    Airline company cannot confirm the flight reservation because CheapOair has not made the payment to them. I have paid CheapOair for my flight ticket and yet I cannot travel because CheapOair did not do their part. And yet they say it is the company's fault. How it would the company's fault if I made the whole process by using CheapOair website?? I really need help in this issue. I just want to go home, to my country, but I don't how I will be able to do this if I don't have the money to buy another ticket. Please CheapOair, pay the company so I can go home.

    Thought flights were confirmed with my purchasing of particular seats, but then the flights were changed. I wasn't looking at the e-mails sent to me because I didn't want to waste my time with commercials, so I didn't bother to open them, but I did file them with my other flight information. Then I wanted to recheck my plans for the upcoming trip and discovered that the flights were all changed for dates that would not allow me to go to my seminar. I should have looked at things more carefully when booking I guess, but after purchasing a seat... didn't realize that things would change.

    Anyway, I was very upset, and was told I would be charge $200.00 for changing my flight back to what I had requested besides having to pay extra for the flight difference. This just threw fuel on the flames. I was ready to explode. The supervisor that helped me, unsure what his name was, but he listened to my dilemma and was able to waive the $200.00 charge. I did pay extra for the flight, but that was understandable. Due to his kindness I will definitely use CheapOair again in the future. Had he not worked with me, I would never have flown with this group again.

    I would recommend your service to all my friends. I spoke with 3 different service people and they all gave excellent service! I thought that Kona was located near my friend, but it was Hilo... made the wrong reservations.. Helped me try to switch to Hilo. Price prohibitive! Finally back to my original reservation!     I was quoted a reasonable plane fare which was great. I made sure to verify that it was for a minor of 14. I was told “Yes it will be fine.” I made a notation to the account. Needless to say $322 for unaccompanied minor fees later... Highly upset I call CheapOair. They stated “We will review the tapes and get back to you in a day or so.” I called today and left message to talk to a supervisor. Going on a week and still not resolved. Beware - you may have an incorrect booking and no refunds!!!

    I HATE this company. I had to move a flight I booked through Cheapo. My original flight credit was 280.32. I went to use my credit on a flight listed at 209. Understanding I had to pay the flight change fee from American (200), I went to use the credit. Despite the flight being cheaper, Cheapo attempted to charge me 75 and then 50 dollars because the flight was not the same cost. When I located a 280 dollar flight, I was told that flight could not be purchased. I told the woman I wanted to use the credit and never use this company again, but I would not pay more for a flight I had already purchased. I asked for a supervisor and was told none were available and I had to call back. I told the woman to get a supervisor and that was unacceptable and got hung up on. Additionally, to secure the credit of this flight back in April, I took an hour and 15 minutes. Seriously, they're terrible.

    When I checked your web site the price listed is not true. It was 1140. Then I called your customer service number, the price was 1240. Why you list wrong price and you don't honor it? Also, on the itinerary sent to me by e-mail with confirmation, it shows the baggage allowance is 2 bags, but when I printed this email, the number of the bags disappear. Finally, I requested from the sales person (her name Daren) to make for me seat reservations for all trip sections, but I found the section from Dubai to Amsterdam, and from Amsterdam to NY the seats are not reserved. My preference is window seat. I hope somebody acts to listen and read my concerns in order to make purchase from your company next time.

    After booking flights online I needed to get confirmation of the booked flights and was passed from agent to agent, spending a total of two and a half hours struggling to get the matter resolved. No one seems to care or want to deal with it and was simply just passing the matter on to their next colleague. Their request to please hold for two to three min resulted in being put on hold for an average of 20 min at a time only to have to repeat the reason for my call and all the information again. Twice I had to redial and start the whole process again as the line went dead, once after approximately an hour on the phone and the fourth person finally decided that my query warrant speaking to a supervisor.

    The next person I reached did manage to confirm the flights however to get the card payment processed took another approximately 45 min. He then tried to get me to book hold baggage for our return flight for £13 more per baggage item than I can book directly with the airline (luckily I quickly checked). Following that he 'guaranteed' me that as an agent he can get the baggage rate cheaper for our outbound flight which is with an airline charging a high amount. After being put on hold for another '3-4 mins' (21 mins in real time!) to check with his supervisor he had to acknowledge he couldn't. After all this and the disastrous service he offered me £6 discount! I am waiting for a copy of my phone record and phone bill to present to the company.

    My son Raphael was denied checking in with Air New Zealand because of a spelling mistake on his E-ticket. On his ticket between his first names and last name two capital letters MR have been added (MR for Mister I guess). These two letters do not figure on his passport so when he wanted to check in for his flight in Montreal the code share Air Canada staff in Montreal airport told him he cannot check in. My son was told to call his travel agent in order to make the changes on his ticket. He phoned CheapOair and was told they cannot change the information on his E-ticket. He had to cancel his flight and the ticket was then forfeited. I spent 2600 Canadian dollars for this ticket and I cannot accept to lose this amount of money for a human error made by one of the customer service agents of CheapOair.

    To start with my son booked online on June 8th and made a spelling mistake with his first name Raphal instead of Raphael. He then called the customer service for help because he couldn't make the changes himself. He was asked to spell any letters of his first names and I wonder WHY the agent put MR after the first names and before the last names that is hence therefore: Raphael... MR **. I have made a claim with CheapOair and have been turned over. I don't know whom to write to and query for a refund or a credit back to my account or a credit for a future travel with the airline or the online booking agency.

    This company is only getting 1 star because a minimum of 1 is required. I have never had issues with CheapOair and this most recent situation has really angered me and I will not purchase through them again. As a Father's Day Gift we bought a ticket for my Father-in-law to go to Mexico. We had a family emergency and needed to push back the departure date. I called customer service and they changed the date but of course we had to pay a "small fee" of $399 with the already $620 ticket we purchased. The ticket was fine, or so we thought. We went to the airport the day of his flight and were told he could not board because they had his name wrong in the system. I called customer service and spoke with a man and explained the situation.

    He quickly insinuated that the mistake was my own and that I had typed the wrong name online when purchased. I proceeded to explain to him that the flight was booked over the phone and that I gave all the correct info because the woman who helped me had a hard time spelling out last name although I repeated it about 5 times. He told me he would fix it on the PNR and was getting ready to hang up so quickly I mentioned that he never even asked what the correct last name was. He grew quiet and replied with "Oh yes. What is it?" I said the last name and asked if he needed spelling and he replied no that he had it there.

    Interesting given the fact they had it wrong on the ticket. He told me all was fixed and when we told the airline attendant she said that there was no way they fixed it because those changes can only be made through the direct airline. In the end we called airline customer service and CheapOair and had no other option but to purchase a new full priced ticket so my father in law could board. That is $1,800 that is now gone from our pockets. Of course there is no refund from CheapOair. Never purchasing through them again!

    I booked two tickets on 5/28. On 7/13 I noticed that both names had a typo. I called and was told I would have to pay $75 to change the names for a total $150.00. I was told that the airlines require this fee. Finally the agent agreed to reduced the fee to $50 ($100 total). I called again today and the agent agreed to change the charge of $25 ($50 total). I was also told that when they changed the names they assigned our seats and would send a revised confirmation. I never got the revision and I just called JetBlue and no seats were requested. I also asked JetBlue if they charge a fee and was told they do not. The fee charged is up to the agency. This is just not good customer service. Basically we are being charged $50 for 2 "L's".

