Service was excellent from the time the car was delivered to when it was returned. Car was clean and efficient. Host was very responsive. Would definitely use this host again on our next visit to Pensacola area. Thank you so much to Usman and his co-host who delivered and picked up car at our convenience.

Nice experience, Great car and all went up very easy. 100% recommended. They take it and pick up with no issues. It was better price than regular companies and very easy and communicative for the entire trip.... It was my first time renting in Turo and it was a good experience.

Host was very informative when it came to picking up and dropping off rental. Vehicle was clean..and pictures sent showed exactly where vehicle would be located. This was my first time using TURO so Mauricio was very patient on my error but still kept in touch to have vehicle for me when plane arrived. When visiting Orlando I definitely will use his services again.

A bit to get pictures in an outdoor parking lot. In good light I saw some scrapes and slight ripple on the door. I would suggest people take a picture in daylight as soon as possible (I arrived at night and only had a lamppost for light). The damage was on the dark side. I should’ve tried flash. Would be difficult for me to say it didn’t happen on my watch.

The entire rental experience was as good as any I have ever experienced, and I saved over $200. The car I received was spotless when I picked it up. Most rentals I have had over the years have been less than spotless especially on the inside. From start to finish every step in the rental process was flawless. Why pay more and get less. If Turo rentals are available where you need one, they are the smart choice to save money and receive a better rental car experience. It is a no-brainer.

Cory was helpful and patient helping me get to the location of where to pick up the car. And when I had to extend it, he was helpful and accommodating. The car was everything I wanted it to be. Amazing ride, it’s definitely in the top 3 for me to take to Lake Havasu for my photography class project. Thanks Cory. I can’t wait to rent from you again.

Host sent you guys 755 pictures of some stuff that he did. The pictures I sent don’t look nothing like the ones he sent. I don’t smoke at all. I turned it in at 4:00 pm on 2/5/2024 and he filed a claim against me 24 hours later. I don’t understand how he can wait 24 hours later to file a claim that’s not true. Please look at my pictures to see the truth.

On our recent trip to Sydney, Australia, renting from Turo host, Tom was seamless and he was extremely accommodating. We had to modify the trip due to flight cancellation and it was effectively accomplished. One challenge with Turo, which is not reflective of the host was redeeming/using the $50 promo code given for my birthday. I wasn’t able to use it and tried communicating with Turo chatbot to no avail.

It was easy to communicate and find the car. Easy to work with. Was clean and good working order. Was my first time with Turo and made it very easy. Picked up at airport and made it easy from there. Thanks for the wonder vehicle. Hope to use this vehicle again sometime.

I am a first time Turo user and Pang left easy instructions on how to do literally everything, including what airport shuttles to take and how to get dropped off right at the car. There was lots of little thoughtful things included, like an ice scraper, harnessed seat for my toddler (cheap to add also), a charging cord, sanitizing wipes, express toll tags should I have needed them, so much. I will be using Turo and Pang all the time now, thank you!

This app is amazing and convenient. I have not experienced any problems with this app or owners when renting. Yes I always recommend Turo to my friends. Please don’t change what y’all do. I like that this company expands over multiple major cities and states. I would use them again if my vehicle breaks down again. Prices are also reasonable.

My last trip was a very dissatisfying trip. I received an invoice saying I owe $22.14 for fuel. I submitted a receipt where I refueled the gas before I returned the car. No reached out to speak with me after I disputed this claim and Turo went ahead to took the money out my acct without acknowledging my dispute. The same receipt the owner submitted is the same gas station I submitted a receipt for. With the name of the station the time address everything on the receipt. Turo is definitely out to take people's money and they do not care about the customer.

The rental car exceeded my expectations. The vehicle was small, yet mighty. By far, this car has the best fuel economy next to the Toyota Prius. The reservation was fast and convenient. The host and co-host responded promptly and they made the changes for me at the last minute. I will definitely be renting again.

Great Suburban, perfect for getting to ski resorts with 4 people and gear. Easy to unlock and lock at DEN airport and the vehicle looks and runs like new. Encountered snow and tires seemed well up to the job. Boss ** answers messages ASAP, will likely rent again for 2025 ski trip.

Host was accommodating. Airport pick-up was convenient with detailed directions. The dash button to adjust outside rearview mirrors was broken. We will select a newer vehicle next time. It was inexpensive, older vehicle so we got what we paid for. Radio was poor. No fob entry so needed to use a key to open. Turn signal had to be manually turned off after making the turn, etc.

Great experience. Loved the vehicle and the sponsor. Van ran great and everything was perfect and we would definitely recommend Brent and his vans to everyone. Pick up was easy and drop off was a breeze. Location was easy to find.

We had the vehicle delivered to and picked up from the resort where we were staying. The process was so easy and convenient, and the vehicle was exactly as described. Vehicle was well maintained, and instructions were easy to follow on how to get into the vehicle, where keys were placed, etc. Would definitely use Turo again on future trips.

The App was easy to navigate, prices were reasonable, pick up & drop off was made easy by the vehicle owner. I had no issues or complaints. The owners even checked in to ensure my experience was a positive one. I am impressed & will be using Turo again in the future.

