I searched for a pair of tickets on two specific dates, realized after I made the purchase the dates they sold me were not what I asked for. I called to try to get it changed, the representative told me that she would do so but charge me an additional 200 dollar fee plus approximately seventy dollars in a separate fee. I declined respectfully and hung up. She called back a moment later and said a discount applied to me and that I would not have to pay the 200 dollar fee, just the approximate seventy dollars. I asked for clarification, saying "so this is seventy dollars in addition to what I already paid?" She said "yes." So she charges me the seventy dollar fee, and I discovered she also charged me another 149 dollar fee when I looked at my bank statement.
Many, many calls to customer service resulted in people promising to call me back and not doing so, people instructing me to email them my bank statement and not replying or clarifying where they were with refunding my money - literally everyone I talked to said they would do something and then didn't do it. Eventually I spoke with a supervisor who admitted I was misled by the person I was on the phone with initially, and said he'd refund only 100 dollars of the overcharged amount if I provided him with every piece of information necessary for him to gain control of my bank account - my routing number, etc. I declined this. Don't deal with this company unless you want fraudulent charges on your card and no recourse.

I bought around 9 tickets from 2 different starting points for my sister's wedding. But CHEAPOAIR never notified me later on that those flights were cancelled by the airline. I got to know thru a third person about it cause she tried to get the same tickets. I had to call the airline to see if the information was right, it turned out that in fact some of my flights got cancelled. Thank God Avianca found ways to accommodate me with different dates, barely making it to the wedding... After that I call CHEAPOAIR to see if they knew anything about it (This was my second call to asked cause the first time I called them they didn't know), and still CHEAPOAIR was not aware... I had to tell them myself! I will never use this website again, the incompetence is too big of a risk for me and future flights. I warn everybody to be extra careful and call the airline if you use this website. They are not serious.
Complaint has been resolved, schedule change came to us and we sent to the customer 24 hours later.

I'm currently stuck in Bali due to the volcano eruption. I am trying to fly out to Surabaya airport which is a neighbouring city in Indonesia that is not affected by the volcano. Now that the Bali Airport is open (for the time being mainly for domestic flights) I called CheapOair last night to book a flight out on Friday. They were able to put us on a flight to Surabaya which was fine, however the connecting city on the flight was Lombak another airport which is currently affected by the volcano. I asked the man on the phone if it's a good idea to purchase to the insurance plan he said its a good idea in this situation. He also reassured me that I have 24 hours to cancel the flight free of charge in case something happens. So today we come to know that Lombak airport is officially closed due to the volcano.
I quickly went to CheapOair since it was my go to site for flights (not anymore) and I saw that the airlines had added more flights directly to Surabaya without stopping in Lombak for a very cheap price $82.00 Canadian Dollars. I called CheapOair and tried to explain the situation to the representative. As I'm explaining that the airlines have issued cheap flights out of Bali most likely due to the emergency and that I'd like to cancel my previous ticket he cuts me off and says "sir there will be a $50 service charge per ticket for any cancellation" I'm travelling with another passenger so in total a $100 loss. I told him that last night when I booked the ticket the representative told me explicitly that if I cancel my ticket within 24 hours I will not be charged anything.
He asks me if he can be placed on hold to talk to someone. He comes back and says that, "Sir I'm able to offer you something better. We can switch your ticket to the new direct flight for free without any service or cancellation charges." I asked him why in the world would I do that? I paid $330 CAD for 2 tickets and now the price has dropped to $160 for two tickets. Why don't you just cancel my previous ticket (which I'm legally allowed to do for free) and let me buy the new cheaper one. He say's sir I cannot do that I have to transfer you to cancellations. This representative asks me to again explain the situation (being stuck in Bali etc) so I do, and he says to me "sir we can cancel your ticket but it will be $75 per ticket" At this point I start getting really agitated. I ask him how can a cancelation fee go from being free to $100 to $150? He says "sir that is the rules".
In my head I'm thinking these guys are taking advantage of the fact that I don't really have a choice at this point but to cancel my ticket and book a new one or I risk being stuck here even longer. So finally he says "okay sir we will charge you a total of $100 for the cancellation" at this point I don't really have a choice so I tell him to just do it. After all of this, I still asked if I can book my new tickets with them at the new price. They transfer me to the ticket sales department. I give all my information as well as the other passengers information and right at the end he says "sorry sir we cannot make this booking for you, please book with the airline directly".
I was able to book a flight with Expedia 5 minutes later and was assured that due to my circumstance I would not be charged a cancellation fee if the airport is shut down. I've booked almost every flight I've taken with CheapOair for the last 5 years (at least 10 flights this year). I will no longer be booking with them again.

First, the 24 hr cancellation is not free from other booking websites. It makes feeling that it gonna be free. However, CheapOair will charge $75 for a cancellation fee. Also, I saw a coupon on the website. Until I finished the payment, I did not see where I can use the coupon. Called the customer service immediately. They told me they can do anything about it. Then, I tried to book another ticket, the same thing happened. This booking company starts getting worse and worse. Try to avoid as possible as you can.

Somehow between entering my credit card information for purchase and hitting submit there was a price jump in my total from 272 to 284. Even though CheapOair stated ticket was 272 when entering credit card information etc. Yet after I hit submit the total became 284, the agent told me the airline changed the price. Really in between the minute it took me to enter credit card information and hit submit the price changed, isn't that illegal to change price when someone in process of purchasing it? If CheapOair didn't falsely advertise/ charge different price, I would of gone with Travelocity as same flight and everything as 274. I chose CheapOair because they priced 272 but it was false and fraud.

Purchased trip insurance directly from their website. Thinking it may simplify things since, they are the insurance company they are recommending. Was I wrong... My weekend trip had to be cancelled. So, after speaking to CheapOair.com, I was not eligible for refund, then I asked about the insurance that I bought through their site. Trip Mate gave me the runaround. I called the number and was told they would call me back. Nothing yet. More than 24 hours. Their voicemail said to use their website, which I did, but nothing seems to work on their site. I can't read what the guidelines are for my state, can't get a claims form. Nightmare. I don't even need a refund, just want a credit so that I can book a trip on a later date. Beware before booking and please do not buy insurance off of their site, buy it independently!!

I booked a flight and the selected the wrong flight. I called immediately to fix the flight. I was on hold for over an hour and then charged an additional $106 to make 1 small change. It would have been cheaper to cancel and re-book through someone else but after being on hold for over an hour I was out of time! I will never book through these guys again... huge hassle!!!
Bobbi, our apologies for the inconvenience. When changes are made to a reservation, there is always the fare difference to consider, and the rebooking fee.

I thought I was so smart for getting such a GREAT deal on this ticket. So the process was as follows: I purchased a ticket. I had more than enough money for that ticket. I received an email stating that I paid for everything except the basic insurance... But then a few seconds later I received more emails saying I couldn't get my ticket issued because my card was declined. After conferring between my bank, CheapOair and the main airline for two hours... I came to the conclusion that there is still a purchase pending on the bank's side...
However, CheapOair said they haven't charged my card a single cent. So I went to cancel the transaction at the main airline and they couldn't... Only CheapOair could. They still want me to pay the full price of the ticket even though more than half of it is being processed through my bank. Maybe I'm still at fault here. Who knows? I just wish it didn't take 10 lifetimes for the service reps to pick up the phone and it would help if they spoke clearly instead of mumbled. I will most likely not purchase tickets on CheapOair and will not recommend it to anyone.

Put my dates and destination in the required fields, credit card info and got a confirmation and the dates were totally wrong! Started a chat and the person in the other end just kept trying to sell me more stuff when I just wanted to fix the problem. Called customer service. Guy said he could fix it but the dates I want is 316.00. I said ok. Then he sent me a pre-confirmation email, told me to review it and make sure it's good before he confirms. The total was 575.00 instead of 316.00! Told him to cancel ASAP! Of course there was a penalty fee. Then he told me it will take 7 to 10 days for a refund! We never even confirmed anything! I'll NEVER book anything through this business again!!

I had booked tickets close to holiday season and had paid a lot for my tickets. I wanted to prepone my tickets and the agent politely agreed to do so without any fee. However, he did not mention the cost of the new ticket for the preponed dates while booking my new ticket. After an hour or so, when I happened to check CheapOair website flight tickets for the same date, they were $600 lesser than what I had originally paid. I was extremely unhappy to have learnt that the customer service agent could not refund the extra amount that I had paid for my ticket and just kept saying that the ticket cost is final and maybe the cost was $600 lesser 1 hour before I checked. I have been monitoring my flight tickets closely for over 2 days and I knew how the price ranged for the days that I booked - So, I knew that the agent was not telling me the truth. I would not use their service again.

Sunday 26/11/17, I tried to change my underage daughter's flight from a 6 week flight to Florida down to 4 weeks, she had paid a few thousand already, this company still wanted over a grand to change. After being on the phone for nearly an hour, the woman I spoke to told me my daughter was not a child, she says “now let me tell you something. Your daughter is not a child”. So rude, so disrespectful even after trying a few different scenarios to change it, but no they were only interested in the $$, almost as if it was a inconvenience. Then she had the audacity to have a go at me for not taking the lowest amount they offered which was over a grand.
Such a disgusting company, no empathy that I’m flying my underage daughter all the way to Florida on her own to see her best friend. They clearly sent me the message that they were not willing to help properly. They wanted to disregard the amount paid on the return trip and charge a whole new return on top of what was already paid, that was even including the option of changing the flights over as well. Sad company, and very disappointed.

