All of my rental experience with Turo has been nothing but great. I absolutely love the flex and the person to person no hassle. 10 out of 10. I would recommend. Everyone that I have rented from has been great and I have not had any problems. I love that you do everything online. No paper. When you get to the car just snap the pictures and just ride. I love that the most.

It was smooth and easy. The car was amazing and I had a really good time. The drop off was easy as well. The owners really made the drop off easy and gave me a quick tutorial on all the features of the car. I have no complaints. It was quick and easy.

TURO needs to do a better job at keeping owners from claiming damage was caused by a driver when it wasn’t. They need to stop letting unethical owners and in this case a body shop, from loaning out cars. TURO also charged me extra for late return when it was not my fault and I moved the car for them.

The rental was nice, but waiting days for my deposit to get back to my bank account is ridiculous!!! It has been sitting in pending to 2 days to clear. I will never rent from this person again!! I was not informed of the $200 deposit until I hit submit.

I was very happy with my experience. I was able to get the car dropped off to me and picked up. The whole process was smooth and easy from beginning to the end. I would recommend Turo to my family and friends. It was very affordable compared to other rentals in my area.

I was lied to when it came to customer support addressing my issues pertaining to my host, whose name is William R. Neither one communicates effectively or are they very understanding. I was told I could retrieve my belongings from the car I rented but they were thrown away or kept by Turo or the host and no one has helped me with anything. Then they wrote a review for the host by me stating lies about my experience and then wrote a lie for my review on how the car was left.. I will never use this company ever.

Lexx made everything go smoothly. Communication was fast and very responsive. Pick up was hassle free. The car was amazing to drive. Great price for a brand new vehicle with unlimited mileage and great gas mileage. Checking out was also hassle free. Lexx is a great host. Very understandable if there was any issues. I highly recommend him on your next trip.

The truck is beautiful and rides very nicely. I loved all the bells and whistles. The service was great and hassle free, very easy to work with. I must say, it was a remarkably positive experience. The truck itself was in pristine condition, well-maintained, and clean. It felt almost brand new, offering a comfortable driving experience that exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this car if you're in the Atlanta area.

The trip was good, my wife thought the car was a little too old, but it drove well. I would definitely recommend it to a friend. In the future I would get a little more details about the car. Also having more than one car would be nice to give the customers a choice of cars.

I had a great experience. The car drove smoothly. I got to spend Christmas with family out of town. The pickup and drop off were easy. It was also easy to communicate with Roderick. He responded promptly. All in all it was a great trip and I will be booking again

The service allowed me to have the car delivered and picked up right to/from the door, which was very convenient. As a matter of fact, this was the main reason why I decided to try Turo. The rental price was reasonable, and the car was well maintained and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was I had to take whole bunch of inside/outside pictures of the car after the ride to show I returned the car intact/good condition, even though I paid for the maximum insurance coverage allowed for. But it still beats the convenience of getting the car delivered to the door. Overall, I enjoyed the convenience and experience.

Everything was very good, good experience and the vehicle in good condition and the host with very good diligence to respond, it was my first time using their services and I think it is an excellent option for those of us who are looking to buy a vehicle. It was very easy to find options in my area and easy and create my account.

Turo was such an easy process, this app really took the stress out of everything. The lady working with me was very kind and made the process very smooth. Planning trips is already super stressful and it starts with the car, but because of Turo my trip started out positive. I will definitely be using turo again.

The app was simply and easy to use. The car provided was much nicer and larger than what I was offered at a rental car agency for the same price and without having to leave a deposit. I would definitely recommend the app and use it again in the future.

This was by far the easiest car rental experience. I've ever had in my 56 years. I made arrangements logged on picked up the car return. The car extended my trip with no issues whatsoever by far. It was great. Thank you. I am actually looking forward to renting again through the Turo app.

Surprisingly easy. This was my first time using Turo. I got a great host and didn’t have any hiccups. He was pretty responsive, the vehicle was great. No problems at the pick up and no problems at the drop off. I’d definitely use Turo again.

