I'm not sure even who I'm frustrated with, because every travel site is the same in this regard. In planning a ski trip to Telluride (flying into Montrose) I went on your site and found the flight I wanted priced at $388. Before purchasing I had to confirm with my party. 90 minutes later I returned to the site and the price was now just over $450. The exact same flight. I know I should have purchased quickly the first time, so I guess it's my fault, but still very, very frustrating.

I was guaranteed a price online and when I was all set to ticket the reservation, the flights went up over $400.00. You have continued to show the flights at $148.08 even 3 hours after I booked. I also had a coupon for $25.00 which they would not honor. I truly do not wish to do business with a company that does not honor its word and "guarantee." I have used your company several times in the past, but will not in the future.
Ilene, our apologies for the inconvenience. Fares are subject to change and never guaranteed until the tickets get issued. We rely on the airlines to update their current inventory, and pricing when flights sell out. At times, there is a delay. As for the promo code, it has to be entered at the time of booking, and is a discount off the service fee, and your reservation, there was not a fee charged. We will certainly alert our web department about the fare being visible on the site.

Finding the flights, selecting the seats and confirming the flight was fairly easy. However, I received a follow up from AA who assigned me ridiculous seats at the rear of the plane. I had reserved "extra fee" seats near the front. THE REASON: CheapOair seating chart included seats that are not even in the airplane. In other words, I reserved non-existing seats. AA fixed me up once that matter was cleared up. Suggest you review your charts to assure they are accurate.

I paid extra to get seats on aisle across from my mother for my trip. I did not get aisle seats and called next day to request better service. I was transferred 4 times to say they couldn't fix but would send email with my concern. I would hear in 24 to 48 hours. It's now 30 hours and I have no response.

The website was user friendly and I appreciate that. However; after I had all the info in and pressed buy tickets, error message said those tickets had been sold. I found the same flights but this time there was a substantial increase in price. I feel like I was taken advantage of and the flight prices increased because there was a buyer (me). I hate to think you operate with that kind of integrity but I know no other explanation.

The reservation experience went well. The clerk was very eager to help; however I was not satisfied with the difficulty I have with getting seat assignments. My understanding is that I paid extra for this service. The extra charges for seat assignments was not clearly explained to me.

Fare prices change before I can finish paying for my tickets. The only reason why I chose 3 stars is because I can usually find okay tickets at a better price than other sites, and customer service has been good in the past. I can't stand the stress, the pressure to buy the tickets immediately causes! Its beginning to turn me off big time. I have cried in the past trying to buy tickets, and then something happens, and when I go back to the same page, the tickets are another price.
With a family of four, that price change goes into the 100s, and could cause us to stay in another country when we have to be back home. For instance this time, we are travelling separately because of the latter. My husband is traveling with one of my daughters, and I am traveling with another daughter. Mind you, we are going into Costa Rica from Nicaragua in bus, we have never traveled in Costa Rica, and we do not have friends or family in Costa Rica. So, yes, for the first time, I am reconsidering my choices.

On flight #5679 I mistakenly picked a seat that had an extra charge. There is no back-up, change button. I did speak to a representative who assured me she had changed me to seat #16B at no extra charge. I would like to print the correct receipt.

We call for change the days travel. We bought the tickets 5 hours before my call. The representative said us: the fees for this change are $50.00. When we review my bank statement: Ohhh surprise, the charge for fees was $150.00... What happened??? Is not professional. Sorry but is not correct... Maybe is my last time with CheapOair.

When booking my flight there was a notice that said "Free Cancellation". It indicated that you could cancel up to 10 hour before without penalty and up to 4 hours with a small penalty. My assumption was that this was free cancellation 10 hours before flight, not 10 hours after cancellation. When purchasing with a credit card you actually have 24 hours to make cancellations, so there really is no "free cancellation". I am fed up with these companies misleading the consumer. Why bother with the "Free Cancellation"? There is nothing free in this world. I made a change in my flight within 2 hours of the booking and they still charged me a change fee. Go figure. Last time I will use CheapOair and I will definitely never recommend this site to anyone.

