Matt Willis was great to work with renting his 2023 Nissan Pathfinder. Vehicle exceeded my expectations and he was available to find and turn in. Vehicle was cleaned and ready to go upon arrival in Des Moines. Only issue I encountered was the car sat most of one day and the front left tire lost air pressure down to 23 psi. I aired it up to 40 psi and it was fine from there.

Great car selection. Super easy to get and return a car with flexibility. Clear instructions. The hosts were all super friendly and helpful. Very promoted responses. Great to choose from so many brands and models. The map to show nearby lists is also helpful. Highly recommended. So far the experience is good. Will definitely rent more cars from Turo in the future.

Jessica is very informative, helpful, caring and understanding. I couldn't have asked for a better rental car. It was a very well maintained and maintenance to vehicle. I felt very safe and I would definitely rent again as I have a few times. We greatly appreciate all your help Jessica.

Everything went according to plan. I don't understand pricing though. It said $39 per day, but when I booked it was more. I'm new to the site, so maybe I misunderstood something. When booking in the future, I will contact host and take screenshots. I was going to give 4 stars on value, because of price change at booking, but decided to give the benefit of doubt that I misunderstood.

Just used Turo for my second time and once again it was fantastic. Beats renting from the big box agencies, especially since you get to pick your car. Will use Turo again, and I highly recommend it to anyone travelling to a city where it’s available. Our host made the process seamless, and was in constant communication to ensure a smooth experience.

This is a wonderful on entrepreneurial enterprise. I’m glad it exists and I love using it. I’ve used it twice. Both hosts were great and they got right back to me. The cars were in good condition nice and clean one was in Pennsylvania. The other is here in California.

After our flight was delayed by 17 hours! We were in desperate need of a car we could pick up late and Brandon was so helpful and made our vacation successful! 100% recommend! Car was nice and clean and super roomy. Whilke definitely be using them again in the future for and of our future trips!

From start to finish, great communication and service. Got off the plane, walked to the same day parking at the airport and we were on vacation. Returning the car was just as easy! The BMW we drove was clean and neat. We are big believers in using the Turo application that we were turned onto by our son who is a computer and car buff.

As usual, my experience with Turo was great. Sebastian is a great host and he was a super good communicator. I asked for more time on my rental and he was fast to approve it. That gave me peace of mind. The price was great, the vehicle was very new and nice and made my 13 week trip to Houston a pleasure. Thank you Turo!

Now, my five star rating is because my host was just beyond excellent with everything down to the T. The car was perfect. I want to buy one of my own his kindness, and how he goes above and beyond to make sure I was set and good for my trip, his communication was perfect. He greeted me as soon as my trip was booked and was just an all star until the end. If I ever rent From Turo again, I will definitely be going to Tim lol but the downfall about it was I booked an advance and it got canceled with a different host and rebooked again and that host canceled as well. Now I understand it is out of their control which is totally understandable. I just feel like recalls or anything that has to do with the vehicle should be inspected for all of that after every use and if it’s not rented often. Then I feel like maintenance checkup should be done often as well but other than that my experience so far has been great.

Most of my experiences have been great. I believe there should be a little more detail when it comes to renting cars in New York. I go up there often to rent a car and pick it up at the airport seems nearly impossible without an extra charge, which I personally feel like that is ridiculous and redundant. Also, I feel like Turle themselves need to go out there and inspect these cars to make sure that they are drivable that there are no warning lights on a vehicle.

My experiences have been absolutely wonderful. Customer service was amazing. The renters were always very helpful and friendly. Any questions or concerns I had was always answered in a timely manner. Definitely will be using Turo for now on. Very excited for the outcomes with this App and would recommend my family and friends to give it a try. They would definitely love it like I do! The only negative feedback I have is the prices. I feel like the price should go down with more days that you rent the car.

Working with Ginny and using her car was a wonderful experience. She was flexible, thoughtful, cordial and accommodating. It would be hard to go back to a rental car company. She gave us the choice of picking us up at the airport or giving us directions to the car in the parking lot.

First time using the app, no problem whatsoever the host communicated very well on how when and so on very good experience picked up the car at the Fort Myers airport. Knew exactly where the car was, the keys and the parking ticket, returned it the same way, Fort Myers parking lot airport with the ticket. Great communication between the host and us. Thank you.

Everything about the experience, from the ease of picking up and dropping off to the car itself to the communication I received was outstanding! I was able to rent a car that was fun to drive at a fraction of what it would cost through a traditional rental car company.

