    I cannot say enough about how much I loath this company. When I booked with them recently, an international, three leg multi city flight, their site would not allow me to uncheck the selected pay extra seats when I ordered the protection plan from them. I never wanted the seats. When I looked at them, it never would allow me the option to uncheck them, so it thus decided for me to spend my money, and then on top of that, I never got those upgraded seats!

    Not ok! And when I got online to chat with their rep I was told it was the airline. **! It's on my bank statement that it was CheapOair! (The other charges for the airline separate.) They lied and denied and never refunded my money. When I called the airline LONG DISTANCE, of course, they could not even SEE the charges! Of course not. That CheapOair rep also disconnected my chat when I expressed displeasure. TERRIBLE company. Go with someone else. You'll be less stressed with more money in your pocket!

    First, they added over 18 hours to a layover. Then, I tried to contact them through each of their emails. The links never worked, nor could I actually fill out or click on the "button" that requested they contact me. I tried to work this out five different times: twice through online chats, and three times through phone calls. Two of the ladies that helped me were very polite. The final gentleman, "Rudolph," was short with me from the beginning. This actually prompted my critique - which I'm posting wherever I can. I can understand slight changes, but rudeness when it's being presented makes the whole thing worse. After this, I'll pay extra to avoid CheapOair. They ended up supposedly giving me a full refund - which will take two to three billing cycles according to them.

    Ordered tickets from New Orleans to Phx. When I looked at my confirmation it had me leaving out of Biloxi, MS. I specifically selected New Orleans. The rep lied and said I selected Mississippi. When I went back to see if they even offered that trip, it didn't exist under New Orleans. They would not refund my money and wanted $200 for a $150 ticket to correct the problem. DO NOT USE THEM. They will auto populate your online form with what THEY select and you will be stranded.

    Even though the message they claimed to have sent me in their response, was never sent to me. (I only got a 2 line notice of a problem with no booking numbers 2 weeks after they stated I’d double booked the room, etc…) Which is what started all the calls as stated in my posting in the first place. And I’m confused how “I” could of booked the room, when clearly their agent had to check my itinerary (see it wasn’t shown as booked yet) and book it for me. I don’t work there. They didn’t tell me they were even working on my case, till the last call I made to them after I was able to talk to the manager. Yes, they have now refunded my payment and the case is settled/closed.

    Their agents goofed and double booked a night for my trip to Europe. Now they will not issue a refund since the hotel they mistakenly double booked the night for will not issue a refund. CheapOair screwed up so bad they never even confirmed for me in email or in my online Trips area with them this booking number. So for me it never existed. I complained over and over and after 6 weeks I did get a confirmation email for this night as being booked. They clearly screwed this up. I was finally able to talk to a supervisor after numerous attempts and he says he is looking into it but 99% of the time they never call me back.

    I had 3 round trip tickets from the US to Edinburgh, UK via Air France with a long layover at Charles de Gaulle on Dec.18. I had decided to cancel and rebook flights that avoided France because of the situation in Paris. I paid the required $300 cancellation fee. I was left with a credit of $2777.13 with Air France with the understanding that I could use the credit for 3 tickets (same people, same airline and same destination) before 9/3/2016 - 1 year from my original ticket booking.

    I spoke with a CheapOair rep. 2/25/2016 to discuss booking 3 flights to Scotland in July or August using my Air France credit. I was shocked to find out that not only did I need to pay the difference between the original ticket purchase price of the non-refundable tickets, I also would have to pay $300 per ticket as a Air France airline penalty. (Missed that information on my cancellation email from CheapOair) So based on the current Air France Pittsburgh to Edinburgh flights, that are bouncing between $1700 and $2000 per person) it will cost me about $2200 per ticket for economy class seats.

    I had flight insurance but the terrorist situation voided my insurance. In fairness to the CSR with CheapOair, she was very nice. However, unless Air France drops their prices back to about the $1000 I originally paid, I will have to forfeit my $2777.13. I have used CheapOair as a booking agent on several occasions without any complications. However, I will not fly Air France again. Any future air travel will be through different airlines and possibly different agents.

    Site says free cancellation... Be careful because you need to click an icon to read that it's not really free. When tried to change dates told it was 120 per ticket to change. Ended up paying 50 to cancel and rebooked elsewhere and saved 105.00. Nice ripoff attempt to rebook!

