It was so easy from start to finish. I was able to find the vehicle needed to transport my large family easily. Obtaining the vehicle from the owner was fast and simple. It was a great deal and very easy. It was much cheaper than using a traditional car rental service and much more accommodating. Pick up and drop was simple. The truck was absolutely beautiful.

I had a perfect experience with Turo, the app, the Hosts and the support staff. In the early days of Turo there was no number to call and refunds were almost as big a problem as a host cancelling your trip on short notice or day of while you are trying to get into the car and go. Now they have streamlined the refund process, add customer service reps and all star hosts that ensure your rental is present on time and available as according to your booking.

This was my second trip with Turo. Turo is fast, easy and safe. I would definitely recommend Turo to my family and friends. I will be renting my next vehicle with Turo. Customer service is fast and friendly and very understanding. Turo is also safe and the prices are great. I rate Turo five stars.

The trip was fine. Locating the car took a while. I didn't get great directions, otherwise it was OK. The license on the car was expired and the front license plate was missing. I didn't notice until I returned the car. I informed the owner about the issue with the car license plates when I returned the car.

I was really nervous about renting a car from a private person but he was the best person to help me calm my nerves and he stayed on the phone with me until I got to his vehicle and drove out of the airport. I will be using Turo again.

Rented a convertible Mustang for a visit to my family. The car was ready for me at the airport when I arrived. It was easy to find and get into. The car was very clean and worked well. I enjoyed having a convertible as it was fun to drive. The price was reasonable. Highly recommended.

Miguel was a perfect host. Very friendly guy. Delivered car as agreed. Gave personal phone number and insisted I call for any reason. Car was nice and clean and drove well. Generous on mileage. Returning car was no problem. Could not have asked for a better experience before and after our time in the St Pete/Tampa area. Highly recommend Miguel!

Our rental experience was terrific - from pick up to drop off, everything went smoothly and as we expected. The car was in great shape and super clean. Communication was timely, accurate and informative. Lock box was easy to utilize. We would highly recommend renting from Luxe and plan to do so again in the future.

My first time using Turo was very much a success. As any trip can come with adjustments to your schedule so did ours. However, Turo and its hosts make adjustments almost painless and very easy to navigate through. Will be using Turo in the future for most of our travel needs. I highly recommend them and I traveled 35 years for a living.

Customer service was out of this world! Sebastian really takes care of his customers! The directions that he said in the Turo email, made it easy. Pick up and return was a walk in the park. This is the second time I have used him and can't wait to use him again next year. Already used Turo to book my next automobile.

We had a great experience with Turo and our host, Raymond, for the rental of the Ford Transit 2022 in Dallas. We went to Dallas for a soccer tournament and needed a van that could accommodate most of our team. I love that Ford Transit 2022 (10 seater) and the girls love riding in it. It is spacious and could carry luggage for 10+. The van just rides well-- great mirrors on both sides and we had Apply Play built in that was a lifesaver. Raymond was super responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate our changing needs. Also loved that he offered chairs and coolers with the van-- very smart and efficient. The Turo app is easy to use and it is nice to have the history function with your host. A very good experience all around and I would highly recommend Turo and Raymond's Food Transit 2022 to any group.

The car was just as described and host was very accommodating to my last-minute requests. I had to change my plans twice and host was very understanding and accepting. Host also offered to come sit with me, if I didn’t feel safe, when I dropped the car off until my ride came. Would recommend and will definitely be back when I need to rent another vehicle!

The host was a great and prompt communicator and very detailed in his instructions. The host was readily available to answer any questions. The host was also very accommodating and flexible. I needed to drive the vehicle about 2 1/2 hours from the pickup location and that was granted. The vehicle was in excellent condition and had great gas mileage.

I have enjoyed my experience with Turo! So convenient! The host was nothing but helpful and courteous!! Vehicles clean, easy to drive. I would highly recommend this company! Getting to location was clear instruction, precise. It was Safe delivery! The communication was clear! Cars easy to find! I would like to have more miles available along with if needed for only one day, definitely more miles available! Prices seem to be reasonable.

I wasn't sure what to expect but decided to try and Rolanda was a great host and the car was perfect! Like new and very clean! She left cookies and water in there for me. Explained to me how everything worked and was willing to meet me at a different time than I initially reserved. I will definitely use the Turo service again!

This was my first time renting with Turo and I was a little concerned. I had booked earlier and was inform it won't cost an extra $120 for airport pick up and drop off the week before my trip. I canceled and quickly found another car. I was very careful about booking a car with free airport pick up and drop off. I was worried about finding it in the lot, but Christopher made it very easy and even paid me back for the parking fee. He was very quick to answer any text I sent him. The car was a really nice hybrid with great mileage. For my first time, it went quite smoothly. I'm sad that my car insurance doesn't work on the rental. It really drives up the cost, but it was still cheaper than any car rental company. I would probably rent from Christopher again.

