Blue Raven made getting solar panels so simple and cost effective. They dealt with getting the permits and installation, as well as no payments for 18 months! Couldn’t have asked for a more simple solution to saving the planet! My project manager really puts the time in and helped us to understand. He will be available moving forward for questions.

Blue Raven Company offered best product. Very professional, transparent and fast. They were the one processed everything especially all the paper works and permits, agent John is awesome and available most of the time, the deal is good compared to other company. For sure I’ll refer more friends of mine.

Very unhappy with everyone involved in this project except our salesperson who seems to be the only one interested in fixing the problems. Software glitches with the finance company, an installer that broke through a bedroom ceiling while in the attic and didn't bother to report, won't respond to emails, texts and can't get through on the phone, project suspended by utility company because Blue Raven didn't submit correct document. 2 1/2 months from the start and still not operating yet.

Excellent experience. Crew arrived on time. They were very courteous. They worked efficiently. They left the work area clean as it was when they started and the 13 solar panels look great. The new panel box looks good and unobtrusive next to the main power box. Thank you for a clean job.

Jason and installation crew with Blue Raven are amazing, so friendly, outgoing and they know their product. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience. The installers arrived on time and were efficient, cleaned up after themselves, courteous and friendly, and were done faster than I thought. Panels look great up on the roof. I would highly recommend Blue Raven Solar. You will not be disappointed.

From the beginning, communication was horrible. The person that they sent out to do measurements was rude and arrogant. Where we wanted the panels, he said the the pitch was 47 degrees. One was actually 44.1 and the other was 37.5. I asked that a different person come out and do the measurements and they sent the same guy out and he had a horrible attitude. I asked him to lay a board flat to get a more accurate measurement and her refused and put his 3 inch measurer on the bottom of one shingle and then onto the next shingle to get his reading of 47 when that was not accurate. We were told that our panels would do 92% of our energy costs, but we are lucky if it covers 60%. Every time we try to talk to someone about our issues, we are given someone new that knows nothing about our issues. It's like they pull random people off the street to talk to us each time.

From consult to installation, Blue Raven was professional, efficient and easy to work with. Highly recommend. The install team were respectful and the electrician was professional and thorough. Cameron, our sales rep, answered all our questions and made us confident we chose the right company. The permitting process was flawless.

We recently had Blue Raven Solar install our solar panels. The process from start to finish was very easy. From the consultation to the actual install, everyone we have dealt with has been kind and professional. The install team showed up on time and kept us informed of the progress. Overall we are very satisfied with Blue Raven!

Blue Solar was fast and professional during install. Arrived first thing in the AM and completed install in just a few hours. Would highly recommend them to any and all! Install was clean with the aesthetic of the house. Lines were practically invisible. Everything went off with a hitch and I am proud to be a contributing member to green-energy initiatives.

Easy process. Great company and products. The staff, contractors and sub contractors were all very professional and made the whole process flawless. I have an annoying HOA, I know it's hard to believe, but the team at Blue Raven stayed on them for two months requesting approval. They picked up their dragging feet and threw them through the approval window one board member at a time. Thanks for the effort! I highly recommend them and have done so already to many friends and family.

The install crew was efficient and professional. Very respectful of property. Very timely. The process went smooth for a 2 day process from coordinating the install to the actual day. I recommend to anyone. Communication was great. The rep I had also stayed in contact and even came on day 1 of installation to assure things were as ordered

Dakota **, the rep from Blue Raven Solar has been great from the get go and I can’t appreciate him enough for answering tons of my questions and at the same time showing all the patience while I obtained my financing. He has done a fabulous job following with whoever in order for my project to move forward. Answering my emails even at late hours in the night is something going beyond what’s called for. He's so customer oriented that people would love to go with him anytime. Blue Raven should be proud of having him as part of their company.

Blue Raven solar install team in east Idaho was phenomenal!!! They were quick, efficient and super nice. They explained the install and walked me through next steps. They even made sure to clean up after themselves so I wasn’t left with all the plastic and cardboard after they were done! The whole process has been a breeze!!!

Our installers were quick, friendly, clean, and professional. So far I have had nothing but good interactions with Blue Raven and the few auxiliary contractors they recommended to get the installation complete on our house. I would and have recommended them to my friends and neighbors. I will add to this review as we use the new panels and get a feel for what our savings are going to be.

