I would definitely recommend renting off Turo, you don’t have to go through the hassle of needing a credit card or a $300 hold plus the amount of the rental, the most easiest and convenient way of renting, on a scale from 10/10 I give it a 10, I will be renting again.

We had another great experience with Turo. We were given an accurate and detailed instructions on where the vehicle was parked. I have told a number of people about Turo. I reached out to the host a few times and he was very responsive. Just booked with Turo for our next trip.

I’m new to Turo, so I’m speaking as a newbie. The sequence for booking the car was a little counterintuitive. But once I played around with it, it became easier to navigate. I had a very good experience with the car owner - communication and patience were greatly appreciated. I also dealt with customer service via phone. The transaction was smooth and the rep was very helpful. Overall,I’m very happy using Turo and would definitely use them again.

Happy with the app, service and car! Incredible first time experience. I am bias, I enjoy cars and have since I was young! I can’t wait to rent another car with Turo! I will probably rent another Porsche, as I want to purchase one in the future. I enjoyed the selection in vehicle. I’ve saved a few for the next time I rent.

I contacted Turo at least 5 times in regards to numerous issues with my rental (extreme lateness, cleanliness, smell and no gas in the car) - the first rep stated they would factor in the discount and resolve the issue. Over the time frame that didn’t happen. Despite the host offering 15% off the final rental price but nothing to as done. I eventually was offered $50 which is literally an insult for the time frame. I typically rent my cars from Enterprise but after this experience I’m going to consider going back.

Absolutely loved using Turo for my recent trip. Eric was very good at communicating & the process getting & returning the vehicle was a breeze. Even sent pictures of directions to find the car & where to return it. Definitely would book with him again for future trips in Chicago.

Turo has been a Godsend for me. I've had nothing but wonderful hosts that have been so communicative and helpful. The Turo app is very easy to use and I've had no issues finding what I need. Also, I love the convenience of being able to book last minute (which happens often).

Vehicle was already in a warning. The host reach out telling me his vehicle was making noise when it already was making noise when I took off with the vehicle. After drop off he try to tell me he just paid out of pocket to the mechanic. How is that. I just left. You then lie to customers service about a receipt for a charge of a water cleaning in the seat. Never again. Host was horrible. $177.36.

Had an excellent experience renting this vehicle, everyone was very helpful and explained all the different parts and extras on the vehicle in case I wanted to connect my phone. Upon return everything went smooth and will definitely recommend to others! If you’re looking for a great person to rent from I highly recommend these guys. I’m not even from the Virginia area but the directions were on point and very easy to find.

The owner to the vehicle we rented was very Friendly, communication was the Best. Highly Recommend her and the Car was just like the photos. Thank you Turo greatly appreciated. I had a pleasant experience. The host was very nice and accommodating. The car drove well and got me where I needed to go. It also got good gas mileage. I will be using Turo on any future trips I take and even when I'm at home and need to go out of town.

Our first time using this app for renting a vehicle on a family vacation. The experience is so different than renting a car rental from an agency. The Host from beginning to end was outstanding through all forms of communication. No waiting in line to have a vehicle selected, because in advance you already know what kind of vehicle you have rented and not receiving something similar. The ease of pickup and returning of vehicle is by far easier than a car rental place. I will definitely choose using Turo as our vehicle rental when going on vacation.

We had a fantastic experience with our latest trip! The car was easy to find and directions were very clear on next steps! I felt as though the experience was great overall due to the directions, communication about the rental process, and reminders to reach out if I needed anything or had questions.

Renting through Turo was so easy and cheaper than other rental cars. We enjoyed the car we rented, it was clean, and ran great. The car owner was nice and accommodating. We will definitely be recommending Turo to others in the future, as well as continuing to use it ourselves.

Good to have a reasonable vehicle that was clean, and although older, got the job done! Traditional rental car companies don't let you know what you are going to get. We needed space for 7 and were happy to ensure we would have it in this vehicle. It's a little older but gets the job done!

It’s been great using Turo as a rental service. Has always been professional. Has always been prompt, on time and have answer most questions. Has always been available to respond and have had competitive rates. Turo has always reached out to see how things are going with the rental also. The host has really been easy to work with and if there are any problems they’ve always taken care of the customer. When have any relationship with the customers it has been outstanding.

Renting Hamza’s Ford Fusion was a breeze. Easy pickup and return. It was very easy to find and ride the shuttle to the parking lot where the car was located. Great gas mileage with this beautiful hybrid car. Very clean and well maintained. I would gladly rent from Hamza again!

This was a great car and the owner made it an easy process. Best rental yet! Clean and full of gas. Car ran great and had all of the options. I would recommend this car, service and owner to family and friends. Just remember to fill up with premium gas but it's well worth it.

Fantastic way to get a car!! Knew right where to find it at RSW thanks to all the info from Curtis. Nice to “test drive” a vehicle; I may be interested in buying a similar model in a few month's time. Dropped it off in basically the same place I originally picked it. This whole thing was first mentioned by my daughter who apparently has used it on her various business trips.

Liked the ease of use. Website works great. Fees are only thing I thought were somewhat high. Overall the experience was good and great car selections. The availability of vehicles and times are awesome. Should be more clear for the gas fill charge options. Really would like more disclosure on tracking of vehicle. Like as if they are being tracked per host. Vehicle being tracked was supposed to be disclosed but not disclosed on this vehicle that I could find. My child seen it show up on his phone while in car asked questions. Not much of a worry but just a little strange.

