I would definitely use Turo again. It definitely made my trip very pleasant and enjoyable. The host walked me through the app and answered all my questions. Just good old fashion customer service. I have already told family and friends to use Turo instead of Enterprise or any other rental company. I love the personal touch.

So far, I've had great experiences renting vehicles with Turo and I will most definitely tell a friend, family, or anyone who's in need of a rental. Andres and Neil are very professional and was very helpful during the process. I would most definitely continue to rent from them in the future

Although my experience with support and the driver were stellar. I do think that the platform is a bit cost prohibitive. The scale at which you charge a trip rate should scale down on older vehicles. It unbalances the cost and prevents a more cost effective option. Someone may get a cheaper trip rate for a more expensive car but then the insurance bloats it back up. Also I have not been able to find an explanation as to why rates differ between mobile devices as well as web platform. Web platform was far more expensive than mobile. Came off a little deceptive.

Matt and Mariya were easy and awesome and easy to work with. Everything was easy and perfect with check in/out and car had no issues. Came with free car wash and child seats were great. 1st time to use Turo and we will continue to do so in the future. Much simpler check in and check out!!

This was the easiest and best experience we have ever had. The host was great & patient with us. This was our first adventure with Turo and our host was awesome to deal with. He walked us thru everything. Highly recommend. The vehicle was immaculate, very roomy and very gas efficient. We will never rent thru a commercial car rental again.

The customer service responded in a decent amount of time. The directions for where to pick up the vehicle was very clear. I had a family of 6, It fit all of us perfectly. Everything worked on the vehicle, and it drove really good on the road. The gas mileage was pretty decent. I totally recommend renting this mini van.

My host, Jean, was amazing. If I had any questions or concerns, he immediately responded. He is on the top of my list for any future rentals as well as for recommendations. If and when I need another vehicle, he will be my first choice. Turo is also my first choice now when it comes to vehicle rentals. Outstanding service all around.

This was one of the cleanest and smoothest rides I’ve had from Turo. The trip was smooth sailing and I love how fast the host gets back with you. We rented a Kia from Casey. We picked it up at the Sarasota Bradenton airport. Casey was there to meet us when we got there. We had a quick exchange about the operation of the car and our responsibilities for returning the car. The car worked perfectly all weekend and we were able to drop off the car at the airport with the lockbox provided by Casey. I gave Casey a five-star rating.

Turo is a great solution to the insane, advantageous, overpriced rental car market in my area. Not to mention it is a fantastic side hustle for those in need of a side hustle. My two biggest complaints are:

The car was super clean, easy to find and an all around great experience. The car had all the amenities you could want like seat heaters, camera, and Apple CarPlay. Easy to drive and lots of great safety features. Also very room for luggage. Felt like a baller in such a nice car!

Vehicle was as described. Did ask for the seats to be removed which they did not do but said they would as I was transporting totes. Otherwise very prompt response and vehicle was in good condition. Gas mileage was better than expected and the ride was very pleasurable. They were fun. The vehicle was clean. The owners were punctual in their responses. A very convenient pickup and drop off.

I am happy with the service provided by this app as well as the price overall. It’s good that it provides options and alternatives for consumers who may not be happy with rental car companies otherwise. Prices of the established rental companies seem to have risen in the last several years.

Would definitely rent from Moe again!!! Car was nice clean and ran like a champ! Had to make some changes to the trip and Moe accepted them with no problems!!!! If your looking for a nice vehicle with no problems and great gas mileage give Moe a try! You won't be sorry!!!

I selected a car via Turo to rent about 2 months prior. However, a week before the start date, the owner canceled. So I had to find another car. This is an unfortunate experience, something that I never experience in ask my years renting a car from a regular rental car. However, once I find the second car, the entire process was smooth. The pick up, the car and the drop off, everything went smoothly. It was a good experience.

Excellent all around! Rebekah was so responsive and available and friendly and helpful from before the trip, talking me through picking up the car and during my trip. I would totally rent again from her anytime. I'm in the Santa Fe area. Great experience! Also very easy to rent from the Albuquerque airport compared to other airports!

We had the BEST personalized service and the Jeep Gladiator worked just fine…. Look forward to our next Turo adventure…. We were first timers using Turo and Joseph made it easy, fun, convenient…. Feel like we have a new friend… Turo is the way to go, almost always had issues with a variety of traditional car rental places in Vegas… We are seniors but felt like kids… Recommend Turo to everyone and we have only been home a few days.

