The experience was very beneficial to the problem that I had with an inoperative Photoshop program. The problem was solved in a very efficient way and done in a very pleasant and cooperative manner. I will use the company again with any problems that exist.

I have been a customer for over 5 years. Computer Works has saved me almost every time I call. The techs are knowledgeable and are located in Arizona. Besides knowing hardware, they help with software problems, which I use the most. Lately I was having Excel problems, and they worked with me until we resolved the issues. They are expensive, but their service is worth every dime. I have lifetime support on my PC from where I purchased, but will not get rid of Computer Works.

There is nothing that makes us happier than a loyal customer that is happy with our service! So thank you for being as great as you are.

I had a problem where I couldn't print and the guy from My Computer Works fixed it in just a few minutes. He remoted in and fixed the problem. It worked fine after that.

I was having issues with the startup time for my laptop. I called My Computer Works for assistance. The tech got online with my computer and worked for over 2 hours in finding and correcting issues. He provided excellent explanations for what the issues were and how I could avoid recurrence. Everyone who has a computer should use Computer Works for tech support.

My Computer Works tried to figure out why I was losing the internet and they took care it. They were pretty punctual and have been pretty good thus far. I haven't had any issues since and my machine seemed to be working fine. I've been happy overall with their services.

Kieth ** helped by deleting unneeded files to speed up my computer. He worked with me for several hours and a few phone calls to find and correct many problems. He also explained how to download pictures from my Iphone onto a file in the computer. His service was very helpful, courteous and prompt. I will recommend you to my friends.

I do all my financial stuff on my computer so I got to have a computer all the time. My Computer Works has always been fast at getting back to me and once their technicians take remote access to the computer, they're never on it very long. They've put a timer on the screen and while they're working, you can see how much time is going left. So they're real good, which is why I have an account with My Computer Works for $39.95 a month. It's well worth it and I'd recommend it to anybody. If I have anything wrong on my computer, I simply call them and see it's already paid for, so they'd go ahead and remotely access my computer, clean it up and get rid of the virus. They've resolved my computer issues every time, and they've got all the contents of my computer on one of their servers so if my computer crashes I'll never lose anything. And they monitor my computer too. I've got Malwarebytes on it and a virus protection.

I was having an email problem; went to see the Geeks; they couldn't fix it. They checked my hard drive and said everything was good. They couldn't fix my email problem because they don't work on Microsoft at the store; they would have to come to my house for an additional $100!!! I contacted My Computer Works. They were absolutely the best. Their fees are very responsible; their technician was knowledgeable; and my computer was fixed in no time. Not only did they fix it, they found malware; tuned up my computer and it runs much faster. I highly recommend using this company.

I've been using My Computer Works for at least a year now. Some of the issues I had were pretty simple and I knew what to do. But when I couldn't think of a solution, I call them. They instruct me on what I should do, then I follow and it solves the problem. Sometimes, the solution took a little longer for some of the problems that I had, but they always solved them. However, I had issues with my computer being a little bit slow and freezing recently. I had them look at it before, but they can't figure it out either. Everyone told me there was nothing wrong with it but it kept freezing. The guys at My Computer Works were very helpful, though, and they went through everything that they can go through. But the freezing issue was evidently something that was hiding 3,000 feet deep. Otherwise, my experience with them has been very positive in every way and I'm very happy. That's why I try to get other people to go on My Computer Works too.

After calling other computer repair services listed in the yellow pages and either not getting through or being placed on hold for extended periods, I finally called My Computer Works and requested assistance. My computer was slow to turn on, slow to upload files and documents, I was constantly receiving Blue Screen Stop Codes and at other times it would lock up and I had to turn it off for a while.
My Computer Works came through, and after 4-5 hours of technical work, they got my system up and running like a race horse. Now it doesn't take forever to power up and navigate between screens and the like. So far I haven't had any Blue Screens and I honestly don't believe that I will. My Computer Works technicians were great. They were polite, courteous and definitely focused on the task at hand. I will be with My Computer Works for a long time.

Switched service from old laptop to new one. As always, techs were great to work with and helpful. I have used this service for about 4 yrs now and have been bailed out a few times when things were bogging down. I am very pleased with the service.