The car was nice, very clean, the gas tank was full, and the hosts were sweet, very helpful, and everything went fine without a hitch. I would definitely rent from them again! Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The Turo daily price is pretty high, in my opinion.

I was somewhat skeptical of using Turo, but talked to some friends and said they had a great experience so we decided to give it a try. My friends were right. It was a great experience start to finish. It was very easy to communicate the arrangements. The truck was excellent. Will do it again.

The host was great and reasonable to accommodate me because of the error Turo made by having it as if I was already in progress on the trip and even was ok with me running late. She was understanding. I’m now being charged and even she said I shouldn’t have been. I was told almost a week ago I would receive a call back from Turo and have yet to.

Dissatisfied 1st time GUEST w Turo in-app and desktop online website versions due to lack or none there of guest benefits and offers but mostly unclear additional fees, emphasizing the lack of transparency and difficulty in seeking clarification from Turo. I felt negatively impacted, particularly when renting a car locally on short notice.

This app is a great experience and a helpful one to have if you are suddenly left without a vehicle. Great people and great cars on here also and at a very decent price for anybody that needs good service. Would love to see more cars available on the app and a wider range of vehicles.

I just want to let you know that I found the Turo customer service to be less than ideal. I am a professional and needed to work. I wanted my wife to pick up the car. She became a driver with an account but could not switch the reservation without canceling. I ended up working around it but found the ability to make changes harder than it needed to be.

I’ve rented from my favorite Turo host 3 different times. He’s a very good host. He responds quickly and always one message away when you need assistance. My first experience was back in November, she was also a good host!! I love turo. Easy rental, easy pickup, no hassle. Always my go to when I have to take a trip.

The entire experience was excellent as always. Due to a Flight cancellation, I required an extra day. Jefferson was very accommodating and easily made that happen. Vehicle is always delivered on time and in great condition. The price is eco for the quality of vehicles avail with a very good selection. Would highly recommend renting with Jefferson.

I rented two vehicles and by third one the trip charges were the same as the car I was renting. It was like paying for two. I wish there was a standard trip charge without constantly changing the trip charges or at least give a discount on the 3 rental.

I liked the wide range of vehicles and best processes in market. The condition of the GMC Yukon XL I drove was at its best. I drove up to Yosemite and the I wouldn’t have done that smooth ride if it was not for the this specific vehicle. I will make sure to use TURO every time I need a rental. I truly recommend this to others.

The host was real nice with all the questions I had for being a first-time user. The car was beautiful. It was a smooth trip for us. The communication with the host was smooth. I love the accommodation they made due to minor emergency that came up. I will using the app again and the host we planned with.

I was grossly overcharged for a rental. It should have been 32.00 a day and I was charged 59.00. Turo refers he to the host, the host tells me I need to talk to Turo, between them nothing happens and I get screwed. I wouldn’t have paid 59.00 for that car ever. Hope word of mouth advertising is not what is depended on because you won’t get anything higher than a 0-zero from me.

Everything went well. I should have looked more closely at the fee structure. My rental was charged per day, which was the initial quote. But then added on a per-mile charge that ultimately increased the final cost by 60%. This made my trip hundreds of dollars more expensive than the traditional rental companies like Budget and Enterprise.

Great efficiency and excellent service. The host was great at communication and very flexible. Having a car with plenty of room for two of us was great. We could be independent with our own transportation. I would recommend Turo to family and friends. Definitely cheaper than rental car companies. Thanks so much!!!

I enjoyed the vehicle through out reservation…I had the car for at least a month. The price is getting outrageous and becoming to expensive. $800 for 12 days is crazy to me and the car was only $30 a day. I wish it would be a little bit more cheaper.

Fantastic first-time experience. Desert ** had Excellent communication and was always so quick to respond. The car was 3 steps up from what is typical rental at a large agency and the price was half of that. 10/10 would recommend Desert ** in Phoenix area and Turo in general!

No more waiting in long lines at the rental agencies and going thru the upsells! This is Magic. I am converted to a loyal Turo customer. Thanks mainly in part to the excellent service from GAR whom I rented my car. The communication was on point. The car was clean, fueled up and reliable.

The discount and the cars near from me. The cars are good and very cheap. The Turo app are easy to find the car and a lot of choices, the host are very responsive for questions and easy to make the deal. The cars are very clean and very maintan, nice to drive, I really appreciate the Turo app. It helps a lot for me.

We really enjoyed the size and comfort of the Chevrolet Suburban. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. The vehicle performed well during the icy winter conditions throughout the trip. The allocated 1,000 miles was enough to get us to our destination and travel around the area for our activities. I would rent this vehicle again if in the area of Denver, CO.

Just wanted to say that I am very pleased with Turo with the experiences I have had. There have been a couple of hiccups along the way, namely with check-ins at times, but overall, the experiences have been very good. The hosts have been very helpful when needed as well. I do have a suggestion. If one rents from a host more than once, they only have to upload the license/selfie picture the initial time. I am not sure why each time you rent from the same host this has to be done. I am glad it can be done before the trip begins, but still, it's an extra step that does not need to be repeated each time you might rent from the same host. Also it would be nice to have more discounts available for us frequent renters. Overall, though, Turo is a great service!

I had a great experience with the vehicle, the app. Everything was great. Until I got a notification stating there was damage to the vehicle that was supposedly done by my party. In fact the damage was there prior to us receiving the vehicle. The arm rest was up. When we lowered it to use it, it was damaged and unfortunately we couldn't put it back up.

