Our host Luis was very responsive and professional. The Honda Pilot was clean and comfortable. If you need a vehicle for around town or road trip this is a good one. Many thanks to Luis! Turo worked well for messaging and confirming all vehicle pick up and drop off instructions.

I had a great experience and even though I brought the car a day late because of a misunderstanding all was professional and a good experience and nice car. Guest host was nice and professional and I forgive her if she was upset but I thought for sure I had it for 1 more day.

The last car I rented needed lots of repairs. The check engine light was on. Whenever you stop the hood would pop up which could have been very dangerous while driving. The blower was very loud on the heat as well. I would suggest the car be maintenance before putting back on Turo.

Awesome time using this vehicle for the most part. Throughout the process, I was able to communicate with support and host. When picking up the car was nice and clean. Also, comes with a full tank of gas. When dropping off it was even easy to leave it back where I received it.

Wondering how often the cars are cancelled? I have had 2 on the same trip, but was able to get another car, but at a higher price. Once is normal, but 2 on the same trip? Does this happen often? Is Turo aware of this? It’s almost like bait and switch. I did 3 rentals on my trip, and 2 were flawless.

Excellent communication, service and value, offered delivery and pick up at our location that made it very convenient and easy. Very nice van, lots of room for 6 adults with ski gear, all wheel drive big bonus and important for winter trip to Lake Tahoe, would have had to turn around at highway patrol check point otherwise - all good! As a car owner, I would NOT recommend listing your car on TURO nor renting through them. I had a horrible experience with a renter who scammed me and they refused to help me and allowed him to rip me off. Any company allowing that to happen, can't be trusted. I would assume they also won't help a renter who is scammed. Their customer service is appalling. Stay away.

The car was excellent and I appreciate you helping me when the key had a issue but I would definitely like to keep in touch with you guys. Around spring break I need to buy my 18 year old a car and if you guys have any cars for sale I’d love to check ‘em out.

App was Easy to use and wonderful host who was super responsive! Appreciated the support and description of car and ease of using the website. Message feature was super helpful in keeping in contact with the host. Highly will recommend both the app and our host Conley. I appreciated not having to go through lines at the rental car company!

So the vehicle drove fine therefore I reviewed it as fine. I am just upset because there was an airtag in the vehicle that was not disclosed to me upfront. I have nothing to hide on where I’m going but it was terrifying to keep getting alerts saying I have an AirTag on me and my phone syncing it to me. I had no idea and I thought maybe while traveling someone had put one on me or in my stuff. I was very close to calling the police until I found it hidden in the car.

This particular host did not disclose everything that needed to be done prior to the trip starting. Requiring a picture of my license, a selfie, and the same from the co-driver was not mentioned in the correspondence leading up to the trip. And those items were not a problem for us to do. The problem was the fact that I had to reach out once I landed to find out why I hadn’t received correspondence about where the car was located and that now they were requiring these items. After sending those items, I received a message: “Also Please. please. please no smoking"

My host responded right away when I called and also when I texted, she was very helpful and respectful and had a great attitude. The car was very clean and drove very nice. The price was also a good price for 5 days.

The ease of getting my vehicles and the cleanliness of the vehicle was excellent. The communication from beginning to the return as well offered to rent longer if I needed the extra time. The car drove great and I will definitely rent from the company again. Also had access to easy pass through the vehicle which will help for anyone renting from the company so you don't have to scramble for cash at the tolls.

The host plant a cigarette butt underneath passenger side carpet, before I end my trip the car was wash details due to my wife and family being in the car and we are a non smoker family due to health issues, I had took pictures and video. The next day Turo charge me for smoking violation even after sending pictures video, which shows there was no smoking in the vehicle, I'm very disappointed in the host for false accusations and when I reach out to the host he claim he smell an odor but could not tell what the smell was but claim it was smoking and plan false evidence for proof, I'm very disappointed with turo due to their lack of evidence.

Best platform to rent a car for best price. App is so user friendly to reserve the car, check-in and checkout process. Host was very helpful to coordinate check in and check out process. Car is very clean and got the car as promised. Unlimited miles is another plus. I recommend TURO to friends and family.