I really appreciate the hours of availability. This rental car option has been available for the timeframes suitable for me. Whereas other rental car places closed early and didn’t offer the flexibility for my work schedule. I have experienced excellent service. The cars are clean and filled up with gas. I would definitely recommend! Thank you for this rental car service, truly appreciate it!

Our experience renting from Turo has been a flawless experience, from finding the car that worked for us, and getting it picked up was a breeze. Our vehicle was very nice and clean, ran great, and met all of our needs, I will continue to rent from Turo. Our most recent rental was in Hawaii, the pickup and dropoff was so easy, and everything we asked for was there for us.

I had a great experience with Turo and the host, Stephen, was very nice. The vehicle was very clean and drove well. Easy pick up and drop off instructions. Communication and responses were quick. Great rental, I really don't have time to write a bunch of reviews, this is the third TURO requested review. The hybrid 2023 Pacifica was a great car. It held the whole family and got almost 500 miles to the fill-up. The car was comfortable. Pickup and drop off was a breeze.

Turo makes it much easier than other rental companies at the airports. All you need is a few pictures instructions and you are ready to go. No wasted time. You can enjoy your vacation faster. Car is outside of the airport ready to go load your bags and hit your destination!!!! Highly recommend!!!

The vehicle was nice and clean. Also it was pleasant to drive. I am looking forward to the next trip. I enjoyed the luxury ride and it wasn't bad on fuel. Everything is always perfect dealing with Turo for me. I have used this site since I heard about it. Like I stated Turo is the best way to go. It’s honestly better than Enterprise Rentals. The hosts I’ve met all of them get 5 stars 'cause everything was just so perfect.

This is the second time I rented from Stephen. Clean car and ran smoothly. Another great experience including easy pick-up, free car wash and easy return back to Phoenix airport. There was no extra hidden charge like airport garage fee upon picking up the car. Some others do charge this fee even though they claim it's free pickup. I will definitely rent from him again.

My host was very responsive and helpful to me as a newbie. The vehicle rode like a charm and was exceptionally clean. I picked it up with a full tank of gas which was amazing. The pick up location was convenient and easily accessible. It was a safe location that was pretty well lit.

It doesn’t get easier to rent a car than this! The website, the merchants and the cars are second to none. I’d highly recommend. In my experience, Since a person owns the car, they take better care of it than a car company. There’s a more personal touch and better customer service.

Turo is great. I always prefer supporting local and the prices are always better. It would be a nice option for the owner of the car to drop it off directly to us if possible but pick up drop off has always been great without problems. Communicating with the owners of the vehicles is always preferred also.

I really enjoyed my last trip with Turo. The host was very professional and quick on responding to messages. Left specific direction on what to do once I arrived to pickup vehicle. I look forward to using Turo in the near future for rentals or to refer to my friends and family.

Had a great time with my partner and enjoy this beautiful car. Was visiting Dallas Tx and wanted to enjoy a nice luxury car. Which we rented and everything was so smooth from the day we picked it up to when we delivered it. Would rent again through Turo for my next trip!

From booking the car to being able to extend the reservation another day everything was easy and never had to wait or feel like there wasn't going to be someone who could answer any questions. I would definitely recommend both Turo and David as prime source for your next rental car.

I love Turo. I’ve used it several times over the past six or seven months. In all that time, there was only one hiccup. Another user didn’t return a vehicle on time nor did they communicate with the owner. The owner was super accommodating and Turo did everything on their end to get me into another available rental so I could complete my trip. The app itself is super intuitive and not complicated at all.

We have used the Turo app successfully for the last three years. I am so happy we found it. It takes away the guessing game and waiting when we travel. It makes our life so much easier. We get to choose the pick-up/drop off location and budget. It is a total game changer for us.

I've used the Turo app for the past year on repeated visits to Houston, TX. I've been able to extend a rental on relatively short notice as well as turn in a rental ahead of schedule. Both experiences went smoothly in communicating with the owners. Adding additional drivers to the account has been easy to do. I've recommended Turo to the rest of my family and friends.

Got the job done and super easy to use. Very friendly host. The truck was very well kept. Clean inside and out. Very respectful and responsive to each and every step throughout the whole process. Was also spacious and effective for what we needed it for. Very smooth and comfortable ride.

