I booked a flight with 2 connections since there was not direct flight to my destination I thought this was the easiest way to do it. Wrong thinking!!!:
2. I had my first flight cancelled by the airline two weeks after purchase. This time I received an email "there has been a modification to your flight schedule".
3. I had to call customer service 5 times and waited for 2 hours total. First calls were lost or hanged by representatives (the fourth one said she could not listen to me), it was until the fifth rep. who was actually the only good rep I spoke (hence I don't give 1 star), who told me that I would receive a refund only for the tickets minus a charge for their service and for seats.
I refused to receive partial refund because the cancellation was not my fault, it was the airline cancelling tickets and they charged for seats I am not going to use because of their cancellation! Cheapoair service who was not going to be refunded, was refunded at the end, as I explained it is their responsibility and if I am not receiving any service why should I pay for something that I did not use because of their cancellation. So in summary find your tickets in the airlines page. It will take time but not as much time as it took to call cheapoair representatives.

ABSOLUTE FRAUD! I booked two tickets through CheapOair for travel in May 2020, the flight was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. They charged me $70 per ticket AGAIN for the ticket I didn't cancel and gave me credit with the airline for $20 lesser (per ticket) than what I originally paid. This was after several emails, and over 20 times calling and staying on hold for hours. DO NOT USE CheapOair. Horrible customer service, NO WAY you can get a refund. They are a fraud!

I have booked my round trip journey with KLM through this unprofessional agency. Costed around 1300 $. I could not make return journey as KLM cancelled the flight due to covid 19 pandemic. When I reached KLM they said I'm eligible to get refund of return journey fare and the request should come from agency. One fine day I called them on July 15th. [Do not choose option of existing booking Or Refund, They don't answer the call. Choose new booking option and then request for refund.]
Today is October 16th. Still they are calculating how much I will get for my return journey. They will say same answer every time, Request is with some team and calculating the amount. I'm going to take this further and not going to just leave as this cheater company is playing with customer's time and money. Suggestions to others - Please do not waste your time and money with these guys. They are unprofessional and don't care about customers. They will simply steal your money nicely in the name of pandemic, even when Airline are giving refunds. Airlines should probably block these cheaters from booking for them. Good luck dealing with them!!

We originally booked a trip for April 2020 from Denver to London which was cancelled due to Covid19. We called 9/29/20 to change one of the tickets for a trip to Frankfurt 4/6/20. We were told the tickets would be coming in an email, which they did not. I called 10/5/20 to change the date of the trip and ask why we didn't receive the ticket by email. The reservation was changed and confirmed and I was told the tickets would be coming by email. When the email came it was for tickets from the original reservation (4/2020) but with the extra charges for the changed reservation. When I called 10/6/2020 I was told I needed to call the airline to get the paper tickets.

They provided me with an email with a set amount of credit I was given due to the Covid outbreak, when I called to rebook, it turns out that credit was not there. They also specified on the email that it was as travel credit. Man on the phone said he could do nothing about it as it is not up to him. On top of that, there was no specification that the credit applies to only to the said you were going to go to before cancellation. Very misleading and inconvenient. Do not recommend.

I booked Round trip flight in June 2020 For $531.60 and bought insurance because of covid. Tested positive for covid shortly after, cancelled flight but only got “in store credit”. Tried to book new flight today for December with my credit, after 2 hours on hold was told new trip was only $276 but I needed to pay additional $56 and could hardly understand the rep on phone. I asked why did I pay the extra insurance and all he said was it’s different from airline to airline. I will not ever use this web site again to travel.

Due to COVID the airline who I bought a ticket from canceled my flight. After finally getting in contact with someone from CheapOair, I was assured that I would receive a full refund in two or three billing cycles. Now, a whopping four months later, without the slightest assurance or email, I have still not received a penny of my promised refund back. Whenever I try calling I am treated in a dismissive manner and can barely - if at all - understand what their representative says because he or she is on a crackly cell phone in India. CheapOair did finally come through for us & we received a full refund for our flight that was cancelled due to Covid.
Original Review: Sept. 24, 2020
We booked our flights through CheapOair on KLM/Air France to South Africa but our return flights were cancelled due to Covid 19. Since then my husband has contacted them many times regarding a refund but is always fobbed off with statements of 'due to high refund volume' & 'we request you to allow us more time for their update'.
They also always indicate the 'refund is subject to airline approval'. However we have spoken directly to KLM/Air France in Amsterdam who told us they are giving refunds to passengers who had booked flights direct. CheapOair travel agency does not treat their customers fairly & are giving KLM/Air France & the industry a very bad name.

Purchased my ticket December 31ST 2019 to Amsterdam from Chicago, also paid the extra fees for insurance. During this crazy pandemic I realized that most likely the trip wouldn't happen. But I wanted to play it out. In March my flight was cancelled upon the ban of U.S and Europe travel. Soon After I went ahead and requested a refund, I can tell you my experience has been hell ever since. The status of my refund has been in process for almost 7 months now. I've called customer service over two hundred times also have the records.
Not being able to speak to a human or anyone in that matter is so frustrating to say the lease. CheapOair is not only cheap ticket-wise, but also with the customer service. I'm only 21 and I can proudly say I've never been more angrier in my life. Finally in August I was able to get a hold of an actual Customer rep. Not helpful at all, they assured me I'd receive my refund in a timely manner, JOKE! Here we're at the end of September and they now are telling me they can only offer credit for a future date. which isn't horrible, But keep in mind I purchased the travel insurance. I'm so frustrated, this is the CUSTOMER SERVICE I get? Completely appalled! Next Time I'm booking with American or United NOT worth the stress folks. My advice save a major a migraine yourself and do the same!