Detailed communication with the renter, made sure I knew details of pick up and drop off. Also checked in because of bad weather and if I had questions or concerns. The turn around on response was fast and detailed. I used the app and it's user friendly. I was able to upload license and pictures easy enough. Easy process. I'll definitely use this service again

He's the best. All car I have rent from this guy was clean and nice. It's had lots of room for my family. It was fast to book for me to go see grandson born. No matter how last minute I can depend on you guys to get me car.

At the beginning of the trip it was going fine on the car was not cleaned for the next trip but I didn’t worry about it. I let it go. The car already said that he needed to get maintenance done. When I picked up the car about an hour later the host text me. Asked if I had the car. I felt that was weird but I kept it moving, the trip goes fine throughout the weekend. A hour before I’m about to drop the car off I get a message from the host asking if I could drop the car off at a secondary location and remember to fill the gas tank up. She text me directly on my main line because she said she couldn’t get through to me on the Turo app. No problem. I responded let her know. Yes I have all the directions from the Turo app and I already clean the car out because I clean the cars every time I use the Turo, anybody that I’ve been if I can say that, I drop the car off at 10:01 exactly with the pictures.

Everything was fine but I booked car months in advance and noticed that price went down by 10 dollars. Tried to cancel then rebook at lower price but was unable to do so for the exact same days. It kept bringing up the higher amount automatically. There should be a simple way to get the lower price without having to choose a different car or day. I had the screenshot of lower price but deleted by mistake.

This was our second Turo experience and it was GREAT! The car was parked in an easy to find spot in the Economy lot once we arrived at the Tampa airport, we unlocked in the app, added our bags and were our way quickly! Brandon was a great communicator before, during, and after the trip, too. The car was clean and fun to drive. I would recommend using Brandon anytime you need to rent a car in the Tampa area.

Was very easy to pick up. Great communication with Amy. Care was exceptionally clean! And in very good mechanically. It was a new model and fit my whole family comfortably. I would rent from her again in the future if we visited Phoenix. Some would recommend this renter to my friends if they visit that city.

Turo is a great app to use. Very convenient and affordable vehicles. Cars & trucks can be used for many things & Turo will get you going fast, I’ve been using the app for a couple of months now and I’ve been making money renting their vehicles. I love it.

Deven’s car was pristine and well maintained. His customer service was beyond fantastic. His communication with me was immediate and proactive. He went waaaaay out of his way to accommodate me and my disabled husband. I could not hope for a better experience. His customer service exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely do business with him again.

Location was a bit far from my location however it was in the same direction of trip. Rob is a mechanic and the car drove like it was well maintained. Clean and smooth. Everything worked and there was no sign of abuse and wear. This car was cleaner than any upgraded rental with the major companies. Rob also answered any question promptly. Looking forward to using again and will certainly refer him.

We rented a car in Kauai for 12 days. It was a nice car for five of us. The vehicle was a 2019 Subaru and it ran flawlessly. The process of getting the car and turning it in was much easier than a traditional car rental company. I will definitely do Turo again.

My host was great. He gave instructions that were easy to follow making the process simple! When I got there the vehicle was clean and ready to go. The instructions and reminders to fill up and location for nearest gas station was a plus. I will definitely rent from Tim again.

The car itself was fine. I didn't realize it was a bare bones model, no power seats or other amenities I enjoy. The car was clean and easy to pick up and drop off. After dropping off the car I realized I left my nice headphones hanging on the rear view mirror. I messaged Barry immediately and asked if I covered all shipping costs would be able to ship them to me. He never responded, even when I sent a second message. Zero response, very disappointed. Hope he enjoys my headphones.

Quick and easy pick up. Great communication. The host was very responsive and respectful. The car was beat up, which I was not expecting. The pictures of the car are apparently pretty old. Other than being beat up it ran and drove fine. It got great gas mileage as promised.

Have now rented twice through Turo without an issue. Would and have recommended for friends and family to use. Both owners kept me informed as to where and how to access the vehicle. Both owners did exactly what they promised. Pickup and return were easier than renting from a standard rental company.

The steps to getting the vehicle were easy, it’s a user friendly app. The app explained everything I needed to do and guided me through it. The host for the app was also very helpful and friendly. All around my experience was great and I can’t wait to do it again.

I rented a Mercedes SUV from Kiyyah. Communication was going well. I even had to extend the time because my grandmother didn’t get discharged until later…. Took pictures of everything except the opposite side of the car with a coat hanger. Well needless to say she say it was broken when it wasn’t…. She took pictures a while another day then sent a pic of a receipt saying she filled the gas tank up with $61 at 2:32 am on the 4th at 252 am. I turned the car in on the 1st. Charged me $75 and I filled the tank up. Also sent a pic of the gas tank full with a notch missing and also thank me for taking care of the vehicle to turn around and say it’s damaged. Make it make sense.

It could not have been easier to rent with Brian. He also responded to every question in minutes. His car was very clean and in excellent condition. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. There was a great selection of cars on the site. We chose Brian’s car because it included unlimited mileage. Thank You Brian.

