The crew showed up on time and did a great job! They missed picking up scrap that fell on a lower roof but no big deal for me to pick it up. I would easily recommend them for Solar System installation.

From beginning to end, the experience of signing on to get our solar panels to the actual installation everyone was very helpful. Kurtis was an extremely helpful agent to work with and always very responsive. The installation crew was also extremely polite and was very thorough in explaining next steps in the process and maintained a very clean construction site.

Very professional and courteous! They showed up and finished on time and the whole installation lasted approximately 4 hours. The whole process was flawless and proceeded exactly as it was explained before the installation started. Before and during the installation I was kept informed on the progress and status of the project. I definitely recommend Blue Raven.

First I noticed the installers laying the panels on the wrong side of my home, they did straighten that out, then they had to return with an electrician to rework some things with the breakers. Everyone who worked on the project was very polite and courteous, I think they are so new to our area that they had to import people from other areas of the state and probably trying to find people to work.

The crew installing the solar panels were very courteous and professional. The electrician Nate and the master electrician Robert took their time as they were installing the electric panels, to explain the function of the system to give me a clear understanding of how the solar works along with the power company. I am completely satisfied with the installation from Blue Raven and look forward to saving energy with their product.

Blue Raven Solar is Great! Harrison ** was my salesperson. I got bids from four companies. Harrison was by far the most professional and used no pressure on his sales approach. The Blue Raven team handled all permit issues and made everything so easy for me to get HOA approval. The installation crew arrived when they were supposed to. Nick headed the installation crew and could not have been more professional and courteous. I highly recommend Blue Raven Solar in the Denver, CO area.

Fast, thorough, and great with communication/setting expectations. Would recommend to friends and family. Brady did a great job coming to my house to explain the cost breakdown and helping get everything approved and ready for installation. Jay did a great job with the actual install. I’m still waiting for the final approval from Idaho Power but I’m liking what I see so far!

The solar system for our home was completed today. The staff members were very helpful, efficient, capable and were great to work with. They completed the installation earlier than expected. While the final inspections on the system have not yet been completed, We anticipate the full approval to activate the sytem and go live. Thank you Blue Raven.

From signing to PV install, it took 3 weeks. Then it was another 3 months before Xcel approved the energization of the system. I also had Blue Raven replace wood shingle roofing which was done in 1 day from 10 crew team. Whole experience was seamless! One thing I would recommend is to change the contract so the second half of the payment is due upon when the whole system is up and running for customers. This way bonus on the company. I would highly recommend Blue Raven over other companies unless you are do-it-yourself kind of person. Salesman, Zander, was available throughout the process even after the initial sales contract.

Best crew ever. Very fast. Very clean. Not much noise. Very good looking roof after install. The crew even revised the plan to get more solar energy efficient. Panels look neat and clean on the roof line. Looking forward to generating my own electricity. Will be able pay the same amount of money monthly even if the utilities companies raise their rates. Plus my home value is increased... Great incentive deal with rebates.

The system installation team, I believe it was Reno 3, was great. 1 day, 29 panels installed alongside all electrical work. The electrician on the team was especially helpful & friendly. The results look great & they were all very friendly & professional. I am excited to take the next step & get the system cut over!

The crew was very courteous, knowledgeable and willing to explain all the procedures and answers my questions. They showed up on time, and worked until the they were completed with the installation. It took about four hours from start to finish. I was very impressed with their work and work ethic.

Install was scheduled to take 5 hours but only took 2.5. Install crew was very professional and knowledgeable and all questions were answered. Finish is clean, including the box on the side of house. Would highly recommend this company. Their process is extremely painless and they handled all phases of project (sales, permits, install, financing, inspections).

I chose Blue Raven over several companies including Powur because they delivered in their promised in their sales contract and actions. Design, contract and permits were done in a month's time and installation could not have been easier. Crews and equipment showed up ahead of schedule and were easy to talk and explain exactly what was happening. Final inspections and connection is to come but I expect similar results.

Crew did great! Looking forward to the energy savings and environmental benefits! The process was smooth. The communication was thorough. If I could rate the two separately I'd rate the install team a 5 and the headquarters a 0, the crew called HQ mentioning that our electrical boxes were not able to handle panels, HQ said they could get by without upgrading them even though we had already requested they be upgraded, HQ just wanted to cut corners and not do the work. They also did NOT think about scheduling cutting down the tree closer to the panels, we lost the heat blocking of our tree and then they scheduled putting up the panels for nearly a month after.