I had to put my original flight on hold due to the coronavirus for July 7, 2020. I rebooked it on 9/19/2020 for Dec 22 to Dec 31 going to Colorado Springs. This was my original destination. I have in hand a letter from CheapOair that I would not have to pay a re-booking fee. Well-----I have been charged $100 for this process and have called to try and correct this but to no avail. (I do not owe this to my knowledge) Also, separate booking for my husband Danny ** booking #** was charged a $100 re booking charge.
The reservation failed to go through at $399.05 and went through with a $100 rebooking fee. I cannot help it if it failed to go through the first time. Not my fault. Should be $399.05 (or there about). I would really appreciate a call in regards to this matter as I have used CheapOair a few times and have never had a problem. After that, I thought everything ok and just wait and waited until more than four months now and still no refund. I contacted billing and send me file that they said it show the transfer made. I talk to my bank and ask them to check all transactions on my visa from May 19, 2020 to present date but there is no refund transaction that was canceled. Now, I don’t know what to do because the Billing Dept. email me that on their end transaction was done and they thank me for being their customer. I have used CheapOair on a couple of occasions in the past and while I found their airfares to be competitive, I was never pleased with their Customer Service. My view has since changed and I now have great respect for their Customer Service. I certainly think they are one of the best in the business when it comes to Customer Service. The flight I booked with them was cancelled. They informed me about this cancellation, but went much further by processing the refund without any need for me to follow up with them. This was truly superb and a true lesson in excellent customer service. They did not offer any excuses or give me any runaround. They just did right by me, their customer. Contrast this with another travel agency with whom I had another cancelled flight. After 3 months, I am still unable to reach them by phone or email, and I am still waiting to hear whether they will refund me.
Cheapoair not only provides low fares, they also offer superb customer service. They seem genuinely concerned about the satisfaction of their customers and demonstrates this with their action. Each individual airline has their own policy when it came to refunding tickets due to customer's canceling, or flights canceled because of Covid. Not all of the reservations qualified for refunds, but airlines did allow re-booking and waiving of fees, and also extension of being able to utilize that credit was also considered. Purchased with CheapOAir, a round trip flight from Las Vegas to Vancouver on Feb. 3, 2020, to accommodate a cruise itinerary, for June 21-27, to Alaska. On March 24, the cruise, which we booked through Costco, was announced cancelled, due to Coronavirus. I received my refund from Costco with no problem. CheapOAir was unreachable by phone and I applied for refund online. Multiple attempts to contact CheapOAir went unanswered or disconnected after being on hold at times of longer than 2 hours. On July 29, I spoke to a gentleman at CheapOAir, who told me the 'waiver team' would contact the airline, and they will get back to me.
Today, Aug. 15, I followed up and was told that Air Canada does not allow refunds, and I will get a credit for a future flight within two years. I explain that I have no use for a one-way flight to Canada, as my return flight from Vancouver to Las Vegas on June 30 via Westjet, was refunded, only after I disputed the charges with my credit card. They told me the flight took place on June 20, and that I did not take it. I said, "I just want my money refunded in good faith, since the pandemic has ruined the entire vacation." The customer service agent at CheapOAir kept saying, 'I understand and I'm sorry, but Air Canada does not honor refunds'. I asked to speak with a Supervisor and was told to wait 3-5 minutes, after 20 minutes, another person comes on the phone, without identifying himself, saying 'hello, hello', like he could not hear me. I told him, 'I'm here! Don't hang up on me!', and he continued to say, 'I'm going to disconnect this call', and hung up.
I find this company, CheapOAir to be unhelpful, unprofessional, and rude. They have stolen my money, blamed it on the airline, refused to return communications, and show me nothing in an email or otherwise about a future voucher/credit, that I have no interest in redeeming. Why would I fly one-way to Canada, only to be forced to re-purchase another returning flight? We have medical issues that would prevent us from wearing masks, that would be required on flights, so we can't go anyway, and on top of that the government of Canada, still does not allow visitors from the United States. Why can't we get a 100% refund from CheapOAir for a useless flight? They stole our money with interest!

Eventually I only got away with paying a big difference in fare fees (although the website prices for the new dates were actually lower than the original tickets! I checked-) but the whole process was shady. I would highly advise against booking with them- regardless of the airlines giving people waived fees to reschedule, they try to squeeze money out of the people suffering from the pandemic whenever possible. I've ended up paying more for this flight than whatever the actual prices were which is highly disheartening. Please do your research before booking- I wish I had.

I called in May no good, I called at the end of June, after a long painful discussion with an agent I thought the flight was canceled and received a voucher. Prior to the trip I get flight messages from the airport. I thought that was odd so I called CheapOair. They said there was nothing they could do as the flight already took place. I asked for a supervisor and was told they would review my conversation and get back to me in 24 hours. I called them after 72 hours and finally got an agent to try and connect me with a supervisor. After 40 minutes and being cut off twice the agent called me back and told me that a supervisor was busy and would call me in 4 hours.
At this point I called the airline in hopes that they would help and they did, full voucher was given. Cheapoair contacted me about six hours later to tell me they were able to get half of my flight cost. I informed the supervisor that I had already recovered the full amount of the flight from the airline. They told me to please forgive them that Covid 19 has been a problem. Every time I call them I get different answers, some tell me they're working on my issue, some tell me they can't do anything about it and some tell me someone will reach out to me soon. I would give -5 stars if I could!

If you could give a zero star review for this company, that still wouldn’t be close to reflecting their service. It is now nearing on HALF A YEAR past when my flight was canceled and I was notified that I would receive a refund of which I have not received and still have no information on when/why/ and if I will ever receive it. I’ve sent emails back and forth with no straight answers. The only way I was able to get in contact with someone was by writing a bad review and having them contact me to take it down.
It’s been over a month since they contacted me and said they would reach out to their team and figure out the status of my refund and get back to me... I’ve heard nothing since, other than their request for me to take my review down. It seems they’re more interested in protecting their image than in actually helping customers. I will never do business with this company again and urge anyone reading this to literally go through any other flight company out there but CheapOair.

I booked flights from Dallas, Texas to Greenville, MS round trip for my son and brother. On their return date, CheapOair CALLED me and said my 5pm flight return had been changed to 8pm. After we arrived to the airport, it had been changed again to 10:50 pm. I was on the phone with them for hours... Literally... I talked to four people.. I would be on hold so long that I would hang up, and as soon as I would hang up they would send me an email saying they tried to reach me to resolve this matter, and if I needed additional assistance to give them a call..
I was requesting a flight change for the following day since the airline wasn’t sure If the flight was going to actually take place due to mechanical issues and the time had already changed three times that day, and it was getting late. Cheapoair was very unprofessional and they took no responsibility on their end even though they took the money. The airline told me they couldn’t make any adjustments on my reservations bc I used a third party, and that’s something they have to do and Cheapoair said that’s something that the airline had to do.. I’ve never had this problem in life, yet I had never used them before. Cheapoair is crappy and you better think twice or perhaps three times before using them..
Customer has been assisted and case resolved.

