that met our needs. The price was equal to other sites, but I was able to keep it longer which was awesome!

My experience with Turo was good but far as the house who I rented from everything went good until the very end when they neglect to go check on their car after my trip ended and I checked out. They're bad communication that day and a car ended up getting towed from the parking lot because they neglect to respond at a decent time and go check on a vehicle in a private parking lot.

Great car and good communication with the owner. My first time renting from TURO but I will do it again for sure. Car was clean and well maintained and I can tell you that I have rented from major car rental companies that don't have as high a standards. I was in contact with the owner and that made any possible corrections easy.

The vehicle Was was clean and even left it with a full charge. Everything was as in the ad. Could not ask for more. I will be using Turo and the host again in the future. I recommend to everyone. I will also be looking in the future to become a host in this app for supplemental income.

Because I cancelled the vehicle and received a credit and then cancelled again, the payment went back to my account and I had to wait (It's still pending.) However, this was a complex issue and one that I caused myself. My support agent was very helpful and patient. I understood the outcome and was still able to rent the original car that I chose. I would work with the agent again.

First trip to Az and first time using Turo, both were a great experience. The Turo app is easy to use and we made the right choice in choosing to rent Cody’s car. Next time I need to rent a car I will use Turo again. If I return to Arazona I hope I will have the option to rent Cody’s car again.

Turo was very easy to use will definitely use turo again. We had a very easy time with pick up and drop off. Our host was great and answered every question we had. Car was easy to find at pick up and it was a very smooth drop off. We had an amazing trip to California.

From reservation through the entire rental period the experience exceeded my expectations. Communications were timely, informative and helpful. The vehicle was in top condition. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. Overall great experience. I hope to rent the same vehicle again and again based on the value and owner responsiveness.

The whole process from picking up to dropping off was very smooth and easy. Would do business with again. The communication was perfect throughout the whole process. We picked the vehicle up at the hotel and they sent pictures of where the vehicle was. The whole process was great. It was better than using a car rental.

It was excellent. I love it. There was no issues and the drive was perfect. The gas mileage was excellent as well. Even though there was traffic going but it still was a good trip. On the way back there was no traffic so we did good on driving time. The vehicle runs so smooth you really don’t know how fast you are going until you look down at your speed. Lol.