I recently was having problems getting the pages lined up on my screen the way I wanted them. It was an incredibly simple, elementary problem. But I'm not a computer gal so I didn't know how to do it. They were very patient with that and that's not the kind of service that I necessarily get from other places that want you to leave the computer with them and they'll fix the problem for you. So, they educate you on how to use the computer, in addition to the technical issues. The work they perform is excellent. My computer stays up and running and functional. I'm thrilled because I got tired of going to local people that just can't work on it immediately. I paid for the "come within half an hour" service and it's definitely worth the extra $10. They have it so I don't have to wait.
I absolutely recommend them to all my friends and family. Years ago, their techies got so overburdened that at that time, they weren't calling me back within the hour. But that only lasted for a couple of months. They didn't know Windows was going to come out with a new version and they have not hired enough staff for that. I've worked with the company for 5 years and they have grown and matured and adapted and improved their service.

Recently my terminal wasn't working and I called My Computer Works to do that. The guy noticed that it was pretty slow and took some time to fix that. Somehow, we got the computer running. However, I need to call them again and again to get some more changes. My computer's running slow right now but I'm sure they would solve that, although I have to be home for a day to make that happen. I'm impressed with how long they can spend a case. Sometimes they spend an hour and a half getting my computer fixed. They're always busy and getting service is never instant. But I clean more and I'm on a level where they promised to call back in a half hour, although sometimes it's more than that, but it doesn't bother me. So far, I've gotten very good service from them and I'm glad I got them. I hope the prices don't go up, though.

I was having problems with my computer staying on and My Computer Works cleaned it up for me. Requesting for the service was pretty easy. The service guy that came out was really good. He was friendly and knowledgeable enough. He got right on it and did a great job. My computer is now a lot better than what it was.

I have a Mac and I also have a PC that operates like a virtual PC within that Mac. I had a problem with the slowness of the PC side and so I contacted My Computer Works to fix it. Getting someone from their company to remote in or come and fix my computer was easy. Also, the quality of their work was excellent and their techs were very qualified. They were able to solve the issues I had for the most part.

When my printer wasn't working right, My Computer Works resolved the issue. I don't know enough about techs if they could be done faster but they always get the job done. It's always done remotely. If they have people scattered around the country, that's good to know because sometimes there's a wait but the thing comes out and says, "You are number 17 in the queue." So, they make you aware that there might be a wait and that's not so bad. The performance of my computer has always been good after repair. The techs that I deal with on the phone are always very polite and professional without being overly formal. They're friendly and they're good people.

I've been receiving service from this company for a number of years now, and it is always outstanding. The office staff is courteous and efficient. Their techs respond quickly and pinpoint the problem right away. They are very knowledgeable at what they do. Before you know it they have your computer up and running with no problem. For what they do, I think their prices are also very reasonable. I feel so comfortable knowing they're there. I consider them to be my lifeline and I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone.

Your company and your employees are absolutely FANTASTIC!! I could not get your return calls for some odd reason when I called for help but your wonderful staff hung with me for 2 days and we prevailed! Everyone who I had contact with were delightful and kind. And as usual my virus was fixed with incredible speed along with a thorough computer checkup. My printer went offline and I didn't know what to do. And so, I called up My Computer Works and they fixed it for me remotely. I'm very slow with technology and they seemed very patient with me. I also appreciate that they allowed me to be stupid about the technology. They took care of me without making fun of me.

Requesting a service took a matter of minutes from the time I called in until I got a rep. I had him call me back and then he took control of the computer. My computer was really slow in the startup and in changing programs. So the guy in Computer Works did a review of the scan of the startup programs and took some things out. I had a couple of programs there which I didn't know that I didn't need, he identified them and took them out. So the computer works very well now.

When I had several different issues, My Computer Works was very helpful. I'm not so sure about the last one, though, and I called them a couple of times on it. They're aware of the issue and it happens that a portion of it is a tougher problem to solve, but they are more than willing to help and they're trying to figure that out. The guys there are always very friendly too and I would recommend them.

I've been with My Computer Works for about 30 years. Before I retired, Taylor used to take care of me. Now, Crystal, the lady that worked with me was excellent. We tried to work on the old computer but it did not work out right. So, I got rid of the computer and got a new one. On a Sunday, she spent the whole time with me and she put it to work. Now, I'm in the city and I'm working. Everything is in that computer so all I have to do is glance at it. They have done an excellent job and I'm very proud of them. I always tell everybody about them.