Turo is the best. I would recommend to anyone looking to rent and I will be using anytime I travel anywhere. My host was incredible as well. I am so glad I found this service as opposed to enterprise or other ones like it. It's much easier to use and definitely much cheaper.

Made renting a car at the airport superior to waiting for a shuttle to take you to a far away lot waiting in line and hoping you get what you ordered. Car is located right in parking garage and ready and easy to pick up and drop off. I will always search Turo before using another car rental again.

I enjoy the help in renting from Turo. Some cars are not listed correctly as far as suspension wise but they run and work so not too much of a issue. But this is very convenient for me. So once again thank you turo. It's really been helpful since my car got hit.

Awesommmme, it was a great experience and great communication. Easy access to the vehicle. It was really a blessing to me and my family to make this very successful and make the kids very very very happy. Also very nice vehicle, makes me think about trying to get one. Very consist comforters, the kids really loved it and so did I.

I actually wanted to put 4.5 stars, since the driver doesn't seem too interested in picking up the spare key off me.... Also they didn't give me a good review despite buying them a replacement key. :/ Regardless, experience was good overall and they dropped the car off at my home. It was easy to extend the reservation for an additional amount of hours/days.

Great app!! Easy to use! Contactless Pick up and drop off went smooth!! The car was super clean and fun to drive!! Definitely would recommend trying out!! I prefer this app over conventional rental car place!! Much better selection of cars! You can choose exactly what vehicle you want to make your trip that much more enjoyable!

My trip was canceled by the original host the day I was supposed to pick the vehicle up. Turo, rescheduled me with another host with a 3 hour window. That host usually requires a 48 hour notice for renting his vehicle, so he had to cancel as well. I may need another rental next week, but I'm a little hesitant after this past experience.

I flew out for vacation recently, and it was my first time being somewhere without my own car in probably 20 years. I use apps to stay in people's homes, so I figured why not try out one to use someone's car instead of renting from the "big" companies. Everything was really smooth from start to finish. There was a great selection of vehicles, it was really easy to know if the car I wanted was available for my trip or not, and communication from my host was awesome. I would definitely use Turo again on my future trips when I find myself without a car.

We rented a newer suv, Kia Telluride, for substantially less than any of the big companies. The downside, the vehicle did need some maintenance and relying on the renter to clean the vehicle is a little odd. I don’t clean my hotel room, restaurant table, or Airbnb upon departure. Other than that I will use Turo again.

Efficient and good value. The times I called customer service they were available. The owner was very responsive to our texts. We called hi as soon as we landed in Phoenix because the app was not showing the exact location of the car. That’s the only thing that was confusing and it was a good thing the owner answered his phone.

Paula was awesome to rent from. The price was fair and she gave accurate description of her van. Our family of 6 were comfortable for our self guided tours on Oahu. A friend recommended Turo and I was hesitant. It was my first Turo rental. I’ll use Turo again and recommend it to friends!

This trip was okay but after I was charged a smoking fee I was really upset. My host took pictures under the seat after to make it look like somebody was smoking but if you look at the pictures he took before giving it to me he never took any of those pictures so it really has me thinking that they are trying to charge me for no reason when I don’t even smoke.

The APP is well structured and easy to use. The return was also very easy, with no unexpected issues or problems. This was my first time using this APP and I was very pleased with the speed and practicality of its platform. They are to be congratulated.

My experience was fantastic. My host Igor was responsive and clear, answering all my questions. The car I used was as described and more beautiful and clean in person than in the photos. I enjoyed driving such a nice car and felt that it was in perfect mechanical condition. I had no issues with my trip and will gladly book again.

The van was very dependable and really helped on our trip to Colorado. The van was clean when we picked it up. With three rows of seats, we were able to travel with our kids and grandkids. Toyota Sienna vans are comfortable and reliable. The van was an older model, but a classic one. We appreciated the hands free sliding doors on each side. We also appreciated the button to close the rear door. It was cold when we were in Colorado. I was concerned, but the van operated very well.

The Owner responded quickly to all of my many questions. The van ran great, it was clean, and the owner was accommodating to taking out the back seat if necessary. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone who needed it. I have no complaints, only positive things to say. Thank you.

I used Turo for the first time thinking that it would be a cost friendlier option than renting a car. I was charged a $150 cleaning fee after the fact which was basically the equivalent of the entire rental. Waste of time. Will never use or recommend Turo again. I feel like I was duped.

Car rented, as described. Easy find and return at DIA parking lot. Car ran great and was perfect for Colorado roads in the Winter. We will definitely use Turo again. Turo website is easy to use. They offer many filters to be able to find the exact car for our specific needs (for busy, vacation, etc).

After returning the vehicle I rented in the same condition I received it in and being checked in, receiving a good review and offered a 15% discount on a future rental. I was sent an invoice for $500 for damage to the rear bumper. Owner said I must have jackknifed a trailer! I do NOT own a trailer, did NOT tow a trailer nor did I hit anything while renting his vehicle! The place I picked up & returned the vehicle to is a very small parking lot with a bunch of businesses that have trailers, boats, forklifts, all kinds of things that could maybe have been the cause? The before pictures uploaded to my trip profile did NOT show this one little part of the bumper and I did not take one either. I did take pictures of some other scratches and stuff on the doors and such. I didn't really go to the rear of the vehicle as I had no need to. So I don't know if this was there previously or not.

The truck was clean and ran well. The host was very nice and communicates well. He responds to messages fast. He made sure that pick up went smooth and provided his number for emergencies. Due to my schedule I needed to pick it up earlier, he really helped my trip go well.