First time using Turo and was a good experience all around. Really like that you know exactly what you are getting ahead of time and there was a good selection to choose from. Was a good value, spent considerably less than traditional rental. Will definitely continue using when we need a vehicle.

Justin did a great job of communicating throughout the trip. The car was clean and almost new and we felt safer having all wheel drive in the mountains of Colorado. I would highly recommend Justin’s VW Atlas. I also enjoyed the Turo Go app. That made it really easy to pick up and drop off at the airport.

The customer service experience was great! They responded quickly & even had a iPhone charger ready to go. I highly recommend. The whole process was easy. The guys were very helpful. I was nervous about the airport. Pick & drop was convenient. The Ontario Airport has ride share area for easy meeting point.

What do I say about this place? It’s a great grade convenient idea! I have only had one bad experience out of eight trips. Other than that. I love the idea that y’all came up with. My worst experience was a car had Apple tags so everywhere me and my family went, it popped up that we were being tagged and followed, which was kind of weird. I understand you wanna protect your car and your investment but what about the privacy of the people that are renting the vehicle.

Fast, safe, easy, affordable. What’s not to love??? After being truly drag through the wringer by the rental car agencies this has been a breath of fresh air. Truly. I pay what I’m told upfront and no insane, constantly changing deposits etc. It is, what it is. Thanks Turo and Hosts alike!!!

This was my first time using Turo. The experience was way better than a car rental agency. The vehicle owner left the car in the parking lot. All we had to do was go to the space where it was and get in and leave. No standing in line at the rental counter, and having The agent attempting to upsell us into other vehicles and add insurance etc. etc. etc. I will definitely use Turo again.

I received email about the policy violation fee two days ago. I replied that email and wanted to argue about the charge which is unreasonable, but nobody reply me. According to the cleaning policy, the host should not charge me $150 because all the dirty parts can be cleaned via car wash. I will attach the photos.

Hosts were easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions for pick up/drop off. The cars were all clean from the inside and out and had no issues at all while driving! I would definitely recommend Turo for anyone trying to get around the city for a weekend or a couple days!

The host was awesome. The price changed on me though and I was confused as to why and how it happened. But the car was fine and as I said, the host was terrific. He offered suggestions and was very helpful. I also was surprised that I had to wash and vacuum the car before returning it. But the app was helpful and let me know ahead of time so I wasn’t rushed or panicking at the last minute. When I went on the app again to book another trip, the price changed on me again after I tapped on cars to add to my favorite list. In fact, the price almost doubled on all the cars and that did not even include the taxes and extra fees. I don’t think I’ll be using the app again.

This was my first time using Turo and I had a great experience. The process through the app was very intuitive and user friendly. Working with the host was great. He was kind and communicative. Both the pickup and drop off were a breeze! The value was well worth it and we were very happy with the experience as a whole.

Pick up at the airport and drop off back at the airport were both seamless. I was very pleased with the vehicle. It was clean and seemed to be well maintained. We had no issues at all. I would use the service again. I’m not sure what else I could say.

Picking up the van was so easy. It was clean, well-kept, and having the van made our trip so much better. Took a minute to figure out the Park, Reverse, & Drive buttons. Wonderful communication about drop-off & pickup. Having the van made getting around Park City and Salt Lake much more relaxing. Would absolutely rent from him again.

I always use Turo when I travel because I can drive the car I want to drive for the price I want to pay. There are no lines to get a mystery vehicle. Plus, I get to line the pockets of the small business person. This trip was no different. My husband and I give experiences for Christmas instead of gifts. This year when we were visiting family, we decided to rent a luxury car from Turo as our experience. We chose the vehicle we wanted to drive and booked it about a month and a half before our trip. The owner of the vehicle and I touched base by message on the Turo app (since it was under my account).

This was my very first time using Turo. I must say I enjoyed my trip and the ease of getting to places without having to worry about waiting for anyone to get around. It was very cold during the time I was there. I would like to know if she has cars in Texas where I live. Thanks again.