Each technician has listened attentively to my concerns and helped remedy any issues expeditiously. I was paying too much for an anti-virus and anti-malware program and the team at My Computer Works helped install a much better solution. I highly recommend their service to anyone that relies on a functioning and secure computer every day.

I have been with My Computer Works (MCW) since 2008 and it was the best decision I ever made. The technicians are professional and very skilled and able to perform great service in correcting, updating, and fixing all problems associated with computers. Most enjoyable is not staying on the phone once they are connected to the computer. They will call back once the problem is solved. Great company and I recommend MCW to anyone who needs pros. to help in keeping your computer free from viruses and computer problems.

I run a business and I can't operate without my computers. A week ago, my desktop was giving me issues. It wasn't responding to me, running slowly and locking up. And so, I decided to contact My Computer Works to help me resolve it. Requesting their service was an easy process. I dialed them up and they put me in a queue. Within 30 minutes, I got a callback and they talked to me about it. The technician took control of the computer and called me back when it was all finished.
Sometimes what they do would take 45 minutes to an hour depending on what they run into. Nevertheless, I'm happy about it because they check computer speed, anti-virus and do some diagnostics on the system to make sure everything is up to snuff. I keep My Computer Works on call and they're there when I need them. When I have a problem, they fix it.
I'm a big fan of theirs and I tell my friends and family about them. It's $25 or $30 to fix a computer. For some people, $250 or $300 a year is a big deal. You can go buy a computer for that money. However, it's a nightmare to switch out computers. I don't want to do that because I don't have the time. I'd rather spend the money and have My Computer Works on call. Still, every few years I'd switch one computer out. It's a big mess but My Computer Works is there to make the transition for me and help me get it done.

I'm one of the original customers of My Computer Works. And I never have to worry about my computer. Sometimes there are longer waits than others but I understand that and with the exception of one person many years ago who I wrote in about, everybody's been really awesome. They've also been very patient. I don't need to sit and watch the mouse twirl around, so I always ask them to do their thing and call me back and they do. Some of them have worked past 10:00 at night and I've reminded them that I hope they're getting paid for overtime. But I guess they were in the middle of something and didn't want to leave it. And I appreciate that a lot. However, I don't know if the backup thing has been worth anything to me. I feel like it's a waste of money but I'm afraid to not do it. And I know there are a lot of cheaper products out there than a $120 a year. But I have recommended them.

A couple of years ago my computer crashed and I had reached the end of my rope trying to deal with local "fixers" who were glad to take my money but did not or could not get my computer up and running again. I happened upon MCW almost by accident (on the internet) and decided to give them a try almost as a last resort. They were very courteous, patient, and enthusiastic and had a "can do" attitude from the very beginning. They took care of my problems in an efficient and professional manner. I really like the fact that they cleaned things up for me by working in the background and not involving me in a lot of technical jargon which I would not have understood anyway. I have recently renewed my service with them because now, My Computer (finally) Works!

This particular request for service concerned downloading pics from my android phone. It was always a problem for me but the tech knew exactly what to do. It was a simple solution, but that's not what the tech did best: HE DID NOT MAKE ME FEEL STUPID. In fact he explained that my frustration with the question was very common. My grown kids think I am a dinosaur. I came to know computers and mobile devices very late in my life and the learning curve is steep and high. All the techs at MCW have been great. Been using them for almost 10 years now. I recommend them highly.

All the things you have on your computer that you could lose make this kind of a service a very valued one. I've been a subscriber with My Computer Works for almost four years and they've been good to me for a long time. I had a pop-up window of my computer that said I had a Zeus virus. I worked from home so I didn’t want to have any risks. I went ahead and called My Computer Works. It wasn’t a full-blown virus but they cleared all the things that could potentially accumulate on my computer so that I wouldn't have a virus that would shut down my computer. The tech was on the computer for a little while, but by the time he was done, everything was good.
Some of the computer techs are more personable than others while some are very introverted. Then there are others that are a little bit more talkative. But I can be fine with somebody that doesn’t talk a lot and somebody that does as long as they get the problem fixed. They do seem to have a multilevel tech. There are some techs that are more experienced than others and sometimes it looks like they're working on my issue maybe while they're uploading an update or a new driver on my computer. They might be working on somebody else’s is what it looks like, just because sometimes I saw my screen kind of sit for a little bit.
They got a broad range of hours so that’s good. But as their business picks up and gets busier, sometimes you might have a longer wait which would be the only downfall. But they try to make it within an hour. Overall, for the money, you can't beat what services you're getting from them.

