I decided to use Turo based off of reviews and I have had the best experience so far. I have used 3 different vehicles in 2 different states and each time I have had great customer service and hassle free pick ups and drop offs. I will definitely continue to use Turo for my car rental needs.

My first experience with renting a car was perfect. I can’t ask for a better experience except for the fact that it snowed and there was no snow scraper in the car. I bought one and left it in the car for future renters. That was the only thing that I had a problem with.

Customer service from my provider was sublime. They assisted me. Even changed delivery points due to rerouting due to storm. Gave clear and concise directions. Pickup was perfect. Car was immaculate and served my needs. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will continue to use Turo for my auto rental needs when I can. Thanks.

Great first time experience! Waiting at the airport for a rental car can be a pain. The car was parked on a separate lot. The instructions were clear. The car was clean without any issues. Would definitely recommend! 10/10! I would definitely use this again. My family of 6 loved it.

Great car and the Owner value customer. Great communication, very professional, owner always answering or replying back when we have questions. Also the car is clean, still running well, also closer to where we pick it up and drop it off, also they allow me to pick up earlier and drop off later without any additional cost. Very helpful adding drivers and give me clear instructions how we hire from Turo app.

I have refilled the GAS but still host and Turo charged me 23 £ and host did this after I gave him a 5-star review. This is not fair as I have filled up the gas for host license plate - **. Host name Meran s. He came 15 minutes late to collect the car.

It was over all a great experience. The app is super user friendly and easy to navigate through. I will for sure be using this app to rent out any other vehicle that I need for any special occasion. For sure get a vehicle from Turo if you're looking for something quick and simple to get.

I’m so glad my daughter recommended Turo for my trip to FL! So many cars to choose from. The host met me at the airport baggage claim door and handed me the keys. When I departed he met me at the check in doors. I handed over the key and I was on my way to the plane. It was easy to communicate with my host. No shuttle to the rental area, no lines to wait in. Flawless. I would absolutely use Turo again. I’ve already recommended the Turo App to my friends and family.

The car I chose was great for the price. The experience went nice and smooth. It was extremely nice finding a vehicle so close to my home. It was completely worth my time and money to use the Turo app opposed to a car rental company. I would absolutely recommend to people in a bind.

My trip was great! Customer service was beyond expectations, car was clean, loaded with features and options, drove well and good on gas mileage. It was a snowy weekend so it was a plus the car offered 4 wheel drive and handled well in the weather. Team Anderson was always readily available and great with communicating. I will definitely use them again!

I struggled to take photos through the app when a parking garage was involved. There needs to be the ability to choose photos from my gallery after leaving the garage. Affected my ability to use the app to check in and out. Otherwise, everything went well and Mark was a great communicator.

My company rented two Ford Transit vans to shuttle our customers back and forth from the Las Vegas Strip to an offsite private event we hosted. Our Turo Host was Edward B. and he was super helpful and friendly. He responded instantly with any questions we had. The vehicles were clean and well appointed, and as described. They are rather large vehicles, but they maneuver and handle beautifully. With such a long wheelbase the turning radius isn't the greatest, but that is to be expected. I drove in the rain all day and it was a smooth, safe ride.

This was a great first time experience. I am visiting Sarasota, Florida and was in need of a rental car for a few days to get everything ready. The usual car rental companies seemed very expensive and slightly overpriced so I decided to give TURO a try. My host was a great communicator, the car was easy to find, and everything went off with no problems. I would definitely rent again with Turo. And I discovered that they have cars near me in NYC, too!

This was our first time using Turo and it all went smoothly. Our “host” explained everything really well and we didn’t encounter any surprises. Turo made the entire process easy and low stress. Their selection was so much better than the usual car rental places. With Turo you get what you want and at a better price. We will definitely use them again.

Everything was well. There was no issues at all. The car was very, very excellent on gas. The host was very polite and on time. I have a Heart by the host car, it will always pop up first before I select another car. Turo has been great for me and my trouble and hope that they will keep up a great work and the effort to get people the best cars. Thank you.

I always enjoy renting from Turo. All vehicles have been well maintained and host are outstanding. Pricing has always been good also. Look forward to continuing relationships with turo and hosts. I have rented in 6 different states. I wish turo would think about getting into the motorcycles at fair prices also. I'm just saying lol**.

I thought it was awesome. Great car to drive and I could walk down the street from my house close by and Kenneth was 100% awesome. Responded quickly. I would rent from Him again. So awesome. Really nice car. Reliable to go to a wake and funeral with. Wanted to have my car rest.

I was in the area for some cheap :) dental work. With winter weather changing flights every time I checked, and surgery timing I was so thankful for Adam. His quick response and understanding of my situation saved me for an anxiety meltdown. I'm truly glad it worked out for us.

Johan was very patient and nice. The car was amazing, and we never had any issues with it. Gas mileage was outstanding and we went everywhere from Orlando to Stuart to West Palm Beach and back. It was a very nice car to rent at a very reasonable price. Thank you for trusting us to use it.

Host was very professional and courteous as well as easy to contact. If I called at any time the host was available. When I had to pick up and drop off car it was smooth and easy transaction. I would rent with this specific host again. I would also recommend to a friend this host.