The host, Joseph, was extremely easy to deal with. Being a first-time user I was apprehensive about things going right. Joseph talked me through the initial work I needed to do. He always responded quite quickly to any texts I sent. Contact was established the day before the rental started and I got the final instructions. Once I landed I got another text from him. He needed to guide me to where the car was and stayed on the phone with me until I opened the car! I have only praises for Joseph and the entire process!

This was our first time using Turo, and we will definitely be repeat customers. Everything was easy and painless. Loved the service and the value. We loved that we could pick our vehicle, and there were no surprises. Our host was top-notch, and communication was great. The money we saved, let us enjoy our vacation even more.

I had lots of options for cars and it was an easy process. I wish all the fees were included in the price quoting. I still hate expecting a certain price and then getting to check out and the rates goes up. The check-in and out process was super easy.

My experience with Turo has been great. I’ve rented a few times, all great experiences, even if I did have an issue, customer service reached out or I can reach out directly to the owner of the vehicle. I appreciate the assistance, my only suggestion is to have vehicles' maintenance updates sent in from the owners.

No issues. The vehicle was easy to book, simple process to pick up at the airport. The truck was exactly as described. The easy drop-off was also a benefit. Daniel was easy to communicate with and everything was as advertised. I had no issues during the trip with the truck. Easy pickup at the airport and simple drop-off in the same location was greatly appreciated.

The Turo host was super accommodating on our last-minute planning for a funeral memorial service we needed to go to in East Texas. Flew into Dallas Fort Worth airport, host had vehicle ready and easy to find. Drop-off was equally easy and convenient for us. I messed up and failed to read the fine print on the first vehicle I had requested was an EV fuel. Host was completely understanding with my lack of knowledge with that and charged no cancellation and change fees for another one of his vehicles. I appreciate that very much.

Great trip. The owner of the vehicle dropped off the vehicle for free at my house and also picked it up which was awesome but the detailed thank you note personalized, very clean vehicle, had a lot of fun on our trip. It was great! I would highly recommend Turo and our host Adrian. She was fantastic!

I’m pretty disappointed. I booked a car for a few hours that was marked as $32/day. I understand there are some fees involved and I returned the car 40 min late (which was due to a fatal car crash on I-17 S on 2/4 that shut down the highway for 5 hours and was out of my control) but I was charged $162. That is outrageous. I’m very dissatisfied and would like a reimbursement or credit for a next trip. Had I known it would’ve been that much I would not have booked.

We would definitely use again! Great experience and vehicle. We traveled to many sites, different elevations, and weather, and had no issues with vehicle. Perfect size for our group and had plenty of room. We appreciated the great communication with owners. They were very polite, professional, and prompt. We had an amazing trip. Thanks so much!!!

This was the 3rd time we have used Turo. Again the selection and price is fantastic. All 3 vehicle owners have been great and super easy to work with. The vehicles are clean and just as described. Unless absolutely have to, we will not use a standard rental agency again.

My experience with Turo have been great so far with no complaints. All of the host that I came across have been great and I will always rent from any of them again. I love everything about Turo, helps me out when I need a car at the last minute. Turo is very easy to use. I will recommend to any of my friends that need a car any time they do. Love it. ☺️ The car was very clean, with gas, the only thing was the wipers has to be changed, it was raining and the wipers are a little bit spent, but with other was very nice!

This rental car was awful, the car was dirty, windshield cracked and the headlight was not working, never will rent this car again, I feel like this was false advertising the car didn't look like the picture that was on Turo, and I was supposed to get $44.00 dollars off and I didn't get a discount. I wouldn't recommend Jarred to anyone.

Renting with WILL was a very fun experience. His communication was on point, he was super friendly and was quick with all responses. The vehicle was clean and drove smoothly. It allowed me to get all the things I needed to get done. I definitely would recommend him to others and I will definitely book with him again.

I went to the pick up spot and the car was ready to go. She was very clean and a very nice ride. The car was great on gas. It made my day stress-free. The return was just as easy as the pick up. I put right back where she was parked and my host was satisfied with my rental.

We rented this vehicle to drive to Mobile to get on our cruise. The vehicle was very clean and drove well. We had no mechanical issues. The person we rented from was quick to respond. The app was easy to use. We will be using Turo again. This was way easier and cheaper than going through a normal rental agency.

I waited too long to use this App and now hating myself for not starting earlier when I first found out about this company pre pandemic. Because rental cars have a special "white fleet" sticker, that has made it easy for thugs to identify and break into them, renting from Turo is the only way to go for me from now on when I visit SF where rental car break-ins is ridiculous. Vincent my host was amazing. As a first time renter and also first time electric car driver, his Tesla Y was a perfect fit for me. He was hands on and very helpful and I would recommend him anyday. We had an excellent trip. There’s nothing that I would change. What a nice provision. The only thing that I didn’t foresee was taking the time to clean the vehicle before returning it. That is one perk of renting through a normal rental agency is you don’t have to go to all that work. Renting a vehicle on Kauai is going to have a lot of sand in the cab, which obviously takes time to vacuum out. The vacuum at the car wash is not made for that. Especially when you’re trying to catch your flight etc. However, it was a great experience.

