Using Turo was so simple and satisfying. I could pick out a car before getting there, have contact with the owner, slick pick-up and drop-off. I will never rent a car any other way. I had researched other options and this was a better deal. The owner was so friendly and was interested in our vacation.

Kevin’s Turo rental was great! Car was immaculate and well cared for. His instructions were specific and easy to follow. I like that he met us at pick up and drop off. Turo responded immediately to our first rental that ended up being disgusting and dirty. They credited the rental and we applied to Kevin’s rental. Thank you Turo.

Love using Turo. This is a great alternative to traditional car rental service. I have not had a bad experience since utilizing this service. I would recommend Turo to all my family and friends. Host are very responsive and go above and beyond to make it right if a problem does occur.

This was my first Turo experience, and it will not be my last! Shaun made everything easy and convenient! He loved knowing exactly what car we would be driving prior to arrival. There were no hidden costs and the ability to use EZPass, and be billed later was quite convenient also! We appreciated the option to rent a cooler from him also.

The host name was Adam. He was very informative about everything. When I went to go pick the car up it was very clean, full with gas and ran very well and if I have to I would go through him again And yes I would recommend this company to a friend which I already have.

Love the ease of pick up and drop off and vehicle was well maintained and super comfortable. Will definitely use Turo again!! Host was very responsive and gave clear instructions as to what to do. Easier than using a traditional rental company. Only downside was that it didn’t have CarPlay, but we knew that from the beginning.

In these days, with all hackers and AI, I do not see why we need to upload the ID with all our private information ahead of the trip, even you said we DO NOT need to show our address and DL number, and I block those info, the host will NOT accept, so please also protect the renter of their private information online as well.

This was my first interaction, engagement, and use of Turo and renting a vehicle. Additionally, it was first time driving a Tesla. Bvon (the renter) was very personable and upfront about the vehicle, giving my wife and I a 5 minute lesson on how to best use his vehicle. Overall, I was thoroughly pleased with the experience and would definitely go this route again.

Avoiding the airport garage and car rental lines is what appealed to me. Mission accomplished! Excellent experience. Would deal with Turo as opposed to car rental. Cars were cleaner and more well maintained than your typical rental also. I enjoyed the upgrade of size and luxury of choices on Turo. The cars drove excellent.

Our host was super communicative & friendly! The SUV rode like a dream and it was exceptionally clean. I would rent it again in a heartbeat when needed. Thank you so much for being such a great host & amazing experience! The kids had plenty of space & surprisingly we were able to fit all of our belongings. It’s also great on mileage.

This was my second time using Turo. The app is easy to use and I was able to find affordable cars to rent. I would suggest filtering your search for super host. It makes all the difference. I love that Turo doesn’t hold a deposit. I will absolutely use this service again.

I engaged in a ten-month vehicle rental( RESERVATION #**) through the Turo platform, during which an unfortunate incident occurred resulting in a citation issued by the San Francisco Police Department. The citation led to a substantial and unprecedented level of inconvenience in its aftermath. The matter pertains to the operation of an unregistered vehicle on the streets of San Francisco, a violation of local legal regulations. It is disconcerting to note that the Turo platform, through its operational framework, may inadvertently contribute to public misinformation by permitting the rental of vehicles that are not in compliance with pertinent legal requirements.

The car drove well, but it smelled awful. They had a lot of fragrance tags hanging up trying to get rid of the odor but it was enough to make you sick. I had to drive with the windows down and the seats were disgusting. I will never ride from them again.

This was our first Turo trip and I am a fan! Shaun made everything easy and convenient! It was especially nice being able to use the Easy Pass, and get billed for it instead of having to worry about paying tolls as we went. We also like the availability of being able to rent a cooler, even though we ended up not needing it was great to know it was there.

I have only rented 2 times using Turo and both times I rented from Madison and both times I was HIGHLY satisfied. Great host, great company! My kids and I loved the car and how easy it was to rent it and pick it up! I will definitely be using this again in the future.

What I like about Turo is you skip the long wait at the rental counters (over 2.5 hr wait at San Fran airport and over an hour even at little Ft Walton/Eglin when you go to Destin area). You just walk off the plane to the car parked in ground transportation and you’re off enjoying your vacation. The insurance costs are the only annoying thing that are a bit excessive. But if you find a rental at a good price it offsets the egregious required insurance fees.