No complaints about my reservations. One suggestion, if doing a long term rental, have the availability to rent short term. For example, I am renting long-term but was going on a short weekend trip and was flying (thus had no car over the weekend trip) and would have loved to rent from TURO for the weekend, but was unable due to having my longterm rental. But all the renters I have rented from have been great and I have had no issues with the cars.

Driver seat was stuck reclined all the way back where I had to sit up my entire trip so my back was very sore at the end of the trip. But other than the seat the car was perfect. I'm a very short person so had to sit up at first. I thought a pillow would help but it really didn't. So the car was a good experience other than the driver's seat which gave me a backache.

Our car was what we expected. The transactions at delivery and drop-off were very simple. The owner was easy to work with. We did have to wait for the owner at the airport for approx 40 minutes. Our flight was a little late so he made another car run, which left us stranded for longer than we wanted. My group then had to drive 2 hours to our destination, arriving at 1am. I understand why he did that, but it put us out a bit after a long day of travel already. Otherwise, all was fine.

I’ve been using turn for a year and it’s been great. The only thing there’s not a lot of returning customer promotion or rewards… The last time I got a promo code was Halloween. -___- I just think there should be more rewards for those of us who consistently use the service.

P2P ride share is convenient and useful for folks not use to traditional renting from big corporations. Gives you freedom to choose your business or pleasure. Creates a friendly atmosphere. Ray is a great host. He is kind and very understanding. I had an emergency and he allowed me till midnight to drop the car off. I love the fact that you can contact the owner about anything and everything. My kids loved the car. My wife is in love with the car. And if I had any troubles I was able to get in touch with Ray with speedy services. Turo is great. I will be using this again and again.

Exceptional host, vehicle and experience. We drive Mercedes and have for over thirty years. Grateful that we can choose our own when traveling for business and pleasure. I would choose Turo again and have told colleagues and clients about my experience. I will continue to use Turo. This was our second trip in less than a year.

I own and maintain several cars, being able to rent for family road trips, not worry about the maintenance and potential issues with my daily in town vehicles is an amazing resource that takes the pressure off trips. It is quite easy to keep them clean during the trip and I haven't had any issue with the owners. I would definitely recommend to normal people without corporate credit cards who need temporary access to features their current car lacks.

He was easy. The vehicle was wonderful. No complaints. Will I rent from him again. I already booked and we plan on booking in the future. Turo is great… I lost my debit card right 2 days before my trip and had previous prepaid for a rental car thru dollar car rental, when going to pick up my rental car, Dollar wouldn’t let me rent the car because I didn’t have my physical bank card with me… It was 7:40PM and I needed a car for the weekend bad… I got on Turo and notice they took Apple Pay which is lovely… I requested a car to be delivered to me by 8PM and guess what that car was delivered to me by 8pm… I will never go thru any rental car companies as long as Turo is around…

Our recent Turo rental in Palm Springs, CA was one of our best experiences yet. The car was exceptional and delivered on time and very clean. The car performed flawlessly and was beautiful. Our return at the airport was fantastic. Our host met us on the curb in front of the terminal directly in front of our baggage check. We literally got out of the car, grabbed our bags, and checked them. We literally had a 30 second rental car return. It was wonderful.

Erick was courteous and professional. Louis is a friendly, knowledgeable man. The 2015 Malibu was clean, comfortable, ran well, and was really good on gas. Couldn't ask for a better rental. All around a really great transaction. I totally recommend this host.

Selee is an excellent host. If she was very friendly, smart, organized and flexible. She answers your texts quickly even at work and is very efficient and makes you feel very appreciated as a customer. 5 stars for Selee And I recommend her to anyone and I will definitely rent From her again.

The host was not very accommodating to me at all. I never met her or anyone else for that matter, and when I needed help she was not very friendly. I filled up the car with 11.5 gallons of gas for $35 and the next day she charged me $26 for 3 gallons stating I didn’t bring it full. The inconvenience of going to her location and the extras like insurance and fees have convinced me to never use Turo, again.

We've now used Turo twice. Both times we were impressed with the convenience and speed of the system. We were in our car and on our way within minutes after landing and getting our bags. Meanwhile others were waiting for shuttle buses and long lines to get a car from old fashioned car rental companies. We recommend Turo to friends and fellow travelers. It’s a great service. We look forward to using Turo again.

I needed a car in a clutch after business hours and Turo made it happen! My host Rani is always flexible and willing to accommodate my needs. I extended the rental service days due to unforeseen circumstances. I called customer service to extend my trip and it was a seamless process. The rep stayed on the phone until I felt comfortable with the entire transaction. Keep up the good work Turo!