Fantastic experience renting a car with Turo. Everything is simple, efficient with very affordable price. The car was very clean, the owner was very reactive and gave us all informations we needed. The process to pick up and drop off is simple but keep in mind you must use your phone with gsm. So for clients who come from Europe be aware! You must have a local or international gsm 5G plan or accept to pay huge roaming fees!!!

Be careful of Turo! I rented a car from a guy in Montreal on Turo for 48 hours (a trip to Quebec), and I had the regular insurance on Turo, and the car got scratched by a dog while in the Parking place. I discovered that the insurance by Turo does not cover that, and of course the guy’s insurance covers everything, and they asked me to pay 1200 CAD, so I refused, then the estimated a cost of 600 CAD, and I refused, but they charged them directly on my Credit Card anyway, and now after more than a year, then come back to say that it costed more and they ask me for 1400 CAD as additional charges after repair… it’s a rip-off… so be careful of this scam company!!!

I have had mostly fantastic experiences on Turo. I usually rent from Derek ** when I am home and need a car. But I've had success renting out of town as well. Renting from Derek gives me a lot of trust with turo. I love that he is very flexible and it's contactless taking the car and returning it at any time so he doesn't have to sit around waiting for me

Getting set into the car we rented was such an easy experience! What you see is exactly what you got. The car was incredible and the person we rented the car from had great communication skills. I would highly recommend renting from him and would definitely rent this car again.

Grateful I was able to find someone close to me that has a reliable car. She is my go to person every time I need a vehicle. If I’m not able to use her I found a back person just in case. Works out well for me! I also like the incentive program, if I use so many vehicles I will get one for free!

This host was amazing! Alex was very kind and punctual even though I was running behind. He met me curbside at the airport for pick up and even made the returning hassle free by meeting me curbside for drop off. I will definitely reschedule to book with him again in the future. He forever has my business. The car was gorgeous and well kept.

This was such an easy and wonderful experience and Perry was great to work with even when we had to make some changes on the fly! The car was pristine and the process was so, so easy. Would recommend 100%. This was also far less expensive than if we would have rented the same car through a traditional rental company.

Good experience overall! Most aspects of the app were easy to navigate and the vehicles were nice. I am curious to see how other cities are but my experience in LA was good. I also like the culture they seem to have developed with Turo there, good selection of cars I’d say.

My experience with Turo so far has been nothing short of amazing!!! The process is simple, the vehicle selection is great, the vehicles I’ve used have been in good condition. I have not one complaint. I have used Turo for less than a year, and see no reason in discontinuing.

It's always something different or new that I find out when I set up a rental. I guess each Host has different stipulations, but I've rented from Turo about 4x and each host was very respectful and polite and responded in a timely fashion. I would recommend that a Host that would prefers a renters to get insurance coverage should make that known when booking. NOT, after they have taken your money.

So far my experience with Turo has been wonderful. I have been able to see loved ones in different states without any hassle whatsoever. It’s convenient for me to rent a vehicle close by and at a short notice. Also everything is so simple, no paperwork involved and customer service is always helpful.

The car we rented from Daniel was very clean and ran very well. It exceeded our expectations and Daniel did a wonderful job walking us through, get the car and bringing it back. This was our time using Turo and he made it very easy. We would go back to him again when we come back down to vacation in that area. My experience with Turo so far has been up and down due to the fact of the scammers that rent out their cars and would like to be compensated for the money. I had to pay out due to the fact of a lying customer that rented the car to me and made me pay extra due to the scammers that rent the cars out and take advantage of us that do borrow them, put things in the mix that ain't true. I'm not too happy about that and looking forward to trying another company to see if it's any better because I was not taken care of or protected by Turo when I called and told you guys that he was scamming me and I got screwed anyway so if you could help me out and credit my account for a two-day rental for the money that was taken from me then I will definitely be happy to write a great review on how much I like your business and really put great view for you guys then you should compensate me the two days I'm asking and I'll do my part if not I can tend to review around to let you know the other side??? The ball is in your hands now show me how much you appreciate my business please and thank you

Had a great time once again renting from Turo. My contact was fabulous. The car was so clean I was almost afraid to drive it. It's always better renting from Turo than just renting a car from a rental company. Such a better car for the same price or less. It was great communication and a great car couldn't be better.

It was my first time with car rental. The host and the car was excellent. I felt the pricing needs to be better. Trip fee is as much as Trip price. So I end up paying double than what’s advertised price of the car is which doesn’t make sense. I am a Product manager and have worked on user retention before and I think there are better pricing strategies to be profitable as well as retaining the customers. I hope the Product Manager working on this gets it.

It was great having contact with the vehicle owner throughout the trip process to guide us as new users, the app was user-friendly, the vehicle size was perfect for our group of three and had plenty of luggage space. The check-in and check-out processes were explained and only hindered by hiccups of being a new user.