I have worked with this host on 3 or 4 occasions now, and each time I have had a smooth and excellent experience! He has shared Turo information with me and to help me understand the system. I was very apprehensive in using TURO because I really did not understand how it worked. Now that I do, I will use it again and again... Rg

Rental worked great and owner was great to work with. Would rent from them again. My only complaint was that the first car I had reserved was pulled from Turo inventory and I was not notified. I found out by checking in with the owner a week or so before our trip. Turo customer service did help out once I got a hold of them but I was not notified by Turo.

When I came to picking up the car at 7:30 on a Friday night, regardless of the snowstorm we thought was coming. He never complained. Car was spotless with a full tank, and then when I came to dropping off when needed an hour extension he was very prompt when it came to confirming our one hour extension, the entire transaction was seamless. Perfecto.

I found out about Turo from an Uber driver. I love Turo. So easy to rent. Friendly host were very helpful. After I had a dispute with car rental company and my auto insurance company it was great to have Turo there to get a car from. Multiply choices of car and price, along with pick up where it's convenient for me. There was plenty of miles included with rentals and at whatever cost range was good for me. I have already recommended Turo to my friends.

Truck was extremely clean, spacious and ready to drive in the snow. Comfortable for 5 adults with luggage and snowboarding gear. Communication was easy and Michael was very helpful throughout the process. Pick up and drop off instructions were very easy to follow. Will definitely look for this truck/host in the future.

Used this car rental service for the first time and it went flawlessly. A previous renter had gotten in an accident with the vehicle I had reserved. The owner got to me right away and made it right and saved me a rental in a different vehicle for the same price.

The experience was easy and Luis car was clean and my drive was great. Thank you Turo and thank you Luis for making my weekend easier. I had a union convention I had to attend and the experience with Turo was easier no long lines, no long standing and waiting. To put the icing on the cake no attitudes. Luis was great. He made sure everything was easy when I picked up and dropped off the car. There were no hidden fees and my pick up and drop off was flexible which made this experience a 5 out of 5 stars. Account is easy to set up (especially when You have Apple pay) and App is easy to use. Great selection of cars, of course. Great communication interface with car owner. Heads up for first time users: Upload Your driver's license ahead of time because it takes around 24 hours to get approved.

Sam went above and beyond. When our flight got canceled he worked with us so we could rent the car again for a couple days while we found a new flight home. Even let us drop the car off at another airport. I Would highly recommend this host for your rental needs.

Great experience renting this 2019 Subaru. Very peppy with lots of safety features. Easy to pick up and drop off and owner very responsive and helpful since this was my first time using Turo. I needed a little help with rescheduling. Would definitely rent this Subaru from him again. Great price and car super clean inside and out.

Why pay the major rental car companies more money for a basic vehicle? This was my first time using TURO, and now they have a lifelong customer out of me. The only problem I had with using TURO.... Deciding on which vehicle to choose lol. It was tough!! There were sooo many good options to choose from. I've already recommended TURO to many of my family members, friends, and work colleagues.

The trip was very convenient. The whole process was easy. Nik was great in having everything set up for us. The instructions were on point from beginning to the end of the whole process. This is something that I would do again based off of my last experience. I recommend this to anyone that is interested in renting a car for vacation.

Great Experience! I would definitely do it again. Not only did we want a car for our weekend getaway. It was a car we were considering buying so it was a great opportunity to "try before we buy"! The thing I wish was that the "trip fee" was a little bit more reasonable.

We had a great trip and followed all of the check out rules, but our host hadn’t told us where to return the car and was max at where we parked, although it was a regular lot. They left us a 1 star review and we had no recourse with Turo and no way to reply to the review. Disappointed at how Turo handles this.

Our transaction with TJ was flawless. The car was absolutely spotless and such a fun car to drive or ride in. We travelled the island of Kaua’i from one end to the other and then some. The Kia K5 performed beautifully. This was by far our best experience with Turo. Jan. 17-19, 2024.

Everything went well. The car was in good shape. We had a little trouble finding the car at first but with your help we found it. The host was very nice, we kept her updated whenever we had problems with a car. I know we had to replace the battery in the key fob. That was no big deal. We just got it done and told her about it. So when will you contacted her if we had any questions she was considerate and contacted us back so we hope everything went well and we look forward to maybe renting again from you.

My wife and I visited AZ for the Christmas holiday and rented a car from Aaliyah. We were lucky enough to rent the same car from Aaliyah the previous year. Aaliyah is a pleasure to do business with and we look forward to renting another car from Aaliyah in the future.

I felt like I had scored a string of bad luck with 2 rentals that had to cancel, although, in the end, I did have a car to use for the weekend. So glad that Daniel had another vehicle as a replacement. It worked great to end up with a larger vehicle as we could pick up friends.

Take a look at my last reservation. I am being bullied and threatened financially by the host and you have done NOTHING! I called your customer support and was told I would not be charged these ridiculous fees and you then uphold his outlandish charge of 1 gallon of gas’s plus $10 for the service fee. You do not care about your paying customers and I will tell everyone I know not to use this service because you won’t be protected from rude hosts!

This was a perfect rental experience: Car owner (Carlton) was accessible and helpful; car worked flawlessly; the 7-passenger Telluride was a perfect solution for guest transportation; the Turo app was flawless and intuitive...and, the price was right. I would recommend Turo for anyone renting a car in a Metro area. BK

This was my first time using Turo. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Brandon the host was awesome to deal with and his Escalade was exactly as described. Beautiful and reliable car. Brandon was very responsive and helpful through the whole process. I will definitely use Turo again.

