Turo host (Susana) was very easy to work with. Very informative with giving recommendations for site seeing in Hawaii. I would recommend her for anyone in the future. Hawaii is a beautiful place to visit. Turo was wonderful to work with. Please consider them. Any where they are located. Aloha.

Had a great experience from jumping on shuttle to pick car up at airport to dropping off. Our host was in communication and very accommodating. The car was as described and clean with a full tank of gas. Would recommend to family and friends. We appreciated having the chairs and cooler came in very handy.

I was skeptical going into my first Turo rental that everything would go smoothly and as advertised, especially since the cost of my week-long rental was half the cost as that from a traditional rental car company. To say I was blown away with the ease of use and value for my dollar is an understatement. The person I rented the car from was clear and concise with communication and the car was in fantastic shape. Everything from the site research before I rented thru the booking, pickup, and dropoff was easy and convenient. Just what I needed! Of course there’s a few things I would change about the off airport Turo lot and the pickup/dropoff photo taking in the app, but other than those minor things, this was a fantastic experience.

Three things I look for in a rental: Convenience, good vehicle and good communication. They add up to good value. These guys knocked it out of the park. The only thing that is confusing is the parking fees but they were reasonable. Car was clean and at the airport as requested. They also are very quick to respond to messages.

Travon is exactly the just everyone should want. My first car was cancelled because of mechanical issues but Travon stepped in. He was very proactive and attentive to my questions. I would use his car again. He would be a very good standard for what a host should be. Thank you.

Provider was difficult to obtain information from and this difficulty was not due to any lack of documentation to be provided by us. Provider delayed issuing lock box code for almost an hour after our scheduled arrival. They made us stand in the dark in an open parking lot at dark and in the rain! Has apologized and obviously doesn’t care about Turo customers. STAY AWAY!!!!

Car was in good shape for over 90,000 miles! Had a lot of power for a 6. Guys at the rental locations very knowledgeable of the rentals. I'm 77 Years Old, it was a little tough getting in and out of. I drive a Dodge Durango Hemi RT for my personal car, easy in and out. A Range Rover convertible would have been nice.

The whole experience was as expected. Pick up and return was a smooth process, the vehicle owner was very responsive to questions and the Yukon was immaculate! I would definitely use Turo again and if Omar's vehicle is available again I would absolutely rent from him again.

Great value and ease of use on app. Great notification and communication with hosts. Setting up and getting the vehicle is very easy with the host. They let you know specifically what will be happening and get you on your way fast and better than the rental car places for sure. No hassles or upselling and Turo takes care of all the online requirements before the day of rental starts. Love this service.

First time using it. Host was accessible. Will definitely use it again. Minor hiccup with a battery but host resolved it in a timely manner. Vehicle was very clean, and well maintained. Easy transfer to and from pickup and drop off point. Would certainly recommend the business and the host to a friend.

Lied about me taking their keys & lying about me riding around without a car seat!!! I have 3 car seats for my son!! I would never!!! The last thing I would do is jeopardize my child’s life and my character. I would appreciate if that review is taken down from my profile.

We had a great experience picking up and dropping off rental at Sky Harbor airport in Phoenix. App was easy to use and car was in great condition and owners were very responsive with their communication. Highly recommend the app, and we will use Turo again in the future vacations wherever it is available.

Turo was very easy to use and perfect for the trip. The app was very simplistic in terms of finding the perfect car. The filters made it easy to remove vehicles with high fees and select those with features I wanted. I ended up renting a Subaru Crosstrek for 3 days and it came with free shuttle to and from the airport.

Upon checking my reservation on the way to the airport, I saw that it was canceled. I immediately called customer service and they were able to help me secure a new car. They honored the price I was already given and put me in contact with the owner. The immediate help was a relief and greatly appreciated.

Easy search, diverse car selection for any budget, and great communication throughout the process. Pick up and drop off instructions for provided ahead of time, and there were no surprises. A real timesaver not having to wait in line at the rental counters. Definitely recommend Turo for your next trip.