I do like Turo. It is very convenient and reliable. It also very expensive with the trip fee being so big plus paying daily insurance. It beats competitors though I guess. So I will continue to use until I don't need to anymore. I like that there a lot of vehicles to choose from. My last one was in a neighborhood right behind where I live. Talking about convenience.

Literally nothing but great things to say about my trip with this car. Great communication, great mileage, wonderful price. Pickup and drop off were very easy. The car was clean and drove very smoothly. I left something in the car and I was quickly notified about it. Great trip through and through.

Not much to say. The app has been an invaluable asset in what was a difficult moment in my life. Easy to use, great selection of dealers(?) in my area, all polite, respectful, and patient. No issues whatsoever. Used the app about three-four times. Rules are easy to follow and not overdemanding.

The car was beautiful. The room was awesome. We had a great time and room for everyone. Easy to get around. Easy to pick up. Easy to drop off. Just an all-around Great car to rent. The cost is definitely worth this beautiful vehicle. We had it on the trip with six of us, and it worked out great for all of our luggage and six elderly adults could get in and out very easily and we sure all enjoyed our time spent at Fort Myers Beach.

Vehicle was as advertised and very easily accessible as the shuttle service was spot on! Communication with the service was easy and on point. The trip fee is not COOL. It's outrageous. 100% of the rental. I'm sure there is not that much to run your platform. Any how for seeing that on my final invoice sucked. I know I tell all my friends and relatives that it was buyer beware. I understand a fee but the same amount as the rental wow.

Bhekani was wonderful every step of the way. She answered every question sufficiently and promptly. The car with exactly like the reviews stated. Clean, rode amazingly. She also provided an iPhone charger for me. Everything was so easy from start to finish. I took the shuttle ride over, picked it up at the airport. No problem. Returned it with no problem. I will definitely be using her again in any event that I return back to Ohio and I can tell just from her, giving me some extra information aside from helping me with her vehicle she has a great personality. Very good experience for the first time using Turo - host (Joshua) was very easy and pleasant to work with. Vehicle pick up and drop off was not difficult and host was most accommodating when doing so. Vehicle as more than adequate for the time in which we rented it.

Absolutely great experiences renting from Turo! I started using Turo as I was flying into places so small that there were no "regular" rental agencies... and now I use them wherever I fly to, Each experience has been great; the owners are communicative and the cars have all been clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend.

The actual owners of the 2 cars I rented were great. However, on the second rental when I really needed customer support to help me correct a mistake I had made on the submission form, they never contacted me. It was impossible to correct the mistake myself and I was left wondering if I would have a car for the day. The owner allowed me to submit my driver's license and picture directly to her but, I worried the whole time that if there was a problem I would not be covered. I expected some support from Turo and it was totally absent.

It has been economical. Car options are great! Host have been flexible as they can. Last minute options have been a life saver. Not having to tie up my funds with hundreds of dollars to rent is awesome. No penalties for using my debit card vs my credit card. The ability to decline insurance and use my own is an option, however, I use the Turo insurance.

This was my First time using Turo and it definitely won’t be my last! Everything went smoothly. Great communication and quick answers to all my questions. There were lots of vehicles to choose from. Great value and I like that there were reasonable choices on insurance coverage. Vehicle was clean and worked well. I highly recommend them!

So easy and fast!! Lots of text and info about pickup and delivery, curbside pickup and drop off at terminal parking, take pics of parking spot and walk into terminal.. I rented an EV to try it out.. Learning curve but I got it figured out.. Will do Turo in the future!

Perfect little car for the island. Easy to drive, comfortable, and the car was in good shape (clean, full tank, and reliable). Cody had his vehicle at the airport ready to go and easy to find. Super clean and beautiful. Communication was fantastic! Bronco fit 4 of us and a ton of luggage! Vehicle was perfect size for navigating the island and surprisingly great on gas mileage! In the end, Cody set the bar high for Turo users to receive the same every time. Made the trip easy and relaxing for us!

Enjoyed driving the car and responsive HOST. There was no issues at all. I would consider using the HOST in the future. The car matched the description noted on the website. The car was clean and ride smoothly. The car was noted to have a small dent to passenger bumper and a small area on windshield but that was already noted in previous pictures; just to give an example of accurate communication and description. The HOST was very helpful in how to access the vehicle and helpful in the return process.

I have been using Turo for almost a year and it’s the best decision I could have made. I have never been disappointed with any of my rentals thus far. Turo has a wide variety to cars, the listings are accurate, and the prices are affordable. I would recommend Turo over other rental companies.

Luqman did everything that he promised. The car was easily accessible at the airport parking. With detailed instructions and directions to the car. The renter is claiming I smoked in his vehicle. I have not smoked in 3 years. They sent a picture of sand on the floor mat and said it was **. Now I’m getting an invoice for $150 CRAZY! Super disappointed within your team of dispute. This is illegal: I don’t smoke.

This was my first time going on a vacation where I had to rent a car on my own and it was super easy. The guy I rented from was super good with communication and the overall process was very straightforward. I liked that I was able to get the car from the airport and return it back to the airport so I didn’t have to waste money on an Uber to some location. He even send the address to somewhere close to the airport where I could gas up before returning the car.