Your host left me stranded in a dark cold parking lot in the middle of nowhere after threatening me, calling me names and telling me to shut my mouth or he would cancel my reservation and leave me stranded. I spent three hours on the phone with Turo and Turo supervisors to try to get someone to help me. I was outside in the freezing cold for over an hour before Turo finally sent an Uber to come get me. They refused to honor my original rate and find me a new car. My kids were late for school.

Great ride and convenient pickup. Last year we had to wait 1 hr and a half for a rental car at a commercial rental. This year walked across the street and picked the car up. No waiting in line. Clean car and fun to drive. Had plenty of room for luggage. Thank you.

Amazing and user-friendly app. Car selection is wide range, however, I do wish there were more selection of vehicles with unlimited miles. I tend to travel a little more frequently and would love the option to choose between more options with unlimited miles. Hosts are usually very communicative and responsive. The cars I've rented have always been clean and up-to-date. If needed, contacting customer service is quick and sufficient.

The TRD Tundra I got from Julio was really great! I was even able to select my pickup location at no extra charge. This truck was Super clean, super easy to pick up and an overall 10 star experience! I will definitely take my next trip with his service if the vehicle is available! He's got a lot of great vehicles in his collection and all great if you have a big family/passengers.

This was my first time using TURO. It won't be my last!! The selection of vehicles was good. The app allowed for interaction with the owner seamlessly. The owner responded promptly and courteously. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. We traveled over the mileage limit and didn't mind paying the very reasonable mileage rate. Great alternative to traditional car rental.

Everything was great. The host was understanding of my situation and allowed me to extend as needed however I did feel a little overwhelmed with the fact that they took one of the cars back a 2019 Toyota Yaris and gave me a 2013 model but charged me $15 extra a day. I feel like for a cheaper car I shouldn’t have been paying more than the car before. Overall, I spent over 6,000 while the communication was good. I felt that was very inconsiderate of their part.

When I was in Tennessee there was snow that made it impossible for me to go home to Georgia as expected and get the rental back the next day. When I told the host, Kevin about my situation he was willing to assist me to get me home safely. He said to call customer service to see what could be done since he had not encountered a situation such as this. Kevin and Turo cared about my safety. They graced me a day's rental to see if the Chattanooga mountain would open up so I could go home. It did and I'm grateful! Thanks to Kevin my host and Magelyn with support for caring and assisting. You are Appreciated!

I felt like I was overcharged for 2015 vehicle. On app the daily price was 35 dollars a day. When I modified vehicle for an extra day I was charged 98 dollars. I opt out of additional insurance charges but was charged. Worst experience…next time I reserve I’ll deal with Empress or Mr **. Their services are the best!

Our rental was perfect! It was clean, full of gas and waiting for us at the airport before our plane even landed. Justin was the perfect host too! He was extremely helpful and even checked on us several times during the week. If the opportunity presents itself again in the future, I would certainly use this vehicle/host again without hesitation. This was the first time we used Turo for a rental and the process was super easy. I will never use the other rentals again.

The Turo experience was great from the very beginning - from the booking, to getting the car, and to communicating with the car owner. While the car was an older model, it was impeccably clean and performed like a dream. The owner answered all my questions and very quickly. My first car with Turo will certainly not be my last!

I felt my overall experience was terrific. The car was glorious and Ronda couldn't of been nicer. The car drove drove nicely and the miles provided were plenty for my needs. My only issues were understanding check in, check out on the website. I think a video going out it prior to reserving a vehicle would of been helpful.

We had a great trip with a car from Turo in Hawaii. Our car’s owner was easy to message and the car was super clean and in great shape. I liked that it was affordable and the insurance made me feel safe in case there was any damage to the car. We’ll rent from Turo again. It was a good experience for us.

The Host and Turo communicated promptly. They were there to assist me at all times. The ** family was great people all the way! I even requested more time that was granted every time therefore that helped my trip more convenient for me and family to enjoy our vacation. I surely would do it again with no doubt.

1st Class experience! Jeep was in great condition, easy to locate and exactly as described on Turo. Had to cut my trip early and McKenzie discounted and refunded my fee without me asking! This was an easy rental, nice car, great gas mileage, excellent customer service. What more could I want? This was a perfect car for my work trip, all my luggage fit well in to the cargo area and the owners were accommodating to my travel dates and time. They made things easy and took the worry away.

Turo does not require a monthly fee. Turo has better availability. Hosts, however, need to be carefully screened before a rental is to be confirmed. There should be a way for a potential renter to first contact the host about where the car may be delivered for free. Additionally, overnight parking may also be an issue. These are some areas that can be improved via a way for potential renters to first discuss options with a potential host.

John’s car was such an easy vacation rental. John made pick-up and drop-off easy, and the car was clean and well-maintained! The unlimited mileage daily was also a beautiful feature so we felt free to explore the island and all it had to offer. 10/10 recommend renting a car from John on Turo!

Our host always provides great service. When our needs changed, she was very accommodating and made everything easy. After we dropped off at the airport, they picked it up right away keeping the parking charge low. We will continue to rent this vehicle as long as it is available for our dates.

We had a great experience with Turo. Fred was easy to work with and communication was prompt. The car was in great shape and well taken care of. It was easy pickup and delivery. The Camry was very clean and comfortable. The car we booked came with plenty of miles to travel across the state without paying for more. Would highly recommend using Turo.