Excellent service and experience. Rolls was super easy to work with and made finding vehicle easy and worked with us on drop off as well. Appreciate the mints and water also. Highly recommend working with him. Will use the service again. Well maintained vehicle and clean. No issues on this trip.

My host is amazing. Extremely helpful, understanding, patient. I will forever rent from them. During the time I had to rent this host has always provided me with superior quality vehicles that I felt safe to drive and also has always communicated. When I was running behind to drop off this host is always understanding and polite.

Renter was very accurate in his description of the Miata, as well as its location for pick up. Communication was timely as well. The entire experience was easier and quicker than the traditional auto renting experience. I highly recommend TURO for both business & personal purposes. Mo matter where you might be going Turo has you covered.

We felt very taken care of and helped us with quick responses. The steps were easy and the host helped us when we had questions. We had our original car be cancelled the night before because of some safety concerns from the previous guest. He had a car available for us and no extra charges. It was so nice that we did not have to find a new car that night before our trip. They even helped us with pick up of the car when we have small children and lots of luggage. We appreciate their help. We will use this company and our host.

This was definitely an excellent experience! Vehicle was immaculate and drove like brand new. Apps in the vehicle were easy to manipulate. I enjoy space and this vehicle definitely had it. Parking was no issue. Gas mileage was great on the highway. The lease cost was very reasonable. Overall, I would rate my experience in the outstanding and beyond range.

I have never had a bad experience until I rented from Teresa. They accused me of smoking and charged my card three weeks later of 156.00. I don't not smoke and the statement was untrue. Once I rented a Malibu from them and the owner still rented it out full of smoke. He stated that he's sorry for renting a car with smoke in it but I know that it wasn't no smoke in the truck. I had it washed and vacuumed out before returning it. Please don't rent from Teresa.

I have used Turo on several occasions, by recommendation of my family members, and I have no regrets. I have also recommended Turo to my friends. It is convenient and the app is easy to use. I also received a discount for renting for multiple days. The hosts that I have encountered have to been amazing and I will use Turo again soon.

The car was perfect. Beautiful inside and out. Color and everything was perfect for my lady and I to go away for Valentine's weekend. I loved this car and would most definitely book it again in the future. I would also recommend to anyone who I know that was looking to rent a vehicle. The car is suitable for all occasions.

The Jurin and Steve team are outstanding! They always responded to questions and issues quickly and were so easy to work with! I would rent from them again in a flash! I recommend their services very highly. They provided free and convenient airport delivery of the rental and pickup at turn in. Excellent and timely communications always!

We were able to get another vehicle at a higher price and lower quality. Vehicle was fine, but not what we had planned on. Prices seem to increase when having to book last minute. Not totally sold on TURO. Rented on next car from Enterprise and vehicle was as expected. Not sure I would recommend this app.

I needed to take a last minute trip and was able to find a vehicle same day via the TURO App. It was definitely a relief, the host was very responsive and the trip was great. Having the ability to rent a vehicle the nontraditional way via TURO is a great alternative.

The whole process was very easy, our host was very easy to communicate with, he gave clear instructions on where the car was parked and how to access. Car was clean and drove well. The whole process is so much easier and less expensive than a traditional car rental company.

This ride I'm currently doing will be the last. The previous Jeep owner lied and got $150 after me telling him the car was dirty when I got retrieved it. Granted it was night time and dark so I didn't get a good look but I normally clean cars if not up to par. He lied and stated I've smoked in that vehicle when I nor my two sons both under 10 do not smoke!!!! My grandfather died from lung cancer and smoking has always been a no no in my family. I explained by part and Turo seemed to side with this host. Again, I've given thousands over these past few months. You have lost a loyal customer. I also own two cars. One I was adding to Turo. I drive these cars because I travel for my business around metro Atlanta and neighboring cities so less wear and tear on my cars. Again... the ball was dropped.

Renting through Turo was a great experience. From start to finish giving me the ability to communicate with my Horatio the entire time. My host Chris in Tulsa Oklahoma (super host status) was also amazing. I would highly recommend the app and him for any trip or non-trip rentals. 10/10.