I booked a flight to India through CheapOair (“Cheapo”) on 1/5/20. CheapOair booking number is ** and airline confirmation is **. Flight 6034 (KLM) was from Detroit Wayne, Michigan on 5/28/20 to New Delhi IGI, India. Return was from flight 878 (KLM) from Mumbai, India on 6/13/20 to Detroit Wayne, Michigan. I paid Cheapo a total of $1,086.46 for this round-trip. My flight was cancelled due to COVID19 and as soon as I found out in March 2020, I called Cheapo and KLM to inquire about the next steps and to obtain a refund. I have called Cheapo since March 2020 to obtain a refund as my flight was cancelled.
After four months, I received a refund from Cheapo in late July 2020 but only for $660.51. I called KLM again and they confirmed that I should receive a full refund as my flight was cancelled. I called Cheapo about two weeks ago and their reply was that KLM did not update my ticket’s flight status to cancelled, therefore I did not receive a full refund of $960.51 and was penalized $300. My father booked this same round-trip and we paid separately. He promptly received a full refund of $960.51 after calling Cheapo only twice or so. They are treating their customers unequally and this is very wrong.
Cheapo has given me the runaround. I spoke to Cheapo on 8/2/20 to ask for an update. They told me that KLM only sent them $660.51 instead of a full refund amount and I was penalized for $300 for an unknown reason. However, KLM told me they sent the full refund amount of $960.51 to Cheapo. Please, please help me obtain the remaining $300 of the refund that is owed to me due to the flight being cancelled. Never will I book through them again. Please just give me the money I am owed so I can move on. You have no right to make people beg for their money especially during these trying times.

This is by far the worst booking experience I have ever had. A complete and total failure on the part of CheapOAir which resulted in days of stress, frustration and money lost by me. Which CheapOAir made no effort in compensation in the matter. A complete and utter disaster! I’m a contractor that works overseas. I have to go through Dubai to get to my final destination. Due to the COVID situation, I had to be quarantined in a hotel for two weeks in Dubai before I could continue to my job site. The company I work for had set up arrangements to have a hotel room for me starting on the 17th of July at a cost to the company of $3,500. As a result, I had to be in Dubai on the night of the 16th. If I didn’t make it there on the night of the 16th, I faced losing my job and had to pay back the company the $3,500.
I had booked my tickets to Dubai on the 9th of July through CheapOAir and had received an Email confirmation complete with booking and reservation numbers. The flight was on Emirates From Denver, through JFK to Dubai, leaving on the 15th and arriving in Dubai at 7:45pm on the night of the 16th. Emirates doesn’t have flights leaving Denver or even a ticket counter there so they partnered with Jet Blue for the flight from Denver to JFK. The flight was scheduled the leave Denver at 11:19am from Denver on the 15th of July.
Believing this to be an international flight, I had arrived at Denver to the Jet Blue ticket counter 3 hours prior at 8:20am. There was nobody there and I was the first in line. Even though I was continuing on to Dubai as an international passenger, the flight to JFK was considered a domestic flight, and as such, the ticket counter wouldn’t open up until 9:20am, 2 hours prior. As I waited, I went to the self-check-in automated kiosk. I typed in my reservation number as prompted but the system said I couldn’t be found. I figured it was a minor glitch and everything would be ok once I talked to a human and showed them my reservation numbers.
As I waited, many other travelers had formed a line and most of them had used the automated kiosk, printed out their baggage tags and placed them on their bags. When the counter opened, I was the first in line, but the agents asked for those that already had tags on their bags, so they asked me to step aside and wait. It took them 15 minutes to check in all the passengers with tags before they got to me. So now it’s 9:35 am. Once I got to the counter I presented my ID, passport and the printed out reservation with all the numbers. The agent couldn’t find me in their system. She called over two more agents who looked and called their head office on their phone. All this to no avail.
I just wasn’t in their system and wasn’t allowed to check in or board the plane. They said because I booked through a third party travel agent, I had to contact them. So I stepped aside and called CheapOAir. I got the automated “All customer service agents are currently helping other customers, please stay on the line” message. So I waited, and waited and waited so more. I waited for over an hour, now 10:40am, when I saw the agents closing the counter and still nobody from CheapOAir had answered my call. I approached them and asked what they were doing. They said that check-in is now closed as the plane will be taking off soon. So I had missed my flight and my window of opportunity to get to Dubai in time for my company’s mandated arrival time.
I had to let my company know, so I hung up the phone and called them. After many phone calls, explanations and apologies, I was able to convince them to let me arrive on the night of the 17th without being terminated. I was willing to purchase another ticket through any airline just to get there, but I wanted to see if I could salvage this ticket first and get it reissued for the next day. After all, I had already paid for it and didn’t want to haggle for a refund or miles. I called my wife to come pick me up, but she was working and wouldn’t be able to get there until the evening. So, I was forced to stay in the airport until 6:00pm. So I called back CheapOAir and again got the same message. I waited for over an hour again, until finally somebody got to me.
After I had explained everything to the CheapOAir agent, she told me that everything looked ok on their end and that the problem must be from the Jet Blue side and that there was nothing that they could do. So I called Jet Blue, they said that everything looked ok on their end and that the problem must be with Emirates, since they are the main airline that the tickets were booked with. Jet Blue in this situation was only in a partnership and received the booking through the Emirates’ system. So, I called Emirates. They said everything looked ok on their end and that it must be CheapOAir since they were the booking agent. As you can see, I was getting the run around. Everybody was blaming everyone else and nobody wanted to fix the problem.
So I called CheapOAir back (waited a long time again), got a different agent and had to reexplain everything again. I was getting upset at this point, but was trying to keep my cool. I was forwarded to a supervisor and had to again reexplain myself. I expressed to her the importance of the situation and that it had to be fixed immediately. She said she would handle it and call me back. By this time, my wife had arrived and I started the hour and half drive home. During the drive the CheapOAir agent had called me back and said that she had solved the problem and another email would be sent with new confirmation numbers.
When I got home, I checked my Email but there was nothing. I waited a couple hours with no Email, so I called CheapOAir back, (waited a long time again) they said they were still working on it, but had to wait for final approval from some high up supervisor. He had assured me that they working on it and that an Email would arrive soon. So I waited some more. Finally I received an Email at 11:52pm with the new tickets and reservation numbers. I stayed awake until I got the Email even though I had to be up at 6:00am to travel back to the airport.
So at this point, I had been up since 6:00am, traveled to the airport, waited for over an hour in line, was forced to be last even though I was first in line, found out I wasn’t in the system, waited for an hour on the phone with CheapOAir and nobody answering, missed my flight, had to call my work and explain why I shouldn’t be fired, convince them to let me arrive the next day, called the travel agent and both airlines numerous times, got the run around from them all, waited in the airport until 6:00pm, drove back home and waited until 11:52pm to get a confirmation Email that the tickets were rebooked. I was super stressed, exhausted and went to sleep. But wait, there’s more!
I woke up at 6:00am on the 16th and immediately checked my Email. At this point, I don’t trust anything and my suspicions were correct. I found that I had received another Email from CheapOAir, while I was asleep, at 2:04am which stated that my reservation had been cancelled. I almost couldn’t believe it. So, I called CheapOAir back and they stated that they had reissued the ticket numerous times but for some reason the tickets were being cancelled each time. They didn’t know what the problem was but said it had something to do with Jet Blue cancelling the tickets. They said that they were working on it and would call me back shortly. At this point, I looked up on the Emirates webpage for the same flight, from Denver through JFK to Dubai. It was there and had plenty of seats available and for the same price. I contemplated just purchasing it directly from them, but thought I would give CheapOAir a little more time to correct the problem. I had to go back to the airport and would purchase the ticket direct from Emirates once there if CheapOAir couldn’t solve the problem. So my wife and I got back in the car and started the drive back to the airport.
During the drive I had the idea to call Jet Blue to see if they had any idea why they were cancelling the tickets. I got a Jet Blue agent on the phone, reexplained my situation to them because it was a different agent each time and was transferred to one of their supervisors. She said she could see all the attempts to reissue the tickets and the subsequent cancellations, but couldn’t explain why.
Mind you, I’m driving to the airport with no ticket. I have only but a couple of hours before the plane takes off, I have to be on that plane or I’ll get fired and I’m still one the phone trying to get the situation solved. I’m super stressed at this point and facing the reality that I’ll have to by another ticket and then fight CheapOAir for a refund on the first one, and with all the cancellation fees, processing fees and other fees, I’ll never see the full amount of a refund, even though none of this is my fault. Completely unacceptable!
Then a stroke of good luck happened. While on the phone with the Jet Blue supervisor, I got a call from CheapOAir. I put the Jet Blue agent on hold and answered the call from CheapOAir. She still didn’t have a solution at which point I tell her that I have the Jet Blue supervisor on hold on the other line. The suggestion to join the calls into a “party Line” so the two can talk to each other directly was brought up and I did that.
Yes, you heard that correctly! Here I am, the customer who paid thousands of dollars had to facilitate a call, through my phone, while driving to the airport with no ticket, so the two respective parties can talk to each other! I was thinking, “Why couldn’t they just call each other!? Shouldn’t the money that I paid to purchase a ticket include the time and effort on their part to make the appropriate arrangements and phone calls to facilitate the issuing of the tickets? Why do I have to bring two parties together, on my phone, to get this solved!?”
The two supervisors talked to each other in airline-ticket issuing language that I didn’t understand, but that they clearly understood. It seemed that they had a solution, but had to put each other on hold, numerous times as they worked it out. All in all, I think they were on the line with each other for about an hour as I patiently listened and waited. In the end, they were able to work it out, find the problem and reissue the ticket. All this happened just as I was pulling up to the airport. Yes, they fixed the problem, after two days and about 15 hours of phone calls, minutes before I was to check in for the second time and only after I was able to get them together!
I was able to check in, board the flight and make it to Dubai on the night of the 17th. But the fact the I had to go through so much trouble, travel to the airport twice, fight for my job, have the tickets cancelled more times then I know, spend over 15 hours on the phone with CheapOAir and the airlines and in the end be the facilitator of the joint phone call to bring together the respective parties to get the situation solved after I spent thousands of dollars for them to do it, is completely unacceptable!
This is by far, the worst experience I have ever had booking a ticket. In the end, all it took was the two supervisors from CheapOAir and Jet Blue about an hour to talk to each other and fix the problem. Why couldn’t they do that on their own!? It’s a complete failure on the part of CheaOAir in being able to assess the problem, make the appropriate arrangements and phone calls to properly fix the problem and take care of a customer. CheapOAir completely failed!