The Blue Raven crew which was comprised of Matthew, Raykaun and DeMarcus were personable, prompt and efficient. They were respectful, cheerful and informed us well about the next steps in the process. Nothing but good things to say about Blue Raven from the start when Karion came for his initial introduction to the Blue Raven solar program.

1st Touch, sales, scheduler, permitting, creating service order great. Install, quality assurance, self assessment, closure/punch need attention 6 on 1-10 scale 10 being best. Service order follow-up, still waiting for someone to contact us, 30+ days. Install crew, seemed nice but attention to details lack, caring of finishes-scratched 45 day old $41K metal roof. Wires hanging down, uneven mounting from L side to R side of street side view. Installed rail clamps then relocated crimping roofing metal. Accidentally turned off garage freezer, lost all contents, no follow-up yet 30+ days. Electrical standards meet. No follow-up after install. $100K system and seems we are off the care list now. System is working great, calculations seem to be accurate, easy to use app. Tax form for rebate, you are completely on your own or hire a tax person, it is not easy. I am old a need an easy button on that effort.

On installation day, the crew arrived at the beginning of the scheduled window. After taking a quick look around they told us everything that would need to happen for the install. Then they went to work and got everything wrapped up by that afternoon. Top-notch crew! And even better, everything they did matched what our sales rep Cameron had told us to expect.

Impressed with every step of the process. Started with Simeon who answered all my questions and was available even months after the system went live. Blue Raven took care of scheduling everything: submitting rebates, securing permits, site survey, installation, inspections, working with the power company, activation. They handled all of it and kept me informed every step of the way, answering all my questions promptly. I waited until now to submit my review because the proof is in my electric bill. Even running the air conditioning my bill is $0, so they delivered on everything they promised.

I never wanted to install solar panels because I just did not see how this can benefit me. So I did my research. I can say that I am satisfied with the experience so far. The communication with the team is great. They answered my questions and if later I need help they are reachable. The installation team was awesome. They work together so neatly. My home was cleaned up nicely when they were done. This is an reasonably priced venture. Payment for the solar panels are over time. If you can afford to pay all at once then you can do that.

Excellent work was done by workers, very polite and knowledgeable about and accomplished in a timely manner. The workers were on time and completed in a timely manner. Everything went well and inspection is the 20th. Thank you for a well done work. We have to no negative feedback on an outstanding product and workers.

This company was absolutely amazing! They were honest forthright, and all and cost numbers and how it would save us money in the long run by eliminating our energy bill. All the installers were kind, knowledgeable, and also forthcoming with information about where they were at in the installation and how long it would take.

We were very pleased with our installation experience. The crew showed up right on time. They were very courteous and professional. They completed the entire install in one day. Upon completion, they were very careful in making sure they picked up all of the packaging and debris from the install process. Before leaving, they explained everything to me so that I fully understood the operation of the system. I would highly recommend them.

So far (through panel install, but not quite fully energized) my experience with Blue Raven - from Ryan to Tal and then the installers - I've had a GREAT experience. Super friendly, not pushy or salesy. Tal is passionate about solar and communicated throughout the process. Blue Raven employs their own folks - not independent contractors - so they're taking care of their employees, who are more inclined to take good care of you. And that means they'll be around for a while. Excited to get inspections and energization done, so we can start saving ($ and fossil fuels)! Call Blue Raven and tell them I sent you.

Amazing! The entire process was quick and easy. Austin explained everything so it was easy to understand and the back office took care of everything else from design to approval and permits. Manny and his team showed up on time and installed 10 panels and all the electrical items in under 8 hours. They were awesome and answered all my questions. I will recommend to whoever will listen. Between our salesperson Josh and the install team, we couldn't be more satisfied with our decision to go with Blue Raven. We customized the ideal panel plan, and the installation went without a hitch. The crew chief even made sure to run the conduit connections exactly how we wanted to conceal as much as possible. We are happy with the installation. The workers from Blue Raven were nice and answered any questions we had. They showed up when they said they would. Done before the time they said they would be. We are excited to go solar and hopefully we will be saving money in the end.