    Had a flight overseas. Arrived at airport 9:47. Counter was closed even though Flight left at 10:30 P.M. I asked for a refund, and the lady said I need to Call CheapOair and ask them. When I called they said I should have been there 2 Hours before the Flight. I said "why didn't you tell me that" and she just "um, um", and said "well everyone should know that". So I ask for refund and she said "this is a non-refundable Ticket." I said "why didn't you tell me that?" She said the same thing. She offered to reschedule my flight for $800 More. I said "no it will be Cheaper if I lose $1,100 and buy again for $550. Even I find online flights on THEIR Website for Lower Prices, they say they can't find it in their System??? I will never use them again, nor will I recommend them. Years ago they were Decent, now it's all about Scamming Money out of People... Sad.

    They get two stars because both times I called they answered quickly, and I didn't have a problem last time I used them a few years ago. However that's not the experience I got this time. I saw a review similar to mine from February, where basically the site reflects one price and I went to buy the ticket and everything went smoothly until it processed my card. It went back to the search page and the tickets were sold out and I was given no confirmation of my ticket being purchased. No email, and no notice that it didn't go through.

    So I called and the first representative told me that all the passengers have been calling with the same complaint because the site has not been updated in real-time to reflect the new more expensive prices. Then I was told I could get the ticket for $100 more (370). When I complained about this I was told the tickets should actually be $100 more than that but he was giving me a discount. I declined the offer, hung up and read some reviews, and called back. The next representative told me a similar story and said they could only offer what their system gave them and found a cheaper flight (330) but with two different stops. Still more expensive than the original price. Feels like a bait and switch.

    I have booked 3 tickets with the staff of CheapOAir. The first two tickets were the same route for two adults. The third ticket was a slightly different route for the third adult. After booking and making payment for the first two adults, I was given a confirmation number, and quickly issued two e-tickets. But after making payment for the third ticket, there was no e-ticket (the email I received says, "Pending"). I wrote to the CheapOair supervisor who had earlier sent me the proposed itinerary to request for the e-ticket. It has been a lapse of one-day.     I booked a ticket online outside of USA and had some problems with payments. I sent a request and within a minute a person called me and accepted the payment of almost 1000$ for a triple connection flight. I clearly stated to him (as I had checked on the webpage while booking) that I needed travel insurance in case of delays or other problems, particularly important when traveling such a long distance. He assured me I had the insurance.

    The day after I change the booking by day, worried about one of the layover was too short. Same problems, with payments of small amount due to the changes and I was told to call the company myself. It took me 15 minutes calling internationally getting this simple issue fixed and I asked the salesperson why the flight was cheaper than I paid yesterday. She stated I didn't have an insurance and didn't qualify for that since I was outside of USA. I told her that I had clearly stated that to the salesman the day before and he assured me of it, as I paid for it. The second salesperson told me I had been (unknowingly) been refunded the amount he charged for the insurance later that day, since I did not qualify for the insurance.

    Shocked and angry by this dishonesty I told her I could not use this flight without insurance. She referred me to another salesperson, who claimed the connection was bad until the phone call broke. After that the same scheme went on. I kept on having to wait on the phone for 15-20 min per salesperson claiming another one would know more and assist, that was a lie. I was not able to cancel the flight and get a refund because I had no insurance! Yes... the main issue from the beginning that I had problems with and was lied to. Having all the communications on both our halves on e-mail to prove my case that I was clearly misinformed and tricked as the salesperson has admitted that according to my phone calls, e-mails they have on record - they still resist on refunding me the flight ticket.

    This has not taken over 6 weeks of useless communications back and forth where the company policy is obviously to pass the customers between each other and trying to wear them out and keep them waiting. Claim they are going to contact me, supervisors will do the same - and nothing happens. Finally when they do call me they continue the game of having me wait while they consult somebody else with the same results. I am not new to online bookings and with good results, but never before with CheapOair that in this case happened to have the most convenient connection flights available. I warn others of dishonesty and sketchy working methods that can only be stated as a scam!