I purchased two round trip airline tickets for $360. I received a confirmation via email which included a link to select seats. I visited the link, selected the seats and then I was immediately assessed an additional $256. I did not upgrade my seats or select any premium seating. I promptly contacted CheapOAir and after 40 minutes on hold, I was told I would be refunded the money within 10-14 days! This is fraudulent and unethical business practice! Nowhere in my confirmation or on the website does it state or outline the additional costs associated with seat selection. Furthermore, I will NEVER book with them again and strongly discourage others too.

Making my reservation was fine, no problem. But when I called to make a seat selection the first person could not help me. After keeping me on the line for 5 minutes, she then transferred me to someone that she said could help me. But after waiting 10 minutes for someone to answer, I gave up.

I believe I responded to a survey yesterday. The only problem I had was that within hours to make a minor change in plan almost cost me $100, but "Gene" got it down to $80 extra! It just took over a half hour to accomplish what I wanted. You really should broaden the window within which to change at no cost.

The agent offered me to pay $14/passenger to get the 1st row seats to have more rooms for legs "as he said". I told him "would it be for the first flight only?" He replied "No, it will be for all flights both ways." Actually he was lying as I discovered today Jan 12th 2017 when I called the customer service to make sure of that! The other thing he mentioned that I will get a coupon of $50 for each passenger that is $300 for all to use it next trip and obviously he was lying as I received nothing and I won't receive any coupon. That agent was very tricky. Please listen to the conversation made January 11th 2017 to verify what this agent is doing! At then end I got the reservation done. However, these two things should not be happening again with other customers. THANKS.

For the most part my experience has been good and easy and the deals have been amazing. Now that I have a problem with a flight cancellation. It’s been endless amounts of problems. I have spent around $4,000 so far and looking to spend more. So I thought this problem was going to be fast and handle quickly but this is not the case... Center in India has been very difficult. Having a problem with understanding some of them. I'm finding out that they're very rude and uncaring. I've been left on hold for long amounts of time (I'm guessing so I can hang up). I have been transferred in one case 4 to 5 times.
I spent more money so I wouldn't have to change airports. I understand there’s no way around it but now I have to spend more just to get to the other airport and still pay the higher far and longer layovers. I got 40 rebounded after endless amounts of trying to make you employees understand. This experience has almost made me want to refund my whole trip and go with another company all together. I hope in the future that I don't have to deal with this again.

I used promo code ebates40 to get $40 discount on fees yet I was charged fees on top of airfare. I only purchase tickets on CheapOair for discounts and other cash back benefits. Otherwise I would've made a purchase directly from WOW air website. Promo code is deceiving.

I have used Cheapoair for several years for nearly all our vacation trip bookings, predominantly for airfare, but I have also used it for some rental car and hotel bookings. First of all I used this site to book a flight for my husband and I which was the easiest thing ever to do. But when it came time to book for our hotel room it was a disaster. My husband is being deployed for Afghanistan in less than a month and we just wanted to visit family before this event occurs. I booked the room at the Red Roof inn for the wrong night (due to jet lag and sleepiness). I called the 1800 number and got Anhar who was extremely helpful (at first) trying to help me change the reservation for Tuesday night instead of Wed night. It was already 10pm and we had been traveling for over 8 hours through multiple time zones. He assured me that he changed the reservation and that he spoke to the hotel and got it solved.
When we arrived at the hotel (11pm) Charlotte the hotel employee told me that the reservation had not been updated in her system. I showed her the email that Anhar had sent me with the new reservation but she told me she could not give me a room without it showing up in her system. So she called the 1800 number and we spoke with "Patrick" who put us on hold countless times to only inform us that he couldn't update it since that would require him to cancel the reservation. My card was already charged the $59 by CheapOair and Patrick still couldn't comprehend that we just needed him to update the reservation so that the hotel would have a new date. My husband then argued with Patrick for 30 minutes about how it was only $59 and that he couldn't believe the amount of disrespect that was being given to a service member.
Patrick then said he would cancel the reservation and would refund me my $59 in 7 to 14 business days. I had to then repay the hotel that same amount in cash since my card was now on hold from all the bogus charges done by CheapOair. We didn't get to bed until 12.45am. I will never reserve anything through CheapOair and my husband intends to have your organization BLACKLISTED and banned for military/service members. I cannot believe you employ such horrible condescending individuals such as Patrick who told us that it was our fault in the first place. Be ashamed CheapOair. I will be posting this on every review site I can find if I do not receive a call in regards to our experience.