MCW turned out to be the greatest place to help me! The first tech got it started to fix my computer and the second tech the next day finished it up... all my computer connection with the internet! They were very knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. And American!... Lol.

Clogged printer - When I called they got back to me in minutes. After trying several things that didn't work I was asked to hang up while he researched the problem. When he called back he walked me through the solution to the problem, patiently and kindly. Since I am not comfortable navigating computer issues, I was especially appreciative of the nonjudgmental support.

I've been having My Computer Works for five years. I just had them check everything for me. I had a specific problem that they needed to look at and they fixed it. The techs are knowledgeable and they do a good job. However, they're getting so busy that the queue is around 20 people and I'm lucky if I get called the day I tell them about the problem. But mine isn't always that critical so I can live with it. I hope they don't raise the price though. I'm at $29.95 a month and that's year after year. Also, I'm a realtor so they help me with stuff like that too. I am very satisfied and I would tell anybody to use them. I always tell people that I have help when I need it.

One of the files on my computer got corrupted somehow and I had no idea how or why. In order for several of my programs to work, I have to be able to connect to Microsoft which it wouldn't do. I went through everything I could think of from turning the computer off to turning it back on but it didn't work. I contacted Microsoft to see if they would help me fix it and they wanted $40 before they would even talk to me. That was not right. I called My Computer Works and I asked if they could fix it. It took the technician 15-20 minutes and he fixed it.
I've had this service for many years and this is the second time that I contacted My Computer Works for some kind of problem that I couldn't figure out how to fix. They always figure it out and are always nice when I call. They come down to my level and I get a kick out of watching them work mainly because all the things that I did. The tech went through the same process such as trying to hook up and he couldn't hook it up. He had to go somewhere else to hook it up. But the point is they were so sweet to me. Never once do I ever get any kind of hint of irritation with my stupidity. They have a sense of humor and they wanna help. I've never had a bit of trouble with My Computer Works. I keep telling my brother that it's the best thing since cherry pie and that he should get it.

I'm glad that I ran across My Computer Works. I got infected and they came and took care of me. I find it very pleasant working them because instead of conversing via email, we can talk on the phone. Usually, whenever they want to get on the computer, they’ll call me and I'll go through the routine and let them connect to my computer. Then they’ll call me whenever they're done and will disconnect. I can stay and watch them if I want, but I usually don’t because what they do is way over my head. I may not understand all of it but at least they explain it to me. They're very talented individuals and they're very personable. Whenever I put in a question or comment for assistance, I'd get a response no longer than 24 hours. I still have that pop-up from Malwarebytes. I was told to go ahead and close it. It was a glitch that they hope to get taken cared of. But my computer has been running just great as far as viruses are concerned.

This was the second day in a row that I contacted MCW. I was as pleased with the results today as I was yesterday. Walter was my tech both days. He handled things in a professional and friendly manner. My issues were resolved and I was also shown how to do a few things on my computer that I had not done before. Each issue was addressed so that I could easily understand them.

Thank you for helping me get my online teaching job last week! Boy, we went through a lot as my previously unused laptop had so many issues. You all walked me through and held my hand. I lost files, folders, couldn't make a video, had camera problems, trouble with Windows 8, etc... etc... Whew! But I did get the job but only because I have MCW by my side! What are you waiting for? My Computer Works always does a great job. It's very convenient that they don't have to send somebody to come over. They can do the job through remotely connecting with my machine. Recently, I called them because I kept getting this malware pop-up and I wasn't sure if it's something they did or installed or not. They said it was them and their technician updated my machine. He looked around and made sure everything's okay and there were no viruses or anything. He's very friendly and even though I don't speak his language, he pretty much understood what I was talking about. He does this and that, and he calls back. It didn't take too long and most of my calls are like that. And everybody always seems very knowledgeable so I don't ever doubt any of their capabilities. I have recommended them though some people are a little leery of the connect to the internet thing.