It was our 1st experience & he made it very smooth & easy. Already booked our 2nd trip with Turo. The convenience of this was amazing & not waiting in line an hour at rental car company is so worth it. We will be doing this every time if the price is right.

Great app and great host on this platform, just wish they were not as expensive, but overall the app is great, if car were cheaper I would rent more often from this app, keep up the good work and thank you for the good times. Turo is number one app to rent from.

2024, Car was clean and ready! Everything from communication to delivery all perfect! Great mpg 33 and car drove great. Great value and service. Lock box worked perfectly and parking card also! Highly recommended this car and owner. Not sure what else I can say but great!

Ismael was extremely responsive to our needs for this trip. His accommodations for drop off and pick up were superb. Car was in excellent condition mechanically and detailed like new. My experience with the host was outstanding. However, I have a major issue with Turo. To start the trip, I had to take a photo of my driver’s license and me holding my driver’s license using the app. However, the app wouldn’t allow me to edit (remove personal info) the photos before sharing them with the host. The app even stated that it was okay to remove personal info from the photos, but did not provide the means to do so in the app. I shared my edited photos in the photo section of the app first, but the host couldn’t start the trip that way. The photos had to come through the app where they couldn’t be edited. Turo needs to change this immediately. I would like a Turo representative to contact me immediately!

Great app, great host, great car, great price. This is my second time to have Turo for my car rental. Everything is good from App to pick up and return transaction was smooth. I love it and I will definitely recommend to anyone never it before. I gave everything 5 stars plus. Keep it up Turo.

As a new user of this service, I was impressed with how straightforward it was… our family’s rental was clean, convenient and affordable. Lots of selection was available at various price-points and types of vehicles. Awesome that you can pick-up and drop-off at the airport. We look forward to using it again for future trips and would recommend it to others, even if you are not tech-savvy.

All my needs were met and I was able to stay in contact with the owner the whole time. This gave me peace of mind during my stay. Loved being able to drive around a car that was exactly what I expected when I booked it. The app/Tro site was easy to navigate and everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I was able to pick up the car where I was instructed to go and returning it was a breeze.

First time Turo user and will definitely use again in the future. Pick up and drop off of car was convenient and easy. Car was exactly as described and host was extremely helpful. Turo offered lots of rental options with fair pricing options. The rental process is very simple and the app is convenient and user friendly.

Getting to the app and downloading was easy. Looking for a vehicle was pretty easy as well, and the price was perfect. Searching for your type of vehicle is easy on the app. They respond quick to you on the app making it easy to set-up your rental. I definitely would recommend Turo to everyone, they have great prices and clean vehicles for a great price.

Our plans kept changing due to our cruise ship changing course due to weather and the car owner made it easy at every turn. He was excellent to deal with and very helpful going out of his way to accommodate us on a holiday. His car was as advertised & very clean and well maintained, I wouldn’t mind owning a car like that.

I rented a Rav 4 through Joseph and it was great! Car is extremely clean and drives so well. It was just my sister and I so it was more than perfect for us. I wish I could say I drove it more but I didn't as our parents always drove us around St. Augustine.

Wrongly accused of smoking in a rental car. I am a medical ** patient. Yes. Did I smoke in the car at all? No. No ashes were found. The only thing found were a few tiny leaves. I was charged 150 dollars because of a few leaves on the feet mat. The host also messaged me that he did not clean the car before dropping it off to me beforehand. I left the car the same way it was left to me.

I Rented Fri-Mon and found it was clean and in good condition. Pickup and drop off simple and good contact with owner. This is my third time using Turo and recommended it to several others for pricing. Compared to other rental options they usually beat the price. The only thing I’d change is allowing unlimited miles on more vehicles.

Well the car was nice but very expensive. Nobody told me the charges to use and electric car to charge car. I ended up with 100 in charges. I was better off with a regular gas card. I also extended for couple days not thinking about mileage. Had I knew the mileage didn't start over I would of just brought the car back.

This was my first Turo experience. The process was easy and secure. The host was friendly and responsive. The car was exactly as I expected and perfect for my trip. The Turo system seemed so well run that I am going to look into hosting a car as well. Turo had me prove my identity when I opened an account and then again within 24 hours of the actual rental. The process of communicating with the host was easy and we both were able to provide photos of the car at pick up and drop off - providing both parties with the security of proving the car's condition at the beginning and end of the rental term.