I am not very happy with your services because most of the time when I buy ticket I don't have luggage. When I want check nowhere is write if the price include luggage or not. This is not normal at all, you have to write somewhere where everybody can see if the price for ticket include luggage or not. This is trick from you, is not nice. Last time I paid for AIR BERLIN 60 euro per luggage.

Cancellation of Seat charge - We have been in touch directly with one of your agents and she promised to erase a $100.00 charge which was not done. It still appears on the final bill! We were also told of a $14.95 charge for the new seats which did not appear in you website. It is hard to understand the accent of your agents.

I am disappointed in your services because you offer a best price guarantee but don't answer your phones when I call to explain that United.com is offering the same ticket you sold me for $306.40 and overcharged me by $18. Please take a moment to contact me and refund the difference, I understand that $18 may not be a lot to a large company like you but it adds up to your customers and it is disheartening to know that you would charge more than the actual airline's website. This experience will most likely cause me to not use your services in the future. I sat on hold for over 30 minutes trying to get through to someone to discuss this, believe it or not, your customers time is also valuable and you should consider that when staffing your call centers as a 30 minute wait before giving up should be unacceptable.

Booking our flights to Madrid went very smoothly. The web design for selecting flights and entering data is very clear and the response times were excellent. Confirmation that the booking was completed was received within minutes. We were able to check on baggage policies and book our seat assignments directly from the website.

I called the CheapOair for 2 times. First, January 10, 2017 about 8:50 PM (US eastern time) to make my reservation to my flights from Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) to Tokyo, Japan (HND) because I was wonder the airfare on the CheapOair website to make sure that was not mistake on price. When I called the agent answered then immediacy replied that the price was correct and asked me that I like to reserve 5 seats from the Air Canada flight now.
He helped me entire process for the reservation for 5 passengers and spelling my travelers name correctly and double check and sent me an email that everything was correct, which was. Then he continue said that he'll call me about 2 hours later to let me know everything went smooth but he did not call instead of he sent me an email. Second called, because I did not know that Air Canada seats were "pended" to "confirmed" until this morning. The second agent told me that everything is good and ready to go on June 21, 2017. But do I need 5 E-tickets for this???

Please check your email inbox for the information. You can also go onto our website and "manage" your booking and print, and view the reservation from there.

Found some great rates that were flagged through your website. I am a Paypal credit member and wanted to purchase 4 tickets. But I lost the opportunity because the logo to utilize that purchase option would not appear. When I accessed the site through Paypal Credit, it appeared but the rates had increased, voiding a chance to save on an expensive trip.

I was originally informed that it should take 7-14 days for the credit to appear on my CheapoOair credit card. It still has not been taken cared of so when I phoned today they told me it will take 30-60 days for the credit to appear!!! I cancelled the first booking less than 7 minutes after I booked the flight. On top of that, my new credit card was not activated so the original charges was declined. But the company went ahead and tried a second attempt and it went through but I had already made a different booking. The phone keeps cutting off and the representatives just forwarded me to another person and so forth.

Yes we purchased our tickets thinking this was the cheapest tickets that you can get. Looking for a value and we could coerce. Call CheapOair. What's on the web page is very deceiving. It's a lot cheaper than what I ended up getting. I had to call the 800 number to place my order because mine wasn't working. It was inaccurate. Everything costs especially the baggage. It says online $55 for online carry or $50 to check in. Ended up paying for one bag $100 to check in so it's very deceptive. It needs to be corrected but on the other hand on the positive note it's quick, it's accurate and the people that work behind the phones do their best to take care of it.

I have called in 3 times now and still don't have an answer. I made changes to my itinerary because of a severe illness in the family and had to change our plans. I was told I would not have to pay for new seats. They keep trying to charge me anyway. I have called for answers and how to confirm seats and have been told each time I have to wait. Why do I have to wait? CheapOair took the extra money to make the changes right away. Each time I call someone tells me I have to wait and they will call me back and never call. I use your service all the time but if I don't get resolution soon I will not be using this service anymore nor will my family members who look to me for info on making reservations.

Booking a reservation is easy, thank you. However, customer support could use some assistance. I've tried several phone numbers to try making changes. It's been over 48 hours and I have yet to get anyone on the phone, online, or get a response by email.

