I'm sure that your customer service is excellent but your online booking site, for want of another word, sucks. I have two occasions had issue with your site, each resulting with double booking and loss of money. 1. Do not insert flight dates outside the date criteria selected by the customer. You might think you are helping but you are not. 2. If the system crashes during payment, do not take the payment and not confirm for a few days. I would not say that I am stupid but on my off days, the last thing I need is misinformation or user unfriendly or non idiot proof systems.

Booked flights for 2 people through the website with Malindo Air. Was not told that I was booking a 'zero baggage' flight. Website link provided for 'Baggage Fees' was broken and mentioned 'Airline not Found'. Upon arriving at the airport, was told it would be over $600 CAD for my 2 bags totaling 31KG. After much arguing, was told they would reduce the charge to $425 CAD, almost $90 CAD more than the actual tickets. Phoned CheapOair and was told there was nothing that could be done. If you're going to sell low fares, at least enable the customer to research what they are buying. Won't use again.

I recently purchased one way premium economy flights via CheapOair. The final price quoted and the invoiced amount turned out to be several hundred dollars more than the fare shown on their website so I requested a detailed invoice. It turns out there were two additional charges in addition to the advertised fare in the amounts of $21.90 and $180. The $21.90 was for Travel Assist which I did not request nor was even made aware of and a $180 agency fee. I spoke to them via Chat and had them remove the Travel Assist and fee.
The agency fee I reluctantly accepted since with it the fare was still considerably less than any comparable fare I had been able to find. While their website shows the option of Travel Assist I find it unscrupulous to automatically include it without making the customer aware. Likewise a hidden agency fee is deceptive at best and in my mind unethical. I have no objection to being charged a reasonable fee (although $180 is not reasonable) to provide a service but hiding such fees is no way to conduct a business. I for one will never book with them again.

After I made a cancellation and paid the penalty as well. I was told to pay more amount so that they pay me back. They did send me an invoice the same day and told me that I will get my money with 3 circles. I has been more than 6 months now and whenever I call the billing department inquiring about my issue I am getting the same reply from them. That I send an email with my bank statements since that time and they will respond within 48 hours. I have send several email. Unfortunately I do not get any response from them and when I call them again they say that they did not receive any email from me. How come all my emails are going to others except them? I checked again and again and make sure that I am sending to the right address. Moreover I am trying to find another alternative to send my complain but their system is not clear at all. My reference no is **.

CheapOair used to be helpful and cheap. Now, they charge exorbitant service fees, use completely unprofessional high pressure tactics and agents, make several booking mistakes that cost hours to fix on personal time, misadvertise fares in real time, and end up costing more agony and time to correct their errors than they are worth. I have also experienced their complete disregard for arranging disability accommodations which is super simple for them to do. I called to rectify this once and found out the REAL cost of my tickets were far less ($80+) than what CheapOair charged me, even with the $20 “coupon” they offered me. The ticket agent also lied and said the coupon I was given was only for car rental and hotel - not airfare. Our conversation was so scammy on her part. I spoke to several airline agents and escalations departments directly and they advised their tickets are CHEAPER to go directly through them.

Airline itself confirmed 24 hour free cancellation, but CheapOair keeps $100 of payment as fee anyway. Outrageous since NOT clearly advised at original booking/checkout. Not Cheapo at all. When booking a series of flights + Hotel + car etc with CheapOair, BE AWARE that EACH ticket is separate in itself. Even though I was sent a single long invoice with all the separate flights, hotels etc of my trip. When my trip was canceled due to Hurricane Harvey, the total trip was not handled as a one booking but as many single units - each to be checked and double checked. It took quite a learning curve for me to manage - the end result of my bureaucratic seeming muddle, is very satisfactory. Lesson is, that CheapOair handles, and is good for simple single small steps - nothing multiple or complex.

We booked a flight on CheapOAir. Realized in less an hour that it was for the wrong day return. Called the support desk and they told us they couldn’t change it. If we wanted to change it would cost us $500+. International and US federal laws allows changes to be made or flights to be cancelled within 24 hrs of booking. Apparently CheapOAir is not interested in complying with the law and scams consumers.