Renting is much easier than the conventional rental company, & much cheaper. With other companies you have to have great credit or a lot of cash up front, not with Turo. Most of the Hosts are very accommodating & polite. Have referred others to this way of renting a vehicle.

Very great trip, car was very easy to find and accessible. Renter was very responsive and alert before and during the trip. Car ran well on gas and didn’t cause for many trips to the gas station. Car drove very smooth and was very clean at the time of pick up. Car was very big and spacious to fit 4 people and luggage. Definitely would rent again.

It was very unnerving to back up someone’s else’s car. I was so afraid I’d miss seeing something. The seat would not go up to put me high enough for me to see over the steering wheel at what speed I was going at. Possibly, you should put a limit on older cars that don’t have all the features that most people are used to.

The car was perfect for me and the owner was greatly helpful. I would use this App and rent a car through them again. By renting a car through Turo, I was able to manage a longer stay and saved a significant amount of money compared to renting a car at the Airport.

We learned about Turo from a family members and have tried it twice now. The convenience and price were the biggest plus for us. It was an easy process and will definitely use them when we travel in the future. I have recommended them to friends and family as well. We had one owner cancel but Turo found us a car last minute and our vacation was saved.

Great experience with renting a car thru Turo. Easy transaction. Love the ease of communication with the owner of vehicle and ease of pick up and drop off. Also feel this is a safe, economical way to rent a car. Will definitely be using Turo for all my future rental needs.

My experience was seamless. Communication very good with Turo and host. I enjoy renting through Turo although I wish trip fees were not so high. I would have continued using Turo until my truck was fixed but could not afford extra trip fees. I understand everyone has to make their money though. All in all, always a good experience.

I had a car I rented over two weeks. Long story short I had a admission into the hospital, send Turo document of and told me no fees I would be charge for because I was in hospital. Well after that day after they restrict my account from using their services for another car and refuse to tell me why as a customer with accurate information because each agent I talk to claims they document my complaints. Now they want to charge me almost $300 in fees me not even knowing exactly how they came up to this point. No supervisor available to talk on phone. You have to speak to a virtual person. SMH. Unprofessional and I'm very disappointed. Some things can't help it happens. Speaking me needing to be admitted in hospital I feel it wasn't even consider period. I refer people to turo and now really regret it because I was trying to find out what can be done in such a situation so I can enjoy turo services

It was so easy to book the vehicle, work with the host. I was a little nervous getting it as had to take the tram, but she gave excellent directions and pictures to aid in finding the SUV. On return she picked it up at the hotel we were staying at.

Was quite a job finding the car as I'm not familiar with the airport. Car wasn't as nice as it looked in the pictures. Interior had not been cleaned. Car went really good though. I would go thru a regular rental company next time. I wouldn't recommend Turo to my friends

Everything went well, had a small problem with the vehicle and the owner was on top of it until the vehicle was returned in a timely manner so no major problems. Host brought the vehicle to me as soon as possible allowing me to continue the business I was conducting. Turo was assisting in the process as well to ensure I had transportation for my stay.

I think that Turo is awesome. It's easy, it's fast, it's convenient. You don't have to wait for a deposit to come back in 7 days. I love Turo and I'm going to continue to use to Turo and I tell my friends about Turo every time I hear one of them say they need a car. I tell them, "Get the Turo app!"

I was a first time Turo user. Was a bit apprehensive about the whole process. It ended up being a great experience! Always had an almost immediate response from our vehicle owner. Vehicle was clean and as advertised. Check in and check out process was easy and completely on the app. Be ready to take pics upon arrival and departure. So convenient to be able to pick up right at the airport. I will definitely be using again!

The host that we rented from was very attentive and responsive to our communications. We had several topics that came up, not issues, that were addressed and we received a reply quite quickly. Our only issue was is the reservation information. When we made the reservation online it was stated that the vehicle would be available for pickup at Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. Later we found out that that wasn't possible at Phoenix Sky Harbor as they have restrictions to businesses such as Turo. We had to make plans to hook up with an Uber to get us to the vehicle location, which was about 10 minutes away. Not a huge issue but a bit misleading on the original reservation process.

I’ve used Turo multiple times now and it’s been a delightful experience. Great selection of cars at good value and ease of use. My experience has been more convenient than traditional car rental services at the same or price point with selection of cars that often aren’t even available in traditional rental world.

