Great deal with extras and discount prices and easy to book. There were a lot of choices and it was very easy to pick the one that interest us. So much easier than the other website. We booked both our airplane tickets and hotel room for one low rate.

I called last night to book my Florida trip and Jason was wonderful. It was like talking to a old friend. He gave me suggestions for my room. I do recommend that you give him a better computer system. So that he can do his job more efficiently and accurately.

I have been trying to contact a BookIt rep all morning after being transferred from the reservation line. My experience was good and I did receive my answer if I did or did not book ground transportation. The customer service rep was pleasant and willing to assist my travel needs. I will use BookIt for all my travel adventures.

Booking process was easy and the price was cheaper than other sites.

I have been sick and throwing up with diarrhea. Needless to say I won't make my flight. I notified Travel Guard and spoke to Kao # **. She said claims is closed & to call them when they open. It was 6:00 a.m. Kao informed me to call claims after 7a.m.

It worked well. But at one point, I wanted to see the cost of one, specific hotel. I could not find a way to see the price for one night at a named hotel.

I went through another travel service before going to BookIt. I made the right decision. I found the room at the price and time I wanted. I like their payment arrangements. Very flexible especially for those who like to plan trips months ahead.

I would like for a manager to contact me. And refund some of my money. Because apple vacation had the same package for $400 cheaper. And at this point BookIt refuses to help me. With the money that I lost with BookIt. Make it right! Refund $$$.

The ad I got showed a mobile discount with the room for $128 per night. However after booking my credit card was charged $665.46 for 2 nights. I would never had paid this much for such hotel. I tried to get in touch with BookIt but was unsuccessful. Next time if I ever ever use BookIt, will make sure I am charged the advertised prize.

I made my reservation with BookIt.com. This about 10 hours ago. I recently got an email asking me to review BookIt.com, but they didn't ever send me the email with my booking confirmation/information. That seems like a sure fire way to get a mediocre review.

What started out as a possible vacation nightmare, turned out very well (I think). We were notified that our reservations at Riu Palace had been cancelled. I called BookIt.com and fortunately Rob ** answered. After 2 hours of diligent work, Rob not only came up with a viable option (nicer resort), but he was also able to save us a little money. If I owned a company, I definitely would want someone like Rob ** working for me. Very polite, understanding, sympathetic and most importantly for me, he was productive. I have always had good luck with BookIt.com. Unfortunately this was almost a traveler’s worst dream. Thanks Rob.

Today I had the pleasure of speaking with the nicest lady. I had to modify my trip & she made it a breeze.

I haven't had a bad experience with this company yet. Customer service has always been able to answer my questions and point me in the right direction. I've even had to cancel a trip and rebook hotel and flights, all with ease and nice people.

This was the first time I used this site, and I can tell that I really like it! Best deal, and in my case, best round trip flight. The only down thing was the phone app, that froze a couple of times. But regarding the deals, I look forward to book through this company again.

The agent we worked with, Rushelle, (not sure of spelling!), was absolutely wonderful. She had so much patience with my husband and I, and worked really hard to get us the accommodations that we wanted, at a price we could afford. This was truly the best experience we have ever had in booking a hotel. In future, we will be sure to book with this company.

The overall process is very easy. I entered a coupon and it did not take. I had to call to get help and they canceled the trip and rebooked it with the coupon. Only downside is you need to pay for the cancellations and rebooking. A bit frustrating.

I used BookIt.com to book my honeymoon. We don't travel much so booking an extravagant trip was a first for us but BookIt.com made it so easy. My fiancé says we should travel more often!!

It is a well made site, easy to navigate and I liked it. The problem was that nowhere was I warned that $33 will be taken additionally as resort fee by the hotel. I wish you would tell us this info BEFORE putting in the credit card details. The total amount I paid for hotel, exceeded my budget. Had I known that there will be another $33, I would have looked for a cheaper hotel.

I love booking with BookIt.com. They always have fair prices. I never have any problem in booking a flight or a resort. And the agents are so good and polite and very helpful.

Booking a vegas trip - I like the ease at which I could book this trip. In the past I have used travel agents. I think I am done with that.

I am happy with the customer service. After trying to complete my trip online, I was not successful and when I called I had a great help from one of the customer service associate. Very patient in answering all my question and very attentive to my concerns.

After comparing to Travelocity, BookIt.com had significantly better prices and was quick and easy to use. Great filters as well! Also, conveniently showed hotels that where rooms were sold out, so I didn't have to waste time drilling into them only to have to go back and keep looking.

I have book with this company before. But time I think was the worst ever. Wasn't happy with the call I had about a hotel room I book that was cancelled not because of me but because of a bank error. And they couldn't fix the issue.

As far as booking it was real easy, but haven't went on the trip yet so not sure about any future problems. So looking forward to our trip!!!