Turo was affordable, easy to book, and offered clear instructions on pick up and drop off. It was more convenient than a traditional car rental and had better pricing. More vehicle options to choose from within our budget than most rental car companies. Our host was excellent and easy to contact with questions. This was my first time using Turo but I will be using it again for sure!

Was convenient and fairly priced. Nice to avoid long lines at the car rental companies. The truck we rented was in excellent condition and got us around with ease. It was nice to blend in and not look like a tourist as we went surfing around the island. I’ll definitely use Turo again. Thanks for making it so easy.

Turo used to be such a good service. I only use you now as a last resort. This past year has been filled with disappointments and frustration. I have lost time and money due to badly serviced cars and piss poor customer service not being able to make things right. 3 years ago I had nothing but good things to say about Turo. Now I only have bad things to say and warnings to give. It's sad. You need to make your host do a 30-day car safety inspection to make sure the cars are safe and in good working order. It's getting so bad that one out of every 5 cars has issues. Many of us have decided to start reporting these issues to the DOT. Maybe they can make you do something about it.

Overall an enjoyable experience with the entire process. Excellent Turo support and our service from Kash and Melissa personally was more than we could have expected. Great car and excellent condition and well maintained. Would highly recommend the service, much more convenient and affordable in comparison to traditional rental agencies.

The rent with Turo was great, I did not have any problems with Auto Team rent. The car was clean, and it worked well, but just because of the model, HRV lacks some features I enjoy, however, this is not related to TURO but the car I chose. When I came to pickup the car, it was fast and the attendee was very friendly. Overall the first experience with TURO was great, I am going to rent a car again.

We love using Turo. The pick up and drop off is super easy. No long lines at the airport with pushy sales people selling you extras (like budget). We get the car we want at a good price and they have always been in really good condition. The hosts have always been quick to respond and very friendly.

The car was delivered on time at the Orlando airport. When we landed, I sent a text and the car was waiting for us as we entered the garage. It was an easy pick up process. The car was clean and in good condition. I was able to drop the car off in the parking garage when we were leaving. It was extremely easy drop off process as well. Overall, a good experience. 10/10.

It's always easy and for the most part all vehicles are very dependable. Everyone is very good at communicating. Make sure when you find what you like you act quickly because they go so fast. Extending is never an issue. Most convenient and I rent plenty of vehicles from all over.

IT was a great experience getting a car with Turo and Ben the owner. I will definitely do it again. The host offered pick up and drop off right at my terminal which ended up saving us time. The car was clean and it worked flawlessly.

It great if you are on vacation and trying to be more budget friendly, or if you just want to live out in your dream car in your local town for a day or 2, Turo really is the bridge between rental cars and customer dreams and satisfaction.

Our first Turo experience was easy and smooth. I loved all of the communication from the driver throughout our trip, even if they were automated. They were helpful and gave us great airport tips for our arrival and departure. The car was exactly as described, and worked perfect for our trip, including booster seats for my 5 year olds!

We could choose the exact vehicle we needed for the expected snowy conditions and that made us feel safer driving from Denver Airport to Breckenridge. Our Turo host communicated with us before, during and after the rental, with really clear instructions so the process went perfectly smoothly. We couldn't guarantee an all wheel or 4 wheel drive with the airport rentals, so opted for Turo.

The host was very nice, but the issue was the vehicle itself. The description didn't list there was any problems with the vehicle, however the night before I picked it up I was informed there were transmission issues. At this point I was unable to cancel the rental with such short notice, and the host assured me this wouldn't affect the quality of the drive. This was untrue. I had to be careful of regular driving because the car was jerking and sputtering, trouble shifting gears. When the car would be in park and I went to turn it off, it had a "action required, shift to park" message, although I was parked. The engine light started blinking while trying to accelerate and the car was jerking. I would not have rented it had I known there would be something wrong with it and I would have to worry about it breaking down my entire trip. Again, host was very nice, but the vehicle should not be a rental for anyone.

The car was super clean and amazing! The communication from the team was **! The pick up of the car was quick and easy! Along with the drop-off. The Communication with the team was also awesome! Their reply was done in a timely manner! The ride was smooth with no problems as well. (But this description minimum is the dumbest thing I have encountered with Turo by far!!)