While CheapOair was very quick to collect my payments, it is now impossible to reach them for refund, or to reroute my canceled September flights. I will never do business with this lame excuse for a company again. I tried to be patient in these unprecedented times but at a certain point, the company needs to step up and act responsibly. They never did. I have been trying since March to get a refund for flights from LA to Tokyo on Singapore Airlines. With the cancellation of the Olympics, raging pandemic, lack of comfort with flying, there was no way we were planning to travel. Over the course of at least 10 calls, I have been trying to get the $ refunded. Each call averaged more than 60 mins with the vast majority of the time being on hold prior to speaking to a representative!!!
To make matters worse, 33% of the calls ended with being hung up on or disconnected before finishing the discussion and sometimes even before beginning. Each rep attempted to kick me down the road informing me that they would not issue a refund unless Singapore Airlines canceled the flight. Regardless of the pandemic situation, our comfort level with flying or Japan's Dept of Ministry banning US residents from travelling to the country. [Can't travel if they won't let us in the country] Towards the end of this journey, they called and left a voicemail stating that they "needed my authorization to process the refund". But when I called back they said that the refund was not authorized and the call was a call to inform me that they had an answer. Makes no sense given the words spoken on the voicemail.
Well, I finally received notice on Sunday that Singapore Airlines had cancelled my flight. I gave CheapoAir 5 days to follow up with me and they did not. So after all the calls and exchanges, I still had to call, wait 45 mins on hold, and direct them to process the refund. I finally have "promise" of a refund. I should find out in 2-3 business cycles if they finally complete the process.
Horrible customer service. Horrible phone etiquette. Horrible follow up (none). Horrible process to return my $ that they have had for 11 months. Oh, and they still kept $20 for their fees. I wish I could bill them for my time wasted on hold and in conversations or the interest on the $ that they are gaining by dragging this whole thing out. Never again with CheapoAir!!!!

I had a terrible experience with Cheapoair. I thought I was saving mine but I didn’t! I had to cancel my trip to Rome due to COVID-19. First of all, it was forever to get through to even cancel my plans. Then they didn’t want to refund my money, they only offered a voucher. When I got angry, they finally refunded my money. They also took $500 too. I had insurance which was a TOTAL rip-off. The $500 was for insurance and their fees! I could see if I had to cancel the fees but it was because of Coronavirus and my flights were canceled anyway. I had no control over that! I would not recommend booking with them at all and took my name off all their mail lists. Good luck if you book with them and need a refund. Better not do it unless there is a vaccination or cure for COVID and there are no more pandemics!!