When she called again, CheapOair responded that AirChina rejected the refund request since the request was filed later than when the changes were made to the ticket. This is such a negligence on the CheapOair's service. CheapOair was very insensitive in the whole process of dealing this issue. I would stay away from this service provider, such a poor service. This is the email I just sent to CheapOair since their "NO" button (that rates if I was satisfied with the customer service) IS NOT CLICK-ABLE. No I am not satisfied with either of the two customer service agents I spoke to tonight. The first customer service agent instead of trying to help me solve my problem wanted to upsell me. I do understand that there are some fees associated with a change at times, however, he was unwilling to work with me. When I requested to cancel my flight so that I could just re-book for another time, he stated that the cancellation fee would be $65 which is not stated anywhere on your website or policy. I ended the phone call in hopes to recollect my thoughts and try again.
My second phone call, I spoke to a different agent. This time he offered me a change for an additional $7 and a better time that worked for me. I told him I would like that flight. Instead of honoring this offer he just made me, he said "hold on I have a better offer for you." When returning to the conversation, he told me that this new deal (with a whole lot of extra wording I couldn't understand due to accent and speed of talking) would be $17 more. I asked him for the previous deal that was $7 but he told me IT WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE!! This made me furious. I told him that it wasn't fair to offer something and not honor it AFTER I asked for it.
He put me on hold again to give me an additional deal for only $14. All the while I am still waiting for him to honor the 1st offer of $7 and a changed time. I then heard him LAUGHING. When I asked him if he was laughing at me... Under his chuckle he said "no, ma'am. I'm just sick and have a cough." He was clearly laughing at me which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I asked for a manager and his name. He said he could do that but he was just trying to give me a deal that had "no fees or charges" which really did not make sense to me. Then, instead of transferring me to his manager, offered to cancel my flight for no charges or fees which I really hope is true. Overall, I am COMPLETELY shocked at this experience. I have already posted to Facebook alerting friends and family to not use your company because of the lack of customer service and the blatant disrespect and unprofessional demeanor of your representatives.

It was a really a bad experience. They advised me to cancel my booking and make a new one, because the first booking has all this additional seat fee which I didn't intend to pay and was for me is sort of a hidden charge because It only appeared that I paid for the seat after I have entered my card number. So they advised me to make a new booking with the same itinerary and that they will cancel and refund the first booking. I even got an email confirmation of the refund after a day. Now, after more than a month, I'm making a follow up and they just said the airline void the refund? Was I just got ripped off?
Linnet, we have reviewed your reservation and we see that you called and canceled the reservation on the same day. Therefore you won't see an actual credit to appear on your charge card, because the transaction was voided. Therefore it was only a pre-authorization which your bank will release after 24-72 hours. Also we did try calling you to discuss this, but the number you gave on your reservation someone said they never heard of you. But at this time we consider this matter closed, and there is no refund that is due. You were never fully charged for the reservation.

I just checked CheapOair's website and your company's website shows over 10 airlines offering flights to Los Angeles tomorrow - 11/26/17. CheapOair's website is offering this many flights and airlines back to Los Angeles tomorrow - 11/26/17, then it shows your company is able to take us back to Los Angeles tomorrow very easily but your company will have chosen not to do so. The question is "Why have you not booked us a return flight as we already paid your company to do and your website shows that you are able to easily book us on another flight for tomorrow?"
You told me on the phone when you called our hotel that your company's upper management is trying to find the cheapest way to get us back without having to pay penalties and I told you this is not our concern. Your company's concern is their legal obligation to fulfill their contract with us when we paid and you booked us a flight back to Los Angeles tomorrow. You took our money. You sent us a confirming email with our return reservation and we planned around these dates so CheapOair is legally responsible to get us back tomorrow especially since your website shows you have available flights back to Los Angeles tomorrow.
If we do not get back tomorrow to Los Angeles, I took pictures of CheapOair's website of the flights back to Los Angeles and saved all of them for documentation. This documentation will show that your company did not follow through on your obligations to honor our reservation or contract with your company to get us back to Los Angeles tomorrow even though CheapOair was able to do so.
If you do not get us back to Los Angeles all these offerings back to Los Angeles on your website for tomorrow provide evidence of you and your company's willful contempt and you and your company's purposeful disregard to get us back to Los Angeles. It will also document the fact of your lack of good faith in getting us a confirmed reservation as your company is offering return flights tomorrow. If we do not get back it shows a lack of due diligence on your company's part.
I also have kept copies of all the CHATs I have been on with your company's onsite chatline as well as the emails on your company's online email support line as well as the 8 hours of more on my cellular billing showing I have tried to contact you to get this problem resolved since Friday and your company has done nothing. This is all evidence that can be used against your company when I file complaints when I get back to the United States. I have all the names of the personnel I have spoken to and the times - all before 4 am in the morning and how long your reps have put me on hold. I had to stay in bed all day yesterday because I was so exhausted from lack of sleep because I have been calling your company every day between 1 am and 4 am in the morning and then sending confirming emails.
All of this is documentation that I will use when I get back to the US. No one from your company has confirmed that CheapOair is going to get us a flight back tomorrow even though I have asked and put in writing a request that you confirm that you will get us back to Los Angeles tomorrow. Your website shows you are able to get us back if your company wants to do so.
Please get us back to Los Angeles tomorrow - 11/26/17. Do not leave us stranded here. I have 3 children with me and we have no hotel reservation after Sunday and we are running out of clean clothing. Please call us to let us know what you are doing. Also we plan to go to Kuala International Airport and take pictures of us stranded at the airport and we will start posting this on all available travel sites and blogs with the caption "Family stranded with 3 little children in Malaysia because CheapOair would not give us a return ticket even though we paid for the ticket."

All other major travel booking sites allow modification or cancellation for free within 24 hours! BEWARE of this unfair policy! Isn't it true that according to Department of Transportation regulations, if you've booked a flight in the U.S. and you've bought a non-refundable ticket seven days ahead of the flight, you're entitled to hold your reservation and the fare and to change or cancel your reservation within 24 hours without paying a cancellation fee?

When it came to booking my trip he told me what was going to be. When I asked about baggage he told me that I had to pay a 100.00 for each checked. When I said forget the checked bags and to remove the checked bags, he said it would take time and the money would be back on my card in a few days. It still hasn't showed up on my card. If this matter could be addressed it would be greatly appreciated. The airlines said that it was a CheapOair matter. If you would please send me an Email reply. Thank you.

Worse experience can someone have. I always booked all my flight through CheapOair but the last flight I booked I had to cancelled and the agent he cancelled my fly. Told me that will be a charge of $25 so that fine I understand it. Also he told I will be refund for my fly. Since February of this year and I am trying to get my refund which I asked just to get another fly not even money back and I wasn’t be able every time I called they told me a person will call me and I wait for weeks and I call again and the same over. It really very disappointing because it just there like 289$ or maybe less but the service is really bad. I won’t never again book with them again even if I will pay more for extra but do not go through this hassle. The same review it will be everywhere because I don’t want someone else will have the same horrible experience.
Updated on 11/24/2017: The worst thing can happened to a customer. I would like to talk to GM because I am having the worst thing. Can a customer to have his money back or the credit for the money. I did pay and not use it at all. I was calling for my credit since February and whenever I call I’ve been told that a supervisor will call me and never call me but after my feedback last week they call and leave a message. And when I call back first they put me on hold for long time and then they told me that a supervisor will call me. Of course he called me back on Thanksgiving and he called me back very late and just left a message on both time that my credit is expired.
Of course because of the horrible customer service you are providing or that the way you are doing it to not get customers their money back. Really I am going follow up with this matter very serious with ConsumerAffairs. Also my feedback will be everywhere to protect other consumer that will experience same things and I am going through with you. I don’t want to talk with nobody in future unless he is a general manager and my feedback will be everywhere. People need to be protected from services like that.

Major carriers do not give you the same service online or at ticket booth if you have circumvented them to use CheapOair. Paper tickets and airlines which will not communicate with one another on multi carrier trips will be an issue. Beware when booking on CheapOair's website, there is no pull down bar to add a suffix on a name, and if you call them to add the name after you have booked your ticket, you will be charged a service fee as well as the new rate for the ticket if it has changed. Run, do not walk, from CheapOair.

Booking in Australia is done very poorly. Remembering CheapOair from US I had a great experience, while here in AUS is awful. I have called them 4 times. Each time I get transferred to India. Each time I get disconnected when being transferred either to customer service or seat assignment team. My requests were not complicated: I wanted to receive my ticket after making the payment for the same. I wanted to request a seating for the two of us to sit together on an international flight departing a month from now.
The first was received after a lot of hassle and communication. The second was received for the part of the trip after contacting the airlines directly. The online service is useless and employees reply every 5-10 minutes to a line of message. The reply is generally vague and it feels as speaking to a robot i.e. no responsibility is taken. Each time when contacting a customer service representative I get a different reply to the same question: We can do that for you (before purchasing the ticket); Contact the airline directly (first time I called about the seating); You can only change it when checking in? (4th time I called about the seating). The Australian counterpart requires a lot of work and if you continue doing business this way no one will book with you regardless of your pricing. I know I certainly won't.

To me this was a great example of customer service and I will definitely continue to choose CheapOair.

I found the agent to be very pleasant and helpful. The only thing I did not care for was the price. Because of a broken foot and the need for a walker, I had to purchase special seats. The cost completely wiped out the savings I received on the tickets and cost more than one ticket. That was disappointing as I have to have the seats through no fault of my own.