    I booked a flight with the wrong departing city. So I re-booked it while talking to a rep, slightly higher rate. No problem, he was very accommodating. Later I saw that was charged twice so I called a rep. 20 minutes hold time then he did nothing but assure me I was not double charged which was false. Next day I called billing, super accommodating. She said I was billed twice because of the change on the departure. I feel like I should have only been billed the difference instead of the full price. But she said it would be returned to my account within 3 days so no big deal. It's going on 6 business days money still has not been returned and I'm currently going on 15 minutes of wait time just to get an update.

    Booked an International ticket from Kolkata to New York using the website. My mom was travelling alone and it was anyway something I was quite worried about. On top of this, when she went to board a flight to Kolkata, she was said, that the bags would not be through checked. She need to collect the bag in Delhi and again put it back to international. Please make sure that there is no guarantee that you will be able to complete the journey. One example itinerary which shows Air India followed by Virgin Atlantic. Who would look into this and understand that there would not be a through check in of the bag. If someone has to get the bag and again place it for International followed by the immigration in 1 hour 45 minutes. Is this not something you need to think about.

Contacted CS the next day and they attempted to rebook and recharge my card. My card was charged a total of 6 times. Then within hours, the card information was stolen and used to buy hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise. I had this card for years and this is the first time something like this happens!!!     Their bad reputation starts with their own website of reviews. The bad ones are crossed out and ghostly font and have factual basis crossed with red stamp. You can see for yourself if scroll down to a second page. You can read my story. It's long, couldn't make it shorter. You can skip to the bottom and see what they did for me. Nothing there is no customers service. The worst company I ever booked tickets with. But can you expect with a name like CheapOair. My experience with CheapOair has been the worst to date.

    I booked my ticket over the phone with an agent from Toronto to Phnon Phen, Cambodia. He advised me on the return flight I was having a 17 layover in Shanghai, China, which I didn't mind since I have a friend there. The agent didn't tell me that I have a 24-hour layover in Nanning, China. Once I got my ticket I realized, my change over in Nanning in large bold blue letters it said: "0 hours and 0 minutes". I didn't really examine my return ticket, but I checked the Visa requirements for Shanghai, China. You can stay there as a tourist for 72 without getting a Visa.

    After my wonderful trip, I found myself in Phnon Phen airport at the China Eastern Airlines asking them that for my transfer is 0 hours and 0 minutes. I was flying in at 4 pm and flying out at 4 pm. They said I will figure it out. On the plane I was staring at the ticket and yes, I found the mistake. I was arriving on the Jan 10th at 4 pm but leaving 24 later on the Jan 11th at 4 pm, but even their computer system with CheapOair did not catch it. Slight inconvenience, but I would deal with it. Until, I arrived in Nanning and was immediately detained by the immigration. My flight from Shanghai was two days later and it Nanning the time allowance to stay without a Visa is 24 hours. Same country but each city has different allowed time allowances without a Visa.

    I was detained by 3 hours. I could not get my luggage, the airport was closing, and I was surrounded by 9 people who were holding on to my passport and discussing my destiny. The rep from the airline told me, I have to leave the country in 24 hours. He changed my flight to Shanghai to fly out earlier from Nanning, so I could deal with that issue at a bigger airport. In Shanghai, I tried changing my flight to anywhere in North America just to get out of China. But since it's a different destination I had to buy a whole new ticket which was $1900 CND.

    Otherwise I would have to pay and a fee and be blacklisted and since I travel for work I could not afford to be blacklisted. In total I paid $3800 CND to travel to Asia on economy with both my tickets. What CheapOair did for me is nothing. I didn't use part of my flight. They don't want to reimburse me. They even told me that I was informed of the 24 Layover in Nanning. I was not informed, and I would not agree to fly home for 72 hours. And if they knew then their computer systems would change and put 24 hours transfer in bold blue letters on my electronic ticket.

    After I logged off from CheapOair on my computer, I received a call from one of their representatives asking me if they could help since I did not book the trip from Las Vegas, NV to Tel Aviv, Israel that I was looking for. I was so surprised and impressed receiving the call as it was 2:30 am in Las Vegas. The gentleman was calling from their call center in India. It was 3:30 pm their time. He spend a great deal of time going over many flight options and found the one I really wanted which seemed to have disappeared on their site. He spoke excellent English and was extremely patient with me. Because of his excellent service, I booked the flights that I wanted.