All was fine except it only wanted to sell me things and was not interested in what I am interested in which is how to get a special meal because I cannot eat the airline meal. What do I do to get special meals on all my flights?
Robin, at the time you make the reservation online, you were to request your special meal where it asked "special assistance". At this time you can go directly onto the airlines website and select your special meal. It does have to be requested at least 72 hours or more before departure for the airlines to consider the request. Please note I did not appreciate to have my previous reservation cancelled without have a call. I follow my second reserve closely and found the reason of the cancellation was the different phone number. My credit card number was put on hold due to travel to US and I was using a Magic act phone number for the US. I do not believe I am the only one tourist in US purchasing flight ticket.

I would normally check my 1 bag free from Tampa to Port of Spain with any international flight. But flying with 2 different airlines mean paying for my checked bag as if I was traveling within the USA and not international. That seems absurd, as it's one continuous flight with a transfer.

For 116$ airfare I was charged $225. The $90 in fees charged by CheapOair were bogus, including a lap infant charge and a seat selection enhancement charge. Did not honor their own promo code discounts. I spoke with the airline directly and the lap infant is free and we did not have any special seat selection. We were ripped off and their customer service is a joke. They just say there is nothing they can do since you already paid. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.

When I booked a flight I didn't reserve a car at first. I later found a car price to my satisfaction. So I went back to you to get the matching price guarantee. The person I spoke to was very difficult to understand because she spoke too fast and with a difficult to understand accent. She couldn't explain your low price guarantee. I decided to cancel my booking. This process took way too long. I don't like to be put on hold without a good explanation. The "supervisor" that I spoke to couldn't explain in simple language why I couldn't get a cancellation confirmation number or why I would have to wait 7-14 business days to get a refund completed! I found a better price for both the flight and the car rental elsewhere. So much for your low price guarantee. I want my money back NOW!

On Booking Confimation emailed to me the ticket charge was $445.52. American Air charged my credit card over $460.00. I was charged a $60 service by you that was not disclosed by you when I made the reservations and you tried to cover up this charge by listing them as "Taxes and Fees". Shame on you. You have lost a customer.

Don't make a mistake on your reservation, it can cost you, no matter how soon you correct it. Spelling, birthdates, etc. They will help you correct it willingly. I have used CheapOair many times. Never have had any problems. Helpful to speak with an agent at some point to verify things.

I was helped yesterday by Melanie to book my flight back home to go see my grandparents (for maybe last time) and let them see their great grand daughter at least one else more time. When I tried to book a flight online that had 4 seats available it went through till the end but then it gave an error message and said it was no longer available. Immediately the phone rang and it was a CheapOair agent who said she would book something else for me as there were no seats available on my chosen flight. I gave her the next cheapest flight which advertised 3 available seats and she tried to make a reservation then came back on the phone and told me that flight was also not available. She then suggested a flight which was $75 more expensive and then told me it was also full. She was going to check a flight that was $125 more expensive but in the meantime I had found a flight on Expedia that was only $50 more than my initial choice.
I told the CheapO agent I was going to try Expedia and she said for that price it was probably unavailable. I booked the Expedia flight online quickly with no problem. The really interesting thing is that 10 hours later the "unavailable" flights are still being advertised with 4 and 3 available seats at the same cheap prices. In my opinion CheapOair is running a bait and switch scam where you try to book a cheap flight and they switch you upwards to a more expensive flight. Last time I will ever book with them. This is dishonest.

I've been charged $90 for changing my flight date, which I had done two months ago, for the 24th of Jan on Jet Blue. I rebooked on United for the 19th, when I looked at the email it showed the old date of 24th! I explained to your agent the problem, he stated he had to assume I made the mistake and stated that $90 would be added to make the change. While inputting passport details at the CheapOair app it just quitted about 4 times and just stopped working 3-4 times! This is not for the first time. You guys have to improve the software. Very poor performance! Plus I have asked how to use my bonus points several times in the past year-no one had responded me. Why should I stay loyal to CheapOair then? I thought I will have some bargain, instead of horrible app and poor customer service.

I had a good experience with the overall process that was provided. However, I found seat selection very disappointing and strange. There were no side by side seats available on any flights. As a result my wife and I could only select front to back seating, and only by the windows. I find this really strange? I can only imagine that some booking agency prebooked all the seats in hopes they would sell them. I would appreciate an explanation.