I just used CheapOair for the first and last time. I had been looking a flights for about an hour and decided on Jet Blue flights through CheapOair (name should have given me pause!). When I received a confirmation via email I saw that my outgoing flight was booked on Wednesday instead of Friday. Realizing my error and remembering Cheapo's policy to cancel/change within 24 hours I immediately called. The representative informed me that the fee would be $50 per ticket to correct my error. I quoted the 24 hour policy on the website and he said it didn't say there was no charge. Even the airlines give you 24 hours to cancel/change with no fee. I was furious. I could go on and on but the bottom line is that the agent finally agreed to charge $25 for change plus the difference in price (note there was no difference in price when I originally looked at flying out a different day). I will never use this company again!

When I tried to explain that he needed to cancel fo to business, he said that it was a nonrefundable flight & unless someone in the family had died or he was seriously ill, there was nothing he could do about it. I ended calling Frontier and got a partial refund. Be very careful when booking flights and you can and do get redirected to another booking site.

They gave me a flight that is $100 each ticket lower than the one I booked! They didn't give me any refund even the new ticket they gave me is cheaper. The thing that I don't understand is why can't I keep the flight I already booked and paid just because I have to change/add names in that ticket. They told me I can keep the same flight but I have to pay $268 more for each ticket. That's ridiculous and shady! I will never use this site again!

Ok, I have made repeated calls to Cheapo to find out my current status to no avail, originally the issue was about the flight ins. From my 1st booking experience, I thought I was covered to make a change of dates. I called a few hrs after the 24 hrs, I could have called earlier but thought I could change my flights w/o a penalty because of the purchased flight ins. I was told I could not change w/o a penalty, and they would get back to me after an investigation w/in 24hrs, so I purchased another booking thinking I would make a decision to cancel this booking if I had to pay a penalty, NO CALL TO ME!! I called Cheapo and was told they had no record of investigation done and would do an investigation again.
Needless to say, at this point I am pretty aggravated, but I called the next day again and was given the runaround a 3rd time!!!! WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON? Very frustrated with this lack of service! I got this email from you and decided to respond. I do not have any idea on my status, I am 74 years old, I would appreciate a tel call back with an answer. I have already missed booking a cruise because of no response, I am pretty much computer illiterate and didn't know where to turn. Oh, I did get a call at 1030pm and at 1am!! And called back the next morning. It was again no record, oh I was also told I could not speak with a supervisor.
Frank, our apologies for the inconvenience. You actually have your original reservation that you booked because insurance does not cover a change of plans. The terms of the insurance is listed on our website, with a full disclosure. You made a booking without first contacting us to make sure this first one was within a refund status. Where we could of made the change to the new dates without you making a new reservations. We also did review the call and agent did advise you airline cancellation policy, tickets are non refundable, and insurance you would file a claim. The second reservation with the new dates is also still active. A few days later they wrote me that the ticket had been cancelled. I booked again and called their customer service, which told me that they couldn't verify my PayPal account, because they were not willing to stay on hold for an hour to talk to anyone from PayPal. I was a little surprised about that and asked how we can solve the situation. The support person said that I could just book using a credit card and that PayPal really wasn't that popular. Since the only reason that I used their service was that I could use my PayPal credit for it, I told them that was not going to work. They then proceed to tell me that there was nothing they could do, as they were not willing to call PayPal. Very unsatisfactory behaviour, I don't think I'll use their service again any time soon.

They are not consistent with the policies and will not help you at all. One would tell you about filling out the waiver and reimbursement forms and other would say it is not possible at all. I called CheapOair to book a Jetblue flight for my son who is 15 yrs old and is traveling alone. I already knew the exact flights I wanted but I cannot book it online because my son is not an adult yet. First of all, I was asked to hold and hold while "they are helping me find the best rate and flight for my son". After 38 minutes on the phone, the rate I was quoted was $887.99. I told the guy that Expedia is selling the same flight for $705 while Jetblue is selling it for $755.44. I was politely trying to say I want to hang up now and thank you for all your help but he put me on hold again to give me to his manager who tried to match the $705 Expedia price. I said "I don't feel comfortable doing business with you. Thank you and goodbye." Beware of these guys! They are not straightforward with their pricing at all!
Carol, we appreciate the feedback and sorry we couldn't match the fare. Each travel companies have different contracts with their airline partners, therefore at times some sites maybe cheaper. As for JetBLue having a lower fare, that probably is true because many do offer web fares, that can only be obtained on their website, it cut's out the middle man,. I hope you were able to find what you were looking for, and thank you for checking with CheapOair.com

I used Cheapoair to book international flights across the Atlantic for my family. My flight schedule was changed twice by Cheapoair forcing me to downgrade to longer flights with significantly more layover time and impossible to catch connections. I spoke with their reps over the phone several times. They were completely unapologetic to say the least and mostly rude and unsympathetic. My wife will have to run across the airports with two kids to catch the connection and endure 9 hour layover in FRA. To add insult to injury, they forced another change on us by the addition of extra stop along the way to our final destination. If I were to book this final route from the beginning I would not pay 1/2 of what I paid.
Be careful people. You have zero protection from Cheapoair. I will never ever consider shopping for flight tickets on their cheap website. If there is a ZERO on the review scale I would choose it with ZERO hesitation. Review your business model and do not focus on short term gains. Let your customer satisfaction be your priority and do not lie to your customers.

I would like to have a free consultation regarding about what happened to my flight last night (11-09-2017). Flight from Indianapolis to Seattle (Alaska Airlines). Seattle to Vancouver (Alaska Airlines). Vancouver to Philippines (Philippine Airlines). I came really early to the Alaska airline to check in my baggage and to get my ticket for the flight. I was 5 hours 1/2 ahead from my flight. Then by the time that one of their representative enter my account details, it ends up I couldn't check in because of I will be needing ETA (transit visa from Canada) even just a connecting flight. And a week ago before my flight, I called Alaska Airlines regarding about the transit visa and someone told me that I don't need it coz it was just a connecting flight.
The manager assisted me, then we worked the ETA transit visa together so I can make to my flight on time without knowing that the manager don't remember if he puts my email address correctly which is really important to get the confirmation code. And I paid $57 to get it. But afterwards, we waited for it for so long, about 3 hrs. and my flight is really close. That I don't know what to do. Then the manager (Kyle) decided to pass my case on the other representative. And we had to do that ETA again (and pay it again for the second time) to get the confirmation coz I heard her she's talking on the phone that the manager was not sure if he puts the right email address of mine.
Then when the time that we completed the second application for the ETA, we got the confirmation 3 minutes after. If the manager just had concern with my case, I would've gotten to my flight on time but perhaps, he had me to wait for 3 hours not knowing he messed up my application that is why I am not receiving it thru my email address. And now, I missed my flights. When I was there at the airport until 9pm waiting for someone to help me and called Alaska airline, they said that they can't do anything about it. And they won't gonna book another flight for me coz my ticket is not up to them.
My ticket is actually under Philippine Airline which is my connecting flight from Vancouver to my final destination (Philippines). I was very upset that I couldn't get into any flight at all even it wasn't my fault. Coz I believe I showed up really early. Really early that anybody on my flight just to resolve if there's gonna be an issue. But they just wasted my time. They keep saying "IT IS STILL EARLY SO YOU WOULD HAVE ENOUGH TIME FOR YOUR FLIGHT." I was devastated and I can feel that I'm going to be late. Coz no one's assisting me.
I end up calling Philippine airline and one of representative gets mad at me and told me just to wait. Then after the long wait, nothing happened. My flight had just left. And they all needs to go home and they just left me with nothing in the Alaska airline. I called the agency that I bought my ticket and said that they cannot book my flight coz both Alaska and Philippine airline won't waive any fees if they will book my flight. They were scams. They want me to pay for $1000 just to book my flight on the other day (Nov 10th). They left me with no choice. Now I don't know what to do. It wasn't my fault but I am the one who suffered it. I really need to sue these people.

Booked a return ticket to Hawaii for September, 2017. Through my own fault missed the flight from Seoul to Manila. I arrived 40 minutes before takeoff and was told boarding was closed. Accepted that. They then cancelled my entire flight there and back as a "No Show". I tried contacting every number possible while at the airport and even went to their office at the airport (no kiosk available for Philippine Air at the Incheon Airport). My ticket required a 6 hour layover in Manila and there was a flight out of Seoul that would enable me to make the connection in time so that I could continue my trip to Hawaii.
The airline refused to accept that scenario. I also said they couldn't cancel my return tickets since all I had to do was book a one-way flight to Hawaii and I could still use the return tickets back to Seoul. They told me that since I was a "No-Show” in Incheon the entire flight was considered a No-Show and I was responsible. I fought the No-Show label as I was there before the flight left. They finally "awarded" me a $698.00 credit to which I accepted. In the fine print, it says: "When re-booking a trip with your credit, you understand that you must pay a re-booking fee of $325.00 per person, administrative services fee, and any difference in airfare." Hilarious! Is this a credit voucher? Hardly. Is this even legal? This company takes money in absolutely every possible way. Here's the fine print in its entirety.
"AS AGREED, we will charge you a total of $50.00 for processing this cancellation. You agree to the following terms that will apply to your airline credit and to your use of it:
1. You will have a $698.56 credit, valid only for flying on Philippine, within one year from the original date of issue: 06/15/2018.2. This credit is non-transferable and non-refundable, and may only be used by the person(s) named on the original ticket for which it is being issued, regardless of who purchased the ticket(s).
3. When re-booking a trip with your credit, you understand that you must pay a re-booking fee of $325.00 per person, administrative services fee, and any difference in airfare.
4. Finally, any and all changes are subject to availability and to the airline's rules."
(I highlighted, "AS AGREED," because I did not agree. I agreed to the credit while online with a chat agent and all the rest was done offline by them. There was NEVER a mention of a $50.00 cancellation fee let alone a $325.00 re-booking fee.) I received the rest of the credit confirmation by email only to learn of the above. Just ridiculous. I have been using this company for the past several years and will never use them again. Wholly and completely dissatisfied with the company, their policies and their chat agents who hung up on me repeatedly while trying to re-book a flight from Incheon to Manila to make my connecting flight. I'm curious if others have had a similar situation? I would love to bring it to a court.