Easy, accurate, and a pleasure to do business with. Car was spotless, roomy, and 4 wheel drive worked well during a record snow fall. Met me at the airport and handed me the keys. Met me again for the return. Car tank was full, sound system was great, and very comfy.

It was our first time using Turo, and it went smoothly! Car was left for us at the airport. We were given instruction on where it was located and how to get into the car. Very easy to find and get our car! Drop off was just as easy and smooth. Would recommend this service!

The car was exactly as described. The owner was very quick to respond, very helpful, and very accurate with details and descriptions. There was a minor snafu with the car the day of pickup (not the owner's fault) and he handled it quickly and professionally. The app was not working during check in, yet the owner took it upon himself to communicate with me to make things go smoothly.

Rajpatie was easy to communicate with, and her Santa Fe was perfect for the beautiful Florida weather, with the panoramic sunroof. Very roomy and nice to drive, and convenient to pick up and drop off at the airport as well. Highly recommended for the vehicle and for Rajpatie as host.

I needed the car earlier / later than I thought. It was so easy to do. Dyan was so easy to work with. He also checked up on us to make sure all was well. Would use Turo again. A+. I was on Kauai. Just happened I picked a car that was a local not a large company. I work for a family ran business. Always try to support local companies.

Second time using this host and they made it easy and fun. Loved getting a cooler in the vehicle, so helpful. The car was clean and worked perfectly. Very thankful for the vehicle and sorry I left more of a mess than I thought. Next time I will clean in the daylight. I think I might have goofed up the Bluetooth on accident. Very appreciated and hope I do a better job next time as the host did their part.

Well I was told I didn’t fill the gas tank up even after I provided a receipt and the picture of the needle after I return the car. I don’t like being called a liar. Especially when I have been renting for months and never had this problem. I will rent again but it will be a while before I do. The customer service part wasn’t great but everything else was fine. Hopefully this review helps the next person. Make sure to take good pictures before and after because I do not that it mattered in this incident.

I had a good experience each time I have rented a car. I have had no issues. The owners are pros. I have rented in many places. We even rented with Turo for a 14 day trip all over Oregon and Washington state. Clean, well maintained, and it's nice to try out different cars...

My trip started off bad. I booked the car for 3:30 pm and the owners brought it to me for 8:30 pm. I was told take my time when returning car because I didn't get it on time and there would be no additional fees. I took out basic insurance which I thought covered cleaning etc. The owners wanted me to Zelle them for cleaning. I didn't have Zelle. I asked for the cash app instead. After I asked them to make sure Turo knows what they were doing because previously they asked me not to communicate in the Turo app because I requested the extension like we discussed. They called me and said they declined because Turo wanted to charge them extra. I could just bring it and park in the driveway in case they weren't home. They wanted me to leave keys in mailbox which I didn't because I didn't want any mail issues.

Easy to check in and check out. Was not able to add a second driver. Was able to add photo but not driver license for second driver. No screen or form. Couldn't find contact phone number or chat address. Sometimes you need a live person to help with new projects.

I’m trying to deal with this matter because I’m trying to rent book another trip as soon as possible so I would love to deal with this matter so I can be able to book a trip. I never had this problem. I love Turo. I love running and booking cars from Turo since I’ve been with her I never had any problems like this.

I have used Turo multiple times and I like it. I tell people that it’s like Airbnb for cars. I recommend it to everyone I know who rents cars and it has saved me a ton of money compared to how much I would spend at a car rental company. My only issue is that it seems that recently, they’ve increased the trip fees. I’m seeing trip fees that are equal to the amount of the rental cost for that day and even when I rent for another day, the cost stays high. I know things are expensive out there these days, but it’s getting to where it’s not as good of a value as it used to be. What changed?

I recently used Turo to rent a vehicle while on vacation in Maui. It was convenient, I felt I received a good deal on the rental vs. alternatives, and there was no fuss. Overall I was very happy with the process and the vehicle and would recommend Turo to others considering an alternative to the major rental companies.

The best rental I have ever rented, it was very beneficial for our trip, gave it to me clean and smelling good, air conditioner was pleasing, the speakers were up to standards, and the wheels were the best part because it helped us with any road we have driven. My experience was mostly great, the location on one of the cars was a bit out of the way for me, but otherwise wonder people to deal with. Cars were in good shape, one car has the check engine light came on, but it was not blinking, no problem.

It was a great experience. Renting from Other companies was a lot harder and more time consume. The process of renting from Turo was made easy and effortlessly. It was definitely hassle free. The guy name JJ that I rented from worked with me on the pick up as well as drop off. I will definitely continue to rent from turo again.