I was a little scared to use Turo for our two week trip but after a little research I decided to give it a try and I am glad that I did. The Turo app is easy to navigate and you can search by vehicle type, price, features, host reviews, and many many more. Our host was rated 5 stars and he deserved every bit of it. He thoroughly explained the process and sent us a picture of where the car was to have a no contact pick up. The best part was that we paid less than half of what a traditional car rental cost and had a better experience.

Smoke smell in car and I don’t even smoke. Better yet…I can’t smoke because I have a bad heart murmur. They even said they found a cigarette in the car which I know for sure they put that cigarette in the car and took that picture because again I DON'T AND CAN'T SMOKE. PERIOD.

From creating an account to booking my first car everything went so smoothly and had clear instructions to leave no room for questions or confusion. Akelo was professional, polite, on time and made this a good experience! I will definitely use Turo again for my auto rental needs. Car ran good - only problem was Cruise Control did not work but it was not an issue for me! No complaints! Next time I will probably rent a newer model vehicle so everything is working great but this was a great trip and Akelo was so nice and made my first rental experience great!!!

Very easy to use. In all my years of renting a vehicle, this is by far. The most easiest, self explanatory, most convenient way to rent a car. Whether it's for personal use or work related. And they're very reliable with ours from everywhere. And any kind or type your heart desires....

Emily's van was exactly what we needed for our trip. Turo and Emily were very responsive and friendly. Turo had great customer service and answered all my questions. I will definitely use their services again. It was so much cheaper than using a rental car place. The fact that I chose my vehicle was a huge bonus.

Car was great. Only issue I had was the tank was not full upon pickup... Other than that it was great... I did fill up at drop off.. Just a suggestion if you require the car to be full upon drop off, make sure it's full at pick up.. Cleanliness was immaculate and it rode very smooth. I would definitely rent again..

Can not say enough about quality of service. Was most helpful with my requirements. My wife is in a wheelchair and needed specific help with pick up location and car prep. Everything went perfect and could not have been any easier or smoother. Great communication!!!! Thanks again for everything. It made our trip that much more enjoyable.

Very convenient, and way easier than a rental company for sure. You just arrive at your destination and you don't need to wait in line and stand around for hours just to start your trip. I'm glad this is an easier option and I've been using Turo for years and met different owners.

My whole experience through Turo was great, was through the roof. I give it 10 Stars every aspect of my experience. I will only rent through Turo from now on for the rest of my days, turo has been the best experience in car rental experience of my whole life. I shall only rent through them from now on.

The vehicle was brought back in perfect condition on 11/30/23 at 3:00pm clean and filled with gas. On 12/3/23 I got a smoking claim stating I owed $164 for smoking 3 days after I returned the vehicle. I took 50 pictures of the interior and exterior of vehicle and there were no issues. Then Becker said he found a cigarette butt on the carpet 3 days after the vehicle was returned. It’s absurd. He made a fake claim.

I tried to rent a car from Turo and add my 33 year old son as a driver. He has had no traffic tickets or accidents in over 12 years. They declined him and refused to provide any explanation even after appeal. The car was under my name on my credit card and I paid for premium insurance. All he was going to do is drive the car. Turo is completely ridiculous. Apparently, way too many lawyers running this company. Stay away.

Turo was SO much simpler than renting from a corporate car rental company. Truly, it was a great experience and the care ran great as well. It is also very reliable. I've had terrible experiences with car rentals not having a vehicle when I arrived at my destination. Turo is a much safer option!

Excellent truck for workers. Would rent again. Excellent communication and support. Easy access at airport. We had jobs in Houston, San Antonio and Austin then back to Houston. I highly recommend this Turo and would gladly rent it again. I have used Turo for about five or six times and it is much more efficient than car rentals.

The car we received was covered in minor scratches and small dents, they were not noted in the description or in the pictures. Then it attained 3 more scratches during the trip. After leaving a 5 star review for our trip, quickly we were charged for damage. Initally the host tried to charge us for many scratches and scrapes that were not our fault, thank goodness we took photos before. Three ended up being new and Turo noted that.

The Equinox was in a magnificent condition and very very clean. I Loved the comfortable seats and roomy cargo compartment .I was so happy that we used Turo. Again, Thank you.

It was smooth and easy. Signing up was a breeze. I didn’t have to search long for the vehicle that I wanted because I was able to filter my price range. The third car was my selection. I paid for the vehicle. Made my reservation based on the time that I needed to pick up the vehicle and everything else was very successful.