This was my first Turo rental, and it was a positive experience. The Lexus was new and very clean. The host and co host were very professional, always responded very quickly. I was very impressed. I would rent from them again. Turo had the perfect drop off and pick locations.

Every year our family enjoys going up to the mountains to snowboard. Sadly, our SUV is only 2WD, and for the past couple of years we've rented trucks or larger SUVs that can handle the snowy conditions that require a 4WD or AWD vehicle and ideally with snow tires. However, the search criteria of most rental companies have removed the 4WD option and we've been disappointed with not getting what we need before our trips. As a result I decided to give Turo a try and was happy to see that a 4WD option was one in it's search/filter criteria and I was able to find the perfect truck with a canopy for our boards, luggage and gear. The truck was amazing at handling the snowy conditions and provided me with confidence in navigating the slick roads and in using Turo again for future rentals. The right car (truck) for the trip we needed, and all handled easily and via the app. Thanks!

This was my first experience renting a vehicle with Turo, but certainly will not be my last. From start to finish, Turo's rental procedures were easy to follow and resulted in an extremely smooth process. Without a doubt, I will use Turo again. I rented Chris’s car for a week while visiting Palm Springs in January. Chris was detailed in requesting photos before renting his car. The car was very clean. We needed to leave a day earlier than expected due to medical needs. Chris was very understanding. On return of the vehicle, I needed to fill gas tank & take photos again. Chris was very cordial. This was our first time using Turo. I will continue using Turo as Chris made the process so easy.

This car was excellent, and was exactly as described. The host, Dor, gave us clear instructions on where to pick up the car and everything we needed to know to make our trip as easy and convenient as possible. I would recommend him highly. The car also had plenty of room for two sets of golf clubs, and two suitcases.

My family and I had a great experience with Daniela, and her rental. We had a long trip and she made sure the vehicle was in perfect condition to travel out of state. Check-in and check-out was easy and she was on time. I would highly recommend her for a safe trip. I would definitely recommend Daniela.

I was reluctant at 1st but glad I reserved through Turo. I received a better option for my trip for less than any major rental companies! The Process was super easy. All questions and info were answered in a timely manner. I will definitely reserve through Turo next time I am in need of a rental.

The entire process was painless. I even lost my debit card and had to grab a new temporary card to pay the fees after drop off. It took an extra 48 hours but it was still an amazing experience. The car was top notch and they’re amazing people to work with!

The 3 cars I have rented in the pass few days all was perfect. The cars ran great and communication was great. They all made sure everything went smooth during the exchange I enjoy this company and the service and would recommend it to anybody that’s in need the pickups are very convenient.

My trip was good, enjoyed using Turo. I was able to have a reliable vehicle for my trip, and I do plan on using them again. The only issue is I wish their mileage was a little more for the trip. The customer service was great and friendly. He also helped me to set my trip time and return time.

It was a great vehicle with excellent customer service by the owner, I will definitely rent it again. The vehicle was nice and clean and with excellent gas, mileage and smooth driving. It was parked in a very convenient location right next to my hotel and very close to the airport.

Picking a vehicle is already fun! The Jeep owner provided the flexibility for me to pick up his jeep. My boy and all my family enjoyed the driving at Red Rock Canyon and Magic Rocks and had a great and good price NOT at the strips. Super like the experience driving in Vegas!

This was my very first trip with Turo....Needless to say I was very hesitant about the app but I needed to make a decision to get a car and I did. I was very impress with the Host (Ryan). The car was exactly what he stated it would be and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I didn't have any problems at all and it was very easy to pick up and drop off. It was a no contact operation. I have referred my friends and relatives to this app and I love it. I will be doing it again.

The only thing I didn’t like was the customer service. I had an issue adding a driver and I had to call 3 times to get help. The first person gave me an attitude. Didn’t even want to help me. The last person was wonderful. It took long but she was really trying. The owner of the van was great and that part was excellent.

Rose was a very conscientious host who took the time to explain about the vehicle. The vehicle was very clean when picked up and surpassed my expectations during my trip. Would highly recommend her to anyone planning to use Turo to book a rental. Overall it was a very satisfying experience to have Shane and Rose as hosts.

Turo makes renting a vehicle so stress free. Very easy to navigate the app. I will continue to use Turo for all my future vehicle rentals. I am quite impressed with the wide variety of vehicles to choose from, and the daily rental rates are very reasonable in my opinion. I booked a 2023 Dodge Challenger during my trip to Florida, and have already the same car again for my next trip to Florida in March! I'm so glad I found the Turo app, and I do, and will continue to recommend the Turo app to anyone I know who may need a rental car in the near and far future!

This is a really good way to find a car in your area at good prices. The taxes are killer but overall I’m still using it until I get a car. The owners are nice and will work with you and the cars are worth it. Be mindful to check the vehicle before pulling off and take plenty of pictures before starting your ride.

The vehicle was older (2015) but in excellent shape and clean. Michael brought it to the airport and locked the key in the lockbox. Communication was timely. When I do this again, I now know and expect similar services. Happy with experience in Billings, MT and will try Turo again!

The car is brand new that’s why the price is quite high compare to other car. But we had a great experiences. The pick up and return process was very efficient. We will have Turo service again in our next trip since the host will give us 10% discount. Thank you!

Very nice car. Was clean and was parked right where he said it would be and easy to get out of parking garage. Communication was great and had no issues with the rental. Will use again. This was my first time using Turo. Great fuel economy. Was easy to return with no issues.