    I was so impressed with him that I asked if I could write a letter on his behalf. He asked if I would like to speak to his supervisor, which of course I said yes. I relayed all the above to his supervisor. CheapOair has gotten free advertising from me since I have told all of my friends and family my great experience with them and to use them when booking air and other offerings they have. I had my girlfriend who going on the trip with me to Israel call them to book her airline ticket with CheapOair.     I booked a flight 7 days ago with CheapOair and the company failed to complete a verification with my credit card company because their representative refused to give the complete information about my booking. I never received a call or email alerting me that there was an issue until yesterday 3-1-2016. I spoke to two different representatives from their company who confirmed all the details about my booking and promised me an email with my confirmed tickets. As I never received the email I decided to call again today just to be informed that my booking had been canceled 4 days ago! I never got a call or email and that is very unprofessional and just bad customer service.

    I had to purchase my tickets again and it has cost me an extra $400 dollars because the fee is now more expensive.     Booked a flight at a fair price, one week later I received a cancellation email at 1AM due to no verification. Spoke with customer service and supervisor for over an hour only to receive "Sorry sir." They wanted to charge me an additional $350+ dollars to re-book the exact same flight. After reading some reviews/comments which look to have been attempted to remove, it seems like a common practice for CheapOair to offer a price ONLY to cancel due to "verification" issue and then want more money to re-book, a common illegal bait and switch scheme. Any bank verification is handled by my bank and I receive a text for any fraudulent activity. I am highly discouraged and disappointed with CheapOair and how they conduct themselves. Their customer service is outsourced and doesn't seem to convey any empathy or sympathy for the heartache they cause.

I called the airline and they told me CheapOair should have taken care of this. In the end ONLY Virgin America got me a seat, but since there was no coach left I had to pay extra for upgrade. CheapOair should have paid for THEIR error. Then to add insult to injury, CheapOair called 5 additional times to tell me about my new seat assignment that they had NOTHING to do with. I will NEVER use CheapOair again. And another reason to not use this site, I could not choose 1 star. Got some bogus message about an error submitting details. Seems they only want good reviews.     I am very pleased with the customer service I received when booking my flights. The agent whom I spoke with was very patient and took care of every need and answered all of my questions accordingly. This man knows his job and does it well. I had a lot of needs and he was very patient with me and spent a whole hour on the phone taking care of me. I needed 2 flights leaving at the same time but returning on different dates, and I needed us both to be on the same flight going out. And also due to my grandmother being older I needed a short layover time, as she cannot take hanging out in the airport for a long period of time.

    I was also flexible on dates, so the agent spent a great deal of time running different dates through in order to find me the best possible deals and to make sure to accommodate all of my needs.     I booked flights with CheapOair numerous times. The last time I booked a flight with them, I had to cancel the flight to return to the US because I was hospitalized and couldn't travel. So I sent all the medical documentations to CheapOair to try to get a fee waiver. Otherwise I would've to pay $150 in order to change the date of my returning flight. I waited for a month and got no email or call from them, nothing. I was the one that had to go after them and send emails and make calls. I talked to three different supervisors, and all they would tell me was to wait for the airline response. It has been over a month and I still haven't heard anything from them. I need to go back to the US, I have a job and things that can be waiting for CheapOair. I will never ever book with CheapOair again. Their customer service is terrible and they are of no help.

    They have little to zero consideration with their customers and do nothing to help you. After all this time I didn't even receive one single email to explain what was going on. So I had to call them again and they them I would pay the fee but when I asked them to re-book my flight they told me I had to pay the $150 penalty fee plus $580, even though I had an airline credit of $320. That's the amount I paid for the entire roundtrip ticket! I was very upset and I decided to buy another roundtrip ticket with another agency for $403. It was a terrible experience and I don't recommend anyone to buy airplane tickets with CheapOair. I can't blame myself for being hospitalized on the day of my flight, but CheapOair do not care about it and will try to get your money as much as they can.

    I recently booked a flight for my wife from Phoenix to Las Vegas through CheapOair in order for her to make an onward afternoon connection from Las Vegas to Stockholm, Sweden. The booking was made on February 2 for a Boutique Air flight on February 22. When my wife arrived at the check-in desk she was told that Boutique Air that there was no flights and as a matter of fact that they had discontinued the route 2 weeks earlier. They also told me that CheapOair had been notified and asked to contact passengers (i.e. my wife) booked on the flight. (This because the airline only had her name, but not her contact details).