When picking up our car, it was ready to go, and we were able to drive off. The car was clean and charged and ready to drive. The communication with the host was great, and they answered all questions in a very timely manner. The experience was great, and we would recommend.

My wife and I rented a Tesla from Ben for over a month between December 2023 and January 2024. I had never driven a Tesla or any other electric vehicle before and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to adapt to driving an electric car. Ben was great to work with and helped me out with charging advice a few times. I only wish that Maui had more available charging stations. Other than that everything was great.

Turo has made certain obstacles in my life so much easier just by having this app. I'm grateful to have had this as an option to make trips or to simply just use a car while mine was in the shop. They have great hosts and cars to choose from. The only thing I would change a little is what they charge for a trip fee on top of the taxes and what the cost of the car is.

Had a smooth and positive trip using Turo and Ryan’s car in Mesa. There was a small glitch with the app at the airport, but was able to call Ryan’s personal cell and get the car unlocked and on the road we went. Clean and well maintained car! Easier than standing in line to rent a car at the airport!

Was easy to book and add drivers. Good communication from the renter prior to pickup and for drop off instructions. Car located in a convenient place and easy to find. Drop off was also simple. Great experience and I would rent again with Turo. Car selection was also excellent and we were able to find a large van for our party of eight.

I’ve rented with Turo 2x and my husband has several times more than me and we found it’s a lot cheaper than traditional rental car businesses and the ease and convenience is very much worth it. I can rent last minute and still have the option of knowing what type of car I’m going to receive. The car is always in great condition and I have not encountered any issues or problems with any of the vehicles' owners that I rent from. I will now use Turo for all my rental car needs. I’m so glad I found this service and I am very grateful for the service and the transparency that it gives.

Since our arrival I got all the support needed; Sam was on top of everything. The car was parked where he advised it would be and clean and the tank was full of gas; the return instructions were also very helpful and I highly recommend this car and I am giving it 5 star review. I rented an 2015 Kia Soul from my host Carlos. This is my third time I have rented a car from him. He is very nice and his car is always clean in mint condition and ready to drive every time. No issues. Carlos is an excellent host and on point when and where to pick up and drop off his vehicle with easy instructions. Thank you Carlos. My trip for the week was Fabulous.

Upon arrival to my destination, there was confusion about where the vehicle was parked due to airport parking shutdowns. Robert was helpful in helping me find the vehicle. Then I have no complaints. The vehicle was clean and drove well. I was very happy with the experience. Would recommend to a friend.

Awesome service and great car w 255 series tires, all wheel drive and ski rack - perfect for the trip to Brainhead Utah. Pick up and drop off worked great. I was surprised how quick gas gauge went down, while driving up to the resort, Drank hardly nothing downhill, only to find out how small the gas tank is when I refilled it.

The car was great for what we wanted. We had a little trouble finding the car at pick up, but that was mostly due to our not reading the detail in the message, That said, the location of vehicles at pick up could be made cleared with possible a sketch map to ID the general area it is parked.

I was at a trade show and used TURO. It could not have gone better. I am very pleased with the provider, car and service!!! Car was clean and very nice. Price was great and the delivery was flawless... Very pleased. I will use again when in California or anywhere actually.

My last trip was horrible. I didn’t get great customer service with Turo and the roadside assistance company which screwed up as well. I’m still waiting for money from the company. I’m a flight attendant and am about to tell everyone NOT to use Turo because you won’t get good help.

This 2022 GMC was a nice vehicle, it was very clean, and was a pleasant ride. Cody was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend using Cody and this 2022 GMC. The only issue we had was waiting for the shuttle for a few minutes. All of his instructions and information he provided was very helplful. Will be using his services in the future.

I don’t really know how to describe my experience, but I know I’ve had a great experience with everyone of the host that I’ve came counter with. I love the vehicles that I’ve selected and I love how the host respond back to you on time. I would recommend this to anybody instead of recommending anything else, this is my first time using it this year. I got it from my daughter and I just love using the app.

Turo is always significantly cheaper than the big rental companies, and the hosts have been amazing so far. I will always look to Turo first for my rental needs...The type of car that you can get is far better than what you would get for the same price elsewhere. I just rented a 2024 Mercedes GLC300 for the price that I would have paid for a Toyota Corolla or similar at other agencies!

This has nothing to do with the host. Her services has been excellent. Booked a trip for 01/30 & 01/31 but got a mail from Turo to return it for 11:00am on 01/31. I Returned the car as requested by Turo, but reviewed my receipt only to realize I overpaid if it was to be for just 24hrs. I called the customer service & they said something about booking for a day & extra hour. I never requested for that & do not know anywhere in the app which you can request for such. I demand a refund for the extra charges. Thanks

I was charged for smoking and no one smoked in the car. This is also the second time I purchased from them and they added extra funds to my bill. I find it real sneaky & I'll be real skeptical about who I choose to do business with. I had cars that I rented that had problems and I never received any kind of discount or anything in that nature.