Service was great! The host was very attentive and we communicated before and after the trip. There was also a flight delay and the host accommodated it very well. Everything was smooth and painless. Very easy process for pick up and drop off within the Orlando airport! There was plenty of room for all 8 of us! The toll pass was great to have making the tolls easy to pass through. The vehicle was very clean and as described. Victor was very responsive to our trip needs! We will definitely rent from him again!

Such an easy and accurate Turo rental. Will recommend to friends and will use again when in the area. The Buick Encore is a nice compact suv. It was clean and great gas mileage. Instructions were spot on and updated quickly.

Very pleased. The car was in excellent condition. They were on time picking me up from the airport. There were on time meeting up at the pickup point and getting me to airport on time for my flight. It was awesome to be picked up and dropped off at the airport instead of having to catch a shuttle. I would love to use them again when I come back to LA.

The car I rented was as described by Turo. The transaction was seamless and easy, once I figured out how the system works. The description of the process was not exactly what I had to do to make the system work. There was no Lockbox on the window of the car when I arrived to pick it up and the key was in the glovebox not in the lockbox as described in the process. Also getting into the parking area was confusing with a car parked in the entrance of the area with very little room to get around it - also a sign saying "No Parking"!!

It was supposed to be $59 a day but adding just the travel fee, doubling the rate to $118 plus insurance, it came to $158 a day. I wish they would have informed us of all the fees at the beginning. This makes the original rental untrue; with all the taxes and fees it almost tripled the original price quoted.

I assigned a 1-star rating to bring attention to a crucial matter. Last week, I traveled to Northern California, having pre-booked a VW car with all-wheel drive a week prior. Upon landing in Redding, CA, the host texted me, stating that they had to cancel without offering an apology. In such situations, I recommend Turo implement stricter rules for hosts. If a host cancels last minute, the customer should at least receive a credit equal to the booked trip, and the host should be responsible for covering the cost. Additionally, Turo could introduce a penalty system, such as assigning black points to hosts. Accumulating 3 or 5 black points could result in the host being suspended for a month or two. Manipulating customers' time, especially when they are exploring new cities with set plans, is unfavorable. Unfortunately, I had to rent an alternative car against my preference due to the last-minute cancellation. I hope you take these suggestions into consideration for an improved customer experience.

I've used Turo off and on for a few months during my move from out of state to and from the airport and hotels, and always had a great experience and good communicative hosts. I recommend this to everyone before they try one of the big box car rental services. Great selection of cars and better prices.

I used Turo 2nd time. I seen host reviews about some people were complaining about him making false claims. Well I rented a brand new car from him. Took lots of pictures. Gave it back to him just how he gave it to me and he gave me 5 stars. I gave him 5 stars. He was late to drop the car off even. I returned it a hour and half earlier. He opened a false claim almost 5 hours later claiming that there was marks on the car. I did simple errand for the day. Nothing crazy. Car had marks already that I circled. He's falsely accusing me and it's been emotionally upsetting to me to the point where if I have to I will get a attorney.

Prices have rose in the 10 months I've been using it. Many cars are worth the value but some have been questionable without a horn or totally breaking down leaving us stranded for 5-6 hours. But other than those two incidents I have turned to Turo for all my rentals. Much easier process. Could use more incentives for those who have rented many times.

Rented Hennadii N’s 2024 Kona and after checkout was charged a bogus $170 smoking fee. We did not smoke in -or out- of the vehicle whatsoever. In fact, we were in the area for my wife’s moms funeral who died of end stage copd from smoking her entire life, so we are extremely anti smoking. The pictures provided as “evidence” from the host were of some road salt smudges on the inside of the doors and a crumbled leaf on the ground that we obviously tracked in on our shoes. Due to below freezing temperatures, every car wash in the area was closed (we went to 4 on the way to the airport), so we were not able to wash or vacuum the car out. If it was a normal cleaning fee, that would be one thing.

Turo was a GREAT convenient option from traditional rental car choices. Host communication was stellar. Value was solid. Vehicle was reliable and Clean. I will definitely use Turo again! Excited to know this service is available and so easy to use. Look forward to making future recommendations to friends. Thank you for keeping things simple without sacrificing integrity.

Was best trip yet, and the response to my email were quickly and friendly. Thanks the cross track drove like a dream, very smooth and very comfortable. I didn't get to fill the cast back up cause of the freezer and they were very understanding and I didn't pay as much as I thought I was, when they sent they'd bill. Thank you again.

This was a very easy transaction. They made it very easy to pick up and drop off at our convenience. Right communicator. We would definitely look at using this again. The vehicle was clean and full of gas. The option to pre purchase gas was nice, even though we did not use.

My host Jerry was a great host. His cars are always clean. He is a very respectful host. He also makes sure the vehicles are sanitized. He always make sure you can reach him if there's a problem. Our host was amazing! The vehicle we had selected was recalled and our host was able to put us in another vehicle. He handled all the details. I was even able to leave my personal vehicle at his house. I would definitely use our host again! Our experience was so much better than using a car rental company. Being able to select exactly what you want is perfect!

I will recommend Turo to anyone that is looking to save money renting a car. I found the cost of renting with Turo very cost effective. They also have a call center that can assist you with any questions you may have and the host are amazing professional people who actually enjoy renting out their cars.

The car was not all that. He left things in there so we really couldn’t put nothing in the trunk. Also bad communication and he lied and said I turned the car in an hour late, which was not true in the charge of my car for something that was not approved of, this was just a bad experience. I don’t think I would ever book with him again.