Love using Turo for the ease and simplicity of renting a car. I was told I would be getting 750 miles not knowing they’re talking about 250 a day. So I only drove the van one day. I was supposed to have it three days. I returned it a day earlier. I would have never agreed to 250 miles a day. So I was mislead. I received a new invoice after returning it stating I went 62 miles over. Which would have been 562 for two days. The first day I drove it and parked it. I had to go to Arkansas and come back so why would I rent a vehicle for 250 miles a day. I had looked up vehicles from Avis and Enterprise unlimited miles. I will never ever go through this company again. This was my first time and this will be my last time. It’s a rip off.

First time renting through this process it was smooth and convenient. I will rent again. Great selection of vehicles. I chose a white BMW that was very nice and drove comfortably. It was roomy and it fit everyone. Pick up and dropping off were very convenient. I will definitely rent this car from this owner again.

Our first time using Turo. It was a pleasant experience throughout from booking to pick up to drop off. The vehicle was clean, we added a child car seat, which was like new, along with premium insurance for peace of mind. Communication with the owners was clear, friendly and very helpful. We would highly recommend and use Turo again.

I have rented several cars from Turo and have had zero issues either with the host or Turo. What a great and creative company. Awesome customer service, had to deal with them on a couple occasions, they are definitely leading the way when it comes to renting a car. If you have never tried Turo, my suggestion to you is to try them. You won't be disappointed!!

Always a man of his word and have the car there where it's supposed to be beforehand so there is no problem of you getting inside and enjoying your ride...because he is very clean car and very accommodating and tends to all your needs and answer messages. Best in the world customer service from all agents with Turo. First car had headlight issues & I got a new car first thing next day. New car was 5x's better for no additional costs to me. My experience was very seamless. Both cars that I rented in the last month were near my house and both host were very nice and gracious. That communication I had with the host was very simple and easy. I really appreciate this service. I will use it again and again.

Through a friend, I heard about Turo and their experiences. I reserved 3 different cars a year before our vacation. Then Lahaina experienced the fire. I immediately checked with each owner making sure they and the vehicles were safe. Each owner gave us detailed instructions, their vehicles were clean and well maintained. Being a retired event planner, I appreciated each owner’s attention to details. Using Turo was the best stress free car rental experience.

1st the host tried to scam me out of a $10 gas fee. Now he is trying to scam me for $154 with a fraudulent claim of smokìng in his car. I have zero tolerance for smoking in or near my home or in my car. The host is a liar.

This is our third rental from a TURO provider and it just keeps getting better! Pick up and drop off were a breeze, communication was excellent, and the vehicle, as always, was spotless. Edgardo was a pleasure to work with. I told my seatmate on the flight down about TURO... I tell EVERYONE about TURO! So glad my son introduced us to TURO... So long Hertz, Avis, Enterprise, we're a TURO family now!

We rented on Oahu and Maui and had great experience with both. Communication was great, cars were clean. Contactless which was great so we could just continue with our trip and not deal with waiting and paperwork. One offered free car wash which was great also. I would recommend this to anyone traveling.

I used this app a few times. My last ride I filled the tank up then headed to drop the car off. This man charged me $5 in gas for the trip from the gas station to his home. Turo charged me a $10 convenience fee which was not fair. I did my part and lost $17. DON'T USE THIS APP.

Super easy, cheaper than a car rental from the airport and it was a much nicer vehicle for a cheaper cost. It was my first time using it so I was a bit apprehensive, but my host made it super easy to find the car and get on with my vacation.

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had renting a vehicle. That’s big talk for someone who has rented over 50 vehicles at other establishments. The guy who I rented my vehicle from was not only very accommodating, but very quick to respond and quite frankly, you cannot beat the prices for what you’re getting to drive, I would 100% recommend this app to anyone considering renting a vehicle.

Brie was amazing and easy to communicate with and quick to get back to me. She made it super easy and effortlessly for me and my family, who are in Whitefish for a very short time with lots of changes because of the weather. Would love to work with her again I wish she had cars everywhere!