Martin is an expert when it comes to customer service details. Charging cords, Sun Pass tollway transponder, pair of sunglasses in the glove box. The car is everything it was advertised as. Picking me up at the curb of the airport, and dropping car off at the same curb. No more rental car return coral. No more shuttle buses. Martin you made this part of the trip painless. Thanks again. I am glad our paths crossed. Cannot wait to use the service again. And he gave me a 10% discount for the next rental.

No complaints. First time using Turo. I won't be using the traditional rental car companies again. We're done waiting in lines at the car rental company for hours after long flights. With Turo, your mv is waiting for you. No hoops to jump through. Like to add our host is A+ too.

I actually really like using Turo. It’s been great so far. It's better than going anywhere else to get a car and all the fees are upfront unless of course you just trashed the car and didn’t clean it then of course cleaning fees will hit but I did not have that issue. It’s been smooth sailing and I’ve had great people to get a vehicle from. No complaints here.

The vehicle was great. The car was clean and charged when dropped off. The communication with the car owner was great. She gave me a quick rundown on how the car worked and how to use the features. The car was picked up on time also. I will be using Turo again in the future.

My experience was very bad, I'm still waiting for the refund of the $150 they discounted for smoking, when I have never smoked, my lawyers are already with this scam matter, I have all the evidence, the application did not let me check in, I even told the host and he said that or there was a problem, it was like that at the beginning as at the end, I have the photos with the date of how I delivered by car, after a week I see that my account I discount $150 for allegedly smoking, as I told the host how do I know that he did not throw ashes and said that I smoked or receive compensation? If I had checked in you would know how I left the car so it was a mistake of yours, days ago an advisor responded to my complaint, I waited 5 days and the answer was to close my account and that they are not going to return my money so I am going to report them for fraud, I have everything in my favor.

I needed to request Roadside Assistance during my trip. I'll admit that I was (pleasantly) surprised at the quality and level of care given to my need. They were fast, efficient, and in my case free. They made sure that I understood and was satisfied with their plan to get help. They even checked back later to make sure I had been helped by the local service provider to my satisfaction. They couldn't have provided better service. Thank you!

I loved it. Everything was perfect. Nice car and very well taken care of. The website made it all very easy. Pick up and drop off location was easy to get to from the airport. It was 10x better than any rental agency at the airport.

I feel special when I picked up the car from airport. It was on time, excellent service, clean luxury car. I love it. When I come back for sure, I will get the same car. Because it was smooth ride, and I took care of my business. I don’t feel tired when I’m driving because I drive a long way with it.

Our overall experience was excellent. The van was easy to locate once you knew where you were in relation to the parking garage. The instructions were clear, concise, and also included a map and pictures on where to find the vehicle. Very easy!! It worked perfectly for our golf trip.

I had many questions when we first went to pick up this vehicle. They were all answered and carried out professionally in a timely manner. It was a great trip. I was able to use the vehicle to get my family down to my aunt's funeral. I have no complaints whatsoever. To God be the glory. Fix it Jesus. Fix it like you said you would. I miss my aunt but the trip was great.

You honestly just go on the app, pick the car you want and book. Then you just wrote your host and go pick up the vehicle. It's honestly the best. I will be doing it again!

We really enjoyed using Turo. It was so much easier than going through the rental car companies. He even delivered the car right to our hotel, and picked it up when we were done. The Jeep was just as described, clean and ready to go. The last car rental we had was dirty. They didn't even take the time to wash it. We will definitely use Turo again.

Hello, yes this is the best rental app ever. First of all, it’s no hassle with payment, a lot of paperwork, or any other small obstacles. Second the staff and the hosts are friendly, understanding, and helpful in any kind of way possible. And finally, I would refer them with no problem. The app is easy to use and understand. I love this app… and will continue to use.

I reserved a rental 4 months in advance and messaged them the night before our rental week was supposed to start and they told me my rental was cancelled. I had to scramble to find another and, as it turns out, more expensive rental. They told me they would provided an explanation of why it was cancelled so late and nobody informed me of this but they never bothered to get back to me and offer an reason. Each time I use Turo the experience seems to be worse than the last one. Maybe this one IS the last one.