I would say the car was great! But need to talk With someone about the advertised day rate.... And the final bill. Big difference between what I Was told by the host, and what was charged to my card!!!! Please call ASAP. I will be calling my credit card Company for a dispute on the bill.

Everything was super convenient and stress free. This was my first time using Turo and flying into the Atlanta airport. Stratton gave clear instructions for pick up and had the car in perfect condition and ready to go. It was really nice having such a luxury vehicle for such a reasonable cost. I will definitely continue to use Turo and hope to enjoy Stratton's Range Rover if I'm ever in Atlanta again!

I needed a car quickly to go to my grandmother’s funeral. Being though as I don’t have my own personal car yet, I rent from Turo. Thankfully, I was able to get a car within a couple days to use for that purpose. I’m also using Turo to test drive different to help me choose what car I want. The booking was easy, the exchange was easy, everything was easy, and that’s why I keep using Turo.

Everything was super easy and the app is so user-friendly that anybody can do it. Everything was clearly explained. There was no trace of a doubt when renting with Turo. Rented this vehicle for the Christmas holidays... Absolutely nice ride!! & One of the best host anyone could ever hope for.... I had the car for around 5 days at a very reasonable rate... We rented a car on Kauai and on Hawaii both cars were excellent and the hosts were prompt in responding and very helpful. A rental at the airport was $200/day. With Turo only $59/day for a new 2023 car that was clean and in perfect condition. Will definitely use Turo again.

This app is super useful and reliable when needed. I’m currently without a car and renting from this app is a lot cheaper than a rental company. No down payment, the hosts are friendly and responsive, and easy communication. I will continue to use this app, maybe even after I get my own car, simply for the convenience.

After first having my trip cancelled two days before my reservation that had been booked for 45 days. I was giving the option to a smaller reservation vehicle which made my trip very cramped and uncomfortable. I returned vehicle in great condition with a wash and clean and was charged a smoking fee because of the lighter I use to burn my candles. A lighter that was also used for our camping needs while on vacation. I’m so frustrated with this and I need someone to help me look into this matter!

Once we figured out what we were doing, it was really easy. It was our first time, so we didn’t know what to expect. We save hundreds of dollars going this route though. The owner responded right away when I had a question. We ended up flying out earlier so it was easy to return vehicle earlier too.

Michael was a very communicative host. He made sure to answer any question I had and made the entire process smooth and easy. His car was very clean and was very good on gas. His instructions were very clear on how to locate and unlock the car before use. I definitely will rent from him again.

I’ve rented 2xs so far with Tiuro & it’s been a great experience both times. I’d recommend this service to anyone who is traveling & would like to save a little money, & travel time with airport pickup & drop-off. Turo brings a fantastic value with convenient payment options to fit any budget. Insurance as well as road side assistance is reasonable with 3 tiers for a fee offered. All in all, Turo has been an incredible value, convenient to use, & given me peace of mind while traveling with family or solo.

Love that you pick your own make and model of vehicle - many more offerings than the traditional rental car companies. No lines - walk directly to the vehicle! I have the best time with this rental. Everything was perfect. My only subject I'm not happy was with the protection plan I can add after with Turo. I still believe this service needs to be updated when the renter wants to add it. But for my rental, the car and the delivery by the owner I give him 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Process was easy… Value is the only lacking factor..When fees cost the same as the car rental price that’s a bit much… It’s more than double of a rental car. I think if fee were maybe HALF of the price you would get a LOT more business

They greet you and tell you about the vehicle plus showed me features about the vehicle. They had detailed pictures of the vehicle to ensure safety and to make sure it was in regulation for the road. A bonus is being able to drive the toll roads with the toll pass. Helps avoid a lot of traffic. It was a terrific experience and hope to rent again someday

TURO was a great option to use during my Las Vegas Trip. The owner dropped off the car to my Hotel and picked it up when I was done. Easier than rental cars from the airport. My first selection was cancelled based on maintenance and they contacted me to help find a replacement. They covered the cost difference and went above to help. I will definitely recommend TURO and be using them in the future.

Not only did the car I rented exceed expectations, but my host, Carlos, truly went above and beyond for me. He was accommodating and easily reachable. When I was in a pinch, he guided me towards making sure everything was fine - which it was. I had to extend my trip a couple times and Carlos made the changes hassle free. Would highly recommend.

Booked TURO 6 months in advance. Sent my friend who was to be a co-driver to be added as a driver message through TURO app. He completed all the steps and we have proof that he got added as an additional driver but even after showing proofs customer service won’t take those proofs and they keep on saying that he was not approved as a driver. There was this small dent while backing up.

Awful customer service.. charged me with a fraudulent charges.. nothing was authorized or approved and I will be reporting you to the BBB.. had to fight with the bank to dispute the charge.. and no one has responded or called me back in regards to the 1500 charge on my account...

Instructions on where to pick up the vehicle and what to do is very precise. The car was in excellent condition, we had no issues or concerns. Instructions on the expectations of returning the car was also clear and precise and we complied and returned the vehicle as received. This was our first time using Turo and we will do it again.

Easy pickup and drop off at SFO long term parking. Car was new and well maintained. Owner was able to lock and unlock with an app, which made it that much easier. Prices were very reasonable, especially when compared to a traditional rental.