I was happy with the vehicle, minus the fact that there was an unexplained light that came on in the dash, and I had to purchase oil to put in it, and a headlight burned out on my way back from my trip. But what got me is at 3 am after I dropped of the car hours earlier, I received a message that if I did not return the car the situation would be escalated... and now I can't rent.

Lekeshia is a great host. Very nice cars. She's very professional and always on time. This is the second time I have rented from her and it gets better and better. She keeps having new cars.. All the cars are so clean and so nice and elegant and up to date.

I spend a lot of money with Turo. Never receive a discount for loyalty and referrals. I refer a lot of friends and family members and there is no way to receive a bonus or discount code. I live Turo rewards program is needed. It would be nice to know you’re appreciated from hosts and Turo.

As a new customer, I was apprehensive about the process and security. Our host represented Turo well and walked us through the process. I appreciated choosing a specific vehicle and not getting stuck with what's on the lot. I appreciated the human element of our transaction even though it was only a couple of texts.

This was my first rental experience with Turo and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was easy to find the model of vehicle I wanted to rent nearby (a Tesla Model Y), even on the day I was planning to depart, and the pickup process was seamless. I arrived at the pickup location, took the recommended "before" photos (this process took me about 10 - 15 minutes to make sure I captured all of the angles correctly because it was my first time). I did not meet the host in person, but he was very quick to respond via the Turo app to every question I sent him, and I also had his phone number available in case I needed to call him during the rental period.

A mechanical issue was masked and as my trip started to end the mechanical issue arose. And now I'm trying to be blamed by the host for the mechanical issues that she tried to hide. As I explained to the host what was going on with her vehicle? She then tried to play it off as everything was okay. Then filed a claim against me and before my trip even Started, she suggested to use the insurance within the app if anything were to happen. And not her private insurance for her vehicle.

The car is ok, renting is simple but Turo would send routinely coupons for a future rental, it’s not the case anymore and it’s unfortunate. For some reason the renter does not sends me any discounts on a future rental, electric is convenient for me but because of the no discount going my way I will actively rent with a previous renter that sent me a discount.

The vehicle was top notch, well maintained and reliable. Gary was cordial and in an essence, one of the best hosts I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. Highly recommend to anyone and to his superiors.

App is easy to navigate, my host was wonderful which is why my rating is 3 stars instead of one star. Advertising and app are very misleading. I checked several markets and found NO cars around $25 a day. My estimated cost was $150 under what I actually paid. Information about the service fees and insurance is not provided until booking and would be best if that was included on the estimated cost, when your actual cost is $150 more than expected, I felt like I was dealing with a VERY SHADY, DISHONEST company.

Although we didn’t use the car a lot, it was an excellent experience getting the Kia Soul at Harry Reid Airport and having it while in Vegas. Communication was great and the car was clean and just as advertised. I highly recommended using them when needing a car in Vegas!

It was my first time using Turo. I had a car booked few weeks in advance and about 2-3 weeks before my trip the person I booked the car with said it won't be available due to previous guest extending their time. They offered me a few different cars, but it wasn't what I was looking for, so I ended up booking a different car with someone else. It was a really good experience. Carlos was very responsive to all my messages. The car was nice and clean and drove good. I am very satisfied with the whole experience.

And they don't require credit cards like all the big name companies. Obviously being an app, you do need a bank card of some kind. Will definitely use them again. Adios other companies!

This was hands down the best car rental experience I have EVER had! In the past I have paid way too much money to rent sub-par vehicles from other companies. The quality of the vehicle, the ease of booking, the easy communication, check-in/check-out process are all top notch. I literally cannot say enough good things about this service! I will continue to use Turo for any of my future vacation rentals! It is nice to get what you feel like you are paying for when you rent a vehicle. This was my first trip using Turo. Turo prices were better than rental car companies. Kyle was in communication with us and was very helpful and kind! The 4Runner was a great option for us while in Colorado. We will definitely reach out to Kyle in the future if we return to Colorado.

Varden was the perfect host, responsive before and during, prompt both when delivering the car and when picking it up. He was friendly, and helpful even in the pouring rain. The car was great. We had no problems with it and it was easy on gas. We would certainly work with Varden again.

