    I came to Grenada for my son to spend time with his dad as he’s from the country. My return flight to leave was booked for August and we ended up having an argument and he almost choked me to death and knocked me out on the floor unconscious. When I regained consciousness his brother which is a police came to the house and I asked him what he’s gonna do about it, his response that that’s his brother so he’s not getting involved. I called the police station and they said they’d come and no one came!

    My son is 16 months old. He was not on my return ticket home 'cause I thought to add him at the airport. I got the ticket changed to leave 2 days after the incident and spent my last on an Airbnb. The agents of the flight are unable to add the infant because it’s a third party so I called them and they asked for my child’s name and dob and I emailed it to them. They kept me on hold and when they did speak with me they say they’d not hearing nor understand me. They wait until the flight left to say there’s nothing they can do and they can’t refund my ticket. I’m currently sitting in the airport with no money and an infant with nowhere to go

    What should have been a simple journey home has devolved into an absolute living hell, thanks to the sheer negligence of Expedia and CheapTickets. Their system ghosted our return flight without a single notification, leaving us stranded while their app gaslights us by claiming the booking is still valid. The lack of empathy is staggering. We have spent eight agonizing hours on the phone, begging for help, only to be met with corporate scripts and a demand for twice the original fare. They are effectively profiting off their own mistake while we endure the stress of an impossible situation. I have never encountered a more toxic or dysfunctional level of customer service in my life. Needs to be zero stars

      Cheap Tickets is a fraud! They did a bait and switch job thru Klarna and intentionally put the wrong return date on our tickets and we never received confirmation as expected.

      I went to Punta Cana December 16th through the 19th 2025 for my 50th birthday. I went through CheapTickets. I contacted them when I got back to let them know about the roaches in a hotel. I stayed at RIU Adults hotel resort and I let them know about the roaches, the mosquitoes attacking us. So many in our room, I let them know about the air conditioner. Not working. I reported all this. I spoke to someone at the front desk, and I reported all this. I gave them information, I gave them his name at the time he did not do anything about it. He just was singing his gospel music. He said he'd document it and walked away. Unacceptable. Sebastian was his name. And CheapTickets said they would contact me. They'd expedite this to supervisors. I gave him my phone number. I never heard back from them.

      I tested positive a day later. For E. Coli, I was sick, I had to take antibiotics for 3 days. I have hemorrhoids due to it now. I have to go underneath care for it. And possibly surgical removal, my husband was sick there and got better while we were home. He didn't get tested. I did because I had an PCP appointment that following day I got home. I have not heard nothing back. They did not give me a slight refund or a refund. I have documents and test results. We went horse back riding. We didn't eat anything there. This is unacceptable from CheapTickets to allow something like this to happen to customers who book through them and experience this kind of experience and do nothing to support the customers. But back the hotels, I wanna hear from someone. I waited long enough.

      This is the second time I buy and they screw me over. Please don't buy from this company, they are the worse and for a refund is impossible to get your money back. I won't ever recommend it, they have 2 refunds from me I'm waiting for!

      My daughter purchased Disney tickets for her 4 and 5 yr old using Affirm as payment. We drive 3 states away on the first morning to learn her conf was denied which never received any email like they said. Affirm already was collecting their payment so CheapTickets got paid. Ended up purchasing tickets somewhere else, very disappointed, aggravated and their customer service is useless. They did not even try to make it right, they just apologized. That's all you get. You could tell it was kind of sorry about your luck attitude....

      I can't give you a - 123467803615 so I have to give you a 1. YOU AREN'T WORTH THAT!!! I bought a several night stay at a motel AND bought the insurance - for a refund if needed. We had to cut our trip short as my daughter started throwing up. Get home and start the refund... Yeah... Now all of a sudden no refunds. That insurance was not valid - they sure took the 40 dollars!! And all they do is talk in circles. TOTALLY WORTHLESS!!

      I was told they accept anyone with a debit card. Was able to get a plan where they can make payments. I spent an hour+ on the phone with them just to get told (by computer) that my credit history is not acceptable for payment plans.

      I used Cheaptickets as an agent to set up a round trip vacation. The airline had to change my flight and when I called to see if I could make other changes they told me I needed to contact my travel agent. I called Cheaptickets and their agent said there was nothing they could do as the airline had already secured my flight ticket. I called the airline back and they told me that my travel agent lied to me. They then proceeded to run it up to management and secure my ticket from Cheaptickets so they could help me correct my return flight. I could tell the Cheapticket agent was in a call center overseas and I believe he lied so he would not have to do the work in helping me out. I will never use Cheaptickets as a travel agent and will recommend that others do not either.

      This is a totally rubbish site and… this is a totally rubbish site and company. If you care for your money and travel never yes never dare to buy a ticket through these people>>>>>>>>please> this is racket. Yes only a racket. Nothing else. I made a big mistake booking tickets on their site and now not only we cannot travel but also lost our entire money>