Car was as described and delivered to the address early and was waiting for me on arrival. The owner was very good at communicating with me and making sure I had a good experience. I will be using Turo again this summer and hope for the same experience. This is a good alternative to the nationwide car rental companies,

The Jeep was clean and well maintained. The wiper fluid was topped off. The hosts were great at communicating and helped simplify our trip by meeting us at the airport for pickup and drop off! I also left something in the car and it was mailed the next day! Thanks a ton!

I was fine until the checkout in my Trip. Sadly I cannot change my public review and feel it is unfair I couldn’t change it. I called customer service and they were helpful however wouldn’t allow me to change my review. I don’t have much more to say other than the checkout process should change.

Overall great experience. Initial pickup was a slight challenge as it was outside airport and exact location was late discovery. Also, being old and tall, I should have gotten a suv vs a sedan (Late model Prius). Nice ride but getting out of it was some effort. Car was as advertised and in excellent condition.

Sidra was a wonderful host and pickup and drop off at airport was easy and convenient. We were worried about room but the vehicle was clean roomy and a delight to drive in and around Jupiter FLA! Will definitely be using Sidra again when we are in the area next!

I found the rental rate to be very competitive with other rental companies. I appreciate that it saved me at least $150 compared to other companies. The check-in and out process is a little overwhelming, especially on a time constraint. The car was not parked in an area with good lighting for photography. It would have been helpful to know that I had to take a shuttle to where the car was located. I waited 30 minutes for the shuttle to take me to the parking garage, which is located in a separate area from the terminal. This cut into my trip time In addition to taking all the pictures for check-in. Overall, my first experience with Turo was a very good experience. The car was in great condition and I didn't have to wait in line endlessly to get a vehicle. Now that I know the process for check-in and how time-consuming it is, my next rental will be easier.

Yes, the vehicle was big enough for 6 to travel and was comfortable and drove well. The owner was very nice and accommodating. We had reserved an equivalent vehicle with Hertz but they switched to smaller SUV the day before departure. The smaller vehicle just did not meet our needs.

I've rented three vehicles through Turo so far, and I enjoyed driving all three. Turo has a different variety of cars, trucks, and SUV's. Turo also has luxury vehicles like, BMW's, Cadillacs, Mercedes, I even saw an 2022 Bentley truck. I really recommend Turo to people over car rental companies. One thing I highly recommend people to do is, make sure you read Turo's smoke policy and rules before booking your trip.

The Turo app made things very easy to coordinate and communicate. Frandy’s description of the car was spot on. It was easy to pick up, drove great, and was simple to drop off. I’d highly recommend Frandy as a solution to anyone with the need for a nice car rental in SE Florida.

I loved the vehicle and the owner was very cool. That truck was perfect for our ski trip. 4 wheel drive and it was a 2023 model, so it was like brand new. Pickup and drop-off was easy. No issues at all. I will be renting from this owner again on my next trip to Salt Lake City.

Brandon was AWESOME! Very responsive from the beginning to the end. Every question I had was responded to almost immediately. We had a family of 7, that fit comfortably in car. The Hyundai Palisade was in excellent condition, just as advertised! Would definitely recommend other customers to rent Brandon's car. This is our 2nd time using Turo, and have been very pleased!

We had a good experience renting a Sienna Minivan with TURO. The rental price was reasonable and the car selection has plenty of options. Highly recommended. Will be using the service again on our next trip. Good communication with the car owner. We like the delivery and pickup option of the car being rented, which is not available on big regular rental car.

Life happens, and cars get broken into, or they get brought back from other Turo users and need to have work done on them. When that has happened to Cars that I had already rented and paid for, Turo has been available to find me a new car at the last minute. Not only that, but Turo has paid whatever price difference there happens to be. This helps to alleviate the inconvenience on me, like the time I was stuck at the airport with no car. Turo was able to find me another one within one hour. Specifically, Roger helped me out when this happened 11/15/23 and Joan helped me most recently, for the car rented 12/26/23. I am very appreciative to both of them and I will continue to recommend Turo to everyone I come across! Hopefully in the near future, Turo hosts will be able to bring cars directly into LAX which make everything much easier!