This group of technicians are simply fantastic!! I have relied on them on multiple occasions and have never been let down by any one of them. My Computer Works is a very good company and we've been with them for our two computers for 15 years. My wife and I enjoy their services but sometimes we get frustrated because they're busy and really slow calling back. Still, generally, one call takes care of any problem that we have. The majority of the techs are easy to understand but humans are humans so there are ones who are a little difficult to work with once in a while, but they'd get a high mark overall.
In our last experience, I was having problems with my emails in my Outlook being routed to the wrong location and were automatically being dumped into the junk file. The tech looked at it and advised me that my problem was I was making too many special rules and it was overwhelming the system. So, I erased all my special rules and hit junk when the emails come through and that was easy to fix and quick. So at any rate, they're a terrific service and I'd recommend them.

Somehow my Microsoft Solitaire Collection Games quit electronically contacting Microsoft -- which is required to play the games. I tried everything I could think of to reconnect but couldn't and Microsoft wanted $40 just to listen to my problem! I contacted My Computer Works and they fixed my problem in short order! And without additional charges! THAT's why I can feel good about recommending MCW to my family and friends!

Made sure my security was up to date and thoroughly cleaned my system and made some adjustments. They did an excellent job. They responded and called me on time.We spoke by phone several times to make sure all the problems were taken care of. All of the work was reviewed at the end to make sure the system worked well.

I like My Computer Works so I hope they stay in business forever. When I have called them, the representative was nice. He explained everything and fixed what I wanted. However, I always have to wait for them to get through their list but it wasn’t too bad.

I was having some problems with a program so I called My Computer Works. There's a time limit on how long you can be on hold with them. They were going to call me back. I went into the queue and could go online and see where I was in the queue. I had to leave so I couldn't stick around for it so I cancelled. I called the next day and I got in within a fairly short time. They logged on, helped me go through the program and the problem that I had was taken care of. I've never worked with anybody in the computer business that treated me as well.

My Computer Works is there when I need them and I have been a customer for a number of years. Every time I called, I have been pleased with everyone. They call me back although sometimes I have to wait a number of hours but that's better than calling the computer geeks and wait for two days. They fix the issues of the computer, then it works. If I didn't have them, I'd have to adopt an eight-year-old because he knows everything about computer that I don't know at 81 years old. During this age, old technology has passed us by. I'm so glad that I've found them. They do a great job.

I had an excellent experience with My Computer Works. I'm not very bright so I screw up the computer a lot and all I have to do is call them and tell them what my computer will or won't do. They'd call me right back to set up the time and they'd go into it remotely and fix it. It's wonderful. My computer is just like before that computes for me every after MCW finishes with their service. Their rep was pleasant and easy to talk to. I tell people if they need tech support that's the place. They charge a buck a day, they're open 24/7 and they always get the work done. I'd recommend them to anybody.

Took their monthly service and have used them twice since started. They cleaned up and restored my computer (took all day) and it works like new! They took the time to go through all my work related and personal functions I use all the time. I would highly recommend them.

About a month ago, I had my computer switched from a 7 to a 10, a new series of AOL software that I'm on. I'm not happy with the 10, but My Computer Works was very good in getting me set up with it. I had a problem with not being able to get my list of my mail people from the first computer to this one. And so they had to end up putting me into Outlook. Now, I'm working on it, sending out information to people from that list. Another little problem I’ve had was that I wasn't able to go to the icon that automatically sets me into the list for some reason whether there's a glitch or something in the way when it was set up in my computer. So I had to make phone calls. They did get that corrected and very efficiently, so I was very happy with them. They really saved my cookies plenty of times.
What they've done is really good. It's just frustrating trying to get used to the 10 version versus the 7 that I used to have. I'm 70 years old and I never had computers in college so I had to pick up as I go along. But over the years, I've called My Computer Works on a lot of different occasions and they've been able to solve every issue I come up with.

My computer was starting to run slow and I was going to go back to school online. So I called My Computer Works and Sean went through my computer and found a couple of things that needed to be fixed and updated so that the computer ran faster. Sean is the one that I went to the very first time and if at all possible I get him. But all of them have been nice but Sean is my favorite. I ran into a situation where my computer was still under warranty but Toshiba didn't want to recognize it. So Sean got on a conference call with Toshiba and made them send a box where I could send my computer back to them and fix my computer, still under warranty. So even in a difficult situation, My Computer Works people talked for me in the conference call.
I've not had any problem with my computer being back to where I wanted it to be. When I request for a service, they get back to me as fast as possible. I call in and tell them that I need a tech and then the next tech available calls within an hour or two and then what I need done gets done. They realize that different people have different computer abilities. I use mine for school, and even though I can do a lot with it, it still scares me. They understand that and work with me with that. I love them. I plan on continuing being with them until I'm no longer in school and I would recommend them to anyone.