Had a great rental through Turo. The only thing I would like to see is more cost transparency when searching for a vehicle. I had one vehicle rented, but realized I needed more space, so I went looking for a larger vehicle. I found one that appeared to be about the same price as the smaller. I cancelled the smaller and reserved the larger. At checkout, after all the fees, taxes and insurance, I went from a $750 rental to $1150 rental. I may not have done it if I knew this cost difference upfront.

It was a great experience renting the Tesla model Y. The only snag is that the car was a $35 each way Uber ride. We liked the EV and the host who was great! He was very accommodating, polite and helpful. I like to rent the car of my choice rather than have to be told what can rent with a Hertz or Budget.

My first experience with Turo was great! Going through the process to rent the vehicle was relatively hassle and worry free. Obviously with trying anything new out there is some trepidation, but once we found the vehicle at the airport and took off it was a breeze - returning it the same way - locked the key up and walked away. I will certainly use Turo again!

The rental car worked great, and the owner was cordial. I loved the blind-spot warning triangles on the side view mirrors. I even learned how to use the iPhone Map app on this car instead of using the GPS. The car was clean, and the owner's manual came with it. The only thing that would make the experience better is if the owner had contacted me in advance. I left the owner voicemail 2 weeks in advance, but I didn't get a response. The owner had in fact sent me an Email, on the day of my departure when I didn't have time to read it. It would be nice to have rental confirmation mid-way between the payment and the pick-up.

The experience was good. The host was excellent as well as the car. I would rent from this host again. Willie emailed me a tutorial for the car. When I picked the car up he explained the car in detail and I went on my way. Return went well. I contacted Willie and requested I turn the car in a couple hours early. He responded immediately and said it was not a problem. I made sure the car was clean and in good shape when I gave the car back to the host. I like that I can search a particular type of car on the website. The website is very user friendly. I was concerned about how the insurance works will a turo rental. I chose the best insurance plan that has a zero out of pocket deductible.

Great experience all around. Car was very clean and no smells. Acceleration was very good. She was on time and informative. She was very helpful shuttling us to the terminal. I will definitely use this car the next time. This is the second Turo rental and both were excellent experience.

Very good owner communication throughout the process. Very detailed pick up and drop off instructions with pictures and very timely messaging. Vehicle was clean and fueled. A few minor issues to be fixed (i.e. wiper blades smeared windows) but a very good experience overall. Would rent from again if in Denver.

Renting was easy and the price was great. Would definitely do it again. The car was extremely clean and the Host was very good at communicating what I needed to do all the time and was always checking on me to make things were good. The check-in and check-out were easy and having a choice of cars and pick-up and drop off locations was really nice and made it super convenient.

I had never rented a car through TURO before, but rent from a big name rental company almost every other week. I was initially skeptical, but I really need a 4WD vehicle with aggressive Snow tires for my trip up into the Rocky Mountains in Colorado. I couldn't even come close to the price that TURO was charging for the same type of vehicle with the major rental company. So I took a chance and booked it. I was glad that I did. The rental was great with only a couple of minor issues that I let the vehicle owners know about so that they could get corrected. I will definitely plan to rent through TURO again.

App was smooth to use. Less hassle than airport car rentals. There were a lot of hidden fees so I was surprised by the end total but I guess that’s unavoidable. The car was in great shape and the owner was friendly and communicative. Have and will continue recommending Turo to friends for their car rental needs!

It was awesome and easy! We were really pleased. The car was clean, ran well and exactly as described. The person we rented from was very friendly and responded quickly to ask of our questions. It was right where he said it would be and ready for us to drop off.

Robert was always helpful and answered all texts. Even helped me get my wallet back that I left in his car and was understanding about my car being in the shop and having to extend the rental. One of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Treated me as if he had known me for years.

Host was very helpful and rescheduled due to a maintenance item on another vehicle but got me upgraded to suit my needs on the trip. Good communication and very helpful. Was 2nd trip with him and will do more in future. Check in and check out was really easy and did a good job of describing where to get vehicle at.

The rental was great, I really loved it. I think the only issue I had was that my other reservation got cancelled and I quickly looked for another one but the accuracy of finding a new one was so spotted on. Also, the pickup location should be revised, I believe we should have one spot where we can pick up Turo's cars. But otherwise it is a Great app.

I must say Karra is an amazing host. Understanding and jump on any situation. I left my work tablet in a vehicle I had to exchange and she and her husband was so understanding about it, I was able to go get it without any hassle. Great response time and wonderful vehicles. I must say I’ll definitely be renting again from them.

Choosing the vehicle and choosing the date and times of rental was very easy to set up and complete. The vehicle pick up was ultra smooth. We ended up needing to extend the time of our rental a couple of times and they were all very smooth. Drop off of vehicle was also a simple experience. This was our 2nd time using a Turo and it was a great experience both times. Much easier than dealing with traditional car rental places.

The car smelled a little weird and the power outlet didn’t work so it did suck not being able to charge my phone in the car. Overall, the car was fine. It drove, and got me from A to B. Picking up the car and dropping it off was easy, and communicating with the host was easy.

The Turo app is fantastic and very easy to use. Our host, Chris couldn't have been better at responding when we had questions, and he gave us lots of useful information that we didn't even ask for but we had you need of. That's what I call service! Anticipating your customer's needs and meeting them proactively! The Caravan was in great shape and very clean as advertised. I reserved a car and when I went to pick it up they discovered that it was not able to be rented out due to have mechanical issues. I was told they would change it out for a different car for same fee. Owner agreed and off I went to discover Turo, decided to upcharge me anyway. Has been 3 days messaging back and forth with the owner of car and him with the platform and I am still short of money returned.