I really was unsure about using Turo. I’ll usually rent a car, but the hours aren’t always as convenient for me. Using Turo was really convenient for me. The car ran perfect, very clean, friendly service, price for renting the car was right in my budget. Couldn’t have been more pleased. I would definitely recommend.

One of the best rentals. Great experience! Everything went out smooth. But now I’m having an issue with today’s rental that I need contact Customer Support since I’m not able to to book a car at this time. Please fix this soon as possible! I’m not sure what happened or what’s going on.

The car that I rented from Oleg was 14 years old and had been in a number of previous accidents as evidenced by the spotty paint job and scratches that were painted over. The carpets inside were filthy and the car drove like it was in need of minor repairs. When I returned the vehicle, the owner was not home. I called him and he told me to leave the keys in the glove box, and leave the car unlocked. He stated that he was going to, “have someone go take care of it.” The next day he filed a claim against me for damaging his vehicle. He claimed that there was a new scratch on the bumper, and that there was also damage to the undercarriage of the car. I denied the claim he made, because I did not have a wreck and did not cause any damage to the vehicle once or ever. He submitted photos allegedly showing the damage.

This is my second time using the Turo app for a vehicle while on vacation! Both vehicles were clean and dependable. The pickup location was perfect! It was easy to communicate with the host. :) I’ve recommended Turo to many of my friends!

Jason was our car owner. He was amazing! Communication is good. Car was super awesome! The pickup location was super easy to use. Our flight was an hour late and be waited patiently for us and did not charge us or cancel our reservation. Will definitely use him again. He has a convertible that we are eying for our next visit!

I love it! It really had me to drive on my vacation. Gosh. I will coming back again asap. It my first time I ever had that turo. It really perfect for me and it really had me drive smooth and be on time and it just very comfortable to drive. I love it.

Had fun driving the Camry XSE. At first I was nervous, but when I was on the open road and saw the mountains, made me feel like I'm free. Despite the rush hour traffic, I still had a great first experience! I would love to do this again very soon! Thank you!

Sravan was a great host. Delivery and pick up was made easy. Car was clean and Drove lovely, I will be renting again! I personally recommend this vehicle. You will not be disappointed! I love that it flags everyone in vehicle for seatbelts. I got to my destination and back safely. Ride was also very comfortable.

We were a bit worried & concerned about using Turo the first time on our annual trip to Maui. While we needed more reassurance than usual our experience ended up being delightful. We were picked up at the airport, delivered to our rental can and after 15 days met our shuttle driver where we picked up the car for our return trip to the airport. All in all we were very satisfied and I'm already recommending Turo to our friends and family. And we will look into using Turo with all our future travels.

I love the concept of Turo and the selection of vehicles but I’ve had app connectivity issues on 2 of the 3 times I’ve rented when returning the vehicles. Both of those times I had to do something different than what was agreed with the owner. One time I almost missed my flight. It’s made me concerned enough to not use Turo though I love the concept.

As l said earlier, we did not have a car which we paid for months early. This happened on Feb 23 at 10:30 am. So I called Turo. They did get me a car by 3:00 pm. That worked OK but it was inconvenient for me to change my plans.

It was a great trip, my host was great. Communication and car was great. I would definitely rent again and recommend this host to other renters. Cost effective and flexible, the car was great on gas. It was clean, had all the bells and whistles. I really enjoyed this vehicle.

I purchased a condo in the Durango area and needed a truck to haul furniture for the furnishing of the unit. The rental was perfect for our situation of moving into a condo. The rental was on time and in great condition. We also needed to prolong our return and that was handled with ease as well and extended immediately. Thank you so much! The people you meet through this app are very generous & understanding. However, the fees are extremely high. If you're trying to book same day it could double your amount you have to pay and you will still have limited mileage. The mileage could be very tricky as well especially if you're not used to keeping track of it

The BMW rode like a dream for an 11 yo car. The car was in great shape and had really low miles. Check engine light came on for a day or so and then spontaneously turned off. No issues with how the car drove at all! Pick up and drop off process was smooth and seamless. Shawn was good at responding to questions and made sure the trip was going ok. Overall, we had a great trip to Arizona!

It was so easy from start to finish. I was able to find the vehicle needed to transport my large family easily. Obtaining the vehicle from the owner was fast and simple. It was a great deal and very easy. It was much cheaper than using a traditional car rental service and much more accommodating. Pick up and drop was simple. The truck was absolutely beautiful.