After buying 2 r/t to Europe, they offered me seats for $29 total. I picked 2 seats for the 4 legs of the trip, they charged me $29. I called and got a terrific woman who told me I would definitely not be charged extra for seats, and to be completely satisfied she'd even refund me the $29. Ok. The seats request didn't go through and I was told to do it through the airlines. I now see the airline charges between $39 and $88 per seat, per leg! So that's an additional, at minimum $350!! I was not told my total fare would be an additional $350~$500, in fact was told there would be no seat charge beyond $29!!!

Ended up getting a call and booked with a nice service person but it showed the prices often posted online are not available. At a increased cost from the posted numbers I ended up on the same flights. I have looked since I bought and the same deal is posted in a search.

I also understood he was sending a $50 travel voucher, only thing I see is personal assist coupon. He also said I would be getting A $35 refund on my card, remains to be seen. Maybe I misunderstood but if not, think some of promises were misleading. Can you investigate and clarify please.

CheapOair will unilaterally change the dates you enter to depart and arrive for your flights and if you don't notice it, the cancellation fee is $50.00. I had used CheapOair a few years ago but noticed that they changed the dates I had entered. Unfortunately, I didn't this time. This is the worst business model I have ever seen. Change the dates without notifying the buyer, and then charge them a fee to correct the dates or for cancellation.

When one books tickets on this site, they are quick to remind you that only so many tickets are left, so book fast. Then they state that you have a 24 hour cancellation option when booking on their site. The little "i" next to the place where they state this, tells the user that they can cancel within 24 hours for a fee. However, they do not specify the $ amount of the fee, which would be a very easy thing to do. However, they opted not to do it, most likely to avoid having clients not book the tickets if they knew who much they would charge them to cancel it, if they had to. Instead it is buried in their T&C, which no sane person is going to read when they try to book a flight that has a limited availability.
I find it very deceiving, which is why I will not only not recommend this company to anyone, but also will do my best to spread the word about the way they handle the business i.e. purposefully hiding important information so that they could make money on unsuspecting clients. Also, their $75/person cancellation fee is way above industry standard cancellation fee of $25/person. This is the most likely reason why they are not posting it. On top of this, when you do cancel, they then say that it takes up to 14 business days to get your money back, which is also incredible in this financially savvy world, where transactions take minutes not weeks. So it appears that this company's motto is to - save a penny and waste a dollar. Don't get caught up in this, shop around. I found a much better deal through a brick and mortar travel agency, that this online service could not match.

I asked where on the website it said there would be a $50 charge, I was told after booking there was a link that appeared - it said there would be a $50 charge for a US ticket and a $75 charge for an international ticket. I booked a flight with this company online, and after I paid for my flight I realize the company automatically change my flight date. Therefore when I saw the confirmation I called the company immediately within 15 seconds, and was advised that they would charge me a $50 cancellation fee although they changed my flight date. In addition they charged me an additional $18 plus my flight fee which I would have to wait 7 to 10 days to be reimbursed for flight charges. Once the flight charges was deducted from my account they still charge me the additional $18 plus $50 in which I feel was a rip-off.
My flight was cancelled within 15 seconds of reading a confirmation in which they change my date not myself. I will never use this business again. They are the most unethical flight reservation company I have ever dealt with. I have attempted to speak with a supervisor in this company and he is sticking with their company policy. Recently I booked a round trip flight on CheapOair having used this website several times. I had difficulty with the transaction and unable to get a confirmation online. I called customer service to discuss the problem and asked for help purchasing the flight. I was told to look at my emails. With the rep on the phone I reviewed my emails to find a reservation did go through but IT WAS THE WRONG DATES. I could not use the ticket (no refundable) because of the dates. I asked to reissue the ticket for the correct dates and was told there would be about a $275 increase in price. $200 of the charge was to reissue a new ticket. I explained that this was a mistake and I was not willing to pay the reissue charge. I was told that if I had made the reservation by phone with a CheapOair rep then this could be corrected. But because I made the reservation online that they couldn't (or wouldn't) help me.
I tried to explain that I called immediately when I was not able to complete the reservation online. All of this met DEAF ears and I tried to discuss this with another rep the next day, with no success. I feel this is very poor business and the customer service is really lousy. The confusion began with the way discounted fares are printed on the website giving a cheaper alternate date in VERY SMALL print. I couldn't read this on my iPhone when making the reservation. I realized this as I tried to understand how the wrong dates were booked. This is VERY DECEPTIVE business practice. I will NEVER do business with CheapOair in the future. I still can't understand why a rep could not straighten out this problem when first reported.

I would not rate this company and I would not recommend anyone to them. I paid for two (2) reservations on 9/14/17, then on 10/10/17 I received an email that stated "action required. Your airline changed its schedule" but yet I could not click on their website to change the schedule, had to be on hold and hung up on a few times to finally get through on 10/27/17 to Kylie that stated they could not accommodate my schedule due to the airline changes.
When I requested a refund so that I could go reschedule with someone else she told me it would take 1-2 months to receive my refund and yet I need to get my flight rescheduled before 1-2 months. This is unacceptable. One that they cannot accommodate the airline changes when it is suppose to be their business to work with this type of situation and two to not be able to refund my money within a timely manner.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Customer service is the worst and they are always putting you on hold for 60 minutes or longer at a time and transferring you and you are on hold for 60 minutes for every transfer and when transferring getting hung up on multiple times and when asked to have a supervisor return my call on 10/27/17 they did not return my call until 10/29/17, and then left a message as if they did not know what my problem was only that I needed my reservation to be changed due to the airlines.
UPDATED ON 11/09/2017: I will not change what I wrote when it is the truth and since I wrote it the situation has gotten worst (no surprise) as I now I have receive one refund but not for the full amount that I paid you and I have heard nothing about the second refund. Why would you not have been able to refund BOTH cancellations at the same time when they were both paid the same way? So basically your company still SUCKS because now I have to take the time to be on hold for hours again to find out what you have done and why you have not refunded me my full amount paid AND why I have not received the second refund amount I paid when I was told that I would receive a FULL REFUND for BOTH reservation being canceled.
None of this is my fault except that I paid your company for these reservations and you could not accommodate the airlines' flight change. That is certainly not my fault but I am sure paying the price in more ways than money. OMG the amount of time I have had to use to get what? Certainly not my refund OR a flight paid that could accommodate schedule. I had to borrow money to arrange for the 2 flights I had to cancel with your company to get us home until I receive my refund from your company which apparently is going to take some time and probably will have to call an attorney at some point to receive what is rightfully mine.
I would think a flight time change by the airlines would be a common occurrence for your company and yet you could not accommodate this change. Customer service would be a supervisor calling me back the same day and if they did not reach me leaving a direct line phone number to call them back so I could talk to some direct. But no your supervisors just leave a message that they called regarding the cancellation request. The message was almost like they did not think there was a problem and no direct line phone number left therefore making me start the on hold for hours process all over again. I would just like my FULL AMOUNT OF MONEY PAID TO BE REFUNDED FOR BOTH RESERVATIONS SO THIS COULD BE OVER!!!

Not happy at all with CheapOair. Yesterday we spent a considerable amount of time finding a reasonably priced flight for my senior-aged father to fly from Cancun to Mexico City. We found a price of US $141 for the return flight. We attempted to pay using our credit card and finally after 10 mins trying to process the payment, our credit card was rejected, for which there was no reason. We then tried to use another card and noticed that the price for exactly the same flight had increased to US $170.
As we simply just wanted to get the ticket, we continued the process to pay the extra amount on a different card. Our payment was then processed, we received a CONFIRMATION NUMBER and all the flight details. But when my older dad arrived at the airport, he was told that there was no record of the payment, the confirmation was incorrect, and that he would have to pay for another flight. Unfortunately he was told to pay US $120 for a ONE WAY FLIGHT, which, being a bit older and confused by the situation, he did. So, putting it all together, the price increased by US $29, the CONFIRMATION was NOT a confirmation and we will have to pay a single return flight which will probably come close to doubling the amount that we originally planned to spend. Not happy at all!!!