    When I call CheapOair I am told that the airline had not informed CheapOair so I should not ask CheapOair for a refund, but to contact the airline for a refund. From a customer perspective this is not the answer I want to hear. My dealings were with CheapOair, not the airline. I paid CheapOair for the ticket and should not have to chase down the airline as I do not think they are charging CheapOair for a flight on a discontinued route. In other words, the money paid for the ticket is in CheapOair's bank account.

    I also wonder about CheapOair's customer service/complaints department as there is no available number to call for this type of a complaint. I googled your home page, and tried 2 different numbers to CheapOair, but in both cases I got connected a sales rep in India (with terrible reception). One of the agents also insinuated that he did not believe this particular flight had been cancelled... I would like an explanation from CheapOair and also to ask whether you think your way of resolving this issue is constitutes good service? PS. No attempt was made to contact my wife from CheapOair (although we did receive a nice email survey 2 days after the cancelled flight asking how the flight was...).

I talked to my bank and the charges are still pending on my account as I write this. I called over and over and they told me that they see that I was charged but now the room was not available. I received a confirmation and booking receipt which also had an airline confirmation number. A few hours later, I received an email stating the price for my itinerary had changed and I had to make a new reservation.     I am absolutely disgusted with CheapOair! The airline cancelled my return flight and CheapOair failed to send me the flight change. The day before I was to return, I received an email which listed my original return flight itinerary. Thinking I was fine, I didn't try to confirm my flight until the morning I was to fly out for a 12:30 flight. I never received the emails alerting me of my flight cancellation. When I tried to check in to my flight, I received an error message and had to call CheapOair.

    On the line to India, the agents kept telling me over and over again that they tried to contact me but I never received any phone calls or emails and never was able to confirm an itinerary change. The only flight option they offered me and my family was a two connection flight the next day which was unacceptable and would require 12 hours of travel. I had to spend $1,000 for an extra night at my hotel with meals. CheapOair did not take care of me in the least and offered terrible customer service.

    My wife booked 4 months in advance, $1000 each ticket nonstop. When it came to choosing seats she could only book one seat as the rest of the seats were "up charges" (four months in advance?) which we did not want for a 4 hour flight. She could not complete the seat selection, so we had to wait until at the gate. On the return trip they could not seat us together and I complained to Jetblue. They said I should "not have used" a 3rd party, we should have called them and they would have assigned seats right away. So it appears, and was implied that CheapOair was hustling us for up charges (which we all suspect they do). I was really pissed, will not use either anymore. CheapOair also charges a fee which they do not disclose at booking, or none that we could see? We had it removed from our credit card.

    I attempted to book through CheapOair and accidentally got the wrong flight. I called immediately to correct it and was charged $25 each for two bookings. Then there were all kinds of issues with getting seats assigned. The agent said there would only be a $25 charge for changing both flights, then there ended up being two $25 charges, so he lied to me (although apparently the small print said differently than he did).

    The small print was unclear about the cost. I am still not sure what I paid for, but there were multiple charges on my credit card in addition to the $807 advertised rate. It ended up costing me over $150 more in hidden charges. In attempting to find out what the charges were I was transferred many times, put on hold many times, and always had to talk to someone from a different country who barely spoke audible English, and finally was told the billing department had to call me back. I will NEVER book through this company again.

    My son booked a trip leaving from Iowa in December to NM. A bad snowstorm postponed it by three days and then the "crew" he was flying out with slept in while delaying the flight by 5 hours. When it was time to take off the flight was again delayed due to a accident at O'Hare in Chicago. There were no longer any connecting flights to NM for 2 days which would have given him a one-day visit with a friend and 2 nights in an airport. He did not get one dime back for any of his troubles but did learn a valuable life lesson. You get what you pay for. Don't fly in the winter, NEVER use any site with the word "cheap" in it and don't trust someone who tells you you'll get your money back if it's an act of God. Short of the plane disintegrating in mid-air you aren't getting jack.