Brenda’s car was everything I needed on Molokai. Such an easy pick up and drop off at the airport. Prevents the need and expense for cab to the condo. The car was able to take any and every place I wanted to go. Brenda was also readily available to answer any and all questions I had.

This was such an easy process! Great to be able to pick and choose type of vehicle, read reviews on vehicles and hosts, choose pick up location, etc. We picked Jeep up at Tampa Airport. There was a shuttle right to the garage where Jeep was parked. Very convenient! Our host, Stacey was great, communication was very clear and easy to follow. Jeep was pristine condition, very fun to drive! Would definitely recommend using Turo.

I have rented with Turo a few times now, and I would highly recommend anybody going through them rather than a car rental company. The cars are always waiting for me. It’s easy no waiting. Why fight crows trying to get a rental car. That is usually more expensive and a crap car.

The Lexus LC500 was an Amazing car and such a treat to have an option for a car like this for rental! I would recommend using Turo to anyone. What an extremely easy process to rent from Turo! Everything from start to finish was trouble-free. It's so much easier than the traditional rental car companies; no waiting in line at a rental counter. No confusion as to which vehicle is yours. It's all so simple. And being able to communicate with the owner of your rental vehicle at any time through the Turo app is priceless. Turo is my new go-to for vehicle rental.

Wasn’t sure if I wanted to rent a car but decided when I got there. All the regular car rental companies were expensive. The app was simple to use and found a bunch of cars near me. And some host will bring car to you. Our host responded quickly and car was clean. I plan on using the app when I travel again.

This was the first time we have tried Turo. It went off without a glitch. Binh was always helpful in all ways. The communication from her was exceptional. The van was very clean and we had no issues at all with it. I would highly recommend to my friends to try Turo and especially Binh.

I had a wonderful experience using Turo on Maui. Access to the vehicle and coordination of pick-up and drop off went smoothly, with excellent support from the app itself and communication with the individuals who rented the vehicle to us. It appears that this area is serviced well by the company, and the folks who are utilizing the rental services (whether the renter or rentee) are able to have positive experiences. I especially appreciated the option of not worrying about any damage to the vehicle with no out of pocket costs as an option to select.

Nothing went wrong and all went right. Thanks to our awesome host and their communication with us. Had 13” of snow when up in the mountains and the Santa Fe handled just fine and no concerns. Thanks for the great hosting and experience renting in Turo. Can’t wait to do it again.

My host was really great. His vehicle was top tier!! The only thing I would like the next time is some sort of discount code if I’m adding more days to my trip. The host made everything so convenient. Down to free car wash service before returning the vehicle. I will definitely be telling people to try Turo!! It’s more convenient than your typical rental car service.

My experience was brief. Great app for renting vehicles. I was removed but the little I did get a chance to experience was excellent. I would recommend this app to any and everyone with a license. Great app. Just keep in mind of the rules and regulations that come in the guidelines. They're very strict about their policies.

I’ve only used Turo to rent a vehicle a couple of times and both times, Turo has been really professional and helpful. The first time, someone canceled on me last minute and Turo was quick to help find me a car for the same price, even though the car was an upgrade. I definitely recommend Turo!

Love the car was in really nice shape. Like the fact that it was a convertible that made it a lot easier for the wife to take lots and lots of pictures. The experience with Steven was great. Flight was later than expected. Asked for an extra hour and Steven granted it at no extra cost. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

My rental with Turo went real smooth. I travel for work and need to access my rental with ease, with Turo it is so easy to get a car and go. So much smoother and cost efficient than the rental companies. Saved me both time and money with the great set up and no credit card holds for hundreds of dollars. It was just as simple as grabbing my car and making sure I understood the return directions and everything else went smooth. I will definitely be using Turo again for all of my future trips.

My hosts, price and car were all wonderful but I’m going to book my second reservation and am not happy about the sudden $150 upcharge in “Trip Fees” that were $70 last time which was already a lot, considering it says it’s for wear, miles, expenses (we put or pay for the gas) and I only drove maybe 200 miles in 5 days, I paid $300 and now they want $500 plus, I’m going to be calling.