I had a perfect experience with Turo, the app, the Hosts and the support staff. In the early days of Turo there was no number to call and refunds were almost as big a problem as a host cancelling your trip on short notice or day of while you are trying to get into the car and go. Now they have streamlined the refund process, add customer service reps and all star hosts that ensure your rental is present on time and available as according to your booking.

This was my second trip with Turo. Turo is fast, easy and safe. I would definitely recommend Turo to my family and friends. I will be renting my next vehicle with Turo. Customer service is fast and friendly and very understanding. Turo is also safe and the prices are great. I rate Turo five stars.

The trip was fine. Locating the car took a while. I didn't get great directions, otherwise it was OK. The license on the car was expired and the front license plate was missing. I didn't notice until I returned the car. I informed the owner about the issue with the car license plates when I returned the car.

I was really nervous about renting a car from a private person but he was the best person to help me calm my nerves and he stayed on the phone with me until I got to his vehicle and drove out of the airport. I will be using Turo again.

Rented a convertible Mustang for a visit to my family. The car was ready for me at the airport when I arrived. It was easy to find and get into. The car was very clean and worked well. I enjoyed having a convertible as it was fun to drive. The price was reasonable. Highly recommended.

My first time using Turo was very much a success. As any trip can come with adjustments to your schedule so did ours. However, Turo and its hosts make adjustments almost painless and very easy to navigate through. Will be using Turo in the future for most of our travel needs. We had a great experience with Turo and our host, Raymond, for the rental of the Ford Transit 2022 in Dallas. We went to Dallas for a soccer tournament and needed a van that could accommodate most of our team. I love that Ford Transit 2022 (10 seater) and the girls love riding in it. It is spacious and could carry luggage for 10+. The van just rides well-- great mirrors on both sides and we had Apply Play built in that was a lifesaver. Raymond was super responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate our changing needs. Also loved that he offered chairs and coolers with the van-- very smart and efficient. The Turo app is easy to use and it is nice to have the history function with your host. A very good experience all around and I would highly recommend Turo and Raymond's Food Transit 2022 to any group.

The car was just as described and host was very accommodating to my last-minute requests. I had to change my plans twice and host was very understanding and accepting. Host also offered to come sit with me, if I didn’t feel safe, when I dropped the car off until my ride came. Would recommend and will definitely be back when I need to rent another vehicle!

The host was a great and prompt communicator and very detailed in his instructions. The host was readily available to answer any questions. The host was also very accommodating and flexible. I needed to drive the vehicle about 2 1/2 hours from the pickup location and that was granted. The vehicle was in excellent condition and had great gas mileage.

I wasn't sure what to expect but decided to try and Rolanda was a great host and the car was perfect! Like new and very clean! She left cookies and water in there for me. Explained to me how everything worked and was willing to meet me at a different time than I initially reserved. I will definitely use the Turo service again!

This was my first time renting with Turo and I was a little concerned. I had booked earlier and was inform it won't cost an extra $120 for airport pick up and drop off the week before my trip. I canceled and quickly found another car. I was very careful about booking a car with free airport pick up and drop off. I was worried about finding it in the lot, but Christopher made it very easy and even paid me back for the parking fee. He was very quick to answer any text I sent him. The car was a really nice hybrid with great mileage. For my first time, it went quite smoothly. I'm sad that my car insurance doesn't work on the rental. It really drives up the cost, but it was still cheaper than any car rental company. I would probably rent from Christopher again.

No complaints about my reservations. One suggestion, if doing a long term rental, have the availability to rent short term. For example, I am renting long-term but was going on a short weekend trip and was flying (thus had no car over the weekend trip) and would have loved to rent from TURO for the weekend, but was unable due to having my longterm rental. But all the renters I have rented from have been great and I have had no issues with the cars.

Driver seat was stuck reclined all the way back where I had to sit up my entire trip so my back was very sore at the end of the trip. But other than the seat the car was perfect. I'm a very short person so had to sit up at first. I thought a pillow would help but it really didn't. So the car was a good experience other than the driver's seat which gave me a backache.

Our car was what we expected. The transactions at delivery and drop-off were very simple. The owner was easy to work with. We did have to wait for the owner at the airport for approx 40 minutes. Our flight was a little late so he made another car run, which left us stranded for longer than we wanted. My group then had to drive 2 hours to our destination, arriving at 1am. I understand why he did that, but it put us out a bit after a long day of travel already. Otherwise, all was fine.