    I booked and paid for my flights in October 2014. My flights were changed multiple times over the past 9 months. My flights were finally straightened out 5 days before our departure date. I made numerous calls and had numerous chats which always ended with they are working on it and someone would call me in 24 hours. This never happened. I had to make calls every day for ten days and be put on hold for extended periods of time with no resolution. In the end, the flights are the way I want them. However, it took a lot of time, energy and frustration to get them that way. I would not recommend Cheapoair and would never book with them again.

    Lynn, very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the airline making changes to your flights. As a a travel agency we don't have any control over the changes in operations, and nor do we get to decide which flights you take. Many times we have to wait for the airline to contact us with other options, so we are often at their mercy, therefore it can cause delays in a resolution. I do see that you did call us several times,due to you didn't like the new options, so we worked on those, later called and didn't agree with those options. Later called again when we did advise please give us 2-3 days to get the flights confirmed, but it appears you had other concerns each time you called. The agents tried very hard to keep up with the changes, and your disliking of the flights, so yes there was alot of back and forth. You have an extensive itinerary with 3 stops starting in Miami, houston, narita, singapore, so with an itin. like that, there's not many options. But the schedule change department is working in your best interest.

    I booked a flight to China. We had appointments arranged with suppliers. CheapOair accepted the booking, sent an email advising that tickets had or were being issued. 2 Hours later no tickets. After a number of unproductive and frustrating phone calls we were advised that the admin people were very busy but that the flights were booked and issue of the tickets was imminent. We were repeatedly assured that there was no issue and the flights were booked. Some 6 hours after the flights were supposedly booked we received an email to say that flights at the agreed price were no longer available.

    We could however pay an additional amount (some $400) and they could find flights. Because CheapOair had shot their credibility we decided to change our business to another agent. I am giving Elcheapoair the benefit of the doubt and assuming that it was incompetence that they failed to actually book the fares as they had advised. There remains however a real possibility that this a sophisticated and deliberate scam to gouge higher fares from anyone who uses their services. Be really careful when using ElCheapOair.

    Website quoted $206 for round trip but I had to agree to $315 when I went to book. I called to complain, I spoke with Hyman, Varion, Race and finally supervisor Bradon, all of which had foreign accents. None of them seemed to understand that if a price is advertised on line, in America, their company is legally responsible to honor the advertised price. I feel like I have been a victim of bait and switch but CheapOair's "customer service" reps prefer to argue the facts instead of solving the scam. I have a family emergency and frankly have to let them steal an additional $110.00 from my bank account. I promise they will never get away with it again.

    I've had a experience with our family trip to Mexico from US Airways. Our flight home was canceled and it was impossible to get it rescheduled at the proper dates and times we wanted it to be. So I cancelled our tickets with US Airways and got tickets thru United but we ended up pay about 400-600 more. I asked for a discount on our tickets due to the cancellation and mix up. First call they told me charges would be much higher than what I am getting through their website and later they just disconnected when I asked to check again. On second call, they took details and just disconnected without saying anything. They took my cell number and other details but I didn't get any call back.     I have been dealing with the same booking issue for almost a year. A friend of mine was not able to use her $311 ticket I got for her on CheapOair, so they issued a credit for her, under all of my information. Over the past year, I have tried to use her credit for her 3 times. 2 times I found cheaper tickets on different sites, the last time was today. Today I was told she cannot use the credit because it has expired. Even though I have records of the transactions, the rep argued with me about the facts of how much they've charged and the dates that I purchased everything. Very unpleasant experience. Will never use this company again! Here's a good hint - use this site to compare for the cheapest tickets, then go to that airline's website and you will get an even better deal!

    After booking my flight from Minneapolis to Chicago I realized that the flight was leaving at 7:45 p.m. and NOT 7:45 a.m. I live in Germany and we have the 24 hour clock.     I bought a plane ticket through their site a couple of days ago. Paid several hundred extra to get Premium Economy over Coach, as it's a 10 hour flight. Immediately received a confirmation email with "Premium Economy" under the detail information. Last night, I'm getting an email from them, stating that I'm all good and booked in COACH CLASS. I was going to sleep so I wrote them an email instead of calling. Today, no response so I contacted them via phone and chat, asking what's going on. The online customer representative stated that Premium Economy was not available, so I asked why I wasn't warned or refunded the difference before they just changed my product for something cheaper without a word, and asked how I could cancel it. The guy simply stopped responding.

    Called them and they are saying that I paid the price for coach, which is laughable because the price for coach is several hundred dollars cheaper everywhere, including their own site, as we speak and as I'm writing this (have screen grabs). Also, as I'm writing this, they have Premium Economy on their site with the price I paid, for the same flight, while it's supposedly not available. My wife was able to reach some supervisor who says that there is nothing they can do. They are discussing a full refund, which will take a month to complete. I am definitely not trusting this company with my money for a month, after which they will again not know what I'm talking about, after I call about my promised refund.

    Not even mentioning the fact that I'm now without a ticket for a very important trip (because I sure as hell am not going coach for the price I paid when it's still available everywhere for hundreds cheaper). This is insane and they have another thing coming if they think they can screw someone over like this and carry on. I will report them everywhere and will involve an attorney if I must. I will get any help I can get because they sure are not interested in anything but screwing me over.

    Waldo was very helpful in helping me with my ticket. Didn't realize I had a long layover until after I printed it. Didn't select long layover. I did go back and started again but didn't realize that caused the long layover. Selected to arrive in Florida around 6:00 pm on August 8, they leave August 10 around 11:00 am. Not arriving in Florida at midnight or leaving Florida at 7:00 am.

    I made airline reservations for a trip from Nanjing, China to Macau, China. The day of my reservation, I get to the airport and the clerk tells me that I have train reservations and not airline reservations. Shocked, I told the guy that I was making airline reservations and had no clue about any train. Why would I be at an airport for a train trip? There was nothing they could do. So, instead of an 8 hour airplane trip to the destination, it took me two days by train with various connections and hotel stays. Since I am in China, and I do not have abilities to make international calls on my Chinese phone, I had no way to contact CheapOair to fix the problem. And, when I finally did get to talk with someone via internet, they played the ping pong game of trying to send me to China Eastern to get this resolved. So, basically CheapOair stole $500 USD from me for a service I did not get to use and refuses to refund or issue a credit to me.

    If you look at the confirmation, it looks as if you are making an airline reservation. Only once does it say something about a train transfer. And that is listed with China Eastern with a airline confirmation number. China Eastern does not do train trips. They are an airline. CheapOair provided no assistance, contacting them from outside the USA is nearly impossible, and they stole $500 from me. Stay clear of these people if you are traveling outside of the USA.

    Can someone help to deal with www.cheapoair.com, they are really a scam site. They eat your credit card, they have hidden charges, and you are charged different than the price you see when you book. If you call their help line to talk about returning your money, they will simply hang the phone on your face. I tried many times and once they help representative told me speak to accounts, when I asked accounts number, he hanged the phone.