The entire experience with Blue Raven solar was great. Very professional and courteous. They have handled the whole process. They've pulled all the permits so all I had to do is sign the docs. The survey team and the installers were very punctual. Price was very competitive. I did a lot of research before making a final decision. I would definitely recommend Blue Raven to my family, friends and neighbors.

Work was completed in a timely manner. Staff were very courteous and friendly. All work was done professionally and they left no mess. A very good job. The team leader kept us informed of what was happening and gave us a tour of what was done. Thanks for a positive experience.

Blue Raven Solar has been very professional and timely thus far in my solar project. We are waiting on final approval to get the system up and running. Install techs were courteous and polite. They moved vehicles when we needed them to with zero complaints and did so promptly. Work had to stop due to heavy rain that made it unsafe on the second install day (I appreciated the consideration of the team's welfare) and they came out and finished the very next day. An all around good experience so far.

Great team approach & excellent communication. Easy to work with, clear process of installation and implementation. I had Solar with a different company at a prior home & there were a lot of issues. From point of sales to install Blue Raven has been wonderful to work with. Their communication was good and they answered my questions and took care of everything. We installed solar panels on our home. None of the promises made by Blue Raven Solar came true. They promised that our bill will go down by the amount we would pay every month towards it and that the system will pay for itself. In the hottest and sunniest months of 06/16/23 to 08/15/23 we saved $113 for two months. In winter time this amount will be a lot less which I think will average at $35 a month. It would take 123 years for the system to pay itself off since with interest we are paying $51,000 and even without the interest it would take 100 years for the system to pay for itself. I can't believe that the government is supporting and encouraging this type of predatory utility efficiency. In no way am I better off for having installed the panels than if I hadn't done it. Nor is Blue Raven responding to my emails.

The Crew did a great job with the installation. The system looks great!!! Blue Raven did a great job from the initial sales presentation (NOT high pressure, like the other companies I interviewed), to the installation, keeping me informed at every step along the way. Just waiting for the county and my power company to do their inspections so we can get the system turned on. I would definitely recommend Blue Raven.

Blue Raven provided exceptional service from start to finish. The response time for questions and follow-up was superb! Technical crew was friendly and the solar panels look amazing! The panels are all one color including equipment so they look uniform and great from all angles. I was initially nervous about having them on the front of the house but they look great. When calling to get help on direction to turn the on the help was amazing and she was patient and kind.

The crew showed up on time and you can tell they worked very close as a team. The crew was very informative and very professional and friendly. The insulation of the panels seem to go very quickly and neatly. I was very impressed of how easily they were installed and how well they looked once installed. They ensured everything was installed correctly. The electrician ensured the insulation of the panel boxes outside the house and the tie-in to the electrical panel was neat and square. The solar panels look amazing after installation.

They were on time and started to work as soon as they came. The rest of the crew came and put channels and Jacob looking for circuit breaker. He left 10 minutes and UPS drop off two packages one crew member and open up and it was 35 breaker. They called Jacob right away and came back. The crew did fantastic job. And all had good sense of humor. And Jack ** even like them all. (He is our chocolate lab of 11 years old.)

Bit of a long process due to some extra work that needed to be done in my situation, but overall it was great. The install itself was very quick and everyone was very friendly and communicative. Would recommend this company. The incentive program is Also very good, as is the tax credit you receive.

Very respectful crew and easygoing. Just do their job and ask me anything before they coming inside my house so I like that. And the customer service is really good to got the answer for all my questions and get me a help right away if I need to or get me to the right person who can help me better.

I am very much satisfied with my choice of installing solar panels. My dealings with Blue Raven was outstanding thus far. They came when they said they would, They answer all my guestions and I like the deal they gave me. PS: the panels don't look bad on my house. That's all I have to say.

The entire Portland 4 crew was amazing. They were prompt, & courteous & respectful. They cleaned up after themselves & left no trace that they'd even been here. They took the time to explain everything. They answered all of my questions & made sure to fully explain everything in an easy to understand manner. I would highly recommend them.