After fighting with them for 2 days, we were told in order for us to get on the same flight, we would have to buy a 3rd ticket with my name on it.
Again, we asked about receiving a refund for the erroneous ticket. They said that when we booked the flight that we were told about a fee to change the name. I purchased 2 tickets for my Elderly mother and her twin sister to be able to fly to my home and celebrate their birthdays together. Upon purchase I was told that if I paid extra amounts that it would cover an extra bag for each and assure choice of seating. The phone calls that it took to get seating arrangements totaled 3 and took the MAJORITY of my day to arrange because they kept losing the info. I was also told that I could change the flight or flights if needed for an extra $100 at a later date if my mom or aunt decided they needed to return early.
When my mom arrived at the airport she was informed her passage did NOT cover any additional luggage. The SAME for my aunt. They ended up paying an extra $60 EACH WAY on TOP of the extra I paid. Then my aunt needed to return to her home a week early due to a personal matter. At this time I called to change the date of my aunt's ticket and they told me it would be $200. I told them that I had already paid EXTRA on the original ticket to be able to change it for $100. At this point the foreign lady on the other end told me in a nutshell I was lying and that she needed to go listen to all of my "recorded" conversations to see if that was what I was told. I told her it was going to take a while and to call me back when she was done. Needless to say she called me back after 20 min and told me she had just listened to the over 2 hours of conversations I had had with their company originally.
She told me again I was mistaken and then continued to be rude and argue. Finally I said I needed an office in the United States. They gave me a number in which after approximately 8 attempts to get an American agent on the phone I finally gave up and talked to another foreign agent. This was 2 days later. At this point I decided to just pay the $200 to change it. Well, that wasn't good enough. They now wanted $500!!! I told them they were rip offs and dishonest. The man told me that if I called United Airlines they would tell me the same price. So I hung up and CALLED United Airlines right away. They quoted me a price of $200. SO- what originally cost me $445 For a ticket after all of the UPGRADES for FREE luggage, seat arrangements and LOW COST date changes, I ended up paying over NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS $900!!! Valerie, our apologies for the inconvenience,. The $9.00 refund was for the insurance you purchased that was refunded immediately, the other cost for the ticket, that comes from the airline Spirit, so that's who you are waiting on for the refund. It can take 30-60 days to see the credit.

I booked two tickets for a trip to Los Cabos, Mexico. The dates on my reservation were not the one I chose. Instead, were the alternative dates they advertise on top. I was not at all interested in those dates. After I placed my reservation, I didn’t get any email confirming my booking. I only got an email with more options for Los Cabos for those alternative dates, like hotel reservation and car rental. I was wondering why they mentioned those dates so I called them to ask about the dates. They confirmed the reservation was done on the wrong dates. They offered to change them but at a very expensive fare and fee. When I asked for a cancellation they told me there was a fee of $75 each ticket even though they advertise on their website it is possible to cancel within 24h.
Very misleading because they omitted the cancellation fee. First customer representative I spoke was very rude, he didn’t listen at all. He just said that the message regarding the cancellation doesn’t say is free to cancelled within 24h. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, he transferred my call but I got disconnected. Second call I spoke with a more polite customer representative, he also offered me extremely expensive tickets for the dates I wanted. At the end I cancelled my reservation and ended up paying $50 cancellation fee for each tickets. Very disappointed experience and I truly believe the reservation website switched my dates to the alternative dates without my consent.
Marta, our apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced. After further review of the reservation, it was determined that you chose an alternate date that we offered as first choice because the fare was cheaper. We do highlight the flights and also have a pop up on the payment page advising this, and would you like to continue, you didn't select no, so the alternate date you picked did get confirmed. The cancellation policy for 24 hours is not a "law" that travel agencies have to follow, but we do allow the cancellation for a full refund of your ticket purchase, but we do charge a fee for the processing of the cancellation, and refund. We regret the policy is an inconvenience, but we would certainly be willing to assist you with changing the dates that work best for you.

This site was so easy and cheap to book with I knew it was too good to be true. I arrived today at the airport in Chicago expecting to take off to Sydney Australia. But when I got to go check in they told me there was a problem with my visa and I needed to contact them. I didn’t fix the problem in time so I had to call CheapOair and cancel my flight which was also easily taken care of by the lady I spoke with.
After being on hold for about 15 minutes she comes back in and tells me out of my $900 something flight I will be refunded back $700 something but she needs my credit card to do so because they can’t refund me how I paid which was through PayPal. Which didn’t make sense but okay I just wanted my refund and wanted to be done with it. I don’t travel with my credit card and was stranded in an airport and asked her if I could call back later and talk to her so she could give me the refund.
She said she would call me back in about an hour and we could talk then. She did call me back but sadly I still wasn’t home and I told her I would just call the company back later and deal with it then. So when I called back about an hour ago I was told that yes I would be getting back $700 something refunded to my PayPal (which earlier I was told wasn’t possible) but that they do need my credit card because they need me to pay a $250 cancellation fee! Hell no! Okay the lady I talked to earlier made it seem like me getting back 700 out of 900 was because the cancellation fee was taken out of the 900. I will not be paying $500 to get a refund for a 900 flight that makes no absolute sense!
Then when I told the customer service agent what I was told earlier by the lady he didn’t understand and kept telling me he won’t be refunding me until I pay a cancellation fee. I asked to speak to a supervisor so he put me on hold and then comes back and tells me he’s transferring me to another department. Then the same thing happens with the lady I talk to next. She refuses to solve my problem and refuses to understand that I was misinformed and given the wrong information.
So I ask to speak with a supervisor again and I get put on hold again! And then the lady comes back and tells me they’re going to review my phone call earlier to see if that’s what the lady “really” said. And I would be notified in about 2 days on the status on my refund. And I bet when I get the call they’re going to say, "Well you still need to pay the extra 250." Both the agents were rude and uncaring. They had no interest in solving my problem and neither of them got me a supervisor to talk to when I asked for one. They were unprofessional and I will never book with this company again. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had!!! Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else! Virginia, basic economy is the lowest of fares on United and does not allow any refunds, or changes, therefore cancellations within 24 hours of booking is all that was applicable. Then I spoke to Aldren on the phone who said he could not get me the same reduced fee that I found on Kayak but that if I book on Kayak he would give a full refund. Thus proving that he is capable of giving a full refund.
I booked and right after I booked he said "Sorry, you booked through Kayak but they booked through another service so we can't honor it." Then he said "We can charge you $75 dollars", as if to up the negotiation. I will be contacting the better business bureau and posting this note everyone I can. This is a horrible company with low ethics. Just go to Kayak or type in google "airfare: LOCATION TO/FROM".

I am a UC Berkeley student studying abroad in Brazil. CheapOair has been my number one go to for all my travel needs since the beginning of my experience abroad. I currently have 3 flights booked through this company including destinations to Iguassu Falls, Manaus, and Fortaleza. It's safe to say I'm a dependable source a business and a loyal client. I expected to receive the same in return from the travel agency, both: dependability and loyalty. But after my most recent experience with this company, it is clear CheapOair is neither dependable nor devoted to their customers. My mother booked my flight back to California through CheapOair about a month ago.
It has been a hellish month since. As she has been jumping through hoops for weeks to resolve an error that should have been fixed long ago. As a result of experiencing recent family adversity, my mother has not been in the right head-space. She made the careless mistake of making the flight reservation under my first name but under her last name. Thus registering the passenger as "Michelle **". I do not bare my mother's last name and so cannot board the flight under that name. She realized her mistake and contacted CheapOair immediately to see what could be done fix it.
A customer representative informed us that nothing could be done through CheapOair given that it's a travel agency and not an airline. A request was sent to their concern team who directed a request for alteration of information to the airline and pledged to change the reservation once documentation was submitted via fax.
A copy of my passport was faxed AND emailed September 28, still to no avail. It is now October 22, the flight has not been updated and no changes made on the reservation. I called many times since and have been given a different story every time: "The fax machine is out of service", "You must wait 2 weeks for the change to be processed", "Wait 3 more working days", and now that, "No changes can be made to the reservation because the request was not submitted within 72 hours of purchase". Although, in fact, it was. I contacted both CheapOair and the airline once again today. They have no record of anything. No documentation. No alteration request. Nothing.
The only help CheapOair was able to offer was to send yet ANOTHER request to their concern team to repeat the same faulty process all over again -or- buy another ticket altogether, lose the $950 paid on this fair. I'm back to where I was 2 months ago looking for flights to return home with less time, less money, higher prices and with the same uncertainty whether anything will actually be done on CheapOair's account so that I can board the plane I already paid for.
It's both ridiculous and unprofessional how CheapOair blames the airline and the airline blames the travel agency but neither is capable of offering a solution. Is changing a last name really that hard? Needless to say, I am beyond disappointed with CheapOair and will no longer be booking any flights through this agency. What is more, is that it's the clients that suffer the full repercussion of their incompetence and unwillingness to help.

I was very disappointed with my round-trip flights (leaving and returning) because I was not allowed to take my carry on bag on the plane as requested. I ask to have a carry on bag on all flights and was promised I would by CheapOair. I felt I paid for that as other flights were cheaper but didn't offer a carry on bag. Now the gentlemen I spoke with on the phone representing CheapOair was very patient, helpful and courteous during my process of obtaining round-trip tickets for my husband and I. It was my first time ordering tickets through CheapOair and I was VERY disappointed that I could not take my carry on bag on the plane as I had my laptop in it and I have seen how luggage is thrown under the planes and it could have been broken. So glad it wasn't but if it had been...well I guess that would be my problem!
I will not be ordering any more tickets through CheapOair as I can order them myself since I did not get what I paid for or was promised. Actually, I could have ordered the same tickets online myself and saved $150 in total. Same tickets being, same date, time and flights...it just said the flights didn't allow for carry-on bags. I called CheapOair a few days after returning home to first ask about the charges on my credit card because they were broke up and my husband wasn't sure why. I called and spoke with a gentleman and he informed me that is just how the charges are done. Ok I do not have a problem with that. I also informed him about my carry on bag and he apologized but offered nothing to compensate my disappointment. So I will not be booking any more flights with CheapOair. Very disappointed in Arkansas.