I've been a Turo host for over a year now, diligently renting out my car to responsible guests. However, I recently learned about Turo's decision to mandate instant booking for hosts starting March 2024, and it has left me deeply concerned. My approach as a host has been to maintain control by having my car on approval rather than instant booking. This allows me to assess potential guests and avoid renting to individuals with unfavorable reviews, ensuring the safety and reliability of those driving my vehicle. This new directive from Turo feels like a disregard for the concerns of hosts. As a small mom-and-pop business, my ability to carefully select guests is crucial, especially given that we rely on this income to cover our bills. I am currently contemplating whether to continue using Turo as a platform due to this restrictive rule.

The Odyssey is always a favorite. It is comfortable and spacious and provides a great travel experience. The owner was always quick to respond and answer any questions I had. The pick up of the car was explained well as we are not from around there. It was a good experience. The car was clean and maintained well and we would rent from him again.

Cars are usually as expected. Turo could offer some type of reward or incentive for their loyal customers. It has been a great experience with the vehicles I have rented so far other than a vehicle occasionally smelling of smoke. Pricing in some areas are outrageous but there is always an affordable alternative available on the app.

They are super sweet! I love renting from them. I always pick them to rent from, and they work with me when I’m needing to extend. We always receive a clean car that smells good, and always respond quickly when you need to communicate with them. If it’s late at night first thing in the morning they respond.

I have used Turo a few times when I needed an extra car for various reasons. I have always had a great rental experience and never any issues. The most disappointing part of it all is the vehicles are advertised at a reasonable daily rate + taxes and fees. Just like they are when using one of the rental companies but when the fees nearly equal the rental the price doubles at checkout. I travel for work and would love to keep using Turo but I can’t justify the price because the fees are so much higher. My employer is not going to allow it.

My experience with Turo and Stan ** has been nothing short of disastrous. From communication to payments after deadline and subpar customer service, the entire encounter was riddled with frustration. It was sooo much easier picking up our Turo car at the airport than using a rental agency. While many others were standing in line, we were already enjoying our vacation. Renting a car through Turo was an overall positive experience in terms of vehicle quality and the interaction with the renter. However, the pricing displayed on the app was highly deceptive, reminiscent of shady used car sales tactics. The final cost ended up being significantly higher than initially advertised, leaving a bitter taste and making it unlikely for me to use the service again.

I am amazed with the service quality. By the app itself and by the car owner I rented from. The first time I rented, my little kid had a health issue and we couldn't make the trip so I had to cancel one hour before the rented time agreed. I was not charged by the car owner because she totally understood the situation, so I got a full refund. Second time I rented, I searched for the same car of the same owner, luckily it was available so I did rent it. Jinelle was amazing as the first time. So attentive and very responsive to any doubts I had.

It is imperative that you do not make the mistake of leaving your item in someone else's car, for they may not allow you to retrieve it. This is especially crucial if the item is as important as the key to your home. I made the mistake of leaving my garage clicker in Steven **'s car, and despite acknowledging that he has it, he refuses to return it to me. It has been a week, and this situation is putting my safety and the security of my home at risk. I demand the immediate return of my garage clicker, and if necessary, I will involve the authorities. It is unacceptable that I gave them a five-star rating, and now I deeply regret it.

A very positive first trip using Turo. Pick-up was easy and convenient. Drop off was equally easy. I would even say enjoyable compared to rental companies, The car was clean and dependable and communications with owner was immediate. Would definitely consider using Turo again on the future. The only thing I might do differently is not by the insurance and pick up away from the airport. Both fees are basically unnecessary if you use your insurance and use small airports.

This whole process from start to finish was an easy process! It was very simple to review cars/owners and find one that fit my needs. The option to pre-pay for fuel, and select rental with unlimited miles was also very handy. Having a separate option to chat with the owner with questions was also helpful. I can't think of any part of this process that was difficult. One recommendation would be to figure out a different process for taking pictures when picking up, when you pick up late at night (in my case 10:45pm) you don't get the best pictures and you can't see the vehicle condition very well in the dark.

As always I was linked to a great host. The experience thus far have always been positive. The car was clean and in excellent shape. The entire process is almost like ordering a pizza. It’s actually fun to decide on what you’d like to drive. When I shop for a new car, I usually will rent a car similar to what I’m looking for and see if it meets my needs.