I decided to book with CheapOair for the first time earlier this year (deviating from my usual booking pattern, which is to book directly with the airline) for not only less expensive tickets but for what I was hoping would be a hassle free, normal experience. Given the current social/civil situation happening in our country and neighborhoods for the past few months, was hoping to be able to achieve some sort of satisfaction when booking a trip to escape it all. This was not the case at all.
Aside from the multiple calls I've made with extremely long hold times, that end up being dropped, which is very frustrating in itself, I had a business trip cancelled back in May, due to Covid-19, which directly negatively impacted my adjacent personal trip right after. From modifying that arrival booking, CheapOair kept a hefty portion of that booking. CheapOair keeping $100 for each booking, there are 2 of us, ($200 total), was a major financial inconvenience. Lastly, my flights to WA from AZ have been changed 3 times since I originally modified the booking for a different arrival state, which now has bumped us to taking a late flight that has us due to arrive in WA at almost midnight, completely altering my plans for that arrival day.
I've come to learn that when you book with CheapOair, you are booking a "saver" ticket, which allows the Airline to bump you to a flight time that they use for these saver tickets (very inconvenient times) to provide seats for those that have booked directly with the airline for the flight time they want. This makes me feel like low class and forces me to completely change my plans for the day. Not a desirable that any traveler wants to feel. This experience has completely ruined me wanting to book through a 3rd party ever again, and I will NEVER book through CheapOair after this. This experience has been nothing short of frustration coupled with annoyance and not what I desire to be faced with in times that are already stressful.

Booking number ** and I traveled home. On the 14th of March, I received an email from the company informing me that there is a change in the date of my return trip, and they asked me to follow up on my email updates (attached photo 1). After a long wait, I sent an email to the company to inquire about the re-scheduling my return, and they answered me to acknowledge receiving my email and it was under No. (**) as in Attachment 2.
After many attempts to communicate with the company to solve this problem that caused me to lose my job because I could not return on time, I sent many emails to CheapOair, but did not reach them because of a technical defect in their system (attached 3). I received an email from the company asking me to cancel the return trip ticket and ask for a refund, and I did, and they answered me on April 14- 2020 (I will have a #** credit valid till 02-02-2021 from the original date of issue 02-03-2020 (Attachment 4).
Since that date and until now I am trying to contact them to solve this problem and after long waits for two or three hours they cut off the call on me or answer me and put me on hold for 15 to 20 minutes then the respondent returns to speak to me, but he says he does not hear me and cut the call. Finally, one of them answered me today and told me that my ticket was not refundable because I canceled it and when I asked to speak to the manager, he puts me on hold for two hours and then cut the line. This company does not respect its customers and has no credibility in their promises, and they are greedy. I rated them one star but they do not deserve more than zero star.

I have been a platinum member and this time they lost me for good. Never again.
First charge me to change the ticket (even when airline was waiving the fees due to virus) and then takes 2-3 months to get a refund. When airline refunded my one way ticket in 2 weeks same airlines other way I booked with these people. Months? They are crooks. I have used them in the past and was lucky didn't have to change anything. Last 2-3 times had to change due to too close connections etc. Omg I will pay little more with the airlines but stay away. The airline confirmed June 20 was available and said Cheapoair needs to reissue the ticket. Every time I contacted Cheapoair, I was on hold for 1 hour before someone picked up, then transferred to someone else, then put on hold for another hour before I could speak to someone.
After on hold for 2 hours, the call dropped and, so I had to keep calling and go through the process again. I went through this for 2 weeks. The evening before my flight, my ticket still was not reissued. They still kept running around and blaming the airlines. This experience was so bad, even my family was stressed. Back in December my wife and I booked a trip on American Airlines to Grand Cayman with CheapOAir. We have used them on other occasions and not had any issues. The flights were to leave Boston on Apr. 18 and return Apr 25th. As the Corona Virus situation struck Grand Cayman closed its airport in March. Knowing that the flights would be canceled and wanting a refund not a credit we followed the instructions on CheapOAir website, and the advice explained in a television presentation by the Dept of Transportation and waited until the flights were actually canceled by the airline before asking for a refund through CheapOair.
The tickets with booking fees and seat assignments cost us $1413.22. A few days following the refund request on the website (we tried over and over to reach CheapOair by phone) we got a notice of credit for $1337 and an additional $70 fee charged to my wife's credit card! The credit we were told was only good until Dec of 2020 and that we may have to fly the same literary. Considering the airport is still closed until at least Sept 1 and that we only own our timeshare unit in April every other year this credit is not even something we can use.
We are very dissappointed with the actions of CheapOair. We have tried repeatedly to reach people at the company and not been able to. Not only is CheapOair taking advantage of people who have already lost their vacations and had to change all their plans but they don't even seem to be interested in following federal law concerning refunds when flights are canceled because of the corona virus. The other couple we were flying with on the same itinerary who bought their tickets directly through American have gotten their refund and were not charged an extra cancellation fee which is also a violation by CheapOair under the circumstances.
We have filed a complaint with our credit card company who is investigating the situation and If I don't hear anything from CheapOair to resolve the matter very soon the next complaint will be to the DOT. At this point CheapOair has certainly lost our business. We want our money back CheapOair! Do the right thing and get it taken care of!

Be careful when buying with CheapOAir. The booking system is ok and everything is quick up to the point where they have taken your money. I bought a flight ticket through them because my company provided a discount as part of our benefits. Bought the ticket pretty easily and they also suggest some good options for insurance/hotels etc...
I bought a ticket that is cancellable (not refundable but cancellable at any time before the flight so you get travel credits for whenever you want to fly next). When I wanted to cancel the ticket, suddenly everything was no longer quick. So many roadblocks to dissuade people from cancelling. Instructions on the website were unclear or just keeps driving you in loops to nowhere. There was absolutely no updates after I had cancelled as to what is going on, even days before the flight. You have to wait on the phone for hours. They clearly cannot handle the traffic they are getting OR it's done on purpose so people grow out of patience and don't get that refund or cancellation (just my opinion).
If a company can develop a system that can quickly book your ticket, it can also add a feature for quick cancellation. It's not hard (I'm a software engineer). If this feature is not present, it's most likely by design. All this to say, CheapOAir makes it really easy and quick until they have gotten your money. Once they have your money, it's really tedious and time consuming for customers to cancel a ticket, so think twice before booking anything with them.