Difficult to find car in parking lot especially with luggage. The car was well worn for 2023 and not what I expected from a RAV4. No auto settings on lights and the back up camera was poor quality. Website was user friendly but host was extremely helpful. Not sure I would use Turo again.

I was accused and charged for something I didn't do. I won't be renting from Turo anymore. Turo doesn't even reach out to the customer. They just charge your card based off of what the hosts say. Very unfair. Never, never, never again. Then charged my card for something else I am unaware of.

App was easy to use, pick up and drop off was easy to follow. Owner of the car I rented was very nice and gave clear instructions at time of pick up and drop off. The car itself was clean and extremely luxurious. Young drivers being able to rent through an App and pay for insurance coverage if anything were to happen is a game changer! Will definitely use the service again!

This was my first Turo rental. The entire experience was great...pickup to drop off was smooth and the car performed well. The Turo owner was very responsive to minor questions I had. Our trip was 6 weeks long so rentals are expensive. We saved $1000 over a rental agency and got a bigger car. Jerry

The car was perfect, exactly as was described on Turo. I especially appreciated the super detailed pick up and drop off instructions, which included links with the address to the exact garage at the airport for drop off. Pick up was also easy to follow from baggage claim at the airport. I will rent from Marcus again, when in the area.

The car was in good shape, clean and nice to get around while in Colorado. Great customer service and they kept in touch on a regular basis to ensure that all was going well. I liked the fact that direction was clearly given in regards to pick up and drop off. There were no miscommunication.

We had a great experience renting from Turo for the first time. Lots of great follow-up as I navigated getting signed up. I appreciated that. I liked the variety of vehicles to choose from and immediate contact from the owner of the car we rented. He was available on-line every time I had a question and his responses were prompt.

We had a great experience with Hector and our rental. It was the easiest process I have ever been through when renting a car. It was clean, smelled good and full of gas. It was so simple to pick up and drop off at the airport. The Kia Carnival was spacious and had a large trunk to put all of our luggage in. I would def use Hector and Turo again for a rental.

An incident happened on my last trip with Turo, I was in a hurry and this time I left the keys on top of one of the rubbers of the vehicle and I sent the photo of that with all the other photos to be able to check out! The Owner of the vehicle was upset about it and did not check the photos, he looked for his spare keys and left if he grabbed the others, now he is charging me more than $300 for the keys, he asked me where they were and I sent him the photo again but he told me that he had already left, neither "according to him" he returned to see if he left them lying on the floor... I want to know what can be done in this special case? Please, I need some help with this.

Turo is the most frictionless part of the entire travel process. I wish everything travel-related was as easy as finding, picking up, driving, and returning a Turo vehicle. Bonus: Not being trapped into renting whatever vanilla vehicle is on the lot when you arrive. I will never rent a vehicle the "traditional way" again. Downside: Pricing seems to have steadily increased over the 2 years I've been using the service.

I'm very pleased with the service and unit that was offered. The condition of the vehicle was super clean and tidy on the interior. The co-host was quite courteous. The actual host used via Turo messaging to communicate with me, while the co-host did all the physical transactions. The unit was up to par. I will definitely utilize their unit same as to dealing business with them. Great job folks! Thanks.

I had no issues with the vehicle or my trip. The issue started after I returned the vehicle. He charged me 21$ for 2 gallons of gas after I filled the vehicle up prior to returning it. He also made me pay to get the vehicle out of the parking lot. He stated in his ad that parking would be free. I also spent my own time and money to wash and vacuum the vehicle being that it was covered in dirt from the snow. I would like my 17$ back that I pamper to wash the vehicle and the 7$ it cost to get it out of parking lot.

First of all this complaint has nothing to do with my last host, past or future hosts. Turo's lack of customer service agents and the sanctions placed upon them. Your support questions clearly explain how the Turo app will take care of these discounts, without any input from support nor I. These will be reflected in my receipt upon checkout. Well if it doesn't automate you have the reservation already booked and now you've lost that discount.

Excellent communication and very clean car, planning to use Turo on my next trip, the only issue was the vehicle was a bit too small for 4 guys with golf clubs and luggage, was disappointed in the first mini van we ordered. If I didn’t check with him we would have been stuck, he sold the vehicle and didn’t let us know. Very unprofessional.