We drive a large motorhome and do not tow a car behind it. We have found that using Turo as our way to rent cars is the best way to go. We usually get to our location and after a week or so get on the app and find a car to rent. It is so much easier and less expensive than using one of the car rental agencies.

Great rental. No real issues to report and my feedback to improve my experience is with choosing a vehicle. Long list of multiple choices and associated pricing. Maybe I just don’t know how to properly use the system but the ability to filter my search to a certain type vehicle or a price range would make the decision quicker and easier. Also a comparison to National car rental would help validate my decision and make sure I was a repeat customer.

I don’t feel like the customer should be faulted on the owners not confirming their driver licenses, letting someone else bring keys that’s not the owner and then leaving. Messaged the owner of car about the tire light on with no response which sucks when you get a car and want to know immediately if something's actually wrong with it. On top of that the car was/still is showing disabled before my ride and I had to text him to even see if the car was good and it took him over 24 hours to even confirm on a car he’s suppose to be renting which obviously he wasn’t even the one that brought the keys.

A great car for driving during the snowy winter months in Juneau and really appreciated the heated seats. Customer service, directions and communication with the owner was excellent. Car was clean, comfortable and had plenty of luggage space for my work totes. I will be renting from here again during another trip to Juneau.

The Kia Carnival was a great family rental. Fit all 8 of us and all our luggage in the back. It is a brand new vehicle so it was extremely clean and reliable. Would most certainly rent this van again. The pickup process was very simple and more convenient than some other locations where I have used Turo.

My original car booked was cancelled 2 days prior to my trip so I lost my early booking discount and ended up paying $348.20 instead of my original $ 283.00 to find another car within pick up distance and somewhat comparable but not nearly. BMW suv versus Toyota Rav 4. The Rav 4 experience was good with the owner. Also your app is confusing after booking a car, I went back to the car site and it said the car wasn’t available for those dates so very confusing prior to an owner confirming by messaging that the car was available.

My experience with Turo has been nothing but a great experience. I'm using them more and more now and would recommend them to any and everybody.. The information to getting your vehicle and location is very easy and very accurate. I just started using them two months ago and have used them at least 5x since then.

The host of my recent rental tried to rip me off with extra charges related to his decision to use long-term parking to deliver and pick-up the car. I had to work with Turo customer support for over 1 hour to get reimbursed and a full security deposit refund. 2 weeks later, I got an email from Turo Support saying that I owed an extra $145 for an impound and additional usage. It turns out this email had been sent to me incorrectly, but it once again took over 1 hour of my time to sort the situation out, since the Live Chat messaging dropped twice and I needed to call. I won't be renting through Turo again, but if anyone else needs Turo Customer Support, I recommend calling (415) 965-4525. They do not make this number easy to find.

Getting easy instructions to find the vehicle, easy check in when getting to the vehicle. We rented a Jeep, it was clean and exactly like pictured. The app was easy to follow when we dropped the vehicle back off. I did have a few questions during our trip that were answered quickly. That was nice.

It's been wonderful. I love how I can just schedule a car when I can get it and if I only need it just for one day it's available. The cars be nice and clean. I like that I can get a vehicle that has unlimited mileage and some of them with mileage.

I had a wonderful experience with my host, he made the process simple and was very accommodating to my needs. I had to take away a star due to the fees and insurance being more than the cost of the actual rental. I get that the hosts belongings should be insured, but maybe this should be provided by the company without passing extra costs to drivers, like some ride share companies do for their drivers. The fees made the cost nearly triple the daily rate of the vehicle. Seems like you as a company can do more for customers in lowering costs since you don’t really have much in terms of operating expenses.

I have used Turo twice, and both times I have had a great experience. The selection varies by city, which is understandable considering these are privately owned vehicles. I have found perfect choices for my needs. I have gotten better cars for less than traditional rental companies. Hosts have been easy to work with, getting a personalized rental to meet my needs. I moved across country to a large metro area with phenomenal public transit a decade ago and decided to leave my car behind. I was tired of the money pit: the payments, the insurance, the maintenance, the fuel. I thought I could save myself close to a grand every month and put that money to better use. And with the huge variation in housing expenses between the market I left and the one I now found myself living in, a “better use” wasn’t hard to find. Fast forward 10 years and I miss driving.