This is a scam app, customer support is rude, argumentative and condescending. They get upset once you’re combative, and penalize you and your account as a result. The host are wolves in sheep clothing, they pretend to be kind, communicative, and understanding, then they submit false invoices and claims to get them more money, because the Turo system is taking 10% of their money.

As noted, this was my first time using TURO. I was very pleased with the selection of cars and the simplicity of the process. The price was reasonable. For safety reasons I prefer to rent the same vehicle that I own, so I am familiar with the controls and handling. Turo allows me to do that. Picking the car up at the airport was simple, as was returning the car. I have become a loyal TURO customer!!

Rented a Mini Cooper to drive around in Florida. Brad was a great host. Provided all the information I needed to make things flow smoothly. First time using Turo. Turo explained how to do everything step by step for checking in and out. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend using Turo.

I received a car with mud all over it and in it. It looked like it had not been cleaned in years. It smelled horrible and windshield wiper not properly working, slow leak in tires, and the owner arrived 2 hours late. There were no other cars available so I kept it.

This was such a great way to rent a car and Ryan was so cool and helpful, as this was my first Turo trip! Pick up from John Wayne Airport was so easy! Great car, so clean and perfect! I'll be renting from Ryan on my Orange County trips for sure!! I totally recommend Turo to my friends!

The experience was fine - the car was manual in which had my 7yr old niece learning that cars before her time were not electric LOL! I appreciate that the vehicle was very clean! THANK FOR THAT. I enjoyed the car.

I’m very thankful for whoever had this idea and pioneered this venture. It has come in handy many times for me, and it’s so simple and convenient on top of it. Great work creating a way for people to make money and help others. I have had nothing but amazing and helpful hosts, great and well-maintained vehicles. Booking and returning is a breeze and never awkward.

Once I gave the delivery, the car was in excellent condition which the owner checked and confirmed. After 3 hours, they sent pictures showing stains on the seat for which they deducted $154 which is not ethical. Kindly refund my money back. That is the reason we are upset as once you confirmed the car is good and I sent pictures also in the app still after three hours you tell there are stains and deduct my money which is not fair enough.

Easy to meet up and accommodated our early arrival. Car was roomy enough for 5 adults and luggage car was everything promised. Looked brand new. Drop off was very easy. Just parked in lot & send picture with lot #. Would recommend highly. Koryun was easy to contact & responded quickly. Much quicker and better priced than rental companies & you get to pick the car.

Simplified rental car service. I'm really appreciate Turo. It made my travel easier and understandable. No hidden charges and no confusing explanation behind rental coverage. Safe and secure. I will definitely rent through Turo for my car rental needs. I like the notifications of rental car returns and even the option to add days prior to return of vehicle. This is the best app for rental car needs. It's transparent when information is given. Perfect experience and reliable service.

The reservation went smoothly, the host and car pick up went great! In the middle of our trip the Turo app combined information of two drivers, then after trying to do the right thing and correct the information - the Turo verification department cancelled the drivers. Thank goodness the app finally approved the first original driver. However the experience was frustrating, wasted valuable time from our vacation and created unnecessary stress on the entire family. Turo never did correct the situation and proceeded to create even more stress to an already complicated situation.

1st time using Turo. The vehicle I rented was clean and spotless. Theresa was an amazing host. I can see why she has a high rating. She cares about the guests and answers all questions quickly. She will be my forever host whenever I visit the Tampa Bay Area. Definitely would recommend her to others.

Account was hacked and my trip was canceled hours before my flight. Waited for a representative to call me back, never heard back at all. Had to rebook a trip which was very uncomfortable to do after what happened! The company that scammed me spoofed my number and made everything look like I did it. I wouldn't recommend using Turo to anyone. Customer service wasn't too helpful

Everything good, the only thing is why I need to pay the total amount of the parking lot when I drop the car back at the airport. Last August did the same and the owner of the car no charge me nothing. Why Samuel wait 8 hours to pickup the car.

This was my second time using Turo. I needed a vehicle for one day, the check in/pick up and check out process is easy and clear. I have never had any issues with either of the two vehicles I used nor any of their owners. I have already recommended to others as a more affordable alternative to traditional rental cars. I have even become curious about putting my own car on Turo.