I had to cancel a flight on a trip. I was told initially I would get my full amount of $ 5113.75 back. But then a month later, I only received $4128.75 - I lost $500 because of the airline. I even have a screenshot of my $5113.75 I was going to receive. Had I known, I would have wanted a voucher. But CheapOAir did not contact me and now it is too late. Also, they were going to try to reverse it and were supposed to call me back after two days, but it has been a week and bow it is a done deal. They owe me $500 as far as I am concerned. Also, had to wait on hold for over one and a half hours and the agent I ended up with was rude. I did get a call back from his supervisor, but she is the one who was supposed to call me back and never did.

I had a confirmed paid round trip reservation. I received an email from CheapOair stating "your airline has changed your flight schedule because there isn't enough time between connecting flights. As your travel advisors, we strongly urge you to select and confirm the alternate flight(s) in the link below. You must act within 24 hours to avoid further delays or incur additional charges.". This email takes me to a page of new choices. The first being very similar to my existing reservation. I chose it.
Next page says "this choice is not available please go back and choose another". The next choice was a 19 hour connecting flight. (Normally a 6 hour flight.) I went back to look for more choices. There weren't any direct round trips. I chose the first choice again to see if maybe there was a glitch. App takes me to a page saying "Airline Schedule Change - Request Already Submitted. Thank you for updating your schedule. The change you have requested has already been submitted and is still being processed. Please note that this itinerary is not final until you receive a confirmation email from us, which will be sent to desi@**. If you have any additional questions or concerns, visit Customer Support."
I never received a confirmation. My return flight is this Saturday. I need answers. Was my choice processed? Why haven't I gotten an email? The airline has no record of my return flight. I PAID for a ROUND TRIP with CheapoAir. They never processed my choice when they told me I had to make a new choice. When I called their customer support number at the time I followed their emailed instructions I got a recording saying my trip isn't for several days, "please call back" and it hangs up on me.
I'm leaving tomorrow. It's my return trip that's not showing up on Alaska Airlines NOR on CheopoAir's app. I called their 646-738-4818 listed on the email they had sent me to make these changes. Their recording hung up on me 3 times before my 4th call to them had me on hold for 1 hour before the recording changed to "the number you have dialed is invalid, please try your call again' and it hangs up on me.
I go on my desktop. I call their 646-738-4817 number. THIS number hung up on me several times before I finally am on hold for now 54 minutes with no luck.I called the airlines directly at one point this morning and they confirmed a one way trip. The return is not in their system. They could not help me obviously. In fear I would not get a return flight when I needed it, I booked a return flight directly with the airline, and I have to say that this entire experience with CheapOair was a bust. They are NOT available when you need them, their customer service is totally non existent. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.
Now that Im done with this review, I am still on hold with their 4817 number and I just got a recording "The number you have dialed is invalid. Please try your call again" and they hung up. I tried emailing them. They ask you to chose the subject of your email from a pull down menu of 4 Subject choices. Each choice I picked came up with a note saying "For all queries related to 'Trouble booking online. (same note for the other 3 menus choices)', Please call us at 1-646-738-4820 or chat with us now, and one of our Travel Specialists will help you as soon as possible." Making it IMPOSSIBLE to send them an email.
So I chose a money related problem. My email request went through. Sure it did. But! They’re mailbox is full. Email undeliverable!!! Unbelievable. It’s impossible to reach them. IMPOSSIBLE. Well CHEAPOAIR, you hung up on a PAYING CUSTOMER. You've left me hanging and as a result I had to buy a return ticket home.

They say they can't cancel from their end and I have to go through cheapoair.. dialing cheapoair daily for an hour wait has become part of my daily routine now. It's frustrating. I am updating my one star review, because some finally got back to me with some answers after 2.5 months of trying to resolve my problem. Cheapoair did make it right finally and I am satisfied with my dealings with them.

I booked a flight through Cheapoair and had to cancel it due to Covid; this gave me credit to use in the future. Today I called to use that credit, after finding the correct flight on their website. When I called to book it I was quoted a price 60 dollars higher than the online listing. I provided the details of that online listing to ensure we were viewing the same flight. The agent explained that since I was using credit there were "additional taxes" to pay. Basically, Cheapoair made me pay more for using a credit than I would have paid were I a new customer. This is nothing more than a scam to ensure they get extra money. This is a shame; I've booked many flights through them in the past, but will not be booking through them again, nor will I send any additional business their way.

Purchased airline tickets for travel in July 2020, had to cancel due to airline cancelling our flight and changing the return flight from a DIFFERENT country. We were supposed to fly back from Portugal, the substitute offered was a flight from Frankfurt, Germany. Filled out the form for refund request on their website and a week later was granted "future credit". Future Credit does not indicate how much is owed, when it expires, how and where I can use it. The tickets were booked on Brussels Airline reservation with actual flights on United and Air Canada. There is no way I can use the credit on a Brussels Airline flight as they do not fly our of my local airport.
Called the airline and they stated were are eligible for a refund, but we have to contact the travel agency. Took forever to talk to an agent on CheapOair, then that's when the calls kept getting disconnected. Very questionable practice, I would not do business with them again. I will be contacting my state's attorney generals office, BBB, credit card company, etc. to get every cent back.

I have used a number of online booking tools and decided to give CheapOAir a try to book some European flights. The first surprise is that it is not very clear that CheapO charges you a $35 booking fee per ticket which is added onto your credit card as a separate charge. No other online booking tool I've utilized has done this. Secondly, when the COVID crises hit and the airline cancelled our flights, we were pushed back to CheapO to deal with it. It seems CheapO has disintegrated during the crises - their 1-800 number pushes you to a toll line, and the toll line tells you to deal with everything online.
What you learn online is that if you want to hold a credit with the airline for future travel, CheapO will charge you another $35 per ticket to facilitate. If you want to cancel they will charge you $70 per ticket. They also have a line that says when you re-book with that 'credit' they will charge you again for booking. What a poor effort at customer service during the Covid crises. I will never use CheapO in the future to book anything. It seems the best alternative is to book with the airline directly, because then at least you have some control over the cancellation/changing of your ticket! BOOO CheapO!