Are you open this holiday? Why am I listed in the queue if you're not open? Why don't you answer your phone or have a message saying whether you're open? Why was I in the queue for hours and never contacted? Why doesn't the website say whether you're open that day? You say 8 am to 10 pm (but no time zone) but you don't answer the phone. My next contact will be to cancel my membership.

My printer were broken, The computer tech repaired online which took 45 min... He also check for service my system for bugs, and he updated my system, which I needed because I have not had the service since Jan 2016.

The techs from My Computer Works are absolutely outstanding. They’re always able to help. When I've requested for service, my experience has always been very pleasant and prompt. They call me back within an hour. Recently, my machine got infected with some virus and they took care of it for me. Their tech was very knowledgeable and he was able to fix my machine and get me on the road again.

I had My Computer Works install Malwarebytes for me, and then I asked them for a couple of other gizmos, and it was all good. Their representatives have always been excellent. When I request for service, the timeline varies because they’re busy when I call in. I got to wait my turn. But the service has always been excellent that's why I stick with them.

We have had both the onsite and remote techs work on repairing some chaos in two different computers. The remote techs have been excellent, patient, knowledgeable and thorough. The On-site tech was the same but we felt there was little need to have spent the money charged for this service, since it was redone and completed better by the two remote techs. We find the company very helpful generally and would recommend them to our friends.

When I have software problems, I usually get ahold of My Computer Works. Also, I picked up a new desktop this year and they helped me set it up. I’m 78 and I didn’t grow up with computers, and the people at My Computer Works have taught me a lot. In a lot of cases, I can help myself and if I can’t, I get on the phone and I set up that they call me within the hour. They are fantastic. I'd recommended them.

This past experience was my third time using Computer Works to clean up a slow computer. Each time has been a positive experience, and seemed to correct the problems I was experiencing. They are easy, convenient to deal with as I schedule a time and they have been there when the time came. Easy to talk with and they help you understand items in the unit not needed etc. Would recommend to anyone!

So, when I called My Computer Works (before signing up), the "sales" person was explaining all the benefits of membership. He explained that although only 1 computer would be covered, my smartphone and tablet would be covered for support also. Let me be clear, he was very adamant that they could help with these devices. I found out later that just this one additional benefit came at an additional $10 a month. So last night I decided to try their smartphone support. About 3 days prior to this, my daughter had done a reset on her phone to clean it up. She was left with a little problem when making phone calls, the screen would just go black and not come back if no one answered.
After explaining the problem, he seemed perplexed and reiterated that it shouldn't be doing that (duh) and perhaps it is a setting (another duh?). So, in an effort to give him some time to research the problem, I asked if he could check some things out and call me back. He simply stated that there was nothing he could do and I should attempt another reset. Thanks. Later that morning, I did a Google search and found the answer in the first result (I guess I should've done that first (my duh!).

I've been a subscriber of MCW for at least 5 years-maybe more. Whatever problem that I have had with my computer always got fixed. As I write these words, I'm a little amazed myself at those words. I believe I've been with My Computer Works for ten+ years now. I typically have to call them 2-4 times a year for different issues. Every time they have been able to resolve the problem and provide helpful advise. Not only do they fix the problem, they typically review my system to make sure it is running efficiently. Excellent value for the money as I know it would cost me 3-5 times as much...and the downtime is minimal. One of the few companies I would recommend to anyone!

My Computer Works helped me three times. The first two times were critical and the third time is a platform issue. They solved it all and they are scarily efficient. It was fast and I was not used to fast service. With my hosting company I get up at 2:00 in the morning and call them, because that's when the techs are available, so that's no fun. My Computer Works is a good system. Their reps were perfect. They were courteous and knowledgeable. It's a big surprise to me that there is an actual company that does stuff because I've been accustomed to relying on local geniuses to help. They work in a business-like way, and it's a wonderful service. I’ve known about LogMeIn and it’s tough to know who you’re gonna let in to your computer. But with My Computer Works, I have not had a single security concern, and they’ve performed very, very well.

My Computer Works just hooked up my new multi-use, wireless printer. The technician was fantastic in explaining everything and not giving up when roadblocks popped up. And she did fixed everything remotely. In short, my monthly fee is well worth it as I use the company often, saving hundreds of dollars per year.