It has been very helpful with renting cars for work trips. The fees are a little excessive but I still prefer it over renting a car from a rental car place. All the hosts I’ve dealt with have been great to work with and have been very good at communication.

This was my first booking and within the week I’m supposed to pick up my car I was notified the car was in an accident. I was given the option for a refund or I could pick another car. I chose another car and the switch was seamless. The car was in near perfect condition. The communication with the owner was quick especially when I arrived at my destination.

We grabbed our car in Montrose at the airport and the experience could not have been more convenient. Great communication from host on pickup/drop off and extending our rental for a few hours. Car was clean, fueled up and ready to go. There was cash in the car to pay for the airport parking. I would definitely rent from host again. Highly recommended!

If it would have been a poor host then the experience would have been as well. Overall it was great though and saved me some money.

Great first time experience with Turo. Easy to communicate through the app with the host(s). One thing that is a little tricky is adding additional drivers, takes some time and effort but is definitely doable. I would recommend this my friends, family, and colleagues. Glad I decided to give this a try.

Relatively easy to find & pick up the car. I had no issues with the vehicle & turning it back in was easy too. I liked the way he had me run it through the car wash & vacuum it for the next person. The lockbox for the key was ingenious.

Fantastic experience, SUPER convenient and the host was great. 10/10 will use again. The car was clean and smelled great. Tank was full. Being able to just walk to the car after grabbing my luggage was the best! The host quickly responded and was a pleasure to work with. This was way better than a traditional car rental… by a long shot.

I found Turo at the perfect time. As a realtor here in Las Vegas, I have a listing up at Mt Charleston that requires a 4x4 vehicle, which I do not have. After a disappointing experience with Enterprise services and employees, I turned to Google to find another option. That's when I came across Turo. The website and app are extremely user-friendly, making contactless pickup/drop-off quick and effortless—only about 5 minutes, no joke.

Overall my experience with Turo has been great, only one time I wasn't pleased with a vehicle due to the host not sanitizing inside the car and the outside was filthy. I did inform the host about the situation and he wanted to take care of the problem the next day but unfortunately I started my trip.

This was my first Turo rental and Diego made the experience stress free and simple. He did an excellent job communicating with me throughout my trip to ensure there were no issues with the vehicle or the logistics for pick up and return. I will definitely rent from Diego when I return to the Phoenix area!

I needed a car and downloaded the Turo app and found just the right size car at a good daily rate. The process was easy and convenient. Stan was a good communicator. The car was very nice and got great gas mileage. Overall a very excellent experience and I would recommend Turo to my friends and family.

I rented a vehicle from Donald J, while visiting Charlotte North Carolina. The vehicle was great, the host was pretty good, however I informed Donald that his oil light on the Mercedes truck was coming on. I told him that I checked the oil and it was low. I asked if he wanted me to add oil, he said yes and I purchased oil, added the oil and Donald stated he would cash app me my money back. Haven’t received it yet. I rented the car from 14 Dec-18 Dec.

I rented the car since their advertising claims that the car is delivered at your location and there was a free cancellation before one hour from rental. However, no car delivery is available and cancellation cost me 30%. Do not believe in their advertising.

Very bad experience, I had to wait for 7 hours for a car change, they charged me all possible fees at the time of returning the car even though I let support know that I started my trip in Florida and that they had to change the address of delivery of the car, I called support many times and no one gave me an answer, I was discriminated against by an agent who was investigating the late return of the car who apparently does not know how to pronounce the names of people of Latin origin well, I am still waiting for a call from an agent who speaks Spanish to be able to clarify what happened to me with Turo

John was very good and communicative. I feel some of the rental fees could be lower. Car quality and condition was very nice. Discounts should be offered after first rental. This was my third rental with Turo. Turo should have offered a discount. Overall experience was good. Not sure what more I can add to the experience.

Very pleasant and easy. The owner was very nice and understanding. When I needed to extend he would in a heartbeat. Has no issues with how many times I wanted to extend. I would definitely rent from him again anytime. We loved the service and the vehicle itself. Also how easy and efficient it was to get the vehicle. The cleanliness was superb and the car has been treated very well.