The Armada was perfect for the driving situations my group had while visiting Snowmass. It was just as advertised and in good condition with a full tank of gas. The pickup and drop off worked great and communication was excellent, The instructions for using the vehicle were clear and concise.

The car and service was great, I was in Vegas for a week and a half and had no issues with the car it ran great. I will be contacting them through Turo again next time I’m in Vegas. The only thing I didn’t get to do was put the drop top down cause it was too windy, lol. Thank you again for the services. Much appreciated.

I rented through Adam, he was amazing. It was super easy and quick. I had no problems. He made everything easy for me, car was wonderful as well. No hassle like renting through enterprise or Avis. Would definitely recommend you guys to everyone I know. I’ll be renting with Turo more often.

I have 2 rentals so far. My first time was a rental in California which was canceled as I was boarding my flight. While I was going to Customs and baggage claim. Turo found a replacement EV car before I got my bag. I was so happy with the car. My second trip was closer to home. I don't think I will ever go back to the rental companies ever again.

It was pretty easy picking up the car late at night in Lihue. It ran good and was clean. Gas mileage was good because fuel is very expensive in the islands. The host did a wonderful job and was very helpful. The drop off was just as easy once I found the parking lot. The price was right and I took my own pics of the car before and after for my own peace of mind. Thank you Turo, so so much easier than going through the rental car agent.

Ridiculously easy process. I spent less than I would have with a traditional rental agency, but also selected an older model vehicle to do so. I was able to skip the rental line and pickup was a breeze. The car owner was very responsive which was helpful as it was my Turo effort. I would not hesitate to rent thru Turo again.

I rented a car and got a flat tire within less than a mile of driving. It was late at night and we were stranded in the side of the road with kids. I could not reach the host until the next morning. He rented a new car to me, but I never got a full refund from the first rental. He promised me it was coming and it never came.

Ease of use, convenience and cost effective while choosing the car I want to drive! Depending on search criteria the vehicle selection process relies on my budget and the make that suits my needs. I control the specs to meet what I feel best supports my travel or personal use. The options are vast and the no haggle platform is more than ideal.

It’s the worst experience ever. Don’t use this app! They will take your money!! They won’t give any explanation and give a false statement!!! Never I will use this again!! Please don’t use this app! They give you a headache, and they never justify it, tell you how they are doing! In 1 day they already know the price of something! Make a favor to yourself, don’t use it.

The pick up and drop off take a little bit of a learning curve but now I will never rent from the major car rental services again. No counter wait time with Turo. The car was clean, and the instructions were clear for pick up and drop off. The guy that we rented from checked in and offered his help multiple times if we'd needed it. Great trip.

The price made renting a very nice convertible Ford Mustang affordable for us at only $50 per day. We heard that having a car dropped off and picked up is an option, and will be looking into this for the next rental we get through Turo. Picking up the car myself was ok, but it got a little convoluted upon return. Luckily I wasn't in a hurry, and the delay only cost me an extra $10 for my one mile Uber ride back to my hotel. All in all the app works great, and I will definitely be using Turo again in the future!

Michael was super helpful and made the process easy. His Jeep Wrangler was just as described and he was super responsive. From arrival to departure all of the steps were clear and easy. Having only one Turo shuttle from the Kauai airport seems like not enough. We waited over 45 minutes for one when we arrived and it was full in seconds. I had to call an Uber to get us to the lot from the airport.

Tiffany is awesome. She provided step by step instructions to attain the vehicle. The car was clean and washed. I’m very pleased with Turo system. I’m going to refer all my friends of your services. Turo is an excellent car rental service that am looking forward to my next visit in the future and recommend my friends and family

My rental out of state was absolutely amazing JV Fleet, LLC Took care of me. From pick up to drop off. Left me treats upon my arrival into town. Provided white glove customer service. They provided me details instructions which came in handy picking up at airport. Response was quick, car was spotless. I just loved the entire experience.

Multiple nearby locations. Owner was willing to come to the car on short notice when I had left parking lights on and battery needed recharging.

Your company had me pay for something I didn’t twice for a cigarette and the tire at. I made the claim first. I don’t appreciate and want my funds back. I don’t like the service and some of the vehicles. I will not be charged for nothing I have done.

Booking is always so easy; communication is very fast and efficient. It is so much easier than renting through companies at airports. No hidden fees, it's a one payment done deal. I highly recommend booking through Turo, you have plenty of selections and the cost is way more affordable than other companies. You just have to do your research, as some vehicles have a limit on mileage, after you go over the mileage you pay per mile. Which is not too bad..