The whole process was so smooth and m representative by the name Theresa was exceptionally nice. She answered each and every question sometimes twice! Will never use another site. Best prices are always guaranteed and the best part is the pay delay.

The rate for my hotel was dropped by a $80 difference for the same exact room/date and BookIt would not honor and make an adjustment. All other travel sites would to a rate match in this case. I have never heard of this. The rep suggested that I modify the booking but would incur a fee. When I attempted to do that I received an error message that it needed to be done with a rep from BookIt.com! So basically they did not want to re-book for the lower publicized rate. That is just awful. I guess that is standard practice with BookIt.com. I would not recommend for anyone to ever book with this site again. The customer value is very poor. There is no real benefit for booking with this site instead of the hotel directly. At least if had booked with the hotel directly they would have the rate honored. So disappointing.

The bundle price for hotel, air fare, and a rental car was great. I was looking for a hotel in Denver or 10 to 20 miles out of Denver that did pay delay. The lady told me she found one and I booked it. When I got off the phone with the lady, I checked the hotel out and found it is a hour and a half away from Denver. I call to get a hotel closer and they told me I would have to pay 15% of the previous hotel to switch even though it was the lady’s said fault. I ask to speak to a supervisor and was told I would be contacted within 3 hours. After 4 hours I called back and they didn't have any notes for this. So after explaining my situation again I was put on hold for more than a hour. Then was informed the hotel didn't want to waive the 15% fee and bookit.com would review my case. Not happy 1 bit. Just want a nice honeymoon.

This is the second time we have used BookIt for our travel. We used BookIt for our trip last year to Riviera Maya and the arrangements were flawless. The website is easily navigated with much helpful information. Confirmation was quick and accurate. Looking forward to our trip to Punta Cana.

Had to cancel a trip due to medical emergency. I had purchased travel insurance and that helped but the person who was going with me name was on one of the ticket and I paid for the trip. Bookit will not put the credit of the tickets in my name. They already are charging me $200.00 per ticket to use them but the other person will not be able to travel for the next 2 yrs if she will be able to travel at all. I WILL NOT USE BOOKIT.COM FOR ANY TRAVEL IN THE FUTURE. I have disputed this charge with American Express. Bookit.com is ripping people off. I understand they will issue credits for the tickets but they should issue the credits to the person who paid for them with their credit card not to whoever’s name is on the tickets.

This is the 6th time we have used Booking.com to set our vacation and again it was easy and by far the best website for prices and choice. Outstanding job!!

I was happy with this individual reservation, however, I wanted to reserve 2 rooms and was unable to do that. I had to instead make 2 different reservations which were not linked. It would have been helpful to get different options for 2 rooms, rather than 2 separate reservations. Other travel sites allow for this, and your site should as well.

This is one of the best website for travelling. They have one of the best deal if you plan to travel. Also, the customer service is great. I recently booked my trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and I am looking forward to the trip. I suggest to use this website if you are planning for a vacation trip.

Overall ok... however I was disappointed that once I booked I found in agreement that I could be charged for parking as incidental. I booked the reservation because it showed hotel had parking. And nowhere in ad could I find where I could be charged. If we find out once we get there and if we're charged parking I'll never use this service again.

I absolutely loved every moment. We're actually thinking about coming back and bring the kids. It was the most beautiful place and the staff was very friendly. The condos were very clean and homey. Everything you needed was provided. All you really needed to buy was food and drinks everything else was included. I will be back!!!

Just scheduled our trip to Jamaica for August!! It was very simple to do through BookIt.com. Lots of good deals and pictures of everything! Very easy checkout and they allow you to use two different cards so the other person can pay for theirs and you can pay for yours.

We purchased tickets to a wedding in Jamaica that wound up not happening through BookIt.com and the airline tickets were through American Airlines... So naturally we tried to get the flights changed to go somewhere else to visit with family. We tried to call BookIt to get the flight changed or even the names on the tickets and were willing to pay a bit extra to have my parents come out to see us, and they wouldn't help us and told us to call the airline directly so we did. And the airline directed us back to BookIt to get the tickets transferred and they wanted to charge us almost $1,000 dollars more to a destination CLOSER than the original one. DO NOT GET TICKETS FROM HERE!!! They are rude and unhelpful. Customer comes first.

I booked to check in on the 22nd and check out the 23rd. You made my reservation for a day early!!! And I already had paid for a room that day the 21st...

Overall it was pretty easy to use to find a destination, but your BookIt app needs major improvement. It crashes all the time. So whoever your develops content iPad app needs to get on it. After the third time crashing in about an hour I just gave up on the app and went to the regular online website on my desktop and it worked fine.