Easy to use and convenient to just get on the road and get going without waiting in line. I will look for a Turo option for all my car rental needs going forward. I like the option of knowing the exact car I can get and the ease of communication with the car owner.

I drive a Tesla at home and due to a physical disability, find it difficult to drive any other car. It was such a relief to be able to get one on Turo. It was a great experience and I will never go back to a regular car rental company again. Pick up and drop off was easy, car was spotless and I have been telling everyone that they need to use your service instead.

I love the hosts on here. They make everything easy and they like when I let them know about any problems I have with a vehicle. So all around perfect app for me and I don't need a deposit or major credit card. I also like the way host keep their cars clean and full of gas and getting discount by host is another bonus that I liked. I think this app is useful especially because I need these rentals to travel to work so not having to pay deposit and.

Good car. Clean and good on gas and feels safe to drive! Feel like my own car! Cruise around all of Hawaii with no problem! Took a taxi from the airport all the way to Ali‘i Drive to pick up and taxi to return. It was a little far! Other than that it was close to the beach and restaurants around. Beautiful area to enjoy!

The rental process with Turo was very easy and communication was great! It was a much more enjoyable experience than renting a car through a rental car company. Choosing the car you will drive rather than guessing what kind of car you will get from a rental car company is a huge advantage. I highly recommend trying out Turo if you haven’t done so yet. While looking for a rental car I could afford, Turo came up during an online search. Their website very user adaptive. I’d not used Turo prior to this search. I had always rented with the established auto rental companies brick & mortar stores or an airport desk. After using Turo’s website to get any & all info necessary, I made my decision to give it a go. I chose an auto to fit my needs. The cost was easily half what I found from other rental offers. Not kidding. The owner/host of auto I chose made everything easy. Host responded quickly to any questions. Trip went well. Auto returned. I will use Turo again.

Tex was super friendly and great overall! Would definitely go with them again. Was very attentive when it came to picking up the vehicle and the vehicle itself was pristine, they even provided an iPhone charging cable which I thought was very thoughtful of them. The car itself was in great condition and a smooth ride, it had me greatly considering getting myself a Subaru Crosstrek of my own.

From our arrival to departure the process of renting a Turo car was easier than expected. Jorge our host was extremely helpful. We even had an incident with a rock being thrown at and damaging the windshield, our host was understanding and helpful in getting it replaced and covered by our own insurance.

The owner of the vehicle that I had rented from was phenomenal. Will rent from him again in the near future. Quick responses, greeted me with a smile, the car was very presentable and clean, you can tell that the maintenance on the vehicle is done when it is supposed to be. Loved everything overall.

I found Jesse and his vehicle on Turo, Jesse was very, very communicative. I heard from him literally within minutes, and his responses were always suggestive and helpful. The pick up of the vehicle was effortless, the vehicle looked exactly like the photos both outside and inside and he was so helpful and walking me through How to check in with the vehicle him assisting me remotely. Through the time that I had his vehicle, Jesse would check in with me to see how things were going, he would ask if I needed anything, and also guided me through the checkout process, which was again very effortless. I will definitely be renting from Jesse again any of his vehicles.

I think Turo is a great app. I think it’s wonderful for the consumer. It’s just unfortunately that we have some dishonest host who might make Turo look bad and might cause people to seek other options but for the most I am enjoying your service and thank you for the wonderful support when needed.

The vehicle was great and so was the host Steve. It was easy to book online and was convenient to have the vehicle delivered to the house and also dropped off to the host at the airport. I can’t recommend TURO more highly. Was an awesome experience and I also raves about you in my social media!

This was mission driven of having to relocate my Mom from Norcross to Snellville and I could not have done without the TURO service or the rental of Selina’s Ram. The whole process was amazing. Selina was very passionate about her vehicles and making sure it served the purpose. TURO is a great site for simple, friendly rentals.

This was our first time using Turo and we loved how easy and convenient it was. We were shocked by the $60/delivery fee on the first trip so we just looked for some close enough to walk to after that. Overnight parking was ridiculously expensive in Waikiki so we just rented by the day. It was fun to try out different cars. My only suggestion would be to show all the fees up front because they often doubled the price you see initially (more if you add delivery & pickup).

It is professional, affordable, easy, efficient, worry free, hassle free, and most importantly exciting! I will always use Turo whenever I want to rent a vehicle. Whether it's for a vacation out of town or just a few days off from work (locally), I will only rent vehicles from Turo!