After a long wait when a van showed up to pick me up but she told me that it was not their booking. My name was not in their list. I was looking for airline tickets for my wife and to travel to the Philippines. Went to CheapOair to check out the price and the available seats. The website for CheapOair will not allow you to check for available seat assignments before clicking on the "continue booking" spot. I did so only to find that none of the available seats were desirable. After exiting CheapOair I went elsewhere to find what I wanted. The next day I find that CheapOair had finalized the booking that I did not "Finally" authorize. I merely was moving as required toward the specific seating availability. Now CheapOair is charging me for the flights I did not agree to.

Just booked a flight on CheapOair for the first time, and immediately realized it was for the wrong destination. My fault for not confirming, but when I inputted a destination, the first two options were for something completely different. I did a search for a flight to Miami for the 11th of December, and the first option was for the 10th, the second for a flight to Orlando. Was a great price so booked the second one (used to flying to Orlando, didn't click in) and then realized my mistake.
Called them immediately and was able to cancel, but with a $100 fee. So they charged me for the full price for the flight when I booked it online, but that won't get credited for at least a week. They charge the $100 cancellation fee immediately as well on the phone instead of just reducing the credit by $100. I am sure they make a ton of money with this practice. So, yes, stupid of me to not catch my mistake, but bad on them for not making it much more obvious that these first two options are for something else; give me a big button that says "Alternate Options" instead of hiding it. I'm sure this is on purpose; a quick $100 for them. Just beware, that's all.

When I called in the associate was extremely helpful and for an additional 100.00 found me a flight. He was helpful except he failed to inform me that my debit card would be billed twice for the airline tickets. American Airlines billed me an additional 535.00 after CheapOair billed me 1204.02. I am so unhappy. I called in the very next morning when the new charge from American Airlines hit my account. This transaction is going to overdraft my account and I was NOT expecting the extra charges. This is so unsatisfactory and troublesome. I will NEVER do business here again and I will tell everyone I know what you have done to my account. I will say that the associates did try and help me.

I booked the ticket on April 30, 2019, over the phone and the person who helped me told me that there will be no charge if I cancel within the next 24 hours. I trusted him and then confirmed my ticket. Next morning, I called CheapOair to cancel the ticket due to my wife visa issue. Someone picked up the phone and the moment I said I need to cancel the ticket, they transferred the call and I had to wait for more than an hour. This was quite frustrating. One person after an hour picked up the phone and was ready to cancel the ticket and told me he will charge me $75. I insisted that the person told me there would be no charge. And he said OK. And transferred my call without letting me know. I again waited for an hour just to talk to someone and no one responded.
I tried a different number and picked up the phone and again transferred to someone else as I told them I need help to cancel my booking. During the time of holding, I was also getting support from the Chat Help. There was a lady who told me she will give one-time exception and will not charge anything. She sent me a one time password over the email and closed the chat window. I had to read the one time password so that they do not charge any fee. When I read the email it said I have to provide then this one time password otherwise they will charge the cancellation fee. I tried to call them many times, and again hours and hours long hold. I booked roundtrip ticket from YVR to MNL for 3 adult and 1 infant on lap through CheapOair for Hong Kong airlines. When they email me the ticket I noticed that the ticket number was pending for my infant but there was a charge on the receipt. I called CHEAPOAIR to ask about it and they said we will purchase the infant ticket on the airport. After a few weeks I received an email that HK Airlines change their flight schedule and on the change we will have a 24 hours layover in HK. I accepted the change and asked them to send me the new confirmation. In the confirmation I saw that they already issued a ticket number for my baby and I still saw that there is a charge for it which made me think that everything was settled so I Booked a hotel room in HK for the night and it is non- refundable. So April 29 came for our flight so we checked in but when we are almost ready to board the plane.
HK airline staff came running after us claiming that they didn't receive payment for my infant, so she told us to hold and call CheapOair to ask able but CHEAPOAIR was taking a long time to resolve the issue that we run out of time. We even asked the airline if we will just pay that moment but they said, “We don't issue ticket here.” She even told us that if we want "3 adults can board the plane but we will leave our baby behind", because his ticket was not paid due to the incompetent CHEAPOAIR's call center agent base in India. We were left by HK Airline and all the faults was with them and with the travel agency. I am demanding 100% refund and they need to pay me the hotel reservation that I lost due to their mistakes. I have been with customer service on the phone and on their chat forum and they just keep you waiting until you just can't wait anymore. There is an available flight (through CheapOair) with the same airline, same date (of the original flight) that departs only 10 minutes earlier from the flight that got canceled. I recently had my first experience with Cheapoair. They do offer good deals on flights, and offer many airlines to choose from. I was initially satisfied when I booked my flight. However, 5-6 weeks before my travel date (California-Thailand), I was notified by text message there was an urgent matter and I had to contact a representative. I was told our outgoing flight was cancelled by the airline. I would think this should be an easy matter to resolve, as there were many other flights on different airlines the same day, I thought Cheapoair would let us select another. That's where the trouble began. Apparently, if a flight is cancelled, even that far in advance, Cheapoair will ONLY let you (for free) select another flight by the same airline.
In our case, I was told I had to wait 24-48 hours for a phone call (which never came) from Cheapoair after they tried to resolve the issue with the airline. After more than 48 hours I received an e-mail with an alternative flight, that was 12 hours later than our initial flight with a 7 hour layover (no thanks!). I called back, was on hold over an hour before being connected with a representative. I requested another flight, and was told we could take one that left the night before our initial travel date and I was satisfied with that. The rep told me in a day or two I would receive a new email with the new itinerary.
When that email did come, it was WITH THE FLIGHT THAT I DID NOT WANT WITH THE 7 HOUR LAYOVER. What ensued was numerous phone calls back to Cheapoair, talked to multiple people and finally, less than 30 days before my travel date I did receive the new itinerary which was correct. Will never use again, as they are not even that much cheaper than Orbitz or Expedia.