I was trying to get 2 tickets from Vancouver to Istanbul. I found really good tickets for 2 and wanted purchased on Cheapoair. But somehow, it did not go through and someone from Cheapoair called me. I explained him that we were not able to layover in 2 cities in Europe because we did not have a Schengen visa. Also we said we wanted to get connected flights.
After 1 hour he said he found really good 2 tickets. From Vancouver to Frankfurt, Frankfurt to Istanbul. We wanted to buy it right away. But representative did not tell us specifically that we had to check in for AirCanada (which we specifically said we did not want to deal with AirCanada, only Lufthansa could be) and in Frankfurt WE HAVE TO COLLECT OUR LUGGAGE to go out from International side and Check-in again with Turkish Airlines. He did not even mention that was non-connected flights. He did not even mention we would be having second booking number for Istanbul flight. Moreover, tickets he got from AirCanada was just the basic that does not include luggage in the price at all. at least he could ask me I had an option. If he did mention any of these I would understand this flight was not connected.
One day later I got my money back from Air Canada, I was shocked because I thought I did purchase my tickets from Lufthansa. I called Cheapoair several times they said no cancelation seeing. But it did not satisfy me and I called AirCanada. When I gave the booking number, they were only able to see Vancouver- Frankfurt flights which I was shocked. They said this flight is not connected with Istanbul flight.
I directly called Cheapoair and said to them I wanted to talk to a Supervisor. They transferred me to someone (located in New Delhi, India). She said “Call AirCanada on Monday and and ask about it one more time”. She also said that she would call me on Monday to update me about representative's mistake. And I wanted to thank her and asked if her family is okay. Instead of taking other customers, she started talking about her personal life such as she is stuck in New Delhi, her cousin is sick etc. I personally felt that she was very bored and unprofessional. I felt she chose to chat with me instead of calling AirCanada and made me call them.
I called them on Monday and they said “These are basic tickets which you can not either change or refund them.” I was shocked. Representative did not even tell me I had an option. Plus I had to pay $300 per passenger for 2 pieces of luggage in Canada and after I collect my luggage, I had to pay $100 Euro per passenger in Germany.! RIDICULOUS!
Early morning, I called Cheapoair in order to talk to supervisor, but she did not get back to me until 9 pm. The reason she called because I forced representatives to let her know that she promised me for call back on Monday. I was on the phone with them total 6 hours. NO HELP AT ALL. She was telling me “Just wait maybe flight will be cancelled!” Well that is not even a connected flight. If one is cancelled you are going to make another problem to me with other flight.! I am going to talk to a manager tomorrow. But I am not even sure that she mentioned about me. I do not trust any of them after I waited for 4 days struggling. I am so stressed and upset about the service.
I have been flying since 2014. I have never seen that I paid for my luggage and collect them. not even Cheapoair offered me ticket such these ones. I am not the expert. They will also put you on hold and will never come back to you. I was put on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes without so much as a peep and finally gave up. Pretty sure the fellow, Asheed, didn't want me to take the survey at the end of the call. I think their actions are fraudulent as they allow you to book flights, charge your credit card and the flight is cancelled the same day or the next day. CheapoAir will not refund the price of the tickets or their fees. That's fraud in my book and I intend to pursue it with the U.S. DOT. Everyone needs to avoid CheapoAir like the coronavirus...

I give this company 0 but had to give one star to move on.. I booked 3 flights From LA to Indiana. My sisters and I were going to drive to LA meet family, we have never met, and fly home. I booked my flights in late January to Fly out July 26th. I paid 826.56 for 3 flights. They make you give names of the flyers at the time. Once COVID19 hit we were waiting to see what would happen. One of my sisters are unable to go because she was laid off work and by the time she gets back to work she will not have vacation time to take. So as soon as I find out I call CheapOair. I have been on hold except to speak to 4 different people for no more than 30 min. I have made 4 phone calls and every phone call I have been hung up on.
I have talked to Ezra, Boyce, Standford and Straun. The last call Straun got me to a supervisor after being on hold for 3 hours. The supervisor never gave me his name. He said he was calling American Air to see if we can change the name of one of my sisters and have my brother go. I figured it was better after seeing the reviews of CheapOair than asking for a refund. After being on hold another hour waiting on American Air to pick up my call was disconnected again. It is 1am in Indiana and I have been on the phone with CheapOair since 6 trying to get this resolved.

My wife's round trip ticket from FL to China 01/07/2020 went okay and we had purchased travel insurance for her. While in China she CheapOair called her and said, "Your flight is canceled." They said she needed to pay again for her flight back to the USA. She asked about her refund and was assured it would be refunded within 60 days. So she purchased another ticket and paid approximately $1000.00. After many frustrating calls to CheapoAir (many times the customer service rep would say, "Yes Mam let me transfer you," and then upon transfer the call would hang up. We know it was intentional. After approx 90 days my wife received $.01 refund and also in the letter said the insurance would pay nothing.

I am happy with the service and your customer service is great. The issue I have is you charging me $100 per traveler to change my flights due to the airlines cancelling my previous flights. Why should I be penalized for something out of my control. I have had to change many things on my upcoming trip due to this virus, but you are the only one to profit from it by charging me this ridiculous fee. That I am not happy about!!!!

I had received an email that I wasn't sure about. The airlines had canceled my flights. I called and Martha helped me with rebooking a new reservation. She also assisted me with making sure my niece was on my flight back here. Martha took all the time we needed to make the changes and explained everything. She was even nice enough to contact my niece and let her know about changes to the itinerary. I can't thank her enough! Martha was wonderful!! I would recommend using CheapOAir to anyone!

Added a car rental to this booking when originally made. Current situation resulted in that flight being delayed. Received email notification that flight was cancelled. Later rebooked flight. Noted that the car rental was shown as the original date and not revised to the new date. Called and told that the car reservation needed to be cancelled separately and as it had not, then Cheapoair could not help except to send an email, which I could not be copied on, to the car company and request a refund.
Nowhere in any of the information Cheapoair sent concerning this booking number does it reflect that Cheapoair, while including reserving cars and hotels, does not coordinate these same services should a flight be cancelled by the airlines. As a full service travel company I am surprised that 'full service' is not offered and Cheapoair does not accept responsibility for the services, such as car rental, in such a situation. Additionally, failure to include me as a customer on your company request for reimbursement demonstrates a further lack of commitment to service.