Horrible…. Was in Hawaii with an expensive excursion planned & when I went to pick up car there was no one there to meet me with keys. Called and left multiple messages with NO response. I had to call a Lyft to get me back to hotel and find a last minute car rental due to traveling to the other side of the island. Very disappointed. Very stressful and expensive morning trying to get myself to where I needed to be due to a NO SHOW on TURO'S part.

Highly recommend and can not wait for my next trip. The only way to travel or use a vehicle other than putting the wear and tear on my own personal vehicle. The 2023 Trailblazer I had was in great shape and the owner was quick to respond if needed. Everything was pretty easy to set up from picking the right vehicle, the payment, the pickup and return.

Turo was a great alternative to using a car rental company. We got to choose our car, received a discount using Amex, and had great communication with the car’s owner throughout the trip. We drove all around Northern California and had a great experience. Pick up and drop off was easy as well.

I definitely love how easy it is to rent a car....but the price is just a tad much. To pay for the rent and then a portion extra of the price to cover the trip....it's a bit much. No reason why a car that is going for about 50 dollars a day ends up being almost 700 dollars for a week! I love that Turo comes through in a clutch but it is a tad on the expensive side in my opinion.

The Keith and his wife they were most gracious and accommodating cause I arrived earlier than my set time. Nice clean car and it worked out great for my needs. Spacious enough for my family and we felt totally safe. Would rent from them again and recommend them to others! My trip was local and I stayed within fifty miles of home.

Their Customer Support has been so helpful. When a problem occurred with one of my rentals they immediately contacted another host and I was put in another car. Today I called and Dean was so pleasant and informative I’m glad that I am a guest to TURO. Website is easy to navigate, they are available both through chat and phone 24/7.

DL verification process needs improvement. TOS allows 24 hours check in but the DL doesn't prompt until 1 hour prior to trip start. Taking the photo using the GUI was a burden as well because it doesn't allow to zoom in or out. The host was great and so was the vehicle.

Great communication once my reservation was confirmed. Told me exactly where the car would be and made sure everything was good after I arrived. Easy handoff when the rental was over. Nice touches including water and mints already in the car when I picked the car. The pictures matched the car.

This was our first time using Turo, and we’re were very impressed on how easy it was to find the right vehicle for a trip from North Idaho to Montana and back in bad weather conditions. The vehicle was just right for the trip. And Parker made it easy to pickup and drop off the vehicle on time and at the location requested.

Anthony was extremely helpful with any questions that I had. Would definitely recommend and use this service again. Price was extremely reasonable for DC area rental. I found the website was very easy to navigate and user friendly. Anytime I messaged Anthony, the response was always prompt. The Chevy Spark I rented was perfect for my situation. Turo enabled me to operate an EV. The variety of vehicles makes it attractive relative to traditional rental agencies. It's the Airbnb of rental cars. With the EV I rented, I learned the limits of the electric charging network. Its demand exceeds its availability. As I reviewed online essays about the charging network, two things became clear: there's a lot of enthusiasm about EVs but charging network grows at a snail's pace.

Was in town for an annual Epilepsy conference this year in Orlando Florida. My hosts were very friendly and helpful with the fast delivery and pickup of the TURO rental and fast, easy check in and out of my vehicle I selected. It was an easy process from start to finish. Turo offers a large selection of automotives, and you can filter them to find exactly what you are looking for. The prices are fair and most of the fees are shown upfront. Most host will offer multiple ways for you to receive and drop off the car, which is very convenient especially if you are traveling.

We picked our car and booked it months in advance with great communication from the loaning party. However, he texted us in a timely manner that the car we choose was wrecked and gave us another option for the same price. Morning of our flight on our way to the airport, this car was cancelled due to recall and we were stressed out as we had no transportation from our destination. I called Turo customer service frantically on way to airport and they got us a replacement car. When plane landed we were notified that the car was cancelled because previous clients didn’t return it on time. With no flexibility we told the loaner we would take whatever car they had because we had no transportation from our destination airport. They found us a car in time and all went smoothly. However, the Turo process was stressful as unforeseen circumstances happened and were unpredictable.

My first experience with Turo was very good. It was quick, easy and convenient. I chose a car where the location was close to my son’s house. I rented David’s Fiat. It was easy to drive and reliable. David was a great host and always answered my questions and extensions promptly.