Not only had I spent an hour on the phone trying to get this flight booked but then I had spent yet another 1/2 hour in chat trying to resolve this problem which by the way is still not resolved.
As we all know that prices can change like the blink of an eye which I do understand but when they are telling you one thing and with your 2 own eyes are seeing something else it is VERY hard to have TRUST in a travel agency such as this one. Not only would I tell people to stay away from this online booking site as they are GREAT in misleading the purchaser and stand behind nothing that they PROMISE. I said I was going to call the airline directly to verify this and see if I had to do that and the representative said, "No - the airline can't help you with this, only we can!"
I took that as a sign and thankfully I did because the airline updated it so when TSA scanned our tickets, our middle names would pop up and we would be fine for FREE. But then I find out my seat selection costs something. And I can't figure out what my baggage fees are gonna be, I'm just told to "check with the airline." Cool. But I have 3 separate airlines to check with.
So I go looking for other information, and whaddaya know! The "seat selection" isn't even guaranteed, they "make a request" with the airline, but they're gonna charge you to make said request... And then I find out that the "free 24 hour cancellation" isn't actually free, it's just free from the airlines' perspective; you still have to pay $50 per passenger for domestic flights and $75 per person on international flights. I called them to cancel it, and after 10 minutes of being on hold, when I honestly tell them I'm utilizing their free cancellation because that I'm sketched out, they transfer me from cancelling my booking to customer service. 10 minutes later, no one is picking up, so I use the chat function from my confirmation email.
10 minutes of waiting for them to "find my details" I find out that the cancellation is not free. Another 10 minutes later they finally are "cancelling" my flight information, happily informing me a charge will still be made to my card for cancelling. Another 10 minutes later I finally get an email stating they are processing my cancellation. That email kindly stated, "Once you've completed your cancellation, you will be eligible for an estimated refund of USD 6680.92, subject to validation and approval from the airline(s). You will receive a confirmation of the final amount within 24 hours." So, crossing my fingers that the airlines don't hold me to some stupid thing.
It's my fault for not doing my due diligence when I saw the 20 minute countdown-timer on the booking. I'm the idiot. Don't be an idiot like me. If you're doing a quick little jaunt, maybe these guys are fine. My 3-airline, "super-cheap" ticket was gonna end up being as expensive as the rest of the tickets by the time CheapOair nickel-and-dimed me out of it. So. Yeah.