My flight 5351 was scheduled for March 31,17 from Knox, TN to arrive March 31 San Francisco, Ca. Departure time was changed to a later time 11:11 pm April 14. Arriving at our destination on April 15, rather than 14. We were charged extra for this extra day. In addition we will have to get a one day car rental or stay at airport 11-12 hrs, which will also cost us. Very unhappy.

This is the first time I booked with CheapOair and it was a horrible experience. I booked and paid for my reservation within 24 hours. The reservation and my seats were being changed. I tried to call the customer care to inquire about the changes and was put on hold 20 minutes and then the representative hung up. I called back again waited for 40 minutes to speak to manager. That never happened either. I have called back the next day and as I am typing this comment I am again on hold for 30:47 minutes and holding. All I want to do is cancel my reservation. I have no confidence my reservation is something I can trust... The name Cheap describes my problem... I hope I can get someone to respond... Helpless!!!

It took about 10 minutes to find a hotel in the price range we wanted and with the needed amenities. Check out was fast and simple too. The hotel is for a pre-cruise midway point on the way to Miami from Orlando with 6 people in our group. Overall this experience was great.

The phone service was horrible. The representative was very impolite and unhelpful. I do not remember her name. But in the end when I asked her if they have a review system, she refused to answer my question. My husband also called them once. But the other representative was unhelpful too. After transferring him to different department, they eventually just hang up the phone.

I purchased a ticket to go to Oregon and I paid extra for insurance on my ticket. I went to Cave Junction to see my brother & woke up the next morning to 4 & a half feet of snow. I called CheapOAir about getting the insurance to cover my ticket & they said the weather was not their fault! I told them the insurance was "supposed" to cover unforeseeable problems. "Surely 4ft. of snow is 'unforeseeable'," I said. They then said I must speak to the insurance handler & would have to have $200-$300 to file claim. I called the # for the insurance handler & could never reach anyone! A friend of my brothers had to risk our safety to drive 60 miles to make it to the airport.

I did a reservation for 2 fly ticket for me (Marco **) and my wife (Kayoko **) from Kahului airport going to Fukuoka (Japan) on the 15 of January. After the electronic ticket was sent to me, I did find out that there was a mistake in my name, for mistake was added a middle name, however I have not a middle name. To just change and cancel the middle name, I had to call Justfly for at least 7 times each of all took at least over 20 minutes.
To fix this issue justfly charged me 75 dollars that I find it not correct. After I received a mail asking to contact again your agent and I did call again. Finally today after over 40 minutes call, one of your agent mentioned that the only way to fix this was to book the same flight and later cancel my previous booked flight. New flight was arranged and it costed 789.59 dollars way more compare to the 585 dollars that was the original price of the ticket I booked, same time and same day. Also they informed me that my 584 dollars refund (cost of my first fly ticket) will take from 6 to 8 weeks to get in my account. Please I would like higher management to look into this and have me refund the additional cost I had to pay for just a small change on a middle name. Please let me know as I find this unacceptable.

I booked a flight to India with online special price of $799. They mentioned to get this price you have to call 800 #. I called 800 # and they changed the price of same flight to $899. Anyway I went ahead and booked the flight. Be careful with seat assignment tool as they charged another 68$ for that. I might have missed the fine prints of fees associated with booking. This was my first and last time I ever booked by CheapOair. I have at least 50 colleagues in my team who travel once to Asia. I will make sure everyone is aware of this. I would never recommend anyone booking through CheapOair. Very poor quality of service and seems like customer care reps are speaking from well, you can hardly hear anything.

I booked my ticket (**) at 1:40 pm on Jan 7th, 2017 via an agent on the phone. He ensured I'm getting the best price (CAD 810). I checked the website one hour later and I saw the exact same itinerary (different flight number but same airlines) is offering a better price (CAD 788)! I called 3 times within the 4 hours window from my booking time but every time my call was disconnected (on purpose?!) and even though they had my number to call me back they didn't!!!
Till the last time that I was talking to the customer service agent and he said the four hours window has expired now and if he wants to cancel the flight or do a price match, I have to pay $25 cancellation fee!!! This is a scam! Your customer service agents have been trained to not do anything for people within that 4 hour window of free cancellation! THIS WOULD BE MY LAST TIME PURCHASING A TICKET THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE! And I make sure all my friends and family know about this horrible customer service!