Experience with car and host was excellent. App was clunky and not very intuitive and wasn’t working when I needed to return car. Initially finding the car was also difficult; I assumed info would flow easily in app and via email or text similar to Airbnb or VRBO. Would still use this over rental company any day.

The car rental through Turo went very smoothly. There were many vehicles to choose from and the vehicle we picked was in excellent condition, inside and out. The process to pick up and drop off the vehicle was very convenient. The owner was very friendly and responsive. We will use Turo again.

Life and travel isn't perfect. Turo and their people adjust for imperfections. It gives me confidence in the company. Women who travel alone may worry about garage pick up and drop off and feel better about it occurring at departure and arrival lanes. I wish my history on the app was eraseable. Great time away with the family and a variety of selections, from domestic to foreign, extra precautions to ensure vehicle and driver safety. All around great experience. Will be renting again.

I recently had the pleasure of using Turo car rental App for car rentals, and I must say, it surpasses all other car rental services. The convenience of booking online with no paperwork required is a huge advantage. I have rented some of the best cars available on Turo, and the customer service is truly exceptional, exceeding a 5-star rating.

Sam had exemplary customer service. We had flight delays and he was there and stayed with us all the way over a five hour delay. He was standing there with her car when we finally got in. He was also standing there when we returned our car at the airport. Couldn’t ask for any better!!

This car made me want a Lexus! Was a smooth booking in the app + easy pickup & drop off in a clean and well maintained car. Such a great option for a day trip. I loved being able to book something with only a couple days notice. And I could drop it off early when my trip was shorter than I expected with no penalty.

The host charging too many fees unfairly. If every host do the same I'll make sure to stay away from renting cars at Turo. The host charges Refuel even though I returned the gas level more than what I received it, and the host charging me late returned even though we agreed to return the vehicle at later time.

So far I've rented twice. Once from an owner with a BMW. The other with an owner for a Mercedes-Benz. Both times the cars were impeccably clean. The transaction was smooth. Everything was fair. I had no problems. Give this app 5 out of 5 stars and will continue to use them whenever I need a rental car.

I absolutely love Turo and the people associated with it.. I’ve had some great people and vehicles to deal with and travel with. I tell people all the time about Turo and my experience with it. They always love what I end up driving .. As do I .. And they want to know how to get it.

My experience has been great with the last couple of host I have. When I need a car it's always available. The app works great. All you have to do is put in what area you would like to rent a car from. The cars are always clean and full of gas. They make sure they check on you. It's amazing. Makes me want to keep renting.

We rented for the day during a cruise stop in Kahului. The pickup location was a flat 45 minute walk from the cruise ship terminal. The car was immaculately clean and functioned perfectly. Brandon was great to communicate with. We highly recommend renting through Brandon and Turo if you want a pleasant experience.

I enjoyed the car. It was clean and easy to drive. The owners made it really easy for me to get access to the car. I loved the fact that I did not have to meet with anyone in order to get the car. Lol. They answer really quickly, I liked that. Also they were really flexible with the hours.

Felt like royalty riding down Houston Street in my EV Benzo! So much fun with no hassle. Easy pickup and drop off in super secure location. I never even had to recharge the truck. Much more affordable than corporate owned rental places. Just do your research as far as checking reviews and feeling confident to book with any renter. I've had great experiences with which I book the same person's vehicles as often as able. I've also had MANY awful experiences with much less reliable renters (not showing up at all, not even having the vehicle ready and leaving me stranded, canceling last minute for their own reasons, etc). Pay attention to any additional charges in fine print, too!

During my last rental I was accused of it smelling like smoke and charged extra fees. The vehicle was clean and I am disappointed. I spent way more than I was expecting but I had to pay or my future services would be terminated. I used the car to visit my family to say goodbye to my dad. It was a last minute decision to use Turo and I used my last to take this trip.