We met with the Blue Raven Sales Rep, Nick, who was polite, well informed and was always available via text throughout the process. The entire team moved quickly and got the job done way ahead of schedule. The final product looks professional and we would recommend them to anyone interested.

From start to finish this process has been great. From the initial knock at my door to the install crew arriving in the AM for an all day install of 18 panels. Originally scheduled for a day and a half, and got done the same day. Everyone was polite and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves too.

So far my experience has been great. Had Manny, Mike, and Dave out yesterday to get everything set up for inspection. They communicated great and asked before doing any demo to the house (which was minimum). Once the job was done, Manny ran me through the system and let me know how much time till the inspection. Was a solid experience.

At work early, safe and effluent. Very friendly and smart on subject matter. They were nearly perfect, they were more than what I expected. Very hard working and no complaining, got the job done on time. Everything was very good only one small blemish but that will be easily fixed.

Usually debris gets collected after the work is complete. Blue Raven for some reason did the opposite. They left debris (see pics) of pieces and material on the drive way for the home owner to take care. Really frustrating and not acceptable from company like blue raven. Not a start of solar service one would have expected. Thanks!

From the sales rep who came to our house and talked me and my husband through the process, to the schedulers, to the installers… everyone has been great to work with. I love the quick and easy communication and how fast we got our solar installed and turned on. We listened to a couple different solar providers and are so glad we went with Blue Raven. I’m looking forward to our lower bills, this could not have come at a better time for us given the PGE price increase this year. So thankful.

From start to finish, the Blue Raven team was professional and have provided exceptional support each step of the way. We even got the critter guard installed for free because of a change in our cities solar codes. Anytime we have had questions, our sales representative has been there and been able to provide us with an answer..

Everything done on time, at reasonable price, with rewards coming as soon as other people sign up, after seeing mine and listening to my reasons for choice to do this. The team of techs that did the work were great and even saved a turtle, and it to a pond to save its life.

I guess I'll start from the beginning. I have had over the years at least, 50-100 people come to my door and offer solar. No joke, and so finally one day this young man comes to my home and begs for me to hear him out so I let him in my home and we have a chat. He represents Blue Raven. After about an hour of my time I say, "Hey you know what let's just do the site survey and find out the actual cost, what do I have to lose." He convinced me. He gives me his information and a few days go by and the site surveyer comes out to look at my home and after another hour he leaves. Pretty easy! This is where is starts to go down hill. I can't reach the guy who came out to my home, he completely ghosted me. I called Blue Raven to ask and even they were no help. So I basically just moved on. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

The process was finished in a short time. Worker were answered all questions and explained the whole process to us. Everything was organized and left no mess anywhere when finished. System is working well back feeding to PGE. We have been happy working with Blue Raven with this install and how the system is working.

Being in my 70s and a widow, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was very pleased with the service from the sales person to the installers. Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. I have yet to turn on system because I am waiting for the final inspection which is scheduled this week and then for the energy company to do their thing, I am anxiously waiting to be able to start using them. I have received many compliments about how the panels look on my house from friends and neighbors.

Blue Raven Solar kept in informed through entire process. I received constant text updates right up til the morning of the install. The installers, Angel ** and Adrian **, were on time and prompt through the entire process. They answered all of my questions and walked me through the processes. There were neighbors that stopped by inquiring for their own homes. Has been a great experience.

From our initial meeting with their representative explaining everything in detail! To the inspection to make sure we could get solar panels to the delivery of our solar panels and then getting them placed on our roof has been spot on with extremely great customer service! We just got our solar panels put on yesterday so now we just need a final inspection and then PUD to turn on our meter. They even took care of contacting PUD to let them know about getting solar panels placed on our roof. Everything so far has been great! We are very excited to get the last two pieces done so our solar panels can get to work!

The installation process was seamless and staff at all stages were knowledgeable and helpful. I had a lot of questions throughout and felt like every question was answered and I was not rushed. The permitting process went much smoother than I expected and the installation was done in a day.

The people and the customer service at Blue Raven were so nice in helping out with answering any questions after the installation.

The solar installation was quick and the workers were polite and friendly and made sure they cleaned up when they left. Our salesperson (Hannah) was great to work with and very patient as we took additional time to decide if this was what we wanted to do. Hannah was also very helpful explaining all of the details of the installation and use process.