    I booked with CheapOair. I did not receive any confirmation. Turns out the emails went into my spam mail online. I called following morning and was told by a Cheapo employee that if I hadn't received an email there was no booking and that I should book again. Long story short a few days later I tried to book again only to realize that there had been a booking but because it went to junk mail, I was unaware. I wanted to book an alternate date because I had assumed there was no booking. I had to fight and fight to get them to allow a change without a cancellation fee. They charged me 15 pounds more in any event. They are a despicable company. I and my husband have dealt with them in Toronto and they try and gouge you if for any reason you have to change. I would never use them again and warn as many people as possible about them. They're not even the cheapest after all that. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

CheapOair kept emailing and updating about my flight, so I thought everything was going well.     I just had a horrible experience with CheapOair. I am surprised that this company is even in business. The prices that they market on their website are absolutely false. They claim the "availability" of the price is up to the airline but yet they are advertising a price with a certain number of seats available. I was scammed into purchasing my tickets at a higher price due to "availability" but the same flights were advertised for the next 48 hrs at the lower price!!! THEN... Called customer service to rectify... HORRIBLE.

    I was on hold on 3 different occasions for 40 minutes or longer only to have the call disconnected. I sent an email. NO reply. I chatted with 2 separate customer service reps who could not resolve. This company is dishonest. They claim to have a "price guarantee" BUT they are falsely advertising their own prices so how could they possibly have a guarantee to match other companies? The 24 hour customer service is a JOKE.     I was booking a flight for my brother to come visit me, and when I put in his birth date (he is 14 years old) the website stated that travelers over the age of 12 were required to be booked as an adult (no big deal, right). But when I reviewed the airlines policy on unaccompanied minors, the airlines website stated that anyone under the age of 16 had to pay a fee for traveling alone, along with other restrictions that were not listed on CheapOair when I input his age and birth date. The airline now wants to charge me a $150 one way for an unaccompanied minor fee (which was not clearly stated on their website when I typed in his age and birth date) and when I called to ask for a refund, or a change of airlines (a transfer) they kept repeating that I was to blame for making a reservation online and not over the phone "as the website clearly states" (it doesn't).

    They offered to cancel my flight and "ask the airline to refund your ticket". So basically, if I never bothered to check the actual airlines policy on what a minor needs to bring to verify identity to board the plane, he would have been denied access and stuck at an airport 4 hours from his home. And they have done nothing to resolve the issue other than tell me I might get a cancellation or no-show charge. Extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with their customer service, and the way things were (not) handled. Do not book with them, they will trap you into buying a ticket and nickel and dime you to death.

    The 16 yr old flew Van to Beijing to Chongqing. His last leg was to Nanning. China Air refused a Boarding pass and refused to board him in Chongqing to Nanning, noting the name on the ticket was misspelled. The same spelling, also incorrect, got him to Beijing then to Chongqing. He was left at 11 pm in Chongqing forced to sleep in the Terminal. Air China says it is CheapOair's fault, and CheapOair says it is either Air China's fault or ours suggesting my wife, whose language is Mandarin, put a "g" in The Name **. CheapOair has refused to fund another flight and we are forced to buy an additional ticket. We paid for a service your company failed to deliver and refuses to fix. Unless the full ticket price is refunded and the return flight is rescinded and refunded, we will sue CheapOair on the contract in Canada, seeking reliance damages and punitive damages. This note is not without prejudice.

    I was trying to book a flight for 5 persons from Cleveland to Lebanon and since I had to book on short notice, I was limited on my choices so I contacted Cheapoair to get good deals. I was initially given a price of $8000 and then I contacted Delta directly. I got a deal for $5000. So I called Cheapoair and cancelled my flight within 4 hrs after booking and they said the amount will be blocked for 8 to 14 days. After 5 min a Cheapoair agent called me and said "we'll get you the same itinerary we offered you for $5800" which I agreed because I had my credit card locked. So they said "we'll send you a confirmation within 2-3 hrs after this." It took 24 hrs to get the confirmation, meanwhile I'm calling and staying on hold for 1 hour each time and each agent tells me "we'll fix this, we'll get that done, we'll call you back in 2-3 hrs" etc...

    Finally when they booked the tickets they had the names wrong which we fixed then they send tickets booked for 3 persons with 2 names listed twice. Basically it took me 48 hrs to book a flight. Horrible experience. Staying on hold for hours, calls disconnect without anybody getting back to you, wrong names on ticket. Finally asked to talk to manager or supervisor and they put me on hold for 1 hour. My husband called on another line and we were not able to reach or talk to any supervisor. Horrible experience. Unprofessional, lack of ethics. How could price change from $7900 to $5900 in 5 minutes and why? Why booking a flight takes 48 hrs?

    I booked my daughter's roundtrip tickets SFO-MAD-SFO through www.cheapoair.com. When I booked the tickets, I provided my daughter's birthdate which is 12/14/00. She was able to make her trip SFO-MAD on June 21, 2015 because there were some other older teammates on the same flights. But she was told at the airport that on her way back, she would not be allowed to travel because there will not be other older teammates on the same flights.

    We have been calling both AA and www.cheapoair.com to resolve this issue. AA told us that because of her age, AA would have never issued her the tickets. If she wants to come back, we would have to pay about $1,000 to change the flight from Madrid to Chicago O'Hare to an AA flight because current flight is an AA code-share flight operated by Iberia and purchase Unaccompanied Minor Service which will cost close to $1,000 together. We called www.cheapoair.com, they told us that AA was made fully aware of her age and still sold her the ticket and www.cheapoair.com is not responsible for this. AA should be responsible to resolve this.

    We are stuck in between but need our daughter back. Right now, she's not even allow to get on the return flight back to the States. CheapOair should have never allow this to go through, not only we couldn't even pay $150 for the unaccompanied minor service through American Airline, she couldn't even travel unless we change her flight to AA operated solely flight which will cost almost 850 US dollars . As you can see from the receipt I provided, I had to call AA to change her flight with $850 we never suppose to pay in the first place. The design flaw on the website has caused us so much money, it shouldn't sold the ticket to us. Terrible customer service as well.

The same flight I was looking at was 'more money' through the CheapOair agent. I asked why and I was told that the internet had not 'updated' the new price yet. I bought the tickets with the agent.     This CheapOair is a fraud and cheater online air ticket selling company. I booked my ticket with this website and I was not allowed to board the flight from Delhi to Montreal with two layovers Frankfurt and Paris respectively. They have some inside pct with airlines and they don't provide you full information in the valid right tickets to travel. When contacted their customer service they finished chat intermittently. My PNR for the ticket was **. This is just to inform you that I am a valid customer who got cheated by this company.     I was going to leave San Francisco and fly to Sao Paulo in Brazil. I had booked a flight with CheapOair more than 1 month in advance that was going to have a connection in Toronto. When I went to do my check-in I discovered that I needed a visa that I didn't have to get into Canada. After some discussion I ended up losing my flight. But this was my fault. I should have searched more about needing a visa before this day. The problem with CheapOair comes next.

    I called CheapOair to see what I could do. Now my stress begun because ALMOST every time I called them, I had to wait at least 2 minutes of annoying music until I could reach an attendant, and about HALF of the times the dial was missed (before or during talking with an attendant). Now, the times when I reached an attendant, somethings happened: the first attendant was talking so low and in low energy (keep in mind I was at an airport and was not so easy to hear low voices in my phone), it seemed he was dying and would rather not be working. I had to end the call and try again.