The price the host charges is fine, however then you turn around and add an extra $30 dollars or $40 dollars. That's way too much. I can understand you adding a little because you are vouching for the customer but you add too much in fees. The car was $40 then you added $39 in fees!! I think I'll try Budget or Enterprise next time.

The owner of was very good at communicating and instructing me on the rental agreement. The car was clean and ran great. I was impressed with the service all around. The vehicle was suitable to my needs for the price. I appreciate the accommodation provided for the time. I would definitely rent again. I would also recommend to anyone interested.

Our group rented 4 vehicles from 3 different people. All vehicles were clean and in great working order. All three hosts were very accommodating and helpful. What Drove us to Turo was the ability to rent the vehicles starting at 2am and having them delivered to the train station and returning them to the train station. Saving us from having to wait until 6am to get a car from the other rental places. Saved us from having to use multiple Ubers the night we got in. With a group of 21 people that would have been very expensive. We will definitely be returning to turo for future car rentals.

I choose Turo because the rental companies are so expensive and it’s really a hassle to have a credit card. Turo I can use a debit card and have no issues. I love it and will be using again! It’s worth every penny. Couldn’t ask for a better site especially when rental companies a run for their money and making it very hard for. Working people.

Car was a little pricier than we wanted but got the job done for what we needed and we also got it last minute, but overall amazing customer service by the rep Raphael, all issues that arose were quickly quelled and worked with us to make the entire process easier.

The rental process was super simple. The idea of renting was more daunting than the process itself. The experience of driving a different vehicle was also fun and exciting. The rules, guidelines and expectations are clearly defined. There's no room for doubt. I Will definitely be using Turo next time I need a rental!

We decided to go on a family vacation this year for Christmas. We went to Colorado with 6 people’s ski equipment and clothes for cold weather all in one vehicle. The Yukon XL was the perfect car for us. We had plenty of room for all including a car seat and this vehicle rides so smooth and gets good gas mileage for such a large car. Mario was great, flexible and accommodating. The car was great and fit my large family comfortably. Our original reservation had to be cancelled due to maintenance on the car, so Turo called the night before our trip to help us organize another car and not pay more. We were very appreciative of the customer service.

My experience with Turo was very bad after my trip. The host of the car has scammed me for more money with Turo claiming smoke odor, as I do not smoke. Because of this my experience was very bad and I would not recommend anyone using that host. He is a scammer and uses Turo to get money on its customers.

The owner was very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely come back and rent the truck again if available. I would highly recommend the vehicle and the owner. When I booked my reservation I received a text message almost immediately and while I had the vehicle I needed to reach him with updates and again very responsive.

Both trip with Turo were easy and at good rates. One out of Portland, OR and the other out of Eugene. Will definitely use the site again. The communication was excellent and people hosting were very helpful and accommodating. Cars were clean and ran well. No surprises. I have always picked an economy car but there are many choices in every style.

Was given a much older car the first and probably only time I will be renting through Turo. I had rented a Mitsubishi mirage, however I was given a 06 eclipse to drive. Way too old for your service and I’m sure I paid insurance that would not have been able to be used in the event of me having an accident.

Easy process to rent the car, understand rules/restrictions, etc. - communication thru the app is great, everything is easy to understand - finding vehicles is very straightforward and easy to filter/find a right fit. Prices are fairly competitive with the major rental brands, but the extra bonus/value here is that you get a personalized experience... Now if we could get Turo loyalty points, that'd be the icing on the cake!

Turo is convenient if you don’t own a credit card. My experience thus far as been pleasant as well as well as dependable. I like that range of cars available and the opportunity to extend prior to the end of the contract. The prices are fair and competitive. I would definitely recommend the service to anyone who is in need of a ride.

First time using Turo. The Rates are better than Costco Rental. No problem picking up and dropping off car at the airport. Communication was excellent. Lots of cars to choose from. Rabah's Venza was in great shape and gas mileage was excellent. Answers to my questions were responded on time.