I enjoy renting from Turo however I'm never shown cars in my area but if I go on someone else's it shows cars in my area. Another is the trip fee. How can it be 200 for the car rental and 186 for the trip fee. It was very reasonable and fun when I first started renting. Now it feels like I'm being ripped off. Every car 400 a week and it's not the host. It's the trip fee. I was also given a 15% discount from a host and turo never put it for me to use. You would think if someone is renting continuously you would try not to kill them with trip fees. I mean it's really ridiculous. And stop hiding cars that are close to my residence. Flex Cars may be a better option since it's monthly idk. I'm just not paying 400 a week because an overpriced trip fee.

Joi was quick to respond to messages. She was quick and had a pleasant attitude. The car was a great ride and gas mileage was excellent. She even had a charger in the car which was definitely a plus! Joi was a great host and will definitely rent from her again.

This was my first time using Turo. I was a bit skeptical at first, but the whole experience ended up being a lot easier than I ever thought it would be. 1) Pick your dates. 2) Pick your vehicle. 3) Pay/book your trip. 4) Communicate with host on delivery of vehicle and drive. Super simple. They have something for all budgets and group sizes. My host was great. Would definitely recommend. 10 out of 10.

The rental of the Volvo was excellent. LA Auto staff were friendly and communication was on point. My modifications went smoothly. I am happy to choose LA Auto for future rentals on Turo. The location is convenient as far as traveling to and from work and close to hotels and shopping.

Our experience with NFD was more positive than expected. NFD was direct worked with us as far as installation and preparation in order to keep the cost manageable. The installation team was professional and well within the installation window, they came in went right to work and completed the job quicker than we anticipated and left the area meticulous.

I’ll never rent a car from the airport again!! This was by far the easiest, most convenient part of my entire trip. I rented a Mercedes SUV from Hany, He assured me he would be at the airport when my plane landed & he was. The truck was immaculate, filled up & ran perfect!! I’m NOT used to things working out so perfect!! My little trip was a success.

The experience was smooth and ease-full despite being new to driving a Tesla. I was sent great tutorials and instructions and accurate pin for the pick up location. The only snafu was upon returning the vehicle because there were two locations with the same address and I nearly ran out of battery while Maps sent me around and around the city and the owner wasn’t available to help me while I was lost.

The vehicle meet all of my expectations and the owner was professional and knowledgeable. I will rent vehicles from him in the future. This was my first transaction with Turo and I am not adept with technology. Benjamin was patient and informative regarding the 2024 vehicle, the model and make of which I had never driven. He guided me through its fundamental operations. He is a valuable asset to Turo. I received value in excess of my expectations.

I'm actually glad that the booking was cancelled because it prompted me to look at Turo Reviews. It looks like this company has a big problem with hosts trying to scam extra money. I've deleted the app and will be using more conventional car rental. I don't need the hassles.

First time customers on your application don't have any idea of what to expect or how to protect themselves from experiences, I didn't get any first hand chance nor any tips about how to go about inspecting the rented vehicle before accepting it like at the end when returning it. It seems to me that this app is more prone to protect the vehicle owner than being impartial by allowing the car renter to also self protect by instructing to take pictures of the vehicle before accepting it.

On the return, was running a bit behind.. I got on the app and informed ahead of actual return time. I then got a response, indicating a 1 hour grace period and not to worry. I was not familiar with that area, had difficulty locating Return Spot, so was a few min past grace time line. I then got an indicating a late return fee, which included another day's rental charges, other fees and taxes. I then disputed charges and was then informed grace is 30 min AND NOT 1 HOUR. (Please reference Turo In App Messaging/Texts for actual communication). Also, of note, it was several min before I was acknowledged and/or was able to formally process return, thus, increasing its tardiness time. Between the inconsistent information received, delayed prompt customer service on return and 20 min equating to another day's charge, plus other fees and taxes, was absurd to me.