    Next, when I reached attendants that were helpful and I was in the middle of the call, the dial was missed (happened twice). When I tried getting back to them (I knew their names), I was attended by other attendants and they didn't even knew the names of their work colleagues and weren't able to transfer my call. The fourth time I reached an attendant, I was attended by a woman with heavy Asian accent. I have absolutely nothing against Asian accents, but since English is not my first language and I was in a loud airport, I had a very hard time understanding everything she said. Still I had no choice and proceed to obtain her help.

    I learned that I had completely lost my flight and money, even though I had purchased travel insurance with them prior. The only thing CheapOair could do was to book me a new flight and I would have to pay the full price again. No other options. She only offered me two options, both were more than two times more expensive than the flight I had lost (this was understandable since I was purchasing a same-day flight) and I would have to wait about 10 hours in the airport. I needed to fly that day so I had to accept my fate and buy another flight. Since I'm from Brazil, the only way I could pay was to use an international credit card. I gave her my card info and then was told that I had to wait for them to verify the card info.

    They wanted to call my bank in Brazil and check with them which gave me a lot of work since THEY MADE ME call my bank first and find someone that could speak English with them. After I found and passed the information to them, I waited about 2 hours for the woman to call me back (I had no way to call them since I couldn't reach her using CheapOair's number and nobody knew how to transfer me to her). She told me the card had been accepted and in under 1 hour my flight info would be e-mailed to me.

    I thought that my nightmare was finally over and I could relax and wait for my flight. After almost 1 hour, I received an automatic call in my phone saying that my card had been rejected. I tried calling CheapOair about 10 times, but again, infinite minutes waiting with annoying music and missed calls. It was completely impossible to talk with an attendant this time. I decided to give up on CheapOair and since I knew my credit card had not been charged, I decided to buy another flight directly with an airline company.

    The purchase directly with the airline company was extremely simple and easy, AND was almost $1,000 CHEAPER than the flight CheapOair had offered me earlier! I couldn't believe it! I took this new flight on that same day and finally made it home. I think I never had a more stressful and negative experience with a company in my life than the one I had with CheapOair. I wish that no one ever has to go through such a nightmare as I did. In the end, the solution was simple and SO much cheaper: to just buy from the airline company and ignore CheapOair.

    I bought 2 tickets through CheapOair.com one for me and my mother. They, for some reason, added a name to my mother's first name. I asked them to correct it, obviously they refused, asked me to talk to AA before or he had to charge me a fee. I called AA, and they informed me that since it was bought through a third party they couldn't make any changes, but that it shouldn't be a problem to change since it was a minor change. So I called back CheapOair.com and now there was no fee. I would have to buy a whole new ticket. I know AA accepts changes for first name. It is considered a minor change, but they lied and tried to convince me that AA accepted no such changes. PS: They also have hidden charges. It is not mentioned in the receipt but they charge you 18 $ for their horrible services.

    I was online and had gone all the way to the final click to receive 287.20 for my trip to LAX from ORD and back. It popped up that the price has been changed to 353.20... I was very upset, I called the 1-888-613-6045, the gentleman that helped me told me that the plane was full and that that was the price. I am meeting someone at the airport. I told him that I had put in my seat numbers. It was all set. Once again he said it was full. I told him I couldn't take another flight. He got me a fare of 303.20. which is better than 353.20 but not as good as 287.20.

    I have flown Virgin America once before and really enjoyed the experience... I am sure I will enjoy it this time as well, I just don't understand the increase in fare. Is this just one of those marketing things to get you in then you change the prices? If so I am disappointed in Virgin America... I'm happy that I am going on VA for my flight to LA but know I don't have assigned seats 21D going out and 18D coming back. I prefer an aisle seat. Thank you for your help in this matter.

    I made reservations for midday flights, since grandparents as well as young children were traveling. CheapO sent me an urgent notice that our flights were changed. When I contacted them, someone named "**", told me that we're now had a 6:20 AM flight out of Wichita to Ft Lauderdale, connecting in Houston. Our return flight was now changed so we would be making a connection in Denver and returning to Wichita 8:15 PM. When I complained about the late flight, he threatened me that the other option was to spend the night in Denver. So, returning home, that last flight out of Denver was cancelled. We were all flown to Houston at Midnight and to Wichita the next morning. That morning flight was delayed several hours. We arrived in Wichita mid afternoon.

    I made reservations for another son on CheapTickets and we were suppose to all fly together. His family's flight time was changed slightly, nothing to inconvenience them. I have flown to India from Wichita in less time than it took us to fly from Ft. Lauderdale to Wichita. I don't blame CheapO for the flight delays, but feel like they changed us to less desirable times, which caused our problems. Why? Did they sell our midday travel reservations for more money? We arrived home exhausted and frustrated. We also missed a friend's 90th birthday dinner and Music Theater's production of Aida.

    Planned a trip to fly to Seattle, WA. I called CheapOair and made reservations for two to fly on Delta Airlines on June 17, 2015. After processing my information via phone with customer service, I was told I should receive a confirmation email with a couple hours and given a booking #**. Several hours later, went to check my email. There was no confirmation from the company. Made another call to the customer service regarding the above mention. Rep tells me I should have received confirmation by this time. Later to find error in the recorded email address. Email address confirmed and corrected in company's system. I was told they would need to investigate matter and a supervisor would contact me in a few hours. Never got a reply. Today I called CheapOair with expressed anger! I was told they were still investigating matter. It's been 5 days without resolve. Now, I am writing a complaint with consumer affairs to help me get resolve.

    I do not typically feel the need to expose a company for what they are on social media, however, I decided to write this to save other people the hassle that I have endured. My experience has shown me that Cheapoair.com is a scam. I recently booked a trip with them that was listed online at a certain price. The next day the company called me and told me that the airline we were using would not transfer baggage to a connecting flight. They then gave me the option to change my flight to an earlier one so I would have time to get my bag from baggage claim and re-check it in.

    When they changed the flight they charged me almost double the original cost. I fought with their customer service for a full month to get my money back. In the end they only refunded $400. This is not the worst part. On the days of travel I asked each individual airline that we flew if they transferred baggage to our connecting flights. Each airline assured me that they absolutely do. Cheapoair.com told us a bold faced lie in order to get us to pay more for our tickets. If you feel this is purely wrong as I do I urge you to never use them. I also urge you to like this post and share it on your feed. Please help us expose this scamming company for what they really are.

    I booked 3 separate legs to different cities. I was very satisfied with the rates and on-line service I received from CheapOAir and the first 2 legs of my trip with United Airlines went very smooth. The 3rd leg of my trip was out of Phoenix on Spirit Airlines. When I checked my flight status 8 hrs. prior to my departure there was no info on my booking status. I called from my rental car and waited over 20 minutes to speak with a representative from CheapOAir to ask why my booking was not showing up. The recorded msg kept saying to go to the website for a live chat which is difficult to do from your cell phone. When I finally got a rep she was very helpful and put me on hold to call Spirit and research the problem. That took over 30 minutes and when she got back to me the only info she had was that it was canceled with no further explanation. I asked her to book another flight for me and my options were 24 hrs. later.