Great first experience using Turo… app was easy; exchange of vehicle both at pick up and drop off was so easy; Shihao was experienced and easygoing. Great experience, already signed up to use Turo in San Jose in January… was hesitant because of lack of experience with Turo but everything worked so easily!

We rented this for transportation from New York City to Boston and back for a hockey tournament that my daughter played in. The vehicle had enough room for our family and luggage. Communication was good. I had to make a couple of changes which resulted in extending our use for another day.

I think it’s very unfair that the host can say anything about what the driver has done with no proof and can still charge the driver a fee for even parking the car and the spot that they got it from. How do you charge a person for putting back the car where they got it from? I think that is very unnecessary and is very bad business. It’s already too many fees dealing with renting the car in the first place, so I keep on having fees, I understand late fees, but parking in the car fees, instruction fees.

Overall the experience was really good, quick, seamless and easy!! Only thing I noticed is that the vehicle needed an oil change. I noticed the host and he just reassured me it would be fine and not to worry about it, as I work for a GM dealer so I checked over everything and it was fine. Overall Turo was great and the host as well. Another thing though I didn’t care for! And possibly missed it in the terms and agreements was that I had to pay to get it out of short term parking. Only 23-28$ but that’s was not accounted for. Either way it is what it is. Overall first experience with this company and its people was a good one all in all.

This was our first time renting a vehicle through Turo. I was introduced through a friend and I am so glad she told me about Turo. The process was great from the start. We will definitely be using Turo again for all our vacation car rentals and will be recommending to family and friends.

The car was ready and very clean when we picked it up. The return process went smoothly and was a little ahead of the requested timeframe. The car performed very well. When we need a vehicle to haul eight people again we would ask for the same car. We highlight recommend Benedict for the large passenger car.

Turo told me I was charged an extra 150 for pets when I never brought any pets along my trip. The host ghosted me and never mentioned me any of this. In my opinion that is bad hosting. He could’ve told me and asked if I brought a pet. I brought my blanket that had my cats hair which transferred to the cars seat.

The end to end experience vs. Car rental was great and fairly seamless compared to traditional car rental and less of a hassle. The information on the car was par (some over statement of features) but generally good. The hours the "owner" to rent and return was much better than car rental and parking was extra cost but it was better than other options. The overall app can be better for check-in and check-out. Will definitely consider Turo for future rental.

I enjoyed the service I was provided. We encountered one issue that wasn’t their fault during the pick up, but they quickly resolved it. We were even compensated. The car was also great (clean, nice to drive, etc). The price was also affordable. Overall very happy with the service! Will definitely be booking with Clayton in the future!

Nehemiah was one of the best hosts I’ve had, car came exactly as advertised if not better. He was extremely communicative and made it convenient for me. Have always had a positive experience using Turo every time. This is the 4th time using and will use over a larger rental service every time. Not only is it normally more cost effective, can choose more variety of vehicles and the convenience is ALWAYS BETTER.

I'd be happy to do it again and suggest it to anyone searching for an upscale and cozy travel option. Rented a 2022 Yukon Denali for our trip from Florida to Gatlinburg Tennessee, it had more than enough room and drove perfect, also very comfortable and even got about 20mpg which is great for a large truck., It handled the mountains very well with lots of power. I rented a 2022 Chevy Trailblazer that had all the bells and whistles. Thanks to a fantastic host (Mike **)!!!! Open communication from beginning to the end made it quick, easy, and flawless. The Turo app is very easy to navigate and user friendly with a large selection! Highly recommend!!!

Pick up was quick and seamless. Customer service was excellent. When I realized I needed to extend the rental by two more hours the response was less than 10 mins. Ming's Nissan Rogue was the perfect vehicle for us. Every step of the process from pickup to dropping off the vehicle after 7 days on the island went better than expected. We ran into traffic problems on our way to the airport when leaving and in our rush I forgot to give Ming the location of the vehicle in the parking area. He was gracious and forgiving when I tried to give him instructions after we got on the plane. This was my first time using Turo and I could not be more impressed with the value and the quality of the vehicle we rented. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

We rented Holden’s Landcruiser for a family of six adults in December. Great for the snow and ice with four wheel drive and off road ability. A bit tight for lots of luggage. We could have used some directions on the car’s accessories, especially the extra four wheel drive high and low.