    I had a very bad experience with CheapOair. While I was out of the country, our flights to return home were canceled due to a snow storm. I quickly went online to find flights to return. CheapOair had some flights of interest so I attempted to buy my flights. Here is what is wrong with their website: They take too long to load the flights selected. They change the dates of the flights you selected. They don't let you see/confirm your order before your purchase.

    Every time I found flights that fit my budget and time schedule, they were sold by the time I went through the check out process. This means that if someone is in the process of paying for flights they chose, the site does not put a hold the flights through the purchase. Anyone who has quicker internet service can pick your flights while you are in the process of paying. The payment process takes so long as you have to go through several pages, you can imagine how many flights I lost. This is the worst. I chose a date of 1/24/16 as it was the closest date to my original travel date available. The website changed my purchase date to 2/13/16. During my purchase, the website did not allow me to view or confirm my order. I was not aware that the site had changed my dates. I was so frustrated when I saw the dates on my order.

    When I called CheapOair, I was on the phone for more than 2hrs. They couldn't find a flight to change my dates. The person on the phone took my number and said he will call back within 30 min. They never called back. When I tried to call the number again, they stated that department was closed and will be open until Monday. (It was Sunday Morning). So of course I had to purchase other tickets instead of changing my order from their error. I ended up having to stay 4 extra days in another country because I couldn't find any other flights. Since I was in another country, the phone calls were getting too expensive. I decided to wait until I get into the country. When I was in the airport on my overlay flight, I called the website to clear up the mess.

    They were rude, uncompassionate and careless. They didn't want to take the blame for all the errors or website problems. The supervisor did not want to believe me when I told him everything that happened. He put me on hold while he can listen to the recording. When he came back to me, he stated that I was correct, but either way, he was not going to reimburse me for the ticket that I bought in error because it had been more than 24 hours past the purchase. I was trying to get reimburse for their error and they would not accept my request because it was past 24 hours. But they were not available when I called in within the 24 hrs. They were not helpful at all. I would never do business with them again.

    I had CheapOair recommended to me by a co-worker for a business trip. Due to changes in scheduling, I had to change my returning flight times. This ended up costing more than I paid for the entire cost of tickets the first time, which is somewhat to be expected. The problem was that cheapoair accidentally withdrew the funds for this charge TWICE from my account, and notified me one of the charges would be refunded. Even though they can take money out of your account instantaneously, they can't process the refund for an entire 14 business days - but that's not the end of it. Once they've "processed" your refund, it may take an additional 14 business days to show up in your account.

    I have been waiting 3 months, and countless hours being placed on hold to correct my misspelled name for our tickets for international travel. The agent misspelled my name by 1 letter, and you would think that this would be an easy fix.     Have been trying to book a flight for the last 24 hours. This flight has been showing up on their site for 24 hours. Every time I try and book it, it says that the flight has been sold out, yet someone calls me back and is willing to sell me the same flight for a significantly higher price. Then it goes back to the flight screen telling me to select a different flight yet it shows me that flight as available again. Their excuse was that the airlines prices change all the time.     I was trying to change my trip. The customer service is so bad. The guy told me first it only costs $170 to make changes. I am fine with the price. And then he told me that it was wrong, the price should be $620! I told him that if they cannot help me make the change with reasonable price, I will cancel my flight and refund my money back. He said that "our policy doesn't allow refund" and I will get nothing back. That's so ridiculous.

    I said that I need to make a complaint. He said "CheapOair doesn't have that kind of thing, you have no place to make the complaint". His attitude is so bad, now I know why. Cheapoair didn't train their customer service at all and even no place to complaint for the bad service their employee gives! I will stay away from this business. I used cheapoair for 3 years and spend almost $10,000 dollars for my international business trips. Now I realize that they just want to earn your money and they never thought about take care of their customers. There is no service! That's super ridiculous!

    I have never done this before but the poor service, lack of professionalism has pushed me to writing this complaint. I purchased tickets from them in August 2015 for an international flight that was to take place in December of the same year. The process was complicated by the fact that we were billed and not given a ticket for my son. After calling and finally speaking with someone we were assured that the problem had been resolved. We thought nothing more of it until we arrived on the date in question at the airport to learn that my son's ticket was never purchased by CheapOair. I was forced to pay double the original booking price to buy him a ticket. I immediately called CheapOair and spoke to Sherwood ** about the problem. He told me to buy the ticket and that CheapOair would reimburse me for the purchase of my son's ticket.