Easy and timely pickup to/from airport. Not all the bells and whistles on an older car. Decided best aspect was not having to spend time and energy returning a rental car to the airport and all the time, effort and anxiety that entails. Easy contact with host, but app a little confusing at times.

Rental went smoothly. Loved being able to choose what works best for me from the car model to the price per day and the mileage. Avoiding fees that airports add to other rental agencies. It was an amazing experience. We will contribute to look at Turo as our first option for car rentals.

We needed a car for our group, picking ip at the airport, driving them to our show, etc. The Infinity was perfect and everyone was comfortable. Hurray for heated back seats! Turo is the easiest option for transportation, without many of those annoying experiences you have at conventional car rentals. ie, NO long lines and waiting to check in to get your car.

The van we rented was great. Lots of room for people, not so much for luggage for 6 of us. But we only had to squeeze in to and from the airport.

The Davian was an excellent host, communication was very timely, direction were very detailed and specific, the vehicle serviced my needs well. I would rent from this host again and recommend him to my friends and associates as well. This was my first time using Turo and Davian made my travel very pleasurable and convenient. I wish that I had known about this service before now, but I’m so glad that I’m aware of your company and will be using it more often.

I'll definitely use again when traveling. Much more economical than a major car rental and pretty convenient pick up and drop off at the Preflight lot near the airport.

I love the Turo concept and the ease of renting the late model, always clean and fine running vehicles. I’ve used Turo multiple times, the latest rentals were a Honda HRV for one day and a BMW 540i for 16 days. I appreciate the kindness of the owners and ease of picking up and returning the vehicles. The range of vehicles and prices are incredible, BUT the only complaint that I have is the ridiculous “TRIP FEE” that Turo charges.

I’m pretty much love the idea of me getting a rental without all hassle.. and the host always understandable when it comes to you being a little late because of traffic or whatever..sometimes things happens and you might be late. So thanks for sharing your patience with a smile and always accepting the best way to make your trip better..

There's a much better experience than I ever thought it would be. Very easy and understandable if the trip has to be modified. Everyone has been kind and understanding. There's not been one problem and there's been a couple moments now where we have continued to have a friendship with some of the people who rented it. It was a great experience. I don’t know why I hadn’t heard about Turo until now!!!! I have had the best experience and will recommend Turo especially to DM Automotive. Vehicles are always clean, great selections and easy process. Will continue using Turo and DM Autos. I have rented a total of 3 cars so far and all of them have been great and clean.

Great car and service. Thomas was very communicative and car was in great shape! Thomas confirmed my flights and arrival times and had car ready for me. Very easy, no lines, no hassles. Grab my bags and headed to the car. Perfect service. I’ll always rent from Thomas when in Palm Springs. The Mustang was perfect. For a warm weather climate the process was seamless.

I was told that I smoked in a car that I rented from you guys. Sent pictures showing the host was lying but still have to pay for it. That's not good and it's wrong. So I will no longer use Turo services again. If you don't take photos the people will get you for more than you can inordinate. Please be on the lookout for things like this if you don't want to pay more than you have to. I thought this was a great site to rent cars but I was mistaken. But I will no long use this site for car rentals.

The experience was convenient from beginning to end. Starting with booking and the follow up after booking from the Host. Pickup of the vehicle went smoothly. When I arrived the agent stated the vehicle was clean and ready and the keys were in the cup holder. The fuel tank was full and ready to go. Communication for drop off instructions were communicated shortly before the end of the trip. Drop off was simple. Will book through this host again.

Everything was perfect. Easy to communicate. Will definitely use Turo for my next car rental. Car was on time and clean. Easy to find with great instruction step by step what I needed to do. Car wasn’t new but was very well maintained. I’m very pleased with the whole process.

Customer service has always taken care of my needs and help with getting TURO rented. This may be my last month with TURO but I will definitely use them in the future should need to again.

I went on vacation to Miami, The car was waiting for me when I arrived, detailed. Full tank, no mechanical issues, enough space for all my luggage, Turo platform is easy to use, I did everything through the app. I just dropped off the car in the same spot I left it near the airport.

I am so glad I rented a Subaru for my work and ski trip. Tyler was so easy to work with and the car was fantastic! Couldn’t imagine feeling safer with all the snow we got during my time in Utah!!! If I could give 10 stars I would! If I am ever in Utah I will use Tyler again!!!!