I’ve been using turn for a year and it’s been great. The only thing there’s not a lot of returning customer promotion or rewards… The last time I got a promo code was Halloween. -___- I just think there should be more rewards for those of us who consistently use the service.

P2P ride share is convenient and useful for folks not use to traditional renting from big corporations. Gives you freedom to choose your business or pleasure. Creates a friendly atmosphere. Apart of this platform for several years. Let's ride out. It's always online with your destination and comes free of waiting. I recommend.

Ray is a great host. He is kind and very understanding. I had an emergency and he allowed me till midnight to drop the car off. I love the fact that you can contact the owner about anything and everything. My kids loved the car. My wife is in love with the car. And if I had any troubles I was able to get in touch with Ray with speedy services. Turo is great. I will be using this again and again.

Exceptional host, vehicle and experience. We drive Mercedes and have for over thirty years. Grateful that we can choose our own when traveling for business and pleasure. I own and maintain several cars, being able to rent for family road trips, not worry about the maintenance and potential issues with my daily in town vehicles is an amazing resource that takes the pressure off trips. It is quite easy to keep them clean during the trip and I haven't had any issue with the owners. I would definitely recommend to normal people without corporate credit cards who need temporary access to features their current car lacks.

Turo is great… I lost my debit card right 2 days before my trip and had previous prepaid for a rental car thru dollar car rental, when going to pick up my rental car, Dollar wouldn’t let me rent the car because I didn’t have my physical bank card with me… It was 7:40PM and I needed a car for the weekend bad… I got on Turo and notice they took Apple Pay which is lovely… I requested a car to be delivered to me by 8PM and guess what that car was delivered to me by 8pm… I will never go thru any rental car companies as long as Turo is around…

Our recent Turo rental in Palm Springs, CA was one of our best experiences yet. The car was exceptional and delivered on time and very clean. The car performed flawlessly and was beautiful. Our return at the airport was fantastic. Our host met us on the curb in front of the terminal directly in front of our baggage check. We literally got out of the car, grabbed our bags, and checked them. We literally had a 30 second rental car return. It was wonderful.

Erick was courteous and professional. Louis is a friendly, knowledgeable man. The 2015 Malibu was clean, comfortable, ran well, and was really good on gas. Couldn't ask for a better rental. All around a really great transaction. I totally recommend this host.

Selee is an excellent host. If she was very friendly, smart, organized and flexible. She answers your texts quickly even at work and is very efficient and makes you feel very appreciated as a customer. 5 stars for Selee And I recommend her to anyone and I will definitely rent From her again.

The host was not very accommodating to me at all. I never met her or anyone else for that matter, and when I needed help she was not very friendly. I filled up the car with 11.5 gallons of gas for $35 and the next day she charged me $26 for 3 gallons stating I didn’t bring it full. The inconvenience of going to her location and the extras like insurance and fees have convinced me to never use Turo, again.

We've now used Turo twice. Both times we were impressed with the convenience and speed of the system. We were in our car and on our way within minutes after landing and getting our bags. Easy, accurate, and a pleasure to do business with. Car was spotless, roomy, and 4 wheel drive worked well during a record snow fall. Met me at the airport and handed me the keys. Met me again for the return. Car tank was full, sound system was great, and very comfy.

The car was exactly as described. The owner was very quick to respond, very helpful, and very accurate with details and descriptions. There was a minor snafu with the car the day of pickup (not the owner's fault) and he handled it quickly and professionally. The app was not working during check in, yet the owner took it upon himself to communicate with me to make things go smoothly.

Rajpatie was easy to communicate with, and her Santa Fe was perfect for the beautiful Florida weather, with the panoramic sunroof. Very roomy and nice to drive, and convenient to pick up and drop off at the airport as well. Highly recommended for the vehicle and for Rajpatie as host.

I needed the car earlier / later than I thought. It was so easy to do. Dyan was so easy to work with. He also checked up on us to make sure all was well. Would use Turo again. A+. I was on Kauai. Just happened I picked a car that was a local not a large company. I work for a family ran business. Always try to support local companies.

Second time using this host and they made it easy and fun. Loved getting a cooler in the vehicle, so helpful. The car was clean and worked perfectly. Very thankful for the vehicle and sorry I left more of a mess than I thought. Next time I will clean in the daylight. I think I might have goofed up the Bluetooth on accident. Very appreciated and hope I do a better job next time as the host did their part.