Terrible website. They are crooks. I can't believe how terrible their customer service is and the fact that they took advantage of their crappy website changing dates on me workout me every running my search again. I had double checked everything, stepped away to get my credit card. When I came back my phone screensaver had come on so I just hit a button website still up, go ahead and enter my credit card. After everything goes through my email confirmation says different dates for my what I originally picked so I immediately call customer service not even 10 minutes has passed and I'm being told it's going to be a $100 charge to change the dates. Even though the flight that I wanted was cheaper than the one I got.
I had made a mistake and said it was $20 more when in fact it was $20 cheaper so then the rep tries to charge me the hundred dollars plus $40 difference in the flight even though I'm staring at the website and I'm like how is that possible. I of course just go into a rant because they're clearly just trying to take advantage of my mistake and make more money so he goes and ask his manager and that you waive quote unquote the $40 difference. Oh thank you so much but of course I still get charged $100. I just think it's ridiculous that I had a mishap with the website and it cost me $100. I would have just cancelled it if it wouldn't have been $100 to cancel as well.

I am new to CheapOair. I rarely fly since I am caretaker to my 90 year old mother. A friend asked if I would accompany her on a trip and she directed me to call CheapOair to book the same flights she had booked. Overall the agent was helpful helping me find the flights and prices. I booked two flights on Frontier... round trip between Philadelphia and Tampa. The agent neglected to talk to me about my baggage needs which I found out was a problem.
A few days later I went onto Frontier's site to find out how many bags I was allowed. I discovered that I had to purchase baggage. I booked a suitcase for $38 each way. However, according to Frontier's site, booking baggage at the time you book your tickets is discounted by $13 per bag. Had I been informed and advised to book baggage at the time of my ticket booking, my baggage would have cost $26 less, so using CheapOair cost me an extra $26 by not providing the baggage option and price information when I booked. That $26 could have gone to the purchase of my tickets.

When I called them they charged me another 74.16 for taxes and fees. This on top of the almost $500 I had paid already. I had to cancel cause my mother was too sick to fly. I got charged another $100 and lost the $74.16 and some of the flight money. When I called to use the credit they wanted to charge me an additional $219 when Frontier's tickets were only $98. Frontier helped me with this. But people don't book trough CheapOair. Total ripoff and they are very rude with you on the phone. I gave 1 star just to get this info to you.

This company is not BBB accredited and has never even applied for accreditation because CheapOair is in the FEE industry, more interested a abstracting your cancellation fee than providing any goods or services. This company should lose all affiliations with the TRAVEL & airline industry... For every service my trip needed: flight, car rental, & hotel their website baited me then when the confirmation came EACH ITEM either changed completely or cost an absurd amount more. As soon as my payment to CheapOair post for the flight their representatives must have called my phone 11 times back to back forcing me to answer the call. I thought this was highly suspect because I've made many flight reservations and never am I called, immediately after booking, by the booking agent/airline.
It was a CheapO representative explaining my travel dates were outside their FLEX DATES and to accommodate me, my flight from FL to Canada cost $261 more per/person. Of course I thought they were joking, so I said No! to that and even requested a refund since I had no need for the so called flex dates. They told me, "Cancellation fee was $100." Mind you, this bogus reservation was just done 6 minutes prior. So right at this moment CHEAPOAIR has not refunded me a dime, and made a $100 refund fee off me in just 6 minutes, all from the classic "bait and switch"! My advice: Spend your money somewhere else!!! And this whole vetting process to just write a review proves they're of bad reputation.

We are suppose to fly out on the 20th of April which is 6 months away. I took insurance out on the trip as well. We found out my Granddaughter is expecting a baby and is not able to fly because of her due date. My son and the rest of his family cannot leave her that is their daughter and she will need them. I say that is a medical reason and I myself and my husband have a lot of medical issues. I have Heart problems and Emphysema COPD and cannot walk very far due to my breathing and I have had TIA. My husband is deaf in one ear and partially in the other. He has high blood pressure and Heart problems and we cannot travel alone!
I called CheapOair on several occasions to try to get my money back. My son called as well for me with no success, They said that was not medical!!! I could see them keeping my money if the flight was a week away or even three weeks but from the time I started calling it was 7 months away and it is still six months away. It's not like the tickets will not sail in those 7 months. I feel I have been taken advantage of and our hard earned fixed income money has been taken from us. I do not want to use the word stolen but in all actuality it has!!! I could get doctor statements whatever they needed! I Just Want My Money Back!

The second time, they transferred us to the supervisor and told us that they started a refund request with the airline and that they would call us back in 2 days.
No call back from them. We call them back again and this time, they tell us that we can either wait another 3 days or cancel the flight with unknown cancellation fee. Why is it SO HARD to even get a straight answer? It makes me think that this company is doing this on purpose so they can wear you out so you won't continue trying to get your money back. CheapOair, on the other hand, said, not only did they have no feeling about my daughters' safety, they said, "You will never get a credit for the $60 booking fee paid directly to us no matter what you do or say... even if the flight was canceled!" In the afternoon of Oct 15, 2017, I tried to book 5 tickets flying from Madurai India to New Delhi on a direct flight of Air India #9016. On CheapOair website it showed there are 6 tickets left. After typing all names, birthdays and credit card information. I got a message that tickets not available. So, I called 888-574-1291 listed on CheapOair website at 6:50pm. I got an energetic girl answered my call. At first, she told me that $110 tickets are not available anymore. They are $140 now. I agreed to purchase 5 tickets with that price. She put me on hold on/off for over 15 min and let me know that she is calling airline companies to secure 5 seats.
After half hour, she told me there is no 5 direct flight tickets available. The best flight fits to my schedule is a connection flight from Jet Airway #2344 & #799. When I asked about the ticket price, she told me that total is $921 for 5 ticket which is $184.2 each. She told me that includes fee and tax, and emphasized that only limited number of tickets available. She hurried me to make decision, I thought tax and fee included are from airline company. I agreed and she booked 5 tickets, this phone call lasted about 50 min. See attached image PhoneRec1. When I got confirmation email, I found it was from OneTravel, not from CheapOAir. Then I got an email from my credit card company CapitalOne asking confirmation about a $225 charge from CheapOair, there is another $696 charge from Jet Airway for 5 tickets, each for $139.20. I also got an email from CheapOAir which stated that my booking is incomplete. I am so confused.
At 10pm I called the same phone number again, question about the booking company, tickets and $225 charge. The girl told me she works for both CheapOAir and OneTravel. My tickets are confirmed. When I ask about $225 charge, she immediately transferred me to customer service department. Then a man told me that $225 is the service fee for 5 tickets which I agreed when she told me included fee and tax. When I asked to cancel the booking because the price of the same flight on OneTravel website is about $160, he told me there is no free cancellation even within 24 hours. But he can try to switch me back to Air India direct flight and refund me partial service charge. I was on hold for an hour, end up he told me he can do nothing. But he can transfer me to another customer service manager. That was 11pm, I was tired and very upset, I hung up.
On Oct 16, 2017, when I got home after work, I got this phone number from CapitalOne credit company 800-428-8821. I called 3 time at 6:06pm, 6:11pm and 6:14pm, all of them were disconnected while in waiting. Then I called 800-425-4567 which I found on the confirmation email. Again, I got transferred 3 times and finally got hold on to a customer service manager. I told him that I agreed purchase 5 tickets and never agreed to pay $45 service fee for a $140 ticket.
He told me, since I admitted that I agreed purchase those 5 tickets, so I am “genuine”. He will make an exception for me, refund me $50. I told him that I agreed to pay the same price listed on OneTravel website at that moment, $160. He should refund me $125, otherwise I want to cancel the booking free within 24 hours. Again, he told me cancellation is not free, need pay an administration fee. I questioned him about the “genuine” of the website. He put me on hold for more than 10 min and came back told me that the girl agreed to cut her commission to $25 per ticket, he will refund me $100. After 40 min on the phone arguing, I gave up.
On Oct 18, 2017, I got $100 refund confirmation email. Now I paid $165 for Jet Airways connection flight after a long hard fight. As of today, on CheapOair/OneTravel website, there are still 6 tickets available for that Air India flight 9016 for $114. Why can't I get the direct flight with lower price? If there is no tickets, why the website have not updated for 3 days? Is this an acceptable business practice? I want to give a 0 star rating if that is an option.

Once tickets are issued you have 24 hours to cancel to receive a refund of the airline tickets, however, there is a cancellation fee that is mentioned. My one surprise was that I was booked into Reagan Airport for arrival which allowed me a good connection to the DC metro but was booked for a return flight through Dulles which was early enough on a Sunday AM so that metro was not a option. Very sorry for the booking experience, Customer chose alternate date because it was the cheapest flight shown first in the availability. We do alert our customers in 2 different places once they have chosen an alternate date, to make sure they want to continue with the flight's they booked for a savings of $$ or do you want your original option. They stayed with the savings. Also, the very back payment page tells you again you have chosen alternate dates. Displaying alternate dates helps those who may be flexible in their dates, but don't always think to check surrounding dates. On return, we were stuck in Quito Airport for 10 hrs. No fault of CheapOair, did not want to do bus ride from So. Ec. so flew from Catomayo [only one flight daily]. However when we arrived in Quito & tried to confirm return ticket on American Airlines, there were no A.A. techs opened until an hour before flight. And when we tried to confirm at kiosk we came up empty, needless to say, it was a long anxious wait. At the last minute, we did get a boarding pass, to be honest, I do not know what happened as my bill was paid months in advance. We had to go to security to allow us into downstairs offices [which many were closed or did not speak English.
I had not flown in many years & to be honest, I am not e-ticket savvy so perhaps I didn't reaffirm. I don't remember if CheapOair helped me resolve or A.A. but if you are very patient [which is a must in Ecuador} and gracious all should go well. I did have to pay $100 extra for adding our middle initials but again, my fault for not reading fine print or asking questions because I was impatient with not understanding accents or feeling time pressure to hurry along, this mistake happened when I was speaking with customer service initially, also another reason to do things on-line so every line is crossed & dotted.
Even though the correction was almost immediately addressed there was still a charge {rip-off in my opinion, but corp America works like this now]. Keep copies of booking #, flight #'s. Be prepared, the more information you hold onto the more useful for communication down the road. My phone was dead when I arrived in airport, couldn't access emails, etc.