From transporting my family in comfort in a fun F-150 Lightning to moving stuff with a super handy Ford Explorer. Sadly, I live in a rural area so I haven't used Turo as much as I would have liked so far but going forward, I'll be using Turo every time I visit a city!

The service is wonderful it’s very convenient. Sometimes you wish that the trip fee was less but it’s fine. I have used the service multiple times and I have no complaints. Every vehicle owner has been wonderful. All of the cars have been up to par and I have rented cars from a few different people so far.

On time and great service. Always vehicle availability. A lot to choose from. I will always book with Turo. Too much fees to be paid on top of vehicle price. Would be nice to lessen fees. That’s the only issue. Taxes and Vehicle trip fee is more than the fee for rent a day.

Great experience this week. It's the only way to rent a car/truck. Everything went smoothly from pick up to drop off. I even extended my trip with two clicks. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent a vehicle. My last trip I received a $50 birthday credit as well as a discount for booking more than 3 days in advance.

The Jeep was perfect for our split boarding trip! Did great in the snow on Red Mountain Pass and would book again! Was easy to find at airport. Great communication and would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable SUV.

I had a great experience with CeCe and her super clean BMW 5 series! I definitely recommend it to anyone looking to have a pleasant time and luxury experience. During my stay, I had to extend my reservation twice due to an unexpected situation, and CeCe was very helpful in helping me with the changes and made my trip so much easier. This is my third time using this App, and I was impressed.

Everything was great except I received a picture of the van ahead of time with a different license plate. When we arrived in the parking lot there was a van but not the same license plate. I texted the owner and he said that was the van. Everything else was great!

Since I’ve been using the Turo app, it has been a awesome experience. They are very reliable and also very accommodating to your needs or if there is a problem which honestly I haven’t had an issue with since I have been renting!!! Definitely I’ve referred the Turo app to all of my friends and family!!!!

It was a horrible experience and the only reason I’m still using y'all is because I don’t have a car right now. The fact that someone had to change out my car 3 times and I was late to everything because of all the car troubles. I asked for a refund and I had to beg y'all only to say that y'all would give me one day back. After all the money I spent and time, I definitely should’ve gotten a full refund and the fact that I had to beg because original y'all were trying to only give me $50 back when I paid $300 for that trip and $130 on someone to come fix it because it broke down at work is crazy.

I wish I'd heard of Turo sooner. This made traveling with a toddler so much easier and therein improved the quality of the trip. It was wonderful to get picked up curbside and the hosts were communicative and friendly. The car was pristine, nicer than typical rental cars, and to not have to deal with a shuttle or long lines was a dream. I will happily use Turo again!

Turo is one of the most one-sided platforms for car rentals. I opened an account around 4-5 months ago, optimistic that this could be a nice way to make a few extra bucks on the side. After renting my car out ~20 times, I achieved All-Star Host in early January 2024. Achieving All-Star Host status didn't come easy as there were a few instances that made me question continuing to rent my car out through Turo. A few reasons are:

I am becoming a huge fan of Turo. Not only is the service proving to be more reliable than traditional car rental agencies, it's also more efficient. I do wish however that the app would save photos of regular users (like myself) holding their licenses so we don't have to repeat this step every time. But that's a minor quibble. The app is great and the service is life-changing.

I’ve had two wonderful trips, I have no complaints whatsoever. My second trip with Kate will end sooner than expected, I reserved the car until Sunday Morning but my car will be ready Friday so I will end my trip early, I will continue to deal with Kate, I enjoyed her cars.

It was easy to pick up. They stayed in communication with me even before my trip began. They answered my questions quickly. We had no issues or problems. We definitely will rent again. I would probably rent a better car next time, however we did not have a problem with the car. The car was good on gas. Location of car was convenient for us after landing at the airport.

The vehicle was clean and in excellent condition. It drove well and there were no mechanical issues. The pick-up and drop-off processes at the airport were very easy. All communications with the vehicle owner were prompt and clear. I would not hesitate to rent this vehicle again in the future and would recommend renting it to others.

Needed to use vehicle for taking my granddaughter to campus. The whole process was easy. The owner was very good and gave clear directions. Overall experience was awesome and I will do again and recommend this service to friends. The car was clean and smelled very good. Driving the vehicle was a pleasure.

Communication was quick and easy, car was new, nice and well maintained. Very convenient pickup and drop off at the airport. Car worked great for our group. Our flight home was canceled due to weather and pushed forward a day and the owner of the car responded immediately and approved our extension of the trip.

The guest crashed my car on December 31st, and it should have taken 2 business days to hear back from the claims department. So far, I don't know where my car is, if it will be repaired or when. I need an answer about it. Any attorneys around?

I have had amazing experience every time that I have used Turo. Everything from picking the cars to dealing with the owners has been super easy. Each car that I have rented has been exactly how it has been photographed. This is so much better than renting a car and so stress-free. I would most definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Great trip, vehicle was as described and very clean. Good communication and overall was an A+ experience! Vehicle pickup was great and was exactly where it was suppose to be. Drop off was quick and easy in terminal. I would highly recommend using the TURO app and using Jay as your host.

The owners of the vehicle were extremely responsive and helpful through the whole process. The vehicle had no issues and was GREAT on gas. We even left something in the car and the owner mailed it back to us the next day. I will use Turo again for sure! Thanks so much!