My experience with Turo has been excellent! I recently rented a Porsche and it ran so smoothly. It was clean and the gas tank was full. What more could I have asked for? Communication was clear and timely and I had no problems picking up and returning the car. I highly recommend using Turo!

The experience was great the car itself was nice to drive. It was clean and smooth riding. Oh had no issues at hand. The host was very nice and respectful. He lended out help for anything that I may need during the time of the trip, made his presence known that he would be there if anything happen while being on the trip. This was the easiest and best rental experience. The jeep was in great shape! Perfect for a baseball weekend. Jake was very communicative and easy to work with. I booked Dodge Avenger for 7 day and then extended for 7 more days I pick up Dec. 3 at 1:00 pm. And return the car Dec. 17 at 1:00 pm. I give her 5 stars and next day I got charged 30.00$ late fees what? What late fees. I am very disappointed I even communicated with her but she act very rude and unprofessional.

Very easy experience, the vehicle was clean and as described. Actually cleaner than most rental companies. The opener was easy to communicate with, pictures were easy to upload and Turo customer service was quick to answer any questions. I did take pictures before and quickly uploaded for documentation, the app is user friendly.

The car was clean and smelled nice, it has lane keep assist, and cruise control. The only thing that might have been nice would have been remote start during the winter, but it was fine anyway. We have never used this service before this trip, my cousin recommended this to me. I was able to get online and pick exactly what I wanted. It was a much EASIER and customer friendly process than any rental counter I have been to. I was able to go straight to the airport garage and pick up the car, no lines and no grumpy over worked counter person! Took way less time, I will definitely use this service again.

Our rental was cancelled 2 hours before pick up and I contacted customer service. There were no available cars within our price range so we were given a voucher for a much nicer car at no extra cost. Upon pick up we couldn’t reach the host for the correct lockbox combo. So again I contacted customer service and we worked together to figure it out. Twice within 3 hours customer service saved our trip. Will be using again and would give 10 stars if I could.

I rented a Chrysler 200 from Greg D & nowhere on his little policy does it say I will be charged for tolls, he even provided a transponder, however he submitted a invoice, I disputed it and won, he submitted a second one for a different amount and Turo said it was valid. This should not be the case when it’s not disclosed in writing.

I was going to rent from you for the next year every two weeks since I have a house. But now I will go somewhere else and inform my many friends. Take your money. It is a rip off and I will let it be known. See ya HIDDEN FEES.

I really appreciate that the vehicle is dropped off someplace convenient to me especially since I don’t know the area that I am visiting. Hands-down this beats the experience of going to the rental company at the airport. You never know what you’re gonna get and they usually smell bad. Never had a problem with Turo.

The review from the host was less than satisfactory. Because the car had dust and mud, and I had left a couple of pieces of trash that I missed, I was labelled a bad risk with a rating of one. I didn't know you had to have the car cleaned and vacuumed before returning. There should be a place for the renter to reply to bad review. This makes it bad for the renter to rent another vehicle.

The service of renting other people’s cars is great. In the past I’ve had my car break down and needed a car. Turo makes it easy to rent a car last minute and the hosts do a great job in helping out. I have not any issues using their service and would continue to use Turo in the future if needed.

Booked twice now, and haven't had a bad experience. I do feel like the Turo fees and airport charges are not explained well, and airport charges are especially high. Even if it were two solid days at the airport on pick up and drop off day, anything over $50 is insane.

Very special vehicle.. 2022 Genesis 80 has all the safety features with a lot of room. So easy to drive and comfortable. Especially liked the heated steering wheel and seats as it’s winter in Michigan. The host Bam Xotics was easy to work with. I will highly recommend Turo to my friends and family. I had spoken to my host and she agreed I could use the car a few extra hours … but then I was charged more than I paid for the first rental. I was charged $144 for 4 extra hours and no way of being able to cancel. Horrible business. I thought it was a great idea company but now I regret it.

I love using Turo. It's cheaper and more convenient than traditional rental car companies and the selection of vehicles and quality is much much higher. I couldn't recommend this company enough. It's a game changer in the same vein as Airbnb. We only used the vehicle one day but it was delivered and the communication was clear and concise and it was really no hassle.