Such a great experience! So convenient and perfect for our trip to Charleston! The car was exactly as described and being able to pick it up at the airport and not have to wait in line was awesome! Our host was very quick with responses and made the check in and check out process super simple. We loved being able to pick the vehicle we wanted. That was what drew us to Turo. The host is claiming I cracked his windshield. There was no clear photos loaded of the side of windshield he is claiming and when zooming in on the other photos you can see the crack. I took pictures after to document. I was mortified that he thinks I would crack his windshield. Prior to that the host other than being late at drop off a had been very accommodating.

I would definitely recommend Turo to a friend. It's so easy to rent through Turo. I've done it many times and have always had a great experience. There’s always many cars to choose from and they are available in convenient locations. The pick ups and drop offs are always so easy.

We rented the 9 passengers van from this company. Our first impression was their great customer service. They were punctual, friendly, and helpful to customers. The contactless was a piece of cake. Every detail information was provided to customers via message. I will recommend friends and families to rent from this place. If I have any near future vacation plans I will rent from them again. I always have enjoyed my Turo experiences. Great cars. Pretty good deals. But there was a bug in the system that didn’t allow me to get past a notification saying my license had been approved in order to check out the car and upload pictures. I tried with customer service and they said to uninstall and reinstall (which I did) but that didn’t work. Not a huge deal but mildly annoying.

This was our first Turo rental and we will never do anything else again. It was a perfect experience from booking to pick up to drop off! Ray, our host was tremendous and walked us through each step of the way. We could not have been happier with our Ford Bronco Sport. It arrived clean and ready to go.

I love Turo and it’s been my second time doing it. Josue was my most recent client and the experience was exceptional. He was efficient, quick to response, good communication, the car was so clean and smelled good. I love Turo because there are so many options to choose from.

My first trip with Turo wasn't bad. The car got me from point A to point B and back to Point A. That was the primary goal. The car, on the other hand, wasn't much to brag about. For starters, the interior was clean. The owner did seemingly forget a few of their personal items in the trunk, though. I needed to use the trunk, which is how I found out. I was able to move their stuff to the side, though. There was some damage to the front bumper. I expect it, though, because another review mentioned it. I wasn't worried about it, but things like this should be disclosed in the listing. Also, the car had a significant rattle under the hood when turning on and occasionally when running. This was concerning and probably should also be disclosed in the listing. The car seemed to run fine, however. The price for the vehicle wasn't bad, but I could've rented a car from a rental agency for the same price and gotten a much newer vehicle.

Affordable, prompt, and easy to work with. I would gladly work with Nathan and Melanie again. We were in town for a soccer tournament and almost had a situation where we would have had to extend the rental. I gave Nathan my number. He called me and explained what was happening, he said just update as you need. No problems. Thanks again!

The car was great, clean, as described and pictured. The third row was even very spacious. The trunk was very big, fit all of our luggage. Host was responsive and helpful. I would absolutely recommend to anyone. Had a great trip and Turo was a big part of it. Ten out of ten.

This was my first trip using Turo myself, my wife usually handles this. It was a good experience, everything went smoothly, as planned. Our host, Robert **, responded to my messages, and I was very happy that he recommended we pick up & drop off our vehicle at their location less than 10 minutes from the airport, to save additional parking fees. I would definitely use Turo again and recommend it to friends & family.

We rented a Honda Pilot from Lucky Joy. They were very helpful by dropping off and picking up the vehicle at the airport. They were very timely. Very easy to work with. Will definitely rent from them on our next trip to Maui, which can't come soon enough. It was very easy to contact our host. She responded immediately and was very gracious and recommended a few places to check out.

The Sienna van was clean inside and out when we picked it up. Yevgeny was waiting for us just outside baggage claim around 2 AM as agreed upon. Everything went smoothly. We had no problems with the vehicle during the time we had it. We would rent from Yevgeny again. It would have been nice to know that we were supposed to take photos of the vehicle when we left it in the short term parking. I didn’t hit the “End Trip” on the app until we were home which was too late for photos.

It was a very smooth rental. Was a good experience for my first Turo rental. I will rent Turo again matter fact, I’m renting it in March on Turo. Communication was great with the owner. Car was clean. I would rent it again if need be. Price was good. Good on gas.