    I decided to take a full fare flight on U.S. Air rather than wait at the airport for that length of time. I asked "who do I call for a refund?" She said Spirit Airlines, however she would work on it. I am not blaming CheapOAir for Spirit's cancelation, however why wasn't I notified so I could make alternate arrangements and who is responsible for my refund? The money I would of saved if everything went as planned I spent trying to get home. I will probably use CheapOAir again however I will take a better look at the carrier involved. I feel as my travel agent CheapOair should at the very least work on my refund from Spirit. I was a satisfied customer until I was stuck in Phoenix and left with no answers...     On 6/10/2015 around 8:00 PM called to cancel our June booking because of medical reasons. One of the reps, ** came up with the extra fee of $863.30 for re-booking the flight for September. Half an hour later she claimed reservation change can't be made without paying an additional $380.00, claiming that September/October fares are higher than June fares and saying that she will call back, instead she put the booking charge through.

    On May 25th I purchased tickets from CHEAPOAIR.COM, NYC - LAG 5:20 PM to MIA - Miami 8:44 PM with connection to Quito, Ecuador MIA - Miami 11:55 PM arriving to Quito at 3:25 AM. Arriving to LGA and checking in I am told that my flight from MIA - Quito is not confirmed and has no reservation.     I had purchased the tickets for myself and my parents to attend my sister's wedding in Costa Rica (March 2015). Unfortunately a few days prior to our departure my grandmother who was living in Surrey, BC had passed away. My parents had to purchase new tickets to urgently fly to Vancouver in order to take care of the funeral arrangements. Therefore they were unable to board the plane as they were in Surrey at that time. I had sent multiple e-mails to customer service (including a copy of the death certificate) and NEVER received a response (The funny thing is when you call there is an automated message that says to contact customer service via e-mail and you will receive a response within HOURS - FALSE!).

    When I finally called customer service to put in my refund or partial refund request, I mentioned to the agent that I had sent an e-mail and never received a response. He answered that they receive hundreds of e-mails in a day. I then proceeded to tell him that I sent the e-mails 3-4 weeks ago and he apologized. He finally requested that I fax the death certificate and put in a request with the airline company (as they are a third party). He said it would take a week or 2 to receive a response. 3-4 weeks later, no response whatsoever.

    I call CheapOair once again. 20 minutes later, I am told that it will now take a billing cycle or 2 before I receive a response (REALLY?). So they said 1-2 more months to see if we could get a reimbursement. Couldn't they have said this in the first place? I understand that tickets are non-refundable, I really do, but we had to deal with the death of my grandmother and we sent the death certificate. This all dates back to March (we sent in all the papers and requests in April), it is now JUNE. They should really not have an e-mail address if no one will respond to their e-mails.

    "As per our Telephone Conversation, we would like to inform you that you have a credit of 188.60 USD with CheapOair under your name. This credit is valid for one year from today (10th Nov. 14) and will expire on 10th Nov 15. This credit can be used against the new purchase of flight reservation up to value of 188.60 USD.     This airline is the most unaccommodating airline around. I have printed tickets for business class tickets with specific seats assigned WHICH MEANS NOTHING. They arbitrarily gave my seats away and assigned different seats to me. Giving my seats to someone else and will not give me my seats. My wife is handicapped and needs me next to her.     My husband and I purchased plane tickets to New York with one stop. On the airport we learned that it was changed to 2 stops because the plane had to fuel (?). It did not say it clearly on the itinerary, but when we called CheapOAir, they said that it was a planned stop.     My wife and I recently purchased Turkish Airline tickets online thru a third party (CheapOair). In making the reservations I made a typo and incorrectly input the departure date as 5/1/15 rather than 5/2/15. When I presented my ticket at the Turkish Airline counter at JFK in New York I was informed of the error and was told that my entire booking had been cancelled as the result of being a “no show” on 5/1/15. The discounted ticket price purchased thru CheapOair was in the amount of $1,456.60 for both tickets. I spent much time on the internet to find the best possible ticket prices since my wife and I are retired seniors living on a fixed income. This trip was 3 years in the planning.

    I flew from Phoenix, Arizona (PHX) to New York (JFK) via another airline (JetBlue). When I was informed of the situation by Turkish Airlines I had to decide if we were going to cancel our trip or rebook Turkish Airline tickets at a much higher price. We decided to do the latter and I contacted my third party provider (CheapOair) and requested that they contact Turkish Airline and negotiate a new booking. Cheapoair subsequently informed me that the new ticket price would be $2,812.92 which would be more than double the original fare. I was uncertain as to whether I could afford this but chose to go ahead with it since we were already in New York’s JFK.

    The CheapOair agent read me off a list of charges and penalties related to the rebooking. I informed him that I was in the JFK airport on a cell phone and was not in a position to take notes. I informed him that my only concern was the total cost that I would incur. I specifically asked the CheapOair booking agent, “When I return home and open my credit card bill I will see the charge of $2,812.92 and NOTHING MORE”. This was important since I was already stretching my budget.

    His response was YES. The agent also informed me that only the departure dates and times would change and that the return tickets would remain the same. This was false and the new return booking caused me to miss my connection in New York (JFK). I had to pay a charge to JetBlue to change the booking. In addition I had to rent a motel room at JFK since the new departure time Back to Phoenix was 23 hours away. At 77 & 79 years old my wife and I can no longer sleep in airport terminals.

    The big shock came when I returned home and examined my Discover Credit card bill and the email sent to me by CheapOair which informed me that the new airfare of $2,812.92 was on top of the original airfare of $1,456.60 which now amounted to $4241.52 which I could never afford and would never have agreed to. I had Discover Card dispute the (2) $700.30 charges (this amount was less the CheapOair fee). At the same time I contacted CheapOair and initially spoke to an agent named **. I made him aware of the situation and he indicated that he would investigate and that he would have to pull the voice recording of my conversation with the booking agent to confirm my statements. A few days later I received a call from ** from the Accounting / Charge Back Department at CheapOair who indicated that he had taken over the case. He assured me that he would follow up and keep me informed.

    On 5/20/15 @ 11:33 am I received a call from him indicating that because of the “dispute status” on the Discover card he would have difficulty in going forward with the investigation. I, “very stupidly”, agreed to have Discover remove the dispute status so he would be able to proceed with his investigation. He requested that I email him the “dispute settled” document from Discover. Since I did not have the email as yet from Discover, I cut and pasted the info from my Discover account showing that the dispute had been resolved. On 5/21/15 @ 2:33 pm he called and asked if I had a better document from Discover rather than the cut and paste I provided him the day before. I sent new documents of the settlement to him that contained the official Discover logo.

    It was not until the following day that I realized that I had been conned by Mr. **. I subsequently emailed him and asked if he had, in fact, requested those documents in order to close his investigation and get CheapOair off the hook for the $1,456.60. I never received a response and don’t expect that I will. Cheapoair knew, after listening to the voice tape, that their agent had misrepresented the cost of rebooking the tickets and that the final cost to me would be far in excess of the $2800+ dollars he quoted. They subsequently, under the guise of helping me recoup the $1400+ dollars, asked me remove the dispute on the Discover credit card so that they might evade their responsibility and avoid paying a reimbursement. I personally view their action as fraud and intentional misrepresentation of the costs associated with this airline booking.