Had nothing but great host throughout my experience using Turo. Everyone's response in a timely fashion. And the prices are very reasonable better than Enterprise and Hertz Rental. Also dealing with tech support they will also respond quickly to help you. Only Thing I recommend new guest is that make sure you try to book at least 1 to 2 days in advance because trying to make reservations the same day the trip fees with cost you close to $300 instead of just $70-$80 total. Other than that it's great.

We had issues from the get go, he states his car looks and runs like new. He also gives the option to pick up, meet up, person less with key code, what a mess. You can read all the conversion, we had no idea how to find his vehicle from airport to the allotted parking lot. Thankfully a few bus drivers stopped to help. In the middle of LA and Mike and I with 8yr old grand daughter were nervous, he said he could not help or meet in person, as he was top busy. Car didn't run so that great, bald tires and lots of dings snatches weekday not, we took a lot of pictures, thankfully!!!! Now I feel as if he is trying to extort money from us. Saying we did all this damage. We have pictures to prove the slight damage he speaks of, you can see it in his original pictures before we even met up with the car.

The vehicle was nice and clean. The host was nice and made the transaction easy. Great price too. But I don't like that I was charged 200$ for returning the vehicle late. I was about an hour late dropping it off but I was in touch with the host. Charging me for the price of the rental again I'd understand. But 200$? Put a bad taste in my mouth.

This was our first time ever renting a car and Bradley was so helpful. We had many questions and Bradley was quick and efficient at answering all of them. I would recommend renting from him, we had absolutely no issues, he was unable to help us with. In addition I would recommend the prepaid fuel, that along with the drop off and pickup at the airport made it a breeze!

This host is very bad. She is filing damages to a vehicle I drove. She told Turo the car was completely damage. I return the car back in the condition it came in. But the Host Assistant said the previous driver return the car back in a bad condition. I left the car in a parking lot that is frequent with homeless people and I was told to leave car keys in car and leave door unlocked. I believe she is trying to get money. She is very disrespectful.

Cheaper than a normal car rental, I was able to pick a turbo standard transmission car. A very fun driving experience. One of the cool things about this app is if you want to drive a car that you don't own yet but have considered you could do that with this app, try it first. I'm being accused of smoking in a host car. Why would I subject myself to being banned, or lie, or pay 1200.00 in 3 weeks to smoke anything in a host car? Make it make sense..I submitted pictures and excellent proof and your company still is siding with the host! I dislike Liars.

My host was absolutely amazing!!!! Would most definitely use him again. Only issue I had was with customer service and payments. Not only did they tell me an incorrect method of payment to use it kept kicking me out of the system and stating my account was insufficient which it was most definitely not. Beyond frustrating.

Toan was great with communicating about pick up and drop off. Car drove great and was great on gas. Easy pick up and drop off. Would definitely rent again from him. He personally greets you and hands off the keys. The car was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend especially for the great prices on his cars.

Robert was very quick to respond and left detailed messages. He was accommodating when my plans changed. I would highly recommend renting from him. The vehicle was very clean and ran well. Everything worked and it got good gas mileage for an SUV.

The Ford Eco Sport does great in the Alaskan snow and ice. The heated seats and steering wheel were an unexpected bonus!! The owners had new studded tires put on the car, which made for very safe driving experience. That was much appreciated. The vehicle was a hybrid and very fuel efficient as well. Thank You.

I was skeptical at first but I took the leap and I haven't looked back. The Host Have Been Awesome. The Vehicles Have Been Very Good. I don't see me using car rental service again. Prices Are Reasonable with Insurance Options. I Loved Both My Trips. Thank You Turo. I appreciate you for developing a new way to experience renting a vehicle and not breaking your bank account for working class people because my car was in the shop and I had no option but to rent a vehicle. Now I know about the service and my next opportunity can be for leisure instead of work.

I had terrible experiences, trying to rent a car in Dallas. This is my first experience with Turo. I absolutely could not be happier and will never use conventional rental companies again. It was wonderful to have someone to call for problems or questions and have them be Responding almost immediately. Absolute 10 out of 10