So I admit that it started off with my mistake. I purchased the ticket backwards in destination. I called immediately upon pushing the button. They said there would be no charge for the error and helped me book the right order. I then was charged $203.00 more on my card. I immediately called and they were rude and not helpful at all. One guy said he would give me a $100.00 refund but wanted the agent that helped me to give me a callback which happened within 3 minutes. I was happy they called so fast only to be disappointed when he said he would give me $50.00. I told him the other agent said $100.00. Then he told me he would call me back after talking to the other agent. He did call me back and gave me $100.00 refund but was rude and unhappy. This all happened within 30 minutes of me pushing the payment button. So my trip still went from 661.00 to 849.46. I'M VERY UPSET AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD ON MY EXPERIENCE!!!

Called to get one reversed and was told it take 5 days. Was given a "reversal number" (**) to have my bank reverse the charge but the number is not viable. Unacceptable!!

I called yesterday morning to reschedule my flight since my son's chemo treatment had been changed. It was 17 hours since I made the reservation. Maria told me that it would cost $50 to change my flight. Later I realized that I had been charged for another ticket also. I have called various times to be told that my refund would be $250 by one person and $59, $18 and $9 by another representative. I was told yesterday a supervisor would call me. Never received a call. I was told this morning at 8:30 am a supervisor would call me within an hour. No call. When I called back, the representative asked me if I was waiting on my $19 refund. I told him it was suppose to be $250. By the end of that call, he said the billing department would be sending my $250 refund. I have been told numerous things that have not happened or been the same when I call back. I am extremely frustrated.

I booked a flight to Raleigh NC from LGA on 2/10 returning on 2/12 for myself, husband Kevin and daughter and was overcharged 50 per ticket for a total of 184.00 per ticket. I then went online on the United airlines website and saw that the fare was 135.00 each. So I cancelled with CheapOair and booked online with United. I saved 170.00 dollars. Very unhappy with your site.

I do see that you booked this with an agent over the phone, therefore we do have a service fee that is charged for making the reservations, and you also added travel assist which includes seat assignment fees. It is listed in our terms and conditions that we do charge a fee for our service. I do see that your reservation was canceled, and everything refunded. I booked a flight thru their website for a customer and within 12 hr's discovered the last name is wrong by 2 letters... I called to correct the problem. I got someone from India and he assured me the name was corrected. I have my phone record to show that I called... but 2 weeks later at the time of the flight discovered not changed and they couldn't change it. Gave me option to cancel booking with request to refund and of course they denied 1550.00 refund to keep their share of profit. This company looks at their own profits only. Be careful. I learned to call multi times to make sure things are done right and try to request someone who can understand English.

Representative was courteous and very helpful. I don't shop tickets. I know CheapOair always have a good deal. I always travel and get a ticket from CheapOair. But one time I talked to somebody about going to Canada and Canada to Philippines then Philippines to Fort Lauderdale. He hang up. He told me he will call me back but he never call back.

I thought I found a great deal on 2 round-trip tickets from NYC to Israel for June 2017. I thought that perhaps there was a fare sale going on. I purchased 2 tickets through Kayak.com which linked me to book them through CheapOair. I was able to pay the 2 tickets via my PayPal account and I also got a booking reference number (CheapOair Booking: **). They called me and told me that there was a glitch in the computer system and the advertised prices were not the correct prices. I personally think that they should have honored the advertised prices. It just feels like a bait-and-switch operation. CheapOair simply decided to cancel our booking without offering us any deal.

CAR12 discount was not applied. It came a message that is not more valid. After booking and inputting all the data, when attempted redeem made, a message came out that the promotion is not valid for the selected period. Another broken promise.

Really helpful, would use this site again. Compared to many other sites I looked at for flights from Minneapolis to San Diego this was the cheapest site I found and used to book my tickets. The constant emails seemed a little much but that I can live with.

This was the cheapest trip I ever took between Tel Aviv to New York over the past 45 years! Everything done by CheapOair went totally smoothly. In the past I booked with CheapOair & was very satisfied with my purchase. 2 weeks ago I booked a flight from Tel Aviv to NYC through Rome. The seating arrangement is not what I programmed & I requested a change. I asked that the 2 seats I ordered be next to each other (logical) & requested an aisle for one of them. The flight is in April. I have received no reply to date.