My first trip with Turo was absolutely amazing! Gosi and his wife were both so welcoming and kind. They were very professional and communicated very well. I even reached out to get an extension and they approved it as well as giving me 5% off my next booking! I highly recommend booking with Gosi! I had an amazing experience.

Totally love this app and have recommended this to friends and family. I like that you have a greater selection of cars and you can filter your car options (such as the kind, make, model, etc.). You actually get the car that you want to rent. No surprises! My past transactions have been very positive!

Patrick was wonderful! He picked us up at the airport and dropped us back off right at our airline gate. He answered all my texts regarding things to do, where to eat, etc. He made things very easy! Even gave us a couple bottles of water and a few $$ to help get us out of the airport parking lot.

We rented a SUV on Maui and on Kauai. The people were so nice and they had great suggestions for restaurants and things to do and see! The cars were clean and as pictured. They were on time for drop off and pick up. Would definitely rent through TURO again.

Our host Ryan could not have been better. Ryan got back to me promptly whenever I had questions. Car was immaculate. Gave perfect instructions at beginning and end of trip. Very professional. I found Ryan to be genuine and concerned that we enjoy our trip, by not having any problems with the vehicle.

The back seat of our rental had a manufacturer's defect /warranty and wasn’t able to be used /put back into position and the owner made a claim against us. He said it was in the Turo contract. If something stops working without be physically broken, I can’t believe the end user is responsible.

My host claimed that I smoked in the car when I did not. They intentionally waited for my review, then sent in false pictures to get an extra $150 for damages. Turo took their word for it, charged me and now I am fighting it, but I've called 3 days straight without a response. I will never use Turo again, and I am telling everyone I know to never use it.

I own 5 Mercedes Benz, and will always rent a Mercedes Benz when traveling. The car was clean and had good gas mileage to get around town...Will use Turo again! When returning to Phoenix, AZ will be using Turo again with the same rental since great services. Hope Turo continue to sent out Promo Code for the Next Rental in the future

This is my first time using Turo. I was very impressed with how easy it was. Will from now on only use Turo. Great cars and SUV, no taxes, it makes it affordable. I heard about this from my boss who uses this app. For those who haven’t experienced this you should definitely get this app. Even sport cars are available for low prices. Drop off and pickup at same location

Great experience. Car owner was very helpful and accommodating to all my needs and I’m very happy with the experience and communication with the site and car owner. I will definitely keep using Turo as one of my favorite apps and service. I also recommend to a lot of my friends to use the site and I had a positive experience.

First two cars canceled for two different reasons, the car we ended up with was fine. Should have a balance coming back to me because the car we rented was a lower price by close to Three hundred. Hopeful this issue we get resolved! I will use Turo in the future for my rental needs.

My Turo experience was the best. I arrived at midnight at the Airport and the car I booked was ready to go. Thanks to Miguel. No hassle of a 1-2 hour line wait at the other rental institutions. It would be nice to have more unlimited miles and at least 800 mile cars available because sometimes people don’t have the extra to pay if they go over the miles for the car they rent. We all feel it’s easier for a lot of people to get a car with mainly unlimited miles.

The car was super clean and the communication was exceptional. The car ran well, was easy to locate. All in all it was an awesome experience. I would definitely rent this car or another car from this company next Arnold. I appreciate how easy the whole transaction was. I would definitely recommend this company to my counterparts.

This was so much better than going through a car rental. I loved being able to pick the exact car I wanted. The host was easy to contact and kept in touch with easy-to-follow directions for pick up and drop off. I will use Turo every time I need a car in the future.

We rent cars by the month, usually at least three times a year and Turo is by far the best value. There’s always a lot of cars to choose from and very easy to navigate the app. I wish we had Turo in Costa Rica where cars rent for $100 a day.

This was my first Turo rental and it was a wonderful experience. Pick up was beyond expectations… Car was waiting for us in the passenger pick up area. Drop off was also very easy. The initial “damage” report was confusing (but I’m old and not computer savvy. My host Joon was very helpful. I will definitely rent with Turo again!

Had a great experience from jumping on shuttle to pick car up at airport to dropping off. Our host was in communication and very accommodating. The car was as described and clean with a full tank of gas. Would recommend to family and friends. We appreciated having the chairs and cooler came in very handy.

I was skeptical going into my first Turo rental that everything would go smoothly and as advertised, especially since the cost of my week-long rental was half the cost as that from a traditional rental car company. To say I was blown away with the ease of use and value for my dollar is an understatement. The person I rented the car from was clear and concise with communication and the car was in fantastic shape. Everything from the site research before I rented thru the booking, pickup, and dropoff was easy and convenient. Just what I needed! Of course there’s a few things I would change about the off airport Turo lot and the pickup/dropoff photo taking in the app, but other than those minor things, this was a fantastic experience.