I bought two tickets, ONE RESERVATION and RESERVATION #, from CheapOAir, for a round trip flight from Minneapolis, MN, to Manila, Philippines, via a connecting flight in San Francisco, California. I was assured by CheapOAir customer service on the phone, prior to booking on line, that it's an "INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT" and the same luggage allowance for the international leg would be all the way through (Sun Country Airline from Minneapolis to and from San Francisco, and Philippine Airline from San Francisco to Manila and back). Philippine Airlines, for an international flight, is TWO 50 lb checked bags and one carry on bag.
I called Sun Country to VERIFY this was the case, and they said that since CheapOAir put it in as TWO SEPARATE tickets INSTEAD of a "inter-line connecting flight ticket", that I would have to pay for my luggage to and from Minneapolis to San Francisco and back -- same luggage allowance as Philippine Airlines -- will cost me an additional $360 for my wife and I for the round trip (two checked bags and one carry one at $30 each bag for each traveler -- for my wife and I, $180 from Minneapolis to San Francisco, and another $180 from San Francisco to Minneapolis) for a total of $360.
Now, I BOUGHT ONE TICKET -- went through CheapOAir because that's what they do -- they are internet travel agents and they mix and match flights to get you ONE TICKET -- ONE RESERVATION -- same as all my last flights over to Philippines. I would NEVER have bought this flight if I knew they were going to book it this way. I could have gone to the individual airlines and booked that way, but I didn't want the hassle dealing with all the details -- that's why we trust these "travel agents".
I am in the process of filing a grievance with CheapOAir, which will go to my state board that licenses travel agents, as well as a BBB complaint, IF CheapOAir doesn't make good on either paying my luggage fees -- OR -- changed the ticket to an "inter-line connecting flight" ticket (which if it's an INTERLINE CONNECTING FLIGHT, then Sun Country would honor the baggage policies of Philippine Airlines) and it would not cost me anything. DO YOUR RESEARCH -- RECORD ALL CALLS with the travel agent center -- and make sure you keep written records of your interactions -- VERY UNETHICAL, in my opinion!

I bought a multi-leg ticket from CheapOair, the final two flights being London to Miami arriving at 3 pm and Miami to Grand Cayman at 8.55 pm, all with American Airlines. They subsequently emailed saying that the time of the Miami/ Cayman flight had been changed to 12.55 pm - 2 hours and 5 minutes before I landed in Miami. I was given the option of accepting or not accepting the change but if I didn't accept it, a message appeared saying "...you may lose the entire value of your non-refundable ticket despite our best efforts to help you".
I emailed CheapOair and received two holding emails but no solution, so I called them today. After waiting for 20 minutes, I got through to someone who said that the 8.55 PM AA flight had been cancelled - which it hadn't, as a quick check on the AA website showed - and then put me thru to the Schedule Change Team who have confirmed that I can get a flight the following day (and pay the hotel cost myself) or get a refund "in one to two billing cycles - that is in 1-2 months. I had to wait on the phone for 1 1/2 hours overall. At least I'm told I will get the full amount back, but I have no ticket and am out of pocket for two months. I will never use these rubbish people again - they move tickets around and you will pay the price! If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I have spent over 7 hours waiting to speak to a supervisor which never returned our phone calls as promised. We called their customer service line call center numerous times but kept being put on hold for 45-90 minutes.
Ironically, they have their billing department (Keenan) call and request more money and when I ask to speak to a supervisor or the Customer Service Center to fix the canceled flight issue, I am again put on hold for approximately 45-90 minutes. How can we reschedule/refund a flight without the ability to discuss our case with the correct department (which does not return phone calls or pick up the phone)? I only registered the JU with my vision so clearly I should have noticed that the agent entered the wrong date. It is not totally the agent at fault as I should have noticed when he asked me to verify. A solution and time saving way to do this would be to allow the agent to use a chat window while on the phone. Then the customer can type the dates and their personal info without the long process of repeating every letter.

After waiting on hold for 45 minutes a representative finally came on the line. After, confirming the flight with CheapOair, I assumed that all was good. ALL WAS NOT GOOD. My 73 year old father traveled 3,500 miles on an 11 hour flight only to reach his first destination and be told that his next flight (the one booked through CheapOair) was CANCELLED.