Overall convenience of not having to deal with the traditional car rental process especially after a long flight. Flexibility with car owners on pick-up/drop-off along with ease of communication. Cost efficient considering car quality in addition to no hard sell and hidden fees. The only downside in my opinion is the limited mileage but no big deal since I planned ahead.

I had never used Turo before so I had no idea what to expect. It was so smooth and seamless! Fantastic car, wonderful host, great communication. All around it was great! Yes my trip was very good. Every time I use Turo I always have a good trip and the owner of the vehicle I rent from and have no problem except for this last vehicle I used from Michael. Said there was a scrape on the rim which I showed him my picture of it and he said that my picture was not right and I never had a problem with anyone I rented with in the past.

The first time I Drop all the way to Los angeles realize the car wasn't registered And had to drive the car right back unregistered still had to pay. This time they are trying to charge me for some scratches that were in the car. So he said he took pictures before. But it was pouring rain so I know he's lying and Of course he's keeping my deposit. Said he's gonna try to bill me more. Just a bunch of used car salesman scammers. Stick with a rental company so this doesn't happen to you.

Everything was very simple. Finding the right car for my price range, seeing the real price of that car (rare for rental sites), setting up the drop-off location (right in the airport garage!!), receiving the car, and dropping it off, were all very simple and efficient. The in-app messaging was very helpful, as were the app prompts - it sent notifications that made sure nothing fell through the cracks. The main reason I chose Turo was the cost - it was by far the cheapest option on the market and it didn't compromise on quality. I was so impressed with the ecological and economic implications of car sharing that Turo provides. 5 scarves flying in the wind out of five: would recommend.

Using Turo was way easier and cheaper than using a traditional car rental company, also the Car I rented was really clean and nice, it also had a lot of great features like android auto, lane keep assist and radar assisted cruise control. The no contact option was also nice to and the check in and out is simple and easy.

My host parked in the most expensive parking lot and I basically had to spend an extra $100 to get the car out and for him to get his car. He basically waited 8 minutes before the 24hrs to pick up his car and I don't think that's fair! The car was like $50 to rent so what the hell would I want to pay $100 for parking. Make it make since. I received a dirty car that was over a half hour late and car smelled like pure weed.

It was so easy & convenient. I put in the address where I was staying & found a car that was close to me. Much cheaper than renting at a car lot & I didn’t have to wait in any lines. It also only took a couple minutes. Will definitely use Turo on my next trip.

Excellent service from owner. Walked from baggage claim 20 paces to elevator down to short term parking then 30 paces to car. The convenience of not having to take tram to rental car depots is great! I left the car where I was told to leave. Have the messages for proof. I disputed my chargers, sent the proof to Turo and still got charged 41.99. That just don't sit right with me. I got overcharged. Send my pictures to turo and still no respond back or nothing. I believe my money should be credited back.

Has a really bad experience with Enterprise to the point it cancelled my trip out of town. At the last min my sister was able to book a flight and I rented a car through Turo to make sure she made it to the airport. It was so simple and easy to book the car online, pay for it and by the next morning I was picking up the car. The car was amazing. I had it for a day and returned it. No hassle. No rude people. I will for sure use Turo again and I refer it to anyone. So much easier than enterprise or Budget or any other rental company. 5 ****s all the way.

I am disappointed how TURO handled the situation where Host charged us 150$ for false smoking charges. It's clearly visible in photos it's a garbage of leaf particles which easily stick to legs and it's in car. I have no Option to fight this false accusations. Will file a case against TURO & host and how they determine it's a smoking violations. Also I can't post a review on driver as it's not available. No idea how many time host charges innocent people with this false charges.

I think Turo is such as good idea. With rental companies over charging, and no surprise with their overheads - renting something a little older and (different) makes sense. The “company” I rented from were in all senses of the word “fine. The didn’t communicate that well and it was my first time using Turo in NYC. I picked up the car without meeting anyone (which I disliked) firstly because I felt vulnerable that if anything happened before I arrived at the car, I could easily be blamed.