About three weeks ago I got a scam announcement that said that my computer was infected with a Trojan and that I needed to call them. It had an 888 number there which is toll free but I did not call them. I instead called My Computer Works and they got right back to me within about an hour. The rep said that they've seen the exact same one before. It's performed in the country of India by some people that just roam around looking for victims. He also told me that one of his clients, some elderly woman, unfortunately went ahead and called them. They were the nicest people and were very polite and they ripped her off all of her money out of her checking account. She was naive enough to give them the passwords for her checking account. So he said they're glad I didn't do that. I told him that's why I'm paying for their service because I don't know what's real and what's not real regarding computers. I'm pretty uneducated about those.
However, I thought of dropping the service about a year ago. When I called, the woman on the line there said it might be good for me to call them quarterly, if not, more frequently and have them do what they call a tune-up. They can scan everything for malware, viruses and other things and eliminate them. She also said she realized I didn't have the skills to do that. So I've been doing that and really, my computer has been working a lot better since then. I'm happy with the service.

Sometimes my computer’s working really slow or it's doing something it's not supposed to do so I call My Computer Works. They check it, find all the viruses and fix whatever the problem is. I have the plan that they call up to make an appointment and they call me the next day. Usually, someone calls me back within an hour to make the appointment. It depends on how busy they are. Sometimes I get service the same day if they're not too busy which is okay too. At any time I worked with technicians from the company, they knew what they're doing and they were quick about it too. Sometimes it took a couple of hours because they had to wait in between screens to change and when they were checking for viruses. But they're great to call back and explain what's wrong and what they did to fix it.
Recently, I turned my computer on and the screen lit up with the HP sign and little circles were going round and round. But it then went into a black screen and I couldn’t sign in. The first time I called about this problem, the technician told me that it had something to do with Microsoft’s new way of updating the computer. Supposedly, it was fixed, but it happened again the next day. When I called back, the second guy said it had nothing to do with the updating but with Windows 10 messing up the computer. He went in and changed things around so that Windows 10 won't screw up my computer again. He said he was going to talk to our technicians and tell them what he found the problem to be. Everything’s fixed. The computer runs a little bit slow like he said it would but that's okay. I'll recommend My Computer Works to anybody.

I've always had good support and assistance from My Computer Works. If I call on a weekday morning at 7:00 or 8:00 o'clock in the morning, I can't always get what I would call an immediate response just because they're busy. However, I've never been in a situation where I'd have to have something done at that immediate minute or I was gonna die. So from that point of view, any waiting time has not been an inconvenience and that helps. Any issue has always been resolved remotely. There's always been a level of improvement with the performance of my computer. There hasn't been any issue after I've had them, and I didn't get off and say, "Oh gee, it's not working," or "Gee, I have to call them back."

I had a problem with my computer and Matt from My Computer Works went above and beyond the call of duty getting it fixed for me. He was very articulate, very patient, and was very determined to solve the problem. And he did and so I have absolutely no complaints. Recently, I could not get to Yahoo! and they kept telling me that my username was issued to some other name so they wouldn't let me in. I called My Computer Works and I was surprised that I got in so quickly. It usually takes longer because the reps are busy but I had somebody within two hours of my initial request.

I have always been pleased with the help or assistance that I have received from My Computer Works. A number of years ago we had contracted with a fellow to do some work on our computer and shortly thereafter our hard drive failed. Our Apple gradually got more and more sluggish. Kept having messages that computer was compromised with viruses. Eventually the computer stopped working altogether. We called My Computer Works. The technician you sent was well versed in all aspects of the Apple and is licensed in repair of Apple computers. As it turns out our computer was full of viruses, which your technician (Carlos) got rid of. He set us up with a reliable security company, reset everything on the computer and gave us lots of information on how to keep the machine working properly. I have My Computer Works do a cleanup of my computer at least once a month. One of the technicians called me and I clicked on the little icon and they join with my computer. I use a desktop daily for my work and home, so it’s important to me that it’s running quickly and efficiently. When it looks like it’s getting bogged down and the restarts don’t work anymore, I give them a call and they call me back the same day and either schedule an appointment or take care of the cleanup right then. I have called them in the past for a viral attack and they were right on top of it. When it comes to something important, the techs are back to me within minutes with advice on what to do. They even give general advice on different types of software, when to upgrade the computer, etc. I’ve had nothing but good experience with them.