Mind you, I am a busy ER doc with no time in my day to call these agents and get them to their job of communicating with the airline for changes. They are not proactive in guaranteeing their paying customers flights in the setting of cancellations. They are notorious for making false promises about callbacks, or email notifications about changing. Do not believe that they can problem solve and only looking to get your money through booking. I found a better price and flight schedule on Expedia ($696), right after completion of my online booking. I immediately contacted Online chat - it was slow and not helpful. CheapOair chat online Ayler cut me off when I requested canceling, next online chat Olive advised my requested departure flight change (same airline, same day, later time) would cost extra $477, or cancellation charge $75. I called the 800 #, and Ryan was able to make my flight change and get me a further $5 discount, I still paid $50 over Expedia's price and it took over 2 hours to resolve.
So, caveat emptor, making online bookings, check flights and offers thoroughly, among sites, the 24 hour cancellation is not free, be patient. The 3 charges on my card were $897.03, $897.03, and $827.07. I called the company (took them an hour to respond) and the lady on the phone told me that the extra $897.03 was a "bank hold," something done to prevent fraud or something, and that it should be released in 3-5 days. That is absurd! Shady business practices used to milk the customer for every bogus charge they possibly can. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY TO MAKE TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS!
Very sorry for the inconvenience. It is correct, when paying by debit card, your bank will put a pre-authorization on your card when you first make a reservation just to make sure the money is there and put aside. When the tickets get issued, that is when the card actually gets charged, and can appear to have been charged twice. We explained this to the customer and she was upset, therefore the reservation has been canceled and she is being refunded in full. Unfortunately that is how it works when using bank debit cards, the only way to prevent that from happening is if a credit card is used.

The airlines have non refundable policies on their fares, so canceling doesn't mean you will get a full refund. I had bought 2 tickets for my parents to go to Thailand and SPECIFICALLY ASKED THAT THEY HAVE TO HAVE THE SEATS TOGETHER because my mom needs a lot to help! I bought the tickets way in advance so that this can happen. They assured me that the seats will be together! I took them to the airport, make the story short, the had different seats! I call CheapOair customer service and not only did she NOT HELP, she raised her voice at me too. I asked to speak to a manager and she refused and said they will tell me the same thing. Nothing got resolved. I paid over $2000 dollars for this! This is asinine. If they COULD NOT secure a seat, they should have told me that up front instead of assuring me that all will be well. I would have bought a ticket from the airline directly. This has caused me, my travelers a whole lot of pain. Oh, and when you speak with customer service they direct you to foreigners to resolve your problems!!! Not good.

CheapOair has the WORST customer service. I purchased the tickets on March.05 for $2179.50 and this is the receipt I got via email and website confirmation. Fast forward to April and without any notice, I noticed the actual amount charged on my credit card was $3039.50. An increase of $860.00. CheapOair says the confirmation page and email receipt was a billing mistake and there's nothing they can do. So I am stuck eating this $860 because I don't have enough time to rebook and if I did cancel, I would be hit with about the same amount in fees. Not recommended.