We had our first experience using Turo on a trip that was booked of 12 days in November 2023 in Scottsdale AZ. We were a little apprehensive at first because we never used this car sharing service before from private individuals, much less never knew it existed. We really liked the website and found it easy to use. We looked at some of the options and we elected to book a trip on Turo and everything went smooth. Glad we did.

I rented a Porsche in Las Vegas for 5 days on Nov 22. The owner said there were 2 small scuff marks on the rim which I am certain was not me. He charged me $350 for it and then left me a poor review and I have no idea why. I didn't leave his vehicle a mess and once the $350 was taken from me he poorly reviewed me. I don't know how 2 small scuff marks by his tires led to $350 worth of charges. I have been a Turo customer for several years and I've never left a vehicle damaged or dirty. I feel like I was scammed. I don't know who I would contact at Turo about this. I tried to edit my review for him. Unfortunately, once I gave him 5 stars he took my money and then rated me poorly.

Loved my trip. Was happy to get a brand new 2024 car in 2023. My original reservation was canceled. Turo reached out with alternative options. Although I did not select their suggestions, I was still able to select a car from my personal search. A better option. I will definitely book with Turo again.

Trip is great, everything went smoothly. The only thing was the airport pickup fee was a bit much. I also picked up a car in a garage without warning in app of a parking fee I'd be responsible for till after rental. The car was clean and the host was available anytime I had a question.

Ricardo is extremely professional and kind. He went above and beyond to accommodate me. Ricardo’s prices are very reasonable. His vehicles are ready when promised. All of his cars are very clean and in excellent condition. Ricardo always answers messages promptly. I’ve rented from him several times and will continue to do so in the future.

Car drove well however upon pick up it has a very strong scent like it was masking another odor. Upon return I was accused of smoking in the car which was not true. The host was pleasant and had great communication during trip and even allowed me to extend another day.

Still waiting to hear from owners detailer if own personal keys left in center console can be retrieved. Overall, the service is convenient and selection of vehicles is great and would definitely recommend and rent again in the near future and moving forward. Not sure what else to say except for someone should at least go through the car upon return, inspect it and set aside any items found, so they can be retrieved later on if not that same day or next.

The most fun thing about renting through Turo is the variety of vehicles available, especially in larger markets. Maybe you've thought about purchasing a sports car and guess what, someone has one you can rent on the platform. I think most hosts strive for customer service and good communication. My first experience was positive, and I told my host I'd rent his car again.

I had a bad experience with an owner that had a five star rating and over 800 drives. I was disappointed that I wasn’t allowed to leave an accurate review for him to warn future renters. I love using Turo! When pricing it out against a rental car company, Turo usually comes out ahead, but the real bonus is that I can pick the exact vehicles & feature I want and am guaranteed to get that! No standing in rental car lines at the airport. We wanted a sunroof Jeep in Maui and were able to book exactly that. In Austin we took our kids along and wanted a roomy SUV to hold all of our luggage, have Apple car play navigation and we were able to add a carseat onto our rental. Turo is my go to when traveling!

I heard about Turo and was very very skeptical of the whole thing. The more I read about it and talked to others who had tried it themselves I got comfortable that this model not only is a good alternative to big business car rental but many of the people that you rent from a great business owners. Our first experience proved all of those things true. From the sign up process to finding a car the experience was so easy. The owner of the car was great. She was communicative and the directions were so easy to follow. The price for the car even with the fees etc was still a better deal than the major car rental places for the equivalent car. The best part for me was the car did not feel like a “rental”. Totally awesome experience.

Jeff was a wonderful! It was my first Tesla rental on Turo and never used a supercharger before. Jeff reassured me and let me know how and where the charge would appear. Owner of car claimed there was dog hair on the seat so I was charged $150 cleaning fee. I had already left 5 star review because I thought that’s what you do, like Uber, despite the car being “ok”. The kind of car you borrow from your buddy for free, not pay to rent; so I could not dispute his claim of dog hair. I didn’t have a dog in the car, but even if I did $150 to vacuum the few hairs that were supposedly there seems a bit crazy. He’s supposed to vacuum the car out in between rentals anyways. So I got scammed out of an extra $150 to drive a beat up Pathfinder to and from work for a few days. Won’t be using Turo again. If you do, make sure not to use GNG Auto out of Norwood MA,

I rented Chris's car for a certain period of time, and then, unexpectedly, had to ask for 3 more days. He was very accommodating, and I was so grateful!!! If he hadn't extended the rental, I would not have been able to get to my job, unless I paid $100 a day for a taxi. I wish I had been able to meet Chris in person, the help he gave me was very hug worthy!!! Even though I paid for it, lol!