    Fast forward two months, it has now been 60 days since the travel and I have not been reimburse for 1/2 of the ticket. It was a pain getting the first payment, but the second payment has still not been refunded my credit card. I advise all who even think about using this company to think twice before booking with these people as they don't care about their service or repeat customers.

    Be careful of this company! (Booking Number **) I accidentally booked a flight to Toronto with them and the same flight with Air Canada. The customer service told me I could get a company credit for a year and after I asked twice for the exact loss I have, I was charged a nearly $500 cancellation fee.     I have booked a ticket through this company. I got a good deal and I was happy with the price but my plans were changed and I had to change the return date only. So I called to the company on the same day when I booked the ticket (booked the ticket in the morning time and called for changing the date at night). The agent is trying to make a decision very fast and in order to change it I have to pay 51$ more. I said I am not willing to pay extra and I was informed that the cancellation is 75$. Not any fee or not for any service when I received the e-ticket, I see on the bill 51$ more for post booking charges not ticket price. By the way, I checked just now and I see there is still available ticket for 20$ more for the same day, not 51$ more. So far my experience wasn't good with them. My advise to the people, be very careful if you are using this company service, a little bit mistake from your side makes them to charge you more.

    I bought a ticket for Morocco this morning hoping to spend summer vacation there. Sadly, due to change of work plan, my plan to go to Morocco fell through. Every time I called them they told me that the refund will take two billing cycle but after two months I called them and they did not refund me!     On January 6, 2016 I booked a ticket from Buffalo to El Paso. When I saw the great deal $380 round trip, I jumped on it. I did not pay close attention to the fact that a "nearby" airport would be used. I finished booking delighted by my great purchase. It didn't occur to me to check my email for the confirmation because I had cut and pasted it to my word file. Little did I know that my flight had been booked out of Toronto, which means that I now have to leave my house four hours before my flight leaves and drive 100 miles each way, plus pay $120 for parking.     I booked a flight on the 3rd to come back on the ninth, it glitched and apparently booked me for a flight on the second, I checked the email the day before, because I bought for the 3rd and thought I wouldn't have to worry, I printed out my flight schedule and noticed it was the 2nd, now I am out $1150, you call to ask the manager for a refund and they say they will put you on hold and hang up on you. I definitely would not recommend this company and since you're booking from a different agency, you can't get a refund.

    Updated on 03/27/2016: I recently got back from my trip after repurchasing another ticket from a different website, still wondering why I still can't get any sort of refund from them, they then stated that after 30 days they can't do anything. I called on the EXACT day I missed my flight and they said it was my fault or said it's not our fault but the actual airlines. I spent 6 hours that day calling back and forth. Note I am a college student. I don't come from money. I had to drop my semester and visit my ill grandpa overseas last minute. I will still keep calling and figure out the REAL reason they don't want to help me.

    I purchased my round trip ticket to Chicago from San Antonio and I tried to reserve my seat at the time of purchase but it didn't seem to take it. Then a week later I tried to reserve my seats and it took the returning flight but not the departing. So I called. It cost me $14 to reserve a seat. What was the $334 for - a seat on the floor? Then they only reserved me one seat and it cost me another $9 for a seat on the departing flight. What a joke!

    I had a difficult time understanding the gentleman that helped me with my booking due to his accent. I was also a little nervous making the reservation as afraid it might not be a legitimate site as this was the first time making the reservations on my own. Also had some problems with making our seat reservations as didn't quite understand which seats were already reserved & that there were some that did not cost anything & others were over $17/seat.     I have been trying to book a flight for the last 24 hours. This flight has been showing up on their site for 24 hours. Every time I try and book it, it says that the flight has been sold out, yet someone calls me back and is willing to sell me the same flight for a significantly higher price. Then it goes back to the flight screen telling me to select a different flight yet it shows me that flight as available again. Their excuse was that the airlines prices change all the time. I have checked Expedia and they don't list this flight at the price their website is listing it so evidently their site and whatever it uses in the background sucks or it's just a scam. I have spoken to numerous CheapOair reps and want to bang my head against a wall. As a matter of fact, I will go and select the flight right now and upload all the images to this review.