They communicated effectively. Always responded in a timely manner. The vehicle was still new and perfect for my trip since it was cold and rainy. He allowed me to drop it off a few hours early, I got back a bit earlier than I expected. All good on this end, thanks again.

The Mitsubishi Outlander was great. A true gas sipper and the 4-wheel-drive came in very useful during the snow storms we had while there. Sydney was very responsive answering any questions we had about the car or the pickup and return processes. Definitely recommend renting from Sydney! We spent just $18.00 to fill up the gas tank before returning the car, and literally drove it all 4 days that we were there!

I’m much rather prefer Turo to any rental car company since you actually know what car you’re able to get and the options are virtually limitless. The ease of use is unmatched. The car I ended up booking I liked so much. I’m honestly looking at buying one now. LOL.

Turo was great to use during the week my car was at the mechanics! Pick up was easy and adding on an extra day was easy as well since it was needed. The owner had a car wash membership so it was convenient to get the car back to them the way it was given! Definitely would recommend using Turo.

These charges should have been documented immediately and wasn’t. I had a now ex take the truck from me. I tried to fix the problem and yes he helped but instead of telling me it was weeks after. So ya I’ll take my responsibility but his handling of it not good. It could have easily been the client after me too! But like I said I didn’t drive it to be like that and I thought we could handle this.

So glad this app existed. Much better than a rental service. The hosts on this app have been very accommodating and goes above and beyond for customers like me. I like the fact that there are no deposit held for a rental and it offers long term rentals for affordable pricing.

It’s user-friendly. When I went to pick up the car they took a picture of my license. The customer service was very good. The office was very clean. I examine the car inside and out. I have been using Turo for some time now as well as paying the highest prices ever! My last experience was horrible. I booked a car from a scam artist that put me in a car that would not accelerate in traffic. I decided to put my hazards on every time I went into to traffic to avoid being rear ended. Instead of fuss about it. When I returned the vehicle I was lied to and the host stated that she was doing a drop off and couldn’t meet me. The next day I was charged $150 for smoking in the vehicle which had a horrible smell when I picked the car up. I refuse to pay for something I didn’t do so there goes my business. The guests aren’t protected just the host, no assurance that the car you are booking is even safe to be on the road. Not to mention they believe more that I smoked in a car I didn’t than the actual safety of the vehicle. Removed the blue tape from the passenger door handle. Afraid the car would fall apart.

Everything was amazing with the vehicle and the owner communication. The only reason for 4 stars was the airport parking fee. I'd rather the car be delivery closer to my flight arrival so I don't have to pay at $20 flat rate, as the vehicle sat there all day, unused.

The site was easy to navigate and easy to find just what we were looking for. The host met us at the airport, gave us some quick instructions and was always available for questions and suggestions. The vehicle was perfect for our needs and was spotless. We will be using Turo many times in the future.

Service was great, vehicle was perfect for snow conditions and in great shape. My flight out was changed and delivered vehicle 2 hours later than I planned. Turo is trying to charge me $98 late fee. The daily rental is only $60. I can only assume the owner reached out to Turo for this charge.

Kemal and Kenneth were very accommodating hosts! The car was incredible! I rented it for my daughter 13th birthday. She's a car nut like her daddy, and specifically has an infinity for Corvettes! I rented this and picked her up at school with it on Friday and enjoyed the car with both of my daughters and wife for the weekend. The car was clean, in fantastic shape, and pick up and drop off was a breeze! I would highly recommend Kemal and his cohost Kenneth to anyone in the area or traveling to Jax Airport.

Over all is the second time I use the app and all good, the car and the owner 5 star. It was a 2014. But in very good shape and did what it was supposed to do. I don’t like the idea of contactless. But it seems to be común, I will prefer to have a chat with the owner.

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. The car was clean and drove nicely. Good gas mileage. I will use them again. They were located close to the house. Accepted my circumstances of having had a house fire losing everything and only having a copy of my driver's license. Company very cooperative.

Although the trip was fine after drop off the host claimed that the car was late which it wasn’t. He then claimed the car smelled of weed which I don’t even smoke period. He then posted HOURS LATER old photos of what appeared to be green substance throughout the car and a shell casing. I’m a nurse and I even explained that to him as to why I was having my stepson who is a ** man drop the car off due to my work schedule that day. I have never experienced this kind of situation before Which I feel is where the smoking and photos were made for. I filled the tank to full and he claimed it was on half, the car was vacuumed and clean and he claimed it wasn’t. Racism was definitely a factor in this case and not because of me but for my stepson. He wasn’t even there for the pick up of the car. He left the keys in the center armrest.

My experience was my first and I will definitely use it again. My host was excellent responding back within hrs and making sure every question was answered and that my experience was great. Clean excellent customer service and very easy app to use. The pick up was easy…. During the process Turo made sure I was okay and that someone was available every step of the way.

Renting from Cody was a great experience. Good communication, clean car, everything as described. I had a couple issues because it was my first time driving a Tesla, and they were quick to respond and very helpful. Would highly recommend. If you’ve never driven a Tesla, renting one from these guys would be a good place to start. Super fun car to drive and very safe.

We rented a Jeep through Turo for our stay on the island of Oahu in Hawaii! The host told us exactly where to pick the vehicle up and the Jeep was as expected! The whole experience was a breeze and our host was just a message away if we needed him! Will definitely use Turo again when traveling!