The installers didn't rush through the job. I was was given an estimated completion time of 1 day. However, it took 1 and a half days for the installers to complete the installation. I believe they were more interested in completing their work correctly rather than getting the job done fast. They also cleaned any mess they made before they left my house.

The project team was professional and stayed on task. They worked well as a team. The project lead ensured the team coordinated their responsibilities and acted as a mentor. Other than the expected construction noise we didn't know they were there. I only wish I was given a run down on how the components worked together.

We recently purchased a solar roof system and are very impressed with how installation went. All the paperwork and permits were taken care of and on the day of installation the installers were able to trouble-shoot any issues that came up so everything was completed within the stated time frame. Very efficient, no hassle sale process. No hard sales. Just good facts.

They started the job but did not finish the installation and said they would be back in two days to finish. This was supposed to be a two-hour install or so we were told. They apparently did not have all the material necessary to complete the install. The installer were friendly and courteous.

The crew showed up in a timely fashion, they were polite and professional. After installing they took us around and explained what we needed to know. They finished in less time than projected. The crew cleaned up behind themselves. The Foreman in charge was very knowledgeable and kept an eye out for the installation. It was a good experience.

When we first had a representative at our door about the solar system, we knew it would be a good purchase. Everything was explained very professionally, and nothing felt like it was being forced towards purchase. When we decided to go for it, everything from the contract to the installation was very fast and on time! Everybody did an awesome job!

I was relieved that a year after my first bid, they honored my original bid price after I had competitive competing bids. The process was turnkey, and easy. Installations were quick, only drag time was the red tape navigation. Virtually zero interruption to our daily life. I’m impressed so far. And hoping the apps work in Helping me find the credit balances.

I did a lot of homework prior to making my solar array Purchase. I already owned a ground mount array using the prior generation German Made Enphase Micro Inverters. I shopped wanting the wonderful redundancy offered by the design. Instead of losing a whole string of solar panels, this design loses only the failed/damaged panel and reports it is not functioning. I also read about the poor service provided by installers where it took months to get the system signed off and operational. I specifically interviewed each of about 7 installers and got their customer ratings from on-line sources and all of them had major issues and seemed to lack a substantive staff able to really solve the post install problems. Then I found Blue Raven Solar and its customer rating show how attentive they are to any defects or delays and I hired them after I verified the design and component choices (which are state of the art and robust with excellent 25 yr warranties).

Blue Raven did a great job laying out the cost/benefit analysis and return on investment. And they have made it really easy to get going (paperwork, etc.) and installation went great. Everybody has been really friendly and nice to work with. And, there’s been very limited work on my end throughout. Certainly recommend!

Sales process was quick and painless, no pressure, even though he was a door to door salesman... great communication, and installation was quick and they cleaned up after themselves. Everyone was professional and patient, my sales rep answered all my questions even after paperwork was signed and we were good to go.

The sales associates and install team were great. The office team was a little disorganized but everything was done without a hiccup. Sometimes there were multiple people from the office contacting me about missing documentation that was already sent in. Brantley was always able to help work with us to help navigate the paperwork and office mishaps and answer all of my engineer husbands questions about solar panels.

Great job installing solar panels. The crew was professional and performed fast installation. The solar panels were installed separately in a lift gate truck. The crew came in with all their gear and tools. The system have not been energized yet, so this review is only about solar panel installation from Blue Raven.

My installers Levi and the rest of the crew were fantastic. They were friendly, efficient and did what seems to be a great install. 10/10 would recommend. Took a day and they had a 25 panel system super clean and simple. As a customer I would recommend them and even request this group.

Installed in the spring of 2022. All good so far. Solar and the credits from Solar worked the rest of the year. All the production was much lower than guaranteed retrofit installed in the spring of 2023 still good so far. Then they forgot to do the paperwork which left us without solar credits for now over a year. Repeated calls revealed No results. We haven’t received a dime of solar credit now for a year. Promises made then ignored. I have been forced to sue them. All they have to do is some paperwork that they have failed to do for over a year. just to get an operating license with the power Company. They have even offered compensation for lost solar credits, but have done nothing. Terrible, terrible company.

