I felt so comfortable with this company, they always made sure to meet timelines and answer all my questions. The end product was exactly what we had discussed, I would highly recommend to everyone!

I reached out to First American Solar online and was very pleased to receive a prompt response back. With great communication from Tony and his team, we decided to go with them for a commercial warehouse. He sent us the calculations in the amount of solar panels we would need to cover our monthly bill and it’s been eight months. We haven’t had to pay an electrical bill yet! The installation crew was awesome along with his administrative staff leading us throughout the entire process. I can’t be more grateful for finding such an awesome team to handle our solar.

Very responsive company with attention to details. They made a 3D modeling of my home which was very impressive and were able to design the system so I can get the most power generation from my solar systems. We were updated throughout the entire process. Installation went very smooth and was completed in a day. Even the city inspector complemented their workmanship. Tony was a good guy and very helpful. He explained everything. When I talked to him, it was during Corona time. I scheduled an online meeting with him. He sent me a price and I told him to go ahead. I had trust in him. We did 10 panels. My project was a little bit different. It was a brand new house. So at the beginning, the installers came to put the pipes to go from the roof to the location where the panel is gonna be. So later on, after the house is finished, they can come to install and bring the wires inside the walls. So there is no wire showing on my property. It wasn't like I told them. They got the permit. They came and did it. After seven months, they put the solar when the roof was done, and the construction was ready. Everything was on time. They also did all the permits and I just paid and it was done.

The installation of our panels was very quick. Since then, it's been great. I haven't had a utility bill since I put it in. I'd recommend them to a couple of people.

Everything was good, from the start to the end. Everything has been very satisfactorily completed, and I told some friends. I also downloaded the app, and I can check how much I produce through it.

I went solar three years ago with First American. I'm extremely satisfied that, one, they're still in business because solar companies tend to come and go very often. And two, that, there's a 25-year unlimited warranty and they honored it. We had a large issue with some of the componentry. I know it was an expensive fix. The repair process was fantastic. They used a company called APsystems, which is not very good, but that's not them, that was their supplier. And they've told me that since they use a different supplier for inverters, that company gave a bunch of grief about warranting the work. They wanted a bunch of analysis done and all kinds of samples.

I like that First American Solar wasn't a franchise. They weren't a large national corporation with people they just hired from the local area. They were a small family-owned business and local to me, and I support local family-owned businesses. Their customer service is 5 stars from start to finish. As far as the installation, they did a very professional job, and there weren't any delays and excuses. They said, "We'll be here Tuesday." The most difficult part of the whole thing was dealing with the city. Since going solar, my energy cost has gone down substantially. I figured it was about four and a half years breakeven. So, it's like paying our electric bill four and a half years in advance. Then after that, then you're home free.

One of the guys that I worked with referred me to First American Solar. And they came in right away. It was awesome because they were, “You're behind schedule.” And they jumped on it right away and got me done. I was happy about that. When I got the quote from First American, I was surprised to find that it was less expensive. It was two grand cheaper. I was, “Wow! That is cool.” On a project this size, it adds up.

First American Solar did my solar work 8 to 10 months ago by now, and we finalized it January. I had a good experience with them. Communication was very good. I'm very detailed, so they were very accommodating to my details and needs. Even afterward when I had a couple of troubleshooting questions with the program because it was all via app. So, I had to ask other people. The guys came over and took care of it for me. They said, "We're a little busy in the next two days, but we'll come Thursday or Friday." They came out and set it up for me with the new Wi-Fi password because I had to change internet providers. They were very accommodating. And if I had any questions, I know I could call them and they could come out. They're good. Customer service for me is very important and with his guaranteed work and warranties, I was very happy with it. And he has come out even after his job was done.

First American Solar installed my solar panel. We used to pay $400, and now we pay $36.The pricing is good and they have good customer service too. Every six months, they always call, asking if we have an issue. They have an app where I can check how much energy I am producing. The rep came to my home and helped me set up everything. I'm happy with them and I've referred two of my brother-in-laws to them.

I showed First American Solar my utility bill and I wanted it sized appropriately. My power bill was extremely expensive. I have a pretty big house so it was like $2,000 a month. It's a family of six in a big house with lots of air conditioning and stuff. First American Solar worked with me. I didn't wanna buy too much but I wanted enough to cover our energy utilization. The product they installed is called Solar Edge and I bought it outright. They had to order it and the installation was done immediately.

This company was respectful, prompt, and communicated very well. I had a great experience with everyone who worked on this project from First American. I will 100% recommend them again to anyone else who is interested in solar. They will not forget about you even when the project is completed!
