All the material, instructions arrived as expected and were easy to follow. The Armstrong Steel building is a very high-quality product. The blueprints and drawing package that Armstrong provides is perfect for permitting, even here in California. The building was erected in just a few days and were are very happy with it. The online building creator gave us many options to decide which building was the best fit for our property. We are very happy with the product supplied. I would recommend this product for those who are searching for a building.

I put my Armstrong building up myself as a first timer and everything went great. The staff at Armstrong were very communicative and easy to work with. I loved the blueprints and plans. Everything was laid out clearly so installation was simple. Delivery driver communication was great and arrived when expected. I highly recommend Armstrong Steel.

Great company to work with, fast response times. Their Buildings speak for themselves! From start to finish I had nothing but great interactions with Armstrong. We have gotten lots of compliments on the building, everyone that sees it asks where it came from and I always point them in the direction of Armstrong.

Getting my build list with all materials from overhead door to windows made like a one-stop shop kinda place. Found it easy making changes to final blueprints and the guys were super helpful with areas I wasn't sure on. Seeing the materials and the coating on them is quantity so to sure not rust.

Armstrong Steel made the process really simple. They answered all my questions. I was able to put up the building myself having never done it before. Everybody at Armstrong was very helpful. The building looks great and is really solid. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a metal building.

I ordered it at the last minute and they did a good job of delivering it as close to the date I required it as possible. The sales process was easy to work with even with the multiple handoffs in their process. I had a third party contractor install it that had not worked with Armstrong before and they had no problems with the installation at all. I would definitely buy another building from them. The payment process was a little clunky since we typically do POs and not ACH checks but we got through it.

Fast building quote, competitive price compared to other quotes, the building arrived sooner than expected. The project manager answers his phone and/or returns calls in a timely manner. Overall it was a great experience from start to finish. I'm a contractor and have erected a few Armstrong buildings in the past and I liked their buildings so when it was time to build a 70x100 on my own property they were one of the companies I called for a quote.

These guys were great and easy to deal with. Building came on time. I would buy from them again. It was dealing with someone that didn't have a middleman. I spent a year trying to find someone who wasn't a broker. Thank you for all the good work.

Easy to do business with. They were able to customize the building snow and wind loads to meet the unique code requirements in my county at the elevation I am at. Very competitive pricing and excellent warranty. Smooth delivery. Can't wait to finish out the inside of my building and start using it.

The building is going together very well. I am now 90% and 95% of the work on my own as long as you can read blueprints and follow directions it can be done. Talking to Eric, very helpful finding parts and pieces to my building. How do you recommend to buy the doors with the building? You’re gonna pay the same amount if not more if you buy them elsewhere.

Excellent experience, everyone at Armstrong from the first salesperson to the driver delivering the building was a joy to work with. I was impressed with the knowledge and confidence of the product. The details of the construction manual were excellent and definitely gave you confidence that construction would go smoothly. Material, material packaging was excellent and greatly enhanced the handling and construction of the building. We are very proud of the structure and get constant reviews and questions from all of our guest. Highly recommend using Armstrong Steel.

Great quality buildings and materials. Best customer service that my experience with other companies didn't provide. Highly recommended! Dealing with Sue and other representatives was a breeze. Any information I need was provided in a timely manner. I could have purchased a building from another company closer to me and was treated very disrespectful and was told they didn't just sell their building to anybody. So that's where Armstrong came in and took care of my needs without any problem.

Working with Armstrong Steel was a pleasure. They worked with me to design a pole barn that would fit my budget and the Property that I live on. Working with Charlie also helped me to understand that Armstrong steel is interested in providing a quality product as well as good customer service.

Buyer BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM ARMSTRONG! This company’s business practices are less than fair. These people are career criminals. They lie and steal money from people. They quote you what you ask for and then bait and switch you after signing their contract. Their customer service team is terrible and rude. They don’t care about customers. They WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! Do your research. Wish I had before they stole $23,000 from me.