I had a very hard time getting to someone but after 3 days I got Clay to help me. He was very helpful and got me flights that are very satisfactory. I needed a nonstop flight. I do think your time to hold is excessive. The first day I waited an hour and finally hung up.

I booked flights with CheapOair in October 2019. Myself and my husband were due to fly to the UK on April 15, 2020, and return on May 3, 2020. I received, via email, notification from Cheapoair that my flights were cancelled and to complete the online form to apply for a voucher/refund. That was the last I heard. The 800 number is a recording only. Nobody has contacted us from the company. We are seniors and have worked hard for our after tax dollars. Our flights totalled approximately $1300 Cdn. Obviously they are overwhelmed with refund requests, and I do understand this. However, I have read reviews from travellers with travel dates way after ours receiving communication from the company and given refunds/vouchers. I just wish someone from the company would contact us and let us know what our options are. This is certainly a hard learned lesson from us.

Elsia was so helpful. She got me a tremendous deal even better than the online price and with shorter travel time. She made the process so easy and we are very happy with the service. We have used CheapOAir in the past and have always been happy but this was a great experience. I would recommend it to anyone who likes saving money and traveling.

I booked a ticket in February. I canceled my ticket due to covid-19. They sent me a email that my ticket was successfully canceled and have processed refund but I didn't get a thing yet. And it just says process and you can't get in contact with no one. Do not book from CheapOair. Oh and they took $315 out of my flight ticket. They charge me extra fees for canceling my ticket. The worse company.

I booked my tickets for three separate bookings due to multiple family members traveling for a graduation in March. Due to the pandemic I was asked in April by CheapOair to change my booking time to a later time on all three separate bookings or I would risk losing my flight as well as no refund if they cannot find a flight that meets our needs. I honored their request. Then we were notified that the graduation was postponed to July. I called on several occasions and tried to get through with long wait times, I emailed as requested online. No response and then was able to get through on an online chat a week later. I spoke to Christopher who informed me that I couldn't make changes to my booking as I used my free coronaviruis cancellation back in March and when I informed him that this was not per my request he then informed that I would have to wait to see if the airlines would cancel my flight as there was nothing he could do.
I asked if I could pay additional fees and he then said no I need to be patient and just wait to see what happens with the pandemic as this would be my only opportunity to make changes. I asked to speak to a supervisor or to at least have Christopher call me as it appeared that it was turning into an online argument going back and forth. He then transferred me to supervisor Shane who was pleasant and attempted to assist. We kept getting disconnected and he said he would call me back once he got through to the airlines since we kept getting disconnected online... Never received a call to date.
Over a week later my email was answered and had no issues changing my flights at a very high cost and Jasmine stated she did not know why I was informed that I couldn't make these changes previously, even though I had made accommodations to my reservations for them there was no consideration taken on my part and I paid the fees. I would not recommend CheapOair to anyone nor will I be using them again.

CheapOair doesn't refund money normally but when all international air travel was cancelled they contacted me about my flight to the Philippines. They said in order for me to get my refund from United Airlines I had to pay CheapOair $140.00. They didn't reimburse me any of the money I paid them for select seating, (over $300.00) and charged me the $140.00 on top of that. I think United was reimbursing ticket funds regardless and CheapOair took advantage of the Covid 19 shut down to make more money. I think a class action should be started because of this gross behavior.

I'm changing my rating from 1 stars to 5. I wanted to thank everyone at Cheapoair and Affirm for assisting me with my refund. It wasn't anyone's fault, it was a matter of a wait game with all the stuff going on right now. I finally received my refund so thanks again!

I had to cancel a flight due to the virus and I haven't heard anything back yet. I put in for a refund and again nothing. The trip cost about $700. I even bought insurance just in case I had to cancel. I just tried calling where I was on hold for an hour and then got disconnected after waiting all that time. Nobody has reached out to me yet about my refund. I'm hoping this will get me the attention I want. I have always used CheapOair when flying but I'm starting to rethink that decision now.

I originally booked round trip tickets to go to my brother's wedding. I booked online and when I got my itinerary I realized it didn't charge me for everything it should have so I called. I waited 3 hours before I talked to someone. When I got on the phone (keep in mind it was my first time purchasing tickets) the lady had me convinced I needed all this extra stuff so I ended up paying way more money than needed to come and figure out I didn't need to spend that.
I ended up needing a different flight because my caregiver moved out so I need to go home to my family my flight was cancelled and was informed they absolutely couldn't give me a refund and they couldn't use the other part of the round trip tickets and just switch the direction I'd be going to get me home. The gentleman wouldn't even listen to everything I had to say before he was interrupting me and telling me he couldn't help. They robbed me of 1500 that I will now not get back even though it's not my fault the flight got cancelled. I will never use this service again!

I have repeatedly used CheapOair for years, but I swear this was the last time to book flight from them. The experience has been awful and the problem has not been resolved yet. I have booked international flight for early April through CheapOair on Feb 19, and realised that I wouldn't be able to travel due to the pandemic, so decided to cancel from their corona cancellation request form, but never received anything, even after multiple attempts.
So I finally decided to contact them as my scheduled flight was approaching. I went on to the live chat, finally they canceled my flight, but I wanted to make sure that I'd get refund instead of credit for future travel. They didn't have any clear answer if I (my flight destination) was eligible for refund. The agent actually asked ME to make a phone call to the airline directly, who of course told me to talk with CheapOair to process the refund. But during the conversation with the airline, they confirmed that I was eligible for full refund.
So I went back to agent again, told them that I was eligible for refund and asked to process the refund. Apparently, they needed some sort of a confirmation code from the airline, so they couldn't process the refund. They just told me to wait for about 10-15 days. I waited 10 days. No news from CheapOair. 15 days, no news. I went back to the live chat, talked with another agent. They said they contacted Aeroflot, but haven't heard back and just waiting for their response. They asked me to wait for another 5-6 days.
I waited and no news. I went back to them multiple times and asked if they had any news, the answer was always no. They would not follow up with the airlines nor make a phone call. The only thing they told me was to wait until they have an update. So even after a month, I am still waiting for their updates and no news yet. They are not willing to follow up with the airline or help me at all.
I am simply shocked to see how slow they work and how unwilling they are to help/prioritize their customers. I am very offended and would never use CheapOair ever again. But first, I need to get my money back, which I have no idea when after countless attempt. I am very offended how they handle this and my experience with them has been absolutely worst.