Three things I look for in a rental: Convenience, good vehicle and good communication. They add up to good value. These guys knocked it out of the park. The only thing that is confusing is the parking fees but they were reasonable. Car was clean and at the airport as requested. They also are very quick to respond to messages.

Travon is exactly the just everyone should want. My first car was cancelled because of mechanical issues but Travon stepped in. He was very proactive and attentive to my questions. I would use his car again. He would be a very good standard for what a host should be. Thank you.

Provider was difficult to obtain information from and this difficulty was not due to any lack of documentation to be provided by us. Provider delayed issuing lock box code for almost an hour after our scheduled arrival. They made us stand in the dark in an open parking lot at dark and in the rain! Has apologized and obviously doesn’t care about Turo customers. STAY AWAY!!!!

Car was in good shape for over 90,000 miles! Had a lot of power for a 6. Guys at the rental locations very knowledgeable of the rentals. I'm 77 Years Old, it was a little tough getting in and out of. I drive a Dodge Durango Hemi RT for my personal car, easy in and out. A Range Rover convertible would have been nice.

The whole experience was as expected. Pick up and return was a smooth process, the vehicle owner was very responsive to questions and the Yukon was immaculate! I would definitely use Turo again and if Omar's vehicle is available again I would absolutely rent from him again.

App was easy to use and car was in great condition and owners were very responsive with their communication. Turo was very easy to use and perfect for the trip. The app was very simplistic in terms of finding the perfect car. The filters made it easy to remove vehicles with high fees and select those with features I wanted. I ended up renting a Subaru Crosstrek for 3 days and it came with free shuttle to and from the airport.

Upon checking my reservation on the way to the airport, I saw that it was canceled. I immediately called customer service and they were able to help me secure a new car. They honored the price I was already given and put me in contact with the owner. The immediate help was a relief and greatly appreciated.

I actually really like using Turo. It’s been great so far. It's better than going anywhere else to get a car and all the fees are upfront unless of course you just trashed the car and didn’t clean it then of course cleaning fees will hit but I did not have that issue. It’s been smooth sailing and I’ve had great people to get a vehicle from. No complaints here.

My experience was very bad, I'm still waiting for the refund of the $150 they discounted for smoking, when I have never smoked, my lawyers are already with this scam matter, I have all the evidence, the application did not let me check in, I even told the host and he said that or there was a problem, it was like that at the beginning as at the end, I have the photos with the date of how I delivered by car, after a week I see that my account I discount $150 for allegedly smoking, as I told the host how do I know that he did not throw ashes and said that I smoked or receive compensation? If I had checked in you would know how I left the car so it was a mistake of yours, days ago an advisor responded to my complaint, I waited 5 days and the answer was to close my account and that they are not going to return my money so I am going to report them for fraud, I have everything in my favor.

I needed to request Roadside Assistance during my trip. I'll admit that I was (pleasantly) surprised at the quality and level of care given to my need. They were fast, efficient, and in my case free. They made sure that I understood and was satisfied with their plan to get help. They even checked back later to make sure I had been helped by the local service provider to my satisfaction. Hello, yes this is the best rental app ever. First of all, it’s no hassle with payment, a lot of paperwork, or any other small obstacles. Second the staff and the hosts are friendly, understanding, and helpful in any kind of way possible. And finally, I would refer them with no problem. The app is easy to use and understand. I reserved a rental 4 months in advance and messaged them the night before our rental week was supposed to start and they told me my rental was cancelled. I had to scramble to find another and, as it turns out, more expensive rental. They told me they would provided an explanation of why it was cancelled so late and nobody informed me of this but they never bothered to get back to me and offer an reason. Each time I use Turo the experience seems to be worse than the last one. Maybe this one IS the last one.

Difficult to find car in parking lot especially with luggage. The car was well worn for 2023 and not what I expected from a RAV4. No auto settings on lights and the back up camera was poor quality. Website was user friendly but host was extremely helpful. Not sure I would use Turo again.

I was accused and charged for something I didn't do. I won't be renting from Turo anymore. Turo doesn't even reach out to the customer. They just charge your card based off of what the hosts say. Very unfair. Never, never, never again. Then charged my card for something else I am unaware of.

We had a great experience with Hector and our rental. It was the easiest process I have ever been through when renting a car. It was clean, smelled good and full of gas. It was so simple to pick up and drop off at the airport. The Kia Carnival was spacious and had a large trunk to put all of our luggage in. I would def use Hector and Turo again for a rental.