The flight that I booked was leaving at 2:51 pm and arriving 10:46 pm SUNDAY. When I got my email I was shocked that I was actually arriving at my destination at 10pm Monday and the LAYOVER WAS 22 HOURS AND 23 MINUTES.
Don't you think that their website should be a little more forthcoming with ALL OF THE DETAILS? Or should I have to search their website from page to page for the connecting flight? Make sure the flights don't go from one day to next and on to the next? It just screams scam and anything to sell the crap flights. When considering a Super Saver Fare, if you hover over the information icon it says: "Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're unsatisfied, call up to 4 hours after you book for a hassle-free refund". This gave me the comfort to move forward with making a Super Saver booking. I was on the phone with CheapOair customer support within about 10 minutes of receiving my booking confirmation to cancel what I thought was an undesirable itinerary.
The India-based customer rep did everything he could to stall cancellation. Looked for alternative fares and when finally pressed to cancel said there was a $50/ticket cancellation charge. I protested this for a while and then he finally said he had to "check with the airline". Was on hold for a bit. Came back saying the cancellation could be reduced to $20/ticket. I told him I would call the airline directly and when pressed to clarify who was charging the cancellation fee he admitted it was CheapOair and not the airline. I called him out on his deception. Asked for the his information and the address of his office in New Delhi. He finally agreed to process a full refund.
I received a confirmation e-mail of the refund. You'd think that was the end, but it wasn't! Received a phone call a few minutes after hanging up only to be told by the same rep that he had to transfer me to a senior manager within the cancellation department to complete the cancellation. I spent another 15 minutes on the phone with this person (mostly on hold) and he confirmed the cancellation was done. I received an updated cancellation e-mail confirmation that SURPRISE SURPRISE had deducted $60 ($20 x 3 tickets) from the new final refunded amount. When I explained this to the rep he kept asking me to recheck the e-mails received and tried to give me the run around as I if I was the one confused.
Finally, the rep sent me another e-mail from his work address (...@ukr.fareportal.com) stating: ---------- CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION. We've received your cancellation request for booking (#....). Your cancellation is COMPLETE. By airline policy your ticket is refundable. Ticket amount is $X. Should you need any further clarifications/assistance, please feel free to contact us. ----------
Notice the wrinkle? It doesn't state the refundable amount like the earlier e-mails that showed the wrong amount. It instead slyly states that the ticket is refundable and the original ticket amount. After I described the issue to the rep and requested another e-mail he hung up on me! The audacity of these people; imagine how routine it must be for them to try to deceive customers like this day in and day out. CheapOair is not a business worth supporting. I encourage you to spend your travel dollars elsewhere.

No signage whatsoever did I see. I ended up on Ft. Hood Army Base. Needless to say, I was escorted off rather quickly. I found that accidentally as well. So being it was about 5:20 am I knew I was not going to be able to find the airport in time for the flight. I decided to head back home, guess what? I found the airport in time to see my flight take off.
Again, no signage! If you do not die, or in a hospital you will not get your money back. Only a 2 hour drive around Killeen to find IH-35 and head home. I drive a Kia, and let me tell you $40.00 later in gas, I got home. So this absence of signage for the airport has cost me $480.00 for flight, another 136.00 in hotel fees, non-refundable of course. $40.00 for gas. Insurance companies do not like to give up your money. They take it fast enough, but don't expect it back due to unforeseen circumstances. On 1/21/19, I made roundtrip flight reservations from Portland, ME to Orlando, FL on Frontier Airlines (CheapO Air Booking# **, Airline Confirmation **). I purposely chose a later return flight option (at greater expense) departing Orlando at 8:00AM. I also paid for our baggage at the time I made the reservation. I followed the link on the site for baggage costs - $30 for the first checked bag and $35 for a carry on, if purchased at the time of the ticket purchase.
Once the tickets were purchased, my husband reserved our car rental on 1/27/19 for a total cost of $892.72, with a booking prepayment of $713.89 (car confirmation# **). In the ensuing weeks following the reservation, I received two "changes" to the flight schedule, the first one moving the return flight time to 7:00AM (2/28/19) and then another change (3/6/19) to 6:39AM. So, in effect, we are now departing Orlando at approximately the same time as the earlier flight that we did not want that was offered at a cheaper rate when I made the reservation, but there has been no price adjustment for the inconvenience. I believe this is what is called a “bait and switch."
Next, what I didn't notice on the updates until later were three things: increased baggage fees charges, a mysterious "enhanced baggage service" fee (which was not broken out to say what is included but I know I did not purchase any enhanced baggage service!), and finally the car rental information was completely wrong. The confirmation said that we owed a total of $1,434.09 for our car rental, when in fact we had rented a car for $892.72, of which we had already prepaid $713.89, which left a balance due of $178.83 (car confirmation# **). The breakdown on the the baggage fees that was sent with the CheapOAir confirmations was for $140.00 for two checked bags roundtrip, when it should have been $120.00 (at $30 each as posted on the Frontier Airline baggage costs link).
At this point, I decided to call Customer Service to straighten things out. I got a woman who was extremely difficult to understand and after an hour, had not helped in any way but just kept saying “I am so sorry...” In frustration, I finally hung up, but then a supervisor called back. I went through the whole thing again, asking about the increased baggage fee for the checked bags, the “enhanced baggage service” fee charged and the car rental problem. The supervisor explained that CheapOAir always charges a surcharge on top of the baggage fees listed; however, that piece of information was not apparent or clearly identified anywhere during the time I was selecting flights on the Frontier Airline site or on the link that described the baggage costs.
The Supervisor never explained what the “enhanced baggage service” fee was all about, but offered to refund $30 - to date we have seen no refunds. Also, since the “enhanced baggage services” fee was lumped in with “Taxes and Agency Fees”, I still do not know what the actual charge was and what that mysterious service included. The supervisor apologized for the error in the car rental confirmation information. While speaking with the supervisor on 3/15/19, suddenly an email appeared in my inbox with a reservation confirmation from Frontier Airlines which also included a breakdown of the baggage costs.
This was the first time we had received a confirmation from Frontier Airline - all the previous confirmations and flight changes and car rental charges came from CheapOAir. What is still not clear is the $210.00 charge for “Options” beneath the cost of the Airfare of $372.10 and the Taxes and Carrier-imposed fees of $181.00. for a total of just the airline portion of $763.20. The “options” charges are not broken out so there is no way to know what they are referring to. If enhanced baggage service is included in those charges, then it is something I did not ask for. The charges for the baggage in the email received on 3/15/19 were broken out for the first time at $35.00 a bag, regardless of whether it was the first checked bag or a carry on, and not what was advertised on the Frontier website when I made the reservation.
All in all, it has been an unpleasant, confusing and frustrating experience that has been filled with obfuscation, both in the emailed confirmations and with the 'not so much' help from “customer service.” CheapOAir is not so cheap, once you begin to uncover the hidden, unexplained costs and multiple changes to the flight schedule. I would not recommend flying through CheapOAir to anyone in the future.