I asked several friends to recommend a car rental co. Someone mentioned Turo. I had to check them out. Well, I found the car I wanted immediately. Price was easy to understand. No hidden fees. Website easy to navigate. Pickup was not a hassle. Full of contracts. I got the car I reserved! Drop off was super easy! Plus communication was outstanding! Amazing experience and the next time I travel it will be a TURO vacation!

The main issue I have to worry about is charging the EV to the full. Nobody's ever warned me that it takes a lot of time and effort to wash the car and charge it. Total 4 additional hours (2.5 to charge, 1.5 to clean the car) to simply return the car. Then I need to text the host to meet me. It's a lot of hassle. I believe TURO must adopt the policy when the host takes care of cleaning the car, not the renter. It's a lot of hassle, seriously. And it's not cheap. Next time I would prefer national rental car companies.

Vehicle was at airport as promised, follow directions and the process was easy. The low tire pressure warning came on the day before returning, had the tires checked and filled, notified owner that this happened so he was aware of the incident. Return was easy. First time using it and saved quite a bit.

I'm new to the Turo community, the app is convenient and allows for easy reservation and travel. No Deposit needed to rent the cars and same day rentals available. The host are reasonable and the checking and out process is simple. My only critic would be Holiday and seasonal deals would be a good marketing move for the developers.

I have only driven two vehicles using this service. The first was a high-mileage passenger van. The condition of the vehicle was expected considering its age so I have no issues with it. The second however, a minivan, had an issue with the brakes. They vibrated the vehicle during application. (Indicating a possibly warped disk.) This intensified the higher the speed. Although I do not consider this a safety issue, I would not drive this car on an Expressway for long distances as it would be very uncomfortable.

We rented 2 cars so far in Hawaii, and it has been a fairly simple experience. Our only concern is if there is something Turo does to assure that owners actually maintain their vehicles. Our first car drove as if the suspension would go at any moment-talked the whole trip. Our second vehicle was a year overdue on their oil change, at least by the window sticker.

The car was clean and reliable. The host was easy to reach and responsive to my many first time Turo questions! The procedure to pick it up and return it was clear and easy to use. The shuttle from the airport to get to the car was very good. The parking lot where I picked up and returned the car was very wet and muddy. This was a little challenging. Other than this parking lot, it was a very good experience.

The cars are provided in pristine condition with no issues during the entirety of my trips. I definitely would use this service again and recommend others to as well. Much easier than going through the big boy rental companies requiring large deposits before getting the rentals.

I had a great experience with the car, but I was charged twice, I was charged then I had to cancel that ride and order a new one that was closer then I was charged again. When will I get that money back? I wanted to actually use that credit for another vehicle but it never came back so I was charged twice like I had two rentals out.

The vehicle itself was fine, but did not get the mileage indicated in the listing. The pick up area location was rather remote, causing us to have to double back for gas and delaying our return. Then I got charged an extra $50 for being late. Highly disappointed that I was charged extra, when I had already paid $265 for a 3 day rental.

I rented a 2018 Tucson from Tyrone. The car was in great condition & clean inside & out. The rental instructions & where to pick the car up were clear and at a good location. Tyrone responded immediately when I needed to modify my pick up time & very accommodating. I would definitely recommend Tyrone to future renters.

The car was great. The only thing I didn’t like was we had to walk almost a mile to get our car. Could of parked closer. We did ask to drop off closer and were able to. The size of the car was just right. It handles great on all the mountain roads.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t extend when I wanted to so I had to be without a car and depend on others for a ride after my flight got canceled and that put me in a very bad predicament. And also the tax on the cars are outrageous. I feel like the cars should be a lot more cheaper. A car for 35 dollars for 4 days is turning out to be 500 dollars. That’s outrageous.

I heard about Turo from my niece. I never crossed my mind to rent a stranger's vehicle. I was a little leery about driving someone else's vehicle ~ it is such a big responsibility. I have a huge problem with the trip fee being as big as it is. It’s not like you guys are picking us up and taking us to our car that we’re renting. Y’all are now the same amount as a normal car rental place in which to me, it shouldn’t be that way because these cars are coming from normal people.