Highly recommend Blue Raven. The team that installed my solar were very nice and very knowledgeable about the solar system when I had questions. They were very respectful to my property and cleaned up any area that they were working. I had to remove a couple of shelves for them to get access to my attic. Without even asking, they reinstalled them for me. Overall, I really like the look of the panels they installed and the installation team walked me through how to use the app that comes the Blue Raven solar system. Again, I highly recommend Blue Raven!

Wow they came out right after all the permits were signed and done and we’re only here for about 4 hrs or less and got them all up and done and checked with us. Very respectful and courteous towards us and answered our questions. Cleaned up all their mess and everything

The installation crew for the solar panels was amazing. They worked quickly and efficiently in the rain, and had everything installed in one day. They were cheerful, friendly. And confident. The electrician answered my questions about the setup very clearly. The roof installation is attractive and the crew cleaned up after themselves.

So far we've had a great experience with Blue Raven Solar. The Rep Salesman, Christian, definitely sold us on all the benefits and was very thorough on all his explanations. The install team was very professional, and we're hoping it all pays off in the end. Excited to be going Solar!

It started out well, but became confusing. I was told I would pay nothing for 18 months. Then I received a bill from Synchrony Bank showing a minimum payment and and a total balance due. I called my representative who said I would be refunded for every payment I made during the 18 months. The bill from Synchrony appears to contradict this. I was promised a call-back on this matter yesterday but have not received one. The representative was very courteous and it could be that I misunderstood the process.

It was a good experience. The workers were very courteous, neat and thorough. They explained what I needed to know so I could understand. And left everything as clean as they found it. I would definitely recommend them to others. They were also very prompt and was able to get to the job sooner than expected.

Blue Raven was great to work with as we installed solar on our house. Each step of the way, they answered questions, scheduled appointments, and maintained the perfect amount of communication. The panels themselves look great and we’ve already gotten many compliments from neighbors. The company is very knowledgeable on the topic and answered all questions.

Jude provided full information, answered lots of questions, was never pushy, and was always helpful and patient with us throughout the whole process before a team of very polite installers showed up. They were in and out in no time and did a very neat, professional job and were very courteous as well. Looking forward to lighting the system up now!

This happened due to a misunderstanding while communicating with the customer service department. They went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I am happy with the overall results.

Your staff were very professional and work clean and look very safe. I will recommend them to friends or anyone else. Thank you for a great job. They also explain how to use the system that was very clear about it and it also said if we have any problems, they will come out and guide us through to get through the situation. The installation of equipment was completed. The technician was very thorough in their work. They explain what they were going to do. The following was done: 1.) They rope off the area. 2.) Installed the outside panel. 3.) Insert all the solar panels up with the responders on the back. 4.) Install brackets on roof. 5.) Ran lines from roof to panels. 6.) Cross connect solar to Dominion panel box. The technician cleaned up equipment from the inside and outside of the home. They cleaned up all the rubbish and trash in the yard.

Guys showed up in a timely manner and explained what was going to happen. The panels look awesome up there on the roof. They saw a problem with the original design and asked me if we could change it. We changed it, now I’m producing more power. I would highly recommend for your solar needs.

Coordinated effectively with government and utility to finish and obtain approvals. Excellent results achieved...Project is working well. Recommend to all. Clean up was complete. Ten solar panels were installed on Jan. 29, 2024. Crew was very nice and was pleased that panels were installed so quickly. Very nice job. I am anxious to see the results of the electrical reduction from my house. I imported picture of panels. Hopefully, they are in this message.

All four guys from the East Idaho crew were awesome! The panels and supplies for my installation arrived promptly at 7 AM. That is exactly what time Blue Raven told me they would be here. The delivery driver took care to not scrape my driveway. He then placed the materials in a spot where they were not blocking or impeding any traffic. The lead installer, Andy, showed up shortly after the supplies got here. Andy walked me through the installation process. Andy checked with me to make sure that the placement of the main electrical panel was in a place that was going to be aesthetically pleasing and functional. The other two installers, Brandon and Kyle, were kind and knowledgeable about the system that they were installing.

