This company has unrivaled customer service and follow through. I asked them to give me two years and follow up as we needed more time. They did just that. Super impressed. I am ready to move forward with my purchase.

The fact that you have such amazing people helping you, and the building is backed by a 50 year warranty I can’t imagine going wrong.

I signed our contract for a 40x60 steel building November 28, 2021. I was told that I would have the engineered plans in February and the building will be delivered in April. They have collected 30% down payment. That is the last time they have initiated contact with me. About every two months I attempt to contact them and eventually am told it will be another two months. It has been about a year and I was just told that I won't have things until next year. I still don't even have the engineered plans. They have graciously offered to cancel my order if I wish, but they will keep all my money, $20,000. No communication, broken promises, I feel like a hostage waiting for them to give us what they agreed to. I have attempted to call their "Customer Advocate". There is none. Everyone seems to be quitting.

Working with Brandon ** has been a blast. He really knows his buildings and the buyer's perspective. Got me where I wanted to be and under budget. Couldn't have asked for more insight and support. Can't wait to finish this project. It's going to be huge!

I just needed a quote for insurance purposes and James ** helped me out without a negative word. I've talked with many sales people and he let me talk to make sure he understood what I needed. Thank you James!

In the beginning they are very helpful until they get your deposit and then crickets! It has been a year. No building and now they are almost doubling the price! Contacted them several times with either no contact back or giving us the runaround. They finally contacted us when we turned them into the BBB! I’m ready to join a class action against them! They refuse to give me my deposit back! The original price was 33k and now they want 61k! It’s not my fault it has taken them a year!

I live in No. California aka "fire country". After speaking with Agent Derek ** of Armstrong Steel, I am convinced steel buildings are the answer to deter building fires and will consider my next building an Armstrong Steel building.

My husband loves his 'getaway' shop! With his pickup, Charger, and several other toys, we needed a protective yet enjoyable space for him. He's so handy that he built this shop with his own bare hands, sweat and, hard work. Everyone we know compliments him on how great the building looks! We're always happy to show off our Armstrong building.

I chose Armstrong because the price was great for the quality building I received. The competition here in Texas was more expensive for not as great of quality. I trusted Armstrong Steel and really liked how they didn't required I pay most of it upfront, unlike other companies I had looked at who required 50%. Being able to pay the remaining balance upon delivery really put my mind at ease, I knew I was in good hands. I love my 50x100 barn!

Great customer service from Zach, Ultimately how our property is, we aren’t going to able to build the shop we want. He gave us a lot information and explained how different buildings have their supports located, making a difference in our plans. Zach also understood when we ran across issues that made it impossible for us to build our dream shop. Great value and customer service!

Building Shop 30x30 was great. Working with Chris on this project at this time I am not able to put in a new shop at the house. Thank you for the time spent on the project. I would like to send a recommending to any one that is looking for a shop to get built on their house and land. The only reason that I will not be building one is my back yard space is not large enough at this time at my house so I am working on getting the land that is next to my house. Chris was a huge help on the building project with me and I want to thank him for the help in the building project.

Brandon was extremely helpful in helping me figure out my next building. Even though it’s going to be a while until I build. He wasn’t pushy like other salesman. I am definitely going through Armstrong when I’m ready to build. And I’m definitely going to have Brandon as my salesman.

Zach ** was incredibly helpful when it came to helping me choose the right outbuilding for our needs. I do not have much experience in building construction and had a vague idea of what I was looking for. He took the time to explain the different types of roof lines and materials used in their builds and compared them to other outbuildings I was looking at. Definitely a great guide for a large undertaking in a project like my own.

I was very pleased with this company. Their follow through was so good. They e-mailed and even called to let me know when the stove would be arriving and where it was in transit. Their prices were the best I found. I will do business with them again for sure.

I cannot remember the last time that I received customer service like I have from Armstrong Steel. Our Armstrong Steel project manager, Jeremy, was extremely knowledgeable and assisted us at every turn. Kitty in the shipping department was on point and always had answers to our questions with respect to our scheduled delivery date. In short, everything went smoothly and you guys did everything we expected of you. I am sure that the other folks I didn't deal with directly are just as helpful - because it seems to be a part of your company's culture. We're in Princeton, West Virginia and we bought our church from Armstrong Steel. So far, so good. It's erected and looks great on the outside. We're still working on the interior finish out but our experience with your company was seamless, no regrets.

I am one of the Directors of the Fox River Trolley Museum in South Elgin IL, where we display and operate a collection of antique trolley cars. Our Board has started exploring options for additional storage buildings, looking to get more of our cars stored indoors. On their web site, Armstrong Steel offered the opportunity to obtain a quotation for one of their buildings and had several FAQs which were a great help for a non-architect like myself. Based on that, I requested a quotation for a building with some non-standard dimensions. I was very pleased with the quick response that Joni ** and her team at Armstrong provided. She developed a price for the building kit and walked me through their rules of thumb for the cost to erect the building on our site. These data were very helpful for our Board to begin the decision process among several differing options.

Great company to work with! We were under time obligations to deliver on a project. We hired Great Western Building that still has not delivered the building. Armstrong stepped up and delivered the building when they said. I will only use Armstrong for my future steel building projects.

I signed the contract for the building on February 24, 2021. I just received the blueprints via email on Jan.11, 2022, and the shipping agreement on Jan 12, 2022. Then on Jan 24th, 2022 after talking to her on the phone, she sends me a email for verification of purchase which had a $31,520.21 increase on it over and above the original price that they agreed to in the contract. I told her on the phone that was ridiculous. More than a 100% increase from the price we agreed on. Then on Feb 1st, 2022 she sent me another email. Said she was able to get the increase down to 21,013.47.

Brandon ** at Armstrong Steel Corp has a wealth of knowledge about anything concerning steel structures. He really helped point me in the right direction for what I'm wanting to build. Highly recommend him as well as the company. Response to communication fast also, emails back and phone calls returned quickly. Definitely ask for Brandon.

I had a great experience getting a quote from Armstrong Steel. Robert ** was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful getting me a prompt quote. If we end up going with this building, I have full confidence in Robert and Armstrong.

Where is the option for NO STAR? Armstrong is worse than a sleazy used car dealership. At least at that car lot you actually leave with something you could at least scrap out. My husband and I signed a contract for a 30' x 80' metal building. We put +$15k for the deposit back in March 2021. Armstrong goes MIA for NINE MONTHS until November 2021 when we receive our preliminary drawings. We were verbally told we would get our building the first of the new year. Negative. The only thing we received at the new year was an additional +$52k in miscellaneous material price increases. A building we signed for at $40k is now over $90k and still no delivery date. It's been OVER A YEAR and still no resolution.

The representative, Chris ** at Armstrong Steel has been very responsive the several times I have talked to him. He has given me answers to my many questions, several quotes on some options I am working out, and has a thorough explanation of the process and products. No other metal building company has been this responsive, helpful, and purely willing to help me.
