    Refused entry into the building at 3 am. Told that the computers were down, that they might come up again in 3 hours and that I could wait OUTSIDE. It was 32 degrees outside and life threatening to remain outside and wait. I was refused access to event he lobby. There normal policy is to take payment and ID and allow the guest to enter the building and go to safety in the room, then when the computers come up or whatever techinical problem is resolved then the card can be charged and the ID entered into the computer. In this case I was denied


    Had to walk at least 1/4 mile in 32 degree weather with luggage to other hotel which was full. Hysterical and emotionally damaged. Lost sleep and lost work the following day.

    Motel 6 put my wife & I on a Do Not Rent list...! I've never heard of such a thing. We've been staying there for about 15 years and never had a problem. GM Karen won't tell me why we've been put on the list. Ruined our aniversary plans totally.