Well I was told I didn’t fill the gas tank up even after I provided a receipt and the picture of the needle after I return the car. I don’t like being called a liar. Especially when I have been renting for months and never had this problem. I will rent again but it will be a while before I do. The customer service part wasn’t great but everything else was fine. Hopefully this review helps the next person. Make sure to take good pictures before and after because I do not that it mattered in this incident.

I had a good experience each time I have rented a car. I have had no issues. The owners are pros. I have rented in many places. We even rented with Turo for a 14 day trip all over Oregon and Washington state. Clean, well maintained, and it's nice to try out different cars...

My trip started off bad. I booked the car for 3:30 pm and the owners brought it to me for 8:30 pm. I was told take my time when returning car because I didn't get it on time and there would be no additional fees. I took out basic insurance which I thought covered cleaning etc. The owners wanted me to Zelle them for cleaning. I didn't have Zelle. I asked for the cash app instead. After I asked them to make sure Turo knows what they were doing because previously they asked me not to communicate in the Turo app because I requested the extension like we discussed. They called me and said they declined because Turo wanted to charge them extra. I could just bring it and park in the driveway in case they weren't home. They wanted me to leave keys in mailbox which I didn't because I didn't want any mail issues.

Easy to check in and check out. Was not able to add a second driver. Was able to add photo but not driver license for second driver. No screen or form. Couldn't find contact phone number or chat address. Sometimes you need a live person to help with new projects.

I’m trying to deal with this matter because I’m trying to rent book another trip as soon as possible so I would love to deal with this matter so I can be able to book a trip. I never had this problem. I love Turo. I love running and booking cars from Turo since I’ve been with her I never had any problems like this.

I have used Turo multiple times and I like it. I tell people that it’s like Airbnb for cars. I recommend it to everyone I know who rents cars and it has saved me a ton of money compared to how much I would spend at a car rental company. My only issue is that it seems that recently, they’ve increased the trip fees. I’m seeing trip fees that are equal to the amount of the rental cost for that day and even when I rent for another day, the cost stays high. I know things are expensive out there these days, but it’s getting to where it’s not as good of a value as it used to be. What changed?

I recently used Turo to rent a vehicle while on vacation in Maui. It was convenient, I felt I received a good deal on the rental vs. alternatives, and there was no fuss. The best rental I have ever rented, it was very beneficial for our trip, gave it to me clean and smelling good, air conditioner was pleasing, the speakers were up to standards, and the wheels were the best part because it helped us with any road we have driven. My experience was mostly great, the location on one of the cars was a bit out of the way for me, but otherwise wonder people to deal with. Cars were in good shape, one car has the check engine light came on, but it was not blinking, no problem.

It was a great experience. Renting from Other companies was a lot harder and more time consume. The process of renting from Turo was made easy and effortlessly. It was definitely hassle free. The guy name JJ that I rented from worked with me on the pick up as well as drop off. I will definitely continue to rent from turo again.

The Armada was perfect for the driving situations my group had while visiting Snowmass. It was just as advertised and in good condition with a full tank of gas. The pickup and drop off worked great and communication was excellent, The instructions for using the vehicle were clear and concise.

The car and service was great, I was in Vegas for a week and a half and had no issues with the car it ran great. I will be contacting them through Turo again next time I’m in Vegas. I have 2 rentals so far. My first time was a rental in California which was canceled as I was boarding my flight. While I was going to Customs and baggage claim. Turo found a replacement EV car before I got my bag. I was so happy with the car. My second trip was closer to home. I don't think I will ever go back to the rental companies ever again.

It was pretty easy picking up the car late at night in Lihue. It ran good and was clean. Gas mileage was good because fuel is very expensive in the islands. The host did a wonderful job and was very helpful. The drop off was just as easy once I found the parking lot. The price was right and I took my own pics of the car before and after for my own peace of mind. Thank you Turo, so so much easier than going through the rental car agent.

Ridiculously easy process. I spent less than I would have with a traditional rental agency, but also selected an older model vehicle to do so. I was able to skip the rental line and pickup was a breeze. The car owner was very responsive which was helpful as it was my Turo effort. I would not hesitate to rent thru Turo again.

I rented a car and got a flat tire within less than a mile of driving. It was late at night and we were stranded in the side of the road with kids. I could not reach the host until the next morning. He rented a new car to me, but I never got a full refund from the first rental. He promised me it was coming and it never came.