An incident happened on my last trip with Turo, I was in a hurry and this time I left the keys on top of one of the rubbers of the vehicle and I sent the photo of that with all the other photos to be able to check out! The Owner of the vehicle was upset about it and did not check the photos, he looked for his spare keys and left if he grabbed the others, now he is charging me more than $300 for the keys, he asked me where they were and I sent him the photo again but he told me that he had already left, neither "according to him" he returned to see if he left them lying on the floor... I want to know what can be done in this special case? Please, I need some help with this.

Turo is the most frictionless part of the entire travel process. I wish everything travel-related was as easy as finding, picking up, driving, and returning a Turo vehicle. Bonus: Not being trapped into renting whatever vanilla vehicle is on the lot when you arrive. I will never rent a vehicle the "traditional way" again. Downside: Pricing seems to have steadily increased over the 2 years I've been using the service.

I'm very pleased with the service and unit that was offered. The condition of the vehicle was super clean and tidy on the interior. The co-host was quite courteous. The actual host used via Turo messaging to communicate with me, while the co-host did all the physical transactions. The unit was up to par. I had no issues with the vehicle or my trip. The issue started after I returned the vehicle. He charged me 21$ for 2 gallons of gas after I filled the vehicle up prior to returning it. He also made me pay to get the vehicle out of the parking lot. He stated in his ad that parking would be free. I also spent my own time and money to wash and vacuum the vehicle being that it was covered in dirt from the snow. I would like my 17$ back that I pamper to wash the vehicle and the 7$ it cost to get it out of parking lot.

First of all this complaint has nothing to do with my last host, past or future hosts. Turo's lack of customer service agents and the sanctions placed upon them. Your support questions clearly explain how the Turo app will take care of these discounts, without any input from support nor I. These will be reflected in my receipt upon checkout. Well if it doesn't automate you have the reservation already booked and now you've lost that discount.

Excellent communication and very clean car, planning to use Turo on my next trip, the only issue was the vehicle was a bit too small for 4 guys with golf clubs and luggage, was disappointed in the first mini van we ordered. If I didn’t check with him we would have been stuck, he sold the vehicle and didn’t let us know. Very unprofessional.

I recently had the pleasure of using Turo car rental App for car rentals, and I must say, it surpasses all other car rental services. The convenience of booking online with no paperwork required is a huge advantage. I have rented some of the best cars available on Turo, and the customer service is truly exceptional, exceeding a 5-star rating.

Sam had exemplary customer service. We had flight delays and he was there and stayed with us all the way over a five hour delay. He was standing there with her car when we finally got in. He was also standing there when we returned our car at the airport. Couldn’t ask for any better!!

This car made me want a Lexus! Was a smooth booking in the app + easy pickup & drop off in a clean and well maintained car. Such a great option for a day trip. I loved being able to book something with only a couple days notice. And I could drop it off early when my trip was shorter than I expected with no penalty.

The host charging too many fees unfairly. If every host do the same I'll make sure to stay away from renting cars at Turo. The host charges Refuel even though I returned the gas level more than what I received it, and the host charging me late returned even though we agreed to return the vehicle at later time.

So far I've rented twice. Once from an owner with a BMW. The other with an owner for a Mercedes-Benz. Both times the cars were impeccably clean. The transaction was smooth. Everything was fair. I had no problems. Give this app 5 out of 5 stars and will continue to use them whenever I need a rental car.

We rented for the day during a cruise stop in Kahului. The pickup location was a flat 45 minute walk from the cruise ship terminal. The car was immaculately clean and functioned perfectly. Much more affordable than corporate owned rental places. Just do your research as far as checking reviews and feeling confident to book with any renter. I've had great experiences with which I book the same person's vehicles as often as able. I've also had MANY awful experiences with much less reliable renters (not showing up at all, not even having the vehicle ready and leaving me stranded, canceling last minute for their own reasons, etc). Pay attention to any additional charges in fine print, too!

During my last rental I was accused of it smelling like smoke and charged extra fees. The vehicle was clean and I am disappointed. I spent way more than I was expecting but I had to pay or my future services would be terminated. I used the car to visit my family to say goodbye to my dad. It was a last minute decision to use Turo and I used my last to take this trip.

The host is claiming I cracked his windshield. There was no clear photos loaded of the side of windshield he is claiming and when zooming in on the other photos you can see the crack. I took pictures after to document. I was mortified that he thinks I would crack his windshield. Prior to that the host other than being late at drop off a had been very accommodating.

I always have enjoyed my Turo experiences. Great cars. Pretty good deals. But there was a bug in the system that didn’t allow me to get past a notification saying my license had been approved in order to check out the car and upload pictures. I tried with customer service and they said to uninstall and reinstall (which I did) but that didn’t work. Not a huge deal but mildly annoying.