This can be correct, one way tickets are usually more expensive, the airline price it this way to prevent people from buying round trip tickets and not using the other portion and leaving a seat vacant that they could have been sold. Nothing that us a travel agency can control.

I have booked my flight thru CheapOair for my Parents' visit to US in March Last week. The carrier is Air India and apparently there has been a flight landing time reschedule. The flight was suppose to land in IAD, US airport at 7:30 am and I have booked my connecting flight from IAD to CLT, US at 1:45 PM. Now, due to the flight time reschedule which is landing at 1:30 PM at IAD and I am missing my connecting flight to CLT. CheapOair is not all interested in the grievances customer is facing and denying to issue or compensate for the missing my connecting flight to CLT. SHame on you guys, some of the other way I always have issues with you guys CheapOair every time I book the ticket. Big Cheaters and Liars and look at the audacity of the customer rep to tell me that I have agreed to the change of flight timing, blatant lies.

I cancelled within the same day I booked, and the agent said he would waive the cancellation fee, and he did not. I got charged the $50.00 anyway. Plus, the cancellation fee is in very fine print and is not represented well on the website. I feel cheated.

The first Agent I spoke with was not very helpful, in fact, he was sort of "matter of factly". I hung up on him, called again later that day, got a different Agent and I booked my flights with him. They all act like it's a "privilege" you get to talk to them.
Our apologies for the service you received, this is not how we train our agents to assist our customers.

My booking experience was superb! The agents I spoke with were kind and patient with a first-time international traveler. I will use CheapOair to book domestic flights in the future. Please consider giving your agents a living wage.

Ned was my booker and he offered me flights that were not on the website. Great job Ned. He explained everything, like what to do to check in and check the booking with Delta. I believe I'm ready to go with all the info I wrote down or printed.

I bought my ticket and canceled it afterward. They charged me $50 and said that I was getting my refund in 7-14 days. I canceled it on 3/7/18 and now it’s 3/26/18 and I’m still waiting for my money back. How is this possible? I’m waiting for an answer.

All the staff or agents I have talked to at CheapOair were very nice and courteous. This is the second time we book with them and I will use them again. I have called twice and talked to two different persons, I wish I wrote their names down, but both were pleasant to deal with.