Delete the person I belione. They were courteous. Professional. Steadfast. Workers got the job done. Called myself and the wife out. Explained everything to me both boxes. The circuit box inside the garage and the control system outside the house. And were very thorough referral, great job. I'd recommend them to my neighbors. Hopefully someone sees your promotion sign our driveways. Are pretty spacious, 200 yours separation. Maybe it would be better at the driveway instead of the road main road at the front of our easement.

Very satisfied so far. The installation went smooth. Our installers were very nice to family and cleaned up after the installation and were really friendly and answered my wife's questions and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Waiting for final inspection and our utility company to install the new meter. Very satisfied with the service.

My experience with Blue Raven so far has been fantastic. Tim and the team have been very responsive and communicative throughout the process. We just had our panels installed yesterday and they look great! Very professional installers and they did a wonderful job. All we need now is connection to the grid. It was a great experience working with the salesman who came to explain the process and how we may benefit from getting solar. He was upfront and honest and informed us that due to our current circumstances, we may not need a full set of panels and we ended up ordering 12 rather than the original 16. I appreciate it when a salesman is upfront and honest, even if it might reduce his commission.

The crew arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. The solar panel installation went quickly and smoothly. The crew answered our questions and explained how everything worked. The weather was below freezing all day and the crew kept up their work in spite of the cold. From our first contact to inquire about solar for our home to the end of the installation of the panels, every Blue Raven employee we interacted was friendly, cheerful, and interested in our thoughts and feelings. The clean-up was good except for a large handful of debris left in the street and driveway.

The appointment was set for noon but the materials arrived early morning and the workers were on site earlier as well which was great! Great job, very professional and surprisingly quick to install! Even in freezing temperatures they managed to get everything done quickly! The panels look really sleek and high quality, I am very excited to get final inspection done to start using them. I had been thinking about solar for years and this was the right monument for many reasons. After a lot of research and deciding that I wanted to move ahead, I called some companies and talked with a few sales people. I had many questions and Blue Raven was able to provide the level of detail I wanted. Comparing costs, warranties, customer service, and reputations, to all the companies we met with, Blue Raven became a more obvious choice as the process unfolded. Our sales person, the installation team, the electrician, and coordinating with customer service were all positive experiences and exceeded my expectations. I am happy that I finally did this!

While the work came with the noise of construction it was completely understandable, the crew was able to perform the installation with little interruption to our home. The crew were friendly and quick, starting on time and finishing before 5pm. They left no debris for us to clean up. The yard was muddy but they tracked none of it into the yard.

No issues on the solo panel installation, the worker were nice and got the job done. We did not have any issues with the worker, time and date schedule. The installation went smoothly and fast. They started and finish within the time frame. After installation, the crews took the time to clean up the areas.

Excellent installation, done by the Ft. Collins crew. Many thanks for the professionalism. The crew was on time, worked efficiently and answered all of the questions with clear straight replies. We had 12 panels installed on our wood shop that’s detached from our main house. We then ran the system to our main breaker box and meter. Clean workmanship with very little exposed conduit.

The technician came by during the window I expected and started surveying while waiting for the rest of the crew. They arrived shortly after and worked quickly and efficiently to finish installing the panels and wires in under 3 hours. The wires are nicely run through my walls and attic.

The install crew arrived as scheduled, walked through the process, kept me informed and updated me before leaving on next steps. Very thorough cleaning inside, but there was room for improvement cleaning outside in the garage and a couple larger scraps in the yard. The scraps in the garage appear to be bad for dogs, so I have swept up.

The process of approval was slow and they kept us informed throughout the process. Before the contract was signed, their presentation was clear and they addressed all of our questions. Once it was approved, the installation process was quick and the installation team did a great job of installing and cleanup. I don't understand why the government is pushing this, people are wanting it, and the government slows down the process to be frustrating. But with Blue Raven, I Recommend.

She's playing explained things very well. She also had a great positive attitude and sense of humor. I've worked for several people but by far she's the best. You probably should give her a raise honestly because she will bring more people and more business to you. In order to keep a person like that you have to pair what she's worth.

The entire experience has been a disaster. Installation crews left a giant mess and damage, and weeks after installation the system is still not working and they can’t tell us why. The customer service has been horrendous and they just tell us nothing they can do because they are just contractors. Even the manager was rude and just said he doesn’t know what we want him to do. Avoid them at all cost.