My truck was so easy to access and drop off. It was clean and I will absolutely use this platform again if I ever need another rental car. The owner was super nice and responded super quickly. For being able to get a super nice truck it was very cost-effective versus rental car, companies, and the opportunity of not having to talk to anyone for pick up and drop off was so convenient.

The vehicle was in the location that was accurately described. Instructions were very clear, and the car was clean and ready for use. Car was reliable and exactly as described. My ONLY real issue are the times designated for drop off and pick up when booking. Normally this is a best guess and as the trip happens those may need to slide an hour or so. I found the app was easy to use both to find a car and to book/use throughout my trip. The reviews were helpful in determining which car/host to work with. I was happy with the number of cars to chose from and the pricing seems fair with no hidden fees. I can’t wait to book another car/trip.

Rolled up unwittingly to an Oscar pre party after the “Rock” and I don’t think looked too out of place lol. Orange Macan was perfect, would use again! Easy pickup to find near the LAX airport and close to an In-and-out for a quick bite, which is always a plus.

But this was a quick trip to stay with family and I wouldn’t be driving much so the idea of spending $500+ was just insane to me. Everything went smoothly, and I highly recommend this rental. Molokai is a relatively remote Hawaiian island, with only one national car rental company, so it was nice to have this alternative. The car was in very good shape, and the pickup and drop off went smoothly. I would certainly rent this vehicle again in the future.

Love this as an option for frequent visits and ease of picking up vehicle. I think this is great option to patronize independent vehicle owners and make it more economical for frequent travelers. Also love the option of being able to pick your vehicle as different trips require different size or style needed.

I feel like the host don’t need to ask for driving license and take a picture of it safe reason. I feel like they just need to look at the app and see to the id. Feel like Turo need to be more strict on that but I love turo. Been good to me.

This was the first time that we used Turo and have become fans! We didn't have to stand in a line to get our car or take a chance on not getting the car that we wanted. We got off the plane, collected our baggage and went outside to wait for the Turo Shuttle. It pulled up about 10 minutes later and took us to a parking lot. We walked right up to our car, collected the key and took off. We did the reverse on the way back. We loved the car, the owner was responsive to any questions and we had a great trip!

I've been using Turo for quite some time now and some of the trips have been good and then there were some that could have been better. I've had to experience hosts cancelling on me just before pick up and it's caused a big inconvenience, but each time I've contacted customer service I would get a representative that would resolve the issue.

Great host and good car! No issues at all with the vehicle, it is just out of the way and decent cab/Uber ride to get there. I had no issues with the vehicle when I got there and used the app to unlock it.

I was delighted to rent from T N T. They were prompt with instructions for p/u and return. Easy to use. Professional. And they take debit cards!!! The location was easy to find with their address on the instructions. The car was silver or gray and had hubcaps on it.

The transportation was great, no problems, very clean and outstanding owner. I would like to rent from again. Thank You for making my experience easy and safe. The van has three rolls of seating and spacious for the whole family to ride. It didn't require a lot of gas stops, great on gas.

I travel a lot to Hawaii and my experience with car rentals have been hit or miss. My sister told me about Turo and decided to check it out. I rented from Janard and it was amazing. He was very helpful and the minivan I rented for my family was amazing (2023 Odyssey Sport - who knew minivans were sporty?). I like the idea that I could pick up the car from the parking garage across the street. The exchange was quick and flawless. Great selection of cars and Janard answered all my questions. Will definitely rent from Turo from now on.

At first was fine but once I returned the car, he charged me twice. I sent 3 messages to him and he never responded back so I tried to disputed and he ended up charging me again for the same thing that he had already charged me few days prior. I wouldn’t recommend him.

Had some trouble locating the car because my host was English second language so some of the directions were unclear. But I found it and it was very smooth from there on out! The car was clean, well maintained and got me where I needed to go and back. I was surprised how easy it was.

This was my first time renting a car with Turo. I found the app very easy to use with a good selection of cars to choose from. The communication with the car’s owner was easy through the app. I recommended Turo to my two nieces who were also on the family cruise and they both found a car to rent for the next day. In this neck of the woods we had a tropical depression where winds were crazy. I couldn’t drive the van under those conditions, and was charged another day twice as much as I paid before. The gate to get in had homeless people and the entrance was closed during “open hours”.

From the booking, to pick up, to drop off everything was very smooth. This was our first Turo rental and we would definitely prefer this process over the traditional car rental. The fees were incredibly fair and it was so nice dealing with a direct person rather than a company. We will definitely be using Turo again!

Turo is great and fast for when you need to find a vehicle. Business or pleasure you have a great selection and experience. Easy to check in and out. No fuss. It’s amazing. Way better than renting from a major chain.

I've found a platform for the purpose of renting luxury vehicles. My first selection (Audi R8) was compromised through no fault of its owner and I was immediately notified on this matter. An alternate vehicle was selected (Porsche 718 Cayman) and my funds were quickly transferred over. The communication between owner and myself was easy. He kept me to update with the vehicle's information and location. I was referred by a fellow Deputy and was not disappointed. YOU CANNOT BEAT THE VALUE OF THE VEHICLES.

I was disappointed as it went from an inexpensive impromptu mini vacation to the cost almost doubling from Turo fees & additional insurance. Then when attempting to return it trying to find EV charging stations by googling then discovering they weren't there resulting in being late for return only to find out by being "tardy" I was going to be charged an additional day! I spent a tremendous amount of time learning how to operate an EV. Cheat sheet for basics would have been nice versus the loss of time educating myself. Other than double my original expectations for cost & educating myself it would have been a 5 star!