From the sales through design and permits, installation and meter change, this went like clockwork. All the people we met and spoke with on the phone, were outstanding. If it wasn’t for dealing with those pesky power company people this experience would have been well above what I expected. To say it was a long process of waiting for them would be quite an understatement. However, this isn’t a review of them.

My partner and I worked with Bob ** for the introduction to what Blue Raven Solar is and what they can offer us, he also showed us what kind of layout and number for panels we could have on our sized home. We ended up being able to have 13 panels and the permitting process seemed to be really quick. The Portland 4 team did an amazing job with the installation especially because they adjusted the layout to look nicer and get us more sun for our home. Blue Raven has been available at all times with questions and concerns especially offering to be there if we need them in the future regarding questions about the panels.

The team came out and installed the panels quickly and with quality. They were expedient in working for a half day. Our rep (Cait) has been great throughout the process, walking us through the steps and making sure we are informed throughout the process. She has been available to answer any questions and also stopped by during the installation to ensure everything was going well.

From start to finish easy! We were informed along the way of every step and how to proceed. Happy we are part of the solar grid! With the cost of everything going up this will at least cover us with inflation. Not to mention resale value if we ever sell our home! Would recommend to friends and family! They are all very knowledgeable and helpful!

The work was well done. The communication was good. The inspector were here in time. Puget sound co operated with the solar system good. The solar panel were put good. The system worked immediately. The compensation was done as a soon as agreed. The office people were calling to find out the process and progress.

I think Demarcus and his crew did a really good job concerning or considering the circumstances that the electric power had been destroyed from the garage to the home they arrived at 9:00 AM on Wednesday and went about their business. They seem really professional and I thought about how they were setting up the process with the electrical panels, the electrical insulation on my home certainly was impressed about how the job went. Looking forward to seeing them on Saturday so we can get the job completed but overall I think Karl did pretty good job. Certainly will reach back out and comment.

The work was completed 1 hour early and the Crew was very nice and competent. They explained what they were doing and worked very efficiently. They completely explained all of the next steps, including the City of Reno building department inspections, which might take a week or two to complete, at which time the solar would be turned on.

The Portland crew #4 installation team was absolutely professional, extremely efficient and provided a high quality installation. Fantastic with communicating the install process and interface with the electrician who will be available the following day. Very clean work area and polite with interface and explanation of the Smart Stats. This crew represents Blue Raven in a positive and professional manner.

They handled everything from start to finish. Great quality work and very professional. Installation only took one day, and they cleaned up afterwards perfectly. I highly recommend them if you want to save money on energy costs, as it's only going to go up.

Well I was a bit skeptical in the beginning. It looks cool on the house but having it installed in the winter months. I had my doubts as was as unhappy but for the summer months. It's under $20 a month. Maybe it just takes time or maybe as the summer sun is closer to the house the savings is better. I don't have a solar lease and I have AES.

They did a wonderful job and were very efficient in their work. Super happy with the customer service and response time. They are willing to work with you in any of your situation. We will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs solar panels.

The whole process has been very good. They kept us in the loop every step of the way. Arrived during the time the installers were supposed to be here and worked very efficiently. They explained and answered my questions thoroughly. Would recommend.

My solar system was installed improperly on June 5th. Unfortunately, Blue Raven idiots didn't consult my utility company AT ALL before they installed it wrong. They installed the shutoff way too far away from the electric meter. So, my utility company won't allow them to connect to their system because it doesn't meet the electrical code.

Honest review is, installation was scheduled. Received a call the Friday before a Wednesday installation saying the installation team had a commitment that couldn't be moved and that would force our installation to shift out to the following Friday. Seemed as if the prior commitment was more important than our previously scheduled install. That was annoying and concerning both at the same time.

I was inquisitive but not completely sold about Solar but after saying yes and having it for a week it’s exciting to check the meter and the app to see not only am I using solar but I am selling back to the grid. Time will tell the rest of the story but Blue Raven was on point every step of the way. They are timely and the customer service has been incredible! Well done Blue Raven!