    In January 2015, booked a flight Montreal to Barcelona $932.88... had to be cancelled due to illness... recuperated the money from insurance company. CheapOair wanted to charge me for cancelling, but I told them repeatedly that I would not pay because of insurance. They seemed to understand, but when re- booked in April (my travelling companion did not have insurance but they guaranteed her a better price if we dealt with them.. I think she got taken advantage of) there was a difference of $194.85 on my credit card. Why?? I can understand the fluctuation of U.S. Dollar exchange, but not $195 worth. Called billing department.     If you ever would like to change part of your itinerary, CheapOair mandates that you re-price the entire ticket (e.g. both the outbound and inbound portions of your journey). Airlines often do not have this policy and instead will allow you to re-price only the direction that you are changing. As a result of their policy, any changes to itineraries made via CheapOair will be much more expensive than if the equivalent ticket were purchased with the airline directly because the fare will often have increased on the other leg of your journey in the interim and for some airlines, repricing the entire ticket means incurring two change fees, one for the inbound and one for the outbound. I suggest paying a slight premium upfront, if there is one at all, and buying tickets directly from the airline.

    I had booked a two tickets from Baltimore to Chicago for a June flight on May 26, 2015. Less than 48 hours later on May 28, 2015 the same flight dropped almost $100 each! I contacted CheapOair, got transferred 3 times, and was informed unless the price changes within 24 hours, I could not get the cheaper rate. I asked if I could cancel my existing flight to and book the cheaper flight, and they informed me I could not receive a refund. There is definitely no white glove service with this company. No cohesion as I was transferred 3 times, reception is horrible as if the operators are definitely abroad, and the communication with the employees to customers is definitely rehearsed. Stay away!

    On 5/26, I was trying to book 4 tickets for me and my family to travel to St Thomas. I was online trying for hours.     I am traveling on a USA funded federal grant. I accidentally booked a carrier that is not covered and wanted to cancel my flight less than 48 hours after booking. I called customer service (where I was spoken to quite rudely, but I can generally overlook that). They told me they could not cancel my flight because they had limited authorization to do that from the carrier. I called Air Canada directly and a very nice woman spent some time on the phone with me and said that CheapOair should be able to cancel my flight for a fee (which I was completely willing to pay).

    When I called back CheapOair and spoke to someone with the tag ** (no last names, just pseudonyms) he told me, and this is verbatim "Air Canada is lying to you." He refused to cancel my flight even tough I had at that point purchased flight insurance. He kept repeating that he can change the dates for me but that was not the issue. I'm very angry that CheapOair has such service, even though their flight protection plan states that the insurance should be able to cover flights that are non-refundable. Will never book through them again.

    I am very disappointed and angry. Booked 4 round trip tickets in business class from JFK to Rome on 9 Jan 2015. The email I received confirmed both legs of the trip were in business class. I am reading your email confirmation now as I type this note. I also specifically asked the booking agent 2 times to ensure both legs of the trip were in business class which he confirmed. The flight from JFK to Dublin was in biz class. Great service. The flight from Dublin to Rome was coach... stuck in a middle seat. No business class seats on this flight at all. Ever.

    So I would kindly like to understand how much of my ticket charge (for all 4 passengers I paid for) will be refunded? Your email clearly shows Aer Lingus Flight 402 from Dublin to Rome as "non-stop business class". I've done a lot of business with Cheapoair the past few years and have told several friends about your service. I would like that trend to continue but this issue needs to be resolved. ASAP.     I tried to book a short haul flight that had appeared on Skyscanner. Clicked through to the website and entered all my details before it told me this flight was unavailable and the last seat had just been taken. But they would give me £20 for a different flight! Went back to Skyscanner to see if the flight was still being offered by CheapOAir and it was. So used a different computer to see if the flight was still coming up on their website and it was! They clearly say they have flights that they don't have just so they can get people on to the website and hope that people book a flight that costs more than they actually have. Absolutely ridiculous that they are showing flights that they don't have. Tantamount to fraud.

The company has showed that they does not agree with customer service reps treating customers as I described in my post. The supervisor was very polite and flexible in his attempt to resolve my booking modification. He clearly explained all my alternatives and put effort to sincerely understand my needs in order to offer the best possible solution for my booking.

    I am happy to know that the first service I got over the phone was not representative of the company's values and customer service policies. I would definitely return to the site.

    I'm a return customer for the last 5 years. I called (today at 6:17 am EST - Cheapoair here is your chance to check the phone call recording which you record for quality assurance!) to make a return flight date modification and expecting to pay the $100 or $200 fee as listed in the terms and conditions. However the service rep was more like a pushy salesman. He first informed me that change "is not possible" with my reservation. I asked him to check again because the terms and conditions say that it is usually possible with a penalty. Then he says he will "do his best" and put me on hold for a couple of minutes. He gets back on the line to say that he "called Lufthansa and MEA (airlines my flight is with) and they both refused any change, however he will "try with his manager" and put me on hold again. Comes back to bring me the great news that his manager "has allowed a one-time change".

    I'm already anticipating the excessive charge at this point after this whole show he put on. It would cost $360 to change, even though I'm changing from the high season (July) to the low season (September). I said I would have to think about that, as I was just calling for a price check and cannot confirm the date now. Here is the good part. The rep starts pushing to make the sale and threatening me that "this is a one-time change". I'm like fine, that's why I need to check my dates because it's a one-time change. He then clarifies that "one time change" means I must make the change now because he got me an exception from the manager.

    I explained I can't confirm the date now once again. He then says that he understands and what he means by "making the change now" is to just let him make "a hold on the date" and he will call me back in 2 hours to get my date confirmation. I felt like I was in a 3rd world country dealing with a crooked business that only cared about collecting dollars. I'm truly disappointed. This experience has ruined the image I had about the company forever.

    I have always been happy with the service from CheapoAir. This booking was a re-booking from June 7 changed to July 7 due to an illness in my family I had to change my reservation. I was not aware of the change policy and when I found a new date the cost was 509 more with the same airline, and 200 less with a different airline. I had to pay the change fee of 100 which was fine, but I am not pleased with the fact that I was unable to change airlines and had to pay an additional 509+100.

    I booked airfare with CheapOair in March for a trip from Sacramento to Santiago, Dominican Republic, 01/14/2016 through 01/29/2016. The company overcharged me and Wells Fargo had them fix the overcharge. I do not know if this is when the change occurred, but I am now somehow scheduled to return on 01/22/2016, a week early. I am getting married there on 01/23/2016 and would not have booked a flight home to miss my own wedding. I have tried contacting both them and United, and was told I would have to pay over $400 in fees to change a segment that only cost $442.50.

    All I want is for my flight to be corrected. The original returning flights were UA1625-UA1773-UA6462. The flights they changed me to also only have a 1 hr, 25 min international layover, which would be impossible to claim baggage, go through customs, recheck baggage, and get to the gate within this time. I would be more than willing to pay the fare difference if needed, even though the fare was current 2 months ago. I just do not want to be dealing with this stressful situation prior to my wedding.