Turo has three parking lots. We returned the car to Value Park. The host said to leave the key in the Lockbox. When we asked the Host where to find the Lockbox. She said to ask the Attendant of the parking lot. When we dropped off the car in the parking lot (Value Park), there was no Lockbox. When we looked for the Attendant, there was no office open or anyone at the facility to ask about the Lockbox. When we called the Host, she did not answer the call.

The site and app are Easy to use and exactly what I needed. I was in need of two vehicles at two locations for my recent vacay. One had to be AWD or 4x4. The Turo site provided that for me. I knew what I was getting instead of being surprised at the rental counter. Working with the owners was seamless and they responded quickly.

The rental process was quick and easy and I felt as if I had complete customer support and transparency along the way. I will definitely be using Turo over the major carriers in the future. The process was free of any hidden fees and the host was very personable and communicated very well.

Having never used TURO previously, I wasn't sure what to expect. It was a good experience and mostly convenient. The car was left and dropped off near my scheduled flight arrival and departure airline. The app for taking and submitting pictures was not reliable, we had to re-take photos a couple of times. The car owner or representative was very responsive. We had to cut our trip short and the owner quickly approved our request for adjusting the trip return date and provided great instructions as to how and where to return the car. We even got a credit back on our card without having to inquire. We were very appreciative of that. We will for sure use TURO again.

Great experience with John at HVN airport. Superb airport pickup info on the Turo website. Apparently the only airport in Connecticut that has an agreement to allow Turo to have a presence at their airport. This was my first Turo experience and I had been really concerned about how an airport pickup would work- well it was flawless. I will always check to see what offerings Turo has whenever I rent a car in the future.

Max, our premier host, was very accommodating and responsive before, during, and at the end of our Tesla Model Y rental experience. We picked up the vehicle in extremely clean condition and configuring it and exiting the airport parking garage was seamless, with the Turo app. We would definitely rent Teslas from Turo—and Max—again.

Everything went smoothly and Fransico was a great host. Car was as I expected, customer service was exceptional and drop off/pick up were very smooth. Would definitely use this car again. Great price. Great value. Very happy with the entire process. WAY better than using a rental car. If you like easy, this is for you.

Booking with Turo was good. I did have a hard time with my booking because I wanted my husband to be the main driver however I’m the one was making the booking under my name. We had to open a second account under his name to name him as the main driver. It would be simpler if under one account we could name our driver and submit his information.

I would definitely recommend renting off Turo, you don’t have to go through the hassle of needing a credit card or a $300 hold plus the amount of the rental, the most easiest and convenient way of renting, on a scale from 10/10 I give it a 10, I will be renting again.

We had another great experience with Turo. We were given an accurate and detailed instructions on where the vehicle was parked. I have told a number of people about Turo. I reached out to the host a few times and he was very responsive. Just booked with Turo for our next trip.

I’m new to Turo, so I’m speaking as a newbie. The sequence for booking the car was a little counterintuitive. But once I played around with it, it became easier to navigate. I had a very good experience with the car owner - communication and patience were greatly appreciated. I also dealt with customer service via phone. The transaction was smooth and the rep was very helpful. Overall,I’m very happy using Turo and would definitely use them again.

Happy with the app, service and car! Incredible first time experience. I am bias, I enjoy cars and have since I was young! I can’t wait to rent another car with Turo! I will probably rent another Porsche, as I want to purchase one in the future. I enjoyed the selection in vehicle. I’ve saved a few for the next time I rent.

I contacted Turo at least 5 times in regards to numerous issues with my rental (extreme lateness, cleanliness, smell and no gas in the car) - the first rep stated they would factor in the discount and resolve the issue. Over the time frame that didn’t happen. Despite the host offering 15% off the final rental price but nothing to as done. I eventually was offered $50 which is literally an insult for the time frame. I typically rent my cars from Enterprise but after this experience I’m going to consider going back.

Absolutely loved using Turo for my recent trip. Eric was very good at communicating & the process getting & returning the vehicle was a breeze. Even sent pictures of directions to find the car & where to return it. Definitely would book with him again for future trips in Chicago.

Turo has been a Godsend for me. I've had nothing but wonderful hosts that have been so communicative and helpful. The Turo app is very easy to use and I've had no issues finding what I need. Also, I love the convenience of being able to book last minute (which happens often).

Vehicle was already in a warning. The host reach out telling me his vehicle was making noise when it already was making noise when I took off with the vehicle. After drop off he try to tell me he just paid out of pocket to the mechanic. How is that. I just left. You then lie to customers service about a receipt for a charge of a water cleaning in the seat. Never again. Host was horrible. $177.36.

Had an excellent experience renting this vehicle, everyone was very helpful and explained all the different parts and extras on the vehicle in case I wanted to connect my phone. Upon return everything went smooth and will definitely recommend to others! If you’re looking for a great person to rent from I highly recommend these guys. I’m not even from the Virginia area but the directions were on point and very easy to find.

The owner to the vehicle we rented was very Friendly, communication was the Best. Highly Recommend her and the Car was just like the photos. Thank you Turo greatly appreciated. Most part when I needed a vehicle.. First time to rent a vehicle from this App and definitely going back. My son was the one who told me. Once we returned the car the gentleman was very friendly as well.