I book my flight with no problem. A few days later I book a flight for my sister in law booking number ** Asia **. Then a few days later I receive an email saying that her flight has been cancel because I didn't respond on time and that the flights were getting more expensive. This didn't make any sense to me because like I said I had booked a flight days before and there was no problem. This cancellation was very inconvenience for me. I was hurt. I will never book flights from you again and definitely would not recommend.

I was not aware that seat assignments were $199 total that added to my total bill which was more than using the American Airlines website. I will check their prices first next time. I would be happier if you refund the 199 for seat assignments charge.

The girl from India was/is a credit to your company. (Name? Riya?). She was patient as she had to repeat all the information because there were two of us, and didn't have a speaker phone. She pointed out a better flight (much shorter than the one we had carelessly chosen). It was a very good experience. I had an unfortunately awful experience with your company in September and did not receive a reply, even though I sent a registered letter to your president. I had booked a ticket to Dublin from Kansas City; unknown to me (because it was NOT listed on ANY correspondence) was the stipulation that I must be at the airport 120 min ahead of time. I got there 63 min and was denied a boarding pass (Air Canada). I had to forego a trip that I had so looked forward to. I should have received a reply. Your company should let the customer know the time rules. I surprised myself that I am using your company a second time!

I have never experienced this type of service and unprofessionalism ever. Very disappointed and would never recommend this company to any. I will yelps this company and make sure this is heard all over the internet. I deserve to be refunded without charge. I was trying to get the protection plan and it was never charged so I can cancel anytime and now I can't cancel and won't get my refund??? This is so unethical and unprofessional. I will report this to the highest authority and make sure this is taken care. If you truly care about your customers you will do the right thing.
Omar, the travel protection as you mentioned if purchased you can cancel at anytime. Unfortunately that is not correct. It is for medical emergencies, illness, baggage delay, and death. It does not cover a change of plans as you mentioned for any reason. You booked this online on Dec 26, and travel isn't until Jan 11, if you were having problems booking the insurance online, you had several weeks to call us and add it. I do see that you called on jan 6 to change the dates and didn't want to pay the add collect, that's when you brought up the insurance issue. You can see a complete PDF file on our website regarding the coverage for the trip protection, and will see it does not cover a change of plans. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

Horrible, horrible experience and even worse customer service. I booked this flight in August (4 months ago) to save some money. It was round trip to Seattle. That morning when I was supposed to leave I woke up too late and missed my flight. My fault, no need to be mad at anyone. I called customer service to check can I get new ticket, since it was right before NYE everything was booked. I asked can they help me to book new flight. They told me that ticket is more than $300 and that flight is late in the evening. No one telling me anything about flight back. Since I purchased round trip I was thinking okay, I just need to get there now since I have ticket to go back. Every person I spoke with never mentioned anything about flight back, was talking only about how to get there. I decided to pay extra $300 because I already had my plans and it's nobody's fault I was late.
My vacation was done and I was supposed to go back home. I came 2 hour earlier to be sure I won't miss my flight! I tried to do self check in and it was showing error. I was like let me check with representative. After checking my confirmation code they told me MY TICKET HAS BEEN CANCELED! I almost got heart attack. Person I spoke with first time I called said NOTHING about it and was trying to help me book one way ticket, NO EMAIL confirmation that my ticket has been canceled. They told me I have to buy new ticket and price is $500 now!!! $250 for round trip, $300 to get here after being late to my flight and $500 to go back home!!!
I could buy ROUND TRIP right away if I knew, I'm not stupid! OMG! San Francisco-Seattle $1100!!! I could go to Australia for that money!!! After speaking to a manager told me there's nothing they can do and that is considered ticket will be canceled! Considered??!! By who? The worst experience of my life! Ripoff!!! I love the low prices I got on round trip airfare – it was amazing. It was easy enough to navigate. I just wish it would indicate how old you have to be for a senior... I checked senior and then like four screens later it told me I did not meet the minimum age requirement.

Unable to switch hotels easily. Refund was not immediate even though the money was taken immediately. When calling I was transferred to the "hotel department" which was another delay. I was told the money would be refunded in 7-14 business day. Additionally, the car rental was cancelled because I was not there to pick up 2 hours after my initial flight took off. EZ car rental wanted to charge an additional $30 for another car in additional to $70 worth of useless insurance. I will never use CHEAPOAIR AGAIN. You get what you pay for.