My special needs son and I were separated on the flight which of course I had to pay an extra fee so we could sit together. The hotel was horrible. Not one person to help with luggage or call a taxi when needed. I was told at the hotel there was an extra 22.50 per night service fee. Hotel policy. Our room had one bed when I requested a rollaway. They told me the room was too small. Again at an extra fee we were put into a room with one bed but the rollaway fit. Same room I'm sure. Never using BookIt again. No deal after all the upcharges.

Never will I go here again. Rooms were outdated. Food nasty. Girls unattractive. Was charged resort fees at the end of my stay that I was unaware of. Tons of homeless begging by the hotels. Maids were nice but otherwise it sucked. No more hooters for me. Howard Johnson was a better hotel. Pools were getting worked on. What about the rooms? Old wood, chipped furniture. OMG, never again. Worst money I've ever spend.

The only thing that would have made me happier was if our departing flight wasn't leaving so early (0600) but we'd rather enjoy a full day in Vegas than to arrive at (2200). Great place but when I got there the toilet wasn't working. I call twice and they came to fix it but it still wasn't working when I left.

Recently booked a Myrtle Beach vacation through your company. We paid what we thought was the cost of the room in advance. When we got to Springmaid, we were charged over $100 at the check in desk. This kind of junk does not happen when we go straight to Springmaid for the arrangements. Paid taxes and fees at your booking and then more fees and taxes at the actual check in. And no, we did not take any pets or extra people.

We paid in full for four adults, two beds and one room. This says Star ** two kids! Please fix this asap! Thank you!!

We are planning a trip this summer to the DR and have never used an internet travel agency! However, so far, I have been very impressed. We are flying AA and there was a mix up on AA's part for ticketing the flights. We received an immediate notification that we needed to call the BookIt hotline. We did and the representative of BookIt was very helpful and resolved the matter quickly. If the rest of the preparation and trip goes this smooth, it will be wonderful!!!

Easy to book room and flight as well as transportation!

The Resort we booked for our vacation is going to be renovated on the dates we had reserved, we contacted BookIt.com on January to help us choose a different hotel to no avail. Every week we would call and they would say someone would contact us but we never received, a single phone call, email or letter to state our case was being handled. We would call on a weekly basis to only get support people that wouldn't help at all. 4 months later today after stating that we would contact the Better Business Bureau and report this, we got a call from someone that in 20 minutes had us changed to another resort. Very Bad and Frustrating Experience.

I contacted Bookit.com customer service line and David assisted me and my husband. He was so courteous and had patience. He explained everything I needed to know to me and my husband. Everything was great! Can't wait for our stay in June in jamaica!

I will never be booking with you again!!! One of my payments got declined and I will not receive a refund at all? That's horrible. You basically kept my money and the fees you charged - that's horrible. I paid all the late payment fees - there should be refund. You keeping people's hard earned money!!!

I booked a vacation from a Friday until Tuesday for a wedding in Vegas. Well life happens and I found out my mother was ill. I called BookIt to see if I could leave on a Sunday and get a rental car and they advised the hotel does not allow cancellations. I called the hotel and they advised they allow cancellations 72 hours prior. When I called back they were extremely rude and advised the hotel can't be canceled. I asked to speak with a supervisor and I was directed to a representative that said there was nothing they could do. I told them my mother was dying and there was not any sympathy whatsoever. I will never book with BookIt again. The customer service is deplorable.

I booked a hotel using BookIt.com. Two hours later I checked the hotel website and found that the price was cheaper for the exact same booking. I called BookIt.com to alert them of this and she made some excuses and brushed me off. 3 or 4 hours later I looked on BookIt.com and amazingly the rate for my exact same booking came down. I now called again and asked for the rate guarantee they showed on my booking. The girl told me my booking didn't have the rate guarantee. I showed her where it did say I have the rate guarantee. She then proceeded to give me some other excuses as to why she wouldn't honour the rate guarantee. At this point I realized no matter what I did there was no way BookIt.com was going to honour its rate guarantee. For the poor customer relations and service I strongly reccomend using another web based booking site. Stay far away from BookIt.com.

My husband and I have finally planned an "alone" trip! We did some e-window shopping & compared prices. We were happy with what we found here. Definitely a one stop shop that's worth it! We saved close to $700.00!

This is my fourth vacation that I have booked through BookIt.com! I love that you offer so many options, that your prices are great and I love that you can select different activities and really plan your vacation! I do wish you offered some type of rewards program for frequent customers.

They will answer your call right away when you are booking. But if you have any questions or concerns after booking you have to call another number and then you will be on hold 30 minutes and then they answer and hang up with you. You call back and they answer 45 minutes later then they want to charge you to answer any questions. I will never ever use this website again!!!

Charged an extra 135.00 on arrival for extra fees. Would not refund our money and had us stay in their hotel across street. It was in very rough condition. Hole and sagging ceiling, tub would not drain, peeling walls plus more. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