My sisters has paperwork that shows her mandated orders–if this could help in any way for me to reschedule without being penalized for being coach and transfer for a later time, I would gladly appreciate the service. But I am not getting any help from anyone.
The customer purchased a basic economy ticket that many airlines are now offering for a cheaper fare. This fare is non refundable, and does not allow any changes, or checked bags. This is the fare Candice purchased, and therefore when she called to make changes, she was told that her ticket credit has no value because it;s not changeable. The conference call between her, the agent, and the airline employee told her exactly what we did, and that she would have to upgrade to a higher fare basis, customer ended up rebooking a new reservation directly with United airline, we have not idea what they ended up charging her.
So it wasn't that we didn't want to help, she was frustrated due to the fact she selected a ticket that does not allow changes.

What a great experience booking with CheapOair. The agents were superb, knowledgeable, friendly, excellent grasp of English, and... best part... good understanding US courtesies. I was amazed. 2nd best part, they listened - they gave me what I wanted! I will book with them again. Thanks to the wonderful men and women agents I talked to. Give them a bonus!

Terrible customer service and overall experience. They had me waiting on the phone for 45 minutes and then just hung up on me. Their supervisor also promised that they’ll call me back, never did. DO NOT BOOK WITH CHEAPOAIR. We booked through them with Air Berlin which then went bankrupt. We also purchased their insurance, the customer service wasn’t helpful and we didn’t get anything. DO NOT BOOK WITH CHEAPOAIR.

Today afternoon my friend booked two tickets (For me and him) but forgot to change the USD to AUD and it was saying 24 hours cancellation so I was like if we won't be happy and will find cheaper option then we can cancel it. (Actually the price was shown in 675 USD but we thought that it is in AUD. At the end when I calculated it was 850 AUD, I was already having option of 785 AUD from the other website for the same itinerary). But when we came to know that we paid in USD and called them in half an hour they said you need to pay 75 USD as a cancellation charge per ticket, which was totally ridiculous.
Then after I called to select the seats and meals, the guy asked that there will be charge of 15$ to select a seat in advance. Then he put my call on hold and came back and said I asked my supervisor and he said there is some offer going on so you will be charged only 9 USD. I asked him "you guys already cheated us with your big FAKE ADVERTISEMENT saying '24 HOURS CANCELLATION' and now you are asking for some more money." I end up with saying him just forgot the seat selection and go for meals option. And again of course not satisfied with their options and at the end left with no choice. So I had to choose that main meal without arguing anything as nothing left to argue on.

Booked a flight. When we received initial email they booked wrong days, wrong airline and times. I called right away. First to a lady then to a man. He said no problem they would fix it. But we NEVER received updated email. I call three more times. Each time they said they could not find any bookings but someone would call me back. NO ONE CALLED BACK. So I confirmed with my bank. They got all the money from my account. Today 10/11 I called again finally speaking to a Manager Rodger then Paul. They agreed it was their fault but said the airline would not help and they refused to do anything about it. But I know how to get even. Tomorrow I will reverse the charges on my debit account. I will never use them again. You should think about it before you do.

Really bad experience that left me with a bad credit. Back in December I booked a ticket with them and changed my mind on the 2 hours window period that they were giving, so I tried to call. They kept me on hold and kept hanging up on me and their explanation was that they need to get on hold with the manager and he is the only one who can approve the refund. Only phone no email despite sending emails so I called my cc to decline so she said she doesn't see the charges so I thought that it was canceled. Few months later received the cc invoice. With the ticket price wasn't refunded, I tried to dispute. Their only reason was that their policy is that ticket is non-refundable but I called during the window time. Neither my cc nor them tried to resolved the problem and the issue. Never again trust them because they use overseas and cheap companies to handle their work.

Was charged an extra 200$ above the listed price for the flight ticket, because I made the reservation on the phone while searching on Cheapoair.com website. I found the ticket I needed, the agent asked, "What price you see?" "1076!" I said. She said, "Ok!" When looked on my bank statement saw a charge of 176 and an extra charge of 200$ which was out of nowhere. Tried to fight back the surcharge but I was always transferred from department to department and everyone would tell me different things.
Was lied that the matter is being investigated. When I called in for details a week later - the other agent would say, "Oh, the money were returned to your bank account". When checking the bank account - nothing was returned! I call back. The other agent would be like, "Nobody initiated an investigation, there is no request for this booking #." After a looot and a lookout time wasted on the phone-still no clear answer on what is going on.

First, they don't have free cancellation within 24 hours while other websites do. They didn’t mention that on your booking page as well, very tricky. I just realized that my daughter school starts sooner than I expected so I called to cancel the ticket within 1 hour. Then I was told the cancellation fee is $75 per ticket. I told them, in US, by law, if you cancel within 24 hours, you cannot charge a fee. The customer service told me, "Well, the airline cannot charge by law, but CheapOair can."
It is a service fee… But she suggested me (the customer service remains good attitude), "You can change the date with no extra service fee but just need to pay the price difference." I even repeated to make sure no extra fee involved. My booking is for family of 4, $75 is really pricey, so I did choose to change date. And she told me, for new dates, there will be extra $35 per ticket, I was shocked… I am currently on the Expedia website now but same itinerary is not only $35 more expensive but cheaper than my original itinerary. I told the agent regarding to the price on Expedia, She told me, there is nothing she can do, this is the price she saw from her system. – I have no choice.
Then I filed a best price guarantee claim right away, after I received the confirmation of my new itinerary at 4:03 pm. (I took the screenshot same day at 4:57 pm/central time from Expedia as to make sure that I found the better price within 24 hours after my booking was made.) The person Riddhi who handled this claim replied me that the ticket was confirmed after 5 pm, so she cannot honor me the price difference due to that.
I was really upset, I sent her the confirmation I received and the phone conversation that I had with agent to confirm this new booking is ever sometime earlier than this email confirmation (and I believe all the phone are recorded for quality assurance, they should be able to find out easily). Riddhi said she can do nothing but submitted all the information to Supervisor desk and they will contact me within 24 hours or I can call customer service.
And it has been 46 hours now, no one contact me and I called customer service, they said no notes on my booking so they cannot do anything… Riddhi does replied my email with good attitude but nothing she can help. I didn’t get any contact who can handle this case that I can follow up with but can just wait for their call. I don’t know if their system has issues regarding to what time the ticket was confirmed. But I do have the proves and records for them to verify, I am very sure that I qualified what they need for BRG.
Spending hours in few days but goes to nowhere. I feel this company is not honest regarding the information provided on the website (cancellation fee), timing that they promised to get back to you, ticket confirmation system and BRG policy. It has been few years since last time I use their service, I am really hoping they could get my trust back. And someone is going to reach me SOON on positive response on BRG claim. Or I will never buy from this company and share my experience with my friend and on the communities too.
Yu Ling, unfortunately you do not qualify for the bpg because you are adding in the change penalty into the total price and you can't do that. You can only compare the original ticket cost which is the same price as expedia. When you agreed to make the date change, the airline has a penalty of 100.00 therefore you cannot add that to the airfare, that is separate. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

This is a lousy cheating company to book thru and I won't be back. I never would agree to prices 2-3 x the offers I get sent everyday. You need to refund my overcharge amount immediately. Mr.Feldhaus, we have gone over this with you several times since you booked this August 15. You have not been overcharged, and we have reviewed the calls and the agent explained to you the ticket cost was $168.20 per person onway, you have been charged $336.40 for 2 tickets total, taxes and fees in which you agreed to pay. You called us on 8/22 a week after the booking to question the cost, You had seat assignment fee of $29.95 extra which we refunded you that day, therefore the 336.40 was the total, with no extras. You booked another reservation in which that was also gone over with you, and again, the price quoted is what you were charged. If you had a question about the cost, or found a lower fare for this oneway ticket, you have to inform us within 24 hours and provide the screen shots of a lower fare and it had to be available for the exact same dates, and airlines. It was a week later, therefore bpg is no longer applicable. Several supervisors reviewed the call, our billing team went over the individual charges, and there is no error on our part. Actually airfares had gone up now, being a week later. $168.00 to florida is a great rate!