Less than four hours after having had a great experience booking a flight I realized that after having changed the departure it would have been better to return from the place I had arrived. After about two hours I was really disgusted that I was being told I had to pay a large difference. Since I had read the information regarding no charge if I called within the four hour margin I was upset. Now I am happy that it worked out that way since the funeral is set for the 26 and I leave on the 27. That was God working things out for me. I thought the funeral would have been on or around the 19th. I guess I should thank the agents for helping me make the decision not to make the change.

I'm very pleased to write this review of my experience with CheapOair this morning. I was trying to find the least expensive way of flying from New York City to Los Angeles to San Francisco and back to New York. I was looking for an itinerary that would allow me to travel before the end of this month (January 2017) and be and return home within a week. Complicating matters was the fact that I had not decided on my exact travel dates. Of course this made the booking process more difficult and more time consuming.
Nevertheless, the booking agent for CheapOair was outstanding! He was incredibly patient with all the changes I kept making and, while the whole process took close to an hour, he was able to finalize the details of my trip and I am now looking forward to going to LA and San Francisco, departing two weeks from tomorrow. I was then transferred to the agent's supervisor who reviewed and confirmed the details of my trip. In the meantime, I had received an email giving me all the relevant information as well as my e-tickets and credit card receipt. I have absolutely no hesitation in giving CheapOair the highest possible rating and, barring any unforeseen problems, I will certainly be using their services for my next trip.

I selected a multicity flight for two that was advertised at around $1,450, but in the process of booking, after entering my credit card information, a notice popped up indicating the flight had gone up by over $200. When I called customer service I was on hold for several minutes and got a recording of someone introducing himself then saying he could not hear me, the same message repeated though I was speaking, until they hung up on me. Horrible experience and will never book with this company again.

Did not tell us there was a $70 fee for using their services. Booked with an agent. Would I have been charged if I went online to book my flight? Took 3 or more calls to get the answers I needed. They charged my credit card for $466.00 and they charged my sister's credit card $169.39. It should have been equally split on both charge cards. They didn’t' tell us this was what they were going to do. This was confusing for both of us. I finally got the answers I needed but with much confusion on your agents part. Indian accent was so strong and fast that I had a hard time understanding what they were saying.
One of the agents gave me a total amount that exceeded what I thought I owed. He didn't explain that this was split between my sister and I. He told me to get hold of my credit card company and get the answers from them. I finally called again the next day and spoke to a man that I could understand and he broke down what was charged to each account. Thank God. They should have charged equally for the flight.

I changed my dates of travel before I booked it. The price kept showing me $266. When I bought the tickets they were for the wrong dates. The self-help page of your website kept going to the beginning page over and over again. Then 'Polly' wanted me to pay the difference to change the flight and I refused. It wasn't my fault your website was faulty. I'll never recommend this site. I explained to 'Polly' that I had suffered multiple strokes and that I could not speak because of the strokes. She also wouldn't tell me what was going on and I was left wondering what was happening. Twice! And I told her I was slow at typing. But I still wasn't fast enough for her. Your website cheated me out $280 and aggravated a disabled person! You guys suck!

Booking alerts in email are confusing. As the transaction was completed ready, the booking alert regarding to the credit card's issue still came up. Thus, I needed to call the bank & CheapOair to confirm if the transaction was completed.

I booked 2 tickets through CheapOair, they sold me the tickets from American Airlines but those tickets were for some 3rd class airline called Iberia air. They won't let you chose the seats unless you pay them extra money, even their own agents says that you have to wait for 24 hours prior before you can chose seats for no charge. But no success at all. I called the customer service. The woman named Katya very rude and won't proceed with the call unless I provide her my credit card info. She won't let me speak to the supervisor, she hung up the phone on my wife.
I called American Airlines, they tell me to call Iberia airlines, I try talking to them on the airport, they tell me to call American Airlines. When I called the original booking company, CheapOair, they tell us to call the Iberia Air. Never ever book the tickets from CheapOair, never fly from Iberia airlines. The worst service ever. They don't deserve the 1 Star. They are the worst worst worst people. STAY AWAY from CheapOair and Iberia airlines both.