We rented from Quick Car Rental through Turo. They had the car waiting for us on the airport parking ramp when we got off the plane. Everything went as planned. This was our first time renting through Turo and I will do so again. I used one of the highly rated renters and felt more comfortable doing so since it was our first time.

The overall experience was fantastic from start to finish. Very easy process. Such a large variety of vehicles to choose from is very nice. Love that they do not tie up hundreds of dollars on your credit card for holds like rental companies do. My rental was exact as described charges we exactly what were quoted. Was not pressured into any upsells. Will definitely use again.

My trip was fine up until I dropped the vehicle off and was later charged for extra fees that I felt wasn’t fair. I returned the vehicle back exactly how I received it. Gas was at 304 when I picked up and at 312 when I dropped it off. Photos below are my proof. I tried reaching out to the owner to get to her bottom of the situation and I got no response. Only a charge to my credit card.

I “rented” a 2023 Traverse from John W. The price per day just can’t compete with a traditional car rental company. I am so happy with the price that I paid for three days. We had a bit of a hiccup on the first day, but John took care of it with a smile. I really like the way that Turo works. The owner of the vehicle did not answer any of my questions or respond to any of my messages on Turo. I did have to text him outside of the app which made me feel uncomfortable. He still did not respond to certain questions I had asked and it would have been helpful given that it was my first time using Turo. Vehicle had some sort of issue that was ongoing and I kept getting a warning light. The windshield was cracked and I was not notified of this nor was it listed in the description. For as much as I paid to rent the car I did clean out my garbage but don’t think it was fair of them to ask me to detail and wash the exterior.

This place is wonderful to get a car from when you don't have a credit card. I had an experience before my first time using Turo. I was trying to rent from the airport and because I didn't have a credit card they didn't allow me to rent a vehicle even though I had a debit card with all the cash on it for the rental. Then I was informed about Turo from my brother who has used Turo before. I have used Turo three times and would recommend to anyone who needs a vehicle.

I was charged for toll billings when I didn't take any toll roads during my trip nor did I leave the county. Yet I was charged for tolls out of the county in which I reside. The host stated she would check her Sunpass but never got back to me. Turo charged me $16 plus and that disturbs me because I was charged for something I didn't use.

The host was very available. They pick me up from curbside. They kept me involved with the status of returning the vehicle, as well as I had anything else needed needed, while I was on vacation and made himself available. I will most definitely use them again. The vehicle was clean and full of gas.

My 2nd host had me standing in the rain freezing and never showed up nor communicated. 3rd host is trying to say I put a hole in their tire and charge me. When I returned the car with air and gas in it. Thinking about closing App after this experience.

This was our first time using Turo, because we were told that it is Cheaper than places like Enterprise. But it was not. If we didn't have to go out of town I would have cancel and went with Enterprise. Plus we didn't know that you were supposed to take photos before and After.

Great experience! The car was exactly like in the pictures. The host met us at the airport when we picked up the car. They were punctual. The car was very clean and perfect 4wd vehicle which handled great in the snow. The hosts were amazing and friendly. This was my first time using Turo and I definitely will use it again! What a beautiful vehicle, it is in great condition. The interior was very comfortable for 4 of us with room for 2 large suitcases and 3 carry-on bags in the cargo area. Awesome ride, parked right across from baggage, couldn't have gone smoother! Enjoyed the GTS so much in Napa, I would not hesitate to rent from Chris again.

This was by far the easiest, best and most reliable car rental experience I have ever had. My host was super attentive and the car made my trip stressless. L&M’s 2020 Toyota Corolla was exactly as pictured. The contactless pick up and drop off was so simple, especially having to rush to my gate to make my flight on time.

Enjoyed our first experience with Turo. I received a coupon for my first booking, which made the rental a great value. My only complaint is that the owner tried to rearrange pick up plans a few hours before pick up. There were initially plans to meet at departures, but the owner tried to switch to leaving keys in car in parking garage, which would've required me to pay to get out. The owner was then running late for drop off. Overall I would recommend this platform though. Beats waiting in the rental car line.