Blue Raven was thorough at the start of the process, with consistent contact (persistent bordering on pushy). They took the time to explain the options and requirements and worked with the finance company to get things rolling. Their customer service has been responsive and helpful. My only issue was that once the panels were installed, there was not a clear timeline from install to turn on. The process took several months and I had to make several calls to make sure things were still progressing. Also, there was no communication on the “consumption meter” which tells you on the app how much power your household is consuming versus how much the solar panels are generating. Other than that, it’s been a great experience!

BRS thus far has been great to work with. Their design and permit applications went quickly, and most of the waiting has been for the power company or the AHJ. Once we received approvals, they were quick to get me on their schedule within a couple of weeks. The morning of the install the crew arrived 30 mins early and got started quickly. Within 5 hours I had a complete new solar system installed and commissioned and ready for final inspection. I was blown away by how well Levi led his crew and how Kyle and Andy worked quickly and professionally to get it done quickly and get it done right.

I felt compelled to write this review reference Blue Raven Solar. Unfortunately I can positively say that I’ve never had an experience with any company like this one so I will record the issues that I’ve experienced. While the technology can’t be beat, it is the company itself that, had solar not been such a huge deal right now, Blue Raven would not stay in business. The cardinal rule that companies historically follow is that once the buyer signs a sales agreement, Customer Service then becomes the company. Therein lies the problem as Blue Raven does not have any customer service.

After a very long process, and not a few frustrations, Blue Raven Solar honored all of their commitments. I was having difficulty getting them to perform a retrofit to bring my solar capacity up to the promised amount.

Had some trouble with getting the system up and running but Blue Raven eventually sorted it out. Happily making solar power now.

I have tried to be kind and patient with them. Yes, they are kind but we have had a problem with them at every turn. I have never written a one star review in my life. But please, do not use Blue Raven. It has been a year since we purchased and we are STILL having problems. From the approval process, to the install, to the turning them on. They have dropped the ball every time. My husband has spent hours on the phone with them trying to move the process along. Our city was tough in getting our solar panels approved but Blue Raven dropped the ball. And now we are ready to turn them on and Blue Raven yet again didn't do it right so my husband is yet again on the phone.

Blue Raven Solar (owned by SunPower) lied to me to get me to sign their contract, started installing lower quality products on my roof without telling me and threatened legal action when I called them out on it. They claim to be the “good guys” in solar that are working to change negative stereotypes about their industry. My experience with them has been the opposite, I feel like I’ve been scammed. Don’t make the same mistake I did, there are a lot of better options out there.

After agreeing to move forward with installing solar panels, Blue Raven began installation on March 3, 2022 on the wrong section of our roof. We completely understand mistake happen and were fine with their initial response. The staff on site told us that portion of the roof would be replaced by the end of the following week. Between that following week and June 7, 2022, we have been ignored, lied to, misled, mistreated and basically every other unfair customer service practice you can imagine. I have never had to fight for something so hard that a company first admitted it was their mistake and then agreed to correct. I would recommend you never do business with this company. And if you do, I hope you never have a problem and have to speak to anyone at their offices. Just awful.

Where to start? September 27, 2021 sign and pay half of what would be a headache, Today April 12, 2022 the system finally seems to work, if 7 months seems little, my headache was not, a disaster customer service Communication with the client was a disaster, but they made sure that yesterday I received my last bill to pay them, I called by phone no less than 10 times to find out what was happening because nobody was able to tell me what was happening, they even told me that I'm sure it would be installed before the end of the year to be able to have the credit from the government (a lie), a total disappointment, the last person who attended me, (I don't remember his name) didn't even care about the frustration I had, I had to call directly to the electrician to solve the problem, which Watts company had already solved the problem 2 weeks before and Blue Raven still said that they had to solve the problem. A very bad experience and company itself.

This has been one of the worst services of all time! Absolute dysfunction! The sales team did a great job getting in the door and selling the product. Once the papers are signed you never hear from them again! They were quick to install panels on my home but nothing else occurred for a very long time. As they were wrapping up the installation, they found the breaker box needed to be updated before proceeding. Negligence on BRS's part when post installation inspection. BRS agreed to pay for the upgrade. BRS shipped all the parts to my home for the breaker panel upgrade. According to the local electrician the parts were all incorrect. The city came by my home and stated the permits for the panels weren't approved yet and the panels needed to come down. This was all supposed to be taken care by BRS.