    I normally do not write reviews but I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received from CheapOair. I normally do the bookings myself but was told it was better to go through an agent as it benefits both of us. The agent I received was extremely pushy and rude. She could not understand me and I offered several times to do my own booking online but she would not take that for an answer. The flights I had searched were cheaper online (on the same website) and only after I researched the exact flight numbers, would she match the price.

    After an hour on the phone (when I could have done it online in 20 minutes) the booking was complete. I did not however receive an e-mail confirmation so I had to call and change my e-mail address only to find out my name was spelt wrong as well. Another hour wasted. When I changed my name they then told me I had to call the airline and change it as well. I wasted so much time on the phone while I could have (and should have) done everything myself. I don't see the point of having customer service if they only make everything more difficult. It didn't help when I found the flight much cheaper the following day!

    I booked a trip to Miami, Florida for my brother's engagement and long story short the itinerary that I booked through the website was not the one that was emailed to me. When I noticed the return flight was different, I called customer service to try and get this corrected. Had to wait on hold 3 different times, when asked to speak to a manager I was put on hold for 35 minutes and then hung up on.     I found the flight that I wanted, picked my seats, put in my credit card. I got a warning to complete my purchase in 2 minutes. I did it in 30 seconds. I then got a message after I submitted everything that my flight was now gone - but here is a code for $20 and then It gave me much more expensive fares. I called and talked to an agent.     On top of rude representatives, prepare to be placed on hold for well over an hour, to be transferred multiple times, decipher their stuttering and murdering of the english language to the point you cannot have a clear conversation with them. Also be prepare to be lied to. The manager told me that the airline has no available seats for 5/15/15. Meanwhile I was also on the Frontier airlines website while I was on the phone with him looking at the MULTIPLE available seats for purchase. I call him out on it and he continues to stutter and gave me no answer as to why his computer won't show him any results.

    Forget about buying the travel protection plan. It does nothing for you, only costs you more money plus not even the reps know fully what the protection plan does. How can any company hire employees who can't even properly speak the language of their customers or who are actually helpful. This company needs to stop outsourcing when it comes to customer service or be prepared to lose many customers and continue to receive such poor customer feedback. 2 out of 5 stars with over 1200 reviews, need I say more. The people have spoken, so listen CheapOair.com or prepare to become (extinct).

    I had booked a flight through CheapOair and had to switch my departure city due to business travel. I paid the $200 flight change fee and had it switched through CheapOair Customer Service. They said my return flight should be fine and not to worry, so I didn't! When I got to the airport the day of my returned scheduled flight the airline said that my reservation had been cancelled completely and that I needed to repurchase a ticket which cost $372.

    I called CheapOair and they said they could not assist me at this time but would have to look further into the situation. Please give them 2-3 working business days. It is now the 4th business working day. I have not heard from them and had to call them myself to get an answer. I was then put on hold for several minutes. I would recommend never booking through this organization. Poor customer service and lacking the proper training for simple logistical processes like completing a flight change.

    I called to pay to have the pending ticket and without my consent an agent cancelled my ticket and now I am suffering to have proper ticket with dates and price match. Initially I booked a ticket online #** and my credit card was declined due to my out of the States transaction, so I called my bank and then called back Cheapoair to do the payment, but the agent which I spoke to is cancelled my ticket without my consent and argued with me then hung up my call. Again I called back and another agent was also very rude on the call and hung up quickly.

    Now I am in a situation where I am not getting ticket for my proper dates and with my budget. These customer service agents doesn't deserve to be in this field of work because they doesn't care about customers.     What I liked about cheapoair is very nice responsive website and refereed by a good friend in traveler forum. I tried to book a flight from Edmonton to Washington DC for friend. I bought it for $546 while booking I made typo in friends name and within 5 minutes I called customer service to correct this. They said they cannot (even though ticket was not confirmed then) which was ok but offered me another flight without any new fees. I insisted I needed same flight so I told him let me talk to Airlines, it's very minor mistake they can help but he told me if I hang up he won't be able to help So I agreed to book flight of his choice which was 4 hrs late. Customer rep told me no fees has been charged or levied. I thought it is good service initially.

    They I checked their cheapoair website little later and realize the seat on earlier flight was still available and cost to later flight is lot cheaper ($391 only). That's why I felt customer rep rushed me to change my booking to save some extra bucks for his company. I reported this to cheapoair "best price guarantee" team and asked them to refund difference at least but no response from the team so far. I will wait then I will dispute with credit card customer care.

    I am still hoping they might fix this but beware of customer service. One more thing I booked my ticket in evening and some strange charges showed on my credit card during middle of night and I woke up with call from Chase fraud alert service so I have to cancel my credit card and ordered new one and disputed all those charges while made during middle of night while I was sleeping. I wished I stayed with reputed website only like expedia or orbitz only where they have at least guarantee cancellation within 24 hours and best price match. Learnt a lesson hard way today.

    CheapOair misbilled my debit card on 4/10/15. Then they e-mailed me on 4/25/15, telling me I had to pay a balance. I paid it on 4/30/15 and payment was confirmed by their employee. I have been e-mailed by CheapOair several more times for more money. I have my bank statement that I paid in full. My flight is booked for 5/15/15 and today Cheapo has e-mailed me again for more money on 5/12/15. I've contacted the carrier United air lines and they informed me that the flight was booked. But CheapOair can cancel it for any reason because they own the ticket. Cheapo employees can't connect customers to a supervisor or customer service and will subject you to unlimited elevator music and employees practicing their English on your time. I have spent over 2 hours trying to confirm my paid for flight with no results.

    I made a booking for two under 18's and click their title as Miss, but the booking came back it was shown as Mrs. CheapOair wanted to charged me £170 for an amendment. When I called the airline directly they made the amendment for free!! So thanks CheapOair for trying to rip me off. When I made the booking on-line and the total price shown before submitting the booking, was not what I was charged by CheapOair. I checked with the airline and they confirmed that the total price was £265.96 but CheapOair charged me £292.21.

    I clicked for two bags but only one bag was shown on the final confirmation. Again another error NOT made by me. Now CheapOair want more money to add an additional bag even though their price is already higher than the airline. This company is unprofessional, unreliable and dishonest. I found this company via a comparison website as having better prices but that is not true. Now they have asked me to call THEM back in 7 hours to speak to their billing and try and sort out THEIR mess. Nightmare company.

    I booked a ticket for a client and there was a typo by one letter in the name. CheapOair would not let me change the name even after I called the airline myself to have it reconciled on that end. Then, I needed to change the departure date, and because the name was misspelled by one letter, I could not change the ticket. I had to buy a whole new ticket and cancel the current flight. With the cancellation, I got stuck with a voucher that could ONLY be used under the traveler's name; which meant we would have no future use for the voucher because the purchase for this traveler was for a rare special occasion. The traveler's name wasn't even the cardholder's name. CheapOair couldn't even change the voucher name to the cardholder's name.

    I was misled as to booking flight myself online with rep on same site. I could had book for less money but rep said I would not be guarantee my flight and seat so she did it and cost me more money. Don't like that. That's why you go online -- for cheap price.