I have purchased a trip to Bucharest, Romania through this company. First surprise was at the airport (JFK) when I was told that my checked in suitcase it will need to be retrieved in Paris and re-checked to final destination!!! I only had 90 minutes to get my suitcase, re-check, go through security and make it to the terminal. It was a challenge and without the help of a wonderful airport staff in Paris that did all the checks and walk me through security to the gate, I probably was not able to make the flight. I called Customer Service and an individual with a heavy east Indian accent started to scream at me saying that I choose that flight and is not CheapOair fault even that on the booking was never mention that I have to re-check my luggage.
I will not recommend this Company at all, it is a hassle to try to get someone at the end of the customer service line that speaks English, they do have an attitude and not willing or trying to help at all. The second problem that I had on this trip was related to the car rental that I have booked with CheapOair. I got the car in the airport and with no hassle, but the next day I got a notification from my Credit Card for the charge and I noticed that I was charged an EXTRA amount of 416.41USD than the CheapOair quoted me on my reservation!!! On top of everything on the next day on the National TV was a report about this car rental company (Mex) where it was presented how they are scamming tourists coming from US by overcharge the CC without their knowledge or charging them imaginary damages to the rental cars.
I called CheapOair car rental support and no surprise the same East Indian representative told me that is nothing they can do because they only charged 8$ their commission and they are not responsible. I did told them that the rental car company is a fraudulent business and the only reason I am in trouble now is because I found/booked them from the CheapOair web page. The second person that I spoke with took my e-mail address and asked me for copies of the CC receipt, promised me that he will look into it and will send me an e-mail with the result of the investigation. Now a month later I am only receiving spam e-mail every day and on the CheapOair web page the first choice for renting a car in Otopeni, Bucharest is the scam rental company that stole over 400$ from me.
Is clear that CheapOair is only interested in making a huge profit without caring what happening to their clients after they got their money. I was at least expecting them to remove the fraudulent car rental company (Mex) from their web page but not even that happened. Shame on you CheapOair for doing business with type of crooks. I can't express how incredibly disappointed and disgusted I am with this company. I will absolutely never ever book or refer business with them ever again. I booked an international flight and the booking agent was very kind and helpful on the call, however he missed to tell me the fine prints before my credit card was processed for the payment. Also the 24 hour cancellation policy was promoted with no string attached, leading to the assumption that it really means what another competing website is offering. Unfortunately for me I had to ask for a cancellation for one of the connecting flights and then I found out all the hidden cost involved and realized how difficult it is to deal with them.
I learnt of the cancellation fee for the first time (which makes no sense if you are promising 24 hour cancellation). Also it’s a huge amount as I have 5 tickets involved here. All of a sudden the nice rep started to put the blame on me - you asked me to do this and you asked to do that. I am sure he has a different story in his notes where I asked him to do everything and I brought this unfortunate experience upon myself.
The supervisor came on line to mediate, he asked me to send him screen shots and provided an email address, he confirmed receiving and reading the email while I was still on the phone call and promised he would get back to me with an update and the maximum time it would take would be 45 mins to an hour, it’s been more than 6 hours, no call or email update has come through. Unfortunately again, I also have an email delivery failure (mail address not found and email was not delivered) for the email that I sent. I am surprised that the supervisor confirmed receipt.
I was first disappointed that I am stuck with a deal that I don’t want and I cannot cancel without shelling out more money and I was okay with that one bad experience and a lesson for life. However, now I am disgusted that the rep and the supervisor pretended to help resolve the issue only to ensure that I lose the 24 hour deadline and to plug any gaps in their story. I have followed up ever since with other reps and they were ZERO help. Interestingly enough these are all verbal communications (so it will most likely end up being she said, he said but then you said kind of a story). I booked these flights 40 days in advance to avoid any hassle, I will have to live through this experience every day for the next 3 months till I am back home again.

Finally got out of chat repair and called. They too tried to blame me. I assured them I was sure I knew what I was doing. And the fault was clearly on their end. I practiced it again tonight and their web page did the exact same thing. Are they a US company? They should have their state license pulled. Do not use this service. See pictures, test website. My price jumped from $206.00 to $357.00. Enter destinations. It completely changes your itinerary on unseen previous page. You hit confirm and you are done! So not fair.

I scheduled a flight. But had problems with keeping original plans. Talked to one individual. Got a decent rescheduling. But called back when was sure that would work. And got nothing but a runaround and the price to reschedule was twice the price of original flight. Although the flight I chose was much cheaper than original flight. I will NEVER use these crooks again. Have many times before. But the worst customer service I have ever had.

Cheapoair quoted me a price for flights on a roundtrip flight. They charge my card for the returning flight and due to a credit limit per day was unable to process my initial arriving flight. They assured me that they could hold my rates until I used my limits which I did. When I called back the agent told me the rates had changed and it would cost me 200$ more than my original quote. I specifically asked this agent not to cancel my returning flight and that I would call them back. I then proceeded to call the airlines who confirmed my original rates.
Because I needed to book quickly or seats would be gone I booked directly with the agent at the airlines. My payment was processed and I was issued a confirmation code. I then called CheapOair back to make sure my returning flight was secured. This agent was mad because I had booked my own arriving flight and told me I had to pay him fees ranging between 28$-133$. He also insisted on me giving him a verbal confirmation to cancel my flights. Which I refused. I then told the agent I was done talking with him and called my returning flight airline to ensure I still had it. While on the phone with them they said it's funny someone is canceling your flights as we speak.
Luckily they were able to just book the flight again. However my card was charged a second time. My two flights were booked through separate airlines and while I def. had a way home, little did I know CheapOair sneakily went behind my back and canceled my flight that I personally booked directly through the other airline. (Thank God I checked before arriving the next day). After I was told by the airline that my flight had been canceled by CheapOair and that they no longer had seats available I called CheapOair back. Now it's Monday afternoon I'm still home and spent my entire weekend on the phone talking with agents as well as supervisors at CheapOair and no one cared that I have paid for a resort and a return flight and cannot even get to my destination.
Plus because of all the charges to my credit card, that have yet to be refunded I no longer have the necessary funds to go on vacation. Cheapoair was unsympathetic and in fact told me in a roundabout way that I was annoying them and no longer had the patience nor the time to deal with my misfortune. I strongly advice anyone looking to travel to make certain not to use CheapOair as your travel agent. They actually canceled my flight without my verbal consent and have destroyed my dream vacation. I'm not only losing money but also time with family. And it's time I'll never get back.

I had to evacuate by car due to Irma. Delta was great canceling a trip BUT when I was scheduled to return to Naples I had to drive my car back to Naples. I tried and gave many hours on the phone to CHEAPOAIR and was promised by a supervisor SUSIE that if I called back on the 25th they would credit my card but she wanted to wait until then as she thought the airline would be more likely to give them money back. She promised by a credit. I am now on hold again for hours as they listen to the conversation I had with Susie. BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONS. I CAN PROMISE THEY ARE NOT GOING TO GIVE ME A REFUND. THEY HAVE BEEN RUDE AND TAKEN SO MUCH OF MY TIME. Will never give them my business again. NOT WORTH IT.

I found the process easy and economical. The person who helped me out was certainly more helpful than the website. I hope I am able to get all I want to take at that time of year in one carry on bag. I am glad my purse is not included in that requirement.

I can only refrain from people booking with CheapOair! I booked a flight with them in May 2017 for the travel date of September 2017! The airline cancelled my returning flight three weeks before my travel date. When I originally called (the same day I heard online about the canceled flights) I was informed it to stay calm. In within 7 business days I will have a returning flight booked around the same day as my original return date! 5 days before my travel date I have still not received any information about my return flight so I called again. I was on hold for about an hour before being told there within 24 to 48 hours I should have an invite via email. My new return date was now 4 days after flying out to Europe! When I called to say that this is unacceptable I was informed that that's the only flight I can take or I can get a full refund without a penalty!
I was encouraged to book a new flight, due to receiving the refund! I did so and cancelled the original flight I booked in May! 4 days later I called the company again because I have still not received an email confirmation about the cancellation of my flight and was informed (only by calling them myself) during that call after waiting on hold for about an hour again that I will not receive a refund and my flight was not cancelled!
I have been on the phone with this company the last 4 days before my travel trip to Europe with my infant daughter everyday trying to get answers on why I was told to get my money back. Rebooked a complete new flight and now I'm being told that I will not receive any money back! Every time I call I am on hold forever and nobody seems to communicate with each other as I am constantly being told my return flight was changed to 4 days after leaving for Europe! I am insured that they will listen to the tapes of my conversation but next time I call that seems to have never even been talked about! I informed them I rebooked to go to Germany with new dates and I am receiving a call back at midnight just for them to tell me the same info they told me 6 days ago! I am frustrated, exhausted and pissed at how they do business and their customer service!

I purchase two non refundable tickets on July 13, 2017. After I received my booking confirmation I notice the dates was wrong. They corrected the dates for an increase in the fare and send me another confirmation with one of the names misspelled. I call back to correct the misspelled name. I was told that I would has to buy another ticket and the price would go up plus for the name to be corrected I would have to pay 50.00, but I would has to wait five day days before they would let me know whether it could be done, after five days I call back just to be told to wait three more days. I asked was it so hard to change a name. I was told that it's difficult to get a misspelled name changed due to the airline. All of this was not my fault because I put in everything correct. I even spoke to custom, spelled the names with the correct date and still came back wrong.
I had to buy another set of tickets directly from the airline that We was traveling on. I lost my money with CheapOair. 436.00 because the tickets was non refundable. I think they did this on purpose with the going up of the tickets and not changing the name so you can lose your money. My sister and I are both seniors and really did not have 436.00 to just lose like that. Although I will to cooperate with them with paying the increase because I didn't want to lose my money. I call my PayPal credit card to try to get my refund back after I had to buy more tickets but was still unable to get my money back because they say I fly on the dates using their tickets plus. I provided proof to my PayPal of the tickets I purchase but they say I had to have proof of CheapOair promising to refund my money, which I only had word of mouth and I did not recorded conservation. This company is fraud. Stay away from.