DO NOT BUY from Armstrong Steel. I believe that Armstrong Steel is using unfair and deceptive business practices. They misrepresented that my $6524,00 deposit was required to “lock in” a price and then falsely blamed me for delays as an excuse to deny me the $5219.10 “rebate” agreed upon in the original contract. There are so many reviews online about others with similar experiences. A news feature regarding legal action against Armstrong Steel ** alleges there are more than 100 class members, and the amount in controversy exceeds $5,000,000. Another news article ** And a Facebook page Armstrong Steel Buildings Victim group has 154 members. My experience with Armstrong Steel is not unique.

Working with Armstrong has been a wonderful experience. I just passed the design phase working with Breanna ** my project manager who has walked me through each step. She is excellent to work with and is very prompt in returning calls and working through ideas. We made a few design modifications which dialed in my building requirements. Can't wait to see the product onsite and built. Blueprint and logistics are up next then to fabrication. I expected the remaining steps to be just as smooth.

I have had nothing but a good experience with Armstrong so far. It would be nice to know after choosing a building size that there are additional costs that come for lights, insulation and other things which require more costs down than just the initial but that is to be expected. We knew we would have to pay those at some point and it was good to get it all taken care of so at the end of the entire process we will have a fully functional building without having to hire others to complete the entire thing. I worked with Breanna ** as a project manager and she was attentive and accommodating with everything we needed so far during the process.

Breanna ** was our rep and she was fantastic! Fast to respond and fast to make the changes we would inquire about. We started with another steel company, but glad we found Breanna at Armstrong because her customer service went well beyond the other companies. We can't wait to install our new Armstrong building!

I just wanted to let y’all know that Joshua ** has been a wonderful resource for helping with the process of buying a steel building! I have called or emailed him so many times with so many different questions and he has answered all my questions thoroughly and kindly every time! I could not decide on what size of building to purchase and so he got me quotes on several different buildings. He is very knowledgeable about what changes should be made to a building if it’s going to be a home instead of a shop. Joshua gave advice, and guidance with fantastic customer service over the last few months. Thank you!

If I could select rating, it would be minus 1. From the beginning, based on consumers' report and advertisement and photos the experience was very promising. After the contract has been signed, everything moved into a deception cloud, promises and excuses. Covid, steel prices and the list go on. As a trusting person in American Companies, I pay the deposit (8129.00 dollars) as required by Colorado House Bill 211167 maximum 25% caps retainage. There were two additional money request was made, one for 11000.00 dollars. (Which I paid, in good fate). The second request was for a 15000.00-dollar mistake made by the company, but they were graciously willing to share 50 50 the amount.

My husband and I have a motorhome that is housed in an opened ended structure and this past winter was horribly visited by mice. Immediately, I began looking for a closed building to erect. I came upon your website, checked it out along with your reviews and was impressed. I filled out your form and Joshua ** contacted me. He was very professional, courteous and prompt in responding to my inquiry. Unfortunately, with other more pressing purchases, we are unable to purchase a building this year. 8/17/23- we have resolved our issues with Armstrong Steel. We are receiving our building in September of this year.

The company is very responsive and professional. Austin ** was my Building Consultant and he was extremely knowledgeable and able to quote exactly what I wanted. They are competitively priced and very high quality with great attention to detail. They were the most responsive company that I contacted.

Working with Alex was exceptional! Responsive, accurate and understanding, would 100% recommend! Quick to send drawings and pricing. Product is exceptional and well build. Construction system appears to be structurally sound with bolt-together assembly, many options for design and style.

Hello everyone. There admittedly is some negative press going around about this company BUT take a few minutes to check all the facts. Remember that IF people are making reviews it is typically the few that had a bad experience, or an exceptionally good experience. Were some people disappointed with their experience through the COVID crisis with delays and/or cost changes? Yes. However, COVID pricing affected all of us and still is. Finally we are starting to see some relief. I am not affiliated with this company at all but rather was working to get a building through them.

Malinda ** Was awesome to work with thru the process of getting the right building layout and pricing over so we can make that choice. Very knowledgeable on understand our wants and needs. If I need a second building later down the road will go thru Armstrong Steel again.