This was our first Turo rental and we will never do anything else again. It was a perfect experience from booking to pick up to drop off! My first trip with Turo wasn't bad. The car got me from point A to point B and back to Point A. That was the primary goal. The car, on the other hand, wasn't much to brag about. For starters, the interior was clean. The owner did seemingly forget a few of their personal items in the trunk, though. I needed to use the trunk, which is how I found out. I was able to move their stuff to the side, though. There was some damage to the front bumper. I expect it, though, because another review mentioned it. I wasn't worried about it, but things like this should be disclosed in the listing. Also, the car had a significant rattle under the hood when turning on and occasionally when running. This was concerning and probably should also be disclosed in the listing. The car seemed to run fine, however. The price for the vehicle wasn't bad, but I could've rented a car from a rental agency for the same price and gotten a much newer vehicle.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and almost had a situation where we would have had to extend the rental. I gave Nathan my number. The Sienna van was clean inside and out when we picked it up. Yevgeny was waiting for us just outside baggage claim around 2 AM as agreed upon. Everything went smoothly. We had no problems with the vehicle during the time we had it. We would rent from Yevgeny again. It would have been nice to know that we were supposed to take photos of the vehicle when we left it in the short term parking. I didn’t hit the “End Trip” on the app until we were home which was too late for photos.

It was a very smooth rental. Was a good experience for my first Turo rental. I will rent Turo again matter fact, I’m renting it in March on Turo. Communication was great with the owner. Car was clean. I would rent it again if need be. Price was good. Good on gas.

My experience with renting from Turo individuals has been fine. My issue is finding very different rates when comparing my Turo account to my husband’s. I was offered $100 off my first booking, he was not. For our most recent trip, I was seeing lower rates under my account, but he was offered a rent-10-days-get-one-free benefit, I was not. Presumably in the few rentals we have had, we both received good renter reviews. Why such inconsistency between our accounts? It feels like we have to play some game to get the best rates, and feels a bit dishonest. I tried doing an online chat with someone regarding this issue, since I wanted the incentive program offered to me under my account, but they did not help me or offer any answers.

The vehicle was clean, very reliable and the owner was extremely helpful when I needed assistance. Will definitely do business with this owner again. Turo has never failed me as a customer and this is why I continuously use this app when I go on trips or need a extra vehicle to go on a date, event, business meeting. etc. Turo is always here for me, very happy customer here!!

Directions to car where the pickup was easily achieved. Mercedes Benz decked out with sunroof for the Californian sunshine. The drive was smooth and had ample miles for adventure. Drop off was same place as pickup. Walked to hotel was a bit much and should have planned for ride to hotel from drop off was my only misstep. Ali communicated throughout and did a great job.

First time user so unsure of process but Ali was very helpful and timely answering my questions. Will be easier next time. Some challenges with sending in photos of car and forgot to send picture of mileage. Securing the keys lockbox upon return was difficult. All in all great experience.

The car was immaculate and host did a Great job! Location was perfect. Timing could not be any better. Host was quick to reply to any questions that I had. Did so in a professional manner. Highly recommend anyone using this host will be satisfied. The suv ran perfectly and was a great to experience.

Beautiful car. You can rent it, but don’t forget to change it for 50 miles because if it’s gonna be less you have to pay fees. The car is in a very good condition, it’s quiet and comfortable. The host is so nice and friendly and he is always online with you.

My past experiences with Turo have been nothing short of amazing. I've been able to pick what I like to drive and do so without issue. I'll continue using this platform so long as it's around. If there is a way that I could get a frequent pass, that would make it even better.

Received email that original car was cancelled. This occurred while we were flying and then I have very little time between connections to get another car. Customer service was helpful and Turo covered the cost difference which was good. The experience is just not what you want with using for the first time. Other costs, airport fees, were not disclosed upfront also which didn't make a person happy and also changes the overhaul cost. Probably won't use again.

This is my first experience using this service. It could not have gone better. It was easy and the person I dealt with was very professional. The vehicle was clean and reliable. I am a regular user of Zip Car but I think I found my new service. I will be using it weekly.

The respond time was awesome. My experience overall was awesome. The car was very nice and up-to-date. Had no problems with communication. And I love the elite team. The check in was great and ease with no problems The pickup spots was easy to find. I don't know what else to say. They're just great. And not expensive.

So I’m one has the privilege of meeting the host several times with a different car each time. He goes by Tri Cities Rides and he is a complete gentleman, understanding, and prompt on responding. I’ve never had a single issue and would 110% recommend renting one of his 9 vehicles! You will not be disappointed!

Everything went well except I hit a pig in Kauai. I contacted Turo and my host plus my insurance company so everyone was on the same page. My host has contacted my insurance company so I assume everything is going well. I will definitely use Turo on my next visit.