From the first meeting all the way up through installation the experience has been as good as you can want. Constant contact (text and email for me) have made all the steps as painless as possible. May do a follow up after everything is turned on (but have to wait on Xcel for that).

I am happy with the quality of the panels and the interactive app that shows how much the panels are producing and how much I'm saving off my electric bill. Communication from the company was almost non-existent. I had to send many emails to get someone to respond. I think it took about 4-5 months before they finally came to install the system. The installation crew arrived early, they were very professional and and courteous. They finished the job quickly and cleaned up everything. Nothing was left behind. The installer gave me an explanation of the power controls and what was to follow. I will give the installation crew 5 stars, but the company for their lack of communication, 2 stars. I really dislike being left out of the loop, especially when it's something I will have to pay for. It seems like once they get you on the hook, they forget about you. Although they did offer to pay me $1,500 for taking so long. So now that the system has been installed, I'll wait and see how long it takes them to send me the check.

Blue Raven has been really great with our solar install. First, they matched a price from a competitor. And everyone we've worked with has been really communicative and friendly. They got our design, permits and install really fast. Panels look really great too! Looking forward to having this renewable energy source for a long time!

Although we were scheduled to start insulation between 7-9am, no one showed up. I had to call to find out where they were. The panels were dropped outside on the road without us even being told they were there. They didn’t let us know they were done and just left. Courtesy is not that hard.

The initial salesperson was excellent and presented stats of products. It took over 4 months and over 1 month for the installation to begin as was described by the salesperson. The installation crew was extremely professional, clean, and neat with their work. Although they did not finish due to lacking a part, they have promise to return to complete installation so the the inspector and approve start up. You love to receive another evaluation opportunity once solar has been operational.

On day of installation I was highly impressed. Installation team was on site in a timely manner, bright and early. They explain every little thing and are very helpful in assisting with questions you might have, and if they can't answer the question they refer you to the person that can. Had a hiccup, came down and explained it to me, just so I would be aware and to make sure it was OK to proceed, said yes no interference with what it was supposed to be doing so had them done.

My installation went really well. Monday a large truck showed up delivering solar panels and all necessary equipment for installation, very prompt, polite and friendly. Next a group of installers came, we had rain that day so they did prep work for installing. Within an hour they were up on the roof putting it all together.

Painless and affordable. Sounds like win win to me. The cost of having solar is expensive, however, paying a monthly electricity bill is also expensive. In the end, they cancel each other out, you pay for the installation of solar panels, but you pay less on your electricity bill. And, once the installation is paid for... Cha-Ching!

Blue Raven Solar has lived up to their commitment to handle the entire process of obtaining all permits and installing the solar panels on our home as we decided. They were entirely professional and very personable throughout the process. The panels were skillfully and safely installed on our two story home on a slope via a very long ladder. The new meter box was installed next to our electric meter. Excellence throughout the process.

Blue Raven has been professional, timely, and responsive in meeting my needs. We ran into a roofing issue that delayed solar install half way through the process. They were patient throughout the wait for my roof warranty to kick in. Once the issues were corrected, Blue Raven was out again in a timely manner to finish up.

The crew that did my install was fantastic. They were friendly and polite and definitely knew what they were doing. They completed a two day job in one for my install! I watched them during the job on my house and they were very good with their team work. Especially the electrician, he was very creative in designing the placement of the box and running all the electric lines almost like they're not there. He made a point of getting me involved, also with positioning the solar panels on my roof which they ended up changing.

All the people I talked to were extremely helpful, responsive, and kind. When our HOA was being slow at responding to our application, they were persistent at trying to get in touch with them. The installation crew was very respectful and fast. Our salesman followed up the many questions I asked, even weeks after our first visit with him.

It took 3 months after installation before my system was ready to be used. The electrician had to come 3 times because they failed the inspection 2 times and finally passed on the 3rd. This means I had to take 6 days off from work to deal with it. 6. Then the paperwork for the electric company was incorrectly filled out by Blue Solar and it took another 3 weeks. Finally after 3 months, I have been able to turn the system on. The only person that has been helpful was our sales guy. Everyone else did not seem to know what they were doing.