My experience with renting from Turo individuals has been fine. My issue is finding very different rates when comparing my Turo account to my husband’s. I was offered $100 off my first booking, he was not. For our most recent trip, I was seeing lower rates under my account, but he was offered a rent-10-days-get-one-free benefit, I was not. Presumably in the few rentals we have had, we both received good renter reviews. Why such inconsistency between our accounts? It feels like we have to play some game to get the best rates, and feels a bit dishonest. I tried doing an online chat with someone regarding this issue, since I wanted the incentive program offered to me under my account, but they did not help me or offer any answers.

The vehicle was clean, very reliable and the owner was extremely helpful when I needed assistance. Will definitely do business with this owner again. Directions to car where the pickup was easily achieved. Mercedes Benz decked out with sunroof for the Californian sunshine. The drive was smooth and had ample miles for adventure. Drop off was same place as pickup. Walked to hotel was a bit much and should have planned for ride to hotel from drop off was my only misstep. Ali communicated throughout and did a great job.

First time user so unsure of process but Ali was very helpful and timely answering my questions. Will be easier next time. Some challenges with sending in photos of car and forgot to send picture of mileage. Securing the keys lockbox upon return was difficult. All in all great experience.

The car was immaculate and host did a Great job! Location was perfect. Timing could not be any better. Host was quick to reply to any questions that I had. Did so in a professional manner. Highly recommend anyone using this host will be satisfied. The suv ran perfectly and was a great to experience.

Beautiful car. You can rent it, but don’t forget to change it for 50 miles because if it’s gonna be less you have to pay fees. The car is in a very good condition, it’s quiet and comfortable. The host is so nice and friendly and he is always online with you.

My past experiences with Turo have been nothing short of amazing. I've been able to pick what I like to drive and do so without issue. I'll continue using this platform so long as it's around. If there is a way that I could get a frequent pass, that would make it even better.

Received email that original car was cancelled. This occurred while we were flying and then I have very little time between connections to get another car. Customer service was helpful and Turo covered the cost difference which was good. The experience is just not what you want with using for the first time. Other costs, airport fees, were not disclosed upfront also which didn't make a person happy and also changes the overhaul cost. Probably won't use again.

This is my first experience using this service. It could not have gone better. It was easy and the person I dealt with was very professional. The vehicle was clean and reliable. I am a regular user of Zip Car but I think I found my new service. I will be using it weekly.

The respond time was awesome. My experience overall was awesome. The car was very nice and up-to-date. Had no problems with communication. And I love the elite team. The check in was great and ease with no problems The pickup spots was easy to find. I don't know what else to say. They're just great. And not expensive.

So I’m one has the privilege of meeting the host several times with a different car each time. He goes by Tri Cities Rides and he is a complete gentleman, understanding, and prompt on responding. Everything went well except I hit a pig in Kauai. I contacted Turo and my host plus my insurance company so everyone was on the same page. My host has contacted my insurance company so I assume everything is going well. I will definitely use Turo on my next visit.

Using Turo was so simple and satisfying. I could pick out a car before getting there, have contact with the owner, slick pick-up and drop-off. I will never rent a car any other way. I had researched other options and this was a better deal. The owner was so friendly and was interested in our vacation.

This was my first Turo experience, and it will not be my last! Shaun made everything easy and convenient! He loved knowing exactly what car we would be driving prior to arrival. There were no hidden costs and the ability to use EZPass, and be billed later was quite convenient also! We appreciated the option to rent a cooler from him also.

The host name was Adam. He was very informative about everything. When I went to go pick the car up it was very clean, full with gas and ran very well and if I have to I would go through him again And yes I would recommend this company to a friend which I already have.

Love the ease of pick up and drop off and vehicle was well maintained and super comfortable. Will definitely use Turo again!! Host was very responsive and gave clear instructions as to what to do. Easier than using a traditional rental company. Only downside was that it didn’t have CarPlay, but we knew that from the beginning.

In these days, with all hackers and AI, I do not see why we need to upload the ID with all our private information ahead of the trip, even you said we DO NOT need to show our address and DL number, and I block those info, the host will NOT accept, so please also protect the renter of their private information online as well.