I’ve been with My Computer Works for nine years. I joined up with them a couple of months after they started. I have a home office and I have my desktop and laptop under contract and service with them. They have been there for me from the very beginning. I am very comfortable with the fact that my computer is not being attacked, that I could call them any time I want them to do a cleanup and a run.
Recently, I had a situation where my hard drive was starting to fail on my desktop which was less than two years old, so My Computer Works helped me make sure that I purchased the right hard drive. I also pay for their backup service, so all my data is backed up on their server every day. Sometimes if I do a lot of work, I have the capability of doing a second backup that day. The transition and swapping out the hard drives went great, and I did not lose any data whatsoever. I rely heavily on my client database to run my business, so that was extremely crucial to me. I'm glad that they saw it happening before it crashed completely.
There wasn't a time when My Computer Works' technicians didn’t do what was expected of them. I’m computer savvy as far as software goes, using programs and things like that, and I could usually figure out if I want to change a configuration within the computer. But when I have a question I am not sure about, I always call them and they are so wonderful. They don’t make me feel like I'm stupid. They’re very professional, patient and really great to work with. Also, there are times during the year where I am traveling outside the US and I have a VoIP system, which means they could reach me on a US number anywhere in the world. I've had to call from other countries and they call back on my US number, and everything is fine.

I just bought a new computer so I needed help to get everything set up. Setting up Microsoft and even my e-mail account was hard for me. The people at My Computer Works were very helpful. The first gentleman I spoke with was with me for five and a half hours. He worked on my account. I had to call back again and the next girl I spoke with was so sweet. I really recommend this service to anybody that is having problems or is illiterate with their computer like I am.
After they finished with their services, there was a great deal of improvement and I was very pleased with it because I felt like I was back to understanding what my computer was doing for me. It worked out really well. I’m glad that I have them as an account and that I can rely on them any time. Sometimes they can’t get back to me right away but it’s understandable. When people are good at their job, then it takes them a while to get back to somebody.

I make a living as a business broker, business valuations & machinery & equipment appraisals. Most evenings, I have computer work that has to be completed for the next morning. Local techies offer service from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., no Saturdays or Sundays. My Computer has extended hours 7 days a week. Secondly, all technicians are consistent/standard in their approach. My computer was running slow and there was a malware problem that the technician discovered. I go online to request for service, and I usually get an answer quickly. There's also a clock running to tell me when my number is up and ready. They fix problems and everything works until the next malware or if something happens. I have been delighted with the help I get from My Computer Works (MCW). While I can run circles around most people within a computer application, if I cannot open an application, or something happens to my computer, I am absolutely helpless. My sons have tried to help me, but they quickly get frustrated with my ignorance. On the other hand, every technician I have spoken with at MCW has not only been helpful, every one was gentle and offered explanations that I could understand. All of them have extended themselves to ensure that I don't get in trouble again often taking hours to clean up something I have stupidly done. Utilizing this service has enabled me to do my job with little to no interruption. I called twice to suspend my service since we are moving and I am not sure when my computer will be turned on again. Both times I was transferred from customer service to billing. I called within the daily timeframes and no one answered but I was advised to leave a message for a call back. I have left two messages but have not received a call back. The assistance I always receive from "My Computer Works" is thorough, accurate, and I am never afraid of being 'taken for a ride' by a company which I have had no personal interface with. It is oftentimes difficult to accept online assistance from a business with which the consumer must trust at face value and a Better Business Bureau rating (which can easily be falsified). My Computer Works always delivers what they promise with honesty and knowledge. It may seem somewhat idiotic, but I recently bought a new computer, two different types of software (one for security and one for backing up my files) without so much as any face-to-face communication. My bottom line is that MCW is a great and trustworthy organization and I plan to continue working with them.

They saved my memory when Geek Squad couldn't. My hard drive crashed when Microsoft forced Windows 10 on it. Everything was lost. My Best Buy sold me a defective new computer and that didn't help. Finally, I turned to MCWorks who has been doing daily backups. Eureka!!! They were able to recover everything and have helped me with every Windows 10 problem, of which there have been many, since. I would call My Computer Works any time I have a problem. Like when my computer had a virus and it took a few things out. Then today it’s back to running like it was supposed to do. I don’t have any problems getting into the service and it takes 30 minutes or less for me to get to work with someone and then getting it fixed.