I recently hired a Mercedes convertible in Jacksonville, FL. My overall experience was not great. I thought the communication was excellent. However, I felt the car was not as described. It wasn’t filthy dirty, but it wasn’t recently cleaned either. The convertible top never worked. The owner sent us a video about jiggling something in the back to get it to work, but that fix didn’t work. To be honest, we shouldn’t have had to jiggle something to get it to work. It should just work. There was a gash in the back tire and the tire pressure was always low - not flat - but that tire the check pressure light always came on. The back headrests kept automatically randomly going up and down adjusting itself during the whole ride. The car itself was not in the condition as described in the Turo app.

All of the cars were great. Gas was in them and they were ready on time. I raked euro at 100. The holes were very helpful. The location was fairly close so I can’t complain about anything. There’s only one complaint that I have. If on the app it says you have a 600 mile race Dan inside the at once this book is saying you have a 200 mile radius or you will be charged anything after 200. I just don’t think that’s fair but other than that everything else is great.

Everything went wonderful! Sam had our car ready as promised and we had a wonderful trip. At first we were nervous about the size since I have a large SUV back home, but the Mazda CX-50 was very spacious, held all of our large suitcases and was great on gas! We will definitely rent from Sam again next time we are in Colorado!

Turo is a great program, making affordable vehicle rentals possible!! We found just the vehicle we needed at about half the price of a standard car rental agency! The owner was friendly and totally helpful, so we felt like we were helped by a friend to make our travel plans come true!

The process was seamless and the car described on the website was exactly as it was advertised. There are no tricks or misrepresentations. What was advertised was what I received. While there some rental companies that don’t execute on their objective, my experience indicates that Turo is the a top tier operation.

Turo has been a game changer for our family - we use rentals for the occasional weekend trip around LA or to go further afield. We love the convenience, range of cars and simplicity of it. I like that I can pick up a car at 6am and return it late at night if we need to. Turo makes it easy to communicate with the owner and troubleshooting is an absolute breeze (we had a chip in the window early into one trip - and it was quickly sorted with the owner via the Turo app). Highly recommend.

I had a great experience renting the car. It was easy, economical and fast. I would definitely do it again. The car was clean and very inexpensive to drive, as it is a hybrid. There was even a phone cradle installed that I found convenient to use. The car was clean and easy to drive. Perfect for LA freeways.

Most of the cars are very used cars and the prices are ridiculously expensive for an old car. I can understand maybe paying little more for a brand new car but not for a 2013 and the trip fee is way too high for my budget. Enterprises doesn't charge nearly as much as Turo.

Host was very friendly and accommodating. However. They seemed unaware that their shocks were completely shot (you get seasick driving Boston streets), and the wipers were so bad I bought Rainx wipes, and was never able to look out the rear window after day 2.

Rental of 2023 Toyota Corolla. Car like new and was very clean and well maintained. Convenient airport location pick up. Vehicle drove well and was economical. Convenient drop off at airport. Host refunded some money for minor inconvenience for location mishap. Otherwise everything went well and host responded to our inquiries. Initial contact with instructions was also helpful.

It’s was best trip. I love use this app. I will rent a car any where I go from this app. I recommend anyone to use it fast and easy. I have meet some friendly people on here. I give the app 10/10. I will use them again. Another thing I like about it is the insurance policy that come with the app. If you can try it out please.

I rented a minivan on Turo. The vehicle was given to us dirty and unsafe. The vehicle had actual garbage in the vehicle and old underwear. It couldn't have been dirtier. I've attached pictures of the vehicle to show the trash in the beginning of the trip that shows how unclean the vehicle was and the underwear under the seat. We removed the trash so we could continue on our trip. The owner provided us an unsafe vehicle that had wipers that didn't work, a rear light turn signal that was broken, a side door that didn't lock, a window that wouldn't close properly, and a windshield that was so scratched from not replacing the wipers. We couldn't see properly through it at night. I brought all of this up to the renter and they told me to fix it and they would reimburse me.

This was simply the best rental car experience we have ever had. Great car! Super quick pick up in parking lot. Absolutely no issues during rental period. This car was very comfortable, very quick and easy to quickly get acclimated to. Drop off was super easy and flexible. Thanks for a great experience!

This is an awesome alternative to traditional car renting companies. Favorite parts are I can always find something in my area (super convenient) and the cars, so far, have been Top notch and CLEAN! Only thing I would change is to have more competitive prices if you rent for multiple days (like a week). Other than that no complaints.

I love Turo. I have used Turo countless times and every time has been excellent. I have a two seater convertible and I like to drive home for Christmas in Texas to be with my parents and children. They live 3 hours apart so I need a car. Also, My husband also uses Turo when he travels out of state for work. I will never rent a car any other way again.

Destiny’s car was exactly what we needed and was a joy to drive - all the pictures were a great look at the Mazda and it did not disappoint! We would certainly rent this vehicle again and Destiny was great to work with. Our trip was smooth and we felt very special everywhere we went. Great gas mileage and all the conveniences with this late model car.

I have never done this. The communication with the owner was easy and the car was great for the price. I picked it up at the economy lot and was driving within 30 minutes of clearing baggage claim. Felt like there were a lot of vehicles to choose from but chose Anthony's because it was luxurious and inexpensive at the same time. Picking his vehicle was a great choice for me. If almost all the Turo owners are like him then I will be back.