Couldn’t be happier with service. I love that I can find rentals close to home and the remote lock feature makes it easy to get vehicles without actually seeing anyone. I’ve rented a BMW suv and an Escalade and both were beautiful and well cared for. Great prices especially when I compared them to airport rental car companies.

I was accused of a collision post return of the car when it was absolutely not my doing. I would never get into an accident and not report it. I was careful and safe with the car the entire time. Prior to leaving I reviewed the vehicle and found the left (facing car) headlight sunken in. I popped the hood and found a broken soldered piece that held it up; it was clearly resoldered many times and was the way I received the car. I proceeded to shut the hood, turn the car on, check for signals, and see if the light worked. It did, and it was safe to drive. This was a condition in which the car was in prior to me renting it. I would appreciate someone popping the hood and taking a picture of said condition I described as proof.

The rental process is easy, Turo has decent vehicle selection. The app is easy to use. The rates are affordable. You give the car that you want to rent not like the car rental companies where you don't know what car you will get at time of rental. Turo even offers exotic cars.

The car was in great working order and clean when we picked it up. Charla is a great person and really easy to work with. She always returned my messages before, during and after my rental.

Customer Service/Communication was excellent. Knowledge of the vehicle and willing to be flexible with pickup/return are keys to good business. I really liked that the Tacoma was well maintained and when I asked Edward about the vehicle physical condition and maintenance status, he had an immediate response. This made me feel comfortable and confident of the safety of the vehicle. I will certainly be doing more business with Edward and he will be the first call when doing business in the Denver/Boulder area.

I have used Turo a few times and I was very pleased with the app. And the services and how it provides reviews, and also I love the notification of any special I earned such as a free day and percentage off. I loved the constant ability to be able to reach my host and get a fast response Jeep and Vette is clean. I started sharing my secret with Turo the car is mine but only for a limited time. Lol. Love it. All of it.

It was so easy and convenient having the car delivered to me curbside at the airport and Dimitri made it even easier to drop it off, meeting me near where I was staying. The price was fantastic and the car was clean and well maintained. I will DEFINITELY use TURO again and will recommend as well!

Renting from Jeffrey at Turo was an excellent experience. Last time we flew into Newark Airport and rented a car through one of the rental car companies, we waited almost an hour and 1/2 to get the car and, of course, it wasn't the car we reserved. Jeffrey had the car waiting for us in the lot at the airport with a lock box, we were on the road in about 15 minutes. The car was clean and everything he explained in the listing. I even left my house keys in the car (stupid me) and he mailed them to me the next day. Such a great experience; will never rent through the rental companies again!

Hassle-free experience. The vehicle was at our agreed upon location and our host Deven was a great communicator. We've used Turo several times and will use the service again! We typcially find that selection is much better than traditional rental companies and that pricing is very comparable. Plus, the convenience factor cannot be matched.

Limited by budget to mid size cars, I was surprised to find a 2013 Mercedes available in my price range. Don’t let the year model fool you…this is a NICE car. Leasing it was completely done online with no hitches. Had a great trip. Enjoyed fooling around in my Mercedes Benz like a big dog. There was a big selection available. I’m just glad I kept scrolling through until I found this treasure.

Went to Phoenix area for Christmas with gbabies. Rented a Dodge Journey so we could all ride in same auto. The owner was very helpful and responsive to all questions. Renting thru Turo is so easy compared to the hoops you have to jump thru with all other rental agencies. Will be using them anytime I need to rent an auto.

I almost Gave 5 stars until I was Sent an extra gas bill after I replaced The fuel in the car before returning it. My ticket was closed out. Now I’ve been given a $36 bill. Foolishness. Not happy at all. I ask host, "Was there a fee to drop off closer location." She replied NO so I’m not pleased with the added fee.

Amazing car, no troubles with anything, easy cancellation if needed, amazing communication with Turo and owner of rented car. Best of all no deposit needed, insurance is not necessary to add, and better than any rental company I’ve rented from. I will always choose turo from now on. Honestly have never had any trouble with them at all.