I was impressed. When I got to the wrong airport (BUUSH), I was happy with the flexibility with which the switch of cars went. Jason was a Rockstar. I was able to take pictures of the car and indicate the crack on the windshield but which was not bad. Everything was great.. Extremely easy to book.. Mark R., My host, makes it very easy to book. He is very prompt and professional when responding back. Turo prices are under any other car rental business I looked at..there are also a lot of hosts in any area usually.. I strongly recommend to anybody renting!

The convenience of this service was great and so worth it. The car was on time and communication with Jose was great. It was just what I needed. I have already recommended Turo and Jose, specifically, to many of my friends. Definitely plan to use it again in the future.

I enjoy the Truck and The owners made it very easy and were very helpful and pick up and drop off was very simple and the truck was very clean and sanitized inside and out and will tell a friend and also when you call they do answer unlike other cars I have rented. The renter, said I smoked in the car and you guys gave me a 150 fine for that, but I did not smoke in the car. The photos given by the renter were photos contaning the salt from the bonevile salt flats, I have contacted the customer service but they did not resolve the issue and I still got the penalty. That is not correct and renter left a bad review that I don't think I should receive.

I have rented a few times from Turo. I will definitely be renting again. Great experience, nice Host's, pick up and drop off very easy. Clean and reliable vehicles. Able to work with my schedule, had to extend another day, no problem. Also easy early drop off. I have recommended this app to all my family and friends.

Bao the host booked another reservation to start an hour before my reservation ended. Than proceeded to message and call me the entire day trying to get car back early. Also not the car I reserved but I understand things happen, apparently Bao doesn’t understand that me having to stop 20 times to answer messages doesn’t help me getting back early.

So easy to find at the airport. Saved so much time by having Turo reserved. The lock box with keys was simple and quick to use. Communication with the host was efficient and response time was prompt. The car was clean and ran well. Drop off was a breeze as well. Will use again if back in Nashville.

I rented a BMW X1 for the day. I had an easy experience reserving the vehicle, communicating with the host, picking up and dropping off the vehicle. The vehicle was clean, in good condition and fun to drive. The host was communicative, helpful and conscientious. The app was easy to use and transparent. 100% better experience than a traditional rental.

I really enjoyed driving the Sentra. Arvin couldn’t have been more helpful. The pick up and delivery was really easy. The car was great, it drove really well, and was exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend this car and person and will definitely rent from again!! It had great features, handled well, smooth ride.

We had a great 1st Turo experience with Larissa and her Range Rover. She communicated perfectly making it smooth and easy for 1st timers walking thru the airport pick up details.. I’d definitely do it again with her and Turo. Looking forward to doing it again over Christmas and New Year's.

We had a great time with the car. This was our first Turo rental and the only thing I would change is to require the car owner to share the initial photos, identifying ALL the car damage. The customer could then review and simply add any additional photos of damage found - just like a typical rental company. Our car had so much 'damage' I had to spend an excessive amount of time uploading photos and the pickup location was in a neighborhood that we were less than comfortable in, so standing outside made us feel like targets. Otherwise, it was great, and we intend to use it regularly from now on.

TURO as a company has responded quickly and efficiently to all the needs I've required. All hosts I've connected with have been courteous, accommodating and fair. The vehicles were in good, reliable shape both mechanically and physically. They were clean and odor free. Additional amenities were a very welcome and helpful service. Hosts, themselves were available for consultation and were aware of my location, situation and pick up/return times. Hosts did talk with me directly via phone calls.

I had a wonderful experience using Turo and the car I requested was exactly what I needed for the trip with my family! Thank you so much and I look forward to using this service again when I take my next trip somewhere. So until then I will be excited!

It was a Quick and convenient. Pick up and the drop off was just as easy. Great communication from the host and clean vehicle. The drive was smooth and comfortable. I have already recommended Turo and this host in particular to many of my friends and coworkers. I would absolutely use this car and host again.

I love Turo and the hosts all have been great and communicate really well. I would definitely 10 out of 10 will recommend Turo to my friends and family members. All of the cars have been great up to date on all the check ups and if you have any questions at all even crazy questions they'll answer them at a decent amount of time and don't judge your questions and very polite too.

I love using Turo instead of car rental companies. It's so easy to use! I love the options of vehicles and the people renting them are so helpful and quick to respond. I save so much money vs using a rental company. I have been suggesting Turo to everyone about to take a vacation.