This was my first interaction, engagement, and use of Turo and renting a vehicle. Additionally, it was first time driving a Tesla. Bvon (the renter) was very personable and upfront about the vehicle, giving my wife and I a 5 minute lesson on how to best use his vehicle. Overall, I was thoroughly pleased with the experience and would definitely go this route again.

Avoiding the airport garage and car rental lines is what appealed to me. Mission accomplished! Excellent experience. Would deal with Turo as opposed to car rental. I engaged in a ten-month vehicle rental( RESERVATION #**) through the Turo platform, during which an unfortunate incident occurred resulting in a citation issued by the San Francisco Police Department. The citation led to a substantial and unprecedented level of inconvenience in its aftermath. The matter pertains to the operation of an unregistered vehicle on the streets of San Francisco, a violation of local legal regulations. It is disconcerting to note that the Turo platform, through its operational framework, may inadvertently contribute to public misinformation by permitting the rental of vehicles that are not in compliance with pertinent legal requirements.

The car drove well, but it smelled awful. They had a lot of fragrance tags hanging up trying to get rid of the odor but it was enough to make you sick. I had to drive with the windows down and the seats were disgusting. I will never ride from them again.

This was our first Turo trip and I am a fan! Shaun made everything easy and convenient! It was especially nice being able to use the Easy Pass, and get billed for it instead of having to worry about paying tolls as we went. We also like the availability of being able to rent a cooler, even though we ended up not needing it was great to know it was there.

I have only rented 2 times using Turo and both times I rented from Madison and both times I was HIGHLY satisfied. Great host, great company! My kids and I loved the car and how easy it was to rent it and pick it up! I will definitely be using this again in the future.

What I like about Turo is you skip the long wait at the rental counters (over 2.5 hr wait at San Fran airport and over an hour even at little Ft Walton/Eglin when you go to Destin area). You just walk off the plane to the car parked in ground transportation and you’re off enjoying your vacation. The insurance costs are the only annoying thing that are a bit excessive. But if you find a rental at a good price it offsets the egregious required insurance fees.

Excellent service and experience. Rolls was super easy to work with and made finding vehicle easy and worked with us on drop off as well. Appreciate the mints and water also. Highly recommend working with him. Will use the service again. Well maintained vehicle and clean. No issues on this trip.

Renter was very accurate in his description of the Miata, as well as its location for pick up. Communication was timely as well. We had our original car be cancelled the night before because of some safety concerns from the previous guest. He had a car available for us and no extra charges. It was so nice that we did not have to find a new car that night before our trip. They even helped us with pick up of the car when we have small children and lots of luggage. This was definitely an excellent experience! Vehicle was immaculate and drove like brand new. Apps in the vehicle were easy to manipulate. I enjoy space and this vehicle definitely had it. Parking was no issue. Gas mileage was great on the highway. The lease cost was very reasonable. Overall, I would rate my experience in the outstanding and beyond range.

I have never had a bad experience until I rented from Teresa. They accused me of smoking and charged my card three weeks later of 156.00. I don't not smoke and the statement was untrue. Once I rented a Malibu from them and the owner still rented it out full of smoke. He stated that he's sorry for renting a car with smoke in it but I know that it wasn't no smoke in the truck. I had it washed and vacuumed out before returning it. Please don't rent from Teresa.

I have used Turo on several occasions, by recommendation of my family members, and I have no regrets. I have also recommended Turo to my friends. It is convenient and the app is easy to use. I also received a discount for renting for multiple days. The hosts that I have encountered have to been amazing and I will use Turo again soon.

The car was perfect. Beautiful inside and out. Color and everything was perfect for my lady and I to go away for Valentine's weekend. I loved this car and would most definitely book it again in the future. I would also recommend to anyone who I know that was looking to rent a vehicle. The car is suitable for all occasions.

We were able to get another vehicle at a higher price and lower quality. Vehicle was fine, but not what we had planned on. Prices seem to increase when having to book last minute. Not totally sold on TURO. Rented on next car from Enterprise and vehicle was as expected. Not sure I would recommend this app.