    Updated on May 12, 2015: Where when I got the printout and saw the total I was surprised of total because I saw price was less than what I received. I call up customers service because I wanted to know about disabled handling. I was told that she would put it on my ticket and for me to guarantee a seat I had to book then at that rate. Well the rate was cheap but she also included service fee and I kept asking was there a fee - but I called back and this rep said he would give me a courtesy and credit me for $14.95 on my card. I print that for my copy until I get my bill to make sure I get credit on my card. I thank him and said maybe on my behalf I misunderstood the rep or she quote me wrong. But I was unhappy, so I'm waiting to see my credit on my account, if not I will follow through until I get it. I have copy of confirmation for refund credit.     Hi I am **. I am flying to Bangalore (BLR) from Calgary, Canada on may 26th but I am from Saskatoon so I have taken other ticket from Saskatoon to Calgary on the same date because my flight to India from Calgary on May 26th evening. When I searched on the cheapoair site on 26th I have seen a ticket on west jet for 160 cad from Saskatoon to Calgary so I have taken that ticket because that flight reaches on Calgary by 10 am so I was thinking I have good enough time for my next flight, but when I got the ticket it shows my flight is on May 27th. That means there is no use basically my flight to India from Calgary is on May 26th.

    For to change these schedule I have called cheapoair for whole night. Few of them disconnected my call. Few of them made my call on hold. They seems like real ** wasting my whole night so I am planning to take them to the customer court. If someone needs to take tickets never ever choose them. They will ask your call back number in case your call is gonna disconnected but they will disconnect your call and never give you call back.

    This is my first time to buy ticket with CheapOair. After the day I booked my ticket, I find out that no company is worse than this company. The worst customer service ever. I called to book my ticket with an Indian agent who speak heavily accent. I spell my name is **, but she put my name is **. I have tried to call them, email them for many many times. The service only say that they still working with my ticket. I bought the ticket on 01 FEB. Called them to complaint about my problem after 1 day. Today, 10 MAY 2015, I can't remember how many time I called them and got same answer. The agent is very rude. Tried to claim that the problem is coming from my fault. He said that he can't do anything to fix my problem but he is very happy to help me cancel my ticket.

    I paid 1032$. If I cancel my ticket I get the refund 720$. I lost 312$. My flight is in July. I'm not mean but every time I call the customer service always INDIAN pick up phone with heavy accent and unprofessional skill service. They always promise that will call me back within 24-48 hours. Almost 4 months, only me call them and can't do anything. They are Indian, not Communist. Why are they ** good at lie people? I really get mad when that guy say happy to cancel the ticket for me. The worst company in the world. Anyone who invest your money to this company should consider your decision again. They will bankruptcy soon if keep running the business like this.

    I booked flights with CheapOair on the 28th April 2015 which the sales rep told me I got a huge discount and was putting so much pressure for me to pay that day or I will lose out if I called again the next day. I paid to find it £100 cheaper from the direct airline. I cancelled within the hr. They told me that I will get my money straight away because I cancelled so quick. I checked my account the next day and no money was there. I called again and the lady I spoke to said that I will get the money on the Monday which was Monday 2nd May. Again, no money. I called on the following day and spoke to another person who told me that she assured me that I will get the money on the 9th of May. Again, no money. I called them today 9th May and I have spoken to several person who keep transferring the call and I spoke to a guy called ** who put me on hold for 20 mins to be cut off.

    When I called him back, he asked me what I wanted and I told him that "you said if the call got cut off you was going to call me." He replied saying he was busy. He put me on hold again and transferred the call the another person who all put me on hold for 10 mins which again, the call was cut off. I am now on the phone as we speak. I have been on the phone since midday and it's now 1:45 pm and still on hold with no help. Now I have been told that they can't refund me the money because Ryanair don't refund the money. I got a email confirmation that they cancelled the flights and they will refund the money so I am not accepting this! I need help, shocked!

    I booked a flight from Manchester (UK) to Dublin through CheapOair with the airlines being Ryanair. I was provided with the booking information. However I was never told that I needed to print my boarding passes before the flight. I went to the airport with just my booking confirmation and Ryanair advised that it would be £70 each passenger in addition as I hadn't printed my boarding passes beforehand! There was 4 passengers being charged £70 each, totalling £280, to allow us to print out our boarding passes. Ryanair advised us that we should have been told by the company we booked it through (CheapOair).

    We paid the £280 for the boarding passes to allow us to fly! When we got back, I telephoned CheapOair to tell them my issue. However I was put on hold for around 36 minutes, costing me an additional £44 (as I was calling from the UK). I was advised by a customer service agent that I would be contacted in 2 or 3 days via email to send a bank statement with the boarding passes charge. After waiting 5 days and no email was forthcoming, I decided to contact CheapOair again via their Chat Now option on their website (not paying £44 again by telephoning them). I spoke with an agent who was unhelpful once again and they stated that the matter has been passed to an investigator and that I should contact them again in 2-3 days. After 3 days I did but they said they were still investigating it and to contact them again after 2-3 days. Once again after 3 days I contacted them to only be told again that it was still ongoing and I should contact them again in 2-3 days.

    I said this was poor customer service as I have been waiting for over 2 weeks to deal with my issue. I asked them for their complaints procedure. However the agent said that they are looking into it and I should contact them AGAIN in (you guessed it) 2-3 days!!! I am now unsure what to do as I live in the UK and I cannot afford to be ringing their customer service number daily (even though they are useless on that too). Overall their whole customer service is poor and myself and my friends are out of pocket by a lot of money. Do not book anything with them would be my advice!

    I purchased two plane tickets to the incorrect airport. Within 4 hours of buying the tickets, I realized that I needed to change the departure airport, but when I called into the customer service line to change the airport, I was told that it was too late to change the itinerary without paying a fee (initially, the fee was $50 per passenger, but the agent reduced the cost to $30 per passenger). The cost reduction was helpful, but I would have preferred that the agent reduce the fees even more since I called into the customer service line exactly 4 hours after I booked the flight. Unfortunately, the call took about 40 minutes, and by the time I was able to get the itinerary adjusted, I was already "outside of the 4 hour window", which made it impossible to change without paying a fee.

    Hi, I have had so many issues right from the beginning with CheapOair. I guess I got pulled to this website by a search engine. The site showed up an attractive price for a connection but was not available to be booked online. I had to call it in and pay an extra $75 for it. This is just the beginning… Less that 24 hours to departure I get a call by someone that there is a problem with her connection and her flight will need to be changed. I am amazed by how they go about doing this smoothly. As per him the layover of 1.5 hours was not enough. Then why was it on the website and on call. It's been over 5 hours of my time and I have still not had it resolved.

    I bought tickets from Nashville to Tashkent with 2 stops. And when I came to check in my baggages they told me I would be picked up at Frankfurt airport which is not going to my plans. And Frankfurt is totally different country- they need visa. However I call to customers service 5 times and they told me it's my fault I have to check before buying everything which is I did.     It was horrible customer service. Say they're gonna help you and let you talk to a supervisor and they disconnect your call. They're only happy when you're buying tickets. I cancelled my flight and asked for a refund. It's been a month, 3 and a half weeks, and I haven't got a dime back. Also every time I call they lie and say it's gonna be another week.     I am very disappointed with the customer service. I have sent several emails and called almost 15 times but have not received my refund at all which I filed in January 2015. The wait time on their customer service call is approx 1 hour every single time. The customer service agents are also unaware about anything and only inform me that the ticket has been filed and only tell me that they are looking into the issue.