The host was wonderful and friendly. The location was very easy to access and in a safe place. The car was clean and ran very well. It was perfect for the few errands and church events I had to attend. I have rented from this host twice and look forward to renting again. Everything went very well.

Nate was wonderful throughout the whole experience. The car was great and reliable. My only small complaint is I felt like the price for the vehicle was a bit high considering it had almost 100,000 miles on it.

The car owner was very easy to deal with. He worked with me on a personal issue that I was having. When I had to pay for something out of pocket he refunded me really fast as well. The car was really nice and ran perfect. If you want to drive a nice car at a good price, this is the one.

Each time I’ve had a car it was with great individuals who had great customer service who made sure that the car was up and running and that the car had gas and that it was no issues and they made sure I was able to get inside the car and out the car with no issues, and I plan to rent more.

Been using Turo for all of my rental car options this past 8 mos. In every instance, I can always find a larger, newer, more equipped vehicle for much less $ than I can find going through a National Rental company. Pick up and return is a breeze and much faster than the major companies with NO upscale speeches to endure!

Yes there was a lot of confusion. I was on and off the phone for almost 3 hrs. I spoke with a rep who called me early that day and said I had nothing to worry about regarding a swap. Then less than an hr later, another rep calls me and says my swap has not been approved while I’m already driving the new vehicle. I then had to pull over to call Turo back in which a lady rep sends me a chat link and tells me only the chat team can fix it. I chat with support and they tell me I need to call in because the specialist I need to fix it is over the phone. I call in for the 3rd time to be hung up on. 4th time I got a male rep who was knowledgeable, courteous and understanding. He got this whole thing resolved and issued me a $20 credit.

I will rent a car from this host again. Easy pickup and drop off. Clean car and great service. Easy to find on lot by airport. Even had a toll responder so I didn’t have to stop for tolls. Turo made it easy for me to get a great car and a great price.

This was my first experience with Turo and I will definitely be a repeat customer. The exterior of the vehicle was a little more rough than I expected but the pictures from the host and that I took through the app made me feel comfortable. Even though my plans changed slightly due to a cancelled flight my host was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. This experience was a bright spot of my trip.

We had a great time up in Jackson Hole. Servet was friendly and helpful. He met us at the airport when we landed, and the car was clean. He communicated the drop-off details clearly and was helpful when we had questions about the local area. The car had brand new winter tires and was great in the snow (it is AWD). Highly recommended!

Let’s see. Car got a flat, car had to be towed to point of origin. Turo promised to get me back home. Turo failed. Had to get a flight back home. Was promised to get reimbursed from Turo. Still haven’t gotten any follow up for any of the requests for reimbursement. Thinking about consulting a lawyer. How is that?

Great on gas mileage. However, if there is a Parking Fee to take the car off the airport in Westchester, that should be prominently displayed, not hidden in footnotes. That changes the daily price and what's more, I was unpleasantly surprised. Other than that, the car performed well to the point that I thought about looking into buying a Hyundai.

Loading the app and getting set up was very simple. Then we just searched our travel location, and picked a vehicle. The booking was easy, pick up was painless. I used Turo to rent a car in Dallas Texas. The pickup was very easy. The car owner was available when I texted to answer questions about the SUV. The SUV was clean and full of gas. I am so glad I used Turo to rent a car. I was able to pick out an SUV which I was interested in trying out.

First and last experience with Turo. Insurance rates are too high, and too easy to be caught up having to pay for pre-existing conditions. For example my $230 3 day rental is now costing me $560 due to a small crack in a windshield. Not a fun experience. And been seeing a lot of run-around dealing with Turo themselves.

The wiper blades In my opinion needed to be replaced. When it rained the wipers like only removed half of the water on the windshield. Bad wipers to me is a safety issue. Turo sent me a message from The owner but I only Saw half of the message. After renting the car I noticed on the Turo app The complete message sent from the owner.

Fantastic Trip! Gustavo was great to communicate with. The vehicle was clean and very spacious for our large group. Toll express pass was included in the vehicle, which made navigating our way to and around Orlando trouble free and easy. This was my first time renting a car through Turo. I am shocked at how fun and easy this experience is. I have already booked a 2021 Porsche 911 Carrera S for my girlfriend's Birthday next month. Communication with the car owner was great until I questioned him about why I received the car with 1/4 tank of gas but to avoid getting charged a filling charge and fuel cost, I had to return the car full of gas. By the time he replied to just return it how I got it I was already in the airport to leave. He then said he would return my money by Venmo but never did.

We have heard about Turo for some time now and have never had the need to use it. This trip out west in our RV we needed a vehicle while we were there. We found a vehicle very easy, the guy who rented it to us was very nice and communicated well. We will use Tito again in the future for sure.

I rented a car and right up until a couple days before my trip the owner, online through the Turo app, said "ready to go". Then about 16 hours before my arrival cancelled online without a call, text, or any communications. Turo app does not allow us to rate this owner and when you ask customer service, they will not either. I got nothing for the non-trivial inconvenience. So then I was in a crisis for transportation for my vacation. During the next day or so, I called Turo customer service a number of times, calls were dropped, and none of the 4-5 reps could speak good English and were not really skilled or professional. All Turo dues is try to put a structure around loose knit owners of cars so they can take a cut. All of the risk and hassle goes to the renter.