I needed to take a last minute trip and was able to find a vehicle same day via the TURO App. It was definitely a relief, the host was very responsive and the trip was great. Having the ability to rent a vehicle the nontraditional way via TURO is a great alternative.

The whole process was very easy, our host was very easy to communicate with, he gave clear instructions on where the car was parked and how to access. Car was clean and drove well. The whole process is so much easier and less expensive than a traditional car rental company.

This ride I'm currently doing will be the last. The previous Jeep owner lied and got $150 after me telling him the car was dirty when I got retrieved it. Granted it was night time and dark so I didn't get a good look but I normally clean cars if not up to par. He lied and stated I've smoked in that vehicle when I nor my two sons both under 10 do not smoke!!!! My grandfather died from lung cancer and smoking has always been a no no in my family. I explained by part and Turo seemed to side with this host. Again, I've given thousands over these past few months. You have lost a loyal customer. I also own two cars. One I was adding to Turo. I drive these cars because I travel for my business around metro Atlanta and neighboring cities so less wear and tear on my cars. Again... the ball was dropped.

Renting through Turo was a great experience. From start to finish giving me the ability to communicate with my Horatio the entire time. My host Chris in Tulsa Oklahoma (super host status) was also amazing. I would highly recommend the app and him for any trip or non-trip rentals. 10/10.

My experience with the host was outstanding. However, I have a major issue with Turo. To start the trip, I had to take a photo of my driver’s license and me holding my driver’s license using the app. However, the app wouldn’t allow me to edit (remove personal info) the photos before sharing them with the host. The app even stated that it was okay to remove personal info from the photos, but did not provide the means to do so in the app. I shared my edited photos in the photo section of the app first, but the host couldn’t start the trip that way. The photos had to come through the app where they couldn’t be edited. Turo needs to change this immediately. I would like a Turo representative to contact me immediately!

As a new user of this service, I was impressed with how straightforward it was… our family’s rental was clean, convenient and affordable. Lots of selection was available at various price-points and types of vehicles. Awesome that you can pick-up and drop-off at the airport. We look forward to using it again for future trips and would recommend it to others, even if you are not tech-savvy.

All my needs were met and I was able to stay in contact with the owner the whole time. This gave me peace of mind during my stay. Loved being able to drive around a car that was exactly what I expected when I booked it. The app/Tro site was easy to navigate and everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I was able to pick up the car where I was instructed to go and returning it was a breeze.

First time Turo user and will definitely use again in the future. Pick up and drop off of car was convenient and easy. Car was exactly as described and host was extremely helpful. Getting to the app and downloading was easy. Looking for a vehicle was pretty easy as well, and the price was perfect. Searching for your type of vehicle is easy on the app. They respond quick to you on the app making it easy to set-up your rental. Our plans kept changing due to our cruise ship changing course due to weather and the car owner made it easy at every turn. He was excellent to deal with and very helpful going out of his way to accommodate us on a holiday. His car was as advertised & very clean and well maintained, I wouldn’t mind owning a car like that.

I rented a Rav 4 through Joseph and it was great! Car is extremely clean and drives so well. It was just my sister and I so it was more than perfect for us. I wish I could say I drove it more but I didn't as our parents always drove us around St. Augustine.

Wrongly accused of smoking in a rental car. I am a medical ** patient. Yes. Did I smoke in the car at all? No. No ashes were found. The only thing found were a few tiny leaves. I was charged 150 dollars because of a few leaves on the feet mat. The host also messaged me that he did not clean the car before dropping it off to me beforehand. I left the car the same way it was left to me.

I Rented Fri-Mon and found it was clean and in good condition. Pickup and drop off simple and good contact with owner. This is my third time using Turo and recommended it to several others for pricing. Compared to other rental options they usually beat the price. The only thing I’d change is allowing unlimited miles on more vehicles.

Well the car was nice but very expensive. Nobody told me the charges to use and electric car to charge car. I ended up with 100 in charges. I was better off with a regular gas card. I also extended for couple days not thinking about mileage. Had I knew the mileage didn't start over I would of just brought the car back.