I control the specs to meet what I feel best supports my travel or personal use. The options are vast and the no haggle platform is more than ideal.

It’s the worst experience ever. Don’t use this app! They will take your money!! They won’t give any explanation and give a false statement!!! Never I will use this again!! Please don’t use this app! They give you a headache, and they never justify it, tell you how they are doing! In 1 day they already know the price of something! Make a favor to yourself, don’t use it.

The pick up and drop off take a little bit of a learning curve but now I will never rent from the major car rental services again. No counter wait time with Turo. The car was clean, and the instructions were clear for pick up and drop off. The guy that we rented from checked in and offered his help multiple times if we'd needed it. Great trip.

The price made renting a very nice convertible Ford Mustang affordable for us at only $50 per day. We heard that having a car dropped off and picked up is an option, and will be looking into this for the next rental we get through Turo. Picking up the car myself was ok, but it got a little convoluted upon return. Luckily I wasn't in a hurry, and the delay only cost me an extra $10 for my one mile Uber ride back to my hotel. All in all the app works great, and I will definitely be using Turo again in the future!

Michael was super helpful and made the process easy. His Jeep Wrangler was just as described and he was super responsive. From arrival to departure all of the steps were clear and easy. Having only one Turo shuttle from the Kauai airport seems like not enough. We waited over 45 minutes for one when we arrived and it was full in seconds. I had to call an Uber to get us to the lot from the airport.

Tiffany is awesome. She provided step by step instructions to attain the vehicle. The car was clean and washed. I’m very pleased with Turo system. I’m going to refer all my friends of your services. My rental out of state was absolutely amazing JV Fleet, LLC Took care of me. From pick up to drop off. Left me treats upon my arrival into town. Provided white glove customer service. They provided me details instructions which came in handy picking up at airport. Response was quick, car was spotless. I just loved the entire experience.

Your company had me pay for something I didn’t twice for a cigarette and the tire at. I made the claim first. I don’t appreciate and want my funds back. I don’t like the service and some of the vehicles. I will not be charged for nothing I have done.

Booking is always so easy; communication is very fast and efficient. It is so much easier than renting through companies at airports. No hidden fees, it's a one payment done deal. I highly recommend booking through Turo, you have plenty of selections and the cost is way more affordable than other companies. You just have to do your research, as some vehicles have a limit on mileage, after you go over the mileage you pay per mile. Which is not too bad..

Patrick was wonderful! He picked us up at the airport and dropped us back off right at our airline gate. He answered all my texts regarding things to do, where to eat, etc. He made things very easy! Even gave us a couple bottles of water and a few $$ to help get us out of the airport parking lot.

The back seat of our rental had a manufacturer's defect /warranty and wasn’t able to be used /put back into position and the owner made a claim against us. He said it was in the Turo contract. If something stops working without be physically broken, I can’t believe the end user is responsible.

My host claimed that I smoked in the car when I did not. They intentionally waited for my review, then sent in false pictures to get an extra $150 for damages. Turo took their word for it, charged me and now I am fighting it, but I've called 3 days straight without a response. I will never use Turo again, and I am telling everyone I know to never use it.

I own 5 Mercedes Benz, and will always rent a Mercedes Benz when traveling. The car was clean and had good gas mileage to get around town...Will use Turo again! First two cars canceled for two different reasons, the car we ended up with was fine. Should have a balance coming back to me because the car we rented was a lower price by close to Three hundred. Hopeful this issue we get resolved! I will use Turo in the future for my rental needs.

My Turo experience was the best. I arrived at midnight at the Airport and the car I booked was ready to go. Thanks to Miguel. No hassle of a 1-2 hour line wait at the other rental institutions. Then a 400 deposit holding plus an unnecessary credit check. I was in the car within minutes. The return was super fast. I had kids with me so I was delighted to have a great experience.

It would be nice to have more unlimited miles and at least 800 mile cars available because sometimes people don’t have the extra to pay if they go over the miles for the car they rent. We all feel it’s easier for a lot of people to get a car with mainly unlimited miles.

The car was super clean and the communication was exceptional. The car ran well, was easy to locate. All in all it was an awesome experience. We rent cars by the month, usually at least three times a year and Turo is by far the best value. There’s always a lot of cars to choose from and very easy to navigate the app. I wish we had Turo in Costa Rica where cars rent for $100 a day.