This was my first time using Turo. I rented a Honda CR-V from Tommy. Start to finish. It was an easy, pleasant process. I rented it for three weeks, took a side trip and returned it with no issues. This was so much easier, more economical and pleasant than using a rental company. Would definitely use again. I would recommend this to others. Thanks Turo!

Rented two different cars back to back. Easy and pretty affordable. I usually use big name brands from the airport but I will definitely explore Turo more often. The only thing I’d like is not having to pay extra to have the car dropped off to you. The Uber to pick up car and then return home after dropping off the car was kinda of pricey and inconvenient. The price to have the car dropped off was pretty expensive as well. Almost tips the scales in favor of the bigger chain brands.

We were pleased with our experience with Turo. We found it to be user friendly and more affordable than a rental car. The only downside is we were unable to purchase insurance after the trip started. As someone with less means, I was unsure of it prior to starting the trip. Once I saw the vehicle and got to know the roads at our destination, we wished we could opt in for insurance via Turo. The car was returned in excellent shape with no damage, however, that would’ve added some peace of mind.

This was our first time to try TURO. The app was provided an easy way to communicate with the host. We will use this service again. We are in the process of car shopping and the only way to know if one likes a particular vehicle is to "try it on" for a couple of days.

My first time experience was so easy. It just made me more open to renting so I don’t have to put so much miles in my own car. My host were so sweet and helpful. I’ve told all my friends who rent who to look for. These guys were amazing.

The VW Atlas we rented was absolutely perfect for our ski trip in Colorado. The car drove very well in the snowy conditions which was a plus! The Atlas was extremely clean, had plenty of interior space for comfort and our gear. Communication from host was direct and everything went smoothly on our trip. We picked up and dropped off the vehicle from the airport which also went exactly as planned. We will absolutely use Turo and our host again!

I was unable to find a charging port in the short amount of time I had to get to the airport and incurred $700 worth of charges. Getting the car was easy, but I had expressed that I was new to Turo and to Tesla and received minimal instruction on how to operate the vehicle.

I had a great experience with Zach. His vehicle was great in the snow and met my needs. We are property managers in Bradenton, Florida. So we’ve already recommended Turo without ever using them ourselves. Our guests have had nothing but good things to say. So I decided to give it a try when traveling.

Host was a money hungry liar and I'm glad I didn't extend with him and he added extra fees for no reason and lied about the time we bring the rental back and after I had the rental fully detailed he asked on the floor two days after returning the vehicle and tried to charge me for smoking when I didn't smoke in the car. I'm so disappointed and will never rent from this host again.

First time working with Stephanie - won't be the last...Great car, great mileage, smooth ride. Car was very Clean. Stephanie was a great host. I am looking forward to renting from her again for my next trip. I would recommend this host to anyone looking for a good, reliable vehicle.

The car was kind of a beater but it did the job, took me and my wife around LA with no issues. We had the car for two weeks, it was good on gas and the price for the rental was great! Service was smooth, no problems at all with pickup or dropoff.

I have rented with Turo twice. Both times were with Maria. She provided excellent customer service, clean car, quick response, and very informative of any previous incidents with vehicle. I will definitely rent through her again as well as try out new agents. I like the ease of not having to travel far to pick up vehicles and no additional deposits. Thanks to my coworker for informing of Turo services.

The host was very helpful with getting the car and drop off! Car was very clean and nice! Great experience for a business trip. Car got great gas miles and was very easy to drive. The host was also very understanding with allowing me to extend my trip when my work schedule changed.

This was my first time using Turo and it was great. Pick up and return at the airport was very convenient. The car was as advertised and worked fine. And it was great to be able to have several drivers. It was very nice to have Android Auto for navigation. I would definitely use Turo again.

I would rent from you when I’m in need for vehicles. I never been disappointed. Your vehicles are nice and clean. When I had to extend you accommodated me and my family and that is very important. The vehicle had a lot of vibrations and bad alignment tires were bald. It was dangerous. We did not want to complain due to we want to support small business owners. When we rented the vehicle there was a storm in Maui so there was lots of mud and rain. We did not know that after paying 450 for car rental we still had to wash it. We pulled all trash out the vehicle and returned without washing vehicle.

I had an issue with my Turo not starting, however, the owner was able to get me another turo very fast and was able to switch over the car with customer service in a timely manner. This was all done very early in the morning. I just appreciate the efficiency and effort.

We never had a problem. Everything worked so smoothly. Katie was so responsive. She answered immediately and made sure my stress level was lowered. Katie even helped me out when I had trouble closing my trip out. I will use this option again. The car was clean and worked perfectly. I appreciate all her help.

I wish Rafi or Turo would have let me know there was a piece of information missing. My driver's license and picture I uploaded weeks before but it didn’t go through. I was at his front door ringing the bell and no one was answering. Then he called and I had to shuffle around, get wifi and send it off to him while standing at the front door….