I enjoyed my family trip in California, especially renting a beautiful 2024 Lexus TX through Turo. I searched for the best vehicle through Orbitz, Expedia, and Costco.com with mainstream renters, Hertz, Avis, Budget, etc. and the Turo vehicle was the best fit for my family of 5. I rented the vehicle for 11 days and the cost was competitive. The Turo host was very responsive to questions that I had.

Older car but super clean, fit all our needs and easy pick-up and drop-off. Highest recommendation. Great value and we would be happy to rent from Ryan in the future. Because it is an older car, it does not have USB ports so add a lighter adapter to the cords you bring.

The only thing, when I decided to rent it, I thought to pick it up at MGM (selected filter), but I had to go to owner's house. The other things were good. Had wanted to try Turo before but decided to go with one of the major rental companies. Tried a week long trip recently with Turo and was great. Kinda the Uber or rentals, for a comparison. Wide variety of vehicles and prices. Some, I think deliver vehicle to certain points. I had to catch ride to residence to pick up which may be cheaper that way. Will definitely use again.

Vehicle was easy to operate and enabled for a smooth and comfortable journey. The owner was very hospitable and courteous. Although new to hybrids, I was fully briefed on how to operate the vehicle and was able to appreciate the value of such a vehicle. The owner even offered to drop me off which was greatly appreciated. Used Turo one time with no incident. Second time I was charged $154.50 for a pet fee for a service animal. A service dog is NOT considered a pet, and it says so under the Turo terms of service. I provided documentation of service animal and they told me I would be refunded. Money was refunded and then with no notification I was charged another $154.50 by Turo. Wasting more of my time being put on hold by customer service when I call. Even if I am refunded money the shady business tactics and charges to my card without notification have been a huge hassle and could have easily been missed. Will not use Turo again. Just stick with a rental company.

The car was nice and the owner was super sweet. He mentioned airport parking was difficult because of the holiday, so he had the car at an off site lot. I typically use Turo specifically so I can pick up the car in the short term parking at the airport (and offer to obviously pay for it) so it makes it easier to travel with my two little kids and carseats. The lot he chose had a long shuttle process and lost his car for a while so it added a good hour to my journey. But otherwise it was a good rental and he was super responsive.

Her vehicle was perfect for our family and met all of our needs. Melodie was excellent at communicating with us and was available when we had questions. Very reasonably priced for a very nice car, easy pick-up and drop-off, much more convenient than a rental car company. The app on my phone is very easy and convenient to use. My contact responded to questions within minutes of submission of them, and that made me much more confident for a first-time Turo user.

I was so excited to find this alternative to typical car rental services. The airport pickup/drop off was so convenient, and I especially loved being able to choose my exact vehicle beforehand, as well as to see others’ reviews of various vehicles before making my decision. My host was appropriately communicative, and went above and beyond to provide recommendations of things to do in the area.

My host was very good at communicating and answering quickly to all my questions and concerns. The car was clean and in good condition. Seemed like it was well maintained too. The app was very easy to use and would highly recommend it to friends and family. It allowed me to very conveniently get a bigger car when I needed it.

It was easy to use and the host was great and responded quickly. The website was easy to navigate and use. Only did 4 stars because I am waiting for a reimbursement from Turo for a cooler charge. We never had a cooler in the vehicle and Paid for it. Turo has to credit me.

I was introduced to Turo by my partner. Him and I are in the military, Air Force. I’ve taken 2 trips so far (both different owners/rental cars). Both owners were very nice, friendly and trustworthy. They made sure I had everything I needed and I was good to go for trips. The Turo app allowed me to even adjust 1 day shorter when I needed to with a one day refund on the spot. Turo is an overall great company for rentals with amazing owners. I’ve have zero negative comments to make or even think of. Also, can I say, it is very affordable!

The process was outstanding and Robbin was an excellent host and the car was just what I needed for the 5 days I was there. The car was clean and very well maintained. My communication with Robbin was very needed since it was my first time using Turo and she helped me every step of the way.

We had a perfect experience renting a van for our family vacation of 10 people to Disneyland. The process was easy, the owner of the van was very responsive, and the vehicle that we rented was perfect for the situation. We drove over 1600 miles without a single problem and we will return to use Turo again in the future!

Everything was ok except for the headlight being out. I did communicate this to owner, he offered to fix the next day but we were so ready out of town - I couldn’t drive to Christmas event fearing getting pulled over. I have enjoyed using Turo and look forward to more trips in the future.

We arrived after midnight and Kyle was more than accommodating at that hour. Aside from the required Turo pictures it was very comparable to renting from an agency. Car was clean, charged and ready to go. Would definitely recommend, if you are looking for a Tesla in the Sarasota area.

There was damage noted by the customer which we paid $250, although I was under impression that vehicle was covered with a basic rental agreement. And then 2 days later we get a bill for $150 for cleaning fee. No place have we seen any invoices or anything for any of these extra fees.

This was my first time using the Turo app. Initially, my sister and I rented a seven passenger vehicle to accommodate both of our families. Right before we left on our flight, the seller contacted her and canceled the booking. When we landed, there were no other vehicles to accommodate our party, so we were left to rent two vehicles independently. I understand circumstances come up, and the seller said that it was an issue with the battery. I feel that Turo could have helped to find a replacement vehicle or apply even a $50 credit toward a new rental, Given the last minute cancellation from our first seller. It was extremely inconvenient. Our next reservation was easy to work with, despite the fact that it was not the ideal rental for our vacation. I will probably not use Turo again given the stressful circumstances of this first time.

I had another fantastic experience renting from Turo, and will never wait in a Corporate line again, if I can help it.
